Yeah. You haven't changed much, huh? And you. And you love this place, don't you? Good. Nice to see you. Thank you very much. Oh, I didn't know it was coming up, but that's okay. Come on, stay with us. Stay with us. Patrick. That was nice. That's usually a politician does that, you know. That was pretty good. Thank you, Patrick. Good job. That's an amazing job. Also with us is a great Irish born scholar of American history, Dr. Os Guinness, who has written more than a dozen books on the American founding, God's blessing of America and the needs to save western civilization. So, Dr. Oz, where are you? Where are you? This is a different Dr. Oz. We have another Dr. Oz that we know, that we know very well is here someplace. Yes. How are you?
Congressman Keith Self
Ah, how are you?
Event Host / Interviewer
Boy, you look nice in the corner. Picked a nice spot. Thank you very much. Congratulations. It's a great career. And his great, great, great grandfather was the famous brewer from Dublin, author Guinness and creator of Ireland's most famous export. His family helped build Ireland and now Oz reminds us of the values and principles that built America. So thank you very much. It's a great honor. Nice to see you.
Congressman Keith Self
Great.
Event Host / Interviewer
And from the banks of the Chicago river to the streets of South Bend, Indiana, we know what that is. Good football and good college, good school. From the steeples of Savannah, Georgia all the way to the Oval Office. That beautiful Oval Office. Has anybody been in the Oval Office? I know the speaker of the House has. Too much, right, Mike? Too much. That's right. And by the way, a friend of mine who I just see here is your ambassador to Ireland, is his name is Walchy. We call him Walsh. His name is Walsh Boyga and he's a great golfer. And I would think that that's got to be the greatest ambassadorship in history. You're a golfer. He loves golf, he's really good at it. And he's the ambassador to Ireland. You can't do better than that, right? You can't do better than that. But came all the way from the Washington, D.C. area, Irish Americans have left an incredible mark on American history. And they're fighters and thinkers and doers and winners. And for 250 years, and that's what we have now. We have the Olympics coming up. We have the World cup coming up. And I tried to. I did take credit for those two. I tried to add in 250, but that didn't work out too well, you know, because in my first term, I got the Olympics. In my first term, I got the World Cup. And then I said, I wonder if anybody would notice if I said, I got the 250 years. And I had calls from, like, Mike, you called me, you said, I'm not allowed to take that one. Right. But we have an amazing celebration this year coming up. 250 years, America has truly been blessed by the luck of the Irish. So once again, let me say thank you to everybody. Happy St. Patrick's Day. You are really, really fantastic people. And I want to do something having to do with a thing called the Shamrock Bowl. Does anybody know it? I'll ask my very dear friend, and he is a friend, to come up and say a few words. Thank you very.
Irish Ambassador / Official
President Trump. Distinguished guests, I am profoundly honored to be here celebrating St. Patrick's Day at the White House once again. And I'm delighted that we're joined by our great friend, Ambassador Ed Walsh. He is doing a fantastic job in Ireland for you, Mr. President. Everyone loves him. And we're also joined by our wonderful ambassador to the United States, Geraldine Byrne Nason. Geraldine, we are very, very proud of you and the work that you are doing. I'm also delighted to be joined by so many Cabinet members. And if I may, I wish to pay a particular tribute to Transport Secretary Sean Duffy, who was honoured last night at the Ireland Funds Gala. Distinguished guests, the Shamrock ceremony is always a uniquely special moment. It is a symbol of friendship, a friendship between our peoples which is older than our republics. But this year, it is a special one. 250 years ago, the people of the United States inspired the world with their determination to build a nation on the timeless ideals of liberty, democracy and equality. For Irish people both here and back home, these were noble ideals to which they rallied, too, in incredible numbers. Over a quarter of Washington's Continental army were Irish. Among the brave and visionary leaders who signed the Declaration of Independence, three were born on the island of Ireland, and many others were of Irish descent. When they had finished their historic work on that warm, clear Philadelphia day, the text was rushed into the Hands of another Irishman, John Dunlap, who printed the very first copies of the Declaration, which was spread across the world. And in those early years of this new Republic, Irish people were active in many more ways. Dairyman Charles Thompson designed the Great Seal of the United States, showing the bald eagle with its head turned towards the olive branch of peace. James Hoban, born in County Kilkenny, who designed this beautiful White House. Even the very term, as the President has said, United States of America, was first used in writing by an Irishman, Stephen Moylan, from my own county of Cork. Corkonians are notorious for their vision. He was an aide de camp to George Washington and used a phrase in a letter dated 2 January 1776. Mr. President, the Revolution that gave birth to this United States was a flare that lit up the world. It inspired those in Ireland who dreamed of our own Republic. It gave strength to all who believed in the self evident truths of your Declaration of Independence. That all of us, wherever we are in the world, are created equal with rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That governments are created and draw their powers from the consent of the governed. And that it is our duty as leaders to secure the safety and happiness of the people. That it is the people, those who are governed, who hold the power. Mr. President, I know that you have designated this as a year to celebrate the Declaration of Independence and the foundation of this Republic. As we mark 250 years of these remarkable United States of America. Let those revolutionary ideals shine as brightly today as they ever did. Irish people were there when they were authored and they remain a great source of pride and inspiration to the 35 million Americans of Irish descent. Let them continue to inspire and to sustain those who today yearn for peace, justice and freedom. Let the USA always be that beacon on the hill, holding firm to those founding values, resolute and constant. And let Ireland and the United States continue to work together to defend them and to build a better world. One that is free, secure and at peace. Mr. President, no fewer than 23 people of Irish descent have become American Presidents. Millions more shaped their communities, their cities and their country, building an endlessly dynamic, innovative and resilient nation. From the very beginning, what you, Mr. President, have described as the strength, warmth, grit and grace of the Irish people has strengthened and enriched this union. It is that grit and grace that marks every aspect of our relationship today. It is what characterized the decades long US Investment in peace and reconciliation on the island of Ireland. Some of those who gave their time, resources, political capital and commitment to Help transform our island are in this room today. You have my deepest gratitude. Ireland is now an island at peace. A place where politics, persuasion and advocacy have taken the place of violence to achieve our aspirations. There is plenty of grit and grace in the economic relationship too. The US has long been Ireland's largest investment partner. In Ireland, American companies thrive, innovate and gain access to European Union and international markets. But that investment increasingly goes both ways. Ireland is the fifth largest source of foreign direct investment into the US with investment by Irish companies valued at 390 billion US dollars. Not bad for a country of just five and a half million. Irish Companies have so many 737s on order that it would take the Boeing factory in Washington almost an entire year of working solely on Irish orders to deliver them all. It's true. Every day, every day, hundreds of thousands of American men and women go to work in hundreds of Irish owned Companies across the 50 states of the Union. Irish investment is central to making the critical materials for American infrastructure and housing. The food that is served on American tables each night using produce from American farmers. The infrastructure that powers the AI revolution. The United States is the largest economy in the world. Ireland is small. We need free and open trade to make our way in the world. And we like to see as few barriers and tariffs get in the way of that as possible. Like other small countries, we see international rules and order, including the United nations, as essential to our peace and security and to that of the world. Our own recent history has convinced us that dialogue, negotiation and de escalation are the ways to make progress. And we especially want to see progress and peace in the Middle east, as I know you do. And we also need a just and sustainable peace in Ukraine. Too many people are dying as a result of conflict across the world. And we owe to them all to create a better future. Mr. President, distinguished guests. The relationship between the United States and Ireland is deep and enduring. It will always be special. We are in each other's DNA, in the founding ideals of our states and the values which secured our sovereignty. It is hard to imagine the United States without the contribution of the Irish and Ireland without the friendship of the United States. Today I will present this bowl of shamrock in memory of all the brave Irishmen and Irish women who came here and who believed in the American promise of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. In tribute to all that they contributed and built here and in celebration of all that we will do and achieve together in the next 250 years. Gaurav, Mila, Mahogwev Banach T Nufeila Podrik Orav Galaire, thank you very much. And happy St. Patrick's Day to you all.

Welcome back, Everybody, to this St. Patrick's Day edition of Just the News. No noise. It looks like things are starting to heat up on Capitol Hill as lawmakers on both sides of the aisle solidify their st on election integrity. Radical Democrats and mainstream media like to position the Save America act as Jim Crow 2.0. Of course, again, but the reality is that 71% of all Americans, including Democrats, support the bill. So what's next? We are joined by Florida Congressman Randy Fine. Thanks so much for being with us, sir.
Congressman Randy Fine
Thanks for having me.
News Show Host (Amanda)
All right, so the Democrats up on Capitol Hill are going to have to face the American people and in their own words, from their own lips, explain to them why they oppose a measure that across the board, most Americans back. How are they gonna do that?
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, I think what they'll do is they'll lie, which is what they're doing. They call it Jim Crow 2.0. What? Jim Crow 2.0 is to claim that minorities can't figure out how to get a driver's license. I mean, it's pretty offensive. And if I was a minority or a woman, I would say, how dare you say that? I can't engage in the world. I mean, I got to Washington, D.C. last week. I had to show an ID to get on the plane. I had to show an ID to get my rental car. I had to show an id, the rental car, place to go in a hotel, to do just about everything. And so it's incredibly offensive, this argument that they're going to make. I think what they should do is tell the truth, which is they can't win elections with just Americans. They can only win if illegal immigrants vote. And so they will do anything to keep illegal immigrants voting in the ballot box.
Irish Ambassador / Official
And.
Congressman Randy Fine
And that's why they opposed the bill.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Yeah, I mean, I think that that has been revealed to be true over and over again. And I know that you and a number of Republicans in the House have drawn a very clear line in the sand saying anything you guys send over to us, we're not going to touch until this gets passed. Do you think that'll work?
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, we'll see. I mean, we had a suspension bill on the floor today. I believe about 40 Republicans voted against it. This was a bill that Democrats liked, so it did pass. But if they are tight votes, if they're losing 40 Republican votes in addition to the Democrats, they won't be able to pass anything. I will be very clear. I'M not voting for any Senate bills until the Save America act gets passed. And by the way, there's a reason to do it. I think back to 2018, when we got blown out in the midterms. Everybody thinks it was President Trump. It wasn't President Trump. It was Republicans promised that they would repeal and replace Obamacare, and then they didn't. And voters said, if you can't get the job done that we sent you there to do, why should we show up and vote for you? And I think that's how our voters feel about the Save America Act. They expect us to get it done. They need to stop with the silly communist housing bills and bills about art and other garbage, and they need to get the job of the American people done. And that is ensuring Americans can have confidence in our elections.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Does it seem weird, nay, absurd, that you have to play hardball with Republicans on the Senate side? Because, let's be real, Leader Thune, he probably could have found a way to outmaneuver Democrats using parliamentary rules. The talking filibuster. However, he could have made this happen. Does it feel weird that you've got to do this with your own party in the upper chamber?
Congressman Randy Fine
Here's what I've learned in the year I've been in Congress. Democrats are ruthless in trying to enforce evil on the country. Republicans generally seem comfortable managing our decline politely. Well, that's not why I came here. That's not why I'm away from my family and my kids every day. I'm here to work with President Trump to try to save America, and we're going to throw whatever punches we have to do to make that happen.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Now, it seems like these days a lot of Republicans are just Democrats with speed bumps. What happens if the Save America act does not get passed?
Saritha Kamari Reddy
And.
News Show Host (Amanda)
And then Democrats take either the House or the Senate this fall?
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, I think they're going to. They're going to move to eliminate the filibuster and jam everything down our throats. The next two years will be horrible for the country because really, nothing will happen. Remember, the President will still be the president, so he'll be able to veto whatever stupid ideas they come up with. But instead, all we will do for two years is investigate, investigate, investigate. Impeach, impeach, impeach, impeachment. It's hard enough right now to do good work for the American people. It will become impossible if they take over. Which is why we need to do two things. We need to pass the Save America act to give our voters confidence in Elections. And then we need to go out and explain how bad it would be if the other side were in charge.
News Show Host (Amanda)
I want to ask you about a group that you are a part of, and you guys are up to 55 members. Absolutely incredible, representing 22 different states. The Sharia Free America Caucus. This, to me, seems like common sense. It just kind of seems like because we know that Sharia law is wholly incompatible with America's values, it kind of seems silly that we have to have this caucus. But it sounds like you guys are gaining more and more members every day because of the common sense nature of this.
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, I think people are seeing the threat that they're under the. Over the last two weeks, five American Muslims in four states have used three guns, two bombs, and one truck to try to kill Americans, all while trying to force Sharia on the rest of us. There is a threat out there, not from people who want to come to this country, but from people who want to come to this country and demand this country change to accommodate them. That's not how immigration works. If you want to come here and assimilate, we can have those discussions. But if you want to come here and change how we live, to take our dogs away, to stop serving food in the cafeteria, to do all of these other ridiculous things that we're hearing about, you can go home. And that's the purpose of the Sharia Free American Caucus, is to say, we're not putting up with this stuff?
News Show Host (Amanda)
Yeah. And I know folks like you and Chip Roy, who introduced the bill, want to put a pause on importing different ideologies into this country, whether it is folks with Sharia law background. I mean, it certainly seems like we are seeing in different immigrant communities in Minnesota and California that a lot of folks are coming here just to fleece the American people or worse. Is it a good idea to just say, all right, moratorium six months so we can get things under control and then maybe we'll reconsider?
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, I have a bill to take that one step further. I do think we need to pause immigration to allow the people that are here to assimilate. But I have a bill that cuts off welfare, all forms of welfare, not just from illegal immigrants, but from legal immigrants. If you want to come to America for freedom and opportunity, that's a discussion that we can have. But if you're coming here for free stuff, stay home. And the fact of the matter is, what we're learning is in Minnesota, for example, over 80% of the Somalians are on welfare. They are fleecing the taxpayer. They're not here to add value to America. They're here to take value from America. And, and that has to stop. And that's why that bill is so important.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Well, and not only that, they live off the American people. They live off the generosity of the American people and their taxpayer dollars. And then they send money back home.
Congressman Randy Fine
Yeah, well, look, that's what they're doing. They come here, they get our money, and they send it back. We need to stop all of this. We're spending billions of dollars every day that we don't have as a country. The idea that we're borrowing money from our children and our grandchildren, we. To give it to foreigners, to immigrants, to this country who aren't even American, is insane. If you are not an American, whether you're legal or not, you should be eligible for nothing except maybe the opportunity to go out and get a job. But you certainly should not be getting free stuff. Free food stamps, free housing, free health care. You should be getting nothing for free from the taxpayer. You want free stuff? Get out of my country.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Absolutely. All right. I want to ask you about this. The, the Truman Scholarship. Now, you said it's supposed to cultivate public service among college students, but apparently it has become a really, really dangerous pipeline for a lot of activists who don't necessarily support American values. Talk to us about that.
Congressman Randy Fine
Well, I presented a bill to pass the Education Committee today that would revamp the Truman Scholarship, which was a noble idea to honor the president, Harry Truman, to give taxpayer funded scholarships to people who are going to go into public service. The problem is, over time, they only give them now to Democrats and liberal students, which is terrible. First, it discriminates against conservatives, but second, it allows Democrats and leftists to get in this echo chamber where they never have their ideas tested, the metal of their ideas. Where I went to college, I was like the only conservative that was there. But having to deal with liberals every day, it made me make my steel get sharper. It made my views stronger. Because if I couldn't put up with opposition, then I needed to change my mind. We have deprived both conservatives of the opportunity and liberals of the opportunity to sharpen their steel in arguing with the other side. This program has become a community organizer leftist pipeline, and it's got to stop.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Congressman, I have noticed a pattern that typically towards the end of one's first term in Congress, they start seeing the swamp as less of a swamp and more of a hot tub. I am so grateful that you still see it as a swamp and you are fighting as such. Congressman representing the great state of Florida, Randy Fine. Thanks so much for being with us.

Welcome back, everybody. As promised, I want to get into the Save America act, everything that's happening up on Capitol Hill and also take a look at what's happening in the midterm. So I have the perfect guest. I spoke to him a little bit earlier. Check it out. Congressman Keith Self. Congressman, thanks so much for being with us.
Congressman Keith Self
Great to be here. Thank you.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Absolutely. Thank you. And I gotta say, so we are looking at Capitol Hill, Democrats and Republicans on the Senate side looking at passing, but likely not passing, the Save America act, which would have great implications, positive implications for this country if it were to pass. It doesn't look like that's likely. I mean, getting to 60 votes, something would have to drastically change. Talk to us about the repercussions of this not passing.
Congressman Keith Self
Well, we have to secure our elections. I want to see this play out, though. I want to see the Democrats stand on the floor of the Senate and tell the American people while they want illegals to vote in our elections so we have a process win. That's all we have. They are going to debate and consider the Save America act. But we must pass this bill. The American people. I know the President is going to keep up the pressure. We need to keep up the pressure. The American people need to keep up the pressure because we have a process win. Now let's go get a policy win by passing the Save America Act.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Well, and it's going to be kind of uncomfortable for Democrats to try to defend their position because we're kind of looking at an argument of the bigotry of low examples. We hear it all the time. You know, there are people who can't get a license and they're referring to, you know, the black community, the Hispanic community, which in my opinion is absolutely insulting. They're perfectly capable, just like everybody else. They say that, you know, women who are newly married don't know how to change their name. It's absolutely absurd. Practically every married woman out there has done it. So it's kind of insulting. Do you anticipate that once those arguments are out there, face forward to the American people and they say, see it coming off of the lips of these Democrats, that then it will finally set in, maybe with Democrats that, hey, this is just not popular?
Congressman Keith Self
Absolutely. Our local and state governments are bending over backwards to give people ID cards of any sort. So, yeah, yes, this is, this is spurious argument. And once the American people see it, and that's what I want, this will be riveting tv. I mean, when people see them stand up on the Senate floor and make these arguments, I think the American people will be riveted to their TVs.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Absolutely. Well, look, we've got the baseball classic tonight. We've got FIFA coming. We've got America's 250. I think this should be pay per view so the American people can see exactly what the argument is. Sir, I want to move into another argument that that is coupled with something that you have been very, very vocal about because I know you are a member of the Sharia Free Caucus. There are now 51 members representing 22 different states. Of course, Texas being one of them, which is very important. We have just seen four terrorist attacks on US soil on Americans, and they were all committed by either naturalized citizens or children of naturalized citizens. This is an Ideology that does not complement or comport with American ideology, and therefore, something's got to be done to root it out. What's the caucus doing?
Congressman Keith Self
Well, this is the Sharia Free America caucus now has 55 members as of about an hour ago.
Saritha Kamari Reddy
Even better.
Congressman Keith Self
Fifth member joined. It's fabulous. In less than three months.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Wonderful.
Congressman Keith Self
So what we're doing is educating our colleagues. I'm at ground zero. So that's why Chip Roy and I started this caucus. But other people need to be aware of it, and they're becoming aware of just how dangerous Sharia is. It is an alternate. It is a substitute legal system with a thin veneer of religion. Don't let that sway you. This is a dominant ideology that will supplant the U.S. constitution, state and local law. Because let's just take women, for instance. I think this is a great issue. Women's testimony is worth half that of a man. Women can be beaten to the point of almost breaking their bones to obey their husband. This is Sharia. If you do not submit to Sharia, you are then liable for death. That is mainstream Islam. So that's what we're trying to do. And like I say, I'm at ground zero. So we are educating our people. And frankly, this was the 1-80-20 issue of concern for my constituents in North Texas.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Sir, we constantly hear the argument, mainly from Democrats, that, you know, America is a country of immigrants. And while that's true, the days of immigration in the early parts of our country where those people assimilated, they fit into the community, sure, they brought their own culture and there was that zip of flavor within their community, but they ultimately became American. They studied this country's ideals and it was compatible with their upbringing. We are not seeing that these days. And if with the work that you are doing with the Sharia Free America Caucus, it seems to me that that could have effect on immigration from Islamic countries. Maybe they look at this country and they say, well, the immigration system is stricter now, and the American people are fed up with us bringing this personality of our country to the United States. Do you think that that will reduce immigration on its base?
Congressman Keith Self
Well, I hope so, because there are 57 nations in across the world that if you want to practice Sharia, they'll welcome you. But let's talk about Chip Roy's pause act. It pauses all immigration until we sort out who we have in America today. Because this is the issue today. You talked about. The children are the naturalized citizens. Let's sort that out. Because who has assimilated who has taken an oath of loyalty to the United States as opposed to those that owe their loyalty to isis. And we know some of them do. Let's sort it out through the Pause Act. Let's take a break until we do that.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Well, and I mean, so even members of Congress, I mean, you've got Ilhan Omar from Somalia, who very often speaks even higher of Somalia than she does this country, which to me is absolutely unacceptable. If you are representing a state up on Capitol Hill. I want to ask you about, I want to go back to the Save America act for moment because it seems like House Republicans, you guys maybe have some leverage here to try to pressure some Senate Republicans who are a little resistant to the idea. And I think you're on board with this, not signing, not, not signing off on any Senate bills until Save America act is passed. Is that fair leverage?
Congressman Keith Self
I did it about an hour ago. I voted against the Senate bill. 41 members of the of the at entire Congress, Democrats and Republicans, voted against the Senate bill. That's a huge number. So we are starting to make that statement. I did it about an hour ago. And we will continue to do it to bring whatever pressure we can on the Senate to get it done.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Absolutely. So, Sarah, all of this kind of feeds into how the American people feel about Republicans and Democrats heading into this summer and ultimately, ultimately the midterm elections this November. Obviously, affordability is something that the American people are so very concerned about when it comes to that. I want to ask you what Republicans on the House side are feeling. Do you think that the affordability issue is getting better? Do you anticipate that as spring rolls on, that inflation will come down, possibly with the commencement of the conflict with Iran? Maybe that will improve oil prices, then improve gas prices. Do you think that that is going to be something that improves and therefore gives Republicans on the House side a better chance at keeping the majority?
Congressman Keith Self
Well, I will tell you, Scott Besant, the Treasury secretary has already said 40% of the returns that have been received already, IRS returns have one of the big four in it. No tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax reduced. Tax on Social Security and child care, 40% have one of those four in it. And the big one come to find out, is overtime. No tax on overtime. People are seeing tremendous benefits. And the secondary benefit that we see is once you have a bigger return this year, then you reduce your withholding for next year. So it will continue through the next year. So that's a positive sign. You're not going to believe this. But a lady that was at my lunch today said that she and her husband this year saw a 75% reduction in their federal tax. 75%.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Unbelievable. Congressman, before I let you go, it's hard to afford things if you have absolutely no paycheck at all. And our nation's poor TSA workers have gone without pay for 43% of this year. Way to put that in perspective, sir. Do we see an end to this anytime soon? Because Democrats are holding up this DHS funding and it's only keep making us less safe.
Congressman Keith Self
The Democrats are not reading their audience, I believe, because every American wants to fly. We are a flying public today. Lots of people fly. And yet we see the lines in Austin, Texas. We saw the lines outside of the building, down the sidewalk. The TSA lines, I think are going to be the leverage. This is the American people again, not Congress. These are the American people who are going to exert the leverage on the Democrats to get this done. This is insane. ICE is funded through the one big beautiful bill. That's what they have problems with is ice. They're holding up TSA and Coast Guard. This is. This is insanity. As the president said in the State of the Union address, these people are crazy.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Yeah. And ICE is already funded. It's just grandstanding. They're not doing anything to block ice. Congressman representing the great state of Texas, Keith Sell. Thanks so much for, for being with us tonight, sir.
Congressman Keith Self
Thank you.

We spent a lot of time the last three weeks going through and understanding the dangers of processed food. And I want to pivot today to all right, we now know the dangers. We now know the sugars, the pesticides, the lack of protein. When you start eating more healthy, when you start pushing the processed food out, natural food back in, and you'd supplement it with things like native path. Tell us some of the things you're going to see in improvements and changes once you start doing this.
Dr. Chad Walding
Yeah. Once we start moving away from the processed and refined food diet that we've all been fed, right. That many of us have been eating for a long time, and we start moving back on the path to whole real food, in other words, the way our great great grandparents would eat, we're going to start to notice huge changes in our overall health. There's really three key areas that I always point to, right? Blood sugar regulation, this is one of the biggest things, like insulin resistance is one of the key areas of what's making us so sick, Right. So when you balance your blood sugar through whole real food rather than food that's got a lot of sugar in it, you are going to radically reduce a lot of the metabolic issues that you feel. So weight loss, right. Obesity, things like that, blood sugar issues tend to go away a lot easier. Blood pressure issues, high triglycerides, cholesterol issues, all the things around the heart tend to get a lot easier when you go to a whole real food diet. And also another one that most people don't think about is your gut, Right. When we move to a whole real food diet and move away from the processed, refined foods, our gut health starts to improve. Socrates said true health begins in the gut. This is where we break down food. It's where we absorb the vitamins and the minerals that we eat from the food. It's also when we eliminate toxins. Right. So when we have bad gut health, that's going to set us up for a lot of the autoimmune Issues that people might have.
Health Segment Host
All right. One of the things I love about Native Path is it's so easy to do. I usually throw it in my coffee, or sometimes I'll have a strawberry smoothie in the morning. I love that. And I just throw it in. No flavor. There's no additives. It's easiest thing in the world to do to get, you know, a really big boost in your. Your health overall. What goes on after that happens, I take it, I drink it down, I go. And I know I'm feeling better in a couple days, but under all of that, there's some amazing things going on in your body when that absorption of the peptide formula starts occurring, Right?
Dr. Chad Walding
That's right. We're referring to collagen here, right. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. And like you said, you know, this is a tasteless, odorless powder that you can put in your coffee, you can put it in your tea, you can just make it a part of your morning routine. And what you're going to be doing is restoring your collagen levels which have been depleted. Because of the way we've all been eating and living in this modern world, we have to keep in mind, like, what our biology actually wants in terms of diet. And our ancestors would get plenty of collagen because they would eat nose to tail. Again, it's the most abundant protein in the body. It's what makes up our hair, our. Our skin, our ligaments, even underneath our tendons, our gut lining, even our heart is dependent on collagen. But we're not getting near enough. So many of us are depleted in that. So when you start consuming collagen on a consistent basis, you know, people will notice. They report to us changes. And one of the first things they notice is what's happening on the outside. My nails are growing faster, they're stronger, they're not as brittle, they're not breaking as much. And when that change happens, you're also. People notice less wrinkles. The hair starts to grow back, and then the bigger stuff, the joints, like how we. How well we moved. You mentioned earlier in a former talk we had about your elbow getting better, knee pain getting better, back pain getting better. Yeah. So all of that changes because collagen, when we consume it on a consistent basis and we break it down, it goes into. Into our body. The collagen doesn't just go to random areas of the body. It's specifically goes to areas that are damaged and helps rebuild them. It's an amazing little molecule that has this intelligence on its own. So taking it consistently, making it a part of your morning routine is one of the easiest things you can do for your health.
Health Segment Host
That's amazing. You mentioned before insulin resistance and there's the new fad of GLP1 injections. Everyone's getting them the magic weight loss. But a lot of people can avoid that injection routine and the expense of it. If you just get on a healthier path and you start getting collagen, you really won't need those injections. Right. Because your body's going to heal itself from the inside.
Dr. Chad Walding
That's right, yeah. And it's a good thing to bring up is like why were we having obesity weight issues in the first place? Because of refined processed foods and sugar. Right. So moving back to the basics, and I mentioned earlier, protein is one of the best things we can do. All the benefits that people are hoping to get from the GLP products, they can also get that with a chicken. They could also get that with a steak and some ground meat and some eggs without the side effects. And I'm not saying don't take the medication, but support it with this. Right? You use whole real food, good quality protein and things like collagen to support you on your health journey. In some cases those medications can be helpful given the context of where people at. But really support that with good healthy things that you put into your body and you'll see even better results.
Health Segment Host
That's amazing. It's really. I'm a firsthand witness to this and you know, I'm pretty suspicious. I'm an investigative reporter. Like I don't think it's going. It really works and it's made a huge difference. I'm happier and healthier because of the path I've been on. And I want to thank you for helping me get there, Dr. Chad, and your education. Welcome back, everybody. As we have discussed before on the show, some prosecutors, like New York Attorney General Letitia James, utilized their authority to oppose politicians that they disagree with rather than focusing on getting criminals off the streets. And what makes it even worse, a lot of these prosecutors, mainly funded by George Soros, seem to think that the best way to prosecute crime is to not prosecute it at all. Joining us is someone who is looking to change all of that in New York City. She is former prosecutor. She's national, national security expert and now candidate to replace Attorney General Letitia James, Saritha Kamari Reddy. Saritha, thanks so much for being here.
Saritha Kamari Reddy
Thank you, Amanda. It's great to be here.
News Show Host (Amanda)
You know, I think a lot of folks looked at the state of New York, not the physical state, but the condition of New York under Letitia James leadership, and they saw crime scene skyrocketing, but they saw her spending a lot of time on TV going after President Trump. It seems to me like this is a really, really good time for someone who stands for law and order to move in.
Saritha Kamari Reddy
That's exactly right, Amanda. I mean, the problem is in New York in the last six years, in the years that Letitia James has been attorney general, crime in New York is up 26%. Drug deaths are up 63%. Antisemitism is up 234%. New York just isn't as safe now as it was before she got into office. And that's a problem. That is the test of whether an attorney general has succeeded or failed. And Letitia James has failed New Yorkers. She's used that office for her own political purposes, for her own political ends, and it doesn't serve New Yorkers. It's a problem. It's wrong. We need to fix it. And I can fix it because I've spent my career as a federal prosecutor keeping New Yorkers and all Americans safe by going after crime, terrorism, and violence.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Talk to me about the relationship between Letitia James as attorney General and law enforcement in the state of New York, let's say, particularly New York City, as you talked about a huge increase in crime. But there's got to be that coordination. And you have to have police forces like America's finest in New York City. You have to give them the tools and the resources, and they can't feel like they are being muzzled or hamstrung by leadership in the state. How can you move that relationship? For you as attorney General, how can you move that relationship back into a more cohesive state?
Saritha Kamari Reddy
Well, the attorney General is the chief law enforcement officer of the state, first and foremost. That's what that job is. So it should be someone who's from the law enforcement community, a prosecutor, and should be someone who supports law enforcement and supports enforcing the laws. Letitia James does none of those things. But the right attorney General can. We can make sure that we prosecute crime. We have a district attorney right now in Manhattan who doesn't prosecute certain offenses. He sent out a memo to everyone, including the criminals, saying that he will not prosecute certain crimes, saying that for other crimes, they won't seek to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law or they won't seek jail time. The reality is, if you have the right attorney General, that person can say to a da, listen, if you don't prosecute crime, I will. Because under New York state law, the attorney General can prosecute any crime that a DA can prosecute. You just need an attorney general who's a prosecutor.
News Show Host (Amanda)
I know yesterday you attended. I think it was an Irish heritage event. Letitia James was there, and instead of speaking on Irish Heritage or even, you know, what it means to be in New York or anything like that, she chose to talk about immigration. Talk to us about that.
Saritha Kamari Reddy
You know, it was last weekend in Buffalo, an event. The event of the season is the Buffalo Irish center luncheon. Which kicks off the celebration of St. Patrick's Day. It was a phenomenal event. And, you know, I was struck. Letitia James gave remarks. She talked about illegal immigrants. And what was most striking about that was here in New York just a week earlier, we had a terrorist attack where two people tried to throw IEDs into a crowd. And we saw just days after that, elsewhere in the country, similar terrorist attacks where people, in fact got killed. And to have someone who is the chief law enforcement officer of the state stand up and not reassure New Yorkers that she is going after terrorism, reassure New Yorkers that she is going after crime, but instead talk about defending a group, some of whom in New York we saw just recently an individual who's here illegally had been deported multiple times, had been arrested multiple times and hurt someone in the subway. I mean, that's a real problem. But that's who she chooses to stand up for. The criminals who are hurting New Yorkers, not the New Yorkers themselves. I thought that was very striking. It shows exactly what her priorities are. My priority is protecting New Yorkers of every community, every background, every political persuasion. We need an AG who's just going to focus on protecting New Yorkers, not focus on protecting criminals.
News Show Host (Amanda)
Yeah. Saritha, very quickly, before we go, tell everybody where they can find more about your campaign.
Saritha Kamari Reddy
My website is saritha s a r I t h a4new york.com thank you for having me.
News Show Host (Amanda)
I love it. Absolutely. Former Assistant U.S. attorney and New York Attorney General candidate Sarita Kamari Reddy. Thanks so much for being with us tonight. And it is sad to see the Big Apple turn into a rock. We saw it here in Washington, D.C. when things are unsafe, businesses flee, and then you have people who just don't come anymore here in Washington. Now that we've got National Guard and we've got more of a law enforcement presence, things are turning around. And I hope that something like that can happen for New York. All right, everybody, that's going to do it for us tonight. We'll be back here tomorrow night at 6:00pm Eastern.

The episode maintains a highly assertive, partisan tone, with hosts and guests using combative language, humor, and personal stories to make points. There is a recurring emphasis on American exceptionalism, concern over legal and cultural shifts, and frequent criticism of Democratic leadership and what is seen as insufficiently combative Republican senators.
Listeners are treated to a blend of cultural celebration and pointed political commentary. The show uses the occasion of St. Patrick’s Day to tie America’s immigrant roots to current debates over assimilation, election security, and national identity. With guests from Congress and a candidate for NY Attorney General, the episode focuses on energizing conservative listeners against both Democratic opponents and what they perceive as a complacent Republican establishment, all while weaving in segments on health and wellness for everyday Americans.
