Welcome to Media Exposed. This week we're going to take a look at Mayor Mandani. People are heading out of New York. Partly he's to blame. I'm going to take a look at a viral video that set off protests from the largest business leaders out there. Take a look at the war still happening. And guess who they're blaming for high gas prices. Didn't do it under other administrations. We're also going to take a look at the legendary Ted Turner who passed away this week. What was it like back then, cnn? Was it a different era, a different time? We're saying look at this phenomenon that west big races happened. The gubernatora race in California, also the LA mayors race. We can go back all the way to the hills. Well, actually it wasn't hills. It's in the second coming of the next was the hills. Spencer Pratt is taking off. We'll take a look at some of his viral videos. That and more coming up on Media Exposed. What they do say is fake news. That's how devious the media's become. They're full force activists now.
Elizabeth Whitney Ruble
They colluded. Trump folks were in on it.

Sways elections, sways policy. We need to expose them. Republicans trash the country. I've been doing this since I was 18. I've had hit jobs done against me. I've been attacked by media reports. Am I afraid no truth will prevail. Fake news media, we're here to call you out.

Media Exposed with Adam Wise starts now.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Welcome back to Media Exposed. It was recently on tax Day that Mayor Mamdani Zoram Mandani went to Ken Griffin's Manhattan penthouse, did a viral video on tax day. He filmed it outside of the Citadel's 24,000 square foot apartment on Central park south close to where I live. Mine's like 1,1 millionth of the size to promote an EPR tax on second homes for New Yorkers. Griffin then went and called it creepy and weird. Griffin's response how he doubled down on Miami investing in Miami, bringing business to Myra. He just told the Milken Institute this week conference this week that moving there from Chicago was unquestionably the right choice. Urges New York business partners to follow. New York doesn't welcome success anymore, he said. Now Varnado's real estate boss Steve is pile on calling on Donnie's stunt ugly and unnecessary and saying he'd be the first in line to support Griffin if he decided to fight back politically. This is the story the media isn't telling. I don't see it much places. Every time a city like New York or state like California pulls this stunt, another wave of capital and job creators leave. Head to Florida, head to Texas, head, head to Tennessee. We've seen it before. And one and the media buried this week another story because you know who was to blame. The Spirit Airlines went out of business and it was Biden administration. So you didn't see much of that either. That's I think it was 20 some thousand jobs lost. 24,000 or so jobs lost. The economy ripped from that and people families hurt. And he was actually good lay a line. I went there recently to CPAC and I and I was like wow, I never take spirit. But it was a, it was. They had their own little first class seats. But let me welcome my next best Elizabeth Whitney Ruble. Whitney, thanks for joining us back on Media Exposed.
Elizabeth Whitney Ruble
Thanks for having me. It's great to be here, Whitney.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
The first thing I want to look at, I want to show you this clip right it's it was cut. We're going to go to cut to actually it was Mandani tax day outside of Griffin's penthouse. And watch. And watch what he did.
Public Ad / Sponsor Voice
When I ran for mayor, I said I was gonna tax the rich. Well, today we're taxing the rich. I'm thrilled to announce we've secured a pied a terre tax, the first in New York's history. This is an annual fee on luxury properties worth more than $5 million whose owners do not live full time in the city. Like for this penthouse which hedge fund CEO Ken Griffin bought for $238 million. This pier to terre tax is specifically designed, designed for the richest of the rich, those who store their wealth in New York City real estate but who don't actually live here. But even so they're able to reap the huge financial rewards of owning property in Dare I say the greatest city in the world. And most of the time, these units are sitting empty, since, again, they don't actually live here. This is a fundamentally unfair system that
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
hurts working New Yorkers.
Public Ad / Sponsor Voice
Now it's coming to an end. This tax will raise at least $500 million directly for the city. It'll help fund things like free childcare, cleaner streets and safer neighborhoods. As mayor, I believe everyone has a role to play in contributing to our city, and some a little bit more than others. Happy tax day, New York.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Instead of helping poor people or entrepreneurs, anybody, file their taxes or do something productive on tax day, he's out there criticizing someone who probably creates thousands of jobs. What is it your business? And how does he even know that nobody's in that penthouse? Right. Someone invests in the city, spends that kind of money. It's such a silly thing that we have as the mayor, because what's important. Whitney, I mean, Elizabeth. Sorry. And what we do, everything the mayor says is newsworthy. So it's a bad stunt. Give me your thoughts on that stunt.
Elizabeth Whitney Ruble
It's a very bad stunt. And it's bad form to go to someone's private home, like Ken Griffith, like you said, who is about to pull this video, is actually turning out to be probably one of the most expensive movies ever made. Right, Right. Because he is going to withdraw $6 billion, potentially worth of jobs, construction jobs, jobs at Citadel, his corporation. How terrible for the people of New York to have that happen. And then how threatening to have the mayor of New York City come in front of your private home and basically threaten you. Right near where Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare, was killed. Same general area of New York City. I can understand why he's furious.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
One of the recent Batman movies there was like the whole city was against rich people and they were after him and they wanted to kill people. That's like his mentality to have a gang of people. And New Yorkers despise rich, despise wealth, when years ago, that was looked up to. That was something that we aspire to be. It's really bad that he does this. But let's go this other clip here, one that was Steve Roth or one of the business leaders saying they're going to leave New York. Something to that sentiment. What's this Cut.
Blair White
You're bailing.
Jay Jones
So.
Adam Wise
So what do we do at 350 is still a point of discussion internally. But what is no longer a point of discussion is that Miami is now. You know, when, when. When we moved from Chicago, there was a debate between New York and Miami. It's unquestionably true that we made the right choice. I'll leave it at that. It's unquestionably true that we made the right choice. And now. And now what the mayor of New York has made clear to my partners, and principally my New York partners, my New York partners, is that we need to double down on our bet in Miami because we want to be in a state that embraces, that embraces business, that embraces education, that embraces personal freedom and liberty, and that embraces people having an opportunity to live the American dream.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
You know, you think these billionaires could just be punching bags and they're just going to take it? No, they're going to leave. And I'm glad they're fighting back. Give me your thoughts on their. You know that comments that was at Milken this week.
Elizabeth Whitney Ruble
Of course they're leaving. And wouldn't you. It just makes absolutely no sense to be in a city that is run by somebody with what is clearly a Marxist agenda. Because one of the points that you made that was so great before was talking about not only the rich to people being punching bags, but the fact that they're being demonized in the way that they are. And not only is that dangerous for the economy of New York that's trying to make up for a $12 billion deficit, but it's, it's, it's unfortunate for everybody. It just is a tragedy when you think about it. I. One thing that he. I do agree with what Mondami said was that New York is the greatest city in the world. And he seems hell bent on destroying it. And I cannot understand why.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
This fool I saw last week, he's like going to rip up Park Avenue and have people just sit in the middle of the street. It infuriates me because it's hard. Bad enough traffic, you're going to take away one lane. What kind of idiot thinks that way to tear up Park Avenue from 47 to 60th when you need those two lanes and just make so people could just slobber around in the middle of park in the middle of Park Avenue. You want more homeless people? It's every time I turn around on 6th, I walk up Central Park South, I make a set left on seventh, There's a couple homeless people just sitting in the mid smack in the middle of Central Park South. He doesn't care less. Look at this. Because we had the big Met gala in town. Jeff Bezos, Lawrence Sanchez, all the IT people and it's like they all put on these little outfits to show their credibility, to show their little IT crowd. But let's just, let's go to cut three and Behar. Joy Behar in the View accuses Bezos of not paying his taxes, which is clip.
Elizabeth Whitney Ruble
I mean, I mean, fine, I love Amazon.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Pay your taxes, Bezos. Pay your taxes and pay your employees. And then I'd be happy to do
Elizabeth Whitney Ruble
Amazon because it happens to be a
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
very good model for a company.
Elizabeth Whitney Ruble
But man, it's depressing to think of what goes on in this country.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
And it cost $100,000 to get into that Met Gala. 100,000. And there are people who can't afford
Elizabeth Whitney Ruble
gas, they can't afford food, they can't afford bread. It's like we're living in some kind
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
of Louis, the 15th period in history. Well, Joy, she actually criticized the Met Gala and Basil, I'm surprised at that. Give me your thoughts for the first
Elizabeth Whitney Ruble
time because up until this year, it's been something that all people who are commentators on television talk about ad nauseam. They show the gowns. It's absolutely something that you support, should support. But then now all of a sudden, it's billionaires bad. There is nothing wrong with being a successful person. Americ was built to be the home of people who are successful, who are entrepreneurs, who have ideas. And it seems that we're fracturing ourselves almost in like a North and south fight where the people in the Northeast no longer appreciate capitalism in such a psychotic way that people are making their way down south because they want to live the American dream. These people want to kill the American dream and replace it with a Marxist nightmare.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
We have a mayor that despises wealth, despises success, looks down on the Met Gala when there's all sorts of thousands of people cheering and standing out there and just trying to get an eyesight of celebrities. So it's still a thing. It's good to have. But Elizabeth, thanks for joining us on Media Exposed. I appreciate it.
Elizabeth Whitney Ruble
Thanks for having me.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Yeah. Up next we're going to next we're talking about the war, gas prices. Who are they blaming? Going to take a look at the inside of the white of the Defense Department correspondent here at rev. He's going to tell us a little about the room, how it works. That and more. Coming up on Media Exposed.

Foreign. Welcome back to Media Exposed. Gas prices this week hit an average of 4 over 450. This up up more than 50% since the war with Iran started. Spirit Airlines shut down. Delta is cutting food and drinks on 450 flights. Spain and Portugal canceling flights. This is what closed the Strait of a Moose looks like in real life. All these seemingly problems because of this war. The White House this week but declared the war over. Secretary of State and DJ Marco Rubio said Operation Epic Fury is concluded. Objectives were achieved. Trump called it a mini war to an excursion, a detour. But as New York Times put it, the missiles were still flying with when they said that Trump launched Project Freedom, a military to guide ships through the strait. It lasted only one day. Two ships cut through, then paused it saying there was a great progress on a peace deal. More than 1500 vessels and 22,005 mariners are still trapped in the Persian Gulf. The media's angle. All of us blame Trump for the war. A long war, price hikes on gas, every canceled flight, every market swing, every international quantum. Blame it on Trump. I want to make our next guest Dave Zier, host of Breaking Point and the Pentagon's RAV reporter. Thanks Dave for joining us.
Adam Wise
Hey, how are you Adam? I'm here in South Carolina in the hotel. My daughter's graduating college so I'm on the road.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Congratulations. You've been on the road like crazy. Hopefully you didn't have a Spirit Airlines flight. I just recently took Speed Airlines to Texas for cpac. I haven't taken in decades and it was actually nice. The only thing they didn't have was electric outlets. But I was able to buy a business class what they consider business. It was a big seat up front. It was like $175 but stupid policies from Biden administration. Who knows about that because the media didn't cover it then. Only now we found that they stopped the merger of JetBlue back then. Totally stopped it it would have saved 20 some thousand jobs. Idiocy. Did you know, I never heard the story back then, did you, about the jet, about the merger from Jet, Spirit and JetBlue.
Adam Wise
Yes, I did, actually. And 44 million people have to find and be absorbed by new airline trips. And Delta and other airlines are already suffering from staffing shortages. And these ground stops, this is a cry out to Secret of Transportation Sean duffy. I've taken 70 flights since November. There's too many delays. People can't get to where they got to go. We got to fix the ground stops, especially in Washington and LaGuardia Airport. It's a very bad situation. But yeah, one less carrier out there, this could have been prevented. The free market should have been at work. You know, Spirit wasn't that great, but it was cheap and a lot of people need to find new flights and they're more expensive with the other airlines.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
I can't remember the gas price, you know, hysteria under Biden didn't matter what inflation in the news, business news is news, but when it's Trump, they move the story forward. What I mean, they, here's the story. Gas price of this, let's blame it on Trump. Nothing was ever blamed on Biden, nothing was blamed on Obama. But you know, so there's a double standard here. There's a whole, you know, it's, I saw CNN and Harry Enton actually said, who are the audience blaming? And it was like 77% blamed for Trump and he's like, oh, they never blamed Biden, they never blamed Obama as much and they never been Bush. Well, what do you think it is, David, why they blame Trump? And this is only. How long have we been in this war? A month? So what is it? Why is he taking the brunt for gas prices? I think you know the answer, but I just want you to hear it before I tell the audience.
Adam Wise
Midterms, it's all about the midterms, you know. Yeah, it is. And they'll never give him credit for anything. You know, what we found out about this 60 day conflict is that Iran can reach London with ballistic missiles, which we didn't have confirmation of before and now we do. So I think it was really important that we did. And I think Trump thought he could do it while he did because we may lose the house and he wouldn't be able to later, but also because the economic numbers are good in America. So outside of gas, which is torturing people, which will come down, you know, it was, it was the time that he had to take the opportunity and do this. And look, China's urging Iran to come to the peace table now because they want to cease fire because their oil imports are getting crushed right now. And then we saw some fire on a Chinese ship, and they can't be thrilled about that. So, yeah, I think Trump's not in as bad shape as the media is portraying it. Our troops have 100% control over the airspace and the waters over there. If we choose to put a Project Freedom back into effect because we have the best defense and no other country can do that.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Yeah, we didn't think, he thought, might have this been quicker and maybe the Iranian people to rise up. But, you know, they're the people. When people in that situation, in that world, in Iran, when they don't care about life and they think because their soldiers think if they die, they're going to heaven, so they don't care, they'll just stay with them. Other countries would fold and let's have freedom. But look at this. What question was asked in the White House press corps midweek? I want to show you Cut five. You're facing an opponent right now in Iran that has refused to submit. You seem optimistic now that you may
Public Ad / Sponsor Voice
be pushed through a deal.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
What's different about this moment now than
Public Ad / Sponsor Voice
in other moments where a deal has seemed close?
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Well, why do you say they refuse to submit? You don't know that. You don't know what's going on behind us ships. A few days ago. Yeah, a few days ago is a long time ago. You know, in the world of war. A few days ago. No, they want to make a deal badly. And we'll see if we get there. If we get there, they can't have nuclear weapons. You know, it's very simple. But what's not to submit? Everything is asked by a negative, you know, way by the press. And that was the ufc. He invited the UFC fighters in, standing next to him, and Toporia, who's like the best fighter in the world, and he's gonna fight. He said, Mr. President, I never knew you were this kind and nice. Well, we wonder why. That's why we have a show. Because the media is terrible. And if they just sit around and busy as a fighter and never get into the weeds like we do, that's what people think, right? They think your thoughts on that question and tell people what it's like. Because you're in the middle of history. You're in the middle of the Defense Department briefings with Pete Hegsett and General Kane. You sit on the Second row sometimes, or the first row. First row, first row. Wow, that's impressive because usually the mainstream media, the legacy meeting, would have all those seats and they wouldn't. They probably wouldn't allow you that seat. They'd have a rope. But tell us what it's like being who's in the room, how many reporters, and what it's like being in the. Being called a split second, how fast you have to be over there for a presser when they do it.
Adam Wise
Well, there's 60 journalists in there. A lot of them are part of the new media that was invited in. We're front and center at Real America's Voice News. I ask good questions. I'm not disrespectful, but I am asking hard questions. I asked them the other day, Pete Hikeseth and the Joint chairman, General King, about as far as these attacks on the ships, are they rogue elements of IRGC commanders who are not in line or lockstep with Tehran? Because obviously the White House and other countries are dealing with leadership in Iran, which may be fractured. So is any attack on a ship a violation of the ceasefire? And the answer is no, because, you know, again, if there's IRGC commanders and he got 1500 fast boats, some of them are not accounted for, many of them aren't that are hiding in caves, you know, are they giving orders by rogue elements of IRGC commanders and should we start bombing again because of that? I think Trump's trying to get to China. I think that China's pressuring Iran to maintain a ceasefire. They don't want to lose their oil exports. Kuwait has exported any oil in the month of April. The world economy is suffering. Europe only has five weeks of jet fuel left. They're only making up about half of it, buying it from the US and Nigeria. They need 75% of their jet fuel comes out of the Gulf. Fertilizer, helium used to make microchips. All kinds of stuff are being affected. I think there is a deal in the works, and if not, Trump's going to bomb them again, and then they will definitely come to the table because they're going to have nothing left. I don't think, again, we're as bad shape as the mainstream media is making it. And of course, they want to present it in a way that will give Hakeem Jeffries leadership of the House.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
They do have all these smaller boats, almost like kamikaze boats. We have these big naval ships. So they don't care if they, you know, hurt, blow, you know, shoot at our big ships. So it is a delicate situation over there. So hopefully they settle that quickly. We don't want any more, we don't want any loss of life. And we need oil to start coming through to help the world economy, help the American economy. Right. So you think this is, you really have confidence that we should be coming to an end? Hopefully. Because look, the press is going to want to blame the midterms, blame all this on Trump for the midterms. We've been in this so long. Meanwhile, it's two months. Wars happen for years and years and years and years. So give me your thoughts on. But there's a lot of redistricting that is happening now because of Supreme Court, that Supreme Court decision. So that's going to be important. Hopefully we pick up some seats. Florida was redistrict. Louisiana has to be redistrict. I think the GOP might pick up 12 seats if they do the right thing in the states. Give me your thoughts on that decision last week by the Supreme Court.
Adam Wise
Yeah, the Calais decision is major, very major. But now New York's looking at redistricting their maps. It's going to be a tit for tat out there. And I think 15 to 20 seats possibly affected in Republicans favor because of the decision. Not all of it's going to happen in this election cycle. But you know, again, the Democrats are still favored to take the House. Overall, the GOP is in better shape. And listen, it's wrong to create a district based on the race and the color of somebody's skin. So at least the Supreme Court got this right.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)

Welcome back to Media Exposed. Legendary CNN founder Ted Turner died this week at 87. The man who basically invented the 24 hour news who launched this on launch CNN on June 1st, 1980. Everybody told him was a crazy idea who lived on a couch in his office for the first 10 years. Whatever you think of what CNN became, Ted Turney built something nobody thought was even possible. But for all the other networks, there was just cnn. Also this week, what happened? Daily Wire, the huge conservative juggernaut was hit with big layoffs across multiple teams, largely out of their Nashville headquarters. And Megyn Kelly didn't hold back. She had been at fox news for 16 years before anybody knew his name. She said Daily Wire lost its core mission, chasing dragon moves and selling chocolate bars instead of doing the news. Boy, she's criticizing a lot of people these days. Also, infowars was given away finally. It was taken from Alex Jones. Does that kind of matter or is he the true brand? The battle now at the Texas Supreme Court, Jones move to Alex Jones.com but I think he's the big enough brand. Which raised the question I've been asked, does the information, does the information matter or is Alex Jones the true brand? Infowars matter? Meanwhile, April ratings are in and the juggernaut FOX killed everybody. I want to welcome my next guest, Jay Jones, the CEO of Always on pr, a great media strategist. Jay, thanks for joining us. The beautiful brand.
Jay Jones
Thank you, Adam.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Beautiful background from the Poconos. Look at that. Yeah.
Jay Jones
You know, we're up here trying to work hard. But you know, if you want to start with the Ted Turner situation.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Exactly. It was a different era, a different time. And you go way back producing, booking way back in the day. What a different era. Tell our audience what it was like back then. The media was different. There wasn't this right, left crazy syndrome. Give us the thoughts on the Ted Turner era and Ted Turner's legacy.
Jay Jones
You know, we all using the term he was a visionary. And I have to agree with that because I remember wanting to be a part of CNN when it first started. I was in, I was graduating from Syracuse University. And the big news was CNN is launching. So everybody, everybody literally went to Atlanta to try to get in cnn. But you know, they were making fun of CNN as a 24 hour news cable station only they were calling it the chicken chick. But he fought back. Ted fought back by pushing it forward, by trying to have a diversified studio or newsroom rather, where it reflected America. I mean, he is what we love today, that he was pro Trump, not pro Trump, pro America. And that he wanted the news to be like you mentioned earlier, the news not kind of how it is today with a lot of lifestyle, a lot of entertainment, a lot of bipartisan, who's supporting what and that type of thing. So he was a true pioneer of the industry, one of which I think you and I probably model our PR firms by deep down inside, listen, there's a different era, like you said today back then when the news was hitting hard, he went global. He covered the War. As you know, he made this billion dollar philanthropy donation. But what we have, which is kind of how the news still goes forward is we have live streaming. And so like your show, you're able to promote news as it happens. Fresh now, new and we're still looking for much of that. And I think overall, many of us journalists who have that in our bloods and pores and bones, we still try to effort that. But like he did, like we do, like you do, you gotta know your audience and the audience. What Ted fed off of is different from the audience that you and I are feeding off of.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
There was a fresh, there wasn't this rancor back and forth, this bipartisan battling all the time. I thought of CNN back in the day was just good news 24 7. You turned on the tube and you realized what's happening at the moment. And it was a brilliant idea. But I want to show you the audience, show you Donald Trump's tweet. I'll read it out here. Ted Turner, one of the greats of all time, just died. He founded cnn, sold it and was personally devastated by the deal because the new ownership took CNN, his baby and destroyed it. It became woke and everything he is not all about. Maybe the new buyers, wonderful people will be able to bring it back to its former credibility and glory regardless. However, one of the great broadcast history and a friend of mine, whenever I needed him there, always willing to fight a good cause. President Donald Day Trump. You know it was bought by the Ellisons recently. They also bought cbs. How much money these guys have? They're taking over the media empire. But things haven't changed over there. Might take time, but Donald Trump really liked him, appreciated Ted Turner. And give me your thoughts on the Ellison's acquiring it. You think CNN will change a little bit? Nobody knows they're in a standstill. What, what do you think?
Jay Jones
I mean, we've been watching the Ellisons, we've been watching Barry Weiss. We keeping up on all the patterns of the industry, how it's changing and shaping. But we still feel like, you know, the business behind the business is really what's taking over the industry. I mean, it's not the same or even close. I mean, I'm sure your television stations at home or wherever you watch your news isn't locked on cnn. I don't think so. Mine isn't. I try to flip and see you have to flip around these days because there's so many outlets. I agree 100% with the President. What Ted has done, he has sparked A media empire. He was a mogul and he made us watch, he made us look, he made us notice what was going on. And listen, you and I both know that was a huge gamble at that time. First of all, he had to have the funds to support it because it's not like it is today with the sponsorships and the commercials. But now with the Ellison hands on it, it's gonna take a ton of time before it changes back. Just recently, I mean, I was watching one of the programs, you know, I don't wanna get sued, but you know, it was the Abby show and you know, there's this whole bickering going back and forth because what's happening now that's good for the, that seems to work is the left right controversies. But that doesn't always work with the industry, with the news, you feel the slant. So now it's. So how could, could Ellison come in and change that immediately if ratings are what pushes the narrative or everyone choosing the side? So it's going to be difficult and it's going to take a lot more time and unfortunately, Adam, it's going to take a lot more layoffs.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Yeah, the CNN seemed to be more inclusive during the first Trump administration. You'd barely see a conservative for six months straight or three months straight. Now her show, every night there seems to be this back and forth battle. Republicans GOP on, Democrats on. It brings out the fight. It crosses viral moments on social media. So that actually probably a good thing. But another conservative juggernaut was finally taken. His sight was taken away. Infowars was taken away from Alex Jones go way back. They blamed them. They sued him for Sandy Hook in Connecticut. I don't know if he deserved it, but it was whole site was taken away. But he started alexjones.com but he is the brand. His name is the brand. I don't know if it'll hurt, but the Onion took over. And I want to show you how they started their first episode. Jay, let's go to cut six. This guy Tim Hidaka was the host. Watch this and I'm going to sip from the blood of the forsaken. This is real human blood.
Adam Wise
You can find this at the Infowars store.

It's giving me the power. It's like Sun Tzu said, the victor in battle seeks battle only after the victory has been won. And we will win. We will conquer Infowars forever. You are the infiltration Infowar. Follow us. Infowars is a movement and you're on it now. You're on our ship. Very sad.
Public Ad / Sponsor Voice
Especially considering many years ago the Onion actually used to do cutting edge comedy like this classic bit about the gravelers.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
You know, I don't think that's that funny because there's nothing could compete with Alex Jones when he used to go viral and take off like that. So if the Onion took over and that's who they have, they gotta do a better job if they want people to actually laugh. Real common. Give me your thoughts on that. That was the first.
Adam Wise
That's a flop.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
The Onion took over.
Jay Jones
That's a flop. And many people don't even believe the Onion. I used to when I was in Los Angeles working on a few comedy shows, lifestyle shows, we used the Onion and we rarely believed it. I mean, what happens with a program like that? You know, Jones is the brand. And so what happens? The audience. The audience is key. Let's not keep forgetting about the audience. You can't just repay corporate business people, ventureless capitalists who invest in the program think it's easy. It's almost their way of fighting back. If you leave, I'm gonna replace you. Jon Stewart, you leave, we're gonna replace you with the Daily Show. You do this, we're gonna replace you. Someone Megyn Kelly leaves, Savannah Guthrie leaves. You name it, you leave. And we're going to replace you because that's the business aspect. But the audience will leave and follow you, Adam. So you can go to another broadcast and be successful. But if the name of the show just media exposed stays going on and they replace it with J. Jones, for instance, it's not going to work. No matter how hard I try, it's going to dive.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
You're a very handsome guy. So it might work quickly right off the bat. But you know what? April ratings are in. Jay, let me get your thoughts.
Jay Jones
I want to hear about this.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Fox News had its third March April ever 35 had 3.8 million. Jesse Waters. 3.6 million gut. 3 million. Top five shows in all of cable they had. CNN had a good primetime month too. And MSN was up. I got a rap, Jay. But where was News Nation?
Jay Jones
Just for.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Just for giggles, it wasn't even.
Jay Jones
Not on the board.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
But I bet they're moving News Nation. They're doing good. A lot of moderators. It's independence. Like it. Jay, I'll see you soon. Good luck.
Jay Jones
Thank you so much.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Adam, let me know when you're new.
Jay Jones
Appreciate it.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
We'll hook up. Thanks. Bye.
Martha Stewart
Bye.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Up next, we're going to take a look at la, the gubernatorial race, the mayor's race. Spence, the guy from the Hills. Could you believe he's moving up in the. Moving up in the ra. In the la. Mayo's race. That and more coming up from Media Exposed. Welcome back to Media Expo. Spencer Pratt, actually, the Spencer Pratt from the Hills is running for mayor of Los Angeles. Before you laugh, he's polling at 11. I bet after the debates are midweek, he's probably doing much better. He's in second place right behind the mayor, Karen Bass and the city. Mayor's at 25%. Tons of independent in a city that burned basically during the Palisades fires. Pratt lost his home in the Palisades fire. Since then, he's been one of the loudest voices calling out the Mayor Bass in the City hall for their handling disaster. He's promising forensic audits everywhere in every department, top to bottom. Review of the water and power departments, fire departments, and to make LA Camera ready again, the media and the left are calling him unqualified. His own sister went on social media to tell people not to vote for him. Believe this. The other candidates are calling him a MAGA Republican. He's not a MAGA Republican. Sound familiar? That's what they say about Trump in 2015. Here's the real so when a city is broken, when the fires burned and the mayor was out of town, out to lunch, people stopped caring about credentials. They want somebody who is angry and Spencer Pratt is angry and the LA is angry. I want to bring my next guest, Blair White.
Blair White
Thanks for having me.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Commentator and host of our own YouTube show as well, Blair White project. Blair White, thanks for joining us as always. But I want to bring you on because he has these. He's big viral videos he's creating and he's taking off, it seems. I see him everywhere. Spencer Pratt now and being in la, being back, you know, he actually started in the Hills, which you might have Watched back in the day, the whole group and those people took off. That was like a big phenomenon show. I remember Audrina and Lauren Conrad and. And also. And those. And he married Heidi Montag too. But he's got a big personality. He's taking off and he had a debate midweek. He's doing well. But let's take a look at this first video. Cut number seven. Watch this. Spencer break takes off with viral against the mayor. Let's just cut seven.

Basura, take out the trash, Spencer. And I'm telling you right now, Polymarket has Spencer and Bass at 50 50.
Jay Jones
But he was way back before.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
The momentum is solidly in his favor.
Jay Jones
By the way, I posted that Sakala
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Basura, how catchy was that? That was that video. He should be playing that if he wins at his campaign rally too. That was. And that was Billy Bush on his podcast. Billy Bush has some good moves. He's dancing today. Did you see that? Give me your thoughts on that video and Spencer's rise in the polls.
Blair White
Yeah, I think all of the videos that Spencer's campaign are putting out are super entertaining and funny. As far as I can see, he's the only candidate that has any motion. I think Karen Bass is. I know Karen Bass is a complete failure. You know, I lived in Los Angeles for many years. I'm a lifelong Californian. I was just there yesterday for work. And the city is. It's been in a complete, you know, free fall for a long time. The amount of places in LA where you can actually feel safe to be outside just keeps going down and down every single year. And I think Spencer is actually addressing so many problems that Angelenos have been begging anybody to address that have been completely ignored by the local politicians and specifically Karen Bass. The wildfires are one thing that affected the wealthy in Los Angeles, but it's everybody downtown Los Angeles is basically a no go zone. And it's gotten worse every single year. The COVID lockdowns happened. And ever since then, I feel like Los Angeles has just never returned to anything remotely safe or normal feeling for me. I. If I lived in LA still, I would be voting for him for mayor. I love the idea of Heidi Montag being the first lady of Los Angeles. Big Heidi fan. And I personally hope that he wins, because I don't even know what the future of LA is going to be with Karen Bass for another term.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
Yeah. If Heidi wins, she might have a personal dermatologist or plastic. Right in the. Right in the city hall. Perfect for them. I lived in LA. I lived in West Hollywood back in 2008. Right on Sunset and my brother's vine by the Coffee Bean. And I don't remember homeless people anywhere. It was a wonderful time to be in la. It was, you know, exciting. Every day there was something else. It was. Every time I'd get off that plane from New York, I'd be excited. It was like opening a door to excitement, fun, and opportunities. But. But it's going downhill. Shows what government policies kill, entrepreneurship, kill a city. Especially during the beginning of COVID They were so stupid. Let's go to Carat. I want to watch you. This other ad that Spencer put out, some brilliant ads he's doing.
Elizabeth Whitney Ruble
Please, I'm begging you.

Jay Jones
to the ground, throw that.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
I feel so close. You can do it, Spencer.
Blair White
Now.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
What a brilliant video. That was it. Show. I love it, Spencer. And it's simple. People can get it. Gavin is elitist. Kamala, the mayor, and he comes in as a superhero.
Adam Wise
It's.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
It simplifies it, but it's creative. Give me your thoughts on that video.
Blair White
I love it. And. And his debate moments from the recent debate have been so amazing. I think one of the things and one of the reasons he's surging is because of the fact that he's actually harnessing an energy that I know has been in LA for a while, which is. I think a lot of people are starting to realize that homeless people are not necessarily these innocent victims of circumstance. Certainly, like, a certain amount of homeless people have fallen on hard times and need help and will benefit from help. But a large amount of homeless people are actually there because they're violent drug addicts or because they're refusing help. And he's actually been mentioning that in many of his campaign ads and in the debate. And I think that's really landing with a lot of Angelenos. You know, I used to be able to walk when I lived in la. At the beginning of the time I lived there, I used to be able to walk with my little dog to Runyon Canyon every morning. And every morning, slowly over the years, there'd be more and more homeless tents in parts of Hollywood that were actually nice before. And I watched this deterioration, and this is the first time I actually have hope for the city. I know he's a very different sort of candidate, no experience, but that's why everyone loves Trump and voted him in twice. So I think he's also harnessing some Trumpian energy as well. And I have high hopes. If they let him win out there, if everything's clean and fair, I think
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)
he will win 100%. And he's definitely not a MAGA Trump Republican. He just wants to clean the streets, make LA what it once was, and bring a better life for families and residents and bring LA to back what it once was. The great glorious city of California people looked up decades ago. Two cities in our country that would aspire to live in LA and New York, both of them governed by bozos. Mamdani on New York and Bass in the other. She's. But it's sad what we have. Two great cities. There's also a story I want to chat with you because you're a big, you know, in the conservative movement. The Daily Wire had big layoffs this week. Something close to 15, 20% of their staff. They had to lay off people saying it's this or that or over their heads. And I don't know if you've read up on this, but it might just be they took in too much. They tried to be too many different things, tried to get in the entertainment industry, which is kind of difficult if you just. Your original project was conservative content and you decided to go Hollywood. Give me your thoughts on that. You know, big layoffs at the Daily Wire. Your thoughts?
Blair White
Yeah, I guess I could have predicted this happening. I think it's a few different things. I think the first thing is you're correct that they've tried to spread themselves, you know, into so many different lanes, rather than maybe maximizing their lane in the middle, which is their talent. And people like Ben Shapiro, Matt Walsh, they have a small sort of, like, lineup of people that are really big. And I think rather than investing further in that lineup, they sort of, you know, they wanted to make movies, they wanted to do entertainment, and none of that, minus, like maybe one or two of the movies with Matt Walsh actually were hits, were actually really, really good. So I think that's further proof they should have just invested in those few people. I also think that they're just on, you know, the pro Israel side right now, and that's a less, a least popular sort of position to hold right now, even within the Republican movement. So I think they're just on, you know, an unpopular side of things, and they kind of spent money in ways that were not necessarily smart. I think letting Brett Cooper go is a mistake. I think the Candace thing is sort of inevitable. But, you know, Blair, thank you.
Host of Media Exposed (likely Adam Wise or main host)

In this episode of "Media Exposed," Adam Weiss navigates through the current media and political landscape, focusing on the growing hostility toward wealth and business leadership in major American cities, ongoing geopolitical tensions and their domestic repercussions, the legacy of media pioneer Ted Turner, seismic shifts in conservative media, and unexpected political rises such as Spencer Pratt's mayoral campaign in Los Angeles. Guests Elizabeth Whitney Ruble, Dave Zier, Jay Jones, and Blair White join for a spirited, candid discussion critiquing media narratives and policy decisions from a skeptical, populist-right perspective.
The episode explores the tension between city policy and business, the evolution and biases of major media, the personal brands that drive loyalty, surprises in pop culture-driven politics, and internal ruptures in conservative media circles. Throughout, Weiss and guests maintain a blunt, often sarcastic tone, skeptical of progressive leadership and legacy media, but nostalgic for a time when journalism and American cities felt more ambitious, innovative, and united.
