And it will be good Friday. Yes. So as we head into the Easter weekend, well, I'm going to talk a little bit about Easter tomorrow. My first word. Although we can't do a first word at the warehouse. That's right. I should have done it tonight.

I'll still prep something, so that's all right. Well, lots to do on a Thursday. President Trump obviously spoke last night. We took you through the first hour, then we handed it off to the president and then Steve Bannon went through the coverage. So maybe we'll talk a little bit about what we heard from the president. I would kind of classify the president last night as somewhat being a little unexpected, taking the high road, I would say maybe is the way that I would phrase it if I had to put it in the quickest, shortest term possible. Didn't do a lot of what people thought. Kind of took the high road on a lot of things, but obviously made the case for why we're there. Some question he should have done this before we got there and maybe the American people would be a little more in tune with what's going on. I don't know if you agree with that or not agree with that, but the president last night I thought was succinct. I thought it was. I thought it was well put together. I mean, he's always good at these things. I thought the message was good. And like I said, I think he kind of took the high road from a lot of stuff, obviously boots on the ground, all that. Didn't. Never mentioned it. Never mentioned really NATO and didn't get into them like some, A lot of people thought.

Yeah, that was one part I was missing. I thought he really would lay into him just a little bit.

Yeah. Yeah, he did not. Like I said, that's, that's kind of how I would phrase it. If you asked me for one phrase on how to put it, it kind of took the high road, so. Which is unlike Donald Trump in the president every once in a while, because usually he goes right, he says what he. Not that he didn't say what he means. I'm not saying that. But usually he, you hear one of these rumors like he's going to take a. It's usually, usually happens and we heard a lot about it, that he was going to really, but that didn't happen. So I still thought the speech was, was. I thought the length was good. I thought, I thought really it was the perfect, perfect length, you know, mostly the perfect message. Again, I think you can argue and agree or disagree on whether maybe something like this should have been done before, but we are where we are now, but the news of today is obviously big news. Big news, Big, big news is of course, Pam Bondi. And listen, I'll be the first to admit it, I did not think this would happen because Pam Bondi has been, I mean, some, you know, some of the abuse she takes even before she became the AG and now she became the AG is that she's the biggest Trump, you know, sycophant, if you want to call it that, that there was. And she was very loyal to the president, which he, he ranks very high in his things and when he's gonna. He thinks about somebody is how loyal they have been and what's their loyalty to him. It's one of the reasons that I've had a lot of problems with a lot of his endorsements is a lot of the times I think he endorses the wrong people because I think he thinks the endorsee is the one who's going to be more loyal to him, not the one with better. So loyalty is a big thing to him. And obviously she defended him under impeachment. I thought he was very loyal back to her. So I was. I was. Now, now, having said that, obviously I understand what's been going on. I'm not completely blind to the situation. And when you, when you burn the base as much as she did with the binder nonsense and the it's on my desk nonsense and making everybody believe that she was on the cusp of breaking this thing wide open, there probably was no recovery. Although Doug Otto said to me in the pre show there was, she just didn't do it. So we'll get his thoughts on it here in a second. But I'm a little surprised, I was a little surprised that he told her, you know, and you read his statement today on her and he's still glowing, glowing review of her and what the patriot that she is and loves the country and has been loyal to him and. But still it was not enough to save her job in his eyes. And I think the thing we have to all hope is that the reason it wasn't enough is because he looks at the compressed calendar that we're living in politically and is saying, I don't have any more time for neat, clean, nice. I need a savage right now to get in there and do what really should have already been done. And maybe the ball is rolling. And I think her job is harder than most people know. I'll give her those things. John Solomon says things are working in Florida, in other places, Durham, whatever it is. But the time for, you know, straight and narrow and buttoned up. And don't you worry, we're doing things by the book. He needs a savage in there because the clock is running whether we want to believe it or not. This is all up against the big thousand pound gorilla of the midterms are coming and God forbid. And, and while I'm talking about this, I'll just throw this out there as well. We need to have a serious discussion about the Supreme Court in this country. We all listen to those. What happened on the Birthright citizenship, which I'm going to talk a lot about tonight. We have, we need, we have a 78 year old and a 79 year old. Two of the great jurists we've seen, Clarence Thomas and Sam Alito. If they take the Senate though, and then they take the presidency, do we expect the two of those to hang on for at least another four and a half, five years to maybe get to another Republican president five years down the road to then retire? The midterms are here in six months. If they take the Senate, then there's no conservative justices getting approved. So that's a whole separate side of the story that needs to be told. But Delgado, I'll give you the floor on Bondi.

Well, unlike our compatriots and our co hosts Vin and Paul, who are big Bondi fans, when she was announced, I never really was. And this took about a year too long as far as I'm concerned.

[A]

Yeah, but, and I understand you were, you weren't. But yeah, I don't know what that's based on. She was a great, I understand was a, she was what he wanted on the federal level. She was all of that in Florida.

[B]

No, I understand that. But like you even said, was it more based on the fact that she would be loyal as opposed to, like you also just said, savage? And I don't think she filled that second part. Yes, she was loyal. That's great. But loyal doesn't put people in jail. Loyal doesn't fix the problems that are going on at the Department of Justice where we saw tens of Republicans and conservatives, what do you call it? And plus the President chased down, they were being law fared to death. You had people being thrown in jail. You had all these people sitting there on January 6th sitting in prison, for what reason? For a simple trespass. You had all these problems going on from the Department of Justice and none of it seems to have gotten fixed.

I get that, but here's my point, but here's my question to you.

We needed Savage.

[A]

Okay, we're going to get someone new. Let's, let's agree on who. The who the quote unquote wrecking ball Savage we need is going to be whoever it is, let's say, okay, that's the person we think it is. And we'll say we get them. If we find out in five or six more months that they're still on the same track, then is it possible that this job is just much more complicated and harder than anyone understands?

It could be that. But also, you know, the other part that I really had a problem with her is from the way she, and it sounds silly, but the way she talked when she's on that microphone, when she's talking, she's not talking to people. She's not relatable. It's almost Hillary Clinton, like, where it's hard boardish, it doesn't come off well. She doesn't sell the message. And a lot of this is marketing. You need to get people on your side. You need to have them feel like, man, I think this person's really gonna do it. And you need that positive reinforcement. I don't think she had it. She never had it. You heard her talk, even with prepared statements, even when she, oh, she's zinging Congress, she would stumble over those words that were pre written for her. So, I mean, that's part of it too, is that she was a terrible messenger. When the cameras and the mics were on, she looked good. But don't turn on the mic because you know what? Maybe, maybe in a court setting or in a legal setting, she's great. But, but in a, but, but in a public arena, not so good. And I'm sorry, but President Trump needs really good when it comes to, you know, being out front, especially in a job as, you know, we all know is important as the Department of Justice. You need to be on message, you need to be on point. You need to be able to hit home runs every time you crack that mic. So there is no there, there is no question about what's going on. And she never really. But do you really, for me, she never really delivered that.

Do you really need that in the AG or do they need to just be again behind the scenes and just get the job done?

[B]

No, you know what? That's for the deputies to do to get the job done.

In the opening segment, fired today by President Trump, says she's taking a private sector job that she really needs to take. And all the nice stuff to make it sound good, they all did today. And I was surprised. Pambani was very loyal to the president, defended him when no one else would stood up for him against impeachment. So I. And she was. And she was a savage ag in Florida. So when she fit the bill perfectly for me, I was very happy with her. I do think the job's much harder. So I've given her a lot more slack than others have. But obviously it wasn't enough. The binder brigade and the lack of anything seemingly going on and the President, I think looking at the political calendar and his political life right now and in the midterms and you know, I don't also don't know what their calculation is. I guess their calculation is that seeing things like Brennan maybe and other will fire up the base for the midterms. I'm not really sure what the calculation is on saying a new AG that may or may not move any faster or publicly look any different than what the Department of Justice has looked under her. Keep that in mind. Very possible. Whether it's Ron DeSantis, Lee Zeldin, I've heard a lot of names. Ken Paxton, of course, that has its own issues. We're going to just give up to John Cornyn to put Ken Paxton there. You think about that in the Senate. So there's a lot of, a lot to think about with who the new person is. I mean, I always in these situations think it's going to end up being someone whose name's not ballied around in that first 24 hours.

And in these 24 hours, you've heard, you've heard Lee Zeldin. Lee Zeldin, Yep. That's. You've heard that the president maybe wants him. You've heard from people about Ron DeSantis, but nothing from Trump or the administration even leaning towards him. I don't know that he would do it.

Yeah, he'd be good.

You know who else, who else could be there like a Mike Lee, a Ted Cruz. I think you got to look at them for the Supreme Court, which again. Yeah, I think the Supreme Court discussion is, I don't know, I don't know that it goes hand in hand with this discussion of ag but man, I tell you, I think the Supreme Court problem is a, is in some ways maybe a bigger problem than, or at least equal to the AG. You've got a 78 and a 79 year old jurist, two of the best we've ever had, obviously.

What do they do if the Democrats take the Senate and then take the presidency? Do we expect Justice Thomas and Alito to hang around for four and a half more years and then retire under maybe a President Vance or Rubio or we have, if they take the Senate, we have to win the presidency back in 28 and then you're still not going to get injured? I mean, what. That is a real, real problem. But does Trump call on them to retire before. I don't. It is a It is a real problem. I don't know what direction you go here. There is no scenario that we can let a Democrat in this day and age of this party let a Democrat president in a Democrat Senate. Give us two more Katanji, Brown, Jackson or worse.

It's just not feasible for the country to survive. So when we talk about an ag and getting important. But the Supreme Court problem that we are seeing, that I'm seeing already down the road and not that far down the road is a much, much bigger problem to me. And I don't know what they do about it.

Yeah. Or who they might, you know, have in the wings to replace them. You know, I've, I, I've heard Ted Cruz name bandied about, but who else besides that, who knows?

I don't know. I don't know. All right, what else on Bondi Delgado

do you want to get to one name that, that I, that I heard today that I thought, you know what, why isn't anybody mentioning her name? And then I heard somebody mention her name on another network was Harmeet Dhillon. They think she's a great, great candidate.

Yep.

But they're not sure if she has enough of the background of knowing everybody in there to be able to get these people to move or, you know, get rid of some of the other, some of the other, well, how should we call it, Communists that are stuck in there that are fighting the president tooth and nail and trying to disrupt everything that the, that that needs to get done. So we'll see about that. You did mention Lee Zeldin, from what I understand too.

The, I mean, I love Lee Zeldin, obviously love Lee Zeldin. He ran almost made, you know, would have changed New York if he ran for governors, doing a good job at the epa. I don't know. Is Lee Zeldin. That I don't know.

What do you think about Lee Zelton? He was a JAG lawyer and he was one of President Trump's fiercest defenders when he was being law fared as well. He was in there, right. With Bondi fighting along and helping the President.

Lee's tenacious. Believe me. He is.

velvet glove iron fist is how Lee is. I mean, I sat on his business board advisory for Omer Man. 10, eight years, eight and a half years. And he is a, he's a fighter, he's tenacious. Yeah.

I likely think about it. We were nice to him and he blew us off.

Geez. He had a. He had to grow up on Long Island. That ain't easy. We know that.

There's a report out tonight in Politico, by the way, that Trump is considering more changes to the Cabinet, not just Bondi, obviously. We keep hearing about Tulsi, obviously, maybe on the chopping block. Obviously, we're now you're hearing Cash Patel today on the chopping block. Of course, that all stems from Bondi. And it's all Patel's, always the next logical. I was going to get rid of him, too. But there's a report in Politico tonight that he has expressed frustration and disappointment with Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, who's been telling you that, and Labor Secretary Lori Chavez De Raymer, I told you that before she was even confirmed that she was a disaster.

Wasn't she the one from like Washington or Oregon or something, the Democrat.

So he'd be well in the right mind to get rid of those two. Start there for sure.

Yeah, definitely. And you know, when it comes to, when it comes to what may have motivated President Trump, from what I'm hearing as well, some people said it was the presentation of the arguments in birthright citizenship yesterday at the Supreme Court that kind of pushed him to the edge. Like, she's not getting it done.

Yeah, me either. That the FBI was preparing this cache of documents on Swalwell's relationship with Fang Fang and that she intervened, giving him a heads up as to what was coming down the pike. Now, again, you know, we gotta be careful. It's coming from the Daily Mail, of all places, which, you know, after some of the reporting they've done lately, but usually they're pretty good on. On some of this stuff. And let's face it, you know what? I wouldn't be surprised because a lot of these people that they're. They're. That they have relationships, there's a reason they've been in government this long and they survived this long. And, you know, from what I understand, they have a friendly relationship between Pam Bondi and Eric Swalwell. And it could be that that is what kindly also kind of pushed the President over the edge. Like, look, this. No, this is. This is. This is a problem. So we'll see what happens with that. And, you know, more as we. We hear from more things that are going on. From what I'm also hearing as well, Tulsi is fine. He likes to. What she's doing. She's keeping her head down. She's. She's chasing down everything he's asking her to do. In John Sauer's presentation the other night. John Sauer has already been in front of the Supreme Court. I mean, he's a brilliant lawyer who's argued in front of them. And I thought he was fine. I mean, I have more concerns about the jurist than I do about the guy arguing it. When I hear Roberts say, well, it's a new world, but it's the same constitution. Well, which one are you favoring, sir? The Constitution or the new world that we're all supposed to just accept? 20 million or, you know, 3 million, anchor baby, whatever, you know, Taurus babies or whatever the hell it's. It is.

What the hell kind of comment is that? It's, oh, it's a new world. Like you said, it's a new world, same constitution. Well, which one. Which one are you deferring to? Woods formally turned down the Ryder cup captaincy Wednesday as he steps away from golf activities after he entered a not guilty plea to suspicion of driving under the influence woods suv. Obviously we know the whole story on that. I'm gonna give you the background there. But the Ryder cup decision by the PGA of America was not a surprise, giving the first five the last five chaotic days involving woods dating back to his Friday arrest. And obviously the PGA of America stands in full support of Tiger woods as he steps away to focus on his health and well being is what the statement said. Of course they commended him. The only criteria that matters for President Donald Trump's next Attorney General is whether he or she will go after domestic terrorists such as Antifa and the participants in the attempted palace coup of the Russia collusion hoax. Those are the two glaring areas in which outgoing Attorney General Pambandi fell well short of the mandate demonstrated by Trump's win in 2024. And her successor needs to be unapologetic about pursuing justice in both cases. Well, I would say there's a lot more than just those two cases, but certainly you can highlight those two. Sean Davis over at the Federalist today said, quote, trump's next AG needs to be ruthlessly efficient at inflicting maximum legal violence against the left wing terrorists, hoaxers and coup plotters who are actively attempting to destroy this nation and anyone who defends it. In fact, lack of action from Bondi on these issues is reportedly one of the reasons Trump fired her today. Former President Joe Biden had a honey badger in Merrick Garland, who ruthlessly and unjustly used lawfare to jail the political enemies of the administration, including Trump. Pro life Americans praying outside abortion mills, parents, or as Garland called them, domestic terrorists concerned about the propaganda being fed to their children in public schools. January six rioters, all of us concerned with election integrity, just to name a few. Garland's abuses of power significantly damaged the office of Attorney General, so the next Attorney General has the opportunity to bring legitimacy back by righting those wrongs in an unwavering fashion. Even after Trump signed an executive order designating the violent international group antifa domestic terrorist organization, there have been almost no indictments, arrests or other legal action taken against the thousands who have been wreaking havoc on the United States for the better part of now a decade. The opportunities to lock these terrorists up have been numerous. But 2026 alone started off with a genuine insurrection and terrorist obstruction of immigration law enforcement in Minneapolis, complete with riots, stealing FBI weapons, attempted killing of immigration agents, and much more. But barely anybody was arrested. Even the few arrested were instantly left off the hook, never to be heard from again. The current DOJ is proud of itself for convicting a measly nine antifa members. That dynamic cannot continue. Thousands of such individuals have pledged violent overthrow of American law and institutions, and it is imperative that the DOJ acts like it. Under new leadership, we need a J6 level manhunt for everyone who obstructs immigration law enforcement, not in its corrupt politicization, but in its scale and in its effectiveness. That means investigating Antifa, the hundreds of similar organizations, tracking their funding back to Soros, securing indictments and convictions and sending them all to prison. And don't forget investigating and prosecuting the potential networks behind the assassins who targeted Charlie Kirk and the President of the United states. The next AG's measure of success will be how many leftist terrorists, rioters and coup plotters get thrown in prison. The American people will know a dent has been made when the Bureau of Prisons is forced to ask Congress for a funding supplemental in order to handle the overcrowding from the number of new domestic terrorist inmates. Leftists in government actually stole two successive presidencies from the American people by also covering up Biden's mental decline and allowing him to govern through auto pen or more accurately through unelected staff. The new Attorney General will be responsible for sending the message that, that justice must be back and that attempts to overthrow the American government, whether it's by Brennan, Clapper or Antifa, will meet with the most severe punishment under, allowed under American law. And I think a lot of people would agree with that.

Yeah, I mean the antifa thing is, is a great point. Those should be obvious. Those should be. That should have been slam dunk. Especially when, when you saw, we, we saw the video, we saw them out there doing it, they could have been rounded up. Right. We know there's a money trail. They talk about the money trail and nobody goes, nobody even get gets arrested, let alone ends up in prison. So again, you know what, you could talk about the size of the job and sure. But there are some slam dunks that she could have overseen that obviously she didn't either want to or just, you know, there's too many friends. I know too many people because these people are in these positions for a long time and they make a lot of friends on both sides of the aisle and they don't want to ruffle feathers. Oh, this person's my friend. Oh, but this person knows this person and that person knows that person. And I gotta look out for my future because I'm gonna want a job after that. This is all part of the calculation.

So do we think we think we have a name by the weekend tomorrow? You think the President takes the weekend and maybe we hear it first thing Monday morning on announcement. You think he's going to. How long you think he's going to take. And who do you think he leans towards? Who are the other names here? We got Lee Zeldin's name out there. We've got Desantis. Well, Desantis, but not by the administration. Just people talking about him online.

I don't know. It could be somebody we haven't heard of.

It could be somebody we haven't thought of or haven't heard of. It does, by the way, the AG does not need to be a lawyer, remember.

President Trump is right on birthright citizenship. But after hearing our oral arguments the other day, I don't know what to think. And I've said this for we have, we, we have real problems, at least I think at the Supreme Court right now. And, and, and way, the way the stars are lining up with everything going on in the world and with the end game at the Supreme Court, as I've said a couple times here in the hour one. But if you're joining us because you were watching Real America's Voice, maybe you didn't hear it. I think we have a real problem at the Supreme Court. You have Justice ALITO, Justice Thomas, two of the great jurists we've ever had, 77 and 78 or 78 and 79 years old. Do we really expect them to hang on through a Democrat Senate if they take control of the Senate in the midterms and then a Democrat president or even if a Democrat Senate and then another Republican president, but he can't get anybody confirmed. So another four years at minimum, halfway through, do we expect them to do that, to hang on that long till they're 82, 83?

But now you have to win the presidency, then you have to win the Senate back to be able to confirm some Supreme Court justices. Does Trump make a move to see if they'll retire now where he can replace them while we hold the Senate? I know that's not going to happen in the next before the midterms. And then you listen to oral arguments the other day on the birthright, citizen citizenship. And I've said this for as long as I've done the show. It just always feels like we're two conservative justices away from having a conservative Supreme Court, no matter how many we get it always feels like we're two away. We got Gorsuch, we got Kavanaugh, we got acb. We still listen to Oregon go. Yeah, we need some more conservatives on this court because I don't know what the hell these guys are talking. It's just crazy. You know, they wake up in something that was never meant to be, a right. All of a sudden, is it right? And something that so clearly should be is all of a sudden not. Or you just, I mean, you got the three leftists, you know where they're going to be. But the Chief justice and Amy Coney Barrett are just less reliable than even wild cards in some of this stuff. And, I mean, it'll be interesting to see what the vote is here. I've heard people say it's going to be 90 against the President. Listening to oral arguments, I just can't imagine that. Could it be 7:2? And the two are the two I'm talking about. I find that hard to believe as well. But any, anything 7, 2, 6, 3. I mean, 5, 4 is still a defeat if it goes that way. But I don't think he can swallow that any easier and go, well, it's five, four is close. No, I mean, this should be six three for the President. He is right on birthright citizenship. And it doesn't seem like it should be that complicated. Duh. Obviously it is. I get that. But I'll tell you, I don't know. We've got. I think we've got a real problem at the Supreme Court, and I don't know how we handle it. Lifetime appointments can't make them do something they don't want to do. I don't know what their feelings are, but with the, with the, with the specter over us of the. Of them possibly taking over the House and the Senate and now maybe just the House and not the Senate would be one way. I guess that would be good. So then you have the Senate for the rest of the. Of the President's term and maybe before, but, man, I don't know. There's a lot up in the air there that I don't really like.

We cannot have two more Katanji Brown Jacksons or worse.

I don't know how much. Not much worse. But you could get the same or worse, a President Kamala Harris or Pete Booty Juice or, or West Westmore or Josh Shapiro. You Know who they, you know who they'd be not. I mean, come on. So, so real, some real issues. We'll see where birthright citizenship checks out. And I got a couple of things on I want to get to here in hour two. But let's start hour two. Our country is being scammed. Trump responds to Peter Doocy on birthright citizenship at scotus. That's the basis of tonight's diaper diplomacy. Roll it, Aaron. And the Supreme Court tomorrow is going to hear arguments about your executive order trying to get rid of birthright citizenship.

You're going to go to the Supreme Court tomorrow and just sit there and listen.

Because I have listened to this argument for so long. And this is not about Chinese billionaires who are billionaires from other countries who all of a sudden have 75 children or 59 children in one case or 10 children becoming American citizens. This was about slaves. And if you take a look, slaves, we're talking about slaves from the Civil War. And if you take a look at when it was filed, all of this legislation, all of this, everything having to do with birthright citizenship, it was at the end of the Civil War. The reason was it had to do with the babies of slavery and the protection of the babies of slaves. It didn't have to do with the protection of multi millionaires and billionaires wanting to have their children get an American citizenship. It is the craziest thing I've ever seen. It's been so badly handled by legal people over the years. If you look at the original birthright citizenship papers, they all happened right after the Civil War. The reason was it had to do with the babies of slaves. And hopefully it's going to say, because our country is being scammed, we're getting all of these people, they're selling the rights to them. People are making a living, a big living, getting hundreds of thousands and even millions of dollars from bringing people in and saying, congratulations, your whole family is going to be a citizen of the United States, States of America. That's not what it was for. It wasn't for billionaires bringing people in or family in. It was for the children of slaves. And what you really have to do. And I don't think the lawyers talk about it as much. Look at when the Civil War ended and look at the date of when this was enacted. Okay.

I love a few of them. I don't like some others.

Exactly. Daniel Horowitz Today over at the Blaze, a birthright citizenship fix is more important than the SAVE Act. If we have no say over who has a right to American citizenship, that citizenship becomes meaningless. The Supreme Court just heard arguments in Trump versus Barbara. I guess it is to determine whether we are a sovereign nation or whether any invaders can trespass in our nation and unilaterally assert jurisdiction to grab citizenship for their children. Shockingly, there is no legal scholar alive who believes we have five votes against the maniacal theory that the 14th Amendment codifies anchor baby citizenship of illegal immigrants. Rather than submitting to the Supreme Court, Trump must stake his presidency on the notion that Congress, not scotus, has the final say on citizenship, and every fiber of his messaging and political capital should be expended towards shaming Republicans into passing a clarification of the law. President Trump has already shown that he's willing to focus his attention singularly on one issue with his push now for the SAVE Act. However, to the extent that we can't walk and chew gum at the same time, fixing the debasement of citizenship itself is exponentially more important than preventing non citizens from voting. Although voting by non citizens does unfortunately occur, it is relatively small compared to those who are given citizenship and vote legally when they should be disqualified. Look at the center for Immigration studies. There were 225,000 to 250,000 births to illegal immigrants just in 2023. That is close to 7% of all births in the country and could account for several million new citizens over a decade. In addition, the Centers for Immigration Studies estimates that roughly 500,000 kids were born to temporary visa hold over the past decade. Thus, fake citizens voting legally is much graver of a concern than non citizen voting. This loophole is a sovereignty and security problem. The Chinese espionage machine exploits this loophole to bring in pregnant women, drop a baby grab citizenship on behalf of an enemy nation. Would we allow invading armies to bring their wives along for the ride and obtain citizenship too while they're here? Whenever I challenge friends to make broader immigration reform more important than the SAVE act, which the right has chosen as its final hill to die on, seemingly the retort I get is that SAVE has simplicity of messaging. However, nothing beats the message that illegal invaders should not be able to come here against the national will and steal citizenship from the country. An immigration reform bill to stop granting citizenship to those here illegally and those born to temporary visa holders should be coupled with a bill to ensure that illegal aliens are not counted in the census. Some estimates project that counting non citizens in the Census has shifted 17 House seats. Think about that. This is a much more consequential form of voter fraud and unlike voter registration, it's fully under federal control. I'm all for the SAVE act, but let's be honest, Blue states will not enforce it in the long run, especially under any Democrat president. So what should President Trump do? He must preemptively build the case that even to the extent one agrees with Wong Kim Ark decision on birthright citizenship, it can only apply to those domiciled here on a permanent basis, not illegal aliens or temporary visitors. And to the extent that there is a dispute, it is up to Congress, not SCOTUS, to decide. All right, a little more on this when we get back. Live from Studio 6B. All right, 19 past the hour. Let's do some news. Yes, Delgado's got headlines. What's going on, Delgado?

Oh, my goodness, David. Of course, last night we carried it and of course everybody watched it as well. As President Trump made a big speech primetime address last evening about the war in Iran. More than a month after hostilities had commenced. Trump's decision to launch the war in conjunction with Israel has come to look more and more risky by the day. But things seem to be going in a positive direction, according to the president. The conflict has been unpopular, they say, since its inception. And in opinion polls, Trump's approval ratings have dropped a little bit. And the president and his allies insist they deserve credit for being willing to take action finally against Iran, who's been terrorizing the world and the United States specifically for the last 47 years. They also emphasized the success that has been notched by the US Military and claiming that we are near completion. President Trump spoke for about 19 minutes about what was going on. The White House intended the headline for the speech to be that the core strategic objectives are nearing completion. And President Trump said soon afterwards that we're going to finish it very fast. We're getting very close. And here are a couple clips, actually from the president's speech last night, if you had a chance to catch it or not. We've got a couple of big ones. Here is cut number one, where he breaks down the destruction heaped upon Iran by the U.S. military. Cut number one. President Trump, check this out.

As we speak this evening. It's been just one month since the United States military began Operation Epic Fury, targeting the world's number one state sponsor of terror, Iran. In these past four weeks, our armed forces have delivered swift Decisive, overwhelming victories on the battlefield. Victories like few people have ever seen before. Tonight, Iran's Navy is gone. Their air force is in ruins. Their leaders, most of them terrorist regime they led are now dead. Their command and control of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is being decimated as we speak. Their ability to launch missiles and drones is dramatically curtailed and their weapons factories and rocket launchers are being being blown to pieces. Very few of them left.

Yeah. So there he is talking about that, of course, running down a bunch of the things that the military has been able to do against Iran. Predictions that President Trump would take a hammer blow to NATO and to key allies within it didn't actually pan out, according to some. Trump's one allusion to such tensions amounted to remarks on a social media post. He said that many nations now struggling for fuel are those that had refused to get involved in the decapitation of Iran. We had to do it ourselves. Those nations, he added, should buy all from us or build up some delayed courage and go to the strait and just take it. But again, he left NATO pretty much untouched when it came to his speech last night about what was not said. Especially when you see some of the NATO allies not providing the US with airspace to fly through. Here's President Trump as he outlines the time in the time in Iran compared to other wars to give some people some perspective about how things are going. Cut number two is President Trump cut two.

It's very important that we keep this conflict in perspective. American involvement in World War I lasted one year, seven months and five days. World War II lasted for three years, eight months and 25 days. Days. The Korean War lasted for three years, one month and two days. The Vietnam War lasted for 19 years, five months and 29 days. Iraq went on for eight years, eight months and 28 days. We are in this military operation so powerful, so brilliant against one of the most powerful countries for 32 days. And the country has been eviscerated and essentially is really no longer a threat. They were the bully of the Middle east, but they're the bully no longer.

Yeah. So there he is talking about the length of time and really puts things into perspective when you hear about all the clamoring going on about how long is this gonna take? Oh my goodness, we need an end date, which is never gonna happen. One of the big problems that people are always complaining about are the escalating fuel costs hitting Americans as the war goes on.

Trump.

[B]

President Trump reiterated his claim that Americans are experiencing only a short term increase in those prices. He also sought to pin the blame directly on the Iranians, saying that the rise was entirely the result of the Iranian regime launching deranged terror attacks against commercial oil tankers in neighboring countries. They've also Iran has also been widely predicted to assail Persian Gulf nations as they have going after their oil targets and trying to close the Strait of Hormuz. Later in the speech, Trump also said when the conflict is over, the strait will open up naturally and gas prices should rapidly come back down. So basically a positive spin on what's been going on. And again, when you hear him put in the perspective of the length of time, when you compare the 19 years Vietnam and the eight, almost nine years in Iraq and Afghanistan, it kind of puts it in perspective as like, you know what, this is probably going to be over a lot sooner than people realize, though I'm glad he's not giving a, an end date, so to speak. Keep the bad guys guessing. Keep the, keep our enemies on their back heels and finish a job that they set out to do and, you know, delivering what he said, you know, for your kids in the future, a little more security than they have today.

According to his attorney, Levi McCathern, Yahoo Sports is reporting the attorney insisted that the rehab is not the result of a lawsuit filed against the player by the player's former girlfriend, Madison Atabi. Still, McAthen did admit that the combination of stories you all have run is certainly a contributing factor for his client entering into treatment. He was in there for a substantial period at a time any of those allegations broke with Madison, McCathryn added, and he's scheduled to be there for a while longer. The lawyer also insisted that Nakua is working to improve his overall behavior in every aspect of his life, that he can do it. The California Post published photos of Nakua entering and leaving the rehab, he looked upbeat in the photos. I have talked to him and Catherine reported he's in great spirits. I think he's doing absolutely fabulous. I'm just really excited for how he's going to look next year. I tell you, this guy is a great player, but he really got out of control. We ran that story right after New Year's when he was with that young lady. Apparently he bit the girl, you know, so there's obviously a lawsuit going on. And I talk about this because, look, there's stuff always going on, but he's one of the top players in the league, I would say top two, three receivers in the NFL. He was just on the precipice of a big contract. You know, like Jackson, Smith and Yigba just got a huge contract. Right. This guy was next in line. He's right up there with all the other guys. So we'll keep an eye on that. We wish him well. Hopefully he gets some help and straightens things out. Obviously with, with his girlfriend. I don't know if they're still together at this point. And CBS is reporting Phil Mickelson to miss 2026 Masters. The three time champion out of field due to personal health matter. This is Patrick McDonald of the CBS Sports. The three time Masters champion Phil Mickelson announced Thursday that he will not be playing in the 2026 Masters due to personal health matter within his family. Mickelson, 55, has only missed one Masters 2022 since 1995, finishing runner up as recently as 2023. Unfortunately, I will not play in the Masters tournament next week and will be out for an extended period of time as my family continues to navigate a personal health matter. Mickelson released in a statement on social media. I have great respect for Augusta National Golf Club and it is definitely the most special week of the year. I wish everyone the best of luck and he will be watching. So Mickelson was set to make his 33rd start in the Masters this year, but obviously he's got some family issues. I'm talking about the, the launch of The Artemis, Artemis 2 and its mission to successfully make it into deep space and do a fly around the moon. The Artemis 2 mission specialist Christina Coat Coach or Koch, the only woman on board the 10 day mission, first reported that there was an issue. Believe it or not, there's, there's a problem already aboard the Artemis 2, Damon, and it has to do with number two.

I think it's been fixed.

Oh my gosh.

The toilet fan, I guess was jammed. So, you know. According to the NASA spokesperson Gary Jordan said during a live mission commentary to Space.com, now, the ground teams are coming up with instructions on how to get to the fan, into the fan, clear the area and revive the toilet so they can go to the bathroom safely. On their trip to the moon, Norm Knight, NASA's director of flight Operations, explained that the malfunction was due to controller issue in the potty. Officials confirmed that the space potty could still be used for number two.

NFL's Goodell defies Florida Lawsuit over Rooney Rule, calls Diversity a Benefit Warner, Todd, Houston and pride, this is why you have the NFL. You have the problems you have with this league. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is reiterating the league's support for the Rooney Rule. I say Rodney Rule Rooney rule, a policy that forces teams to consider blackmail applicants coaching jobs. After Florida's attorney general challenged the practice, the commish voices support for the rule first implemented in 2003 and claimed that it brings diversity to the NFL. Last week, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeyer, a Republican, sent a letter to say that Republican sent a letter to the NFL threatening to sue the league unless the rule was eliminated. Uthmeyer made it clear that the NFL's race based hiring practices have no place in the Sunshine state. In his March 25 letter, AG Uthmeyer informed the league that its long standing rooting rule and other related race based hiring practices violate state law and that if they do not cease, Florida will pursue a civil rights enforcement action. Florida law is clear. Hiring decisions cannot be based on race. Uthmeyer said. Well, apparently the commission is doubling down and he wants to continue going on with this. And Goodell was defiant in the face of the AG's letter. One thing that doesn't change is our value and we believe that diversity has been a benefit to the National Football League, goodell said, according to espn. We are well aware of the laws and where the laws are changing or evolving. We think the Rooney Rule is consistent with those. But still Goodell is keeping his feet dug in. So we'll see what happens. Big D, you got? What do you have? The Miami Dolphins, Jackson, Jerville Jaguars and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Three teams down there in Florida who are going to say, you know what, you're violating our state law. What do you think about that? This should be very interesting how it plays out out. All right, David. Well, I got this story here that's kind of a, kind of attached to news because it has to do with the gentleman who was not running for president. But I say differently Stephen A. Smith says Americans are sick and tired of Tiger woods escaping jail.

Yeah.

He insinuated that Tiger woods no longer deserves the benefit of the doubt, stating that Americans are sick and tired of him. Woods flipped over his Land Rover last week. We covered the story earlier. Again, Slick had the, the. What do you call it, the body cam footage from the officers.

[B]

The golfing legend is said to have been traveling at an excessive rate of speed. He returned a negative breathalyzer result before refusing to submit to a urine sample. He was subsequently charged with driving under the influence of property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test. His girlfriend, Vanessa Trump, waited for him outside the jail after he was released as shooting warning. And of course, on Tuesday, woods released a statement confirming he'll be stepping away from golf and his public life to focus on his health. There was one question that I was going to get to, but then I see that Stephen A. Smith brought it up. So let's get to it. Cut number eight. Here he is blasting Tiger woods over his drug use and driving. Cut number eight. Check this out.

Out. I'm just saying that I think that it's conceivable that it's pain meds. It's pain meds. I could understand that. What I don't understand is this tendency to get the. Behind the damn wheel of a car. You're a billionaire, bro. You can afford car service. We are very fortunate, ladies and gentlemen, that Tiger woods hasn't killed somebody yet.

That was the thing.

This is the third time he's been caught behind the wheel inebriated. But how forgiving as a society are we supposed to be with this proclivity or tendency that you have to get behind the wheel of a car when you inevitably created. Whoa, are we gonna be sad? We're not gonna be satisfied until he kills somebody, Bro, you can afford car service. I don't think it's too far fetched for somebody to say to Tiger woods, could you please stop getting behind the wheel of your vehicles?

Yeah. So there he is. And again, that was something I was thinking about this morning. Then I found this clip. And he hits the nail right on the head. Especially when we see some of the things we've seen recently, even here in New York and on long where I happened to see a. You know, I didn't see it when it happened. I saw it moments after it did happen. A female police officer on her way to work being killed.

Yeah.

By someone who was under the influence who turned their truck right into her.

Yeah.

And again, it begs A question, dude, what are you doing?

Yeah.

Because normally. And what happens, what do we always see what happens with these types of incidents is that the person who's either drugged up, up or drunk walks away. Maybe they get a scratch on their head, but they've killed somebody and they've destroyed families. And you know, Stephen A. Brings up a great point, is that when we're finally. Somebody's going to get into his face and say, you're not allowed to drive anymore. Why haven't they taken his license at this point as well? Being that this is the third time he's been caught and crashed with a vehicle since 2017.

Well, it'll be interesting to see how his case plays out now. He's gonna have a good defense attorney and we're gonna see how this was handled. I hope they handled it properly because you're gonna see it might be interesting.

I mean, he made a point in 2021 when he crashed down, down the ravine down in California that nobody, nobody, you know, took his license. Nobody tried to. To do anything in terms of that. Where he almost, where he almost killed himself. Imagine if he had his son into the car.

Yeah.

Imagine if he killed somebody else who was. Who just happened to be in the street. Again, you know, say what you want, but Stephen A. Brings up a great point, and that is the people that could be innocent affected by somebody doing this and someone like Tiger woods, who a lot of people revere, and he's had a lot of great influence, but he's got this character flaw and nobody seems to be wanting to address it.

Well, hopefully he's addressing it now in therapy.

Well, yeah, let's hope he addresses it now. Exactly, exactly. All right, anything else, Delgado?

Yeah, real quick. I don't know if you saw this. President Trump signed that executive order Tuesday requiring states to impose stricter mail in voting rules.
