Welcome to Stitchfield. I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times. I'm going to say it again today. The Save America act is doomed to fail. Let's just put it that way. Now I applaud the Republican senators who are making a go of this. Through some procedural moves, they have forced debate on this issue. This debate on the Save America act could now last for days as senators take this up. It's not a talking filibuster, which is why this is not going to pass. But again, I think what it will do is not so much expose the Democrats, they're already exposing themselves, but it will expose Rhino Republicans, the three of them that are holding this thing up, or at least siding with Democrats to hold it up. Here's Senator Schmidt. A republic approaching its quarter millennium should not be content merely to remember greatness. It should show that it stills know how to govern. It still knows how to govern itself. It should show that it still has the strength to defend citizenship. It should show that it still has
Megan McCardell / Justin Davis (NRA Director)
the courage to defend women.
Grant Stinchfield
It should show that still has the decency to defend children. The Save America act does all of those things, but yet the Democrats are dead set against it. Why would you be dead set against proving you're an American citizen and showing id? The reasons you'd be dead cent against it, of course, is one if people are filling out other people's ballots, that shouldn't be whether at the polls or whether mail in ballots because we want to do away with mail in ballots as well. Or you know, that people are voting. That shouldn't be. It really Is that simple? Here's Chuck Schumer. The SAVE act is not a voter ID bill. It is a voter suppression bill. The SAVE act would make it easier to buy an AR15 than and to register to vote. Now that's a flat out lie, and he knows that's a flat out lie. Now, in order to buy a AR15, you have to show your ID and you also have to go through a background check. Guess what? Nobody's putting you through a Knicks search in order to vote. But you would have to do that to buy an AR15. And I just had to waste time explaining that. And that's exactly what Chuck Schumer wanted me to do. So explain to me the other thing that they're against is the federal government searching through the voter records, making sure that we have clean voter rolls. Why would they be so against that unless they're afraid of what we find? Now, mind you, most of these voter rolls are public information anyway. How do you think you start getting all these mailers from candidates during campaign season? They know you voted in every primary because they're public. But again, they're against it because they don't want the feds looking into it. Schumer.
Harley Lippman
Again, Republicans won't tell Americans, for example,
Grant Stinchfield
that the SAVE act would require states
Harley Lippman
to hand over voter records to be
Grant Stinchfield
screened through a DHS system rebuilt by Elon Musk's Doge squad. Oh, so you mean to tell me that Chuck Schumer now is somehow against government lists of the citizens? What did he push? During COVID there was a giant list of who was vaxx and who wasn't vaccine. God forbid you weren't. You were put on the naughty list. I was one of those people. And you lose almost everything. So he's so afraid of the lists now. Isn't it the Democrat administration of Joe Biden that got caught keeping lists of gun owners, which they were not allowed to do. So spare me the outrage there, Chuck Schumer. Y' all are hypocrites and you know it. Okay. Intellectually dishonest is what they are. Here's GOP Senator Jim Banks.
Megan McCardell / Justin Davis (NRA Director)
Voter ID laws are so obvious, they're so common sense, that it's shocking that we're even having a debate on the floor of the United States Senate this week about it. It's hard to see that there are even two sides to this issue. Unless, of course, you believe that it really is okay for illegal immigrants to vote in our elections.
Grant Stinchfield
Again, I think only the Democrat leaders believe that because they're the Ones who know and enable it to happen so they can get elected into office. So the Senator raised the issues about why all this matters. Well, ICE gave us a great example today. I want you to take a look at this picture. The gentleman on your screen, I call him a gentleman. He's illegal alien. His name is Mahado Sucko. He was ordered removed from America in 2002. Well, ICE just arrested him not only for being in the country illegally, but for voting in nearly every election, federal election, since 2008. If you don't believe me, take a look at this. That's Mahado Sucko's voter registration card. What a great name for this guy. Right here's Senator Barraso of Wyoming. Most recently, this illegal immigrant voted in the 2024 election. He voted in the state of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is a swing state. It was won by tight margins in both the Presidential and and the Senate races. He should have never been allowed to vote in the United States and this should never be allowed to happen. But the Democrats wanted to have a notice. He said, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Where else are going to steal elections? Oh, yeah. Detroit, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Atlanta. The list goes on and on and on. Blue cities. All of this is maddening. But even more maddening is the faux toughness on behalf of some Republicans like John Thune, who I'm totally disappointed with. Our leader in the United States Senate. Just listen to this. So illegals voting and the other things that are in the Save America act
Dr. Jeff Barkey
do not approach an existential threat to our democracy. It's just something that can be casually dealt with.
Grant Stinchfield
Not worth losing the filibuster.
Harley Lippman
I don't think you're.
Grant Stinchfield
I don't think it's being casually dealt with.
Megan McCardell / Justin Davis (NRA Director)
We're going to have a spirited debate
Grant Stinchfield
on the floor here. And as I said earlier, states have the authority to do this already. Oh, a spirited debate. It's like the debate team in high school. We don't want a spirited debate. We want an all out street brawl in the United States Senate. We want you kicking in the gouging in the mud and the blood and the beer, okay? That's what we want. Not spirited debate. And we'll go toe to toe with our Democrat friends that you're toasting scotches with in the basement. Come on, man. Spirited debate my ass. All of this is connected. Why is it all connected? We also have this DHS funding bill. Again, this all goes together here. You see these long lines in Fort Lauderdale. Look at this mess brought on to you by the democrat party. TSA agents missed their first paycheck. About 10% of them every day are calling in sick. They don't want to work and they're not getting paid. But the Democrats don't see the danger they're putting Americans in, not just from TSA agents, terrorists in this country and all other threats. Here's Van Jones. No, I think Democrats have to stick to their guns because as inconvenient as it is in an airport, it's a lot more inconvenient to have ICE agents doing all kind of terrible stuff and they should be putting back in a box. Let me tell you something which I think Republicans don't talk about enough. They've already made concessions. Everything the Democrats want for the most part. The big things President Trump has agreed to. Think about it. They wanted body cameras worn by by ICE agents. I love that idea. I'm all for body cameras. They said, okay, we'll get them body cameras. They wanted the tactics changed on the streets. What did they do? President Trump said Tom Holman in They changed the tactics in many, many states, not just Minnesota. They wanted de escalation training. I think that's great for all police officers. You know, I'm involved in training police officers. De escalation tactics are great. They agreed to it. So what more do they want? Remember, ICE is already funding funded. So all this is really just a waste. Here's GOP Senator Tim Scott. Why in the world will we not fund the Department of Homeland Security as it is in the midst of an Iran mean conflict? And we've already seen these one off attacks here at home. Every single Democrat is making the homeland less secure by not supporting the Department of Homeland Security funding completely. And you know, the worst part is the Democrats have the media on their side. The media is not calling them out on any of this. I want to bring in now Republican congressman from Indiana, Marlin Stutzman is with us. Congressman, it is good to see you. Welcome back, Grant.
Marlin Stutzman
Thanks for having me. Great to see you as well.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, Congressman, so you kind of have to watch a lot of this from the sidelines right now because the Senate is involved with everything here. What do you do up there? What do you recommend to the Senate? Is there anything that can be done to help either one of these two issues between DHS funding and the Save America Act?
Marlin Stutzman
Well, I'll tell you, Grant, I think honestly, you hit it hit the nail on the head when you're talking about the filibuster. You know, the American people elected 53 Republican senators and so therefore we all go back to our daily lives thinking, hey, we got 53 Republican senators that are going to fight for Republican values, for conservative values. And then all of a sudden we find out, well, we got this most common sense piece of legislation 8 out of 10Americans support, showing an ID and proving that you're a citizen to be able to vote in this incredible country. And all of a sudden, you have the Senate saying, well, we can't pass it. Well, why not? Because of the filibuster rule. And so, to me, I think that we, as Republicans in the Senate. The Republicans in the Senate are going to cost us this election because the American people sent us up here to do a job, and they're hiding behind a system rather than fighting for a result. And that's what the American people want. They want a result here. And I just think that that's what has to happen more than anything else. Let's go to the talking filibuster. You can keep that, but get rid of this zombie filibuster where it's easy for the senators to go on about having their coffee break and calling in a filibuster and stopping a vote rather than actually working at it.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, I have a question for you, because I've heard a lot about this. Our midterms will be determined because of this. We need this passed into law. Do you think we'll lose because the Democrats will still be allowed to cheat, or do you think we'll lose because people will be so outraged we didn't get it done? Or is it a combination of both?
Marlin Stutzman
I think it's both. I mean, you know, a good friend of ours, he. Pastor Lorenzo Sewell in Detroit, Michigan, he prayed at President Trump's inauguration. Great friend of mine was telling me, and they actually have a lawsuit on this in Michigan, that people in his congregation, urban Detroit, they go to vote, and when they get to the polls, they're told, oh, you've already voted. Well, what do you mean, I've already voted? He said, well, you've already voted. Your ballot has already been cast. Somebody took their ballot and voted for them. They have a lawsuit. But do you think they're going to win? Is that going to be fixed in the 2024 election? No, it's not. And so therefore, people are starting to give up on the system. And when they say, you know what, if my vote is not protected and I know that somebody else can steal my vote, it just. It puts all of us in a situation where we don't trust the system and I think Republicans are going to say, you know what? Senate, Senate Republicans aren't fighting for the Save America Act. Why go fight, you know, why go out and vote? Same thing on the other side.
Grant Stinchfield
Here's the big problem. I'm with you. I want to throw out this 60 vote minimum to move it to a full vote and debate. That's what the filibuster is. To get that done, there's some procedural moves, and then you've got to have a majority in the Senate, which Republicans have. But apparently we don't even come close to having the votes. It's not just like the normal three, the Tillis, Murkowski and Collins group. There's even more senators that don't want to throw out the filibuster. Is it even an option that we would be able to get it done?
Marlin Stutzman
Well, I think that again, there's several senators over there that are going to protect the, the traditions of the Senate, the rules of the Senate. They would rather protect the, the way that the Senate operates than actually get the result. I come from business. President Trump comes from business. So many people across this country say, you know what, I got to pay this bill by next Friday. They're going to figure out a way to pay the bill. But if the, you know, if they have the envelope rule on their kitchen table and says, well, you can't take some money out of this envelope to go pay that bill, and they just sit there, well, then they're going to go, you know, they're going to have a problem because they don't pay the bills. We have to do what it takes to get the result done. And I'm all for, for having the rules in the Senate, but this has gone on too long and it only disenfranchises Republican voters because they say, well, hey, we, we've given you a majority, but you can't pass anything.
Grant Stinchfield
Look, I sense your frustration and I appreciate it. I really do. I wish we had more fighters, you know, members of Congress. I told people we're getting more and more America First Members of Congress like yourself, Congressman Stutzman, each year it seems to get a little bit better and a little bit better. I wish we could get them some help in the United States Senate. That's what the midterms are about. We need a lot of this to happen before that. That happens as well. Indiana Congressman Marlon Stutzman, thank you for coming on tonight.
Marlin Stutzman
Thank you, Grant. Great to see you.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. Good to see you too, sir. All right, I want to turn now to Iran President Trump's brilliant, right? Not only is he eliminating the threat, that is Iran, of killing American citizens and going after President Trump, forget that they have a bounty out on President Trump's head, but he has put our allies on notice, and he's exposed them all.
President Donald Trump (clips)
Right?
Grant Stinchfield
Nobody apparently wants to help us protect the Straits of, of Hormuz, so we can get, you know, world commerce, specifically oil, through there. This is the Irish Prime Minister calling out Naito.
President Donald Trump (clips)
So I think NATO's making a very foolish mistake, and I've long said that, you know, I wonder whether or not NATO would ever be there for us. So this is a. This was a great test because we don't need them, but they should have been there.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, clearly that's not the prime minister, but that is President Trump sitting next to him. Well, Trump says, as he mentioned there, we don't need them in here. But here's the thing. NATO's making a mistake. You know who's making an even bigger mistake is that Iran did not come to the table in a. In a big way to satisfy President Trump and America because he announced some big news today.
President Donald Trump (clips)
They could leave today, and it would take 10 years to rebuild the damage that's been done. But I think we have to make it a little bit more permanent because no other president has to go through this, and we shouldn't have any other president having to go through this kind of a thing.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, two pieces of good news. One is he thinks it might just take a few more weeks. And the other piece of good news is this. Israel took out two of Iran's top leaders. You're talking about a security official, the head of security, and then the head of the Revolutionary Guard. President Trump again say a lot of
President Donald Trump (clips)
people say their actual top was killed yesterday along with somebody else that who was responsible for the killing. The man that was responsible for the killing of 32,000 thousand people over the last two weeks, he was in charge of the killing of protesters. It's an evil group. I mean, they've killed much more than 32,000 people.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so that individual, you're looking at him on your screen. They're dead. We got him. As President Trump would like to say, with the help of Israel. By the way, I want to Bring in now CEO and founder of Genesis 10 and a member of the Dean's Advisory Board at Columbia University's Graduate School, School of International and Public Affairs. Harley Lippman is back with us. Harley, welcome back to the show.
Harley Lippman
Thank you for having me back.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, Harley, your assessment? You know this region probably better than anybody else. How are things going?
Harley Lippman
It's going incredibly well. People don't realize that in the history of warfare, it's remarkable to have wiped out virtually an enemy's air force, navy, anti aircraft batteries and other areas of infrastructure in about two weeks. Wars take years. I mean, just look at Russia and Ukraine. They're in their fifth year now. So the United States is doing very well. And people have to recognize that in a war there are phases. The part that worries me is the notion that it has to end in a few weeks because the enemy just has to say to their troops, hey guys, let's just hunker down for a few weeks and then America is going to stop attacking us. That's the only thing that worries me. But overall, this is a brilliant strategy by President Trump and I'm going to tell you why. The United States has been retreating for years under Obama and Biden, where Russia, China, North Korea and Iran have been setting the rules, deciding what goes on, We've been only on the defensive. Now President Trump is getting our reputation back. Our number one adversary is China, and China needs oil. And guess what? President Trump did. He's leveraging. He took it from Venezuela. And now if he prevents Iran from getting oil to China, this is significant. And this will probably prevent China from going to war over Taiwan. So for all those people that say Trump is a warmonger, it's the opposite. He's fighting a small, contained war now. So you don't have a massive, catastrophic war in the future. The leader of China told his military leaders, be prepared for war in 2027. That's a year from now. President Trump is being proactive in having a strategy to give us an advantage and to give us leverage over China so we don't have to go to war. That's the big picture there.
Grant Stinchfield
That's why I believe that it is the most America first thing the President could do, because this is helping on so many fronts that you just really spelled out there. Let me play another CL from President Trump talking about the timeline here and then get your response cut. 20.
President Donald Trump (clips)
We're not ready to leave yet, but we'll be leaving in the near future. We'll be leaving in pretty much the very near future. But right now, they've been decimated from every standpoint. And again, we've had great support from countries in the Middle East. Great support, but we've had no support from, essentially no support from Naito Harley.
Grant Stinchfield
I'm virtually 100% convinced that President Trump's not going to leave there unless the job is 100% done. But he does need some of these rebel groups inside Iran or on the border of Iran to come in and help. What is the situation on that front? How realistic is it that some of these other groups can ultimately overthrow the regime and end up taking it and running this country like normal human beings?
Harley Lippman
Well, I'll give you a better route. Right now, Iran is holding the world hostage with the Straits of Hormuz. That's where 20% of the world's oil supply goes through to get to various countries around the world. So this is the big challenge here. And it all centers on an island called Carg Island. The United States already took out their military facilities. What the United States needs to do is take that over. And if you stop the oil from leaving Iran, you break Iran, because they're only able to fight because they're getting money from oil. And guess who they're selling 90% of their oil to? China, America's number one adversary. So this is all about America first, where, again, we're trying to contain our enemies and be proactive rather than wait for our enemies to start a conflict in the Pacific over Taiwan, where we're weak. Remember, China has the largest navy in the world. North Korea is the fourth largest army in the world. Iran is a leading country in the world in missile technology. So you have these nations that, when they're united, are stronger than the United States. President Trump is thinking out of the box, has a proactive strategy that's going to give us an advantage. And just to give you another few quick data points, if you don't believe me, just think of this. Iran gave up their own GPS system and took the Chinese one. Iran gave up their software on government and military to replace it with Chinese software. They've done naval maneuvers in the Strait of Hormuz with China. And China just inked a deal with Iran in February to sell Iran supersonic missiles, which could take down an aircraft carrier. What does this tell you? So what China wants to do is bog us down in a second front. So America cannot be united off the coast of China. So this is why we have to clean this up, break Iran, and then we could focus where we need to be in the Pacific.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, real quick, because I'm short on time. That island you're talking about, where most of the oil comes out of, would you be recommending to President Trump to destroy it, to take it out?
Harley Lippman
Comes down to this. If we believe that friendly rebels. Or we could turn a general in the Iranian army or the Kurds or some other groups or there's a reasonable leader within Iran could take over. No, don't do it because it'll break Iran. If, however, that regime is going to stay intact, you know, they're only going to reconstitute their nuclear program. They're going to rebuild their missiles. They're filled with anger and revenge. They're going to come back harder. So, yes, you have. It would be a strategic blunder not to take it out.
Grant Stinchfield
Harley Lippman, always great talking to you. Great insight on this. We appreciate you coming on and sharing it with us. Thank you.
Harley Lippman
Thank you.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. You know, there's one other thing that President Trump really needs to take a look at. And I've been studying this whole region and the shipment of oil. You've got a little narrow straight called Bob El Mandab. I didn't even know it existed, but basically it's right off the coast of Yemen and it's how you get into the Red Sea. If the Houthis join the Iranians, which is right there in Yemen, that's going to be a very, very dangerous little narrows there. That that could also choke the world economy. So keep an eye on Bob Al Mandab. The narrows there in between Yemen going into the Red Sea. All right. searching, you do the saving. I think I'll wait inside. Welcome back everyone. Let me give you a little piece of advice. When it comes to firearms, I do not recommend that you leave them in your car. Okay? The number one place where guns are stolen are out of your vehicles. But that doesn't mean I think the government needs to make laws telling you not to leave them in the car. Well, this is what Virginia is doing. But they had a carve out in this bill. This is rich. So, so, so filled with hypocrisy. You want to see the carve out? It was for lawmakers and it reads like this. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any member of the general assembly who leaves a handgun in an unattended motor vehicle pursuant to the bill section when such vehicle is parked in any parking structure reserved for members of the general assembly under the code. So they want to say you can't leave your guns in the car, but if we park at the Capitol and we leave them there, then we're fine. What a joke. Well, there was outrage and they stripped the bill of that language as well they should. But much of the bills this legislation passed and it is about as anti gun as it gets, maybe the worst in the country. You've got a series of five bills that now go to Spanberger's desk. The governor who is a radical AR15 style ban, you've got magazine bans of any that holds more than 15 rounds. Collapsible stock ban, no guns allowed on public property. Now that is, I mean all of this is a direct violation of the second amendment. But that is really bad. Um, it's all Bad. Uh, and then they want to put the onus on gun manufacturers to somehow ensure that people aren't making straw purchases and skirting the laws. Well, how would you know what that's about? That's about putting the gun manufacturers in legal trouble. So there are no more gun manufacturers anymore. Well, I want to bring in now to discuss all of this. The director of NRA Public affairs, Justin Davis is with us. Justin, welcome to the program.
Megan McCardell / Justin Davis (NRA Director)
Thanks for having me.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, Justin, thankfully the nra, its members, some other groups were instrumental in calling this carve out out. I mean, but can you just talk to me about the hypocrisy of all of this?
Megan McCardell / Justin Davis (NRA Director)
You can't make it up. I've been involved in politics a long time as of you have been. And I have rarely seen something so outrageous as passing a sweeping gun control law that or gun control bill that you exempt yourself from. Have you ever worried that it wasn't about wasn't about gun control, but rather about politics? This is your example right here. They're foisting the entire Bloomberg wish list of gun control on the people of Virginia and yet they don't think the laws should apply to them.
Grant Stinchfield
You know, I know that gun rights in America are under assault. I will say I feel like there's been somewhat of a shift that maybe it's been put on the back burner. Not as much as it was before. I'm not saying we take our eye off the ball, but certainly that is not the case in Virginia or Colorado. Two states, California too, going hog wild. But these Virginia laws, it's about Justin, as bad as I have ever seen a slew of gun legislation in my decades of covering this stuff.
Megan McCardell / Justin Davis (NRA Director)
This is nothing new. This is a blueprint for what they want to do across the country. And bring up 95 to D.C. they are rapidly coming for your gun rights, whether it's in Virginia, a purple state, a blue state like California, New York. They want to make all states in their image. They want to strip law abiding citizens of their second amendment rights, all while passing soft on crime policies. Just up here in Fairfax a few weeks ago, a career violent criminal who was allowed to walk the streets yet again stabbed a woman at random at a bus stop. Now they're not taking these people on. They're not locking these criminals up. They're going after folks like me and you who follow the law, who are just law abiding gun owners who want to protect themselves, their family and their community.
Grant Stinchfield
I would imagine that if I take a Wrong turn and I end up in Virginia someplace and I'm carrying a firearm with me without the proper permit. I'm gonna be thrown in jail, aren't I?
Megan McCardell / Justin Davis (NRA Director)
Well, it's looking that way. You know, it's incredibly ironic that D.C. just struck down a mag ban while Virginia's going to put in a new mag ban. Who would ever thought that D.C. would have a more sensible outlook on guns than Virginia? Anywhere outside of Northern Virginia. It's laughable. They can't believe it. I get calls every single day. You touched on the fact about these crazy quote unquote conduct rules for FFLs. These are MOM and pop gun stores who are under attack. They're saying they're going after the nra, they're going after the gun lobby, they're going after the manufacturers. In fact, they're scaring these people who have been lifetime gun owners. Outdoor stores who are no longer going to be able to sell their best product. They're worried that they're going to be sued into oblivion by Jay Jones. I mean, this is outrageous. This isn't Virginia. This is California.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, let me show you because I love great patriots, right? And I especially love, you know, the members of the nra. I'm an NRA Life member. I love the organization and especially its members. This, these are gun rights activists. Let me show you this video. They're handing out 30 round AR15 magazines in front of the Capitol to make a point. Those magazines will be outlawed. I'm sure Spamberger will sign this. I really believe these are unconstitutional laws that are being passed. And then one of the gun rights protesters said this roll cut five. But, you know, we're trying to be here amicably and not cause, you know, too much of a stir.
Marlin Stutzman
As much as they want one, we're
Megan McCardell / Justin Davis (NRA Director)
not going to give it to them. Despite what our governor would think.
Grant Stinchfield
We are actually law abiding citizens. I'm sure he's probably an NRA member right there. Justin Davis, can you tell me how important those people are not just to your organization, but securing our rights and freedoms in this nation.
Megan McCardell / Justin Davis (NRA Director)
You have to stand up and fight. You have to make your voice heard. Whether it's joining the nra, going to a rally like that, calling your lawmakers, or running for office, or simply going out to vote. You need to let them know that you are unhappy. And this is not going to stand. We're getting ready with our lawyers to sue the second Abigail Spanberger signs US Law. But what we really need is to make sure that we're protecting these laws from going into a place into place in the first part by getting out to vote. The midterm elections are just around the corner. If you think this is just about Virginia, you're dead wrong. They're coming for this. Same exact policies in every state across the country. Before I was in public affairs here at the nra, I was a state lobbyist. I saw this happen day in and day out. Doesn't matter if you're in Maine, New York, California, or apparently Virginia. Now they want to pass Michael Bloomberg's extreme gun control confiscation in your state.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, and they no longer hide it. They speak openly about it as well. And they seem to be proud about it. Though it does seem like more and more Americans are pushing back as crime rages out of control. President Trump doing a good job pulling some of that back. But, you know, we've got to be able to protect ourselves. We are our own personal protection detail, as I like to say. Justin Davis, thank you. Thank you for what the NRA does and we appreciate you coming on.
Megan McCardell / Justin Davis (NRA Director)
Thank you, sir.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. All right, folks. Leftist federal judge, one of them blocks RFK Jr. S changes to childhood vaccine schedules. Now we're going to talk about why this is so outrageous next. Welcome back, everyone. So a Biden appointed judge in Massachusetts decides that he's going to play doctor. He's going to overrule 17 medical professionals on the vaccine committee put together by RFK Jr. He's going to overrule Health and Human Services and say no, you know what? But the recommendations by Health and Human Services of to what the vaccine schedule should be, you can't do it. RFK Jr. Now, to me this is an absolute outrage because RFK Jr. Is the health and Human Services secretary. He's got professionals around him. What does a judge know about this? And by the way, their recommendations, Just because a certain vaccine is not on the schedule doesn't mean a parent can't do get it. There were no mandates here. Yet 200 organizations sued HHS. I'm very suspect of those organizations. By the way, I got to talk to Dr. McCullough, Peter McCullough of the Wellness Company, who's been on the forefront of arguing against overreach like this on my podcast Stitchfield today. Take a listen. The Massachusetts liberal judge Brian Murphy, now
Mark Bruner
you may remember that name, Grant. He was, he's been blocking the deportation of illegal immigrants. I mean, he is a Biden appointed liberal judge who sided with the plaintiffs
Dr. Jeff Barkey
and reversed all the progress on vaccine reform. All of it.
Grant Stinchfield
So think about it. This is a total radical judge who is trying to make law from the bench. Go figure. Joining me now, primary care physician and author of Unavoidably Unsafe childhood vaccines reconsidered. Dr. Jeff Barkey is with me. Doc, great to have you back on the show.
Dr. Jeff Barkey
Hey, Stench, thanks for having me. Great to be here.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, I want to go back to the point I was trying to make earlier. The vaccine schedule is recommended. Why is the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Medical association, all these so outraged by you can still get these vaccines. If you and your doctor want to, want to do this, you can have at it.
Dr. Jeff Barkey
Yeah, that's right. None of these vaccines are being banned. They're just no longer being recommended. And that's the right thing to do. First of all, I don't even know what the government, why the government is involved in making these types of recommendations anyways. Should be between the doctor and the patient. All these vaccines are still available. And by the way, the American Academy of Pediatrics continues to recommend that six month old babies get the COVID 19 vaccine. These organizations like the American Academy of Pediatrics can no longer be considered reputable medical organizations. They should be viewed through the lens of what they are. That is they are a radical leftist political organization, not a medical organization.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so it's interesting because one of the vaccines, it was hepatitis A and B rsv. A couple for bacterial meningitis that RFK removed from the schedule. Hepatitis B. We test mothers for that. By the numbers that I'm hearing, 25,000 mothers a year out of 3 million that have babies in America have Hepatitis B. Yet we give the vaccine to all of these babies. I believe now you're going, okay, we're just going to give it to the babies. That's moms tested positive, 25,000 verse 3 million. Well, now I'm seeing a numbers game here, Dr. Barkey. Big Pharma doesn't want to go from 3 million to 25,000. That has a huge hit on their bottom line.
Dr. Jeff Barkey
Yeah, there's no question about it. This is a money game. And remember too granted that all these vaccine companies are immune from liability. So if there's ever an injury, the parents have nobody to sue. Hepatitis B is recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics to be given within two days of birth. That makes no sense whatsoever. We need to stratify these things and recommend them only when absolutely necessary and only after informed consent. Hepatitis B contains 200 micrograms of aluminum, a neurotoxin not to mention polysorbate 80. There is no reason why a two day old baby needs to have this kind of toxic waste put in their body.
Grant Stinchfield
You know, and I can't help but think we knew what we were voting for, the American people when we voted President Trump into office. We knew how close he was with RFK Jr. We knew there was a good chance he was going to have a big role in all of this. This is what the people want. Nicholas Holscher pointed this out on Lindell TV. He works with Dr. McCullough. Listen to this.
Mark Bruner
We got what we voted for. We wanted the childhood vaccine scheduled to be completely revamped. You know, 80 doses up to age 18 is not going to make America healthy again. It needed to be changed and restructured. And now this man apparently can just step in this judge and just stop it.
Grant Stinchfield
This, Doc, before I let you go. It's not just the vaccine schedule. This judge put a hold on the vaccine advisory committee that RFK junior is mandated to appoint members to 17 appointed members. He put the whole thing on hold, Doc.
Dr. Jeff Barkey
Yeah. Let's remember that this judge was appointed by President Biden upon the recommendation of Elizabeth Warren, who received enormous amounts of money from Big Pharma. This is a money game and they just want to hold out until RFKJ is no longer there. I hope it doesn't work. I hope we can get rid of the liability protection for the vaccine industry and allow informed consent to lead any decision to vaccinate or take any medication at all.
Grant Stinchfield
You know, real quick, I saw Patrick bet David, the podcast host, say one of the best ways to get to Big Pharma is you ban all TV advertising. I'm not sure what that does to the First Amendment, but it is an interesting play. Your thoughts on that real quick, if you can, for me.
Dr. Jeff Barkey
Well, I agree we're the only country, US and New Zealand, that allows direct to consumer advertising. The advertising is not to influence consumers, it's to influence the news desk. I agree. We should ban it. Get rid of big pharma on TV. And I think that will be very helpful.
Grant Stinchfield
Dr. Jeff Barkey, why don't you tell people where they can find you?
Dr. Jeff Barkey
Find me at Rx for Liberty website, Rx for Liberty. Instagram rx4f o r Liberty. Thanks for having me on, Grant.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. It's always great to talk to you, Doc. Good to see you. Thanks again. We'll see you soon. All right, folks, up next, America is returning to its place as the energy capital of the world. I've Been telling you about a project out in Wyoming that you, you could be a part of. We've got a big update on that. A lot of you have responded to this. We'll talk about it next. Welcome back, everyone. We've been talking a lot about Lost Soldier Oil and gas in this 40,000 acre project in Wyoming in the Bison Basin, which this could be one of the largest natural gas finds in decades, man, decades. And it's your opportunity to take part in this. Okay, so many of you have already contacted them. I'm proud of you for this. Just give you a little highlight reel of what's happening. Check this out. This well here is going to put that little town down there on the highway back on the map. And this is going to be a huge field. And finding that huge field that's going to be laying right underneath our feet.
Mark Bruner
This is a great moment for all of us. And I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all your help. This is really a joyous day in my life. This is the beginning.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, that's the voice of Mark Bruner. He's the CEO and president of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. They're already drilling there. Mark, welcome to the program, my friend.
Mark Bruner
It's wonderful to see you again. Grant.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, well, response to this has been amazing and some big time folks, I don't want to quite go there yet, but some real big time folks are getting involved in this project. I specifically wanted to ask you today about technology here because I heard you mention AI and how that plays into the exploration specifically of this field.
Mark Bruner
Mark. Okay, well, I think the thing you have to keep in mind is there are independent companies like Schlumberger, it's been around for over 100 years. And some of the drilling technology being able to drill horizontal wells, AI when you actually run these logs that Slumberjay has and the cores, you know exactly where you're going to drill these horizontal wells down to the foot. It, it's amazing the technology they have right now to be able to make sure they're drilling in exactly the right place. So this is all new technology and it's, you know, we think we have a deposit that's in the right place, certainly at the right time with all the new AI technology that exists today.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, I think back, you know, West Texas, when they were first starting to drill for oil out there, they got copper rods trying to find oil. This has to increase the odds of, of hitting, in this case, natural gas, big high pressure wells. Mark.
Mark Bruner
Well, that's true. And I think you have to understand the kind of deposits. There's only two that I'm aware of, the, the Haynesville and the Utica. The Western Haynesville, that Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys has got his company Comstock. But the nice thing is, is that these zones have certain parameters. We call them basin centered gas accumulations. And those. There's not many of them and we have one of them. And the exciting thing is with this new technology we're able to recover these high volume wells. And now we believe these are the most economical wells in the United States of America with this new technology. And these horizontal drill wells, we're drilling wells going horizontally that are 2 miles long. It's amazing what's available today.
Grant Stinchfield
All right. It really is. So this is an opportunity for people to get involved in a project like this, a private placement opportunity, but typically was only available to the wealthiest of the wealthiest. Now you have to be an accredited investor in order to get involved in this. But can I ask you, so when you raise all of this money, what actually does the money go for? I know it's such a silly question, but I think a lot of people out there probably wonder, what do you end up using the money for?
Mark Bruner
Well, you use the money to drill and complete the wells. You use the money to build pipelines. We're building a five mile pipeline this year to hook into a much larger pipeline that's already built. It's a legacy pipeline that's pretty much empty. So we don't have to pay for any of that except for a five mile line. And we have, we'll spend money for drilling rigs as well. Having more drilling rigs and drilling and completing the wells. That's what the money's for, Grant.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so the QR code on the screen right there is how it'll take you right to lost soldier's website, lostsoldier.com that's lostsoldier.com and I don't want to play down the fact that that pipeline and that infrastructure is so close to this project. You have other projects around the country where you have to spend millions and millions and millions of dollars just to get product back to those pipelines. That's not the case here. It's virtually right there, Mark.
Harley Lippman
Correct.
Mark Bruner
Well, that's, it's great because no one could ever drill this because there was no permits for 50 years until they reclimated that mine, that uranium mine. And we're the only people out here right now. And we got legacy infrastructure, billions of dollars of infrastructure that we don't have to pay for that we can just tie into you. It's a really nice situation for us.
Grant Stinchfield
Mark, real quick, in like 20 seconds. Whenever I invest, I always say bet the jockey, not the horse. In this case, you'd be the jockey of Lost Soldier. You got a huge history of Success here. In 20 seconds. Can you just run it down for me?
Mark Bruner
Well, I think, you know, I may be the jockey, but I feel like I'm on Secretariat. And that's what. And that's what this deposit is. It's. It's the biggest thing that I've ever found, I think in the Rockies. It certainly, in my opinion, the biggest discovery in over 50 years in the Rocky Mountains. So I'm super excited about it. We see all of our investors, as you know, our family, and we would love to welcome people into the fold, so to speak, and look forward to talking to anyone that's interested.
Grant Stinchfield
Let me tell people how they can find you. Mark Bruner, as always, it's a great pleasure to talk to you. There you see the QR code on your screen, folks. If that's too advanced for you, we're going to. Is pretty easy. Just open your camera and. And point it at it. But lost soldier.com is the website. Lost soldier.com or just scan that QR code. All right, folks, Chinese sensors block CNN live on air. We'll show you the video next. All right, welcome back, everybody. Now, I will say this. I censor CNN in my house. If my son turns it on, you're not allowed to watch it. I censor it, but apparently China censors them, too.
Harley Lippman
Watch.
Grant Stinchfield
Are we back on the air after. After talking about Chinese censorship and give us some insight on sort of how that works.
Marlin Stutzman
We're back on the air. You know, in the bottom left hand corner of my eyesight, there's a monitor. Oh, I was just gonna say we're back on the air, but apparently we're not.
Grant Stinchfield
So that's the feed going to China now. That's Michaelson over at cnn. I know him well. He was an anchor in la. Funny CNN getting shut down in China. I'd shut him down too, though. Can you really blame me? I thought it was the Chinese news.
