Amanda Head
Good evening, America. Happy Friday to all of you. Welcome to Just the News, no noise. I'm your host, Amanda Head, my co host, and Just the News, Ed John Solomon. He's out on assignment tonight, but you're going to see him all throughout the show tonight because he, as many of you already know, last weekend while I was here in California covering the Marine 250 event, he was on the other side of the country or the other corner of the country in Florida covering the Moms for Liberty Summit. So he gathered some of his favorite interviews, some that we thought that, you know what, maybe even though these folks saw these interviews while we were airing that footage live, while it was actually happening last weekend, some of these were too important to let it fall by the wayside. So we wanted to make sure that they got some prime time coverage. So we are going to be using those clips tonight. So you'll be seeing John in just a few moments. But I wanted to bring your attention to a few clips this evening. As many of you probably know, if you watch the show, you know that New York Attorney General Letitia James has been federally indicted on charges of bank fraud. She's making. She has made false statements to a financial institution allegedly for allegedly misrepresenting a Virginia rental property as her secondary residence to secure, as we have heard with many folks who do this, a more favorable mortgage alone. So check this out.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
This is not about me.
Amanda Head
This is about all of us and about a justice system which has been weaponized. A justice system which has been a.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
Been used as a tool of revenge.
Amanda Head
This justice system which has been used.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
As a tool of revenge.
Amanda Head
And a weapon against those individuals who simply did their job and who stood up for.
John Solomon
The rule of law.
Amanda Head
A tool of revenge, you say? A weaponized justice system, you say. Funny you say that, Ms. James, because you were saying that not that long ago with respect to now President Trump. Check this out.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
And right now, what we need is.
Amanda Head
Someone who understands that you should not.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
Be afraid, not be fearful of Donald Trump. We should take him down.
Amanda Head
We should sue him all the way to bankruptcy. We should investigate his business interests.
John Solomon
We should investigate his business holdings.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
We should investigate whether or not why.
Amanda Head
He was once in debt and now.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
In a position to purchase all of this property.
John Solomon
We can do that because I've been.
Amanda Head
Trained to do that, and I will do that. At the same time, knowing the Office of Attorney General and its powers and.
John Solomon
Its responsibilities and its duties, she also.
Amanda Head
Might have possibly been trained to lie on mortgage applications. But the courts will decide on that. All right, let's move on to the government shutdown as it is enduring, it is carrying on. And you guys saw, if you watch the show, a few days ago, we aired a clip of Democrat Whip Catherine Clark. Now, she did an interview with Fox News, and she said that, you know, among this, this government shutdown, that while it is causing suffering for America's families, it's one of the few leverage times they have. So essentially using the suffering of the people as leverage, while Democrat Rep. Raja Krishna Krishnamoorthy, who represents a district in Illinois, he tried to defend what she said here. It is Jewish. Catherine would have said it differently rather than talking about it being a leverage point.
Gates Garcia
Look, I think that Catherine was basically expressing in her own words the notion that our leverage right now are our votes.
Dr. Chad Walding
We can either give in and basically.
Gates Garcia
In that case, allow the status quo to continue, which is unacceptable, or demand a concession from the president, which is.
John Solomon
Simply let the American people have their health care.
Amanda Head
So Congressman Krishnamoorthy is there obviously defending her. Well, Democrat Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, it seems that he might, as their party's leader on the House side of things, he might recognize that she quite literally stepped in it when she said that. So Hakeem Jeffries, he doesn't seem like he's really out there defending what she said. And take this clip, for example.
John Solomon
Republicans say this is an admission that Democrats are using the American people as political leverage during this shutdown. You want to respond? Donald Trump is the president. Republicans control the House and the Senate. They've made the decision to shut down the government.
Amanda Head
That's what you call a diversion. All right, so for our final clip, when it comes to the government shutdown, Democrat Rep. Amelia Sykes admits that her constituents. Yeah, they will suffer under this government shutdown. No surprise there. Here it is.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
We know that people are going to suffer if we don't open the government and we only have just under a week to make sure that this does not happen. And I'm just going to make it as plain as possible, people will go hungry. While SNAP benefits are very helpful, most people are only getting about $6 a day. But that $6 a day is really impactful for families who need it. And again, I'm talking about our seniors. Children. Children are a very large portion of beneficiaries of snap as well as our veterans who are going to suffer.
Amanda Head
I'm just going to put it out there. $6 a day seems mighty low considering these hysterical videos that we are seeing across across social media from those who claim that they need their EBT benefits at benefits and yet they are raking in literally thousands of dollars every month in benefits. Wouldn't you all like to have a couple thousand dollars worth of groceries from the government? I think we all would, but then again, we all work for a living. So. All right, let's move on to the east wing hysteria because boy, it has exploded. Talk about making a crisis out of nothing. Now I am intimately knowledgeable with what is happening with this because I just wrote an article over on JustTheNews.com that you can go check out and it has a nice little concise history of all of the alter been made to the White House. And the reality is practically every other first world country on the globe has a facility like this on the grounds of their nation's leaders residents. The UK has their grand ballroom. The French President has a large formal conference facility. Presently the largest room at the White House is the East Room. And you all have seen that room. It's where President Trump often has the, the long table discussions and it holds about 200 people. As I said, this facility will hold about 999. Because you know what happens when you have more than 200 people who come to the White House and they have to sit and dine or gather or do practically anything. We have to throw up tents. Yes, we have to throw up plastic tents on the south lawn of the White House. So while Democrats freak out, I think that is quite appropriate that the man who is sitting in the Oval Office, who, by the way, happens to be a builder, maybe he is the good person, the best person to be in charge of a new ballroom at the White House. But I digress, because msnbc, boy, oh, boy, they really, really showed their high knees because they were talking about how these images of the demolition of the White House East Wing, they imply. Actually, I'm not even going to tell you. You're just going to have to watch.
John Solomon
Okay? People might not like this, but if they'd taken some time and here's a commission to approve it or whatever, gotten people used to it, that you. Okay, but just to suddenly come without seeing what's coming or get anybody's consensus or approval, and boom, comes in. And the images, what do they look like? Maybe a natural disaster or more commonly these days, war or terrorism.
Amanda Head
I told you it was hysteria, didn't I? All right, everybody. So as I said at the top of the show, we want to get you out to some of the great interviews that John Solomon did with some of the influencers there at that Moms for Liberty event last week in Florida. And who better to start than with one of our greatest influencers in the legal world, the president of the Southeastern Legal Founder foundation and a friend of the show, a frequent guest on this show, Kimberly Herman. And if you can believe it, she had even more news on that infamous Steele dossier. Yes, that's right. You have not heard the end of it. Take a look.
John Solomon
Joining me now, my good friend, Kimberly Herman. Kimberly, good to be with you.
Angela Bel Camino
Great to be with you here live.
John Solomon
I have heard of all the stories I've written in the last six weeks. I've heard more about this complaint that you filed. This is a FOIA that we worked on together back in 2019, trying to get through Steele dossier and everything around it. Tell us where we are and why you filed a complaint.
Angela Bel Camino
Yeah, absolutely. I mean, John, like you mentioned, we have been fighting since 2019 to get these documents. And the documents are all the communications between the CIA, the dni, and the FBI. Like, you know about the steel dossier. And for years, we're just sick of being stonewalled. They told the court nothing exists. They told us nothing exists. And we know that it does. So now we're asking the Office of Special Counsel to launch an investigation and hold these people accountable.
John Solomon
I remember the day back in the summer when Tulsi Gabbard released the Photos. And all of a sudden they're talking about the FOIA release, and it's obvious there's a lot of documents they're talking about that you and I never got. The mindset and the culture of the intelligence community, quite frankly, all of the government, to hide things that they have a legal obligation to, to produce. How do we get a deterrence system that prevents people from cheating like this? Do you think maybe the special counsel does something to put legal pressure on the people who cheated here?
Angela Bel Camino
Absolutely. I mean, we already actually have the system in place. It's just honestly never been used in the history of our country. We have laws that say if you withhold these documents and if you lie to a court about them and lie to the American people, that you can be sanctioned, you can be held in contempt. And quite frankly, I think a lot of them may have lied under oath to our Congress.
John Solomon
Yeah, that's why they were hiding it. I think they had a different story than the facts. All right, we're here at Moms for Liberty. The energy, as always, when you're at a Moms for Liberty event. So great. So much progress in the last year. Dei, crt, transgenderism, women in sports. But the left just keeps rebranding their philosophies to try to bring it back in some other name. I know, it's like a game of whack a mole. Tell us what the latest is that you've seen and what you're finding.
Angela Bel Camino
Yeah, I mean, honestly, it's everything from boys and girls bathrooms to boys on girls sports field. That's what everyone's doing, seeing, but it's really deeper than that. These are states that have dug in and basically are saying to the Trump administration, we don't care what you're doing. And so that's why we're taking them to court. We're going to be filing lawsuits all around the country because these states need to be held accountable, and the Trump administration is doing everything they can to stop them. We're there, along for the ride.
John Solomon
It is amazing how strong the resistance is. At the same time, it seems as though as the resistance keeps going on, more and more people who are in the middle maybe stayed out of politics, maybe stayed out of the country they're joining. I walk through here and you meet moms who said, three years ago, I didn't do anything politically, and I'm here now because I care. There are people here who are openly liberal, will want to come here because they want to protect their children. It seems like middle America has dialed in for the first time.
Angela Bel Camino
They absolutely have me. The energy here has been absolutely amazing. All day we've been talking to parents at our table. We've had breakout sessions, main stage. And they just want to. To fight for their kids. At the end of the day, they are our kids, not the government's kids. And so the message to parents just needs to be we need to keep fighting.
John Solomon
Yeah, it is. And I think one of the things that you do so well when someone gets in the game the first time, they don't know their rights, they don't know what legal capabilities they have, what they can say, what they can't say. Well, you have built these incredible toolkits at Southeastern Legal Foundation. I go to them often when a reader calls me something like, I'm in this quagmire. What is it? Go to slf. Go check it out. Tell everybody how they can access it and what is in those amazing kids. Because they're amazing.
Angela Bel Camino
Yeah. I mean, so obviously we litigate. That's what we do. We're a law firm. But parents need to know what those rights are. And so we produce guidebooks on the First Amendment, on child's rights, on parental rights in general, Title nine, you name it, we do webinars on it. And they can find them at our website, slfliberty.org we've been passing them out all day long. And it's really just been amazing to see the impact of that they've had.
John Solomon
Parents appreciate it because you can get up to speed very quickly and then you're in a much better position to deal whatever you have to deal with. All right, we look out over the horizon. Got a big election in 26. What are some of the issues that you think are bubbling up as the next rats are the next challenges to parents? Rise. We've made enormous gains on the ground, but it seems like there's still some things over the horizon. What are you watching?
Angela Bel Camino
Yeah, I mean, I think the Title nine is going to continue to be an issue because our blue states just really aren't backing down. And even schools in our red states. I had a parent from Kansas the other day, a parent in Texas today talked to me for half an hour about how her school is allowing boys to be in girls bathrooms. And so I think that's going to continue to be a really huge issue. And just transparency. Schools are really locking it down and not giving parents access to curriculum, student surveys. We're fighting that all over. We're going to talk about it on main Stage tomorrow. Those are going to be some of the really big issues, I think.
John Solomon
We pay the tax rate for our schools. There are children. And yet they try to deny us both access and even the right to raise our children the way it is. It's just crazy. I remember the photo. The president at the desk, all the young athletes and young girls around him. You were there that day. That may be one of the most iconic photos I've seen in a long time in the Oval Office. At what point does the will of the American people sort of bowl over some of these blue states? And they realize this is a losing issue for the blue states, but they're digging in.
Angela Bel Camino
They are digging in. I think it's just become almost like a gender cult. Right. Sometimes James Lindsay, I've heard him refer to it as that. And so it's just a matter of us. We have to take these issues to court. We're going to win with the administration. Like you said, that was a special, special day. I was there with my daughter. As you know, it was. It was just the most amazing day.
John Solomon
That photo is amazing.
Angela Bel Camino
But we. Yeah, but we're going to have to take them to court to ultimately get them to stop.
John Solomon
Yeah. It does seem like that's the only real option. Yeah. A lot of young people here, a lot of young moms, a lot of young influencers and really impressive people who are using their voice on social media, their influence to make it cool to just be a parent who cares about your kid, to make it cool to be conservative. You believe in freedom. What do you think about the next generation of people coming up in our movement?
Angela Bel Camino
That's actually been amazing. A lot of people here have on their tags and I can. Can look around and see them how many years they've been part of Moms for Liberty. You have people who have been here from the beginning and people where it just says one year, and it's been awesome to be able to reach all of them. And so I don't think that this is going to die down. I think it's a movement that's only going to continue to pick up. And we've seen it on college campuses in just the last month. And so, you know, we have to train up that next generation. We're actually launching a new guidebook next month. I don't even know if I've had a chance to tell you about it. Really excited.
John Solomon
What's this?
iHeart Advertising Announcer
It's.
Angela Bel Camino
It's going to be called the Truth About Free Speech Training the Next Generation. Where we reach all the way down into K through 12 to tell students about their rights on a one to one kind of level.
John Solomon
Amazing. Again, all the resources. You have a big birthday coming up for your organization next year, right?
Angela Bel Camino
We do.
John Solomon
We're jealous.
Angela Bel Camino
50 years.
John Solomon
It's not possible. You're 50 years old.
Gates Garcia
You're not.
John Solomon
But Southeastern Legal Foundation. Yeah, let me clarify. I got big trouble now.
Angela Bel Camino
Look, yeah, maybe in a few years, but yes, 49 years ago, Ed Meese, before he was attorney general, founded our organization. We're going to be in D.C. celebrating. So America's 250th, our 50th. And honestly, it's just an honor to get to do what we do every day here at SLF and represent Americans and when they sue the government, it's.
John Solomon
Been an honor to have you help us fight for truth every day. You do such great work. You're such a conscientious lawyer and the great rich tradition of Southeastern Legal foundation is in really good hands. In your hands. For everybody watching, what's the best way for them to connect to those guidebooks and to if they want to support you do to do that?
Angela Bel Camino
Yeah. Slfliberty.org that's the best way to reach us.
John Solomon
All right. Slfliberty.org Go check it out, guys. Amazing resource.
Amanda Head
All right, everybody, we do have to take a quick commercial break. But after that break, we're going to get to an interview that John did with one influencer who is still mostly on the left, I think, but she is being pushed away from the crazy progressive policies of current day Democrats. So you're not going to want to miss that. We'll get to that after this break.
John Solomon
Hey America, let me bring you up to speed on a quiet but urgent issue. CBDCS or central bank digital currencies are being developed by 134 countries. When I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes or just asked why Benghazi?
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
The truth became a web of lies.
Leon Neyfak
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
John Solomon
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Leon Neyfak
Bad faith, political warfare and frankly, bullshit.
John Solomon
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up. You put two and two together.
Leon Neyfak
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
John Solomon
Benghazi is a Rosetta Stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.
Leon Neyfak
I'm Leon Neyfak from prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries. This is Fiasco Benghazi.
Amanda Head
What difference at this point does it make?
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
Yes, that's right.
John Solomon
Lock her up.
Leon Neyfak
Listen to Fiasco Benghazi on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Amanda Head
All right, everybody. Time now to get back out to John, who did a series of interviews at the Moms for Liberty Summit last week in Florida. He did those with some influencers. And the next two, you might. Alex Stein. He's a comedian and host of Primetime with Alex Stein, and he joined a Democrat, Angela Bel Camino. Now she is the host of the Bold Talk podcast. And John spoke with her and Alex about the importance of hearing out the other side. Take a look.
John Solomon
I'm very glad to be joined by two very special people. One who's conservative, one who's a little more liberal, but both who are here to have a conversation for America. I'm so excited by that first joining me here. Angela, welcome. You know.
Washable Sofas Announcer
Hi.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
Yes.
John Solomon
Good to have you here.
Washable Sofas Announcer
Thank you for having me.
John Solomon
A recent refugee to Florida, huh? Yeah. From New York. I know. And then Alex Stein, who a lot of people know and.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
But, Sean, I had to cut you off.
John Solomon
Please.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
Thank you for coming on here. But John Solomon. John, you're like Donald Trump's clairvoyant friend. How do you have so much White House information?
John Solomon
I don't know how that happened.
Leon Neyfak
I'm old.
John Solomon
If you're old, you get to meet enough people.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
That's one thing.
John Solomon
Thank you.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
Follow John Solomon. This guy's got the inside scoop on. I mean, I. I watch your stuff all the time. I'm like, how the heck does John know that?
John Solomon
So you're my very first boss said you're only as good as your next, so get back to work. That's what he always used to say to me. So I guess that's how it happened. All right. This is an amazing thing. Alex, this is probably not your first Mom's for Liberty.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
No, actually, this is the first one here. And I. I think they invited me last time. I couldn't go. I got a prior engagement. But I just want to say this Mom's for Liberty event is awesome because these are moms that actually care.
John Solomon
Yeah.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
And, John, you know this. A lot of these parents, like, they would rather just leave their kid to the school, to the state to basically raise them. That's the opposite of what's happening here. You have moms that are dialed in.
John Solomon
Yep.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
So much so that they actually are. They're coming up just like, how do I not embarrass my family because I'm being too outspoken. And I kind of tell them, hey, don't worry about embarrassing people, because really, at the end of the day, you defending your son or your daughter is the most important thing you can do. So I love this energy here.
John Solomon
It is an amazing energy. And you said something important and Angela and I were talking offset before this. It's hard sometimes at the conversation because people want to cancel. If you challenge anything about the heterodoxy of the left or quite frankly, even some in government, you've been going through this recently and tell us your story a little bit. I think this is pretty interesting.
Angela Bel Camino
I have, I've been canceled just for being here right now. People are not understood. They're not bothering to ask me the question or have the conversation. I'm open minded and I'm just. I'm honestly honored. I've been joking. When I got the invitation to come, I was like, do they know who I am? Bold, lived, like, did they mean this? But they did mean it. And that's. It's beautiful. Everyone has been so welcoming. It's been so positive. Just great dialogue, everyone there. We have so much more in common than you would think.
John Solomon
And bridging, that's true. That's the part we've lost in last week. People have focused on the little divisions and we forget how much it binds us together. And getting back, that's important, Angela, because of you.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
People like you, that's why we won this last election, because of people like you that were kind of, you know, more liberal and now realizing, like, the left has gotten so insane that they won't even accept you anymore. And that's the difference when it comes to conservatives. We accept everybody. So it's also, it's it's awesome to see your transition, in my opinion.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
Thank you.
John Solomon
Is it a transition in your mind?
Angela Bel Camino
I mean, to it to a degree.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
I think it was a transition.
Angela Bel Camino
I'm a native Floridian, though. I just moved back.
John Solomon
You moved back home. Okay.
Angela Bel Camino
But. But to be fair, I was not feeling safe and not happy with New York recently.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
It's only going to get worse now with mom.
John Solomon
Danny.
Angela Bel Camino
Yeah, yeah, I am, I am concerned for New York, but very happy to be here. I was. It's a bit of a transition. I would say it's a turning point with the last election. Yeah, I accepted the results. Trump won. America spoke. And I'm rooting for the country. I'm not rooting for the sale.
John Solomon
It wasn't that long ago. We used to all do that. You wanted your president to see it regardless of his party.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
I rooted for Biden, I'm sure.
John Solomon
Yeah, too.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
You know, it just sucks that Biden was the auto pin. President wasn't even going. But even though he was president, I didn't vote for him. And I think he didn't. You know, that election was a little weird. I still wanted the best for our country.
John Solomon
Yeah, that's right.
Amanda Head
We do.
John Solomon
All right, so you guys have done some, I guess, shows together. How did that happen? How did you guys connect and what's been the magic since it happened?
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
Well, you know, the bold live Angela, she's known for being a troll, John. And I'm a little bit of a troll myself.
John Solomon
Look at that.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
That's why we are, you know, we're like mind control energy, troll energy. That's why you.
John Solomon
That's.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
That's your own.
John Solomon
Yeah, I can't troll. I'm too old to troll. It's dangerous at my age.
Angela Bel Camino
Yeah, you're never too old to troll.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
And I respect that. But, you know, who does troll? He does the best when it comes to trolling. So, you know, that's why Angela and I are kind of similar. Like, we have different methodology, but, you know, we have a similar methodology at the same time.
John Solomon
Yeah. So what's, what are some areas that you've come through, your conversations to realize that you agree on?
Angela Bel Camino
What do you think?
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
Well, I mean, one thing that I know that we agree on is like, I think Angela will say this, that she supports the cops like I support the cops. I don't think she's like an anti cop. Defund the police. And I think that is important. And especially like you look at, you know, I love that Donald Trump is cleaning up Washington D.C. but, you know, it is sad that we have to rely on the National Guard right now.
John Solomon
Is that crazy?
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
Our police officers. And that's because we've had so many years of demonizing the police. So now we've kind of left it up to the military to handle. So it's really frustrating. So I say back the blue. And I think Angela, you know, wants the same. Has the same safety concerns that I have.
Amanda Head
Yeah.
Angela Bel Camino
I also think that it's just been nice to get to know people better beyond the content. So by being on each other's shows and peeling back the layers. You know, it's hard to tell sometimes with Alex what is, what is real. But I feel like our conversation, I.
John Solomon
Think you were just strolling there it's.
Washable Sofas Announcer
Like his love for pets, you know, cats.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
I'm an animal lover, actually. You know, John, I get made fun of of the most for this. I'm plant based. I'm a vegetarian.
John Solomon
Wow, look at you.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
I know. I get made fun of every day. Oh, you're a soy boy. A little bit. But this is what's so important though, John. I am a little. I'll take it. And I wear the tuck friendly bathing suits of city councils. But this is what's so important. I'm so lucky. I get to represent Turning Point and speak on these college campuses. And what Charlie Krueger's doing is we have to talk to people we don't agree with. Like when we sit and John, we talk.
John Solomon
It's the problem vacuum. We are.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
That's why it's so important to talk about to people that have different viewpoints. Because even if I can't make you agree with my viewpoint, if I can get you to ask a question or question your own viewpoint, to me that's a victory.
John Solomon
It is a win. And we stopped talking to each other. We just started talking at each other. And I think that restoring that is such an important thing. And you guys have done so much to get there. All right, I want to put an idea on the table. We were talking about. I just can't. You own an El Camino. I'm very jealous. In fact, I'm going up to my wife and say, I just met a guy a lot younger than me and he's got an elder El Camino. And I'm going to press it real hard, John.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
Now they've gone up in value.
John Solomon
It's an investment.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
We've had this one for forever, since I was little. And then my dad gave it to me and it's a brown El Camino and I love it. But you did have a good idea. Tell us what that idea.
John Solomon
All right. Your name is Bel Camino.
Angela Bel Camino
Bel Camino.
John Solomon
So I think we should have the Bel Camino and El Camino conversations. I think we're going to book that today.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
That is Bel Camino.
Angela Bel Camino
I will tune in for that El Camino.
John Solomon
And if you ever need a referee.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
I'll come in, we'll have you on zoom debate.
John Solomon
Wait, no, no, I'm coming in the car. I'll sit in the bed. I'll just be in the back of the bed. Like drive.
Gates Garcia
Yeah.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
Well, that is the best.
John Solomon
I'm from New York. You might want to think twice about that.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
Yeah, that is true. But, John, they don't realize this, you know, for some people, you might not know what the El Camino is. It's party in. Or what is it? Business in the front, party in the back car. It's.
John Solomon
It's the.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
It's the Swiss army knife of cars.
John Solomon
I feel 30 years younger just talking about it. It's so awesome. All right, guys, before we go, what's the best way for everybody to follow all the great content you're doing?
Angela Bel Camino
Oh, thank you so much. So I'm at Angela Bel Camino on X Instagram, all that jazz, tick tock, all.
John Solomon
Have you shed the bold lip?
Angela Bel Camino
Have I shed it?
Leon Neyfak
Yeah.
Angela Bel Camino
Because I think it's bold to ask questions and speak up. Being bold in a way that people might.
John Solomon
By the way, that's American. Asking questions and.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
And guys, you can follow me, Alex Stein99 on Twitter, but everybody go follow John. John's always breaking the real news. If you want to follow something to.
John Solomon
Laugh, Irish guy, blush.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
Well, I'm saying follow me if you want to laugh. And follow John if you want the inside scoot.
John Solomon
Oh, actually, people follow me to laugh too, actually, for different reasons.
Gates Garcia
Yeah.
John Solomon
It's an honor to have both you guys. Thank you for joining the conversation that's the most important.
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
Both of you, I really appreciate you having me on. Angela, listen, we don't agree on everything, but these are the conversations that we need to have. It's very important in my.
John Solomon
Well, I feel honored to have both of you follow both these guys. Guys, I'm serious now, just to follow.

Up on those comments, I can personally attest to the fact that John does have humor. He has his own very unique sense of humor. And. And it oftentimes comes in the form of dad jokes, but it's amazing. And it doesn't even try to be funny. All right, so speaking of dads, all important dads, John also interviewed a man named Gates Garcia. He is the host of we the People. And he talked to him about how dads can step up along with these moms and fight for faith, family, and freedom in America. That's next.
John Solomon
Hey, America. The FBI has been warning about a type of real estate fraud on the rise called home title theft. And your equity is the target. Here's how it works. That's why I partnered with Home Title Lock so you can protect your equity and find out today if you're already a victim. When I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked why Benghazi?
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
The truth became a web of lies.
Leon Neyfak
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
John Solomon
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Leon Neyfak
Bad face, political warfare and frankly, bullshit.
John Solomon
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up. You put two and two together.

Welcome back, everybody. We're continuing with a set of interviews that John did with conservative influencers at the Moms for Liberty Summit last week. A big theme of that event was how we can protect our kids and teach them the values of faith, family and freedom in America that is still rife with leftist cultural talking points. So John got the chance to speak to a dad on how to partner with moms and raise our kids right the right way.
John Solomon
My next guest is not only an amazing dad, but he's an amazing voice throughout the conservative movement. You hear him on lots of shows. Joining me right now, Kate Scarcia. Good to have you, my friend.
Gates Garcia
Hey, John, thanks for having me.
John Solomon
All right, most of the folks here are women. We're in the minority here, but it is important. And the message I've heard all day, it's important for men to step into this void, to give strong male examples, to make sure that we're there right alongside our children and our wives. What have you taken away from here so far?
Gates Garcia
Yeah, well, first of all, on that point, right, there's so much talk about masculinity in this country. First, the left wanted to strip us of men, and then some on the right, as a response to that, went so far into this toxic masculinity movement. Look, the most masculine thing we can do as men is champion women and support the roles of women, because, first of all, they're a lot more Badass than we are.
John Solomon
Is it true? No doubt about it.
Gates Garcia
Honestly, like when I come here, right, it's like, holy moly. This is a grassroots movement. You'd have thought coming here that that Moms for Liberty was a 20 year old organization. They've been around for four years.
John Solomon
Amazing.
Gates Garcia
And if you look at the real change that happens in this country, it's bottom up grassroots and they're doing it and I'm just proud to be. It's like a nine to one race ratio here.
John Solomon
Yeah, it sure is.
Gates Garcia
And I'm proud to be one of the guys they let come in.
John Solomon
Yeah, it's a special thing. You have joined the conversation in a big way. Your voice is so important. What spoke to you and said, this is my moment, I got to join this conversation. I got to make a difference. I got to make people feel comfortable in believing in liberty and faith and all the things that you believe in.
Gates Garcia
Yeah. So the show is sort of a three legged stool of faith, family and freedom. And I'm a huge consumer of the media and there's a lot of media out there that I love and have to have in my life. But I just wasn't seeing enough conversations that sort of reflected myself. I wasn't looking into the media, into the mirror and seeing a media. I saw a lot of front page, I didn't see a lot of back porch. So with my show, you get the serious stuff. We just don't take ourselves very seriously. We're going to call the news, but we're not going to break the news. John, we're going to break the news down into how it affects your daily life. You're going to watch a 40 year old dad with three kids and one on the way take the headlines in the news and live it out in his daily life. And man, John, we are getting some massive guests. My guest, this week's Dr. Ben Carson.
John Solomon
How cool is that?
Gates Garcia
You're hearing from him and hall of fame athletes and Hollywood actors, all conservatives.
John Solomon
Yeah.
Gates Garcia
You're hearing from them in ways you've never heard from them before. And the reaction's been overwhelming.
John Solomon
That is amazing. And you're right, the back porch in the kitchen table is what gets ignored in American politics. And you're doing such a great job. You make us laugh, you make us think. I love that. What's been the biggest surprise since you became a congressman? Content creator.
Gates Garcia
The biggest surprise. So when I started out again, 40 year old dad, my target audience was going to be like 30 to 60 year olds. So people that are in the early years of starting a family, in the prime years of raising a family, and then sort of in that stage where they see the family they created and the results that they've made for themselves. But the young audience, oh, my gosh, the. The college reaction to my show has been overwhelming. I was never aiming for that audience. But they're like, you are someone and your guests are someone that we need to see. If we look 20 years out into our life, like, what's the star we're aiming for? Like, it's nice to know the values we need today, but how do those materialize into an adult life? And so I've gotten tons of followers and viewers from a younger audience that I was never aiming for.
John Solomon
We used to have generations that would hand off to each other, and you'd have those role models say, when I grow up, I want to be that for a while. Those role models were torn down, canceled. You're stepping in and creating that now, and I think it's really cool. And if you're 20 something, you now have someone. He's been through this. I can do this. And I think that that is an amazing thing. When you look out at the conversation in the country today, obviously America spoke pretty definitively in November. There's been a lot of progress on the issues that America cared about. But the resistance, the hostility, whether it's the no Kings rally that'll make a mess in Washington, D.C. or the assassination of Charlie Kirk, there's still a determined group that want to tear down this country. How do we defeat that for the long term?
Gates Garcia
Well, we've got to pick up the torch that Charlie left off. As. As effective as they were in taking out Charlie Kirk, about a million more Charlie Kirks were born. I mean, I always tell my kids, God works in mysterious, mysterious ways. Evil breeds. Breeds good. 200 million or something streams for his memorial event. That's 200 million people hearing the gospel many first time. So I think that a spirit has been, I'll say, re awoken in this country. And there's a revival here like we've never seen. Look, they have no idea what they did because they have ignited a generation of patriots to come out like you've never seen before.
John Solomon
It is that bullet that was designed to silence something, and instead it energized it. And I think that that's an amazing thing. All right. There are a lot of men today. They struggle. They wonder, why is that guy on the pulpit for the women's gold medal? It can be confusing. To be a guy today. What's some of the best advice you give young men as they're going through the dating process, the early marriage, fatherhood, to make sure that they don't lose their true North Star.
Gates Garcia
So the best advice I got when our first child was born, who is now 11 and she's a girl, so I was having a daughter was model the man in your home that you want her to bring home as a boyfriend. So if you're a jerk the in the home and you're rude to your wife and you don't treat your daughter appropriately, do not be surprised when that's the boyfriend she brings home. So I think, look, we're, we're big and we're masculine and we're macho and we, we talk. We talk a big talk. Yeah, but more is caught than taught. Okay. So we have a responsibility in our homes to demonstrate to our kids what a man is supposed to look like in society. Because whatever you model, they're going to go pick in society and bring that home. So we have more respect, responsibility than we realize.
John Solomon
That's pretty darn wise words. I like that. I never had a daughter, but if I did, I would have that motto on my wall tomorrow. That's really amazing. Right now. Your children are all different ages. Congratulations on number four. On the way. Do you know boy or girl yet?
Gates Garcia
Girl. Oh, God.
John Solomon
Thank God.
Gates Garcia
After going through two boys. Oh my gosh. Yeah.
John Solomon
That's so funny. What are kids seeing in school? What are some of the things as a parent that you have to work on every day to make sure that they aren't influenced by bad forces?
Gates Garcia
Yeah. So my wife's on the state board of education here in Florida, so she's very impactful in the movement here. We have a wonderful state in Florida with, with school choice and being able to educate our kids. That works, that works for them. But I will say this culture starts at the kitchen table. We've talked about that. But a lot of things are out of your control. So you may think that you're banning phones in your home, but their kids have phones at the school. So we sort of do this sort of like catch up conversation throughout the, at the end of the day when they come home. What happened at school today? Who'd you play with? What'd you learn? All that sort of stuff. And you can pick up little nuggets there of oh, so and so showed me this on their phone. Okay, well, now I know so and so has a phone and we've got to sort of police that environment. But I will say that the future of education is here in Florida. Everyone has access to a scholarship. Everyone has access to choose the school they want to go to. A lot of that's credit to my wife and her great work on the state board of education. But Florida should be the model that the rest of the country looks to for school choice.
John Solomon
It really is. Men play in men's sports, women playing women's sports.
Gates Garcia
Don't get me down that rabbit hole.
John Solomon
It's scary. It really is scary. And it's got to be confusing for young people if you're in one of these blue states that haven't caught the common sense that they should. For folks who want to follow all the work you do, what's the best way to do it?
Gates Garcia
Oh, thanks for doing that.
John Solomon
Oh, man, I love it.
Gates Garcia
I'm at gates Garcia FL as in Florida on Instagram and X. My YouTube show, which is also on Apple and Spotify is we the people with Gates Garcia. We are firing up faith, family and freedom to a level that you've never experienced before now.
John Solomon
Thank you for what you've done. Thank you for creating a role model for millions of young men to step into that void and be the next good dad like you are. It's a great honor to have you on the show, my friend.
Gates Garcia
Thanks a lot.
John Solomon
Thanks a lot. All right, brother.

Welcome back to our Just the News health update brought to you by Native Path. Joining us now, the co founder and Chief Culture Office officer at Native Path, Dr. Chad Walding. Dr. Walding, wonderful to have you.
Dr. Chad Walding
Hello, Amanda. So good to be here. Hi, John. Thank you for having me.
John Solomon
Yeah, good to be with you.
Amanda Head
Good to have you. All right, I want to call this exercise snacks. What is this? And I know that it's not a handful of M&MS. Before your workout. Tell us.
Dr. Chad Walding
It is not. So exercise snacks are small micro doses of movement that you do during the day. And I needle you do it, you know, every hour, every two hours, just get up and go move your body, ideally outside for a walk, where you're getting good sun exposure for a period of maybe two to five minutes. Right. And what we're finding with the science is these small micro doses of movement are profound in reducing our risk for chronic disease, for reducing pain, for helping us feel better. You know, at natopath, we talk a lot about the changes that have been happening in the past hundred years and how much much we move. And the quality of our movement has really changed. You know, our great grandparents, our great great great grandparents were up in the fields, moving all day, planting, picking things up, carrying things. Right. The way we work in the modern world today is we're usually stagnant. We're sitting over a computer with forward heads and rounded shoulders and rounded spines, and we get stuck in that position. You know, as a physical therapist, I would see it all the time. As people age, they just. They get shorter, but really, it's their posture that starts to crumble. So we have poor positions, and then we're not moving enough. So these micro doses of movements, they have a profound impact on our health. So I mentioned the problem. In the modern world where 90% of all our activities are done in that sitting position. What that does is it changes the internal hormonal profile of our body. So it decreases a lipos lipase protein, lips, lipoprotein lipase protein enzyme that decreases the fat in our bloodstream. Right. So we need that. We need movement in order to clear out the fat in our bloodstream. And that can help us with things like our cholesterol profile, our hormones, our bone density, and it also, the chronic sitting is such an issue, it can increase your rate of heart disease and obesity and diabetes by two to three times. You can impact your emotional state. Right again. Our ancestors spent 90% of their time outside with fresh air moving throughout the day. So that's what our genes are expecting of us, and we have to work with that. But the coolest thing is you don't have to, you know, just spend two hours at a gym and think that that's it. You get more impact with micro movement. So an easy thing you can do top of the hour, every hour, set an alarm to go off every 60 minutes. If you want to just get up, go outside and move for two to five minutes in whatever way you want. You will do more with that to offset the negative impacts of sitting and stagnation than even if you would if you went to the gym for an hour or two hours. Right. You don't want to just go to the gym. You want to make sure you take care of the foundational things.
John Solomon
I know what happens when we start thinking about this. We really start to get incentivized and we go, you know what, I'm really sore. My ankle hurts, my shoulder hurts, my neck hurts, my back hurts. And it becomes an excuse. How do we deal with, deal with some of those tissue joint issues that make us say, I'll do it tomorrow, not today.
Dr. Chad Walding
Yeah, well, to feel better, I recommend, I recommend collagen. You know, you mentioned the tissues, the joints, the ligaments, these things are all made up of collagen. We don't want to just move. We want to make sure that the muscles are attaching to strong tendons and strong ligaments for a good foundational body. So what is collagen? It's one of the most abundant proteins in the body, but we're so deficient in it because we're not getting enough in the modern world, just like we're not moving enough in the modern world. So our ancestors will get plenty of collagen in their natural diet. But we're not today, which is why I'm such a big fan of supplementing with it. And at native path, collagen is our hero product. It's one of the first things we encourage people to take because it makes everything else with your health easier or unnecessary, particularly with how your body feels. Right. Your joint health is really important, and collagen is a great thing to do to supplement with that native path, we value purity. You know, our Collagen is as close to nature as possible. It's third party inspected, comes from happy cows that are eating grass and it's good for the environment. So easy thing you can do to give yourself a win here.
Amanda Head
Dr. Walden, before we let you go, I want to ask you about maybe like the older crowd, the 70 plus. Don't kill me. 80 plus. No, let's say 110 plus. I don't want anyone to get mad at me, but the older crowd who may be experiencing some of that tightness, maybe some arthritic issues in their joints. I've always heard motion is lotion. So even if they can't exercise and get out and do a jog, just kind of moving and stretching is good as well, right?
Dr. Chad Walding
Well, you're so right on. Motion is lotion. I was actually going to mention that. It's a physical therapy term that we use because when we, when we move, fluid starts to move, right? So even if you're someone who, let's say you can't go outside for a hike, right? Everyone can get some easy movement. And there's, there's so many great resources you can do even in just a chair. You know, you mentioned people that are over the age of 80. You can go on YouTube right now and just look up chair exercises for an older population. You're going to find all kinds of good things where you're moving your shoulders, you're moving your spine, you're moving your neck. What we're trying to do, a good movement practices is express natural range of motion. You know, slouching over, correct slouching, rolling the shoulders, looking left, looking right. Even if we do that right now, you can feel things open up because you're using motion as lotion, right? So we don't, we don't want age to be something that stops us. You know, if you can't go outside, we don't want to, we don't want to stop that. Use resources that we have with technology and videos and get moving. And it makes such a big difference in terms of how you feel, but your health span. We don't want to just live long. We want to live really healthy. We want to maintain functional independence. And movement is primary. It's not just good for your joints, it's good for how you feel, your whole immune system, your metabolic system, it's.
Amanda Head
Foundational overall well being.
John Solomon
I met a guy, honest to God, he's 84. I met him the other day and he every day, twice a day in his chair, he does the YMCA Dance by the Village People. And that's his idea for moving. But hey, it works.
Amanda Head
That works. That works. Dr. Chadwell. Yeah. Thank you so much. The co founder in chief of culture Officer Native Path. Always love having you. When I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why Benghazi?
Fiasco Benghazi Narrator
The truth became a web of lies.
Leon Neyfak
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
John Solomon
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Leon Neyfak
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
John Solomon
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up. You put two and two together.
Leon Neyfak
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
John Solomon
Benghazi is a Rosetta Stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.
Leon Neyfak

Welcome back, everybody. Last segment of the night and one more awesome interview with Caitlin Bennett. Check it out.
John Solomon
I have one of the great new rising stars of social media with me right now. Caitlin, good to have you here.
Caitlin Bennett
Thank you for inviting me on.
John Solomon
All right. People say, what is an influencer? And I always. I laugh when I hear that. But you have a huge following and you use it every day, I think, just to educate people, right?
Caitlin Bennett
Yes. So influence. Influencer. I never like to go by the term influencer.
John Solomon
I know. I hate the term myself.
Caitlin Bennett
I'm a conservative content creator. You know, influencer is such a negative connotation sometimes. But, I mean, we are influencing the culture and it's working, and so I guess it's okay.
John Solomon
So you're sitting around you're growing up and you say, I think my voice can make a difference. What gets you started?
Caitlin Bennett
So I got started in Turning Point when I was in college and I was like, oh, my goodness, what is going on? On my left, left wing campus. And I actually met my then boyfriend, my now husband.
John Solomon
Wow.
Caitlin Bennett
Social media following on Liberty Hangout. He came out to table with me one time all the way from New Jersey to Ohio at Kent State.
John Solomon
Wow.
Caitlin Bennett
Like, why don't we make a video, like, interviewing these college students? And it was just from there. And then I took a photo, a graduation photo with an AR10 on my back at Kent State University to.
John Solomon
I bet that got some attention.
Caitlin Bennett
And it just opens so many doors for me. And so I just decided to be bold one day and it's led me to this amazing life and all these blessings.
John Solomon
Yeah, it's an amazing thing. 70 million Americans now make content online to try to join the conversation. It's such an extraordinary thing. You're a mom, young mom, you're seeing the world change. I think a couple of years ago, people were pretty demoralized that maybe this country was going over the cliff. The last six months, eight months of progress. What do you see? What makes you excited? What makes you worry?
Caitlin Bennett
So when I started doing this, I would go to campuses and I would get mobbed. I went to three different campuses. Two here in Florida, where hundreds of students came out to mob me, throw rocks at me, throw toilet paper at me. Hundreds. And I didn't even announce I was going. I just showed up on campus to interview students and they mobbed me by the hundreds, unannounced. Now when I go to campus, people are like, oh, my gosh, can I take a picture with you? And I just. I was like, this is so amazing. Things are changing. Things are turning. All for the better. And so we are. I think we're good. Like, I think we are in a good place. And it's only going to get better.
John Solomon
Yeah. I think if that progress keeps going, we just keep bringing more people in to have this common sense conversation which we are lacking for so long, I think this country is going to turn. You mentioned TPUSA and the extraordinary impact it had in your life. You met your husband. If I had a dime for everyone I met who met their future spouse at tpsa, it's such an amazing thing. Charlie was a very close friend of mine. I was with him just a couple weeks before he died. His legacy and the remarkable impact, even when an assassin tried to silence him, it seems to have elevated his voice.
Caitlin Bennett
Oh, absolutely. That's, that's. That's not up for discussion like that. That's just how it is. I'm sorry for your loss.
John Solomon
For all of us. We all lost him.
Caitlin Bennett
Yes, we did. We did. One of the things that Charlie said, look at Erica said to us in her statement was that Charlie's dream. Dream would be to revive the American family if he were to ever run for office. And you proved it right there. So many people have said that they've met their spouse through an amazing thing and so he didn't even know his legacy has been fulfilled. And that. That part of joining and reviving the American family. I have my family because of Charlie.
John Solomon
That's an amazing thing.
Amanda Head
Yeah.
John Solomon
For young people who haven't had the support system around to muva tpusa, but they have those values and they feel out of place. And wherever they are, their school or their neighborhood or their workplace, what's some advice you have for them to hold strong and to find that support system to grow on?
Caitlin Bennett
Well, number one, never, ever compromise on your beliefs, even if you're the only one who thinks that way, because it's just statistically impossible that you'll never meet anybody who thinks the same way. So just hold strong, be smart about where you spend your time and who you want to interact with. And always keep around the people who make you feel bold and feel strong. And if you're struggling to find those people, you'll get them one day.
John Solomon
Such sage advice. All right, people watching, they want to follow you and get engaged in all the great work that you do. What's the best way to do that?
Caitlin Bennett
So on X, I'm Kate. No, I'm Kate. Meow. Kate. Maria X. I don't really run my own Twitter, but YouTube. Liberty Hangout, that's where I. Liberty Hangout.
John Solomon
Right.
Caitlin Bennett
My long form content.
John Solomon
Yeah. How much content a week do you do?
Caitlin Bennett
I do at least two to three videos a week. Protest content, going out, debating liberals. It's so fun.
John Solomon
That is awesome. We need the conversation. Listen, the way you're going to change it is by having that conversation. And you got to get in the trenches to do it. Caitlin, it's a great honor to have you on the show. Congrats on all your success. I know you got to run off the family. Good to have you here.
Caitlin Bennett
Thank you so much.
John Solomon
God bless you.
Amanda Head
All right, everybody, What a great place to close. Honoring the legacy of the Charlie Kirk, which was civil discourse and having conversations with people that disagree with you. And that seemed to be a general theme throughout the entire night tonight. So we are going to be back with our regular programming on Monday. I'm going to be heading back to dc. I'll be back in the studio with John. So in the meantime everybody have a wonderful weekend. Grant Cinchfield is going to take you through the next hour and we'll see you next week.

Funny you say that, Ms. James, because you were saying that not that long ago with respect to now President Trump.” | 03:15 | | Rep. Amelia Sykes | “People will go hungry...children are a very large portion of beneficiaries of SNAP as well as our veterans who are going to suffer.” | 06:10 | | Kimberly Hermann | “They told us nothing exists. And we know that it does. So now we’re asking the Office of Special Counsel to launch an investigation and hold these people accountable.” | 09:58 | | Kimberly Hermann | “At the end of the day, they are our kids, not the government’s kids.” | 12:32 | | Angela Bel Camino | “People are not understood. Thematic Through-Line:
The episode constantly returns to the idea that engagement—whether through legal action, voting, conversations across divides, parenting, or physical wellness—is essential for a healthy civil society.
Humor & Humanity:
Banter between guests and hosts (El Camino jokes, acknowledgment of “trolling,” dad jokes) humanize the debates, reinforcing the show’s call for civil—even lighthearted—disagreement.
Emphasis on Youth & Legacy:
Multiple guests, from Kimberly Hermann to Caitlin Bennett and Gates Garcia, stress the importance of influencing the next generation and transferring values.
Honoring Charlie Kirk:
The assassination and legacy of Charlie Kirk loom large as both tragedy and turning point, energizing the movement rather than dampening it.
This episode of “Just the News No Noise” is a lively, timely snapshot of American conservative energy at the grassroots level: from legal fights and headline controversies to kitchen-table parenting wisdom and the value of civil discourse. The hosts and guests champion personal responsibility, parental involvement, faith, and “back porch” values—while advocating for more dialogue, not less, even across ideological lines. The tone is direct, unscripted, and occasionally humorous, underscoring the belief that engagement and resilience are key to shaping both policy and culture.
