I Heart Radio. All right, folks, market closed. New York Stock Exchange. Look at that aar. They forgot the P. Just kidding. I have no idea who AAR is, but kind of an interesting day today. We woke up and oil was rallying. Oil got up to 102 a barrel. It kind of finished right around 102 a barrel. That's good, you know, five, six dollars a barrel higher. Trump is on his way as we speak to Beijing, China to meet with Xi Jinping, possibly to talk Iran. They don't want to be overshadowed. That that's the only thing they want to talk about. I'm sure AI is going to be a major discussion point in while he's in, in, in Beijing. The market, like I said, stocks were down quite a bit earlier in the day. The dow is down 300, 400. Nasdaq was down 300. They both made a nice little rally going back in towards the end of the day because no one really wants to take a chance on what happen overnight, especially with Chinese. Chinese leader Xi Jinping meeting with President Trump and a group, I believe a group of tech billionaires are going to join Trump in some of these meetings as well. So a lot of eyes on that. The oil market, as I said, Very strong, 100, 102 as we speak in the West Texas Intermediate. That's the oil that we use that we produce here in West Texas and around the country in the Brent, North Sea. Brent, which is Europe, $108 a barrel. So strong, strong oil numbers and they feel like they're inching higher and higher, even though, you know, Trump says it'll go down later. I believe it'll go down later, but they gotta absolutely have to, have to get to this. And Bitcoin interestingly shrugged off a lot of good news. It's done a nice little base around 75, 77, 000, started to make its move up. It get to 82, 000 yesterday, backed off a little to 80 and a half, 81, 000. So Bitcoin finding its own home at higher prices. That's always a positive sign going forward. In the meantime, customer service in this country, well, it's basically disappeared. You call someone, you get some call center. In India, half the time it's not even this country. You're talking to someone when you make that call. Unless you're talking to this group, this bank with your money in it. Don't, don't forget, it's your money. Old Glory bank, great group of people. When you call them, you get a real American on the phone. Not a robot, not someone reading a script halfway around the world. A real person actually understands you and your. Their values. That's just one way that Old Glory bank is bringing trust back to banking. If you're done with the big banks and their nonsense, it's time to switch to Gold Glory Bank. Go to this number, this website, oldglorybank.com rap oldglorybank.com rav and open your account. I did it. I did it in five, less than five minutes. You go there, you open, you give them some information. You give them some. Your driver's license so they know you are who you are. Are they? Open the account in five minutes. And guess what? They're Bitcoin friendly. They're all about Old Glory Bank.com. good friends, good conservative people as well. All right, my first guest is senator from the great state of Wisconsin who says, get this. As many as 3.9 million Americans may have died as a result of the COVID vaccine. I said that right? May have died because of that. Always happy to have Senator Ron Johnson back with us. Senator, good to have you, my friend. He said that worldwide, thousands and thousands and thousands of deaths reported. Maybe even tell us about this situation where this COVID vaccine, specifically how they hid some of the downsides of what that vaccine could be bringing to folks before they mandated for everyone to take it. Sir.
Senator Ron Johnson
So, first of all, I never said 3.9 million Americans. I mean, globally on VAERS, there's 39,000. Over 39,000 deaths reported from the COVID
Eric Bolling
It was a misprint. It was a misprint. I apologize.
Senator Ron Johnson
CDC commission, Harvard study, the pilgrims study said less than 1% of the vaccine adverse events were reported to VAERS. So you take 39,000 times 100, that could be 3.9 million. I've never claimed 3.9, saying that's sort of the possible range. But you've got the chart up there. I didn't need a sophisticated algorithm to tell me in 2021, something was really going wrong with these Covid injections. But what we found out, and this is because of Bobby Kennedy's commitment to radical transparency. 11 million pages. My staff did a fabulous job of picking needles out of a haystack. We found that on March 1, 2021, less than three months after the emergency use authorization, Peter Marks, the head of the division CBER that approves vaccines and monitors their safety, was briefed that the algorithm they were using to analyze vaers, trying to search for those hidden safety signals, was going to hide and mask the safety signals with these two new injections, Modern and Pfizer, because they are so similar. 26 days later, they developed a different algorithm that unmasked those safety signals. They had 49 cases of extreme masking. 25 safety signals emerged, okay, like sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, Bell's palsy, different types of strokes. They continued to do the analysis month after month, providing this to top FDA officials. They didn't put a metal on their chest. What they did is they shunned them off to the side. They told them to cease and desist. They said, we never asked you to do this. We're going to use the old system, the old system that you told us and you've proven is going to hide these safe, these safety systems, these safety signals. And we're going to the American public and lie bold face to them saying we don't see safety signals. You know, adverse events are rare. They're mild. Okay, they lied to us. Imagine if you're somebody whose loved one was on the fence. I'm not sure I want to get this experimental gene therapy. But Peter Marks just. Oh, no. This is a pandemic of the unvaxed. You gotta get vaccinated. Protect yourself, protect people around you. And besides, we're not seeing safety signals here. Adverse events are rare and mild, and you got that shot or your loved one got that shot and they died. Of the 39,000 deaths worldwide, 24% of those deaths occur either on the day of vaccination or. Or within two days. Now, they always.
Eric Bolling
That's important, sir. Just highlight that again. Highlight that again. Say that again. Of all the research you've sent us, I think that is probably one of the most telling data points. Say that last time, within 24 hours, what happened?
Senator Ron Johnson
39,000 worldwide deaths associated with the COVID injection on VAERS, 24% occur on the day of vaccination or within two days.
Eric Bolling
One in four.
Senator Ron Johnson
And again, they claim oil VAERS doesn't prove Causation. Well, I tell you, that's a correlation. That was concerning me when I first, by the way, confronted Francis Collins with this. In April of 2021, about 2900 deaths reported that point in time. 46% were occurring on the day of vaccination within one or two days. Because the elderly were getting them, right. People who were a little more feeble,
Eric Bolling
they couldn't comorbidities, they were rushing people with comorbidities to get this shot before they knew if it was safe or not. And sometimes the downsides being hidden by the algorithm. So the question is, okay, now what? Yes, now what? Where's the recourse? Where's the accountability?
Senator Ron Johnson
So now, so we've seen the memos. We know who wrote the memos. We know who is aware of this. Now we're going to request voluntary interviews. We'll transcribe them. If they don't volunteer, we'll subpoena them. Now, some of these people still work in cdc. So I need the agencies to cooperate to make these people available to us. You know they're going to get lawyered up. Okay? So now it becomes a legal process. But I am going to get to the bottom of this. Okay? I'm not in a state of denial. I know what happened. I see what's happened. We need to expose it, the American public. The problem is we're basically, we're in a nationwide state of denial here.
Eric Bolling
Let me ask you this, sir. Let me ask you this. Let me, let me assume all you're saying is true. And I have no reason not to believe you because I've watched, I've seen young athletes die of myocarditis, which when they shouldn't be, and I'm attributing to the vaccine and the boosters. I was mandated by Newsmax, mandated to take that shot to get into their damn building. And I never wanted to do it. I couldn't get, I couldn't deliver show that I interviewed you on several times? Do I have recourse against Newsmax for mandating me to take a shot, to walk into the building to deliver a show that they made me do because otherwise I wasn't going to be able to do the show. Do I have recourse?
Senator Ron Johnson
The government probably mandated them. The government really protects itself, its employees and people that they have carry out their action. But let me hopefully try and set a lot of people's mind at ease. Something like 80% of the serious adverse events occurred with about 5% of the injections. Now, I wrote CDC, because I come from the manufacturing background, this looked like a manufacturing process out of control because you had such a high percentage of adverse events with a small amount of percentage of what I called hot lots. CDC of course, completely denied it. Two years later they answered, oh, we're not seeing hot lots. Just like they weren't seeing safety signals. So I have some comfort if you didn't immediately have a reaction. I think a lot of these injections probably weren't stored at 90 degrees below zero and the degradation of the MRNA was probably pretty severe. So you probably got a pretty weakened dose.
Eric Bolling
Allow me. And again, we know all this. You know what, Senator, you're right and I'm glad you're bringing this out. But again, nothing changes unless there's accountability. And so, yeah, okay, so Newsmax was told to have your employees vaccinated, but they didn't have to mandate it. They didn't have to say either you get mandate or you're not coming into the building and doing your show. They could have said, we'll find another way of doing, but they didn't. So I understand that the government gets a prophylactic shield around them, but do individual companies who forced it upon employees, do they have that same protection?
Senator Ron Johnson
I'm not a lawyer, but I love to see you sue them. Okay? Sue them.
Don Newan Nguyen
Okay.
Senator Ron Johnson
Sue these people.
Eric Bolling
Yeah.
Senator Ron Johnson
Okay. I hope a lot of people again, once people saw what happened, once people see what, how they relied to, I hope people should be outraged. I hope they are and I hope they take action. So no, I am talking to Aaron Siri about what kind of legal recourse, you know, what can we do? Maybe tweak a law that exists in case there's, you know, fraudulent activity based on these people. Again, there are a lot of protections, but they may not be totally protective. And so no, I'm going to push this hard. People need to be held accountable. I mean people died that didn't. I mean can you imagine being a parent who listened to Peter Marks saying, oh, these things are safe and effective, you know, adverse, rare. And so you had your child, you were so scared, you know, whatless, because all the fear mongering of COVID and you had your child who had virtually zero percent chance of being seriously injured by COVID 19 get the shot. We know children died. I've read the reports. 14 year old, perfectly healthy kid, died in sleep day after the injection. Okay, that's just there's, you know, Ed Dunn, Ed Dowd had a great book of all these linked local news stories. People dying. Suddenly, it was pervasive. We had a whole new acronym for it, sads. Remember Sudden Adult Death Syndrome. And these knuckleheads and these agencies going, we, we just don't, we can't figure it out. What could possibly be happening? Your COVID injection. That's what's happening. It's obvious. It was obvious. It still is.
Eric Bolling
Yeah. Senator, I very quickly, this is a huge story, especially in the, I'm starting to hear hunt of virus vaccinations because of the ship this, the ship that's been quarantined. And I'm thinking, are they going to do this? Are they going to just try and do this again? And what we know, Senator, correct me if I'm wrong, these vaccinations, these mandated vaccinations are nothing less or nothing more, especially in hindsight, than it's massive payoff from the federal government to the big pharmas. And the big pharmas are the ones who are supporting frankly a lot of various election reelection campaigns and whatnot. This is a massive money grab for, for big pharma, is it not?
Senator Ron Johnson
This, this is their playbook. You know, Anthony Fauci overhyped aids, right? So you could, you know, do it. Household transmission. No, you couldn't. He wanted to create a vaccine for aids. Never did it, but he had the vaccine. He was bemoaning the fact that we didn't have a universal vaccine program at a Milken Institute event in I think October 2019. It was going to take a pandemic to have. He got his pandemic, we got the universal vaccination. So this is their playbook again. That's why the American people don't trust these federal health agencies. And that lack of trust is justified.
Eric Bolling
When people died, Anthony Fauci's out there enjoying a several hundred thousand dollar pension on the taxpayer dime and many, many millions of dollars in his pocket. Senator, really good to have you back. Next time we'll talk about some of this stuff and some of the other things. Save America act is really important on your radar as well. Sir, we'll get you back. We ran out of time. Appreciate your time.
Senator Ron Johnson
Have a good day.
Eric Bolling
All right, folks, take a look at this. Records new highs on strong corporate earnings and AI euphoria, momentum. But Main street sending a different signal completely. Inflation remains stubborn. High elevated on the wrong path, especially in energy. And consumers are clearly pulling back. Travel is a great example. Forecasts now show very, very modest growth for the rest of this year with even higher income travelers choosing shorter trips and better value. I'm seeing it firsthand. Quieter restaurants, bars, hotels and beaches in South Florida. Almost ghost town of times. That's why I've moved about 60% of my own portfolio into treasuries, yielding around 4% while I wait for the picture to get more clear. The rally has real legs from corporate performance, no doubt, but the consumer is always and now the ultimate referee. Stay disciplined, favor quality companies and by all means trade with your head, not over it. This is the Edge. Let me know your thoughts, but you have to subscribe to do that. I heart radio. All right, folks, if you're 64 or older, this is something you need to hear. Medicare. It's complicated. We all know that. But it doesn't have to be. And it doesn't have to be stressful. Chapter. Chapter is the only Medicare advisor that compares every plan nationwide on the phone with you. While you're there on the phone with them, they'll look at your doctors, your prescriptions, your priorities. That matters too. And they help you understand what you actually have and whether something better is available. No pressure, no agenda whatsoever. After one call, Jody said the experience was a blessing. That was her word. She was blown away by how knowledgeable and honest those folks were. So if you're already on the right plan, they'll tell you if you are. If you're not, Chapter will help you switch. Folks who found new plans with Chapter have saved on average $1100 per year. Just call this number, 843med help. 843med. H E L P. Take 20 minutes and see for yourself. 843med. Help. It's completely free. You have nothing to lose. 20 minutes. So they'll lay it all out for you. And I think you'll be glad you did. All right, take a look at this.

From real America's music artist Nguyen comes a powerful new anthem honoring the men and women who gave everything for this country. Every star, every Stripe from Cowboy Logic.
Eric Bolling
Here's to the fauna.
Joby Weeks
They stood in the gap.
Cowboy Logic Announcer
With unforgettable lyrics honoring Valley Forge, Iwo Jima, Arlington, and generations of brave Americans. This is more than a song. It's a reminder of who we are. Download Every Star, Every Stripe right now. Just scan the QR code or search for it on itunes. Rav family, let's run it up the charts like only you can do.
Eric Bolling
Well, my next guest is the co host of Cowboy Logic right here on Real America's Voice. He's tried his hand at composing a song using AI and it's gone to number three in all genres and number one on the rock charts. Here to tell us all about it, creating Every star, Every stripe. Don New and Don, really, really good to have you on, my friend. So how you doing, brother? You. You're trying your hand at the music genre. I think you. You're pretty skilled at it. Looks like it and sounds like it. Tell us, what was the motivation behind Every Star, Every Stripe?
Don Newan Nguyen
Well, before we get into the music, man, I have to share something with you that you and I, I believe, have in common, and that is baseball. Been very, very good to me, brother.
Eric Bolling
Yes.
Don Newan Nguyen
Yeah. So I brought out my weapon of choice, the C271. I don't know what you remember using, but this has been my stick of choice.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, it's. It was. It was. It was a 32. And I just used to, you know, just. It was amazing. By the way, first time I ever hosted a show on Fox News, I filled in for Glenn Beck and. And the producer says, what would make you feel comfortable? I said, give me a baseball bat. I literally. I'm the first time I held the baseball bat during. During the opening monologue. It's something about holding that bat, sir. But go ahead, take. Take it away on the music side of your. Your very interesting career.
Don Newan Nguyen
Well, thank you for having me on. First of all, Eric, I'm a huge fan. I watch you every afternoon from my office, which is where I'm coming from today. I've been writing and recording music. Had a studio in my house since the late 80s. 1988, I think is the first year I built a studio. Been writing and recording ever since. Mainly instrumental soundtrack style music, guitar oriented. And then in 2015 or 20, let's see, when was it? 2000, 2021. We had to tear down the recording studio because we joined RAV and we had to build a TV studio in that space. So Donna's been harping on me for the past five years to get back into writing and recording again. She was actually the one that pushed AI And I got to tell you, I was very skeptical at first. To me, that was not pure. But I got to tell you, after I got into this and found out how many of my colleagues are actually using it, both Nashville writers, but also rock and roll bands that I work with that are out on tour. It is an amazing toolbox for a real songwriter and a producer because the arsenal is unlimited.
Eric Bolling
You know, Don, it's so fascinating what's going on with the AI And I know this. I know the music business somewhat, but I've noticed that there are songs that are produced AI and even the chart people who keep track that don't even know it's AI Some of. Some of the stuff. But. So that's your voice, but you're using AI as the instrumental behind you, or you use it to beef up your voice. How do you use AI Okay.
Don Newan Nguyen
In that particular song? I have never been a singer, have zero desire to be one. I'm actually a true bass player. And from there, moved into keyboards, guitars, and drums. What I use this AI platform for was to take a song that I had written probably in the 90 early 90s, reworked it. Donna and I crafted a set of lyrics. We. We wrote this song. We wanted to honor the fallen as well as the flag, which is the last thing that touches that casket before it goes into ground. And the first thing then that is given to the families of the fallen as a. As a remembrance for their loved one. We wrote lyrics, we tweaked lyrics. We went into AI software, modeled the song exactly like we wanted it, based on a. A tune that I'd written back in the early 90s. And at that point, that's where the. The construction begins. This song probably withstood about 400 revisions. We get down to something as minute as to where. How a syllable is actually delivered by the vocalists. We auditioned probably 30 to 40 AI vocalists that we were taking a look at. And the beauty of it, man, you don't have to put up with any attitudes. You don't have to pay him any money.
Eric Bolling
It does. They never think about it. It's really. No. No different from, you know, you and I probably grew up in an age where everyone sang everything. It was live. You hear it. And then it evolved to. Well, DJs started to mix things. And they. They put it. At first was a little jarring, but then you. Okay, I get. I'm starting to hear this and feel it. And so it's kind of that evolution now into, into the AI bots who are helping make you sound better, make you look and look and sound a heck of a lot better. Tell us we don't have a lot of time, Don. I want to get to this though. This is fascinating. You wrote a song, a rock song about. Well, someone mailed you or emailed you from prison, a J6 or. Tell us about that.
Joby Weeks
Yeah, yeah, we got a lot of
Don Newan Nguyen
emails over the last five years, as you can imagine, from J6ers that were locked up. Jeff McKellar, Special Forces, Green Beret. After that, went into the CIA as a contractor on J6, had TS clearance, got locked up. They sent him to Fort Worth where they tried to deem him incompetent to stand trial because they did not want Jeff McCallop, who had conducted color revolutions in other countries, testifying in an open court in Washington D.C. so they tried to deem him incompetent. He was on January 20th released from prison, all charges dismissed because he never went to trial. So he's got a clean record. They just stole four years of his life. On September 11th of 2023, as he did in previous years, he emailed Donna and I a very soul purging email about where he was on 9 11. Happened to be over, I believe in North Africa. He was doing contracting work or special Forces work. And that email was the catalyst and, and the inspiration for all of the content in a song that we hopefully will we'll be releasing soon called Never Forget. And that's our tribute.
Eric Bolling
That's a great one by the way. I see what you did there on 9 11. You got that email. Never forget I was there. I'll never forget that as well. Really good to have you on my friend. We wish you all the luck in the world with with these songs. Sound sounds great my friend. We'll talk to you again soon. Don't forget Don. Newan Nguyen is the host of Cowboy Lodge. Co host and host. I guess Don's there with him. Times right here on Real America's Voice. Thank you guys. All right folks, take a look at this. Welcome to the edge CPI consumer price index just hit 3.8% heading the wrong way. Energy exploding higher. Diesel approaching record highs thanks to the Biden era mismanagement. Meanwhile the S and P is setting fresh highs. New records above 7,400 on strong corporate earnings and AI euphoria. But here's the kick the disconnect. Consumer sentiment just cratered to a record low of 48.2 travel spending only 1% real growth forecast for 2026. That's low. High income folks are simply cutting back. Shorter trips, value seeking. I'm seeing it anecdotally as well. Quieter hotels, empty beaches, bars, quiet right here in South Florida. That's why I've shifted 60 of my own portfolio into a staggered treasury yield at 4% across the board until the picture clears. The rally has corporate legs, I get it. But the consumer is the ultimate referee. Stay disciplined, favor quality names and build dry powder. Trade with your head folks, not over it. Full episodes dropping now. What's your biggest market worry? Drop it in the comments section and by all means you have to subscribe.

All right folks, this is a very very I love these stories because I like when government gets this the stupid overreach. They think they control people. They think they own people. They can think they can do whatever they want to do with people ex constitutionally I want to highlight it. And this next guest is a bitcoin pioneer who was accused of fraud in a supposed cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme. He created bitcoin, I'm sorry bit club network where he sold mining hardware which is essentially a computer or computer equipment. The FBI raided one of his data centers and he called the FBI to ask why are you doing this? What's going on? He even offered to meet with them in West Palm Beach, Florida right here where he is then arrested promptly right there. He's serving now seven years of a maximum five year penalty I guess and counting. No prosecutor will take the case because there are no victims. It's a victimless crime that they're accusing him of. Joining us to tell us the latest is Joby Weeks. Joby, really really crazy story. And I follow these things and I know your story and I know Keon Rodriguez's story and I know Randall Lord's story. Things that people have been arrested for, incarcerated for and sometimes house arrested for are happening now on regular occurrence. But you don't get your day and tell us about where things Stand with Joby Weeks.
Joby Weeks
Well, thanks for having me on. I appreciate you helping me get the story out there. My ex attorney David Boyes, told me that he knew I was innocent, but if I was not going to be a martyr for my cause, I needed to get 10 million people behind me. So I appreciate the help. What happened was bitcoin was invented and nobody really knew what it was. And I was already in barter networking with an organization called the liberty dollar, which was the second most popular currency in the United States. We had about 20,000 merchants taking our money for their goods and services. And so bitcoin came out. And so we designed the bitcoin logo and laser etched into the back of the coin, the private key, so people could have a wallet and take their bitcoin off the Internet and put it on their physical coin, a flood proof, fireproof cold storage coin. And that spread all around the world. And I learned about mining bitcoin and I really liked the technology because we could transfer value across the Internet without having to go through a trusted third party like a government or a bank. And so it really started to spread. Back then, Bitcoin was 85 cents. And we watched to go to A$10,100,000. 10,000. $100,000 of Bitcoin. And so it started really getting some legs. And we decided that we wanted to mine bitcoin. And so I went around setting up these data centers for an organization called bit Club. I was a sales guy selling equipment from bitfury to bit club. And they had me build data centers in, you know, Georgia and Montana and Iceland and Norway and Canada. We had power all over the place. We ended up being the largest bitcoin mining pool in the world. And, you know, turned $700 million into $10 billion. And everybody got rich. And then they kidnapped me.
Eric Bolling
Well, well, yeah. So tell. So they kidnap you. You say that, but what they did was they. They. They want to bring you to. To. To court. You've never had a trial. They've slapped an ankle bracelet on you for what, seven years, I believe is what we heard.
Joby Weeks
It happened before, COVID It happened before January6. I'm still sitting here in limbo. Never had a trial. They denied me bail, they denied me a trial. They bounced me around the country from jail to jail to jail to jail, and state to state to state. My family didn't know where I was for 11amonth. These are total constitutional violations. Due process says you get indicted, you get arrested, you get bail, you get a trial. And if you're convicted after trial, then they're supposed to throw you in jail. They skipped all that in my case and just kidnapped me, threw me in jail. And I was like, well, if you're not going to give me a trial, you have to give me bail. And if you're not going to give me bail, you got to give me a trial. You can't just deny both and just throw me in jail.
Eric Bolling
I'm pretty sure you have a right to a speedy trial. I would say we're going on.
Joby Weeks
They say that? Yeah, they say that, but they don't, they don't follow their oath of office. They say if they say it's a complex case, then the judge makes what's called an ends of justice ruling and she, she waives your speedy trial rights for you. And they say you have a right to bail unless you're a flight risk. So now they take away your right to bail, just like they say you have your right to bear arms shall not be infringed. No, they say you have a right to bear arms unless you're a felon. I don't read that anywhere in the Constitution. And why I think they came out so hard against me and others like me. I've heard the story, horror stories of the OG crypto pioneers.
Eric Bolling
I'm sorry, Joby, just so I can pinpoint this, they're accusing you of exactly what, what is the prime? You know, let's boil it down to the, to the very basics. What are you accused of?
Joby Weeks
They're accusing me of selling an unregistered security. This is a civil thing, title 15. Normally they slap you on the hand, give you a, give you a fine for it. But in my case, they wanted to turn it criminal mainly because three and a half trillion dollars has left their banking system and gone into the crypto space. And you know, Obama got the message from the cloud. People up the top that own the whole entire banking system. If you understand, the bank of International Settlements is the central bank of the world. And they have their member banks, the imf, the World bank, the Federal Reserve, the Bank of England, and of course the corresponding banks like Wells Fargo and Chase and bank of America and the mom and pop banks. This swift system is owned by these families, these trillionaire trusts, the guys in the cloud, I call them. And they told Obama, you got to shut Bitcoin down, but you can't because it's matched. So they went down the next tier to the miners, the guys that secure the blockchain, and who are the biggest Miners bit club. And who is the face of it? Me. I went to 175 countries talking about bitcoin, got millions of people involved in bitcoin. And so they just came straight after
Eric Bolling
me and Tony Robbins, Joby. I remember this era. I remember they, the government was trying to figure out how to get their grimy hands on either some sort of form of revenue through taxation or at least control. They wanted to know where money was going and they were trying and they failed. Here the problem is by trying, they threw people like you in jail or Ross. Russ Ulbricht, who they took. They stole $2 billion from Ross. I mean, I don't care what you say, they just stole it. I don't know if he's going to get any of it back or he'll continue to fight for. Go ahead.
Joby Weeks
They stole 4 1/2 billion from CZ just a couple of months ago, plus nailed him for a $50 fine. They sold stole 50 million from Roger Ver. These guys, listen, they steal from everybody. This is why, you know, think about it. In 2020, when Biden took over, they created $6 trillion out of nothing. If you average the American worker makes 60,000 a year and you divide that by 6 trillion, that's 100 million hours or years. 100 million years. Now, the average worker works from the age of 20 to the age of 70, let's call it 50 years, that their lifetime productivity is 50 years divided by 100 million years is 2 million people. They stole in one year the productivity of 2 million people. Their life. They stole their life. And they just do that. They print all this money out of nothing and they spend all of our money.
Eric Bolling
Let's do this. Let's do this. Joby. We're going to come back after a break in just a minute, but before we go, I'm going to get to the numbers. I want to talk about the numbers that they took. I assume they confiscated your bitcoin and your assets and what was a billion dollar heist. Well, let's do that after the break. In the meantime, though, I think it's important Trump pardoned Ross Albert. Is this what, is this what we should be, I mean, should we, are we gaining the troops behind you to look to the Trump administration to do some sort of pardon and you haven't even been tried yet. I don't even know how this works.
Joby Weeks
That's, that's the goal. I still haven't even been convicted of a crime. I've been sitting there for six, six, six and a half years with an ankle bracelet on. Waiting and waiting and waiting. It's crazy.
Eric Bolling
It's really interesting. You know, if Biden did preemptive pardons for, for Anthony Fauci. We just, we just did a segment about the all the people who've died likely because of Anthony Fauci. But he got a preemptive pardon. He can't be touched. Maybe this is something that we can, we can get behind Joby and others. Keon Rodriguez is another one who I think was illegally thrown in jail and seize his assets as well. This is an ongoing thing but someone has to make good on it. Joby, stick around. After the break. Two and a half minutes. We'll be back. I'm going to talk some numbers with you.
Joby Weeks
Sounds good.

I heart radio. All right, we're back with never convicted by the way folks. Yet still a prisoner after six years, so to speak. Well, I see prisoner, he's ankle bracelet had to work his way to that Joby weeks. Toby, let's do that. Some of the numbers. Like I said, Ross Albert was at 26,000 Bitcoin when they threw him in jail. Feds confiscated it. They said they were going to hold it and they're. I think it's still up in the air. What did they take from you?
Joby Weeks
Well, it wasn't just from me. The government came in and stole all the bitcoin of over a million members. Bit club had members in over 100 different countries. They had over a million people. So they came in and they stole all the money and they stole all the equipment. That equipment was generating us $5 million a day in Bitcoin. It's been 2300 days. That's $10 billion right there. And the funny part is they can't find the asset.
Eric Bolling
Let's, let's do this for a second. They may have done you a favor if they didn't liquidate then they say they're not. They didn't. Right. So what was bitcoin back in 2017. It was like 12,000 or so. Ballpark. Is that when this was.
Joby Weeks
Well, it went up to 20,000 and then went down to 10 to five
Don Newan Nguyen
grand, to three grand.
Joby Weeks
I mean, bitcoin goes all over, but
Eric Bolling
now it's 80,000 as of today. My point is, if they kept it in their treasury, which I hope they did, and you get. This gets resolved, you get pardoned or whatever, they make it go away, you could be an extremely wealthy man. But I'm not saying that for that reason. All the people they stole money from, and this is where I'm getting at. The feds have a. Have a. A very good affinity to take. Take stuff that's not theirs and very, very difficult to get. Get it back. How do we get your money back and all the people's money?
Joby Weeks
Well, I like the quote on Ron Paul's desk. It says, don't steal. The government hates competition.
Eric Bolling
Yeah.
Joby Weeks
So, you know, I don't know. I mean, I want to see the members of bit club made whole. I need to get my property back. They can't find it. I call the IRS in West Palm, and they say, call the marshals in Tampa. I call them, they say, call the FBI in Miami. They said, oh, yeah, we sent four boxes to Colorado. I called Colorado. They said they only received one box. I don't know. Call New Jersey. This was brought up through the District of New Jersey. And we know how that works. They won't even confirm Alina Haba when Trump was trying to get her in, and it was. New Jersey is a big mess. It's run by the Mafia. The assets are gone. They don't know where they are. They keep saying in writing that they'll give the assets back, and they never do. It's been five years. My max sentence, if I was actually guilty of selling computer equipment and unregistered security, so they say my max sentence is 0 to 5. Five years. I've been sitting here on house arrest for six, almost seven years. It started in 2019. I can't go anywhere, do anything, have a phone, have a computer. I can't have a job to support my family. I can't have a bank account, can't use crypto. I can't go to weddings or funerals or the gym. I can't get fresh air. I have to have a guard watch over me 24 hours a day to make sure I don't flee to Mexico. It's crazy. They're just trying to kill me. Really well.
Eric Bolling
And so just help me out here, though, at One point one of your attorneys suggested you should take a plea deal. Tell us about what happened there.
Joby Weeks
Yeah. So after a year of being bounced around, they said. They came to me and said, listen, what would you rather be, five years in jail and innocent or one year in jail and guilty? And I said, what do you mean? And they said, well, they're not going to give you a trial for another five years, so you could just sit here twiddling your thumbs up, or if you admit two plus two equals five, that a computer is an unregistered security, they'll let you go home tomorrow. And I said, well, that's not right. And they're like, hey, this is just how it is. One year in guilty or five years in jail and innocent. So I had a new little daughter named Liberty who was learning how to walk and talk. I wanted to get home to her. And so I said, two plus two equals five. They finally give me bail, and then I had to submit all the paperwork to reverse the plea and withdraw it so I could get my trial. And I'm with a conspiracy of five other people. There's the Bit Club guys and then me, the vendors, who was selling them the equipment from BitFury. And they bundled me into this conspiracy. And the government now has asked for 36 continuances. They've gone through 12 prosecutors. I started filing all my motions as formal complaints. When you report a felony to an officer of government, if they do nothing about it, it's called a misprision of a felony, and they become accessories after the fact. So I lay out all the crimes the government has committed. And these prosecutors, they read it, and they quit. Three more. Come on, they read it, they quit. Three more. Come On. They read it, they quit. Three More. We have gone through 12 prosecutors. They're all, you know, fleeing the ship like rats. You know, it's crazy. And so I don't know if this will ever end. I'm in purgatory. I don't know how long you can just sit here pretrial, just waiting around, but that's what's been going on with me. So I'm hoping that Trump would come in and do a preemptive pardon like he did with, like, you know, Biden did with his son and Foushee and. And get this. Get this over with.
Eric Bolling
I do know.
Joby Weeks

Eric Bolling
I do know the folks at the libertarian party. Angela McArdle special.
Senator Ron Johnson
She's.
Eric Bolling
She's very, very hot on these issues, and she's got some great successes. I Mean, they absolutely stay with that. And I've been working with her on some of these things as well. That's, that's definitely an avenue. Cash Patel, it strikes me FBI director may have something to say about this if he gets the full story. We have a lot of friends around here with Cash as well as I do.
Joby Weeks
If they watch my video@freejobi.com there's a 20 minute video that Mickey Willis made. It's a great one. Freejoby.com and it explains the whole thing. If you guys in the audience that are watching this, if you could share it with your friends that have connections. I'm trying to get to the big boss any way I can. I hired on Peter Tickton.
Eric Bolling
I tell you why. I'll tell you why. There's a guy named Ted Cruz, Senator Ted Cruz, a constitutional attorney before he's senator. And he's got a podcast and he
Joby Weeks
likes crypto, I think, and he pro
Eric Bolling
crypto and he's got a podcast where he digs into this. And I know he hates big government as well. I mean, I'm thinking Ted Cruz, we get this, this, maybe this interview in your. Was it free joby.com get his, get that piece of tape to, to Ted Cruz and get on there. And that guy can make some things happen as well. Joby, what else can we do? What else is out there? Who else is on the, on the risk of similar things happen to you. You're wearing an ankle bracelet for seven years. What, what does that entail? I'll give you any of the gamut. You got this bracelet. You can't leave the country. But what else can't you do?
Joby Weeks
I can't do anything. I'm stuck. I've been stuck forever. I mean, I have a beautiful little baby boy that I've been, you know, with. That's been fun. But other than that, it's been, it's been miserable. It's put a lot of stress on the family and, and you know, I'm, I can't do the things I was doing. My whole mission in life is to free humanity and finance new disruptive technologies that bring about prosperity and freedom and liberty. And I mean, my daughter's name is Liberty. That's like what I'm all about, you know, So I don't, I don't know. It's, it's, it's been a challenge. But, you know, this too shall pass. As God said. I. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. And so I've learned patience and peace. And I've learned to forgive and release and ground. And so I've had, you know, a spiritual awakening through all of this. And. And so, you know, nothing happens by accident. And I'm just going through the refiner's fire right now, and. And hopefully I come out on the other side. I feel like I'm living, like seven different Bible characters at once. And so it inspires me that they made it through, and I can, too. And, you know, with people like you that have the connections with the people in the administration, I hope Peter Tickton can be our new attorney general. I mean, he's been friends with Trump since they were 15 years old, and he's the one that submitted my pardon application. We've talked with Ed Martin, we've talked with Alice Johnson in the White House.
Eric Bolling
Talking to the right folks, there's no doubt you're talking. Those are the folks that will. Will get to get to the boss. And it really is that. That kind of simple, get to the right person that gets to the boss, and you have to be the right person who's on the ins with the boss at the Times. You gotta be careful. You know, it strikes me also, I mentioned Ted Cruz. I think it'd be great for. For you to get this information to Cruz, because you know who his professor was at Harvard? Alan. Alan Dershowitz.
Joby Weeks
Alan Dershowitz was my attorney, too. He wrote the White Paper for me. It's on the docket. I had Alan Dershowitz go over it. You know, I thought, you know, this is a deep state heist. This is not a legal case. This is a political case. So I first hired David Boies, thinking, okay, this is Biden Lawfare, Operation Choke point from Obama, where they're deplatforming and debanking everybody. So I thought, okay, I'll hire him. You know, CIA, Right. And that. No, that didn't work. They just wanted to railroad me and steal millions of dollars.
Eric Bolling
I'm running out of time. How do you live? How do you make a living like this? Is there a financial life for you after miracles?
Joby Weeks
It's miracles. God's been taking care of me. I've written a book. People will fall out of their chair when they hear what the story is. I mean, what I've gone through, it's crazy. But miracles. All I have to say is God's got my back, and. And no matter what the devil tries for harm, God turns into good. So, you know, I'm just walking by faith. I'm going to trust fall. I hope God or Trump or somebody helps me because it's been going on way too long.
Eric Bolling
Tell us the name of the book in that video that you want people to see. The name of the book is in the videos.
Joby Weeks
Well, I haven't published the book, but I've been writing it. I was waiting until the end of the story to actually come out with it. But the movie is found@freejoby.com and if you go there, it's a 20 minute movie. Share it with your friends and keeping me in your prayers.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, Joby, it's. It's insane. I. I hate big. I hate the control and the. In the choking of the life out of our liberty and our freedoms.
Joby Weeks
It's not even the government really. It's the banks. It's the banks that run the government. They want the monopoly.
Eric Bolling
They're all together, Job. The banks, Big Pharma, the government. They're all working together to grift the living daylights out of the American people. You're a pawn in this. You're. You're. You're stuck in the middle of. They're making an example and they. They. They never understood bitcoin and they still don't. And God forbid if they ever get their grimy hands into cryptocurrency. We're done. Joby Joby Weeks. We hope you get your freedom back very soon.
Joby Weeks
Thanks for having me on, bro. Aloha.
Eric Bolling
All right folks, take a look at this real quick. Welcome to the edge. CPI consumer price index just hit 3.8% heading the wrong way. Energy exploding higher. Diesel approaching record highs thanks to Biden era mismanagement. Meanwhile, the S and P is setting fresh highs. New records above 7,400 on strong corporate earnings and AI euphoria. But here's the kick the disconnect. Consumer sentiment just cratered to a record low of 48.2. Travel spending only 1% real growth forecast for 2026. That's low. High income folks are simply cutting back. Shorter trips, value seeking. I'm seeing it anecdotally as well. Quieter hotels, empty beaches, bars. Quiet right here in South Florida. That's why I've shifted 60% of my own portfolio into a staggered treasury yield at 4% across the board until the picture clears. The rally has corporate legs, I get it. But the consumer is the ultimate referee. Stay disciplined, favor quality names and build dry powder. Trade with your head, folks. Not over it. Full episodes dropping. Now what's your biggest market worry? Drop it in the comments section and by all means you have to subscribe.

I heart radio. I'm just, I'm just playing around in the chat right now. And KB says, hey, so big banks run the country. I said, well, big government runs the country with the help of big banks and big pharma. Pretty obvious. It's all, all a circle. And guess who gets in the middle of it? Stuck. We finance it and they control us. Just like George Orwell 1984. Read it. It's worthwhile. All right. Ben, you got some VMs for us?
Joby Weeks
Yes, sir. We have a viewer who has comments about negotiations with Iran.
Viewer/Caller
Hey, Eric. Hey, instead of blowing up the rest of Iran, why don't trump give them an ultimate or a deadline and if they don't sign the agreement, blow something up each day until they do. Just to show them that you mean business. Just don't blow it up all at once. Just each day blow a bridge up, next day blow something else up, something they need. So anyway, catch you later. Have a great day. Bye.
Eric Bolling
You know, I listened to that and I played a second time. I think this is brilliant. I think it's a brilliant idea. Trump wants a carpet bomb. And, and you know, at one point he said, wipe the civilization off the face of the planet. This is a better idea. Hey, Iran, you don't like what we're doing, you want to come to the table? Boom. Bridge gone. I'm not suggesting hospitals or schools or anything, but boom. Bridge gone. Important highway. Boom gone. The next day. You want to come today? Guess what?
Don Newan Nguyen
Boom.
Eric Bolling
Power plant. Oh, get some attention. How about another day? Boom. Desalinization plant for water. Oh, you get them to the. That is a really smart strategy. And again, I'm not for killing any of the people. Here's what I'm for. Getting the people to say, enough is enough. IRGC or 91 million strong. You're done. We're taking over. Get out of here. We'll negotiate a deal. And the deal on our side has to be our u. S. Oil companies come in and produce more Oil that these countries have under their soil that they can and aren't because of corruption. We produce it, we get the oil. That's just the deal you want, you want to stop the bombing, cut this deal with us. Not a bad idea. One at a time. Boom. Good, good. Voicemail. Ben, another one.
Viewer/Caller
We have a bit of a longer
Joby Weeks
one here, but it's A viewer has some comments about domestically sourced oil.
Viewer/Caller
The amount of oil that comes out of the ground in New Mexico. Eric Bolling probably knows how much that is. You could probably look it up somehow. Okay, let's assume for a minute it's as much as a million barrels a day. Okay, Cut that in half if you want. That's fine. A hundred million bucks a day. Okay, now there's 30 days in a month. Is that true? Now 30 times a hundred is 3,000. Okay, so that's 3,000 million. That's. Is that, that's not 3 billion, is it? Is that $3 billion of oil extracted a month? Nah, it can't be. No, that's not right. I got that wrong. Let's do it again. A million barrels. A million barrels at a hundred. That's a hundred million dollars a day times 30. Is that $3 billion a month?
Eric Bolling
Yes.
Viewer/Caller
That doesn't go into the coffers to fix the 18 miles. You'd fix that in a month. You'd have enough money to fix that whole entire 18 mile stretch. You'd pave it in gold and you'd have condos galore. And with beauty be most beautified city part of the city. See what a problem what's happening instead? We get what we do. Who's taking the money and running. New Mexico's got plenty of oil underneath it. Who's got all the money? You got these people that lease the topsoil and they get all the mineral rights. They suck it all out, take it, and nothing goes. Nothing hardly gets kicked back to New Mexico. Maybe a penny on the dollar. That's it. That's wrong. The state should own the oil under their state land. That's why if I was the governor of New Mexico, we'd be drilling on state land and we would be refining it and we'd have one a refinement built by the state and we would take all the money.
Eric Bolling
All right, very interesting. By the way, it's not 1 million barrels. You weren't overshooting, cutting it down to half. It's 2 million barrels a day come out of New Mexico alone. It's, I believe the second. Second or third highest producing state in the country. And that is it's not 3 or 2 or 3 billion. It's $6 billion a month that comes out in New Mexico. Now private companies are pulling it out with lease agreements with the state or, and or the federal, federal government that has to wet their beak all the time too. So a lot of that goes goes to the wayside. But you're right. If we just opened up unleashed our our potential oil industry. Pennsylvania, Texas, California, New Mexico, these are Oklahoma and Nebraska. These are states that produce massive or could be producing even more more oil. Yes, we could be wildly self sufficient in energy if we just unleashed if the government just take their grandma hands out of everything. You know what the theme of today is? Government. Get your grimy hands out of our business, out of our personal lives, off our throats. Stop with this control bs. We need more rights. We need more freedoms. They're outlined in the Constitution. Let's start upholding the damn Constitution. And that doesn't mean government gets to dictate our lives. Get them out. That's why I love the Libertarian Party folks. Take a look into it. And yes, chat has been really hot. Not chat AI or whatever, it's the chats have been very hot. Watching the show. Have a great night. War rooms coming up next. Trump in Beijing right now talking to Xi Jinping overnight. Maybe tomorrow morning we're going to report back on that all over the place. Keep it on rev all day, all night folks. See you tomorrow. Have a great night.
