Good evening America and welcome to the Thursday edition of Just the News. No Noise. I'm your host John Solomon reporting to you from a very busy Washington D.C. where lots not A little, but lots of accountability have been meted out. And in the last hour, I'm going to walk you through that. But first, a big tease. In just a few minutes, we're going to spend some time with the 56th speaker of the United States House of Representatives, Mike Johnson. He'll be with us. Talk about everything from taking on the Democrats and the shutdown to reacting to our big SCOOP about those 30 million lines of phone data that Congress, under the J6 investigation seized and analyzed. A lot of people worried about the civil liberties implications of that. I think Speaker Johnson will be, too. All right, let me get though to the top of the news, because yesterday we had the FBI director on this show and he said to us more accountability is coming. And he said it could come with Antifa, it could come with big public officials. Well, tonight, three separate indictments have been unleashed in the last hour. Let me walk you through them. The first is a former national security Advisor, John Bolton, 18 felonies. Accusing President Trump's former national security adviser, the man who turned against the president, of mishandling classified information. Thousands of pages, the government alleges were sent by John Bolton to two relatives who lived in his home, giving secret information from his daily doings at the White House. Some of that information was classified. Other documents taken home or to his office were marked classified. Highly sensitive. Top secret at the compartmentalized level is what the indictment says. This is a very serious national security indictment. In fact, one of the most sweeping I've seen in a long time as a reporter. Now, while that was going on, a separate grand jury in Miami indicted smartmatic, the election computer company, the company that creates election machines. The government, the Trump and Justice Department accused smartmatic of paying a million dollars in bribes to win an election contract in the country of the Philippines. That is a second one. And if that doesn't get you excited enough, or at least your head spinning, remember, just a few days ago, Democrats said, there's no antifa, it's just an idea. Well, a grand jury in Dallas disagrees. Just about five minutes ago, my grand jury handed up an indictment saying that a cell of 11 Antifa members in North Texas were behind a very serious attack against an ICE facility there. Gripping details in this indictment about going for rifles and trying to create harm to the ICE employees who were just doing their job, arresting illegal aliens and transporting them. This attack occurred back around in July in, I believe it was Fort Worth, if I remember correctly. So three indictments in just a short period of time. Yes, accountability is Beginning to come, the sort of things that Cash Patel said yesterday, the sort of things Pam Bondi's been talking about, the things that President Trump promised on the campaign trail coming to bear in the United States court system. And with that, let me turn to my amazing co host, Amanda Head. She's across the country in California where she'll be covering the 250th birthday of the U.S. marines. Amanda, we have the FBI director saying big things coming. And the next day big things came.
Amanda Head
I was just thinking to myself, as soon as that Bolton indictment came down, I thought to myself, wow, how serendipitous that conversation that we had with the FBI director last night. And I think that, you know, as he indicated last night and as you and I have discussed on this show many times, this is the way that we move back to a place where trust is reestablished. Now, of course, everyone is going to want to see this indictment and you're probably going to hear the same rallying cry from Democrats that this is politicization, but in black and white form. It is shown what he did with classified information, keeping it at his home, transferring it to other people. And it's pretty hard to deny that that is, that there is criminality there when it's spelled out in that, what, 27 page indictment. So this comes a little bit closer, I think, to restoring trust in some of those storied institutions that have really suffered under weaponization of presidents past. But John, I want to get into some other news. President Trump, my good, I don't know how many hours this week he has spoken to the press. I think we're up to maybe eight hours worth this just this week, which is incredible because you think back to Joe Biden's term in office and it was eight hours, maybe over the course of six months or so. But I want to show you this clip of President Trump talking about Hamas and the deal that was made and what would happen if they breach that commitment. Here it is.
John Solomon
I understand they brought back some additional bodies today. It's a rough deal when you think of it, right? Very rough. We have our hostages back completely. We were very lucky with that. But it's a, it's a tough, it's a tough situation.
Ben Klein
They brought back bodies today, as you probably know.
John Solomon
But they also said they're going to behave. We're going to find out if they behave, if they behave good.
Ben Klein
If they don't behave, we'll take care of it.
Amanda Head
So that, of course, was President Trump talking about the hostages that were returned through the, through the items in that agreement. And John, I just think of these families who, you know, I know that they would have rather their loved one come home alive, but having their remains and being able to give them a proper burial and ceremony and, you know, just grieve them properly and be able to close the book on it.
John Solomon
One of the most horrific moments in world history and we still don't have the chapters closed. Hamas drags us up as long as it possibly can, which is painful for those families. But, you know, I saw some joy just knowing for those few families who did get their loved ones remains back, some closure today. And I saw that in some of the clips. And I guess we can find a little solace in that. The real solace will be if Hamas leaves Gaza and allows for a new government to take over. Because until that happens, the Middle east and Gaza and Palestine are still a tinderbox waiting there in flame again. So I hope, I hope the President succeeds. I hope our country and Israel succeeds in this. We'll see what happens. Hey, Amanda, we had a great opportunity today. Early this morning while you were traveling back to the West Coast. We missed you. The speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, joined me. Amazing, amazing interview. A lot of conversation about holding the line, not buckling, not giving the Democrats one inch in these negotiations, and then reacting to some of the stuff that you and I have been reporting on, including that revelation about the 30 million lines of data. Everybody take a watch. This is a pretty interesting interview. All right. Joining Me now, the 56th speaker of the United States House of Representatives and the man who has Republicans all marching in the same direction in Congress. That's something hard to do. Speaker Mike Johnson. Mr. Speaker, good to have you on the show, sir.
Mike Johnson
John, great to be with you, my friend. You're doing such an extraordinary job and I'm always delighted to join you when I can.
John Solomon
I'm honored, sir. It's great to have you on. All right, I want to start about talking about our troops. I walked in into the studio today. There were some great National Guard troops outside. If it weren't for President Trump's tradecraft, they would not be getting a paycheck this month. He made it possible. You got a bill through the House that gave troops a pay raise. Democrats voted against it. You've tried nine times to get the government open so those troops will be sure paychecks. Why are Democrats in this position and being so anti military right now?
Mike Johnson
Well, that's a great question. Everybody wants to know the why they have chosen to shut the government down. And it's now, as you noted nine times in the Senate, they've. They've voted to continue this charade. We work very hard. We passed the bill September 19th in the House. It's a clean continuing resolution. And what that simply means for the folks back home, as we all know now, is that it's just a stopgap funding measure. We just needed seven more weeks on the calendar to finish the appropriations process. We're trying very hard to restore stewardship to this expenditure of taxpayer funds. And you need 12 separate appropriations bills to do it. Congress hasn't worked that way in a long time, and we were rebuilding that muscle memory in the middle of that process. Just needed more time on the clock because the end of the fiscal year, September 30th. So we passed a simple measure, John. This is what's so important. It's the exact same measure that Chuck Schumer himself voted for in March, the continued resolution. He gave an impassioned speech on the floor saying it was so important. And now you have 44 Senate Democrats who are holding it up, refusing to vote for it because they want to shut the government down for political purposes. The why is very simple. Chuck Schumer is afraid that he is going to be the next victim of the rise of Marxism in the Democratic Party. As we all know, a Marxist Mamdame is likely to be elected mayor of New York City, as shocking as that is. And it shocks Chuck Schumer, too, because while he is a very leftist progressive politician, he's not fully a communist. And so he's not the flavor of the day. And he is afraid that he's going to get a challenge in his next Senate reelect. And that's what this entire charade is about. They have picked a fight with Trump and Republicans so that Chuck Schumer can show that he's tough somehow. But the danger is that they're harming real Americans. I mean, this. It's not just troops. It's federal employees. It's TSA agents and Border Patrol and air traffic controllers and people who we rely upon to keep America safe and secure, as well as nutrition programs from young pregnant women and health services for veterans and all the other things the federal government does. They're suspending that for raw political purposes, and there's no other way to see it.
John Solomon
Yeah. And the woman who most likely would challenge Chuck Schumer, AOC was on television last night alongside of Bernie Sanders. There were some pretty remarkable exchanges, but no more sharp a contrast about the difference between Republicans, Middle America and where the left is right now. I don't know if you had a chance to see some of the things they said, but it does seem like they're on a different planet.
Mike Johnson
So sometimes they're definitely on a different planet. I didn't see any of it. I don't have time to watch AOC and Bernie's talking points. They're making videos about me half the day. I don't get time to do any of that because I'm trying to run the ship of state here. But I will say this. As we concluded our press conference yesterday, we do a daily reset every morning to make sure the American people know the simple truth and not the obfuscation that the Democrats are engaged in. But I said what you just said, John. I said that Americans are watching a split screen. On one side, you have President Trump and the Republican Party who are delivering for the American people. I mean, we're cutting their taxes, we're cutting regulations to get the economy going again. We're ending the crime crisis around the country. We have ended the border crisis. We're ending fraud, waste and abuse in government, making it work more efficiently, effectively for the people. And now President Trump is resolving international conflicts around the globe. I mean, it's an extraordinary record. That's on one side. And then look at the split screen. Look at the Democrats on the other side. What have they done in the last nine months? Nothing. The only thing they've accomplished is shutting the government down. So, I mean, this contrast is so stark. And the chasm between the philosophy of the two parties now is wider than it has ever been. We are defending the foundational principles of America, restoring its greatness, American strength on the world stage. And domestically. And the Democrats are electing Marxists and championing that. You know, Saturday, their going to be parading around the National Mall. They call it the no Kings rally. We call it the Hate America rally because we have all the Marxists collected, all the antifa people, you know, the BLM remnants. You'll have the, you know, the pro Hamas wing of the Democrat Party. And they're going to be out here demonstrating and screaming and wailing. And I'm afraid that Senate Democrats will not reopen the government until at least that event is behind them because they're afraid to confront the mob. So, I mean, look at the contrast between the two parties. The evidence speaks for itself. And I think the American people are going to fully understand this when we head into those midterm elections next year.
John Solomon
Oh, yeah, you're already starting to see numbers move in a really remarkable direction on that election. Long way out, but I think they see the record Republicans have built. Is there any chance that Republicans fold their cards on this, or do you hold the line and make the Democrats finally fold?
Mike Johnson
No, we hold the line. I mean, obviously the truth is on our side. This is simple. We're not playing games here. I was asked in the press conference two days ago, Mr. Speaker, when will you change your political strategy? I said, I'm not advancing a political strategy. I'm doing our job. We're just trying to keep the lights on. It really is as simple as that. I mean, John, we could have loaded up the stopgap funding measure, the CR with partisan political priorities, Republican priorities, but we didn't because we're operating in good faith. So I can't go and negotiate something. I can't go to Chuck Schumer and say, oh, gee, you know, let me pull off these three, you know, high priority Republican policy writers. There are none on the document. It's 24 pages long. It just says, keep the lights on. So they're the ones playing games. And we hope that all of the American people ultimately will see through that. The mainstream media, the legacy media, of course, are parroting the talking points of Chuck Schumer every day, advancing the Schumer shutdown, while they also bemoan the losses to real American people. And we're pointing out the obvious. It is Chuck Schumer alone and 43 of his Senate Democrat colleagues who hold the keys to this. We need 60 votes in the Senate. We only have 53 Republicans. We have to have a few of them come along with us.
John Solomon
You got this clean CR out early. There was plenty of time for this to get resolved, and obviously the Democrats did it. What sort of things are Democrats keeping Congress from doing next? Because you still have some really big ideas of making America better. What are some of the things they're blocking right now because the government and shut down?
Mike Johnson
Yeah. Well, there's a lot of important work still on the table before we get to the end of the year. We have the National Defense Authorization act, which is our policy on national defense. I mean, obviously national security. Very, very important right now. Our race with China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, and all the other adversaries of the country, that's being held up. We have the appropriations process itself, which is really what this is about. This is a funding fight, and we are working through the process to spend less money and spend money more efficiently and effectively. We've got to get immediately back to that so we can finish it up and get that job done. And of course, you know, we have been working on reconciliation 2.0. The one big beautiful bill was a landmark piece of legislation, a phenomenal achievement for our party and for the country. The working families tax cut, we also call it. But that's just the first of several steps. We would like to do another reconciliation bill. And the reason reconciliation process is so important and valuable to us is because we don't need 60 votes. It's the one exception to the necessity of 60 votes in the Senate. You can do a reconciliation bill reconciling a budget with only 51 votes, a bare majority. So we can do that on our own. We don't have to, you know, have Chuck Schumer holding it up. He doesn't have an ability to. So a lot of really important work that's just, you know, a few of a number of things that are on the table. And by the way, on health care, which they claim this is about, it's a, it's a red herring that this is a funding fight, not a healthcare fight. But there's the Obamacare Covid era subsidies that expire December 31st. And there's a lot of heated debate that we've got to have in the House and Senate to figure out what to do about that. If there is any extension at all, it has to have massive reform. And we have 535 members that have to go and arm wrestle and debate through all that. So we need all the time on the clock. And they are, they are eating that clock away right now with these partisan political games. And I think people can see right through it.
John Solomon
Yeah, there's no doubt about it. I want to turn to one thing. The last decade has provided us a lot of evidence that it's becoming easier and easier for the government to collect much larger amounts of telephone records. We have eight senators and one House member whose phone records are rifled to by the FBI while they were doing their normal constitutional business in Congress. Yesterday, we learned that Adam Kinzinger was Talking to the FBI about 30 million lines of data Congress had collected, making sure the FBI was going to make use of it. You are a great civil and constitutional lawyer. Is it time maybe to put some greater protections on our private phone conversations and our private phone records?
Mike Johnson
I think that the time has come for certain. What you've uncovered there is alarming, John. We knew the January six committee was, was fraudulent operation from the get go. I mean, you know, you had two so called Republicans serving on it. They were on the team of the Democrats, Kinzinger and, and Cheney. And everybody knows now it's infamous what they did. We believe, I believe they destroyed evidence, but we did not know the scope of the abuses. And the fact that they were, you know, collecting what, 30 million metadata, phone lines of correspondence with the White House for the political purpose of using it in the election, the last election cycle is stunning to us. And so, yes, there have to be some safeguards. I mean, the Constitution provides us a level of privacy and there are protections that are built into the Constitution. But, you know, this has gotten out of hand. And the idea that you had, you know, eight members of the Senate and a House Republican that were, that were having their phone lines tapped effectively, and that Adam Kinzinger, as you've reported, offered all this to the FBI on the eve of the 24 election for nefarious purposes is beyond the pale. I mean, it's a gross violation of the speech and debate clause, the Constitution that allows for Congress to do its work. To have a former colleague turn on his, his, his, his colleagues in the, in the House and try to use this data that had been collected for political purposes illustrates the problem here. And I think, I think the time has come for us to reevaluate all of that.
John Solomon
Yeah, that's important. One last thing, Nonprofits, we now know nonprofits have been used for a lot of people, political abuse. We see it nonprofits being used now to fund groups that then foment violence, unrest, anti Semitism, hatred in America. Is there some tax reform targeting the nonprofit world to make sure that when we give someone a tax exemption, it really creates a public benefit?
Mike Johnson
Well, that's, that's a great point. These NGOs, as they're called, have been abused in so many ways and wasted money, Fraud, waste and abuse. We found that the DOGE effort with the magic algorithms that were trolling through the data helped us to uncover some of this that we never could have even imagined. And so having that new trove of data and that new insight into how this is done spurs on congressional action to fix it. So lots of ideas on the table. We've got the committees of jurisdiction looking into that. But I think it's an urgent necessity. I mean, there's been so many abuses and so much nefarious activity and so many harms done to the American people because of this. I think it's incumbent upon Congress to take affirmative steps to make sure that doesn't happen. In the future.
John Solomon
Yeah, probably create some new tax revenues too from people who probably should have been paying taxes all along. Mr. Speaker, a great honor to have you on the show today. Thanks for joining us on such a busy day. Really appreciate it.

You probably have heard by now there is an ongoing political scandal playing out in Virginia involving the Democrat attorney general candidate Jay Jones. And he said, among other things that were revealed in text messages, that if there was a room with three people in it, including Hitler, Pol Pot and former Virginia Republican House Speaker Todd Gilbert, and he only had two bill, two bullets, Todd Gilbert would get both of those bullets. He also sent a text admitting to hoping that Gilbert's children would die, explaining that, quote, only when people feel pain personally do they move on policy. So some really unfortunate comments by him that have been revealed. He is Deb current Virginia Attorney General Jason Mearez right now as we speak. So we're going to talk about that and much more. Joining us now to talk about this is Virginia Congressman Ben Klein. Congressman, thanks so much for being with us.
Ben Klein
Amanda, great to be with you, sir.
Amanda Head
Were you surprised at how many Democrats in Virginia but across the country who wouldn't denounce what Jay Jones said?
Ben Klein
Yes, I was very disappointed. You know, we talk a lot about the Virginia way being a bipartisan way where people work together to solve problems, but none of that was evident. The Virginia way is as dead as a doornail when you're talking about Jay Jones wishing for the killing of the former speaker and his children. The speaker, former Speaker Todd Gilbert is a constituent of mine in the Shenandoah Valley and a friend. We served together in the Virginia House. And so for someone to use language that really is as disturbing and as violent and for that rhetoric to not be condemned in the form of asking him to get off the ticket by Abigail Spamberger, you know, that speaks to her character as well.
John Solomon
Yeah. Yeah. There's an extraordinary moment. All of these Democrats who tried to pretend that they're centrist, but now they're actually showing their true color, Spanberger among them. The idea that Democrats have become too extreme for America, you had last night in the town hall AOC unwilling to say whether she would allow or preferred that illegal aliens get health benefits. She just kind of was moot on the issue. Spam bigger can't denounce Jay Jones for stuff that we all know is not the right thing to say is the Democrat is a Democratic Party trapped by a small and just unable to get out of this extremist sort of rut they're in.
Ben Klein
Absolutely it is. The Democrat Party is under the control of the left wing and they are increasingly moving into radical territory. You just need to look at the New York mayor's race to see just how radical when you have a Democratic socialist really poised to win the mayor's race in New York City, that's disturbing. Members of the Democratic Party are actually endorsing him. Some have resisted. But, you know, when you resist endorsing the Mandani for mayor of New York, but you still will embrace an attorney general candidate in Virginia who wishes death on his adversaries, that's just unhinged. So it's very disappointing and not surprising for those of us who have been working in Washington here trying to get this shutdown resolved. We see Democrats consistently taking radical positions.
Amanda Head
Well, and Congressman, speaking of that hostage situation, because I know a number of Republicans have referred to this shutdown as a hostage situation. This weekend you have this no Kings rally, these rallies that are taking place across the country. And there are a number of elected Democrats who are speaking at these rallies. Of course they are attending these rallies, plenty of photo ops. I'm sure they're going to be fun racing off of it. So that tells me that there is no chance that the shutdown is going to end, obviously before this weekend. But is there a chance that after this weekend, after they've had their chance to, you know, rally the troops in these cities across the country, maybe next week they will come to the table?
Ben Klein
You know, I would hope, and I'm an optimist and I'm a positive thinker. But when you're dealing with Democrats, all too often that hope is dashed on the rocks of radical partisanship. And so you're going to hear them go call for continued fighting against Republicans this Saturday. You're going to hear them all clamor to the crowds about how they're standing up to Republicans when all we want to do is reopen the government under the same funding levels that it's been operating under. We've got 52 out of 53 Republicans in the Senate voting to reopen the government. Democrats have 3 out of 47 arguing for reopening the government. So it's clear who this shutdown rests with. And for them to pivot and all of a sudden ignore the crowds that they've whipped up into a frenzy saying we're going to stand up against Republicans and turn around and say we're going to cooperate with the Republicans. I don't see that happen. I would hope though that some cooler heads in the Senate prevail, that we can find five. I don't know that there are five cooler heads, more that will vote to reopen the government. But I do fear that these impacts on families, on working families across America are real from this shutdown and we need to end it. And I hope Democrats recognize that.
John Solomon
Sir, before we let you go, a couple big developments today. For the first time, an Antifa cell is indicted in Texas. Democrats are telling us, as did Chris Wray at one point, that Antifa isn't really a group. Well, there's apparently a cell in Texas that just got indicted by grand jurors. Your thoughts on some of the denialism that the media and the Democrats have had about Antifa and anarchist groups and the danger they pose on our own soil?
Ben Klein
Yeah, there's no group called Antifa. There's no leadership of Antifa. But they sure have swag and they have hats and they have T shirts and they have banners. So yes, there's an organization there. And for the press to ignore it is for them to fail to do their jobs, which is to investigate, which is to find out the facts. And the fact is that these violent activists are being coordinated. They are being messaged, encouraged and supported financially. I've joined Chip, Roy and others in writing to our leadership asking that we set up a special select subcommittee to study where the money is coming from for this, where the support is coming from for these violent leftists. Because there is some organization here and the American public deserves answers. They deserve to live in safe cities. They deserve to live in safe communities and not be hounded or attacked by violent leftists.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. Virginia Congressman Ben Klein, it's always an honor to have you here, sir. Hope to get you back on again very soon.

Is about money, you're in the right place. Listen to the Wealth Break podcast on the iHeartRadio app. Welcome back, America. I'm very excited. Tomorrow I'm going to be leaving for Orlando, Florida. No, not to go to Disney World. To go to something even more exciting. The Moms for Liberty annual event is there all sorts of luminaries, great discussion. One of them who will be making a big speech there is joining us now. She's the vice President Legal Fellow at Defending Education. She's also former senior Counsel at the U.S. department of Education's Office for Civil Rights. She's a good friend. She is. Sarah Parsha Perry. Sarah, good to have you on.
Sarah Parsha Perry
Thanks so much for having me back.
John Solomon
We love having you on. What a difference a year makes. I think about a year ago, maybe when President Trump spoke at the last Moms for Liberty event here in Washington, people were still worried. Are we going to save education? Are we going to roll back all this crazy ideology DEI crt? What a difference a year has made. Your assessment of how much progress we've.
Sarah Parsha Perry
Made made, I, I think it's hard to overestimate exactly how much progress has been made. In fact, we've seen 42% of the Department of Education shrunk with another 500 employees. The most bloated of all the federal bure bureaucratic agencies already shrunk down. But we've seen funding and civil rights enforcement continue apace, which is great news for the average American parent on the ground who has a child with, with special needs or a child who happens to be a minority or a child who wants to play on the sports team as a girl and wants to make sure there are biological protections in place to guarantee her safety and equality. We have seen, I think, some monumental gains and a Real paradigm shift in the state of American education. We know that the ultimate aim of this department is to be essentially shuttered. They are on a kamikaze mission, as secretary Linda McMahon has said, and their goal is ultimately to send education back to the states and back to the people and their elected representatives, which is where it was always destined to be.
Amanda Head
Sarah, I think a vitals check on teachers unions would show that they are diminishing. Do you feel that? That with the reduction in the size of the Department of Education, but also the work of people like you and your organizations and moms across this country who have spoken out about school curriculum, especially during COVID when moms and dads became uncomfortably familiar with their kids curriculums. In light of all of that, does it feel like the influence of teachers unions is waning in on life support?
Sarah Parsha Perry
You know, it's interesting because we're actually seeing sort of what I believe to be the flare before the dying of the light. And the fact that we see people like Becky Pringle of the AFT and we see people like Randy Weingarten of the NEA who are more vociferous and they are more visible vitriolic in their rhetoric on things like anti fascism in public education. And they are writing books about how to teach and how to defeat principles of fascism. They're not ever concerned with education. We know that. In fact, our research has indicated they are little more than political agit props. They gave $221 million in the past four years alone between the AFT and the NEA to hard left political causes, most of which were funded by the Soros organization. But the fact that they are getting louder indicates the fact that parental power is also continuing apace. We all had a wake up call during the COVID pandemic. I know for my. My own fault that I was watching over my children's shoulders is I was a senior attorney in the Department of Education. And yet online schooling three of my own children. It was at that point at which my own eyes were open to exactly the curricular inclusions that we were seeing and how public education had begun to fail every American student. But it took the waking up of American parents to recognize that, to ultimately step into our authority as those who know best about our children's education, health and welfare. And in fact, to finally do something about it. Organizations like Moms for Liberty and our organization Defending Education are absolutely thrilled to be able to be here at this moment in time and to actually start to see the fruits of our hard labor.
John Solomon
Sarah, you do so much important work. Your group was instrumental in exposing something. And as much progress as we've made, and we made a lot of progress, you found something pretty troubling in the Seattle School District. Tell us what you found.
Sarah Parsha Perry
Seattle Public schools have been partnering with Seattle Children's Hospital chop, where we actually know some of the most gruesome medical procedures are transpiring in the country. And in fact that department for so called gender affirming care for minors is run by a so called non binary trans friendly surgeon. And that individual has been working with Seattle Public schools to provide supplies for something called community health lockers. Now this of course sounds relatively benign, very anodyne, but these community health lockers actually include things like trans tape and binders and tucking tape and trans removal tape and cross dressing clothing items. Ultimately, these particular items have been achieved and received from Seattle Children's Hospital to perpetuate the notion that children who feel gender dysphoric are in fact born in the wrong bodies so that these children can be socially transitioned at school. It is hard to overstate exactly how serious a dereliction of duty this is by the school administrators and how serious, serious an interference with parental rights to not only call children by a different name, to not only hide school records, but to facilitate social transitioning at school. We look forward to the Department of Education taking a very close look at what's happening in Seattle.
Amanda Head
Sarah, John's going to be heading down there to this Moms for Liberty event. I know for a fact he is for liberty, but I also know for a fact he's not a mom, he is a dad. However, what role do dad play in all of this? Men who are supporting the moms who have the backs of their children.
Sarah Parsha Perry
I cannot tell you how important dads are. We're actually going to have a panel down here on the importance of fatherhood. And there are some wonderful Christian dads who are down here who are going to talk about the role that they have in raising up and equipping young men and women, raising them in the kind of values that will not only help them flourish individually, but that will perpetuate human flourishing in this entire nation. We celebrate in very short order in only a few months next year, the 250th anniversary of this country. Strong fathers and strong families have made our flourishing possible. And it is ultimately essential that we keep them at the forefront of this fight, not just the mothers, but the dads by their sides.
John Solomon
One of my favorite things here was watching Charlie Kirk so passionately advocate for the role of dad and for dad to step up and be good men, good dads, good husbands. We need a lot more advocates like that in the future. I can't wait to be there tomorrow night. Last question for you. I've heard some rumors that the NEA just passed some sort of resolution saying that it's important that school educators teach that Donald Trump is a fascist. Am I misinterpreting that?
Sarah Parsha Perry
No. In fact, you've got it directly and accurately correct, John. I have to to tell you that back in July, they have an annual conference and they just passed a resolution at the NEA to determine that Donald Trump was a fascist and to characterize all of his policies, principles, missions and electives as fascist in nature. Which indicates, yet again, John, that because they didn't have any resolutions related to the increase in the quality of American education or flourishing for American children, but they did, in fact, to decide that they were going to take a stand on fascism as purportedly represented by our sitting president. That indicates again that these are politicos. They are not individuals who are at all concerned with American education and least of all with American children. And every one of your viewers and listeners should bear that in mind.
John Solomon
I couldn't agree more. And Sarah, you do so much to open our eyes to all the insanity that's been going in our education system. That knowledge empowers us to make the big changes we're starting to get. Great to have you here. I can't wait to see you tomorrow. Thanks for joining us.
Sarah Parsha Perry
Looking forward to it, John. Thank you.

Welcome back, everybody. As John promised, we have an update on New York Attorney General Letitia James. Of course, she has now found herself in legal trouble with the Department of Justice. Indicted for fraud, the DOJ alleges that she falsified bank documents and property records to get a more favorable loan term. So joining us now is someone who knows a little bit about home loans and breaking the rules around them. He is Matthew Cox, a now reformed title fraudster. Matthew, thanks so much for being here.
Ben Klein
Thanks for having me.
Amanda Head
Listen, someday maybe we'll have Letitia James on the show as a reformed mortgage fraudster. We'll have to let that play out in court and see what happens. And maybe she'll be willing to reform herself and come back and talk about it. But tell us exactly what she did and what it has to do with your former line of work.
Ben Klein
Well, so at one point, I was a mortgage broker and a brokerage business owner. So I've done lots and lots of owner occupancy fraud. I mean, it is a common. It is a common form of fraud. And I keep hearing that being said as if it justifies it every you Know, listen, people sell drugs all the time. It's, it's always illegal. It's always a crime. And they keep, I keep hearing these, you know, I hate to say cnn, I'm not sure if I can say cnn, but, you know, I keep seeing these, these analysts on CNN and these former U.S. attorneys and they're all saying the same thing, which is she may have inadvertently checked a box. Now, I can tell you from being a former mortgage broker and having done hundreds of these types of frauds for clients, with clients, is that you don't accidentally check that box. There is a multiple, there's multiple paperwork that goes along with it. There are multiple things that you have to provide. There's multiple documents that you have to sign. Nobody. You don't accidentally check a box and get a favorable loan like this. This is an overt act. And the other thing that I've noticed over and over again, once again, listening to the analysts speak on this and former U.S. attorneys is that they keep saying it's such a minor, a minor crime and that it's such a small dollar amount that they wouldn't have prosecuted. I even watched. I believe it was a former, a former US Attorney who said that the, the FBI has a threshold that you have to Pierce, let's say it's $100,000 and that they don't prosecute anything under $100,000. My first charge was wire fraud for lying on an application, and the amount of loss was $0. I'd simply light an application for a customer, and they charged me with fraud. And my lawyer, of course, argued the type of fraud that was going to be bank fraud. We got it to wire fraud, essentially. But initially it was going to be bank fraud and there was no dollar loss. I got three and a half years probation because I pled guilty. So the idea that this is a minor crime and it could have been a box that was checked and it could have been, you know, and it was such a small amount. None of those arguments hold up. It certainly didn't hold up in my case. I don't know anyone's case that that would hold up. So, yeah, I just, that's, that's kind of my take on it.
John Solomon
That's a good take. Matthew, when I, you know, anyone who goes through a mortgage process, they ask you so many questions. Are you sure this isn't your primary residence? This is not your vacation home? They check it so many times. There's no way you make that mistake. You, you're making a conscious decision because your Mortgage broker is making sure they're dotting the eyes and crossing the T's. But there's another part is, and I think it goes back into the home title fraud. There's nobody after this paperwork is filed that's going to check this because everybody just processes it, just like the county clerks process it. And that's what makes all of our homes on the title thieves list so vulnerable. Right. There's really no checks and balances once something is signed and sent over to a county recorder. Is that part of the problem here?
Ben Klein
Right. It's, it's funny. It's, it's like, you know, there are all these, all of these bearer barriers put up, but once you're kind of in the front door, once you're in the house, nobody's checking. You know, once you get through the bank vault, there's nobody in there double checking. And that's, that's definitely, definitely the case when it comes to, to title fraud and, and fraud and you know, fraud in general, bank fraud, especially title fraud. For instance. The crime that I initially or eventually was caught and incarcerated for was title fraud. And yeah, once these documents are signed and they're filed in the, down downtown with the, with the clerk, nobody's double checking. And that's why you could do something like this and you can go years and years and no, it never, nobody ever finds out unless somebody goes back and double checks.
John Solomon
It's frightening.
Amanda Head
What is? First of all, because I know we've, you've told us your story many times, but for our audience who hasn't told, who hasn't heard your story, how did you get into it and how, how exactly does it work for you to fly this under the radar and not get caught? Because I think you've explained to us in the past, I mean, there were cases that you didn't get caught for for years.
Ben Klein
Oh, absolutely. I went, I did this for years and years before I was caught for, in any type of fraud. And initially I got into it because I was a mortgage broker. Then I opened a brokerage business. I hired a dozen guys and we were running a mill initially. Eventually I got caught for a fraud and then I started committing, I stopped being a mortgage brokerage business owner and I just started committing real estate fraud and title fraud in general, where I would manipulate titles or I would create fake identities or I would go and find someone's house that, you know, was a good house and really pretty much any house. And, and I would simply, simply alter or create a new title for someone's house and I would file it downtown, essentially stealing their house from them. Or I'd get them to rent me the house and I would just eliminate the mortgages on the house and I'd, I would then steal that homeowner's identity and then I'd borrow two or three house, two or three mortgages on that house in the true owner's name. I'd take those checks, put them into, put them into various bank accounts and then remove the money. And then I would take off and they wouldn't even know that a crime had been committed until the FBI or Secret Service showed up and told them that their house had been stolen and that there was a million dollars or half a million dollars in loans on their house. A house that, that they maybe owed very little money on or maybe they had a couple mortgages but I would have satisfied those mortgages. It's a, it's a, it's a very, you know, unfortunately it's easier, it's a crime that is easier to do now than it, than it was when I was doing it. Yeah, it's so remote now. You don't have to do anything in person anymore. You can even do the closings remotely. You can open bank accounts remotely. Yeah, it's, it's.
Amanda Head
So how do people sign up for home title lock?
Ben Klein
You can go to their website, you go to hometitle lock.com and it's a very easy process. You can, you can fill out the, fill out a form or you can actually talk to someone and then they actually give you a free a title search on your house to make sure that you're, that there are no issues with your house and, and they set you up with the alerts. It's a very easy process. Very easy.

Welcome back, everybody. Our final segment of the show and I think that we should end where we started so that we can dig into some of these charges against Smart Maddox, against John Bolton. John, I was looking into the details of the indictment. Eight counts of transmission of national defense information. That's section 18 of the Espionage act, quite serious. Ten counts of unlawful retention of national defense information. I know you were saying at the top of the show that this is something that the scope of which you have not seen in a long time.
Ben Klein
Yeah.
John Solomon
This is a heavy duty national security case. John Bolton is probably going to spend the rest of his life in prison if he is convicted of this crime. He's 76. He's a man who knew what his obligations were. He had been trained for years. He spoke eloquently of what those obligations were. When he was trying to criticize President Trump for taking documents to Mar a Lago, though President Trump had declassification authority that John Bolton did. And if the indictment is an accurate description of what happened, he was emailing almost daily two relatives in his home all the things that were going on in his office, including sensitive and in some cases classified information about what was going on in the Trump White House. And then, you know, that leaves it on an insecure computer. I'll Hillary Clinton all the things that John Bolton criticized. He's now accused of doing and it is a very great money. He's got a big name lawyer, Abby Lowell, that was Hunter Biden's old lawyer. But this is a heavy duty case and it's going to be very interesting to see what the reaction is. The media was suggesting a few weeks ago that this was a weak retribution case and now they're calling it very serious because you can see what happened. And that same media just a couple weeks ago was trying to tell us there's no antifa. It's just an ideology, it's not a group. Well, don't tell that to the grand jury in Fort Worth, Texas which today indicted a cell, a terror cell of antifa and said that they carried out this attack. And there's some really gripping details we've posted the indictment. Amanda, this really looks like a terror attack. They're calling for guns and arms and they're firing rockets that or fireworks at ice. People putting really people in very grave danger. The media has a lot of egg on its face tonight.
Amanda Head
Absolutely. Do you think that that has any impact on these protests that will be taking place this weekend?
John Solomon
No, it may embolden them. Hey, maybe they want to join it. Would you like to get an indictment? Come, come on down and make some trouble this weekend? I think the word is out that these groups are going to be cracked down quickly. We're not going to tolerate, we're not going to have another summer of love which was a summer of hate and destruction. And I think there's another part of this too. Remember what Cash told us? He's very close, Cash Patel said this last night, very close to finding the funding arms and the organizational arms. The people who are funding these are going to be the co conspirators in these attacks. And I think they just set the stage with this indictment to whoever funded them. They're next.
Amanda Head
Yeah, absolutely. All right, let's move on to smartmatic. Interesting case. And you know, I think a lot of Americans have questions about anything pertaining to election machines. And now we hear about this bribery case with smartmatic.
John Solomon
Yeah, it's really remarkable. And I think at the end of the day, a million dollars to get election business is a, that's a dirty business. That's foreign bribery. And of course to make the money move, you had to launder it to hide it. So this is a serious black eye and the whole election machine industry right now is in a little bit of turmoil. Dominion was just bought. This is a big case. It's going to be interesting to see how the 2026 election and the way it's administered is impacted by these revelations.
Amanda Head
Yeah. And John, tonight you're going to be heading down to Florida. I know that the folks down there at Moms for Liberty consider you to be a titan in fighting for freedom and liberty. So they're going to be delighted to see you there. And then I am going to be driving down to San Diego tonight to cover The United States Marines 250th John, I am loving seeing all these branches of the military celebrate their their 250th. Incredible.
John Solomon
