Grant Stinchfield
Good evening everyone. Welcome to Stitchfield. What you're looking at on your screen there? Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a Democrat. They are debating the package that would open up the government. Finally. We are expecting a vote on this within the hour, but Democrats have all kinds of tricks up their sleeves to try to slow this thing down. House Democrats, that is. We'll be keeping an eye on that. I do want to say this though, that Democrats are literally floundering like a fish on a dock. They know that they have beaten been beaten by the Trump administration, been beaten back by Republicans, and now they're trying to make excuses for it. This is aoc.
Podcast Advertiser
I think it's important that we understand.
Grant Stinchfield
That this is not just about Senator.
Sarah Alderman
Schumer, but that this is about the Democratic Party.
Grant Stinchfield
Senator Schumer.
Podcast Advertiser
There's no one vote that ended this shutdown. We are talking about a coordinated effort of eight senators with the knowledge of Leader Schumer voting to break with the entire Democratic Party in exchange for nothing.
Grant Stinchfield
Said it in exchange for nothing. She admits defeat. She blames it on eight senators. You can Blame it on whoever you want. But here's who I blame it on, solely, fully, and that is Democrats at every level that backed up Chuck Schumer on this shutdown, Jefferies on the shutdown that literally got nothing out of it. It could have been lifted long before this. As we said, they got nothing. And what did the country get? The country got a lot of headaches and, and money lost, travel headaches and financial headaches. Now, the Democrats do still have an effort underway. They want to pass Obamacare subsidies, these Covid era subsidies, extra subsidies on Obamacare passed during COVID to ease the pain of the Democrats, basically forcing you out of your workplace during COVID They want to extend this for another three years through the Trump administration. It is a very, very long shot effort. I do not expect it to go through this. This is Jefferies talking about it. Decade after decade, century into century, have always fought to make life better for everyday Americans and to protect the healthcare and enhance the health care of the American people. That's the continuing and enduring legacy of the Democratic Party. Look, here's what the Democrats did. Yelling and screaming about Obamacare. They raised awareness to the American people that Obamacare, quite frankly, sucks. It's too expensive. Insurance companies take advantage of the federal government. We're losing money hand over foot, and the people don't really get very good insurance. It's a Covid era subsidy. It's got to go away. People are back to work. Covid is over. It's that simple. But again, this is just another effort to delay from a group of very delusional Democrats. Here's a Democrat congresswoman from Illinois. I'd like to see it voted down. I want it voted down. And I think we got to go back to the drawing table. Look, the ACA tax credits are about to expire. And as it is, we have 11 hospitals in Illinois that are about to close because of what the President calls the big beautiful bill. I call it the large lousy law. So, as you can tell from listening how bitter he is, this is Trump derangement syndrome at its worst. They're willing to shut America down. They're willing to harm us financially. They don't care about us. So, Scott Bessant sum this up. Of course, he's the Treasury Secretary. Well, Brian, it's. The Democrats tried to stop President Trump. They couldn't stop him in the courts. They couldn't stop him with the mainstream media. So they shut down the government and they've taken the mask off. Ezra Klein in the New York Times Yesterday actually said, this was never about health care. This was about President Trump and his totalitarianism. So as harsh as I am on Democrats, and you know I'm harsh on Democrats, I can be just as harsh on Republicans. Senator John Thune did something that I am not happy about. Now I am just as angry as every United States senator, Republican senator that was spied on by the Biden DOJ where they subpoenaed phone records of sitting United States senators. I'm steaming mad about that. They never informed these senators that they were looking at their text messages and their phone logs. So Senator John Thune slips a provision into this extension package that would allow senators to collect hundreds of thousands of dollars if it comes out that they were spied on by the DOJ and not informed about it. Up to $500,000 each. Now, it sounds great, except what about the American citizens that were spied on by the Biden doj? What about the J Sixers that were literally persecuted, some thrown into solitary confinement, that have no ability to go back after the DOJ for money, Stone cold hard cash. These senators, Republicans make a separate class of people out of them. They're not any better than all of us. They shouldn't get to collect on this. We should give this money to American citizens before United States senators get it. I'm outraged. This is Chip Roy talking about the provision potential to have dollars going to United States senators when we've got American citizens. Whether it was J6ers, whether it's people from the FACE act, whether it was others that have also had the full force of the federal government through the Department of Justice targeting and coming down on them, and they're going to see, oh, but you can slide in a provision in here for United States Senators. Like I just. It is beside my comprehension that this got put in the bill and is why people have such a low opinion of this town. Well, he's right. This is exactly why I have a low opinion of every lawmaker out there. Not all of them. There are some good ones. But, John Thune, I understand you probably were well intentioned, but these senators are so out of touch with America that they don't understand how it looks. They're going to collect hundreds of thousands of dollars because all the poor senators were spied on when literally the FBI was going after grandmothers and grandfathers around this country with a vengeance, and they get no recourse. And by the way, you know what else you did, Thune, which was not smart at a time when we're Winning. You give the Democrats a talking point. Hakeem Jeffries, the notion that eight Republican senators signed off by John Thune and the Republicans, apparently, in the Senate and in the House, would give themselves the ability essentially to rip millions of taxpayer dollars away from the American people so they could line their pockets. I don't know. Quite frankly, this may be the first time I've ever agreed with Hakeem Jeffries. He's got a talking point. And people have a right to be outraged over all of this. You know, as I mentioned, there were people who were really persecuted. Lives were changed. They tried to financially destroy them. I think of people like Rudy Giuliani, our good friend John Eastman, attorney for President Trump, all of the J. Sixers that I talk about, President Trump himself. And what about our good friend Judicial Watch attorney, former Trump attorney and author of Defiant. Christina? Bob. She was one of these people, too. Christina Bobb, welcome to the program. I think you should be eligible for half a million dollars.
Christina Bobb
I think so, too. I actually suffered harm, along with many other Americans, which, you know, I can't say that John Thune really suffered harm. I mean, nobody should have their privacy invaded the way that he did. But I've got friends that lost homes, that marriages fell apart, relationships fell apart. They're in dire financial straits because of all of the lawfare that's come against them. But let's give millions of dollars to senators who didn't even know anything was happening to them. So I thank you so much for opening with this because it's such an embarrassment to the Republican Party, and these senators are demonstrating. They are so out of touch with what everyday Americans want from Republicans.
Grant Stinchfield
You know, Christina, you, as a. As a constitutionalist and someone who studies the law, as a lawyer herself, knows that one of the Republican themes is that we don't make special classes of people.
Christina Bobb
Right?
Grant Stinchfield
Right. Nobody is better than somebody else. You don't separate. We're all equal. And just because you're a sitting United States senator doesn't make you more special, that you should be eligible for money. Now, I'm as mad as anybody. They spied on them. I think that's wrong. But this was not the way to go about it.
Christina Bobb
No, not at all. They should be absolutely embarrassed. I don't know what. Where. Where the bill is in the process, but I sure hope that gets stricken. That should not make it through. I. If anything, it's bad enough they put it in there, but at least if you're gonna write it in, that anybody on the Arctic Frost list gets a minimum of $500,000 because what they're basically saying is the J6ers, the Arctic frost, the electors, all these people, they can go sue in Washington D.C. and they'll get a fair jury there. But, but for these senators, they get a minimum, statutory minimum of $500,000 for every offense. It's not equal, it's not fair.
Grant Stinchfield
No.
Christina Bobb
You know, everybody.
Grant Stinchfield
This reminds me when I was working at the National Rifle Association, a young fire breather Republican comes into Congress, I won't name them, comes into Congress and wants to introduce a bill that would allow lawmakers to carry firearms inside the Capitol. Now I'm all for that bill, but I wanted to add another provision that American citizens get to carry firearms inside the Capitol. We get to do that at the Texas State Capitol. We can carry our, long as we're a law abiding citizen, we can carry our guns. Why would lawmakers get a special privilege to do that? It's our house.
Christina Bobb
Yeah, no, you're exactly right. And, and I hate how right you are that this just shows that Republicans are out of touch with what Americans and what we're expecting from our lawmakers. I mean, the whole MAGA movement that took over the country in 2024 was all about recognizing the everyday man, the common man and how Donald Trump and these Republicans, I think Trump is doing his best, promises, but these Republicans are going to come into office and represent the people and it's like, oh, they, they forgot, you know, this is a pretty bad mistake.
Grant Stinchfield
So let me ask you, Christina. Bob, because we talk about people that were harmed, you, you mentioned some of the folks, you yourself included. When I think about what they've done to you. Now, President Trump came out pardoned, you and 77 others in this alternate electors case. But that pardon is only from a federal level. So congratulations. One on the pardon on a federal level, what does that pardon mean to you? What happens with the other cases where they're going after you with a vengeance?
Christina Bobb
Yeah. So for my case, I'm grateful for the pardon. It's a nice show of support and I appreciate that. And should any federal issues come up, I suppose it would be helpful. But for my immediate case, it doesn't actually do much. Thankfully my indictment along with all my co defendants in Arizona was thrown out five months ago. The court has just stayed the dismissal. So it's just an administrative pending case that's open at the moment with no valid indictment, no probable cause, nothing. So I'm kind of just waiting it out. We just have to wait until that dismissal comes through. For the other cases they. They may try to argue. You know, there's a couple different legal arguments they could use to try to apply it. I know Nevada is going to trial next month. I think Wisconsin is moving forward as well. Michigan was thrown out. Arizona's almost thrown out. So I think the pardon could be helpful, depending on how some of the other defendants want to use it. But just on the straight state cases for Arizona, it's not going to have much of an impact.
Grant Stinchfield
And real quick, you know, I look at a friend of yours, a friend of this program, John Eastman, a great attorney, was working for President Trump. They want to disbar him in California. He's involved in all these cases as well. What did this do for. For you? Did they come after you that way? What was the effect on all of this, on your life?
Christina Bobb
They did. I mean, in the span of three years, I had nine legal matters against me there. Thankfully, there's only one remaining, this criminal case in Arizona that's about to fall off. But I was sued by Dominion for $1.6 million that eventually was dismissed. No settlement. They just dismissed me. And then I had, I think, seven or eight subpoenas for other cases, whether they were criminal or civil lawsuits, where I had attorneys raking through all of my personal emails, my cell phones, my text messages, all of my online profile, teams of lawyers scouring everything I've ever done, you know, for the last five years. It's pretty invasive, pretty awful, and I'm thankful that it's over. I'm really hopeful that the Department of Justice can do something to correct this. We haven't seen that happen yet, but I think they need to, because if they don't, it's only going to get worse.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, it sure is. Well, Christina, Bob, we're so grateful to have you weighing in on this. We're glad about the pardon. I'm glad. It looks like that case has fallen off the books in Arizona. So good Lord willing, all that comes through for you, Christina, Underscore Bob, on the platform X. Thank you, as always.
Christina Bobb
Thanks, Grant.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. You know, I got caught up in some of those cases, too. Nothing like her, by the way. I think a total. It was like 32 hours of depositions I had to give for the Dominion and Smartmatic cases. 32 hours, but, boy, I handed it to him at some point. I want those videos to come out because I did great, if I don't say so myself. And I actually had kind of fun doing it.
Megan McGlover
All right.
Grant Stinchfield
Folks, I want to turn now to a video you've probably seen. We've got some new information about this. This is a Gold Gym in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles area. Tish Hyman is a singer, moves out to California to make it. She's in great shape. She's working out at the gym. She goes into the locker room. Lo and behold, there's a dude there. And she's not happy about it.
Megan McGlover
Men, grown men with big in the women's locker room. And that's why I'm getting kicked out.
Grant Stinchfield
And I want to make sure the girls know the.
Megan McGlover
Everybody saw that man in the locker room.
Grant Stinchfield
I'm proud of her for being, you know what? Loud and proud about what is right and wrong. Especially in a state like California, Men should not be in women's bathrooms. Okay, now we are now learning, thanks to the New York Post, of who that man was in the bathroom. I think we have a picture. I think it was his mug shot. If we can throw that up there for you. His name is Kyle Grant Freeman. Take a look at him. Apparently, according to the New York Post, he's got a long rap sheet. He spent a year in prison for, quote, savagely beating his wife. Okay. Then he decides to transition after he gets out of prison. And do you know what name he takes? He takes the name of his wife slash victim, Alexis, and then has the audacity to defend himself for going into the women's locker room. Because Gold Gym says it's okay, California says it's okay. On tmz, you tell me you wouldn't have a problem with this guy next to your wife or daughter in the gym. Well, she has become aggressive with me on four different occasions, actually, at different locations in Los Angeles at Gold's Gym. But believe clothes. I believe I was enrobed in a towel on one occasion. So the dude Harvey on TMZ says, well, how did she know you were a man? Were you showing everything. How did she know she was a man? Just look at her. That is the definition of lipstick on a pig. Okay? I'm sorry, but it's a fact. It's pretty easy to tell that's a man, junk or no junk. All right, now, how can this happen in a state like California or any other state? Because you have radical lawmakers that are literally emboldening people like this, basically passing pro sex offender laws, passing rape culture laws. And I'm talking specifically about a. A dude named Senator Scott Wiener. He is now running for Nancy Pelosi's congressional seat. He is the purveyor of every bad idea in California. Well, Tish Hyman, the woman who blew the whistle on Kevin Grant Freeman, confronted Weiner at a town hall that their.
Megan McGlover
Safety will be protected from men who by California law can self ID as women.
Grant Stinchfield
Sir, please tell me. Yeah, so we want, I mean, everyone to be safe. And we also know that, you know, we have trans. Trans people, both men and women, who are men and women. And so, you know, we. No, trans men and women are not men or women of the opposite sex. That they were born as they're not. Scientifically, it's an impossibility, but this is the delusion we get from the left. Well, I want to bring in now an award winning speaker, author and truth teller. I've known her for a long time. Megan McGlover is with us. Megan, it is so great to have you back on the program.
Megan McGlover
Hey, Grant, thanks so much for having me. I love seeing you. You look so good in your suits all the time.
Grant Stinchfield
I appreciate that, Megan. And I saw you on social media blasting about this. Explain to you why you're upset about this.
Megan McGlover
Well, I think we've gotten to the point where compromise and negotiation is out. I think that Ms. Hyman did a very, very fantastic job by letting people know the vulnerability that we as women have when we're in these specific spaces. But unfortunately, that level of vulnerability is looked at as weak. And it's gotten to the point now where I am upset and we as women need to be upset because you won't protect us. And then when something happens, then we want to talk about mental health and all this other stuff. No, no, no. The bottom line is that men should not. Never have they been able to be in women's spaces. Why is it now a talking point or something where people are confused is beyond me. And I really just don't care.
Grant Stinchfield
All right. I want everyone at home to know only because I think it's important for your perspective here and why your perspective is important as. As a gay woman who also happens to be black. And Democrats love special classes of people. I don't think any of that matters. But it does. The perspective. Because they specifically use you, Megan. Your color, your sexual preference, as you got to be on our side, you'll be yelled and screamed at for coming on this program and speaking out like this.
Megan McGlover
Well, you know, that's my trump card. You know, that is absolutely my trump card because I don't present in that way. I don't have blue hair and, you know, wear a bunch of rainbow Flag belts and all this other kind of thing. And so most people just assume topically that, oh, I must be some type of super strict heterosexual conservative. And so I don't understand. Well, you're molded, because that's absolutely not the truth. And just like what Ms. Hyman was saying, she is a African American, black, homosexual, lesbian, female. And therefore they just dismissed her because they didn't have anything in their arsenal to attack her with. And what she should not have done is walk out. What I would not have done is ever walk out. You never let them push you out. You have to stand firm. I am a woman and I will not allow you to mistreat me because of your confusion, because of your delusion. I'm just not going to have it.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, well, that's why I have you on a program, because your voice, Tisha's voice, I think, are so important. And this is a story. This transgender mania is not going away. I thought that it would start to subside around the country, but, you know, it's almost like the trans community somehow hijacked the gay and lesbian community. I don't know. The whole thing's crazy. I'll give you the last word. 15, 20 seconds, Megan.
Megan McGlover
Well, I don't think that being trans is a problem, but when you decide, when anybody decides whether it's religious reasons, sexual preference reasons, vegan reasons, whatever, if you decide that all of us have to do what you think is right, well, now we have a problem. Because guess what, buddy, this is the United States of America. And we don't have to do anything that you are trying to push us to do. Welcome to America.
Grant Stinchfield
That's a great point. Megan McGlover. Where can people find you on Instagram?
Megan McGlover
Megan McGlover. That's where I'm at.
Grant Stinchfield
We appreciate you as always. Good to see you. Thanks for coming on.

Folks, I want to tell you the story of Deputy Jerry Alderman. He's been behind bars for three and a half years. Why I believe for doing his job. So back right before 2020 he is coming out of a bar at 3:10 in the morning and there is word that there are suspects that are breaking into cars that fit the description of the car you're about to see in this surveillance video. We could throw that up on the screen. Deputy Alderman approaches the car as you see here he does end up taking his firearm out of his out of his pocket but he has it in a low ready position the entire time. What you see here is all that goes down. Nobody's injured, it's de escalated and the cops don't show up and the suspects leave and Jerry ends up getting nine and a half years in prison. Now I'll show you the encounter and it's rough and there's some salty language. It doesn't go deserve to go to jail for this. This is from inside the car from one of the suspect's phones. Careful say about it I'll you back to you get the out of Here. If I see you downtown again tonight, guess what will happen. What's gonna happen? Get the out of here now. What do you think of happening? What do you think? Get the out of here now. Retest this book. Where we're caught. That's the whole encounter. Now you tell me, does he deserve nine and a half years behind bars? He's a police officer. 20 years of service, not a blemish on it. Now, you know I train with police officers. The tapping of the gun on the car is probably not ideal. The salty language is. Police officers are trained talk that way. It's the only thing suspects will respond to. Tapping the gun, Maybe not, but it's a reprimand. It's retraining, maybe a suspension. Not a criminal charge. He's been behind bars for three and a half years. Now, this was one of the suspects who lied about the encounter. He put his gun to my face and said that, you know, I'll shoot all three of you. Pointed it and gun at all three of us too. So it's and said, I'll shoot all three of you. Blow your brains down. There's nothing no one can do about it. That's not what he said. We just saw the video there. There's a whole slew of issues with this case. They didn't allow Jerry's expert witness, who we're going to talk to in the next block, to even testify. They didn't allow the testimony that they were burglary suspects to be introduced here. This was a railroad job. I am calling on Governor Ron DeSantis in Florida to instantly pardon Jerry Alderman. Governor DeSantis, if you have a heart, decency, respect for law enforcement, this man deserves a pardon. I want to bring in Deputy Jerry Alderman's wife, Sarah Alderman. Sarah, welcome to the program.
Sarah Alderman
Thank you, Grant. Appreciate you having me on.
Grant Stinchfield
Sarah, I can only imagine what this has been like for you and your family. Can you tell me? I mean, I know he probably was a provider of the family. Now he's in prison. What has this been like for you?
Sarah Alderman
Well, it's. I mean, it's been devastating. I mean, we had no idea that this could possibly happen. To be honest, it was a total shock. Particularly because when they. We had back to back trials, you know, one trial ended and the judge wanted to set the following trial for the next day. So we went to a second trial a week later. And when they found him guilty, they remanded him immediately. And we hadn't planned on anything, so we did not anticipate that he would go right into the system.
Grant Stinchfield
The first jury basically couldn't come to a conclusion on the felony charges. Is that right? Or did they. Did they come back not guilty on the felony charges? And they could, but it seems to me like he was tried twice and that shouldn't be allowed.
Sarah Alderman
They did come to a conclusion on the felony charges. They found him not guilty. They got hung on the lesser included misdemeanors. And there was five to convict, one not to convict on all charges. And so the judge declared a mistrial.
Grant Stinchfield
So here's the problem with me. You go through a trial, not you, but your husband. A jury declares you not guilty on the most serious charges and then you're retried on them because they couldn't come to a conclusion on the misdemeanors. You should just be tried on the misdemeanors. Where is the appeals in all of this? Is, is anybody helping you with that? And I'm sure this is costing you an absolute fortune.
Sarah Alderman
Yes. As you mentioned before, you know, losing half of your income, it was a huge, huge blow to us. We've already been through the appeals process. We have. You know, it took two years of this time. Direct appeal has been exhausted. We did just file some post conviction relief. But that process will probably take long than Jerry's entire sentence. The system is very slow, is inefficient, and less than 1%, I think, of appeals at this point get overturned.
Grant Stinchfield
I want the crew to put up on the side as Sarah and I talk here. Just the surveillance video of the encounter. Okay. When we look at the surveillance video here of this encounter, Sarah, am I missing something? Was there something else to all this? Am I not being told something? Because this seems pretty innocuous. A reprimand, maybe, retraining maybe, but not criminal charges.
Sarah Alderman
I agree. He was told by a known person to him that there was a. There was active burglaries happening and an eyewitness pointed the car out and he just went into action. He knew that West Palm Beach PD had been notified. And when the eyewitness pointed the car out to him as it was rolling through, he just responded. It was. He's a 20 year law enforcement officer. He has. He was working the night before dealing with similar situation. So he just, you know, hey, walked up to the car like he would if he was working.
Grant Stinchfield
All right. Besides not allowing your husband's expert witness, who I'm going to talk to a little bit later in the program, they didn't allow the testimony that they were burglary suspects, that there was a, a complaint that people were breaking into car, including the possibility breaking into your husband's car.
Sarah Alderman
Yes. The judge did not granted a motion by the, the prosecutor to not allow Jerry to testify about the burglaries. And West Palm beach didn't even investigate the burglaries. And there was multiple victims that night of actual car burglaries, and they didn't do anything with it. So Jerry had to testify about what happened that night without bringing in his state of mind, not talking about the burglaries, why he even approached the car. It was, it was impossible.
Grant Stinchfield
Sarah, what was going on here? This is 2019. It's the height of the war on cops. I still believe there's a war on cops. Is this a radical district attorney in Palm Beach County? I know there's a Democrat faction in Palm Beach. Radical district attorney. Was this all part of the war on cops?
Sarah Alderman
I believe it was. I mean, the district attorney, I didn't have to proceed with any of this. And the judge is the one who made the very harsh decision on the nine year sentence, which was he got three years for each felony to be served consecutively, which is unheard of for even convicted felons to serve consecutive terms. Three, three and three.
Grant Stinchfield
It's unbelievable. Lastly, if Governor DeSantis, President Trump can't pardon your husband because this is a state charge. I wish he could. I'm sure President Trump would probably do it in a heartbeat. Your message to Governor DeSantis. Governor DeSantis could pardon your husband. What's your message to him?
Sarah Alderman
Governor DeSantis, my husband has given 20 years of his life to serving the state of Florida. And he spent the last three and a half paying for a crime he didn't commit. And I desperately want him home. I want him home. Our family, our church family. And he has he served enough. He needs to come home. He didn't do, he didn't commit this crime. And you need to send a message to law enforcement that you support them and that this isn't going to be allowed, that they're not going to be able to make an example out of, out of a police officer and scare others into not doing their job.
Podcast Advertiser
Well.
Grant Stinchfield
Here's my commitment to you. I will do everything in my power to make sure this gets in front of Governor DeSantis. We will continue to cover this story because this, to me is quite frankly, an outrage. It makes no sense, an absolute failure of our judicial system at every level. And I'm getting all too used to that, sadly. And proof of this is I rarely do two segments on one topic. But I'm going to have that expert witness that the judge says could not testify in your husband's case. Coming up next, Sarah Alderman. Please keep me posted. Give your husband our best and we will all pray for you.
Sarah Alderman
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. Well, we appreciate you and your husband's service to Palm beach county and this nation. And so, please, folks at home, pray for Jerry Alderman. Pray for his wife. Uh, and as I said, we're going to talk to this expert witness coming up next to tell you exactly why this was not a crime. If you love this country, you can't afford to sit back. Grant Stinchfield
Welcome back everyone. I want to continue covering this story of Palm beach deputy Jerry Alderman who's serving nine and a half years for this encounter. Off duty outside of of a bar when he approaches car burglary suspects. Okay. That's who he believes they are. Watch this. Cut to careful say about it. I'll you back you get the out of here. If I see you downtown again tonight, guess what will happen. What's going to happen? Get the out of here now. What do you think will happen? What do you think? Get the out of here now. We we touch this, we're working. That whole encounter got him. Nine and a half years. I would assume the tapping of his pistol which was always in a low ready position, never pointed at the the suspects was probably a little out of line. Maybe in needs of training, but not a felony conviction. And as you heard, one jury acquitted him of the felony charges in this and yet he was tried again. I want to bring in now nearly 30 year veteran of the Dallas Police Department, 15 years of which was on SWAT as a team leader. He was a detective in the narcotics division as well as he currently holds a top secret clearance and is internationally known as a respected trainer of law enforcement officers at all levels of government, including our military and the federal government. That resume was not good enough for Rich Emberlin to serve as a witness for Gerry Alderman. It makes no sense. Rich, welcome to the program.
Rich Emberlin
Hi Grant. Thanks for having me. Hadn't seen you in a while.
Grant Stinchfield
I haven't seen you. It's good to see you, my friend. What do you make of this? Does he deserve any conviction at all, much less nine and a half years?
Rich Emberlin
It is the biggest railroad job I've ever seen in my entire career. And I agree with you. Maybe some training, maybe an internal affairs investigation, but he didn't commit any crimes. And he gets hung up on these lesser included offenses and one of them said he was drunk, another cop said he wasn't. And they arrest him a week later and say you were drunk the other day and you were committing three Aggravated assaults. It just doesn't work out.
Grant Stinchfield
Was there any field sobriety tests done on him to even prove that he was. He was drunk?
Rich Emberlin
No stagmus test, no. ABCs backwards. No blood test, Nothing. They let him go.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, let me play the interaction because maybe if you're a jury, you don't know law enforcement. I've been around cops a lot. You know, I've even trained with you. And. And. And salty language is how you control suspects. That's the bottom line. Let me play it and then you explain to me what he was doing from a tactical perspective here. Careful say about it. I'll you back. You get the out of here. If I see you downtown again tonight, guess what will happen. What's going to happen? Get the out of here now. What do you think of happening? What do you think? Get the out of here now. We. We touched this one where we're calling. All right, Rich, take me through from an officer's perspective what's happening here. As he's giving those commands, he.
Rich Emberlin
You have to speak the same language that everybody understands. You know, you. They don't under. I can't stand it when somebody says sir unless they are a real sir. These guys are burglary suspects. And sometimes you got to tell them to get the hell out of here. Or even saltier than that.
Grant Stinchfield
You.
Rich Emberlin
They. They. When you start calling people sir and begging them to leave, it makes you look weak, you know, and then they're tactically getting over on you.
Grant Stinchfield
That was my question here, because I think it is a point of. I believe one of these suspects was found to have a firearm. His senses went up. The driver had a firearm. Jerry's senses went up. Something was wrong here. This is about establishing dominance. Can you take me through that?
Rich Emberlin
Yeah. He was attempting to establish dominance, but he did the smartest thing he could do. He de escalated and just walked away. He was outnumbered. There was another car talking to these guys parked right behind him. Now, he's looking at two different things. He's messing with his OODA loop and he doesn't know what's going to happen, so he just backed away. He went. He went back away.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, I mean, that is de escalation. He didn't try to get them out of the car. He didn't try to search the car. He's off duty at this point. People came to him for help, by the way, as well. So now he's nine and a half years in. Rich, you were called to testify by the defense on behalf of him to Basically say some of the same things you're telling me now for the jury to hear it. Your resume is long. I've known you a long time. You even are a commentator for.
Podcast Advertiser
For.
Grant Stinchfield
You were on Dallas SWAT and all kinds of stuff. So why did they not let you testify?
Rich Emberlin
They never gave a reason. I got all set up to testify, got my suit on, and the judge just looked at me and said, strike him. No reason. And later on, they allowed one of the officers from Palm Beach, Palm beach county or the city, they allowed him to testify on behalf of the prosecution. So I. Tell me why. I have no idea. There was no crimes committed at all.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, here's what's. What really drives me crazy. He's been in prison for three and a half years now. Where is the outrage? There's no other media outlets are covering this. I don't see this on conservative media. I'm just learning this now, three and a half years later. I wish I learned of it earlier. It seems like a giant cover up.
Rich Emberlin
It really is. And everybody in that court's involved in the judge, she wouldn't allow any objections by Jerry. And if he said anything, he was told to shut up. And then he has to testify about the stuff that I would testify to, but he's having to do it himself. And it's just not a good thing to do. And I don't know why it's not getting more attention. It's terrible.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, we're going to do our best to. To bring attention to it. You called me on this one, and I appreciate you doing that. Sarah seems like a very strong woman, but I can't imagine what it would be like to go through this with, with. With her and her husband in prison. Rich, Amberlynn, it's always good to see you. I appreciate you coming on. Keep me posted, okay?
Rich Emberlin
Yes, sir. I sure will. Thanks.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. You got it. All right, folks, so we're gonna stay that. Governor DeSantis, again, you need to pardon this guy. Does anybody out there agree with me? This makes no sense. That he is in prison for nine and a half years consecutively serving these. These three year terms, My Lord. And think of what they do with Black Lives Matter. They let him out on the streets to roam and create more. Have he got antifa setting fires in Berkeley, California, and nothing happens to these goons? Very sad. All right, look, the financial pressure the government and big banks have put on Americans is unacceptable. People are drowning in credit card interest and the elites don't care. Welcome back everyone. An update for you tonight on the craziness outside of UC Berkeley and that Turning Point USA event where antifa goons basically came together to create a riot, lighting fires, doing all kinds of nonsensical things out there. Well, Harvey Dillon, remember the Californian is now inside the Department of Justice. She's a great attorney and she is declaring that she wants answers from UC Berkeley. She has sent a letter to UC Berkeley telling them to keep all of their records, text messages preserve everything. This is because an investigation has been launched as to how this happens. Here's Harmony.
Megan McGlover
The violent mob allowed to fester outside. And this is not protest. I respect protest. What we have here is a terrorist organization allowed to run wild in an American city, on an American campus, funded by taxpayers. It's illegal, and we won't let it stand at the Department of Justice.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so things got wild there. And UC Berkeley, though they allowed Turning Point USA to speak, they also allowed these violent agitators to create chaos. This is Savannah Hernandez, a GP USA reporter on Fox.
Podcast Advertiser
It's really frustrating to see what happened last night because Antifa has been declared a domestic terrorist organization for over a month now. However, no preventative measures were taken to stop this. And this is actually an event that was planned at the Anarchist Book Fair in Oakland. We actually had Jonathan Cho, frontlines reporter.
Grant Stinchfield
Who had highlighted this story.
Podcast Advertiser
So this has been a planned event for weeks now.
Grant Stinchfield
It's crazy. The good news is the Department of Justice taking action. Thank you, Harmony. Dylan, on that. The FBI also taking action. A huge fentanyl bust, by the way, Cash Patel announced this bust. Lots of fentanyl being taken off the streets. The very drug that has taken the lives of American citizens at a level never seen before. While at Ministry of Public Security headquarters.
Megan McGlover
I met with my counterpart at mps.
Grant Stinchfield
Where the Chinese government agreed on a.
Megan McGlover
Plan to stop fentanyl precursors.
Grant Stinchfield
What does that mean? The People's Republic of China has fully designated and listed all 13 precursors utilized to make fentanyl China. But I'm grateful for Cash Patel and the FBI getting these drugs off the streets. Will continue to watch that for you. All right, up next, Kamala Harris, who lost to President Trump, claims she was playing three dimensional chess. Oh, boy, that's next. So Kamala Harris had a disastrous loss, if you're a Democrat, to President Trump. I mean, she got hammered. She lost at every level. Electoral college got steamrolled. All right, Popular vote steamrolled. She couldn't give a speech, but yet she claims this.
Megan McGlover
And that's.
Sarah Alderman
So I was.
Grainger Advertiser
I understood the game that was being.
Megan McGlover
Played and I made a decision that I wasn't going to get played. And.
Sarah Alderman
Chestnut checkers.
Rich Emberlin
Yeah, yeah.
Megan McGlover
Three dimensional jazz. I'm telling you, you know.
Grant Stinchfield
Three dimensional chess. You got smoked, you couldn't speak. Your campaign was a disaster. You had no policies other than get Trump. You weren't playing three dimensional chess. Maybe Chinese checkers, but that's too complicated. For you. That's going to do it for us. Stitchfields are army rolls. We'll see you tomorrow night.

The episode features notable guests including Trump attorney Christina Bobb, commentator Megan McGlover, and law enforcement expert Rich Emberlin.
