So Epstein files released. More Epstein files released first. First batch had a lot of photos of Bill Clinton. Second batch had more photos of Donald Trump, but no illegality, of course, that President Trump was involved in. This is what we've been hearing time and time again from the left. They want the Epstein files released. And here's the deal. The Epstein files were out there for years and the Democrats never said boo about it. They decided to make it a big case once Donald Trump became president. This president has disclosed more on the Epstein files and all the other presidents combined. This president has been all about, you know, prosperity, all about transparency. And that's what has the Democrats enraged. So kudos to this Justice Department for finally getting this information out there. I agree with some of the complaints that it took too long, but we had to, of course, protect those innocent victims that were, of course, involved in this tragic Epstein ring where he was targeting young women. And I think the more disclosure, the better. So more information is getting out there, which I think the American people want. But let's just not forget it's a Democrat scandal. The Democrats were the ones who were Jeffrey Epstein's good friends. And the. Right, another Venezuelan tanker seized. The pressure on Maduro is increasing. President Trump, Kristi Noem, secretary of Homeland Security and others saying Maduro must go. This is a narco terrorist and this is a justified use of our military because it's in our Vicinity. This is in our neighborhood, ladies and gentlemen. This isn't halfway across the world. This is a terrorist that is sending drugs and let's not forget gang members into the US and by putting pressure on him, trying to get him to leave office without military involvement of the US Is the right thing. Speaking of Kristi Noem, our Secretary of Homeland Security, she is tripling payments to illegal immigrants to leave, get out of the country. And this is a way that I think we can get more to exit. And the more who exit, the better. $3,000 being offered if they take advantage of this before the end of the year. So this is again part of the innovative thinking that this administration does on a continual basis. And Kristi Noem deserves a high ranking that she got at the Amfest the other day. She's doing a great job. President Trump announcing a golden fleet of battleships. He knows that over the years we've fallen behind. Our shipbuilding has not kept up. He is now announcing that we're going to be producing more. It's going to be, you know, first class, state of the art, light years better than what any other country can produce. This is part of peace through strength, keeping our country strong, which helps us maintain our freedom. If we don't have a strong military, we're not going to be able to maintain our freedom and keep these evil actors at bay. Back to the Amfest results. JD Vance was a big runaway leader as far as 2028. He is by far the favorite because he's the anointed one. President Trump picked him to be vp. I think he is well suited to carry on the Make American Great Again mission and agenda because I think he believes that he certainly is someone doing a great job as VP. So the AmFest attendees made the right choice in my opinion. The Secretary of State Marco Rubio announcing that 30 foreign diplomats had been removed by President Trump. These are people that had been, let's just say, Biden appointees working under the Biden administration and they should not be involved in a Trump administration. We need to do more of this. Cleaning house, removing these people from the Biden and Obama era, bringing our own people. So kudos to the President and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, someone else doing a great job administration. Also a halting offshore wind farms. These are projects that are wastely, wasteful. They are not efficient, not delivering for the American people. We've got better means of energy production. This is all part of the Green New Deal scam. These projects can never make money on their own without massive subsidies. So we're canceling them. And guess what? We're also saving the whales on the east coast that had been killed in massive numbers by these wind farms. Also, folks, we are looking at an economy that is super strong. We just had some new GDP numbers come out this week showing our economy is rolling. This is after, you know, just one year of President Trump. We're already seeing GDP numbers at 4.3%. We've got low inflation, interest rates are coming down. This is affordability. This is what the president has promised. And the best is yet to come because the tax cuts are going to kick in next year. And finally, my latest column that I wrote, you can check it out, I think it at our website. And also others concern the Australian Prime Minister, this guy Anthony Albanese, you know, in the wake of the terror attack, instead of going after Islamic terrorism, what does he announce? He's going to confiscate more guns and go after right wing extremism which had nothing to do with the attack on the innocent people at the Hanukkah Festival. Again, this is a type of liberal leadership that we have across the world. Thank goodness we have President Trump here in this country. The last thing we need is more gun control. Good guys with guns prevent bad guys with guns from killing innocent people. All right, Jeff Crewer here. Let's take a brief time out, take care of some business. All right, welcome back ladies and gentlemen and our first guest today is a favorite here on our program. Garland Favorito is with us. He's co founder of voterga.org A lot of developments going on in Georgia we need to get updated on and hey Garland, how are you?

[Garland Favorito]

Great Jeff. A lot of stuff breaking here in Georgia so we're running ragged, but it's all for the good.

[Jeff Cruer]

So let's talk about you filed an emergency federal suit to vacate the certification of the Dominion Democracy Suite voting system. Tell us more.

[Garland Favorito]

Well the system this suit is based on unrefuted expert witness testimony that the Dominion system that was certified for use here in Georgia in 2019 was never legitimately certified and it does not meet the standards under which it was which all they date all the way back to 2005. So the experts have testified that they don't really meet those standards. And specifically it stores encryption keys in clear plain text instead of an encryption module that was required in 2005 all the way back to 2001. And then it delivers the system in hard coded passwords and then uses those hard coded passwords for execution of scripts and that sort of thing. So that's a violation of standards, Federal Information Processing standards going all the way back to 1984. So in 2019, the system really doesn't even meet 1984 standards. So, yeah, you can't make this stuff. It's unbelievable. But this is all concrete evidence. This is not something that is an opinion of a guy off the street. This was explained by our incredibly high powered expert Ben Cotton and Clay Parikh in sworn testimony in Fulton County Superior Court just last year.

[Jeff Cruer]

Now, so where, I mean, what's going to be the timeline on that, Garland?

[Garland Favorito]

Well, we filed an emergency petition, so we're hoping to have a hearing in January. I think they do get maybe 30 days to respond. I have to double check that. But this is a. Well, excuse me, let me back up. We filed a petition with the EAC back in October. The EAC could not act fast enough. They did take it under consideration. So we appreciative that they did that. But basically they have no plans for relief for the voters of Georgia in the 2026 election. We're seeking to ensure that we have relief and don't have to vote on this essentially uncertified system. Uncertifiable, maybe.

[Jeff Cruer]

Let's talk about something else in Georgia, Garland, as you work on that, the DOJ recently filed a federal lawsuit against Fulton county demanding access to sealed ballots and election records from the infamous 2020 election. Tell us about that.

[Garland Favorito]

Well, that's, we're, we're grateful for that, them coming on board with us. And that's a case that we started back in December 23rd of 2020. And for five years we have tried to get the balance. The Fulton county judicial system has blocked us on every step. And that means that the judges were involved. They tried to say that we didn't have standing. We took that to the Georgia Supreme Court and won. Overturning that, the Georgia Supreme Court found that the Georgia residents have always had standing to sue a government agency official who violated the law. That decision was made unanimously, even without a hearing. Since that time, they've been playing shell games. They've tried to say, well, they told the courts that the ballots are Preserved. But then they tell me that there are no responsive records requests. I tried to go around the back door and get an open records request in for them because we spent four years changing the law. We got the law change so that ballots are now public record here in Georgia, which is pretty rare. Most states, they're still hiding the ballots from the voters. But even after that, we still. We still could not have been able to get these ballots yet. So we're grateful for both the criminal and civil divisions of the Department of Justice coming in to try to. Try to help us.

[Jeff Cruer]

Thank goodness.

[Dr. John Lott]

Yeah.

[Jeff Cruer]

Now, tell us about what Fulton county admitted to verifying 315,000 votes in 2020 without poll worker signatures. How big of an admission is this, Garland?

[Garland Favorito]

It's a huge, huge admission. It's something we've known about for years. I think that probably we've known about this for four years. We haven't been able to get.

[Jeff Cruer]

Any.

[Garland Favorito]

Justice on this either. Until recently. The state election board has been reconfigured, and now the majority of the board members here in Georgia really want election insecurity and election integrity. And that's been a huge breakthrough. It's taken a long time, but now these cases can. Can start coming out. This particular one was brought forward by David Cross. He's one of our. I call it our voter GA Posse. And he did a great job of being dogmatic about this. I was ready to give up because, you know, the board was so, you know, corrupted quite honestly years ago.

[Jeff Cruer]

Right.

[Garland Favorito]

That we couldn't get anything done. But now he stuck with it, and to his credit, now he's got this.

[Jeff Cruer]

So we. We only have about a minute, and I want to give you a chance to respond to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. Ravensperger says Georgia has the most secure elections in the country. All the voters were verified with photo ID and lawfully cast their ballots. A clerical error at the end of the day does not erase valid legal votes. Garland, your response?

[Garland Favorito]

A clerical era is when one tabulation tape might be missing or unsigned. This had 148 missing tabulator tapes or unsigned for 315,000 ballots, which is almost all of early voting. The fact that he would even make that statement shows you how bad he was run elections in Georgia.

[Jeff Cruer]

When can we get this guy out of there? When is his reelection, Garland? When can we run someone against this guy?

[Garland Favorito]

Well, he is up. His time is up for secretary of State, but he's decided to run for governor even though he's one of the most unpopular People, politicians in the entire state.

So he won't be the sex chair of state, but we'll see how good is good?

[Jeff Cruer]

Well, he's Garland. We know he's not going to get elected governor, but anyway, I'm glad he'll be gone. As Secretary of State, you're doing yeoman's work. Garland, thank you for the update and thank you for being with us here in the Ringside Politics program. We always appreciate Garland Favorito being with us. So we mentioned in our open about President Trump doing, I think, good things concerning Venezuela. He's also telling the Colombian president that he better watch out. Let's check out clip number one. So in response to the United States taking sanctioned oil from from Venezuela, Colombian.

President Gustavo Petro criticized the United States.

[Jeff Cruer]

By saying, well, the Southwest has stolen land and that it should be returned to Latin America. I just wanted to know what your response to that is.

[Garland Favorito]

Well, he has to watch because, you know, he's got drug factories. They make cocaine in Colombia, and he's no friend of the United States. He's very bad, very bad guy. And he's got to watch his ass because he makes cocaine and they send it into the United States of America from Colombia. We love the Colombian people. I love the Colombian people. They're great people. Energetic, smart, great. But their new leader is a troublemaker, and he better watch it. He better close up those cocaine factors. They have at least three major cocaine factories. We know where they are. He better close them up fast.

[Jeff Cruer]

One of the best things about what the. One of the best things about what the Trump administration has done is to shut the border down. Close the border. During the last administration, of course, we had an open border and millions of illegals came in here. Now, you would think the Biden administration would be, you know, admitting what they did. Well, Hunter Biden goes on a podcast and says, no, we don't want illegal immigrants in this country. What chutzpah. Let's check out clip number two, a vibrant immigration. But we don't want immigrants that are coming here illegally draining us of resources and also being prioritized above people that are actual, literal heroes, that are coming home, that are still recovering from 20 years of endless war or anybody else in our society. And that's the argument we've been making for years about what the Biden administration was doing. And finally, we talked about JD Vance doing well in the polls. Here's some of the comments he made at Amfest about our movement staying united. I think he was right on target. Let's check out clip number three side of you. I mean all of you, each and everyone.

Great. Great to see you. I am. I'm doing great. I just spent the weekend at the the Amfest event out here in Phoenix and I know Real America's Voice was there, but were you there? I didn't.

No, I was not there. But I hope to make some of the Amfest the Turning Point events next year. But yeah, great energy there and a lot of excitement and I'm glad you were part of that. Maha is part of this whole movement, isn't it John?

It really is and it was great because I did run into Roger Stone and repeated in a conversation between him and I that his wife credits B17 you know what I do as Saving her life, getting her to be cancer free. And yes, in this world that we live in now, we can actually say some of these things that we used to be completely censored from. And that's why I like coming on Real America's Voice, because we're not afraid of the big pharma dollars that will shut this message down. So even though it's still happening on YouTube, we really are making a difference with the Maha movement. Every Wednesday, I join a zoom call with the president, the CEO, Tony Lyons, and a bunch of other amazing people in the administration. And even Russell Brand comes on every week and Gary Breca and all sorts of amazing things going on. And I hate to keep saying the word amazing, but, Jeff, if I had. If you had told me the good news that's happening in the Making America Healthy Again movement, I would have never believed you. And really the general population is waking up to the fact that they need to know from their doctor root causes and more natural answers to disease. And so that's why I'm so happy to come on here and share this message that we've known the answer to what cancer is. It's a metabolic deficiency disease. We've known it for 60 years, but for whatever reason, it's not been taught in medical schools and it's not been something your doctor tells you first rather than last.

So let's talk a little bit about apricot seeds, B17, and what that does for those with these diseases. How does that help, John?

[John Richardson]

Well, it's the compound that's found in apricot seed. There's nothing magical about the apricot seed. Specifically, Genesis 1:29, God said, you shall have the seed for thy food. And modern food science takes the seeds out. We have seedless apples, seedless grapes, seedless watermelons. They tell us there's a poison in there that we shouldn't eat. That's all hogwash. Absolutely. The seed has this compound called amygdalin. And amygdalin is made up of four different elements. Two of glucose, which cancer loves to eat, cyanide, and benzaldehyde. And that's where the scary part comes. Oh, my gosh. If this has a cyanide locked in it, that could be scary. Well, the head, the guy who founded the national cancer institute in 1937, Dr. Dean Burke, who was forced to retire in 1974amidst the wars. The B17, or amygdalin wars. He said the most effective natural treatment ever found by the National Cancer Institute is this compound called amygdalin. And it's precisely because the cyanide is tightly locked and only breaks apart at the presence of a cancer cell because of the enzyme beta glucosidase. It's precisely because of this mechanism is why it kills the cancer cell. And it's the most effective treatment we've ever seen. And we've given over 200,000 injections in the last 37 years according to Dean Burke, and without one toxic report. So we've done a deep dive, Jeff, today, a current deep dive over the last hundred year history of the United States with all the studies that have been done about the supposed scare of cyanide with eating the seeds to prove that there hasn't been a single death, not one in the United States or any European country, not one single death from people over ingesting amygdalin. It just doesn't work that way. And Dean Burke said that before he was forced to retire in 1974. He said to believe that amygdala, that the cyanide and amygdala which is tightly locked could cause a problem just as an utter lack of understanding biochemistry. The same as if you had fear of table salt nacl giving you chlorine poisoning. That fear is unfounded.

[Jeff Cruer]

So you represent me, you recommend this as opposed to radiation and chemotherapy if you have cancer?

[John Richardson]

Well, I'm not a doctor. What I'm telling people is that God gave us this natural answer. The Hunzas of northern Pakistan eat it and live to be over 100. Giffen, who wrote the book World without Cancer, says he doesn't know a single person that's ever died that regularly eats amygdalin. So instead of saying jeff, I recommended, instead of I recommended whatever your choice is. If you and your doctor decide that chemo radiation surgery is the right answer, at least, at least do the thing that's been proven throughout the last hundred years to be anti cancerous, to be able to kill the tumor without killing healthy cells. Any doctor live today that tells the parents not to eat healthy. When you're going through cancer treatments, you need a second opinion. And that's not blasphemous. That's not, I shouldn't be arrested for that.

[Jeff Cruer]

You recommend this for people that just want to maintain health, even that don't have cancer, Right? Just for good health, this kind of regimen?

[John Richardson]

Absolutely. It's because, it's because of the way the function of the way it works. It's not some secret that I have. It's found in over 1200 different foods. And Loyola University proved it. Sloan Kettering proved it. Houston Memorial proved it. And literally, newspaper articles come out today of a person just Dr. Mackus just posted on a substack that a woman in France wiped out her own cancer using B17, fenbendazole, menbendazole and soursop. Today this came out.

So cannabis will remain illegal at the federal level, but classifying it As a Schedule 3 would allow expanded research to be conducted about its benefits. Nessa, is that right?

[Anessa Ponomarvite]

Yes. And that's very, very important part because this research will help us to, to actually testify and prove what's been proven by God. This endocannabinoid system I'm talking about, it's truly the magic switch. You know how human body makes the vitamin D. And like in the, in winter times, if you live in Chicago, for example, you need to supplement because you become deficient. The human body makes these cannabinoids. I really mean it. And it's been out there and President Trump is pushing this right now. So human body makes these cannabinoids and then you become deficient, you become sick. And when I say sick, like tens of thousand, disease is underlying. Then you become deficient on those cannabinoids. And these indigenous cannabinoids are actually found in the mother's breast milk. Mother's breast milk when she feeds the baby to empower the immune system. She's not empowering the immune system, she's actually empowering the baby's endocannabinoid system. This is how sad situation is. Like we did not know. And now that research is going to be available for us, finally our medical system will know what I knew for over 10 years now and I've been successful helping the people.

Our next guest is an economist. He's a gun rights advocate. He founded the Crime Prevention Research Center, a nonprofit focused on gun laws and crime. Famously argues more guns, less crime. I served in the first Trump administration. We're glad to have Dr. John Lott with us here on the Ringside politics program. And Dr. Lott, how are you, sir? Welcome.

[Dr. John Lott]

Merry Christmas. Yeah, I guess I view myself more as a researcher, not a gun rights advocate, but thank you for having me on. Appreciate it.

[Jeff Cruer]

Okay, researcher, and you wear many hats. So glad to have you on the program. I wrote a column about Australia because I was really taken aback by what the prime minister did down there. You know, you had a terror attack. You had Jews targeted at a Hanukkah festival. You had two terrorists that went on a rampage and killed 15 people, wounded 42. You had one unarmed guy courageously go disarm one of them. The police took 13 to 15 minutes to respond or return fire. And in the aftermath, the Prime Minister talked about right wing extremism and talked about more gun control and didn't mention the word Islam, Muslim or Islamic extremists. So I was just blown away by his response. Don't they already have strict gun control in Australia, Dr. Lott?

[Dr. John Lott]

Yeah, they had gun confiscation that confiscated almost a third of the guns that people owned in 1996 and 97. And unfortunately, there's a lot of misinformation on that. People have claimed that that gun confiscation was responsible for a large drop in firearm homicides and firearm suicides. And it's simply statistical malpractice for them to go and make that claim. Basically, you know, if you have firearm homicides falling in a perfectly straight line, you can pick any point along that line and the after average is going to be before the below average. But making simple before and after comparisons can be extremely misleading. You know, if it's falling at exactly the same rate before and after any confiscation, you know, it's, you look at it and it's not obvious that it had any real impact on things. What you want to look at is it falling at a faster or slower rate. Is there some discontinuity in the change? And what in fact you find is that it was falling for 15 years prior to the confiscation and then it stopped falling. In terms of firearm suicides afterwards, firearms suicides were very similar. And if you look at total suicides or total homicides, those actually went up after the confiscation. And you know, but they seem to have this belief by the media constantly putting out this kind of misleading statistic there that if they only have more. But you know, the basic problem that you're saying is that, look, whether it's 13 or 15 minutes, some claims that it was less, but Even, you know, six minutes or 10 minutes is a huge amount of time to go and do a lot of damage.

[Jeff Cruer]

Well, in fact, some people said it was 20 minutes and it was longer. So I mean, if it was 10 or 6, it was still too long. And as, as people say, I mean, while you wait for the police, and if you want just the police to have firearms and no one that are civilians, then evildoers, criminals, terrorists can do a lot of damage before the police arrive. And there you had police there and they didn't act, at least initially. Imagine if there would have been people in that crowd who had firearms. Dr.

[Dr. John Lott]

Right. Well, they won't even let the security for Jewish groups in Australia have firearms for protection. But look, you're exactly right. And the same thing is true in the United States where we have our mass public shootings are overwhelmingly about 92% of the time occur in places where guns are banned. You know, the Boston or the Brown University attack was no different. Or the Minneapolis school shooting attack. These attackers may be crazy in some sense, but they're not stupid. And if one goes and reads their diaries and manifestos, they state over and over and over again that they go and they pick these gun free zones. You know, so in Minnesota.

[Jeff Cruer]

Yeah, go ahead, go ahead.

[Dr. John Lott]

If you or I were to take a gun onto school property there, it's five years in prison for you or I, that's a huge penalty. Our lives would be completely destroyed. But let's say you're the murderer there who's murdered two people and going to and wounded 17 others and maybe spending five or six lifetimes in jail. You know, does anybody think that taking five years away from their sixth or seventh life is going to make a difference there? It's no real penalty. All you've done is set up a set of rules so that the law abiding good citizens will be disarmed well, and the criminals take advantage of that.

[Jeff Cruer]

That's exactly right. Whether it's Australia with terrorists or whether it's here with criminals, mass murderers, they're not going to care about your gun control. They're going to care about your laws, they're going to find ways to get firearms. It's just a law abiding people that you're impacting, that you're making defenseless as you're empowering people that want to commit crimes and commit harm. And thus they do so as you say, at gun free zones, at schools, at churches where there's nobody to shoot back and they can commit as much havoc and crime as possible until the police arrive. And many times it's 6 minutes and 10 minutes and 15 minutes and people are dead. So this is just very upsetting to me, Dr. Lott, after the horror in Australia, to hear the prime Minister call for more gun control, blame it on gun violence and not Islamic extremism.

[Dr. John Lott]

You know, it's obvious to you and I unfortunately, in part because the type of misinformation that we started talking about before, they just think if they can simply get rid of guns then that will solve the problem. You know, look, there's one simple point you can make, and that is there are lots of places in the world that have banned either all guns or all handguns. We saw handgun bans in Washington, D.C. and in Chicago. And yet every single time that either all guns or all handguns have been banned, murder rates have gone up, often by, you know, three fold, four old increases right after the bans have been put in place and.

Exactly.

[Dr. John Lott]

You know, there's, and there's this, you know, you think out of randomness, once or twice you'd find that murder rates or homicide rates had gone down or at least stayed the same. And yet you can't even find one place like that.

[Jeff Cruer]
