Live. Breaking news right now here on Real America's Voice Filtered. These people are domestic terrorists and unapologetic. We're here to take a stand for God and country. Does feel good. America's Voice Live starts now. And welcome to America's Voice Live. I'm Steve Garrett. Is Thursday the 7th of April, year of our Lord 2026. Let's get into today's top stories. As always, thank you for spending time with us. Henry. America's Voice, we appreciate you being here. The US has given Iran a peace deal and is now waiting for a response from the regime which is expected anytime. But as we hopefully near the end of the conflict, there are still many concerns over sleeper cells and future attacks by extremists. We'll discuss in detail. Also the Department of Justice dropping a major indictment accusing the Sinaloa governor and nine other Mexican officials of working alongside the cartels to move narcotics into the United States. I, Oscar Ramirez, will join me from Mexico to explain. And then later I'll bring on steak and shakes. First ever Chief Maha officer. You heard me right. Michael Bose will discuss how the chain is aligning with President Trump's Efforts to make America healthy again. All that and so much more, including a meeting between the President of the United States, Donald Trump, and the Brazilian President, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva. But first, I want to come to you with some, I don't know, cautious optimism. Because after weeks of decisive American led pressure, the conflict with Iran appears, at least it appears to be moving towards some kind of resolution. President Trump has forced the moolahs back to the table. But let's be real from the jump here. Iran is one of the most unreliable negotiators on the planet. The bottom line is they lie. It's what they do. Friends, we've heard grand promises before. Obama's disastrous deal. Endless rounds of talks that went nowhere while they spun centrifuges and funded terror. They have lied, cheated and violated agreements time and time again. So while this is potentially good news, we must remain vigilant. No blind trust. Verify and then verify again. What's on the table right now is a one page memorandum of understanding. If it holds, and that's a very big if, the key points are significant. A full five year ban on nuclear enrichment. After that, strict limits capping it at just 4%. A complete ban on those underground nuclear facilities. They've been digging like moles. Iran would have to vow publicly and on paper never to seek a nuclear weapon. Commitments to enhance nuclear inspections with real access this time. And maybe most importantly, an end to any restrictions on travel through the Strait of Hormuz. No more playing games with the world's energy lifeline. Trump has said that Iran wants a deal. He said it again yesterday. Here he is.
Donald Trump
We're in a, I call it a skirmish because that's what it is. It's a skirmish and we're doing unbelievably well, as we did in Venezuela, where it was rapid over in one day. And we're doing pretty much equally as well, I would say larger, but we're doing very well in Iran. It's going very smoothly and we'll see what happens. They want to make a deal. They want to negotiate.
Steve Guru
Now, obviously this isn't the first time we're hearing this, but I am cautiously optimistic. Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio hit back at reporters who are still looking at this conflict as a gotcha moment for the Trump administration. Americans are understandably frustrated with gas prices. Some of that is just straight up profiteering. But Rubio reminded reporters that if Iran had a nuclear weapon, they could be playing this game for a very long time. In fact, as long as they want Here he is this week.
Marco Rubio
And a nuclear armed Iran could do whatever the hell they want with the straits, and there's nothing anyone would be able to do about it. And that's one of the many reasons, apart from, like, the massive loss of life in a nuclear strike, why Iran can never have a nuclear weapon. I mean, so this is an example of if they had a nuclear weapon, they closed the straits and they would tell the world, what are you going to do about it? We have a nuclear weapon, we can attack you with it. That's the world none of us want to leave behind. It won't happen under this president's watch, but some future president and future, you know, and the future Americans will have to deal with this. So it's just one more example of why these guys can never be allowed to have a nuclear weapon.
Steve Guru
And that is the threat we've been facing for almost 50 years. Rubio has also been blasting the UN for its pathetic failure to hold Iran accountable. Another reminder that globalist institutions talk big but deliver pretty much nothing while America carries the load and pays the bill. Listen to this.
Marco Rubio
I think it's a real test for the UN right as a function, as something that functions, that can solve global problems. What is the purpose of the un? The UN was supposed to be a place where you could peacefully resolve global conflict. Right now you have a country who is unlawfully, criminally, and illegally taking possession of an international waterway and blowing up commercial vessels and putting mines in the water. I don't know if people appreciate, like, how outrageous this is, how unacceptable it is that any country would fire and try to sink commercial vessels or put mines in the water. Both of these things are illegal. And so we're going to take it to the UN and we're going to give it another chance to be a forum in which we're not even asking people to, like, commit troops to the region and help blow up their Iranian boats. All we're asking them to do is to condemn it, to. To call on Iran to stop blowing ships, to remove these mines and to allow humanitarian relief to come through because there's humanitarian aid that's trapped. That's it. This is a very modest request. And if you're telling me that the international community and hundreds of countries cannot rally behind that, then I don't know what the utility of the UN system is if it can't even solve something as straightforward as that.
Steve Guru
This is why President Trump doesn't take the UN seriously, as some people think he should. The US Must always be in A position where it doesn't have to rely on fickle international bodies. Which is partly why Trump felt this conflict was needed at this time. Even with Iran's track record of deceit. Forcing them into this framework is a win for strength over weakness. If it sticks, we get breathing room, open shipping lanes and a setback to their nuclear ambitions. If they cheat again, everyone's going to see it clearly and the response will be swift and severe. That's the America first difference. But while we're pressing for peace through strength abroad, back home we've got traitors in our own ranks. You know we do. Listen to the results of this vote. On this vote, the yeas are 372. The nays are 53, 2 recorded as present, 2/3 being the affirmative. The rules are suspended. The resolution is agreed to 53 House Democrats voting against marking Iran as the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism. Exposed for who they are to all of America. They can't even name the enemy that's been killing Americans and our allies for five decades. That's the radical left always finding excuses for regimes that chant death to America. Now let's turn to the real story that the fake news doesn't want to cover. I want to cover again Tuesday's primaries. This was very eye opening. The critics, the Never Trumpers, the RINOs in Congress, they are desperate for you to believe America is tired of Trump, tired of maga, tired of America first, that the movement is sputtering out while they focus on the Iran war. But Tuesday proves something completely different. Prove that that is absolute nonsense. 26 Trump endorsed candidates won their primaries on Tuesday. 26 the Trump endorsement remains the gold standard. The base obviously fired up, loyal and rejecting the corporate goal on to get along Republicans who want to drag us back to the failed policies of the past, of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney and God only knows what. Take Indiana. Trump went in heavy backing, strong challenges against Republican incumbents who defied him on key America first priorities like redistricting in that state. The results, at least five of those Trump backed warriors took out the holdouts decisively. Voters are sending a crystal clear message. If you cross the agenda, if you fight the President on common sense measures, well, your time is up. Of course, CNN's Van Jones couldn't help himself calling Trump petty for weighing in on redistricting in Indiana. Listen to this nonsense.
Van Jones
What a petty little punching down bully to wander over here and slap around a bunch of state senators to feel better about himself. I would be embarrassed if I were president of the United States.
Steve Guru
Van, do you think it that those sorts of rules apply to, say, Barack Obama when he engages in the Virginia redistricting referendum?
Van Jones
Hey, listen, he didn't. He got involved in a ballot measure. He didn't go poking and picking on little individual dog catchers and everybody else.
Michael Bose
Well, he was picking on the Republican
Steve Guru
congressmen who represented their constituents. Now, Van Jones, he's the same guy who smeared millions of Trump voters lecturing on pettiness. Give me a break. This isn't pettiness. This is accountability. And the people are demanding it all over this country. Ohio, even more impressive, the vague. Ramaswamy didn't just win his primary. He swept every single county in the state. 88. Every county. That's total dominance from a sharp, articulate Trump ally who's bringing fresh energy and. And unapologetic conservatism to the ticket. Vic's landslide sets up a strong path forward and shows the depth of talent ready to carry the MAGA banner. Meanwhile, in California, the debates on Tuesday night were a complete circus for the Democrats. Good Lord. Katie Porter had a full meltdown on the debate stage, unraveling again. This time, when pressed on her record and performance, you can see the desperation. And the Republican candidates handled it well, perfectly. I can't believe that on a stage with 30 minutes of interrupting and bickering and name calling and shouting and disrespect for everyone up here who's stepping into public service that anyone wants to talk about my temperament. You were actually interrupting them, too. I don't know why you want to act like you weren't.
Marco Rubio
I?
Bo Davidson
Oh, cowboy.
Steve Guru
Steve and I sat here smiling at each other because we're just watching you all prove to everyone why they can't vote for a Democrat. Good stuff. And Steve Hilton absolutely torched the Democrats for their favorite game. Blame Donald Trump for the problems that are 100% unique to one party dominance in California. Homeless tent cities, rampant crime, businesses fleeing as fast as they can, insane taxes and regulations. Steve Hilton, you're up.
Announcer
Mr. Hilton.
Oscar Ramirez
Go ahead.
Steve Hilton
It's not Donald Trump who's given US gas prices $2 higher than the rest of the country. It's Democrat policies which Antonia and all the Democrats here support. It's not Donald Trump that's given us the highest housing costs in the country. It's Democrat policies that all these Democrats support. Don't. Donald Trump is the president in all the other states of America where the cost of living is way lower than in California. Obviously it is way past time for change in California and endlessly going on about Donald Trump doesn't serve the needs of the struggling families and small businesses.
Steve Guru
News flash for Democrats. Trump didn't create your sanctuary state disasters or your rolling blackouts or anything else. You own that mess. All of it. You see, this is the contrast. America abroad. Trump was applying real leverage against a historically dishonest regime and extracting a framework that if honored, big if again protects our interests at home. The America first movement keeps delivering at the ballot box while Democrats field weak candidates who collapse under basic scrutiny. 26 Trump wins. The media wants to spin doubt and division. Don't buy it. Do not buy it. The primaries prove Trump's influence isn't waning. It's deepening where it counts. Most voters are choosing fighters. They're choosing peace through strength, secure borders, energy dominance and economic sanity over the radical left's chaos. Stay vigilant on Iran and hope for the best. Meanwhile, celebrate the momentum at home. The movement is strong. The best days are still ahead. And that's the monologue coming up after the break. President Trump has stated that the talks with Iran are improving as we've been discussing and we wait for Iran's response to a US Proposed peace plan. Many are still concerned over sleeper cells. We'll have that conversation when we come back on America's Voice. Live.

Now, as we've been discussing, President Trump thinks the talks with Iran are improving and that he is cautiously optimistic that a deal will be reached in the near future. Maybe a week is kind of the indication he's given. The US has given Iran a peace deal and is now waiting for a response from the regime, which is expected maybe as early as today. But as we hopefully near the end of this conflict, there are still many concerns over sleeper cells and future tax back streams right here at home, in fact, especially after the DHS shutdown leading to immigration enforcement being unfunded as of right now. Join me to discuss is former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona and the president of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, Richard Mack. Sheriff, nice to see you here today. Look, I think the challenge that we face here is one that any one of these attacks, we've seen a few, I thought we could see more. So it's been relatively quiet. But I wouldn't be surprised to wake up tomorrow morning to hear about one or have one happen during this program. These sleeper cells, these radicalized people that hate America, they're dangerous. And the bigger danger is we don't know where they are. They're a hidden danger, aren't they?
Richard Mack
Yeah, they really are. And that's why we need local sheriffs and chiefs of police and mayors and governors all across this country helping ICE instead of fighting them. And we have two great examples, a very piss poor example in Minnesota where local officials are not helping and cooperating with ice. Yet we have just the opposite in Florida where all the sheriffs have agreed with Governor DeSantis that they all need to be part of getting these criminals out of the country that the Democrat Party and Biden administration brought in treasonously to completely destroy national security. It was the greatest act of treason and it's all because they want more people on the Democrat voter rolls. So this kind of subterfuge and dishonesty from the Democrat Party, I really want to appeal to the good people in the Democrat Party. You've got to take a look at your own party and see what the hell they're doing and make a different choice this year. Make them pay at the ballot box. Don't be a part of the of the brainwashed Democrats with this blind loyalty to your party. I don't believe in any Blind loyalty to any party. I don't even believe in the parties. We need to be Americans. We need to come together and stop this subterfuge and this dishonesty and the destruction of our own country.
Steve Guru
Sheriff, I've never been a member of any political party. I never will be. I am conservative, I am right of center. But look, I don't want to be part of any particular political party because I don't know that I can trust them in the future. And we've seen evidence of that. Obviously, the Democrat Party has lost its way. But every day I wake up and every day I can go to the Internet and find news stories of an illegal alien involved in a drunk driving collision that cost somebody their life in Virginia. I just read a story this week of a man from, I believe, Central America accused of raping a child under the age of 13. And several other charges released back on the street because Virginia would not honor the ICE detainer. Now, ICE was able to find the man and put him in custody. But what is wrong with these states when a child rapist is not worthy of being held to be sent out of this country? I mean, they have lost their way, haven't they?
Richard Mack
Yeah, the woke liberal leftist extremists certainly have. And that's why I'm begging the people of this country to set this straight. And they have a huge opportunity to do so. This year, 2026, will be a crucial year for our country. Vote your conscience, don't vote for your party. In fact, I agree totally with you, Steve. None of us should be parties. We should all be Americans fighting for the same cause of liberty and civil rights for all people, but only if they're here legally. Okay, folks. And yes, you are correct, Steve. There are lots of sleeper cells that we don't know about in this country. And that's why local officials, sheriffs especially, who know their counties, are working with ICE to make sure we get rid of these criminals. And once we get them, that we hold them. And I got to tell you the story of Sheriff McMahill in Las Vegas. He has refused court orders to release dangerous criminals back into the community. He told the judges to pound sand. He's not going to go along with them destroying his county and endangering the people of his county. He's serving the people first and not the judges. He has refused to do this 11 times with four different judges. And yes, that is the solution that we support@cspoa. Cspoa.org, constitutional sheriffs. That's what we start, that's what we started. And that's what we are about. Everyone. Join us there. Cspoa.org Become a part of the solution and be a part of freedom once again for all America.
Steve Guru
You know, one other thing I want to touch on here, Sheriff, and you obviously probably dealt with this many times in your career, and that's illegal drugs. I have been watching stories come out of Los Angeles this week. Open air drug sales operations. Fentanyl, super meth, they call this stuff. The Sinaloa cartel raided by the FBI and hundreds of officers here just a day or two ago. They're operating openly in Los Angeles. I mean, how bad are things in that city or in that state that the Sinaloa cartel can set up shop and not really worry about it? It's crazy.
Richard Mack
Well, I'm all in favor of the one that Sheriff Bianco was talking about on the debate stage with the governor races in California. He said, we gave them the opportunity. You can go to jail or you can go to rehab. That should be the only alternatives that they have. And we really need to do something different with the drug problem. But do everything the opposite of California and you're going to be pretty much on track.
Steve Guru
No, I agree with that. There's a lot of problems to be cleaned up, but if we roll up our sleeves, do the right thing, hold people accountable. Sheriff, I always believe we can do that as a country. We just have to. We have to put our nose to the grindstone, shoulder of the wheel and get it done. Sir. Always a good conversation. Thank you.
Richard Mack
Thanks, Steve. I'll see you next time. Thanks for having me.
Steve Guru
Yes, sir. All right, now, there's a lot going on in the world right now. We talk about it every day right here. Escalating global conflict, threats to infrastructure and supply chains. Growing concerns about food shortages. It's enough to make you stop and think, is my family actually prepared for what comes next? I've talked about preparedness on this program for years, and if you've been sitting on the fence about it, maybe it's time to get started. And that's why my friends at my Patriot Supply have created the family starter pack. Each kit gives you an emergency food supply that feeds your family for a full week. Plus the tools you'll actually need, like an off grid cooking gear, water filtration, backup power, the things you need in a crisis, all for as little as $100 a person. And it's in stock right now and ready to ship. Just go to preparewithrav.com take this one simple, affordable step to make sure your family's protected with the essentials. Go to preparewithrav.com to see everything included. That's preparewithrav.com don't get caught short. Be prepared like I am. Coming up after the break, the DOJ is dropping a major indictment accusing the Sinaloa governor and nine other Mexican officials working right alongside those cartels to move narcotics that's right to America. Details coming up. All right, the federal prosecutors have indicted Sinalo Governor Ruben Ruja Moja along with nine other current and former Mexican officials on drug trafficking related charges. The U.S. justice Department alleges the group worked with the faction of the Sinaloa cartel to facilitate the flow of fentanyl, cocaine and other major narcotics into the United States, all in exchange for bribes and political protection. Rohamoya denied all wrongdoing, calling the accusations false and politically motivated. He's now on a temporary leave of absence. As the legal process moves forward. I'll be bringing on Real America's Voice correspondent Oscar Ramirez to discuss that. Oscar, welcome to the program. Because you're always there with your finger on the pulse. What's happening?
Oscar Ramirez
Well, Ruben Rochamoya has been signalized by the Department of Treasury and the, you know, basically the United States of America as the Trump administration as being involved with the organized crime and the cartel. This is one of the most, and you know, one of the more than 50 dirty politicians that they have been signalized by the Trump administration is to be involved with the organized crime in the cartel immediately. He said a temporary leave. Why is he leaving? Is he's not guilty? And if he is not involved with the organized crime in the cartel, why does he have to leave? And immediately after he put his leave, Steve, the mayor of Culiacan, also left the position. So everybody, it is a chain of events. Everybody is being exposed massively as to be involved with the organized crime of the cartel. After the detention and basically the stoppage of El Chapo Guzman and then El Mayo Zambada, all these dirty politicians are getting exposed. And one of the things that is aggravating is that all of them, they are linked to the political party of the president of Mexico graduate. Shame on Steve.
Steve Guru
Yeah, it's interesting. I was just talking in the last segment here about these stories I've been seeing, Oscar of Sinaloa cartel operations, storefronts, if you will, in downtown Los Angeles, selling fentanyl, methamphetamines and just about anything else you can imagine right on the streets of Los Angeles. This has to be part of the extended operation for them to cash in. It's outrageous, isn't it?
Oscar Ramirez
It's absolutely, you know, insane. And one of the to add to that that you're saying, Steve, the daughter of the former leader of the cartel Jalisco Nova Generacion Nemesio Seguera Cervantes, El Mencho had a cafe in Los Angeles also. It was just recently discovered that she had a cafe in Los Angeles. You got to be kidding me with this. You know, is this all of this extended and all of this, you know, basically exacerbated? Under the Biden administration, these criminal organizations had a lot of presence inside of the borders with the United States of America. Now it's history that is being made. Nobody in history has ever done this as an administration of the United States of America. Exposing dirty politicians of Mexico, you know, massively has never been done. And right now the political party of the president is being, you know, is being enormously pressured by the conservative party of Mexico. And it's looking and it is just, it feels like there's a wave of people waking up to what is actually happening in Mexico with the enormous corruption of these politicians. Steve.
Steve Guru
Well, what they call that place the cocaine cafe. I mean, seriously, look, the corruption in Mexico is absolutely outrageous. And that's why I'm concerned, sitting here thinking, are they ever really going to be held accountable? Are they really going to bring on these politicians? It's no secret, Oscar, that Mexico is one of the most corrupt governments on the planet. Payoffs and backdoor deals and back alley trades and everything else. How do we get it cleaned up? Is it really possible?
Oscar Ramirez
Yes, it is possible and it is being a domino effect that we need to continue to follow what Marco Rubio is doing. Marco Rubio is doing an outstanding job not only in Mexico, but also in Venezuela. Also the pressure on Cuba, you know, the key factor has been Marco Rubio and the negotiations with the Mexican government. Clara Chemonet is pinned to the wall. She doesn't have no other option but to understand that all these dirty politicians are really involved. And if she is involved, critically, it's a domino effect that is going to make just. It's a question of time, Steve. She's also going to be exposed as also the former president under Emmanuel Lopez Obrador that had a lot of ties with the organized crime in the cartel, that they are speculating that El Mayo Zabada was the one that basically, you know, finance his campaign and finance the political campaign also cloud ashamed about all of this, it is tied together and it is just a domino effect and it is a question of time. But the most outstanding thing about this is that because of the Trump administration, the majority of the Mexican people are waking up to understand that this leftist political party, it is a narco government and that is clearly involved with this criminal organization. Steve?
Steve Guru
Yeah. Claudia Sheinbaum, you know, you've got to clean it up top to bottom and all the way through. Oscar, always good information, sir. Thank you. We'll be back to talk to you soon.
Oscar Ramirez
Thank you so much, Steve, for the invitation.
Steve Guru
When there are supply constraints on commodities, prices surge. You see it with fuel prices right now. When the state of Hormuz gets blockaded and you know what else is a limited commodity? Gold. They mine it out of the ground and when it's gone, it's gone. Governments can't just print more of it. That's why everyone from central banks to savvy savers are diversified with gold. If you've been thinking about it for years, but have still never moved some of your savings into physical gold, Birch Gold Group is who I trust to help you now. Through May 29, Birch Gold is giving first time gold buyers a rebate of up to $10,000 on qualifying purchases. You heard me right? For details and free information on diversifying Indigold, text America to the number 989-898. Burns Gold can help you convert an existing IRA or 401K into a tax sheltered IRA in physical gold. Text America to the number 9898. 98 to see if you qualify for a first time gold buyer rebate of up to $10,000. What are you looking at me for? You can go do that. All right. Coming up after the break, I'll bring on Steak N Shakes. You heard me right. Steak N Shake's first ever chief MAHA officer, Mecca Bowes, to discuss how the chain is aligning with President Trump's effort to make America healthy again. Stay tuned for details. All right. President Trump and his administration continue to fight to make America healthy again. But they aren't the only ones aiming to boost health in America. In fact, you might be surprised by this one. Steak and Shake, the classic American burger and shake chain, recently appointed their first ever chief Maha officer as part of the movement. It's true. Michael Bose, a former senior advisor to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. At the Department of Health and Human Services, has assumed the role and is now Steak N Shake's official chief Maha officer. As we continue the fight to make America healthy again, it's chains like Steak n Shake, who's making a big difference with their initiatives that back President Trump and his aim to make America just a better place overall. Join me to discuss. This is the chief Maha officer at Steak and Shake, Michael Bose. Michael, nice to see you.
Michael Bose
Hey, thanks for having me.
Steve Guru
I know you made some changes in the way you fry your products. That was one of the first things. In fact, Steak n Shake was one of the first out of the box to say, you know what, we can make improvements. We can do things differently. Now you're there. Most people don't look at fast food and say, boy, that's a healthy option, but you can make it better. You can make it better for the people. So tell me about some of the things that you're looking at and you're doing.
Michael Bose
Yeah, look, one thing I will say, outside of I think the potential health impacts that we're doing, I think it just tastes better. Right. I think the tallow fries taste better than these industrial seed oils that no one can pronounce. And frying your potatoes in that, like, the reality is the way we look at it, and I think it aligns to President Trump's message and Secretary Kennedy's message is we want to get back to the gory days of America and with that, the food environment to what it was in the glory days as well. So we're removing all these chemicals that really infiltrated our food in the last 40 years and go back to ingredients that people have been eating for centuries.
Steve Guru
Yeah, the real message here is if you're eating a hamburger and fries, there's nothing wrong with that. But when it's adulterated with all sorts of chemicals and additives and highly processed, it becomes something different. So you can make fast food better if it's real food. I mean, that's one of the messages from your old boss there, Bobby Kennedy. Real food for people, right?
Michael Bose
Yep, absolutely. That's, you know, we're going back to ingredients that everyone can pronounce. These were fast food items that my parents ate, my grandparents ate, and unfortunately, my generation and beyond didn't have the luxury to appreciate. And the health of Americans declined as a result of that.
Steve Guru
Tell me about the response from Steak N Shake fans. And you've got a lot of them. I mean, you're a very popular chain. You've got millions of people that say, hey, that is the best fast food joint. I mean, I hear people say it. What's been the response from those coming into your restaurants?
Michael Bose
It's been astronomically positive. Reality is like, Americans wanted this. I think we saw this in 2024 and 2025 with the coalition between the Maga base and the MAHA base. But it was interesting, really empowered by President Trump and Secretary Kennedy. We had the task of really talking to a lot of these industry partners and really pushed them to make these changes. And a lot of them were dragging their feet. And one of the main questions we'd always ask is, why is the food that you serve in other countries different than here in the US when you're a US Based company? And they never had a good answer for that. All the while, we never talked to Steak and Shake and they were making these improvements regardless, and their sales astronomically improved as a result of that. And so it was interesting to see that from the inside to understand that they saw the vision that President Trump and Secretary Kennedy have really laid the groundwork for. And I look forward to proving that out, that there's a market viable model responding to that call from voters and from the American people.
Steve Guru
I mean, there's a. There's a chance here for Steak N Shake to be the leader, to set, you know, the standard of, hey, look around the fast food industry. Lots of different options out there, but do you feel that what you're doing is getting the attention of some of the big names or bigger names out there or even some of the smaller ones? Are you setting the standard 100%?
Michael Bose
I mean, the numbers don't lie.
Steve Guru
In a world where a lot of
Michael Bose
these traditional chains are struggling, we're thriving. That's why I came here to the point that you mentioned, Steve. Look, we can change the landscape from a regulatory standpoint, and President Trump has been phenomenal with that, empowering the team to do that, but also proving out that people want this, customers want this, And I'll tell you, the amount of moms and wives of my friends, I've reached out that just said, thank you. I haven't been to a Steak and Shake years and I can't wait to go to one now. Americans are busy. I think convenient food is a necessary component to our environment. But that doesn't mean that they feel guilt when they go in these traditional chains with these industrial oils. And so to be able to deliver satisfaction that I'm giving my kids healthy food at a convenient time, that means the world to me and that means the world to the leadership at Steak N Shake.
Steve Guru
Definitely an improvement. I tip my hat to you and congratulations on the new job. But congratulations to Steak N Shake for saying, you know what, we can do better. Good stuff. Thank you for being here today.
Michael Bose
Hey, thanks for having me. I appreciate it.
Steve Guru

You may have been following the illness plaguing a cruise ship. Hantavirus, a virus that comes from rodents, rodent droppings, to be specific. Not particularly common. I hear about a few cases in the Southwest every year, Arizona, New Mexico and so forth. But they're on a ship. They couldn't leave. There have been fatalities. They're now taking some of the people off the ship and monitoring them closely. But this is a frightening situation. Joining me to discuss is the chief scientific officer at the wellness company, Dr. Peter McCullough. Doctor, nice to see you today. If you're on a ship or an airplane and this, this error is recirculating, this is a terrible situation, isn't it?
Dr. Peter McCullough
It's terrible, Steve. I had some video last night on the primetime news. The they're not letting people get out of their cabins, even get fresh air out on the deck. A mouse or a rat must have brought it on board. And it's in the droppings of the Rats that gets into the dust and gets recirculated through the air system in the ship. The worst thing possible is to be trapped in your cabin, which is exactly what they're making the passengers do. Three have died. They airlifted off yesterday. Three more, including a British doctor. This is hantavirus. This causes a severe pulmonary infection, pulmonary edema, hemorrhage and renal failure and death. This is nothing to play around with. In order to neutralize it, you have to try to use alcohol wipes. I think people should be using nasal sprays and gargles. Some of it lands in the nose and the mouth, but some directly go into the lungs. And we don't know if any antivirals like olsetamivir or ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine would work. But, you know, people should at least travel with one of these emergency kits on board. Sadly, I don't think people have any form of defense right now. And they're not letting them get off the ship. They, they were off the coast of Cape Verde, they wouldn't let them get off. Now they're heading towards the Canary Islands and, you know, the Spanish government is telling the islanders, let them off and get some fresh air. They can monitor, you know, on land. They've got to get off that ship.
Steve Guru
You know, the interesting thing here, the interesting thing is this virus, from what I understand, can be in your system and you not know it for up to eight weeks. I mean, so if they do get off the ship, there's an extended period of time where you could be a danger not only to yourself and your own health, but to those around you. Yes or no?
Dr. Peter McCullough
Well, if it's the, what's called Andy strain, it's possible for some human spread, but. But no, in general, they're not at risk to others. And they would mean an extended stay somewhere. Canary Islands could be fine if they could find some cabins for them to hang out. But they've got to get fresh air. They can't keep rebreathing this dust from the rat droppings in the, in the ship or there will be more cases. Now the incubation is one to eight weeks and so that, you know, they left April 1st. The cases, you know, started to come up about mid April, April, and now they're really popping. So I think they've got to get out of the exposure first and they can get to a safe place for monitoring, you know, onshore somewhere.
Steve Guru
And if you want antivirals, anti parasitics and antibiotics, I'm going to hold this up. The wellness company has perfected these kits for years. Doctor, you have kits for the home like this one, but you have travel kits that people can just throw in their luggage and, and go on their way. And you wouldn't be defenseless on that ship. At least you'd have a plan of action, right?
Dr. Peter McCullough
Yeah. So true. I think that plus the immune defense, nasal spray, throat spray, I would add in a gargle. At the wellness company we've been dialoguing. Maybe the black contagion kit would be the one to take. But people are getting nervous. I have some patients who have reservations on cruise boats right now. They're asking me, I'm telling them, get a black emergency kit, get a nasal spray and gargle. And by the way, Steve, this is the one time with hantavirus. The N95 mask would make sense if they're not getting fresh air.
Steve Guru
So the mask would actually work with this particular virus. Look, folks, don't get caught out of the country where you're completely at the mercy of everybody around you. That's my message. Doctor, these emergency kits, there's several to choose from. They've got first aid kits, kits for kids, travel kits. Like you said, the black kit for this sort of thing. Doctor, really appreciate you being here. How frightening.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Yeah. Thank you.
Steve Guru
Thank you very much. TWC Health slash voice. TWC Health voice, go look at the emergency kits. If you were on that ship, what would your plan be? I mean, talk about Friday. TWC Health, go look at those emerging kits today from the wellness company. They are the gold standard. Now when we come back, we're talking about what makes America wonderful because we want to put a smile on your face before you go on to the rest of your day. Plus, answers the America's Voice question today. What are your thoughts on pro Hamas agitators attacking police in New York City? Oh, boy. We'll talk about it.

Well, here we go. Apologize for the delay. What makes America wonderful. Today's story comes to us from Jacksonville, Florida, where an officer took a moment to offer a prayer for someone who really needed a team of officers dispatched to a bridge late one night. If you saw the video, a man was suicidal, ready to jump, not listening to reason. That's when the rest of the officers turned to Officer Antonio Richardson, one of the officers and a pastor at a church. And while I can tell you all about the exchange, it would probably be better for you to show just a bit of it. Come on, man.
Oscar Ramirez
Come on, please.
Steve Guru
There you go, man. Come on, man. Come on, man. Come on, bro. Come on, man. Come on. Come on. A remarkable moment. He saved that boy's life. This is why we like law enforcement, by the way. I'll see you tomorrow morning on Daybreak. Don't miss that. I'll kick off your broadcast day here on Real America's Voice. Me and Ivy will be here for Daybreak. We look forward to seeing you then. Have a great afternoon.

In a lighter, solution-oriented segment, Steak N Shake’s new health initiatives are spotlighted as evidence of positive change aligning with conservative leadership. Finally, the episode closes with a health segment about a dangerous virus outbreak at sea and a story celebrating law enforcement’s positive impact.
