I say leave them open for another hour, see what happens. Because check it out, the dow up almost 700 over 700 at one point. Almost one and a half percent increase on the Dow Jones S P. A nice move, 1% higher, about 80 points. Nasdaq really kicking it over 1 1/2%, up 400 points. And why, why you ask? Bowling? Why should you even ask me this, folks? What do I tell you? Gold, oil goes down, markets go up. Look at that oil number. It's down six bucks a barrel. The 98, that is great news to the economy, so going to take a while, but great news nonetheless. Nothing was even said. This is an unraveling of these speculative long positions. This is all good news. Gold up a little bit. Bitcoin up a little bit. 77. I saw it late in the day. There it is. 77, 6. So things starting to turn around. No major news in the markets to speak of. The concerning part was interest rates were just ripping since Trump left Beijing. They went up, up, up. Today they took a breather. They eased a little. Not a lot eased a little. A lot of people are saying, oh, wait a minute. I'm not sure if this trade has been the right trade all along. Good news for everything we talk about. Gold up, equity's up, your assets are up. Means your home is is going to be worth more if everything is good. When the market is good. Oil came down substantially. Six dollars a barrel. That's quite a move, folks. All right. By the way, speaking of gold, when there are supply constraints on commodities, we've been watching this price surge. We see it day in and day out with fuel prices because the straight of hormones is still blockaded. You know what else is a limited supply of commodity gold is they mine it out of the ground. When it's gone, it's gone. There's going to be no more gold. It's gone. Governments can't just print more gold. And that's why everyone from central banks to savvy savers are diversified with gold. If you've been thinking about it for years, but you've still never moved some of your savings into physical gold or I say physical gold. When you go with Birch Gold group, you buy actual gold coins, gold bars if you want, or paper gold. Buy whatever the hell you want. But Birch Gold, there's a group who I trust to help me and they should help you as well. Now, through May 29, few days from now, Birch Gold is giving a free first time gold buyers rebate of up to $10,000 on qualifying purchases. For details and a free information kit on diversifying into gold, text the word America to the number 989-898. You've heard it here before. It's the same number, Same text word America 989-898. Birch Gold can help you convert an existing IRA or 401K into a tax sheltered IRA. In physical gold. That means you don't have to put out more money, you just convert it from whatever it is, your ira, it's a, it's a retirement account. You can take it out of equities and stocks and put into gold. Text America to the number 99,898 to see if you qualify a first time gold buyers rebate of up to $10,000. Again, text America 298-9898. Alrighty folks. My first guest, the vice. Am I doing this right? Hey Ben, is this right? Is we got. Oh, oh, is he finally here? He decided to do Grace. Oh, here we go. There. My first guest, Vice president, research at the Government Accountability Institute and the author of Fraud how the Left Plans to Steal the Next Election. He's also the co host of the Drill down with Peter Schweitzer podcast. Happy to have Eric Eggers with us. I apologize sir. We're waiting on Baker and he's giving us. He's like late and stuff so we called you. Thank you for getting into that seat.
B
Hey, whatever time works for you, Eric, you know I'm here for you.
A
You know we are live and we got to roll with the punches as they say. Eric, really good to have you. So tell us, Peter, SW friend of mine, he's. He's a great analyst. I would love to. I know you have some things to talk about. I really want to talk about China, specifically with what's going on with the Middle east, with Iran, with our conflict with Iran. China is the one. Well, obviously Iran is getting hurt the most. But outside of Iran, I would say China has the most risk if the straight. If the homo straight continues to be blockaded. How is. How did you read the meeting with Xi Jinping and President Trump last week?
B
Yeah, I thought it was, you know, Donald Trump arriving as the ultimate convening authority. Eric, you remember everyone used to fawn over Bill Clinton with his Clinton Global Initiative. Everything is, oh, Bill, so connected. He's the coolest guy in the room, and he can just bring all these different people together. Well, Donald Trump literally brought the president of China together with the top American businessman. And I thought it was. We'll see how big of a win it is for the conflict in Iran. But I do believe it's a win for President Trump because ultimately, President Trump showing President Xi. Listen, you want access to, like, the best chips in the world with Nvidia. Well, I had Jensen Huang get on the plane in Alaska. I'm bringing him to you. And only with my permission will you be able to buy some of the chips. Not the best chips, but you'll be able to buy some. And, oh, by the way, American business people, I know you want very much to have access to this Chinese market. Of course you do. You will do so through me. Like, everything, like, Donald Trump is actually the commerce edition of the straight of horror movies. It's the straight of Trump. Everything comes through him. He's the decider on who goes, who stays. And, oh, by the way, when you got midterms coming up and you got the top leaders of the top companies in the world, and he's like, look, you know, represent, remember, like, it's with me and the Republican Party that you have access to these new business deals. Those businesses are leaving California in droves. We did a podcast on this a few weeks ago. So the left leadership, they have rejected, they chose to travel with the president, with the leader of the Republican Party to go start new business ventures. So we'll see how it shakes out with Iran. They. China's obviously very incentivized to make stuff happen because they're receiving a ton of pressure economically in terms of oil and everything else. But I thought it was a big win for President Trump.
A
Do you think the comment that came out of the Trump came back and one of the big issues was Taiwan. Trump didn't want to talk about it. Apparently there was a little sniping, you know, quietly under their belt. I think China clearly wants to take Taiwan and doesn't want the United States to Interfere. We don't have any sort of treaty not to, but we have this unspoken unwritten rule that we were going to protect Taiwan. And the reason why I ask you this, Eric, is because you, you mentioned chips. Somewhere, 80, 85% of the world's chips come out of Taiwan. We let that go. We should have been doing that here. But they did. They have it. If China takes one, China takes Taiwan back, we lose this AI race, don't we?
B
No, absolutely. You know, I think one of the cool things about the Trump administration this time, and Eric, you know this because you talk about this in such a smart way all the time, but they're very honest, I think, and they tell you exactly what's happening. You heard Marco Ruby on the plane ride over say, look, we know that China has a plan and the Trump administration is honest about what China's plan is and they're honest about the impact China's plan has had on us historically. Scott Besant gave this long interview and he talked about how when they first took over, we learned during COVID we don't want to be beholden to China on a number of things. We don't want to be beholden to them on raw earth, minerals. We don't want to be beholden to them on the things that are key to so much technology. But we also don't want to be beholden to them when it comes to medical equipment. That was one of the big lessons from COVID all the PPE and all the different medical devices that we needed. So Taiwan is such a smart point. Of course we don't want to let China be in charge. And we just sold a bunch of US Military equipment, I believe missiles and other armaments to Taiwan. And I don't blame Donald Trump for not wanting to, to lead with or talk publicly about something that he and President Xi and the Chinese Communist Party might disagree on because I think they're trying to make a lot of progress on other fronts.
A
Yeah. But here's my concern, Eric. I agree with you a lot of these things. It's a delicate dance, especially when we've got a conflict going on in Iran. We just, I guess we took Venezuela. I'm not sure what we're doing. I think Marco Rubio's new president, Venezuela, among other things, and the DJ at the White House. But I digress. So here's the issue. The Trump's and I'm reading this after this was the Fox News after he returned from China, he said we're not looking, he's not looking to travel 9,500 miles to fight a war in Taiwan's defense. What is. I mean, I'm Xi Jinping going. That sounds like an open door to me. Right. Does it to you?
B
I think it's a leverage point. I think, to your point, I think it's Donald Trump signaling that that is. It's not off the table. And look, at the end of the day, I mean, the United States has done some things geopolitically without permission of other people. Obviously, we've launched attacks in Iran. I'm not sure that we asked China's permission before we went and enacted regime change in Venezuela. So I think it's. It's one of, you know, I'd like to say Donald Trump went to China with carrots and sticks, and, you know, I think that he always kind of keeps it close to the vest in terms of gaining leverage and what the ultimate negotiating sticking points will be. But I think for Donald Trump to suggest, maybe he was honest to the fault, but to him to suggest otherwise, that we would travel 9,500 miles across the globe to fight a war in tyranny.
A
So, dumb question. I'm a play devil's advocate here. Why the hell travel 6,000 miles to open the Strait of Hormuz when we get very little of our oil through that strait?
B
Well, listen, I think it's a great question, and it's a question that a number of people are asking, and you don't hear me defending military action in either locale, but I do think that obviously they're both very important economic areas, they're very important geopolitical areas because of the economics that they portend, which is why I think Donald Trump is trying to not cede ground willingly. Although that comment that you just referenced was maybe, let's call it surprisingly transparent, surprisingly transferred.
A
I like that. That's a very political way of putting it. Quickly, Russia, they're watching this whole thing go on. They're loving it. They're loving, you know, see us deplete our kinetic weapons stash or so to speak. Not that there's going to. Not that they would mess with us if they can't even handle Ukraine. But what is their take on this whole play?
B
Well, I'm not sure if you. If you notice. I'm sure you did. But it's almost like Vladimir Putin was playing the role of China's side piece, because as soon as Trump and the American diplomats left enter, you know, Moscow and Vladimir Putin and everybody, he's gonna
A
come after you for calling Xi Jin Ching's side piece. Go ahead. I'm sorry.
B
No, but, but it's right, though, right?
A
Hey, man, Eric said it. Hey, hey, Putin. That Eric said it. Not me. Not this Eric.
B
Look, Eric, this is what I get for showing up on time, man. You know, you put me in this chair, you ask really hard questions and. No, but I do think that obviously Russia was paying a lot of attention. And I do think the sequencing of events was important on a number of fronts. And I think it's not an accident or coincidence that Vladimir Putin went and engaged in that kind of discussion with President Xi as soon as the American delegation left.
A
What is your, what are your final thoughts here? And I'm out here saying against popular opinion, against, you know, the kind of the echo chamber of MAGA that says bowling, you're a panicking or you're, you're whining. But my concern is five, four dollar price of gas. 450 now, right now, even with a big move down in oil today, you're going to see 450, even $5 for the short term, six, six week future. That's very difficult going into a midterm election. Will people forget it if it gets the price down in, say, October for a November election?
B
Well, let me ask you a different way, Eric. Do you think it matters? And here's what I mean. And would we be making different decisions if the Supreme Court ruling on the Louisiana Congressional district went a different way? Because what that opens up is a net gain of potentially 11 congressional seats, which means control of the House is much more of a nearly certain thing, just in terms of the math and which seats are going to be up for grabs. Obviously, Florida, where I live, added four seats. You're seeing Jim Clyburn's seat in South Carolina being taken off the table. So I think whether gas is really high or not, and certainly I think they're all incentivized to bring things down, especially when you campaigned on ending the inflation under Joe Biden and you're saying, we want to make America affordable again. You've now had two years. And gas prices are so central to every aspect of that because everything I buy at the store gets there on a truck, either by diesel or gas. Right. So it matters. But I do wonder if they feel a little bit less pressure politically to get gas prices down than they would have if that ruling went a different way because they face less of a threat in the midterms with some of these seats. That's just a thing I'm paying attention to I don't know what your reaction.
A
So I would agree with that. I think it gives a little bit of the kind of the, the pressure releases from the balloon if it were going to explode because it looked like it was going to. Reese. I'll tell you what else would work. If you get that Supreme Court, that seat, if, if you get Trump to be able to appoint his what, fourth Supreme Court justice, if, if what's his name, the Supreme Court justice retires. So you would get his fourth. That would help a lot because you want to keep support in on Capitol Hill. Make sure you get your pick through the, through the system. Very quick thought.
B
Well, yeah, you want to get as many justices in there, there's a Trump appointee as you can before in case Democrats do take over, then we're going to go from nine to like 13. You know, I think everybody that contributed to the Joe Biden campaign, that's the number you need.
A
You need 13 to get them the majority if they got all four of the rest. So yeah. All right, we'll leave right there. Eric Eggers, really good to have you on co host of the Drill down with Peter Schweitzer podcast. But good stuff. Good talking your friend. We'll talk to you again soon.
B
Anytime, Eric. Thank you.

My folks Mira Wall street setting fresh records new highs on strong corporate earnings and AI euphoria momentum. But Main street sending a different signal completely. Inflation remains stubborn, high elevated on the wrong path, especially in energy. And consumers are clearly pulling back. Travel is a great example. Forecasts now show very, very modest growth for the rest of this year with even higher income travelers choosing shorter trips and better value. I'm seeing it firsthand. Quieter restaurants, bars, hotels and beaches in South Florida. Almost ghost towns at times. That's why I've moved about 60% of my own portfolio into treasuries yielding around 4% while I wait for the picture to get more clear. The rally has real legs from corporate performance, no doubt, but the concern consumer is always and now the ultimate referee. And it shows. Just watch this ad that's meant to be an attack ad on Pratt. Watch it. It's coming. Watch Watch. It's coming. It's coming. Republican Spencer Pratt is the last thing Los Angeles needs for mayor. Pratt opposes using taxpayer money to build brand new houses for our unhoused neighbors, saying it's time for the homeless to get help or get out. Pratt thinks LA needs thousands more police officers rather than more social workers. And Republican Spencer Pratt thinks public employee unions should have less power, not more. LA is on the right track and needs to stay the course. Vote no on Republican Spencer Pratt. See, it's doing very well. Thousands more police officers in the city littered with crime. Madness, I tell you. Public employee unions with less power. You mean the city won't be held prisoner by the communist whims of power hungry city workers who do nothing but collect taxpayer funded paychecks? Say it ain't so. Spencer Pratt is opening a new chapter. I'll say it again. 15% of the registered voters in the city of Los Angeles are registered Republicans. 15%. I saw the last poll. He's leading Karen Bass. He's leading the Democrat Incumbent with 15% registered vote. You know why? Common sense, folks. So after Karen Bass's failure after failure, in particular, her failing leadership leading into, during, and after those catastrophic wildfires in January 2025, Los Angeles is a struggling city with bad leadership. Struggling in a state with awful leadership. Just to give a sense of what the race for Los Angeles mayor is all about, former reality TV star Spencer Pratt lost his house in those wildfires last year. That was disgusting. And he got disgusted with Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom, by the way, as many of us were, while Spencer threw his hat into the mayoral ring. And here's one of his political ads, which, by the way, is incredible. Please, I'm begging you. There's homeless drug addicts in front of the schools. My children aren't safe. Look, if you were a transgender migrant, I could get you a free. Let's move the drug addicts closer. Bass already solved crime. I endorse her. Next. Please. I just want to rebuild my home. It's been over a year. Mom. Look,
B
This is a machine.
A
If we want to burn this town to the ground. Oh, throw that. I feel so close. You can do it, Spencer. Cutting edge. He's. He knows media. He's a TV reality star, and he's just crushing it with these videos. He runs the gamut on these videos and they're wonderful. All right, let's go to the next one. After the debate among candidates for Los Angeles mayor earlier in the month, it became abundantly clear that Spencer Pratt is the one to watch. It's also clear where these candidates stand when you ask them one of the most important questions of our time. Americans have made clear what we want. We want to preserve our elections. A majority of Americans want voter ID. Something like 80% of Americans agree with using an ID to vote. And yet the reality of what Democrats want actually is. Comes shining through. Watch. This is a yes or no question, an answer. So there's an LA council member.
B
He wants voters to decide.
A
He is saying that noncitizens, should they be allowed to vote in local elections. Is this a yes or no, Mr. Pratt? No, Mayor Bass. It depends. It's not a yes or no. Depends on what? Well, first of all, when you say non citizens, it doesn't mean they're here illegal. It doesn't mean they're undocumented. They could have green cards. They could be here perfectly legal. And there's a lot of states and cities that do that on very, very local elections. We have to see what the councilman is proposing. Councilmember Bremen.
B
Yeah, I would say again, it does depend.
A
In other places, school boards have non citizens. Non citizens. Mr. Fred, I have a question for you. Let me break that down for you. The question was, is it okay for non citizens to vote in your election? And it went through the. The contestants for the. For the job. Spencer Pratt. Boom. No. Non citizen can't vote. Bass says, well, it depends. And he says, depends on what? Depends on what you mean. Because non citizen doesn't mean illegal. So she's actually saying, I'll let a noncitizen who's here legally but a non citizen vote in our elections. That's absolutely unconstitutional on the federal level. You want to bring that to the state or the city, do it. But God, people leave that place, it's going to be a hellhole if it isn't. And the third lady, not sure who she was. She couldn't even answer it. She was just rambling on and on. The we cut away. Spencer Pratt also brought an unusual reality when debating the issue of homelessness in Los Angeles. Usual suspects offer the usual useless ways of dealing with a constant and growing problem. Spencer Pratt wasn't having it say Councilwoman Robin acts like she doesn't have any authority with this homelessness. She was the third most powerful person in city council. She runs the homeless housing thing. She acts like this is just. Mayor Bass. First off, inside safe. I like to say inside safe makes all of us outside unsafe. The reality is no matter how many beds you give these people, they are on super meth, they are on fentanyl. The DEA statistics says 93% of this is a drug addiction problem. Nithya. Councilwoman Robins plan for treatment first. I will go below the Harbor Freeway tomorrow with her and we can find some of these people. She's going to offer treatment for. She's going to get stabbed in the neck. These people do not want a bed. They want fentanyl or, or super meth. These ideas cost us over $400 million to house for 70. What did he say? 3,000 people for 400 million is absolute failure for both of them. They're a team. He's not Spencer Pratt. Certainly he doesn't hold anything back when talking about the state of downtown Los Angeles, something we've heard all about for years now. But he attacks his fellow candidate Nithya Rahman. He also gives a nice little backhand. Deserving, very deserving. Mayor Karen Bass. Downtown is so unsafe now that they have to serve the food. All the employees have to eat inside. They, they can't risk going out. That's why all these beautiful restaurants are closing, because it's so unsafe. So before we require city workers to go back into any buildings, we need to enforce the laws on the street. Councilwoman Rahman is talking about safety. Yet when animal rescue activists Rebecca Corey came in and said the dogs are being tortured and abused on the streets of Dunhole, she walked out of the hearing. She doesn't care about safety. She doesn't care about anything she's talking about. At least Mayor Bass pretends to care at this point. I think you should drop. Spencer Pratt should drop out of the mayor race. You know why he's making so much sense. He should run for governor.
B
Wow.

Have a great day. All right, so we have a little more fun at the Democrats expense because they've lost the plot. Democrats have officially lost their minds. Drugstore Obama. Hakeem Jeffries has been issuing a lot of threats lately. Threats against the president, his administration. If Democrats regain the majority, he's promised to pack the court, carry out some major political lawfare. But it's getting even worse. Hakeem Jeffries Rhetoric is so anti American at this point. I think someone should have him checked. But don't send him to the same doctor they send Joe Biden to. I guess part of how we as
B
House Democrats view this moment is either MAGA extremists are going to break the
A
country, or we're going to break them. And our goal is to break them.
B
We will defeat them, we have to
A
beat them electorally, and then we have
B
to break their spirit because of the
A
extremism that's being unleashed on the American people.
B
That's completely and totally unacceptable.
A
Break us, you break maga. Good luck. Speaking of inciting violence, it looks like Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry is still milking his seven seconds of fame by coming out and comparing ICE agents to Nazis again and comparing the President to Hitler. But it's a good thing that Democrats have toned down that rhetoric right after that latest assassination attempt. Right? ICE is not just the federal police force that he's developed, it is his. And there's a historical analog here, which is the ss. The SS was unaccountable to the Parliament. They answered only to Hitler. Ice, also, once they get the funding
B
and have these massive increases, to the
A
extent that it's larger than the FBI, they largely don't need approvals from the congressional body. It is very much Donald Trump's force. Hey, yo, Jake. About the 13 billion you're missing. How about you stick to that? Jacob Fry sits there and talks about how ICE agents are somehow the President's SS army. And in the next breath, he talks about how proud he is that his antifa army in Minneapolis stirred up violence in order to stop ICE and Border Patrol from doing their jobs and carrying out the will of the people. When will these people, what are they doing? That's why they're going to dig up. And every possible justification for violence against those they just disagree with is how it works. The goal here was not just to have ICE and Border Patrol leave Minneapolis and go to terrorize some other city. The goal, and every single person felt it deeply, to stop ICE and Border Patrol in their tracks, to stand up for the endurance of our republic, to be patriots. And we saw that by the tens of thousands of people that were peacefully
B
protesting in the street.
A
Mind you, this guy has very little allegiance to our own country. And it shows. This guy bends the knee and kowtows every chance he gets. And to seems to care very little about the millions of dollars of billions of dollars of fraud that happened, probably continues to happen right under his nose again, as I said. Yo, Jake, how about that? $19 billion. Yo, the American people. I got a few friends in New York who'd like to talk to you about it. Meanwhile, the so called moderate Democrat governor of Virginia, Abigail Abigail Spanberger, ran as a moderate. She's as far left as they come. Anyway, Abigail Spanberger says she's planning on signing an executive order refusing state cooperation with federal law enforcement officers. How very moderate of you, Abby.
B
You heard it first here. Tomorrow I'll be issuing an executive order, so surprise.
A
Sorry to my comms team on this one.
B

Virginia state employees or people who are

A
All right, you ready? Buckle up, buttercups. Because the event did feature veritable who's who of constitution hating woke Snowflake Crybabies. Hakeem Jeffries, Jacob Fry, Abigail Spanberger and drumroll please. Now the most Soros loving China boy Global is useless. One of them all the slicked back 2028 failure himself, Gavin Newsom. We have to win. It's all on the line. You just got to win. I'm stunned. Winning arguments. With all due respect to the niceties, it feels good. But we're going to lose our republic again, honey. Fathers do not live and die for this moment. I can't celebrate July 4th. The best of Roman Republic and Greek democracy. Co equal branches. Co equal branches of government. You know, popular sovereignty, the rule of law. Not at the time where it's the rule of dawn. And if it hasn't dawned on you, I, I Remember was spending 90 minutes with Trump in the Oval Office and I. I think he honestly thought everything was his. He was showing me the declaration. His declaration. It's a prize. Why us? A corruption story happening on our. Oh, yes. Like he's. Like he's got no chance either. So get this. Chuck Schumer now wants to launch an election Integrity task force, but that task force is against showing an ID to vote. Make it make sense. It's like when the party of disinformation launched that Disinformation Bureau task force for about five minutes where they're clean with their queen of disinformation award salad Cammie Harris as the head of it until we all laugh so hard they temporarily put it on hold. Amazing how that party that Sheets wants to add integrity to our elections by not allowing a voter id. Whatever you say, Chucky. I am launching Senate Democrats Election Protection Task Force to prevent, monitor and challenge any malfeasance from Donald Trump in the far right before, during and after our elections in November. Our task force is bringing together 11 senators and some of the sharpest election experts in the country. People like Mark Elias, Eric Holder, Vanita Gupta, Norm Eisen, Sky Perryman and others, as well as a variety of election protection organizations to safeguard our democracy. I'm looking forward to detailing some of our task course's upcoming plans and I encourage everyone to tune in. Yeah, that's nice. Integrity task, Voter ID no. 80 of the country want. Oh, yeah. No, no, no, no. All right, let's, let's, let's do. Ben, can you get on the voice of God, please? Yes, sir. What's going on? I don't mean go to break like Mad Dog used to do. So look, we have here. This is the. Signed by Donald Trump three times Billboard awards for the J6 choir. I hit number one. Hit number one in digital sales. And it's the auction that we're talking about. Can you come into the shot? Because we want to see who's holding it. That's Colin, our, our tech guru. He runs. It's his control room, by the way, folks. Don't get wrong. It's his control. Thank you. Saying, well, we'll be back. Two and a half minutes after having their rights stripped away by the Biden regime, it's insurrection. The January six prisoners were thrown into brutal conditions with little hope for justice. But in the middle of the darkness, something incredible happened. The men began singing the national anthem through the prison halls. We played that rough version eight months. The recording reached President Trump, who joined them on the song. It hit number one on the Billboard charts, shocking the music industry. We just knocked out Molly Cyrus for

You can see we're doing a lot more of these, you know, calling Democrats out with these sound bites. We hold them accountable for these, these dumb things that they say. I love these things. You say you love them, but you get mad at me sometimes when we play a lot of, like, don't show me Hakeem Jeffries anymore. And then you talk about it for the next four or five times. Hit me up in the chat, tell me what you think. You want more of these? You want less of these? We like to put the show together that, that you like. So this is one I like today. I'd like to continue. I'll bet Los Angeles Mayor Karen Best never imagined she'd have to fight so hard in this primary race this year. That Marxist, globalist, destroyer of cities was perfectly happy to rest on her laurels. Never thought she would be questioned so much about her many failures. And yet here we are. It's a joy to watch yet another smug Democrat who's terrible at their job finally being put on the hot seat. Like cnn, forcing her to answer questions about her failure on the homeless crisis in her own city.
B
When you talk to Jake Tapper In
A
2023, you said that your goal was to end street homelessness in L. A by 2023. It's now 2026, and we haven't ended it. We have not ended it, and we're
B
not close to ending it.
A
How are you so off? Well, basically, when I said that, it was at the beginning of my term. I am very committed to achieving that goal. I didn't anticipate some of the bureaucratic barriers that I would experience, but I am prepared to take those on now. But you promised that it would go away 100%, and it's only gone down about 17.6%. Right. So why should people trust you that you're going to be able to get to the hundred? Because let me just tell you for the first time, we've had a decrease at all. There was not a decrease before at all. You know, homelessness is ripping, skyrocketing in Los Angeles and the state of California. By the way, skip this one. Let's go to the next one. I like the. The next one about the Seattle mayor. Speaking of socialist America hating mayors who are completely out of touch, Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson is perfectly fine with continuing to drive her city into the ground this time. Her bright idea is to order officers not to arrest offenders for open drug use around the city. I had the honor of being noticed
B
by the President of the United States
A
who calls me a very, very liberal slash communist mayor.
B
It's.
A
It's nice. It's nice to feel seen. That's all I'm going to say about that.
B
And earlier this month, we launched our transition team.
A
This is the mayor of one of America's largest city. Reminder. Katie Wilson, 43 years old, never worked, worked before this, never paid taxes, and relied on her mommy and daddy for financial support. How these people actually get elected to these offices, beyond me. But it does say a lot about the state and city of Seattle. The state of Washington city, or I get it, the state of Seattle. Right here. Right here. This is rich. Democrats really think we're stupid. We watched as they conducted a political coup to get rid of Joe BIDEN as the 2024 presidential nominee, Nancy Pelosi as the mastermind, and whatever other Democrat swamp creatures orchestrated that whole thing. And then Jen Psaki comes out and says this.
B
But what is exciting about it is
A
that you, the people out there, get to choose. There is no, thank God, dark room in Washington where people sit around, they decide, here's who the nominee is going to be. Typically, that's not how it happens.
B
It's not how democracy works.
A
There's going to be a whole process and maybe 30 people won for president. And the thing with Barack Obama is he wants to leave. Mm. They're all shills. They're all liberals. They're all horrible, horrible people. I'm going to call an audible right here. Benny, can you roll that three? So I'm a libertarian and I'm very conservative. I'm super conservative. My whole life I've been conservative. And about 10 years ago, I realized that conservative movement needed younger blood, it needed fresher ideas, and frankly, it aligned with a lot of Things I believe smaller government, no to lower taxes. Get government out of our our wallets, get them out of our bedrooms, get them out of everything we do. And that's why this whole idea of spying on us in our car is really aggravating me. Our personal freedoms and our liberties are protected in Constitution. They seem to be going away whenever there's a Republican or Democrat in office. Libertarian. I don't care who you sleep with. I don't care how you want to dress. Do that, keep it away from the kids, whatever. I think the younger people are need to get involved in the libertarian community. So here's. I was going to deliver this. I am delivering this to the Libertarian Conference in Michigan. I'm sending this to them because I couldn't be there in person. I didn't want to lose two shows with you guys. I just want to see a little bit about what I think about politics and libertarianism. Watch. Hey, everyone. Eric Bolling here. I really wish I could be there with you tonight because what you're talking about matters. For years, Americans have had this feeling that something is changing beneath our feet. Not just the politics, something deeper. More rules, more bureaucracy, more systems making decisions for us, more institutions telling us, don't worry, trust us, we know better for you. And whether you're here because of Bitcoin, because of health freedom, because of constitutional principles, or because of the libertarian ideas, I think many of us are reacting to the same things. We believe people should have more control over our own lives, not less. The Founders gave us a framework based on a simple but powerful idea. Government exists to protect rights, not grant them. Freedom of speech, freedom to think independently, freedom to own property, freedom to make choices about our own lives. Those are health choices, too. And today those principles are being tested in new ways. Technology that tracks where we go, what we buy, what we watch, what we say. Even cars becoming rolling computers, devices collecting data every second of the day about what we do. Convenience is great. Innovation is great. But every generation has to ask, at what point does convenience become surveillance? And Bitcoin enters this conversation because for many people, it's not just an investment, it's a principle. It says individuals should have the ability to hold value independently, to transact freely, to participate in a system that isn't dependent on controls, a central control, a government control. People may disagree on the technology, but the larger, powerful question, how much control should individuals have over our own lives and decisions? And how much should be centralized somewhere else? We see similar questions in cities across America. Communities struggle with the crime and businesses close, systems break down. And too often the first instinct isn't to fix the incentives or restore order. It's always to assign blame. Libertarian thinking has always challenged that reflex because really, really, really, it does matter. Incentives matter. Personal responsibility matters. Freedoms matter. Freedom isn't always neat. It isn't always comfortable. But history shows us something important. Free people making voluntary choices, building communities and solving problems together have always consistently done extraordinary things. That's worth defending. Thanks for having me tonight. Have a great event and keep fighting for liberty and freedom. Love it or hate it, that's where I stand. Let me know in the chat. Have a great day. I heart radio. So something fun happened last night. We put one or two voicemails and one of them was kind of interesting. Take a listen to this. Hey, Erica, how you doing? My friend Matt from Las Vegas. Two things. One, real quick, edc. I'm walking around in a Rio casino. What these kids are wearing. If it was my daughter, she'd be grounded for 75 years and locked in a closet. It's just unbelievable. It's just there. Might as well just walk around naked anyway. Sheep to the slaughter. It's going to be an October 7th thing. One day at the EDC or these burning man concerts. Another thing. If we so decimated Iran's Navy and air force, how come we can't get a ship through the Strait of Hormuz? Whose intelligence are they insulting? You. You know, if they don't have a navy, how can they stop ships? What are they using to stop ships and redirect ships? You know, I'm being lied to by my own government. I hate to say Mr. Trump and I love Donald Trump, but you know, all this, they're just, they're, they're annihilated and all your Iran won this round as far as I'm concerned. You know, they got you got by their short hairs because of all the Oil stoppage and everything. And now you got to go to China and ask them for help and all. And I kind of think that we're a paper tagger, just like Russia. That's my thought on that. You tell me what you think about that. And they're sending drones into the UAE and blowing up nuclear plants. I just read the news. Just on my Newsmax feed anyway. And your feet, too. I have one of yours. I'm going to leave you out. Stop, Stop.
B
Right.
A
I guess getting out of hand over there. Stop Matt, for a second. All right, that was yesterday. We played that. I got to correct tooth a couple things. Real off the top. Number one, don't Matt, don't lock your daughter in the closet, whatever you do. We're against that. And, And Matt from Las Vegas, I think he said Newsmax. Oh, my gosh, you gotta stop. You're being propagandized. You're. You're getting the propaganda fed to you from some weird right wing down the rabbit hole. Pro Ukrainian, anti air, pro vaccine, pro Ukrainian knucklehead, the CEO of that company. Stay away from news backs. All right, so what we did was last night, we played that through the night. I'm getting pinged from my Google. Whenever you have a Google search, right? If your name comes up in Google search, it hits you. And I'm like, oh, what do you do now? Why do they hate me on the left now? I said something. What? I usually get pounded, but this time it was uniquely supportive of me. From what happened yesterday on the show. Benny, can you show a couple of these. These headlines? Yeah, Ross story started with Trump voter turns on president during call the MAGA network. I'm being lied to. You have another one. I think there's another one. There's like five of these folks. And Mag Voter demolishes Trump's major rank claim on live tv. So Matt from Las Vegas, I said yesterday, I said, no, Matt, we didn't lose. Iran lost. We smoked them. They're crushed, blah, blah, blah. Now these articles come out and it ends with Matt. He's Matt from Las Vegas across all these liberal magazines. So we want to call Matt from Las Vegas. So we did. We have Matt from Las Vegas on right now. All right. His, his video is frozen right now. So what happened was. So we called him. Hey, Matt, you're. You're like a star in the liberal world. Not sure you want to be, because it's the folks that we really, really don't like. So do we have them? Benny, what's going on? We have Matt currently. We had him and right as you were bringing him in, his feed is currently. Well, it's better to happen then and rather than if he was on and then it froze. So anyway, so make a long story short. It was, it was Ross Story, it was Yahoo News, it was MSN Network, it was like five different publications who said man from Las Vegas was trashing Trump, ripping Trump. And Bolling tried to defend Trump but he couldn't, he failed. So I just thought we'd bring that up. We have him back. We're working on it. All right, let's take a look at this before we get Matt. Let's try to get Matt back up. In the meantime, don't forget this. This is going to be huge this summer. Eric Bolling is hitting the road and Real America's voice is going with it. Introducing Main Street America, hosted by Eric Bolling. A brand new live series broadcasting from the heart of America. The businesses, restaurants, landmarks and gathering places that make this country special. It's rocking, it's moving. Awesome, awesome place. All leading up to America's 250th birthday. And it all begins May 29th. Live from the Villages, Florida at City Fire from 4 to 5pm Eastern. You need to be here, be part of the live audience. Tickets are limited, so scan, scan the QR code now to reserve your spot. Main Street America. Real people, real places, real America. So this is gonna be great. This is Friday, the, the last Friday in May. It's going to be the last Friday in June, July and August and maybe further. So we're going to hit different cities in America. We're going to start with the Villages. What a very, very strong hole for. But not only Trump, but conservatism for decades. It's a great, great group of folks. So Friday, May 29, I tell you what, there's a QR code right there at the bottom. Just from yesterday, we had hundreds of people signing up through the QR Code. It's absolutely free. Come on out, hit that QR code because it's getting big. It's a big venue. It's getting, it's going to be sold out, standing room only. So please do the QR code and hit that and make sure you come out and certainly watch the show. At least if you're not going to come out. Yes, I can watch it. Oh, wait, wait, Do I hear Matt from Las Vegas? We do have him, but we have him over the phone. Well, let's get Matt from Las Vegas. We had Matt, we had you on TV for a minute for your laptop, but now we got you. So. So you are now popular among liberal circles right now. Matt from Las Vegas, that's what they call you. So tell us, are you still pro Trump though, right? Oh, you got to be kidding me. I love the guy. I'm from New Jersey. I moved out to Vegas. I love the man, he's. He's awesome. But I just don't like, you know, when they're telling me that they annihilated Iran and they're in control of 20% of the energy and people are paying $5 a gallon for gas. I don't understand. If we're not dependent on Iranian oil, why is our gas prices got to go up? Well, that kind of thing bothers me. I'll tell you real quick. We're not dependent on it. We're not depending on the strait. But what's happening right now certainly is that companies and refineries are coming to the United States buying our oil because they can't get it through the Strait of Hormuz. So they buy ours. And more, more buying demand raises our price, too. Now, you know, I, I'm a free marketeer. I don't think we should be telling businesses where they should sell their goods because just think about what happens if you're a Democrat president and you start telling people they can't sell oil, they have to sell green energy. Then we're in trouble. Matt, final thought before we go. By the way, don't lock your daughter in the closet, but final thought before we go. You got 20 seconds. I just think that this guy's doing a terrific job. And when he wants to do a ballroom and he wants to do a reflection pool, the guy's a better builder than anything that's out there, than anybody's out there. I've seen some of the buildings that he built. And another thing, Democrats don't build anything. All they do is destroy things. Yeah. You know what I mean? We gotta leave it there. We gotta leave there. We'll try and get you up maybe next week or something, getting on camera because you're quite a character. And by the way, I think the liberal who wrote you up. The show features a prominent guest, Eric Eggers (Government Accountability Institute and co-host of "The Drill Down with Peter Schweitzer"), along with listener call-ins and sharp critiques of Democratic leaders and policies.
