The host of the Kevin Downey Jr. Show. We'll get to him. Paul Nolan. Sitting right to my left, Rick Delgado. Slick Rick's gonna have sports. All the boys are in on what's gonna be a busy Wednesday night. Glad you're in. Wherever you're watching, we appreciate it. Make sure you follow all social media for Real America's voice at Real Am Voice, and of course, ours at LFS6B. Mr. Nolan, how are you?
D
I'm well, big guy. I slow news day.
A
I know.
D
Twitter feed didn't stop all day. Boy, it was between the mayors dancing around and then, you know, now they're telling you that we got to fight the government. I mean, my God, they're like, creating an insurrection themselves.
E
Well, there's a lot of talk about coming out of Minneapolis, obviously, today, but let me get around to the rest of the boys. Kevin Downey, Jr. How are you?
F
I'm groovy. Thank you, Big D. Thanks for having me. I was doing my podcast here, so this. I know Slick would never do this. I'm wearing the same outfit from one show to the other.
B
Is that from the caveman collection?
E
Yes.
F
I got this at Sonny Bono business sale.
A
Did it come with matching boots?
E
Let's hope not. Rick Delgado's here. He's got the main headlines for the night, and there are a lot of them. Mr. Delgado, how are you?
A
You would be correct. And I am fine. How are you?
E
Very good.
A
Nobody ever asked you. I figured I'd ask you don't really care.
E
Slick's the only one who asked.
D
That's because you'd never leave your couch. Everything stays the same, right?
E
Slick might be the only one who actually cares when he asked me, so that's why I answer Slick most of the time. So, Slick, how are you?
B
I am well. Beautiful day in New York. Warmed up a little bit. It was sunny out. Really was very nice day. It was really a reprieve from this cold weather.
E
Yeah. All right, live from Studio 6B on a Wednesday. Well, I mean, there's no. There's no other place to start. I'm anxious to hear what everybody thinks. And here's how it went down for me today. I was so busy doing other stuff. Aaron texted me, probably like 5 o' clock Eastern Time, and said, obviously the story of the day today is going to be what happened in Minneapolis. And I said, yeah, sure, what happened to me? What happened in Minneapolis?
A
Are you serious? At five o'? Clock?
E
Yeah. I had no idea.
A
You had no idea?
D
You said you were coding all day.
E
Yeah, I hadn't seen any news. Any news at all.
A
Morse coding?
E
Yeah, Morse code. She described it to me over text and I thought that just sounds implausible or weird or something. So instead of me trying to tell you what I think, since I've watched it about two times, I'm going to give you some things from some people that I trust more than almost my own opinion on things when it comes to this. And these are great constitutional scholars, law and order people who know what's going on. And I'm going to start with Amy Swearer, who is the senior legal fellow at American Freedom. She says I've now watched the Minneapolis ice shooting from three different angles and there's no real question. It was quite obviously a legally justified use of deadly force by a law enforcement officer. That officer faced an unknown subject who, while ignoring lawful commands, pointed a 3,000 pound car at him and evidenced an intent to continue driving that car. He shot the driver One, after the driver made physical contact with his body and two, through the front windshield. You can slow down the video all you want. Spend minutes and hours analyzing microseconds to make after the fact assessments, the likelihood the driver actually intended to use the car as a lethal weapon. In reality, during those microseconds in real time, it's reasonable to presume that a driver ignoring your commands to stop is about to floor the gas pedal, turn the wheel into you and run you over. It's no different then the reasonable presumption that the suspect who ignores your commands to keep their hands up and reaches for the gun in their waistband, intends to use it against you rather than tossing it away. Yeah, so that's the first thing I saw when I started to look at this, because obviously me and Aaron had a back and forth, and I thought, well, geez, the way she describes that, it sounds. Obviously it's a horrible situation, but it just sounds almost implausible that they just opened fire here. There has to be something else. And at first I said, wait, was she driving away? And then so finally I went to look at it and I said, man, it looks to me like she actually clips them. Which, of course, now there's video that she actually does.
B
Yeah, yeah, that was the video.
C
I saw that.
B
Just.
D
Front windshield.
E
And the bullet goes right through the front windshield. Mm. Delgado, I'll start with you. Sounds like you've spent some time looking at this.
A
I spent some time on it. Do you want me to read a little bit from the Washington examiner and play a couple of these clips here? Because I think it'll set everybody up to comment. Of course, what we've been talking about. The woman was shot earlier today on Wednesday by an ICE official in Minneapolis while attempting to run over the agents attempting to enforce immigration law according to the Trump administration. The woman can be seen on video captured by eyewitnesses quickly driving away from the scene when approached by officers. One officer was in front of her vehicle, jumped out of her way, avoided being run over. You know, we've seen it already exploited by the left, the Democrats, all over the place, every place they can. Any place they see a camera, even if it's a Polaroid, they're jumping up in front of it, trying to make a statement. Here is Mayor Jacob Fry. Cut number one. This is before the shooting. So before the shooting, of course, we all know that for the past year, since President Trump came into office, he was going to deploy ICE around the country. But this has been their attitude from the left and from Minneapolis as well, because it's a blue city and they don't really care about law and order. Here is the mayor of that city before the shooting. Cut number one. Here, check this out. I am increasingly concerned because of the chaos that is being caused by these ICE agents, that somebody is gonna get seriously injured or killed. Somebody is going to get seriously injured or killed, and that's what they want and whether that is an agent or a community member, we all know the tinderbox that could explode because of it. Right. We cannot afford to lose a single Minneapolis resident because they showed up and decided to protect their neighbors. Because they showed up and decided to express their constitutional right to free speech. Yeah. Their constitutional right.
E
That free speech, it is held, by.
A
The way, not just by me and our residents and the people who are.
F
Standing up behind me.
A
The concern about getting somebody killed is.
E
Also held by our police officers.
A
And as you can see, he's. He's not talking about. You know what? We need to dial it down. We need to make sure our officers are working with the federal agents to make sure that this goes peacefully. He just talks about the chaos and then wanting to stir that pot.
D
Well, if you remember before the Summer of Love and the George Floyd fiasco, these BLM groups and all of these George Soros backed, usaid, backed, all of these left wing communist machines had their rent. The riots, waiting for the ultimate moment to go. You have to believe they were waiting for their. They're waiting for their ultimate moment to go. And this will probably be their supposed match to rally the crowd crazies into a full blown, you know, replay. The summer of love will now be the winter of discontent, you know?
F
Yep.
E
I don't.
A
I don't see that happening.
E
I.
A
It's not a black man. Right. It wasn't a black man. I'm sorry, but there's going to be a difference. You're going to see a different type of reaction. And unfortunately, it's going to have to do with race.
F
Yeah. There was a situation during 2020 where some idiot got beaten up by a cop or maybe even shot. And everyone came out, they went, oh, it was a white guy got shot.
A
Yeah. Yeah.
E
They walked away.
A
They didn't care.
D
No, you make a fair point. I just think that they need their rallying cry to. To stop all of the investigations going on in Minnesota. That is a powder keg of corruption. There is billions of dollars that have been funneled through there. If you remember, the police station that got burnt down was the same police station had all the records of all the child trafficking issues that went through the actual bar that Chauvin and Floyd both worked at, which was known as a drug hub and a drug haven. There was a lot of conspiracy theories swirling around that one as well at the time. And they burnt that police station to the ground. Think about the corruption that was hidden in that building.
A
Right. Yeah. Some people are saying that this is the Exact thing that Tim Waltz needed. Well, here is Mayor Jacob Fry once again, this time after the shooting. Damon, here he is getting, getting all edgy because that's what Democrats do in front of the microphone these days. They like to curse. And here he is dropping out, dropping a curse. Couple of curse words. Here is cut. Number two, Mayor Jacob Fry. Check this out. What they are doing is not to provide safety in America. What they are doing is causing chaos and distrust. There's that chaos word again. They're ripping families apart, they're sowing chaos on our streets three times and in this case quite literally killing people. So they are already trying to spin this as an action of self defense. Having seen the video of myself, I want to tell everybody directly that is, yeah, now you know, he means business because he, he, we had to bleep him.
E
But the pro, you know, the problem here is, and to his, to his point, how does he know? How does anybody know? You can, you can look at that video and say maybe the woman didn't have evil intentions. How is the officer supposed to make that decision in a split second?
A
Exactly.
E
How is he supposed to know what your intentions are when you've already not listened to the officers, you've already been a problem as she, as she was clearly. I saw an interview with somebody who was there who said her clear goal was to disrupt traffic and she was doing a successful job of it, right? So now you have ICE trying to get her out of the way. So number one, you've already been a menace. Now they're giving you orders which you're not obeying. And now this officer, this guy's so quick to say, oh, it's clearly self defense, clearly not self defense. He's supposed to make that determination in milliseconds of what your intentions are. From there. Having already built the first two parts of the story, I mean it's, it's just crazy. Maybe she didn't have evil intentions, maybe she didn't, but there's no way. The problem is these people put theirselves in situations where maybe they don't have to die. But how is the officer supposed to make that decision in split seconds when he's standing there in front of a 4,500 pound car that you are now clearly starting to accelerate on with so.
D
Many threats beforehand that we have to take action to the street and fight these people. We know her intentions were dark. We know her intentions were in all likelihood evil. And he's getting run over by a car, by a woman who's absolutely disconnected from reality, thinking she's completely above the law.
F
And you know what, Paulie? Mark Simone reported today on air, this officer has been hit by a car before earlier this year. So he might be like, all right, not never again because he if he got hit earlier, he's lucky to be alive.
E
It's not what they sign up for. That's nuts. It's not what they sign up for. You know, just as a general rule, targeting your car towards armed ICE or police officers, not a good idea. Don't care how fast you're going.
D
Yeah, exactly.
E
A lot more on this. Let's hit the first break live at the American first warehouse on a Wednesday night. We'll get to sports, more headlines news. Kevin Downey Jr. Paul Nolan, Rick Delgado, they all got it. Slick will have sports coming back right after this.
D
Sam.
F
Bye.
E
Live from Studio 6B on a Wednesday night, January 7th at the America First Warehouse, thanks to Joe the Box Martin and everybody scrambling to get us in here for a couple nights while we're get the New York studio back up. Paul Nolan sitting right here to my left. Kevin Downey Jr. Sitting there. Rick Delgado, Slick Rick, round out the panel here. We'll get to sports here in a second. But let's just finish off on this Minneapolis story. I mean, we'll talk about it, obviously, as we, you know, a lot of it's gonna this is gonna be a hot story for a long time on what happens with this officer now and whether the federal government steps in here and what's what's gonna happen with this case. But everybody that I trust and I want to just give you a couple other things here, and we'll get to some other clips. One more from Amy Swear. She says, moreover, it's entirely possible for both of the following to be true. One, the driver did not subjectively intend to run over the ICE agent standing directly in front of her vehicle. And two, the ICE agent standing directly in front of her accelerating vehicle reasonably feared she was, in fact about to slam on the gas and run him over. The first point gives the driver a pretty solid defense to charges of attempted murder or aggravated assault on a police officer. The second point is pretty solid justification for the officer's use of lethal force. It's not one or the other. It's both a couple other things here. I saw Matt Walsh, she was trying to stage an illegal blockade of the road to interfere with ICE agents and then rammed her car into one of them when they attempted to apprehend her. This isn't even a Close call. Entirely justified. She's 100% to blame for her own death. The victims are ICE agents who are continually harassed and assaulted while trying to do their job and uphold the laws of the United States. Dear moron Democrats, the same law that kept a federal agent out of jail for killing a woman on J6 for crawling through a window is the same law you're now going to cry about that is protecting a cop from shooting through a window.
A
That's a great point.
E
Exactly. Yeah. So a lot of the lot of the constitutional law professionals that I follow all think that he's on solid ground here. So what else you got?
A
It seems that way. And, you know, when we talk about the angle, you know, there are tons of videos now. You'll see that popping up on social media. Here's one that I sent in. Here's cut number three, where you can see it from this angle where the officer. You can see him get hit and, you know, kind of getting out of the way. But it's a better angle than the first one. The only one that Democrats want to show you is the one that looks like he wasn't going to get hit. Here's cut number three. Take a look at this and just watch how it unfolds. It's a little tough to see. As you can see, the car will lurch forward and he. He basically is pushed out of the way.
B
Yeah, that was the clip that, you know. Yeah, that was the one I hadn't seen initially as well.
A
Right. And that's the. That's the one the left does not want you to see.
D
That's because two, from another angle with it, you could see him getting clipped from.
E
I mean, here's.
A
There's probably others as well.
E
This one's rough to look at. It's a little blurry, slowed down.
F
Yeah.
E
But this one, if you can put this one up, Aaron, this one you can. You can really see if you look. I mean, right there.
A
Yeah, he's pushed.
E
He's. He's definitely pushed back. There's no. There's no doubt about it.
A
I mean, I don't know what. I don't know what Democrats and the, you know, liberal lunatics are thinking. I mean, it's in the title of the song. Right? It's in the title of the song. I fought the law and the law won. The law won. Right. So I know, Damon, you were talking about how this. This woman, the thing that you read in the first segment there, you know, basically the driver is the one who took the first shot as far as I'm concerned, the driver shot first.
E
Yeah. As soon as she accelerated with the officer in front of her, she drew.
A
Her gun when she got into that suv, she pulled the trigger when she stepped on the gas with the ICE officer standing right in front of her.
E
Fleeing felon at that point.
A
Right. And the bullet was. The suv, thankfully missed the ICE officer. Luckily, he returned fire and he didn't miss. And then you hear all these idiots on tv. Well, you know, he could have shot out the tires. You watch too many movies. Stop.
B
That's what I said. That was my initial reaction.
D
It was gonna take nine seconds.
E
He'd be dead in less than one if she went at him. Right.
F
Why did you shoot the wheel out of her head?
E
Yeah, exactly. That's about the. That's about the same level of, you.
A
Know, and talking about. I think Kevin mentioned it earlier as well, the mentality of some of these people. It's that. It's that everybody gets a trophy mentality. Right. Because they figure I'm special. Nothing can happen to me. Look at me. And actually, it ends up being all about them. They're not there. If they're really concerned about illegal immigrants, why is she taking some of those illegal immigrants, putting them in her car and say, look, let's get you in here the right way. Let's get all your paperwork done. She didn't do that. She wanted to mess around and she found out. I mean, that's basically because they think there's no consequences because, well, I'm special. Don't you see my blue hair? Don't you realize how special and smart I am? And then they realize the hard way that, you know, Dan Bongino had some great advice. You should probably follow it.
E
Yeah. Act irrational in high tense moments like this, block officers become a. Basically, like I said, the moment she steps on the gas, she's a fleeing felon. And the officers consider her a danger to the community and to everybody in that area. So, I mean, this is. It's a tragic situation. You can. You can say both things. It's a certainly tragic situation that she probably didn't have to die.
D
There's an example of the culture has changed and shifted so badly, these people feel as though they are completely unaccountable for their actions. And that's on purpose. It's by design. I think we're all just fed up with it, you know, can you just. For one, the ICE agents aren't your enemy. And when Obama was deporting people at record numbers, you didn't care. And now you're acting like you care because you were told to care. It's just nonsense, you know? Meanwhile, these people want all the equality in the world for everybody. They want equal equality of outcome for everyone. What on the whole, how far do we have to go? How many countries have to come here? And the working man's got to pay for every buck of it.
E
Tom Holman says tonight, the incident in Minneapolis today is yet another tragic example of the result of the hateful rhetoric and violent attacks against the men and women of ICE and pb. These brave men and women are forced to conduct law enforcement operations in heightened threat environments every day. Like all Americans, our officers have the right to self defense. And I believe that's a pretty solid ground in this case. So. All right, let's do a little sports while we can. Sports is brought to you by Mike Lindell. LFS exp is the promo code to you, slickster. What's going on, Big D?
B
Well, Trump urges NFL teams to hire John Harbaugh after shocking Ravens firing. The president's weighing in on this one of Todd, Houston and Breitbart. President Trump has jumped to the defensive NFL head coach John Harbaugh. The Baltimore Ravens fired him yesterday. The president spoke up for Harbaugh in a truth social post in which he said that the NFL should hire John Harbaugh fast. He and his brother are total winners. It was a very nice statement that Harbaugh had made. Showed a lot of class, showed gratitude and appreciation to the ownership for taking a chance on him as a special teams coach back in the day. And I just thought he really did a great job there. Harbaugh leaves the team as the league's 12th most winningest coach with 193 three wins. I mean, this team was in the playoffs every year, AFC championship games, won a Super Bowl. Very unjustified, in my opinion. And obviously I'm not the owner. So Steve Bisciote, the owner of the Ravens, that was his choice. It's his team, right? My ball, my game. I do what I want. We have to respect that's the kind of world we live in. But I gotta tell you, I thought that was a really bad move. And Harbaugh has been a long and open Trump fan. In fact, I ran a story a little earlier last year, probably around October, November, where him and his brother actually visited the White House to go see President Trump. So, you know, I don't know. I was talking to Kevin about the show a little earlier. Who knows? I don't Know what the Ravens owner's position is? I don't want to get into a conspiracy here, but, you know, I don't know. But after 18 great seasons and with an injured quarterback and a field goal kicker, the poor kid ready was getting death threats. Misses basically a chip shot if you're an NFL kicker from 44 yards out, pushed that ball wide right.
D
I don't know.
B
Kid was 29 of 29 inside 45 for the season. How could you blame that on the head coach? How the players play the game? They have the ball. So I thought that was really a bad hiring, in my. My opinion. With what I've been around for a minute or two, 50 years with sports, but yeah, that's where I'm at with that.
A
What I heard, though, is that he had lost. He had lost Lamar Jackson and he lost the locker room.
B
Yeah, I heard the locker room, too. I did hear that. And that could be.
D
Yeah, you lose Lamar, you lost the locker room, Right?
B
No. No question. That's a wrap in sports.
E
All right, we're back. Live from Studio 6P on a Wednesday night. Right.
D
Sam?
E
All right, 30 minutes past the hour. Live from Studio 6P at the America first warehouse on a Wednesday night. Boys are all here. Kevin Downey Jr. You're sitting in tonight as well, Slick. Rick Scott, sports. Paul Nolan's doing the news. Rick Delgado is doing the main headlines. Slick, I didn't give you a ton of time there. Is there anything else in sports you wanted to cover in this first segment?
B
Yeah, I want to talk about the Oakland A's. We're moving to Las Vegas.
D
Big deal.
B
Let me grab that one there. U.S. patent Office denies A's trademark applications for Las Vegas Athletics. Looking like they may not be able to keep their A's name, which they've had since, like, 1903. The organization. This is Ryan Marick of Fox News. Two years ahead of their move to Nevada, the US Patent and Trademark Office denied the A's request to trademark the names Las Vegas Athletics and Vegas Athletics. The A's were told the nicknames Athletics was too generic and could be confused with other activities, even if associated with Las Vegas. That, however, has been the club's nickname since the Philadelphia Athletics began playing in 1901. What's the problem with this story? It's a good story.
A
I didn't know it was taking place in Las Vegas.
E
Las Vegas.
B
Yeah, baby. The club, they should call them the Las Vegas Aces. That's what I think they should call them. I think there's already a team Called that though the Club is has three months from when the refusals were issued December 29th to ask for an extension file to file a new application. Within a six month period, a 2,033,000 seat stadium on the Las Vegas strip is under construction. Club officials told the Las Vegas stadium authority on December 4th the ballpark is on schedule to open for the 2028 season. So pretty cool to see baseball down there. I really like that. But we shall see.
D
Does that not tell you that a city has completely failed? Oakland is just out of business. They lose their football team, they're losing their baseball team. Nobody wants to live. There you go. If you're looking for a used hypodermic needle, go there. It's perfect.
B
Oakland could be the poster child for the woke go broke city. No question about that. Paul, you hit that right on the head. All right, Big D, I see that story is really getting your goose, so I'm gonna wrap it up.
E
Why are you judging on me? I'm looking at what's coming up. Trying to drive the show here. I say let's call them the Las Vegas Full Houses. How about that?
B
Not bad.
D
I like the blackjacks.
E
Yeah, the Las Vegas Blackjacks.
A
Blackjacks.
B
How about Royal Flush? There you go. Not that good.
A
Wait, what are the blackjacks?
D
Gamble's anonym.
E
Where we all belong.
F
Golden Knights. Where does that come from?
E
That would be the hockey team.
F
Yeah, but why? Of all the things you could pick for Vegas.
B
Well, because the Knights are golden in Vegas, I'll tell you that.
E
Yeah, exactly.
B
That's what that's all about.
E
The Knights are gold.
D
They're doing it right. They sell out every night.
A
Why not call them the Golden Nuggets then?
E
All right.
D
The joke, slick.
B
I'm not. I've got a lot to say. I'm gonna go.
E
Sports is brought to you by Mike Lindell. LFS EXP is the promo code to use. Let's do some news of Paul Nolan. Oh, we talked about NATO a lot last night, Paul. What's going on with NATO?
D
Well, Trump pushes annexation of Greenland during a meeting with NATO secretary. Supposedly that phone call didn't go so well. But President Trump on Thursday expressed confidence the United States would annex Greenland, even suggesting the head of NATO alliance could be a key player in facilitating the acquisition. He said, I think it'll happen. And. Well, let's. Before we get into this, because I'd like to have a little discussion on this one. Let's check out the response from Austria's.
E
NATO Committee Chairman Frelinger. Cut seven. Aaron, roll that.
A
If you take it, we take every single base of the Americans from Aviano to Ramstein, from Romania to all the other military bases will be confiscated and.
D
You will lose it.
A
American power since World War II.
F
He sounds like he owns a daycare.
D
You have to leave.
A
It's very simple, Mrs. Miller.
E
This is the leverage we have.
A
You need the spaces for global power protection. You won't have it. And we can defend ourselves very well. And we will do that without the US Nuclear shield, without the US troops in Europe, without the American bases. Run your boys home into Chicago and Ohio and goodbye.
D
You go extreme. We go extreme as well.
A
Be sure about it.
E
Wow.
A
Oh, man, he's going extreme. He even shaved his Charlie Chaplin mustache.
E
What does Vince.
F
Sounds like it. I think that's my Uber driver.
E
This guy?
A
Well, when you're in Las Vegas, that's. That's how they pronounce it.
D
So this really is a big strategic move. Like you. When you look at the.
E
I wouldn't want that guy to park my car at the Broadway show. God, he's in charge of something, apparently.
D
All I know is he didn't handle himself so well.
E
Well, here.
D
That was no diplomacy. What's. I guess when you're dealing with Trump, everyone just throws the diplomacy out the window. He drives. We're going to get your land. But they're talking about how Russia and China have created these nuclear ships that have, like, heated warheads on them, so to speak, that blowing a. Blowing through shipping lanes up on the top of the globe, and it's. It's. You know, it's a massive strategic strong point, and that it's just a matter of time before these Chinese companies are going to keep buying more land in Greenland as. As a company, and then if there's ever a wartime need, they'll just instantly convert it to a military base in a staging area. So I. Go get it, man.
E
Good luck with that plan, buddy. Yeah, good luck with that.
D
So it's really interesting. If you look at some of the. I've been posting stuff on my X feed, there's a lot of really interesting history lessons about Greenland. It's not the first time America's tried to get it. Trump mentioned it in 19. Truman tried it in 1946 or so. And then in. In the 1850s before, you know, you.
A
Know, Denmark, Happy days.
D
Even had it, so. And now they have the right, though I don't know if you notice. Greenland has the right to their own sovereignty. They are concerned about who will get the rights to them. But man, there's only 50,000 people there. They have no roads.
E
So I mean, I don't know what's going to happen there, but I would love, I'd pay money to see pay per view camera on Trump. When he watched that video, what his reaction would be, I'll tell you that. So. All right, we'll do some more news with Paul Nolan. Let's do some headlines with Rick Delgado. What's going on, Delgado?
A
All right, Damon. Well, revisiting a story that Paul had brought to our attention on Monday about Mayor Mundani, the little communist mayor in New York City, his aide Sia Weaver, who this is price. You can't even make this crap up anymore.
E
My first word yesterday was about her, but obviously we never got to it. So I guess I'm saving it for maybe Monday.
A
But yeah, yeah, you can't even make this stuff up. As the, the new NYC mayoral aide Sia Weaver, who says white zoning houses is racist.
E
Yeah.
A
White supremacy, burst into tears when asked about her parents 1.4 million dollar craftsman home. Come on. That's right. I want, of course what's good for you is not good for them. The woke New York City socialist mayor. What do you call it? Aide burst out crying when confronted over assertion that racist white people are the only ones that own homes. She runs the mayor's office of protecting tenants and was overcome with emotions when confronted outside her apartment in Brooklyn on Wednesday morning. The 37 year old began running down the street after seeing a Daily Mail reporter outside her home and then said no through tears when asked if she wanted to comment on her professor mother Celia Appleton's ownership of a $1.4 million property in fast gentrifying Nashville.
E
Please tell me there's video here coming up.
A
No, unfortunately there's not. I looked, I scoured, I couldn't find. But here she is from just, I think a day or two ago, responding to some of her previous comments in New York City. Cut number six here. Sia Weaver, cut six. Check this out.
E
The former mayor Eric Adams said that.
F
You were, quote, out of your effing mind.
E
That was in response to a resurfaced tweet from way back when, something you'd said on Twitter about homeownership being a tool of white supremacy.
F
I wanted to give you a chance to respond. You're not out of your mind, right?
E
I don't think I'm out of my mind. You know, I think that some of, some of those things are certainly not How I would. How I would say things today and are regretful. But, you know, I do think my sort of decades of experience fighting for more affordable housing sort of stands on its own. I'm proud to be in this role, fighting for stronger. And I think that for many years, people have been locked out of the property market. That has produced a lot of systemic and racial inequalities in our system. And I want to make sure that everybody has a safe and affordable place to live, whether they rent or own. And that is something that I'm laser.
B
Focused on in this new role.
A
Yeah, she's laser focused on. She was also laser focused on Twitter back in the day when she said, impoverish the white middle class. Home ownership is racist. It's a failed public policy, Damon. She also said this country built wealth for white people through genocide, slavery, stolen labor and land. White supremacy built the north and the South. And she also wrote. And here's something I can't agree with her more on. Communists elect more communists. That's what we saw in New York City.
E
Well, we may not have video of the moron, but we may have a still of the moment that I found here. This might be the look of what have I gotten myself into?
A
Right. As you can tell, an ugly crier.
F
Yes.
E
Yeah, yes. With the Daily Mail guy there saying, okay, let's, let's get some pictures.
A
She fits the look, though, doesn't she?
B
She fits the look to the tea.
E
So there you go.
A
She's ugly inside and out.
F
As someone who has spent a lot of time in a mobile home, I would like to claim white trash supremacy. That's where I stand, right there.
B
A double wide, no doubt.
A
Well, no, that's High Flute.
F
My girlfriend in the next trailer, she was double wide.
B
Is that a nickname?
F
Yeah, but she doesn't know it.
D
That's great.
E
All right, what else, Delgado?
A
Let's see. I don't know if you saw this, but, well, this is something I think is going to spark a lot of chatter, especially with the boys here. I know, Damon, you brought this up. Paul has been big on this as well as Trump says he will seek to ban institutional investors from buying single family homes. He said this earlier today that he will take steps to prevent institutional investors from buying single family homes, claiming the move would help make housing more affordable for Americans. In the social media post they posted it on truth, Mr. Trump said the dream of home ownership has become increasingly out of reach, reach for many Americans, and that the action is needed to allow more people to reach that Milestone of owning a residence. I am immediately taking steps, he wrote, to ban large institutional investors like BlackRock from buying more single family homes. And I'll be calling on Congress to codify this. Mr. Trump wrote, People live in homes, not corporations. And again, I know Paul, you've been talking a lot about this. I know Damon, you brought this up in the past year and a half as well.
E
Paul's brought it up way more than me. He's way more on top of it than I am.
D
Yeah, well, to me, I've just been saying it's just everything you've seen like the silver market's going through the roof. We're talking about now there's a new silver refinery going down in the south, I believe, Louisiana. They're putting billions into that. They've. They're cutting off shipping lanes to control the silver. And now we're talking about trying. All we see is Trump trying to get more rare earth minerals. What is Greenland packed with? Copper, zinc, silver. What is Venezuela packed with all the silver? Gold. So for me, what do you need to control the currency? What do you need? You need some with sound money, not this fiat garbage or a petrodollar doesn't work. And that's one of the reasons why we're seeing this. What's going on here. So I've been feeling like it's currency war. Now, if he could basically stomp on the throat of Blackrock and give. Force them to stop gentrifying neighborhoods of the upper middle class, they're doing it.
A
Well, what they do is they buy.
D
These homes and then they do fake comps, right?
A
And then of course it drives up the price. And of course they're holding all these assets.
D
So they'll buy five houses for 400,000 each. They'll sell two of them for 700, change the comp in the market, and then they'll raise the price in the neighborhood, drive everybody out. And then next they know that they own a neighborhood. It's evil genius, really. But they're stopping it. And that's pretty impressive to me. That's another strike against the central bank system. So let's just hope, because that's really the only way we're going to stop this great reset. And that's really, I guess, what we're going to do all, all hoping for, right?
E
Yep.
D
They're not. We got to believe the Klaus Schwab crew still wants their great reset.
A
Right?
E
I mean, there's, there's a federal judge somewhere on this in about what, eight seconds from now probably already working on it. All right, live from Studio 6B on a Wednesday night. We'll do some more sports news. Kevin Downey Jr. All coming up. We get back right after this.
A
Sam.
E
Thirteenth of the hour live from Studio 6P on a Wednesday night live at the America first warehouse. Of course on all social media, real America's voice all across the country. Glad you're in. Paul Nolan is doing news. Kevin Downey Jr. Rick Delgado, Slick with sports. All the boys are here on a Wednesday night. Lots to talk about. Obviously we've been focused on a lot about what happened in Minneapolis today. If we have some time, an hour too, I'm gonna get to a video that I just saw somebody post about everybody blaming the officer and how much time he had to make this decision. Well, I'll remind you when someone decides that yes, you are going to be the target, how much time you have. So we'll take a look at that here. But Kevin Downey Jr. Is the host of the Kevin Downey Jr. Show and he's here. Of course you can hear it 9 to 11 weekday mornings on LI News Radio where you can hear us right now Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights. Mr. Downey, Jr. What's going on?
F
Thank you. Big deep Iran. Iran is going on and I don't think this is getting the attention it deserves. Nerves because we just saw, we just saw Trump take down was Nicolas Maduro. This is Iran. They're fighting their own government. And now the protesters have allegedly taken over two cities and cops in those cities have said we're on your side. And they actually that's not for real. More of a symbolic gesture. They named a street Trump. They renamed a street Trump is what they did. How amazing is that?
E
All right.
F
And it says here they're holding signs that say to Trump, don't let them kill us.
E
Don't let.
A
This is them putting up the sign.
F
Oh, okay. Thank you. Oh, look at that. There you go. Now you watch. Trump's going to make a move and of course the blue haired Gorgons are going to lose their minds because that's what they do. But Trump, Trump, I think we talked about this weeks ago. Trump isn't just saving the nation. I think he's saving the world. If you take, if you take Venezuela and Iran out of the fight, that's, that's half the battle right there with no Americans killed or even I think that one was injured going after Maduro when he was a aroused from his sleep wearing his chairman Mao PJs and taken away and it says here, I shall read my broadcaster's voice. It says, since Trump's comments about the Iran protest, I've seen numbers of videos of Iranian protesters. This is a witness either thanking him or in this case renaming the street after the US President. They. This is it. If we can take the. This is like the, the backbone of the Islamo commie or the Islamic part of the Islamic army takeover. This is a new world order, a big piece of it. And some of the mullahs have now, allegedly they made plans to move to Russia should things go bad. And things are going really bad. If you're a mullah, you're probably going to be redistributed either by missile or you're going to go to Russia and redistribute yourself there. And this is, I'm keeping an eye on this because this, right now, I know everyone's looking at Minneapolis. I think this on a global scale anyway, is way more important.
A
Oh, yeah, totally. And when you think about it, it'll be interesting to see how the Trump administration reacts to this because remember last time this happened, happened during the, what is this? The spring, the summer of spring. The spring of the Arab Spring. The Arab Spring. That thing. What did Obama do? Absolutely not a damn thing. And all those people that thought they were gonna, you know, have somebody have their back, they were looking to us to have their back. They all got screwed. A lot of them got killed, A lot of them got thrown in prison and they got put down. Well, it's back now. And now, fortunately for them, they see an administration and be like, hey, look what they just did to Maduro. I wonder if he'll be interested in coming over here and saying, hi. So you never know.
D
That Arab Spring, I remember when it happened, I didn't know much about the abilities of the social media at the time to kind of foment this rent a riot at the time or this color revolution type of thing. And you look back now on it and, and that was 100% CIA backed, fully orchestrated regime change through the power of suggestion and social media. And that's what we're seeing everywhere. We're watching people getting brainwashed through their phones to not to think that they could take on an ICE agent and that they're so much more important than that person. And now they get shot dead. And this is. The brainwashing is incredible. And you know, I think the mullahs are in the same situation. We're going to see more and more people uprising in, in Iran. I, I Know a lot of Iranian dudes, and they're all just capitalists.
A
Yeah.
D
Most of the secular, they can care less about anything other than their Gucci shoes.
A
And what's amazing is that, remember they saw what happened earlier, you know, during the middle of last year, when we flew in and destroyed their stuff and just kind of flew in, took care of business, and then we're out. And that made the mullahs nervous. Now they've. Now they see what happened to Maduro and the people are probably like, they're sharpening their. They're sharpening their knives or going, it could be. It could be go time.
D
And they cannot run a country. I mean, they use, you know, Sharia law to run their economic system. They're just a matter of time before they collapse. And now with this having control of the oil, you know, you're really putting so much pressure on. On Iran. I just can't see them holding up. I say, stay out. Let them devour themselves and. And put their own regime change. Let's stay out of this regime change. Let's let them do it themselves. How I see it from a geopolitical strategy. Strategy.
F
And you know what happens every night when the mellows are asleep? They go, you hear that? What's that?
A
Wasn't it. Wasn't it Maduro's wife that actually. That actually alerted him? She said, I think I hear something outside.
E
I think I hear an airplane.
D
Yeah, Yeah, I think I hear something.
E
More importantly, do you hear footsteps coming.
D
Up the stairs 18, 000ft away on the other side of our compact?
A
Yeah.
D
See the size of that joint?
A
Yeah.
D
That's. That's some white privilege.
A
Yeah.
E
37 minutes ago, Tommy Robinson posted this Solemani statue set on fire tonight by protesters in Iran. The revolution will be televised.
F
Oh, that's great. Wow.
D
If you quote Tommy Robinson, you'll get labeled as a. As a hooligan.
E
Yeah.
A
Yeah. Damon, there is now an arrest warrant in the UK if you.
E
Yeah. There's some others tonight. I saw on this from today. Dear world, are you watching? 10 days of uprising. 10 days of bravery. 10 days of heroism. 10 days of demanding freedom. The free world must stand with the Iranian people in their fight against the Islamic Republic's terrorist regime. Free Iran.
D
So let me tell you, those people, if they. They're gonna create their own government. Remember we saw all the images of Iran in the 70s.
A
Oh, my goodness.
C
Yeah.
A
It looked like here.
D
It really did. It looked like New York City.
A
The women. The women look like, you know, modern Western women.
D
Yeah, everybody had their beards and their bell bottoms. Trust me, these people, they're not.
A
Yeah, they're not so much Arab as they're Persian, right?
D
Yeah.
A
Big difference.
D
Yeah. Well, you talk to an Iranian dude here like, oh, I'm Persian. Because they don't want anything to be associated to, you know, the. You know, the. The real extremists.
E
Right. So we have a minute left. And you were just talking about Minneapolis again and what happened today. Here's a video from last year just to give you an idea of what an officer deals with. No sound. We'll just roll it. Aaron, you can put it up full screen. You can put it full screen if you want so people can see it. Here. Here's what officers really face when they. When someone uses a car. Now, these two guys have a lot more patience than I think most would. Now just look at what this person's doing. And the officers are positioned where they have this.
A
Whoa. Oh, my goodness.
E
Okay. So that's how much time he had to decide. Oh, wow. If she was going left or right. And this time, she decided to go right.
A
Yeah, right into him.
E
And the snowbank saved his life. As it ends up up, he lived. Minor injuries. Wow. But that just. That's just an example of when you're in these situations, what is the officer supposed to do? This video is about three minutes long. They spent two minutes talking to the person at the car. Person actually got out of the car first, then got back in the car, then decided to slam the door shut and start moving the cars. And that's where I picked it up. So just to show you the last minute. The of. Of it.
A
Right. Well, what's amazing about the video from today, it started long before the shot was fired. Right. And unfortunately for the left and the news media and the liberals is that we don't let you pick up the story in the middle of the story anymore. We go back and provide you the context to show you exactly how it actually ended up getting to this point.
E
All right, quick wrap. Hour one, hour two. Coming back live at the American first warehouse right after this.
A
This.
D
Sa.
C
When I'm not bartending, I'm watching live.
B
From Studio 6B Monday through Friday at.
A
8Pm oh, yeah, look at that.
E
Oh, yeah.
D
Look at the Trump train.
A
Yeah, the Trump train.
E
There it is. That's the Trump train.
F
Show the boxer.
E
Good shot, Aaron. There it goes.
A
Here he comes. Here, the botchery cups.
D
Here.
E
Come live from studios. Live from Studio 6B on a Wednesday night at the Trump Train run. In America first warehouse boys are all here. Paul Nolan, Kevin Downey Jr. Rick Delgado. Slick Rick's got some sports hour two of the program. Glad you're in. Make sure you follow us on all our social media at LFS6P. She Follow Real America's Voice at Real AM Voice. Thanks to Joe the Box and his staff getting us in here short notice.
D
Oh, thank you, buddy.
A
Man.
E
After, well, the Religion of pieces showed up at the studio last night and everything, well, blew up.
D
So we're here.
E
Harry. Yeah, Harry was. Harry was in the vicinity of the studio. So that's all. That's all it takes.
C
So I'm locking him out.
E
Yeah, we're locking him out. We're taking his FOB and his key. No more Harry. Harry's not allowed in the studio now. Fingerprint reader on the door. When Harry puts his finger on, he gets electrocuted. So that's what's going to happen. Lots of COVID here. An hour, too. So let's see if I can keep it on schedule. Rick Delgado starts with main headlines and the news. Delgado, what's going on?
A
All right, David. Well, plenty of news that we've been covering all night. Of course, Tim Waltz is back. And you know what? This whole shooting in Minneapolis is probably exactly what Tim Waltz and the Minneapolis and Minnesota Democratic politicians were hoping for.
D
Because he did high of this one, right?
A
Exactly. Yeah. We're gonna find out later. She was probably on the payroll. But anyhow, this is exactly what they've been looking for because they needed something to get the, get the, you know, the attention away from them. Especially after Tim Waltz melted down after dropping his reelection bid and rejecting growing calls for him to resign. The embattled Minneapolis, or I should say Minnesota governor, Governor Tim Waltz threw a temper tantrum and pointed fingers at Republicans because it's all Trump's fault that corruption happened in the state of Minnesota and that he's been benefiting from it. And Democrats have always are controlling everything in Minnesota. But it's Trump's fault and he blames the Republicans as well and hit back at increasing calls to resign following the revelations of widespread human services fraud happening in his state. He tried to turn the scandal, like I said, back to Trump, trying to blame the president for his own failures. The failed 2024 vice presidential candidate appearing to blame Republicans for the collapse of his political support as well. And his campaign, as he has now stopped campaigning for reelection later on this year and the scrutiny a state is facing from the federal government over the misuse or mishandling of federal funds. Well, could total well over $9 billion. Here is, here's tampon. Tim himself. Cut number eight. Here he is. And here's what he had to say about resigning from the governor's seat. Cut number eight. Check this out.
E
State is being a parrot for Donald.
D
Trump, agreeing to everything that he agreed with.
E
Well, here's what I'm going to tell you.
D
It ain't happening. I'm not going anywhere.
E
And you can make all your requests.
D
For me to resign over my dead body.
E
Body. Will that happen? I will fight this thing till the.
D
Very end to make this state better.
E
And the question that I think they.
B
Need to decide is, is when did.
E
The guy in the White House resign? When does he take accountability for what he did? Because it isn't going to happen here.
A
And speaking of dead bodies.
F
Yeah. It's just laughable.
B
Yeah, he said he's a pr. He's a parrot.
A
But speaking of dead bodies, he has one now to have everybody focus on that. And let's turn the attention away from me and all the money that's been stolen from the state and the federal government and focus it on again, blaming Trump because ICE is in Minnesota and Minneapolis trying to enforce the law, which is crazy because you would think he'd want the. His law enforcement to be working hand in hand with ice.
E
Right? Oh, that's an actually good lead into really. What is the Tim Waltz Club clip of the day? I don't know when that was you played. I think that was yesterday.
D
Yeah.
E
Here's the Tim Waltz clip of today. Speaking of just what you said you would think they would want. No, no, no. Here's Tim's idea today.
D
Order to prepare the Minnesota National Guard.
A
We have soldiers in training and prepared to be deployed if necessary.
D
I remind you, a warning order is a heads up for folks and these National Guard troops are our National Guard troops. They're teachers in your community. They're business owners.
E
They're construction professionals.
D
They are Minnesotans.
E
Minnesota will not allow our community to be used as a prop in a national political fight. We will not take the bait.
D
We will continue to update you, Minnesota as we get more information.
E
Now I'd like to turn it over.
A
To Commissioner Porter to prepare the Minnesota National Guard.
E
Oh, so, I mean, I don't know about you. That sounds like a threat to me.
A
That sounds like a threat to me.
E
That sounds like a seditious threat to me, by the way, to the federal government.
D
Elon Omar made a similar threat today to.
A
So, so he wants to. He wants to Activate the National Guard to what, Go against isis?
E
He wants to maybe deploy the Minnesota National Guard.
F
Yeah.
E
Against federal law enforcement. And if he does or even thinks about it, that to me would be a blatant act of seditious or sedition and he should be summarily arrested. Yeah, on the spot.
D
I mean, he is fomenting violence.
A
Totally.
E
Was this guy out of his mind? What is he talking about?
A
I think he. I think he. I think we're seeing the last days of Tim Waltz. I think what we're watching is he's in a corner, he knows he's caught. Think about how close this guy came.
E
To the White House a day after talking about insurrection. They love to live, relive insurrection. That's real insurrection right there.
A
Sure is.
E
This guy's nuts.
F
And I don't see a National Guard from any state firing at ice. No, I don't see that happening. This guy, he's got this Hitler in the bunker type delusional belief that. Oh, oh, my God, it's Tim Walls. He wants us to go shoot other Americans for him. Well, yeah, I'm down with that. No. Never going to happen. These are the. These are the ravings of someone who is on his way out and maybe even to jail, because I'm hearing there are no, no, no fewer than 100 whistleblowers who have come out in the past eight to 10 years saying, hey, man, you should see this fraud. And they all went, nah, that's all right. Go back to work while you still got a job. And I think that's going to bite him in the Bahookee as well.
A
Yeah, I think he's. Like I said, I think he's trapped. Could be. We could be watching. Damon, as they used to always say about Trump in his first term, the walls are closing in.
E
Yeah. Yeah.
A
This time for real, though, and he's lashing out.
D
There's a clip I tried to send in too late, but it's from Eric. Daughtry replied, reporting, excuse me, A Minnesota lawmake could just expose that whistleblowers who called out fraud are committing career suicide because of how bad Tim Walsh administration's retaliation is. Whistleblower alerted fraud, was escorted out of the building, faced lengthy investigation, got trespassed from DHS properties, and got involuntary transfer to another state agency. And they confirmed that the administration ramped up surveillance on its own employees who were concerned about fraud rather than the frauds to themselves. It says employees who reported fraud face significant retaliation. The messenger gets shot. They live in A constant state of fear of retaliation. This is, you know, Rarick, I don't know who this Representative Rarick was in front of the state Congress, I believe. And it's a really good clip. It's on my X feed. It's worth checking out.
E
Yeah.
A
And you know what's crazy is that I had this, I had this discussion with somebody today at my other job and his, and it blew my mind because what he said was, oh, they just didn't go that. That kid didn't know what he was doing. He's talking about Nick Shirley, that video. He only showed up when they weren't there. And I'm like, wait, okay, maybe he showed up at a different time. The fact is he's exposing fraud.
D
Fraud.
A
Isn't that a good thing?
F
No.
A
Well, and you see, this is the typical leftist. As soon as you say it's, you.
D
Know, the guy David doing five years of research that he couldn't get anybody to help him, Nick Shirley comes to the rescue.
E
Right?
D
And there's evidence and receipts everywhere.
E
Right.
A
But, but the fact was, it was because Trump's in office. That's how, that's how brain. This TDS thing is really destroyed a lot of people. And yeah, Paul said it, it's real. It's because, you know, you look at the Maduro thing, they're freaking out. Well, you guys, you guys are calling him a dictator. Up until he was not a dictator anymore. Once he was arrested, once he became what he became detained and, you know, criminal. I mean, what do you call it? A prisoner. You guys started going to bat for him.
D
Unbelievable.
F
Did you see the video of cuck Schumer from 2020? Say Trump said he was going to go after Maduro. He didn't do anything.
B
Monday night.
D
Yeah, it's comedy.
A
It's just amazing. But, but these people, it's. Trump has ruined these people's lives. And I love it.
F
I love it.
A
I love the fact that he went ranting. He couldn't deal with the fact. I said, wait, because. And here was his argument, he goes, but there's fraud everywhere. I'm like, okay, good point. Don't you want people to be held accountable for their that? And what was his response? And he walked away.
F
I've actually had, I've had arguments with women where I'm saying, man, look at all these illegal immigrants raping people. And they actually say, well, we've got rapists anyway. Who says that? Yeah, I've seen a woman getting gang raped saying, yeah, a couple more is not a Problem.
A
But yeah, it's amazing.
F
They just. And even for kids. Well, we got a bunch of pedophiles. What's a couple more? Oh, really? That's their. That's their big debate when you say, I got to throw them out. Wow, we've got a bunch of pedophiles. It's a couple more.
A
Just amazing, amazing stuff.
E
All right, what else, dog?
A
Let's see. I don't know if you saw this, but here's another example and I think you guys will enjoy the media and how they lie. The. The headline from Newsweek. This is Newsweek. Everybody knows Newsweek. ICE detains man who lived in US since he was a baby. Damon. Well, it. You only have to. You don't have to even to go down to the seventh or eighth paragraph. They get you right at the third one. Why? Because Chong Lu Vu, 45, was taken into custody on October 16. Why was he taken into custody?
E
Who was?
A
Chong Lun Wu.
B
Can we get Harry to pronounce that?
A
Yeah, we should have Kim Jong Un have Harry pronounce that. Turns out the real reason why he is being detained by ice, it's not because he's illegal since he was a baby. It's because, well, according to this, he is from Laos, was convicted of three counts of assault, two firearm related felonies, concealing and receiving a firearm, and that an immigration judge ordered his removal back in 2004. Yeah, you heard that? 2004. So again, another example of the mainstream media basically lying to you. They're not. They're just picking up the story right in the middle, saying, oh, my goodness, they're holding this guy. He's lived here since the debate. They're not telling you what he'd been doing in this country before he got picked up since he was a baby. Just an amazing.
E
Well, why would they want to do that?
A
Yeah, well, that's the thing. It ruins the narrative. Yeah, that's all the fun out of it. That's why you always have to read past the headline. Because eventually even, even a Newsweek will put the truth in there. You just have to find it.
D
It's truly amazing to me, you say about your friend, the leftist friend of yours or associate of yours who actually bought into the narrative that Nick Shirley was only there in off hours. They visited so many empty places, and all the neighbors around there said, it's empty. And we know, we saw the receipts, we saw the money. You know, we know it was a money laundering scam to steal your taxpayer work, and people bought it. That's. That tells you that they could keep, if you have the media on your side, you could keep running, you know, any scam you want as long as you have the media running cover for you.
A
It's truly a because they know their people only read the headline.
E
All right, live from Studio 6B, more sports with slick Kevin Downey Jr. Paul Nolan off. Coming up on a Wednesday night live at the American first warehouse. We're back right after this.

Live from Studio 6B on a Wednesday night Real America's Voice, 1039 LI News Radio. Glad you're in. Wherever you're watching, listening. Paul Nolan's gonna do some more News. Kevin Downey Jr. Is here, the host of the Kevin Downey Jr. Show. Heard right here on 1039 LI News Radio 9 to 11am weekday mornings. Rick Delgado is here where he is not heard on LI News Radio at all. But he has seen him.
A
I have been.
E
Well, yes, yes, he has.
A
As recently as a couple weeks ago.
E
Please, birthday appearance and Slick Rick is there. He's doing sports. We'll get to some more. Actually we're going to do sports right this second. Sports is brought to you by Mike Lindell. LFS6B is the promo code to you, slickster. What's going on?
B
Well, it never ceases to amaze me. I said it before and I'll say it again. Hockey has to be the toughest sport to play, and those guys are the toughest. You got to do all that while you're skating. A matter of fact, try skating without doing anything else. How difficult it is. Well, this is a good one here. Ryan Reaves knocked out an epic brawl with Matthew Olivier. This is Dylan Gwynne of Breitbart San Jose Sharks veteran Ryan Reaves was knocked out cold in a one on one center ice brawl with the Columbus Blue Jackets star Matthew Olivier. This happened last night. The epic clash took place in the second period and featured two of the NHL's best fighters. Let's just roll this. Aaron cut nine. Show these boys duking it out.
E
Here you Matthew Olivier, center stage with Ryan.
B
This is fighting, man. Come on, you're done.
E
This looks like Delgado and Slick pre show backstage. And I'm gonna do sports first. No, I'm gonna do what even is.
B
D. I thought it's more like you in the audience.
E
First.
D
Oh, my God.
F
Is that a backhand?
D
That was a back got him on the way down. It scraped him on the way back, but he was out going down there.
B
He was out. Some were debating it was an elbow, but Paul, he watched it 78 times.
D
Yeah, I love this stuff.
B
I' sorry I had to show that. I know it's a little violent, but I wanted to get that in. But this shows you how tough these guys are. Reeves was evalued under the NHL concussion protocol and cleared to return to the game. An NFL player would about six weeks he would have been out if he got hit like that.
D
Slick.
F
Growing up in Detroit when we were like a little older, we always had a motto. You never fight the guys from Canada because they can fight on ice. And then I learned 30 years later their motto was never fight the Detroiters because they got guns.
D
I don't remember earlier in the year.
B
Kind of slap shot, Iowa.
D
The player tears his ACL behind the net, skates his way back to the bench, and on the way back to the bench, steals the puck, makes a pass. We they score a goal and. And his career, his season's over, probably his career. Unbelievable. On the way off the ice with a torn acl. These guys are just warriors.
B
Unbelievable. And then Big D. Probably his favorite person in pop culture here or sports culture would be Jerry Jones. We know how big D loves this guy. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones channels Trump in response to a question about his defensive coordinator coach. Now I've been living through this, so I'm not going to get into all the details, but real quick, Warner taught you some Breitbart Cowboys on Jerry Jones offered the strange statement that he would, he would run Venezuela. When asked what he was intended to do about a search for the team's defensive play caller, Clarence Hill asked him the question. He's been a beat writer for the Cowboys longest tenure since 1997 and well, Aaron, roll cut 10 now.
D
Well shot. Now we get to hire his own coordinator.
B
Takes Jerry a minute.
D
Trump just said it.
F
I'm running Venezuela.
D
Everything to do with hiring Matt Abrafus last time and that's not done. Done and done as a negative.
F
But had no way in the world he's here.
B
Could you blow this up for me?
A
Because.
E
The hell is that guy talking about?
B
That guy, he's, he's, he lost his mind there. We were dealing with this for years with old Jerry. I tell you, I'd like five minutes in a room with him. You have no idea. And that would be your gm. That's the only why they're the only NFC team that has not made a trip to the championship game in the last 30 years. So that's the life I live.
E
That's your team.
A
He's going to hire Corn pop.
B
My friend asked me when is it going to change and I'm not going to tell you. Meme I sent him and that's a wrap in sports. Big D, back to you.
E
All right, look, very good. I want to let everybody know if you're in the Long island area right here at the America first warehouse this weekend. I believe it's this weekend. January 10th and 11th. Yes. 9:00am to 8:00pm so it's an all day event both days. The Stay Awake America national tour. The mission of this is to unite, engage, activate local action, national impact 17 + nationally known expert speakers in health, civics, faith, education, the threat of Islam in America. Well, you could talk about that for a lot more than two days. And child sex trafficking. Bruce Blakeman, our guy, my guy pushing him for governor, is going to be here. Ivan Raiklin, Trennis Evans, I'm not familiar with him. Dr. Judy Mikovits, we know her very well. Amir Fakhardvar, I think is how you pronounce. Probably not, but close enough. He'll be here. Get Harry to say that and there'll be a tribute. Tina peters and Casper McLeod band who I'm not familiar with. And there'll be some other speakers as well. Stuart Rhodes is going to be here. Ed Graham, Pastor Devin O'. Neill. So big event here at the America First Warehouse this weekend, 10th and 11th, all day, 9:00am to 8:00pm you can buy tickets@stayawake America.com StayAwake. If you're in this area, you're listening on 1039 LI News, or you're watching Unreal America's Voice and you're in the Long island area. Might be a great event to come to.
B
Bruce Blakeman is excellent. Big D. Yeah.
E
Bruce is going to be the guy we got. We got to get Bruce across the finish line.
A
He's your guy.
E
Why don't you come here this weekend and see if he'll come on the show? Maybe you should be here and put your best suit on.
B
Hey, I have a good relationship with the Suffolk county executive.
E
I don't know, because it worked out well with. With what's his name, getting him on the show.
B
Oh, yeah, that worked out real great. Well, you know, they got too big for us, you know.
E
Yeah. Let's start with Bruce. Maybe we get Bruce on the show.
D
He'd be great.
E
Let's see if Bruce has a sense.
B
We'll get him on the show. We'll get him.
E
Sure he does. And we'll get him across the finish line here to be the. Be the gov. Come on.
B
Come on.
A
Hey, David, speaking of. Speaking of this weekend.
E
Yeah.
A
People can start their weekend right here with us. Right?
E
Explain.
A
Isn't this our first Friday back at the warehouse for the new year?
D
No.
A
Oh, it's not.
E
No, we're off Friday. No, no show Friday because Real America's Voice is covering.
A
I had no idea.
D
Should we go to break early?
A
Nobody tells me anything.
E
No. Well, I mean.
B
I mean, we were hoping you'd show up.
E
You asked too many questions. How about that? Let's put it that way. We will not be on the air Friday because Real America's Voice is covering. Speaking of Islam, what's it entitled, Darren? The Threat of Islam, I think the threat.
F
Threat of.
E
The radical threat of Islam. Real America's Voice will be covering it down in Texas. Harry on the highway will be there. Steve Bannon will be there. Harry on the highway will be there. Grant Stitchfield.
A
Wow.
B
Nice.
E
Oh, man, it's gonna be. It's gonna be a great event. You're. Yes, you're invited. Paul. Your flight leaves tonight. And so that'll be on Friday night on right here. All right. We'll do some more Kevin Doughty Jr. News. Paul Nolan news. Rick Delgado's got headlines. Maybe a little more sports on a Wednesday night right after this. Well, I from Studio 6B on Wednesday night, real America's Voice. Glad you're in, everybody. Paul Nolan's here. He's going to do some more News. Kevin Downey Jr. Senior, Rick Delgado. Slick's got some sports. We are waiting for Dr. Kelly Victory from the Wellness Company here. But we're having some issues with her connecting. So if she connects, we'll bring her right on. Yes.
A
In the rumble rant, bill of rights, 1776 says KD KDJ looks like he stole Phyllis Diller's. Phyllis Diller's fur coat.
E
Easy for you.
B
You stop at the bar.
D
Did I purchased it. That's great.
E
You purchased it. Not stolen. Yes, yes.
D
Not cast Asperger's.
F
I'm pretending I don't have it.
D
Says you look like Snoopy with that.
E
Scarf on, coat and haircut.
B
By the way, that's a nice scarf.
E
Big Diaz.
F
Come on.
E
Thank you very much. My daughter gave this to me.
B
Very nice.
E
Well, so we don't have a guest. So let me, let me get to something I wanted to get to, which is JB Shirk today over at the American. Thank you. We've been talking a lot about this this week and the Venezuela Effect, he calls it. And we've talked about what this does with China and what this does with others around the world. And he says America's enemies won't be sleeping well for quite some time. That's his headline, he says. I can't stop laughing at all the Democrats hyperventilating about President Trump's Venezuela operation. I wish I could be more nuanced about this and perhaps describe the potential pitfalls that lie ahead now that we have taken some ownership, quote, unquote, over the future welfare of the Venezuelan people. But when Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries, the so called Democrat leaders in Congress, are fuming mad about America's Delta Force, dropped into the most heavily fortified compound in Venezuela like invisible ninjas and plucked murderous thug Nicholas Maduro from his slumberous solitude in a matter of minutes, I can barely resist the urge to stand on top of a chair positioned atop my desk and applaud all of the remarkable warriors who accomplished this mission. Consider how many tens of thousands of Venezuelans Maduro and his murderous predecessor, Hugo Chavez disappeared, quote, unquote, over the years. Now take a moment to appreciate that an elite posse of American warriors Operating on land, in the air and on the sea, blew up a temple honoring Chavez that includes his remains and disappeared Maduro for good. If that's not warrior poetry, I don't know what else is. So just a little bit from JB Shirk today in the American Thinker. There's more to that article and you can check it out. It's on our social media. But right now, please welcome to the show the chief of disaster and emergency medicine from the wellness company, Dr. Kelly Victory. Dr. Victory Howard, how are you?
C
I'm doing great. Always happy to join you.
E
Well, happy New Year. Hope everything goes good over the holidays for you. It's good to have you back on the show. And of course, New Year's for everybody means resolutions. We all had resolutions here on the panel. I think we've all given those new resolutions up on the seventh day of January. But obviously losing weight, getting in shape is always a top New Year's resolution. Why do you think maintaining a health weight has been so difficult for so many Americans over the last decade?
C
Well, to start with, there's no question that obesity is a massive problem in the United states. Upwards of 40% of Americans are either overweight or obese. And tragically, this includes adolescents. I think it really all boils down to our food system. Our foods are actually engineered to be addictive. They know exactly how much sugar, for example, to add to salty foods and how much salt to add to sweet foods, foods to make them addictive. Add on top of that the over processed components with artificial sweeteners, artificial colorings, artificial preservatives and we have, you know, largely engineered activity out of our lives. It's very, very uncommon now for kids to walk or ride a bicycle to school gym class. Physical education was removed from the school curriculum years ago. So it's a multifaceted problem. But I think it all really comes back to, to our food system. The fact that we have not been eating real foods. We've been misguided up until just really today the food pyramid has finally changed. We've been misguided about what were the healthier things to eat. So if Americans can get back to eating real food, meaning healthy fats, meats, things that are not over processed vegetables and fruits certainly, but really focusing on lean proteins and healthy fats and adding some, some significant activity back to their daily lives, it would do a tremendous amount to starting to chip away at the obesity epidemic.
E
Yeah, and speaking of the obesity epidemic in this country, obviously the explosion of GLP1s in the last Couple years. I mean, every other commercial is one of them. And, you know, I have friends in the, in the business of injections and I've heard a lot about what's coming down the line. GLP 1, I think maybe 3, I think is the number they use and maybe some of the benefit and how they've expanded on them. And maybe they work much better. Different, different way of working. But the GLP1s certainly seem to have a lot of, of drawbacks, whether it's side effects. People say, you know, you have that Ozempic face, you kind of lose muscle. What are some of the drawbacks as you see them?
C
Well, without question, GLP1 drugs will help people lose weight. Weight, they modify and help your body to use insulin more effectively, manage glucose more efficiently, and they decrease your appetite. That's largely why they work, why people lose weight because they aren't as hungry and they don't eat as much. The problem, as you intimated, is that there are some significant drawbacks. Not only are there significant potential complications, serious ones like pancreatitis or losing the ability to fully empty the stomach where people have a real hard time processing any food, but you also lose not only fat, but muscle. And what many doctors don't tell patients is that you're not just losing skeletal muscle, quadriceps or biceps or glutes, you're also losing cardiac muscle. And cardiac muscle you do not regain simply by going to the gym. The gym. These are serious potential side effects. So I am not a big fan of the injectable GLP1 drugs. Fortunately, there are some oral versions available that are far less fraught with complications. And I really recommend that people look at those first.
E
Yeah, and of course, the wellness company obviously has, has one, has worked on one and has one and it's called drop. So when you recommend those, explain why you're recommending them as far as how do they they. Are they as effective in the same way as someone who's dedicated to using them the proper way, losing weight? Tell us about drop and how that, how that works.
C
Great question. Drop is the trade name is is drop. The generic is retatrutide. It similarly is a GLP1 agonist that's taken orally. So multiple benefits. Number one, no injections. You don't need to take a shot. Number two, since you take it daily, you are much more able to control your blood level of the drug. When you take an injection once a week, you get a significant peak in the drug the day you take it, and then it tails off over the ensuing seven days until you take your next injection. When you use drop, you take it every day in a small amount of water so your blood level stays very, very constant. Number two, you can titrate the amount of drug just until you get the effect that you want, meaning you could start at a very low dose dose, increase it slowly over time until you feel that decrease in your hunger, that decrease in the food noise. We have had almost zero serious side effects. The minimal side effects people have had have been very easily modified by decreasing their dose. And yes, it does work. It works to, number one, control again how you manage insulin and glucose dose. But more importantly from the user's perspective, it cuts out that food noise, that constant chatter that's telling you to snack, whether it's on salty foods or high carbohydrate foods. So it makes it much easier for people to stick to that resolution. Everybody will fail on a diet or on a commitment to losing weight if they get hungry. And so these medications really do help in terms of controlling your hunger, at the same time helping to manage insulin and glucose levels.
E
Yeah. Well, after the holiday we're speaking with Dr. Kelly Victory, Chief of disaster emergency medicine at the Wellness Company. After the last couple weeks of my wife's cooking and bakery, I'm gonna need you to drop some of that in the mail to me so I can give it a try. But finally, you know, all joking aside, people wanna lose weight. But of course the problem with most people is sticking to it as you know, trying to eat healthy, getting your exercise and then mix in something like drop. What is your advice to people who wanna do the right thing in the new year? But again, you're busy, you're raising a family, you're working, working. How do they find that long term success and stay true to the plan?
C
As much as it's hard to hear, people didn't gain the weight overnight and you're not going to lose it overnight. So the answer is to make small changes, make small commitments. If you make a commitment, a New Year's resolution, I'm not going to eat any sugar, I'm going to cut out all sweets, I'm going to exercise for an hour every day. When you haven't been doing that, you are likely to fail. Start small, make small changes. Say rather than having dessert every night, I'm going to change it and only have it on the weekends or I'm going to start small, I'm going to take a 10 minute walk after dinner every night for a week. Don't set your sight so high because that's what makes people fail. And then they think it's not worth trying again. So my suggestion is to come up with five or six small changes that you know you can make that are easy. Allow yourself room to fail. You will. It's great to do it with a friend or a family member. There's nothing like the support of a spouse or somebody else in your household to say, hey, if I can do it, you can do it. And give you that extra resolve.
E
Dr. Kelly Victory from the wellness company. You can go to TWC Health Voice. TWC Health Voice to start your health reset with drop from the wellness company. Use code VOICE100 to save a hundred dollars on drop. Wow, what a deal. Use code voice100 to save a hundred dollars on drop. TWC Health slash voice. Dr. Victory, thank you so much. Happy New Year. Good to have you back.
C
Thanks for having me, as always.
F
All right.
E
Live from Studio 6P on a Wednesday night, Kevin Downey Junior's here. He's the host of the Kevin Downey Junior Show. Kevin Downey, what else is going on your news radar tonight?
F
You know, this whole thing in Minneapolis comes right after, after ICE decided they really needed to move into Minneapolis and take away some of these salamis who are robbing us blind. And of course, they started off, Trump's the best from Homeland Security. The tweet just says, good morning, Minneapolis. That's how he started off yesterday. They're sending extra people in, not because of the violence, because that hadn't happened yet, but because of the sickening number of fraudsters who seem to have guessed gathered in in Minneapolis. I'm looking at a picture now of three different daycares right next to each other, all of which are boarded up and the three different owners. And I also found out that the animal who shot Ashley Babbitt. Did you guys cover that?
D
I asked these. I assume they covered 190 million out of his Texas home.
F
Oh, yeah, he's running. He's running a daycare center. Getting out of his house, getting rich doing it. That was the big pay payoff. That was his payoff for shooting Ashley Babbitt. And now I think this, I think we're up to 9 billion. I think that's just the tip of the ice cube. I say ice cube because I'm a fourth generation alcoholic and I don't really sail a lot. So the iceberg mean nothing to me. I'm all about the ice cube. And I think this is going. I think that's why Tampon tam is calling for, you know, people come out stand with us and calling out the National Guard. This is going to get big. And Paulie, I'm going to ask, ask you, is there any chance Melissa Hortman was shot in her bed because she voted against more money for the Somalis mob hit?
E
Really?
D
I think, no. I think the, I think the Democrat mob.
E
All right, we'll wrap it up for a Wednesday night from the America first warehouse. We get back right after this. Live from Studio 6B. We're back. All right, 13 to the hour. Live from Studio 6B on a Wednesday night at the America first warehouse. Paul Nolan, Kevin Downey Jr. Rick Delgado, Slick Rick, all here. We'll wrap it up. We'll get to everybody here one last time, Rick Delgado, I'll start with you.
A
All right, Damon. Well, one more headline for you. This one coming from Kevin Downey Jr. S neck of the woods. Milwaukee Journey Sentinel, Journal Sentinel. As Judge Hannah Dugan. Remember this one? Judge Hannah Duggan resigned from court weeks after federal jury finds her guilty. Yeah, she's another good looking gal. In the face of an effort to impeach her and remove her from the bench, the Milwaukee County Circuit Judge, Hannah Duggan, or Dugan, however you pronounce a stupid name, announced she is resigning. The announcement came. There she is. Oh, what a catch. The announcement came on January 3, weeks after the federal grand jury found her guilty of obstructing federal immigration agents seeking to make an arrest outside her courtroom. Luckily for her, she wasn't driving an SUV and tried to run any of these guys over instead. You might remember this video. This is cut number 12. Watch here as she as she's caught on camera trying to obstruct and of course help this Illegal immigrant escape ICE custody. This is cut number 12. Check this out.
D
He meets his attorney in the hallway and walks towards Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan's courtroom. Along the way, he passes plainclothes federal agents who are sitting on a bench.
A
They are there to det him. After Flores Ruiz walks by, the agents.
D
Turn to each other and appear to confirm his identity amongst themselves.
A
But a few moments later, Judge Dugan.
D
And another judge approached the agent sitting on the bench. A criminal complaint against Dugan later said she was alerted to their presence by a court official. That complaint says during this interaction, Dugan and the agents disagreed over the type.
A
Of warrant they had to arrest Flores Ruiz.
D
According to the complaint, Dugan ordered the agents to go to the chief justice judge's office. Video shows her pointing them through a double door. She then turns back to speak with other agents further down the hall and orders them through the doors as well. Shortly after that, with the agents gone.
A
From the hallway, Eduardo Flores Ruiz and.
D
His attorney exit into the hallway through a different door.
A
As they walk down the hall toward.
D
The elevators, they pass another plainclothes federal agent. Neither they nor Judge Dugan seem to.
A
Have noticed at the time. That agent motions to another to follow Flores Ruiz.
D
Security video shows Flores Ruiz exiting through a basement exit upstairs on the sixth floor. The other agents have left the chief.
A
Judge'S office, work their way downstairs.
D
Flores Ruiz left the building onto 9th Street. Videos of the street shows the agents.
A
Catching up to him.
D
Flores ruiz runs across 10th street while.
A
Trying to get away, but the agents catch him and arrest. Yeah. And then of course, they caught the judge. Her defense team released a letter dating also dated January 3, which she cited the prosecution, her pending appeal, as well as a vow by Republicans to impeach her and remove Duggan from the bench. So she is gone and let's hope she stays that way. Another good result for the good guys.
E
Yeah. All right. Very good. Rick Delgado, Kevin Downey Jr. I'll come to you. What else is on your news radar?
F
I love this. I don't know if you guys covered this yet. Headline Trump vows to block dividends. Stock buybacks for defense firms. Folks, this if true, if it happens, this will rip the guts out of the military industrial complex. I truly believe. I never bought the whole chump plane, 5th dimension sense chest or whatever. They're talking about the chest. But he's really doing things that I never saw him. The thing about the houses, Paulie.
D
Yeah. Going head to head with BlackRock.
F
Yep. And imagine this. Imagine if this could put Nancy Pelosi in the poor house. She might be moving into a double wide. If this goes through, I shall read in my broadcast voice. President Donald J. Trump announced on Wednesday that the U.S. defense contractors will no longer be allowed or tolerated to issue massive dividends or engage in stock buybacks, setting slow production, delayed delivery and substandard follow, blah, blah, blah. It doesn't matter. What he's doing, folks, is he is ripping the guts. He's going to make war not as profitable. It's always going to be profitable. There's nothing we can do about that. But if he can do it, do this, he. I tell you, man, he's got a global plan going on and it's going great. And that Maduro thing changes everything.
D
Yeah.
F
Changes everything. People respect. I think the world has Already. Already respected him. But now after that, I mean, he's not coming for me. But imagine that you go to bed and you go, what did you have? And that's put you in a bag, take you off like the hobby Oz. My grandfather used to read the hobby Odds to me about that, you know, sealing people in their sleep, because that's how you get kids to go to bed.
A
You think somebody read that to Maduro?
D
I thought you're supposed to use chloroform.
F
That's my new cologne.
E
Yeah. All right, let's do some sports and wrap it up here. LFSXP is the promo code to use a mypillow. Who sponsor sports Slickster. What's going on?
B
Okay. NFL vet Matt Khalil sues ex wife after comments about the size of his manhood. This is Dylan, Quinn and Breitbart. Yeah, let me stick with me on this story.
E
Oh, yeah.
B
Every divorced couple has at least one major issue that drives them apart. It might surprise you to learn that the issue was for NFL veteran Matt Khalil and his model ex wife. Khalil, 36, is suing his ex wife, Hayley Khalil, after she made comments about his manhood on a recent live stream that she claims were invasive. That he claims were invasive and ruined his chances of staying out of the public eye after his NFL retirement.
E
Yeah.
B
Haley made the comments in November on Martin Marathon Livestream when she described her ex husband's manhood as two Coke cans, maybe even a third, and said that his private size was a factor in the couple's 2022 divorce. Matt's Lulu sue claims that Haley's comments resulted in unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public. And his family have been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements. The former Viking married Hayley in 2020, 24, 2015. Their marriage lasted seven years. In 2024, Khalil married Kalini Asmus.
D
This is the story that I lost out to.
B
Well, the suit says that Haley's comments have affected Kalani as well, and she has allegedly been inundated with messages that are increasingly frequently disturbing and alarming in nature over time. The filing charges Haley with highly revealing, highly intimate and private facts about Matt and his request a jury and damages exceeding 75,000, so on and so on forth, and it just continues to go on. So she just went, what was the.
E
Story after this one you were looking at? You decided, no, I'm going to go back to this. I'm just curious.
B
Was The Kai Trump story. But, you know, sticking with.
D
So he's trying to get 75 grand on top of.
B
Yeah, for the jury charges. Exactly on top.
D
On top of that advertisement, he just got 350 phone numbers.

Episode Theme: Unfiltered Analysis of the Minneapolis ICE Shooting, U.S. Political Reactions, and National News
Date: January 7, 2026
Host & Panel: Damon ("Big D"), Paul Nolan, Rick Delgado, Kevin Downey Jr., Slick Rick (Sports)
This episode centers on the breaking news of a controversial shooting in Minneapolis involving an ICE officer and a protester. The panel delivers multi-angle analysis—legal, political, and cultural—accented by spirited banter and personal takes. Broader national issues are interwoven: state political scandals, sports headlines, Trump administration policies, and commentary on global uprisings. Notable voices of Right-leaning media dissect narratives and react in real time to emerging clips and developments.
[00:52–02:28]
[03:28–21:10; Resumes throughout]
[04:02] Big D relays analysis from Amy Swearer (American Freedom):
“There’s no real question. It was quite obviously a legally justified use of deadly force by a law enforcement officer.”
Video angles confirm the ICE officer was clipped by a fleeing car, supporting justification for deadly force.
Amy Swearer further states:
“It's entirely possible for both of the following to be true: One, the driver did not subjectively intend to run over the ICE agent...Two, the ICE agent...reasonably feared she was about to slam on the gas and run him over."
[06:37] Rick Delgado adds mainstream reporting: the suspect was attempting to flee and endangered law enforcement.
Mayor Jacob Fry’s pre- and post-shooting statements are played:
Paul Nolan links the event to previous Minneapolis unrest and a possible political “rallying cry.”
[13:17] Kevin Downey Jr. notes the ICE officer involved had previously been struck by a car:
“This officer has been hit by a car before earlier this year. He might be like, all right, not never again…”
Emphasis on left-wing exploitation of the event for political purposes; skepticism that a new wave of unrest will meet prior levels of outrage given racial factors.
[20:27] Paul Nolan:
"These people feel as though they are completely unaccountable for their actions. And that's on purpose."
ICE and police regularly risk their lives amid politicized hostility.
[50:25–55:57]
Panel discusses Governor Tim Waltz’s response to scrutiny over fraud and calls for his resignation after losing political support.
Audio is played of Waltz refusing to step down:
“It ain't happening. I'm not going anywhere. ...I will fight this thing till the very end to make this state better.” — Tim Waltz [52:18]
Waltz threatens to activate the National Guard in response to tensions with federal authorities, prompting panelists to decry it as seditious.
Panel predicts political demise for Waltz, tying the shooting to a needed distraction from state-level corruption scandals.
NATO, U.S. Foreign Policy, Iran & Venezuela
[27:20–31:02] [39:42–46:02]
Discussion of Trump’s (somewhat tongue-in-cheek) push to annex Greenland, using historic context and strategic analysis.
Austrian NATO response clip played—threatening to expel U.S. forces if America pursues heavy-handed diplomacy.
Iranian Uprising:
Maduro’s arrest in Venezuela is hailed as a major shift; reference to Democratic outrage.
[35:52–37:34]
[31:02–34:52]; [59:26–60:51]
NYC mayoral aide Sia Weaver, who called homeownership “a tool of white supremacy,” is confronted over her own family’s wealth.
Media critique: Newsweek headline (“ICE detains man who lived in US since he was a baby”) debunked; man actually had a lengthy criminal record and deportation order.
[21:41–26:49]; [64:45–68:36; 91:47–94:03]
[75:39–83:56]
[87:01–end]
On the shooting:
“How is the officer supposed to make that decision in split seconds when he's standing there in front of a 4,500 pound car that you are now clearly starting to accelerate?”
— Damon [11:37]
On political reactions:
“They're already trying to spin this as an action of self defense. ...How does anybody know?”
— Rick Delgado [11:56]
On cultural and media issues:
“These people feel as though they are completely unaccountable for their actions. And that's on purpose. It's by design.”
— Paul Nolan [20:27]
On Iran uprising:
“Trump isn’t just saving the nation. I think he’s saving the world.”
— Kevin Downey Jr. [40:15]
On housing and institutional investors:
“People live in homes, not corporations.”
— Quoting Trump Truth Social [35:55]
On Governor Tim Waltz:
“It ain't happening. I'm not going anywhere. ...I will fight this thing till the very end to make this state better.”
— Tim Waltz [52:18]
This episode delivers in-depth analysis on an ICE shooting in Minneapolis—combing through legal, political, and cultural angles—while critically examining media narratives, ongoing state-level corruption, and national/international power plays (Iran, Venezuela, NATO). Interlaced are segments on housing policy, extremism in urban government, and raucous sports commentary, all suffused with humor and pointed skepticism toward mainstream narratives.
