And the Democrats created this. That's why I call it the Schumer shutdown. All of us call it the Schumer shutdown. And of course, SNAP benefits end today. And two judges are now claiming that the Trump administration must use emergency funds, contingency funds, to fund this program. The president says he's looking for more instructions. Trying to do with the AG Secretary. Says it can't be done. We'll see if it can be done. Some states like Louisiana are stepping in and paying these benefits from reserve funds in our state. So it's a mess. This whole thing is a mess. And it was created by the Democrats. And I'll tell you one thing, folks, this is a situation that screams out ending the filibuster. Right? That's what the president wants to do, get rid of the filibuster. Now, that would allow the Republicans, having the majority, to do this on their own. It would allow the Republicans to pass a clean CR fund, snap, get the government rolling again. There's a reluctance to do it and I understand why. Because if the Democrats take control, they will utilize this to ram down crazy legislation in the future. So the goal is just not to let the Democrats take control again because they're the left wing lunatics, most of them, except a guy named John Fetterman. Other than John Fetterman, they all seem to be extremely left wing. We've also got, if you're traveling, I feel for you over these next few weeks until the shutdown is done, we've got delays like crazy. We got air traffic controllers working for free. We got people throughout government working for free because of this Schumer shutdown. And it's a mess throughout the country. We were going to use this as an opportunity to trim jobs from the federal bureaucracy. A federal judge said the president can't do it. Do you notice a pattern here? Judges are trying to tell the Trump administration what they can and cannot do. Democrats, if they can't win at the ballot box, they run to the judges to try to get their agenda through. That is judicial tyranny. Okay? That is not a constitutional republic. And that is what we're fighting here as well. All right, let's go overseas to Nigeria. The president is calling out the slaughter of Christians there, saying that Christians will be protected. This is going to be getting the utmost attention from the United States government. This has been going on for a long time. I applaud the president for calling out persecution of Christians, which seems to be the the most persecuted of the folks of religious faith throughout the world today, and the Christians being slaughtered in many countries. But in Nigeria, it seems to be the worst. So I'm glad this is getting the attention and the focus of this administration so that something can be done to protect Christians in Nigeria. Hey. This past week we had cackling Kamala go on her book tour, going on every podcast she can, yelling and screaming, using profanity and calling it the closest election ever. My last column that I wrote, I'm pleading with her to please run again. It would be great for the Republicans. But one of her quote unquote brilliant ideas is to lower the voting age to 16. All right. She seems to think this will help the Democrats. Illegals voting help the democrats. 16 year olds voting help the Democrats. Although I'm finding a lot more young people turning point etc with the work they're doing or moving toward the Republican Party. So this might not be a brilliant plan. For the record, I'm not in favor of this. Okay. I'm not in favor of lowering the voting age to 16. I think it's a terrible idea. But of course that's one that Kamala Harris is pushing. Hey. This week also, Senator Ted Cruz spoke out against a Judge Boasberg who signed off on all the Arctic Frost abuse. The spying on Republican senators and organizations tied to Republicans. This whole J6A witch hunt. Jack Smith was at the center of all this. Everything they wanted to do as far as spying on Republicans, this judge authorized. We know from his actions during the Trump investigations that he is a very anti Trump, anti maga, anti Republican. I think Senator Cruz is right. He should be impeached. Anybody with their fingerprints on this corrupt Arctic frost investigation needs to themselves be investigated. It's time for the Republicans to play hardball here with these people that are obviously misusing the levers of power and our government to go after Republicans, conservatives, MAGA supporters, Trump supporters, doj. Okay? We need more indictments and investigations. This is what needs to be done to prevent this from happening again. If they don't pay any consequences for this, they're going to do it again. It's so bad for Republican and Trump supporters and MAGA supporters and key officials in the Trump administration that they are now, we've got several of them living on military bases. One of those is Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. Another one, according to reports, is Secretary of State Marco Rubio. So you've got a number of Trump administration officials because of threats against them and we've seen left wing violence spike like crazy since Trump was elected for the second time. They're now having to live on military basis for the protection of themselves and their family. That is what the left is doing in our country today. And finally another woke judge struck down another great idea, the president and that is to force a proof of citizenship for a federal voter registration. Why? The left wants non citizens to vote because they think it's going to help them with their political power. The president tried to bring about integrity in elections to make sure that illegals can't vote. Left wing judges don't want that. Left wing judges want illegals to vote, want 16 year olds to vote, want Puerto Rico to be a state or Washington D. D.C. to be a state. Not to help any of those people, but to just increase their political power, which is what it always is all about. All right, a lot more to get to as we roll on. Our first guest today is someone I've had the pleasure of interviewing before on our radio show. It's good to have him on this program. He is the author of Psychological DNA, a cold case analysis of who killed Robert F. Kennedy. He's a true crime writer, a doctor of criminology, celebrity analyst and licensed forensic psychologist. Dr. Brady, how are you, sir? Welcome.

You know, there's a fascination in this country with these assassination investigations because every one of them that I remember, from JFK to RFK to mlk, seem to have involved cover ups and information not being presented to the American people. You focused on the RFK assassination. You fast forward, doctor to the two assassination attempts on President Trump. And then of course, you've got this latest assassination of Charlie Kirk. Why is it that each one of these things seems to have missing pieces and the American people not getting the full accounting of what happened?

Well, I think when you look at the, at the trial, particularly of Sirhan Sirhan, there were so many errors made. There was so much information that wasn't presented to the jury. So the jury really didn't have a full grasp of, of the, of the psychological background of Sirhan at the time. So there were hidden factors. There was a lot of talk about maybe he was conditioned to. To be an assassin. The same issue applied to Lee Harvey Oswald, that perhaps he was a Manchurian Candidate or some kind of a setup patsy that was designed, that was specifically behaviorally designed to commit the assassination with lots of these more recent crimes committed by younger people. Although Sirhan and Oswald were both 24 when they allegedly killed the Kennedy brothers, with these younger people today, there's a whole subculture of what I call identity crisis or identity tourism, where these people are looking for an identity. They're trying to identify something that will solidify their belief system in, in what they're doing with, with Mangione. It's kind of interesting because he believed that. That he had this Machiavellian sense about him, that he could change the world. This, this belief system kind of permeates lots of these people, probably including Tyler Robinson, that assassinated Charlie Kirk. The, the notion that everything is in their hands. They have this sense of omnipotence, of grandiosity, that they're the answer to cure society's ills. With, with Tyler Robinson as a naive, indoctrinated person into this subculture of identity crisis. He probably believed that, that, that Charlie Kirk had a stance that was against transsexuals. And this may have been one of the triggers.

Yeah, and let me just. If I could look at the history here and get your view. So from jfk, rfk, mlk, the two assassination attempts on President Trump, Charlie Kirk, they're all supposedly lone wolves. I mean, just person on their own just deciding to kill these individuals, whether it be the Kennedys, mlk, Donald Trump or Charlie Kirk. I am a suspicious type person, doctor. I don't buy official government narratives because look at what they just withheld from us for years, for all these decades involving the Kennedys. I mean, there's, you know, they're still releasing files that they have kept under wraps. Throw in the, the. The killing of seth Rich In 2016, a young Democrat Party operative. Lots of questions about that. So am I wrong to be Suspicious of these official narratives?

Dr. No, I think that a healthy measure of suspiciousness is good because it underlies the kind of subculture that drives these kinds of individuals who become rogue assassins basically on their own, but driven by an ideology that particularly, they particularly don't really understand, but they see themselves, as I said before, as a savior kind of person, that I'm going to change the world. I'm going to save society. I think with, with Lee Harvey Oswald, you had the same kind of a mindset. You had the same kind of a mindset with Sirhan Sirhan, who was a Palestinian who grew up in a terrible environment, but he was to the bone. He was a Palestinian. The, the underlying or your suspiciousness is pretty well grounded in the ideology.

Dr. I will just cite RFK Jr. Who has pointed fingers at the CIA's involvement in both his uncle and his dad's assassination. Correct. I mean, hasn't he raised Suspicions about the CIA's involvement in both Kennedy assassinations?

Yeah, I think that's true. I mean, there's unknown information that we should know concerning, especially Oswald's connection to the CIA prior to the assassination in November 22nd of 1968. So I think there, there are connections that he may not have been a lone wolf, but to my best knowledge, he was in the, in the book depository with a rifle. Now, could there have been other people involved? Yes, that's true. Could there other, other people have influenced him? Yes, that's true. Including his Cuban connections, including his trip, his trip to Russia where he stayed for two and a half years.

What is amazing to me and frustrating. We only have a few seconds left, Doctor, is that we could be talking about Charlie Kirk's assassination for the next 62 years as well, trying to figure out what really happened there. But I don't believe a guy named Tyler Robinson was involved in this on his own. To me, there, there are too many questions. I don't even know if he was even the guy who took the shot. I don't know. I don't believe. Yeah, sadly, because we've been lied to by so many different agencies so often, I just don't believe much about the story. But we're gonna have to leave it there. All right, so they hate Donald Trump, hate his supporters, and who are they getting behind? Yes, Zoran Mandani. And here, just a little taste of what he's going to be doing. He's going to be declaring war on ice if elect mayor of New York. Let's check out clip number three. I think first, to be clear, coordination with ICE is akin to capitulating to Donald Trump's agenda. That's what we've seen, this is a reckless entity that cares little for the rule of law and even less for the people that it's supposed to serve. And it has transformed the sites of what used to be regular court appearances for many New Yorkers at 26 Federal Plaza into a place where many go fearing that it will be the last time that they'll be standing in their own city. And it is critically important that we have a city that makes clear it's proud of its sanctuary city status. We need ice. Here's another example. Kristi Noem announcing that you've got all these illegals driving trucks all over the country. We can't even ride on the highways because there might be an illegal in a truck. Doesn't know the language, doesn't know how to read the road signs. Let's check out clip number four.

Just in this short operation, we've arrested over 223 individuals who are illegal aliens in this country. 46 of them were driving 18 wheelers that didn't have an understanding of how to operate them safely or how to make sure that they weren't going to harm any family that was traveling the roadway with them. And we had many, many more of them, dozens more that were driving moving vehicles, box trucks, they were driving buses.

So Reggie, you've been doing a great job over the years fighting out, fighting for our rights, our sovereignty, worried about these international organizations and World Health Organization, this global tyranny dictating to us as Americans what we have to do to our country, what we have to do. You fight for our independence, our constitutional rights. And the latest issue to warn Americans about is what's going on here with this digital conspiracy here to control our lives in many different ways. So let's talk about that if we could. Reggie.

Well, this is something that actually is what turned my attention from human rights in China to opposing the World Health Organization. Because the World Health Organization has, in the context of COVID decided that vaccines were so important that they wanted to start something called Vaccine Passports, which I co founded the Stop Vaccine Passports Task force. And so now they've changed the name to digital IDs and they, they have been rolling these things out since 2023 and they have just announced that they are attaching them to money to create a European wide digital wallet. And these digital IDs, they say that they're only for health, but as you have this chart up, you can see from the World Economic Forum chart that the true purpose of these is to have everything on your digital id, healthcare and insurance, having your bank account, your banking, you won't be able to buy and sell unless you have one of these. Travel, Internet, using the Internet, having a communications device like a laptop or a cell phone and then smart city and even not even be able to pay your taxes or vote without one. And so that is exactly like the China social credit.

Let me ask you this. So we had a big push over the past year to get everyone to have one of these real IDs. You weren't able to travel. I mean they were pushing this every state. Louisiana was one of the last holdouts. Isn't that the first step toward this biotech surveillance state that you're talking about.

It could be used that way. Exactly, Jeff. And not only that, but mobile driver's licenses. So the real IDs right now are not actually biometric, but they are compatible with being biometric. In other words, the picture that you take to get the real ID can be used for face scanning. And so these are being rolled out under the guise of, let's protect our borders, let's protect our elections, let's protect our, you know, traveling and, you know. But, and, and I believe that under President Trump that that is the real purpose of them. But what we're doing and what I worry about is that we are setting up an infrastructure that if we have a nefarious person as our next president, can be used to truly trap us. Very similar to the China social credit system.

So AOC or Kamala or Gavin Newsom could very well do this. Right. I mean, isn't this going on pretty much in the. In the UK right now, Reggie?

So in the uk, Keith Starmer, the Prime Minister, has announced that they are going to be imposing a mandatory digital ID to stop illegal workers, you know, so that everybody will have to have this mandatory ID in order to be able to work. And there have been massive protests over in the uk this, because the people recognize that this is not just about stopping illegal workers and protecting the workforce. It's about control. And especially if you combine it with some kind of digital currency, then we.

Are completely trapped, and then we're on the road to the social credit scores and the complete control that a country like China has over their population. Right, right.

So the way that this could complete these. These scores are generated is by having everything be digital so they can track everything you do in all the different ways that I mentioned. They come up with a score and then they can.

All right, we've got another great guest joining us, someone who's incredibly successful with his Dennis Michael lynch podcast, but he's also someone that's made very interesting and successful documentary films. He's been involved for many years in the fight for freedom. And let's welcome Dennis Michael lynch to the Ringside Politics program. And Dennis, how are you, sir? Welcome, Jeff.

You know, Dennis, there's so many reasons why I wanted to have you on. One of them involves New York City. You know, you were a survivor of 9 11. You were able to survive the attack on the World Trade center in the building. And, you know, I know that this election is probably very meaningful to you to see a guy who's an Islamist who is leading right now. Share with our viewers your thoughts about where we are just a few days before this election.

Well, unfortunately, I think that the reality is when you look at the demographic that now is New York City, there's no way this man does not win. We're not talking about Democrats with the crazy blue hair and the antifa types that are gonna be voting for him. He has his own kind. And this has been the problem in the United States, Jeff, for the past 20, 25 years. And I've been screaming about it for the past 20 years. And it's like it's gone on a deaf ear. Now we're gonn see what it is that I've been screaming about. And that is, you know, everybody has always talked about the illegal immigration that was taken down at the border. And Trump has done a stellar job at stopping that from coming in, although we do have to up our deportations here of the illegal aliens. But a bigger problem than that really, is the legal immigration that we've been taking in over 1.2 million people a year. And so we're taking in people from the Middle east, we're taking in people from countries that, you know, want us dead. And so now he's got a New York City filled with that. Before long, Jeff, you're gonna see that New York City is basically gonna be a bigger image of what it is that we see going on in London.

Today, you know, 9 11, we had a mayor in New York City, Rudy Giuliani, who was a Republican. So now, 24 years later, I mean, the Republican who's running, they say, doesn't have a prayer. And the man who's gonna win is this radical Islamist Mandani. So, I mean, New York has changed incredibly in these years, Right?

You know, I grew up on Long island and I worked in New York. And, you know, that's why I was there at the bottom of the Trade center on 911 and watched my fellow American jump from 80 stories. Think about that, Jeff, for a second, right? When the lesser of a horrible death is jumping from 80 stories, you know how bad it is. You would think we learned our lesson, and we did for a while. And Rudy Giuliani was sensational. What people don't know who don't live in New York. It's like, you know, we're in this orbit, and we're now back to the bad part of the orbit. He took over for a mayor named Dinkins, was a black Democrat, destroyed the city.

And after Rudy Giuliani came in and cleaned everything up, slowly but surely, we, you know, the pendulum went back to that. And now if you look, Adams was no different than Dinkins. And now we're gonna have a socialist Muslim extremist. And I don't think that the majority of Americans realize what that's gonna mean. You know, people look at New York City and they say, oh, my God, it's lost, it's garbage, whatever it may be. Listen, what's gonna happen is that the Muslim world is gonna take a look at this and say, we just took over the largest city, not only just in the United States, but the most important city in the entire world. Our plan is metastasizing perfectly. And I don't know how familiar you are or not with the Holy Land foundation trial that 2008, but. Yeah. Well, during that time, Jeff, what wound up happening is that the FBI had revealed documents that it had found from the Muslim Brotherhood. And those documents said that the plan was to take over America from within. Take over the media, take over the businesses, take over the schools, and eventually take over the government. And what you're starting to see, if you go back and you look at all the little stories that people like myself or you or other folks in the news, especially independent media, have been covering over the course of time, you know, they have the shock value like, we can't call Christmas Christmas anymore. On the calendar now, it's gotta be winter, winter break, because the Muslim population doesn't like this. And what they've done slowly but surely is they've chipped away. Chipped away, chipped away, chipped away. And here they are, they're about to take over the big major city called New York. And when the Muslims see this around the world, they're going to realize that they got the biggest city, and the rest of them are going to be easy to fall in line. And we are going to be subjected to a country that looks like New York City, which looks like London.

You know, London is in New York are maybe the two financial capitals of the world, Right. And both of them will be led by, you know, radical Muslims. And that's scary. You look at Michigan, what's going on in Michigan. You look at what's going on in Minnesota, where you got the attorney general there, Keith Ellison, who's a radical Muslim, and then you got, of course, Ilhan Omar and all these others, Rashida Talib, and then you go in Texas, and look at what they tried to do with Epic City and still trying to do. I mean, this is coordinated, obviously, and it was allowed to, you know, increase tremendously under the Biden years. I think we've. We've tried to slow the flow during Donald Trump, but I agree with you, we need a lot more deportations. Well, Muslim travel ban is what was called during the first Trump administration, basically was keeping people from terror countries coming in here, and he got roasted for that. They said it was discrimination, Islamophobia. Well, you know that, Dennis.

Well, I think it has to go even further, Jeff. I mean, much, much further. Because when you look at the Muslim ban, it was a nice effort, and it only covered a handful of countries. I mean, there are countries with large Muslim populations that are not on that list. So, you know, I always use this one, Jeff. If I were president, what would I do? I think what. What happens sometimes with Trump, and I voted for him three times. I love the guy, and I think he's the best president we've ever had. But there are some times when he falls short, and I think it's because he's not being advised in the right way. See, his problem is that when he puts out something like a Muslim ban, which is really a travel ban, but it gets shaped as a Muslim ban automatically, like you said, it's discrimination. I wouldn't do it like that. You know, the President of the United States has the power, through our laws, he can stop immigration into this Country, Right. So what I would have done or I would advised him to do is say, listen, stop immigration from all countries for certain periods of time. Everyone, everyone. And because when you paste it like that, when you say, look, stop the Irishman coming in, stop the Englishman coming in, stop the, you know, it, stop it for everybody. And the reason why, the way that you can get away with that is that our vetting system is horrific. And so we don't have the ability to vet people correctly from anywhere. So we have to stop all immigration until we get our act together. And that would slow things down.

I'm totally in favor of that and I've said it on my show as well. I think we need a 10 year moratorium on immigration coming into this country. We need to absorb what we have, see who's here, deport the people that we need to get rid of. And we got our hands full as it is. We can't be importing another million plus every year. I agree completely. How can we get that done, Dennis?

Well, listen, you need, you know, I don't know if Stephen Miller is saying this sort of thing to Trump and Trump is resisting it. I have no idea. I'm not in that room. I would assume that Stephen Miller, because he's as staunch as I am when it comes to this topic, I would assume he's probably made the suggestion. But look, you know, Jeff, go back to what I just said to you about the Holy Land foundation and what we found out. Get their media, get their schools, get the government. So there are people within our government on the right side as well, who are gonna tell the President of the United States, you can't do this. If you stop all immigration coming into the United States, our economy will fall. This, that, all the other different garbage. And I disagree with that wholeheartedly. And I think it's a misinformed person or a person who has an agenda, and therefore everything's gonna fall down. I mean, you watch what happens to New York City, Jeff, if you and I are together a year from now, you know, you're going to see cops are going to quit, housing is going to collapse.

You know, he wants to put. Business is going to go right.

Yeah, businesses get, you know, Jeff, I live in Florida, okay? And, you know, real estate hasn't been the hottest thing in a while. It is so hot down here where I live, and I don't mean the temperature, because Mandami is the best realtor in the world. He has people. I mean, we're selling houses like crazy. And who is it? It's all the New Yorkers who are trying to get out of the hell.

She's an author, environmental attorney, energy strategist. Mandy Ganasekara is with us. And Mandy, how are you? Welcome. I'm doing great.

Yeah, thanks so much for joining us. You know, what's going on with the epa? Looks like there's a lot of furloughs happening there. Is that putting our environment in danger, Mandy?

Mandy Ganasekara
No, it's not. And I think that lends itself to a very real question. Why do we continue to have more than what the agency actually needs in terms of employment coming to the agency every day when they aren't actually contributing to the core mission of the agency, which is important and it's to protect public health and the environment. But you have EPA that initially they did not have any furloughs because they have so much extra excess cash that the team administrator Zeldin has been able to pull back. This is a lot of funds that the Biden administration tried to push out to political groups under the guise of climate change. They were able to rightfully claw that back and they had a lot of excess operating money for the agency. But nonetheless, they've come to the point because the Democrats continue to push this along, they've started furloughing people and they start with, with the non essentials, the roles that don't undermine the ability of the agency to fulfill its core mission, like I mentioned just a second ago. So the environmental protections of this country are not going to go away, actually in this exercise, they are fulfilled in a more efficient manner. And it goes back to this question, why do we have people who are non essential, essential to the mission of the agency, full time employees at the agency. What should be done actually, is those that aren't actually contributing either close those offices or push those, push those positions so they contribute into something tangible.

Which is my question to you. I mean, you worked in the Trump administration, correct? So I did. You know, the President's goal is to try to make government more efficient. We had Doge, you know, we were going to try to come in here with the second term and get rid of a lot of these jobs we didn't need and shrink some of this bureaucracy. What do we need to do to get this done in the epa? Mandy?

Mandy Ganasekara
Well, they've already started taking a lot of really important steps. And the work of doge, the Department of Government Efficiency, was really important in terms of doing an audit to really see what the extent of the waste, fraud and abuse was. And when I was there, I knew it was extensive, but it was hard to understand where exactly you could cut various offices without undermining the agency's core function. That is what DOGE did. So they essentially set the table for Administrator Zeldin and his political team to come in and start closing down offices or letting various folks go that aren't contributing to that mission. Now, what they've already done that's really important is shuttering down some of these politically tinged offices, ones like environmental justice. This was a duplicitous office that was created solely for the purpose of laundering taxpayer dollars to the tune of $20 billion out to various political groups, groups. Now, they did this under the description of environmental justice.

So can, can we just shut that down completely? Because that is obviously a radical political agenda there. Can he just eliminate it?

Mandy Ganasekara
You can, because there's not, it's not tied to a statutory function. Now just because you can doesn't mean that there won't be lawsuits. And there, there continues to be lawsuits. So it's not like you shut, it's not a switch that you cut off, but you can shut those down and you can ultimately move or get rid of those full time employees.

You're an attorney. You know how this works. I mean, these liberals, everything the president does, they file a lawsuit. I mean, they're, they're, they're trying to thwart the will of the people. We voted for this agenda. He's trying to implement the agenda. And they're filing lawsuits of everything that is being done by his administration. So, Mandy, it's very frustrating. I appreciate your work. Thank you so much for being with us. I'd love to have you back on and appreciate your insights on a very important issue. All right, let's share with you some good stuff.
