Yeah, that's it. Well, I don't want to rain on the President's parade and the speech tonight and then go out and win the midterms. Mike. Mike Johnson. I don't know. I mean, I'm probably the worst person to be hosting the time after that speech because I love the President, but Mike Johnson is just delusional. I don't know what he's talking about. Most consequential. Gotten the most stuff done. It's the same stuff I keep saying. What have you gotten done? Separate what the President's gotten done. He's gotten stuff done. What have you guys gotten done? You can't even get this done. We're not even going to get this done. The most important thing that we could get right now. And of course they did their part in the House, so I guess I can't blame him for that. But it's all one and the same. And what's so funny about tonight is that I had the whole first hour planned out based around this opening video that I wanted to talk about, which happened this Morning on cnbc. Because it's the perfect encapsulation about what I've been saying for 11 years sitting behind this microphone. The perfect encapsulation of what the problem is. And really the speech the President should have been given tonight. And in the speeches that they should be talking about at CPAC all week. And that is how in deep red states we can't get candidates that represent the damn people and the places that they're from, like Utah and this guy John Curtis, who went on CNBC this morning and licked faces with Adam Schiff, essentially. And it just encapsulates the point that I always make. There is no, I don't want to hear about 5,000, 347 in the Senate. It's 9,010 D's in the Senate. And this conversation is the perfect snapshot of what we're talking about. Joe Kernan even couldn't believe it. Adam Schiff couldn't believe it. As you have a senator from a deep red state sitting there making the case for amnesty. Joe Kernan at the end. I'll show it. I'm going to show it to you now. Or two, Joe Kernan has to say, oh, Senator Schiff, let me come to you. I thought you were going to be the one that I would be disagreeing with. That's what the host on CNBC said because he couldn't believe what he was listening to.

Well, not enough in my opinion, especially Mike Johnson and John Thune, not giving them nearly enough pressure. Neither one's doing a good job in my estimation. And that'll be become crystal clear if we don't win, if we don't keep the House in the midterms. So the president is talking a lot about the midterms and it's, it's undeniable. The problems that this party has is I've been talking about them for 11 years. They've never changed realistically. Endorsements, terrible. Primaries, terrible. Most of the candidates not conservative. The real conservative candidates never get the look in the primaries. We don't pay enough attention, we don't get enough voters activated and we end up with the wrong candidates. And then of course we wonder somewhere down the line how we end up with Lindsey Graham's and people like that and people like this. So this happened this morning on cnbc and of course John Curtis, who I think took Mitt Romney's seat out of Utah and Adam Shifty Schiff went on CNBC to talk about a sports betting legislation that they're actually putting out, the two of them together to try to try to get sports betting basically to be regulated by all 50 states. Nothing on, I guess I didn't read it, but I think it's nothing from the feds. They want all the states to regulate it because John Curtis doesn't want any sports betting in Utah. So. Or they already have no sports betting in Utah or no gambling of any kind, I think in Utah. And so he wants all the states to be able to regulate it and shift who, who knows what he wants. Well then the attention turned towards immigration and that's where we're going to pick up this clip. John Curtis again, Senator from Utah. Here is Joe Kernan with the two of them.

Aaron, what, what you're not hearing is yes, rule of law is important. We have to have rule of law in this, in this country. But compassion with that rule in law is not a mutually exclusive idea.

It wasn't compassionate to tell them that if you. If you come here, you can have the American dream when they can't. So that's. That's why we getting this wrong.

Like, you got to understand what compassion is and what it's not.

Would you try. Do we need then to anyone who's here illegally that hasn't committed a crime, Senator Curtis, should there be a path to citizenship? Is that what compassion means to you? Or should these people not be allowed to stay?

Well, then let me ask you a question. Is there any law, any rule broken in our country where we don't have a copy. Consequence defined? So why don't we have a consequence defined when it comes to coming into this country without documentation? We continue to allow these people to be here, but we haven't defined what their consequence is.

So that. That's the inaction from. From policymakers.

Absolutely.

All right, so what. What would you say we need to do then? What. What's your answer to that? That, I guess, is like every other.

So, first of all, you have to define amnesty. But any other crime that's committed here in our country, we define what. We. We define what the punishment is, and we've. We've failed to do that in this case.

Senator Schiff. I thought I'd be arguing with you, Senator Curtis.

Now, listen to shift.

Look, I. I think we need strong enforcement of our laws, but we also need to enforce them with compassion. And I think it is also a false choice to say, well, we can't have a strong border unless we also allow indiscriminate immigration sweeps that cause chaos in our streets like we saw in Minneapolis. We should have a strong border, but we should also make sure that our ICE agents are operating lawfully, that they're not using excessive force, that they have warrants before they go into people's homes, that they're not racially profiling people. All of those things can be true at the same time, and that's what I'm advocating.

Big D (18:44)

Take off the ties. Which one is the Democrat? You'd have no idea by listening to that clip you'd have no idea if you didn't know who those guys were. And they weren't wearing red and blue ties and they were just standing there and you just mixed them up and then you said, okay, guys, listen to this clip and tell me who's. You'd have no idea which one's the Democrat. You'd think they both were. You'd say, well, both of them are clearly not. One of them is not a Republican. And that is the problem with this party. There's too many guys like that from deep red states. You got anybody from a blue state that's arguing for deportations. And then citizens, citizens are more, you know, the citizens should take priority over illegally. No, nothing. You know, there's not a single blue representative in any blue state that argues even close to something where that person from a deep red states arguing from the left of the guy on the left, which is Schiff enough where Joe Kernan has to say, well, it's not like the dev. It is the definition of the old Clinton deal. The definition of is is like, what are you saying, Curtis? I thought I was going to be arguing with the other guy. I'm arguing with you. That's just crazy.

And we're going to do this and follow the exact recipe across the board and let's keep it aligned with one another. You know, I don't know. I. We're constantly, we're constantly played like suckers and just roll me a hoping, hoping one day it changes. But I'm telling you, they see Trump as a passing storm and it's business as usual. And you know, I don't know, these people just, they're greedy and I'm just so tired of these endless terms and just get rid of them all.

John Curtis is the same guy, by the way, who went back on CNN back in December of the end of last year and said he was on State of the Union with Jake Fake Tapper and said, you know, Americans need to wake up every morning, look in the mirror and ask, what am I doing today to make immigrants feel more welcome? That's your job. That's what you should be asking yourself in the morning when you wake up,

Sorry, that gravy train is ending. But look at what they're saying. Welcome them. Even though, even though Scott Pinster from PJ Media has, he's got a great article saying that where he can sort of extrapolate out the crime numbers. More people are killed by illegal immigrants every year in the US than died on 9 11. But welcome in. Welcome them in, you bigots. Bring them out in. We don't want to be called a bigot or anything like that. It's absurd to me that the Rhinos, they still fear that. And keep in mind, everything they say Obama said years ago, they all said, oh, we got to keep them out. We got. And Obama threw people out. But when Trump does it, racism, racism. And some people are still afraid of being called the R word.

Well, the Democrats taught the Rhinos exactly how to run scams through NGOs and now it's just a gravy train now. So there's no one's giving up that their dirty free money. Then they found a way to weaponize it and, and monetize it. And that was the end of that.

Here's a story that's really got me perplexed, especially in these days of these big contracts here, right? You had Jackson Smith and Yigba, right? He scored, signed a 40 something million dollar a year contract. Listen to this. Los Angeles Rams, Puka Nakua accused of biting women, making anti semitic comment. Paul Boyer Breitbart, Puka Nakua star wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams, has been accused of both making an anti Semitic comment and biting a woman. The alleged incident occurred on December 31st with the woman accusing Nakua in a rejected application for a temporary restraining order against him, per tmz. The woman says the night got off to a rocky start after the 24 year old allegedly said, bleep all Jews during dinner, which distressed her. Unfortunately, the woman says the remark was just the first act in what became an escalating course of rude and vulgar, threatening, violent and harassment conduct by Nakua. After eating, the woman said she and her friend, along with Puka and others, got into a sprinter van when he became touchy feely. You know, I remember seeing that video too. It was from New Year's Eve. The woman then claimed that Puka suddenly dropped his head into her girlfriend's lap and bit her thumb so forcefully that she screamed in acute pain. She then claimed that Puka Nuku had turned to her, biting her left shoulder, which left an imprint on her broken skin. TMZ obtained photos allegedly showing the bite marks.

Which the woman claimed during her application of a restraining order. I mean, literally, he got. I mean, those are probably his teeth. Pull his dental records. The woman filed a police report and claimed that months later, during mediation in March 2026, Puka's attorneys threatened to contact DMZ and other press and media outlets and to disseminate false, inaccurate and or deliberately exaggerated public statements that don't look too exaggerated. Those bite marks, I'll tell you that. Puka's attorney, Levi McCarthy told TMZ that the woman has been engaged in a shakedown attempt, adding that the woman has asked for millions. She also said the group was partying and engaged in some harmless horseplay as per the anti semitic comment. McCarthy said that the sober witnesses have claimed. Never. He never uttered it. So this is going to play out. Puka's a big. I mean, he's one of the top stars in the NFL. Great player on the Rams and you know, big fantasy football guy as well.

It's about having a Nassau County Republican at the top of the ticket to help the party compete for the two Democrat congressional seats in Nassau. This is an RNC priority, not the governorship. So I don't know what's going on in New York with the Republicans. Maybe we can, maybe we can get our. Get somebody on here because since Bruce doesn't have time, get Doug own. I know Vin had reached out to somebody initially and I Don't know what's going on with this but what you're saying, if that's the case, well then we ain't going to win governor this year.

Well, speaking of governor torial races here, the Southern, Southern Cal had to cancel its planned gubernatorial debate Monday less than 24 hours before the event after a lot of criticism over the formula used to determine the participants. USC released a statement on Monday night saying that while it stands by its data driven formula to determine who has more viability to become California's next governor, it acknowledged concerns over the criteria and it created a significant distraction from the issues that matter to the voters. The debate was also co sponsored by ABC TV in Los Angeles. I think one of the things that's kind of interesting here, they're claiming it's racism. But meanwhile Steve Hilton, Republican had 16% support which was leading the pack. Chad Bianco had 14%, a Republican second followed by Swalwell, Katie Porter and Tom Stier, all three were 10%. Now California has a jungle primary, meaning they just let everybody in and it just keeps going and it dilutes the fact that all these Democrats are swallowing each other up and it's really given a good chance for the Democrats are really, you know, screwing themselves right here and the Republicans have a really good chance, you know, to win this state.

Let's because it's the top two, which are both Republicans right now, who advance is not. Is that the ruler? Maybe I don't understand how it works.

The top two advance, so it'd be Hilton versus Bianco. So either way, California once again claiming racism is the reason. But the formula has been tried and true and they said it was all because there was all white candidates on there, but all those candidates had done a good job fundraising and they were all polling higher for the most part. And to me it's another example of, you know, trying to add DEI to politics, trying to add DEI to medical professions, airlines. It's all crazy. Just let people live on their merit. And once again the Democrats are just shooting themselves in the proverbial groin and non binary groin.

That's really good for everybody because that's a lot more trade into Asia. That's the hub. UAE is the hub of trade for that whole region. That'll be a great outcome for investors like me. And I don't want to make light of the war. I keep saying that, but I'm thinking ahead 90 days here and I'm liking what I see, not the war. I keep saying that I don't need the headaches on social media. But you know what I'm saying in terms of long term vision, third, which I find really, really intriguing is no matter what happens, no enriched uranium, that's got to be found and taken out of the country. That'll be part of the deal. Hormuz will be open in perpetuity. We've got 22 nations talking about supporting that financially. That's just like the Suez or Panama Canal. Great for the region. It's a game changer in the sense that all of a sudden you have stability in the fastest growing part of the earth. It's very, very bullish for world markets. And again, I preface it, I don't like war. But I, you got to let this play out because the big vision here is to finally stop this problem we've had for 60 years. And I really like that outcome.

I wonder how you know. And this speaks to what we've been talking about on the show a little bit. This fresh diplomatic structure replaces the outdated international maneuvering with straightforward economic and security interests. Leaders from Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, they've all met in Riyadh to help create a viable path forward. The emerging coalition is applying meaningful pressure on Iran as evidence of by several positive developments. A Lebanese government has moved to ban Hezbollah. The Palestinian Authority has condemned Iranian aggression. And Hamas is reportedly considered a proposal to disarm. What's going on here is we're seeing the United Kingdom is increasingly sidelined in these matters because of years of reckless green energy policies and hostility towards reliable energy sources that have left their economies weakened and energy dependent with limited access to oil and natural gas. Their ability to exert influence in the Gulf has sharply declined as a. The European Union is now urgently seeking LNG agreements with the United States and has even delayed planned restrictions on Russian oil imports. Europe is kind of being cut out of it. We've seen how lords of London has run the show there in the Strait. And President Trump is essentially redefining the geometric structure of the entire global order. And I just see when all the chips fall where they may, I just see America thriving and, and just, I just see prosperity along the way.

This is a statistically significant safety signals for this ice schism stroke. I don't know what that means, but in the, in the age group following uptake of the Pfizer vivilant Senator Johnson, blah, blah, blah, said they knew what was happening. I'm just going to cut it out. They knew what was happening and they not only pushed it, they pushed it harder. That tells me they wanted older folks to get as many shots as they could before they died from strokes or myocarditis or anything else. All right, that's like a drunk guy. I gotta go. Come on. Legion Stadium, baby. NFL owners are expected to select Las Vegas as the host city for the Super Bowl 63 after the 2028 season. Sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter the issue is expected to be approved by owners. Now who's going to argue with that? Jerry's going to love it like the strip club there, but they're going to have that approved. One source told Schefter that the Super Bowls returned to Las Vegas is a matter of formality. You might be right, Big D. The last time the super bowl was played in Vegas, February of 2024, when the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the 49ers. That was Super Bowl 58. This will be at Allegiance Stadium. And next year's super bowl, in case you're worried, is at Sofi Stadium, the home of the Rams in Inglewood and California. The following year will be in Georgia at the Atlanta's Mercedes Benz Stadium, home of the Falcons. So you got a couple of good cities, but man, nothing beats the super bowl in Vegas. Mark. Yeah, Michelle, good evening. The headline alone is not something you hear every day. The man charged in the deadly shooting is a quadruple amputee who was driving a car as the shooting happened. He is 27 year old Dayton James Weber, seen here in this mugshot. He's been in the spotlight before but for much different reasons. Weber was featured by ESPN a few years ago highlighting his success as a competitive cornhole champion. Now after the incident last night, he is a murder suspect accused of fatally shooting a passenger in his car while driving through a small town in Maryland. Local authorities alerted by two witnesses who were passengers in the backseat, revealing a well known name locally as the suspect.

What I would say is that his accomplishments and capabilities have been well documented on the Internet. There's a YouTube channel and a lot of stories out there about what he is capable of doing. And we would urge anybody who has questions to just look at his name and look at the videos.

Here are more of those videos. A pro in the America to cornhole league, he has been a quadruple amputee since he was a child. At 10 months old, he was given just a 10% chance to live. To save his life and stop a deadly sepsis infection from spreading, doctors amputated both of his arms and legs. As for the shooting, authorities ultimately found a body dumped in a yard Weber across state lines in Virginia. He is now facing a first degree murder charge. Live here in studio, Mark Cotoropoulos.
