Yeah, right there in the preacher. First the blade, then the ear, then the full corn on the ear. Love you too. Have you noticed a difference from the first time I've seen you? Well, tell me how. Oh, you haven't had any seizures? How often would he have seizures before? Once or twice a month. And haven't had any since last year. But you know, keep getting stronger. Thank you Jesus in advance for a walking miracle. Jesus name I love you for real. Come around anytime you want. We are raising up a family in this church. We're raising up a family in Pittsburgh. We're raising up a family in Texas that don't just know about God, they know God. They've handled his power. They've seen his power flow through them. You're coming out of here today carrying fresh fire, fresh anointing, never to take another backward step. What was the main purpose of the resurrection? Acts chapter one. Why did Jesus die and rise again? Acts chapter one. Now the book of Acts is like Luke part two. Luke wrote Luke, then Luke wrote Acts. It's a sequel number Acts 1:1. The promise of the Holy Spirit. In my first book I told you, Theophilus, about everything. Jesus began to do and teach until the day was taken up to heaven. After giving his chosen apostles further instructions. Holy spirit. During the 40 days after he suffered and died, he appeared to the apostles from time to time and he proved to them in many ways that he was actually alive. And he talked to them about the kingdom of God. Once when he was eating with them, he commanded them, do not leave Jerusalem until the Father sends you the gift he promised. As I told you before, John baptized with water. But in just a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit. What will happen when you receive that baptism? First verse eight. And you will receive power. You can always tell churches that don't know about the Holy Ghost because they always speak of you and them as weak. I mean, we're weak and broken and life's hard and. But Jesus said after the Holy Ghost comes upon you, not God will have all the power. And you struggle to make heaven. Everybody say I shall receive power. It's talking about the same actually. It says in outright Romans chapter 8, if that same spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwell in you, he will quicken your mortal body. If you receive that quickening today, can you say a loud amen? You'll receive power and will be my witnesses telling people about me everywhere in Jerusalem, through Judea, in Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth. So you receive power. They're going to speak in tongues when they receive that power, then that power begins to manifest where you can't stay still. You can't stay in one building and babysit 80 Christians. There's a going out and a church in Texas and a church my dad will be preaching as soon as I finish here. If you keep our YouTube channel, my dad's in revival today. Church California, they have a huge crowd today there. They're one year old. Arizona, yesterday, 24 first time decisions for Christ because you keep pushing and keep going. That's why Jesus, Jesus. If you were to watch YouTube right now at a lot of churches, it would sound like they're having Jesus memorial service. But you can't have a memorial service for someone who's still alive. Can you imagine if I heard, Jonathan, they're having a memorial for you? I'd say, can you tell him I'm here? You don't have to honor my memory. I'm right here with you. And you could tell a lot of. Unfortunately a lot of Christian leaders don't understand that Jesus is alive. During COVID I heard a bunch of Christian leaders say with this new disease out, we have to ask ourselves how would Jesus minister if he were alive today? Felix, Excuse me, He is alive. In fact, if he's not alive, somebody needs to let me know because I'm going to find a new line of work. But you know what? This church amongst the 400,000, 410,000 in the United States, this is evidence that Jesus is alive. He's a life giving spirit. You can start a cult and get a few people, you won't find any Jehovah's Witness place anywhere near this size. They've grown to 4 million people in a hundred years. The Holy Ghost spirit filled churches are at 800 million worldwide, projected to go to a billion. One out of every eight people. Because Jesus, I was going to preach like a real Good sermon. And then answer the question at the end. Why did Jesus rise from the dead? I'm going to spoil it right up front. He rose from the dead so there would be a church. That is his body on the earth. Now I'll read it to you. John 12:24. Jesus said, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone. But if it dies. He's talking about himself. If I stay here, it's just like this. It's just me. Why did Jesus stop preaching after three and a half years? Because his preaching couldn't save people and his preaching couldn't birth the church. He had to shed his blood and then he had to be taken into heaven so that people can receive the Holy Spirit. I'm sorry. If you come from a place where they've taught Christianity that it's like learning lessons about Jesus so we can try to be more like him. You can't be like someone who walks on water. You can't be like somebody who spits in the eyes of the blind and their eyes come open. You can't be like. Like somebody that touches a casket and a boy sits up and presents them back to their mother. You can't try to be like Jesus. You have to carry the power of the Holy Spirit that turns you from a wicked person to a righteous person who's empowered to do what God has called you to do. My friend Brother Stephan that's sitting up front. I can't put words in his mouth, but over 30 years, I bet you there were a ton of times that his mind was saying, what am I doing in Nicaragua? What am I doing in Guatemala? What am I doing fighting with the United nations to try to get our food? That's who they fight the most, unicef, trying to keep the food out and the people from being helped. But they got their own boats and ships and they've worked away. I'm sure times his head is saying, why am I doing this? But when you get filled with the spirit, there's an internal engine on the inside of you that the same spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in the you and quickens your mortal body, fills you with love, fills you with healing, fills you with strength when you're weak. Receive that strength today in Texas. Receive that strength today in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. If you receive it, can you shout a loud amen? So I gotta die. Except the corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone. But if it dies, it brings forth much fruit. God had a I'm going to have you say this with me. Say God had a son, but he wanted a family. So he gave his son like a seed in the ground. He came up out of the ground and is still producing sons and daughters to this day. That's the resurrection. First Corinthians 12:27. Now ye are the body of Christ. And our members in particular. Jesus did not want there to be one person on earth that could lay hands on the sick and see him recover or give a word inspired by the Spirit to set somebody free from depression. So he said, you think it's better if I stay here, but it's actually better for you if I go than if I stay. For if I stay, I cannot send another. He is the Holy Spirit who is with you now, but later will live in you. So when he went to heaven, he said, don't any of you do anything. Don't go around and start teaching about me. Peter couldn't even confess Christ to three girls at a campfire. You need to wait till I fill you with the Holy Spirit. But after they got filled with the Holy Spirit, cloven tongues of fire appeared on their head and they began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. And 3,000 people. The first thing that happened after the resurrection was the explosive growth of the church. The Bible talks about the early rain and the latter rain. That's the early rain. That's what we're to study. Churches are not to be small, angry old groups of people holding onto an old way of life. They are to be living powerful organism, a family that carries God's power to a hurting world. If you happen to be a part of that resurrection family, clap your hands and give the Lord a mighty shout. First Corinthians 12:27. Now ye are the body of Christ and members in particular. The Bible says, he's the head, we're the body. Everybody say, I'm connected to Christ again. If you want to go to a church where they talk about how we're running after God, he's chasing after us. Everyone say I'm connected to God. See the Bible. The Bible says it like this. I abide in him, he abides in me. I carry God with me where I go. You carry God with you where you go. That's how this church has exploded like this in four years. We're not trying to get people to come see me. We're trying to get a ton of people in Allegheny county and Washington county and Butler county and Beaver county and Fort Worth and Dallas and South Lake filled with resurrection life where you used to go to work and somebody would tell how depressed they were and you'd say, me too. And now you go to work and when they say I'm depressed, you say, can I pray with you? The same God that set me from depression will set you free from depression. And we don't just have a big church. We have a soul winning army of disciples of Jesus Christ. Again. If you're proud to be part of that family, clap your hands and give the Lord a mighty shout one more time. Hallelujah. Ephesians 1:20, 23. He raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand. So where's Jesus now? He ascended into heaven. He's seated at the right hand of the Father heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else, not only in this world, but in the world to come. Grab those healing testimonies from Kentucky for me, if you would. God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made him head over all things for the benefit of the church. Everybody say the church. And the church is his body. It's made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with himself. The church is not. Now this is scripture. I wrote this. The church is not optional. The Church is God's system to strengthen nations, stabilize cities, honor Christ, destroy hell's agenda and give men a place to be blessed and fulfilled. That's why Jesus came to die, yes, to save people. But then what? Be saved. I mean, if all he did was die and rise from the dead so you can go to heaven, then when we baptize people, we should just keep them under till the bubbles quit coming up because there's no other well. That drowning got a big laugh. What a strange group of people on Easter. Because then there's no point, okay, you've received Christ. I mean, why risk backsliding? Why live anymore on earth? Just go up to heaven. But he didn't just do that so you could go to heaven. In the Old Testament, they applied the blood to the right earlobe of the priest, the right thumb of the priest, and the right big toe of the priest to cleanse the ear, to hear from God, to cleanse the hands, to work for God, and to cleanse the feet to walk the path of God. But then they would take oil and put anointing oil on the ear, the thumb and the big toe as a symbol to empower the ear to hear from God. To empower the hand to work for God and empower the feet to work for God. So that before we go to heaven, you want to know what the church is about? The church is about before we go to heaven. Reminding the devil that he's the devil. Punching the devil, kicking the devil, making him set people free. Setting his addicts free, Setting people that are bound by sin free. Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel. Can you say amen in your breasts, in your lungs, in your esophagus and in your heart. The Lord has cleared out everything that's of infirmity and everything that's of disease. That's why you kept standing up and lifting your hands. You could feel it. And then as you lifted your hands, it kept doing more and more. Your strength is returning to you in full measure. You're gonna be able to eat what you want when you want, sleep through the night, use the bathroom on your own, wash on your own from the time you now till you go home to be with the Lord in Jesus name. Use another company to do another thing. People. Why is there oxygen out? Might as well end on the high. Go ahead and receive the offering. We'll see it tomorrow night. And to cleanse the feet, to walk the path of God. Can you say amen? Jesus died and was raised again to birth the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. The greatest thing on earth is church. I'm a church boy. Before I was a pastor, I went to church. I still go to church when I'm not preaching. You saw me in Nigeria and getting prayed for. I have men, I'm under, I hang out in church. If I don't have meetings, I go fly to somebody's meeting and go in church. Good things happen in church. Church changes you and it won't stop changing you. I literally had no capacity to do any of this, even with the help of God, probably five years ago. But now I do. Because as you Stay. The Bible says in Philippians 1:6, he that began a good work in you brings it to completion. Those who appear before God at Mount Zion, they go from strength to strength. So today is not where you're going to finish. From today, that resurrection life of Jesus Christ is taking you from glory to glory, victory to victory, and strength to strength. If you believe that, celebrate it in the face of the devil. Clap your hands, all ye people. Shout unto God with the voice of triumph. Somebody shout. Hallelujah. Why does Jesus have a church? Number one. Proverbs 14:34. Righteousness. Righteousness exalteth a nation, but sin a reproach or brings a curse on the people. Number one. A strong church keeps a nation strong. The gospel has never come into any nation, and that nation got worse. When the gospel comes into a country, the power. That's why Paul said in Romans 1:16. I'm not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For it is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes. That's why we don't just have a church, we have a Bible school. Because so people can get trained up out of this and go into all the world and preach the gospel. One day this building will be the graduation center of the class that will graduate Revival Today Bible Institute. To go over into all the world. There's a lot of people, as you know, that think that we are what holds back progress. If we could get those stupid Christians out of here, then we could finally pass some legislation that needs to be passed. But if you read the Bible and you read Bible prophecy, they're going to get their wish. After the Rapture, everybody that's in Christ is going to be removed from the earth. And the whole thing will implode on itself in under seven years. Because we're not what hurts the earth. That's how they treat us in Moon Township. Thank God Hopewell Township feels differently. And by the way, we're still in Moon Township. I'll hold services there still, just to do it. Can you say Amen? Yeah. Like Doc Holliday coming back into the bar. Praise God. So I'm not leaving there. I'm just saying there's places where they treat you like you're a problem. Why do those people have to be there? Why do they have to meet like that? Traffic is celebrated if it's going to a casino or a pirate game or a penguin game. But then treat it as ruining the community if it's for church. But what they don't understand is Jesus said, you're the salt of the earth. You're what keeps it from rotting. You're the light of the world. You're what keeps it from plunging into darkness. A strong church disallows the devil from setting up shop in that nation. Regionally, it's even true. You know, Oregon is nothing like Texas. There's tons of strong churches in Texas. I don't know of any big strong churches in Oregon. So you have wicked, pervasive sexual immorality and gross things that take place that destroy the economy and everything. And then where the gospel goes. Now you watch. I was thinking driving into Hopewell today. I've never been to Hopewell. This is the second time I've ever been to Hopewell. I came here to see the building before we made the agreement to buy it. And then I came here to preach today. So what do you think is going to happen to Hopewell when every Sunday 2000 people leave hungry? Do you think there's going to be more restaurants in the area or less? Yes. And then let me ask you this. As we go to eat, are we going to eat and leave without paying? Are we going to eat and leave without tipping? If you don't leave a tip, you will be disfellowshipped from this church just like the Jehovah's Witnesses do. We'll shun you like the Amish do. So what do you think is going to happen? This is going to be an area. What happened in Moon Township? The first Planned Parenthood to close in Pennsylvania was the one down the street from our church. Because where light is, darkness leaves. And we are the light of the world. That's why the devil wants you to think your life has no value. But your life carries great value. That's why the devil works overtime to get you to compromise. Because he wants the salt to lose its saltiness. He wants the light to be kept under a basket. But I'm glad we're set up in 60,000 square feet packed with men and women of all age groups. High schoolers, children, young adults, middle aged like me, grandmas, grandpas that have decided I'm going to follow Jesus Christ. I'm not putting my light under a basket. I'm not going to be un. Salty. Can you say Amen number one? Churches keep nations strong. How's England doing? And I don't say this with any glee. You have a nation that used to have tons of churches like this. This size in the 1800s sent the gospel all over the world. Now they're willingly selling them to mosques and how's England doing? Crime like they've never seen. Can't have. Be careful celebrating Christmas in public. It could be a problem being taken over by foreign religion that brings darkness and curse. But that will never happen in Texas. That will never happen in Pennsylvania, and it will never happen in the United States of America. Because we are here and we're carrying the fire of God. And that fire will never go out. Number two, churches make cities strong. Isaiah 60, 18. Violence shall no more be heard in thy land. Wasting nor destruction within thy borders, but thou shalt call thy wells salvation and thy gates. Praise churches make cities strong. Number three, big churches honor the king. Proverbs 14:28. In the multitude of people is the king's honor, but in the want of people is the destruction of the prince. The only thing God can't do is thank and praise himself. You can read the whole Bible. You won't read any verse like, and God thanked himself or God gave himself praise. He gave us the purpose. How many of you did Catholic catechism? We're not going to kick you out. I'm just asking, first page of catechism. What was man created to do? And the answer is correct. Man was created to give thanksgiving and praise to God. That was Lucifer's job. Lucifer got thrown out of heaven. Then God raised up a new thing that had never been made before called man. And he created them in his image and in his likeness and gave us the job. Sister Clarita and Brother Tony and everybody don't sing to give you time to park. I will enter his gates with thanksgiving in my heart. I'll come into his courts with praise. And when you lift up the praise, the old timers used to say, when the praises go up, the blessings come down. Because God abides in the praises of his people. And so the Bible says that God wants that honor, and he doesn't want less of it or a moderate amount. The more people that come to praise him, the better. I mean, you study the First Great Awakening in America and the Second Great Awakening and Azusa street and the Voice of Healing Revival. They didn't bring trouble to America. They alleviated trouble. When you have a head gangster in an area come in and get saved, like really saved, and he doesn't want to kill anymore, and he wants to forgive people. I was talking with one of our pilots that's from Iran. He's not a Muslim, but he grew up in Iran. And he was talking about America and how great it is. I said, it's a big difference When a culture believes to avenge anybody that wrongs, you avenge it. Or they're taught anyone that wrongs you, forgive them. How many of you had a right to punch someone in the face and chose not to? Where do the rest of you live? I would like to live with you. I mean, this morning on the way to church, there was a guy going 18 in a 30. I purposely don't put any revival today bumper stickers on my car just in case I backslide one time. What keeps you from doing that? You know, some of you that maybe haven't been to church since you completed catechism. Probably just the little bit of word you got, then you want to hit, but you get a little tap on the inside, a little taparoo from the Bible. Don't do that. I won't bless that. Forgive them. And it has created a culture where we don't shoot each other dead. Yeah, there's shootings, but there's also 340 million people here. It's amazing. It's not a mess every day. The Bible brings restraint among people. Can you say Amen? Number three? Number one, churches make cities strong. Number one, a strong church keeps a nation strong. Number two, churches make cities strong. Number three, big churches honor the king. How big does that guy want his church to grow? First of all, we did not buy this building and then do marketing to fill it. We originally bought a building that would seat 180, but people kept coming. So all we decided to do was instead of send the crowds away, do what Jesus did with the bread and fish. Jesus said, I am the bread of life. So if people are coming, the disciples said, let's send them away. There are too many people. Jesus said, tell them to sit down and make sure everybody eats until full. So all we did was decide in Texas, Pennsylvania, to put up a sale and accommodate this great move of God. I mean, it's all over the news. The baptism's at University of Pittsburgh. They're in revival. There's a hunger in Pittsburgh, there's a hunger in Texas. And we want there to be big rooms where people can come in and not be judged and to feel the presence of God and be changed by the power of God. If you're thankful to be a part of the church of the Lord Jesus Christ, clap your hands and give the Lord a mighty shout one more time. Come on, clap those hands. Let Jesus know that you know he's alive.
