All right, let's check out some of these hot topics that we are following right here on the program. And of course, we start with the Schumer shutdown that is now going on now the 24th day. So my wife was just giving me a report that Walmarts are planning to have Extra Security on November 1st. People might have to actually not even be allowed into the store. They might have to order in advance and pay. It's a situation where a lot of retailers are worried because that's when food stamps are going to run out. People are going online making threats about committing violence. Obviously it's a concern, but this is a shutdown created by the Democrats. Chuck Schumer says it's getting better every day for the Democrats. The number two Democrat in the House said they're using it as leverage. Leverage for what? Money for public broadcasting, money for USAID projects around the world, and illegals getting healthcare funding. That's what they're trying to use this as leverage. All these federal workers, you know, that aren't getting their paychecks. All these people worried about benefits. You can thank the Democrats. They brought you this. They created this. They're championing this. Republicans are giving opportunity, opportunity for the Democrats to vote for a continuation, what's called a clean cr. They say no, they want this craziness. They want this chaos. Now. Talk about chaos. The lunatic left is continuing to target ICE agents that are doing their job across our country. These are people following the law. These are people removing criminal illegals. These are people that are risking their lives, their families lives. You've got people like Letitia James trying to track them. You've got others sharing that information, like cnn. You already had a deranged lunatic outside of Dallas try to shoot ICE agents who end up killing detainees. And you had a guy trying to barrel through a Coast Guard base. I mean, it is just every day in these cities, these crazed leftists are attacking ICE agents that are doing their job and risking their lives. And this is being encouraged on a daily basis by people like Governor Pritzker and Mayor Johnson and lunatics like Letitia James and others. It's a sad day in America when we don't have support for our law enforcement. And that's what ICE is doing. So, as I showed you with the image, the liberals are triggered by the president's ballroom that he wants to build. He's in the process of building, so there's a little bit of construction involved. And you have to, of course, you know, tear down to rebuild. And he is going to be beautifying this White House with something. They've never had a ballroom that can fit over 900 people. In the past. They'd have to do little tents out in the Rose Garden and people would be walking in slop using porta potties. This time they're going to have an elegant facility that is, I think, appropriate for the nation's White House, where our president lives with his family, where we entertain dignitaries, have state dinners, have big events. So I'm all on board with this. I think the president has done the right thing. The left is just crazed military is also going after narco terrorists and blowing these boats from here to kingdom come. They've then let 10 strikes now on these boats in the Caribbean and also in the East Pacific. And again, everyone should be applauding this. These are terrorists that are prevented from bringing poison into this country to kill Americans. Instead, Democrats are lamenting the fact that these people are being killed without due process and claim that this is not appropriate for the President to be doing this. Hey, protecting American lives, national security, that's what this is all about. So I've been calling for this on my program for years, for us to start focusing on the home front, start focusing on threats to our country. And that's exactly what President Trump is doing. Big news this week with the NBA embroiled in a scandal involving gambling involving mafia families, a coach, a former player, others involved in this. We're talking about a current player as well, we're talking about the, the biggest Mafia families in the country, Shake. Shaking down victims, using all kinds of different devices to scam players. And, uh, this was a investigation that's been going on for years. Stephen A. Smith said it was Donald Trump doing this to get back at his political enemies and get back at the NBA because they're woke. How ridiculous this is. This was actually started during the creepy, sleepy Uncle Joe Beijing Biden administration. And now it's coming to fruition with these charges. And yeah, I think this is something that should wake everyone up as to what's really going on in professional sports. Probably a lot more of this than we realize. Inflation is doing better than expected. Last month, 3%. Remember, under Creepy Joe was 9%. Everyone said, oh, the tariffs are going to lead to more inflation. I guess not. It's only 3%. So kudos to President Trump for his economic plan. Okay, we've got just a few days away from elections in New Jersey, New York and Virginia. Need to get Republicans elected in all those areas. I'm for Curtis Sliwa in New York City. He's a little moderate on some issues, but he's certainly better than a guy who killed people during COVID and a guy who's a Communist. In Virginia, the Republican candidate is light years better than the Democrat. He won't condemn an attorney general candidate who has called for the killing of the House Speaker. And in New Jersey, the Republican candidate has been around for a while. Solid guy against a Democrat candidate with nothing but scandal. So these are important elections. Off year elections can build momentum going into the midterm and hopefully they'll be successful for the Republican candidates. And finally this week we had new footage released of the J6 pipe bomber who went around to both the Republican and Democrat Party headquarters. And this is fascinating video, very clear video. The the map of this guy or this woman's actions on that night of January 5th, actually. Very amazing. And a $500,000 reward being offered. We'll talk more about this later with our guest Jake. Language. But I'm glad we have at least some action going on. In that case, I've been calling for it. We've had no action and now at least some movement. I want to talk to her about what's going on with the big tech world and the bias and the censorship and especially Google. Sarah Westall is joining us here from the Twin Cities. And hey Sarah, how are you? Welcome back.

Yes, well, let's talk a little bit about Google. Of course, this is a behemoth. We're talking multi billion dollar company. They own so much of the, you know, the search business. Of course, they've got so many different other businesses that have branched off from that. They're so powerful and unfortunately they're so left wing. There's a guy I've interviewed, his name is Robbie Starbuck and he has got a lawsuit right now against Google. It was just highlighted in a recent New York Post article. He went through hell. He's been going through hell with them. They've accused him of a sexual assault that he did not commit. They won't pull down this information and he had to take legal action. Tell us more, Sarah.

Well, I mean, that's the pattern that we're seeing. His case is absolutely incredible. They were accusing him of rape. They were accusing him of riding on the Epstein plane, of being a pedophile. You know, basically their AI Gemini said if you, because when you do a background check on him, don't have anything to do with this guy because it's going to make you look bad, that kind of thing. And they had links to cnn, Fox News, all these articles about him, although the links didn't go anywhere. And so I started diving because I've had a lot of background myself with Google and the inconsistencies of how they're going about implementing their policies I think is going to end up being their Achilles heel. What they're claiming with this Robby Starbuck is that their Gemini system was hallucinating, meaning that it would just randomly come up with things. The problem is is that it's consistently hallucinating against him and it's not doing it against anybody else. And they had a reason to target him. So it doesn't really hold water. Their inconsistencies in their policies and what they say is really starting to be obvious.

Let me ask you this, Sarah. Are they hallucinating against any liberal commentators or is it just people like Robbie, Starbucks? So, you know, you look at their donations, you look at the bias you do any kind of a search for anything on Google and it's a biased search result. You know, we had a gentleman on the program years ago who was an expert in Robert Epstein in search results, and he always contended that Google actually alters elections by their bias manipulation of searches. Robert Epstein. Yeah.

And. And has anything changed in these last few years? It's still the same.

I think they're trying to go at it from different angles and they're being more sophisticated about it. But I think they've also got to the pay to play. You know, the search engines used to be great 10, 15 years, 15, 20 years ago. It was great where you could get to anything. Slowly it was just paid advertisements and whoever they want to prop up. So it's become almost unusable for anybody like me, an investigative journalist. You can't use that kind of stuff. But, yeah, I think that they have gotten more sophisticated at using their monopoly power. Now they are on five continents and in some countries they have 99.9% control over what that country sees. Yeah, I mean, we at least have a little bit of freedom here. They completely dominate in other countries.

You know, we had these other search engines like DuckDuckGo and Brave and Tusk and some of these others. And then of course, people started using AI and just going to ChatGPT and doing their searches there. That's eaten into Google's business, hasn't it?

Yeah, I think the AI is actually a bright spot of the AIs. Although they, you know, you get hallucinations.

They're biased too.

They can be biased. It depends on where they're getting their information from and how are they programming it, because technically they're supposed to be. It depends on their data points. They're getting trained from all sorts of data points. And so could an activist group go and feed it. You know, they're seeing Google is notoriously not transparent on how they operate. And unless you can see how they're operating, I can't trust what they're doing. Right. Can you trust what they're doing if they're not?

And you've had a lot of problems with Google personally, right?

Well, I have a letter into Google right now because of what was talked about in the Senate, you know, Jim Jordan's Senate committee, where they admitted to government coercion and they were going to bring back podcasters that were taken down pre 2020based on Covid and election and politics. And I'm squarely in there. Right. And so I have a combination of I want my channel back. And there's four channels now that are impersonating me and.

Yeah. And they responded to my letter with basically a big middle finger saying we're not doing anything. And those fake channels are still up there after I've been doing formal DMCA takedown request and I've had an attorney send him a letter. And when you do a Google search, all of them come up before my own work.

Oh, my gosh. And these are all phony sites.

And according to. Go ahead.

I was going to say according to Gemini, one of them gets 180,000amonth and is making up to $3,700 a month being monetized. There's two that are monetized with Google's partnership program or YouTube's partnership program.

Sarah, we got about two minutes left. Do we need to do more as far as pressuring Congress to take action? I mean, the doj, I mean, how about some severe action that we can take against this because they're so powerful, so biased and this has just been going on for so long now.

Yeah, we need pressure and we need to get to discovery. We need to see what they're really doing. Because this now, this isn't just hurting a conservative or a single person. This is a threat on, I mean, I'm going to say this is a threat on modern society, on, you know, having a civilized society. It's, you know, we might have all these high tech toys, but we're moving back into the Middle ages is how we treat people.

DHS telling me that the migrants arrested are all from West Africa and say at least one had a final order of removal and Prior crimes, including counterfeit. But the protesters didn't want those people to leave the country. Yelling at the agents to take off their masks as they blocked ICE in the city streets. DHS says a group of protesters with criminal histories were also arrested.

There you go. Good deal. So I wanted to talk to you a little bit about this digital world that we're getting into. You've been warning about that. They're saying in the UK you need digital IDs to be able to get anything done. There's a big push among those with the New World Order and, you know, the EU to be pushing this. And I'm worried that that's going to be coming here. We already have the real IDs that we have mandated. Are we going toward these digital IDs and if so, what's the problem with it? Jeff?

Well, yes, I think 100 that's the socialist cause is to get us under control. If they can control us and control our money and control where we are. And they are thinking that no, no crime, no pushback, no controversy. But we know that whether it's God people, there's controversy because he kicked over the T. But yes, lately we've heard about the 86 million bank accounts, you know, taken and held hostage in Vietnam for mandatory biometric verifications. And people go, what the heck is that? All of a sudden, boom. Account cleanup. I talked to a guy who had to fly back from his other country just to get his account in order because they were holding him hostage to make sure he had this biometric verification mandatory. So they say it's to prevent fraud and, you know, cyber cybercrime and money laundering. But it's caused significant disruption not just in that country, but other countries, too. And yes, I think it's on the way in a form of a digital ID that could be biometrically implanted eventually.

So, Jeff, do you see a connection between this and what they call social credit scores, what we see in China, what whereby if you don't do what the government wants you to do, they could shut down your access to your money so that you can't even access your funds, you can't go to the store, you can't buy anything. And that's when you can see some banks fail or just close down, just like it's happened across the earth in other countries. So it's a forewarning and we say be prepared.

Someone that was thrown in a hole, solitary confinement for 900 plus days, his rights taken away, thrown in prison for over four years, denied a trial, denied due process, and yet he gets out and he goes, jumps into a senate campaign and doesn't miss a beat, and has been crisscrossing the country raising all kinds of good ruckus about all kinds of important issues. And we're very pleased to welcome back to the program our friend who's a. I call him a former political prisoner, but we might be calling him our next US Senator from Florida, Jake Lang, joining us back on the Ringside Politics program. Hey, Jake.

Great to have you in the program, Jake. A lot to get into with you. First of all, of course, you got a massive lawsuit. What's the latest with that friend of mine I think is working with you, a guy named Ed Tarpley. Give us the latest.

So right now there are three pending major January 6th lawsuits, all dealing with restitution, dealing with the lies of Christopher Wray. And even the most recent one we just broke last night is a Supreme Court writ of serratori that has now been picked up there dealing with police brutality. Over 80 January Sixers are listed on this lawsuit for $240 million. Some people like myself were shot with rubber bullets, clubbed in the head with steel batons, had really long lasting effects from pepper spray, concussion grenades, asthma related issues. There were a lot of different things that happened to us at the Capitol. All of them weren't kosher. They, they really tried to brutalize and mercilessly beat down the American patriots that day. So this new Supreme Court rip is actually focused on the fact that they, they, they tossed out this case at the district court level and at the appellate court level. Not for the merits of the case, Jeff, but simply because when I was in solitary confinement two years ago, when I filed this, you have to, according to Local Rule 41 in D.C. you have to be able to be available via phone call if you file a lawsuit. But meanwhile, I was on a hunger strike for 12 days on the rooftop of Brooklyn MDC, the most dangerous prison in America, with an MS.13 gang member as my cellie. And of course I wasn't able to answer the phone. And so the District court and the appellate court overthrew this. So the Supreme Court, God willing, is going to see the, I mean, the ridiculous nature of throwing out a lawsuit with such standing, such as this, over such a minute. Kind of, you know, a little side issue. So we're fighting that one right now. And that just broke news on my ex account, Jake Lang, J6.

Right. So I mean, it's a multipronged approach here. We're seeking justice for the political prisoners, for those who were brutalized, including yourself, and setting the record straight about J6. There's going to be another congressional committee doing work. I know that they're investigating now. Hopefully there'll be hearings where we can finally correct the record about J6, about all the lies that were told by that other kangaroo court led by Liz Cheney and Adam King Singer. So we're looking for the truth. We're looking for justice. Want the American people to know what really happened there. This issue is not going away. Jake, before we get into your Senate campaign, I sent you the link to that video. I'm sure you had a chance to look at it of the. The new FBI release of the. The pipe bomber. Very detailed video showing the map of where the pipe bomber went the night before. It's amazing. All these years there's been so little progress on the case, and now all of a sudden they release this video and a $500,000 reward. Jake Lang, what do you make of it?

Well, this actually ties into the most recent lawsuit we filed because that other one I just told you guys about is two years old now. We've been fighting it. We just filed a $25 million lawsuit on Christopher Wray for lying to the American people about the 274 undercover FBI agents. And it begs the question, was this pipe bomber one of the 274 FBI agents that was tasked with disrupting the crowd on January 6th and God knows what other type of nefarious actions that Christopher Wray said that he, quote, knew nothing about and lied directly to Congress, which is illegal. It's a felony offense, by the way. And so, you know, we are questioning the pipe bombers origins being an FBI agent. And obviously there was some type of setup here from the deep state in order to pit President Trump as a domestic terrorist, domestic extremist leader. And so the pipe bomber fits perfectly, too perfectly in with the narrative of Donald Trump and the MAGA supporters being domestic terrorists. When it turns out none of us were domestic terrorists, none of us were violent. We all acted in self defense. And this pipe bomber is most certainly one of these undercover feds.

You know, Jake, it's been nine months into the Trump administration. We're finally getting this. Many of us had high hopes for Cash Patel. We know James Comey was a liar. We know Christopher Wray was a liar. James Comey's been charged. Christopher Wray should be charged, in my view. Have you been happy with the performance of Cash Patel and Dan Bongino?

Cash Patel and Dan Bongino have really done an extraordinary job. Now you have to broaden the scope and talk about Pam Bondi because we have civil litigation that we just discussed here, including the January 6th restitution lawsuits, which are much larger encompass. They could end up being multibillion dollar lawsuits with all 1600 J6ers, you know, fighting in order to, you know, get restitution for years of solitary confinement, reputational damages, torture while in prison and stuff. So we're asking the question, why did they settle with Ashley Babbitt's $5 million lawsuit showing some type of compromise and willing to make amends for, you know, what happened to us. But then on the other foot, Pam Bondi's DOJ has rigorously opposed the Proud Boys $100 million lawsuit. They filed a motion to dismiss. And it was not a lightweight motion. This motion was robust. And they really laid into the Proud Boys and that was one of the biggest lawsuits holding the most rank here. It's still in process. So I have to say, Cash Patel and Dan Bongino, what they're doing, rounding up illegal gambling rings and going and cleaning up Philadelph, they're doing a phenomenal job. But the other side of the Department of Justice and our justice system here really needs to start stepping in lock and foot. There has not been any purple.
