National Seat around Nashville. You got Nashville and Memphis. Those are the two largest cities in the state. There was a congressional seat around Nashville. Ten elect Democrats and one around Memphis. Right? They cracked that Nashville Congressional District into three different districts, leaving Memphis, Memphis a majority black city. Memphis being that district represented by Steve Cohen, white man, actually, who's represented. Represented a majority black district for many years. Just to show that, you know, majority black districts don't only and exclusively elect black representatives. They are now going to take the city of Memphis, which obviously is a coherent political community, obviously should have some representation, the United States House of Representatives, and do the same to that. Split it up into three different districts so there's no Democrats and no majority black district in the entire state of Tennessee, is that right?
Legal Expert
That is absolutely correct. 61% of the 9th congressional district is African American. 64% of Memphis is black. And with this decision, they have managed to divide that number so that there are 33% of the black population in three different districts. They did this intentionally. In fact, one of. In fact, the author of the legislation said, we're a conservative state and we should have all conservative districts. They know that they are intentionally eroding black voting power. They are removing the last remaining opportunity for black voters and for brown voters and for white neighbors to have a voice simply because one out of nine is too many. This is not just about partisanship. This is about deciding that there are voters in America, there are citizens in America who they do not value. And they were explicit about this today.
Legal Analyst
That's why there has to be a political backlash to what they're doing. I mean, they are taking away districts that have existed for decades in a matter of days. I mean, Memphis has been part of one congressional district in Tennessee since 1923. And in a matter of days, they are just ripping it completely apart. There has to be a political price to pay for this. It has to go beyond the MAGA universe to say that if you just rip apart communities for no good reason, there has to be a political price to pay for it.
Legal Expert
What they've been very clear about is that they do not care for democracy. They do not like democracy. We are a backsliding democracy heading full tilt into authoritarianism. And this is how you get there in America. You get there by denying people not only their right to vote, but the relevance of their citizenship. And you do that by saying that we won't even bother to ask you before we strip you of any say that you can have. The reason I created the 10 Steps campaign is to aggregate for Americans who want to fight back. Regardless of your partisanship. If you have patriotism in your heart, we need to start pushing back, because Republicans are not going to stop this. They want the power that comes with shutting people down. This is an act of cowardice. It is an act of cowardice that will not stop unless Americans stop it. And that means not just those of us in the South. I mean, I flew up this morning from Georgia to Tennessee because I'm in the south. And I know what happens to one of us will happen to all of us, and apparently by Thursday. But what I also know is that across this country, there are Americans of good conscience who can be investing in voter registration and voter id, but also asking their states to pass voting rights acts, pass better maps. Because until we reassert that democracy means all Americans, then what is happening in the south is starting here. But it won't stop here.
Interviewer
Let's start with this, Ellie, what do you make of this decision? I mean, the judge was not complimentary of the raid per se, but of the search per se and the seizure. But it's. But still does not think that the ballot should be returned. Is there anything further Fulton county could do?
Legal Analyst
There is. It's sort of a mixed bag for now. So anytime a party like Fulton county gets searched, you can challenge that search by bringing what we call a motion for return of property. But as you just pointed out, the bar there legally is very high. Fulton county would have had to have shown that there was a flagrant disregard for their constitutional or legal rights. The judge found that Fulton county did not make quite that dramatic a showing. However, the judge did conspicuously note that there were potentially some problems with this search. And the way this could play out is if and when there's ever a criminal charge based on this evidence seized, then the party that's charged gets to try again. The bar is actually a little lower there.
Sean Spicer
There.
Legal Analyst
If they can show, whoever gets charged can show that there was some fault in this search affidavit, in the way the search was carried out, then you can get the evidence what we call suppressed, meaning it cannot be used against someone at trial. So Fulton county has failed at its first shot, but there could be another
Sean Spicer
one down the line.
Interviewer
That is really interesting. Ali, can I also ask about Virginia? This FBI search of the personal office and business connected to a powerful Democratic Virginia lawmaker, Louise Lucas. A source claims that it says that it had to do the search with a corruption probe that had been launched during the Biden administration. But recently it has been noted she was a powerful voice pushing for Virginia's successful redistricting effort, which helped Democrats and kind of went against President Trump. What do you make of this?
Legal Analyst
So there are Things we do and don't know here. We do know that anytime prosecutors get a search warrant like this, you have to establish probable cause and you have to show that it's likely you'll find some evidence of criminality. So I've been through this many a times. You have to write out a detailed affidavit as a prosecutor, walk it over to a federal judge, who then reviews it. And if the judge finds, yes, there's probable cause, then you can do the search. We know that happened here. But probable cause is far less than proof beyond a reasonable doubt. It's not nothing. Judges don't rubber stamp these things. But it is a substantial finding by the judge. Now, with respect to the allegation that this was politically motivated, we don't know. We do know this DOJ certainly has a pattern of targeting people who have been politically adverse to the president, whether Jim Comey or Letitia James or Mark Kelly, Alyssa Slotkin, Jerome Powell on Down the line. And we do know that this individual who was searched was at the forefront of Virginia's recent effort to redistrict. So if it's the case that this fraud investigation goes back to the Biden administration, that undercuts any allegation that there was politics here. But this is part of what we don't yet know and will be potentially litigated down the line.
Political Analyst
The thing about where we are right now, and I can't stress this enough, is that Trump and Blanche and Patel, the entire administration from the White House of down, have forfeited any, any presumption of regular order or good faith. In fact, they have created a presumption contrary to that. You must assume as a rebuttable presumption that what they're doing is retaliation, that the cases they're bringing aren't warranted because they want the most powerful law enforcement agency in the US Government to work for them personally and no one else. And they've been very clear about that.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Okay, victory after victory. It's Thursday, the 7th of May, year of our Lord 2026. I'm proud of this audience in the show for being at the forefront of these fights and also this network, Real America's Voice. You didn't have Real America's Voice. The shows here, the host, the research that's done, I don't know where we would be seriously, because there's so many other conservatives who want to, I don't know, spend their time on other things that, quite frankly, are not important. They're irrelevant. This is the fight to Save your country. And a magnificent cold open. My own team at war room and the Denver team at Real America Voice, thank you so much. John Solomon, you got another great article up on just the news. But put in perspective because it's a two front war right now intensely. I mean, the battle lines are drawn. You've got the redistricting. We're gonna get to that. Sean Spice is going to join us momentarily. We've got the monumental win yesterday in Atlanta. You've got this new story about Tulsi Gabbard. Just put in perspective where we are, sir.
John Solomon
Well, I think the economy machine is starting to deliver results. It's delivered talk for 10 years and it delivered a lot of disclosure, but it didn't deliver a lot of results. But now you got the SPLC indicted, you got James Comey indicted. You got a grand jury looking potentially to indict the former CIA director John Brennan. You've got legal action against Letitia James being pursued. I think the people that abused and weaponized the system are finally facing some form of accountability. Whether it sticks, whether it creates a disincentive for future people to weaponize the government remains to be seen. But the evidence is getting out and then skilled people are taking the evidence and bringing accountability actions. The SPLC indictment is a great example. That is a very solid, carefully research indictment. You got Joe DiGenova down in Florida. The guy is former U.S. attorney, former independent counsel, former special counsel. There's very few prosecutors in the world ever to have those three titles. He's now running the Florida conspiracy case. So you have sense now, I think for people who wanted accountability, there is a credible machinery built to do it. And it's not doing what those clips just said. This isn't retribution.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
It's.
John Solomon
It isn't going after people just because they oppose Donald Trump. It's going after people because there is significant evidence of criminality and it's gone unpunished for a long time.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Oh, no. Particularly msnbc, the New York Times. You didn't hear a word from them in the four years that we were in the wilderness, except working. And I believe that you're going to see indictments on people in the media that are inextricably linked to this, whether it's the Russian collusion hoax, all that. John, a monumental win yesterday also in Atlanta for General Todd Blanche and the team. Just give us a headline on that of how important this is. We're going to have people in the second hour from Georgia itself, but right now, huge win.
John Solomon
Yeah, it is. Because it affirms that the FBI had the right to go and get these documents and to hold them until they finish their investigation, which is what we suspect. If there was malfeasance, a judge would say, give them back. You can't have them. But the FBI pursued the proper thing. It went originally and got the warrant to do this. It went and executed the warrant. It's made enough of a case to keep those documents until it finishes its investigation. And what's happening in Georgia, what's happening in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona is an application of a law. It hasn't been used in a while, but it's been on the books for a reason. If a state or an election official at the county or state or local level changes the rules beyond what the state legislature has set, remember, the legislatures are the supreme authority about how elections are conducted in each state. If a bureaucrat, a deep state electioner or just an election official, you don't want to assign any bad motive to them, does something that wasn't approved by the law, they did it knowingly and willfully, it becomes a federal felony offense in a federal election. And that is what's being looked at here. Did people in Georgia, did people in Arizona, Wisconsin, in Michigan change the rules as bureaucrats in ways that were not affirmed by the legislature? And if they did so knowing and willing perhaps to give Democrats an advantage in the election, they could face prosecution, they could face a conspiracy case. And so that's the case that Patel and the Justice Department are doing. And it's why the judge said it's okay for the FBI, these documents, they have a lawful legal reason to look at them. Now, while that's going on, I think what the DNI is doing is really important. All right, we're getting a sense of what the case is for potential domestic meddling in our elections, that maybe people change the rules, maybe they hijacked the process, they didn't follow the legislature's rules. But there is a growing body of evidence, compliments of DNI Gabbard and FBI Director Kash Patel and CIA Director Director John Ratcliffe, that the government was aware of foreign intrusions in our elections starting in 2020, 2022, 2024, and that there was a effort to keep this information from the people in the government who most needed to know about it. The President of the United States, the Congress, which has a statutory right to be notified anytime there's been a foreign intrusion in our government. The evidence that we unveiled this morning, which are in unclassified documents that were transmitted around the intelligence community. After Tulsi Gabbard's dig, its Director's Initiative Group looked at some records, have some bombshells. There's an allegation that a CIA analyst was asked to change CIA documents to hide foreign influence efforts in the 2020 election. There's an allegation that they massaged President Trump's PDB in 2020 so they wouldn't have to tell him about potential foreign intrusions. There's an allegation that analytical products were hijacked and suppressed because they rightfully used evidence showing that China was trying to influence the election in a more aggressive way than had been acknowledged publicly or that Venezuela had some capabilities in election machines that raised concerns. That doesn't mean they were deployed. But knowing that there were vulnerabilities, knowing that there were exploits, knowing that there were mal influence operations going on, you want your commander in chief, you want your Congress to know this? And it looks like the deep state, if these documents are an accurate reflection of what the classified evidence is, was trying to keep the Commander in chief, the American public and the Congress dark about real threats to our election. Instead, we were force fed a narrative is the most secure election in America. We now know that wasn't a true story. What we're beginning to see is an overt effort by intelligence officers to keep the people, the American people, elected lawmakers in Congress, the president, from knowing and acting on real threats to our election.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
John, can you hang on one second through the break? I know you're jammed today, but this is so important and the timing of this. The President, United States is, you know, negotiating the situation in the Middle east, hopefully the end of the war, at the same time dealing with the Chinese Communist Party. A major state visit next week and a bombshell just dropped from DNI Tulsi Gabbard. We're going to take a short commercial break. We got Spicer Bowling, Tyler o', Neal, John Solomon, all in the first hour, packed. We're going to pivot down to Georgia, also Indiana and the redistrictings. All of it in hour two. Short commercial break. We are back in the warm in just a moment. Where is the song for Justice?

Here's your host, Stephen K. Ban John, I know you got a bounce, but one of the things in your article and you've mentioned this before, but now it's confirmed 12 to 18 databases breach in 2020 right after the pandemic the Chinese bioweapon. And then you got and that's direct intrusion in the 2020 election as you keep mentioning in Great Britain, it was a burning down the house scandal because this is a scandal President Trump's got to this the timing of this. Look brother, they're about to go wheels up to Beijing. This has got to be top of the either cancel the meeting or it's got to be top of the list. Right?
Michael Kunstler
Correct.
John Solomon
It does. It's important. You can't have a foreign power that wants access to our markets, that wants access to our consumers meddling in election in this way you can't have them penetrating voter registration databases, sending fake licenses to America. All the things that we were denied knowing about for six years that we've been able to get out because of Cash Patel and Tulsi Gabbard. I think the President will confront President Xi about This, I think after the Xi summit, it's going to take a little bit of time for some of these very sensitive intercepts to be declassified. But I think Tulsi Gabbard will light up the world. I think what she could reveal in that late May to mid June timeframe could change the debate on the Save America Act. When senators find out their voter registration databases were penetrated by a foreign power, they're going to be thinking twice about how do I counter that. And the surest way to avoid China creating false identities to vote is to have voter ID and citizenship checks. Then you catch the people. So I think Tulsi Gabbard could be the secret weapon that changes the debate in the Senate. Gets the senators off their tards and voting on something that is common sense and 80% popular. But I'd be looking for that right
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
around Memorial Day, John, because, you know, when they tore up the lighthizer deal back in May of 19, then they went to the pandemic, you know, they wanted to decouple. And you've got this because, John, this was. They were working for Biden to be elected and Trump to be defeated because they didn't want to deal with any more Trump. Correct. I just want to make sure people understand that.
John Solomon
Exactly. That's what the FBI documents say. The FBI had a source who said the reason they sent those licenses here were to get fake ballots to file to vote for Trump because they didn't want him to win. They thought Joe Biden was a better bet. And then on the flip side of it, you got the deep staters in these documents today and in the ones we released a few weeks ago from Tulsi Gabbard. They're actually trying to keep Donald Trump from getting information that would affirm his worst fears about China. You're literally keeping our commander in chief blind. I think that's an act of incredible traitorism.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Another John, where do they go to? Just the news, all your content and your Twitter feed, sir.

Steve Bannon

John Solomon
Good to be at you. Thanks.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Incredible. Sean Spicer, we have very good news to report on two fronts. Number one, your book, Trump 2.0. The Warren Posse absolutely loves it. Tell us where it ended up on the New York Times Bestseller list.
Sean Spicer
Well, just to make the list was a huge, I mean, like, like, first of all, just A big thank you to you and War Room Posse, Real America's Voice. You were the one who said to me, we were driving down for that rally in Virginia. You said, you got it. You got to double down on Real America's Voice. And I hit the morning show and all the different shows on Rav. And I'll tell you, we made the list. We are number 14 on the new York Times bestseller list.
Steve Bannon
Wow.
Sean Spicer
But when you look at that list, Steve, I'm the only political book. I'm the only Trump book. And there was obviously one of the. Our mutual friend Tony said to me, sean, it's going to be tough. You got President Trump's face on the book. They're not going to like that. And, and so. But to make the New York Times bestseller list is a big deal because, as you know, it's not about numbers. It's about, you know, they have this whole wacky little proprietary formula about where you buy your book and how many pages somebody read or something. But so this is huge. And you guys, I mean, I don't. We wouldn't be having this conversation if it wasn't for you, the War Room Posse, and everyone at Real America's Voice. So to Parker and Rob Sig, thank you, guys. Thanks to everybody who's out there to all the shows in this, making it happen. Because it's. And then it translates into our other topic, by the way, you can keep buying it. We're having an event at the Trump Kennedy Center. If you go to Sean Spicer.com next Friday, May 15th. Free tickets available at Sean Spicer.com just click the little Trump 2.0 button. And it's going to be.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
The purpose of this is to have this on multiple weeks. Tell me about one more time the. The free event. I want all the Warren Posse members in the area to attend this. You're going to love it. What time is it? Where is it? How do you get. It's all free.
Sean Spicer
All free. Trump Kennedy Center, May 15, 6pm It's a Friday night. If you, you can go to the Trump Kennedy center website or if you can just go to Sean Spicer.com and there's a picture of the book. You click it, you can order it, you can sign up for the events, but that's all free. Right there at that top thing where it says Trump 2.0, click that. There's links to the Trump Kennedy center event. The tickets are free, and we can go there and we'll have a great discussion about the book. I'll Take your questions. But I'm excited because it's the last one of the last events that's going to happen at the Trump Kennedy center before it closes down for a number of years. And by the way, there is a book VIP event afterwards on the roof, which I'm kind of excited. I've never been allowed on the roof, so I'm excited for all of this. And. And there you go. So you can just click on those things and come see it, everybody. I couldn't believe the number of people who responded after I jumped on the war room right after you and I did that rally down outside the Richmond area to try to get people to vote no. And so let's keep it on the list. Everybody can get out there. If you buy it on Amazon, no matter. By the way, Steve, it was really funny. I went to a bunch of Barnes and Nobles. You cannot buy it there. It's not in stock now. We'll see what happens. You can't, like, they got every liberal book in the world, Trump this and Trump's a horrible person. You can buy that. You cannot buy Trump 2.0 and at Amazon, I mean, at Barnes and Noble. So go to Amazon and buy it there. We got the link. It's. It's amazing. So thank you for everyone who did that, because we overwhelmed them with numbers they knew they couldn't get away with not putting on the New York Times bestseller list,
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
by the way. We're going to drive this. We want to make it into the top 10 the second week. But it's New York Times bestseller. Get me. Give me. Now we got to do it. Give me. Update me on Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina. Where are we on this and this really generational fight for redistribution.
Sean Spicer
Yeah, Look. So first of all, in the same way that we're driving book sales, we're driving these leaders to take. To take notice. So Governor Bill Lee in Tennessee has called a special session to specifically review this congressional map. That's that Memphis area seat. I actually feel really good about this, but it's only happening because people are putting pressure on Governor Bill Lee. Marsha Blackburn has done a phenomenal job leading that charge as well, to make sure that. That. But you look at that one seat that they have. So currently the delegation is eight Republicans, one Democrat. You've got that black district outside of Memphis that's been used, and they can get that. They can carve that up easily, make that a Republican district. I think Governor Lee is going to get his way. That could be a serious pickup for us. Because of the pressure that's been put on him, unfortunately, I don't see. I mean, the problem in South Carolina is quite the opposite. The legislature there voted. Let me pull the number up in. In Georgia. Excuse me. In South Carolina, the House legislature voted overwhelmingly for a new map. The problem right now, 87 to 27, was the vote in the House of Representatives. The South Carolina, the state Senate is a little bit more difficult right now. They need a 2/3 vote, and the Senate majority leader doesn't even seem to be trying. So we need to keep pressure on him because that could. That right now is another potential. South Carolina is six Republicans, one Democrat. That could be a pickup as well. That Clyburn seat, Jim Clyburn, he. His seat could easily be eliminated. So we just got to keep the pressure on. A lot of excuses as to why they can't do certain things. We're going to see a pickup of at least one seat in Louisiana. I feel good about potentially one seat in Alabama. There's four. And I am feeling more and more bullish, Steve, about Virginia's Supreme Court overturning. Just to keep people in context, there are two separate issues in Virginia, and what the court has done is allowed. The ruling from the Tazewell Circuit Court, a guy by the name of Judge Rogers said that the vote that occurred in Virginia was not legal. Okay. So right now in the state of Virginia, that vote is not considered a valid vote. The court right now has missed the deadline for certification, meaning that that's a very positive sign from the Virginia Supreme Court that they are going to keep that decision in place because they would have had till last night at close of business to overturn the Tazewell ruling, which is what the Attorney Democratic Attorney General, political killer Jay Jones had tried to do. So I actually am feeling more and more bullish every day that the Virginia Supreme Court is going to overturn. That will be another four seats coming back into the Republican column. You add that to the four that DeSantis has gotten in Florida. So we're now looking at potentially probably 12 net seats throughout this process.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Amazing. One more time, just detail what. What happened yesterday in Virginia that had to happen. And the fact that it didn't happen makes you feel better because you have not been feeling good about Virginia, sir.
Sean Spicer
No, I haven't. So there's two issues right now. The Virginia Supreme Court is dealing with two of the key issues about whether the legislature followed the law. And they're supposed to rule on that. But in the meantime, separately, the Tazewell County Circuit Court ruled right after the election was held, a guy by the name of Judge Rogers said, nope, the election doesn't count because it violated the 90 day statute. In other words, Virginia also has two other statutes, one that says that the language in the ballot amendment, in the constitutional amendment has to be, quote, in plain English. It clearly wasn't. It misled voters. Secondly, there's a 90 day provision that says from the time the legislature votes for the second time to the time that voters get presented, and that's the key word presented, with the opportunity to vote on this, there has to be 90 days. There wasn't. It doesn't take, I never took math in college. You don't need to have a level of sophistication. There wasn't 90 days. Okay? And so what happened is the Tazewell Circuit Court Judge Rogers said, nope, that didn't qualify. I'm putting a stay on the election results. It didn't occur. It's not valid. The Virginia Supreme Court was petitioned by the Democrats to overturn that stay and say, nope, nope, nope, you got to let it go. And the court, the Virginia court, in a separate ruling said, no, we're not going to interfere with that. They're letting that stand. So the ruling right now in Virginia is technically that that election does not count and the court at the highest level, level is not doing anything to overturn that ruling from the Tazewell court. The deadline yesterday to certify the results that occurred in Virginia happened, it passed. Meaning if the court was going to act, it was supposed to have acted by yesterday. This is a very positive sign for the Republicans.

Now more than ever, particularly since gold's on a tear again, you need to talk to Philip Patrick and the team. Philip will join us. I think tomorrow we're going to talk about this first quarter report about central bank still buying gold at an all time record rate and I think Philip is working through some math to show this is kind of a structural change. They're not buying this for yield, they're buying this for the long term. So probably it may be a big structural change in the market. Talk to him. Go to birchcold.com Bannon it's not promo code, it's actually Bannon birchgold.com Bannon and talk to Philip Patrick and the team today. Got all types of free information, no obligation, totally free. Talk to them. Also, if Medicare is confusing to you and it's supposed to be confusing. That's what it's made to do. Chapter It's a data company, not a medical company. It's a data company. Guys come a data scientist. They can look at every perturbation, every alternative for your Medicare and talk to you. Free consultation, totally free. And they've set up a hotline just for the war on policy. 845 war room can't get support in that. 845 war room. Talk to one of their advisors. Totally free. No obligation on getting the Medicare program that's absolutely perfect for you both for the cost and what you need as far as care. So make sure you talk to the team over at chapter. A data company now set and focused on Medicare. A very confusing process. 845 War Room Bowling yesterday we had Pete in the morning, Marco in the afternoon and the president came out and said, hey, we're calling this thing off. Project Freedom or Operation Freedom called off. Now we heard that the Saudis were very upset. They hadn't been notified enough. They called the president mbs and after the president of these United States talked to him, still wasn't good enough. No, we're not going to let you use our airspace. Not going to let us use your airspace. Pull the whole thing out and just leave. We don't have any allies. Israel's not an ally. Nobody in Gulf. Qatar's not an ally. UAE's not an ally. The Saudis. We don't have any friends, no allies. Let them have at it. You know, go back to it. The gall of the Saudis, of the Arabs sitting there going, you can't use our airspace. Then pull all the aircraft out of there. All the defense we do for the totally corrupt and rotten monarchy that runs that place. Sir.
Steve Bannon
Steve, you remember probably the week one of this conflict, 60 days or so ago we were talking about where our allies in the Middle east. You said we have none. And I completely agree. And this is proof. I mean a couple of things here. Number one, whatever defense mechanisms, assets that Saudis have, they purchased them from us. I mean, they weren't going to be able to purchase that quality technology from anywhere else. Number two, how dare you say we can't use your air bases. We are probably. We helped you build the damn air bases. We're supposed to be kind of partners in this against the Iranian regime who the Saudis can allegedly despise. Sorry. Then the third one is Saudis are the swing producer in opec, which means they're the ones who can raise and lower the production in opec, the fastest and the quickest by the most amounts. And I'll tell you something else. When they did 188,000 barrels last week, earlier this week, that's nothing. That is, that is, that's. That's 267 seconds of global oil use. Right? So how about 1.8 million raised? They could have done that. There are no friends there. You were right then. And it remains.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Eric. Eric. What got him upset, correct me if I'm wrong, you're the old guy. Is this effort with the convoys of escorting multiple ships out was going to work. They don't want that to happen. They like the higher oil prices. They were dead broke. They're the ones that keep saying the rumor was in the market that they were the ones selling gold. They had accumulated a lot of gold. They were selling gold because they had to make payment. And Liv Golf is just a small example. They're the worst investors in mankind's history. They've essentially pissed away all of their oil revenue, which they just happen to be sitting on it. That was a gift from divine providence, Right. They did nothing to ever do. The British had to come in and actually build it for them. Then the Americans. Aramco, when they went public, is the most screwed up company in the world.
Steve Bannon
Right.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
People look at it as an operational joke. And now they see a way to get oil prices double or triple. And that's why President Trump's plan was gonna work. And he go, whoa, whoa, whoa. You didn't call us. We don't like that. We want this thing closed. That's the case. We got an ally that's working against. Correct?
Steve Bannon
Yeah. Not only that, not only they were called a gene pool lottery. For people who were born into money. They have the oil pool lottery, the hydrocarbon lottery. Yeah, they have a lot of oil reserv, but it's, it's on top of underneath sand. So to drill into an oil deposit through sand is nothing. Cost them almost near nothing. Here we have more reserves than them, but we have to go through rock. We have to go shale. One very important note, Steve. We've been tracking this vessel transiting the Gulf every day. Remember is three. Three days ago is three. Yesterday was 11. You know what today is? Zero. Not a single vessel in the last 24 hours transited the Gulf right now because, you know, the height, the rhetoric's heightening and so people aren't willing to take that risk anymore. Financial or, you know, existential risk, literally, as, as a captain and crew would have to do. That so. And that brings higher oil gas prices. There's a. Actually Axios has a. There's a great piece out right now saying exactly what you and I have talked about for the last few 50, 60 days. That doesn't matter. If they call everything off today, it's all free and clear. Oil goes back to $60 tomorrow. It won't. But if it did, it would probably still be towards the end of the summer, right into that October election season when oil, when gasoline prices start to come down and from where, likely $5 a gallon.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
So we know we don't have any allies. We're awaiting the one pager. Correct. This is the current thing. And for yesterday your point is that the Navy's proven they do. The Saudis and UAE are correct. They're taking some shots and the Iranians are taking some real shots at them that have not been stopped yet. Okay. And these are more than just random. Right? So there is an issue. But we proved we can escort ships out of there. As Fennell said, no mines, mosquito boats are getting shot out of the water. They don't want it to happen. Now we're waiting for the mythical one pager. What is it? What are the markets telling us about that? Is that gonna happen? Cause I don't think that the one pager gives 30 days to get to a long form deal. Come on, man, that is never gonna happen. I guarantee if we get it today, 30 days from now, we're not signing a long form deal. I don't think we'll ever get to a long form. And maybe it's not important, but to at least initiate a process. What are people thinking about this one page that's gonna have like 20 items on it, the one pager.
Steve Bannon
So I don't think the trading community. I know not what I think. It's what I know what they tell me. The trading community doesn't listen to any of this stuff, Steve. They look and see what's happening in the real markets. They can talk this rhetoric we need. We demand one page. Or you better take the, you know, put in the nuclear, the enriched uranium dust as part of the deal or if it's not part of the deal, we're going to blow them off the face of the earth. They shrugged that the first three weeks of the war, every headline move the market 5, $10. After a while people. In fact I even said to you, are we going to have a taco Tuesday on Tuesday and a nacho Wednesday on Wednesday? And so the traders are seeing what's happening. And so there should be bullish, it should be sound bullish that the Saudis won't allow us to use their airspace. But oil is going down. It's down $4 a barrel today. So they're starting to see what happens. I think there's, among the trading community, both sides, that oil will go down. There's another story. $40 billion was made in the last 60 days trading oil by speculators. And they happen to be timing these moves around Trump's right before Trump's announcements, either bullish or bearish. And they're nailing it. Steve, no one is that good.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on. Slow down. Because this is, this one's radioactive. What? This is a Wall Street Journal analysis, correct?
Steve Bannon
Yes, yes.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
And I keep asking you, Wall Street
Steve Bannon
Journal and CNBC got together and said, what are these trades? Because a lot of money was being made, hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars early on, all of a sudden became billions of dollars. What's happening is someone or some group, it can't be one person. It's, it's got to be, it's got to be conspiracy, Steve. It has to be, it's got to be Rico. Who are, who are trading in front of the President's announcements? Don't know who it is. Everyone wants to say, oh, that's Barron Trump. Yuck, yuck, yuck. It more likely some, someone involved in the Situation Room or someone has the idea.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Hang on, that's a big, that's a big. Hang on, that's a big charge. They don't make these charges. And they just talk about the math. Let me just walk through the math because I've been talking about this. You're saying, and the whole time is that, hey, the marginalia here and not what's driving the market is the speculators. What's important is the refiners, the guys making huge bets to try to mitigate their risk in the out months. So now we do know as CNBC and the Wall Street Journal has gone back and looked at the pattern of trading. There was some speculation. It became pretty obvious when the pattern recognition. And they're saying the timing of these trades looks suspiciously correct all the time, either on the upside or the downside, sir. And they calculate that $40 billion in the last 60 days has been made in profit off the speculation.
Steve Bannon
Well, potentially. I mean, they may not know if some of it's hedging or whatnot. But the point is, whoever this group is doing, whoever they are they're not only timing, in other words, before Trump says, we're going to blow them off the face of the earth.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Right, but hang on, hang on. It doesn't have to be a group. They don't make the case that it is one group of people or one entity. They're just saying trades, as we define trades.
Steve Bannon
If there's someone who's getting this information, Trump's going to say this at 4 o' clock today, right beforehand, they're putting massive bullish bets on oil to go up when he says, we're going to blow Iran off the face of the earth. They'll ride it, Steve, until they find out. Trump's going to say, you know what, we're going to pull out. Iranians have come to a deal or they're asking us for a deal and they've sold in front of that announcement. So while it's high, before the announcement happens, they're out. And then sometimes living it from long to short, playing both sides of that trade. Right. So they'll go long on the way up. No one's that good.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
No. I talk to you all the time about, do we see dead people here? Here's the thing, though. I would posit that at least as one observes this, a lot of what President Trump does, as you said yesterday, it's the misdirection play to chop block them. There's not a committee sitting there on his tweets when he goes off like yesterday and says, hey, I better see a one pager or we're going to bomb the hell out of you guys again. 30 minutes after Marco said, epic fury is over, it will never happen again. So it's, it's a lot of unknown here. It's just some very disturbing pattern recognition on some of these.
Steve Bannon
You know, you were on the inside. There is what percentage of what Trump puts out there, either on truth or in front of a camera or a gaggle. What percentage is that discussed with advisors or is it really tough?
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Hang on. It's much more sophisticated today than it was when he was dominating Twitter back in the old days. Cause he was on Twitter. But President Trump's own man, he's not sitting there looking for a committee to sign off on it. He's thinking during he's going to call an audible or two every now and again. Anyway, we'll get back into all this. Eric, where do people go to follow you throughout the day? We'll do a handover at 4:00'.
Steve Bannon
Clock.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
If yesterday we had a little technical issue, but where do people go to follow you during the day?
Steve Bannon
You can follow me at ericbulling across all social medias. But Steve, again, this is really, really important work we're doing here. Remember, zero vessels through the Strait of Hormuz in the last 24 hours. I'll just be, you know, bringing you guys updates and love to have you bring us updates in the afternoon.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Look forward to it, sir. Thank you.
Steve Bannon
All right, brother.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
America's second greatest ally, the Saudis, the gall to call President Trump and to say, you can't use our airspace. I think it was in 92 that we saved him. We did. The whole Gulf War was to save went back to Wade. It was about saving Saudi Arabia from Saddam Hussein. That's where he put the bases in. Maybe it's time to rethink the basis. Maybe it's time for America to come home to the Western Hemisphere. Outrageous what the Saudis did. Short commercial break. Back in a moment.
Sean Spicer
Here's your host, Stephen K. Ban.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Okay, we are packed. Also, the president of Brazil is going to come for a bilat. You know how excited about that I am, or how excited. Just unbelievable. Anyway, Lula, the Marxist, the Communist is going to be in the Oval today and we're going to go kind of a bilat. President Trump, I'm sure, is going to take questions from the media, particularly on the situation with Saudi and what's happening in the Persian Gulf right now. I want to bring in Michael Kunstler. So we're going to go. That's going to be an hour or two. We also packed with breaking news from Georgia, Indiana, everywhere. And we're going to try to get to as much as we can before we go to the Oval Office. Michael Kunstler, the feedback I'm getting from people as soon as they go try it, because it's always that thing of this is something new and people have their patterns. As soon as they try it, they absolutely love it. They love the fact of what you've done to break the stranglehold of Big Pharma. And also Big Pharma is just one, but it's the McKesson's. It's the distribution, wholesale distribution, plus the drugstore chains, these massive chains that are so impersonal. You guys have flipped that on its head. Tell us about the company and tell us the experience of what people should do right now to go check it out. I know you get a very special Mother's Day proposal for us, but I want to make sure you walk people through the steps of what they have to do. To use what your company's making available to folks.
Michael Kunstler
Sure. All Family Pharmacy is an independently owned, family owned pharmacy in Boca Raton, Florida. We're in the great Sunshine State where everybody's free. We believe in medical freedom. That's what we were built off of in Covid, and allowing people to come to us for prescriptions or in need of prescriptions for stuff like ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and stuff as simple as antibiotics that doctors did not want to prescribe because they didn't know what the coronavirus was or their regulators refused to allow them to prescribe these medications. And so now here we are, a big conglomerate in the healthcare space, fighting for medical freedom, giving people access, access around the entire United States to medications like Ivermectin, Bendazole, or even stocking up on their maintenance medications and, you know, their emergency drugs, emergency packs. And now we're into the biohacking and longevity space, NAD plus. And, you know, drugs like that or medications like that are just helping people tremendously, specifically mothers. And, you know, we believe that Mother's Day is an important weekend. Everybody celebrates Mother's Day, dinner, brunch, beach, pool, whatever the case may be. So from today until Monday at midnight, we're going to run a Mother's day sale for 35% off the entire website. Whatever drugs, whatever medications you want, whether it be progesterone or estradiol patches for moms, whether it be NAD plus for cellular energy, an emergency kit, something for the home, whether it's not for the mom, it's for the kids or the husband, father, it doesn't matter. It's for everybody. Because the mom is the head of the household. At the end of the day, she's the one that protects everybody when it comes to ordering their medications, when it comes to doing all the due diligence for the family to make sure that they're prepared. So for Mother's Day, we're going to run a 35% off sale on the entire website for the entire war room audience. It's statewide, it's nationwide, it's for everybody. It's for all the mothers, it's for every, every family member in that household.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
So people just go to the site, you see what you're interested in. You talk to our customer service rep, you get logged into the system, all into the system, right? And then they'll put you, if you need to, you'll talk to a pharmacist or a licensed medical professional with your state, whatever the requirement is you'll get totally signed up. If you can't, for some reason they can't prescribe a drug, they'll look at an alternative or figure out some way they can try to help you correct. And then you take the ones that you're authorized for, et cetera, Go to checkout and Bob's your uncle, right?
Michael Kunstler
Yeah, absolutely. So basically, you're making a prescription request through a licensed doctor. That doctor has to be licensed in the state that you reside in. We follow all state and federal laws. So what happens is when you place that order, you're requesting from a physician a prescription medication, whether it be, you know, nad or semirelin or tirzepatide, or it could be an emergency drug. That doctor then is going to review your medical profile. They'll have all of your contact information to schedule either a video conference, a phone call, or they can prescribe based off of a medical chart. Certain states allow it. There's tons of states that are allowing that now because it's the new era. We live in a better. We live in a better system now. The health care system's broken, but they're allowing us a little bit more flexibility come this Trump administration, you know, the right to try, the ability to. To expand medical freedom through RFK Jr. And the FDA. So once you place your order, it gets right to a licensed doctor. We have to have a prescription. It's a legal requirement. Once it's prescribed, the pharmacist fills the medication. We ship it out. If you have questions, if you have side effects, if you have issues, you call us directly. We have plenty of pharmacists on staff. I have plenty of pharmacy technicians, customer service reps. We have plenty of people to answer your questions, to walk you through the ordering process, to walk you through your shipping process. If you have a shipping error or something happens, we have a full team that's ready to go to help you, to get you your package or resend a new package. So we have a full team here at the pharmacy level to make sure that you get that package within one to four business days.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
All family pharmacy, one stop shop. You guys have built up an integrated system. It's absolutely spectacular where they go. You're. You're putting up a 35% off for mother's Day. I think it's great, Michael, and thank you. Where do people go one more time to make sure they find out everything they can and take advantage of this great sale you're putting on?
Michael Kunstler
Absolutely. So you go to PaulFamilyPharmacy.com backslash Bannon. Use Bannon 35. So it's Bannon 35 for the coupon code. Use it at checkout. It'll take off 35 off your entire order, every medication on the website. You could also give us a call. Our phone number is 561-717-6794. Again, that's 561-717-6790. I have plenty of individuals here that can walk you through the process. They can place your orders for you. Sometimes these processes get a little complicated. We try to make it as easy as possible, but we do have to follow legal requirements when it comes to prescribing. So if you have trouble, call us so we can walk you through it.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Perfect. Guys, we put that up on the chyron, the number. Michael Kunstler, thank you for launching this company and thank you for the care and attention you take on it. People love it. Thank you so much, brother. Appreciate you.
Michael Kunstler
Thanks.
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Mother's Day weekend. All Family Pharmacy, 35% off. As John Solomon said when he first came up, talked about Southern Poverty Law center, the issues there. We had a huge win yesterday. Abby Lowell and Norm Ison, the two. You throw Mark Elias in three of the heaviest guns. And I think Mark Elias is part of this, too. Defeated about the evidentiary hearing and keeping the evidence of the stolen 2020 election. Where would that be? Oh, that would be in Georgia.
Sean Spicer
Georgia?
Stephen K. Bannon (Host)
Yeah. The same place that Kemp and that crowd are not lifting a finger on redistricting. Do you think that's a random event? No, you would be incorrect. It's all inextricably linked. There's something rotten in the state of Georgia and it ain't maga. It's a Republican establishment. Tyler o' Neill is here going to talk about that. But also we're going to drill down on artificial intelligence and where it is headed. All next in the war room.
Date: May 7, 2026
Host: Stephen K. Bannon
Notable Guests: John Solomon, Sean Spicer, Legal Experts
This explosive episode of War Room dives deep into the escalating political and legal battles surrounding redistricting across crucial states, the new Fisher in American democracy as Republicans aim to redraw maps, and the mounting investigations into alleged electoral and government misconduct—including bombshell revelations from Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard’s probe into foreign interference and government suppression of intelligence reports. Also, the show features real-time political strategy, legal updates, economic analysis, and unique takes on shifting US alliances, with a signature combination of urgency, outrage, and calls to grassroots action.

On Tennessee’s Redistricting:
“They did this intentionally… They are now going to take the city of Memphis… and split it up into three different districts so there’s no Democrats and no majority black district in the entire state of Tennessee, is that right?” (Political Analyst, 02:32)
On Democratic Backsliding:
“We are a backsliding democracy heading full tilt into authoritarianism. And this is how you get there in America.” (Legal Expert, 04:49)
On Weaponization of Government:
“It isn’t going after people just because they oppose Donald Trump. It’s going after people because there is significant evidence of criminality and it’s gone unpunished for a long time.” (John Solomon, 11:57)
On Suppressed Intelligence:
“There’s an allegation that a CIA analyst was asked to change CIA documents to hide foreign influence efforts… You want your commander in chief, you want your Congress to know this. And it looks like the deep state… was trying to keep the Commander in chief... dark about real threats to our election.” (John Solomon, 15:08)
On Book Success:
“We wouldn’t be having this conversation if it wasn’t for you, the War Room Posse, and everyone at Real America’s Voice.” (Sean Spicer, 22:51)
The tone throughout is urgent, combative, and unapologetically partisan; hosts and guests frame events in existential terms, urging listeners to sustained action. The language is combative—decrying “deep state” machinations, celebrating grassroots activism, and warning of a “backsliding” democracy. There is a clear undercurrent of suspicion toward federal agencies and institutions, with a focus on safeguarding “real” American values against both domestic and foreign threats.
