Good evening, America, and welcome to the Monday edition of JUST THE news. No noise. I'm your host John Solomon reporting to you as always from the nation's capital. The news around negotiations with Iran is getting a little muddled and that's because the messaging from Iran, well, it hasn't been aligning with that of the Trump administration, but that really is no surprise. It doesn't help Iran at all to admit they are speaking about ending the war even as they continue to face dear and strong and large repercussions inside their country. Their military, their navy, their missiles, their defense factories all leveled to the ground. Now, it still has the capability of being a menace, but it is a tiny little fraction of the military power. It was just a few short weeks ago. With that in mind, we continue to find some important information on our soil. The recent attack on a Michigan synagogue. Remember, a gentleman came in shooting and had a gun or a car full of explosives, but an FBI recently FBI trained security guard took him out and stopped him before he could cause any harm. Well, today, federal authorities, the FBI confirming that this attack was directly inspired by Hezbollah, the Iranian arm in Lebanon. This man's two brothers belong to Hezbollah. And there's evidence that this man, the person who carried out the terror attack and was killed by the security guard, was operating in concert with those Hezbollah terrorists. Now one other thing I want to get to before I turn to my amazing co host Amanda Head today. We know for many years now the incredible role that whistleblowers played. The Hunter Biden whistleblowers helped us turn the tide. In that story, the FBI Whistleblowers have taught us everything from what was abused in Arctic frost all the way back to CROSSFIRE Hurricane. Well, today the Trump administration, specifically Treasury Secretary Scott Bessen, made it clear he'd like to reward whistleblowers who come forward in the future with as much as 30% of the fine that federal government secures against people who defraud the government with waste, fraud and abuse. That's a pretty big fine, a pretty big incentive and a pretty big new tool as this administration sets forth in trying to crack down on the hundreds of billions of dollars of estimated fraud that goes on every year in our government. With that, I'll turn to my extraordinary co host Amanda Head in California. Amanda, what are you watching?
Amanda Head
Good evening, John, and hello to everybody. Yes, I'm over here on the west coast right in the home where a lot of those no Kings protesters were protesting. And many of you probably saw over the weekend these no Kings rallies drew an estimated 8 million people. Now, that number is coming from the organizer. So I'm a little skeptical about that number's accuracy. And I'm going to be doing a story and rolling that out in the next few days about that. But these participants came from all across the country. They were at over 3, 000 locations across the country. And they, of course, were showcasing anti Trump sentiment, mainly from the left. But there's a variety of messages that were presented ranging from criticisms of President Trump to concerns about affordability. Now, while mainstream media may describe these protests as peaceful, it's not always the full picture. For instance, here In Los Angeles, 74 people were arrested after protesters were observed throwing rocks, throwing bottles and throwing broken chunks of concrete blocks at officers. You don't have to take my word for it. We've got a clip. Check it out. So as these radical protesters close clash with federal officers during this peaceful rally, why is Governor Newsom not speaking out? And John, I just wanted to add a little bit to your story because the perpetrator in that Michigan synagogue would be shooting the Hezbollah inspired attack said that his goal was to kill Jews and burn their world. That was in a video that he had taped prior to the incident. So fires burning stateside, fires burning across the globe. And but these no Kings rallies, it's interesting, John, because they have a plethora of messages. They don' to be necessarily unified around one single message, except that, of course, anything can be tied back to. Trump is bad Orange man bad. He's destroying the world and we have to fight him.
John Solomon
And they're hardly organic they're not an organic reflection of sentiments. They are a paid, organized effort by a $3 billion far left empire. So anyone who thinks this is organic doesn't understand how these things have been put together. And so they're not really a reflection of current sentiments. They're a reflection of what a very wealthy far left funding arm wants us to see. That funding arm, by the way, George Soros and the Neville Network. It's really quite remarkable how much we've been able to expose on that with our own Jerry Dunleavy. Pretty important stuff. Amanda, while you were out today, I had a chance to go sit down with the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer. He's at the intersection of the illegal border crossing crisis that was the Biden administration's signature crisis, and now the fraud that was occurring under it. He makes a very compelling case that these two things are intentionally linked because it's part of a Democratic strategy. Have a watch of what we talked about just a few hours ago. All right, folks, joining me now to kick off the show, the man who has put together the entire playbook of how Democrats abused the open border, abused entitlement, and created a multibillion dollar scandal here in America, from Minnesota to California, and I'm sure it will stretch to New York and many other places before we're done. He's the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Chairman James Comer. Sir, good to have you back on the show.
James Comer
Thanks for having me, John.
John Solomon
Sir, I've been watching the work, and I think you've put this together in a way that nobody else has it. There's a system that brought illegal aliens in, then they were lured to sanctuary cities with the promise of entitlement money. And then when the entitlement money wasn't enough, they looked the other way at fraud. And all of a sudden we have a big fraud scandal. Walk us through what you've just been able to uncover just in the last few weeks alone.
James Comer
Well, in Minnesota, obviously, I think most Americans have kept up with the massive amount of fraud in all the welfare programs. It's not just the, you know, the leering center, daycare centers and things like that. It's Medicaid, it's housing, it's food stamps, every type of social program. In Minnesota, we're seeing massive amounts of fire, particularly amongst the Somali community in Minnesota. And they got here just the way that you mentioned. They came to a sanctuary state, Minnesota. They got them to become citizens and registered Democrats and then active participants in the welfare programs. And that's how the business model works for the Democrats and a lot of the illegals in the state of Minnesota. More recently, we've moved our investigation to California, and we're zeroing in on hospice fraud, which, of all the programs in the world, I think the one that has universal support is hospice, which of course, we need in our family's deepest, darkest times of need. And what we found is massive amounts of fraud, significantly more in California just with hospice than what we've seen with everything in Minnesota. So we focused on Los Angeles county, and we found through a recent audit and then some interviews that 18% of the entire budget for hospice was billed to Los Angeles county last year. One county in the United States, which is a big county. But, you know, it's so obvious that the fraud is there. Yet Gavin Newsom, like his counterpart in Minnesota, Governor Tim Waltz, refused to do anything because you're going to see the same type of fraud where you had fraudsters that were primarily focused on illegals and, you know, minority contracts and things like that. All important parts of the Democrat base. And that's why they chose to turn a blind eye.
John Solomon
That's unbelievable. Two governors who've absconded or certainly failed to follow their responsibilities, which is to protect those tax dollars. You gave an incredible number in the last few days about the number of criminal illegal aliens who were roaming the streets in the last year of Joe Biden's presidency. It's more than a half million, if I remember correctly. How does that happen? How do people with criminal records get in, stay here, and keep operating?
James Comer
Because they focus on sanctuary states, the states where their growth in their political agenda is based on getting those illegals to become registered voters, getting those illegals to help with their friends and families in that particular demographic to turn out the vote. And you've got massive amounts of illegals in blue states with blue governors who all look in the mirror and see a future President of the United States, and they don't want to do anything about it. That's why they are getting their liberal base all jacked up over ice. That's why they've shut the federal government down for 50 days, because they don't want ice to come in and apprehend the criminal illegals. They know the border's already secured. They're hoping that we'll get a Democrat president in three years and they can reopen the border just like Joe Biden had it. But in the meantime, they don't want ICE to go in and apprehend the illegals. Because that hurts their business model of winning elections.
John Solomon
Any doubt in your mind that the open border and the entitlement fraud are connected and that it's part of a electoral strategy for the Democratic Party?
James Comer
100%. You know, a lot of people through the years have justified allowing illegals to come in for workers. And I think we would all agree we have a shortage of workers. We have a shortage of blue collar workers, people that put shingles on roofs, people that dig ditches, people that work in the De Vaca fields in my district of Kentucky. But at the end of the day, what the Democrats have done in the blue states is they've made it easier and more advantageous for those people to come in and say, we'll get you registered to vote, we'll get you a driver's license, we'll get you on welfare. Just continue to come in and turn out all your friends and family for the Democrat Party.
John Solomon
Sir, your work through the years has been heavily reliant on whistleblowers who came to you because they trusted you. They knew they could get the job, get the truth out through you, and be protected, whether it's the Hunter Biden whistleblowers or now the whistleblowers in Minnesota, and now I understand you have one in California. Today, Treasury Secretary Bessen floated the idea of maybe some sort of reward system for whistleblowers. They can get a percentage of the money that's recovered by the government. How important is that? To have a vehicle to encourage, incentivize and help whistleblowers who go through a lot often to get us the truth.
James Comer
It's crucial. I've been screaming at the top of my lungs for years to have a program like this. My hat's off to the Treasury Secretary for doing this and to President Trump for allowing the Treasury Secretary to do this. There has to be an incentive for these government employees to come forward because they get retaliated again. Now, if a government employee comes, comes out and blows the whistle on a Republican, they get rewarded. But if they blow the whistle on a Democrat, they get punished. And what we need to do is incentivize state employees and federal employees to come forward and blow the whistle. And if what they blow the whistle on turns up to be true, then they need to be compensated. And I think that this is the beginning of something special. I don't think the average American understands the amount of their tax dollars that is lost to fraud every single day in the United States, not just in Washington, D.C. but in all 50 states. Especially the blue states run by blue governors who are pandering to their base that's addicted to welfare like a crack addict addicted to crack cocaine.
John Solomon
Yeah. Any doubt in your mind that just solving this fraud, ending it, recovering it, can help bring the deficit down by a large amount? I think David Walker, the former comptroller, says he thinks it's about a half a trillion dollars a year. This could be a big savings for the taxpayer, right?
David Buzzell
Yeah.
James Comer
If we're having between 2 and 3 trillion dollars a year annual deficits, then a half trillion dollars in savings, that's worth a lot. You know, obviously Congress has got to tighten the belt and I don't see a lot of will for that, unfortunately, John. But I think every American is pushing their members of Congress to do something about fraud. If they're not, then they're in a district that's okay with fraud and they're not really that concerned about tax dollars because they probably don't work and pay a lot of tax dollars into the, to the treasury, those who work. And I think that's just about everybody that watches your show, John. They work hard and they pay taxes. They expect their tax dollars to be spent wisely and if nothing else, not to be lost to fraud. And what we're seeing, especially in the blue states with the Democrat governors is they're losing a massive amount of fraud for the sole purpose of political gain, to keep the welfare community happy with the Democrat Party and to keep the illegal fraudsters happy with the Democrat Party.
John Solomon
So you recently sent, just last late last week, it was a letter to the Census Bureau. Now, the Census Bureau just has one job, that's to get the count right of the number of Americans we have on our soil. You have found a lot of errors. You found a lot of concerns about the performance. Tell us what you've learned and what you're hoping to gain from this next investigation.
James Comer
Let's take away what President Trump talks about with respect to the census. And a lot of Republicans talk about. They talk about not counting illegals. Let's just take that off the table. The basic count was miscounted grossly in the last census to the tune of costing the Republicans anywhere from four to five congressional seats. Now we've got a one vote majority in the House of Representatives. If we had a five vote majority where we didn't have to worry that much about Thomas Massie, then we would have probably been able to have passed a whole lot more of President Trump's agenda. But the fact that we lost because The Census Bureau was biased. If you go back to when the census was taken the last time, it was during COVID No one knocked on anybody's doors because of COVID So they ended up estimating they overestimated the Democrat, which the Democrat areas, which are the urban rundown communities across America, and they undercounted all the suburban areas, which are the Republican fast growing areas with all the cranes. Florida should have gotten another member of Congress. Texas should have gotten a member of Congress. California, Rhode Island, New York. They should have lost more than what they lost. So this was a census that really messed up and it aired to the side of Democrats and against Republicans. And I hope that that mistake's not made again. And that's why we're trying to stay on this census much earlier, to make sure that they're focused on counting and counting correctly. You know, the whole issue of whether you count illegals or not, that's a whole nother issue. What we're focused on, what I'm focusing on is making sure we get an accurate count because that'll be a significant improvement whether or not we count the illegals or not. Just get an accurate count. We didn't have that the last time and it was off by a lot.
John Solomon
Gosh, that is just stunning when you look at it. Five or six congressional seats, I mean, it's a big difference. One last thing, J.D. vance, the Justice Department has a new fraud prosecution at the Assistant Attorney General level. You've got some new partners in this fight. How's that collaboration going?
James Comer
It's going great. J.D. vance understands business. He's a finance guy. He can crunch numbers. That's a problem that the Democrats have had. You've heard me say on your show many times, John, most of the Democrats I know in Washington are financially illiterate. They don't even understand if they're being defrauded to begin with. And it's really, quite frankly, not a concern for the Democrats. J.D. vance is the right guy and I'm excited.
John Solomon
Yeah. What an amazing thing. And he knows you can get the job done. You're one of the most effective investigators Congress has had in a long time. What a great, what a great thing you're doing right now. Mr. Chairman, great to have you on the show today. Thanks for a good update.
James Comer
Thank you, John.
John Solomon
Yeah, thank you so much. Wow. Amazing stuff, folks. Some of the stuff we just talked about makes your head spin, doesn't it? All right, after the election break, we're going to talk some election security improvements in Georgia with the Lieutenant Governor who wants to be the next Governor. Bert Jones joining us right after these messages.

Welcome back, everybody. Georgia is always a very important swing state, but especially heading into the midterms coming up later this year. And if that wasn't enough of a reason to pay attention, it has also been ground zero for election integrity. And efforts indicate that the FBI investigation into the 2020 election are facing a very crucial court hearing. So Fulton county has requested the return of thousands of ballots that were seized by the Department of Justice. I wonder why. So joining us to discuss this and much more, former state senator, the 13th lieutenant governor of the state of Georgia and now gubernatorial candidate for Georgia, Burt Jones. Lieutenant Governor Jones, thanks so much for being here.
Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones
John. Amanda, good to be with both of y' all and always enjoy your show.
Amanda Head
We, we love having you on. And you were one of the, not only the loudest, but as it turns out, one of the most prescient voices in 2020 and early 2021 talking about a lot of the issues with the election. Now we have this case coming out of Fulton County, Georgia. The DOJ came in, seized a bunch of ballots that I presume they saw to be suspicious. Now Fulton county is asking for those back. So can you just talk to us about that? Just give us a general update on this case.
Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones
Yeah. One of only three people who actually were fighting for election integrity back there in 2020. And I've had Fannie Willis come after me for two and a half years trying to, trying to indict me along with the other 19 that she eventually did that with. But, you know, if you've been around Georgia politics for any amount of time, you'll know that Fulton county has always had issues with elections. It doesn't matter if it's statewide elections or municipal, municipal elections. And this is no different. We've been asking for ballots. We'd had court orders asking for ballots and copies of the ballots and everything else. And then finally, when the FBI finally raided the facility where they were holding the ballots, they all looked at one another like, how could this happen? And we were like, well, what do you expect when we ask you numerous times, get court orders, get subpoenas, everything else, and they don't comply. So finally, the FBI, thank goodness the DOJ under the Trump administration, took action and went in there and got the ballots. And we're hoping that they'll, they'll find what we've all suspected for quite some time.
John Solomon
Governor, a lot has happened since 2020. Georgia took it upon itself to make things better. First you had your election reform law which gave us voter ID and other great measures. Now the Senate has put forth a measure last week that would go back to old fashioned paper ballots. For most people, something is very popular. When you look at the polling tell us the likelihood of that happening and even hitting the 2026 election with it.
Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones
Well, you know, it's got a 50, 50 shot because it got through the Senate and that was obviously it's got to get through the House now and we're putting a lot of pressure on the House to get it done. You know, like I said, the one thing that we've passed several measures. So the year two years ago we passed get rid of the QR codes on the, on the paper applications and you know, we've got a secretary of state and Brad Rasberger that will not comply with what we're asking them to do. And that's the only good thing about this governor's race is that we'll have us a new secretary of State at the end of it because he's running for governor. I don't know why he thinks he can win, but he's doing that. And we're hopeful to get this done. We're at the final week of our legislative session. Like I said, Senator Dolezal passed that bill out of the Senate last week. And, and so we're very hopeful to get it done this, this coming week. We've got two days left.
Amanda Head
Lieutenant Governor, it seems like by and large it's Republicans who are very supportive of election integrity and that goes all the way up to Cap. But for whatever reason they are not able. I don't know if it's Leader Thune. I don't know if it is a miscommunication between he and the president or a lack of will. What would be your advice to Republicans in the Senate? To maybe light a fire to get them to actually do this?
Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones
Yeah, well, I think it's what the voters want and it's what they've been asking for for quite some time. And at the end of the day, you're elected to represent the people who sent you there. And so I would just remind them of that. I think too many times people get in D.C. and they lose sight of actually who they represent. And so I would, I would encourage those who are there and have a say to listen to their voters because voters overwhelmingly support it.
John Solomon
So there's a big election the primaries are coming up. You're neck and neck with Rick Jackson. Tell us a little bit about what's on voters minds as you go out and talk to them. What you think will ultimately tip the decision come may? Sure.
Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones
Well, obviously it's kitchen table issues. It's the economy as always and it's going to be gas and groceries and cost of living basically. And, and something that I've been proud of, I've done as Lieutenant governor. I've lowered the state income tax all four years that I've been Lieutenant governor. I want to continue to do that. We are capping property taxes this year in session right now we suspended our gas tax which has made us the lowest gas here gasoline sales in the country right now. We've suspended it for the next 60 days but because of the spike in gas prices due to the Iran war. So, you know, we've been working on kitchen table issues, you know, since I've been Lieutenant governor and because that's what, you know, from the cost of insurance to the cost of just living in general, from rent to mortgage and everything else, those are the things we've been trying to address. You know, I'm running against what I call never Trumpers. These guys are all trying to act like, you know, they're President Trump or President Trump like. And I'm the only one who's actually endorsed by the President himself, only one who's running statewide in any statewide office here in Georgia. This is endorsed by the President. And he knows I'm a fighter, he believes in me. He knows I'm an America first candidate. And we've been friends for a long time and I just am grateful to have his support.
Amanda Head
Well, Lieutenant Governor, I want to ask you about that because with the exit of former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, there were a lot of people in Georgia and a lot of talking about heads who were saying, see, Trump just doesn't have the appeal of impeach state voters. Does his, does his endorsement still carry the same weight that it always has in Georgia?
Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones
Oh, absolutely. The President is very popular amongst Republican voters. Over 90% of the Republican voters here in the state approve of the job that he's doing currently. And you can see it in the congressional 14th, Marjorie's old district. There were 17 Republicans in that, in that primary. And the President, he came down a couple weeks ago in Rome, Georgia and I was with him and we went around campaigning for his Clay Fuller, which was his endorsed candidate. And Clay Fuller, you know, cleared the field and he's in a Runoff with a Democrat right now. So. And he'll win that race, too, to replace him. But it, you know, it was unheard of with that many people in the race for him to get almost 40% of the vote with, with that many people. And it was the president's endorsement is what propelled him.
John Solomon
Sir, I know it's a federal issue, but when you see the TSA deprived of salaries for now more than 30, 40 days, 50 days, I guess we're coming up on the dysfunction in Washington. How harmful is it downstream and how frustrated are people that Congress just went home for a recess without fixing a pretty significant security problem?
Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones
Yeah, absolutely. Well, we have the world's busiest airport here in Atlanta, Georgia. That's right. Obviously, when something happens here in Atlanta is a ripple effect all over the country. So, number one, you know, you're putting people's lives at risk. You putting people lives on hold. We had spring break going on. We've got the masters coming up. Like I said, we're already the business airport. And then you can buy, you put those, those combinations together and you have a really busy week or last few weeks. And so it's a shame that Congress is playing politics or the Democrats are playing politics with people's paychecks and people's time and money, and it's unacceptable. Thank goodness for the President. He did bring in ICE agents and also now he's signed an executive order to put TSA folks back on the payrolls, so they'll be getting their paychecks. And you already have seen a difference in the lines here at Hartsfield Jackson Airport here in Atlanta. So, so thank you, Mr. President, for, for doing that, for making that and showing the leadership that, that the Senate and Congress is not showing right now. Because like I said, they're not putting the best interest of the people first.
John Solomon
Yeah.
Amanda Head
Sir, you were, I believe, co captain of the Georgia Bulldogs when the senator Tommy Tuberville was coaching at Auburn. So I feel like you're a great person to ask about this, but because Senator Tuberville is trying to find a way to reorient collegiate sports around this new ecosystem of nil and transfer portal, and this is something I imagine is very important that the voters in Georgia. What's your view on it? Is it fixable?
Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones
Oh, it's definitely fixable. It is going to take an act of Congress right now because the, you know, the leagues could get together, the conferences could get together and fix it, but nobody's going to give up whatever advantage they think they might have over the other. So it's going to take a years of couple congressional fix. In fact, the president asked me about this when he was in Rome a few weeks ago and I said all we need to do is two moves. You cap what the guys can make each individual player. I don't, you know, doesn't matter what the number is, but you cap what they can make and then you only allow them to transfer one time. And, and that would, that would because at the, at the trajectory that we're on right now, they're going to, it's going to number one. It's going to break a lot of athletic department departments because they're not going to be able to afford to the trajectory that we're on right now. And it's probably going to end up ruining college football as a whole. So, yeah, I was, I think it's a real simple solution, but it's not going to be easy to get done based on how Congress works.
Amanda Head
I think that as of right now, to borrow an economic term, it's wiped out the middle class, it's crushed the smaller schools and then it's just exploded the bigger schools. So it's hard to, I think you're exactly right. It's going to take an active Congress. Lieutenant Governor, tell everybody where they can find your website for your campaign information.
Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones
Yeah, absolutely. And thank you again for having me on. It's Bert Jones4ga.com, BertJones for GA.com you can find me, that's my website. But you can find that tagline on just about every platform there is. So please go to it. And we'd love to have people help volunteer, support us. And May 19th is the primary, so it's coming on us quick.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. It's going to be here before we know it. Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones, thanks so much for being here, sir. And everybody, we've got to take a very quick commercial break, but we'll be back on the other side.

I need to be healthy every day to survive it and go through the next chemo round and the next chemo round. So it's important that work was part of that to keep my mind busy for eight, nine hours. And then I had to go back and face the reality. I had a goal and the goal is to survive.

Welcome back, America. And I was in Dallas last week at the CPAC convention. A mainstream reporter came up to me and said, hey, I want to interview about Donald Trump in Iran. I said, okay, go ahead. And the first thing he says, Donald Trump said no wars and he got us an award. I'm like, no. He said no long wars. Oh, really? Yeah. Oh, that's right. You're right. Then he said, well, the base is leaving him. How's he going to deal with that? Like, no, the polling shows that 90, 95% of the base is right with him. Oh yeah, no, that's true. And we went on and on and I realized either this reporter didn't know what he was talking about or he intentionally was trying to hijack the conversation. In any other respect, we set him straight. But our next guest, well, every day he sends sets a legacy media straight, calling him out for their biases or omissions. They're just all around bad reporting. He's the president of the Media Research center and a good friend of the show, David Buzzell. David, great to have you back on.
David Buzzell
Thank you, Sean. Thanks, Amanda. Appreciate it.
John Solomon
All right, you've done some amazing work just on the way. The media has been covering the Iran conflict the last few weeks. Give us some of the highlights and why so many Americans are being misled.
David Buzzell
Well, it's been anti American from the jump. Remember, President Trump addressed the nation in a middle of the night video, nine minute long video in which he clearly articulated the three big objectives to this military campaign. Number one, completely eradicate Iran's nuclear capabilities. Number two, stave off their abilities to shoot down their neighbors and shoot at their neighbors with their missile capabilities. And number three, help the Iranians be able to choose their own adventure if necessary. He and Secretary Hegseth and Secretary Rubio and Secretary Bessant and Vice President Vance have all been very consistent about listing those three objectives over and over and over again. And yet day in and day out, the coverage of the president and how he's administering is administering Iran is basically, he doesn't know what he's doing. He went into this without any objectives. He says he's negotiating with the Iranians, but we prefer to believe the Iranians when they say they're not negotiating with the president. If you're not going to believe the president when he clearly articulates his objectives, then I guess you're just not going to believe the president when he clearly articulates the updates of those objectives. And so it's just been anti American across the board. And it's gone into the late night television shows as well with the comics, with Kimmel and Fallon and all the rest of these guys. 98% of the humor is anti American, Anti American ally.
John Solomon
Gosh, it's amazing.
Amanda Head
Well, and David, I want to ask you more about that because even today at Press Secretary Caroline Levitt's podium, she was trying to impress upon the media, you guys are more believing of this regime that's been in power and oppressing and killing people for 47 years. If you're not going to believe President Trump, then it puts you in a binary position of believing Iran more and more. I don't know. I don't want to be Pollyannish, but I got to believe that the media isn't. Is it really that they are that anti American that they would rather believe they're on?
David Buzzell
Yeah, I mean, look, I don't want to be Pollyannish about it either, Amanda, but I remember there was a time, particularly Gulf War one, Gulf War ii. Look, we could debate whether or not we should send American troops into these foreign hotspots, but the moment American men and women, American treasurer was deployed, even the media came to their senses and said, look, okay, we're going to support these guys and we want the Americans to win. I've got John Brennan here on Ms. Now, quote, well, I tend to believe I ran more than I do Donald Trump, close quote. He's a national Security Advisor to the former President of the United States. National Security advisor. He's a MSN contributor and he tends to believe Iran. These guys have been murderous thugs for close to 50 years. And that's who a former NSA guy believes more than more than the president. So this is just, again, it's another example of Trump Derangement Syndrome that has gotten way out of control and it's percolated into the immigration issue and DHS shutdown and Save America Act. There's just been a total blockade of the conservative viewpoint because it's just against Trump all the time.
John Solomon
Yeah, you did something that's very important. I think people have app Fatigue. They don't want to have 500 apps on their phone anymore. So they're starting to use the aggregator apps like Apple News and Google News. You have done, I think, really landmark, great work showing us how much bias occurs. Those are the pipelines, and those pipelines are biased. We're all biased in our reception of knowledge. Tell us what you found and how do we fix it.
David Buzzell
Yeah, we've developed what's called the MRC Digital News Tracker in which we're recording everything that the apps, Apple, Google News, MSN and Yahoo in particular are putting out there day in and day out. I give you an egregious example. Thursday morning, 125 million people users go to Apple News every single day. At least reportedly. Right. It's kind of difficult to find those numbers out, but 125 million users reportedly go there every day. Apple decided to broadcast in the morning a big gigantic photo of Chuck Schumer standing in front of a sign that said, quote, republicans have blocked funding for TSA eight times. Close quote. That was the sign. That was the image that 125 million users potentially saw. And if this picture speaks a thousand words, it starts to answer the question. I know a lot of people in Capitol Hill, I'm sure, John, you could probably testify to this, that Republicans kind of don't really believe why Democrats believe that Republicans are going to get the blame for the shutdown and this is how they're going to get the blame when 125 million people are exposed to such a bias and blatantly a blatant lie of an image that was provided to Apple. This is how those things happen. So it's a tough slog for the Republican Party. They've got to compete on these things. This is the point of entry. Apple News is a point of entry. Google News is the point of entry. Everyone's doing well on X, lots of folks are doing well on Facebook, lots of folks are doing well on Instagram, lots of folks are doing well on streaming. But these, this thing is the point of entry for hundreds of millions of Americans and news consumers. And we've got to get do a better job within our own ecosystem.
John Solomon
No doubt.
Amanda Head
Another way we've got to get better is fighting back against fake news. Because David, John and I were talking about this at the top of the show. When it comes to these no Kings protests, they are hardly anything close to organic. But yet you have the media that is just absolutely glowing, complimenting the 8 million people figure, which I'm very dubious about. Because that number came straight from Neville Singham. But what do you make of their coverage of these protests and is that kind of fueling the next protest? Because it kind of seems like they keep happening, but I don't know if anything is really being accomplished.
David Buzzell
I don't know. Well, I mean look, kudos to the organizers of the no Kings protest. They picked probably the best day of the year, 65 degrees and sunny on a Saturday right before people were heading out. And if you can't, if you don't want to get stuck in a TSA line, you might as well go protest the darn thing. But look, yes, the images coming out of these things are pretty grotesque. It's either a mixed bag of old boomers that basically bought their homes for a bushel of blueberries and they don't want to give them up are these blue haired, pink haired psychos that are just parading through our suburbs. And that's sort of an odd coalition. I don't really understand it. But the press just thinks that this is just the most organic love affair and the picture perfect display of American democracy that it's ever seen. So the coverage far outweighs anything that you would ever see in the march for life. You know, year in and year out they give more coverage to. So they gave more coverage to no Kings that they've given to Sheridan Gorman. Sheridan Gorman. We just came out with a study that CNN and Ms. Now have yet to provide a segment on Sheridan Gorman, the woman who was killed out in Chicago by the illegal immigrant.
John Solomon
Amazing.
David Buzzell
But no Kings. They'll run water wall coverage.
John Solomon
Yeah, they blackout on what the Democrats have created as pain for America and then a fictitious look at what's really a funded organized effort, not, not an organic protest. David, we are so much better because of the work of MRC Media Research Center. Great to have you on today. Thanks for helping us out.
David Buzzell
Appreciate it. Appreciate it guys.
John Solomon
Yeah, appreciate your work all the time. All right folks, coming up next, we'll reveal one of the biggest health issues facing Americans today. Could be you. Could you be affected? If you are, how are you going to protect yourself? We're going to answer all that next right after these messages.
Amanda Head
Welcome back everybody. High blood pressure doesn't always feel urgent until you or someone you know is affected. We are going to look at how to lower your blood pressure in as little as two weeks. So what's the secret? Well, joining us to discuss this is co founder of 120Life Susan Schachter. Susan, great to see you.
Susan Schachter
Great to see you, Amanda. Thank you for having me. Thank you.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. We love this company. We've actually had your co founder Ira on the show as well. Talk to us about your involvement with 120Life. How did you get involved?
Susan Schachter
Sure. I like this story. Ira and I grew up with each other. We grew up in Brooklyn around the corner from each other and we went to junior high school and high school together. And you know, his. His dad died at 57 from cardiovascular disease. And Ira really kept on top of his cardiac, you know, health, his cardiac health. And one of the times he went to the doctor, to the cardiologist, the cardiologist said to him, your blood pressure is so high, it is urgent that you get it down in three weeks or you're going to have to have open heart surgery. Because he had another issue there as well. And Ira took, really looked into different things that were found in nature, natural things that could help. And he put some things together and he called me up because I'm a nutritionist, I'm a registered dietitian with a master's in nutrition in clinical dietetics and nutrition. And he said, what do you think of this? What do you think of that? You know, And I said, that sounds good. That sounds good. I want to add this to it and let me take a deeper dive and found all of these study, we both did found all of these studies that showed these different things that are found in nature actually work by a similar mechanism to some of the antihypertensive medications that are out there. So put it all together. And after we got it together, after five days of him using it, his blood pressure came down 30 to 40 points. He didn't need the surgery and his cardiologist is on our board.
John Solomon
Wow, that is amazing.
Susan Schachter
Amazing.
John Solomon
I had my own personal experience. I suffer from high blood pressure. I take my blood pressure pills. I'm pretty good controlled. But I've been able to wean almost eight points off my bottom number in the six months since I started taking 120 life. It's really impressive. I think a lot of people don't understand that. The ingredients in this drink also have many other benefits. The pomegranate's good for the prostate, there's cholesterol lowering capabilities. This drink, even though its primary purpose is to bring your blood pressure down, it has a lot of ancillary benefits as well.
Susan Schachter
Yes. What I say about it is it has good side effects. So, you know. Yes. All the things you said, it's also highly anti inflammatory and in Addition, there is even something in one of the ingredients that lowers an inflammatory, a cardiac inflammatory marker called C Reactive protein. And it can also be helpful with cholesterol and without. Without damaging the. The effect of the good cholesterol we have. So it. It has so many good side effects. And, of course, getting your blood pressure under control has so many wonderful things to it. Not only reducing your risk of cardiac disease or stroke and stroke, you know, it also helps reduce your. Your chances of dementia. Bringing blood pressure down helps reduce your chances of dementia. It helps a lot of people with high blood pressure get sexual dysfun also. I'm forgetting some of the other things, but it will come to me. But can, you know, oh, it could also affect your kidneys. It can also affect your eyesight. All of these things can be affected by blood pressure. And so you want to get it under control. And it's nice to have something that has good side effects.
Amanda Head
No doubt about it, Susan, this company's been around for, I think, almost 10 years at this point point. So before the Maha movement, you've got to be absolutely relieved to see that so many Americans are starting to seek out things like 120 life instead of spending a life on. On pharmaceuticals.
Susan Schachter
I really. Yes. Really am. It's been about. I think it's around eight years, but it hasn't been on the market for eight years. And. But we started working on it and all the other things about eight years ago, but so delighted. Because it's. It's real. It's all real ingredients. I say it's nature's pharmacy. And, you know, it's a. It's a wonderful thing that. With the good side effects. Yeah, it's. It's great. Yeah. With the Maha. Yeah. It preceded the Maha movement, which is also trying to get people away from fake things. Right.
Reynolds Kitchens Advertiser
So.
John Solomon
Yeah, yeah, yeah. That was so important. All right. I already have some of my favorite recipes. I sometimes will mix a superfood drink with. With a little fizzy drink and make myself a cocktail. It's really kind of fun. Well, how quickly do people start to see an impact? I started to see a little bit of downward trend in my blood pressure, like in four or five days. But what's the norm for people?
Cancer Patient
You.

Welcome back everybody. It is the final segment of the show. John, I want to start with. Sometimes it feels like it's such low hanging fruit when we use clips from the View, but let's go ahead and use it anyway. Sunny Hostin talking about having babies and I think it's just really reckless to be suggesting that people should have children
Cancer Patient
when you now know in this country there's this affordability crisis. And for a two person household, a
Amanda Head
married household, you need over $400,000 for child care.
Cancer Patient
Over $400,000. Most people don't make over $400,000.
Amanda Head
So, so John this struck me because it's a false argument about raising children in poverty because there are so many resources in this country that we have frankly especially for those who don't want to live in poverty we have pretty much eradicated it. But second of all it does just kind of seem on brand for the party that supports abortion until very very late in a term that would consider something like not having enough money a good reason to term it to either terminate a life or to not have a life whatsoever. And the fact that they can't see that bringing life into this world is more important and something that is so much more beneficial than temporary economic woes it really just kind of struck me. It's really sad.
John Solomon
Well think about a few things. One President Trump just created the Trump accounts for young people to make life more affordable from that doesn't get mentioned to the 400 plus thousand dollar figure is over the course of 18 years then she compares it to something not many people make $400,000 a year it's a complete misnomer. It's completely misleading and 3 I think we can get job Sunny Host in a job at the CIA when the next time Democrats and because they the Democrats produced a CIA report saying that mothers who have children are at higher risk of being a domestic terrorist. She fits perfectly and that's the not this one They've repudiated that finding but this is propaganda it's. It's shameful and everyone who's a mom I'm with you the heck with Sunny Hostin.
Amanda Head
Yeah she must have I wouldn't it wouldn't surprise me if she did not contribute to that report okay we've probably only got time for one more and John I'll be darn Senator John Fetterman I know he's got a D next to his name but he just seems more and more sane these days. Amazing and like an old school Democrat. Check out this clip folks. This is him reacting to the unfortunate murder of Stephanie Mentor in Fairfax County Virginia of course who was killed by an illegal immigrant with 30 prior arrests.
John Solomon
Check it out There was a hearing on sanctuary cities here on the Senate side we're wondering what you think of about the death of of the Stephanie Mentor recently in Fairfax County. There was the guy who killed her was an illegal immigrant with 30 prior arrests. Do you think counties should be cooperating with ICE and turning over I was

Amanda Head
John Fetterman, I mean, he is speaking what most of the country is talking about when it comes to these illegal immigrants.
John Solomon
670,000 criminal illegal aliens were in the country under Joe Biden's last year. That's insane.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. All right, everybody, thanks so much for being with us tonight. We'll be back here tomorrow night at 6pm Eastern. Until then, have a good one.
This episode delivers a deep-dive into major ongoing national issues through the hosts' signature lens: government fraud and entitlement abuse, election integrity efforts, media bias, and health innovations. The show features interviews with key political and advocacy figures, introduces developing stories (notably fraud tied to border policy), explores consequences of governmental dysfunction, and closes with personal health solutions.
