Good evening, America. Happy Monday. We hope you're recovering well from the Thanksgiving holiday. And welcome to the latest edition of Just the News. No noise. I'm your host John Solomon reporting to you as always from our nation's capital, where it's been kind of a quiet day in Washington. But one of the things we want to highlight, the legacy news media has finally caught up to reporting that just the news has been bringing your way for several months now. In fact, all the way back to last summer. It's about the massive amount of fraud going on in Minnesota under Governor Tim Waltz Watts. The New York Times finally got around to covering it with an article this weekend all about how fraud swamped Minnesota's social services system and that Tim Watts was owning the fallout. The newspaper reported that prosecutors say it was done by, quote, members of the Somali diaspora and that even wrote this in their first line. The fraud scandal that rattled Minnesota was staggering in its scale, in brazenness. But they all got all this right finally. But you know what? Why did it take it so long? Well, I don't know. Just the news has been on top of this since last August. The very first story we did was right after Tim Waltz was named the vice presidential candidate for Kamala Harris. Then we showed everybody the amount of fraud that was already going around in a Covid era food program. Then we looked on and we discovered that there was a food similar fraud similarly going on in an autism program and several other programs, all under the watch of Minnesota. And it all happened because Minnesota kept handing out millions of dollars with no fixes to warnings that their own auditors, including the Legislative Audit Bureau, had been giving the government. The governor turned a blind eye to this fraud. And now prosecutors say there's as much as $2 billion in federal taxpayer money that is gone. Tim Waltz has been trying to say, not me, it's not my fault, just the system. But people aren't buying it. In fact, just last month, Justin News brought to you a latest story about the massive amount of fraud alleging to have been committed by that Somali migrant community in Minnesota. Now, one of the most satisfying things here is that after we broke these stories starting in last August and again in November, in December, in January And February, the U.S. attorney in Minnesota under Donald Trump began investigating. And thus far, there are 77 indictments of Somali immigrants who were involved in that food program fraud. That's just one of the fraud investigations the prosecutor is doing. Prosecutors have tracked some of the money that would be defrauded all the way out to Al Shabaab, a terrorist group in Northern Africa. That is deeply concerning. It's not clear whether the fraud recipients who sent the money to Northern Africa knew it was going to Al Shabaab, but Al Shabaab was one of the beneficiary recipients of some of our tax dollars. Just think about that. A lot to digest in that. But I think the good news is, yes, in today's media environment, the new media can force the old media to go back and cover things it has long ignored. And that's what happened in Minnesota. We're very proud of that here. A lot of the guests that we brought on were on this show talking about this last fall, this spring, and as recently as just two weeks ago when we had Congressman Pete Stauber and others on. So we have a tremendous lineup again for you today. In fact, Pete Stauber going to be joining us again today. He was on the show back in the summer and he's going to join us a little bit. But first I want to turn to my amazing co host, Amanda Head. Amanda, this is important when you can highlight something and action actually flows from it. But I don't think we're even at the bottom of where this goes. There's at least four of the programs I learned today that federal prosecutors are looking at. Congress is starting to dive in. One of the big red flags here, and it's something we talked about With David Walker last Thursday, Thanksgiving. When money goes to a recipient who then sends it out of the country, it should be an automatic red flag. It's one of the high risk things that Walker was talking about. When money goes to a dead person, we should be able to stop it right away. This program had all the hallmarks of fraud that the GAO has been giving us for 30 years and Timoth nor our federal government stopped it until now.
Amanda Head
And that's the sad thing, is that it wouldn't have taken a team of 30 CIA investigators, you know, or FBI investigators.
John Solomon
It wasn't hard to figure out.
Amanda Head
These are pretty standard greats that you would think things would not get through, but apparently they did in a state like Minnesota. All right, so I've got a couple of big headlines involving President Trump that happened over the Thanksgiving weekend. On Sunday, 1st, Trump posted on True Social and he appeared to endorse bringing charges against the group of Democrats who appeared in that video who urged military personnel to ignore, quote, illegal orders from the president. So here's what the president posted. He said, there are laws that impact our Nation. Read Title 18, Chapter 115, Section 2387. Whoever with the intent to interfere, impair influence, the loyalty, moral or discipline of the military naval forces to be fined or imprisoned up to 10 years. Commander Kirk Leopold, U.S. navy, retired. This is right on point. Do what has to be done. So this is especially relevant as of lately because Senator Mark Kelly, one of the Democrats in that video, has gone on air describing some of the actions taken by the military on drug boats as, quote, clearly not lawful. And President Trump dropped some big immigration news, too, on Sunday aboard Air Force One. I'll just let you listen to the president so you can hear it in his own words. You said that you might denaturalize some American citizens.
Mark Marano
Can you talk about people that are in here that shouldn't be here that became Americans?
Matt Van Epps
Well, we'll see.
Mark Marano
I mean, yeah, we have criminals that came into our country and they would naturalize, maybe through Biden or somebody that didn't know what they were doing. If I have the power to do it, I'm not sure that I do, but if I do, I would denaturalize. Absolutely.
Amanda Head
It amazes me how much energy he has to just always pop around that corner and talk to the press on Air Force One. But the talk of denaturalizing certain immigrants has been ramped up ever since the tragic murder of those two National Guardsmen, of the murder of one and the shooting of the other here in Washington, D.C. by an Afghan national a few days ago. Now, the president has further promised to review asylum claims, temporary protected status for various groups and to escalate deportation. So, John, this all falls right in line with President Trump and a lot of the things that he has spoken about ever since 2015 when he came down that escalator.
John Solomon
Yeah, and it's right in line with what Joe Edlow, who came on our show a couple weeks ago, said. He's a citizenship and naturalization director and he said, listen, if somebody's here, they're lawfully here on a green card and they were involved in this Somali fraud, we're getting you, you're getting kicked out. If someone got citizenship through fraudulent means, then we might kick them out. And I think that Minnesota is going to be ground zero for this. It was very interesting when Joe Edloe came on, he wanted to talk about Minnesota. Now, he knew the reporting was from us. But I think there are big hints that maybe that Somali community becomes a test bed for some of the other naturalization issues that we all face. Did people commit marriage fraud? Did they commit, did they give false statements when they came into the country? Did they commit illegal acts and then claim that they didn't when they became citizens? All of those things can be can void citizenship or certainly green cards. And I think President Trump may actually have a team beneath him who's fast at work at this. I keep an eye on Minnesota on that.
Amanda Head
Eric Rather might be someone up on Capitol Hill who should pay attention to that.
John Solomon
Absolutely. Well, as I mentioned at the top of the show, Congressman Pete Stauber of Minnesota, he is just a common sense, no nonsense, stop the waste in government lawmaker. We had a chance over the holiday week to talk to him last week and it's right on point. It was right about this Minnesota scandal. Why don't you have a watch what we talked about? I've been talking about Minnesota more than I have in a very long time because there is a long and growing legacy of fraud there. It seems like it has happened under Governor Waltz. But this new revelation the last few weeks about these welfare funds that were routed potentially to the terrorist al Qaeda back group Al Shabaab and Nigeria seem to be very serious in Somalia. Tell us what you know about it and how do we get to the bottom to make sure taxpayer monies aren't going to terrorists?
Pete Stauber
John, that that report was very, very disturbing. And I'll just give your listeners a real quick background. In 2018, the Medicaid reimbursements for the state of Minnesota for autism was $3 million. Fast forward five years. The Medicaid payment for autism was 399 million. So 2018, 3 million five years later was 399 million. And the most disturbing part is this went to the terrorist group Al Shabaab, the terrorist organization in Somalia. It is disturbing beyond anyone's conscience. And those of us in Minnesota, we've had it. We in Minnesota, John, we want to make good news, we want to make good policy. And under Governor Walz, our failed governor, we're seeing this fraud from feeding our future now to this Medicaid autism fraud. This is hundreds of millions of dollars. And we think the U.S. attorney out of Minneapolis thinks it's going to be between 2 and 3 billion dollars. That's worth. And that's simply unacceptable, absolutely unacceptable, that the Minnesota and US Taxpayers money has left the state of Minnesota because a lack of oversight or lack of wanting to do oversight and allowed this to leave our country. Simply unacceptable. And we're going to hold Governor Walz and his failed administration account to account. I can guarantee you that.
John Solomon
Two to three billion, that is a big number for a single state. That is huge, Congressman.
Amanda Head
That's, that's nauseating numbers. And I have to think. And we got to wait till the investigation plays out, obviously, but what's your sense as far as who's responsible for this? Because you don't have millions of dollars.
John Solomon
Oops.
Amanda Head
Ported to a terrorist group Al Shabaab, that doesn't happen by accident. Who do you anticipate is behind this? Because I got to think someone who is an American, someone who, who cares about this country would not be doing this.
Pete Stauber
Well, listen, in Minneapolis we have one of the biggest Somalian populations in our whole country, right? And when key people in certain, certain parts of the walls administration that may turn a blind eye to this fraud or not ensure that they qualify for Medicaid services for autism. And you again, you go from 3 billion to 399 billion in five years. You have to believe it was intentional in many areas. And so I think the investig is going to find those responsible and they're going to be held to the highest court within the law. And it just, it's simply unacceptable with our current governor talking about, you know, the cost of living and the cost of Medicaid and the subsidies, et cetera. And then here he's leading or he's in charge or he's responsible for this effort to make sure that the budget within our state is working well and the taxpayers aren't getting ripped off. And this is just. It's embarrassing. Our Minnesota delegation is absolutely embarrassed over this.
John Solomon
We had another incident that I think gets to this culture of disregard for taxpayers, for Americans, for their money, for the mores of our land. There was a Florida congresswoman indicted on charges that she stole $5 million that was supposed to go to people who were victims of disasters, victims of disasters in Florida, and then routed into her political campaign so she could politically benefit from that stolen money. Now, she's been indicted. She hasn't gone to trial. She's assumed innocent until proven otherwise. But the idea that a member of Congress may have done that to their own constituents. Your thoughts on the cultural mores that lead someone to do that.
Pete Stauber
Simply reprehensible, John. Simply reprehensible to have a sitting member of Congress being indicted for stealing $5 million of FEMA funds that were dedicated to people that were hurting and needed it. So I think that that'll be going to the Ethics and the Congressional Ethics Committee and they're going to look at it. And I don't think they're going to spend too much time before they give the members of Congress their report. Remember, the last person we expelled from Congress were Jorge Santos. And that was after the members of the Ethics Committee, you know, put forth to the, to the group, you know, to the members, their congressional report. So I expect this to follow a similar, you know, a similar process. But again, I cannot fathom somebody stealing $5 million of US taxpayer money that was dedicated to people in need and that were in harm's way, and then she pockets it. So, you know, we in Congress, we have to hold ourselves and each other up to a higher stand standard. And I'm hoping that the Ethics Committee works diligently in a manner, in a timely manner so we can get this passed, we can move on.
Amanda Head
Absolutely, sir. Another issue that's growing in the Democrat Party is this really concerning flirtation with socialism. Nearly 100 Democrats refused to condemn it. It was a measure introduced by Congresswoman Salazar from Florida, who is the daughter of two Cuban exile. So she knows exactly what Communism looks like. Her parents experienced it. Does it surprise you that Democrats are so seemingly okay with socialism that they won't even put it on record that they condemn it?
Pete Stauber
You know, when you talk to Representative Salazar and talk to her about what they experienced and etc. In Cuba, it is. You can't. I cannot believe that half of the Democratic Party in the House of Representatives voted to state that communism or socialism is okay, 100 of them, 100 members of the Democrat caucus voted to support socialism. And that's why we say that party, that Democrat Party, is the Democrat Socialists of America. Look who's leading it. Jasmine Crockett, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and that group, it's simply, it just, it's mind boggling to see where that party's gone. And in the meantime, the Republican tent, we're growing. There's not a day that goes by in northern Minnesota that I have a constituent that may not have voted for me that comes up and say, pete, we're voting for you. Our party is gone. The Democrat Party is no longer the party of the blue collar worker. We see it in so many areas. So it's sad that 100 Democrats in the House of Representatives voted to say socialism was okay. And the American people are seeing it. The American people are seeing it. And so, you know, we have a vote in the House every two years and they're going to be held account to that because America is never and will never, as President Trump says, will never be a socialist country. Ever.
Matt Van Epps
Important.
John Solomon
Sir, before we let you go, you have been working to free American business, American innovation, American workers from the incredible burden of unnecessary regulation. The SPEED act just got through the House Natural Resources Committee. It's a big deal. Tell us what it does and why it's so important to the future of our economy. You got about a minute and a half left.
Pete Stauber
Okay, so John, great question. It is. The SPEED act really works with the NEPA policy, which is a process, a statute involving the process of building things and industry, et cetera, exploring for critical minerals and oil and gas and building roads and bridges. So permitting reform affects everything. And the SPEED act really deals with the NEPA process. It puts timelines, limits, the time of judicial review. Prior to that it was six years. Now it's 150 days. If there's going to be a lawsuit filed. We need to move this country forward. We need to get our transmission lines up and running if we want to win the AI war and the mining. We can't take 29 years on average to open up a mine in this country. It shouldn't take 10 years to build a bridge in any community in our country. So the SPEED act that was brought, brought forward by Chairman Westerman and Representative Golden, Republican and Democrat, it was brought in a bipartisan fashion and it passed the House Natural Resource Committee in a bipartisan fashion. So we're looking for that to go over to the Senate, get passed and that will help industry, all industry and all forms of energy move forward in this country because we have to work quicker and bring industry back and mine our critical minerals and become energy independent, critical mineral dominant. We have to harvest our forests and the SPEED act touches every sector of our society. And I was very, very proud to be one of the co sponsors of Bruce Westerman's bill.
John Solomon
So important we can have clean water, clean air and good projects that don't take 29 years to get done. Congressman, really great to have you on the show today. Wow, what a great conversation. On the note of illegal immigrants, just a little while ago, the Trump administration announced that it is pressuring Attorney general of New York, Letitia James, the other one who was indicted and let off the indictment, to return 7,000 legal immigrants that are being protected in the sanctuary state of New York. Keeping a close eye on that@justinnews.com check that out. All right, quick commercial break. When we come back, Amanda had a chance to talk to the Republican candidate in terms of tomorrow's special election in Tennessee. It's closely watched. Will the Republicans hold that seat that former congressman, that former Congressman Mark Greene left behind? We'll find out about this message.

Welcome back, everybody, to Just the news. No noise. We've got another test for congressional Republicans coming soon. Tomorrow, the state of Tennessee is holding a special election to fill former Congressman Mark Green's seat after he resigned earlier this year. Now the race is between Republican Matt Van Epps and Democrat Afton Bain. And Bain is in the middle of a huge PR disaster. She was caught on tape saying that she hates Nashville. Yes, that's the area that she's Running to represent. Here's that video. I hate the city. I hate the Bachelorettes. I hate the Pedal Taverns. I hate country music. I hate all of the things that make Nashville apparently, and its city to the rest of the. But I hate it.
Mark Marano
I know you said those comments were.
Pete Stauber
Taken out of context, but I want you to.
Jerry Dunleavy
I want to ask you about it.
Mark Marano
Because I'm wondering, do you think it was a mistake to say that.
John Solomon
Once.
Amanda Head
Again, I was a private citizen, Nashville is my home? Do I roll my eyes at the bachelorette parties and the pedal taverns that are blocking my access to my house? Yeah. Joining me now, the Republican running in this race against her, Matt Van Epps. Matt, thanks so much for being here.
Matt Van Epps
Amanda, thank you so much. Honored. Honored to be on today.
Amanda Head
We are honored to have you here. And I gotta say, I mean, this. This is not like some off the cuff hot mic moment. This is a dig at the very people who are going to the voting booth and making a decision to vote for her or not. This, I don't know how you cover. I don't know how you smooth this over with voters.
Matt Van Epps
Absolutely. Well, you know, first and foremost, I love Nashville. I love country music. We've got an incredible district of 14 counties that I'll be honored to represent. And listen, the distinction between my opponent and me could not be more clear. It starts with comments about her not liking Nashville, but it goes much further than that. She wants to defund the police. She wants to abolish prisons. She supports transgender surgery for minors without parental consent. And she wants new and higher taxes to fund her socialist agenda that will skyrocket our cost of living. We are just the opposite of that. We want low taxes, less regulation. We will always support the police and back the blue. And the distinction here could not be more clear. And it's why I need everyone in the Tennessee 7th congressional district to get out and vote tomorrow for Matt Van Epps.
Amanda Head
Yeah, absolutely. And you know, when I listen to that interview of her, I don't know if she's trying to sound edgy or what, but she's not an edgy democr. She's exactly what all of the Democrats have become, which is progressive, which for Nashville, that's not right. I mean, Nashville, it has pockets of blue, but it's in a very, very red state. So it seems to me that Democrats in the district that you are running for, even Democrats, are not like the super far leftist Democrats, the type that would vote for someone who has, frankly, AOC type policies, because that's what she has.
Matt Van Epps
That's right. And matter of fact, AOC is going to be doing a rally to support her. She's at Jasmine Crockett, you know, all of the very far left and we're just the opposite. We are freedom loving Americans who have the best interest of our district, our state, in our country in mind. We've got the policies that will address cost of living to drive that down, focusing on health care and housing, child care, energy. And we need everyone to get out and vote with us tomorrow. We started today. It was a really great start to the day. We were at a rally in our district and the speaker is here. He put the president on speaker, he called the president, had him talk to everybody that was there. And it was just an awesome moment where I'm honored to be endorsed by the President, have the backing of the speaker and we just have really great momentum. We're out in front and we're going to keep it that way with a decisive win tomorrow when everyone shows up.
Amanda Head
Yeah, and I want to talk about your campaign, President Trump. You've got his full backing. He called you a star. It seems like when it comes to what we saw in the November election, a referendum on liberal policies, those that often vain seem to to espouse and a reiteration of the fact that Americans really, really want America First. You're the Tennessee first candidate. You're the Nashville first candidate.
Matt Van Epps
That's exactly right. And you know, I was honored to have the president's early and strong support and the speakers. And we built a coalition now too, with over 50 community leaders, local elected officials, from county mayor to highway superintendent, farmers, business leaders, was honored to be endorsed by the NFIB to fight for small businesses. And we put this, this coalition together that started in the primary and has only grown since then because our message on America first and wanting to fight there, fight alongside the president and speaker is resonating along with my background. I'm a, I'm a West Point grad, a former army special operations helicopter pilot that was a leader in small business here in Nashville, served in Tennessee state government as a commissioner, as a leader. And it's real world boots on the ground leadership experience that we'll use to drive America first forward to support our families, our farmers, law enforcement, first responders across the district.
Amanda Head
Yeah, and I want to stay on law enforcement for a moment because recently obviously Charlotte has. There's been a microscope on Charlotte as far as their crime issues. But a lot of other Southern cities, Democrats love to talk about red States, crime and gun issues. But it's blue cities within those red states. Birmingham, Alabama, New Orleans, Louisiana, Atlanta, Georgia, Charlotte, North Carolina. Nashville is not spared from that either, are they?
Matt Van Epps
No. And it's one of the reasons why very early on in the primary, one of the first groups I met with were sheriffs and chiefs across our district. We met with them again a couple of weeks ago, simply asking them what is it that they need and for them to know that I will always back law enforcement. I'll always back the blue. I'm still serving in the Tennessee Army National Guard as a lieutenant colonel. I'm a deputy brigade commander. And those folks who defend our communities and our country are putting their lives on the line every single day. And we've got to do everything we can to support them because they are who support us and our families.
Amanda Head
Yeah. All right, so let's get down to the nitty gritty because people are already voting. I know that in polling you've got to slight lead over Afton Bain, but how do we inspire voters to get out there and show up and fill in that bubble for you?
Matt Van Epps
Yes. Well, we need everyone to get out tomorrow. My website has more information on polling locations. It's got a link to the Secretary of State's website with all the information. Our website's matt4tn.com that's mat f o r t n.com and you can find all the information you need there. And we need folks to get out tomorrow. We need all Republicans, we need all the freedom loving folks across the Tennessee 7th Congressional District to vote. It might, it might be some bad weather tomorrow. It might be raining a little bit, but we need people to be safe. But to get to the polls, this could not be more important. It is literally about the fabric of America and the direction we want to move our country. And I humbly ask for everyone's vote and support so that we can continue to push our country in the right direction to support America first.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. Matt, before I let you go, if you're elected and you head up to Capitol Hill, what are some of the most important things you want to see done with, with what will hopefully be a very, might be a slim majority, but a majority for Republicans.
Matt Van Epps
Absolutely. Well, there's a whole lot we need to do pretty quickly, but we will always fight for our families, our small businesses, our farmers, military and veterans. We're going to work with the president and the speaker to address affordability and we need to work housing and health care and unleashing America's energy. Dominance. Tennessee has led in nuclear for a very long time now, and that's something we have to continue to do. The first small modular reactor will be at the Clinch river site in East Tennessee. And we need to continue to invest in nuclear, oil and gas, which will drive down the cost at the pump, it'll drive down utility costs. And Tennessee and the Tennessee 7th congressional district can lead on that, and we look forward to being a part of those solutions.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. Republican candidate In Tennessee's District 7 special election tomorrow, Matt Van Epps. Good luck on your race and we're going to stay on top of it and hope to have you back once you're in Congress.
Matt Van Epps
Thanks, Amanda. I really appreciate it. I hope you have a great day.
Amanda Head
Same to you. Same to you. All right, everybody. Much more coming up for you right after this. Commercial break.

Welcome back, America. Late last month, the controversial UN climate summit called COP 30, COP 30 ended. As you may be aware, the Trump administration made the decision to skip this year's climate summit. And it turns out it was probably for good reason. Here to discuss COP30 is someone who was there in Brazil in person. He's Climate Depot publisher and former senior staff at the U.S. senate Environment and Public Works Committee, our good friend Mark Marano. Mark, welcome back.
Mark Marano
Thank you, John. I'm back. It was 36 hours to get to Belem, Belem, Brazil, and it took two days to get back. It was far away. It was in a rainforest. And what a colossal cop out. What a colossal disaster for this COP30 UN climate summit. Thank you.
John Solomon
Well, it started with an extraordinary moment, right? The revelation that the history clear cut a force just so they could have their climate forest which undercuts. But it ended in the last week with two pretty profound articles. One in Newsweek saying Trump is winning the global climate debate and another in the New York Times acknowledging that climate activists are losing the messaging war. Now, the New York Times one was kind of interesting because they don't actually mention the fact that the reason Trump's winning the debate is that the facts are coming out on his side. All of those predictions never turned out to be true. Give us your thought on coming out of COP 30 the realization that maybe the climate movement has lost its big mo.
Mark Marano
They truly have. When CNN's own pollster does an entire segment about how the American public is no more concerned about climate change than they were in the late 1980s, it's over. I mean, it's, I shouldn't say it's over because you have so much money and institutions and international organizations and academia all pumping this and they've been doing it for 30 plus years. They're not going to just walk away. But it's at the low point here and we need to kill it. And that's what the message I had to Donald Trump was. We need to make this permanent by getting out of the 1992 treaty, getting out of the endangerment finding, etc. Where CO2 is regulated as a pollutant. But, but it's amazing because Newsweek's recognizing it. Politico is recognizing the disaster. This. The New York Times mentioning that the climate deniers, in their own words, are winning. And they use COP30 as an example. I mean, it was a, it was a masterstroke of genius for President Trump to bypass COP30 in the Amazon. What I mean by bypass is even if he had sent a delegation, they would have probably been more obstructionist. Although in his first term he sent delegations and it turned out I tried to meet with them and did meet with them. It was like 80, 20. This is a little bit of inside baseball, but essentially 80% of the delegation in Trump's first term, when they went to the. Now I've been to 21 out of 30. But when Trump's delegation, when they go to these conferences was like 80% of the deep state permanent bureaucrats of the State Department. And they're all for the whole UN Process. These are the bureaucrats who've been there. They're more at home with John Kerry being the climate envoy than anything to do with Donald Trump. And 20% of the staff was usually the Trump administration. And we worked with them at a UN Climate summit in Germany. The Trump administration deviously, the administration appointees deviously planted us in one of the events and we were able to ask questions and things like this stuff we never would have had access to, but by just boycotting it this year completely, it allowed all the brics nations from Brazil and Russia, Middle Eastern states, to literally just go in and basically co opt and derail any. Not that this would have been an achievement. They wanted to have a statement at the end declaring a fossil free fuel world at the end. And they were going to all cheer, we did it. Yeah, by 2050, we're going to be free. Just virtue signaling nonsense. They couldn't even get the virtue signaling nonsense because of Trump's absence. Tip the whole scales behind the scenes.
Amanda Head
Surprised that the American people have realized that the con is up. I question, though, the people who have been behind this movement for so long, because I do, I do think that some of them were genuine. I do think that some of them who are not making money off of this probably believed that the world was going to end, that the polar bears were going to die, that the forest was going to crumble all over of those things. But there was a European leader there who said, what the f are we even doing here? So are the people who were originally bought in, are they also realizing that this all was basically a con?
Mark Marano
Yeah, well, there's two. There's two cons here. Number One is that the UN claims we face a climate emergency, a climate catastrophe, climate crisis. That's con number one. It's a sort of a scientific con. And the second con is even if we faced a climate emergency, the second con is that the somehow the UN was going to alter and change the climate and make it all safe for everyone in the world. And that was actually probably the more absurd con in the first place. In the second place that they actually believe that. So there's dual cons going on here. When you see the European leader saying what the f are we doing here? He's realizing this process after 30 years and you can look at the charts, CO2 has continued to climb in the atmosphere. There has been no effect whatsoever at these climates and even reducing CO2 emissions, let alone allegedly reversing hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, which none of them are increasing on climate timescales anyway. So that is what was fascinating. And also you had like, I think was 80 countries didn't even, over 100 actually didn't even bother to, to meet their, fulfill their pledges or make new pledges into the run up of this. Europe has basically been walking away from Germany. Even in England there's all sorts of soundings that they're walking away from net zero because it's just not realistic. You have New York Governor Kathy Hochul basically saying we need reliable energy. I can't meet the climate goals. She's being attacked now from the left. You have Gavin Newsom now reaching out to oil companies in California. Don't leave the state. We need you here. It's important. Fossil fuels are important. Stuff you never would have heard even a year ago. It's the, I can't say it's over, but it's literally in as dormant a state as we've seen since 1992 when George H.W. bush got us into this mess with the Rio earth Summit Treaty, UN Framework Convention, which then led to 30 years of these climate summits. But you know, this went from COP 30, you mentioned the Amazon rainforest, 8 miles cleared for the summit to clear cut 30. Then they couldn't use the toilets went out. They couldn't use bathrooms for hours. World leaders had no access. Then they got the toilets running, but you couldn't use toilet paper. So we dubbed it crap 30. And then they had a huge fire which, which had huge emissions by the way. They shut the conference down another day, which even the media picked up on. Was more than symbolic. That UN conference is flames as in tatters, which is exactly what it was. But then it became robocop because even after all this failure, they not only announced next year's conference, onward and upward, they're going to Turkey, but they announced two years COP32 is going to be in Ethiopia, Africa, which I can't imagine that's going to go as well go that well, given that it's, you know, not in a heightened state of development or economic activity. I don't know that they can handle 50,000, you know, delegates coming in to use restaurants and public transit and, you know, the infrastructure because certainly Belem, Brazil couldn't handle it.
John Solomon
Yeah, it's amazing. Sometimes just getting out of the way and letting the left collapse is the more prudent thing to do. And that's what Donald Trump did.
Mark Marano
Stay home and watch it. Yes.
John Solomon
Yeah, it was really remarkable. And yet there's so many Americans that care about clean air and environment. It can be done without all of this alarmism. That's the lesson of the last 30 years, Mark, you've been teaching us that for a long time. Great to have you with us one more time for a great update. Thanks for joining us today.
Mark Marano
Thanks, Don. Thanks, Amanda.
John Solomon

Welcome back everybody. Thanksgiving is officially behind us. The decorations are going up and Christmas season is in full swing. But along with the festivities comes something a little less cheerful. Peak season for flu, COVID 19 and RSV. Every year it seems like more and more people get knocked out right when they want to be celebrating with family, traveling, shopping, enjoying time off. So how can you protect yourself this Christmas season? Joining us now is world renowned doctor and chief scientific officer at the Wellness Company. He's also the author of the book Vaccines, Mythology, Ideology and Reality, which you should go pick up for Christmas, Dr. Peter McCullough. Dr. McCullough, thank you so much for being with us tonight.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Thank you.
Amanda Head
Well, we learned something a little bit disturbing over the weekend, something that a lot of people had a fair amount of intuition and antennas about children that died from the COVID vaccine. Tell us how this came out and why it really flew under the radar. It was a bizarre rollout of this information.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Since 2021 reports in the peer reviewed literature of autopsy proven COVID vaccine deaths in children have been published. In fact, one by Gill and colleagues, two teenagers after their second shot of Pfizer. I mean these are clear cut published cases. Now the CDC over the holiday from a leaked memo says that they knew about 10 deaths that where they're sure is due to the COVID 19 vaccine among children of, you know, among 96 reports of death that they had. And to clarify, this is the fda, not the cdc. You know, so a leaked memo out of the out over the holidays, no press release, no call for independent evaluation, no call to pause the vaccines. You know, they're still on the childhood schedule down to babies 6 months of age if they have some additional medical problems. This is a very bizarre turn in this entire vaccine debacle.
John Solomon
So doctor, what would be the right proper next step? Not sure that the government will take it, but given what we know now about the risk of children, 96 reported deaths, 10 confirmed. And there's probably more in the literature that I've read even. What should RFK Jr do based on this memory that came out this weekend?
Dr. Peter McCullough
Well, the CDC has as my last check on the vaccine adverse reporting system, they've got 19,480 deaths after the Vaccine, a couple thousand that occur right after the shot. I mean, the only thing to do is to suspend all of these vaccines. If there was 10 deaths with a pediatric drug, immediately, that drug would be recalled and it would be pulled off the market and there'd be an investigation. This is really the first concession that the US FDA has had on what the public has watched since 2021. So I think the quick action steps are pause the vaccines, pull them off the market, get an independent review committee together. It's not fda, not cdc. We're talking about independent scientists and doctors who can review all of these cases. Read the vignettes. Remember, when the CDC gets a VAERS report, they have the patient, the patient's email, phone number, address the doctor. They have a ton of information. All the patients, the families of the deceased, they should be interviewed to figure out what went on. And Americans deserve the truth.
Amanda Head
Dr. McCullough, we have talked for years with you about how the COVID vaccine created even more skepticism surrounding all vaccines, not just the COVID vaccine. In light of this information, when this information goes widespread, do you anticipate that parents, Americans in general, even if they're not parents, are going to be calling for the revelation of further studies with other vaccines as well?
Dr. Peter McCullough
They will for sure. And I think we're seeing now cracks in the dam. I just finished talking with someone who's a real expert in autism himself, and he just had a baby, and he said, you know, listen, I got my baby out of the pediatric office. No vaccines. He said, I've seen enough. And I think a lot of parents have said they've seen enough. There's too much uncertainty that we need now a full overhaul of this approach that we've taken with vaccines. The previous approach was just keep taking more. More is better than the prior year. I think we've reached a breaking point. I think it's here.
John Solomon
So one of the things that is obvious is that myocardist was really known for quite some time, and yet no one was sounding the alarm bells for two or three years. Why would such strong signals of a potential adverse event or effect from the vaccine buried who was burying them? Why were they burying it? Because it seems like it's antithetical to the medical profession's responsibilities.
Dr. Peter McCullough
We looked at all the documents, John. In the US Senate, Homeland Security and Governmental affairs, the Permanent Committee on investigations. On May 21, 2025, we had our deliberations. We produced a report. This was Senator Ron Johnson, Richard Blumenthal. We concluded that the public health agencies and the White House covered, covered it up. They covered up the safety concerns on myocarditis because they were afraid that it would dissuade people from taking the vaccine. It was an intentional government cover up and it started early in 2021.
John Solomon
Misinformed consent believable.
Amanda Head

All right, everybody, we're going to take one more break and then we have one of our own, one of our colleagues here at Just the News to break down his day at the Pentagon. Welcome back to our final segment, everybody. And it is a new day for journalism over at the Pentagon because Just the News has been granted, granted access there to cover America's military. In fact, earlier today, Just the News chief investigative correspondent Jerry Dunleavy was reporting from the Pentagon and it couldn't have been timed better as American policy towards Venezuela is getting discussed more than ever. So author of the book the Untold Story of Biden's Fiasco here in studio to tell us more, Jerry Dunleavy, welcome to the show. Great to see you next to me at this desk instead of next to me down in our offices.
Jerry Dunleavy
That's right, yeah. Good to be here.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Good to see you. Good to see you. Yep.
Amanda Head
All right, so talk to me about what you anticipate the level of access is going to be. This is obviously a new group of people and what's the feeling there? Because the last group, we all saw their exit and their, shall we say, belligerence when they were outside of the Pentagon after they got kicked out. What was the mood in there?
Jerry Dunleavy
Yeah, well, look, I mean, I think it's extremely important to have good reporters in there at the Pentagon, especially given everything that's going on in the world today. We can talk a little bit more about Venezuela, but we have Russia's war against Ukraine, we have jihadists around the country posing a threat and of course, potential for conflict with China as well. And so the decision by the Pentagon press corps to boycott and walk out, you know, that's not what we're doing. We're going to be in the, in the building asking tough questions and reporting. It's important.
John Solomon
Yeah, no, it is. And you said it. No greater moment in history where the military is going to be more central to the storyline in the next few years. On that front, the President dropped some big hints over the Thanksgiving holiday. I think in his address to military members on Thanksgiving Day, he said, we'll soon be stopping the Venezuelan drug traffickers through land the way we stopped them by boat. I think he said 85 of the boats have now been destroyed. And then on Sunday, Saturday, he declared that all the space airspace above Venezuela should be considered off limits. I think that was more of a safety warning for planes. But are we heading to some part of some possible military intervention in Venezuela?
Jerry Dunleavy
It certainly seems like the US Military and President Trump are putting us in a position to do that, if that's what we decide to do and if that's, that's what the President decides to do. This could be an effort to pressure Maduro to truly take action against cartels, which seems extremely unlikely. It could be an effort to pressure him to capitulate, which also seems somewhat unlikely, but could happen. But we are definitely putting ourselves in a position to take military action if that's what the President decides. We've moved a lot of sea based assets and military hardware into the Caribbean and the surrounding areas around Venezuela. You know, Yeah, a lot, a lot of hardware. I mean, it's probably something like, you know, maybe a fourth of the ships that we have out there right now have probably been moved into the region. So we're definitely in the position to do that. And of course, we've been taking military action against Venezuelan drug boats as well. But whether that escalates into taking action, you know, inside of Venezuela, we'll see.
Amanda Head
Jerry, something you have written prolifically about the withdrawal from Afghanistan. The American people still have a lot of questions about that, and I know you do too. Are you looking forward to peppering with questions on that?
Jerry Dunleavy
Yeah, absolutely. Of course. Secretary Hegseth, one of the first things that he did was to start a review inside the Pentagon about the disastrous withdrawal and specifically how the Biden Pentagon made a lot of mistakes. And really it's extremely important not just to get answers for the Gold Star families and for the veterans of that war, but also the military needs to learn these lessons for future conflicts. As we see now, potential conflict with Venezuela, the challenges that are posed by Russia, by China. The military needs to, to learn these lessons. And I'm going to be, you know, of course, trying to get the Pentagon to answer these questions. It's something that they promised that they're going to do. It's something that they're investigating, and we're going to hold them to that.
John Solomon
Everybody should read your story. I think it was Saturday morning on the CIA's zero unit, lack of vetting, how these guys are swept in because it explains that tragedy that occurred right outside our door here. We're lucky to have Jerry here, aren't we?
Amanda Head
And you can find that over@justthenews.com. and if you want to see all of his bylines, I assume it's the same pattern as mine is, which is justthenws.com Jerry Dunleavy, you nailed it. All right. There we go. All right, everybody, thanks so much for being with us tonight. We're going to be back here tomorrow night, same time, same place. Grant Central is going to take you through the next hour. Have a great night.
