John Solomon
Good evening, America. Welcome to the Thursday edition of Just the News. No noise. I'm your host John Solomon, reporting to you as always from the Nation's capital, Washington, D.C. we're going to take another dive into a case that we watch every day that former the case against former FBI Director James Comey, accused of lying or misleading Congress and obstructing Congress. You've seen the judge the last couple days make a lot of headlines saying, I don't think this was appropriate indictment, that maybe the grand jury was duped, that it rejected a charge and then they never went back and got the other ones approved. Well, a funny thing happened today, a rare thing, actually. Lindsey halligan, the acting U.S. attorney who's prosecuting that case in Northern Virginia, made public the transcript of the grand jury proceedings. That's very rare. It doesn't happen very often. Well, what did the grand jury proceedings transcript show? It showed that the foreman clearly knew that when they turned down one charge, they still were approving the two other charges and they were comfortable with the way the indictment was issued. You would think that the judge, a Biden judge, by the way, a Biden appointed judge, would have known that that would have made check the transcript before making the allegations he has against the government, before garnering the headlines. He did. But that didn't happen. And today for the first time, you can see that transcript. We just put it up on just the news Dot com. My amazing colleague Jerry Dunleavy. I got a hold of it just a little while ago. Go check it out. There not been a good day, a good 24 hours for Congress either. Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Cerfilis McCormick of Florida has been indicted for allegedly stealing $5 million from FEMA. Now this is important. That money goes to people who are in crisis. They were the victims of disaster. A member of Congress stole that money, but guess what? She then routed it, according to the government indictment, to her own campaign to enrich her political coffers, to improve her political career. Victimizing victimized Americans and helping yourself for political gain. That is what the Justice Department said. Now, to show that insanity sometimes can be bipartisan, in Washington, we also have a second instance. A former Republican staffer to Congressman Jeff Ranchou was charged today with staging a fake violent political attack on herself. 26 year old Natalie Green is charged with staging this attack, making it look like she had been knifed by someone who hated Trump and hated Republicans and scarring her own body. The indictment says that she faked that attack. She and another co conspirator did so to make it look like she was a victim when in fact she had staged the attack. So a bad day all around for Congress. Now a quick programming note. We hope over the next 24 hours to gain access to some new video footage. It's video footage you've never seen before on January 6. It shows the pipe bomber, the alleged pipe bomber, the person in that gray hoodie that we've been following. We get new video, we bring it to you. Well, it shows a new destination that that alleged pipe bomber went before they dropped off the alleged bombs at the Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee. They stopped for a period of time in front of the Congressional Black Caucus Institute building. They actually sat down there for a little while and it's unclear whether they were planting something or thinking about something. But for some reason that stop on their tour the night before January 6th was not given to the American public. It wasn't given to Congress. The FBI as far as we can tell, doesn't have it yet either. But it was on Capitol Police Video Committee. We're going to make that video public tomorrow. We've got a bombshell interview with Chairman Barry Loudermuk that we're going to have on the John Solomon Reports podcast tonight. We'll lay this all out for you, but be sure to check it out. And with that, all those headlines are going to turn to my amazing co host Amanda Head because you've been watching a lot of things. President Trump was pretty busy today.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Indeed.
Amanda Head
Indeed. And I knew this would eventually come. President Trump has taken note today of a video put out by a few Democrat lawmakers earlier this week. They are all veterans or former members of the intelligence community. And in this video, they told service members to ignore what they called illegal orders from the president. Take a look at this. It's incredible.
Matthew Cox
Like us, you all swore an oath.
Amanda Head
To protect and defend this Constitution.
John Solomon
Right now, the threats to our Constitution.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Aren'T just coming from abroad, but from.
John Solomon
Right here at home.
Matthew Cox
Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders.
Amanda Head
You can refuse illegal orders.
Mike Hilgers
You must refuse illegal orders.
Amanda Head
I mean, these are not fringe members of the party. But a few days pass without any acknowledgment of that video from President Trump. But earlier today, he posted on Truth Social, quote, this is really bad and dangerous to our country. Their words cannot be allowed to stand. Seditious behavior from traitors. Lock them up. Question mark, question mark, question mark. And he followed that post up with this one writing, seditious behavior punishable by death. And, of course, this all got quite a bit of coverage today. And White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt was asked about it all at her press conference today, and here is how she responded. You have sitting members of the United States Congress who conspired together to orchestrate a video message to members of the United States military, to active duty service members, to members of the national security apparatus, encouraging them to defy the President's lawful orders. The sanctity of our military rests on the chain of command. And if that chain of command is broken, it can lead to people getting killed. Yeah. So the question is what? What exactly are they talking about when they say illegal orders? We really are not quite sure. But the lawmakers in that video haven't elaborated further, so I guess we'll have to wait and see. And it seems that President Trump felt today was the perfect time to reignite this story in the news cycle. So we're going to have to see where it all leads. But, John, Secretary Levitt is exactly right. When you have this break in continuity, this break in unity within the armed services, that that's when people get killed. It's not good.
John Solomon
You know, the Democrats, I don't know, it's been a bad 24 hours for Congress on a lot of different fronts. So you got a lawmaker stealing money from needy people, congressional staffer faking a very serious attack, and then members of Congress trying to tell the military not to follow the Commander in chief.
Amanda Head
Very scary.
John Solomon
Yeah. I think American people expect a lot more. Now, somebody that does Congress right every day because he cares about what the Constitution says and what his constituents need is North Carolina Congressman Mark Harrison. He joins us right now. Congressman, great to have you on the show.
Mark Harrison
Thank you, John. And Amanda, it's great to be with you.
John Solomon
You are doing the people's business. And today, you and Congresswoman Mary Miller, frequent guests on this show, introduced some new legislation to help President Trump walk back the role. I think it's a Biden era rule that forced taxpayers to fund illegal aliens abortions. This is a pretty big moment. Tell us about it, what you know about it and what the likelihood is that this could pass. The.
Mark Harrison
It is a big moment. And I'm so thankful for Representative Miller joining with me. And actually, we had 28 co sponsors that jumped on the bill immediately. So when we introduced it, we already have had that kind of strength behind it. And basically, this is just another one of those common sense bills that's being introduced to really reverse a Biden era rule that was using taxpayer money to basically become Ubers for illegal aliens to cross state lines to get an abortion. And we're just saying that's crazy. And we're going to use common sense and we're going to say that rules got to go. We're not going to have illegal aliens being transported at taxpayer expense across state lines in order to have an abortion. And I'm very grateful, as I said, for the 28 colleagues that joined Congresswoman Miller and myself. So we have 30 going into it, and that's a really strong start. And we'll be promoting this and hopefully getting a lot of co sponsors in the days ahead.
Amanda Head
Yeah, I mean, it is a pretty ghoulish form of tourism. There are other ghoulish things happening in cities across this country, and that is illegal immigrants who are recidivistically committing crimes, violent crimes. But there are, what, 130 fewer off the streets of Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an operation that a lot of American support because of President Trump's agenda for deporting the worst. First, tell us what you're hearing from your constituents.
Mark Harrison
Well, listen, I'm grateful for the question, Amanda. We're actually up to more than 275/ that have been arrested. And I am very, very excited about that because, listen, the Border Patrol has come into Charlotte and they are helping get crime off the streets. They're helping get these criminal illegal aliens removed. And that is something that needed to happen. And if you look at the list of these folks that they're arresting, you're finding people that are guilty of sex crimes. You're having people that are guilty of indecent liberties with children. You're having people wanted for murder from Honduras. You're having all kinds of folks that are being arrested. And I am very, very grateful for the work that CBP has been doing. And, you know, if there's any disappointment in it, it's in the elected leaders on the left some, whether they're our city leaders, all the way up to the governor, who have thrown shade on our Border patrol, who are simply doing their job. And I've been emphasizing throughout this week that, look, they are law enforcement. And, you know, when I was a young man, when I was in first grade, I remember in school when Officer Friendly was brought and reminded and taught children that our law enforcement are our friends, our law enforcement are protecting us. They're there to stand up for us. And we've got to get back to that message. And instead, we've had elected leaders that are trying to somehow create the Border Patrol to be the enemy in this, when, in fact, they're getting criminals off the street. And that could only be a good thing.
John Solomon
Yeah, it is pretty remarkable what has been the reaction in the community. Obviously, Charlotte has had some pretty tough episodes that remind us of the dangers of illegal aliens and felonious folks being on the street. Are people happy? Do they have a sense of relief that maybe these dangerous individuals are gone now?
Mark Harrison
I do think people, frankly, are glad I'm here, heard from folks that have been in Charlotte, and they've been thankful for the fact that they've been there. Obviously, there's been a sense of hysteria that's been created by the media there oftentimes. And you've also got, as I mentioned earlier, these elected leaders that are creating a bit of this hysteria. And so, look, one of the things that came to my attention in all of this is the Migrant Policy Institute, who's not exactly what you would consider a conservative group, but they do track migrants, and they actually reported that there are 100,000 illegal aliens in Mecklenburg county alone. And the number one country that they're from is Honduras, and the second most that they come from are from Mexico. So when you look at that reality, it's just a. It's a serious situation, and I'm grateful that Border Patrol recognize that they have their intelligence, they have their information, and they've acted on it, and they've moved in with Operation Charlotte's Web I think it's going to be a short lived mission and then they're going to move on probably to Raleigh. And ultimately, I understand they're looking at New Orleans as the next stop. But I'm grateful for these men and women in uniform that are willing to stand strong, are willing to take the risk and they're out there on behalf of all of us, protecting us.
Amanda Head
Absolutely, sir. I want to move on to some other orders of business for Congress. You guys have got a lot of priorities heading into next year. I know that fixing Obamacare is towards the top of the list. As we talk to Speaker Mike Johnson, tell us what you want to see done before next November so that Republicans can keep the majority.
Mark Harrison
Well, I think we've got to just continue on where we were leading up to that shutdown. The shutdown was done purely to try to create a stoppage to the momentum that we are seeing. I mean, the America first agenda. We were hitting our stride. The rhythm was just happening. And so I think that we need to get back, back to the things that we were setting out to do. You mentioned that we've got to deal with the health care issue. We're looking at this issue of affordability and helping folks understand that and get us in a better position. And I think when you talk about health care, we've got to recognize the fact that the Affordable Care act has been anything but affordable. And I think that we need to recognize that we need have the opportunity to get people back to a place of health care freedom. There's been a lot of ideas floating around. I think you're going to see many of them begin to come together that are going to allow folks to have more choices, more opportunities. We've got to stop putting the money into the insurance company's hands because all they do is just take that money and jack up prices. They found that the most dependable thing in the world is a government check and we've got to stop doing that and we've got to put it into the hands of people so that they're able to have health care choices and ultimately have decision making power about their health care. And again, I think the three words I'm wanting to emphasize is health care freedom. That's something I want to see happen as we move forward with that.
John Solomon
Got a nice ring to it. Before we let you go, sir, just a minute left. Congressman Trillis McCormick charged with stealing $5 million of money that was supposed to go to disaster victims and routing it into her campaign. Your thoughts? When one of your colleagues betrays that trust or at least allegedly does.
Mark Harrison
So, well, to think of the fact that there she is from Florida and that it was FEMA money, disaster relief money, as someone has said, if that's not an aggravating circumstance, I don't know what is. And so that's a serious, serious issue. And I think right now this is something the Ethics Committee is working on. It's unfortunate, it's embarrassing for Congress to go through this, but it's got to be handled. And I think that we will be hearing very shortly own Ethics committee giving us sort of a path of steps that need to happen and this will be dealt with. Of course, everyone's innocent until proven guilty. But there's a serious situation here and a serious breach of trust for the American people. And I think that we're going to have to see everything come to light on this very quickly.
John Solomon
Yeah, I'm sure we're going to get to the bottom of it. We need to. It's important. Sir, as always, a great honor. We'll be watching that legislation closely. A lot of people buzzing about it, a lot of your colleagues thrilled that you and Congresswoman Miller put that legislation in today. Great to have you on the show.
Mark Harrison
Thank you so much for letting me be here.
John Solomon
Yeah, it's a great honor, sir. Thanks so much. All right, folks, we're going to take a quick commercial break. When we come back, Nebraska's attorney general has uncovered a bombshell. He has traced foreign money from a Swiss liberal billionaire flowing into influence elections in America. Like wait a second, we don't allow foreign money. And turns out it happened. Attorney General Mike Helder is going to be here next. You're not going to want to miss a big story right after the break. Hey folks, Americans are losing trust in the system, right? Banks collapsing, inflation eating away savings. And now the Federal Reserve is pushing for a central bank digital currency. If that happens, every dollar in your account could be tracked, traced and ultimately controlled. Imagine not being able to donate to a cause they disagree with or being locked out of your money because of your opinions or associations. We don't want that. And once it starts here, folks, it won't be optional. That's why American Alternative Assets created a free guide called the Digital Dollar Trap. It shows how to legally move part of your savings into physical gold. They time tested assets that puts you in control. Welcome back everybody. There is nothing more important in American politics today than the security of our election. We've said it many, many on the show because it's true. How can you have a representative republic if the people that are elected to represent us and the ballot measures that are voted on aren't actually decided by we the people? We've seen in the last few years that a lot of our elections aren't nearly as safe and secure as we have been led to believe. And there are a lot of ways to tackle that problem. One way to do it is at the state level. And our next guest is doing just that. Joining us now is the Attorney General for the state of Nebraska, Mike Hilgers. General, thank you so much for being with us.
Mike Hilgers
Thanks for being. Thanks for having me. This is awesome. Thank you.
Amanda Head
I think most Americans, logically speaking, would say there shouldn't be foreign money, there shouldn't be foreign influence in our elections. And yet here we are. There is a specific case that you are handling in Nebraska. Tell us about it.
Mike Hilgers
Well, I think almost everyone would agree this is a bipartisan issue. And until 2021, Amanda, I think we thought that the law actually prohibited foreign funding of state elections. About 2021, the FEC issued a ruling that said actually no, federal law doesn't prohibit it the way that you think that it does in about. Only about 10 or 12 states. Nebraska is one of them. California actually is another. But most have not. We actually closed the loophole in state law. I was the speaker. We passed the law that said no federal funding, either directly or indirectly, of state ballot initiatives. Well, it turns out that we have had a deluge of funding in Nebraska over the last several election cycles. Last year there's $10 million, which in Nebraska is a lot of money. It's a lot of money anywhere. But in Nebraska it funds a lot of ballot petitions and all tied to a specific billionaire funder out of Switzerland, guy by the name of Hans Borg Wiess. And we think it violates Nebraska state law, so we filed a lawsuit to put a stop to it.
John Solomon
That is amazing. What do we know about. I mean, Hans or Wies has been one of the biggest funders in America. He's not an American citizen. He's just simply dumping money in. What's his motive? What are his connections? What have you learned in the early discovery in your lawsuit? Why does a man far from here want to influence our elections?
Mike Hilgers
Well, I can go by what he's saying publicly. What he's saying publicly is he's, he's a far left progressive. He certainly wants to influence the trajectory of the United States, I think primarily through funding these statewide ballots. He has said publicly also that he's kind of proud of the fact that his name's not on any of these donations, which they're not. So you can't directly tie the money to him without some spade work, which we've done. So we know, we think that he's trying to dramatically reshape the United States, which we think is both unlawful and immoral and wrong. What we found is so far we haven't. We just filed the lawsuit, John. So we're going to ask for all sorts of discovery and we're going to find out even more. But what we found so far is that there's a tremendous amount of money, upwards of a half a billion dollars that have flown into the United States to influence all sorts of elections.
John Solomon
And they're literally flowing in, right? They come in on plates.
Mike Hilgers
No, no, I'm sorry, flowing. Flowing in. I'm sorry. No, no, no. That'd be like a movie in the making. No. Obama with pallets of cash flow flowing through these intermediaries. We've identified six so far. Some of them you've heard of 1630 Fund, which is a big funder on the left. Burger Action Fund, New Venture Fund and that these, these intermediaries are then providing large checks to local groups to then actually who then spend the money on the ballot petition. So we know it's a lot of money. We know it's from a foreign source, we know they're going through intermediaries and, and we know they're really trying to turn states like Nebraska blue. And that's why we filed a lawsuit to put a stop to really is.
Amanda Head
A twisted version of like a pass through organization. How do you stop it though? Because I mean, you would like to think that you could leave it up to that organization, knowing what the law now is in Nebraska, to say, sorry, we can't accept this, but I don't think you can trust them.
Mike Hilgers
Well, you certainly can. And evidence of that is the fact that they're doing it already. We have this law in place since 2022. They were funding ballot petitions in 2018 and ever since we passed the law, they've actually spent more money on ballot petitions in the state of Nebraska. So the law on its own has not been enough to deter them. And I think that's true in other states also and really kind of unfortunate. So you can't rely on the good faith of the people operating these entities. Now if we're successful in our lawsuit getting an order saying that this is unlawful under Nebraska law, then there's pretty significant penalties, including criminal penalties. And so we are going to put a stop to this one way or another through our litigation. It's just really sad that it's come to this. You'd like to think that people would follow the rules, but you know what? They're not from the United States and these are rules that have never had to apply to them, but they will apply to them. And that's where our lawsuit is meant to do.
John Solomon
Now, the cutouts are 501 C3s and 501 C4s, is that correct?
Mike Hilgers
The ones we've identified are C4s so far.
John Solomon
Are there any IRS or federal connections that your state might make referrals to as you get along in this?
Mike Hilgers
If we're, well, not just federal, but states. We're the primary nonprofit regulator in the state of Nebraska. That is an angle and a hat we will wear as we go into our investigation. We're a little early into it. We haven't seen the communications, we haven't seen some of the inner workings of how the money has, has flowed between these entities. Not flown and so we'll see. But certainly that is an angle. And I will tell I will commit to Nebraskans and your and your viewers that if we find any of that kind of wrongdoing, we absolutely will take action, either ourselves or refer to the appropriate agency.
Amanda Head
Amazing how Many other states AG's need to be paying attention to this case so that they can pounce in their own.
Mike Hilgers
I think every state. Every state. And by the way, I mentioned at the beginning this is bipartisan. The amendment that got passed into law when I was speaker in Nebraska was introduced by one of the most far left progressives in the state legislature. So I would say blue states and red states ought to. But I would say as a starting point, Amanda, states have to look to see if they have this law on the books. I mentioned the FEC sort of created this loophole and maybe under not almost 40 of these states have not passed a law to close the loophole. So what I would first say is ags or state legislatures look at your statutes. Do you have a ban? If you don't have a ban, pass one post haste. And then if the states are, if there is a ban in place, and Kansas and Ohio are states that have done it, you can. I'd encourage my state AG colleagues to then get involved. But the first thing is close the loophole through state action.
Amanda Head
Can I just ask real quick, the loophole, is that a glitch or a feature?
Mike Hilgers
I think it was. I think it's a glitch. I think everyone assumed that federal law banned federal funding of state or foreign funding of state elections. And it wasn't until this ruling came out where people were like, oh gosh. In fact, if you look at the floor debate in 2022 when we, when we passed it in Nebraska, this is the conversation we had. Hey, before this FEC ruling, we thought it was banned. It's not banned. Apparently we need to do something about it. And we did. And I'd encourage other states to do the same thing.
John Solomon
From what you've learned, what sort of political initiatives are. Is this Swedish billionaire and his emissaries in the United States weighing in on, Is it ballot initiatives? Is it redistricting? What sort of things have they weighed in on?
Mike Hilgers
So far, what we've seen in Nebraska, John, are ballot initiatives. Because if you think about this, you're a state like Nebraska, Nebraska gets very red. And I served in the state legislature. We, we fought tooth and nail blue progressive policies state like Nebraska, if you spend a million and a half or $2 million, which might be a rounding error in a California ballot initiative, you can change the law in the state in significant ways. And so in 2024, as an example, John, there were five different ballot petitions that we saw foreign money flow indirectly through these intermediaries in one year, in one year, one cycle. That includes everything from a very, very, very far left pro abortion initiative to an anti choice initiative, to a very. To a pro marijuana initiative to a raise the minimum wage initiative. And so we've kind of seen the whole gamut on the left primarily focus on ballot petitions. But I got to tell you, what, if we've learned anything, is that if they are willing to break the rules now and they have the resources, they will go as far as we are willing to let them go. So redistricting or other things that we should assume would be on the table.
Amanda Head
Before we let you go, I want to touch on something else that you are doing there in Nebraska. And I think that this is pertinent because so many people have home security cameras. They're monitoring their homes in some way. We obviously don't want that information or that footage going to a foreign country. But you found a company that is sending it straight to China.
Mike Hilgers
Yeah, we don't want it to go to anyone, really, let alone a foreign country, let alone our number one geopolitical adversary. Absolutely right. And this is actually a trend, Amanda. And in the consumer services and product space generally, you have companies with significant ties to the Chinese Communist Party or the Chinese military, or even if they don't, by the way, Chinese law requires them to give their information to them anyway. And they will go to American consumers and say, our product is safe, it's secure, don't worry about it, we're not going to take your data when they know it is not true. And in this case, the home surveillance camera one that you mentioned, the back end firmware is on the FCC no fly zone because of the known security flaws, the ties, the Chinese Communist Party and the fact that they know that they can get audio and video of some of your most intimate moments in your family's home. And it goes straight to our number one adversary in the world. So it's a significant issue. And all we're saying is tell the truth. You know, I'm not President Trump's going to handle China, but we can handle consumer protection issues in Nebraska. And if you're going to sell products in Nebraska, tell the truth. And if you're going to give our sensitive information to our foreign adversaries, probably not a big market for that, but you should just tell people that's what you're doing. And that's not what they're doing.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. So if until this plays out, should people just assume that CCP eyeballs are in their home just to play it safe?
Mike Hilgers
Anything with the Chinese side, I'll tell you the ones we've sued so far. So we've sued Lorex, which is the camera company you mentioned. We've also sued Temu, which is a service, not a product. And in that case, very similar. It says it's only going to take one or two small, innocuous pieces of information, your information, but in fact, it can get access to your entire contents of your cell phone, which is very scary.
Amanda Head
Or the camera and the microphone.
Mike Hilgers
That's exactly right. And we've also actually sued TikTok, which has a whole big history, one of which though is it tells families that it's safe for their kids, when in fact we know that it's not. And so those are some of the products. Anything with a Chinese tie, I would just encourage people to do their diligence and be wary. Google has Nebraska's AG sued them. That's a good starting place because if they're doing it and we know about it, we will.
Mark Harrison
Yeah.
Amanda Head
Mike Hilger's attorney general in Nebraska. You're doing a great job there. Thanks so much for being here.
Mike Hilgers
Thanks so much, Amanda. Thanks, John.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. All right, everybody, we're going to take a very quick break, but we'll be right back on the other side with Dr. Peter McCullough.
John Solomon
Hey, folks, did you know that by the time the average person hits 60 years old, they've lost and regained several hundred pounds? Doctors call it weight cycling and half of Americans do it. If you do it enough, you are at risk of diabetes, liver damage, heart attacks, attack, even his throat. Bottom line, most people need help to stop weight cycling and I have a great way for you to do it. Non prescription Lean was created by doctors. Lean is an oral supplement and the science is impressive. It's studied. Ingredients also target weight loss in three powerful ways. Lean helps maintain healthy blood sugar. If you were on justinnews.com a little while ago, you would have probably saw this story. It's One of the top stories on the side today. The CDC under President Trump has come quietly, changed its website to include a new position that the studies that for years claimed there was no link between autism and vaccines, that they're not based on evidence. That is a major backing away from all of those studies that were put in the faces of so many parents over the years. Earlier today we had a chance to talk to Dr. Peter McCullough, whose early research raised the concerns about those studies. We had a great conversation. Take a listen. You spotted something huge. It happened. In the last 24 hours, the CDC has changed its information on its website regarding autism and vaccines. Tell us what you found and what it may signal.
Dr. Peter McCullough
You know, without any press briefing at all, the CDC has made a dramatic change on their website regarding their statements. And the CDC now says that prior studies that have denied the link between childhood vaccination and autism are not evidence based, they're not valid. And the timing of this is, you know, honestly is very, very consistent with the CDC reading the McCullough foundation report. We published the most comprehensive report on Autism on October 27, 2025. It's already received over 200,000 downloads and reads from the European Commission pre server. We sent the report to the cdc, HHS and all the officials. And now three weeks later, the CDC has essentially read our report and knows that there are compelling sources of information compiled that the prior studies were misleading. There are 29 studies that claim that there was no link between vaccines and autism. Not a single one of those studies examined the vaccine record, talk to the parents or examine the children, and they didn't have clear control groups. Now we have well over 100 studies pointing to the link. And so the CDC and HHS say now they're going to start their own investigation and we applaud them for doing so.
John Solomon
That is huge.
Amanda Head
Dr. McCullough, how does a study exist or how does it exist as a study on the effects of vaccines with respect to the propensity of autism? If they're not looking at the vaccine record? They're not. How does that even exist? That's not a study.
Dr. Peter McCullough
They're using automated sources of data. And I think honestly they're almost intentionally doing what's called a type 2 error that is failing to find the effect when it's there. But it's those studies, Amanda, that Senator Bill Cassidy and Maggie Hassan and Bernie Sanders, they held up at the Senate hearings back when RFK and others went through, they were holding these up as definitive proof that vaccines aren't linked to autism. And it's obvious they didn't read any one of these studies. Now, there are 12 well done research studies in the modern day showing a healthy child born today is healthier if they remain completely unvaccinated.
John Solomon
Stunning. All right, so I think this gets at something that you have done a lot to educate our audience about, and that is the unholy relationship, the sort of revolving door. You scratch my back, I scratch you back. World of Big Pharma and the regulators who are supposed to regulate Big Pharma. Is there some financial influence that causes these studies to be doctored this way or to be to sound more compelling than they actually are because they're protecting the people that might one day give them a job?
Dr. Peter McCullough
That's almost certainly the case. I mean, look at former FDA commissioner Scott Gottlieb, now on the board of Pfizer, pushing the Pfizer vaccine. Stephen Hahn, former FDA commissioner on Flagstone, that's Pioneer, which is the venture capitalist organization supporting Moderna. So this corruption is wide open. Vaccines are over $100 billion annual business. More than half of that the government purchases. And there is so much corporate interest in making sure that this vaccine freight train continues on America's children that they'll do anything to protect these revenue streams. You know, autism skyrocketed after 1986, the vaccine injury Compensation act, when the companies incredulously were given immunity from liability. And mothers and fathers the entire time have said, wait a minute, they've seen their kids born normal convert to an autism phenotype after a big battery of vaccines. Finally, it looks like the CDC quietly is listening, prompted by the McCullough Foundation.
John Solomon
Yeah, you drove this. Your research drove this. It's a very important thing to remind people.
Amanda Head
Yeah. So for moms and dads out there or future moms and dads out there, when they are considering the vaccine schedule, you want to trust the information coming out from the cdc. But as we have seen on the flip flopping or you know, the change that we saw yesterday, I don't know if you can trust the health agencies. Who do you trust?
Dr. Peter McCullough
I think the World Council for Health is a very reasonable organization to look to. They're an alternative to the WHO and in 2023, they posted guidance called safer to wait. That is it's safer to wait on vaccines. There's no urgency with a child born today who's healthy. You simply need the mother, you know, normal breastfeeding, normal infancy and development. And vaccines are far safer when they're given later in Life, particularly beyond the development of neurologic development and immunologic development, typically beyond age 4, they're far safer when they're given individually. And of course, if the burden of vaccines is less, there's less chance for side effects. But a recent paper by Vesuvian and colleagues in Gemma open network indicates 60% of young parents now are going to skip the vaccine schedule or decline a lot of it.
John Solomon
Welcome back, America. I have declared here at just the news that October is protect your home month. We want to make sure that the growing number of fraudsters who are stealing home titles and then taking your extra. They don't get your home one day. So all month long, every week, we're trying to bring an expert in who can talk a little bit about high. This rising crime of home title theft is occurring, who's doing it and how they pull it off. And who better to tell us that than somebody who actually did it? He actually committed the crime. He did a great job doing it. Today he helps people avoid becoming victims. He is our good friend, Matthew Cox. Matthew, great to have you on.
Matthew Cox
Thank you for having me on.
John Solomon
All right. We've had some big cases. We've been talking about Arizona, Texas, Texas. Detroit was a big one. It seems like a lot more people are figuring out how to pull this off and a lot more victims are rolling up. Doesn't surprise you, right?
Matthew Cox
No, not at all. It's becoming easier and easier.
John Solomon
Yeah. All right, so I want to take us back. It was a little harder during your era. You had to be pretty creative to get what you did done. I know you went 13 years in prison, $55 million of fraud you pulled off. Tell us back then what you did and how much easier it is to today with the digital era.
Matthew Cox
Well, when, When I was committing this crime, I physically had to go downtown to public records, go in the courthouse. I had to look everything up. I had to physically go to the. The homes, the physically. I had to go to the title closings. I had to physically go into banks to open bank accounts. So there was a. There was a lot involved. I. I had to make documents myself. And now everything is. Is. I don't. I don't want to say automated, but it's all available online. So you can go down to your local coffee shop with your laptop and you can, you can, you can surf public records and, you know, whatever, you know, multiple real estate websites to find a home. You can open bank accounts online. You can go to. In many states, you can go to the actual closing Of. Of mortgages or the transfer of properties, you know, the sale of properties.
Mike Hilgers
All online.
Matthew Cox
Yeah, all online. Which makes this a crime very easy.
John Solomon
I was talking to a cop recently who said, you can get this done. You can pull this scan off a couple hours on a free WI fi in a coffee shop or in a hotel lobby, and you're gone before. Before we can even find your photo on the security camera. That's pretty scary stuff. All right, so we're seeing some unique patterns. We see some in these mass frauds that were occurring in Detroit and in Arizona. A clear pattern of going after someone who's in financial difficulty and vulnerable. And you portray like you're trying to help, and then you steal the home and the equity. But sometimes it's someone closer in, someone you knew, someone you associated with. Did you ever target someone you kind of knew in your life or. And do you see other criminals now maybe actually targeting people they really have a relationship with?
Matthew Cox
So I personally did not, but I do see that happening. And a lot of times it happens where someone is. Someone's dependent on a loved one, or maybe someone's passed away and they'll transfer the title from a deceased person to, you know, to themselves. Or they're taking, like. Like some of these stories, you know, they're taking advantage of a family member and they'll borrow against the property or they'll still sell the property out from underneath them. You know, I've. I never did anything like that. So.
Mike Hilgers
Anyway.
Matthew Cox
Yeah, so I'm. I'm. Well, for many reasons, I'm a little shocked by that. Only because it seems so easy to track the person down.
John Solomon
Exactly.
Matthew Cox
And now with, you know, with anonymity. Right. Like, you can. You can do it so much easier just through the. Through the. The Internet.
John Solomon
Yeah.
Matthew Cox
I'm not sure why you would want to put the. Put a target on your head. I mean, clearly the person's going to recognize you right away or be able to put it together, but it does happen.
John Solomon
Yeah, it's remarkable. All right, so I think one of the things, the first time I met you was so remarkable was none of your victims ever saw this coming. You were long gone before they got the first notification. Why the gap? Why does a victim, you know, you get robbed, you know, right away? Someone broke into your car, they took your purse, but in this crime, it's weeks and months before you find out, right?
Matthew Cox
Correct. And that's what makes it from the standpoint of a fraudster or a home thief or title thief, that's what Makes it such a great crime, from their perspective, is that it takes months and months before the, the true homeowner realizes that maybe someone has borrowed a mortgage or two or three mortgages on their property or has sold a piece of property out from underneath them. They don't even realize it until the foreclosure notices start showing up, or someone wants to move in their home. They drive by, somebody's living in their home, or for whatever reason, the police notify them.
John Solomon
Right.
Matthew Cox
That this type of crime has been committed. It could be months. As long as you're paying the new mortgage or paying, then you can keep, you can keep this off for three to six months. And the longer you keep it off, the more likely the, the thief gets away with it.
John Solomon
Yeah, that's the key. Extending it just long enough to, to escape. It's remarkable. We've seen some people that I would call insiders in the real estate profession be part of this. A couple of. One was a nonprofit. One was an agency that helped people in distress. You were a mortgage broker, so you had a unique vantage point when you started to carry your, carry out your crime. Tell us a little bit about how being an insider helps you on this.
Matthew Cox
Well, when I started, I was a mortgage broker. I owned a brokerage business. And the crime was still. It was happening, but it was in its infancy. Now anybody can do this. It doesn't, it doesn't take our rocket science test to figure this out. The tools are available to anyone. You can, you can have pay stubs made online, you can have documents made online. You can hire some guy from any of these. You know, I'm not sure I should say fiverr or not, but any of these types of online platforms to help you make documents and pull this crime off, you don't, you don't have to be all that stuff sophisticated at this point in time for it to happen. So, yeah, it's, it's becoming easier and easier. And you don't have to be an insider. That's why it's becoming more and more prevalent.
John Solomon
Yep. Yeah, it's the perfect couch potato crime. You can sit on your couch and pull it off and never have to even go out into the, into the street. It's amazing. Matthew, one of the great parts of your story is redemption and what you did. I think you were probably facing like 3, 400 years years in prison, but you made a deal. You went to prison for a while, but you also have helped other people avoid becoming victimized. Tell us a little bit about what you've learned when you engage with either the cops who've solved one of these crimes are trying to solve it, or you meet a victim who actually was victimized.
Matthew Cox
Well, I mean, first of all, victims just never seem to see it coming. They have this false sense of security where they just think it can't happen. They think that they're their homes, their title insurance policy or their homeowner's insurance covers them for something like this and it absolutely doesn't. Law enforcement. I've actually done several keynote speeches in front of law enforcement where I talk about the crime. And you know, unfortunately their law enforcement is at a disadvantage because it's such, it's, it's happening more and more and they're, they're not as aware of it and they're not really, I don't want to say sophisticated, but it's, it's not someone breaking in your house. That's a pretty simple crime. This is something that you have to be fairly familiar with the process of title work and that's not something that they teach in the academy. So I do a lot of speeches and, and speaking with law enforcement about it and you know, they're, they're at a disadvantage to combat this, this crime. The only real, I feel like the only real way to do it is by monitoring your title. You know, as a homeowner, you have to stop, people have to stop thinking that they're, they have to stop thinking that they're being protected by someone when they're not. They have to be vigilant. You, they need to have their, their title to their property monitored and they have to be vigilant as far as keeping up with the title and keeping up with the alerts and, and have a monitoring service that will look out for them, that will be an advocate for them if something goes wrong.
John Solomon
Yeah. In this case there is a great carp diem solution. One you can to yourself, protect yourself, not have to be reliant on anyone else. I know you advise them. We're lucky to have a partnership with them. Home Title lock folks, is that service, it checks for you so you don't have to check and you get alerted the second there's something suspicious going on because of the partnership we have, because all the great work Matthew's done. What all you got to do is go to hometitlelock.com use the promo code jtn to get a free title history report and a free trial of their million dollar triple lock protection. Both or great deals go today. Don't waste Another night of sleep. Home title lock.com promo code jtn. All right, we'll be back with more right after these messages.
Amanda Head
Welcome back, everybody. A few stories to finish up the evening for many of you have probably heard of Al Shabaab, a terrorist group, I think, for what, the mid-2000s, based out of Somalia, affiliate in Somalia. We are now learning that they filtered basically millions of taxpayer dollars through Minnesota Autism Clinics. John, tell us about it.
John Solomon
Yeah, well, they sifted away from the program and moved it out. So it looks like a case of fraud. So there have been about $300 billion of alleged fraud in these programs, a lot of it in Minnesota. Remember Tim Waltz? He was going to be our vice president. The Democrats out of the way. American people thought otherwise. There's a story out there by a couple reporters that say that these indictments, as part of the investigative work, they have found money moved from the fraudsters out to Al Shabaab. And now it's not 100% clear to me what that pattern is. It was anonymous material in there. But I talked to Congressman Randy Finstadt today. He's a Minnesota congressman, and he said there is some real concern about this. We're trying to get some more details. I have a funny feeling this is the sort of thing that yesterday when we were talking to the House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rick Crawford, that this is what he was referring to, that this may be the thing.
Amanda Head
So people can go check that out.
John Solomon
Vince, dad was on the podcast and then Crawford was on a TV show last night, as you know. So I think there's a connectivity here. And we're working to get some more details from the FBI.
Amanda Head
I love it.
Mike Hilgers
I love it.
Amanda Head
All right, so today, former Vice President Dick Cheney, his services were held and President Trump and Vice President Vance were reportedly not invited. But John, I think that people looked at the crowd of folks who attended and it really kind of gave them a visualization of the UNI party. I just jotted down a few of them. George W. Bush, Bush, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Anthony Fauci, Mitch McConnell, Rachel Maddow, James Carville, Mike Pence, Adam Schiff. And yet the president and the vice president were not invited. Not. Not too surprised.
John Solomon
Kind of funny that Rachel Maddow was there. I mean, people forget that the Democrats or something. Yeah, he was the evil empire for the left for more than a decade. He was the guy that was the focus of the war protests. Now, let me say this. Dick Cheney served his country for a long time. He did a lot of different Things, Chief of staff, the presidents and Defense secretary during the World War. So, you know, we honor our folks even when we disagree with them. The party today is not the Dick Cheney party, the neocon party of the early 2000s. But, you know, we send off our dignitaries, our former vice presidents, the way we do, and usually it's a bipartisan thing. It's shameful. Or I think President Trump ordered the stag flags at half staff.
Amanda Head
So he got, I think yesterday I.
John Solomon
Saw for seven days still. So I interviewed Dick Cheney. I think I had the last interview with Dick Cheney before he left as vice president in December of actually might have been early January 2009, either very last, it was over the Christmas holidays period. And I asked him this question, did you ever consider the moral implications of waterboarding? You know, you took these terrorists and you had a mortar boarder. And he said to me, it would have been immoral not to torture him to save other lives. And it was one of the most famous quotes that I think Dick Cheney uttered at the end of his tenure in government. You know, he'll forever be associated with 9, 11, the Iraq wars. One Iraq war went well, the second one didn't go well. But he served his country and we send off our servants with some sort of a thank you. And I think that's what today was about. Too bad that it couldn't be more bipartisan and put JD Vance and the President Trump in there. But whatever the case is, the country has said farewell now.
Amanda Head
Well, President Trump and Vice President J.D. vance are very busy with the business of the country. One of those things. We are seeing the results of 17% of enrollment of foreigners in our universities. John, a lot of people would say that that hurts the universities, it hurts culture, but it makes room for more American students, that's for sure.
John Solomon
Yeah. And you know, another thing, I think going back to the very first guest we had tonight, the congressman from North Carolina, there was a significant drop in the last couple days in students going to school in Charlotte, which raises the question, were those children of illegals who were trying to avoid capture or arrest? We're learning a lot about how much that open border put incredible stress on our system, our education system, our social net. It's a different world under Donald Trump and Christine. And also Trisha McLaughlin taking on more people today, just really calling out some Congress people.
Amanda Head
I hope she has a whole red team with her to utilize her Twitter, because it seems like every time I am on X or Twitter, whatever, she is debunking another narrative. It's incredible.
John Solomon
Did you believe you have a congressperson that allegedly stole 5 million from people in need just so they can enrich your campaign? I'm not going to forget that story. This is sitting in my crot today.
Amanda Head
I wonder how many disasters in Florida that affected victims of.
John Solomon
It's just if you're a Florida Congress, that's even more like you said.
Amanda Head
Yeah. Horrible. Horrible. All right, everybody, on that happy note, we're going to finish out the evening. Everybody. Have a great evening. We'll be back here tomorrow night at 6:00pm Eastern.
