Welcome to Stitchfield. Minneapolis is absolutely collapsing. It's collapsing under the so called leadership of city leaders, but also the leadership of the governor in Minnesota. I want you to look at what happened last night. The unthinkable. Looters, rioters have broken into an ICE cruiser. That cruiser, they steal sensitive documents about ICE targets, target plans. They stole what could be a rifle. They stole the personal information of far too many ICE agents. Why did they do this? You know, in essence, Governor Tim Walz told them to. ICE agents are going door to door ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live.
D
They're pulling over people indiscriminately, including US.
A
Citizens, and demanding to see their papers. And at grocery stores, at bus stops, even at our schools, they're breaking windows, dragging pregnant women down the street. Just plain grabbing Minnesotans and shoving them into unmarked vans. Kidnapping innocent people with no warning and no due process. That speech the governor gave last night is so reckless and so filled with lies, it is a dereliction of duty. It borderlines on insurrectionism, if not flat out insurrectionism. And you ask why these goons would be emboldened to break into a ICE cruiser? Because Tim Walsh said it's okay. I want you to look at what Mercado Media released. Now, we blurred out the names of these Ice Age. It's something Mercado Media did not do. Which means they followed orders and they doxed these ICE agents. Watch this.
B
I have paperwork.
E
Oh, boy.
A
What do you have?
B
I have paperwork from these vehicles with full last names, phone numbers, emails, addresses.
E
Oh, wow.
A
Oh, wow. There's their number, their call sign.
B
These were the vehicles. These are the vehicles that were here for the shooting. Too many protesters came up. They couldn't move their vehicles.
A
They fled on foot.
B
These are the officers involved. They left all of this behind. This is where they take the transports of their immigration targets.
A
Yeah, they call them targets because that's what they are. They're flabbergasted targets. That's what they're called. Yes, they're criminal targets. Now, again, there were pages and pages of ICE agent information. These radical leftists will show up at the families houses of these ICE agents. That isn't right. But again, they're just following orders from their dopey beta male Leader will hide in the governor's mansion while all this is going down. Help us establish a record of exactly what's happening in our communities. You have an absolute right to peacefully film ICE agents as they conduct these activities. So carry your phone with you at all times and if you see these.
D
ICE agents in your neighborhood, take out.
A
That phone and hit record. Help us create a database of the atrocities against Minnesotans. Not just to establish a record for posterity, but to bank evidence for future prosecution. The governor of Minnesota, a once great state, is waging war on federal agents. That's the insurrection going on in America today. You have a governor of one of the greatest states in America. Minnesota is a beautiful place with beautiful people, except in Minneapolis in the big cities. Like most other states in their big cities that, that are leftist ding dongs that often turn violent. He's telling them to dox these agents. Watch this as illegal aliens break into another. This is cut 11, please. If you can show the video of 11. It's as almost as if they have a death wish here.
F
Holy.
A
That's an illegal alien behind the wheel of car trying to get away from ICE agents. Watch this. Ramming vehicles. Ultimately, she's removed from the vehicle. It's again as if they have an absolute death wish. It's. It's despicable behavior. And this is the governor that is almost rvp. Okay, this is Caroline Levitt on the Hill. To show you how the media covers all of this stuff, I'm going to play the entire interaction. The, the. I'm always going to say, gentlemen, this guy is not a gentleman. He's a political hack posing as a journalist. His name is Niall Stanaj. He reports for the Hill Watch. Earlier you were just defending ICE agents generally.
G
And earlier on, Secretary Noem spoke to the media and she said, among other things, that they are doing everything correctly.
A
32 people died in ICE custody last year.
G
170 US citizens were detained by ICE.
A
And Renee Goode was shot in the.
G
Head and killed by an ICE agent. How does that equate to them doing everything correctly?
B
Why was Renee Goode unfortunately and tragically killed?
G
Are you asking me my opinion? Because an ICE agent acted recklessly and killed it unjustifiable.
B
Oh, okay, so you're a biased reporter with a left wing opinion.
G
What do you want me to do?
B
Yeah, because you're a left wing hack. You're not a reporter. You're posing in this room as a journalist. And it's so clear. Clear by the premise of your question. And you and the People in the media who have such biases, but fake like you're a journalist, you shouldn't even be sitting in that seat. But you're pretending like you're a journalist, but you're a left wing activist. And the question that you just raised and your answer proves your bias. You should be reporting on the facts. You should be reporting on the cases. Do you have the numbers of how many American citizens were killed at the hands of illegal aliens who ICE is trying to remove from this country? I bet you don't. I bet you didn't even read up on those stories. I bet you never even read about Lake and Riley or Jocelyn Nungray or all of the innocent Americans who were killed at the hands of illegal aliens in this country. And the brave men and women of ICE are doing everything in their power to remove those heinous individuals and make our communities safer. And shame on people like you in the media who have a crooked view and have a biased view and pretend like you're a real honest journalist.
A
Caroline Levitt's amazing. I mean, she is fabulous. And she's spot on on all of it. Now that guy works for the Hill. That is one of the outlets of record in Washington D.C. you'll have every member of Congress that will read the Hill every morning. And that's we work.
B
Sure.
A
And you heard his comments. He exposed himself now to this shooting. Another one yesterday that involved an ICE agent. I am really concerned for ICE agent safety. Not so much about the ambush of the ICE agents. Yes, people ambushed him as they tried a targeted stop. The illegal alien flees in his car, crashes it gets out. A rumble ensues. They're beating the ICE agent with a shovel. The ICE agent shoots the suspect in the leg. This is what concerns me most. It was a tweet by dhs. DHS tweeted this. He was being ambushed by three individuals. The officer fired a defensive shot to defend his life. Folks, again, I'm gonna repeat to you. I've trained with police officers. I'm certified in advanced patrol tactics. I'm not a cop. But there is no such thing as a defensive shot. You shoot center mass to stop the threat. That's your sole goal. Stop the threat. Not shoot him in the leg, not shoot him in the arm. My biggest fear right now is you have ICE agents that are so afraid to use deadly force to save their own lives because of the backlash that will sue ensue from ding dong Democrats that don't understand that agents have a right to go home safely and not be run over by cars or beat by shovels that we're now shooting at people's legs. This will get an agent killed. I am convinced of that. I want to bring in now to discuss this border security adviser for the Federation for American Immigration Reform, and former Border Patrol agent himself, Art Del Cueto is here with us. Art, welcome to the program.
E
Thank you, Grant. I mean, I'm listening to you and hearing everything you're saying, and it's just. It infuriates me more and more. I'm glad we have FCC rules or else, you know, I'd be dropping F bombs myself. But I don't want to be as irresponsible as some of those leadership in Minneapolis. This has been a direct issue because there's people on the left that have caused this, and it's not just in Minnesota, and it's spread all over the place. Our own mayor in Tucson here has been in some of the rallies telling people, we won't obey, we won't comply, they can't stop us. And that empowers these, these whack jobs, these lunatics, to do what they're doing. That's why they're ramming vehicles. That's why they're throwing projectiles at agents. That's why they're chasing him with what, shovels? Wanting to kill him. Look, it's frustrating because while these politicians are doing this, they're sitting there with law enforcement right next to them as private security law. The ICE agents, when they go home, they don't have that. The families don't have that. They don't have. I'm walking around. I'm retired, Grant, and my DMs are so covered in death threats and everything else. I'm walking around with three pistols with me at all times because of how bad these lunatics out there are. And you're absolutely right, we're going to end up getting an ICE agent killed or somebody else is going to die. And that lady in Minnesota that died, she died because she was brainwashed by these groups. And it's been happening for too long. They attacked President Trump in Pennsylvania and they attempted to kill him because of the same lunatic talk of these individuals, calling them Nazis, Gestapo and everything else. It is sickening. They do not deserve to be in leadership positions, just like a lot of these cops that are leaders of police departments. They don't deserve to be leaders in those police departments either. It's. It upsets me to no end, Grant.
A
I know it does, and it should. And, you know, I salute the passion in you because I know you deeply care for these men and women that are out on the line doing this work. Do you think like I do? Is there a chance that this officer shooting for the leg. I'm not criticizing him for doing what he did. I'm not. I do think though, this is going to be a real big problem down the road. It could get an agent killed because they're so afraid to use force that is justified now.
E
Absolutely. And I'll tell you what, these people are so dumb, they're going to start questioning on, well, if your life was really in danger, why did you just shoot him in the leg? That's how dumb these people are. They use their own ridiculous logic to, to make excuses for the actions of criminals. I've seen it back and forth with the ICE agent that had to shoot at the, at the lady that was trying to commit murder and assassinate him in the vehicle. And I've heard people say he could have moved out of the way, he could have done this because this isn't a movie. This isn't the Matrix, this isn't a video game. You can't press reset. These are people's lives. And people are putting their own lives in danger because they've been brainwashed by these radical politicians on the left. They that keep attacking my heroes in green. That's the problem. I'm sick and tired of it. And we're going to end up losing more lives unless they come, they stop their stupid rhetoric.
A
I fear you're right. I really do. Let me play another clip from you of what happened last night when they went in to these ICE agents vehicles and then get your response to this area ID description.
F
Okay, so it looks like descriptor cards.
A
Yeah, it's been picked over pretty good. Yeah, they picked the other one. They found another ID. Yeah, another ID's in there. So they're getting, they're getting, they're getting.
D
Agent IDs right now too.
A
Point of notice is that apparently they got ice's entire life. They were, they were carrying, I don't know why, whatever, but they were carrying their, their packet of like their, their.
D
Missions, their mission details of Minneapolis as a whole.
A
Art. They basically put all the information out about these ICE agents, I believe thanks to our buddy Nick Sorter who took another video. He looked like they got a rifle out of one of the cars. Your thoughts though, about exposing these agents and the governor asked them to do this?
E
That's the problem. And that's what the problem is, is these politicians out There and throughout other areas of the country, this is what they want to happen. You had somebody that looks like he happens to be from a street gang called the Latin Kings that took that bag. That appears to be a short barrel rifle in there. I'm pretty sure that's what it is because like you said, I work there and I know what we carried them in. That looks like a short barrel rifle is. I would ask these politicians and these Neanderthal protesters, is this what you want? Do you want these criminals to be out there with these weapons, turning them around on civilians at some point? Because this, this is, it's gone too far. And now with the doxing of agents, they're going to release that information and their families are in danger, the neighbors are in danger. These are people that are also in the community. These ICE agents and Border Patrol agents, their coaches for sports, they go to schools, they take their children there. You're putting everyone in a dangerous situation. All the while you're doing it from behind your phone or from behind your office with your private security.
A
Art, I'll tell you, to answer your first question, I think it is what they want. I really do. I'm now at a point, I believe this is what Democrats so called leadership wants. They want the chaos on the streets. They want somehow to think this is going to make President Trump look bad and make America great again. Conservatives look bad, but they don't know what they're up against. Especially with guys like you coming on this network and so many others. What a great voice for the agents out on the line. Art Del Cueto, as always, thank you buddy, for coming on.
E
Thank you, Grant.
A
Absolutely. Art Del Cueto. AZ is where you can find him on X. All right, I want to turn now to some issues we have in, in Congress, we have dozens of Republicans. You know, you got agents out there fighting for what we voted for, right? To get all of these criminals out of this country. You have Republicans in Washington who are literally spitting in our faces. Republicans yesterday they had a chance to vote against the National Endowment for Democracy. Ned supposed to promote democracy. Instead, under Biden and other administrations, it was promoting all kinds of anti American objectives, including targeting conservatives, free speech issues, trying to silence us. We wanted to take away $315 million in funding. You had Republicans join Democrats, enough of them to sink that. Here's Senator Mike Lee. When you campaign for office as a Republican, you're standing for a few basic precepts.
G
One of them is that the US Government is too big and too expensive.
A
Because it's doing too many things it.
G
Was never intended to do.
A
And for the love of Pete, we should at least be able to agree that we shouldn't take money from hard working Americans and give it to left leaning enterprises that undercut everything we stand for. Folks, as my buddy Tim Burchett said, we're one flu epidemic away from losing the majority in Congress. Few people get the flu and stay home. We don't have a majority anymore over there. Speaking of which, they wanted to defund Judge Boasberg's office. Do you remember Judge Boasberg? Judge Boasberg is the guy that stands up to President Trump on every issue and overrules him. He's a federal judge. He doesn't know what the law is. He doesn't understand the Constitution. You may remember, remember the deportation flight that he forced to turn around. Why wouldn't we defund him? Well, Republicans sided with Democrats on, on that. Tim Burchett is here.
D
Hey everybody.
A
Tim Burchett leaving the House floor in total disgust. Chip Roy's amendment to reduce the District of Columbia appeals court funding by 20% and strike the salary and expenses funding of Judge Boasberg and Boardman staff. And you know that. Why wouldn't you do that? We're in control. This is what we want. Well, maybe to get some answers we'll bring on now Republican U.S. representative from Missouri, our friend Eric Burleson is here. Congressman, you're one of the few guys up there that always votes with the people with what we want and all this. And I watch this and I think, what are some of your fellow Republicans thinking?
C
I have no idea. Not only did I support those amendments, I went to the floor and spoke in favor because, look, the National Endowment for Democracy, for example, this is an organization that the DOGE effort and Elon Musk publicly called out as a scam. He said that is a criminal operation and that it should be eliminated completely. The president followed through on that and defunded this organization or attempted to do it with all the powers that the President has. And yet what do 80, 81 of my Republican colleagues, many of whom claim to be members of doge. So it would be great if somebody, you know, found that the Venn diagram of who, who claims to be Doge and yet voted to fund this, this scam organization, 81 members. It's, it's really disgusting. And Tim Burchett is right. We, unfortunately, we might appear to have a majority, but we don't have a majority of people that actually want to save the country.
A
I mean, 81 knocks me out of my chair. You know, you think, okay, we lost it by 3 or 5 or 8. 81. And that tells you we got a real problem inside the Republican Party right now, that common sense is somehow leaving us in Washington. But talk to me, Congressman, about this razor thin margin. I mean, sadly, we had a Republican congressman died, La Malfa from California. We have Marjorie Taylor Greene leaving. We've got a whole bunch of things that are going to really make this very, very thin for a while. Are we going to be able to keep the gavel?
C
I think that we will. The question is, are we going to do something with it? Because the American people gave us a chance. And I think, you know, Grant, I think we have got a unique moment that we cannot, that we cannot waste. We can't just coast into the election and think that we've done enough. We have got to continue to plow through on all the things that the President campaigned on, why the American people gave us this majority that we have. Because, look, they're not inspired by Republicans. When we play it safe, I think that a lot of Those members, the 81 members that voted to continue to fund that, they're doing typical swampy Washington, D.C. thought, which is play it safe, play the middle, and then maybe the voters will send me back. But right now, the American people want action. They want to be inspired. And if you're not going to take action, you're going to depress the Republican vote and they will send you home and they should send you home.
A
Yeah. Look, I don't expect Republicans to go meet with Ilhan Omar and have a conversation and try to change. We're not changing their minds. Forget about them. Is there any movement on behalf of guys like you and, and Burchett and Eli Crane and some of the, you know, Andy Biggs down in Arizona to go talk to some of these Republicans? Or is there no talking to them? I mean, is there any pressure being put on from, from really the individuals that I just named that believe in freedom to go try to knock some sense into these Republicans?
C
Yeah, well, what I'm, what, what I'm excited is the President is leaning in because at the end of the day, that's still one person that most Republicans have at least some modicum of fear towards. And for good reason. The president has a bold agenda. He just came out today with a challenge to Congress to reform health care and make it more affordable again, which couldn't come at a better time. Whenever I'm hearing, you know, murmurs amongst my More, you know, the middle of the conference group that they don't want to do anything big like health care reform, that they want to, they want to just tinker or encode into the general election. Well, that's not acceptable. And we have this opportunity. Let's not waste it. I watched from afar when Republicans failed to repeal Obamacare in 2017 and I was disgusted. And that's why now that I'm there, I'm going to fight tooth and nail and I'm calling a meeting next week. In fact, I'm not going to say which members, but it includes myself, Chip Roy, Andy Biggs, Dr. Andy Harris and others who are conservative thought leaders on this healthcare topic. We're having a meeting with a lot of the more moderate members to see what we can get through because I think if we can convince them that taking no action is worse than taking action, I think that they actually understand that.
A
Well, that's the kind of thing that needs to happen. And it makes my day that you say you are going to do that. I think you can put some pressure on them. I know outlets like this and others can also put pressure on. But here's the main thing I'm going to tell everybody out there and maybe real quickly, Congressman, you can back me up on this. If people show up at town halls, at meetings, you know, they're going to be an event. Be respectful to the member of Congress. They're still Republicans, you know, but tell them how you feel and don't go and shake their hand and take a picture with them after you've been complaining to me about what they're doing. Call them out at these events. Am I right, Congressman?
C
You are. And we're getting ready to go through the, the Lincoln Days, you know, time period in the calendar. And that's a, that's time when Republicans gather together. Each county has a Lincoln Days. The state usually has its own Lincoln Days event. That's the perfect time for the Republicans to show up and be bold. Don't be, don't be rude. But go up to those members who are not voting the way that you want and let them know that you're not happy.
A
Well, you need help up there. I know it. Representative Eric Burleson, you're always kind to come on this program. We love having you on. It's so funny. The people you name also just happen to be the people that always are coming on the program. The people I name never want to come on here. Go figure. Eric Burleson, thank you, my friend. I appreciate it.
C
Anytime, Grant.
A
All right. Absolutely. You know, it is true, folks. I go to these events, people will complain to me about this congress and that cars and then they go and they want to take a picture with them. I'm like, you're taking a picture with them? You're supposed to be telling them to vote the right way, not take photos with them. All right. Patriot mobile isn't just a wireless provider. A Washington Post reporter's house has been raided by the DOJ for publishing classified information. This will surprise you. I actually support the Washington Post reporter who may be a total hack, but I'll tell you why when we come back. Welcome back, everyone. You know, I'm a big first amendment guy. I was an investigative reporter. I worked for NBC owned and operated stations groups for almost 20 years. As an investigative reporter, I really believe in the fundamental tenets of journalism. I've watched the journalism industry be totally just destroyed from within with their bias. But I still believe the journalists should be free to do their work. Even journalists that I disagree with. I didn't like it when they raided James o' Keeffe's office. And I really don't like it that they went in and raided this Washington Post reporter's home. Her name is Hannah Nattinson. She apparently was in communication, possibly with a government contractor who had top secret security clearance. He was allegedly taking home classified documents and she was reporting on it. Now, unless she was pushing him to steal these documents or took part in stealing this documents, I believe the government should leave her alone. This is Pam Bondi yesterday.
B
The first amendment is a bedrock principle, but this isn't about that.
A
This is about classified material that could jeopardize lives. And this guy, this guy, this IT guy that worked for Department of War.
B
And Pete Hegseth has been amazing, and.
A
He'S up against a lot with these people. This guy that worked, he was a contractor. IT contractor who had classified, classified information, is charged now with leaking classified information involving a foreign adversary. Okay? Now that's his crime. And he certainly, if everything she says is true, is going to have to pay the price for that. The problem is in the decider. I never like government deciding now. I would never release military positions that the enemy would get. As a journalist, I would protect our military to the death if I had to. But who decides what's in our national security interest? That's where it gets to be a slippery slope. I want to bring in now legal scholar and author of Free Expression Under Fire. Stuart Brotman is with us. Stuart, welcome to the program.
F
Thanks, Grant. It's great to be here, Stuart.
A
I just get concerned. I would hate when I was reporting on the FBI and James Comer and I had agents inside leaking information to me, and all of a sudden, am I going to have somebody banging on my door because I work for real America's Voice. To me, I think it's out of line. Your thoughts here?
F
I agree with you completely, Grant. I think you're a free expression warrior. And what that means is that you are there to support our First Amendment, the notion of free expression. And free expression includes both free speech and free press. Remember, when we talk about the First Amendment, we have five freedoms. Two of those critical freedoms, obviously, freedom of speech and freedom of the press. We've had a lot of focus recently in the free speech area, but I think this particular situation underscores how important freedom of the press is. And I'm with you 100%.
A
I think the difference between this program and one you might see on MSNow or CNN is that I don't like the Washington Post. They said horrible things about me if I wanted to slam them and come out again. So I could easily use this to do it. But that's not the point. Just as I defend James o', Keefe, I defend them. Can you explain to me some of the cases in the Supreme Court that protect journalists, public citizens, from prosecution if they publish classified information? And there are some decisions out there that would protect them, correct?
F
Yes, but they're typically at the state level. We do not currently have a federal law that protects journalists when they deal with confidential sources, and that's been controversial. Congress has never enacted a law. We have. The majority of the states do have what are called shield laws, and those shield laws essentially protect a journalist. From having to reveal confidential sources. That's a little different than what we're dealing with here. Here we're dealing with essentially devices where information was held that were seized by the FBI. So it gets even before you might have to reveal what's in those devices.
A
So. So I look back, Stuart, at the Pentagon Papers. That was the New York Times case where they got basically a classified report. The Nixon administration was amping up the Vietnam War. When he told everybody he wasn't, he said there were less troops there than there really were. And all of this information the New York Times printed, Nixon sued not to have it printed, and the Supreme Court upheld that. The New York Times had a right to print. Would that not be somewhat similar here?
F
Yes and no. That case dealt with prior restraint. So the government was trying to prevent the New York Times and the Washington Post from actually publishing anything that was in the Pentagon Papers. That's a little different than what we're talking about here. We're not talking about anything that has been published. And there is a very firm barrier, a judicial barrier against prior restraint. And the Pentagon Papers case is the classic case saying that the government cannot go into a newspaper or news organization and say, you cannot publish something on the basis of national security. That's not an absolute rule, though. What the court had to grapple with there was whether or not the government essentially could show that this, in fact, was a high national security concern. And in the Pentagon Papers case, they could not do that. They came into court, they waved the flag, they said, this is national security. But at the end of the day, the Supreme Court said, we're going to set the bar very high, and you have not been able to meet that bar. Therefore, you cannot have any prior restraint. So it's a little different. But it does have elements of the government essentially claiming national security. And anytime you have national security that's brought up, courts take a. I don't want to say a skeptical view, but certainly a close look at what proof the government can provide. Often they need to do in secrecy. And so obviously, those secrets don't get out beyond the court, but the court needs to be satisfied.
A
All right, last question for you. 2001 case basically showed that if you obtain classified information, this may have been illegally obtained information that the reporter providing, they didn't take part in the theft of that or encourage the theft of that, had some protections there. Would that play into this case?
F
Yes. And what also plays into it is, is the 1980 law, which is called the Privacy Protection Act. So Congress enacted specific protection for journalists. So if journalists essentially had information, they could not essentially be forced to turn over that information, except if they were part of the criminal enterprise. And as you indicated here, there's no evidence that that is taking place in this situation. And there's another exception. If for some reason there was some danger that all of this information was going to be imminently destroyed, you might want to essentially go in and try to seize it. But neither of those situations seem relevant or apparent here. And so on that basis, the journalist should have protection. And obviously that would have to be tested in the courts. So that's the situation in terms of where we are now.
A
Well, I'll tell you what, it's fascinating for me as I call myself a former journalist, as a former journalist, to talk about all of this, and especially with a guy like you. The reason why I had you on is because my buddy John Solomon, he wrote a forward, I guess, to your book, a big, he gave you a big thumbs up, Stuart, when it comes to this issue. So I said, you know what? The guy's got to be a good man. Let's have him on. Free Expression is the book. Thank you for coming on, Stuart. I appreciate it.
F
Thanks so much, Grant. Great to be here.
A
Absolutely. Free Expression Under Fire is, is the, is the book all fascinating, folks? I just tell you, you go down a real scary place. You go to a scary place when the government's coming into a reporter's home. Think about what the Biden administration could have done to me. This is why I get worried about that. We're not always going to have President Trump in office. All right, it's time to put a big, beautiful American flag at the 911 memorial in New York right outside Freedom Tower. Well, our friend Scott Lovato is leading the charge on that. We'll talk about it. Welcome back, everyone. You know what I never knew? I never knew that there wasn't a big, beautiful thing flag at ground zero in New York right outside Freedom Tower. Do you know I was there on 9 11. I went to the anniversary, the first and second anniversaries of 9 11. Oh, as a reporter. I was living in and around New York, working for WNBC. And it took me 20 years to go back. Do you know, I never wanted to go back. It was too hard. Then when I went back, it was the greatest experience of my life. I didn't break down in tears. I don't know what happened. I felt like a sense of peace there, but I didn't know there wasn't A flag there, that's a serious problem. Well, here to discuss is our resident secretary of Flags across the Nation. Patriot artists and activist Scott Libado is with us. Mr. Secretary, welcome to. Welcome to the program.
G
Thank you for that title.
A
You're welcome. You made probably your biggest splash going around the country painting flags on barns and buildings and everything. And then, of course, all of your work pushing for conservative principles and fighting for New Yorkers. And then I saw this post from you. We need a flag at Ground Zero. And I thought, we don't have a flag at Ground Zero, Scott. What's happening?
G
There is a flag at Ground Zero. You cannot see is. I don't know if you could see this thing. Here it is. There you go. That is three by five feet. It is on the other side of the museum. Nowhere near the sacred ground Ground zero here or next to the Freedom Tower. I was there again today. The Freedom Tower was put up to show our resilience, our patriotism. This is America, and there's not one American flag anywhere near or around the Freedom Tower. Listen, a patriotic country falls when they lose patriotism. You know that stench? You know that for a fact. This is what's happening in our country right now. For 35 years, I have been preaching patriotism, the importance of it, the love of country. And we are watching it not only from abroad, these unassimilating enemies coming here, but our own domestic young generation who stomps on that flag. It is the 25th anniversary of that horrible day. Staten Island I'm from, we lost more people than any other county. It's all hero firemen, cops, you know, and pa. And to not see the proper sized flag there all of these years. I didn't start. Somebody started this years ago trying to get a big flag there, and they just kept neglecting it. The rumor was, back when Bloomberg was the mayor, was that it might offend the families of citizens that are people that weren't citizens that died there. That one. But think about what I just said, that that's going to. That flag is going to offend somebody. No, absolutely not. It's a 25th anniversary coming up. It's the 250th anniversary of the greatest invention in the history of civilization. This flag needs to be there, Scott.
A
You know, just a few weeks ago, I saw Freedom Tower lit up in Hamas green. I never would have thought in a million years, in the years following 9, 11, that we would light up Freedom Tower with the colors of a Muslim terrorist organization. What is happening in New York There. And I think this could be really a watershed moment to get a flag there, to say, you know what, we're planting our flag here.
G
Yes. Look, you want to light that thing up green for the Muslims. You want to light it up, you know, orange for this thing or whatever, they do it all. But to not be able to put a giant American flag there. And I'm not talking a flag, that's going to cover the whole thing. It's 150 foot flag ball, 24 foot radius at the base, 30 by 60 foot flag. It gets lost in here. This is the approximate size of how it would look. That's 200ft by 200ft. This needs to be here to say this is one of the most sacred, special moments, horrible moments, but yet a moment in American history, more than any other place in this country.
A
That right there. I'm going to ask you a tough question and maybe I can help either off TV or whatever to navigate this. Because now what you're getting into, you're going to have to be in the business of lobbying. You understand this, right? You're going to need the city council. You are a dragon there. You, you breathe fire out of your mouth. How are you going to talk Mamdani and the city council to say, hey, I'm the kind, nice Scott Libeto who just wants a flag down there.
G
I'm glad you brought that up. Look, it is sad that I am considered a controversial figure because of my relentless passion for this country and to educate people how important that flag is and what it represents and how we need it. If you lose patriotism, you lose a country. And this is my job. As ugly as I get sometimes. And I keep telling these people, even at the museum, because they have the first say. And they keep pushing me aside and pushing me aside and I told them, I will be relentless. Once you approve of this and let this thing happen, I will step away from it. I will walk away. This is not about Scott Lobato, the crazy flag guy. This is about the heroes and this country. And to continue the beauty of everything that matters in this country and to show the enemy, both abroad and domestic, that that flag, which is like a crucifix to a vampire, to these enemies of this state. And that is not an offensive thing to do. We are call from. Let me explain. Hold on. I forgot to say this yesterday. I told you this if you saw it in my post. Marcus Lemonis, the CEO of Camping World, called me yesterday and said, I will pay for every penny, whatever it takes. To put that flag up.
A
I was just going to ask you about that. That's fabulous. So that portion is done. How many signatures do you have?
G
We're at about 35,072 hours. And it is going to grow because this story is going to keep growing. I'm going to make this happen, and then I will step away. If anybody's watching here, that has to do with this, trust me.
A
You're afraid of me.
G
You're afraid of my patriotism. Whatever. Take this on your own. You claim it, do it, and I'll walk away. Until then, okay? I will be relentless.
A
What's the website? Where should they go to sign this petition? Real quick, Scott.
G
Lobato.com. go to my website. It'll take you right to the link.
E
All right.
A
Beautiful. And, Scott, for the record, I've known you for years now. I've seen you passionate. I've seen you angry. I've seen you upset. I've seen you sad. I've seen you every range of emotion. But you know what, buddy? I've never seen you ugly. I've seen you say some real strong things, but I've never seen you get ugly. So you're a good man, buddy, and I wish you the best in this. I'll help you any way I can to get this flag built.
G
Yeah, let's get it to the big man, because he'll make that decision.
A
Absolutely. Look, he put one in Mar A Lago. The town didn't want it in Mar A Lago. In Palm beach, they said it can only be a certain height off the ground. So you know what he did? President Trump built the ground up. Hey, he's a genius, right? We get him on board, nothing stops us. All right? Is it not too late to make yourself healthy again? We'll talk about that next. Welcome back, everyone. I'll tell you, a new year is here. I can't believe we're halfway through January already. Are you still on your New Year's resolution? I hope so. Don't ever get off. I don't make New Year's resolutions. I just stick to a healthy lifestyle the whole year. Yeah, right. I want to bring in now Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Professor of Natural Medicine, Dr. Joseph Clark, with us to talk about pure health research and what they have to offer. Doc, welcome to the program.
D
Thanks for having me.
A
All right, so I actually sometimes maybe falter. I'm going to a Mavericks game tonight. I'll have my little Tito's and. And on the rocks. This is where my liver health formula Comes in. You guys are so nice to send it to me. I use it all the time for this reason.
D
Perfect.
A
Tell me about it.
D
Absolutely. So Liver Health, just like the rest of their formulas, are just premium, premium quality ingredients. Everything is natural. Every ingredient is proven effective by clinical studies. So you're taking something that actually works. Their formulas are non gmo. They don't use artificial chemicals, fillers, or preservatives. And they have 45 different formulas, including Liver Health. Liver health is a huge fan favorite. Two million bottles sold. And as the name implies, this formula supports thriving liver health. It could reduce fatty deposits in the liver, ignite metabolism, trim belly fat, and flush out harmful toxins like from the alcohol to give you a nice boost in energy and help you recover.
A
This, to me, is a daily supplement for me. All joking aside, I really do. I take it every day. Is that what you recommend?
D
So with supplements, the more consistent you are in taking them, then the better the effect, because the body needs that consistent message and that consistent support to change the way it's functioning.
A
What else do you recommend from Pure Health Research?
D
Well, there's a couple that are really big sellers for them because they work very well and because the population seems to need it. One is called lymph system support. For anyone who's struggling with swelling or fluid retention in their extremities, especially in their legs, ankles, or feet, they're going to love this formula. It helps flush out extra fluid to alleviate uncomfortable swelling or tightness, and it could even restore more shapely legs. Lymph system support works by promoting a healthy lymphatic system, which helps flush out extra fluid, fats, and toxins. The other one, which is, I would say, really big right now because people are becoming more aware of the effect of sugar on their body, is called blood sugar formula. As you can probably guess, this formula helps support healthy blood sugar levels. It could also help reduce appetite and crush sugar cravings, making it easier to stay away from tempting sweets. Maintaining healthy blood sugar has so many advantages, from dropping extra pounds to shrinking belly fat to boosting energy levels. And of course, keeping your blood sugar in check can help keep your vision, kidneys, heart, and circulation healthy, too. But remember, they have 45 different formulas, so everyone will find something they actually need to help them function. And the best part, for the next 48 hours only, you'll save 35% on your order with coupon code grant when you shop@PureHealthResearch.com all right, super.

I'm gonna make sure they remember that Website and where to go. Doctor, I appreciate you coming on the program as always and we'll talk soon, I'm sure.
D
Pleasure. Thank you so much.
A

All right, coming up next, folks, the Colorado legislature kicks back into session and Democrats there show the state what their true priorities really are. Ridiculousness. Next. What is it about Democrats that they always have to pander to some group? I believe the so called black national anthem is about pandering as well. We don't have a black national anthem. We just have a national anthem. Well, in Colorado, which you know now is a blue state, sadly, it is the home of real America's voice. But they're in enemy territory there. And proof is at the state legislature they have an interpretive dance. Watch this set to the black national anthem. It doesn't sound like. What's his name? Mangione. That's no Mangione. Chuck Mangioni. Was that the guy's name? They don't have Chuck Mangione in there, do they? It's not even good. An interpretive dance. Come on, guys. I thought we're past this whole Black Lives Matter nonsense After they embezzled hundreds of millions of dollars. I guess not. That's going to do it for us today.
F
Today.

Podcast: Real America’s Voice
Host: Grant Stinchfield
Summary by: Podcast Summarizer
This episode of "Stinchfield Tonight" on Real America's Voice, hosted by Grant Stinchfield, offers an unfiltered and passionate review of current crises in American political and cultural life as understood from a deeply conservative perspective. The show’s primary focus is the alleged collapse of civic order in Minneapolis, critical coverage of state and local political leadership, increasing danger for ICE agents, frustrations with GOP lawmakers, debates on journalistic freedom, and a patriotic campaign to install a large American flag at Ground Zero. The episode features high-energy monologues, interviews with policy advocates, elected officials, and cultural activists, and provocative criticism of liberal policies and mainstream media narratives.
Incidents of violence: The episode features reports of altercations where ICE agents are attacked, including vehicle rammings and cases where agents were assaulted and forced to shoot suspects.
Critique of law enforcement tactics: Both Stinchfield and guest Art Del Cueto (former Border Patrol) decry increasing constraints on agent use of force, warning that political pressure is making enforcement more dangerous.
"There is no such thing as a defensive shot. You shoot center mass to stop the threat." (08:00 approx.)
Interview with Art Del Cueto (09:17–14:38):
Del Cueto provides a first-hand account of the dangers ICE agents face, criticizes politicians and left-wing activists, and describes personal precautions he takes due to credible threats.
"I’m walking around. I’m retired, Grant, and my DMs are so covered in death threats... I’m walking around with three pistols with me at all times." (10:04)
Concerns about agent doxxing:
"...with the doxing of agents, they're going to release that information and their families are in danger, the neighbors are in danger. These are people that are also in the community." (13:31)
| Segment | Timestamp | |-----------------------------------------------|-----------------| | Show opens; Minneapolis breakdown | 00:39–03:45 | | Filming ICE agents & call-to-action | 03:45–04:51 | | Footage/analysis of vehicle confrontation | 04:51–06:08 | | Caroline Levitt debates Niall Stanage | 05:46–07:22 | | ICE agent ambush & defensive shot discussion | 07:37–09:17 | | Interview: Art Del Cueto | 09:17–15:09 | | GOP congressional frustration (NED, judges) | 15:09–17:57 | | Interview: Rep. The episode maintains a combative, urgent, and highly partisan tone, blending news updates, open advocacy, and pointed satire. Stinchfield and his guests use vivid, often confrontational language to motivate like-minded listeners and urge political action (“help us create a database of atrocities…bank evidence for future prosecution”). The show reflects skepticism and even hostility toward political opposition, mainstream journalists, and what the host terms “radical” policies, while encouraging grassroots conservative activism.
This episode offers a stark and critical lens on events in Minneapolis, ICE operations, Republican divisions, press freedom, and public symbolism, all tied together by an underlying plea to conservative action—whether filming government activity, confronting GOP reps, supporting press freedom even for adversaries, or rallying patriotism at sacred national sites. High-profile interviews (Del Cueto, Burleson, Brotman, LoBaido) anchor the show’s themes, conveying a pervasive sense of urgency about perceived threats to American values and institutions.
