Good evening, America, and welcome to the Thursday edition of JUST the News. No Noise. I'm your host, John Solomon. You know this reporting as always from the Nation's capital, Washington, D.C. we've got some big news to get to you tonight on a story we've been following since the middle of October. That is when House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan alleged that former CIA Director John Brennan lied to Congress and referred him to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution. And today we've gotten reports that the DOJ is gearing up and to issue multiple grand jury subpoenas relating to the DOJ's investigation into Brennan. Chairman Jordan has already said on the record that Brennan allegedly made numerous willfully and intentionally false statements of material fact that were also contradicted by records established by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the CIA. The statements in question revolve around the infamous and discredited Steele dossier that helped kick off the Russia collusion hoax, which we now know was entirely unmerited. We'll keep you updated as we get more details on the possible grand jury subpoenas. In other congressional news, Congressman and Congresswoman and former Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced she would not be seeking reelection earlier today. And President Trump weighed in. He couldn't wait to weigh in. Take a look.
Scott Rasmussen
I think she's an evil woman.
John Solomon
I'm glad she's retiring. I think she did the country a.
Scott Rasmussen
Great service by retiring. I think she was a.
Dr. Miklos Santo
A tremendous liability for the country.
John Solomon
I thought she was an evil woman.
Dr. Miklos Santo
Who did a poor job, who cost.
John Solomon
The country a lot in damages and in reputation.
Dr. Miklos Santo
I thought she was terrible.
John Solomon
No love lost between those two, nor any ambiguity about what the President thought. That's always the way it goes. All right, one last thing before I turn things over to my amazing co host, Amanda Head. Gas prices have gotten cheaper on President Trump. Egg prices have gotten cheaper under President Trump. And today he announced he's going to bring down or slim down. I'm sorry, I am using a play on words. The cost of those new Ozempics and Wegovies and other drugs that people are using to get rid of weight loss and make themselves healthier. Big announcement in the Oval Office just a little while ago. Amanda, this is popular stuff. It's the President kind of attuned to what real Americans are thinking about at the dinner table. Maybe when they're hungry, they're thinking about WeGovy.
Amanda Head
You know, this is a follow up to his executive order on most favored nation status for these drugs for the American people. It never made sense to folks who heard what the situation was that we were paying sometimes 10 times more than other nations.
John Solomon
So I think if you don't get insurance coverage, like they're $1,500 a month or 2,000amonth, who can afford that?
Amanda Head
Yeah, I know. I mean, I guess if it comes down to, you know, morbidity, then I suppose you'll shell it out, but this is. I'm sure these people would much rather be paying 150 than 1150. All right, everybody, I've got some interesting news on Democrat, Socialist, and of course, now Mayor elect of New York City, Zoran Ma. And what is so funny about all these politicians who claim that they are socialists and that deride others for having too much money? It seems that a lot of them are pretty, pretty wealthy themselves, including mom Donnie. Now, here's another example. Mom Donnie is now being slammed for jet setting off to a luxury resort in Puerto Rico to attend the 2025 SOMOs conference, where he will be attending a cocktail reception that is hosted by, get this, Attorney General Letitia Chains. They flock together, don't you? And. And this is just days after winning his mayoral race. Now, the SOMOS conference is an annual get together that is essentially a policy summit for New York officials. And it tells you a lot that they plan to have it pretty much as far away from New York City as possible and still be on technically US Territory. So could some of that money that is spent on the conference at that luxury resort in Puerto Rico be better spent helping New York City's poor? The Mom Daddy campaign isn't answering that question, but I guess even socialists need to have their rest and relaxation time. Little massage, little margarita. Yeah, yeah, yeah. All right. Moving on to some better news. We now know that more than 35,000Americans have applied to join the Trump administration in their Homeland Defenders program. Now, this is part of the USCIS United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. And the new Homeland Defenders will serve to bolster the agency's efforts to determine if foreign nationals can be eligible for immigration benefits, which I think is something that's really needed because we know way too much abuse happening in that system. And finally, remember that DOJ employee who threw a Subway sandwich at a border patrol agent in D.C. a few months back? He was charged with misdemeanor assault. And we now know the outcome of that. Charl of that charge. Sean Charles Dunn, the man who threw that sub sandwich, the, the hoagie hurler, was found not guilty earlier today, but he still lost his job with the DOJ back in August when the incident took place. So, John, I guess you're allowed to throw sandwiches at people now, at least if it's a D.C. court.
John Solomon
Whatever happened to respect and good go common sense? I don't know.
Amanda Head
I know. Absolutely unbelievable but angry world we live in when it comes to righting wrongs and trying to root out corruption and systems and root out weaponization. There is someone up on Capitol Hill, a lot of someone's actually. But the one who we are talking tonight is Congressman Brandon Gill from the great state of Texas. He just filed articles of impeachment against Judge Boasberg. And we talked a lot about that and a whole lot more. Check it out. Joining us now, Texas Congressman Brandon Gill. Congressman, thanks so much for being here.
Congressman Brandon Gill
Hey, thanks for having me.
Amanda Head
A really, really great first step on Tuesday. Congratulations to you. And as we were just talking about, I remember last year when we were talking about all of these weaponized charges against President Trump, the weaponized justices and judges who were seemingly targeting President Trump. And we talked about the remedies for these types of things, what you can do with these activist judges. And one of the main solutions that a lot of members of Congress brought up was impeachment. So it seems to me like this was a very, very obvious step in finally bringing some accountability to the judiciary. Do you think that this sends messages to other activist judges, too?
Congressman Brandon Gill
Oh, it absolutely does. And it, it tells the message that we have oversight authority over lower federal courts like Judge Boasberg's D.C. circuit Court, and we're actually going to use it. We're not going to tolerate judges who decide to take their robes off and act as political actors on behalf of the Democrat Party. We're done with that. So Judge Boasberg, I think, deserves to be impeached for his role in, in facilitating the Arctic Frost investigation and going out of his way to hide what the federal government was doing at the time.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. And for our audience, just walk us through these articles because there were a number of Republicans who I can imagine personally they felt like their invade, their privacy was invaded. But walk us through what's in these.
Congressman Brandon Gill
Well, let's take a step back and walk through the timeline here. Remember, Arctic Frost was the investigation initially launched by the FBI. And it was an investigation to go after people who they believed were trying to overturn the results results of the 2020 election. And it very quickly, and I think this was the purpose of it, morphed into a massive fishing expedition. They went out. This is the same investigation that raided Mar A Lago, that surveilled Representative Scott Perry at his home and then seized his phones, that seized President Trump's phone and Vice President Pence's phone. This is the investigation that went totally off the rails. And remember, three days after President Trump announced that he was running for reelection Back in 2022, Jack Smith was appointed head of the Office of Inspector General or appointed by the Office of Inspector General to be special prosecutor, which would be overseeing this Arctic Frost investigation. And then from there the gates got blown wide open. They started going after and subpoenaing just about every single major conservative group under the sun, including issuing subpoenas to surveil the phone records of sitting United States senators. Is about 20% of of Senate Republicans were surveilled as part of this investigation. And Judge Boasberg's role in this was from what we know now and remember, this is an active investigation that the Senate Judiciary Committee is doing and that the House Judiciary Committee is working on as well. But from what we know now, Judge Boasberg signed off on non disclosure orders for at least eight of those subpoenas. Basically what Judge Boasberg said is he went to cell phone carriers and he said the federal government, the FBI is subpoenaing specific phone records of these US Senators. Do not tell them that we're looking into their phone data. That is such an egregious abuse of power. It is a flagrant weaponization of the courts. And he did it in his own words saying that we believe or Senator Cruz will obstruct evidence and tamper with this investigation. He had no basis for making that determination whatsoever. And yet he did it anyways to hide what he did the FBI was doing in weaponizing the federal government against conservatives. This is so far beyond the pale and it's time for these judges to be held accountable. They are not agents of the Democrat Party. Their job is to be impartial arbiters of justice and we're going to hold them accountable for this.
Amanda Head
Yeah, I mean it Certainly seems like they do think they are agents of the Democratic Party. What do you make of Chief Justice John Roberts comments? He said that impeachment is not an appropriate response to judicial disagreement. It should go through, through the normal appellate process. But like you said, I mean, the inferior court system is under the purview of Congress.
Congressman Brandon Gill
It is, and that is part of our checks and balances. Justice Roberts mentioned that back in March whenever I filed initial articles of impeachment against Judge Boasberg. This same judge, after he demanded that President Trump turn a plane full of Trende Aragua terrorists around the midair that he was deporting under his plenary constitutional authority and under the statutory authority under the Alien Enemies act, he had full, full power to do that. But this judge demanded that President Trump deposit those illegal aliens, Trinidad terrorists back into the United States. That was a flagrantly political ruling. It was so far beyond any constitutional or legal justification. So I filed articles back then against this judge. You know, what I would, I would say whenever, you know, there's some pushback against impeaching judges, is that this is Congress's constitutional authority. It's a core part of our separation of powers. These judges are not kings unto themselves who don't answer to anybody. They answer ultimately to the rule of law and to Congress who oversees them to make sure that they're executing their duties appropriately. But what we're seeing now with Judge Boasberg, the articles that I just recently filed against him, is far, far worse than even what we saw back in March. But I would ask Judge Boasberg if he would explain or if any of the courts would explain why Trinidad terrorists appear to have more constitutional protections than sitting United States senators. I mean, this is such a, it's such a glaring comparison. And how Judge Boasberg treats trend illegal alien terrorists versus how he treats and interacts with sitting United States senators.
Amanda Head
Yeah, it's pretty incredible. Congressman, I want to move on. I understand that Texas and New York really could not be any more different. But we are all looking at this election in New York City, the election of Zoran Mamdani. Just, I mean, as you pointed out in a post just a couple Decades after 9 11, it's pretty incredible to see. But something that I think is really interesting, I think the percentage is 48, 47, 48, 49% of people who live on Manhattan island in New York City. Only that amount are actual New Yorkers. The rest of them are immigrants. They came from somewhere else. That is about the percentage of votes that went Towards Andrew Cuomo and Curtis Lewa. Native New Yorkers. Does that seem to line up with you as something that represents the notion that native New Yorkers, native Americans, not Native Americans, but natural born Americans want someone who is not Islamic?
Congressman Brandon Gill
I think that's exactly right. And I think that the election in New York was not a reflection of where the country is or a reflection of Republicans in any way. It was a reflection of where the Democrat Party was and is. And remember that that election was against a far left Democrat, Cuomo versus a Communist Democrat, Mamdani. So we knew whoever won wasn't going to be great for the city. We just hope the Communists didn't win. But if you look at New York right now, between 36 and 38% of New York City's inhabitants are foreign born. And if you take just a quick walk down any street in New York, you'll find out really quickly that there's not a whole lot of assimilation going on there. You'll hear multiple different foreign languages spoken. You'll realize that so many people are coming into the country, they're settling down in New York and they're not trying to be American. They're not trying to adhere to our cultural norms or adopt American culture or learn our language or our customs. They're trying to bring their own, oftentimes Third world culture into our country. And that's a problem. And if you look at the voting, you'll find that 85% of people who have been in New York City for five years or less voted for Zora and Mamdani. That's a problem. New York City, in other words, is not an American city anymore. It is a foreign city. And whenever you import the Third World, you end up turning into the third World. And I think that we're seeing a reflection of that in the other night's election results.
Amanda Head
I think that's exactly right. And before I let you go, I want to ask you about another coastal elite, one of your House colleagues on the other side of the aisle, Nancy Pelosi, throwing in the towel for. For as far left as Nancy Pelosi swung during her tenure, especially as speaker of the House. But even since then, just as a member, has the Democrat Party come too liberal even for her?
Congressman Brandon Gill
You know, I think that's probably certainly part of that. You know, I think they've realized that, and she's realized that she can no longer control the Democrat base. You know, she ruled that party with an iron fist. But you've seen the Democrat Party go so far off the deep end now electing like Zoran Mamdani, actual communists. And you've seen the pro Hamas movement become the norm in the Democrat Party that I think she realizes she can't control it. This isn't even the far left Democrat Party that she tried to hold together. And she's calling it quits now. She's also 85 years old, I believe. I think once you're that age, it's about time to call it.
Amanda Head
I think so, too. And there are a lot of folks on Capitol Hill who are reaching. I don't want to call it an expiration date, but you know what I mean. Texas Congressman Brandon Gill, always a pleasure to have you here. Thanks so much for what you do for the people of Texas and this country.
Congressman Brandon Gill
Thanks for having me.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. All right, everybody, we've got to take a quick break, but we'll be right back on the other side.
John Solomon
Hey, folks, Americans are losing trust in the system, right? Banks collapsing, inflation eating away savings. And now the Federal Reserve is pushing for a central bank digital currency. If that happens, every dollar in your account could be tracked, traced and ultimately controlled. Imagine not being able to donate to a cause they disagree with or being locked out of your money because of your opinions or associations. We don't want that. And once it starts here, folks, it won't be optional. That's why American Alternative assets created a free guide called the Digital Dollar Trap. It shows how to legally move part of your savings into physical gold, a time tested asset that puts you in control. Call 855-GOLD 340 or visit johnlikesgold.com that's my website to claim your free guide. That's 855-GOLD 340 or johnlikesgold.com Take the time now because once the switch flips, there may be no going back. Welcome back, America. Over the last couple days, I've been watching this man's tweets in his polling. And if you ever needed a dose of common sense after a bad hangover from a bad election night, this man can deliver it, whether it's what socialism really means to young people or what the Republicans should have been talking about before the election. Scott Rasmussen nailed it with all of his great research. He's the president of RMG Research. He's a great friend and one of America's greatest pollsters and political thinkers and he joins us right now. Scott, good to have you on the show.
Scott Rasmussen
Always great to be with you, John. Lots of interesting things happening this week.
John Solomon
Oh my gosh. Yeah, we got A socialist running the capitalist capital of the world. We got Republicans getting swamped, and I don't know what to make of it, but you do. And I want to start off a little correction.
Scott Rasmussen
I want to put a little correction. I'm. I'm from Texas, and there are more bankers in Texas than New York. So just let's.
John Solomon
Let's get rid of this stuff. You're right. And I have a funny feeling Dallas will be the new financial capital of the world soon after the great migration from the north. You are right. All right, let me get down to brass tacks, because people go, all right, what were these young kids thinking? We sent them to school and they went like crazy. And they love this Socialist socialism your great polling today showed means a little something different than it means to my generation, to these young kids, young voters. Tell us what you found.
Scott Rasmussen
Yeah, look, a third of voters say they have a favorable opinion of socialism. It's been that way for a very, very long time. Most of the people who say they like socialism, though, say it has nothing to do with sending more money and power to government. In fact, most of them say we'd like to have less government control of the economy, a little more free market activity. In fact, 71% of the people who say they like socialism, well, they think free markets are the best way to run an economy. The meaning of words change. John, you and I are at a point in life. Amanda will get there someday when the word middle aged means something than it did 20 years ago. And that's what's happened with socialism. And the message here is if you're trying to complain about what you think of as socialism, you're not reaching people with that label. You really need to talk a little further.
John Solomon
All right, I want to ask whether the socialist that these young people voted for on Tuesday, is Mamdani going to be that socialist? Is he going to be our more Fidel Castro communist socialist?
Scott Rasmussen
Yeah. Well, he wants to be the more Fidel Castro communist. One other point about the election, and let's be clear, it was a very good night for the Democrats on Tuesday, but these are low turnout elections. Mandani won only one out of nine residents of New York City. Only one out of nine people who lived there voted for him. These are low turnout elections. We can't read too much into it. What he wants to do is something different than, I think, what a lot of those folks voted for. But we'll see. You know, the real. The real way that you control a local government is how people react Afterwards, the head of the police department resigned today. He's Jewish. We're going to see how business leaders respond and we'll see what the city looks like. It'll break my heart if we, if, if the city isn't what it is today because I still believe it's the greatest city in the world.
Amanda Head
Well, and Scott, the two gubernatorial races that Republicans were eyeing. One was in New Jersey, which is a blue state. I know that it has been trending a little bit redder, but it's still a blue state. And then in Virginia, Virginia tends to flip, flop back and forth between Republican and Democrat. And this time around it was due for a Democrat cycle. So was it as dire of a night for Republicans as it seems a lot of people are making it out to be?
Scott Rasmussen
No. I don't want to downplay the fact the Democrats had a good night. The margins were bigger in New Jersey than anybody expected. Certainly bigger than the polling. And the polling averages showed the numbers in Virginia were less surprising. What we're seeing everywhere at this point in time is Democrats are more fired up, they're more enthusiastic about getting to the polls. And that's what happens when Republicans, Republicans control the White House. The party that's out of power always has more energy. In fact, our latest generic ballot polling showed the Republicans up by a point just among all registered voters. But once we put in the filter for their enthusiasm, the Democrats had a three point advantage. That's what we saw on Tuesday night. I don't think it changes anything about the midterms because the answer is what James Carville said all those years ago. It's the economy, stupid. If the economy is doing well next year, if people perceive it's doing well, then the Republicans will be in better shape.
Amanda Head
Yeah, I mean the, the economy and economic confidence. And I know that something you've talked about, you know, egg prices have gone down, gas prices, energy prices in general have gone down, Wegovy prices, Ozempic prices. Everything's getting a little skinnier. But the American people, as far as your polling, they're, they're not feeling. What does it take to feel it and why aren't they?
Scott Rasmussen
Well, actually, something else is going on right now. We released some numbers this morning showing that only 26% of voters think their personal finances are getting better. 39% say they're getting worse. Those are really bad numbers. But what's really shocking about them is how drastically they've changed in the last two weeks. Two weeks ago. And we do this, we're tracking it every couple of weeks. Two weeks ago, 31% said their finances were getting better, 31% worse, dead even. And now we're at really bad numbers. Why? Well, because people are beginning to feel the impact of the government shutdown. 44% now believe that or say they have felt some impact from it. That's twice what it was two weeks ago. 16% are saying they felt a lot of impact. That's doubled two weeks ago. That's tripled just a month ago. So we're seeing a situation where people are beginning to get nervous about their finances. And look, I want to put it in perspective. If you went back to just before Donald Trump won the 2024 election, people have been feeling bad about the Biden economy almost throughout his entire term. Right before the president, President Trump won that election, people were saying the economy was in terrible shape, their personal finances were in better shape. When Donald Trump won, pessimism declined. It kept declining for the last several months, almost steadily for the last year until the last two weeks. All of a sudden, all of those gains have disappeared. The way people are feeling about their finances today is the way they felt about them under Joe Biden. And that's a bad sign.
John Solomon
So let me ask you, was that maybe some of the Democrats strategy here, which was to take off the shine of an improving economy, means statistically the economy is better than it was a year ago. Is that maybe the play here, shutting down the government just makes everybody a little bit more dour?
Scott Rasmussen
You know, I love it when people ask and talk about congressional strategy, because I don't think they're that good. But what the strategy was, I don't really understand. But that is the result. And what we're going to be looking to see, the most important thing going forward is what happens when the government reopens. Will the pessimism diminish? Will we get back to the track we were on before when people were feeling a little better about their finances, or will these, will these bad vibes linger? If these bad vibes linger, if people continue to feel bad about their personal finances, it's going to be a very ugly midterm for the, for the Republicans. In fact, and look, I'm not an economist, I don't know what it's going to be like a year from today. But if the numbers a year from today, the way people feel about their finances are like they are right now, not only would the Democrats win the House, they would have a chance to win the Senate.
Amanda Head
Goodness gracious, Scott, I've seen Enough polling to be disturbed by the numbers of folks who will excuse political violence. It's by no means a majority, but it is a sizable group. Just enough to scare me when it comes to Jay Jones's electoral victory on Tuesday. That made it even more frightening, the fact that someone who you know was made these murderous comments about someone's children. Do you see that trending in a better direction or do you think it's going to get even worse?
Scott Rasmussen
Well, I certainly hope it doesn't get any worse. It is a very dangerous direction right now. We live in a time where partisanship is out of control. You know, if I tell a Democrat that Republicans believe water is what they will disagree, the reverse is also true. And unfortunately it is. You know, it used to be there was partisanship and you disagreed, but there were things you just couldn't accept. We now seem to have crossed another very disturbing line.
John Solomon
Yeah, that's really true. Scott, real quickly, what effect could a single mayor in a single big city of America have on the conversation in America? If Mamdani goes the way he talked on Tuesday night, not the guy that campaigned, but the way he talked Tuesday night or the way that the Democratic Socialists of America wrote in their paper that he promised them a document that we made public earlier this week. If he goes to that Cuba style socialism, could he have an impact outside of the Big Apple?
Scott Rasmussen
Absolutely. I think you will see him as a regular feature in campaign ads next year. I watched when he changed his tone for that victory speech. I thought I was watching the first Republican commercial of the midterm elections. The Republicans will do everything they can to elevate him as the face and the policy force in the Democratic Party. Something else is going on within that party. And we've talked about this before, John. There's the battle, there's the struggle between the traditional Democrats and the AOC Bernie wing of the party. And the two sides have been butting heads for a long time. We just asked about Mandani and thinking about 28, what kind of a president should or what type of a candidate should the Democrats nominate? The AOC wing of the party wants somebody who's like Mandani. They think that's their best chance to win. The other Democrats are saying no, we need somebody who's exactly not like Mandani. So there's going to be a struggle within the Democratic Party as well as the New York mayor being a unifying force for the Republicans.
John Solomon
That's a great point. Civil war in politics always makes for a difficult election. Unity. Scott Rasmussen, as always, you always deliver the goods. It's always a great honor to have you on the show. And we always come away smarter. Thanks for, thanks for being with us, buddy.
Scott Rasmussen
Thank you.
John Solomon
One of these days we're just going to talk about sports, the whole thing. He's also just unbelievable. I mean, he was one of the helping founding partners of espn. He's such an amazing guy. All right, next, prime minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban, one of the great conservatives Europe is set to meet with President Trump tomorrow. What will they talk about? We'll answer that after this quick break. Hey, America. The FBI has been warning about a type of real estate fraud on the rise called home title theft. And your equity is the target. And just like that, boom, they're on record as owning your home, using your ownership. They then take out loans against your record or even sell your property. And you're not going to know about it until you get a foreclosure or collection notice in the mail. And that's not going to be a good moment. That's why I partnered with Home Title Lock, so you can protect your equity. And find out today if you're already a victim, use my promo code jtn@hometitlelock.com you'll get a free title history report and a free child. Welcome back, everybody. A big day tomorrow. President Trump is set to meet with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban. So what will they be talking about? I have a few, few ideas. Will Ukraine be one of those topics? I'm pretty sure. And who better to talk about all of this than someone who traveled over here to the United States with the prime minister. Joining us now is the Director General of the center for fundamental rights, Dr. Miklos Santo. Doctor, thank you so much for being here.
Dr. Miklos Santo
Thank you very much for having me. Again.
Amanda Head
All right, give us kind of a top line view of tomorrow, but also hone in for us on one of the probably pricklier topics being energy from Russia.
Dr. Miklos Santo
I think the summit, the meeting between President Trump and Prime Minister Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban will be a historic one. Tomorrow, Prime Minister Orban will be the very first prime minister from the region, from the Central European region to meet President Trump in the White House. And what we do know is that on the table there will be the peacemaking efforts related to Ukraine. And on the other hand, what is very important from a Hungarian point of view as well, is that there will be on the table a huge, a big and beautiful deal agreement between the US And Hungary covering economy, investments, trade, nuclear energy and a lot of other topics in order to bring the golden era, to bring the golden age of the American Hungarian relationship. That's the plan. That's what we know at the moment. And I think it will be a fantastic day tomorrow.
John Solomon
I think it will be. I've been hearing a little bit about it and obviously there's a long legacy of Eastern Europe being reliant on Russian oil. But the real opportunity here is to move the continent with our technology to nuclear. It's clean, it's fast, the reactors are small. That's a big part of tomorrow's deal, right?
Dr. Miklos Santo
Yes, I'm sure that it will be on the table. What you should know is, is that Hungary is a landlocked country. And as a heritage of our communist past, our gas and oil, most of it, 60, 70% of it comes from Russia, Hungary began to diversify its energy supplies and energy infrastructure. But still it's not enough to fuel the Hungarian economy. And the Hungarian households in gas and oil, you should know that Hungarian 90% of the Hungarian households heated by gas. So what we would like to do at the moment, and that is the Hungarian strategy of connectivity to build strong and good relationship with every and each big powers of the world. And of course, if it comes to energy, to diversify. So if it comes to make a good deal, a win, win deal with the US about energy. And I think that Hungary is open to it.
Amanda Head
What do you anticipate President Trump's sentiment is going to be when there is a conversation about still purchasing Russian oil? President Trump obviously is a pragmatist. He understands. You know, I kind of compare that to what we've seen here with putting the cart before the horse with green energy. Sometimes you have to make tough decisions. How do you anticipate that's going to go?
Dr. Miklos Santo
What I know and President Trump spoke about this in different interviews and press conferences that he's aware of that Hungary is a landlocked country and he's aware of our situation related to Russia. It's, I think it's very obvious that our relationship with Russia, it's not a love story. It's a physical is the physical and geographic reality. If it comes to a relationship with Moscow, and it's true for, for energy as well, if it comes in general to the relationship, which is much more than even a friendship between President Trump and Prime Minister Orban, I think we should and this is important from the point of view, if it comes to the package, to the agreements they will talk about, There are different layers. First of all, it is important to highlight that they are the leaders, President Trump and Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who have been advocating for peace from the very beginning related to the war in Ukraine. So there are a lot of other topics as well, about which they do agree if it comes to, you know, politics and policy level topics. But it's also important to highlight that if it comes to value, if it comes to ideology, if it comes to true values of God, homeland and the family, both of them, both President Trump and Prime Minister Viktor Orban, they are fighting for common sense and they are trying to fight against this globalist machine, against the deep state President Trump is fighting against here, against the American deep state, with quite a success, let me add. And we have our own fight against Brussels, against the European deep state. So in a nutshell, President Trump and Prime Minister Viktor Orban agrees on a lot of political topics. And on the other hand, which is just fundamentally that they are on the same page if it comes to values, if it comes to normality, if it comes to common sense. And that is why they are the true leaders of our fight against this globalist vote machine. And that is why the globalist vote machine is so frustrated about Trump and Prime Minister Orban. And just take a look at the news back in Hungary. The Hungary leftist media is extremely frustrated that they will meet tomorrow. It will be a historic meeting, I'm sure.
John Solomon
I want to ask real quickly. We focus so much on what happens to the east of Hungary, but to the west, what's happening in Western Europe, the rise of socialism and socialism democrat and the loss of free speech. The prime minister has been a powerful voice. You've been a powerful voice with all the work you've done with CPAC Hungary. What is the prognosis? How do we fix what used to be free Europe and seems increasingly less free Europe?
Dr. Miklos Santo
Look, there is a neo Marxist focused dictatorship all over Western Europe, in France, in Germany, in other Western European countries as well. But there is hope. Our friends, conservative friends in the Czech Republic, Andrei Babi, they just won the elections and other ones leading in the polls like AfD in Germany, FPU, the Freedom Party in Austria, and also our French partners, the French Patriots, Racemi Nacional, the National Rally, Bijorden Bardella and Marine Le Pen, they are leading and I think if it comes how to invade Brussels because we do not want to leave the eu. We would like to invade the EU and invade and take Brussels, take over Brussels. The French presidential elections will be crucial because that's a founding member state of the European Union. If there will be a political change, if there will be a new real right wing conservative president in France, then that could bring a change to all Western European political atmosphere. That is for sure.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. Dr. Miklos Santo, tell everybody I know you've got an election coming up next year and you're planning for CPAC Hungary a few weeks before to prime everybody for it. Tell everybody where they can find out more, when or how, where they can find out more.
Dr. Miklos Santo
We do have our website and of course we do communicate regularly on social media. We will have CPEC Hungary next year, hopefully before the Hungary elections during the campaign period. And it will be a big deal again together not only with American conservative partners, not only with European conservative partners, but from conservative partners all over the world because our plan is to really to create a global platform for anti globalist forces.
Amanda Head
Fantastic. Thanks so much for being with us tonight in studio. How wonderful. What a treat. All right everybody, next we're going to get to our just the news health update after these quick commercial messages.
John Solomon
Welcome back America to one of my favorite segments, the Justin News. Healthy. We're all making America healthy again. It's time to make ourselves healthy again. Where this segment is brought to you by our good friends at natopath. Joining us now, the co founder and chief culture officer at Natopath, Dr. Chad Walding. Doctor, good to have you back on.
Dr. Chad Walding
Hey John. Amanda, thank you for having me. It's so good to be here.
John Solomon
Absolutely. And I want to get to a topic that I know is dear to my heart. I sit all week long in an office. Long days under the lights and cameras. On the weekends I get out to my cabin. I'm in the sunshine and by Sunday night I feel a ton better. Then I smell offend through Monday through Friday. That isn't an accident, is it?
Dr. Chad Walding
It's not an accident at all. I mean it turns out the sun is really, really good for us. It's important to have a good relationship with the sun. And it's interesting, you know, I think about what we grew up being told about the sun is that we were told, stay out of the sun. You know, don't, don't go outside. And whatever you do, if you do go get sun, like, make sure you put on a whole lot of. Of sunscreen. Like, the more spf, the better.
Amanda Head
Right?
Dr. Chad Walding
And it turns out that that can have a problem. You know, it turns out the sun is extremely important for our bones, our immune system, our mood, our ability to fight off disease, our metabolism. There's actually nothing in our body that doesn't improve when we absorb natural vitamin D from the sun. And I want to stress that too.
Scott Rasmussen
There's a.
Dr. Chad Walding
There's a distinction between supplementing with vitamin D and the bioavailability, availability, and the potency that you get from. From natural sunlight. So a natopath, we always. We always look at this stuff like, what. What has changed in our environment over the past hundred years, right? And where do we go get off the path? Why. Why is our chronic disease rate so high, you know, and what do we need to do to get back on the path? And to me, the sun is one of the foundational principles of the path. These are, these are things that worked 100 years ago. They'll work 100 years from now for humans because it's essential to human health. So it's really important that we understand, as you were saying, you know, most modern humans these days, they're working in front of a laptop inside all during the day with artificial lights, and we go home, and then the sun goes down, and then we turn on these big bright screens and watch Netflix, and it just throws off our entire circadian rhythm. We're not absorbing vitamin D, and it sets us up for all kinds of issues like mental disorders, immune system disorders. So we really have to bring this back. Right? And I'm going to share a study with you that got my attention. Right? So this came out not too long ago. It turns out that people in the hospitals that are sleeping or staying with their hospital beds next to the window where natural sunlight is coming in, on average, they're getting discharged from the hospital much faster than people who are in rooms without natural sunlight and who are not exposed to it. Right, right. So it shows you right there, even. Even people who are in who in rough states with their health, that the sun exposure, even if it's coming through the window, can do radical things for our healing to overcome health challenges for our immune system. It is profound. Right. But I want to stress the relationship, right? We don't want to think, well, I'm going to go in the sun for three hours a day without sunblock, and that can be a problem that can burn your skin, that can lead to issues. But it's also not good to never go outside and wear SPF 90 if you do and avoid the natural sunlight. So I really want to encourage people to, as we like to say, get on the path with us, start incorporating a good relationship with the sun. And what I would encourage people to do is build up to 15 minutes a day. Right. Especially before we head into the winter, because you're going to have less Exxon exposure as we head into the winter. But try to build up to 15 minutes of sun exposure a day. An easy thing to do, as we've talked about before, Amanda, is wake up and have good sun exposure in the morning. That regulates your circadian rhythm. You know, go outside during the day if you can, to have little frequent micro doses of sun exposure. You can, you know, ladies can wear a sports bra. Men, if you really want to go for it, take off your shirt. But. But that is a critical thing to your health that doesn't get talked about enough. Right. The idea is you do not want to get burned. And I also want to say that the darker your. Your skin pigmentation is, the more natural sun exposure you will need. Your genes are expecting you to get more sun exposure. So we have a lot of people with dark skin pigmentation that are living in northern climates that are. Their health is really suffering because they're not getting enough sun exposure. Right. So we want to correct this, have a good relationship with the sun and get back on the path and then just think about all the things that can also help you with what the sun helps you with. Right. What are we doing when we're getting good skin exposure, sun exposure? We're improving our bones, we're improving our immune system. Take care of all the practices around that. That's foundational to your health.
Amanda Head
Gosh. As healthy as the sun is, it's almost like there was intelligent design to the universe. It's unbelievable, isn't it?
Dr. Chad Walding
Facing. Yeah, right, exactly.
Amanda Head
I want to ask you, because the beginning of last year, I cut out seed oils and I didn't have any sun. Pretty much everybody knows that LA summer really doesn't even hit until July or August because you have May gray and June gloom. So last July, 4th of July, I'm out there For a barbecue. I'm out there starting at about 11am I go all the way through the day. I get home that night and I noticed that I have no sunburn. I didn't. I didn't wear any sunscreen or anything. The only thing that changed is that I cut out seed oils. And what I learned is that seed oils can inhibit your vitamin D receptors, which prevents the production of melatonin. So as far as I can tell, maybe that was a woo woo study. But it sounds like there is a direct connection between putting processed things like seed oils in our body and how our body is able to react and adapt to the sun.
Dr. Chad Walding
That is so true. And I actually had the same exact experience. I grew up as a seed oil kid. I think we all did. And I used to get burned all the time. And I started to replace that with healthy, traditional, on the path fats like whole real butter, coconut oil, avocado oil. You know, these are things. This is so foundational to our health. And I get sun exposure every day, minimum of 15 minutes. I have never been burned in the past 20 years. And I grew up as a kid, as a, you know, pale blonde kid with blonde hair, always getting burned.
Scott Rasmussen
Right.
Dr. Chad Walding
And what changed with that? I stopped putting on sunscreen, I changed my oils, and I had a better relationship with the sun. And as you say, like these seed oils, they get trapped in our cells, right? And they react to heat, they oxidize. Right. That's one of the reasons why we don't encourage you to cook with industrial seed oils, because they oxidize easily under heat. They become inflammatory to our body when we consume them. The same thing is happening in our bodies. It goes to our cells. They get under heat, right? It gets under heat with the sunlight and it creates all kinds of problems. So it's such an important thing you brought up right there. We want to have a good relationship with the sun while we're having a good relationship with our food, starting with our fats and what you're saying. I've had so many people say the same thing. I change my fats and I never get sunburned again. What's going on? And that's what's going on right there. So I love that you said that.
John Solomon

Amanda Head
Welcome back, everybody. We love to open the show breaking news, but we also like to close the show with opening close the show with breaking news. Hit it please, because I can't talk anymore.
John Solomon
Absolutely. I'm going to hit it. All right. We have just confirmed that more than 30 grand jury subpoenas were dispatched, not in the John Brennan case, but in other Russiagate matters. One of the largest batches of subpoenas to go out. Some of these came out of the Florida grand jury where we think eventually in January, the grand conspiracy case will be presented to grand jurors. But a sign that this accountability machine is starting to ramp up and that more and more activity is getting going, whether it's grand jury subpoenas, documents turning over. I still think there's a big logjam at the Justice Department. But this is a good sign that the FBI's investigative tools are now being deployed and now people are going to have to face the penalty of perjury if they try to lie about anything or destroy anything going on out there. So a little bit of big news and I think from that big breaking news, we can go to some good genes, right?
Amanda Head
Yes. But also when talking about these subpoenas that, that to me reminds me of an investigator's bulletin board where you have this grand conspiracy that of course nullifies the statute of limitations. That's a big part of that. And these, these subpoenas are the tax in the board. These are the specific people who can provide the underpinnings and the support and infrastructure for, for the case to actually be built.
John Solomon
Yeah, this is a big deal. And you know, I've been critical of Bam Bondi's speed at this. The FBI has been running way ahead of the Justice Department. The Justice Department, a lot, a lot of staff and it hasn't replaced the staff quick enough to keep up. But I get a sense that some of the things we've been talking about starting to get fixed. But if this gets fixed and they charge forward, you're going to see more accountability than we've ever seen before.
Amanda Head
All right, let's move on to something a little bit more lighthearted. Sydney Sweeney, who had that iconic American Eagle ad out a few months ago that she got raked over the coals by a bunch of woke liberals, well, she was asked today if she wanted to apologize for it. And check this out. The criticism of the content, which was basically that maybe specifically in this political climate, like white people shouldn't joke about genetic superiority, that was kind of like the criticism, broadly speaking. And since you are talking about this, I just wanted to give you an opportunity to talk about that specifically. I think that when I. I have an issue that I want to speak about, people will hear. What I love is that the look on her face is totally Cillian Murphy vibes. Like she is completely unbothered by the fact that this woman thinks that she should apologize. And we have one more clip of her. She's positively glowing. I know. Ridiculous. Check it out. The president tweeted about the jeans ad or truth Social about the jeans ad. And that just seems to me.
John Solomon
Like.
Amanda Head
A very crazy moment for anyone. And I wondered what that was like. It was surreal. It was surreal to bash it. She wanted her to bash that moment and she was glowing and said it was surreal.
John Solomon
I love Sydney Sweeney. Now, look, I've always have. I think she's a great actress, first of all. Foremost, that's the most important thing. But I love the fact that she doesn't have to apologize for anything. She believes in. Whatever it is, I don't care. I'm glad she doesn't apologize for it.
Amanda Head
She's still loved by a whole lot of people. It's not doing her any damage and I am here for it. All right, everybody, thanks so much for joining us tonight. We'll be back here at 6pm Eastern. In the meantime, have a great night.

Later Update: Over 30 subpoenas issued relating to other Russiagate matters, with a possible grand conspiracy case forthcoming in Florida (47:11–48:22).
Mayor Zoran Mamdani's Luxury Getaway: Amanda Head spotlights the newly elected Socialist mayor’s trip to a Puerto Rican luxury resort and critiques the optics versus the socialist rhetoric (03:30–04:25).
Demographic Shifts & Assimilation Concerns: Congressman Brandon Gill connects NYC’s recent election results to rising immigrant populations and a perceived lack of assimilation, arguing the city is “not an American city anymore” (13:19–14:50).
Gill files articles of impeachment against Judge Boasberg, accusing him of approving abusive surveillance (including on senators) during the Arctic Frost investigation.
“We're not going to tolerate judges who decide to take their robes off and act as political actors on behalf of the Democrat Party.” — Rep. Brandon Gill, 06:59
Youth & “Socialism”: Rasmussen says young people fond of “socialism” do not equate it with big government; most actually support free markets (18:37).
Low Turnout in NYC Mayoral Race: Just 1 out of 9 New Yorkers voted for Mamdani, suggesting limited mandate and cautioning against overinterpretation (19:47).
GOP Performance: Democrats did well, but midterms will hinge on perceived economic conditions, not current polling margins (21:02–22:08).
Public Mood & Government Shutdown: Recent government shutdown sharply increased pessimism about finances; mood now as negative as under Biden (22:29–24:17).
Political Violence Trend: Worryingly large minority are willing to excuse political violence, highlighting deepening tribalism (25:35–26:40).
National Impact of NYC Politics: Republicans likely to use Mayor Mamdani’s “Cuba style socialism” as a campaign target nationwide (27:08).
Historic Meeting: First Central European PM to visit Trump at the White House; focus on Ukraine, energy (esp. nuclear), trade, and building a “golden era” in US-Hungary ties (30:53–32:03).
Russian Energy Dilemma: Hungary’s dependence on Russian gas is pragmatic, not ideological. Orban and Trump share “common sense” anti-globalist worldviews (32:22–36:34).
Western Europe’s Crisis: Rise of “neo-Marxist” governments and loss of free speech; hopes for a populist conservative wave (36:34–38:08).
Sunlight's Crucial Role: Encourages moderate, regular sun exposure for health, noting it aids mood, immunity, and disease resistance. Warns against sun avoidance and overreliance on sunscreen (39:51–41:32).
Impact of Seed Oils: Both Amanda and Dr. Walding posit that removing seed oils from the diet improves resistance to sunburn; the fats you consume alter your body’s response to sunlight (44:51–45:23).
