Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Welcome to Stitchfield. A big day in Washington. A lot of politics going on. Go figure. Washington, D.C. they'd be playing politics. Well, Kristi Noem, the secretary of Department of Homeland Security, will not be secretary for very long. She's being replaced. Kristi Noem is out, according to President Trump. Senator Mark Wayne Mullen of Oklahoma is in. Now, the New York Post is reporting this. Trump says Kristi Noem lied to Congress about getting his approval for $220 million ad campaign featuring herself. Now, I will say this was very interesting. Yesterday, as I was watching this hearing, Senator Kennedy from Louisiana started to go after Kristi Noem about the money. She was spending $200 million on ads. And he kept pressing her on this. And I thought, this is odd. Watch.
Captain John Conrad
And you're saying that you're testifying that President Trump approved this ahead of time.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Is that my understanding? We had conversations about making sure that we were telling people, no, ma'.
Steve Toth
Am.
Grant Stinchfield
No, ma', am.
Captain John Conrad
I'm asking you. Sorry to interrupt, but the president approved ahead of time you spending $220 million running TV ads across the country in which you are featured prominently.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Yes, sir. We went through the legal processes. Did it correct the president?
Steve Toth
Yes, he did.
Guest or Interviewee (Various, e.g., Nate Morris, Hakeem Jeffries)
Yes.
Captain John Conrad
Okay.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Yes. Yes. Well, we're not so sure about that. And this was strange, seeing a Republican really put the screws to the secretary on this issue of $200 million in ads. Now, 200 million is a lot of money for TV ads, but in the big scheme of Washington, 200 million is a drop of the bucket, sadly. Okay. So I thought, is this a setup job? Well, now, there's some indications that Senator Kennedy had a conversation with President Trump, and President Trump said, I want to hear her answer about this. And this is how we got to this point.
Captain John Conrad
I mean, to me, it puts the president in a terribly awkward spot. And. And I just. I'm not saying you're not telling the truth. It's just hard for me to believe, knowing the president as I do, that you said, Mr. President, here's some ads I've cut and I'm going to spend $220 million running them. That he would have agreed to that.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Well, after that, she said, yes, he agreed. I wouldn't like to have heard the rest of that. But that's where she got caught. Okay. All of it, very interesting. Now, this is the ad in question,
Grant Stinchfield
you cross the border illegally, we'll find you.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Break our laws will punish you, harm American citizens, there will be consequences.
Kristen Davis
But if you come here the right
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
way, your American dream can be as
Kristen Davis
big as these endless skies.
Grant Stinchfield
From President Trump and me, welcome home.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
So there's Christie. Like I said, she sometimes dresses up in Halloween costumes, but overall, I think she did a good job. Now, Minneapolis got a little out of control. Tom Holman had to go clean it up, but she cleaned up the border. She was getting deportations, 2 million self deported. I thought she was doing a good job. KRISTI noem, I really did. But about that ad, what do you think President Trump told Reuters? He said this over the, over the phone. I never knew anything about it, about these ads. Now, there was talk about an affair with Corey Lewandowski, President Trump's former campaign manager and now Kristi Noem's longtime advisor. I don't think that played anything into this. There was talk about that going back for years. I don't think there was anything to that. Now, who's taking over for her? We're going to go straight to the Mark WAYNE MULLEN SOUNDBITE he's from Oklahoma. This is what he had to say today. Christie is a friend, and I haven't had time to call Christie yet. And our Secretary Noem and we, we, our families are friends. She was, she was tasked to do a very difficult job. And I think she has, she has performed the best she can do underneath the circumstances. Is there always lessons that can be learned? You know, listen, my wife and I, we have, over the years, we have been fortunate enough to purchase companies and grow our companies. And every day there's something you can do better. And so I think there's, there's an opportunity to build off successes and there's also opportunities to build off things that maybe didn't go quite as planned. Look, in the end, I wish him the best of luck. Kristi Noem now going to Shield of the Americas, which is a new program that President Trump will be rolling out on Saturday, be leading that specifically related to security situations in the Western Hemisphere. Now, I wish Mark Wade Mullen all the success in the world. That is a very, very important job. So a lot going on in Washington, including the United States Senate failed to pass the DHS funding bill again today. And we have the Iran war going on. I want to bring in now Republican congressman from Indiana. Our friend Marlin Stutzman is here. Congressman, great to have you back.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
Thanks, Grant. Great to be with you. This evening.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Congressman, did it catch you by surprise to Kristi Noem? I'll call it an ouster. I know she's being moved, but, you know, let's face it, she's no longer the secretary, you know.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
Yes, surprise that it happened today, but at the same time, there has always been some grumblings that, you know, there's kind of a list of who may be the first to be, you know, removed or reassigned in this case. Christy had a tough job. I served with Christy in Congress. We were elected together back in 2010 during the tea Party wave. She was a great governor for South Dakota. It's a tough job. As I was talking to some colleagues as we were walking to the floor today, you know, even regarding Senator Mullen taking the position, that's a tough position. It's a promise that the American people heard from President Trump over and over through the campaigns and through his presidencies, that he was going to seal the border, that he was going to make sure the homeland is secure. Deporting illegals with criminal backgrounds. I mean, this has been a very challenging job. I do believe that she did a good job, but sometimes the circumstances out in the field don't always go the way that you want them to. And there were some events that were unfortunate, but at the same time, we don't. I don't blame her, but I think that, you know, it's probably time for a fresh face. And for whatever reason, Senator, or that President Trump decided that Senator Mullen is to replace her. Today was that day.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Yep, it sure was. I mentioned that the DHS funding bill failed again in the United States Senate. Sad this has happened. You guys in the House have, have done your jobs so far. The Senate can't seem to do that. I'm gonna play a sound bite from Cory Booker here. He's talking about Kristi Nolan, but he also brings up dhs. And I want to get your response to his comments.
Sponsor Announcer
She is gone. She should be held to account for the corruption that she has shown with the contracting and the way they do business. She should be held to account for the violation of court orders. She should be held account, frankly, for the violating the constitutional rights of Americans. But this changes nothing. We are in a shutdown right now because we have a rogue and reckless organization that is breaking into Americans homes.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Congressman, what is the reality of the DHS shutdown? That Democrats refuse to tell the American people.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
The reality is that, you know, the American people are more vulnerable today because Democrats refuse to fund dhs. And considering the war in the Middle east with Iran, that the Americans could be more vulnerable today because who knows what, who came across the border during the Biden administration. There's very likely sleeper cells across the country. And if they were ever, if they decided to activate, who's going to be there to help protect Americans. Of course, we got local law enforcement, state police, but we need the federal government to be able to do their job, to be sure that the homeland is secure. And so I think that the Democrats are playing a very risky game here.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
I think of some of the workers, too. You know, you got a 21 year old TSA agent or a Coast Guard employee that's out on a Coast Guard cutter and they've got a wife and kid at home. They don't have a lot of money stashed up to pay bills, Congressman. And I don't think the Democrats have any care in the world for these people.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
Yeah, no, it's more about politics. You know, we've talked about this many times during the Trump administration that Democrats are very good at politics, Republicans are good at the policy, but Democrats will play against their own people all day long. You know, during the shutdown back in October, November of last year, there was very little regard for the military and for those serving in the federal government. Now, you know, do I think that the federal government is bloated and has too many federal employees? Yes, I do. But these are jobs that are really important. And as you said, they're not the highest paying jobs. And when they have young children at home and they got to make sure that the mortgage is paid, when they miss a paycheck, it can be very stressful and puts them in a very difficult spot, I imagine.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Congressman, it's got to be awful frustrating for you to watch this unfold and really not much that you and your fellow members of the House can do about is.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
I mean, you know, I can't tell you how much I appreciate John Fetterman for speaking up the way that he does. He's the only one over there in the Senate side that is just using common sense. In fact, I was talking to him in the hallway one day and he was just so frustrated. He said, like, look, why can't we just look at these things objectively and, and do what's right for the American people? And I agree with that 100%. You know, the Iran war, I mean, this is, and I believe this isn't the start of a war. This is going to be the end of a war. We have to realize that Iran has declared war on the west for 40 years. Whether it was chance of death to Israel, death to America, whether it was their attacks and the killings of American people. They have been at war with us. And now we just finally realize they are not going to change. They are not going to do anything different. They're going to string us along. And President Trump made the right decision by going in and taking off the head of the snake.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Yeah. This is the first commander in chief we've had with the stones to take on Iran. It needed to be done a long time ago. I think this has been in the making through President Trump's first term. He knew ultimately this was going to come to this. He has planned it out, what an assault they have leveled against Iran. And I know they are going to be successful. Successful. Indiana Congressman Marlon Stutzman. I appreciate you coming on the program, sir. Thank you, as always.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
Thank you. Always great to be with you, Grant. Appreciate it.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Absolutely. My pleasure, I guess. Look, I'll play a little this only because I want you to see just how whiny wuss baggy they are. Hakeem Jeffries, on this idea that Kristi Noem is stepping down. The media, the Democrats are having a field day with this. Quite frankly, I could care less as long as stuff's getting run in a decent fashion, and it will under Mark Wayne Mullen. I'm fine with it. Hakeem, let's focus on what's taking place right now. Kristi Noem is gone. Good riddance. She was a disaster. And House Democrats made something very clear several weeks ago. You know what? I changed my mind. I changed my mind. I can't listen to him. I'm not doing that right now. I need to. No negativity, okay? Because constantly I have negativity from these Democrats, and they're driving me, quite frankly, up a wall. Now, I gotta talk about some more negativity. The Department of Justice has dropped its investigation into the auto pen. Now, this investigation was being run by Judge Jeanine, someone I have the utmost faith in. Apparently, we're being told they could not find a law that was broken. It's treasonous to usurp the power of the President, United States, without him knowing, and I do believe he didn't know. Did they ever interview Joe Biden on this point?
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
I couldn't find a lot, you know, to hang this thing on.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Well, that hurts.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
Look, this is a story about the
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
inability to bring the case against Biden, but this is also a story about how the Trump Justice Department continues to Think fail to do what Donald Trump wants it to do? I don't know. In some respects, I can't argue with him. I want Foushee prosecuted. I want the auto pen scandal prosecuted. I want everyone involved in the J6 cover up prosecuted. I want all of the COVID scandals and, and the nonsense of shutting down our schools and, and going after parents as terrorists. I want all of them prosecuted. So you know what? For the first time in a long time, I agree with the guy on on msnbc. Now to the high stakes Senate race in Texas. Senator John Cornyn, four terms versus my buddy, Attorney General Ken Paxton. I have been no secret that I support Ken Paxton. He's a true conservative. I do not want Cornyn to get this job. But I am being told by many that I trust that President Trump is going to endorse John Cornyn and he is going to ask Ken Paxton to step down. The idea is he wants a deal with John Thune to get the Save America act passed. Will that ultimately play out? We shall see. But that is the plan that is being thought about, considered almost to the point of making it happen inside the White House. This is a tweet from Ken Paxton which leads me to believe that maybe they talked to him already. Unless it's Ken Paxton getting out in front of it. He wrote, I would consider dropping out of this race of Senate leadership agrees to lift the filibuster and passes the Save America Act. Now, I'm going to ask all you folks, would you make Ken Paxton a sacrificial lamb to get John Thrun to throw out the filibuster? And it's not just the Save America act. We constitutional carry through. We could get all of these very conservative pieces of legislation pushed through and not have to worry about the Democrats because they're going to do it to us. It's a gut punch to think that Ken Paxton may be forced out of this race. But I know Ken is. He's not going to do anything he doesn't want to do, even though he has so much respect for President Trump. And I know President Trump has so much respect for Ken Paxton. I'm telling you, I said it before. I know President Trump personally. He likes Ken Paxton more than he likes John Cornyn. There is no doubt about it. But President Trump is a strategic guy and when he starts thinking, he usually wins. So we'll see how this plays out. I want to bring in now Republican Texas State representative who will be our next Congressman from the 2nd congressional district in Texas. He will Take the place of Dan Crenshaw, a guy that I am not fond of. Our good friend Steve Toth is with us. Steve, welcome to the program, and congratulations on this huge upset of Dan Crenshaw.
Steve Toth
Grant, great to be with you and fun to celebrate that big win Tuesday night.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Well, we were so proud of you. You know, we've talked a lot leading up to this election. I know you always felt confident. Be honest with me. Did you know you were going to win by this big a margin?
Steve Toth
Yes.
Sponsor Announcer
I'll tell you this.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
I love it.
Steve Toth
I'm a big believer in linear regression modeling. I used to work for the Harris Poll many years ago, and. And it was Grant. It was so frustrating because we talked. I talked to so many people. I'm like, we've done the polling. It shows that he can't get above 43%. And he only got 40% in this. In this deal. Even with a presidential endorsement, he can't get above 47%. And all the modeling, all the polling showed that we're going to win this with 57%. I was wrong. We won it with 56 of the vote. But I never want Grant. I never wanted to let myself believe it. And so I was still stunned Tuesday night because, you know, Cruz once said, run scared or run on a post. And so we decided. I decided to run scared. Not. And not just not accept the numbers.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Did he say anything to you? Did he call and concede? Did he make that phone call?
Steve Toth
No. No.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Let me tell you something that tells you everything you need to know about this guy. Okay, Let me run a clip. Now, I haven't seen this. I've only heard about it. It's from our buddy Alex Stein, who's right here, has a show on Real America's Voice. He confronted Dan Crenshaw in Nashville. And so if it's Alex Stein, it's got to be good. Let's. Let's watch Crenshaw.
Captain John Conrad
Crenshaw, you took the L. Hey, Crenshaw, you took the L. Did you. You see that coming? I know you only got one eye. Cyclops. You lost. Did you do a good job?
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
Hey, Dan. Dan.
Captain John Conrad
Great job on your election, brother. You're a loser.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
You're a loser. We got your ass, Dan.
Captain John Conrad
You're a loser.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Great job, dude. Well, Steve, do I even ask your reaction to that? Now that you're soon to be a sitting member of Congress, you've got to be very political here. I don't know.
Steve Toth
Well, I. I'm.
Captain John Conrad
I'm.
Steve Toth
I'm gonna rain on Parade. I, I have a deep admiration for anybody that paid the ultimate price. Didn't pay the ultimate price. But, you know, he lost his eye in combat. I just, I, I'm not going to talk to him that way. But anyways, that's just me.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Well, I had to play it because it's Alex Stein. I, I will remind everybody. And I'm, I'm with you. I'm with you. On, look, I'm grateful for his service and the sacrifice he made. I don't want anybody losing an eye.
Guest or Interviewee (Various, e.g., Nate Morris, Hakeem Jeffries)
I.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
But this is also a guy who tried to trip a friend of mine while they're interviewing, like, walking up the steps. This is not a nice man. So he's. I don't mind playing.
Steve Toth
I mean, Grant, he's a terrible person. I mean, look, at the end of the day, the stuff that he accused me of, the lies that he told, and the crazy thing is that he outspent us, like, six to one. I mean, we spent like $175,000. He spent himself well over $1.6 million. And then he had a PAC that spent another $5 million grossly outspent us. Calling me a rhino, telling me I voted with Democrats, saying that I had blood on my hands, saying that I tried to vote against, you know, arming police cars with bulletproof glass, all sorts of just incredible lies.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
All lies, and no one bought it. Well, look, it's very similar to the race that John Cornyn ran against Ken Paxton. John Cornyn, the senator from Texas, spent $100 million to Paxton's $4 million. Now we're in this high stakes game of who was President Trump going to endorse? I'm told he's going to endorse Cornyn, try to make a deal. I was wondering, all right, if we have Nome step down, would Pam Bondi be either pushed out or moved and Ken Paxton given the AG spot as a deal to get out of the race. But your thoughts, Steve, as everything's playing out here. I don't know if I've ever seen something like this play out like this.
Steve Toth
Pen's like a dog with a bone. Grant, he's not, he's not going to walk away from this. I think he did an incredibly selfless offer to everyone when he said, look, Thune, you know, get rid of, toss the filibuster and, and pass the Save America act and I'll walk away from this. What a selfless thing to do. And I wasn't surprised when I heard that. That's the Ken Paxton, that I know.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
So two things could be at play there. Either they could Trump called him and said, hey, this is the deal. We're going to work a deal here, or Ken Paxton's getting ahead of it knowing that John Thune and the Rhinos in the Senate will never do it. And I guess only Ken Paxton and President Trump know the answer. Yeah, go ahead, Steve.
Steve Toth
I don't see Thune ever doing that. You know, that would hurt his relationship with his buddies in the Democrat Party. And he's just, you know, swamp creature that he is, he just won't do that.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Well, the fact that you call out Thune before you've even been sworn in and this is a heavy Republican district, so I know you're going to win your, your race there. But this is the exact reason, Steve Toth, why we need you in office. Not afraid to speak your mind and go up there and fight for us. And we're just so happy with your victory and we're so happy you came on the program today. Anything we can do for you at all, you just let us know.
Steve Toth
Thanks, Grant. God bless you. And let's, let's be praying for our nation right now more than ever.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Real quick, where can people find you to help you out?
Steve Toth
For the General Steve Toth for Congress. All spelled out. Steve toad4congress.com all right, sounds good, Steve.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Thank you for coming on and congratulations again.
Steve Toth
Thanks, Grant.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Absolutely. All right, folks, listen, think about this. In 2006, $20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at spot price. At today's prices, those 33 ounces would be worth about $165,000. And that's why you need to consider buying gold from my friends over at Birchgold Group. For thousands of years, gold has been a store of wealth. I saw Alanis Morissette there one time. It was so exciting. I was with my girlfriend Melanie.

She was very. It was like the height of Alanis time and she was with this beautiful man and I had a golden retriever puppy and the beautiful man wanted to say hi to the golden retriever puppy. We were eating at that little cafe there at the Santa Monica one and and Alanis hung back in a way that made me wonder what was happening. Like who wouldn't want to pet this beautiful puppy. I was like oh my God, it's Alanis. And then I was like try to breathe, try to breathe, try to breathe because I love her so much. My new episode is out now, presented by the all new Hyundai Palisade Hybrid. Make every day. Epic.

Welcome back, everyone. Now to the war in Iran. And make no mistake about it, it is a war. And it is also a war that we are winning on many, many fronts. Now how do we know we're winning? Because Iran now is maybe they're coming crying to daddy. This is President Trump on Iran and their latest request.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
Other than that, they're doing quite well.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
I said, what's left?
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
But they're tough and they want to fight and they're calling, they're saying, how
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
do we make a deal? I said, you're being a little bit late and we want to fight now more than they do. So they want to make a deal. It's too late to make a deal now. You got 49 of your top leaders that are already dead and we are making great strides. No matter what the media wants to tell you, no matter what they want to tell you about, we're running out of ammunition. I do not buy it. I think that's mainstream media nonsense. Even though you're having defense contractors show up at the White House tomorrow, I believe, for this meeting to ramp up production. That doesn't mean we're out of ammo. This is Pete Hegseth yesterday, our secretary of war. Starting last night and to be completed in a few days. In under a week, the two most powerful air forces in the world will have complete control of Iranian skies, uncontested airspace. I hope all the folks watching understand what uncontested airspace and complete control means. Well, we know what complete control means. It means nobody goes in and out of there without the United States knowing about it. And if you try, you will be shot down instantly. I also believe they're close to controlling the sea. We've got the Straits of Hormuz. Much of the world trade, not just oil, goes through that area. There's talk of naval ships escorting oil tankers out of there. This after President Trump had very harsh words for the UK Prime Minister saying you're not Winston Churchill after they took days to let us use their air bases in the Indian Ocean. And Spain not wanting to cooperate with the United States. So these people not understand they need us. Caroline Levitt talked about Spain and they heard the message apparently with respect to Spain. I think they heard the President's message yesterday loud and clear. And it's my understanding over the past several hours they've agreed to cooperate with the US Military.
Kristen Davis
And so I know that the US
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Military is coordinating with their counterparts in Spain.
Grant Stinchfield
But the President expects all Europe, all of our European allies, of course, to
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
cooperate in this long sought after mission, not just for the United States, but also for Europe. All right, now to a story that's nobody's talking about when it comes to Iran. And that has to do with global trade. It also has to do with insurance. If you can't get insured and you're in the Black Sea or the Indian Ocean, you got a real problem on your hands. Well, apparently England controls much of the insurance market for these giant freighters and skyscrapers and all of those things. They're dropping insurance policies. What does that mean? Will the United States step in? There's been talk that they might. How did I know about this? I saw it by written up on the platform X by our next guest, U.S. merchant Marine and founder and CEO of G. Captain, Captain John Conrad is with us. Captain John, welcome to the program.
Captain John Conrad
Thank you so much for having me. And you're not alone. Nobody knows about this stuff. Donald Trump has been laser focused on these choke points from we just, you just talked about Spain and Gibraltar, Panama Canal, Greenland, Singapore Strait, straight of Hormuz with the Houthis, the Red Sea, Suez Canal and the Strait of Hormuz. Now, laser focus, because whoever controls these choke points controls the sea. And I was on Don Jr. S podcast last month. We were talking for an hour about London's control over these maritime regulators, insurance and such. And he says he's been in, you know, the most important meetings in the world. And he goes, I've never heard about any of this stuff. And that is by design. You know, the globalists running the UN Maritime Organization in London, which is three buildings down from MI6, James Bond headquarters and down the river from these massive insurance things. They don't want you to know. They don't want the American people to know. They don't want the media to report on any of this because 90% of everything moves on ships and they want them and their European friends to control this. So they squeezed our merchant marine and now they're refusing to. To. To insure ships.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
All right, so, Captain, is this what's happening? Are they dropping policies on these ships? And then what does that mean? I mean, if I own one of these giant tankers and it's not insured, I'm not sure I'm running it until
Captain John Conrad
I get it insured, you can't run it. It's not only that you lose the value of that ship, but there could be casualties that you'll have to pay for. And now because of these, environmentalists just have billions and billions of dollar policies on if you happen to spill oil, you're in big trouble. So it's not just the loss of your ship. It's these huge liabilities that are associated with it. If you can't get insurance, you're not going to. You're not going to risk it.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
All right, so the United Kingdom basically controls all of this. Are you telling me you think this is more politics than it is business? Hey, I don't want Iran to sink my oil tanker. Do you think this is politics play at play here?
Captain John Conrad
I think politics is a huge part of this. I don't know if you remember, it didn't make too many headlines, but back in October, November, this UN body in London, which is controlled by the globalists, they tried to put a tax on every ship around the world. And it would have been a huge ballooning hundreds of billions of dollars to create UN slush fund to replace the USAID money. I mean, Donald Trump came in, he did a tweet, and he steamrolled that idea. And they are mad. And part of this is politics. They. They want to show the United States a lesson. But I think a bigger part of this is why have all of these operations gone so well? I mean, the Southern border, National Guard in our cities. But then you look at the Maduro raid, Midnight Hammer, and now eliminating the entire Iranian navy, the entire navy in a few days. And I think the reason is that they are not telling the allies because the allies have all these rules and regulations. And you can do this, you can't do that. And that's handcuffing our troop. All these rules of engagement. We've heard story after story, the world a terror of guys not being able to shoot someone because they use a child as a shield. They're not being able to shoot until the guy starts shooting or hits one of their. All of these nations have these crazy rules, and when you have a coalition of 20 people, you got to combine them. So I don't think we told Britain in advance we were doing this. I think we went in with Israel and said we're running our own rules of engagement. Pete Haggson says we're going to back the war fighter. We know that you are, you know, morally correct. We know you know how to do the right thing. And if you do a war crime, there's going to be accountability. But that not inviting London means that they, this, these insurance companies, these regulators of ships, they didn't get a tip off. So when this happened, they usually get a couple of days advance notice. Now they're caught flat footed because we didn't, we didn't warn them.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Isn't it amazing when you're allowed to fight to win, that we actually start winning? And that's exactly what's, what's happening. You laid it out, all of these successful operations. Lastly, I'll ask you this. So if Lloyd's of London starts dropping all of these big freighters, they can't move, what's the next option? Does the United States step in? Is there a company in the United States? I mean, I don't know if I want the United States government insuring these foreign freighters or American freighters or whatever freighters. I don't like government being in the business of anything. But is that our only option?
Captain John Conrad
Well, it's an option and you can make a lot of money because it's based on risk. And they're saying this is a crazy risk to go through the Strait of Hormuz, but we got the most powerful navy in the world. So if we're collecting insurance policies and protecting it with our warships, you know, that is money on us. But what everyone's forgetting, and Keir Starmer's being this brave man and saying we can't use Diego Garcia in these bases and everything else, but they're forgetting the person in charge of insurance and our treasury is Scott Bessant. And when he was a junior analyst, he taught George Soros how to break the bank of England. They broke. And then Scott Besson is the one who organized the collapse of the reserve currency of the uk. So if anyone understands all of this backseat drama that they're trying to pull, it's Besant and I. I'm confident he has a plan.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Well, it's fascinating stuff. I'm confident he has a plan because you were on Don Jr's podcast, as you said, a few months ago, and I promise you, Don Jr. Who I also know took that to his father and started tipping them off so they had a little time to start thinking about this stuff. Captain John Conrad, it's, it's very interesting. I'm glad you're blowing the whistle on this because again, like you said, not a lot of people are talking about it. I'm glad we are. Thank you for coming on tonight.
Captain John Conrad
Thank you so much for having me.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Absolutely. All right, folks. America is reclaiming its position as the energy capital of the world. And natural gas is at the center of that movement. Movement. That is where Lost Soldier Oil and Gas comes in. After nearly 40 years, the company has assembled a 40,000 acre position in Wyoming tied to major natural gas discovery. Estimated up to 6 trillion cubic feet of gas in place. Management forecasts the first 25 wells alone could produce up to 400 million cubic feet of natural gas per day. Meaningful production designed to meet rising demand. From powering homes and businesses to supporting LNG exports and the rapid expansion of AI data centers, America needs scalable, reliable domestic energy. Lost Soldier is led by industry legend Mark Bruner, whose previous public companies delivered significant growth at their peaks, including Pentaco energy at roughly 101 and ultra petroleum at approximately a thousand to one. For investors to learn more about how you can get involved with this project, scan the QR code on your screen right there or visit lost soldier.com. that's lost soldier.com and this is important. When you get in touch with them, you make sure you tell them you heard about it on Stitchfield. Okay. And again, I like the folks there. We're gonna have them on later on in the week as well. All right. Could political prisoner Tina Peters soon be set free? Colorado's Democrat governor has indicated she may do so. That's next.

What?
Kristen Davis
I saw Alanis Morissette there one time. It was so exciting. I was with my girlfriend Melanie.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
She saw you so that's like good.
Kristen Davis
She was very. It was like the height of Alanis time and she was with this beautiful man and I had a golden retriever puppy and the beautiful man wanted to say hi to the golden retriever puppy. We were eating at that little cafe there at the Santa Veronica one, and Alanis hung back in a way that made me wonder what was happening. Like who wouldn't want to pet this beautiful puppy. I was like, oh my God, it's Alanis. And then I was like, try to breathe, try to breathe, try to breathe because I love her so much. My new episode is out now, presented by the all new Hyundai Palisade Hybrid. Make every day Epic.

You know we've made it a point to cover the ordeal of Tina Peters. I don't know. Ordeal is an understatement. This woman is facing nine years. She's already been in prison for lord knows how long for trying to make sure we had a safe and secure election. Trying to secure any Evidence of wrongdoing in Colorado. And she was hung out to dry and got nine years for this. She needs to be pardoned. She needs to be let out. The president can't do anything because it's a state crime. Well, Governor Jared Polis, I've never been kind to this guy. He's a wild liberal. But in this case, if you do this, Governor, I will give you props. I'll invite you onto the program. We can have tea and crumpets for all I care. And I won't say anything negative about you for that interview, at least. Former state senator Sonia Jacques Lewis, he writes in a tweet, was sentenced to probation for community service after being convicted of four felonies, including attempt to influence a public official. But it is not lost on me that she was convicted of the exact same same felony charge as Tina Peters. Justice in Colorado and America needs to be applied evenly. So the former state senator gets community service. Tina Peters gets nine years. That's not even. Governor, do the right thing here. I will salute you. I really will. I want to bring in and out and discuss this. The president of Cause of America, Sean Smith. He's been following this case, really knows. Nobody knows this case is as good as you. Sean, welcome to the program. First off, it's good to see you. I know you're in contact with Tina Peters. What's the response from both you and her on the news that maybe the governor, you know, may come through on this?
I
Well, I haven't talked to her about it. I don't talk to her, you know, very frequently. But I'll tell you, I don't think she's going to accept any offer of clemency that requires her to express remorse because she was doing her duty as a public servant, attending to her sworn oath, and they've persecuted her for it. And now if the governor wants, as a condition of her release that she express remorse for it. I think it'll be a cold day in hell before she does that.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Oh, boy. I mean, what a great patriot. If you're going to sacrifice, what, eight more years, seven more years of your life in order to make this point to me. I know she's being held hostage. To me, I look at what the government in Colorado is doing is nothing more than terroristic behavior. Maybe you just say, I'm remorseful. We all know she's not. I mean, we all know she's being forced basically at gunpoint in order to say it.
I
You remember what happened, the difference between, like, down in, in Georgia, so So co indictees, co defendants. Jeff Clark refused to turn on the president, refused to, you know, disavow his prior involvement, the recommendations he had made as benign, and, you know, according to his. His obligations as they were. Jenna Ellis, on the other hand, you know, she did disavow, and she did turn on everyone else. I don't think Tina will do it. And the reason I don't think she will do it is because even in the courtroom, even as prejudiced as Judge Barrett was against her, you know, he deprived her of due process. He prevented her from presenting an adequate defense, especially to considerations of what her intent was. And that's the big distinction. You know, Sonia Jacques Lewis was taking care of herself. She was just exactly like Polis, just exactly like Weiser and Griswold. She came into office in 2019, and she was, you know, as so many leftists do, she was using her public office for her own benefit. So she had her staff doing, like, errands for her and yard work. And they sort of rebelled because in Colorado, the staffers in the State House are unionized, and so they rebelled against her. She refused to sign off on their time cards, and then she submitted forged letters of support from them in her defense in this ethics review, and that's what she got convicted for. It's nothing like Peter's case. Peters was trying to do duty under federal and state law, and they just have persecuted her for it relentlessly. You know, Polis could have put a stop to it at any time.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
I agree with you. She shouldn't even be convicted of a crime. I think she was carrying out her duties under the oath that she. She took. And that's the shame of this. Now, if you're ratting somebody else out that didn't do something, I think, you know, the good. The good New York Italian in me says, you don't be a rat. Nobody wants a rat. But if he's mandating she apologize, I don't think anybody would blame her. In fact, Tina Smith is. Do whatever you got to do to get out of that hellhole that you're in. And I think I'll give you a pass on that 100%. Just get out of there. Anything you can do to get out of there. Rat people out. Now, that's another story. Sean Smith, I give you the last word.
I
Well, there's no. There's nobody to rat out. I mean, she. She was prosecuted. You know, Conan Hayes was the guy who made the images, and she needed an IT person because she wasn't allowed by law to touch those machines. She did exactly what she needed to do to preserve the records from that election. But they never charged Conan Hayes. Everybody knows his name. Everybody knows he was involved, but they didn't charge him. So they effectively charged and convicted Tina of impersonation, which is a charge that's in the first person. They can't even charge you with it. They convicted her of it. Look at the appeals. It was ridiculous. You know, she.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
The whole thing's a mess. But we've. We've got liberal radical courts in Colorado that just do the bidding of these radical prosecutors and radical political leaders. And Tina Smith is a total victim in, in here, boy. But we're pulling for Sean Smith. Keep, keep the hammer down, man. When it comes to keeping the word out on this, you're doing a great job and we appreciate you, sir.
I
Thanks, Grant. Take care.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Absolutely. You too. And Tina, if you got to apologize, just do it. We're not gonna hold it against you. You need to get out of that prison. All right, Jared Polis, do the right thing. All right, folks, we'll be back with more in a moment.

Welcome back everyone. I want to throw it out right now to Rav Espanol host Javier Negre, who is on the ground with U.S. senate candidate for Kentucky, Nate Morris and CEO for engineer tax Services, Julio Gonzalez. Javier, take it away, my friend.
Captain John Conrad
How are you? We are in Palm beach in the fundraising event hosted by Julio Gonzalez. And we are with the candidate, Nate. Maurice, how are you, my friend?
Guest or Interviewee (Various, e.g., Nate Morris, Hakeem Jeffries)
I'm terrific. It's been a great night. It's great to be in Palm Beach. Great to be with Julio.
Captain John Conrad
What do you propose for Kentucky?
Guest or Interviewee (Various, e.g., Nate Morris, Hakeem Jeffries)
Well, look, I'm so proud to be running for the United States Senate to finally get rid of the stench of Mitch in Kentucky, provide an outsider disruptive perspective. We know these career politicians have run our country off a cliff. We need folks going to the United States Senate and the mold of President Trump outsiders. I built one of the largest waste management companies in the United States and so proud of my entrepreneurial record creating thousands of jobs, free health care for my employees. And we need job creators. We the folks of Kentucky and the folks of this country, they're hungry for job creators outsiders. And we've also got to get tough on immigration. I'm the only Candidate in my race to call for a full moratorium on any new immigration coming into the country until we deport every single illegal that invaded us under Joe Biden.
Captain John Conrad
You were the last endorsement of Charlie Kier. You're endorsed by Elon Musk. 10 million donation. You're endorsed by Julio Gonzalez. Why people, interesting people like you so much.
Guest or Interviewee (Various, e.g., Nate Morris, Hakeem Jeffries)
You know, I'm so proud that we were Charlie Kirk's last endorsement. And his last political event was in Kentucky, helping to launch our campaign. And it's a tremendous responsibility. We think about it every day on the campaign. And when we win in May, we're going to dedicate this race to Charlie. Also, we've had tremendous help from Elon Musk. We're so proud that he invested in this race. He invested in an outside group to help our campaign. $10 million. And I think that he saw entrepreneurs and business people. We got to get more of them to go to Washington and to fight and to stand up against political correctness, against all the things that have been happening related to fraud and abuse in our country. And we can't get tough enough right now.
Captain John Conrad
How the people can find you.
Guest or Interviewee (Various, e.g., Nate Morris, Hakeem Jeffries)
Please come and see me@natemorris.com I'm on X aatemorris. We are up against 40 years of incumbency of the Mitch McConnell machine. Help us get rid of the stench of Mitch once and for all in Kentucky. Come invest in our campaign. Be part of this movement and help us win. Come May 19th in Kentucky with you.
Captain John Conrad
Kentucky Fried Chicken is going to leave Kentucky state or not.
Guest or Interviewee (Various, e.g., Nate Morris, Hakeem Jeffries)
You know, unfortunately, Kentucky Fried Chicken left to go to Texas. And that's why we need people that are entrepreneurs, job creators. If we'd had the right kind of leadership in Kentucky, that would have never happened. And that's why it's so important that we get dealmakers, people who know how to make things happen and who've created jobs. And it's shameful that we've let Kentucky Fried Chicken go to Texas.
Captain John Conrad
Why do you host this event? Why do you support Nate Morris?
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
He's the only one that wants to balance the budget.
Captain John Conrad
And I don't know how we carry
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
this deficit on for generation. Generation.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
He's an entrepreneur. He created one of the largest companies in our country. He created the most jobs in the
Captain John Conrad
state of Kentucky for his industry.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
Like, that's phenomenal. We need people in the White House, in Congress, in Senate that signed the
Captain John Conrad
front of a check that created jobs. And by the way, he paid for everyone's insurance in his company.
Congressman Marlin Stutzman
I think we have a lot to learn from that.
Captain John Conrad
Thank you very much. Julio Gonzalez and Nate Murray to good luck. We're going to be following your steps. Thank you very much.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
Thank you Javier. Thank you so much gentlemen. Great, great to have you on.
Captain John Conrad
Thank you.
Grant Stinchfield (Host)
All the luck in the world, Nate. Good luck on that race. Mitch McConnell it is time that man goes. No doubt about that. All right, listen to me pretty boy. Governor Gavin Newsom reminds us why we don't like.

Kristi Noem Ousted as DHS Secretary
Quote:
“Trump says Kristi Noem lied to Congress about getting his approval for $220 million ad campaign featuring herself. Now, I will say this was very interesting. Yesterday, as I was watching this hearing, Senator Kennedy...started to go after Kristi Noem about the money.”
(Grant Stinchfield, 02:53)
Ad in Question:
Quote:
"You cross the border illegally, we’ll find you. Break our laws, we'll punish you.... From President Trump and me, welcome home."
(Kristi Noem, 05:52)
Markwayne Mullin’s Perspective:
Quote:
“There’s always lessons that can be learned...opportunities to build off things that maybe didn’t go quite as planned. Look, in the end, I wish him the best of luck.”
(Markwayne Mullin, 07:00)
Senate Fails Again to Pass DHS Funding
Quote:
“The American people are more vulnerable today because Democrats refuse to fund DHS...considering the war in the Middle East with Iran, Americans could be more vulnerable today because who knows who came across the border during the Biden administration.”
(Marlin Stutzman, 10:53)
Frustration with Senate Inaction
Quote:
"This is the first commander in chief we’ve had with the stones to take on Iran. It needed to be done a long time ago."
(Grant Stinchfield, 13:52)
Ken Paxton vs. John Cornyn Senate Race
Quote:
“I would consider dropping out of this race if Senate leadership agrees to lift the filibuster and passes the Save America Act.”
(Ken Paxton tweet, relayed by Stinchfield, 17:10)
Victory Over Dan Crenshaw: Steve Toth’s Perspective
Notable Moment:
Quote:
“He outspent us, like, six to one... Calling me a rhino, telling me I voted with Democrats... all sorts of just incredible lies.”
(Steve Toth, 21:54)
U.S. Progress in Iran Conflict
Quote:
“Starting last night and to be completed in a few days... the two most powerful air forces in the world will have complete control of Iranian skies, uncontested airspace.”
(Pete Hegseth, relayed by Stinchfield, 30:00)
Global Shipping Insurance Crisis
Quote:
“If you can’t get insurance, you’re not going to risk it. It’s not only that you lose the value of that ship, but there could be casualties that you’ll have to pay for...”
(Captain John Conrad, 34:13)
Quote:
“Isn’t it amazing when you’re allowed to fight to win, that we actually start winning? And that’s exactly what’s happening.”
(Grant Stinchfield, 36:58)
Case of Tina Peters
Quote:
“I don’t think she’s going to accept any offer of clemency that requires her to express remorse because she was doing her duty as a public servant, attending to her sworn oath, and they’ve persecuted her for it.”
(Sean Smith, 45:21)
Quote:
“Anything you can do to get out of there. Rat people out. Now, that’s another story...”
(Grant Stinchfield, 48:23)
Live from Palm Beach Fundraiser

“We need folks going to the United States Senate in the mold of President Trump... job creators, outsiders.”
(Nate Morris, 53:18)
Quote:
“Help us get rid of the stench of Mitch once and for all in Kentucky.”
(Nate Morris, 55:05)
