Well, good evening everyone. Welcome to Stitchfield and Merry Christmas to all of you. We begin tonight with maybe one of the greatest gifts God could give you. That's the gift of free will. It's also the gift of the inalienable right to defend yourself. A right that the left wants to take away from you. I want you to watch this video. This happened not far up the street from me in Plano, Texas. What you're looking at there is a man following a young woman coming back from the gym. That man ends up following her into the stairwell, as you will see here. And you see, this would be frightening for anybody. And she's got a dog with her. The dog doesn't really look like terrifying, but the man does. Why is he following her up the steps? Well, lo and behold, that woman did what I recommend every woman do, carry a firearm. She didn't need to use it, she only need to show it. And look who takes off running. The foreign national that followed her into that stairwell, well, she had a whole ordeal of just trying to get the police to even react to this. Before we get to that story though, this is the problem with Democrats. They want to tell you that guns are evil. That moment right there will not be listed in any statistical book. It will not go down as an FBI statistic as a defensive use with a firearm. But it was not a shot was fired. And yet you have people like Nancy Pelosi ending the year saying things like this.
A
What's been your biggest disappointment?
E
My disappointment. Always have it and I'll never give up on it. Is guns a four letter word? Guns. Guns that children would be dying in a classroom. That families just the saddest thing. But it's about 2 that politicians should think that their political survival is more important than the survival of children. You better believe a politician's political survival depends on the right to keep and bear arms and whether or not they support that. Can you imagine that young woman didn't have the right to carry. She's defenseless against a man twice her size. And so this is what Democrats want to do. They want to take your right away and let good people suffer through it all while the criminals will get the upper Hand one more just for good luck. Representative Tim Kennedy, a Democrat. The time for action is now. I implore this body to join me in supporting the assault weapons ban, universal background checks, stronger red flag laws, ending gun trafficking across state lines. You see all these buzzwords? Assault weapons. He's talking about an AR15. We don't need to ban those either. What we need to do is stop bad people from having them. And when bad people come calling with them, there better be a good guy around or gal in this case, with a firearm. Now back to this story in Plano, Texas, of this lunatic who followed that young lady into the stairwell of her apartment building. I want to bring in the woman you saw in that video. She's an independent journalist and host of the American Journal on Infowars. Brianna Morello is with us. Brianna, welcome to the program. And Merry Christmas to you, Brianna, for having me. Absolutely. So why don't you take me through this? And thank God you had a firearm, by the way. But take me through how this all went down.
C
Walking into my own apartment complex, which you see the outside footage of is actually right by a police station. That's how I was able to get the footage. This individual I did not know was followed me, followed me for actually quite some time. Not just in that brief little video you see there, but he was running behind me for a bit and he followed me to my stairwell. And when I turned around, because I was completely caught off guard that somebody grabbed the door behind me. So quickly we use a FOB to get in and out of the buildings for residents only. And so that was my first warning. And when I looked behind and noticed that he happened to be Middle Eastern, I'm someone who covers Middle Eastern men and the violence that they commit against women all the time. And so all the red flags went off. Now, as you see him in the stairwell with me, he's not having a real conversation with me. He's just saying, I want to pet your dog. Let me pet your dog. Now he's Egyptian. He was born, according to his records, he was born in Egypt. I don't know if he's currently an American citizen or not, but he's asking to pet my dog. We all know Middle Eastern men do not like dogs. And so that was what caught me off guard. Now I quickly made my way up the staircase without trying to make it very obvious that I was on high alert about this man. I'm someone who's covered in Plano, Texas, like as you know, epic, the East Plano Islamic Center So I thought he was coming for me from that. I thought it was based on my work. Turns out he was just a random creep. And at the time when I was running up the stairs and I got up to the flight ahead of him, I went to go look down. He continually was walking up the stairs. And that's when I started reaching for my gun. I carry on me, and I've done so for the last year and a half. I'd say, thanks to my good friend, sadly, who's deceased. Bernie Kerrick forced me. The NYPD commissioner forced me to take firearms classes because he knew that I was under threat as a conservative journalist. I was getting a lot of death threats, and he made me go and start training. And so, because of Bernie, I do carry every single day, everywhere I go, and I'm thankful for him for doing that. But that individual ran out of the stairwell as fast as he could once he realized I was armed and ready to go. Now, unfortunately, police didn't take it seriously. In the police report, Plano PD referred to it as a flirting incident. They wouldn't hand me the footage or let me see the footage at all, even though I showed them the death threats that I've received. How the FBI is even investigating those death threats, they refuse to take it seriously. Even pedophile groups have gone after me over this last year, and still they didn't take it seriously. So thank God we got the video. After I threatened to sue, the police department released it online and ID the guy, and he since has been arrested, and he's facing six months in prison.
E
All right, so it amazes me the police want to tell you that this was a flirty incident. And especially Plano, Texas, before you got here, there was a horrific murder of a young woman, very similar, in the parking garage in Plano. I mean, this and this can happen in any city in America for everybody out there. By the way, Plano, Texas, probably has the highest per capita of gun ownership of lawful citizens in any other city, which is why the crime rate is very low there. And this is an exact example of why. Brianna, what happened between you and him, other than a trespassing, now, will not go down in any record book as a defensive use of a firearm. But that's exactly what it was. Did you pull it out? Did you show it to him? Did you tell him you were armed? What made him take off running?
C
I had just pulled it out. I was carrying a fanny pack, and it was coming out of my bag, and he got a glimpse of it, and Immediately went running. He wasn't even there. He didn't see that much of it. I think we'll find out though, obviously in his criminal trial. But I'm pretty sure he didn't see that much of it. He just probably saw the handle coming out and saw that I was getting ready to point it right at him when he fled at that moment. And he did turn his head, so obviously stay out for long. I did run the other way after he did flee.
E
You know, one of the things that, that I'm struck by is the work that you do is very similar to the work that I do. And we cover these issues all the time. You're down the street at Infowars and God bless you for the work you do there. We love that outlet. And, and you cover all of these things. It puts you on heightened alert. You're carrying a firearm. You know these. And not to mention you're probably a target from some of these lunatics. But your message to the everyday mom that maybe wouldn't have had a dog walking up the steps, but maybe a three year old walking up the steps.
C
Simple. You know, Bernard Kerik forced me and made me get comfortable with carrying a handgun because he knew that there was a lingering threat. He always compared it to his daughters and how he wants his daughters to feel comfortable with it as well. And he wanted me just to go out and do it. And if it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't have done what I did that day. I might have actually become a victim of a sexual assault potentially if he would have made his way up the stairs, followed me into my apartment, and God knows what would have happened then. On the reality is he crossed the boundary, but the reason why he fled was because I was carrying a firearm. And like you said, Grant, Democrats want to take this away from us while they pretend to be pro for women's rights and pretend to be advocates for women's rights. But they don't understand the power that women have when they are carrying a firearm. And we should be able to carry a firearm wherever we are. I'm a New Yorker, originally moved down south about six years ago when I realized we were passing criminal justice reform in New York and realized it had nothing in it for me and everything in it for the criminal. And so I went off and ran off to Florida. And since then I've been on a mission to make sure I could always defend myself in every situation.
E
Well, last question for you. You had the police that didn't want to do anything about this, which is really disturbing to me. But you say the district attorney actually stepped in. They did a great job. That's Collin county district attorney north of Dallas. Can you tell me about that?
C
Collin county took it seriously. They met with me in person. They apologized for the wrongs that were done by Plano pd. In fact, we know there was wrongs done by Plano PD because the good folks over at Judicial Watch actually foia the internal communications between the officers, the chief, which is Ed Drain and others. And they were more concerned about my social media following online, the view count the video was receiving. And then once they realized that we were in the millions on that video, they then launched an investigation and then went and interviewed this man. Just also reminder to, you know, Collin county did a great job at responding to it, but they had to wait for the police to turn it over to them. That was the big issue here. But thankfully they did just that. Also, since the video got so much traction, we found out that I wasn't the only woman. Now, although Plano PD assured me that originally weren't going to file any charges against him, but they assured me that this guy was really scared after he saw what he thought was a gun get pulled on him. And he was likely never going to do this to another female again. But little did I know, a female reached out to me and she had very similar footage. He's been stalking her. He's visited her place of employment five times right after what happened to me. He was also engaged at the time. So this is a man who's not looking to date a woman. This is a man who's really, in my personal opinion, is looking to cause harm.
E
You know, how can you be so dumb as an investigator to think that, oh, he said he was scared. He's never going to do it again. I don't understand people that believe these goons and thugs. He got caught one time. My guess is most people that are doing some kind of behavior like this have done it many times, as you just pointed out. And I'm just glad you're okay. I'm glad you're carrying a firearm everywhere you go. And thank God for social media because I understand they wouldn't have caught this guy if it wasn't for your large social media following and somebody pointing him out correct.
C
The case. If I didn't have a social media following, I would have nowhere else to go. And that's the reason why, you know, I've made my email available for all victims of crimes because I want to make sure. That if you are not being taken seriously by law enforcement, which, you know, happened to me when I was 18, I tried filing a police report in New York and they wouldn't do it. They refused to do it. I think that people need to learn how to be a little bit more aggressive. Everyone needs to learn that. You could FOIA things. That's the Freedom of Information act request that you could submit to get documents like the camera footage you saw. I forced them. They'd even enter that surveillance footage in as evidence. Evidence and put it into file for me. They refused to do that. I then had to go down to the police station and follow up. This was dragging on for weeks. And Plano PD was an absolute failure in all of it.
E
And that is allegedly a conservative city. Unfortunately, they're so concerned about their image and if somebody's gonna think, no, Plano doesn't look like it's safe. That's what this is all about. They wanted this buried. You can't hide the truth. Not with someone like Brianna Morello or Stinchfield. Not happening. Merry Christmas, Brianna. I'm glad you're okay. Please keep us posted on this case.
C
Yeah.
E
All right. All right, folks, so that's an important story because firearms ownership will save your life and you don't even need to fire a shot. So with that, I want to give you some good news. Republicans are fighting some of them anyway for the Second Amendment. You know, in this one big beautiful bill, the National Firearms act, that is a provision that basically when you buy a suppressor, a short barreled shotgun, certain automatic firearms that are eligible to be purchased, you have to pay a $200 tax. Where was that in the Constitution? That your right to keep and bear arms should be taxed by the United States government is basically a fine for buying a gun they deem that you shouldn't own. So this group of Republicans, a whole slew of them, wrote Pam Bondi saying, hey, the intention of the one big beautiful bill was to most certainly do away with the National Firearms act and the idea that you will be taxed $200 if you buy any of these items that fall under the provision of the nfa. That, folks, is very good news in my mind because it's these little baby steps, steps that chip away at the assault on the Second Amendment that's been going on in this country for many, many years, if not decades. All right, up next, Kamala Harris is eyeing the White House in 2028. Where does she stand with Gavin Newsom? I've got some Bad news for Gavin Newsom too, on this. She wants to run for the White House. My little Lord.

Welcome back, everybody. So it's official. Well, at least it seems official. Kamala Harris is saying she's going to run for the presidency in 2028. And if you could believe it, she has a lead over Gavin Newsom by about 11 points. So Kamala Harris is crushing Gavin Newsom in the race for the Democratic nomination three years out. Yes. My guess is there'll be some surprise entrant into the race. But is this good news for us? Look, President Trump crushed Kamala Harris, okay? Crushed her overwhelming popular vote victory, overwhelming Electoral college vote victory. But we have to be very careful because Republicans, we don't have President Trump on the ballot. Sure. We'll get J.D. vance or Marco Rubio. Either one of those two guys would be great. And I do believe they're the front runners. J.D. vance being number one. I like this guy. I got to spend some time with him. He's a real personable guy, and I think he is the real deal. Do I think he can be Kamala Harris? Absolutely. Will we have the motivation to get out to the polls without a President Trump that's bringing rallies to every state around the country? I'm not sure. So this is my biggest concern, is voter apathy on the side of Republicans, especially for the midterms. But when you look at Kamala Harris running for the presidency, now, here she is.
A
Both parties have failed to hold the public's trust. Government is viewed. Government is viewed as fundamentally unable to meet the needs of its people.
E
Well, do you believe that to be true? Certainly. Government doesn't meet my needs because it's in my freaking way. What I want is government out of the way. What I want is government to meet the needs of the people by letting the people meet the needs of themselves. But in this case, I'm frustrated with government. I'm frustrated with Republicans, I'm frustrated with Democrats. I'm frustrated with them all. I love individual candidates. Some, not all. J.D. vance, Marco Rubio, two that I like. You know, when you think about Kamala Harris running, she's already thrown a Running mate under the bus. That was Tim Walls. Tampon Tim. This is what he had to say recently on Meet the Press.
A
You still think she's the strongest person to run for president in 2028?
E
Well, I'm glad she's out there, and I'm glad a whole lot of other people are out there, because I think Donald Trump sucks up so much oxygen. We need to have the Democratic Party out on the field, the broad, inclusive Democratic Party, talking about making life more affordable. All right, wait a second. Tampon Tim, you didn't answer the question. Do you think she's the best chance at victory? He didn't say. Yes. She's the toughest candidate. He didn't say. It's just. I'm glad she's out there. Well, everybody wants candidates out there, but I actually think her being out there hurts the Democrats. She's not smart is. What does President Trump say? She's a low IQ individual. And yet what does this say for a guy like Gavin Newsom if he's losing to Kamala Harris by 11 points? Let's go flashback to Kamala Harris book tour, shall we?
A
That is a decent. That is a decent resume, but go ahead. Well, some people have actually said I was the most qualified candidate ever to run for president.
E
Who's cheering that? The most qualified candidate to ever run for president. First off, President Trump ran for president after he was president, I think far more qualified than you. And you can go down the list about who was qualified to be president of the United States. You were not at the top of that list. You slept your way to whatever position you ended up having. Kamala Harris.
A
I like the. Some people say.
C
Very nice, but go ahead.
E
Yeah, see, some people say is code word for I don't have any names. I'm just gonna say that. Some people say, and you won't ask the names. She called Kamala out on the. On the carpet. And that's very important because what she just did there, the host or the interviewer, is she threw a shot across the bow. That never would have happened in the first campaign. They were trying to secure her victory. Now, what you see is a little shot across the bow trying to chase her out of the race. We don't want you.
A
I'm just speaking fact.
C
Yeah.
E
I'm just speaking fact about. Some people say, well, can you name me one besides your mom and dad? No, you can't. Well, Tampon Tim continued here about all of this.
A
You still think she's the strongest person to run for President in 2020?
C
8.
E
I'll play it well. I'm glad she's out there. And I'm. Again, he doesn't answer the question. That's the funniest part of it all. So who's the option in all of this for Democrats? Think about this. Their policies are all backwards. Everything the Democrats do led to the high cost of everything. Crime skyrocketing. When you look at open borders, open borders was your problem for everything. Open borders was your problem for high housing costs. Open borders was your problem for high health care costs. Open borders was your problems for sinking wages. Open borders was your problem for crime rate increasing. Open borders was the problem. The Democrats knew it. At least those out to destroy America knew it. That is Barack Obama and Joe Biden and the Clinton gang. So now what do you do? Every policy you have offered up to America has failed. You're going to scream and yell about President Trump as literally, president Trump is making America great again. We've got the lowest gas prices we've had in five years. Inflation is coming back down. We've got interest rates back on the way down. We're slowly ending foreign wars. What more do you want from this president? Yet to the media, to the left, it isn't good enough. This is Gavin Newsom. 11 points down to Kamala Harris, by the way. I mean, this is. Nothing out there that's happening is normal. This is not normal.
F
This guy is trying to wreck this country. Try to light democracy on fire on January 6th.
E
We may not have a fair and.
F
Free election in this country. I mean, that if we're not successful in 2026.
E
Didn't the DOJ just issue a warning that California does not have free and fair elections? They mailed a ballot to literally every single person on the voter rolls, whether they knew they lived there or not. There's nothing free and fair about the elections in California. They choose who they want to be in positions of power. How dare you, Gavin Newsom. And look at the way he sits. Talk about a beta male. Do you want another beta male in the Oval Office after. After a guy like Tampon Tim was running for vice president. I don't know if Joe Biden was a beta male, but I will tell you this. Gavin Newsom most certainly is getting back the House of Representatives. This guy's not screwing around. Not screwing around. President Trump is not screwing around. President Trump is literally on a mission. He's got a quest. And it's interesting because some of the Hollywood types now, James woods, great actor. He's been out as A conservative for a long time now, but he was on Fox News and he basically summed up the problems the Democrats have. Military age invaders that came across the border under Joe Biden, who was saying through his mouthpiece, Mayorkas, that the border is secure when this army was coming through. Then, you know, or you're a criminal.
F
Or you're a welfare queen, then you're.
E
Going to love Gavin Newsom. If you're a dead person and you want to vote, then you're going to love Gavin Newsom. If you're a dead person and you want to vote, you love all the Democrats. Just ask the dead people in Chicago. They love voting for Democrats. So he's right there. So where do we stand in all of this? Well, President Trump addressed this. Here's what we do have going for us. We've got great candidates and a deep bench. There's nothing embarrassing about the Republican bench. We have Hispanics that come over to us in record numbers. We've got black folks that have come over to us in record numbers. And we have President Trump in charge. And he'll be on the campaign trail. I would imagine, even for the next election, for the presidency. He's not going to slink into the shadows. So what did President Trump say about this president? The Democrats won Miami, where you won the election one year ago. Do you think it's because of Hispanic media like Telemundo that are publishing fake news about the ICE operations? How do you plan to win back those votes for midterms? Yeah, well, I won that whole election. And, you know, it's interesting, when I'm not running, we don't do as well. And I'm going to try and get that changed for the midterms. But we did have a big win in Tennessee, as you know, big wins all over the place. And President Trump is a large part of that. So, look, we're going to keep our eye on the ball. We're not going to get down out. I do see complacency right now. I want to ramp the troops up. Stitchfield's army has got to spring into action. And every other conservative warrior who's got an army out there better get their troops springing into action because right now the Democrats are up by 4 in the midterms. Now, that could go either way. We got a year between now and then. But it concerns me. I don't understand why anybody would be voting for Democrats after everything that's happened, after everything President Trump has done. What more do people want? It's craziness Boy, oh boy. A great Christmas gift would be everyone getting engaged, engaged, motivated, on a mission. Merry Christmas. Right? More Republican victories. I want more victories, says President Trump and every other one of our Make America Great again friends. All right, stick with me on this Christmas Day as Stinchfield continues.

All right, welcome back, everyone. So because I can't give each one of you an individual gift on Christmas, I thought I'd give all of you a gift, and that is do a best of the Body Language segment. And so that's my gift to you. My buddy Greg Hartley, he comes on almost every Friday and we go through Body language and it is a wildly popular segment. So with that, folks, let's do our best of body language. Take it away, folks.
A
Who also took money from somebody named Jeffrey Epstein. As I had my team dig in very quickly, Mitt Romney, the nrcc, Lee Zeldin. I just want to be clear. If this is the standard that we gonna make, just know we gonna expose it all and just know that the FEC filings, they are available for Everybody to review.
E
Dr. Jeffrey Epstein, not child molester Jeffrey Epstein.
F
What's beautiful is she telegraphs that she says somebody named. Somebody named. Well, we should be suspicious of it right off, but we're not. And there's a good juxtaposition of Eclipse that you chose here because she's reading something like a cereal box as she reads the list of people. No passion, no, no animation in that. But then when she gets to defending her partner, then she starts to really come up, raise her hands and do all that and get passionate about it. So you should be suspicious right out of the gate when they say somebody named. Not the Notorious, not xyz, somebody named.
E
What's the deal? As I'm watching her now with no audio, I see her. It almost looks as if she was dancing to music as she does this back and forth.
F
Well, if you watch, it becomes something that some politicians do. You see them starting to dance up and move around and start doing that. She's doing this because that's stress. That's that chained elephant thing I'm talking about all the time. But that pounding her hand is her doing the politician move, but you can see it. She's reading those things and punctuating whoever's on the list. But when she gets to where she's talking about defending her partner, you see her hands come up, but she's swaying to release nervous energy.
E
All right, interesting. So she gets called out on this. Obviously it turned into a disaster for her. Let's roll her defending herself.
A
I wanted the Republicans to think about what could potentially happen because I knew that they didn't even try to go through the fec. So my team, what they did is they Googled. And that is specifically why I said a Jeffrey Epstein. Unlike Republicans, I at least don't go out and just tell lies because it was not the same one. That's fine. But when Lee Zeldin had something to say, all he had to say was, it was a different Jeffrey Epstein.
F
My first question. Well, my first. This reminds me of a really. I love Gilda Radner in the old days of Saturday Night Live and she would play a character named Emily Latella, where she'd go off down the wrong path for five minutes about an issue and be adamant and ranting. And then Chevy Chase would say, it's sst, not st, and she'd go, never mind. That's about what you see here. No apology. She tries to double down and then start talking about this stuff. You can see she knows at some point that she's been an idiot because her blink rate goes through the roof and she has eye lock with the interviewer. Interviewer doesn't lean on her at all. And she shows contempt, that rise of one side of her face. She talks about the Republicans and then she does another qualifying statement. At least I don't just go out and tell lies. She doesn't say she doesn't do it. She just says, I don't just go out and tell lies. So it's really interesting. But if you watch her get into that last piece, when she gets to her talking points about what she wants to say, that FEC stuff, she gets animated.
E
I'd never seen this before. People driving my house by my house and using the R word in front of people. This is shameful. And I have yet to see an elected official, a Republican elected official, say, you're right, that's shameful. He should not say it. So, look, I'm worried. We know how these things go. They start with taunts, they turn to violence. So deeply concerned, Greg.
F
Look at all that passion in his hands and he's telling ghost stories. Around the Democrat campfires, what he's doing, he's making it out that this is a horrible, horrible, horrible thing about to happen. And these are precursors to it. Look at all the anger in his face, all the things that should be there, even the down aggression and all that. If there were somebody challenging him on this, we'd see different body language because stress causes different body language. But when you're standing in front of your. In front of your constituents and you go storytelling, this looks like he's doing the right thing for his constituents.
E
What's the difference between guys who like to stand behind a podium and guys who want the mic? When I give speeches, I like the mic. I like to walk the stage. A lot of guys will say, no, I want to be behind the podium. Is there anything you read into that?
F
Now? Some people just aren't comfortable out in front of people. I'm quite comfortable. I actually hate a handheld mic because I talk with my hands so much. It makes I feel like a lounge singer when I'm trying to talk and move on stage with a mic. And so I don't feel as comfortable behind the podium either. I have a way to find myself out and get among people, but I think some people are so accustomed that it just feels like a good anchor point. And you. Even when Hillary Clinton was running for president the first time, she would rarely leave it and keep her hand on it when she was talking. So it's comfortable.
E
Got it. Interesting. Okay, next one. Ilhan Omar on CNN talking about the fraud going on in Minnesota.
A
I think what happened is that, you.
E
Know, when you have these kind of new programs that are designed to help people, you're oftentimes relying on third parties to be able to facilitate. And I just think that a lot of the COVID programs that were set up, they were set up so quickly that a lot of the government rails did not get created. Greg, let me set this up with this. I believe she knew about the fraud going on, and I want an investigation for that. With that assumption from me, when you look at her, what can you tell?
F
The first thing I'm going to say is this because, remember, I'm an intel collector first. Body language came second. When I hear common language from uncommon places, I want to know why. She just used the same language you heard Walsh use earlier new programs. That sounds like an industrialized talking point from this organization of people running that whole government in. In Minnesota. So I want to hear what's going on there as well. That's number one. Number two, when she's talking about third parties, look at a little disgust in her face as the sides of her face rise. And then finally, after she's delivered this whole message again with no stress applied, because Tapper is not going to push her, you see, she looks away, looks down to her right and does a little disapproval, as if she's wondering how what she has said will be perceived or construed or analyzed.
E
Like what we're doing here, is that subconscious when someone does that?
F
Yeah, I think when we're thinking, if you sit right now and you make a mistake when you're talking and then you look away and go like, she's not doing that intentionally at the very end, it's just part of who she is.
E
And we run away from the water, people won't go to the gym because we're trying to keep our hair straight for y'. All.
C
It is exhausting and it's so expensive and it takes up so much time. Braids are for y', all so we can work harder and focus on the work.
E
Greg, I just have to make my own little commentary. No white person is demanding that black people have straight hair. It's not happening. Black people want straight hair, that they're doing it on their own. But I'll let you take it away here on that.
F
Well, I'll trade with you sisters. My first line, you know what to say. But at the end of the day, what she's doing is she's playing to her bass watcher. She has those long, drawn vowels. She's pulling people toward her. This is just her talking. This is entertainment as much as anything for her. If you don't believe it, listen to when she does one of those long, drawn out polls and she's pulling somebody back and she turns and looks at this other person sitting on stage. This is all. I wouldn't say it's choreographed, but it's damn near choreographed.
E
I was going to say, is there a way to figure out whether she. She actually believes this? Like, how do you actually tell that? This is just literally red meat to the base, Which I will. I will tell you. I engage in that every now and then. I'll say, hey, this is a story. This is red meat for Stitchfield's army. Let's go, let's roll. But. But.
F
And there's nothing wrong with it, right? Well, the only thing you can see the reason I say this, look at her demonstrative brow down, doing her thing. And then she will look and she'll pull with the words she's trying to drag them along with her if she were. Look, we'd watch Michelle Obama enough that when she's passionate about something, she is adamant. She has her hands up. And she's up in what Mark Bowden would call the passion plane. We don't see that she's not passionate about this. This is just. Yeah, content.
E
All right, Hunter Biden. So we go from Michelle Obama to Hunter Biden. I mean, we got all the big names on the Democrats that I don't really like very much here. Well, let's play his clip. Just as a son, as a man, this mother, the way that he talks about my dad, Kim. And again, sorry for my language. It's okay. But he is obsessed. And I tell you the reason why he's obsessed, because unlike anyone else, my dad kicked his ass. Greg, I got to tell you, he looks like a child there.
F
Well, who knows how much of that is made up and not real. I mean, this guy, I don't mean by that. I mean his face, all the makeup and all that kind of stuff, because he did some pretty horrendous damage to himself back in all those drug days. So he just looks odd. And he looks like he's trying to get across the message, has his hands folded, he's milling. He's got something he came to say. And I think it plays right nicely into another clip you guys have.
E
Oddly enough, you know, he's sitting there and he's like, down, Almost like a third grader who's been scolded by the teacher. I don't know. That's what I take away when I look at him.
F
Well, he's had his tail closed in the door a couple of times in the past year, you know, so, yeah, he was in real trouble. And his dad let him out with that, whether he auto pended or who knows how he got out. But look, he's been in real trouble. He has to be a little bit cautious, I would think. But he's also working from facts that are all his own. He goes to talk about how badly his father beat Trump and all those kinds of things, which plays nicely into your Abbey, Cliff.
E
Now do you see why that is the best segment going on? Stitchfield. I love it. And you learn so much about what people are thinking strictly through their body language. All right, we're right back with more Stitchfield on this Christmas Day.

Welcome back here, everyone. So Chat GPT, AI, all these different AI applications, they can do tremendous good, but they can also play a role in tremendous bad. Now, how responsible is AI for the death of so many people? It seems to be growing young people committing suicide because AI egged them on. You've got other situations where people committed murder because AI fed their delusions and led them to murder. Now, I will tell you, I believe in individual responsibility. I don't think a computer can make you do something, but I believe these people were also probably mentally ill and that mental illness was ignored. Maybe ChatGPT exacerbated it, but I'm not sure it's open AI's problem. The maker of Chat GPT and the maker of some of these AI platforms. But that's who's getting sued in many cases. I want you to take a look at this young man. He's 14 years old. His name is Sewell Garcia. Apparently Chat GPT talked Sewell Garcia into committing suicide. Now we've got to figure out ways that maybe Chat GPT AI. And I'm using Chat GPT like I would use the term Kleenex. Right. Just all encompassing. But AI can mitigate things like this. I would think the companies would want to mitigate things like this, but you can't hold the company totally responsible for this type of thing. This is the mom talking about ChatGPT.
C
And sexual conversations with Sewell over several months. It manipulated him and it sexually groomed.
E
Him on the day he took his life. His last interactions wasn't weren't with his mother or father, but they were. They were with this AI chatbot on character. AI, this chatbot encouraged Sewell for months to find a way to come home and made promise that he it would be waiting in some fictional world. So come home and it would be waiting. Like this is nonsensical, but yet someone believes it. Now, this mother is grieving, okay? She lost her son. She believes at the hands of a computer, I can only imagine. But I'm going to issue this as a warning and I think she would agree with me. Parents, you've got to to be involved in your kid's life. This to me is very similar to saying, oh, well, a violent video game caused my kid to go out and smash another kid's head. No, a Violent video game didn't do that. Now if you don't want your kids playing violent video games, you don't think they're capable of processing it. Well, that's up to the parent. And so I do believe parents need to play a role on being involved in their kids social media. Now, this kid was 14 years old. She continued on the BBC. It's like having a predator or a stranger in your home. And it is much more dangerous because a lot of the times children hide it. Parents don't know. And the ability to manipulate and deceive and groom our children in the same way that a person would groom a child sexually, the chatbot has the ability to do that. So the chatbot, she believes was grooming her child. A vibrant young man, clearly troubled in his own right that he would get to a point where he take his life and even believe a computer. And then you have to wonder the computer, it's like running a cult. It seems human. I mean, I deal with AI platforms and they seem human. They learn what you're looking for. And I think sometimes the AI algorithm feeds you what you want to hear. Sure, that's a problem, but you got to know that going in. Then there's this young man. Now you tell me this doesn't look like a good normal kid. He looks like everybody's next door neighbor. Adam Reagan, he also committed suicide at 16 years old. 16 years old. And they too. The family blames open AI. This is the lawyer that is now filing a case on behalf of the family. Suicidal ideations and ChatGPT leaned into it and told them to only speak to itself, to the chat box about it. At one point Adam said, I want to leave a noose out so that someone finds it so they can stop me from committing suicide. And the chat box said, don't do that. Just, just talk to me. So he says, I want to get help by leaving a noose out so someone will talk to me in. The chat bot says, don't do that. Well, the chat bot, if you're a computer and you're processing this, don't get caught. It's going to tell you, don't leave the noose out. Out. It's not processing your emotion. They actually want to get caught. Should it process that? I don't know. The whole thing's kind of creepy to me, which is why again, parental involvement is everything. So here's my biggest fear. You get a few of these cases and then they're going to try to shut down chat GPT for Everyone. I mean, I try to get chatgpt to make certain images, nothing nefarious. But if I want to have AOC crying as President Trump signing an executive order, I get a notice that says, no, you can't do this because it's politically based. Well, why can't you just trust me that I'm going to do with what I need to do with it? Instead of blocking me from what I can and can't do, you'll get to the point of over regulation with AI and that's going to be a problem too. So I think again, it comes down to individual responsibility and those around you making sure your loved ones are safe. They're the ultimate ones responsible, not to victim shame the parents. I don't want to do this. This could be anybody. This could be, God forbid, my son. I'm not in his phone as much as I should be. I talk a big game about doing it sometimes, but I haven't in a while. What if there's something in there? I don't know this. I'm playing this out for myself tonight maybe. Tonight I'm going into my son's phone. I hope he's not watching because I do have a contract with him. As surprise visits into the phone here, the lawyer continued, Sam Altman had a decision to make, which was do I push GPT4O within a week without doing full testing in order to beat Google Gemini. He did that. Because of that, the valuation of OpenAI moved from $86 billion to $300 billion. A bunch of his key safety officers left in protest. So do they have a case? In my perfect conservative world, I don't think they do. You got to be smart enough to know it's a computer. There are dangers with using it. It's just like if I pick up a firearm and accidentally shoot myself in the face. I'm not suing the firearm company. You've got to know the dangers of that gun. Or families of mass shootings that sue the gun manufacturer as if they had something to do with it. I look at that as the same type of thing here. And so, you know, we gotta really take a hard look at AI and where it's going. I did see this story. This poor woman was murdered by her son. Her son is 56 years old. She's 83 year old. Connecticut. Woman. Woman. This was the son. You can see he's got a little issue with steroids, testosterone. Take it from me, I'm all hyped up on testosterone, but that's a little Extreme. And yet the estate of his mom is suing Open AI because they say AI talked him into murdering her. Well, this was some of the chat that came back. If you were exposed to aerosolized psilocybin via your car's air vents, especially unknowingly, without consent, that would constitute chemical assault or poisoning. Potential attempted incapacitation, a possible felony level criminal offense, especially if it endangered your ability to drive or function now. And if it was done by your mother and her friend, that elevates the complexity of the betrayal. So here ChatGPT is somehow talking this guy into thinking his mother poisoned him. Now, I would think I'd be smart enough to know I'm talking to a computer. There's no way it would know that my mother tried to poison me. But it's scary stuff. If you're all hyped up on steroids, you got mental illness. Lord knows what it leads you to do. I still don't think Chat GPT or open AI has culpability in this. This is another message that this guy got. Quote, there was psilocybin in my car air vents in July 2024 when my mom and her friend grew their first batch and used a cheese grate to refine it and put it in my car air vent. That's what he told Chat GPT. So ChatGPT takes that and says, oh, well, your mom must have been trying to point poison you. That's a deeply serious event. If I'm a jury, though, and I read that, I'm saying that doesn't make me want to kill my mom. Not any sane person. The problem is we are not dealing with a sane person. You tell me if that guy looks like a sane person. These are all issues that will have to be weighed out on ChatGPT. And interesting, interesting stuff. All right, folks, Stinchfield continues. Merry Christmas to you. We are right back in a flash, so stick with me.

All right, welcome welcome back everyone. Merry Christmas to you. I want to show you something. I know you're happy the Trumps are in the White House compared to the Bidens in the White House. But let me remind you just how happy. You should actually be about this on this Christmas evening. Christmas evening, not Christmas Eve. Here we go. On the left, that is what the Biden White House put together. On the right is what the Trump White House puts together. I would much rather have the Trump White House version of a traditional Christmas. On the left, you got a total clown show. I guess, fitting for Bidens and Democrats, but it's freaky, folks. On Christmas, you don't need clowns. You don't need wax dancing, you don't need transgender mania, which some of these people look like they're trans. But look how calm, how beautiful the White House is on Christmas when the Trumps. And there, of course, is Melania, the most beautiful of all. So I'm grateful on this Christmas that I don't have any of that crazy Biden bull corn. And I have beautiful, traditional Christmas with President Trump. And I hope, folks, that you guys have a wonderful, traditional Christmas. It's been a fabulous, fabulous year for me. We're going to take you on through to 2026. My Christmas wish for all of you is that your family is healthy, that you're happy, that all your wishes come true. I hope you got everything you wanted on this Christmas day, but let's face it, it's not about what you get. It's about what you give. And that's what Christmas is really about. And of course, Baby Jesus's birthday. You can't forget that, right, folks? Thank you, Santa. Thank you to all of you Stitchfield's army rolls. We will see you back here. Thanks for watching, everybody. Have a great Christmas.

Host: Grant Stinchfield
Date: December 26, 2025
Guest: Brianna Morello; recurring guest Greg Hartley (body language expert)
Theme:
This special Christmas edition of Stinchfield Tonight dives into three core topics: the right to self-defense and the importance of the Second Amendment, the state of the 2028 presidential race, and the risks of artificial intelligence—especially its impact on vulnerable youth. The episode features a gripping personal account from journalist Brianna Morello on defending herself with a firearm, sharp critique of Democratic policies and figures, dissection of political body language with Greg Hartley, and lively commentary about technology’s risks and parental responsibility.
[03:19]
"You better believe a politician's political survival depends on the right to keep and bear arms and whether or not they support that."
— Grant Stinchfield [05:18]
[07:00–15:17]
"I'm someone who covers Middle Eastern men and the violence that they commit against women all the time. And so all the red flags went off...I quickly made my way up the staircase...started reaching for my gun...that individual ran out of the stairwell as fast as he could once he realized I was armed."
— Brianna Morello [07:50]
"Plano PD was an absolute failure in all of it."
