So if you could see the glory of the feast of tabernacles, you wouldn't have fear of somebody being able to come and take your stuff, that God's got your home covered. Somebody needs to know that right now. God has your home covered. Your children are covered. Come on. Your family's going to be covered. Your possessions are covered today. Can't wait to take today.
Welcome to Paula White Today. I am so excited about this divine, supernatural miracle working season that we are in that God himself has set up. September 22nd, started Rosh Hashanah, and then we entered into 10 days of old. That's a time of introspection. Hey, examine yourself. Is there any unforgiveness, bitterness, hurt, offense, pride, greed, whatever it would be? God says, let's deal with that. Then he goes into the most holy day, the day of atonement, and that's October 1st through the 2nd. And of course, in the Old Testament, they could only cover for the sin, but. But when Jesus came forth, behold the Lamb of God who taketh away the sin of the world. And now tabernacles, October 6th through the 13th. This is on God's calendar to release to you supernatural miracles, blessings to honor God, for you to reflect, to get more intimate with God for his presence, his protection, his provision to be upon you. I've recently preached a word in the sanctuary on tabernacles. Now let's get into it.
We're in a supernatural miracle working season that God himself has set up. So Leviticus, chapter 23, verse 33, 36. Then the Lord spoke to Moses saying, speak to the children of Israel, saying, the fifteenth day of the seventh month shall be the feast of Tabernacles for seven days to the Lord. On the first day, there shall be a holy convocation. You should do no customary work on it. For seven days, you shall offer an offering. This was really marked by offerings. During this time, offer an offering made by fire to the Lord. On the eighth day, you shall have a holy convocation, and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord. It is a sacred assembly, and you shall do no customary work on it. So we see where God begins to lay out the time for what does the feast of Tabernacles look like? He has these divine appointments. They're called moad. Now, we've talked about this so often. If it's important to God, it has to be important to us. So understanding God's calendar, not man's calendar, but what is God's calendar. And why do we have these feasts? Number one, they're rehearsals, all the feasts. There are three feast seasons. There's Passover, which has three feasts. Then there's the standalone 50 days later, you count off 49 days. And on the 50th day, there's Penteco. Those two have been fulfilled. Jesus became our Passover lamb. That's where we recognize and understand that he brought us out and. And it's the blood that covers us and brought us out of Egypt, brought us out of bondage. Then the church was birthed in Pentecost. And then you hit the fall feast. And that's really going to be prophetically when the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is now, no man knows the hour, no man knows the day. But I. I believe. Come quickly, Lord. Amen. Come quickly. I'm ready for Jesus. And. And we're going to occupy till he comes. Which means we do business, we advance the kingdom until he comes. But we have to be expected. I pray that you're like the five wise virgins. Come on. That your lamps are filled with oil, that you are ready should the Lord return. Right now, should God come back right now, that trumpet would blow. I'm on the first load. I'm not worried about anything that would happen. I know that if Jesus comes, I'm with Him. Amen. And that's why every day we've got to live a life that's pleasing to God. Live a life going after the harvest. Take as many people into eternity, into the presence of God with us. And so these are rehearsals, they're practices. They're God's divine appointments. And all these covenants, all these feasts point to the blood covenant that God made with mankind. They serve as occasions for us and reminders for us to recognize that God has released special blessings for those that he's in covenant with God is a covenant keeping God. Amen. Psalm 84. He'll not fail. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but the word shall remain forever. And remember Old Testament's always concealed New Testaments revealed. We see that the feasts were practiced all the way through the early church, up until Constantine. He kind of got in and messed some things up. I've done some history lessons on this for you. I've written tons of books about it around 325. But that's why the early church was so powerful. So as we go back and just lay this quick foundation, we look at Rosh Hashanah is the head of the Year. And then there's the Feast of Trumpets. That's when that trumpet would blow. And there's 10 days of all that was so important for 10 days. That was where God was saying, examine yourself. And I go back over these to lay it into tabernacles, because this is the promises. This is a blessing. But you got to understand the blueprint for the blessing. Amen. And this was God saying, repent, Repent. No blessing really ever comes without true repentance. Our nation needs true repentance. Amen. The church needs true repentance. Our individual life needs true repentance. And repentance is not, I'm sorry, I got caught. Repentance is, I changed my mind, I changed my direction. And the only way that happens is for true heart transformation, for God to get a hold of your heart. And so God says, I want you to look at your life. I want you to see what's your mouth like. Clean it up. What's your heart like? What's your attitude like? Is there debt that you owe? Is there? Are you doing your brother wrong? How is your relationships? Are you offended easily? Are you wounded? Get the injury out of your souls. Get the unforgiveness out. Don't be so quick to anger. Be a little bit more slow and patient and turn the other cheek. And so it's a real time for God to say, realign with me. Realign with what? What works? Realign with my principles and my promises in the word of God. And then we come to God's most holy day, the day of atonement. And I'm going to spend a few extra moments because I didn't take time this Sunday to go over it. But atonement is like, think of it, at one with God. It is when the atonement is all about. Jesus is the only one who could atone. It wasn't that he just covered. He became the propitiation. It's the word that he redeemed us because man had fallen. We were all had the same problem, according to Isaiah, chapter 53, that every one of us had gone astray, that we all have a rebel in us. But instead of God killing the rebel in us, he laid the iniquity upon his Son. Think about this. This is the. This is the gospel. He laid the iniquity upon his son, Jesus Christ, and he became sin. This, that we might become the righteousness of God. The day of atonement speaks of sanctification, a lifestyle. But I want you to understand the seriousness of the blood. Because a Day of Atonement is a somber day. It was a day that God says, I want you to fast. I want you to pray. I want you to look, I want you to remember. What are we remembering? The ultimate price that was paid. You and I could never redeem ourself. We could never clean up ourself. We could never work our way into righteousness. There was only one answer. And before the foundations were ever laid, before they were ever laid, the Bible says that the Lamb of God was slain. When you really begin to meditate just on the gospel that God gives us a new nature, we can't fix ourselves. We can't make ourself right. Behold, old things are passed away and all things become new in Jesus Christ. Christ. It doesn't matter where you started in life. It matters how much you allow and, and receive Jesus Christ and allow the work of the Holy Spirit to bring you into what God has ordained you to be. So what is the fundamental truth of the day of atonement? The fundamental truth of the day of atonement is a divine exchange took place. And that exchange really was we were recipients of something that we didn't deserve, we couldn't earn. Think about it. That all the evil that was due to us, all the evil due by justice because God is a just God, and it was due because God had wrath. He was angry. Think about this. Now, I don't want you to think like God's just angry God, but he hates sin. He cannot look upon sin. And all that evil that was due by the justice of God to come upon us instead came upon Jesus. Really let it just sink in for a moment because I think we just preach the gospel and don't really absorb the gospel when you think about it. So that all the good that was due to Jesus because he was a perfect, sinless, spotless lamb of God, all the good because he was obedient to the Father. He did nothing outside of the will of the Father. We just take this gospel for granted so many times. All of that that was due to Jesus because of his sinless obedience. And Hebrews says he learned to become a Son by obedience. That all that that was due to him might be available to us. Do you understand what that is? That everything that Jesus really did earn and that Jesus did deserve, and there was no way that I could walk in wholeness and health and healing and prosperity and life and goodness and my seed being blessed, all of that goodness that was due to Jesus came to me. What a divine exchange. What kind of love story is this. I mean, how do I really begin to honor God And God's saying, I want you to stop. Stop looking at the news and stop listening to social media and stopping your busyness of life and stopping all your your to do lists and all the things and I want you to really foster and I want you to think about the gospel. I want you to think about the covenant that I made with you through my son Jesus Christ, that you and I are an heir with God and a joint heir with Jesus Christ.

Whether it's the ongoing work that we do in Israel or whether it's our humanitarian, our disaster relief, our feeding which has done over 30 million pounds of food. Think about that in four years. There's so many other great things that we do. Go to paulawhite.org Become a partner today. That's a monthly commitment for one year. I love for you to sow into good ground and stand with me as we pray for you and come in covenant with you. Now let's get Back in the Word.
You don't have to settle for less than what God gave you through His Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus was made sin with our sinfulness that we might be made righteous with his righteousness. That means we're right standing with God. I don't have to come in like a stepdaughter. I don't have to come in like I've been adopted, like I'm a second class citizen. I'm the righteousness of God because of Jesus Christ. I'm upright with God. He loves me with an everlasting love. Jesus died a death so that I could share in life and that life is life more abundant. Abundantly. One that is superior in quality and quantity. Jesus was made a curse that I might receive blessing. Think about it. He endured poverty. Jesus became poor that I might become rich. He bore shame that I could share in his glory. He endured rejection so I could be accepted. This is the divine exchange. Our old man died so that my new man might live. That's why literally, behold, old things are passed away and all things have become new in Christ. What an awesome God that he would give such an expression of love. That's the day of atonement. How do I begin to then articulate and remember? How do I begin to say, God, I thank you? Because every day, every day is a good day. Every day is a God day. Every day God is fighting for me. The book of Ephesians said, God is speaking blessing over me right now. I don't care who's not talking about you and who's not even talking to you. God is speaking blessing over you right now. God is speaking good things over you. He calls you his own. He calls you his beloved. My gosh, when you get that revelation, you don't need man's approval when you've already got God's approval and God's acceptance. So what an awesome God. And this was atonement that that he'd say, I want you to remember the blood covenant. So the Feast of Israel were these rehearsals. They were reminders built on the foundation of the blood covenant rituals to help the children of Israel understand and align themselves with these spiritual truths that God said. I know life's going to get in the way. I know you're going to get worn down. I know you're going to forget where I brought you from. I know you're going to forget how I delivered you. I know you'll forget how I healed your children. Children. I know that you'll forget all the good things that I've done in your life. So I'm going to set some days on a calendar that you just halt and stop life and you come to me. And we're not required to follow like the ancient blood in the book of Leviticus, according to James. We're not held to the exact letter of the law there, but we're not released from the principle of that. So God still says, honor me. And he says, don't stand before me empty handed. And that means to have an open, open hand, an open heart to honor God with a gift, with sacrifices. So when we see these times, we look at the day of atonement and we remember and appropriate the finished work of Jesus Christ. When he said it is finished, it means it is perfectly perfect and it was completely complete. What was he saying? That everything that you have need of relationally, emotionally, spiritually, financial, financially, that it's been provided through the finished work of Jesus Christ. See, I came to work with somebody's faith. You don't have to hope for it. It's done. Come on. You don't have to just say, well, maybe God, if it's your will, it is God's will to heal you, it is God's will to prosper you. It is God's will to increase you. It is God's will for you. So what he said is he is perfected forever those who are being sanctified. Hebrews 10:14. So salvation provided everything by the death of Jesus on the cross for me to be rescued, to be made whole, to be restored, to be completely healed, to be completely delivered. So we honor these times. Now we get into, let's look at the feast of the fall feast. So we go from atonement and then we go into the fall feasts which always represent, well, they represent the fruit, they represent promise, protection, provision, two things. Remember, because we've got spiritual, practical, historical, prophetic. And so the prophetic represents the coming of Jesus again and the millennial reign. And I'll just briefly touch that. But the practical and the spiritual represents that God's going to release, provision and promise and protection to you. So the fall feasts are all about preparation for his bride, for full restoration of his covenant promises. And these feasts with the tabernacles have both that historical, historically it was when God brought the children of Israel out of Egypt and they wandered watch this. They were disobedient because they doubted they provoked God because God didn't say, hey Eva, or hey Joshua and Caleb, hey children of Israel, tribes chief men, do you think you can possess this land. No. God gave them a command. He said, go possess the land. And yet they decided to scout it out and see if they were able to. And they found out. Or they said that 10 of them came back and they had a bad report, an evil report, the Bible says, because they said we're not able to possess because they're giants in the land. And we be like grasshoppers, our own eyes. Listen, whatever you go looking for is what you're going to find. If you go looking for giants, you'll find them. If you go looking for grapes and promise and possession, you'll find it. And God's got grapes and promise and possession for you. And so even though they were disobedient, they provoked God because God said, it's yours, take possession. And there's so many things that God is saying, it's yours, take possession. It's yours, take possession. Possession. I don't know who I'm here for, but I'm starting to prophesy right now because I'm going to get into declarations. It's yours, take possession. Remember, you're in a supernatural, divine miracle. Working season. And seasons are important. It's set time on God calendar. So God's looking in the earth right now saying, who's going to walk in increase? Who's going to walk in prosperity? Who's going to walk in miracles? Who's going to walk in a fresh anointing? Who's going to walk in my presence? Who's going to release? God's saying, this is yours. It's being opened. The door is open. The floodgates have been opened. So this is so important, because even though they were sinful and disobedient, God said, I'm still going to provide for you. He still gave them fresh manna, he still gave them water. He still gave them shoes that did not wear out and raiment that they could wear. And there was not one feeble one among them. God still provided for them and protected them even though they had been disobedient and provoked God in the wilderness. Think about that. What a great God. So annually, it's a reminder for us that God is going to be our provider. Because remember, the feast are for the year that is ahead that God's going to be your protector. You don't know what July 13th has, but God knows what it has. You don't know what August 21st has. You don't know what day you're going to start. Step into what that the enemy is set up. Because we're not ignorant of the wiles, the plans, the plots, the schemes of the enemy. But when you step into it, you say, God, I remember your blood covenant. I remember I honor you, I worshiped you. I stood before you with sacrifices and God, you have my provision, you have what I need. Give me this day, this daily bread. You have the wisdom I need for today. You have the anointing I need for today. Come on. You have the increase that I need for today. You have the abundance I need for today. And so that's so important. Then as a rehearsal, prophetically, it points to the coming of the Lord, like we said, and the reign of the millennial kingdom. There are three characteristics of tabernacles that the Jews literally go and they dwell in booths right now. There's fellowship, there's dwelling. Because it's going to represent a time that we will drive dwell with God forever and ever and ever and ever and ever. Come on. This earth is temporal. It's just temporal. James says it's like a vapor. It's here, then it's gone. Don't lay up treasures for yourself here in this earth where Moth and Rustus corrupt it, but lay up treasures in heaven because it's what we do eternally. Never get so world conscious that you forget that you are just a spirit passing by with a mind and a body, a soul, and that you have a greater purpose and that is to store up eternal treasure. Amen. Share the gospel with your neighbors. Tell somebody about Jesus, Lay hands on people, Pray, be a blessing to people. Everything we do should reflect Jesus Christ in our life. And so it represents indwelling in booths. And then it was unusual. It was the most sacrifices of any feast. It represents a time of sacrifice. Why? Because they'd come through atonement. And they recognized that God was their atonement. God is their cover. God is our Redeemer. And so there was great sacrifice. And then it represent great joy. Exodus 34:24 that if they were to. When they left their properties, when they left their place, God said, if anybody's going to come and try to invade your home or try to touch your stuff, I will protect it. This is important because God is your home protector. He's better than adt. I'm telling you, he's better than any security service. And the Bible says in Exodus 34:24 for I will cast out the nations before thee and enlarge thy borders. Neither shall any man desire thy land when thou shalt go up to appear before the Lord thy God. Three times a year. So if you could see the glory of the feast of Tabernacles, you wouldn't have any fear of somebody being able to come and take your stuff, that God's got your home covered. Somebody needs to know that right now. God has your home covered. Your children are covered. Come on, your family's going to be covered. Your possessions are covered. You've got to apply the Word. You can't just go, oh, that's a great word. You've got to take the Word. And if you meditate on the Word, if you speak the Word, come on, then you make your way prosperous and successful.
I pray you've enjoyed the program today. I want to give you the opportunity, as we're in this final part of God's most holy atonement season, we're in the Feast of Tabernacles, and this is a time of unlimited blessing and celebration that's been ordained by God Himself from October 6th through the 13th. And the Bible clearly declares in Leviticus 23, this is a lasting ordinance for generations to come. In verse 37, it says, we're to proclaim it as a sacred assembly bringing offerings to the Lord. Now, we're not held to the law of the Old Testament, but we see where it's practiced all the way from Genesis to Revelation. It's a season of celebration. It's a season of honoring God and sowing a tabernacle seed or tabernacle offering. Now, I like to put my faith with the Word. So we know that that full restoration, God's provision, God's protection, God's presence is released during this time. And so Joel says that it will release the fullness of restoration. This is a time of joy. This is a time of harvest. This is a time of giving. A lot of sacrificial giving, a lot of parties, a lot of celebration, and a lot of giving occurred during harvest. Now, we know that this is a rehearsal for the Lord's return. So we understand that. And I put my faith with the word of God. So if you would like say you don't know what to give. Exactly. Give whatever God tells you to give. It's not that you have to give, it's that we get to give. And when you do, it supports Paula White ministry and that support makes a huge difference because we are good ground preaching the gospel around the world. God has really taken this ministry over the last 40 years to do supernatural and significant things for him first and foremost. Most people, unfortunately don't last 40 years of ministry, but by the grace of God. We've continued to remain strong, never wavering from the course of making the Gospel the main thing declaring Jesus to the nations. So thank you for being a soul winner. Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for pressing us forward to reach for more, feed more, visit the prisons more, make changes in America and so much more. Thank you for your giving. The greatest.
Supernatural divine miracle is salvation. And if you don't know where you would go, heaven or hell when you die, where you would spend eternity. Episode Theme: The Spiritual Significance of the Feast of Tabernacles, Atonement, and Living within God’s Supernatural Season
This episode, hosted by Paula White, dives deep into the biblical and spiritual importance of the Jewish fall feasts—especially the Feast of Tabernacles and the Day of Atonement—placing them in the context of Christian faith through teachings rooted in both Old and New Testament scriptures. Paula emphasizes the “divine, supernatural miracle working season” that she believes God has set on His own calendar, encouraging listeners to reflect, repent, realign, and embrace God’s promises of provision, protection, and restoration. The message is both instructional (biblical teaching) and motivational (personal empowerment), urging participation through spiritual introspection, joyful celebration, and, notably, generous giving.
God’s Timetable: Paula introduces the concept of God’s calendar versus man’s calendar—highlighting Rosh Hashanah, the Ten Days of Awe, Day of Atonement, and the Feast of Tabernacles.
Purpose of the Feasts: She frames the biblical feasts as “divine appointments” (moad), describing Passover, Pentecost, and Tabernacles as rehearsals signifying stages in God’s plan for humanity and prophetic markers for both past and future fulfillment.
Personal Empowerment: Paula motivates listeners to step out in faith, reminding them of the finished work of Jesus and the continual availability of God’s blessings and presence.
Call to Evangelism and Eternal Perspective: Reminds the audience to share the gospel, live for eternal reward, and actively reflect Jesus to the world.
On the Divine Exchange:
“Jesus was made sin with our sinfulness that we might be made righteous with his righteousness. That means we’re right standing with God. I don’t have to come in like a stepdaughter. I don’t have to come in like I’ve been adopted, like I’m a second class citizen. I’m the righteousness of God because of Jesus Christ.”
— Paula White (12:54)
On Taking Possession:
“I don’t know who I’m here for, but I’m starting to prophesy right now because I’m going to get into declarations. It’s yours, take possession. Remember, you’re in a supernatural, divine, miracle working season.”
— Paula White (20:30)
On Assurance in God’s Protection:
“God’s got your home covered. Your children are covered. Come on, your family’s going to be covered. Your possessions are covered. You’ve got to apply the Word.”
— Paula White (22:15)
On Repentance and Blessing:
“Repentance is not, I’m sorry, I got caught. Repentance is, I changed my mind, I changed my direction. And the only way that happens is for true heart transformation, for God to get a hold of your heart.”
— Paula White (06:50)
The episode centers on living with an awareness of God’s appointed times, using the biblical feasts as a template for deeper spiritual reflection, faith in Christ’s atonement, and expectation of ongoing miracles. Paula White’s tone is passionate, encouraging, and pastoral—mixing biblical teaching with personal exhortations and practical calls to action. The recurring themes are remembrance, repentance, blessing, and generous response.
For Listeners New to the Episode:
Expect a blend of scriptural teaching, spiritual motivation, faith confessions, and calls for active participation—especially giving and evangelism—anchored in Paula White’s distinctive, lively pastoral style.
