Does anybody guess with apolitical also get to go to war that's dragging us through the news. Dragon Maga civil war seeming just continuing over the war. Been some resignations. We're going to take a look at that. And how is the media covering the war economically? Are they putting the blame on the gop? Are they putting the blame on Trump? Could be anybody's guess who's going to get the FCC chairman, Brendan Carter. They say he was threatening the news break the news stations. Is he really? Take a look at that. And more coming up on Media Exposed.

Media Exposed with Adam Wise starts now.
Adam Wise
Welcome back to Media Scope Exposed. One of the biggest Hollywood, you know award ceremony. The Oscars turned into a political, let's say laughing stock as usual. Their ratings were down 20%. But complaining about Trump and conservatives is what they do. It seems like they don't care about that big slath of America that doesn't want to hear their politics. Just wants to go back to the days when we can watch a movie. From the bit of big political wins to the political grandstand, the Oscars give exactly what we expected. More Hollywood preaching from people who live behind gates. Jerry o' Connell was on Bill Maher recently, man. Yeah, what he said. He said his wife and his daughter are so triggered during the election that he couldn't even handle them. But Oscar ratings plummeted to 70.9 million. It was the third worst in record history. In 2014, before Trump got elected, there were 43 and a half. Over 43.7 million viewers tuned in to the Oscars. What a time that was when they weren't super political and people just wanted to watch it. Let me welcome my next guest, my first guest, Blair White, political commentator, host of the Blair Witch Show, Blair Witch Project. Blair, thanks for joining us as always.
Blair White
The Blair White Project, not which.
Adam Wise
Oh, Blair White Project. Sorry. It was as usual, the Oscars, they just preach into America. They don't get it. People don't want to hear it, but they continue to do it. Why do you think they continue to do it when the ratings are so bad? Movies aren't the thing anymore. It's hard to get people to go to theaters because of massive. Because of people's a, because of people's attention span, B, there's so many streaming platforms, there's so many ways to watch movies. You think they'd be more inclusive in America. Why do you think they continue this preaching to, to the American when they really don't want to hear it? What do you think?
Blair White
Yeah, I haven't watched an award show in probably near a decade. I don't know why anyone wants to watch Diddy's Group Chat win their hundredth award over and over again. But we know through things like Operation Mockingbird that a lot of these celebrities actually have deals with the feds, deals with the government to spin a certain narrative. And even though everyone knows Hollywood is fake, for some reason, the liberals who watch it, the ones that are still watching, after all, they believe that these celebrities that are espousing their opinions are actually being genuine. But it couldn't be farther from the truth. As someone who lived in Hollywood for many years, I can say from firsthand experience a lot of celebrities, from the smallest celebrities to a listers, are secret conservatives, or at least secretly not as liberal as they purport to be. It's kind of a thing that you have to do to survive in that industry. So it's far from genuine. It's just about getting gigs and getting jobs. And without that, you know, you can't really win. They're never going to give a conservative an award on that stage.
Adam Wise
So, you know, when you said the word fake, it was about 2008, 2009, I got an apartment in LA, Hollywood, then in New York. And I said, I'm going to get my business in both cities. And I'd go for meetings after meetings and someone tell me, own this. He owned that. He did this. Everybody was fake. Nobody. I said, I can't do this for another year. Nobody tells the truth in New York. I meet somebody, tell me they own something, they run something, they do it right. Then here, they just like, that's not what you told me. So I like the way you said fake. But let's go to cut one here. But that's what I don't think. Cut one here with Conan o' Brien takes a total sheep shot at Trump about Russia watches Cut one.
Ryan Reynolds
You know, Anora is having a good night. Yeah, that's great. Yeah, that's great news. Two wins already. I guess Americans are excited to see somebody finally stand up to a powerful Russian. All right.
Adam Wise
And let's go to cut two because he takes another shot at Kid Rock. I don't know. Does people even get this joke? But let's watch this. Cut to.
Ryan Reynolds
I should warn you, tonight could get political.
David Zier
Okay.
Ryan Reynolds
And if that makes you uncomfortable, there's an alternate Oscars being hosted by Kid Rock. Yeah, it's at the Dave and Buster's down the street. A lot of tickets for that.
Adam Wise
Think about that. He's the like, one of the MCs for the Oscars. And that. How many times do you think that was read over and over again? You're going on the grandest stage of Hollywood for America, and that's not extemporaneous. That had to be looked over over and over again, and it wasn't funny. Probably a lot of people don't even know what he's talking about because Kid Rock, because Turning Point Kid Rock and a few others had an alternative halftime show because the Bad Bunny. That's it. Because people didn't want to hear someone who down to, you know, denigrates America. And the whole show is in Spanish. So what do you think of that shot? Do you think it was funny at all? Or what do you think that Conan.
Blair White
Well, it's just fake, right? So the idea that Kid Rock has to play, like, smaller shows now or isn't popular is just a lie. Like, people really, really love Kid Rock. He is iconic. And the fact that they have to put him down, it's only because they're not inviting to him the things anymore. So it's kind of like this elitist. Not even kind of. It is this elitist, like, cool Kid Club, but they're not actually that cool. And they're not there by their own, you know, merits. Like, I don't even know who watches Conan o'. Brien. All the late shows are really, really cringe now, really trash. Whereas Kid Rock has an organic, really strong fan base, which is, you know, shown in the fact that he was able to do such great numbers for the Turning Point show. And also just the fact that he is, like I said, an icon. So it's artificial just having to pretend as if he's some weird outsider, when in reality, Kid Rock's views reflect half, if not most of the people in the country.
Adam Wise
Yeah, I totally. Because it did such great numbers. If you look at the streaming platforms and YouTube, it was incredible. And you have. And you probably know you're right that he did so well that they have to take this shot at it. And you. All you did was give it more publicity, which is kind of stupid. You should probably shouldn't have said anything. But let's take a look at Jimmy Kimmel, one the only Jimmy Kimmel who was bounced for a week off the air, but he still has Take a shot at the First Lady. Let's go to cut three.
David Zier
There is an international community of filmmakers dedicated to telling the truth, oftentimes at great risk, to make films that teach us, that call out injustice, that inspire us to take action. And there are also documentaries where you walk around the White House trying on shoes.
Adam Wise
That's not what the documentary was about. Jimmy, if you're going to make a joke, make it a little real. The joke. She didn't walk around the White House with her shoes off. But anyway, it's like so low grade, isn't it? Making fun of the first lady like that. Quick thoughts on that. I want to jump to another video. Give me a quick thought on that one.
Blair White
Yes, I. I love Milania. I'm very defensive of her. She's the best First Lady.
Adam Wise
Right? So let's go to cut four because this is really interesting. So the actor Jerry o' Connell was on Bill Maher's podcast, just relaxing. And Bill Maher always gets things out of actors or people that because he's so relaxed, he's smoking a joint. I don't know if Jerry took a hit. He asked him to. But let's go to cut four.
Jerry O'Connell
You want to know why people vote for Trump?
Adam Wise
That's why your attitude is a real turnoff.
Jerry O'Connell
So I'm going to tell you about a bit of. I say this, will I stay married? Blow it over here.
Adam Wise
My Sounds like you're going to blow it over here.
Jerry O'Connell
The night of the election, this third one. Yeah, third election. Everyone knows what I'm talking about here. I was watching late at night the returns and I'll be honest with you, I didn't think Trump was gonna win. I live in California. I didn't think he was gonna win. From what I was here, I didn't either.
Cancer Recovery Research Narrator
I didn't think he was gonna win.
Adam Wise
This is where I live.
Jerry O'Connell
You know, I said something along the lines of like there was no planning. This is what they get. There should have been a primary. I said something along those lines, you know, like I was just spitballing ideas as to. It was a shock, you know, my wife and daughters, without saying anything became, became physical with me. They were, they were filled with rage. So if I am being careful with you in how I say things. Yes, I live in California. I live with not one, not two, but three people who.
Adam Wise
Hey Blair, my quick thoughts on that. B, A he's a wimp and B, what if a female was on TV on Bill Maher and she said my husband got physical, husband and son, what would the outcry be from the media? Give me your final thoughts on that.
Cancer Survivor / Patient
Right.
Blair White
And you can judge a tree by its fruit. So if his family is so maladaptive that they get physical or super angry over an election, that's his leadership showing. Right. And also living in California is not an excuse to be so blindsided by an election. Like you should understand there are other states of the country too. It's, it's all 50 states, not just California. But that's the California attitude. It's very insular, very elitist, very. It's its own bubble.
Chris Ruby
Right?
Adam Wise
Blair, thanks for joining us and I'll see you soon. Thank you.
Blair White
Thanks for having me.
Adam Wise
Coming up next, we'll talk about the war. There's big maga, civil war, infighting, resignations. I'm going to take a look at our. We're going to bring our Pentagon spokesperson in. We're going to dissect this that more coming up on Media Exposed.

Welcome back to Media Exposed. The media screaming MAGA Civil war because some of the big podcasts biggest names we know, the Candace Owens, the Tucker, even Megan Kellen seem to be going anti war. But those podcasts actually lead to the public not approving of this war. There was a poll out that 70%, 77% of Republicans and 99 or 100% of self described MAGA opponents support the strikes on Iran. The civil war is confined to seems to be just the podcast. Podcast class not the base was the disconnect. The White House didn't hesitate. Press secretary Carol Levitt called Joe Kent who resigned from the counterterrorism Post called him claimed that Israel pushed Trump into war insulting and laughable she called it. Trump himself called Kent a nice guy but weak on security. This is called accountability, not a civil war. As you know, Joe Kent resigned early in the week, called the war unjustified, shouldn't have happened. But House Speaker Mike Johnson pushed back. I got all the briefings, he said. We all understood there was a clearly imminent threat. Iran was very close to nuclear enrichment. Cape Billy Kent was cut off, cut out of the briefings. He didn't have the full picture. Investigations are happening too. Came out early in the week that there was the FBI is looking into him. This whole thing is seems out of control. CNN is salivating over this story. But cancer resignation letter echoed Tucker calls and blame Israel powerful lobby for the war. That's not an actual critique, that's a talking point. The media loves playing up these outlier stories like Marjorie Taylor Greene calling Kent a hero because it fits their narrative. But most Republicans have coalesced and stayed behind Trump. I want to make David Zier our Pentagon spokesperson, also the host of Breaking Point obviously on Real America's Voice. Now, David, there's so much to dissect here. Joe Kent, counterterrorism resigning. I mean if somebody most countries did what Joe Kent did, resigned and he ran first he puts out a statement criticized and the president criticized him. Then within the next, I think within 24 hours he's on Tucker Carlson, other podcasters. You talk about Democrats and the media complain about Trump's behavior, dictatorial behavior. Man, if you actually did that stuff in a dictatorial regime, they'd slice your head off or throw you in jail. Give me your thoughts on Joe Kent, what he did early in the week and him running. No, give me. Because the media all of a sudden like Joe Kent. I noticed. And then he ran right at Tucker. Give me your thoughts on.
David Zier
Well, there's no doubt that Joe Kent, you know, did 11 combat deployments, Special Forces operative. I think he received six Bronze Stars. Adam, this guy's a highly decorated guy and a well respected individual who lost his wife. Right. He's a gold star husband in a bombing in Syria I think in 2019. So you know, it's hard to critique if somebody's opposed to operations going on. You know, I think Trump, you know, as per the conversation they supposedly had and with J.D. vance, you know, there was some mutual respect for his position. But listen, he's under investigation by the FBI, and Kash Patel says that it's administration officials, that it predates any of this. You know, Joe Kent coming out and criticizing, you know, the Iran conflict and getting involved over there. You know, he's been saying for about a year that we should not be doing this. But Cash Patel's fighting to release information to show that this investigation on leaks to members of the press, maybe by Joe Kent, started well before this happened. So there's a lot to digest, a lot to uncover. But there's no doubt that Joe Kent, you know, served his country. Yeah, really well. There's leaks that Joe said, sad to watch.
Adam Wise
There's leaks that Joe Kent was leaking. But there's. And then Joe Kent was leaking, there's. But nobody knows who the leakers are. Right. But, you know, there's one position, David, he works for the President. The president's the final arbitrage of all these decisions. He really probably shouldn't be going out and criticizing within one hour of resigning. It's. It's kind of like, especially as a former Green Beret, was he, you know, shouldn't be doing. I don't think you should be doing this, but let's maga. Civil war is all over the place recently. Watch this. Cut five. Megyn Kelly is going off on Mark Levin, and then Trump had to jump in later with a tweet. But go ahead and cut five.
Cancer Survivor / Patient
I mean, I could keep going. And I've said nothing, truly. I mean, like, one tweet here or there at most, just like, occasionally, like a pitcher at the mound, give him a brush back. Like, would you just settle down?
Senator Mark Wayne Mullin
Like, go.
Cancer Survivor / Patient
Go figure out where the fight really is. And the reason he's coming for me is because I do have an audience. And he's very, very angry about that fact. Very angry about that fact. So the attacks escalate. And I don't, you know, I don't bring them all in front of you guys. I don't. I don't bring the security threats that rise in front of you guys. It's like, trust me, it's gotten very, very ugly for me in that way. And we're dealing with that. But finally, I had enough. And I tweeted at Mark Levin this weekend something to the effect of, I'm very sorry about his micro penis, which I really enjoyed. I mean, I thankfully have never had a look at it firsthand, but you can just tell no one's that angry and misogynistic because there's been lots of misogyny in his tweets about me, like, all the time. Who doesn't have that problem? And really, we should be feeling sorry for Mark Levin. We should be comforting him, because that's gotta be really tough. Gotta go out on the air and, like, try to act like you're a big swingin'. And as you know, the only people who act like they have the big swingin' are the ones that don't. So he's really revealed it to me against my wishes and consent, to be honest. But there it was for me to see, obviously. And so I called him out on it, and guess what? He didn't like his new nickname, David.
Adam Wise
I remember Trump said, you got like blood. I think she used to come in from her eyes. And everybody said, you're misogynistic, talking about a woman that way. How dare you. They went off on her. And everybody in the media defended Megan during those debates. She just called. She just went at, like, a really misogynist sexist towards the guy. What if it was the reverse? And Mark Levin talked about a woman that way? That's an interesting point, because nobody called her out, called Micropenis Mark Levin, you want to debate policy, Megan? I like Megan, but that's kind of ridiculous. Give me your thoughts on that. Then this war breaking out, this civil war between what was the Trump coalition that made him win, and it's a free for all right now. Give me your thoughts on that, Megan.
David Zier
They're both. Yeah, they're both very successful people. And, you know, Mark Levin started as an attorney, as a guest, you know, on the radio and talk radio, and Hannity, I think, helped him along. But, you know, Mark Levin is a brilliant guy. His intellect is, like, way, way up there and hard to keep up with. And before you want to argue with Mark, you better have your facts in order. Now, there is a civil war going on, you know, here. You know, he's been really critical of Bannon. I don't agree with everything Mark says, but he's an intelligent guy. I think Megyn Kelly makes herself look bad when she goes down that road. You know, I think we have to keep things more civil. And, you know, but. And, And I don't know, how do you. How do you attract young people, you know, over to you with that kind of banter and stuff. So I'm not a personal fan. I like of doing that. But I like Megyn Kelly also. But listen, there's a lot of splits, there's fractures. But listen, at least there's debate going on. You know, the Democrats are always in lockstep, you know, just catering to the Palestinian, pro Palestinian, pro Hamas crowd. You know, they never waver from that. At least there's debate going on within, within, you know, the right. I don't think it's all bad. But listen, a lot of it's hyperbole and vitriol. So it's a little disappointing to watch.
Adam Wise
You're surrounded by district and in New York City, I'm surrounded by districts that Democrats win 80, 20, 90, 10, 70, 30. We have a much harder path to the majority. And by fighting this way and even Megan calling a micro this and micro that, you're not going to win moderates, we're not going to win independence that way. Or you want to debate, do it in a civil, peaceful, nice manner. Let's go to cut six because I think this disconnect between the class, between the podcast class that keeps going at it and what's happening with voters is there's a separation here. Look at this cut six from Harry Enten. He tells the truth on CNN actually, which is unusual. Let's go.
Ryan Reynolds
MAGA GOP on the U.S. military action Iran. Look at this. Nearly 9 and 10, 89% approve of the U.S. military action iran. That is the MAGA GOP base. Just 9% disappointment, approve of it. This is tremendously popular among the Republican base and of course, Marco Rubio, secretary of state overseeing the effort. It seems to me that a lot of people are taking that into account, including President Donald Trump, who has been smiling an awful lot at Marco Rubio lately.
Adam Wise
So the MAGA class, so the voters are fully in Leipzig, it seems, but the big podcasts seem to be really anti war, anti Israel. They're doing it for click. I don't know what they're doing it for, but some of these people that we know, they used to be lockstep, pro American, pro Israel. And now all of a sudden they're just on this rage. What do you think of what do you think's the disconnect here? But it's not working with these podcasts. Seems David,
David Zier
I do think it's gaining some traction. There's sentiment, there's anti Israel policy sentiment out there. I think Israel outside of Great Britain once is our greatest ally, you know, and you know, we couldn't pull off what we're doing over there and Iran without them. But listen, this was an action. I think Trump took action over there. Listen, I'm not confident that the Republicans think they're going to keep Congress for the midterm. So, you know, to do this action now and get it out of the way, you know, maybe can't do it later on. But there's no doubt that Iran was building up their ballistic missile program and they came to the table and said, we have enough material for 11 nukes. So in my, in my opinion it's justified. I don't like the split and the schism going on again on the right here. But again, I'm all for the debate. You know, let's have the debate and flush it out and hopefully this mission will go well and succeed and we'll be out of there sooner rather than than later.
Adam Wise
David, thanks for joining. I'll see you soon. Thank you again. Up next, what the media in its Trump delusion isn't telling you about the cost of living in America. Every news is negative, but we're going to look at this. Gas prices, food prices. That and more coming up on Media Exposed.

Welcome back to Media Exposed. We're going to take a look at the lens through the media, how they cover economically. NBC even went to a local gas station looking for anti Trump voters at the gas. They didn't. The first couple they didn't find them. They waited till they found one. That's what they buried. The majority of people that reporters spoke to supported the war and were willing to pay more at the pump. The angry soundbite they wanted didn't happen till the end. Local news station actually did the grocery store homework for for people the national media won't do and found that milk, bread and eggs have seen little to new meat to no meaningful change. Bread actually dropped in price but that data point won't get you in the viral circles, won't be screaming in the national media. The New York Times actually published a gas price lookup tool specifically tied to the Iran conflict. Imagine they built a tool tracking gas price under Biden or Obama. Never the selective outrage to the story. Yes, gas is up nearly 80 cents from a month ago and diesel has surged over a dollar. Those are real numbers and real pain for some families. But the context matters that this is a war for the economy, the overall good for the world and prices spiked under presidents who faced even an oil shock over time. The prices were so high under Biden and the Media only holds one party accountable and we're three weeks in Trump's biggest economic talking point. Gas below $3 in December is nowhere to be found. It's ridiculous that the media is doing this. I want to welcome my first my next guest, the CEO of Ruby Media Group, Chris Ruby. Chris, thanks for joining us.
Chris Ruby
Thanks for having me.
Adam Wise
I wanted to take a look at this from an economic point of view because the media Is we're three weeks in. That's it. And they have meters here and dollars here and claim about the economy. But I want to show you this first cut here. And it's cut seven because Ms. Now, which used to be msnbc, they tried to rebrand it because the Peacock Network didn't want the radicals attached to NBC. So they MSN now and they sent somebody to Pennsylvania. Think about this. Would they ever do this under Obama or Biden? But watch this. To find some of the complaint about Trump. Let's go to cut seven.
MSNBC Reporter
The decision to strike Iran.
Adam Wise
It was a great decision. I think somebody else should have done it a couple of years ago, last three other presidents.
MSNBC Reporter
Are you willing to. Willing to pay higher prices at the pump? If that's, if that's the cost, yeah,
Adam Wise
I'm willing to pay a little more, yeah.
MSNBC Reporter
What do you think about the war?
Adam Wise
I think he's doing the right thing. You know, the long run is going to help us out to live. You know, if they get nuclear weapons, you know, we might not even be here in a couple of years. I think he's doing a good job.
MSNBC Reporter
Is that, is. Is it worth the rise in the price of gas?
Adam Wise
I think so.
MSNBC Reporter
What do you think about. About the US Decision to go into Iran?
Blair White
I think we got to do what we got to do to keep this country safe, so. And if it means paying a little bit more in gas right now to
Adam Wise
keep everybody safe, then.
Blair White
And that's what we got to do, and eventually they'll come back down.
MSNBC Reporter
Kelly, most of the people we talked to were supportive of the war and willing to pay the higher gas prices for the war, some of them because they believe in the goals of the war, others because they trust President Trump. But not everybody felt that way. And not everybody's excited about Trump here. And not everybody's planning to vote for Republicans in the midterms who supported Trump. Let's take a listen to one more woman who we spoke with. If you could say something to President Trump and he was going to hear you right now, what would it be?
Martha Bonetta Feint
You are a worthless pile of.
MSNBC Reporter
And you voted for him how many times?
Martha Bonetta Feint
Three times. That was my bad. Apparently. I'm an idiot.
Cancer Survivor / Patient
So not everyone is personality there, John. Lots of personality, yes.
MSNBC Reporter
Right. Not everyone's thrilled with them. That was a voter who voted for him three times. She went on to talk about the gas prices. She went on to talk about the war, about not supporting the idea of us, you know, basically going around the world. So a lot to process that Chris
Adam Wise
that looked like some women, lefty women had be screaming us during beginning of COVID when we took rides in the car that would yelling at us about putting mass on our face. Some there's no context to that. Was that really a Trump rota?
Chris Ruby
You know, it's like, you know, it's unclear to me. I will say that MAGA seems to be completely divided over what's going on right now and over their feelings about Trump. But that being said, the audio visual of like this being on the side of the highway with cars going by with at a gas station, it just seems a little odd to me. What do you think, Adam?
Adam Wise
It seems like he was digging because even as the way he approached a question like sometimes you drive in, you stop in a gas. Does everybody even know? Yesterday I paid 322, today I'm paying 379. But it was like the question was just framed to go after the GOP and Trump. What do you think about higher gas prices at this moment, but also like keep going. Yeah. And then it was like, is it important that we do this for the war? And most people agree with it. And then they found one woman who just started like was enraged and he never said why was she enraged.
Chris Ruby
Adam, who was really like in a great mood when they're pumping gas. Like, let's just talk about that. Regardless of what it's like interviewing someone at a, at a bus terminal or at an airport or pumping gas, like, those are high stakes scenarios where people are stressed and you want to get out of there. Right. I don't think like you're getting the best from people. They just want to go, they're like freaked out. They don't know who this person is, what's going on. And so I think that also impacts the frame and that they're going to get. But here's the truth, right? If I were, if this person was doing real reporting and he wanted to talk about what's actually going on for Americans right now, he would be talking about the surging cost of electricity and the big debate over data centers and how AI is actually impacting real people and asking about their bills and maybe even knocking on their doors. But he's not asking that. He's asking the same question that has always been asked. So to me, it just seems a little bit trite and it doesn't really read the room about what Americans are feeling right now. So this woman, these people are talking about $2 more. But other people, I just saw some electricity bill. They were they were talking about seven to $10,000 for one here.
Adam Wise
But you know what? They wanted MSN now, which used to be MSNBC we said, because they had, you know, the big network, they, they go in the morning, they go in the meeting, they figure out, what are we covering today? Let's send this big reporter to the gas station. And they know what they want. They want people to complain. You're getting people when they're right. The way you said it earlier, you're not getting people in a happy mood. It's not like let's get somebody at the best restaurant in town and let's see how the food was. It's let's get someone when they're irritated because they're filling up tank. Let's get their reaction then. So Ms. Now want a reaction. And we're only three weeks into the war. It's like they just pile on the bad economic news to hurt Trump, to hurt America. But we were talking about this earlier. There was a big podcast. The big podcast is in America. Some of them, the tucker is the Megyn Kelly's. The other ones too, they're very anti war, but seems the base is holding together. What do you think the disconnect is that the big podcasters are right now so anti war. I'm talking about on the conservative side. Forget about the regular media. We're big fraction here because again, Republicans have a tougher time than a majority. And with all these fractions happening, it's not going to be great for the midterm. But give me your thoughts on this split in MAGA media.
Chris Ruby
I think that MAGA has never been more split. I think you're seeing a complete fracture in the party that continues to just get worse. And I think that it's interesting what you said that. Yeah, all the big podcasters, big podcasters, some of who are possibly under alleged investigation, which may or may not be true. As you've seen this week trending on X. I think that they don't want this war. I think that they feel duped that they never wanted this war and feel like we've been dragged into something that they don't want. I think Americans are worried about losing their jobs here. We're wondering why we keep spending money everywhere. But here you have people who are homeless in the cities, in the streets and beautiful places, once beautiful places like New York City. And we're not taking care of our own people. And now you have AI, AI, AI, AI everywhere. Right. And at the same time, we're just replacing people in droves. That's the news that you see. And there's no way, Adam, that that news is disconnected from this other news. And that's the biggest mistake the media is making. They're talking about a war. They're talking about gas prices, they're talking about milk, they're talking about everything. But what I'm telling you right now, there is a direct connection. And if you want to talk about the strain on Americans, talk about what's going to happen five years from now when these Americans who are complaining about $2 more for gas will not be able to afford their mortgage because robots and humanoid robots have replaced them. That reporter didn't ask that. And the podcasters aren't saying it. So in my opinion, that is a total failure of not only the MAGA party, but also the left as well, that no one is telling the truth about the total annihilation of the future of the American worker and the regular small business owner in America. And I think that's disgraceful.
Adam Wise
It's interesting you bring that up. We'll have to cover that more in detail because everywhere I turn around when I'm in South Florida is driverless car, a driverless robot delivering food. And that what and why is that important? You're right, because they're not paying a human being. So human beings not making money at that point when it used to make money. And that's going to hurt the economy because those. What? I forgot the wire. The car is called. What's why what? I can't remember the name. Waymo. But those cars aren't. That car is not going out to the supermarket. That car is not going spending money in the economy or the little robot delivering things. But the media is not talking about that. I'm glad you bring it up, but again, I don't think you're a robot. So we still can do airways. We still can do interviews, Right? So give me your final thoughts on the war and hopefully it's over soon. Give me your final thoughts. You think it's going to be over with soon and.
Chris Ruby
No, this war is going to drag on for a very long time. I don't think most Americans and most Republicans really want this war. I think they want Trump to focus on domestic issues here, and I think they want Trump to take a stronger stance about things that are happening right here and protecting American, the American workforce. As you said, Adam, these are real issues that need to be addressed. And many Republicans think Trump is just not addressing them.
Adam Wise
Yeah, doesn't seem well for the midterms. Hopefully this ends soon and the coalition comes together. Chris, thanks for joining us. I'll see you soon. Thank you. Up now, up last, it's the FCC versus the media. Also, I want to show you a viral clip of Senator Mullins that really touched the heart of a lot of Americans. Touched my heart, other people's, that and more. Coming up on Media Exposed.

for healing, learn more and sign the pledge@workingwithcancerpledge.com. Welcome back Media exposed. FCC chair Brendan Carr put broadcasters on notice this week. Outlets were spreading what he called hoaxes and news distortions. Very important because it's a war, right? You don't want to distort fake news that really hurts global markets. It hurts families, it hurts the war. It hurts gives out secrets. You know, we called it unconstitutional. But let's ask the real when did holding the media accountable become a threat to democracy? Actually, because that's what they're saying over and over again. Only when it's decided, only when they're questioning their legitimacy, their truth telling. The same media crying First Amendment this week is the same media that spent years demanding conservative be deflatformed. No free speech there, demonetized and silenced. The selective outrage is breathtaking free speech for me, but not for the the media that is hyperventilating over the story is the same media that has been caught airing fabricated footage, misattributing videos and platforming Iranian state propaganda. If you're reporting can't withstand scrutiny, maybe the problem is in the regulator. The real chilling effect this week isn't from the fcc. It's from a press corps so captured by anti Trump sentiment that can no longer distinguish between holding power accountable and rooting for the other side. That's the threat to a free press to here's something you won't likely see in another story, much coverage as the mainstream focus on the so called grilling and fury moments of Senator Mullens who is going to be DHS director and their Trump derangement syndrome. At his confirmation here this week, Senator Mullins told a heart wrenching story about his son, about how they almost lost their son to brain injury. President Trump took time off the campaign trail to offer support, offering his personal plane and stepped up in a way. I'm going to show that clip later. I want to welcome my next guest, Martha Bonetta Feint. She's the chairman and policy strategist Vote America First. Martha, thanks for joining again. Thank you.
Martha Bonetta Feint
Thank you so much for having me, Adam. It's always a pleasure.
Adam Wise
You know Martha, the FCC is supposed to look after these big broadcasters and I've had segment after segment on the show and week after week now they look, they're blaming it for gas price, grocery price, electric prices, everything negative. We used to have a time whether it was a Clinton, Obama, the senior Bush win war, we would, we would coalesce behind a president for at least a few months. Not with Trump. They want to just blame everything on Trump and hurt him for the midterms even though we're in a time of war here. So I think the FCC has, I mean the commissioner has a point here because according to sources, right. The media, and they never tell you the sources are so just like it's absolutely ridiculous. Give me your thoughts on Brendan Carr, what he said this week about looking after them, the big media outlets.
Martha Bonetta Feint
Well, first of all, you'll never meet a greater First Amendment free speech advocate than me, Adam. So having said that, it's something that the American people hold dear to our hearts is freedom of speech. But when you have fake news networks reporting fake news over and over again to the American people, there has to be some ethical duty with these news organizations that have access to America's mainstream networks and airspace. There has to be some accountability. And so particularly when it pertains to right now, the war. Because as you can imagine, what is reported can tank the economy, the stock market can affect our jobs, can affect the everyday livelihood of hard working Americans. So although, you know, some people might be surprised to hear me of all people, a great freedom of speech advocate, say that I agree with this moment in history where we finally have somebody holding the fake news accountable for what they are reporting. I do support it. And so to that end I'm happy to see this discussion. And let's not forget it was President Trump that called out the fake news from the very beginning. And he's been right every step of the way from the COVID fake reporting to what happened on January 6th and beyond. And as you know, that reporting affected everyday hardworking Americans. Countless children were kept out of school. It's affected their, their education, it's affected the livelihood of millions of Americans because of the fake news that that's been reported historically.
Adam Wise
They deplatformed, they didn't care about freedom of press after a hoax of January 6, after the election was probably, you know, what happened in the election. We don't have to regurgitate this, but they deplatformed the President so quick they didn't care about freedom of the press. The media, they rushed, they pushed it. And not only was the president was hundreds upon thousands of conservatives that deplatformed. Not only deplatformed, demonetized, there were banks taking away their bank accounts. It was like unbelievable. And the press didn't care less. All of a sudden we need freedom of the press. How dare you say this. They threw a hoax on us last week too a few weeks ago with was it Stephen Colbert pretending that the FCC was telling you can't put James Talarico on. So they got more press because they lied about that. They got this guy so much press that he ended up beating the dancing superstar, Jasmine Crockett. How did that work out, Jasmine? The fake media hurt. Hurt one of their darlings, and a state senator became the nominee from Texas, Right? So that's what. What they do. I want to show you this little. Let's go to cut. You know, let's go to cut eight here because Ms. Now hosts and Cabrera was freaked out over his tweets. Watch this.
FCC Critic / Commentator
I mean, freedom of the press has been such a huge, huge underpinning of the democracy in this country, right? In order to hold people in power accountable, to be that government watchdog. Yet this is the latest from a string of controversial moves from this FCC chair that seems to try to squash or quash the freedom of the press. Since taking up the job, he opened an inquiry into Kamala Harris 60 Minutes interview. He ordered investigations into NPR and PBS sponsorships. He's threatened to pull ABC's license over to Jimmy Kimmel's Charlie Kirk monologue. And he pressured ABC's affiliates to take him off the air. He opened up another probe into the View just last month. David, what does this tell you about how Brendan Carr sees his role?
Senator Mark Wayne Mullin
It's an extremely activist and muscular interpretation
Adam Wise
of the authority of the FCC to get involved in the weeds of what's said. You know, sort of almost actively encouraging certain kinds of complaints to come. I think Anika probably was lying as well, because he didn't do mostly any of that stuff. Give me your thoughts on that little clip. Quick thoughts. I want to jump to another video. Give me quick thoughts on that.
Chris Ruby
First of all, this is exactly why
Martha Bonetta Feint
the American people do not trust mainstream news. It's exactly because of this type of rhetoric. I'm happy to see that something is. There's finally accountability on the fake news that's been, in many cases, in many ways, devastating the livelihood of hardworking Americans.
Adam Wise
Early in the week, Martha, I saw this emotional hearing, emotional story which I wanted to play for you because we know President Trump. A lot of people never hear these stories. Senator Mullen tells a story about emotional story about how POTUS was there for his son and a family of time in need. Let's go to cut nine. Watch this.
Senator Mark Wayne Mullin
The President arrived, and of course, there was cameras and everybody around, and of course none of the media ever talked about it, which is funny because the President called him on stage and talked to him. And then we went to the back and the President didn't talk to me. He didn't know I was in. I mean, he didn't care if I was in the room. Here's a guy that's been over in his ties about as long as my son, because my son, it stunted his growth. And so he's 5 foot 3 the rest of his life. And his team came to him twice and said, sir, we got to go. We got to go. On the third time, they came over to him. He looked at him and he says, hey, I guarantee you that plane won't leave without me. For the next 15 minutes, he did nothing but love on my son.
Chris Ruby
That
Senator Mark Wayne Mullin
that one incident jogged his memory. And from then on, he started retaining things. And Jim's attitude went from this, you know, we're going to get through it, to this. I'm going to get through it. And every week, if not most days, the President would call and ask how he could help. Ask what? How's. How's his buddy doing? How's Jim doing? He didn't do it for publicity. He didn't do it for any show. He was running in one of the toughest elections he had been in, and the guy was still that concerned about my son. When we got released for a little bit, we had to go back. When we got released a little bit, the President said, come to Mar a Lago and see me. We go down there, and it was. It's amazing. And when we're leaving, dang it. I hate getting emotional. See, if I talk about my kids, I get emotional. Other than that, you can't make me cry. But my kids.
David Zier
That's actually good.
Adam Wise
Yeah.
Senator Mark Wayne Mullin
So anyways, he grabbed my son.
Adam Wise
So Senator Mark Wayne Mullen, who's about to become DHS secretary, tells us really riveting story. I had no idea about the story. His son had a traumatic brain injury. I was there, Martha, for the last fundraise that Trump did for DeSantos before DeSantis reelection. My dad was way in the distance. He rest in peace somehow. I'm talking to Trump. He says, is that your dad all the way over there? I said, yes. I didn't even know. He goes, bring him over here. I want to take a photo with him. So, like, the things that Trump do has never talked about. And you probably have magical stories like that that come up. Give me your thoughts on that story that the media will never cover. Give me your final thoughts on that story.
Martha Bonetta Feint
Absolutely. And, you know, there are countless stories like that in our country of what President Trump has done for countless Americans. Countless people around the world. And my heart was in my throat listening to the recollection of how the president took care of this family in their time of crisis. And there are so many stories like that. Meanwhile, the fake news media clutches their pearls while they suffer from Trump derangement syndrome. And we're seeing that time and time again. And I am just so grateful that this great man, President Donald J. Trump, is in office and he's putting the American people first. And what he's doing is providing freedom and opportunity.
Adam Wise
Martha, thanks for joining us. And they'll say, oh my God, you said one bad word about a reporter. You know what? They deserve it at times. Martha, thanks for joining us. I'll see you soon.
