This is an iHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human. Well, good evening, everyone. Welcome to Stinchfield. Around the country, we are continuing to watch these blind liberal zombies protest ICE and all of their operations. It is absolutely unbelievable to me that these people are showing up in great numbers. This is in D.C. So folks, these zombies are literally brain dead. We saw this same scene unfold in Atlanta as well as they took to the streets. Here's another ding dong happens to be a white liberal woman. What should we replace ICE with? People of Minnesota, maybe with immigrants that can actually help us learn how they got into the country in the most safest way possible and how we can allow them to keep coming into this country safely and possibly let immigrants be in charge. Let them take over that world. But immigrants be in charge. That's literally inmates running the prison, the cuckoos running the asylum. That. That's what you want. You want inmates to take over ICE control? Yeah, that. That's going to work out real well for you. That's like letting MS.13 take over the duties of the police department in town. Come on. These people are so dumb. And then I want you to look at what they do to ICE higher up. Greg Bevino. Do me a favor, folks. Roll that back. They throw chips. Oh, yeah, there you go. They throw chips over. Over his head. Craziness. Instead of calling him a Nazi and take you to the streets and forgetting the fact that Bevino and his men and women are literally removing dangerous criminals from our society. I wish they would just watch a Bevino news conference. We've got Hovi Kumaye, a criminal illegal alien from Laos, a registered sex offender convicted of sex offense against a child, including fondling and failure to. To register as a sex offender. This individual was walking the streets. Walking the streets. There's more. Roll the next one. We've got Samuel Aravailo Hernandez, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala. Charged with rape and lewd are lascivious acts with a minor. Now think about that for just a second. Rape. And then on top of that, lewd and lascivious acts with a minor. This individual is walking the streets of Minneapolis with impunity just yesterday. That's who these ding dongs are protecting. Just to hammer the point home, okay, that ICE really is arresting real criminals in Minneapolis. There's more. Now we've got Annabelle Gomez, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, previously arrested for criminal sexual conduct and domestic assault. Other convictions include disorderly conduct and driving under the influence of liquor. You drive under the influence, you're going to kill somebody. Not to mention all her other charges that she's facing. Now Democrats are literally going to force another government shutdown. At least this is what we're being told by some of these ding dongs in Congress that they're upset with the short term funding bill that's coming out, doesn't have enough rains on ICE agents that doesn't do enough to reform the agency. That in my opinion doesn't need any reforming. This is leftist Congressman Dan Goldman.
B
No, I can't support the continuation of this absolute terrorizing lawlessness.
A
The notion of secret and masked agents asking people on the street for their.
B
Proof of their citizenship papers, that is.
A
Literally what the SS did in Nazi Germany.
C
That is authoritarian.
A
They have targeted operations. And if you're hanging with illegals, then guess what, you're going to be asked for your identification. Just as when you're hanging at a club and you're there underage, they're going to ask you for your identification. I want to bring in now to discuss all of this. Florida Republican Congressman Randy Fine is with us. Congressman, welcome back to the show.
D
Thanks for having me. It's kind of crazy the world we live in.
A
Well, it really is, Congressman. They told us, at least Chuck Schumer did that they weren't going to shut down the government, that you guys could reach a deal here where they were going to move forward. It sure looks like they're thinking about running another government shutdown here. Your thoughts of what we can expect now?
D
Well, they'll do anything to protect their fetish for illegal immigrants.
B
I mean it's insane.
D
As your clips showed, ICE is simply trying to round up and deport foreign invaders who broke the law to come to our country, have been told to leave and refuse. And by the way, in many cases these people are the scum of the earth. So we should be supporting what they're doing, not getting in their way. And for Democrats to say we don't care about Americans, we care about foreigners and foreign criminals, it's it frankly borders on treason.
A
What is it going to take for the Republican controlled Congress and Senate to avoid another shutdown that Democrats are threatening? What do we have to do to avoid that?
D
Well, we don't control Congress. I mean that's something people need to understand. You have to have 60 votes in the Senate to pass a budget. Republicans have 53. So the notion that Republicans have control is not true. Now tomorrow in the House we will see if the House is can pass the final four appropriations bills and then all 12 of them will be passed and we do have the votes in the House to do that if those bills are good. But then it goes to the Senate and seven Democrats have to join every Republican in order to fund the government. So it's up to the Democrats and again it does the fetish for illegal immigrants win over actually serving American citizens.
A
All right, so you're. You tell me that we have enough Republicans in the House to make this happen. Because truthfully, some of the things I've been most disappointed in, as you probably, Congressman Fine, is some of our fellow Republicans up there not doing the right thing on these things.
D
Well, sometimes. But I am optimistic that tomorrow on the votes to pass these final four appropriations bills, I do. It does appear they will likely pass. I don't know. I intend to vote for the one for Homeland Security, but. But we'll have to see.
E
And then.
D
And then if they pass the House, they go to the Senate. But six of the 12 appropriations bills have been passed. So no matter what, 50% of the government won't be shutting down. Two of them went to the Senate last week. I think they're fairly non controversial. And now we have these last four. It remains to be seen.
E
All right.
A
We shall see. I do want to ask you about Greenland. I believe President Trump when he makes the assessment that it is vital to our national security there. He said today no use of force. He backed off some of his tariffs. The market skyrocketed on word of that. Let me play this clip from you of President Trump talking about Greenland.
F
But we saved Greenland and successfully prevented our enemies from gaining a foothold in our hemisphere. So we did it for ourselves also. And then after the war, which we won, we want it big. Without us right now, you'd all be speaking German and a little Japanese perhaps.
A
He went on to say that many of these European nations are just ungrateful for the American power and might that we have to keep the world safe. Congressman, your thoughts?
D
Well, I think that's absolutely true. Look, the fact of the matter is the United States subsidizes NATO. We have American troops all over Europe. They're not there to protect America. They're there to protect Europe. And when we say we need Greenland to protect ourselves, they should say, great, how fast can we help? Which is why I filed the bill to allow the president to annex Greenland and make it part of the United States. And it appears that he's going to successfully get that done.
A
Yeah, he says he has the framework of a deal. We shall see. I don't ever count the president out. Congressman Randy Fine. Thank you for coming on tonight. We appreciate it. At Repfine is where you can find you on social media. We appreciate you, sir.
D
Thank you.
A
Absolutely. All right, I want to turn now to Davos, Switzerland, where you just saw the President there talking. This is the gathering of the global elites. I actually love this week because it turns into a sporting event where my friends, strong conservatives, truth tellers, go toe to toe with the world's oligarchs. Javier Negre, who is the newest addition to the Real America's Voice, Families with Rav Espanol. Well, he caught up with George Soros son, Alex Soros. Hello, Alex. Can I make you a question?
F
Are you happy to be in Davos? We are journalists from usa. Are you happy promoting the socialism and the woke agenda? Are you happy?
B
No, no, please.
A
Get away.
G
Get away.
A
The communism in New York, socialism. Are you happy with Trump?
F
Are you promoting the socialism? Who are you? I'm promoting the legal immigration.
A
All over the world, they have no idea how to handle people like our friend there, Javier, or others that are there. They either run away, I should say scurry, or they lose it like the executive from Google did, as we showed you yesterday. Or here's Bill Gates who just doesn't answer any question. Can you at least accept now that it is public domain and common knowledge that the COVID vaccine was basically a failure? Can you, can you accept that and at least apologize to the world for getting it wrong? It's okay to get things wrong if you admit you get things wrong when you are wrong. Can you do that? You know, when you're silent, when you're not proud of what you've done, when you don't maybe believe in it all, when you know that it was wrong. You know, somebody who's proud of his stance or who's happy to talk to anybody, President Trump and he addressed these oligarchs today, and what a speech it was.
F
Because of my landslide election victory, the United States avoided the catastrophic energy collapse which befell every European nation that pursued the Green New Scam, perhaps the greatest hoax in history. The Green news scam. Windmills all over the place. Destroy your land. Destroy your land. Every time that goes around, you lose $1,000. You're supposed to make money with energy, not lose money.
A
You know, they're falling out of their chairs in Davos, Switzerland, when they hear President Trump talk about the Green New Scam. They've never had a world leader like this come onto the stage and literally drop a hammer on them. Well, somebody out there who is able to witness all of this firsthand is in Davos, Switzerland for us. He is our good friend, Climate Depot publisher Mark Morano is here. Mark, welcome. Mark, welcome to the program.
F
Program. Thank you.
B
I'm happy to be here. And I gotta tell you, just right off the bat, Davos is much nicer than the third world hell holes that the UN usually picks for their climate summit. So I want this beat from now on. This was like going Rodeo Drive in the Alps mountains. That's how nice this place was. The wealth, the vehicles, the hotels, the boutiques. I got to tell you, the World Economic Forum knows how to throw a.
A
Party out here, all right, Al Gore was there. You know, he's the poster child for climate craziness. I want to play a clip from him and then get your response.
C
The policy has been a bit schizophrenic.
A
In some countries, including my own, unfortunately.
C
With, you know, going forward in what I regard as the right direction, and then all of a sudden screeching on the brakes and trying to satisfy the fossil fuel industry by going back to the dirty fossil fuels.
E
But in the real world, the advantages.
A
Of renewable energy have become so obvious everywhere around the world. Well, I guess I'll ask you, Mark Morano, are they obvious?
B
No, they're not obvious at all. In fact, Howard Lutnick, Trump's Commerce Secretary, gave a devastating speech here. Basically, why did the west concede all of our energy to China and the developing world? Europe doesn't even make its own batteries. They made themselves a slave to China with all of these net zero UN climate commitments. Al Gore, by saying we're going to be supporting the fossil fuel lobby, has nothing to do with that. We, when you're talking about baseload electricity, cheap energy for Americans, solar and wind, there's no there there. No matter how many subsidies they weren't even at. They were less than 15% of our electrical grid, less than 5% of our total energy. So he lives in this delusional fantasy world of just making up stats. And what's funny is Al Gore is the only show they got here on climate. The entire leadership of the World Economic Forum moved on from it. They did a survey of the members. Climate has dropped to, like, almost off the chart. The only person here concerned about climate is Al Gore. Bill Gates was here. He didn't talk about climate. The only comments Bill Gates has made is, climate's not a catastrophe and we need human flourishing. He's moved on from the climate debate. So Al Gore is just here robotically Repeating the same phrases he said in 2005, 2010, 2015. He's talking about rain bombs, he's talking about climate, immigration. It's just, it's all crap. And even the World Economic Forum is ignoring them.
A
So it is interesting though that they're still inviting these people in to speak. You mentioned Howard Lutnick speaking. I watched the panel as Howard Lutnick, our commerce Secretary, was spelling this stuff out. They look dumbfounded. Their faces were just hilarious to devastating. Yes, but they're still inviting many of these leftists.
B
They do. In fact, Justin Trudeau was here. Gavin Newsom was here. By the way, Justin Trudeau had Katy Perry on his arm. I guess he's recently divorced. So he's driving around with a celebrity walking through the streets. And when they're interviewed, they're doubled down. They support all their climate stuff. They will claim they supported all the COVID lockdowns. So there is that sort of bubble that still goes on here. But these are sort of the sideshow people. But the actual, you know, governing rule you have. Take Larry Fink, the co chair now that they drove out Klaus Schwab, he's openly said solar and wind cannot power the AI data centers which they're all pushing for.
A
Let me play Larry Fink for you. So Larry Fink, the founder of BlackRock, which I have my issues with that company, this guy is certainly a globalist.
B
Absolutely.
A
But even he seems to be admitting that the World Economic Forum was going down a wrong path, at least a little bit. I don't know. He's totally on board, but a little bit. Roll Larry Fink.
D
The world is going to be short power.
A
Short power. And to power these, these data companies.
D
You cannot have just this intermittent power.
A
Like wind and solar. You need dispatchable power because it can't turn off and on these data centers. Mark, you've been following this stuff for decades. How instrumental is it that the, the now co chair of the World Economic Forum just made a statement like that?
B
He's just throwing in the towel. It's over. The whole. We knew it was over last November when I think 85 countries didn't even bother to submit their UN net zero plans. You can't get more over than that surveys. The World Economic Forum doesn't care. There's no mention of climate here other than again, Al Gore. He's the only one here at this entire conference. And they had a climate hub, by the way. And the climate hub had what I would call a, almost like a tractor with a roof on it, it was a two seater car and they were saying, this is your car for the climate. And I'm thinking, if it weren't for Donald Trump, we'd all be driving that car. But yet you walk around the streets of Davos, BMW, SUVs, giant limousines. None of the World Economic Forum leaders are driving that car. But of course, the. But we, the masses, will have to if they get.
A
That is the hypocrisy that you did such a good job of putting on display outside. Let me roll a clip from Mark Morano today in Davos. Watch this.
B
The World Economic Forum's great Reset dictated that we eat Z bugs and that we get away from meat. Even suggesting we eat lab grown meat from a petri dish and steel vats printed on a 3D printer. Well, guess what? Here at the conference in Davos in 2026, they are serving sausage with chicken and pork and beef and they have steakhouses and everything. It does. I mean, it's always been about the masses and how they can, you know, what's good enough for them. You know, they have a totally different standard for us. We're people to be managed. We're people that get in the way. They've. The whole idea of the World Economic Forum goes back thousands of years. The ruling class governing elite have always looked for reasons why the rest of us can't be free. War crisis, climate crisis, viral epidemics, et cetera. We need to be regulated, we need to be managed. Left to our own devices, we create racism, inequity, a climate emergency, a viral emergency. So we need to be managed. And this is just that same human impulse, except they're willing to put their faces out there. But I gotta tell you, the great Reset met the orange reset. Donald Trump completely hijacked this agenda from Greenland, the economics to, to the climate issue, to solar, wind energy. He just gutted it. I've never seen it. They've been doing this since the 1970s, these meetings, and Donald Trump upended it like on an unprecedented way that you will probably never see again in our lifetime.
A
All right. As a gift to you, as I'll end it. I know it's really late there, but. But as a little gift before you put your head on the pillow, this is Rebel News catching up with Justin Trudeau. You mentioned Katy Perry. Cut 18 for the guys behind the glass. Roll it for Mark. What do you make of the Federal Court of Appeal upholding the ruling that your martial law was illegal?
F
They said you violated.
A
It's good to see you, Ezra. It's been a long time. How you been? How you been keeping?
B
Pretty well.
A
But you didn't speak to me though.
F
Worried about you.
A
I don't think you have. You stopped speaking to me after the, after the boxing match. I never heard from you again.
F
That's not true. Every time we tried to come into.
A
Contact with you, you had us arrested. I know.
C
Never had you arrested.
A
You beat up my colleague David Menzies. So there you go, Mark Morano. I've been wore that this week.
B
It was great. I spent some time with Eric Levano, the rebel. He deserves every journalistic award. He's gone after the heads of pharmaceutical. He's gone after Larry Fink. It's amazing the work that they've done. And Justin Trudeau doubling down. Just keep in mind he declared Canadian COVID lockdown protesters as domestic terrorists. He had them debanked. They had their money. They couldn't access their own money. They had their money hijacked that they had raised. And all the courts in Canada found it illegal. And Justin Trudeau does not want to talk about it. He's making chit chat about nonsense as a response.
A
Mark, you're fabulous. Thank you for spending some time with us. I know it's, it's late there. Marc Morano with Climate Depot. Thank you.
B
Thank you. Thanks a lot.
A
All right, so I want to turn now again back to President Trump's speech in Davos to piggyback on that. You know, we talked briefly about Greenland. The President Trump said he wouldn't use force in Greenland. That made big news. But I think for me, the biggest news was this comment made by President Trump about future prosecutions. Something we all want, especially when it comes to the 2020 elections.
F
It was a rigged election. Everybody now knows that. They found out. People will soon be prosecuted for what they did. It's probably breaking news, but it should be. It was a rigged election. Can't have rigged elections. You need strong borders, strong elections, and ideally a good press.
A
So we're never going to get a good press. We know that. This is why Real America's Voice has skyrocketed to the top of the charts. Because people are hungry for real news. We're not going to get that. Why do we have Tina Peters, an election official in Colorado who's in prison, and yet anybody that was in Atlanta or Milwaukee or Detroit that rigged this whole election skates. President Trump says there'll be prosecutions. I pray that that comes true. Now world leaders are also very angry that President Trump is the state straight talker that he is. I believe this stems from jealousy. I think it stems from American greatness. And I think it stems from the fact that President Trump is leading America to greatness again. This is the Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney. How dare he.
C
And American hegemony in particular helped provide public goods, open sea lanes, a stable financial system, collective security, and support for frameworks for resolving disputes. So we placed the sign in the window, we participated in the rituals and we largely avoided calling out the gaps between rhetoric and reality. This bargain no longer works.
A
That is a roundabout, elitist way to give a smackdown to the United States. Notice it's a lot of words about nothing, but in the reality, it's an insult to the United States. President Trump doesn't take that sitting down. Nobody insults the United States of America when we are the leader on the world stage, that we keep little pansy ass states like Canada safe. Excuse my language, but it's true, Mr. President.
F
We're building a golden dome that's going to, just by its very nature going to be defending Canada. Canada gets a lot of freebies from us, by the way. They should be grateful also. But they're not. I watched your Prime Minister yesterday. He wasn't so grateful that they should be grateful to us Canada. Canada lives because of the United States. Remember that mark the next time you make your statements.
A
Remember that mark the next time you make your statements. President Trump is the boss and he's the boss on the main stage. And the so called world leaders better not forget it. Without the United States, this globe is lost. Thank God President Trump is putting America first and then we make deals with everybody else. These other nations ought to take a page out of President Trump's book. Worry about your own countries before you start slamming the United States of America. Welcome back, everyone. We are getting some action in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In fact, the entire state when it comes to impeding the work of ICE agents and, of course, all the fraud that is unfolding. President Trump's doj, under the leadership of Pam Bondi, has issued subpoenas now to the Governor, Tim Walz, to the Mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Fry, and the Attorney General, Keith Ellison. I think this is unprecedented. This is our buddy, Cash Patel.
B
No one, no one elected official, private citizen or otherwise, gets to impede and instruct a law enforcement investigation. No one. And this FBI is committed to working with our interagency and our Department of Justice partners under President Trump's mandate to make sure Minnesota and every other city across this country is safe. And that's why we're having the record year that we're having under President Trump's brilliant leadership.
A
Look, the reality is don't break the law and you're fine. Stay out of law enforcement's way and you're fine. But Democrats cannot help themselves. Not the elected Democrats and certainly not the dimwits that are taking to the streets. This is Kristi Noem also talking about what the leaders in Minnesota have actually done.
H
Well, one of the things we've asked Governor Walls for and Mayor Fry is to give us just the criminals you have in jail. They've released 490 murderers and rapists and drug traffickers onto their streets rather than.
A
Just give them to us. And that's what I don't understand. All right, so what is the prospects of getting anything out of this legitimately? Can we actually prosecute the Governor of the state of Minnesota? I'm not sure we can. I like trying. I want to bring in Republican strategist and attorney. Mahek Cook is back with us. Mahak, it is great to see you again. It's been a little while, but thank you for coming on.
G
Thanks for having me, Grant.
A
All right, Mahak. So, you know, I love that we're going out and issuing subpoenas to them, but legitimately, in their duties as the attorney general, as the mayor, as the governor of that state, can we really prosecute them? Is there a way to do this or do they have any kind of immunity to these things?
G
Well, Grant, there's no immunity for obstruction. This is where from presidents to governors to even a citizen like you and I, the minute you're obstructing ice, you are going to be jailed and behind bars. And this is where the DOJ has to prove obstruction. And I gotta tell you, this didn't happen overnight. Tim Waltz and Democrats have been planning obstruction back since 2019. Waltz in Minnesota actually adopted a non compliance incorporated cooperation agreement with law enforcement. And that's really when disengagement began. And then you saw the 2020 riots when law enforcement was instructed loudly not to work with anybody who was going to put these chaos mongers and people that were upgrading the law and being obstructionists behind bars. So in 2020, you saw law enforcement basically stating through the governor's office that ICE is not welcome here. And today you're continuing to see that message and that political rhetoric and you actually, the mayor and the governor stating you will not cooperate with ice. And look, local officials can do what their governor and their law enforcement say. But the minute you're obstructing, and my definition of obstruction is when you're allowing law offenders, law breakers, illegal, criminal, illegal aliens, that Kristi Noem has said over 400 to go into jail and immediately out, that is not protecting public safety. And this is why I think that the president needs to invoke the Insurrection act, because now even our citizens aren't protected. This is shocking to me. It's shocking behavior. And it's been going on since 2019. It wasn't yesterday. It's years of this.
A
So this is interesting you raise this point because I always wondered, why didn't we go after many of these blue county sheriffs who said they would not let ICE into their county jails that are being released or blue states that would not let ICE into their prison system when illegals are being released, as you just said, unless I, unless I misunderstand you. But to me, that's the ultimate of obstruction, 100%.
G
The thing is, we didn't have President Trump at the helm, so we had no immigration law enforcement. We had these squishy bail policies which said you commit a crime, including 22 to 25 felonies, we're going to allow you to get back on the streets. And this is where DOJ needs to take a very strong look at the definition of obstruction. When you are allowing violent offenders back on the street, guess what? Suddenly you're not caring for public safety. Suddenly, that is immediate obstruction. And this is where you can get people like Tim Waltz to this feckless mayor who has turned his back on hardworking people in Minnesota. They deserve public safety. But the minute you put these thugs back on the street, you are creating obstruction. The minute you're telling law enforcement that they cannot even honor ICE detainers, that's called obstruction. At some point, we have to start reading the law.
A
So here. Here's where I'm all about winning. Right. And if you charge Mayor Fry in Minneapolis, you're going to get a. A jury that's going to be on Fry's side. If you charge walls in, well, I guess the. The capital of Minnesota, you're going to get a jury on his side. Can you charge them someplace else? Is there a way to move this into a jurisdiction that would at least be fair?
G
I think we can. I think if you can prove a nexus between Minnesota and any other state that these thugs are committing crimes in, suddenly you have other federal prosecutors that are going to raise their hand and say, hey, come to the state of Ohio. Because you, Governor Walsh, you, Tim Fry, released a thug on the street that committed another violent act in our states. So I think while this is unprecedented, it's also unprecedented to allow crime on American people. And it's some point if we don't have accountability. And it starts with the subpoena grant. I think Pam Bondi has been very strategic. Subpoenas actually give us the evidence, allow us to collect the information, and if Waltz has nothing to hide, well, then he should be all open arms and say, look through my emails and look through my text messages.
A
Well, I'll tell you this, after talking to you, Mahat Cook, I feel better about the prospects of the way this could unfold. We just have to make sure that we keep at it. We always appreciate you coming on the program and weighing in. Thank you.
G
Thanks so much.
A
Absolutely. So, Nick Shirley, you know, the YouTube sensation who exposed all this fraud in Minnesota actually went in front of a committee today in Minnesota investigating the fraud. Notice the same pattern. No children, blacked out windows, and one daycare. A learning center spelled Quality Learning center instead of Quality Learning center. They had received $1.9 million. Yet with that $1.9 million, they could not even spell leering right on their sign. All right, so he goes in front of the congressional committee and explains that they can't even spell learning right and they're getting millions of dollars from the state. That's ridiculous. Well, Jamie Raskin, another one of these blockheads. Listen to what he had to say. Fraud in Minnesota was discovered not by a right wing social media influencer who's been harassing people in communities all over.
F
Minnesota in recent weeks, but by the.
A
Hard work of real local investigative journalists.
F
Brave whistleblowers and state and federal auditors.
A
Are you nuts? Nobody was doing that work until Nick Shirley exposed it. Jamie Raskin, again, a Democrat lying to the people. Go figure.
B
All right.
A
The anti gun state of Hawaii has now argued that their gun control laws are valid because the KKK used similar laws after slavery to disarm blacks. We will get into this next. Minnesota's headlines are getting wild. Tim Walls and Ilhan Omar are being accused of massive fraud and it's so bad, all you can do is laugh at this point. So from Real America's music, the label that brought you the number one hit anthem of the free, comes a brand new song from singer songwriter Natasha Owens, the Somali Waltz. Let's make the music industry mad and run this to number one. Scan the QR code or search the Somali Waltz on itunes and hit pre save right now. Soon to a state near you. New name. Same to the Somali. Welcome back everyone. I want to talk about gun free zones. To me, they're unconstitutional and we have a real chance to outlaw gun free zones if the Supreme Court does the right thing. This case comes out of Hawaii and Hawaii's blanket rules that you could just ban guns on private property without even telling gun owners. Not right. I want to bring in now to talk about all of this. The president of the Crime Prevention Research center is one of the greatest defender of gun rights America has. Dr. John Lott is with us. John, it's great to have you back on.
E
Oh, it's great to talk to you, Grant.
A
All right, tell me the importance of this case and lay out what's really at stake here.

Well, I think what's going to happen is Hawaii's restrictions that make it virtually impossible for people to carry guns around is going to be struck down. The issue is going to be exactly what the court decides in terms of its reasoning. Just so people understand what's going here in 2022, the Bruin decision by The Supreme Court struck down the seven states that had these may issue laws where you had to go and provide some good reason for some public official to allow you to get a permit to carry a concealed handgun. Supreme Court says, look, you can have objective rules. You can have rules like you have training, you pass a criminal background check, you're a certain age. Once you meet those criteria, you should automatically be granted a permit. And so what happened is five states, including Hawaii, California, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, basically said, okay, you're going to force us to issue permits, fine. We'll adopt a rule that essentially bans people being able to go and carry guns virtually any place in the state. And so that's the case that's there. Now, what's going to happen in terms of the reasoning is, and I hope the court will recognize that there can be certain sensitive places where you can, where the government can go and ban guns. But I assume, I hope what's going to happen is they're going to say, look, just putting up a sign isn't going to cut it. If you're going to prevent people from being able to go and protect themselves, then the government has an obligation to be able to go and provide protection. So whether that's going to be something like metal detectors there and police, but something has to be done more than just simply putting up a sign, because as you and I have talked about many times before, putting up a sign and having a criminal penalty for somebody going and violating that, all that does is create a magnet for these types of attacks. I mean, if you go and have a prison term for somebody going and carrying a gun into the area, for somebody like you or I going to jail for five years, our life would be completely destroyed. But if somebody's going in there with the notion of going and killing, you know, five people or whatever, and going to be facing five life sentences, going and taking five years away from their sixth life simply doesn't. It's not a real penalty. So what you've done accidentally with the, with the system there is just assure the criminal that he'll be the only one that's going to be having a gun in those places.
A
Well, I know here in the state of Texas, we have gunfrey's own signs that are put up on businesses, but the state legislature. Well, yeah, well, you'd be surprised. There's more of them than you think. I live in Dallas. Most, most restaurants have them in Dallas, it's the Blue City and go figure, they're gun haters. But the state Legislature passed a law, you can put those signs up, but what it means is if you find out that somebody has a gun in that gun free zone, they can't be prosecuted at first. You just have to ask them to leave. And it's a better way. Not as good a way as just outlawing this practice of putting signs up all together. But Hawaii, you get caught in one of those gun free zones, they'll hang you out to dry. Am I right?
E
Yeah, it's, it's a criminal offense if you, and the thing is, even if you go into the parking lot of the place, so you have to get oral or written permission to be there. You may not even be able to go and check, you know, if you can't even drive into the parking lot there to get permission or to find out if you have permission to be able to go and carry. So effectively, it bans people from being able to go and carry.
A
Real quick, the, the, the defense on this was arguing somehow that laws after slavery, banning blacks or guns somehow was in their favor. Can you explain this briefly to me?
E
Yeah, sure. Well, the Heller and the Bruin decisions essentially said, look, you have to look to see what laws were in place either in 1791 when the Second Amendment was adopted, or in 1867 when the 14th Amendment was adopted and applied the Bill of Rights to the states. The problem is, the only law that they could really point to was this 1865 law in Louisiana that was part of the black coat to set up to go and disarm black Americans. And so, you know, here you have, you know, newly freed slaves and they're being discriminated against. And this is the, the law that the Democrats who are arguing to try to keep Hawaii's law were being forced to go and defend the hypocrisy of.
A
Literally using a law to defend your right, literally trying to disarm what amounted to, sadly, second class citizens. They're using that law as their defense, which just goes to show you the hypocrisy. And it's also grabbing at straws. The conservative justices were very strong on this. They were very skeptical of Hawaii's law. I have great, great hope for this one. Dr. John Lott, as always, it's great having you on the program. Urge everyone to read your piece about this in the Wall Street Journal. Thank you, sir, as always.
E
Thank you very much.
A
Absolutely. All right, folks, the American Academy of Pediatrics has been hit with a RICO lawsuit over vaccine safety fraud. That's next. Welcome back, everyone. I've got Some breaking news to report. We are just now learning that the American Academy of Pediatrics has been sued for violating RICO statutes, meaning they were acting in cahoots for financial gain as the allegations with the vaccine companies. This lawsuit makes claims that they manufactured. This is the American Academy of Pediatrics. They manufactured false certainty over the vaccine schedule. They operated within a system shaped by the vaccine manufacturers and the funding tied to high vaccine operations. And to the lawsuit claims that the cumulative vaccine schedule has never been tested in any way that a reasonable parent would suspect. These are things that I've known. Now this isn't a lawsuit. American Academy of Pediatrics gonna have to answer to this. Wanna bring in now someone who'd been sounding the alarm on these very things. Director of epigenetics for the Wellness Company and one of the now famed Disinformation Dozen, Dr. Ben Tapper, our truth teller. Welcome back, Doc Grant.
C
Thanks for having me. It's good to be here.
A
What do you make of this lawsuit, Doc?
C
It's cracking the dam. I mean, this is a tobacco science that's getting exposed for what it is. I mean for many, many years and for decades, the American Academy of Pediatrics has been stating that the vaccine schedule is safe and effective. And that is just a bumper sticker slogan. It's tobacco science at best and they're being exposed for it. And this lawsuit, God bless the Children's Health Defense for bringing this to the table. They're going to expose these people for who they are. I mean look at the largest donors, Grant, Pfizer, Moderna, you know, and this is their largest donor is pharmaceutical industry. So they're going to have. There's public private interest here with these pharmaceutical companies and they're being exposed.
A
You know, I've told people before this term reasonable person, reasonable parent, it's a legal term. And it's a legal term that what would a reasonable person suspect? Now this is about the cumulative vaccine schedule, meaning all of them together or some of them together. What does it mean when you give them in such high amounts of different vaccinations? This has never been tested before, am I right? These are the allegations. Your thoughts?
C
It's never been tested. All these vaccines given cumulatively have never been studied. There's been no, they're not held to the standard of science, which is a double blind placebo study. So we are calling them out for this. The studies that they have provided are tailored and doctored to show desired outcomes. It's tobacco science. So our children are suffering for this. The damages that have been done. This is why this lawsuit is massive. These people are going after these companies for lying to the American people. Lying. We trusted them with their health and they're being exposed for this. So the vaccines, you know, there's more vaccines now than ever before and these children are sick more than ever before.
A
I'll tell you, the wellness company, you and the other doctors have been so great in calling this stuff out. I do want to mention to people something that I'm so excited about. I'm a big user of peptides. You guys have this new product called Regenerate, which is a recovery peptide drop form, not injection. Can you talk to me about it?
C
Yeah. This is a groundbreaking product with peptides. A lot of people are, you know, utilizing peptides. These are the best of the best peptides. They're in a liposomal form. There is no. There are no needles. There's no injections. You take it orally. It has what I call the healing miraculous peptides, which are the BPC157 and the TB500. You take them orally, so they're no injections for muscle recovery, wound healing, all these different things. I'm telling you, I've taken this product. I had chronic hip issues for years. I've taken this product Grant with the BPC157 and the TB500 and my hip issues went away. It literally healed my hip. So I can't say enough about these products. These peptides are miraculous healers and they're wonderful.
A
It's called regenerate. Does it actually regenerate cell growth, tissue, things like that?
C
Well, it can definitely help in recovery. That's it. I mean, it's. For my issue. I had a chronic hip issue, Chronic pain, debilitating hip pain. I took these peptides and it did wonders for my hip. So I can't say enough about it. It was the only thing that helped. So I have zero pain in my hip. I have full function, full range of motion and all I have. The only thing I did different were the peptides.
A
Wow. Amazing. I'm going to certainly try this product. I too have a hip issue that I've been dealing with for years. And we're going to give this a sh shot. I urge everybody else out there as well. Dr. Ben Tapper, thank you for your voice on all this. Let me tell people how they can find the wellness company and save 10% on regenerate on the wellness company's fantastic website and all of their fantastic products. Also 10 off simply by using the promo code RAV. Just go to TWC Health Forward slash RAV. Use that promo code RAV. And again, you save 10% off at checkout. All right, accused ICE agent assaulter, Democrat Congresswoman LaMonica. MacGyver can dish it out, but she cannot take it. And welcome back, everyone. So today, during an oversight here hearing for the Department of Homeland Security, Eli Crane, a great conservative and a lunatic leftist. Lamonica MacGyver got into it.
C
Watch this from New Jersey McIver for.
A
Five minutes of questions.
G
Mr. Crane, I don't know what your obsession is.
C
I thought you were supposed to address the chair.
A
Tired of you mentioning me.
B
And Mr. Chairman is supposed to address.
A
Me, people of Arizona, not me.
C
Quit assaulting ICE agents.
A
I am. Well, MacGyver was the one who allegedly assaulted ICE agents. She was on camera. Pretty much looks like an assault. By the way, that's what Congress has now become. Why? Not because of Republicans, but because of Democrats? That's going to do it for us, folks. Thank you so much for watching. I'm Grant Stitchfield. We will see you back here tomorrow night. Stitchfield's army rolls because of you. Thanks to everyone behind the glass. We'll see you tomorrow.

— Dr. John Lott (39:34)
The episode is highly charged, combative, and unapologetically partisan. Stinchfield employs colorful language, frequently belittles political opponents, and uses sarcasm to make his points. The featured guests tend to reinforce these views, contributing to an atmosphere of grievance against liberals, “elites,” and the mainstream press.
This episode delivers a fast-paced review of conservative grievance issues: defending ICE against protestors, pushing back on government shutdowns tied to immigration, lauding Trump’s assertiveness on the world stage, exposing perceived hypocrisy of global elites, questioning the legitimacy of recent vaccination practices, and insisting on strong gun rights. Interviews and news clips serve to reinforce the central message: American strength, sovereignty, and traditional values are under threat and must be actively defended. The show combines reporting, opinion, and advocacy in a style meant to energize and mobilize its audience.
