Welcome back to Media Exposed. President Trump flew early in the week to Israel, then to Egypt. Historic peace deal was signed, finally ending that ravage. Savage, savage war in Gaza between the two sides. Palestinian. And it all started from two years ago, October 7, when Israel was just, you know, living a peaceful life and they were attacked by Hamas. It was unbelievable what the carnage that happened at that time. But President Trump led the biggest peace deal in 50 years. I want to take a look at how he's treated in between all that. Iran's nuclear facility was obliterated. They destroyed Hezbollah, which was always a threat to Israel. You know, defeated and obliterated Hezbollah, which is always a threat to Israel also. You know, all the hostages were released, but not the dead hostages yet. I want to really important, I wanted to welcome my next guest, Ari Ackerman. He's a Jewish activist, entrepreneur, and I think since I first commun with Ari two years ago. So, hey, thanks for joining us again, man. He's built up a following. Just tell me he's got 5 million views on Instagram. Maybe he's all social media platforms. But, Ari, it wasn't just you. There's been a whole, you know, group of activists across the country that really stood up for Israel, stood up for the Jewish people, because there were protests on those campuses, too, that were so against the Jewish people in America. And probably we needed that because I don't think the media has been fair to the Jewish people or Israel at all. International and American media, right? We've been over this. But to this day, they're still not fair. They always take inside the oppressed. The oppressed. Give me a break. Right? So, Ari, thanks for doing what you did. I want to go to his first cut here. Let's go. Christian Amanpour. Watch what she says. Cnn, I think you pointed us out. Cut one here.
Media Analyst/Commentator
And I think for sure, people who start to talk to the hostages who've only just been released will find that it will take a long, long time for them to recover physically, but also mentally, it's been a terrible, terrible two years for them because not only are they there, you know, they're probably being.
iHeartRadio Announcer
Treated better than the average Gazan because they are the pawns and the chips that Hamas had. Now, Hamas has given up all its.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Leverage, by the way, by giving them all up. So that is a victory for the Israeli.
Adam Wise
But I think Israel released 2000 criminals, murderers, rapists, whatever you want to call them. And the second they let the deal was done. They were shooting people in the head that they thought were conspiring with Israel. Can you believe this? CNN on the day of Ari, give me your thoughts on that clip.
Media Analyst/Commentator
This was one of the most outrageous clips by Christina Manpour I have ever seen to say that a hostage who was taken brutally from their family and lived underground, shackled, beaten, starved, they lost 40% of their body mass. Most of these hostages didn't see the day, didn't see light of day, that they were treated better than the average guys. And to have that come out of a. The chief international correspondent, by the way, of CNN News, Christina Memphora has been doing this for, I don't know, 30 years. And that's what she says, even though she did apologize for that. That's not an accident to say something like that. That's really what's inside that she feels like they were prisoners, as the Hamas likes to call them, not hostages. And you Talked about the 1900 or so real terrorists, real prisoners who were in prison, in Israeli jails because they raped, because they murdered, mass murders, a lot of these guys that were released. It's so outrageous what Christine Amanpour said. And whenever anybody compares the deal like they call it a swap of hostages for prisoners. There's no moral equivalency between what Israel released versus what Hamas released. These were innocent civilians who were taken from their homes, not mass murderers who were released from prisons in Israel.
Adam Wise
Right. I think. But you always have to. A war only ends when one side wins. I think Israel won because if you look at the nuclear arsenal of Iran obliterated, finally we destroyed Nasrallah and Hezbollah and that was sitting on the border that's wiped away. The Houthis have been hit hard, right? So finally something's positive. And the chance of all the media over and over again and people saying the Israelis are the, you know, the bad guys and all this. And wait a second, this is a small little country, like small than Jersey, surrounded by enemy after enemy after enemy. And why is it over and over again this taking heat from the media? What do you think it is with.
Media Analyst/Commentator
I think it's a general narrative. You look at cnn, the New York Times, Washington Post, a lot of these, well, you know, newspaper or newspapers or media organizations just have a natural bias against Israel. It's what sells papers, it's what gets viewers is to have a negative image of Israel, to have a Jewish hatred almost type of approach to everything that they do. I mean where is you, you mentioned it earlier. Where is the media coverage of the Palestinians, Hamas going around killing their. I mean it's so insane. Like if Israel had gone in and done that mass murders like that for, without trying to actually go in and only hit the terrorists. But if they just went around and shot civilians, can you imagine the uproar like was beyond like breaking news on every single of those channels except for Fox News by the way. Who does I think give Israel a fair shake and is, is, is more accurate in my opinion. But the fact that all these other organizations don't even cover the Palestinians murdering their own through Hamas. It just, you like the narrative that, the one sided narrative that they want to show and if it doesn't fit the narrative, they're not going to report on it.
Adam Wise
Right. It's even hardcore conservatives that were like total and became anti Israel. I know a bunch of the, you know, that took this gripe with Israel like they are such the bad guys and obliterating Gaza and treating him like hell. But let me take a look at this.
Media Analyst/Commentator
There were Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, there were a few on the right as you say, that did it.
Adam Wise
But, but with massive followings.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Yeah, yeah, no doubt. And you know there's always concern why did they take that turn? Was are they being paid off by Qatar we've read about. I, I can't answer that question but it is very, very disturbing, concerning and curious as to why all of a sudden these people who did love Israel at one point took such a negative turn on Israel and labeled them with all those false claims that we hear the genocide claim, right.
Adam Wise
And then the last month it was like oh my God, they took a few influences and paid him a few bucks to take them. There's a big deal. You have to show what it. Because most of it's misleading about Israel. It small tiny country. So if you want to take people and show them that you're surrounded by enemy after enemy after what's so bad about that? Right?
Media Analyst/Commentator
So that's why it's not true. It's not true. The Israeli government has never paid a dollar, anybody I know myself, anybody I know to cover any of their, you know, what's going on there. It's that's just absolutely false. Absolutely false. So I can't even respond to that.
Adam Wise
So let me take a look at the second cut. Ben Rhodes, let's watch this. He's talking about the strike on Iran.
Gabriel Cuccia
Ultimately, I think we're talking about carrot and stick here. Did the use of force against Iran's nuclear capabilities lead to a changing dynamic in the region? And do you see a path where Iran actually comes back to the table because it is so cowed by what has happened?
Media Analyst/Commentator
Well, again, this is another good example of how you can do something that has a short term impact, but it doesn't solve a long term problem. I mean, look, the jcpoa, the Iran nuclear deal was, had permanent prohibitions on Iran getting a nuclear weapon, had 10 to 15 year restrictions on their nuclear program. Trump's strike on Iran set their nuclear program back based on the estimates that have leaked out maybe a few months.
Adam Wise
Right.
Media Analyst/Commentator
And so that accomplished a few months setback for the Iranians. But the only way to have a lasting guarantee that they're not going to develop a nuclear weapon is a nuclear deal. So there too I think we see.
Adam Wise
I find that interesting. He says it's set back three months. We haven't heard a whisper from Iran. Give me your thoughts on that Trump strike.
Media Analyst/Commentator
The strike. I applaud Trump and Netanyahu for going after what was about to be a nuclear capable Iran. I don't think anybody knows the answer, whether it's three months or three years or it's a lifetime how far they set them back. But I think the important point here is in the region, you get peace through strength. And the only way Iran is going to come to the negotiating table or Saudi Arabia potentially joining the Abraham Accords after seeing what Israel did to Iran. It's what you have to do in that region to stay peaceful is to show them that you're going to build that thing. I'm going to bomb it. You're going to do it again? I'm going to bomb it. It's the only way to make sure that Israel stays secure at this point. So I mean, to argue the point that it's only three months, I don't think I know for a fact. He doesn't know and none of us really know yet. It's a matter of waiting to find out. But I did see that Trump said that if they do rebuild the facilities that they're gonna be destroyed again. So that's good news. On the, on Trump saying that, you.
Adam Wise
Know, early in the week Mandani made news I wanted to play a couple of time here, but I want to get your quick reaction on. Mamdani was pressed by Martha MacCallum on Fox if he would arrest Bibi and he couldn't even answer that question. He couldn't even answer the question about Hamas. Give me quick thoughts, final thoughts. Mamdani how he can't even answer simple questions and he wants to be mayor.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Hamas, literally. Mamdani said in a Fox interview that he was asked repeatedly, would you disarm Hamas? He did not answer the question. It is the most basic of concepts. Terrorists should not be armed. This is an American labeled terrorist organization, Hamas. He could not answer the question as an American potentially American elected mayor of the biggest city in the United States. Gotta answer the question.
Adam Wise
Gotta jump. Barry, thank you. We'll see you soon. Thanks. Thanks. Up next, we're talking about the Pentagon and their new pushing their press policy. That and more. Coming up on Media Exposed. Time is precious and so are our pets. So time with our pets is extra precious. That's why we started Dutch. Welcome back to Media Exposed. One of the big media stories this week was the press secretary of not the press. The defense secretary at the Pentagon, Pete Hegseth, wanted the most the media outlets to sign a waiver, a form and most of them refused to sign this new Pentagon form reporting rules introduced by that press, citing threats to press freedom and their first amendment protection. CNN one of the one official joke. This is outrageous. But CNN Secretary X demanded a pledge, the Pentagon reports to sign reporters with the to get their credentials or not obtain unauthorized use of different areas. So one person said, one outlet said we are not supposed to be cinematographers for the US Military. Only thing the current administration wants is to report its report what's out there in their formal public Pentagon releases. And that's not reporting. So I want to welcome my next guest, Gabriel Cuccia. She's a former spokes, former Pentagon spokesperson for OAN and former White House staffer for different administrations. Obama, then Trump and then, then you went to work for the Defense Department. After all that work you did all that painting, all that, you know, nail and screwdriver, even had like a special handyman outfit. You were working for like a month trying to fix that room, right? Yeah.
Gabriel Cuccia
No, Adam, thanks for having me on. Just for background, I appreciate you even bringing that up. I was the very first new media hire onto the Pentagon in which I was reporting on behalf of one American news. And so quite literally, I remember just a few months into or moments into Secretary Heit Seth being on in at the Department of War now as it's presently being called, there was a huge announcement that started circulating on X and I honestly thought that it wasn't real. I thought it was just some sort of clickbait and it was all about the new media coming on into the Pentagon kicking out there's these physical news Suites that are established at the Pentagon in which your cnn, your Fox News, your NBC Politico, you name it, was actually pushed out. Fox was able to retain their spot, but OAN came on in and we actually acquired NBC's suite. And so from there I spent in between all the reporting ripping up carpet, patching walls, installing equipment, camera equipment, and being, you know, do an in house production for daily news coverage over at the Pentagon. And then very quickly I met. I think it actually was probably within the first two weeks of me even being there. To my surprise, a new protocol was rolled out. Prior to this protocol that just came out for press privileges. But the press briefing room most notably, which is always open, it's certainly open at the White House. I was a White House correspondent as well. It became locked. That was completely new for your viewers who might not understand the landscape of the Pentagon. There's absolutely no cell service whatsoever, which makes complete sense. So traditionally the reporters would corral if they didn't have a suite. And even if they did, because again, it takes about three months at a minimum to get approved for even workable WI fi under security conditions with the Pentagon. So a lot of reporters continuously, very normally, just like at the White House, would go to the press briefing room to obtain the WI fi, to contact Sour to go live, any of those things. And then of course, most importantly, to have press briefings of which this Pentagon hasn't had press briefings. Very minimally. Go ahead.
Adam Wise
After all that work as a handyman. And then you were quickly in and out for not even, I'm trying to figure out what for. And you probably can't even figure out what for. One time you reported and said they put it up that supposedly they made it sound like Hexent might be out, but then in your video said he's not out because he's hiring people. And they wouldn't go through that whole process if he's gonna be let go. And next thing you know, they want to say to Gab, you gotta pack up and leave. But I want to go to his first cut because this is the new issue of the week and it's weird because the viewers agree. And with a Fox News general. Watch this. Let's go to cut four.
Media Analyst/Commentator
A joint statement went out from five major networks, ABC News, cbs, cnn, NBC and yes, FOX News that declared that they will not sign the new Pentagon press policy. And they say it is without precedent and threatens the core journalistic protections. Retired General Jack Keane put things into perspective last night on Fox News.
Adam Wise
Take a Look what they're really doing.
Media Analyst/Commentator
They want to spoon feed information to the journalists and that would be their story.
Adam Wise
That's not journalism.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Journalism is going out and finding the.
Adam Wise
Story and getting all the facts to support it.
Media Analyst/Commentator
And no one's going to walk in.
David Zier
And bang on a door of a.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Four star general or senior civilian policy.
David Zier
Leader in the Pentagon.
Media Analyst/Commentator
I never had that. But I did have journalists chasing a story of something that was going on in the army. And those things were legitimate. Yes, but Pete Hegseth and you know, who defended the policy and hinted it.
iHeartRadio Announcer
May even be used at the White House. Take a look.
Claudia Manache
Will you consider removing new restrictions on.
Gabriel Cuccia
The press that report at the Pentagon? And have you spoken to Secretary Hegseth about this?
Media Analyst/Commentator
I have.
Adam Wise
Vicki Faisal, the press to be very disruptive in terms of world peace and maybe security for our nation.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Press is very dishonest. It used to be, Mr. President, the press could go anywhere, pretty much anywhere in the Pentagon, the most classified area in the world. Or also that if they sign on to the credentialing, they're not going to try to get soldiers to break the law by giving classified information. So it's common sense stuff.
Adam Wise
Let me get this at the beginning because you know he took a lot of heat but he got through the confirmation process. So they booted out Politico, they booted at NBC and they, they brought Ohan and they probably said, oh, we got a good outlet here. We'll just play by the rules. You said one little thing off cuff and they didn't want you anymore. So it's like they wanted what they want and what do they want and what did they bounce in people and ask them Side thing. He hasn't even done any press conferences, has he? So try to break it down what he wants. Is it true what he said about that the old press, the way before signage, are they allowed to walk anywhere in the Pentagon? What he said in that.
Gabriel Cuccia
That's a great question, Adam. Yeah, because I think there's a lot of confusion into exactly what goes on into this new press protocol. And Molly Hemingway actually from the Federalist put out a statement this week which I think was very fair in the sense that she kind of broke down the reasons why she didn't find necessarily an issue as a conservative with the protocols. But in response to that, I would just like to point out a few things that do become an issue and there's a few. Right. So it's the you are required for an escort and prior approval to interview to ask Question. To physically meet in person with individuals at the Pentagon, traditionally you have all of your military branches. You have your public affairs officials, you have a comms department in which they're the ones that are solely responsible. And make sure that clearance is compliant with having an interview with a journalist and then identifying whether or not something is on the record or off the record. So that I don't believe should be rewritten where we're having chaperones around the building. Especially because a lot of people don't know this as well. When you talk about the most classified area or the most highly secure building in the government. I would actually argue that there's plenty of other, especially in the intelligence community when you talk about not even just Langley headquarters, but there are other government distinctive buildings with their own protocols that are completely covert here in the United States. And I would say those are the most secure hands down. But outside of that, when you talk about these escorts and the prior approval so that it's subject to approval again, we know that news media happens at a moment's notice. I cannot wait to ask for requests coming all the way up to Hegsets. People who are usually not necessarily present because they're on trips, they're doing events, sometimes they actually just simply don't open the door when you knock on it. I've done that plenty of times. Again, I'm sure that they're very busy too. But you can't rely on just the small group of people to give a heads up. Yes. And then escort you and find someone to escort you in this very large building of which can take you 20, 30 minutes to walk around the whole darn thing. And then they're aware of who you're talking to. The government is exactly aware of who you're speaking to. The memo also criminalizes, which is super important, is the solicitation of non public information. As a good journalist, and I do pride in the conservative movement that we have a hell of a lot of great investigating journalists and we do not take at face value anything that the government says and most of that information is non is unknown to the public unless you start digging for it and then it becomes known and then it becomes big on X and then people understand what's exactly going on. So even just those two things alone.
Adam Wise
But we work in the news business because it's new and you don't. Right. We want to break news. We don't want to be stenographers. We don't want to be walked around with a chaperone told to go here. So they want to restrict everything. They don't want to get any scoops or talk to anybody on the side. It seems like they want to really control the flow of information here. I think that's what it comes down to. And really.
Gabriel Cuccia
Yeah. Well, this all, Adam. I mean this all started when, when single gate arose.
Adam Wise
Right.
Gabriel Cuccia
So this has been an ongoing conversation for the administration, for headsets team in particular and then for me as an individual again being new media in which they everyone was celebrating OAM being in there, celebrating me being in there. And my account started growing and people were listening to what I was saying. And then very shortly I just innocently had said during the single gate the story circulating that I was hearing and it was true. I have sources on the left, I have sources on the right, as any good journalist would. And I had heard some officials saying that they didn't believe that Hegseth was going to be there forever. And I had responded back fairly saying, well, it's, it's up to the president. And the president traditionally has at least two secretary of defenses or department secretaries of war for their administration. That doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with that or that he has done anything wrong necessarily. But he was also firing and having Caldwell and Elliott and Darren Selnick and all these individuals, their chief of staff be departed from the White House or sorry from the Pentagon in very short order. But I did say at the same time that the administration is allowing him to also onboard and hire. So you have to look at the flow of firings and hirings. And so I had said that he'd be there for at least six months. No doubt I was just being courteous. I think a year is completely fair. And that was when I was told by one American News that I was my news outlet expressing frustration. And ever since then I was, you know, put on a under a microscope of my reporting and very shortly was fired after that.
Adam Wise
Gabby, I have to bring you back.
Gabriel Cuccia
Because I want my job back. So I think that's important for you.
Adam Wise
To know I have to bring you back because I wanted to touch on a few more. We ran out of time. Thanks for joining us from California. Be safe. Thanks again. I'll see you soon. Up next, we're going to talk about Katie Porter, leading candidate for goo governor of California. Watch this. You won't believe her behavior that more coming up on Media exposed.

Welcome back to Media Exposed. There's a gubernatorial race happening in California and the leading candidate is former congresswoman Katie Port. And we're going to take a look at these interviews she put out and reaction she has towards staffers. I mean, she lost it on a local reporter and she couldn't even follow ups. This is what Democrats are used to, kid gloves, easy questions. They get the slightest hardball questions, they have a breakdown. I want to welcome my next guest, Claudia Manache. I'm sorry, Claudia. She's the partner at writer strategy in New York City. Claudia, thanks for joining us.
Claudia Manache
Thank you for having me.
Adam Wise
Claudia, you know this former congresswoman Katie Porter. We gotta take a look at these videos because we're gonna have a really gonna unwrap her behavior. I don't know if we're both gonna semi active therapists here. Maybe, but I want to take a look at. Let's take a look at this first cut. It's Katie Porter. She loses on a local reporter. Watch this.
Claudia Manache
How would I need them in order to win, ma'?
Adam Wise
Am?
Gabriel Cuccia
Well, unless you think you're gonna get 60% of the vote. You think you'll get 60%.
Claudia Manache
So you don't. I feel like this is un. Argumentative. What is your question? It's the do you need them to win part that I don't understand. I'm happy to answer the question as you have it written and I'll answer. What I'm saying to you is that.
Gabriel Cuccia
Well, to those voters.
Claudia Manache
Okay, so, so you. I don't want to keep doing this. I'm going to call it. Thank you.
Gabriel Cuccia
You're not gonna do the interview with us?
Claudia Manache
Nope, not like this I'm not. Not with seven follow ups to every single question you ask.
Gabriel Cuccia
Every other candidate has answered.
Claudia Manache
I don't care.
Adam Wise
So she goes back and forth and back and forth and they kept going back forth and she goes, I'm going to leave again. I'm not going to leave. And it wasn't a tough question. She just asked how are you going to reach out to the Republicans conservatives. She said I don't need them. And then the reporter did her job and followed up. But give me your thoughts on that. Because it's a Democrat and she's the leading candidate, governor of California. Give me your thoughts on that. Katie Pora little interview with a local report.
Claudia Manache
Yes. So it just goes to show that Democrats are out of touch with the voters. They don't understand any base. They don't cater to anybody. At the minimum, you need to be liked and perceived well and well spoken. And she's none of those things. She's rude, miserable, short tempered. I don't know how people can see that she's fit to run a ste. If she speaks to that way to her staff and reporters, how will she address her question Constituents. And it's just very similar how far down we've gone. You know, you had Joe Biden who just avoided the press like the plague. Kamala Harris would only do questions she had ahead of time and approved of. And then now we have Katie Porter who just throws a temper tantrum when she doesn't like the, like the question, like the report or whatever it is. It's really sad to see.
Adam Wise
All right, because Claudia, you're a former Fox analyst, financial analyst within the corporation, within the company. So you had there, they had one of the Main debates. Right. Or they did. And she. The only, the only interview where she was tough because she did barely any of the news. Remember I think it all went downhill from the View. But she did an interview was it with Brett Baer, I believe. And she cut it short. And she was temperamental, Kamala, because she didn't handle one or two tough questions. It seems like that's the behavior Democrats, they're spoon fed easy questions and if they don't get it the way they like it, man, how could you be run a country, run a state the size of California and that's the way you behave towards a reporter. Watch this other cut. The way she treats a staff. Let's go to cut six.
Claudia Manache
If we don't electrify our transportation sector that we're going to lose more than half a million Californians dying prematurely to air pollution and other problems.
Gabriel Cuccia
The state could lose.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Get out of my shot.
Claudia Manache
I wanted to tell you that that's actually incorrect.
Gabriel Cuccia
It's not that it's electric vehicles. It's that if we don't meet the commitments under the Paris climate accord.
Claudia Manache
Okay, it does. Okay. You also were in my shop before that. Stay out of my shot.
Adam Wise
You know the fact that we're covering this, Claudia.
David Zier
Right.
Adam Wise
On my TV show here. And it's outlet, conservative outlet, reverse the situations. And that was when you worked at Fox and that was a Jesse Waters. The video leaked of Jesse Waters. What would the outcry be from the media treating one of his employees that way?
Claudia Manache
I think it would be all over every news network and circled all over the Internet for people to see. I don't think it would be perceived well. And I don't think Katie Porter should be. I think it's really sad that she berates her staff like this. Probably every name you could ever, ever think of.
Adam Wise
Yes. Sexist, degrading, abusive. You need to apologize. Give me a statement. And yet she's a leading Congress, leading gubernatorial candidate and she went off and actually the topic they're talking about was so stupid. We need to electrify the whole system. We're going to break down like this is the stuff they zone in on. Pretty pathetic. Is.
Claudia Manache
Yeah, it's very pathetic. And as you just alluded to her berating her staff and this being the news story is distracting to the entire issue that the Californian people are actually facing and the issues that really matter. So again, it's just a really poor campaign.
Adam Wise
Right. So reminds like I said earlier, reminds me of Kamala and Joe Biden was another One we had a sitting president. Did he ever get. I don't think I remember any tough questions that Joe Biden ever got. Did you? You.
Claudia Manache
No, I don't think they got him asking any questions.
Adam Wise
Did he. During his presence. Did he even ever sit down with Fox? I don't remember if he even did. Did he at all?
Claudia Manache
I don't think so. I don't recall. But I do recall he did have like pre written question and answers at a press briefing. I think it was.
Adam Wise
I think he used to ride a bicycle and the toughest questions he'd get was about what ice cream he's eating for the day, what flavor he liked best and then he. And then the end of that he'd fall off the bicycle. Right. And scrap his leg or something because he, you know, he was in bad shape. But they probably hid his medical condition for so long because they didn't want him to leave office which was really ridiculous. There was this other story and it's so ridiculous so the media covers it. I want to show you this cut seven parkers.
Media Analyst/Commentator
I don't really think anyone has any business invading our city with military and I don't like people being scooped up. I've got friends and family that live here and it's a safe town.
David Zier
Oh my.
Claudia Manache
This is a very small sacrifice compared.
Adam Wise
To like.
Media Analyst/Commentator
I'm here. I've never done the naked bike ride but I'm here because I feel like if I'm ever going to do it.
Claudia Manache
This would be the reason to do.
Media Analyst/Commentator
It and because I think it is a cheerful, joyful way of.
Adam Wise
If it was a bunch of MAGA guys, MAGA men and women protest pro American running around naked in a bicycle ride. I wonder how the embassy would cover it. Right. I think it's so silly that NBC even gave him coverage. What's your thoughts on the naked bike ride through Portland?
Claudia Manache
I. I think it's definitely not something that should be advertised. It's not a tourist attraction that I'm definitely interest seeing grown adults genitalia against my will is quite frankly disrespectful and unkind to the eyes which is opposite of a joyful protest and mutual respect as they've described.
Adam Wise
But when it's the left, when it's a leftist point of view, a leftist policy, the media tries to normalize it over the years. It's bizarre but that's what they do. They'll push any agenda the media, if it pushes their narrative, pushes their ideology, it helps their cause no matter how weird it is. Right.
Claudia Manache
100%. Honestly, this is very tame for them, considering what we saw during the riots of 2020 across the country. A lot of our major cities were burning and they called it mostly peaceful. So this is very tame and not shocking to anybody.
Adam Wise
Actually, it was pretty peaceful, except they were nude, which is not. What are you teaching people with a nude bike ride? What's the point? What could be the point of the new bike ride? I don't.
Claudia Manache
I don't know. It's very.
Adam Wise
Visually, it's really deviant behavior, really. But it's kind of like these parades. They have very deviant behavior. I want to ask your thoughts here on. We have a big election coming up in New York and how's the media treating Mamdani? Because that's a very important city, obviously one of the most important cities in our country. How do you think the media has been covering Mandani and Cuomo Cuomo and that election? How do you think that's gonna play out?
Claudia Manache
It's very interesting to see as a lifelong New Yorker, Mamdani, I have to hand it to him, he's very well spoken, unfortunately. So he makes terrible promises and promises to people, but he says it in such a charming way that you almost believe the lies that he says. And I think he believes some of the lies that he's saying. So that's really unfortunate because New Yorkers deserve better than someone that wants to push communist policies.
Adam Wise
You really said that, you know, strike in a, you know, in the correct manner. Because if you say I want to take your. But I want to take your money and we're going to get free buses. But he says everything in such a smile, in a charming way that he gets away with it. And he's built up a following and he's done interesting little TikTok and Instagram videos in front of halal carts, in front of contests. He's doing very creative. His policies are bad. But sometimes the way you say things, you do it in a charming way or you do it in a rough way. The charming way wins out. And that's very important in public policy, public speaking. And he's getting away with it and, you know, so hopefully. So what do you think? Do you think he's still going to be the winner here? You think at the end, in a few weeks, only a few weeks left left.
Claudia Manache
It's very tough to say because it's looking like this will be a three way race unless someone else drops out. You know, Curtis, unfortunately, really has no path to victory. So we should stop kidding ourselves as New Yorkers. Democrats outnumber Republicans throughout every borough almost. So for him to still be in this race is really sad because there's a lot at stake here. Andrew Cuomo as well, even though I don't agree with his track record, I do think at the very least he did not have complete communist policies like government run grocery stores and other government funded programs.
Adam Wise
Johnny, Claudia, thanks for joining us. Appreciate it. I'll see you soon. Thank you.
Claudia Manache
Thank you.
Adam Wise
We're going to take a look at snl, how they covered some of the president secretaries. Also JD Vance and Stephanopoulos had a little pow wow. We'll see how that went on tv. That and more. Coming up on Media Exposed.
iHeartRadio Announcer
Run a business and not thinking about radio. Think again because more people are listening to the radio on iHeart today than they were 20 years ago. And only IHEART broadcast radio connects with more Americans than tv, digital, social, any other media, even twice as many teens than TikTok. And that reach means everything. Just think about the universal marketing formula. The number of consumers who hear your message times the response rate equals the results. Now let's get those results growing for your business. Radio's here now more than ever. And iheart's leading the way. Think radio can help your business. Think iheart streaming, podcasting and radio where the reach is real. When I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten they called me a masochist called rolled their eyes or just asked why Benghazi?
Media Analyst/Commentator
The truth became a web of lies.
Leon Neyfak
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Leon Neyfak
Bad faith, political warfare and frankly, bullshit.
Adam Wise
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up. You put two and two together.
Leon Neyfak
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
David Zier
Benghazi is a Rosetta Stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.
Leon Neyfak
I'm Leon Neyfak from Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries. This is Fiasco Benghazi.
Claudia Manache
What difference at this point does it make?
Media Analyst/Commentator
Yeah, that's right. Lock her up.

Adam Wise
Welcome back to Media Exposed. Snl was at it this week. We're going to take a look at that. We'll take a look at J.D. vance and Stephanopoulos going back and forth. Just want to take a look at Time magazine cover. David, want to welcome David Zier on the set host the Breaking Point right here on Rap. Thanks for joining us as always, David. Like this is like speed dating. We're going to do speed media suppose really fast. Really? Let's take a look.
David Zier
I'm ready.
Adam Wise
Let's show the audience says photo. Because he was this Time cover magazine cover, Trump was a little pissed. I want to show you what he said. Time magazine wrote a relatively good story, but the picture may be the worst of all time. They disappeared my hair, then had something floating on top of my head that looked like a floating crown, but extremely small. Really weird. I never liked taking pictures from underneath angle. But this is super bad picture and deserves to be called out. What are they doing and why? Well, I first saw it, I was pretty shocked that they put them on the COVID Yeah, I didn't notice it was bad at first. What do you think?
David Zier
I think you should take it as a win. You know, 50% there, right? The article was okay. The picture was bad, but it looks like they photoshopped his hair off the top of his head. So it was a little insulting, but probably not the end of the world.
Adam Wise
It made him look wrinkly a bit, too. But it was the COVID of Time magazine, so you didn't get into it too much. It's a win, like you said. Let's go to cut eight where they had Senator Klobuchar with Tina Fey. Tina Fey playing Kristi Noemi and Amy Poehler playing Pam. Bob Conti. Let's watch this SNL skit.
Media Analyst/Commentator
How can the president justify deploying troops against American citizens? Oh, did you see that?
Gabriel Cuccia
He pushed me.
Media Analyst/Commentator
I did not.
Adam Wise
And he just called me a bitch.
Media Analyst/Commentator
No, I didn't. Now, why is the president sending troops to my home state?
Gabriel Cuccia
To protect your people. And I wish you loved Chicago as much as you hate President Trump.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Trump, how long you been working on that line?
Gabriel Cuccia
Three full months.
Media Analyst/Commentator
You say that the troops are there to protect ice facilities, but why is ice there in the first place?
Gabriel Cuccia
I don't know. You'll have to ask Homeland Security Director Christy Noem.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Well, she isn't here.
Adam Wise
What if she is, though?
Gabriel Cuccia
Oh, my God.
Adam Wise
You know, it'd be if it was equal opportunists beating up both. I'd say it's pretty funny, but they never do they make Durbin look fine. They make the other Democratic senators, they always made Hillary look okay. And that's. I mean, let's make it funny. It's okay.
Media Analyst/Commentator
It's not funny.
David Zier
It's not funny at all. And they misrepresented Blumenthal's question to Bondi. He was questioning her integrity. And Bondi fired back that you're the one who lied about serving in Vietnam. And of course, SNL portrays Pam Bondi as a dumb white girl with no thoughts of her own. They also inferred that Trump had a thing for his daughter Ivanka by tapping on his lap. You know, they are awful. They are the most heinous, twisted sobs in all the media. They make Jimmy Kimmel look like Mother Teresa. Adam. And they even went further to put the lie for the American people that Trump was involved in pictures of half naked women at Epstein. It's like they were on the payroll of the Clinton defense team who flew on the Leader Express like 26 times. About half the times about Secret Service. Trump's never been accused of doing anything like that. And then they double down and saying Trump is deploying ice against innocent American citizens. They're sadistic.
Adam Wise
If you look at the real hearings, she makes them look kind of foolish. Oh, yeah, she goes right out. But she's tough, smart, articulate. And then they make her look like a fool. They make it look, you know, stupid like. And that's not Pam Bondi. So if you do comment, please, there has to be some realness to your comedy. And there's nothing an snl. Their ideology is coming right at it against Republicans, conservatives, and the president. And people have had enough of it. Let's watch this other cut here. They have a woman that's not even a New Yorker. They called her Yaronda Lorenzo from Long island talking about Mamdani. Watch this Cut nine with Michael Cho.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Michael. Che, thank you so much for giving me this platform.
David Zier
Well, thanks for being here. I gotta say, Rhonda, you have very panicked energy already.
Claudia Manache
Oh, me? Why would I be panicked?
Media Analyst/Commentator
Oh, I'm just thrilled that our city.
Gabriel Cuccia
Is about to be taken over by.
Media Analyst/Commentator
My favorite type of person. Bump a bum. Hooray. A hipster jihadist.
David Zier
That's pretty strong words out the ghost.
Claudia Manache
Well, Che, he isn't even a real New Yorker. Che. He's from Uganda.
Gabriel Cuccia
Okay?
Claudia Manache
I'm a real New Yorker.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Che. I'm from Long Island. Che.
Adam Wise
This is what they think of Anti Momdani. I know so many smart people. Building owners, inventors, entrepreneurs that are so anti mondani. And that's what you. And that's what SNL comes out with. David.
David Zier
Listen, anyone who watches SNL and enjoys these skits, they need a brain transplant. And you know, unfortunately, one third of America watches SNL to get their news. It's so insulting. And then Colin Jobes chimes in when Michael Che was talking about how New York City cops are violent and because they're from Long Island. And Colin Jobes steps in and says, no, the violent cops are from Staten Island. How degrading. All the thousands of Long island and Staten island cops that serve in the New York City Police Department, I can't believe believe they aren't up in arms. And Adam, I just wanted to add, you know, going back to Kristi Noem, you know, we were with Kristi Noem in Orlando about five years ago and you know, she was telling us stories. You know, she's all jacked up. She looks like Linda Hamilton in T2. You know, she's like, I'd go out in the mountains for five days at a time and go bow hunting and stuff. Like, she's nobody to be messed with. And, you know, they just like insult her. Like she's dumb, you know, and it's very, very hideous. Essence snl, you got to go away. They're even worse than the dnc.
Adam Wise
There's a way to make the comedy real if you can make it funny, if you show her the way she is in a little slight way, right? Make someone the opposite of what they are, it doesn't work at all. And that's pretty ridiculous. I want to go to this other cut. David, let's go to, we're talking about VP Vance and Stephanopoulos over, over Tom Hogan. Let's go to cut.
Media Analyst/Commentator
George, why fewer and fewer people watch your program and why you're losing credibility because you're talking for now five minutes with the vice president, United States, about this story regarding Tom Holm in a story that I've read about, but I don't even know the video that you're talking about. Meanwhile, low income women can't get food because the Democrats and Chuck Schumer have shut down the government. Right now we're trying to figure out how to pay our troops because Chuck Schumer has shut down the government. You are focused on a bogus story. You're insinuating criminal wrongdoing against a guy, guy who has done nothing wrong. Instead of focusing on the fact that our country is struggling because our government's shut down, let's Talk about the real issues, George, I think the American people would benefit much more from that than from you going down some weird left.
Adam Wise
Wing rabbit hole where the facts clearly.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Show that Tom Homan didn't engage in any criminal wrongdoing. It's not a weird left wing rabbit hole. I didn't insinuate anything. I asked you whether Tom Homan accepted $50,000 as was heard on an audio tape recorded by the FBI in September 2024, and you did not answer the question. Thank you for your time this morning. No, I said that I don't. Up next, we'll be right back.
Adam Wise
And he cuts them off. He says, did Tom Holman accept $50,000? Well, he didn't work for the government. He might have accepted 50,000 as a contract. But the way he's wording it makes him sound like you accepted 50,000. Well, how about if it was a consultant job? Like it's he's trying to do a catch to catch the VP so he can make news. And he kept asking him over and over again that same question and he lost a lawsuit. Stephanopoulos 16 million to Trump and he badgered Nancy Mace the same way. But he's never going to learn his ideology sprues out there. Dave, what do you think?
David Zier
Well, you know, he also cut off Pritzker Stephanopoulos, but he probably did it because he knew he cut off the vice President of the United States earlier. You know, they are so hideous. The media has achieved such a new disgraceful low. First of all, Homan had a consulting business before he served in the Trump administration. But Tom Holman, if you know Tom Homan, you know, we've all spent time with him at the network over the years. He is the most humble, gracious, hardworking, middle class guy you ever met in your life. He's not taken breath bribes. And you know, one other thing, Adam, I just want to add, you know when they were making fun of Kristi Noem, Kristi Noem was recruiting for ICE on the SNL skit in front of Congress and they were portraying anybody who joins ice. She's saying anybody who likes to zip tie innocent people and show male bravado, to paraphrase what she was saying. You know, that's not the ICE officers. They're the best. They are the hardest working people out there.
Adam Wise
They're denigrated are good public officials. But I want to show you what Trump did cut 11 because he remembered the what ABC did.
Media Analyst/Commentator
First of all, congratulations.
Adam Wise
Questions from ABC fake news after what you did with Stephanopoulos to the Vice President of the United States. I don't take questions from ABC Fake news.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Brian, go ahead.
Adam Wise
So it was a different Trump. He wouldn't even take a question. Let's go to cut 12 quick and watch Tom Holman on a News Nation special from the Kennedy Center.
David Zier
Stephanopoulos is one of your best, best friends. He convicted you on television, okay.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Of a fifty thousand dollar bribe. Stephanopoulos did this on ABC.
David Zier
The Vice President J.D.
Adam Wise
Vance defended you and I thought he.
Media Analyst/Commentator
Did so pretty well. His due process is important. Do you want to clarify anything about that situation?
David Zier
I didn't take $50,000 from anybody. Okay.
Media Analyst/Commentator
How did that get into the mainstream do you think?
Adam Wise
I have no idea.
David Zier
Look, I've been, there's been hit pieces on me since I came back to this administration. There's got to be 30, 40 hit pieces on me about how I'm involved with contracting or government contracts when in fact day one I came back. I recused myself from any discussions of any contract or any monetary decisions like.
Adam Wise
That because I used to have a company. See, it played out. Went from VP Vance to Trump to home and he set the record straight. Give me your thoughts on that.
David Zier
You know what Tom Holman told me years ago? He said I don't ever want to pull a dead 2 year old baby out of the back of 150 degree trailer anymore. And I don't want to see the underwear of a young girl who was raped at the border by the coyotes before she was allowed into before they snuck into the United States. Tom Holman is 100% dedicated to his job and he is not corrupt.
Adam Wise
That's it, Tom. Keep up the good work. Thank you. David, a word from our partner sponsor at Hotel Planner. Episode Date: October 19, 2025
Host: Adam Wise
Guests: Ari Ackerman, Gabriel Cuccia, Claudia Manache, David Zier
Theme: Exposing media bias and misinformation around major political, foreign policy, and cultural stories affecting America in October 2025.
This episode of "Media Exposed" dives into several timely and controversial topics, with a focus on how mainstream news outlets allegedly distort or misrepresent facts relating to American and international politics. Adam Wise and a panel of guests dissect coverage of Trump’s historic Middle East peace deal, the Pentagon’s new press policy, the California gubernatorial campaign of Katie Porter, media handling of “naked protest” events, and Saturday Night Live's satire of political figures. The show aims to call out “fake news” and activist reporting, championing what it frames as more honest and transparent coverage.

On the Pentagon policy:
“They want to restrict everything. They don’t want to get any scoops or talk to anybody on the side. It seems like they want to really control the flow of information here.” — Adam Wise [25:33]
On SNL and mainstream media satire:
“They are the most heinous, twisted SOBs in all the media. They make Jimmy Kimmel look like Mother Teresa.” — David Zier [46:48]
On VP Vance and media interviews:

“Media Exposed” doubles down on rejecting what it calls the mainstream narrative, positioning itself as the guardian of “real” news for American conservatives. Across topics—foreign policy, media access, political campaigns, satire, and culture—the show’s tone is combative, frequently mocking or dismissive of the political left and critical of legacy news outlets. The episode leans heavily on the claim that left-leaning media and cultural voices distort reality and silence dissent.
For listeners seeking unfiltered conservative takes and skeptical media analysis, this episode offers sharp critiques, punchy soundbites, and a parade of recent controversies dissected from the populist right. Reports are bolstered by firsthand experiences of panelists in the media and political arenas.
