Grant Stinchfield
Well, good evening, everyone. Welcome to Stitchfield. I am proud to call Nicolas Maduro, the former dictator of Venezuela. Well, today in a New York courtroom, he pled not guilty to the charges against him. Basically that he's a narco terrorist and a drug trafficker and a man who's responsible for killing many, many Americans. In court, he had the audacity to claim that he is a decent man. You tell that to the Venezuelans that he not only stole property from, but but he often imprisoned. And at worst, he killed them if they disagreed with him. This is no decent man. All the while trying to profit off the killing of American citizens by sending fentanyl and cocaine in the United States at levels like we have never seen before. So all of this now is a positive for the United States of America. The world is a safer place with Maduro behind bars. And I believe only things are going to get better from here. Here is President Trump. We're going to run the country until such time as we can do a safe, proper and judicious transition. So we don't want to be involved with having somebody else get in. And we have the same situation that we had for the last long period of years. So that had people screaming and yelling. We don't want to be in the business of nation building. But this isn't about nation building. It's about nation restoration. It's not Iraq or Afghanistan. Muslim nations that can only be run by dictators. The people in those countries cannot handle freedom. Venezuela, on the other hand, prospered under freedom. It was a capitalistic country. They know what freedom is they had it stolen from them under the threat, coercion and violence laid down on them by the goons, these socialist goons like Maduro and Chavez. So any comparison to Iraq and Afghanistan, countries that are not exceptional and can handle freedom, are ridiculous.
Marco Rubio
That a lot of people analyze everything that happens in foreign policy through the lens of what happened from 2001 to 2015 or 16. The whole foreign policy apparatus thinks everything is Libya, everything is Iraq, everything is Afghanistan. This is not the Middle east. And our mission here is very different. This is the Western Hemisphere.
Grant Stinchfield
Now, that's not to say the process isn't going to be difficult. Maduro has henchmen that are dug in. The former vice president, now so called president of Venezuela, who was never elected by the way, she was appointed by Maduro, says she's willing to work with the United States. I don't trust her. Things on that front are not going to be easy. But for any Democrat that somehow decries that this was an unjust move by the United States of America ought to talk to Venezuelans. I can't believe it, but NBC did. Why are people here so excited?
Michelle Evans
We are celebrating freedom and liberty.
Chelsea Jubilee
Thanks to President Trump, we were able to gain our freedom back.
Joe St. Clair
My wife hasn't been able to go.
Grant Stinchfield
Home since she was a kid.
Joe St. Clair
My kids have never gone to Venezuela. So this is huge.
Grant Stinchfield
Now think about this. Where Democrats are today, Joe Biden put a $25 million bounty for the arrest and capture of Nicolas Maduro on Maduro's head. Biden, Trump goes in and arrests and captures Nicolas Maduro and the Democrats go crazy. Folks, a policy is not just scream about the opposite of whatever President Trump is doing. That that's not a policy, but that's where the Democrats are today. And think about this. For those that also somehow claim that we shouldn't be doing this, it's unconstitutional. It's not going to hold up in court. It's already played out in court. Do you remember Manuel Noriega, also a phony leader in Panama when G.W. bush, George Bush, H.W. bush sent in the troops to go capture him. Well, that played out in a federal courthouse and guess what? He was convicted. And the courts upheld America's right to arrest criminals no matter where they are in the world. Well, I want to bring in someone now who was in Panama and he is an amazing guy, a longtime friend of mine. Not only was he in Panama, but he parachuted into Panama on the invasion force as an Army Ranger in and I want to bring in Army Ranger Retired Chuck Holton to the program. Chuck, it is good to see you, my friend. Welcome. I know you are down on the Colombia Venezuelan border, is that correct?
Chuck Holton
Yeah, that's correct. This feels really familiar, Grant. We did this every day for a.
Grant Cardone
Couple of years, didn't we?
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, you and I did. We worked together at NRA tv. And I call Chuck my chaos reporter because anywhere there's chaos, you're going there. But that started out early on. Can you tell me, Chuck, through your experience of parachuting in Panama, to go after a dictator like Noriega and what went down over the weekend, Explain to me the similarities here and what our soldiers and troops and Special Forces may have been going through.
Chuck Holton
That's a very good comparison. There are a lot of similarities. As a matter of fact, Manuel Noriega was not elected president of Panama. He stepped in after the elected president, who was also a dictator, Omar Torrios, was killed in a suspicious plane crash, let's put it that way. Noriega had actually been an asset for the CIA before that. But then he started playing both sides of the fence and he was working with narco traffickers to launder their money. That's one of the reasons there are so many high rise buildings in Panama City today. Those are all money laundering projects. And so the United states under George H.W. bush sent. Of course, now this is where it kind of diverges a little bit. We already had 22,000 troops in Panama. It's the only time in American history when we've invaded a country that we already occupied because we had troops in the Canal Zone there and that sort of thing. And we had actually been there just that January, I'm sorry, July before that invasion in December for training. So we had already trained on the same ground that we were invading, so it made it a lot easier. But we did the same thing that the Delta Force guys did in this mission, which was built to scale, model mockup, and hit that thing over and over and over again until we had it down to a science. And then we got the go ahead from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and from jsoc and we went in and parachuted in. It took us about two weeks to take Noriega out of there because he went and hid in the embassy they called the Papal nuncio of the Vatican. And so it took a while for us to get the Vatican to kick him out so that we could arrest him. But then he went to federal court in Miami, went to prison for 20 years in a federal prison in Miami, then was released to France, where he was also facing charges. He served a year in prison in France and then was released to Panama, where he was also facing charges. And he spent the rest of his life in prison in Panama.
Grant Stinchfield
All of Noriega's defenses, that he was a leader of a sovereign country, he should have immunity, that the United States can't go and arrest somebody in another country for charge here. All that played out in Noriega's trial, and the courts upheld America's right for that. It is the same defense that Maduro is making today. He doesn't stand a case, does he?
Chuck Holton
No, because the nation is sovereign. But the guy who is the interloper, who's not an elected president, that's just leading the country, is not sovereign. And that's the difference that people miss here.
Grant Stinchfield
Chuck, can I ask you. You're on the border of Colombia and Venezuela. You live in Panama now, which I think is just, you know, so amazing. A guy who parachutes in there during that. During that invasion. Now you live in Panama. You have spent so much time in Central, South America and beyond. There is such a mass exodus coming out of Venezuela. Are you seeing an exodus now, or are people calmer? Is there less people coming across the border?
Chuck Holton
It's a very good question, Grant. As a matter of fact, I've been here in Kukata, going all the way back to about 2017, reporting on this. If you go back to 2008, that's when people really started leaving Venezuela. And that's because the currency collapse I happen to have here, this would have been in 2008, about. About $10,000 worth of Venezuelan currency. And today we bought it for under $5, just as a souvenir. It's absolutely worthless, not even worth the paper it's printed on. And so they. They make art out of it at this point. Okay, so people got with the hyperinflation where they couldn't survive, and they started leaving. Well, that ramped up more and more and more. Under the first Trump administration, you had millions of people fleeing Venezuela. Now a total of about 8 million people, and most of them came right behind me. Cucuta is about 700,000 people. But there have been times where there were more Venezuelans in Kukuta than Cucutenos. And now there's probably still about 200,000 refugees from Venezuela. I've been here talking to them. I was expecting coming down here that there would be a mass exodus of people leaving Venezuela now. But what you have to understand is that because Gustavo Petro, the president of Colombia, is also a communist. When he got into office about five years ago, he threw open the border. That's what leftists do, right? They throw open the border. So he threw open the border with Venezuela and gave protected status to Venezuelans in his country so they could come in and work. So it allowed them to actually continue living in Venezuela if they live close to the border, cross over to work, and then go back and live where it's cheaper in Venezuela. And so it relieved a lot of that pressure. And that border is still wide open right now. However, there's a difference. In 2018, I came down here, and that's during the first Trump administration. There was. The Trump administration was trying to get aid to the people in Venezuela because they were literally eating their pets in Venezuela. And the Maduro regime sent armed biker gangs to the border to burn the aid on the bridge that crossed the river into Venezuela. You might remember that. And I was here for that. Big firefights, all sorts of fighting and stuff. But when that happened, I went down to the river where the people were crossing anyway, because the bridge was closed. And I crossed into Venezuela just to get a shot of the bridge. And I no sooner got into Venezuela than three of those biker gang guys came running up and grabbed me and tried to. Tried to kidnap me and take me to Caracas. I had to kind of employ my ranger skills to disagree with them forcefully and get out.
Grant Stinchfield
I remember that well, and I believe that was when you were at NRA TV with me, and you've been in some hairy situations. I'm hopeful for the people of Venezuela. This is going to be a great thing. Real quick. Ten seconds, Chuck. The people of Venezuela now have to be very hopeful. Real quick.
Chuck Holton
They are, but they're saying we're not going to go back into Venezuela until the rest of the regime falls. They said Trump took out Alibaba and left the 40 thieves.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah. Amazing. Chuck Holton, it is always great to see you, my friend. Thank you for doing this with me tonight. I want you to check out Chuck's podcast, the Hot Zone with Chuck Holton, on YouTube. Chuck, thank you. Anytime. Absolutely. My man. All right, folks, so now you have deranged, anti Trump lunatics that are basically, they call out, they don't like kings, but then the moment you arrest a king, they want him freed. It makes no sense. This is in New York City. If you take a close look at the signs there. This is really interesting because in Orlando, the same dopey protesters are using the very Same signs. Watch. You look at them. Somebody's organizing this. And it's all about being anti Trump, not pro people. And I can tell you this, no one knows more about how brutal Nicolas Maduro was to anybody that disagreed with him, including Americans. I'm so honored to have on the program now a former recent Maduro regime hostage, U.S. air Force veteran Joe St. Clair. We talked a lot about him on this program. Joe, welcome home. It is great to have you back and you must be thrilled about the news over the weekend.
Joe St. Clair
Hi, Grant. First, I want to say thank you to you and your team for platforming my father and interviewing him. Because without your help and support, really, the fire to get me out of there wouldn't have occurred. I know that during the Biden regime, nobody knew where I was for three months. I was held under a false name. So on one hand, when I see Maduro with the headset and the mask over his eyes, I do feel somewhat vindicated. And the truth is he kept a bag over my head for six months and attempted to disappear me permanently. And what he's done to the Venezuelan people and even to their close neighbors, the Colombians, is on another level. As brutal as he is to, you know, those he views as his enemies, they weren't going to the extent with Americans as they were with Latinos. It really is sad. And to those who think that, who believe Maduro when he says he's a good person, it's not true. It's absolutely not true. He does not honor basic human rights. And if you don't believe this, take a flight to Colombia, take a flight to Brazil, go near the border of Venezuela and see what happens. Yet, like these people brutalize you.
Grant Stinchfield
That's what happened to you. You were on vacation and get scooped up. I believe they probably figured out exactly who you are. And being an Air Force veteran, that made you an even more probably target for that for them. Now they scoop you up, take you down there. What was life like for you? How long were you there again? And tell me what life was like for you.
Joe St. Clair
Yeah, so I was there for just under six months. And your last guest, the situation he described was eerily similar to what occurred to me. Like many of the other Americans, EU citizens and citizens from 30 countries all over the world that ended up in this black site prison where I was at Maduro's personal prison, Most of us were traveling with people we were dating or loved ones or family members. And unfortunately, you know, there's nothing. Once they had gotten me, essentially, I knew That I was, I was done for because I had a gun to my face. At first it seemed like they were just trying to get a bribe or possibly rob me. Then they started going through my phone and they found a photo of me in uniform. At that point I became the trophy prize. So on one hand that was terrifying. On the other hand I knew, okay, they're probably not going to kill me, even though they're threatening to do so. But I also had to think about, you know, I have somebody with me that also, they're not American, they're Venezuelan, and whatever I do will affect them. But I was, I was hogtied, driven 12 hours to Caracas and taken to the headquarters of what is their NSA or CIA, dg, cim. And for the first three weeks I was there, I was kept in solitary confinement without a bathroom in a room that was about 40 degrees, you know, concrete bed and had no outside communication. And the only way I got out of there honestly was I said, okay, I'll tell you whatever I need to tell you. I just, just let me out of the cell. And when I did that, they pulled me out and I said, hey, the only thing that matters is my life. And if you put me down there, I'm not going to survive. And I'm not going down there right now. I'm going to resist. From there I was sent to the prison that's on the screen, that's Rodeo Uno. And as you can tell, the conditions are extremely abysmal. You know, the government forces the soldiers. I really feel for them because they're just as much hostage as the people they're guarding. And I was not surprised to see that there was no anti aircraft artillery firing at our planes because these Venezuelan soldiers do not have the will to fight. I had several come up to me and whisper in my ear, hey, here's my Instagram. When you get out of here, I'll pass you information. If you can get me safety in the United States, I'll do so. So up to field grade level officers in there in their own CIA. So yeah, the conditions were terrible.
Grant Stinchfield
Had you, had you been in contact with any of those soldiers since I had.
Joe St. Clair
So they, weirdly enough, as I was getting flown out, I was rescued on my own. And it was about a 24 hour process. If you look at the photos of when I came back, they actually forcibly shaved my head because I understood they weren't going to respect my rights as a human being as American. But I appealed to their religious instincts and I said I was a Nazarene Christian. I wouldn't cut my beard or my hair, but just to show the level of depravity, before I left, eight guys tied me down and just forcibly shaved my head. But those agents have since reached out to contacts that I know from my ex in Colombia and they've attempted to make contact with me. I've not done so just because I feel a little sketchy about it. But certainly other hostages who are there, their family members live in Caracas. So as soon as this hit, within 20 minutes our group chats were blowing up and we already knew it was going down.
Grant Stinchfield
Joe, I guess the question to you then, there is a possibility that with Maduro gone, the pressure from President Trump and the United States military, that there could be a collapse of Maduro's regime and those inside that literally want out of that as well. Do you think?
Joe St. Clair
Yeah, I think that what you see here is probably 90% of the population want Maduro out. And it's important to note that in this black site prison, you know, there were Venezuelan loyalist soldiers who were, you know, dead to rights. Chavistas, their former economic minister, was there. Journalists who just released economic data were there. And everyone there was afraid to utter the name Maduro. They had to do a curled mustache to talk about him. So on one hand, yes, the Venezuelan people want to be rid of this guy, but they also want to be rid of the system because it is an organized, it is a criminal gang element and they act that way. That's why they can't actually collect on people's cell phones. They force people to, they have checkpoints every 10 miles to open people's phones and search for the name Maduro, or if you have an American contact you're going to get sits in one of these prisons, or if you've entered the United States illegally and you're deported, you're going to one of these prisons. So those people are really, it's really tragic what's happening to them, Joe. But that being said, DGCIM and Sabine, they're all implicated in this and I'm not surprised. I've seen a couple videos of them saying they're ready to stand, to fight, but many people don't know that. There's also 15 other high level individuals in Venezuela who have been indicted who have, you know, the same price tags on their heads. And of course these people are going to try to hold on to power. So my message to, you know, American forces and as well as the Venezuelans who are moving into power, you know, these elements need to be dealt with. I don't think this is an Iraq. I don't think this is a forever war. I think this was perfectly executed and the Venezuelan people need to step up and, you know, lead this change at this point.
Grant Stinchfield
Joe, last question for you before I let you go. And so glad you're home. Your message to President Trump, he was really the one responsible that administration, President Trump, others of getting you freed and the others that were free. There were other American hostages. We profiled your message to him about the weekend and getting you free real quick.
Joe St. Clair
You know, I owe my life to President Trump. I had two things that kept me alive and kept me strong. One was my faith in God and, you know, going back to that. But the other was knowing Trump is going into office. And I had been sequestered and kept from the other Americans for the first month I was there. But when I showed up, they had lost all hope. They had protested, they had breaking out of their cells, and like me, they were under false names. So I told them, as I said, hey, the truth is, guys, we're not getting out until January 20th. But by the end of the second week that he had gotten into office, we got out and hope was restored. And every Venezuelan in that country was rooting and praying and hoping for a US Intervention for at least the last three years. So thank you, Trump, and thank you for what you did this weekend. You were used by God this weekend.
Grant Stinchfield
Joe Sinclair, we're so happy you're home. Thank you for your service to America. And look, I'm glad to see you look like you're doing well. I'm glad to see you're safe and sound back on home soil. And you're welcome to come on this program anytime you want. We, we think you're an American hero, buddy, and we appreciate you coming on.
Joe St. Clair
Thank you for your support. And like I always say, you guys are worth it. Take care.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, I appreciate that for sure. All right, folks, I want to move on now. We run a little short on time, so let's run to the promo, please, guys, the next next script and the prompter, if we can. There's a reason for this. We'll talk about about it next. Grant Cardone will join me. Welcome back, everyone. You know, I was blessed to be down in the Florida Keys on vacation when the capture of Maduro unfolded. And my very special lady friend, who is a phenomenal stock trader by the way, she ought to do it professional, professionally, says to me, what is this going to do to the stock market Monday? I said, you know, I think it, it rises. I think this shows American dominance. And sure enough, what happened, the Dow made record highs. The S P was up. Of course, you had many of the energy stocks, Exxon and Chevron all up because you're going to go back and get what they owned. It was their oil refinery equipment. The Democrats forget that. And so sure enough, when you have a leader like President Trump, this isn't chaos what happened in Venezuela, it's control. And that's when stocks boom. This is Marco Rubio talking about the energy industry.
Marco Rubio
Pretty certain that there will be dramatic interest from Western companies. Non Russian, non Chinese companies will be very interested. Our refineries in the Gulf coast of the United States are the best in terms of refining this heavy crop crude. And there's actually been a shortage of heavy crude around the world. That so I think there would be tremendous demand and interest from private industry if given the space to do it, if given the opportunity to do it.
Grant Stinchfield
Why wouldn't there be? And the bottom line is what the Democrats don't understand is this will enrich again the people of Venezuela. Remember all this was stolen from them. And it'll be great for America too, and beyond. I want to bring in now equity and fund manager founder of Cardone Capital. Grant Cardone is with us. Grant, welcome to the program.
Grant Cardone
Great to see you.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, it's great to see you. I got to meet you over Thanksgiving. You said you come on the program. Here you are. And what a day to come on your thoughts about the weekend and where we are now and maybe what this means for the everyday American. Grant?
Grant Cardone
Well, what it means is that Donald Trump is doing exactly what he promised to the American people. Here we are, what, 11 months? In 11 months, it's Gulf of America. We have our border secure I don't know that people understand where Venezuela is. I'm in Miami tonight, Grant. It's a 45 minute trip from where my house is to be there. It's 500 miles. It's the distance between Miami and Tampa. And so I think what Donald Trump did here was again, follow up on the promise he made to the American people. When we think about a border, we think about Canada and Mexico. 500 miles is not very far away and a lot of drugs have come from there. And like you said, our oil companies were ripped off by Madura. We went back down there. China's absolutely creating a base there. This is the western hemisphere. This is not across the planet. And he did this in four hours, man. Like what he did.
Grant Stinchfield
It took Bush, what.
Grant Cardone
Eight years, 4,500 deaths, trillions of dollars, and Donald Trump executed in one night, in less than four hours, without hurting anyone, without anybody dying, without destruction of property. Bang, problem solved. Now we'll put the right person down there and we'll have control of our borders. This is what he promised. Also, gas prices are coming down, oil prices are coming down. Stock market's booming. 401k should be exploding right now. The goals, the silvers, for those of you who do not believe in the dollar, those are banking. And I believe the only thing left for him to do, Grant, is to fix Jerome Powell, get him out of there, get a fed in there that has some common sense. Lower interest rates don't destroy housing prices. But because there's too much home equity for Americans there, get interest rates to the 3 and a half to 4, 4% range and this economy is going to be just, just booming.
Grant Stinchfield
So I saw that on your ex account. I think everybody out there knows that. Grant Cardone, you're a big real estate guy. You love real estate, in fact, and the 4% interest rate seems to be a sweet spot where you keep the price of your, your real estate up, yet you can afford a mortgage. I think the days of the 2.7%, which I have, by the way, way, my house is basically free money. They're probably gone, but 78% out of control. Nobody can afford a house, Grant.
Grant Cardone
Yeah, well, that, that's what's made housing unaffordable. I mean, in the 20 largest cities in America, the mortgage is almost double what the rent is. The only way to fix that, okay, I had somebody hit me today and said, we want lower home prices. Be careful what you ask for, man. You don't want lower home prices. If you're a property Owner, what you want is a lower payment to be able to afford that home so that you can enter into it. And then the idea is if all lower interest rates are going to mean more inflation. Well, the truth is this is American. We have the greatest country on planet Earth, greatest consumer economy in the world. It's unmatched by anyone. We should have the cheapest money on the planet. Americans should not be paying 20% to MasterCard and Visa and it shouldn't even be allowed. By the way, Trump wants to fix that. He also wants to fix your home mortgage so that, so that it could maybe be a sub 3%. I think he would actually entertain getting them back to those, to those levels. And he's also going to build a bunch of homes in this first quarter. They're going to announce him in Bill Pulte over Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. I believe we're going to announce the largest build out of new homes that has taken place in America in 70 years.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, and think about it, to build homes, what does that take? It takes a lot of jobs, like working class jobs that put real money in real people's pockets. The other side that I'm worried about of that may take jobs. I think people are going to have to figure out a way not to be the task. This is what I tell people in a world of I don't be the task. Your thoughts about AI and where we're headed on that front.
Grant Cardone
Hey, look, we need plumbers, man. We need H Vac people, we need roofers, guys. You don't even need to worry about the air yet. Okay? So what you need to worry about is where's the opportunity in America with plumbers, H Vac, roofers, landscapers. There's so much money that can be made in this country. We have a booming economy where people want things done for them. AI is that like it's going to do something for me? It's going to give me intelligence without me having to go to college. I would just tell Americans we are a great economy. You have to find those little places. This is what I've done in my career. I found those little places in the marketplace where I knew it would be good for me and my family. I could solve somebody's problems. And I think plumbers and H Vac and roofers and guys repairing homes. And the handyman is going to be the doctor of the 1950s in the year 2026.
Grant Stinchfield
And I think people have to understand that you can build businesses around that. So you go in and you be a plumber or a handyman, that doesn't mean you got to stay on, on the job as a plumber and handyman. You can start hiring people to do your work. I had a 16 year old come to my house to sell me windows. And you know what? An 18 year old showed up to do the windows. The 16 year old had the 18 year old working for him.
Grant Cardone
Yeah. And these things are almost forgotten trades and concepts today because everybody wants to, to somehow think that AI is going to solve all your problems. AI is not going to get rid of, of the basic personality, the energy, the ethics, the persistence of the individual. These things that Donald Trump has, by the way, okay, this is a guy that promised to do something 11 months ago and this weekend he's going hard, okay? The American people weren't asking for that. He went in there knowing it would cost him something. He got in and he got out. That's the way a businessman operates. And, and so I'm really, really excited about this year. I think it's going to be a great year for the those people that put their head down, stay focused and look for the opportunities. Because Donald Trump wants everybody to make a lot of money. He's never ever been shy about that. He wants every family to load up and make more money than the banks make.
Grant Stinchfield
He does. He wants a prosperous America and prosperous Americans. Last question for you, Grant. I've been following you a long time and I love what you do because you also want that for people. And I think that's a big part of success, is when you help others get success. Nobody's done that more than you, I feel like. And correct me if I'm wrong, your boldness on the political subjects has increased over the last couple years or so. Am I right? And if so, why?
Grant Cardone
Well, because, Because I own property, dude. Because, you know, I have a family, I have two beautiful kids in a marriage and I own businesses. And I don't want people taking my stuff away from me. I worked too hard to get it. I came from the middle class. Nobody gave me anything. I mean, nothing. I was in debt when I was 25 years old. And, and I am a product of the American dream. Ethics, intelligence, energy. Put those three things together and don't quit and you can do anything you want. I mean, I, I, I don't think there's any way I could have done this in many other countries, but I did it here. Maybe I could have, I don't know, but I did it here. I love this country and I Want to see more people doing well. If you're the only person doing well, everybody around you is broke and broken, then you're not doing well either. So it's in my best interest that, that other people start looking at. We lived in California for 25 years. Absolutely loved it. Grant. I left there 14 years ago because I knew that they were no longer interested in me as a citizen of that place and they wanted to rob me and steal from me. And, you know, 14 years later, I was very right on that. So I'm more politically, I'm, I, I, it's not really politics that I'm interested in. It's freedom. I want, I want my freedom. And, you know, we were trying to buy real estate in New York City when Trump got his 450 million dollar fine on him and we pulled out of all those deals because I'm like, they'll do it to him, they'll do it to me.
Chuck Holton
Yeah.
Grant Cardone
So we're in Florida, Texas and Tennessee and doing great business.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, it's so great to have you on the program. It's so great to get to know you. From one Grant to another, it's not a lot of us out there. You know what, but do you know.
Grant Cardone
What your name means? Tell me the name Grant means a guaranteer. You always do what you say you're gonna do.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, there you go. I tell people I'm right 95 of the time, so that's pretty darn good. Thank you, buddy, for coming on. Absolutely. Great to talk to you at Grant Cardone. You can follow him on X. All right, folks. In 2023, a patriot was charged with reposting a photo of a man in a women's room. All right, wet restroom. Now X has stepped up to support her legal case. We'll get into that next. Welcome back, everyone. Look, we know a huge problem is men in women's restrooms, men pretending to be women. I'm sure if you're like me, you've shared posts of men in women's restrooms. I do it on this program. I do it on social media all the time. You ever think you'd get charged with a crime for doing that? Well, that is exactly what happened to the Texas Williamson County Republican Party chairperson, Michelle Evans. She just shared somebody's post and the district attorney charged her with a crime. I want to bring Michelle Evans into the program. Michelle, welcome.
Michelle Evans
Hey, thank you for having me. Happy New Year.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, happy New Year to you, too. So you face a criminal case, is that correct?
Michelle Evans
Yes. The state jail Felony sex offense.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, tell me why that is a state jail felony in the eyes of a radical Democrat, anyway.
Michelle Evans
Yes. So in the eyes of Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza, I am guilty or should be investigated at least for the sex crime of invasive recording. Part of that particular penal code in Texas says that if you even share a photo of somebody in this private space, then you can be charged with a state jail felony sex crime.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so for everybody out there that doesn't know Texas politics, the Travis county and the district attorney there is a radical goes after Republican lawmakers, just tries to make splashes all the time. You, though, Michelle, had somebody come to your rescue in some respects, and that's Elon Musk and the platform X. He vowed he would support free speech. He's doing that in your case. Tell me what happened and, and how this works now with X.
Michelle Evans
So after the Department of Public Safety officers confiscated my phone on May 12th of 2023, within weeks I found out that I was being investigated for the sex crime. We filed a lawsuit saying that this was protected political speech. The man in the photo had already announced that he was running for State House. So we argue that this is an unconstitutional application of the law. On December 9th of 2025, 18 months after the fact, more than 18 months after the fact, actually, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a panel opinion, a 2:1 opinion, saying that Jose Garza should be able to go ahead with the investigation. And within a couple of weeks, we got an email from Elon Musk's legal team saying that they have a vested interest in the case and would like to see this through with us. So they announced last Monday that they are proud to support my case and take this as far as it needs to go.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so what does that mean for you? Are they picking up the legal fees? Are they, their attorneys, actively involved in all of this? What does it actually mean other than because I worry? Look, I like X. I like Elon Musk. I just don't want it to be lip service. Hey, we are going to take a role and then, you know, nothing happens.
Michelle Evans
Well, my. My personal attorney has already filed a petition to do what's called an en banc request. So having the entire fifth Circuit Court of Appeals take up my case. And they have said that they will come in and support that and even further if needed, the details of which I'm not super clear about yet. There's been no discussion about financial support, which is kind of how the rest of the media has interpreted their statement about support supporting the case. I still have legal fees being incurred for my personal attorney who is running point on all of this. And we are just waiting for a response from the 5th Circuit to see what happens next.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, look, it is Texas and when you start to get into the appellate court systems, they tend to side more with freedom and the Constitution than certainly other states do. Michelle, your thoughts though on, on all of this? I mean, we have a real problem in this country where we think it's okay now or people in this country think it's okay that men can just go waltzing into women's restrooms and then they end up charging the good guy, the law abiding citizen with a crime. You, Michelle, rather than like stopping the bad behavior.
Michelle Evans
Yes. And, and it's important to note that I was sort of a well known political activist at the Capitol for a hearing, I'm sorry, the House floor debate on the, the bill to ban gender modification for minors and Texas in 2023. I had advocated strongly for that bill. So people knew who I was based on that. And the, you know, the Department of Public Safety lieutenant came straight to me within hours of that going viral on Twitter. The man is not facing the camera. He's fully dressed, washing his hands at the sink. This was not invasive. This was not a matter of his consent being violated. In fact, it was a matter of our consent being violated by him going into a women's only space. And things have come full circle in Texas now. We've passed the Women's Privacy act, which forbids men from being in women's private spaces in public buildings like the Capitol where we were.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, you know, it makes me think you don't have to be President Trump for them to use the full force of the judicial system to try to silence you. They'll do it to any one of us if they can. And I'm grateful there are people out there, like you said, speaking up, Michelle Evans, and I'm appreciative of that. All right, folks, we are back in a flash. Welcome back, everyone. How many of you have failed a New Year's resolution, whether it's to stop smoking, maybe it's to get healthy. The two of those things, of course, go hand in hand. And just watch this for a second.
Chuck Holton
So we started in the August 555.
Grant Stinchfield
It was amazing. We lost, we lost weight that first week. I've gone down five notches on my belt.
Chuck Holton
If you just follow the program, it works. I mean, this is so simple and so doable and So I just thank y'.
Grant Cardone
All.
Michelle Evans
I have no more body aches. My mind is clear.
Grant Stinchfield
My endurance is up.
Michelle Evans
My heart is just fuller. I'm able to give more and be more present.
Joe St. Clair
It's.
Grant Stinchfield
It's changed our marriage.
Chuck Holton
It's changed our relationship, and it's so sustainable. I can't say enough.
Grant Stinchfield
This has been life changing.
Grant Cardone
Folks.
Grant Stinchfield
The Energized health system is a total mind, body, soul change. It really is for the better, of course. And what better time to start than then? They have the my 555 challenge going on. And it's the new Year, folks. Let me bring in now the founders of Energized Health, John and Chelsea. Jubilee to the both of you. Happy New Year.
Joe St. Clair
Welcome back.
John Jubilee
Happy New Year, Graham.
Chelsea Jubilee
Happy New Year.
Grant Stinchfield
All right. It's great to have you both on. Chelsea, why don't I start with you? Because I usually have your husband on. So right off the bat, John and I talk a lot about people failing at New Year's resolutions. New this should be the last time anybody fails if they start this my 555 challenge and ultimately go on to the energized health protocol. Your thoughts, Chelsea?
Chelsea Jubilee
Yes. Well, I just can base it off of facts of helping tens of thousands of people achieve all of their goals. You know, whether it's to lose weight, whether it's to get rid of an ailment or disease that you're struggling with, or maybe you just want to feel better. Maybe your marriage isn't where you want it to be. Be relationally. Look, we have the system for you. Join the my555challenge.com because it truly will transform your life in every area.
Grant Stinchfield
John, I take it it's not a coincidence that the My555 challenge is going on right at the start of the new year because it really sets you up for success, John.
John Jubilee
Well, Grant, we want this. Listen, you guys that are watching us today, listen. We want this to be the last New Year's resolution you ever make. This can be the last one you make because it's the last one you need to make. And I can tell you guys my story is I tried 10 years. Nothing worked for me. Everything was a failure. All I did was lost. Yeah, I lost weight, all right, but I lost water and I lost muscle. Same thing all you guys are doing, too, if you just lose weight. But when I found this, guys, I lost my fat. I lost my visceral fat, my subcutaneous fat. I reversed my high blood pressure. I reversed all of my joint pain, my Brain fog. And you guys can, too. This can be the last program that you ever do. That's why we're doing it, Grant, so that people can have their last New Year's resolution and their best New Year's resolution they've ever done.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so, Chelsea, they talk about. You guys talk about getting hydrated at a cellular level. And this is really the scient key to all of that. Can you give us a little explainer as to what that means?
Chelsea Jubilee
Yes, absolutely. Well, in the My 555 challenge, we obviously break that down, and we also offer vip, which I'm going to talk about a little bit here on the show, because it is going to answer the question you just asked, the bioimpedance device. So we should all know what our hydration levels are. Most of 98% of people we talk to have no clue what their hydration levels are. What does that mean? How hydrated is your body? Your organs need it to function. It's actually the number one thing you should know about what's going on in your body. We will ship you a device that can tell you how hydrated you are. With that being said, it will measure your hydration inside. Now, our body is all made up of cells, right? Trillions of cells. So intracellular hydration is basically taking hydration, nutrition, things that you're eating, you're drinking, infusing the cell to get all of the inflammation, everything out of the body and hydrating the cell at the cellular level. A lot of us, we're drinking water. We know we should be, but it's not penetrating the cell. So that is, in short, what intracellular hydration is. Is hydrating the cells to get the organs to function at their fullest.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, I can tell you it made such a huge difference for me. I lost £15 in two weeks once I started the energized health protocol and doing everything that you all spelled out to do. And it was fairly easy. Really simple was probably the best word to use for all of this. John, your wife mentioned this bio device that measures so many levels. Tell people how they can get it, and then I'll tell people how to get on the My555 challenge.
John Jubilee
Yeah. So, guys, when you register today, make sure you register today. About 45 minutes a day we'll spend with you the next five days. It's at your convenience. You can watch it on video at your convenience. But, guys, just up level to the VIP. Up level to the VIP. It's $99. 99. And listen we have a 28 year track record, tens of thousands of success stories. You can have your best health and this can be your last New Year's resolution.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, you guys are so great and you're so great for supporting this program and Real America's Voice. And you've helped countless viewers of this network and members of Stitchfield's army. We're grateful for that. The numbers are only going to grow and in 2026. Guys, let me tell them how they can find y' all and become a part of the My555 Challenge. Just go to my555challenge.com join the 555 Challenge for just $5. That's $5 5 pounds in five days, guaranteed. You'll learn the science, experience and difference. And if you want to go deeper, upgrade, as John said, to that vip, get a personalized guidance and hydration tracking device to help you measure your results in real time. Again, the website my555challenge.com all right, outgoing Democrat Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett is hugely upset with the Supreme Court over Texas redistricting. Welcome back, everyone. So Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, we know she's a radical. We know she's out of control. We know she's, quite frankly, quite a bit of a ding dong when you get down to it. She's upset about Texas redistricting because we're gaining five Republican seats in this state. That's a good thing, by the way. Maybe that's why she's mad. Listen to her.
Michelle Evans
Kudos to Indiana for saying you. Kudos to California for saying we're going to fight back. Definitely. Kudos to the Trump justice who wrote the 160 page opinion denouncing what took place in Texas and you to the Supreme Court for what they did.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, I'd actually like to give Jasmine Crockett a kudos. Kudos to you for stepping down from your House seat to run for the United States Senate in Texas because you will be out of public office in very short order. There's no way you're winning that race. So kudos for getting into it. That's gonna do it for us, folks. Great to see you. Stitchfield's army rolls. We'll see you tomorrow night. 7 p.
Michelle Evans
