Grant Stinchfield
Well, good evening everyone. Welcome to Stitchfield. America needs a giant wake up call. Blue state governance is literally hammering, hammering away at the American taxpayer. We now have, let's call it the fraud wars underway. What is the fraud capital of the world? Is it Minnesota where we're seeing this crazy, outrageous fraud from Nick Shirley? Or is it California under the governance of Gavin Newsom? We're going to cover both of these today. I want to start in California though. A state auditor report, this is supposed to be a nonpartisan auditor that works for the state, found that eight agencies pose a high risk to the taxpayer of California because the fraud is rampant, uncovering almost $100 billion worth of fraud. Listen to how Congressman Kevin Kiley from California spelled it out. And all of this, by the way, comes on top of the incredible fraud and waste and mismanagement that we already knew about. The high speed train where there's been no Track laid in 17 years, spending $18 billion, the $32 billion during COVID at a minimum of unemployment insurance fraud, the $650 million on a canceled 911 next generation system that was canceled because the technology wasn't there. And so California is absolutely under this, Governor, the fraud capital of the United States. It most certainly could be Minnesota looks pretty bad, but I don't know, not even close to California. And nobody's talking about this because the mainstream media doesn't want to make avenues. Some look bad. Maybe the most offensive is the $24 billion spent on homelessness in California only to see homelessness in that state rise. What's Gavin Newsom's response? When I got here, the five years before I became governor, 51.8% increase in that population. And we've now started to significantly decrease that incline. Hold on, we're decreasing the incline, meaning you're not decreasing the homeless population. You're only decreasing the amount of, of extra homeless people that come into your state every year. Those are the excuses. So this auditor's report, I actually believe if the mainstream media would cover this story, poses a great threat to Gavin Newsom and his aspirations of becoming president of the United States. We found things inside here like during the COVID era where they spent $4.6 million on phones in state agencies so these workers could have cell phones during COVID first. By the way, everybody that owns a cell phone knows you get free data free calling. Just talk to my friends at Patriot Mobile, okay? Free data free. The state doesn't need to be paying for anybody's phone. It doesn't cost an employee any extra to use it for work. But $5 million for that 18 billion as we heard on this high speed rail. And I don't think there's a foot of track laid yet. So again, this is big news, maybe even bigger than in Minnesota. I want to bring in now to discuss this. My good friend, host of the morning answer out on AM 8 70. Jennifer Horn is with me. Jennifer is great to see you.
Jennifer Horn
Merry Christmas. Happy New Year.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, Jen, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too. This is something you and I have been talking about for years. This doesn't come as a surprise. I guess the only surprise is that a state auditor actually called out Gavin Newsom and the rest of California for this.
Jennifer Horn
Isn't it fun to watch Tim Walls and Gavin Newsom try to out ding dong each other on who can screw over the taxpayers worse? And I think the answer, as bad as Tim Walls is, is that because California is a bigger state, the answer is Gavin Newsom is doing it. When you look at this report, it says that it's possible that $70 billion could have been, could be lost in California. And you just did a great job outlining it. From homelessness to the 7,224 cell phones that are still being paid for that 5,000 of them even in service anymore. This is what happens in a state where there is one party rule and there is no oversight and there is no curious news media that is actually going to go through and ask the questions. And so what happens? People finally get sick and tired of paying all of this money in taxes. They're tired of programs that don't work and so they leave the state. This year, 216,000 people have left California because they're not getting the services that, that they were promised or that they deserve for the high dollar that we pay to live here.
Grant Stinchfield
Jen, can you tell me about this high speed rail project? $18 billion spent on it. Is there any track laid? And this has been going on for over a decade by the way.
Jennifer Horn
Yeah, think about this. So 18 billion spent in 18 years. So that means they've spent $1 billion a year. I'm no math major, but that's what it comes out to on this project where literally there is a little bit of track, like late in, in Modesto, California, which is in the midd. It's going really nowhere. The idea behind this was to connect Los Angeles to San Francisco and to make it efficient for people to get back and forth between these two major hubs. The problem is that you can't even get the tracks into L. A because of all the property and the ownership issues. So the closest they'll even get if they finish this project is to about 30 miles outside of Los Angeles. And I don't even know how they're going to get it into San Francisco. So it's not going to work. And even if it does, it's going to be more expensive than flying. So why wouldn't you just fly? Overall, it's going to cost $128 billion if they ever even finish the project, which would take another 30 years.
Grant Stinchfield
And much of the 18 billion already spent is federal dollars. They've been getting grant money from the feds. Correct.
Jennifer Horn
And you remember, you know, this is something that Gavin Newsom never gets called out on, but I know you'll remember this. During the first Trump administration, President President Trump was appalled by the amount of money that was spent in federal dollars on this train that literally was going nowhere. And, and by the way, they have these no bid contracts. So one of the people who made the most money on this was Dianne Feinstein's husband, who was a big developer in the state. He was able to get ahold of this contract. He made a ton of money, along with probably a lot of other cronies. And so President Trump said, hey, we want to claw back that federal money. And Gavin Newsom at that point had called off the project. He said, you know, this isn't going well. We're going to high speed rail. Well, when President Trump asked for the money back grant, that's when Gavin Newsom picked up the project again because he didn't want to have to pay back the federal money, even though he himself had acknowledged it wasn't working.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, let me play you another clip of Kevin Kiley, the congressman from Northern California. Yeah. So this came from the nonpartisan state auditor, which essentially christened California the fraud capital of the United States, with the number of agencies classified as high risk, meaning there's rampant fraud, abuse, mismanagement. It is doubled during Gavin Newsom's tenure from four agencies to eight agencies. So we're talking about all kinds of fraud when it comes to Medicaid, when.
Tom Willis
It comes to SNAP benefits, when it.
Grant Stinchfield
Comes to uninsurance benefits. All right, Jen, so my last question for you is, what does this do to Gavin Newsom and his career as a future president wannabe anyway?
Jennifer Horn
Well, thank God for you for bringing it up because again, the mainstream media is not going to talk about this because he is the front runner right now for 2028. What this does, though, however, it puts California at risk for losing federal dollars. It ruins our credit rating. And if you have a good strong candidate, like perhaps a JD Vance or a Marco Rubio who might be running together, he needs to be called out for this because I still contend the people in Oklahoma, the people in Kentucky, do not want to see all of the fraud that runs rampant and the failure in California across our country. So I do think there's a chance that we can use this against Gavin Newsom in 2028. But it's going to take strong candidates who know all of this stuff so they can hold them accountable.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, this is exactly why we're doing this, because nobody else is. And we appreciate all your insight. Nobody knows California better than you. Jen Horn at Jennifer Horn on the platform X and of course on the radio out at a.m. 8:70 every morning from 6 to 9am Pacific. Jen, thank you for coming on.
Jennifer Horn
On I suffer so you don't have to.
Grant Stinchfield
There you go. We love having Jen on. And a happy New Year to you, Jan, as well. Okay, now we move to Minnesota. I'll tell you, I don't know who wins. Right. I'm pretty sure Gavin Newsom has the record for the most amount of money, but the most egregious in your face and ignored fraud. The award may go to Tim Tampon Walls. Okay, Governor Walls, we now have evidence of more Somali fraud thanks to this independent journalist, Nick Shirley, who I've been following for a long time on X and YouTube. He did what the mainstream media wouldn't do. Notice I didn't say couldn't do, I said wouldn't do. He literally went door to door trying to see where all the money was going from health care outlets to daycare centers, daycare centers with no kids. Watch.
John Lott
Well, this is actually two daycares are registered here. One of them is Mako, which you see on this sign. The other one is mini child care center. And between the two of these childcare centers, they're pulling in about $3 million a year and there are no children. Every facility you go to, the windows will be blocked out, so you can't see in.
Grant Stinchfield
There's nobody here. You won't see a single child at.
John Lott
Any of these facilities.
Eric Eggers
There are indeed no windows.
Public Investing Advertisement
All the windows are blacked out right here.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, let's go in.
Eric Eggers
And the child care center is locked.
Grant Stinchfield
Should we ring the doorbell?
Public Investing Advertisement
Try to get in.
Eric Eggers
Rang the doorbell, nobody showed up.
Grant Stinchfield
They're open seven days a week, 7am.
Eric Eggers
To 10pm it says here on their sign. Yet there's absolutely nobody here.
Grant Stinchfield
And yet, allegedly, they're receiving taxpayer money. I'd like to ask them some questions. They're more than welcome to come on this program. They can go on my website, Grantstinchfield.com reach out to me. But Nick Shirley couldn't get any answers. He found one building with about 30 different healthcare agencies in it across the street from childcare agencies. Nobody wanted to provide him health care. And that building, by their estimate, was pulling in $60 million worth of state funds. Roll the next clip.
Eric Eggers
These buildings should be operating as they're.
Grant Stinchfield
Receiving literally millions of dollars.
Public Investing Advertisement
I knocked on the door, and to my surprise, somebody actually answered the door.
John Lott
Hello.
Eric Eggers
Can we speak? I would like to check a child in the daycare.
Grant Stinchfield
Why?
Eric Eggers
Can I speak to a manager? Where can I get paperwork to file for my son?
Grant Stinchfield
I wanted to put my son Joey.
Eric Eggers
In daycare, and after a few questions, the lady went silent.
Grant Stinchfield
So you run a daycare center, but somebody wants to talk to you about bringing a kid into the daycare, but you don't talk to them. What the world is going on with that? So you want to know the governor's response? Tim Walls, his response to this? His people put out a statement on accident, reads that he's worked years to crack down on fraud, and now he wants to ask the legislature for more authority to do that. Are you kidding me? Governor Walsh, you've worked years to crack down on fraud. Is that an admission that your work is ineptitude, that you have no ability to crack down on anything? Or you're simply lying in that tweet. But it gets even worse. Because now the left answer to the Somali fraud that's being exposed by others, including Nick Shirley, is this. This is what happens when your own federal government wages war against you. This is what happens when they target communities for their own benefit. This is what happens when they scapegoat. And this is what say happens when they no longer hide the idea of white supremacy. When you hear the vice President, United States Talk about. Now white people won't have to apologize. Apologize for being white. White supremacy. You've got daycare center after daycare center, empty health care facility after health care facility that doesn't offer you any health care. It's not about white supremacy. It's about making sure the taxpayer money is being spent properly. Now, Somalis threaten to blame the state for engaging in racism if they continue to investigate. Who do you think that's from? The New York Times. A couple of weeks ago, the New York Times wrote an article calling out the Democrats in Minnesota. The New York Times said that they were threatened, Governor Walz and others, that the Somalis would say, hey, you're racist if you investigate. Back off. And what did the government do? They backed off. Now the reality is this has nothing to do with race. It does have to do with. With the fact that the largest engager, it appears, of this behavior is the Somali community. Listen to this.
John Lott
This year they got 1.9 million. Last year they got 1.5 million of your tax money for 99 children.
John Jubilee
We just want to know, where are the kids?
John Lott
Right.
Grant Stinchfield
Where are the children?
US Ski and Snowboard Insider Advertisement
I don't see them.
Grant Stinchfield
I've been here since 2017. I haven't seen anybody like that. Never seen a child? Not at all.
Public Investing Advertisement
And so you've never seen a child.
Grant Stinchfield
Here for eight years? Nope, not at all. And how does that make you feel.
Eric Eggers
Knowing that this place is receiving $1.9 million?
John Lott
Disgusting.
Grant Stinchfield
You know the other gentleman who was helping Nick Shirley out there, the older man with white hair? His name's David. How did he get on this case? Simply driving by, working in the area, noticing that all these daycare centers have no children. So we started doing a freedom of information request to see where the money was going. Again, these are independent, what amounts to journalists. And again, the leftist media doesn't care about this. The leftist media wants to ignore. They want to cover. Their credibility is shot. Now just denounce it. But they can't. Instead, we get this from a New York times writer. Cut 8.
Jennifer Horn
But of course, the other factor here is that because it looks like the.
Grant Stinchfield
Somali population in Minnesota, the Somali immigrant population may have been involved in some way. Those people are being scapegoated. And that community is being scapegoated in.
Jennifer Horn
A way that certainly serves the far right.
Grant Stinchfield
Nobody's being scapegoated. You're responsible for your own actions. And I swear, as God is my witness, if this was a Republican group that was doing this, if they were white bad actors doing it, if they were Asian bad actor. I would call it out, because this is what we do on this program. We call out waste, fraud, and abuse. Now, Cash Patel says he's going to dispatch federal agents into Minnesota and start investigating this at a. At a very fast and furious pace. And, well, he should. That's the tweet from Cash Patel right there says this is the very tip of the large iceberg. Well, on with me now to discuss this, vice president of research at the Government Accountability Institute and author of Fraud how the Left Plans to Steal the Next Election, Eric Eggers is with us. Eric, welcome to the program.
Eric Eggers
Hey, Grant, it's great to be with you. And you're exactly right. If there was a network of Christian homeschool parents who were defrauding the government to the tune of tens or hundreds of millions of dollars, it would be leading every network broadcast in the country. Instead, because it's a group of Somalis, the opposite is true. Thank goodness for your program to be able to shed light on this incredibly important and expensive issue.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, I appreciate that, Eric. And the truth is, it would be leading this program, too, because if you're stealing from taxpayers, I don't care who you are, it's wrong. If you break the law, it's wrong. Just as I call out congressmen and women who are getting rich on the backs of the American taxpayer. I don't care if you're Republican or Democrat. But that's not how it is, Eric. For the Democrats, it amazes me the lengths they will go to defend this behavior and the Somali community and the fraudsters engaging in this, Eric.
Eric Eggers
So think about this, right? Like, of all the different fraudulent programs that have existed in Minnesota. And by the way, the Tim Waltz tweet is so fabricated, it's ridiculous. Not only has he been working to not expose the fraud, he's been working with Democrats in the Minnesota legislature to help cover it up. He actually worked to try to prevent a bipartisan effort to create an independent investigator general to look into all this stuff to stop it. But that's, you know, an aside. The point is, is that in Minnesota, just one of the different aspects of fraud, Autism centers, they went from 6.6 million dollars of autism spending to to like 192 million. Something like a small number of centers, 50 centers, maybe to 300, if it was anything else, would be a public health crisis. Why all of a sudden, is everyone autistic? But instead, because it's a Somali community and the money's flowing to a reliable Democrat voting bloc, they look the other way These Somali business people met. We have the secret audio recording with their. Where they met with Attorney General Keith Ellison a month before they were raided by the feds. And they said, listen, the state authorities are investigating us. They're asking us to provide too much information because they're racist. They're picking on us because we're Somali. Will you please help us? And Keith Ellison, because he's an elected statewide Democrat, said, of course I'll help you. I don't care about the blowback. I put a white man in prison for what he did with George Floyd. I'm certainly willing to stand up on your behalf. And then a month later, the feds came in and said, look, and all these guys are providing and committing fraud. It's a scale scandal, but that's the playbook they've been using for years in Minnesota and getting away with it.
Grant Stinchfield
Eric, your organization is committed to, to rooting out this, this kind of waste, fraud and abuse. When you look at this case, how large do you think it gets? Where do we go from here with this?
Eric Eggers
So here's what I'm concerned about, Grant. And you know, I heard your guest earlier talking about the parallels with California, and she's exactly right. You know, the similar similarities actually quite striking. Tim Walsh was actually the vice presidential nominee. Gavin Newsom is a presumptive presidential front runner. You've got one party rule. But think about this, Grant. So Democrats have been in charge in Minnesota for the last two decades. No Republican has won a statewide office for 20 years. The person who's been in charge of the Democrat Party in Minnesota for the last 15 years is Ken Martin. Well, he's not in charge of the Democrat Party in Minnesota anymore. Do you know why? Because he's now in charge of the Democrat Party for the country. He's head of the dnc. So they've created this model of one party rule and reliable kickbacks. The voting constituencies of these migrant groups who hide behind identity politics. So they're protective species. And then it's this, an unvirtuous cycle that's perpetuated. In Minnesota, it's costing maybe $10 billion, as you heard. In California, it's maybe 100 billion. But unfortunately, I believe this is the model the Democrats want to replicate throughout the rest of the country. So how big is it? It's big, it's bad, it's been neglected. But if you allow Democrats to go unchecked, they get even more power. I think this will unfortunately be a national scandal.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, let me, let me play this clip for you because it backs up exactly what you're saying about Democrat rule, especially in Minnesota. This is Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan. She's running for United States Senate now in Minnesota. The pandering and appeasement of the Somali community is stunning to me. Check this out. This is her in hijab and she is not a Muslim, by the way. Roland. Salaam alaykum.
Jennifer Horn
My name is Peggy Flanagan.
Grant Stinchfield
I am the Lieutenant Governor of Minnesota.
Jennifer Horn
And I'm really honored and humbled to be here with all of you today.
Grant Stinchfield
I am incredibly clear that the Somali community is part of the fabric of this nation state of Minnesota. Eric. I mean it literally. I almost fall out of my chair. I mean, I guess it's to be expected, but my lord, your reaction.
Eric Eggers
My, My reaction is if it was like a movie. It's like from the people who brought you Gavin Newsom's Kwanzaa tweet, comes Peggy Flanagan in a hijab. Her name is Peggy Flanagan. Okay. Like, you can't make this up. It's like a Saturday Night Live commercial, only it's real. And their motives are unfortunately so cynical and they're so unselfaware or they, they think so little of the Minnesota people that they think that this is how you win votes. And they have 20 years to back up that this is a playbook that will be successful. I mean, the one difference between Tim Waltz and Gavin Newsom. To go back to your earlier question, Gavin Newsom has yet to change the California flag to, to reflect the population that he's pandering to. At least not yet. Let's give it a minute. Because he hasn't run for president officially. But Tim Wolf did that, right? Like he oversaw Minnesota had an awesome flag and now it looks strikingly like the Somali flag. It's insane. So, you know, there's 100,000 people there. They. You don't win statewide election if you're Tim Waltz or if you're Keith Ellison or even Ilhan Omar, who by the way appeared in a commercial feature in one of the restaurants caught up in the feeding scandal that was revolved around 125 fake meals in Minnesota over Covid. So these people, they've been doing it for years. It's shameless. There's been no accountability and they think they're going to continue to get away with it, which is why Peggy Flanagan is doing things like this.
Grant Stinchfield
In many respects, it's a shame. We need groups like yours and independent guys like Nick Shirley to go out banging on doors and start exposing it all to get the coverage that it deserves. Eric Eggers, great having you on the program. Thank you, sir. I appreciate you.
Eric Eggers
You Grant, it's a pleasure to be with you and your audience. Thank you. Have a great night.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. Thank you. Look folks, this, this may have some positive repercussions for Republicans. You know, we have a Senate race. The Republicans lost by five points in 2020 in Minnesota. We could win a Senate race if the people of Minnesota wake up and see what leadership or so called leadership looks like there with all of this fraud. Grant Stinchfield
Welcome back everyone. Right now, as we speak, about 350 National Guard troops groups are on their way to Louisiana, specifically New Orleans.
John Jubilee
Why?
Grant Stinchfield
Because of the heightened terror threat and crime and everything that's about to unfold on New Year's Eve. Land security investigations, FBI and other local law enforcement partners. We did just foil a planned attack.
Jennifer Horn
For New Year's Eve, where there are.
Washington Post Advertisement
Coordinated bombings by a very far left terrorist organization.
Grant Stinchfield
But that being said, I think what.
Jennifer Horn
The Trump administration has done so well is really breaking down these silos in the intelligence community.
Grant Stinchfield
So this deployment to New Orleans comes after a 63 Supreme Court decision that blocked President Trump's plan to use National Guard troops to protect ICE agents and federal property in Chicago. Now it all comes down to a term quote regular forces and what that means, and according to current law, constitutional law, that President Trump can only call up the National Guard if regular forces can't do the job. So what does regular forces mean? This is the big question. Supreme Court ruled that the National Guard is not regular forces. Here's constitutional attorney John Yu.
John Jubilee
The unintended consequence here might be that.
Grant Stinchfield
The president is going to have to call the 82nd Airborne or the Marines or the 101st Airborne Division, as, for example, President Eisenhower did after Brown vs Board of Education in the south to enforce desegregation.
John Jubilee
President Trump might have to do that.
Grant Stinchfield
First in order to protect those federal buildings, those ICE agents. And then if they fail, he can then call out the National Guard.
Jennifer Horn
All right.
Grant Stinchfield
Because there's a difference between the National Guard and active duty military under the command of the Pentagon before being called up. Okay, so all of this will have ramifications. Chicago will be a more dangerous place because of the limitations that's being put on President Trump. And what do you think, Brandon Johnson, the mayor of Chicago's response to all of this is? You think all right, will flood the zone, cops will make sure the people are safe? No.
Tom Willis
The second executive order that I signed.
Grant Stinchfield
Momentarily is the executive order that is capping police overtime spending.
Tom Willis
The order requires CPD to receive executive authorization and city council approval for overtime.
US Ski and Snowboard Insider Advertisement
Spending which exceeds the budget, the budgeted cap.
Grant Stinchfield
He's capping cops overtime. They already have fewer officers than ever before in Chicago. He says he wants to give the cops the rest they need. That's not what he's doing. He's taking cops off the street to give criminals the upper hand because this is what radical leftists do. But back to this idea that President Trump can't call up the National Guard for these things, and he is now calling up the National Guard in Louisiana. What, what will play out with all of this? Well, I want to bring in now constitutional attorney, active National Guardsman, also Green Beret, I believe. West Virginia state Senator and candidate for U.S. senate, Tom Willis is with us. Senator, great to have you on the program.
Tom Willis
Great to be with you. Thanks for having me, Grant.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so this is somewhat complicated. I was reading a very long, drawn out explanation of this, and my head started spinning, spinning. Can you simplify this for us and explain why President Trump can call up the National Guard to Louisiana but not to Chicago?
Tom Willis
Well, let's focus on Chicago first. So what happened was Trump federalized about 300 National Guardsmen in October. The District Court, federal district court put a temporary restraining order on that Deployment. The appeals court for the Seventh Circuit confirmed that temporary restraining order. They refused to grant the Trump administration a stay against that temporary restraining order. And the Supreme Court affirmed the 7th Circuit's refusal to grant the government a stay. So what this means is that the case isn't over. It just goes back to the district court for full litigation at this point. So it's still going to be litigated. They're still going to duke it out in the district court, and we'll see how it pans out. But the Supreme Court basically said in the Chicago case that there are two criteria that the Trump administration needs to meet. One is that there's a legal authority for regular military forces to enforce the law. And then, number two, they're unable to do so. And only then can you mobilize the National Guard or federalize the National Guard. And they hadn't met those circumstances. So that's. That was the ruling. Kavanaugh wrote a concurrence and just said he would just focus on the unable language. And then Alito wrote a dissent that said there's a long tradition of using the National Guard to protect federal property and personnel. And he disagreed with the majority opinion.
Grant Stinchfield
And I believe Clarence Thomas, who also sided with Alito, said that, hey, we made this decision, but arguments weren't really be even been able to be made on President Trump's behalf. This was just the Supreme Court stepping in and making a ruling before they heard even any arguments, correct?
Tom Willis
That's absolutely correct, Grant. That was a large part of the dissenting opinion. The fact that there were not full briefings, there were not full oral arguments. And the dissent, Alito, Thomas Gorsuch pointed out that for such a critical issue like this, that's going to have not just short term ramifications under the Trump administration, but long term ramifications for future presidencies. Really, there should have been a full briefing, full oral arguments to decide this case.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, Senator, so you're a Green Beret. Correct. And thank you for your service for that active duty National Guard. What's your opinion about President Trump using the National Guard in these situations, whether it's in Chicago or Louisiana or D.C. or California. Your thoughts?
Tom Willis
Well, I'm a rever, I'm a reservist National Guardsman. I'm not full time active duty. But, you know, look, to me, Grant, it just goes back to a clear divide between Democrats and Republicans. And it's one of the reasons why I'm proud to be a part of the Republican Party. You look at Democrat run cities and you see crime and insecurity and you look at the Republicans and we're the party of law and order and safety and security. That's why I'm proud to be running for U.S. senate as a Republican candidate in West Virginia. Look, I agree with John Yoo and the clip you just showed before. There are a lot of unintended consequences here. It's almost as if the Supreme Court is inviting the Trump administration to deploy active duty military, which, you know, which is less desirable than National Guard for obvious reasons. That's why the Posse Comitatis act was passed after the Civil War. I think you're going to have more lawlessness in Democrat run cities, you know, which may help Republicans in the midterms. And frankly, sometimes you need to let people feel the heart, reap the harvest of the seeds that they sow. Sometimes those are foolish seeds and you reap a harvest of foolishness. So there's going to be some long term repercussions here. We'll see how it plays out. But you asked previously about New Orleans in Louisiana. That's a little bit different case because in that situation the governor asked, actually requested the Trump administration to federalize National Guard and to help out. And so whereas Governor Landry asked for help, Governor Pritzker did not in this fighting it. And there's a different legal status for each of those scenarios under the, under federal law and the Insurrection act specifically.
Grant Stinchfield
Interesting. And go figure. You have Republican leadership in Louisiana and not so not so much in Illinois. And so Republicans again asking for the help the other out all of this. I guess Congress could act and pass legislatively and give President Trump the power to do this and then override the act that you mentioned.
Tom Willis
Certainly that's, that's a possibility. Whether they could get something like that done in a year with midterm elections coming up, you know, that's debatable. I think they're probably going to boot kick the can down the road and let the president deal with this one on his own and the, and the political repercussions from it.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so you're running for a United States Senate seat in West Virginia. Tom Willis, tell people where they can find you and help you out.
Tom Willis
I appreciate it, Grant. Thanks for having me on. You can find out more about me@tom willis.com.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, Tom, here I'm gonna, I'm gonna ask you one, one major question. I ask all of these candidates. All right, Tom Willis.com if you win, don't big time me and not come back on the show anymore. All right, we'll get you out a lot leading up to the election, but if you win, you got to come back on.
Tom Willis
Give you my word, I'll be on.
Grant Stinchfield
Thank you, buddy. I'm just teasing him a little bit, but. But actually, I'm not. That happens a lot, especially with senators. Not so much with members of Congress, but senators. They'll use this all the time and then they win and they disappear. All right, folks, myth busted. Illegal aliens do commit crimes at a higher rate than U.S. citizens. We will get into that next.

Welcome back everyone. President Trump deserves a big time salute and tip of the cap. Crime is down in virtually all categories since he has burst onto the scene, I think in large part due to his mass deportation plan and of course, going out there and capturing criminals. From an FBI standpoint, look at this graphic. 23.2% decrease in motor vehicle theft 19% in murder, 18% robbery 14% burglary 12% decrease in property crime, violent crime down 10% theft and rape both down almost 9%. Aggravated assault down about seven and a half percent. These folks are amazing numbers and it goes back to, I believe, the illegal aliens that are here in the United States and the revolving door in our prison system. Now thanks to our friend John Lott over at the Crime Prevention Research center, we figured out something and we'll figure out a lot more. We'll bring him on to talk about it. But you know, Democrats love to skew the numbers. So they'll tell you that immigrants to the United States don't commit crimes, that they're, they're law abiding. The problem is they're including legal immigrants with illegal immigrants and legal immigrants. To their credit, legal with an L commit far fewer crimes than illegals do. So this brings the number down. If you only include illegals, the number goes through the roof. Joining me now to talk about this is the man I just mentioned, the president of the Crime prevention research center, Dr. John Lott is with us. John, it's great to have you back on.
John Lott
Oh, it's great to talk to you. Happy New Year.
Grant Stinchfield
Happy New Year to you too. So this is how they cherry Pick numbers. Lumping one group in with a number, it skews the data overall. What did you find, John?
John Lott
Well, what we looked at was the prison system and jail system in New York State. And ICE has 7,113 detainers for those who are currently incarcerated in New York. And that turns out to be 14% of all those that are incarcerated. If you compare that to the percentage of the general population which are illegal aliens, it's estimated about 4%. So that's almost three and a half times more over representation in terms of those who are incarcerated compared to the general population.
Grant Stinchfield
John? I believe the number may even be bigger because New York, if I'm correct, does not ask immigration status. So these are only the ones that the federal government actually knows. They could have a whole slew more and probably do that they didn't even ask the immigration status of.
John Lott
Right. I mean, there are multiple reasons for believing that this is an underestimate. You're raising one. Obviously, New York's not assisting ICE in evaluating whether these the people in their jails and prisons are illegals or not. But there's another problem, and that is many illegals are taken into custody by ICE when they've been arrested for crimes or charged with crimes or convicted even before they get to prison. And so they never show up. You know, you have two robbers. One is an American who commits a robbery, he'll end up going to prison. An illegal alien may be removed before he gets to prison. And so looking at the jail and prison populations will underestimate their share. Plus, in many cases, even when they are in prison, ICE will go and deport them before the end of their prison sentences. New York will not allow that to happen. In fact, earlier this year, after January 20th, they had released almost 7,000 illegals, including murderers and child rapists and other violent criminals and other crimes that they had released and would not let ICE pick them up even when they were released. They were just released back into the general population there. And so there are multiple reasons for believing that that 14% dramatically underestimates the total. Maybe not as much as it would if you were to look at some other state like Texas, which works closely with ICE in terms of deporting criminals, but would still underestimate it.
Grant Stinchfield
So it looks to me that illegal aliens, according to the data you saw in New York, commit crimes at a much higher rate than other populations. Now, I don't know whether it was intended or unintended, but one of the other takeaways for me is something that I've been arguing. I'm okay with legal immigration, provided you're coming from a country where you can be vetted and we know who's. Who's coming. I'm all for legal immigration. This proves that legal immigrants do not really commit crimes in a very big way. Correct job.
John Lott
Well, this data really doesn't break it down by legal versus illegal. I mean, doesn't tell me anything about the number of legal immigrants. I just know the number of people.
Grant Stinchfield
Here who are here illegally.
John Lott
And as we say, that's an underestimate. One thing that we found that was interesting is just the costs. You know, the most conservative estimate for the state of New York is that it costs about a billion dollars, at least a billion dollars a year to go and house these criminals in jails and prisons in the state. You know, that's a billion dollars that they could save if they would just let ICE go and deport those individuals that they have locked up and have convicted of crimes.
Grant Stinchfield
Is that a billion just for New York?
John Lott
John? That's for just for New York. And that's a very conservative estimate because we don't know what portion of those individuals are in jails and what portion are in prisons. Prisons tend to cost less for housing people than the jails do. And so if you just assume all of them were in prison, which is obviously not the case, you would get a lower number. And that's. And that's where the 1 billion is. It could be as high as 1.4 billion a year.
Eric Eggers
Wow.
Grant Stinchfield
It's amazing stuff. I know you wrote a piece for the New York Post. I urge everyone to go out there and read it. It's always fascinating when you break down the numbers for us. Dr. John Lottie, crime Prevention Research Center. We appreciate you coming on. Make sure you have a happy New Year, John.

Listen up, folks. How many times you made a New Year's resolution? Lose the weight. You start working out, you're gonna go on this diet and you fail. I bet you a lot. If you're like me, it's happened. Until I found energized health. Watch this. I am tickled to death. I feel better than I have in years. I went from being on Ozempic for 13 years and having lost all my body strength, my digestive system's working properly again. Things are back to normal. And I can't believe I'm getting my life back. That was my biggest goal. When I did the 555. We had a long conversation. You told me that you could help me and you have.
John Jubilee
Thank God, brother, that we got connected. Because now you're going to live a long, powerful life.
John Lott
Life.
Grant Stinchfield
I'm finally off of it. And that's what I wanted to do. I'm going to tell you something right now, folks. No matter what you take away today, this ozempic, these GLP1s, they are bad news. They eat your muscle away. Not good. And I'll tell you this, New Year's resolutions are great. You got to find a way to stick to one. I have a solution for you. It is energized health. I lost 15 pounds in two weeks. An 88 day program that literally changed my life and has continued to change my life. I want to bring in the founder, our good friend John Jubilee is with us. John, welcome to the program. All right, John, so a sustainable solution. I'm sure you got plenty of clients who said, you know what? I tried every fad diet out there. None of them worked or they worked for a few weeks. But you have, you have the answer. Tell me about it.
John Jubilee
Well, Grant, I want to encourage people today that. Listen, every one of us, every one of us has made New Year's resolutions and we failed our New Year's resolution year after year after year after year. That is 99% of every 1 of us in the United States of America. But I got some good news for you today. How would you like to make one last resolution? Last New Year's resolution? Because I'm going to encourage you today. If you'll join us, if you'll join us January 5th for a 555 challenge. This will be the last New Year's resolution that you ever make. So Grant, we have tens of thousands of people just like what you said every year. They tried every kind of diet, every kind of program, every kind of supplement. Nothing was ever sustainable until they did the energized health protocol. And then they got their best health and they lost all their fat.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, what I love right now is at the beginning of the year, you have this, my five, five, five challenge coming up. You don't always do them, but this is a five day health reset. Five days, $5, 5 pounds guaranteed. Why is this so important? And it seems to me like it's a great way to get off on the right foot coming off of the holiday season.
John Jubilee
Well, what's so great about it is, look, guys, my wife and I will be with you about 45 minutes a day for five days. We walk through all the science. Why did you fail on every other diet, every other exercise, why did you fail? What is the science behind failing? And what is the science that will cause you to succeed? So we'll help you learn what not to ever do again and what to do for the rest of your life. And when you heard this gentleman say he had a conversation with me, if you guys up level to the vip, you get to have one on one conversations with Chelsea and I in that VIP and we FedEx you a scale. And Grant has this scale, it measures your metabolic age, your visceral, your subcutaneous fat, but most importantly, it measures your hydration so you know where you are. And guys, it's less than 100 bucks. So I would really encourage you get yourself in the vip, make this your last New Year's resolution that you ever do. But at the most, you're investing either $5 or $99 if you want all the extra time. And the medical device that will measure all of your health markers that you need to know.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, you know, I've told you many times before, I use that device every day to measure all those markers because it really gives me a good indication of where I'm going. So, so that makes sense. And look, coming away with losing five pounds in five days, you can't go wrong. John, I'll give you the last word here.
John Jubilee
Well, again, listen, I just want to encourage you guys if you want to have your best health, your best energy, your best strength, and have something that's sustainable, you know, do a little bit of research. Guys, we have tens of thousands of documented, successful people that they had tried everything but this is what changed their life. So come on, you got nothing to lose. You got everything to gain. We put our money where our mouth is. We 100% money back. Guarantee everything we do at Energized Health.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, it's so great. And John, I'll back them up. They can go do all the research they want. But if they're a member of Stitchfield's army and are watching this program, just trust me. I went through it. I went through the whole program and I'm still utilizing the Energized Health program. And you asked me at 56, I look pretty good, John. I forget 60 something.
John Jubilee
65, baby.
Grant Stinchfield
65 and looking good. So that's what it could do for you. John. Happy New Year to you. Thanks for your support of this program and helping so many of us get healthy.
John Jubilee
Well, thank you again, Grant. And I'm looking forward. Grant, let's get Stitchfield's army right. It'll be like going to. Come on guys. Be the easiest basic training you ever did that my fight.
Grant Stinchfield
I love it. Thanks, John. All right, here's what you do, folks. Throughout, the tone is adversarial toward Democratic leadership, direct, and unapologetically conservative-populist. The spirit is combative but interwoven with moments of wit and levity, and there is strong emphasis on media critique and political accountability.
The episode serves as an indictment of perceived widespread government waste and fraud in blue states, critiques what the host frames as media complicity, and warns of the national risks of political and administrative models established in California and Minnesota. It also showcases right-wing perspectives on crime, immigration, and federal authority, offering listeners actionable advice on personal health, all framed in an urgent, combative, and resolutely patriotic style.
