Grant Stinchfield
Well, good evening everyone. Welcome to Stinchfield. We begin tonight with the fall of swallow. Yes, we're talking about Eric Swalwell. The congressman from California was running for governor as a Democrat. He was the front runner until he dropped out of the governor's race and is now is resigning from Congress. Why? Because of these sex allegations. Allegations that even include rape. Four accusers have come forward. I expect there will be more. Now, Eric Swalwell has always been a dirt bag. All you have to do is go back to the Chinese spy debacle. Fang Fang. Eric Swalwell literally on the Intelligence Committee. Why he didn't, how he didn't, how he wasn't expelled from Congress after having an affair with a Chinese spy, I have no idea. It tells you all you need to know about Democrats. But this anonymous accuser comes forward on cnn. Listen to her.
Eric Swalwell Accuser
After that bar closed, we went to another. I went to the bathroom and I don't remember anything after that. You don't remember anything? I remember the next day. I can see flashes of that evening of him on top of me, me pushing him off, him grabbing me. It was a lot more aggressive. It was aggressive. Did you say no? Yes, I said no. I said I. In my flash that I can recall, I was pushing him off of me, saying no. And what did he do? He didn't stop.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, look, Karma is a witch with a B, okay? But I've got to say, she said she didn't remember anything and, and then all of a sudden giving us details. I'm not defending Eric Swalwell here, but this is why you don't go on TV before a court case. And this happened apparently in 2024. Alvin Bragg, the district attorney radical, is now investigating Somebody wanted Eric Swalwell gone, and I believe it was Democrats. This is Swalwell's response to all of this.
David Cancio
These allegations of sexual assault are flat false. They are absolutely false. They did not happen. They have never happened.
Grant Stinchfield
I do not suggest to you in any way that I'm perfect or that I'm a saint.
David Cancio
I have certainly made mistakes in judgment in my past, but those mistakes are between me and my wife. And to her, I apologize deeply for putting her in this position.
Grant Stinchfield
Made mistakes in his life, a lot of bad ones. Remember, he was caught having dinner with a bunch of lobbyists telling them he only has sex with tens. I mean, you don't talk about your sex life in public. This guy, apparently. Now there's. There's video of all of this. If we could show this one. This is VO2, guys. If you could show that. This is him in a hotel room. Okay, do we have. There you go. This is him in a hotel room with an alleged sex worker making out alcohol. Then we go to the next video. Because I'm asking, who is the mystery man in this? Okay, go to the next video. Well, they pulled my Instagram post. Who is that guy right there in the video? We shall see. I sent some requests to someone I suspect it is. I'm not going to name him yet. A very good friend of Eric Swalwell. High profile guy with a beard. I've got nothing. Back all day asking if this high profile politician is the man in the video. We have no response. Again, here's his accuser. Cut six. Roll it.
Eric Swalwell Accuser
Yes, he would send short Snapchat videos of him rubbing his penis through his pants while on the airplane.
Mood.com Advertiser
The staffer says she liked Swalwell's attention at first and nervously went along with it, which included sending back nude photos of herself.
Grant Stinchfield
That's not great either. Right? And apparently she was the one who called him in New York to meet up after all kinds of craziness that started at 21 years old when she was an intern. Okay, now to all of this. When we talk about karma really being a witch with a B. Let's just go back to 2018 and Swalwell crowing about Brett Kavanaugh with literally no evidence of any wrongdoing. Listen to him. I saw continued demeaning of victims of sexual assault. People who deserve to be heard, who deserve for their allegations to be investigated. So again, who's behind all this? To me it smells like Democrats. Tom Steyer, billionaire climate zealot has surged to the top of the polls. He may be behind it. Maybe it was the media and CNN doing some gumshoe work knowing that Swalwell is a problem. But even CNN can't help but try to take a sex scandal with a Democrat and flip it somehow on Donald Trump.
Jennifer Horn
Maybe you have.
Grant Stinchfield
I haven't seen any proof that people
Jennifer Horn
knowing about allegations that he raped people.
Grant Stinchfield
But that aside, as I mentioned, you
Jennifer Horn
got the endorsement of President Trump. He was of course found liable in a civil suit of sexual abuse and
Grant Stinchfield
bragged about grabbing women by the.
Jennifer Horn
You know what, you're okay accepting that
Grant Stinchfield
but clearly upset about. Well, you don't bring up President Trump literally found liable by a jury of his non peers of radical leftists in New York that wanted nothing more than to fry President Trump. And you're going to go back literally a decade ago and bring up all these allegations that CNN for you, they can't help but go after President Trump. But again, I want to get to the bottom of who's in the video. Who was taking the video of Eric Swalwell. He's married, remember? So again, morally bankrupt. And if he was drugging women, that is a crime. Alvin Bragg, whether he's a radical or not, you got to throw the book at Eric Swalwell if he's drugging women and taking them back to their hotel and having sex with them as the allegations go. I want to bring in now to discuss all of this host of the MORNING Answer out in Los Angeles. No one has followed the career of Eric Swalwell better than Jennifer Horn. Welcome to the program, Jen.
Jennifer Horn
Thank you, Grant. It's great to be here. And this couldn't happen to a nicer guy, I must say.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, look, you and I, when we did radio together would talk about Eric Swalwell a lot. This doesn't surprise me. I'm sure it doesn't surprise you.
Jennifer Horn
It doesn't. And this story did come from Democrat circles apparently. And there's so many appalling things here. First of all, on Dana Bash on cnn, the the story of the accuser of Eric Swalwell has been corroborated by her own family and friends who said they received calls from the hotel room when she woke up and didn't know where she was and just remembered having flashes from the evening of the alleged rape. She went to a doctor and the doctor considered her a survivor in his note. So to try to pretend that Somehow there was no real corroborating of her story is just very disingenuous. And it's on CNN's own reporting, which is so ridiculous. So that's number one.
Grant Stinchfield
You know, hold on. This is. You know, this is what. You always put me in a position to somehow defend dirt bags. So it was from a hospital worker that they don't know whether they had sex or not. She just called her a survivor. Anybody? You know, this just reminds me, in some respects, I was having flashbacks of the MeToo movement, because this girl's story, sometimes I don't remember, but I remember this. And then she says, I want to be brave, but yet she's anonymous in shadow. That's not really that brave. And then this happened. Roll this clip.
Eric Swalwell Accuser
It was in 2019. I was again driving him to an event. This was my job. And you were 21 years old. I was 21 years old. We see some sort of parking lot, and he says to pull over. He pulls out his penis and instructs me to give him oral sex. And I started to again, I felt incredibly uncomfortable. And I stopped and I said to him, this feels really uncomfortable. And anyone could see us right now. And he said to me, you're right. It's probably not good for a congressman to be caught with his pants down.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, Jen, now. Now, this is. Let me just lay this on you. This happens when she's 21 years old. I get. You know, you're a kid, you got this guy, position of power. You don't want to ruin your career. You don't know what to do. You're scared. Okay, I do understand that. Then another situation happens. Then before the 2024, she called him. She admits to calling him for drinks and ends up back in his hotel room. I mean, like, it's just. Why are you hanging out with this guy, Jeff? Am I totally wrong here? Am I totally off?
Jennifer Horn
You know how I feel that I think women put themselves in situations that they don't need to put themselves into. Do we. Do we have the anticipation of being attacked? No, but you can be smart about the situations you put yourself in, so I totally get that. But what is not copacetic is that Eric Swalwell used to ask his female staffers to sign NDAs. So that's a little strange. And we have him on tape talking about how he only blanks tens and how he wants to subpoena Ivanka Trump because she's hot. Clearly on camera doing something to a female sex worker. So there's a Lot of evidence stacking up against Eric Swalwell again, if it goes to the level of racing, needs to be prosecuted criminally. But this story came from the.
Grant Stinchfield
Jen, hold on one sec. Hold on one second. On our screen, we've got the delegation from the Netherlands just showed up at the White House and President Trump is greeting them outside. They've got a big dinner tonight. If any of them say anything, we will. We will jump in and take that. But I think we can continue our conversation because though it's exciting to see President Trump meet the delegation, they're not really saying anything. So we'll continue our conversation. I'm with you, Jen. And if he used drugs to literally drug someone, and ultimately there is nothing lower than that at all. I'll give you the last word.
Jennifer Horn
Pretend that Eric Swalwell wasn't flirting with trouble and now is under investigation by DHS for hiring an illegal immigrant from Brazil and paying her allegedly with campaign funds. This guy's got problems. And what does it say about the unions? Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, who knew about this stuff but endorsed him anyway and then ran from him as soon as, as the masses found out about what they were dealing with. I mean, it's just despicable politics that we see uniquely, not just uniquely in California, but all across the country as well.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, I'm glad he resigned from Congress. I didn't think he was going to. I'm glad he did. I'm glad he's out of the governor's race. That up ends that. We'll have to have you back to talk about that later. This guy is a lowlife. Eric Swalwell. There is no doubt about it in my mind. And I bet you, Jed, more accusers come forward.
Jennifer Horn
That's what they're saying. And here's the warning, girls, if they make workout videos in the gym, be forewarned, that was Eric Swalwell's M.O. and it never bodes well for that type of human being.
Grant Stinchfield
I have one workout video. That's it in many, many years. And that was years ago. Just to say. Okay, Jennifer Horn, thank you very much. Always good to see you.
Jennifer Horn
You, too.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, folks, what you're looking at on your screen there is President Trump with the delegation from the Netherlands. They are going to have dinner. Sometimes the president says a few things here. It doesn't look like they're going to do that right now as this is typically a photo opportunity. And. And that's what they're doing now. This gets me to my next story. Which is actually very, very troubling as we look at the greatness of the White House right now and the greatness of. Of President Trump in the White House. But I have a new revelation that Michelle Obama is going to run for the presidency. This makes me sick to my stomach. This woman is. Is the wife of the divider in chief. She wants to be the next divider in chief. She is most certainly a racist. The problem with her being president is. Has nothing to do with her being a woman. It has to do with her being racist. Well, as we saw in this past election, sadly, we ain't ready. That's why I'm like, don't even look at me about running, because you all are lying. You're not ready for a woman. You are not. So don't waste my time. All right, so look, who does the Democrats have? Who do the Democrats have? Kamala. That's a disaster. Gavin Newsom, a disaster. Who knows what will come up in his past as we get into a presidential run for Gavin Newsom? That right there, what you saw from Michelle Obama is a classic misdirection. This is straight out of the politics books. Create some intrigue. Let. Let her folks want her even more as she says, no, no, no, no, no, and all of that. It's a bad deal. Roll the next one.
Jennifer Horn
You can't afford to get anything wrong
Grant Stinchfield
because you didn't get the. At least until the country came to
Jennifer Horn
know us, we didn't get the grace
Grant Stinchfield
that I think some other families have gotten. You didn't get grace in the White House because you were black. Like, really, the Obama family got more grace than any sitting president, including Joe Biden. And Joe Biden got an awful lot of grace. Who didn't get grace? President Trump doesn't get any grace. And he's as white as the driven snow. He's not getting grace. Um, George Bush. Do you think George Bush got grace? George Bush didn't get any grace. We can criticize him all we want. He didn't get grace. So this is the kind of dividing that she does. Oh, it was so hard for me. I'm going to skip here for the guys behind the glass. I want to run this. This difference between J.D. vance and Michelle Obama to show you what someone who's grateful to serve looks like versus someone who is entitled and bothered by it. Roll it. There are certainly sacrifices that come along with this life. Our kids are little. We're gonna have to move. There are also a lot of good things.
Jennifer Horn
It's expensive to live in the White House.
Grant Stinchfield
What a blessing it is to be here. There were moments when I. I didn't feel like I got enough attention. We live in this beautiful, very protected mansion that the American people have gifted us. Many people don't know. I mean, much is not covered. That could be the race right there. You tell me after watching that, who would you choose? An ungrateful, you know what, or someone who is smart, believes in the things and values that we do, and is also grateful. And this has nothing to do with their color or their sex. It has to do with who's best for America and who wants to destroy it. Michelle Obama would pick up right where her husband left off. Now, speaking of J.D. vance, it turns out we now know why the talks in Iran fell apart. Now, what's interesting, Brett, about this is that in the process of doing this negotia, I do think that we acquired some knowledge about how the Iranians are negotiating. And this is ultimately why we left Pakistan. Because what we figured out is that they were unable, I think the team that was there one was unable to cut a deal. And they had to go back to Tehran, either from the Supreme Leader or somebody else, and actually get approval to the terms that we had set. So we're negotiating with the right people. This is exactly what we warned of over the last few weeks. Now, we warned of something else last week, or we offered up something else, which was there should be no ships going in and out of the Iranian ports. You had Chinese ships going in, Russian ships going in. Iran's pushing oil out to fund the war machine that needed to stop. And so over the weekend, President Trump came to the exact same conclusion. Put up a blockade, no boats in or out of any of these Iranian ports. Cut them off economically. Here's President Trump. As far as the naval blockade is
David Cancio
concerned, what's the endgame?
Grant Stinchfield
Is it to force Iran back to the negotiating table?
David Cancio
Is it to open up the straits
Grant Stinchfield
so that gas prices ultimately come down? Maybe everything. I mean, both of those things, certainly, and more. We can't let a country blackmail or extort the world, because that's what they're doing. They're really blackmailing the world.
Joseph Imperatrice
World.
Grant Stinchfield
We're not going to let that happen. All right, so we now also have naval ships moving into the straits, which we learned on this program last week as well, that we did not have ships in the Straits of Hormuz. Now we do. And that is all very, very good news. I want to bring in now to discuss this, retired Navy Intelligence Commander Paul Chabot. Is with us. Commander, welcome to the program.
Paul Chabot
My pleasure. Great to be with you.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, Commander, how enthused are you? I don't know if that's the right word, that we've now have this blockade. We've got naval ships in the straits, apparently some of them looking for mines. Your thoughts on where we are today?
Paul Chabot
Yeah, look, we've got to go for the win. We've got to bring Iran down to their knees economically. They're not listening to reason, and quite honestly, we have no choice but to go forward. Iran has really forced our hands. And let me also say we have the full ability through our U.S. navy and allied partners across the region to absolutely create not only a blockade, but to take Carg island or other items which you may be hearing about that without such action, we're going to kick this can down the road for my kids. Most concerning is that Iran was probably a month or two away from reaching 90% uranium enrichment. They admitted to 60% just months ago. So this is a true threat to the free world and America is on the doorstep and we've got to finish what we started.
Grant Stinchfield
All right. You know, I agree with you, Commander. And you may not agree with the war, you may agree with the way. Either way, you got to end it. And the best way to end it, you cut them off economically. I actually think taking Card island would be another way to do this as well. I probably say don't blow it up so we could end up benefiting from the oil. I don't know if that's thinking too much like President Trump. But take Carg island, block the ships, you cut them off economically, they have nothing.
Paul Chabot
Yeah, Carg island is in the cards. At least the Iranians should believe that it is. Carg Islands in the northern area of the sea there. It's not in the Strait of Hormuz, but about 90% of the Iranian oil flows out of Carg Island. It's stored there and then moved. We've got two Marine Expeditionary Units which are extremely incredible of doing this kind of work. One is already on station and another is steaming from the Pacific. Will likely be in that AOR in the next 10 days. That will align with the two week end, a cease fire, which may end shorter than that anyway. So to get the Iranians to think that we can take Kharg island as one, but we've also reversed tables on them by basically saying we're going to control the strait, we are going to clear the mines, and we are going to lead the way.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, Let me play one more clip from President Trump today. You mentioned the ceasefire. We have some time left on that roll. That clip deal is not reached by the end of the ceasefire, as you're right, from before still. Yeah, I don't want to comment on that, but it won't be pleasant for them. Do you think we get all the way to the end of the ceasefire? Do you raise a good point that maybe we need more, more soldiers, Marines on site before we could actually do what we need to do? But do you think we get to the end or does something happen before then?
Paul Chabot
Well, if Iran stays true to attacking the United States, as we have begun today to basically lock out the Iranian ports, then that will end the ceasefire because they have threatened to target us and our allies and our interests throughout the region. Now, look, they don't have a huge navy anymore. It's at the bottom of the ocean. They don't have an air force. But what they do have are very small, fast, basically attack boats. They still have a mining capability. They have a drone capability. That Strait of Hormuz is about 21 miles. So it's a very narrow area where easily Iran could unconventionally use old school sort of tactics to hit one ship. If you hit one ship in the Strait of Hormuz, that locks everything down again, which is why it's extremely dangerous. But also to remember we're talking about the world's greatest navy here, greatest military, or centcom, aor. We are in theater. Our air assets, our intelligence, our collection. We can do this, but it is not without risk.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, well, we shall see how it plays out. I think if they do what they threaten to do and hit an American ship, or it's game over. President Trump, I would believe him when he says it's going to be very ugly for them. I have no doubt about that. Paul Chabot, Commander, former Commander, U.S. navy. Thank you for coming on.
Paul Chabot
Yes, sir, thank you. My pleasure.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. Pleasure's mine. You know the other issue you got to worry about now, China gets its oil from Russia. China's not going to be happy about this blockade because China really needs it. This is going to cut China off and they need this oil one. Making AI chips now. Maybe that's part of it. You know how much electricity it takes to make AI chips in one month? They use the electricity entire state of Connecticut in a year. Okay? They run electricity off of this oil and natural gas. They got big problems. China right now. All right, speaking of which, this may be one of the most compelling domestic energy opportunities I've seen in years. It's an investment in Lost Soldier oil and gas operating Wyoming's Bison base in a region with a long history of production and strong fundamentals. Where Lost Soldier already has rigs up, they have hit high pressure stacked gas deposits. Now let me be clear. This has risk. There's no guarantee, but the returns could be there. Never promised, but could be there. And for qualified investors, the potential upside here is significant. It's why I am working on moving some of my own money into this project as well. What really stands out is the leadership. The management team has a proven track record of building companies and successfully taking them public. That's experience that matters when you're talking about scaling an energy product project like this. So you also have the potential for huge tax advantages. Oil and gas investments may allow investors to deduct a substantial portion of their initial investment, creating immediate, immediate potential benefits alongside long term upside. So if you're an accredited investor who always knew the potential of oil and gas but never had the opportunity to get involved in a project like this with such serious growth potential, this is worth a closer look. Go to lost soldier.com you can scan the QR code on your screen. That's lost soldier.com click on invest now and fill out the form. A member of the team will get right back to you. That's lost soldier.com all right, religious leaders afflicted with Trump Derangement Syndrome. We will talk about the stunning pandemic next.

Welcome back everyone. There is a feud brewing between President Trump and Pope Leo. And surprisingly well, maybe not so surprisingly I side with the president here. I don't think he's doing a very good job. He likes crime, I guess. He. He hit us. Think of it. He's worried about fear. What about the fear when the minister and the priests and the. All of those great people that were arrested during COVID They were fearful they couldn't hold church because of Democrats. And Pope Leo was talking about the fear of illegals being rounded up. Well, they should be fearful. They're here illegally. There's, like, no respect for the rule of law anymore. Then 60 Minutes comes out, and it's really designed to be a hit piece on President Trump. They get three high, prominent archbishops in America from Newark, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. they're leftist lunatics. They really are siding, of course, with the Pope, who I actually think is a real radical leftist. This is the archbishop of Newark, New Jersey. Listen. Excuse me. This is the Archbishop of Washington, D.C. listen,
Jennifer Horn
you believe in strong borders?
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah.
Jennifer Horn
So what's wrong, then, with the current policy?
Grant Stinchfield
This is a roundup of people throughout the country, people who have been living good, strong lives, been here a long time, raised their children here. Many of their children born here and are citizens. That's what our objection is. But they're here illegally. And I would think the Catholic Church would teach. You have to take responsibility for your actions. You have to ask for forgiveness. You're not asking for forgiveness, just going about living illegally in a country where you're not allowed to be. To me, it's pretty darn simple. Well, I want to bring in now to discuss this conservative columnist, devout Catholic, and author of Gabriel Locke Series. David Cancio is with us. David, welcome to the program.
David Cancio
Thank you so much for having me. How are you?
Grant Stinchfield
All right, David? I'm great. I'm glad you're here because maybe you can help me out with this. So I was baptized Catholic, and I will admit I've somewhat veered away from the Catholic Church and. And gone to other churches. Okay. And not the Catholic Church. I was frustrated with the last pope. I'm very frustrated with this Pope. I feel like they're getting away from the teachings of Jesus here. Am I out of line, David?
David Cancio
I don't think you're out of line in. In certain things that, you know, perhaps at the moment are taking center stage. But, you know, I. I would actually. I would actually look at what Pope Leo has done, you know, before this, when he first actually took office and assumed the office of the papacy. One of the first things that he came out and said, which really Just shocked me, you know, as supposedly the successor to Pope Francis and someone that he obviously had a close relationship with, was that he came out and said, communism has infiltrated every sector of society and disguised as solidarity and it must be rooted out. And as you know, Catholic social teaching is completely against communism. When they tried to have him take pictures with the LGBTQ flag, he refused and just simply didn't look in that direction and walked toward the other side. When he was supposed to entertain a pre planned group of visitors at the Vatican that were an advocacy group for things that are against Catholic social teaching, he just simply couldn't make it. He was too busy. So I think actually for many things, he's done very well. This one actually threw me for a bit of a loop when I saw the criticism.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, that's helpful to me, and I'm appreciative of him saying those things and doing those things. You know, he talked about the Iran war as being an unjust war. Meanwhile, I think it's unjust that. Look, I don't need to make the argument to you. You're a conservative guy and Iran wants a nuclear weapon to kill us all. So I'm not going to debate that with you. But I do think there's something here. It's like Trump derangement syndrome, and it has infected, I think, even these archbishops. This is the Archbishop of Newark, New Jersey, on 60 Minutes last night. I didn't say that they were people without law, but when people act in
Paul Chabot
this way, when they have to hide
Grant Stinchfield
their identities to terrify people, when they
Paul Chabot
can actually violate other guarantees of our Constitution and Bill of Rights, well, I
Grant Stinchfield
think somebody's got to call that out. And I'm not the only one. David, do you think they just don't understand that these men's families are being threatened? Now, I've been open, I don't love the masks, but I don't see any instances of widespread law breaking, if any. There are some couple of instances that have been, you know, in the news that you can debate, but there doesn't seem to be widespread law breaking among all of this. What is going on here?
David Cancio
I think you're talking about centers where, you know, at the end of the day, it's out of sight, out of mind. Right. We don't have this. We don't have these same issues in Florida. We don't have a Renee Good in Florida like they would in. In certainly the cities where these cardinals are from. Right. So you're looking at this saying, what are they actually exposed to what are they seeing on the news, what's being put in front of their faces all the time. And, and you know, really what we need to look at here is potentially giving them the benefit of the doubt and saying perhaps what they see is bliss. Because I can tell you that certainly the priests and the bishops and cardinals that might be around here in the southeast might see something completely different because we have a lawful society and we don't just have rogue politicians deciding what laws they're they're going to enforce and helping the federal government.
Grant Stinchfield
So David, you don't think this is all the archbishops in positions of power that are, that are thinking like this, that we've got some real good conservatives out there and conservative way of thinking?
David Cancio
I absolutely do. I think that, you know, it's, it's a shame to look at really what is the clergy and determine who's liberal and who is conservative because that shouldn't, those shouldn't be titles that really are becoming of the Catholic Church or befitting of the Catholic Church. I think what you have is you have those that are trying to reconcile mercy with a rule of law. I do understand that it's difficult to deport somebody who's been here for 25 years, obviously, but if you hear illegally, you and I draw the same line. You know, perhaps it was a path to amnesty. But why did, why does all this fall on President Trump and why didn't fall on the three or four presidents before him? And why is everyone pushing it on him? I think it's because he's an easy target.
Grant Stinchfield
I do believe that well intentioned Democrats, not Democrat leaders, but their followers do confuse that idea of mercy and they can't quite see the rule of law. And they're well intentioned. They're just wildly confused. And lastly, I'll say this and then give you the last word on it. I didn't want to come out and criticize them for speaking their beliefs. In fact, I tell preacher men and women to speak your belief to your parents. I think it's so important you talk politics inside the church or the synagogue or wherever you may be, but it tells your parishioners where you are and if you should follow them or not. I'm not telling them not to talk politics if I'm going to tell another guy to talk politics. Just that I agree with. But I think parishioners should really take a hard look at who they're following.
David Cancio
David, last word, just, just to be clear on that. So I think the politics are very important when it comes to Catholic social teaching. I think that they do need to discuss polit and certainly who's going to be up for endorsement, whether it would be by the Catholic church or any religious institution. But at the end of the day, what we have, what we have to do is draw a hard line as to what the options are. Right. Abortion is a topic that is explosive in political circles and religious circles. But there should be a hard line drawn on that for a specific reason that we all see that as a terrible evil. And for these things that we know to be terrible evils. Absolutely, absolutely. There should be a hard line drawn on it. You know, if you have illegal immigration, there are people that are being killed by. There should be something said about that.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, absolutely. I don't know. I look at the arch, if I lived in Newark and I heard him giving a Sunday mat. I mean, I'm not listening to this guy. This guy's an idiot. No offense to the archbishop, but David can see you. I appreciate you coming on the program. Great stuff. Thank you.
David Cancio
Thank you for having me and God bless America.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. Amen to that. All right. Under New York City Mayor Mamdani, the war against police is only getting started. As a sergeant there is now facing years in prison for literally stopping a bad guy. We will get into this next.

Grant Stinchfield
Welcome back, everyone. You know, I'm convinced that radical leftist judges and prosecutors in blue cities and states posed more of a threat to our good police officers that the bruisers and thugs are trying to arrest every day. Take the case of Eric Duran. He was a New York City cop and he's been Convicted of manslaughter for this. I want to show the video here. There is a drug dealer up there that tries to escape on a scooter, as you see. Well, Eric Duran is an undercover cop on duty. He throws a cooler at the guy on the scooter to try to stop him from escaping police who he just sold drugs to. Could have been a kid he sold drugs to. Well, he was convicted of manslaughter, three to nine years. He now faces in prison for stopping a thug who was selling drugs to, I believe, kids. If he was going to sell it to a cop. This is a sergeant with the Sergeant's Benevolent Benevolent association in New York. Listen, this is one of the darkest days in the history of, of my profession, Right? What took place upstairs is going to send the wrong message to every single police officer across this nation, not just this city. I believe that to be true. Now, that's not going to happen in a red city. I really don't think so. I think a jury is going to say, hey, you're going to sell drugs to kids, cops, whoever. Don't try to run. There's a real secret here. You want to live. Well, one, don't commit crimes. And two, when you do, obey the police when they tell you to stop. It's a simple game. You're going to be fine every time. You may be in prison, but you'll be fine. I want to bring in now retired NYPD sergeant and founder of Blue Lives Matter, New York City. Joseph Imperatrice is with us. Joseph, it's good to see you again. Welcome to the program.
Joseph Imperatrice
Grant, always a pleasure, but.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, Joe, as a New York City cop, you see this guy. I mean, I literally saw the story. I'm like, this man was hung out too dry. I don't know why there's not more national attention on this.
Joseph Imperatrice
Grant, how about you just get off the scooter and put your hands behind your back? How about you comply? And what no one's speaking about is this individual didn't just go onto a street. He was more than likely driving an unregistered, uninsured, possibly stolen moped. Goes on a public sidewalk in broad daylight, guns it at 30 miles an hour. The sergeant makes a split second decision because not only is he worrying about his cops, but he's worried about the people around him. Grandma on the bench, the people that are walking with the stroller with their kids. He's trying to stop the individual and put him in jail for committing a crime, which was selling drugs. Here he was not trying to hurt, harm or kill anyone. And Grant, I think we can both agree a million times out of a million and one times, the guy's going to fall down, you're going to jump on him, you're going to put him in handcuffs and all of a sudden you're going to be back at the precinct and everything will be fine. This was a freak accident.
Grant Stinchfield
You know what concerns me is Juan, the judge says, oh, you could have just tracked him down and arrested him later. What kind of nonsense is that, Grant?
Joseph Imperatrice
Real cops don't fill out a report and get the guy later. They had him in front of him, this sergeant along with him. Men were amazing cops. They were going to stop the threat. They were going to get the guy right then and there and put it to bed. That's the problem. Real policing is proactive and that's what this sergeant and his cops were doing. And in this day and age, he has a judge that frowns upon going out there and being a police officer, like this sergeant did, which is completely wrong and it sent the wrong message. And Grant, one more thing. They talk about bail reform and jail reform, right? This sergeant had an impeccable record. You're throwing him in jail to put him away. From who? To save him. From who? Nobody. So what are you doing here? At the end of the day, what are you accomplishing?
Grant Stinchfield
Makes me sick to my stomach. What else makes me sick to my stomach is I don't know whether it's the media and Democrats that have trained the public. In these blue cities like New York, where you are, they have such vitriol for people like you. When I say people like you, Joe, I mean cops. Listen to the support. These are Eric Dupree, that's the suspect in this, who ended up dying. He has supporters out there chanting his name. Listen to this. How about justice for the cop, Joe? I mean, this guy was selling drugs, probably to kids. No regard for anybody else in the community. And you got people out there that are literally chanting the suspect's name.
Joseph Imperatrice
What scares me is this day and age, what's happening right now. The anti police sentiment is coming back and unfortunately it's just a matter of time before a cop gets killed because of this nonsense. It needs to stop. Grant. We have to go back to proactive policing. We have to have politicians that will support our men and women in blue. We need district attorneys willing to put them behind bars, these bad guys, along with our judges. We need help. And until we get good people, good hearted, it doesn't matter at this time in the game, if you're Democrat or Republican, you need to want to do the right thing. And cops need help more than ever today.
Grant Stinchfield
Joe, you know, I love cops. I do a lot with different police departments all across the country. When I go into a blue city, including a city like New York, you know what's so sad? When I tell cops, if you've got some mope that's running from you, just let them go. It's not worth it at that point. I mean, unless he's going to commit murder, he's a real dangerous guy. It's not worth it. You're going to get hung out to dry in a city with Alvin Bragg as the prosecutor. They will do. They will stop at nothing. And so isn't that a shame? I'm telling young cops, just let them go. And you don't think criminals get the same message? I guarantee they do.
Joseph Imperatrice
Joe, you're not the only one saying this, Grant. There's cops within the police department, especially the older guys, that say, be careful what you do. If you don't have to do it and put yourselves in harm's way, let it go. Get home to your families. And that shouldn't be in any kind of language is people that expect when you call 911 that the job's gonna get done. We have to remember that. We have to allow our cops to do our jobs. We should not be letting these guys go out there. Because think about it, Grant. This guy goes away. What happens if he sells a bad bag of crack to somebody and they overdose? He does an armed robbery, he shoots somebody. We can't have that. We have to be allowed to do our job to keep the streets that we serve safe.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, I think maybe some of the people are starting to get it. I see signs of change in New York. You've got some areas that are really strong on this, but I just. I feel like more people have to die in order for people to wake up. And now you got a cop going to jail over this real quick. There's got to be an appeal, right? I mean, is he. Is he getting locked up right away? Joe, real quick on his fate.
Joseph Imperatrice
They are appealing it. National Police Defense foundation is there, doing everything they can to raise funds. Villi Vallong, I know him very well. He's going to do everything he can for his sergeant. I know today Bruce Blakeman came out and says if he's lucky enough to get the honor of serving as governor of New York on the first day, he will pardon him. That's what we need. We need proactive politicians that are going to get behind our men and women in blue.
Grant Stinchfield
Amen to that. Joe, your your service protecting New York City as a cop. Thank you. Blue lives matter. New York City is a great organization, Joseph. And Paratrese is always good to see you. Thank you.
Joseph Imperatrice
Yes, sir. Thank you for having me.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. And make sure you tell your buddies and on the force that Stitchfield's army supports them. That's for sure. All right, if you wake up tired, sore or overheated, we've got a solution for you next. But first, RAV will have live coverage of this Turning Point tour with special guest Vice President J.D. vance. You know, one of my goals is to give you solutions, right? Solutions to problems that got you down. Maybe you do feel tired when you wake up. Or sore. Or not sleeping right. Or hot. That's a huge one. Well, I have a solution. It's called the ghost bed. And they're great sponsors of us here at Real America's Voice. And this program, I want to bring in the CEO and founder of Ghostbedd, Mark Werner, as I mentioned before, also the founder of Werner Ladders, which everyone has in their garage. Now. Everyone needs a ghost bed. Mark, welcome back to the program.
Mark Werner
Thank you, Grant. Thank you for having a ghost bed on tonight.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so tell me, you are, I guess, a serial entrepreneur. You come up with this idea, how did this all unfold for ghostbed.
Mark Werner
Well, I did start at Werner ladder. My grandfather started that 100 years ago. My dad invented the aluminum and the fiberglass ladder. So I had a lot of training from that. And then I've had three neck surgeries over a period of years. So after the Werner company, I wanted to start a family business with my wife and kids in America, and we started ghostbed. So first I started to make a pillow because I couldn't find a pillow or mattress that worked for my condition, which is bad neck, bad back, which lots of people have. So I came up with our pillow, ghost pillow, and then our mattress. And that was kind of the evolution of it. And it's been a real hit ever since.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so now you got the mattress. Tell me what it really does for people. I mean, who. Who is the perfect customer for ghostbed?
Mark Werner
It's a broad answer. I mean, everyone who sleeps. It just. We have all kinds of different types of mattress. Cooling mattress, firmer mattress, soft hybrids, memory foam, massaging mattress that we pioneered. So it's just we kind of run the spectrum. Adjustable bases, different types of pillows, we cooling sheets to really address the needs of the sleeper today, which most people are just unhappy. And sleep is so important to your health and well being. You know, a good eight hours is optimal, but if you do less, it's even more important.
Grant Stinchfield
What do you say to people that don't know how to choose? I mean, I guess with it being online, that's the hardest, right? Challenge to overcome. You can't go into the store and lie down. I want to try it out. What do you say to those folks?
Mark Werner
Well, we have what's the mark's mattress quiz on our site and it's very effective. So it identifies if you're side, sleeper, back, sleeper sleep, hot, you've got this issue or that issue. And then it selects which mattress would be right for you. And we know it's very, very effective because our return rate is so low from the people that buy from our website. So it's a very effective tool. And then we also with the 101 night sleep trial, so you can try it in your home for 101 nights. If it doesn't work in that condition, we will talk to you, we will pick it up, we'll give you your money back, or we'll find a different mattress that will work for you. We try to make it pain free for the customer.
Grant Stinchfield
All right. In the end, you got sounds like you got nothing to lose but get some energy back. I mean, when you don't sleep, you wake up with no energy. I've been there before. This is a win, win. I'll give you the last word, Mark.
Mark Werner
Well, if you're in pain and you've got a bad mattress, the best time to fix it is right now. People tend to procrastinate and put it off. This is your health. This is your back. This is your sleeping too hot and waking up. And if you're not getting the proper amount of sleep, you're really putting yourself at a disservice. So I would solve that problem right away.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, it is so true. I'm going to tell people how they can find you and your company and get an extra 10 off if they use the promo code RAV. Here's what you do. It's super simple. Go to ghostbed.comforward/rav. That's ghostbed.comforward/rad. You get an extra 10 off with the promo code RAV. All right. I don't know if you heard this story out of Maryland. Maryland, in the dead of night passed a sanctuary state law that bars any police department from working with ice. This is only going to put the people of Maryland in danger. This is a Republican lawmaker who's calling his fellow lawmakers out in Maryland called the Trust Act.
Joseph Imperatrice
It's actually making Maryland a sanctuary state. It's saying that local law enforcement enforcement
Grant Stinchfield
cannot even communicate with ICE about people
Joseph Imperatrice
they arrest, even for very serious crimes. They can only communicate with ICE upon convict having a person who've been convicted of felonies.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, a disaster. This is exactly what we're trying to get away from. Again, I think the federal government needs to hold money back from states that are engaging in this behavior and they pass this in the middle of the night. All right, folks, President Trump always make sure to tip. We will talk about that next.

One thing about New Yorkers in the real estate and construction business, they're always good tippers. My great grandfather used to tip the toll booth guy. Okay, that's, that's what kind of tippers you have in the construction business in New York. Well, President Trump, a real estate guy. Doordash comes making the point of no tax on tips and, and how great that is. Watch how this goes down.

White House good tippers.

Now I know it was a setup job just to make a point, but I love that they picked McDonald's again and that will only trigger the left as well. I wonder how much he gave her. If I had to guess, I bet it was a scene. 100 bucks. That's what I would think. That's going to do it for us today. Stitchfield's army rolls. Thanks to all of you. This episode is a rapid-fire, unapologetically right-leaning analysis of multiple front-page issues, weaving together scandal, policy, and cultural stories. The show delivers both “red meat” commentary for its core audience and a snapshot of how conservative media frames high-profile scandals, U.S. foreign policy, and debates over law, order, and identity in American society.
