Grant Stinchfield
Well, good evening, everyone. Welcome to stitchfield. I'll tell you what. President Trump has just about saved Washington, D.C. and the people have been plagued by crime in Washington, D.C. crime now in some categories is down 80% or more. It is amazing what old fashioned policing will do. Flooding the zone with law enforcement or the National Guard. It all works now. Next stop, Chicago. I admit he doesn't have the same power that he has in Washington, D.C. in Chicago, but he certainly has the power to dispatch the National Guard and flood the zone of Chicago with federal agents. You want to know why it needs to happen? Over the weekend, 60 people shot in Chicago, nine of them killed. This is the governor of Illinois.
Dr. Peter McCullough
You're going to hear people, especially this.
Grant Stinchfield
Past weekend, 54 shot, seven dead.
John Eastman
Yeah.
Dr. Peter McCullough
They're gonna say the city's not safe.
Grant Stinchfield
Would you ask your friends to ride.
Mary Kathryn Hamm
The L after midnight or after, you.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Know, 9 o' clock at night even.
Grant Stinchfield
To come down to the city from o'?
John Eastman
Hare? Look, big cities have crime. There's no doubt about it.
Grant Stinchfield
That's your answer. Big cities have crime. They don't have crime anymore in Washington, D.C. i mean, not like they did. This can be fixed. I think what's happening are you have Democrat lawmakers, people in positions of power that are embarrassed by Republican conservative leadership that respects the rule of law and what that can do to transform a community plagued with crime. This is President Trump talking about Chicago. Either they're naive or they're very untruthful. And he'll say, we don't want any protection we don't need. So in the last three weeks, he's lost almost 20 people killed. There's no place. There's no place in the world, including. You can go to Afghanistan, you can go to places that you would think of. They don't even come close to this. Chicago is a hellhole right now. I don't know how else you describe it. I mean, I was looking at the monthly numbers here. There's a website called hey Jackass, by the way, it's perfect, but it literally lists the shootings every day. 247 shot in the month of August, 39 killed. Do you know in Chicago, every 4 hours and 17 minutes, someone is shot with a firearm. In Chicago, every 21 hours, someone is killed. How else do you describe a hellhole? Governor Pritzker, the president's absurd characterizations do.
John Eastman
Not match what is happening on the ground here. He has no idea what he's talking about.
Grant Stinchfield
There is no emergency that warrants deployment of troops. He is insulting the people of Chicago by calling our home a hellhole. How dare he say something like that when the people of Chicago are desperate for this, desperate for help in that city. And so even though people are calling for this, what do you think the mayor of Chicago does this? Brandon Johnson, he's bad news. He signs an executive order mandating the police department to not cooperate with the feds, with the National Guard. Literally build a wall between them if they come into town. Listen to Brandon Johnson. This order affirms that the Chicago Police Department will not collaborate with military personnel on police patrols or civil immigration enforcement. We will not have our police officers who are working hard every single day to drive down crime, deputized to do traffic stops and checkpoints for the President. I'm going to tell you again, the people want this. I'm going to throw my team a curveball. If you can pull cut 22 for me. I want to roll this because this is people in Chicago crying for help. Literally crying for help. It just gone from bad to worse to disaster.
Alex Villanueva
No one really feels safe. It's impossible to feel safe in a city like this, especially with the leadership we have.
Grant Stinchfield
These kids are carrying guns like around the ages of 8 years old and they're killing other 8 year old kids with guns. It's insane. My opinion, not enough police officers. A police officer's hands are tied. They need the help. They want the help. And again, it's going to make Democrat leadership, or lack of look really, really bad. So, you know, it's amazing because you go back to D.C. here, Muriel Bowser, she saw the light. For all the criticisms I have of her, she's now thanking President Trump. She just signed today another order saying, hey, we'll continue this for another 200 days with President Trump and the cooperation. 200 arrests in Washington D.C. over the weekend. President Trump's plan is working there. So here's what I say. President Trump go to Chicago, then let's go to Detroit, let's go to New York City, let's go to Los Angeles, California. Believe me, they could use the help. So I was looking at some research that former LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva did when he took office in 2019. They hired 1100 sheriff's deputies, okay? As expected, arrests went up and crime went down. Now Compare that to 2023, when Sheriff Luna took office, beating Alex via the waiver. He loses officers. Now look at this. He loses officers, Arrests go down. Homicides in that first year are up 46%. Grand theft auto up 68%. Aggravated assault up 23%. When all of his arrests go down, how do we know his arrests go down? Because the numbers tell it. Graph number 26 in East LA, 48% decrease in arrests under Sheriff Luna. Lancaster, 52% decrease. Century City, 66% decrease in arrests. Do you see the theme? Arrests go down. Okay? Crimes go up. When you flood with more officers, as Sheriff Villanueva did, 1100 of them. Arrests go up, crime goes down. I don't know, it seems like a simple game to me. I want to bring in now former Los Angeles County Sheriff who did this investigation on his own. Alex Villanueva is with us and he's running to be the next LA County Sheriff. Take his old job back. I hope he gets it. Sheriff, welcome to the program.
Alex Villanueva
Thank you, Grant. Appreciate that.
Grant Stinchfield
Am I oversimplifying this?
Alex Villanueva
Not at all. And you know what? I was born in Chicago, so that's actually my place of birth. So I really, I really feel bad for everyone in Chicago or anyone in Illinois who's stuck with that mentality. We've proven again and again, when you have enough cops and they're empowered to do their job, crime goes down and the crooks go away. It's as simple as that. And when you do the opposite, as we've seen, again and again, the opposite happens. Crime goes up, arrests go down, and everyone suffers. But this is the political ideology that's in play today in the Democratic Party in particular, not Democratic people, because Democratic residents will say, yeah, we need more cops. This is like a no brainer. But you talk to the elected leaders, all of a sudden they sing a different tune. Oh, let's reimagine, let's reinvest, let's do everything different. Is somehow they have this keen sense of awareness and sensibilities about how law enforcement works and how to provide public safety that the average person just doesn't know because we're not smart enough to know.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so this was interesting during your term, because I'm looking at the stats and I said, no, wait a second. You hired 1100 officers in your first year. And then I see the number of officers start to decrease. I see other arrests and crime start to have some issues. Not like the first year I asked you about. Turns out it wasn't your fault. Tell me what happened and why the number of officers being hired on your department started to go down after the first year in office.
Alex Villanueva
Well, it turns out the geniuses on the LA County Board of Supervisors, a far left group, decided to impose a hiring freeze on my department and probation. And they were sitting on a $2 billion budget surplus at the time. And it was strictly ideological. This was during the George Floyd protest era, where defunding was all popular. Well, this is the outcome of defunding. You've basically crippled public safety in LA County. You've cost people their lives. And these people have the gall to pretend like everything is okay. And now you know exactly why that dash line sees there. Because when we can hire people continue to retire, you know, the clock doesn't stop for anybody. And that's the result of it all.
Grant Stinchfield
Right, here's maybe the most troubling, and I think it's very similar. Again, you mentioned all of these big blue cities that have people in positions of leadership that don't want to go after criminals, L.A. county. I hope I have my numbers right. About 148,000 crimes committed and only 16% of them had an arrest in the case. Is that right?
Alex Villanueva
That sounds about right, yes.
Grant Stinchfield
Why does not surprise me.
Alex Villanueva
Well, you have several things going on at once. One, when deputies are not making arrests. LAPD is also severely understaffed as well. They're down about 1500 LAPD officers. That means cases are not being presented to the da they're not being charged with the crimes, there's no trials. And of course, the clearance rate on all these crimes just keeps nose diving. And this goes on. And then you have people that are no longer even reporting crime because they realize, especially when it involves property crime, the crooks just walk away laughing. There's no consequence to it. So they just basically call their insurance and, you know, call it a day, and they're just kind of resigning themselves to this higher level of criminality strictly because of ideology.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, real quick, what President Trump and the feds and the National Guard did in Washington, D.C. that's not an anomaly, is it? If you took over and you worked with Trump and the National Guard and all, and everybody started flooding the zone, you could do this in LA very quickly, could you not?
Alex Villanueva
You could do it in any major metropolitan area. Like you said, flood the zone. I mean, it's kind of a blunt tool, but just the mere presence of uniforms and people realize, hey, there's more eyes watching what I'm doing. Maybe I won't do steal this car and ram it into that store and loot the store at 2 in the morning or which is what's going on right now. So they do have a purpose. It's just, you know, making everybody collaborate, working together is, is a challenge, but it can be done.
Grant Stinchfield
Yep, it sure can. Sheriff Ox Villanueva, where can people find you?
Alex Villanueva
You can find me on my campaign Alex villanueva2026.com and on social media. Share villanueva33 all right, sounds good, sir.
Grant Stinchfield
Always great to see you. Thank you for the insight, as always.
John Eastman
You got a great.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, turning now to the latest Trump conspiracy. I don't know if you were on X over the weekend, but apparently according to Newsweek, and I saw this too, by the way, and I knew it was fake news. 158,000 posts were seen on accident. Either was labeled Trump is dead or Trump died. Why? Because apparently he wanted to take a few days off from talking to the media. This is how President Trump responded to the rumors about his death today. Last week I did numerous news conferences, all successful. They went very well. Like this is going very well. And then I didn't do any for two days. And they said there must be something wrong with him. Biden wouldn't do him for months. You wouldn't see him. And nobody ever said there was ever anything wrong with him. And we know he wasn't in the greatest of shape when Biden took office. It was 64 days before he did one news conference. And then we know the end of his term, he wouldn't talk to the media for nothing. Nobody said anything. Fake news at its worst. Here's another great announcement from President Trump at his news conference that he is holding. He will set records, I promise you, in this term for a president who holds news Conferences. But this was a big announcement. This has been going on for a long period of time, and I am thrilled to report that the U.S. space Command headquarters will move to the beautiful locale of a place called Huntsville, Alabama, forever to be known from this point forward as Rocket City. I love it. Rocket City, Huntsville, Alabama. This is what President Trump want to do his first term. He and, of course, Joe Biden overruled him. But now Space Force back on its own in Alabama, and this will save the taxpayers a lot of money as well. A quick update on the Federal Reserve Board saga to fire Lisa Cook, that Federal Reserve Board member who constantly votes against President Trump, refusing to raise interest rates, siding with Powell every time. Remember, she was alleged to have two homes that she claimed as her primary residence. Well, now, according to news reports, up that number to three. There's a home in Ann Arbor, Michigan, that she claims is now her primary residence. Apparently, if you believe the report, she thinks she can live in three places at the same time, all being her primary residence. This woman has no business being on the Federal Reserve Board. If these allegations are true. Here was an enterprising reporter who paid a visit to that third home in Ann Arbor. The door's dirty. There's a key lockbox right there. There's a white man at the dining room table. My name's Charlie. I'm a reporter.
Dr. Peter McCullough
I was.
Grant Stinchfield
This house is in the news. I was wondering if Lisa Cook lives here or do you rent? We're just renting. I'm sorry, but wait a second. That's another one of her primary residences with a white dude at the table who then claims he rents it. She's got big problems, this Lisa Cook. She really does. She has no business being on the Federal Reserve Board at all. No business. All right, Turning now to radical judges and their quest to go after Trump's every move. This time, we're talking about the war on President Trump's tariffs. Tariffs, by the way, that are working. By all accounts, we should shatter the $300 billion revenue mark. Could go as high as $500 billion. The United States will take in because of President Trump's tariffs. Well, this appeals court said it's illegal for the president to issue these tariffs. I completely disagree with this. They say they will continue the tariffs, are allowed to continue the tariffs till October 14, giving President Trump some time to appeal to the Supreme Court, which is where this should go. This is Peter Navarro. He's the architect of President Trump's tariff policy. Basically talking about this ruling from the appeals court. So it was a bad decision, but the good news is the dissent was very, very strong. I think it provides a very clear roadmap to how the Supreme Court can certainly rule in our favor. Delta with three major issues and some minor ones. I got a piece coming out in Washington Times you can get the details on, but the questions are like, is there a national emergency? Of course. Well, of course there is. When you look at the trade deficit, I think President Trump is right to call it a national emergency. And then they said the tariffs are permanent. Now everybody knows from watching President Trump negotiate these tariffs, nothing is permanent. He's been negotiating these tariffs up and down as he sees fit. A far cry from permanence. I want to bring in now former Trump attorney and Claremont Institute senior fellow John Eastman is with us. John, welcome back to the program.
John Eastman
Grant, thanks for having me back on. It is always a pleasure. You. Your show is so insightful on some of the key issues of the day, and this is among them because it's not easily understood.
Grant Stinchfield
No. And they say that President Trump doesn't have the power to issue these under, I guess you say it ia but the International Emergency Economic Powers act established back in the late 70s. Trump's team says he does have the power to do this. What do you say, John Eastman?
John Eastman
Well, you know, I'm about as stingy a guy on separation of powers as there is. And it's quite clear that Article 1 of the Constitution assigns the power to tax to the Congress. But when you're dealing with tariffs, you've got a mix of foreign policy power as well as the taxing power. And when Congress delegates to the president things that it otherwise wouldn't be able to delegate. When it's in the foreign policy arena, it's those delegations are usually upheld. And this one includes it. I mean, it says that the president can, by means of instructions, licenses or otherwise regulate importation of goods from foreign countries. You know, and so they're saying, well, regulate doesn't include imposing tariffs. But we've been imposing tariffs for our whole history as a means to regulate the importation as well as to raise funds, but to regulate the importation of goods. And the court didn't hold that the president didn't have executive, that this wasn't an emergency. They upheld that. It just says the emergency statute by use of the word regulate doesn't include the imposition of tariffs. And I think that's where the fundamental error is. I think that dissent did a very good job pointing that out. As Peter Navarro points out.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, the dissent wrote this. If we could put up, I think the best one would be cut seven. And this was from the judge who President Trump actually congratulated and Obama appointed judge who joined the dissent in this quote regarding constitutionality. We conclude that IPA's authorization of presidential action in this realm is not an unconstitutional delegation of legislative authority under the Supreme Court's decisions which have upheld broad grants of authority, including tariffing authority in this foreign affairs related area. So they mentioned the Supreme Court, which we know this case is going to go to. So has the Supreme Court weighed in on this type of issue before?
John Eastman
Well, not directly. And I've been pushing for them to revive the non delegation doctrine and normal legislative matters. And the critical parts of that passage you just put up there in this context in the foreign affairs arena, where the ability of Congress to delegate powers to the president that he might have on his own anyway has been upheld. The old case is called Curtis Wright where it says in the field of foreign affairs, the President is the exclusive organ of constitutional authority. So when Congress delegates something that is otherwise legislative power in the foreign affairs arena, then the president's authority is at its height. And that I think is where this Supreme Court's going to go as well.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, here's what I think is, I don't want to say it's funny because fortunes are made and lost over these decisions with what the stock market does. But John, when President Trump announces his his tariffs, the stock market tanks, then a court basically blocks his tariffs and the stock market tanks. You would think the opposite would happen if investors were so concerned about these tariffs. I think what happened in the end was they saw these tariffs are great, they didn't affect the economy in a negative way, they didn't affect inflation in a negative way. So now they're siding with President Trump. The big question now becomes though is what does the Supreme Court do? Is this money in the bank for President Trump taking it to his, to his final land line in the sand, the Supreme Court, is he going to fare well there?
John Eastman
I think he's going to farewell. And like I said, the old Curtis Wright decision is strong support for it. And I think the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals here recognize that, which is why it ordered the lower court not to do anything until mid October to let the president get up to the Supreme Court. Because I think they realize that the shelf life of their opinion is about half an inch short, short of sustaining.
Grant Stinchfield
Do you think this really is just another case of leftist judges trying to wage war on President Trump doesn't matter what the issue is or what the law says.
John Eastman
Well, you know, on this particular case, I don't think that. I mean, there are credible arguments about Congress having the power to tax that's exclusive and non delegation. What I find funny is the very people that are arguing this is a violation of the non delegation doctrine here have been fighting me tooth and nail on a lot of other fronts as I try and revive the non delegation doctrine. But as I say, in this area of foreign affairs, I think those questions are different. I don't think this is like a Boasberg or a Murphy type of just trying to obstruct the President. But I just think they get the notion of the foreign affairs power here wrong. And I think the Supreme Court will correct that.
Grant Stinchfield
You know, I've got an easier way to say this. So then what you're telling me is it isn't vindictive judges, it's just dopey judges who don't really understand the law.
John Eastman
Well, yeah, I mean, I've not read the Department of Justice's briefs, but I'd like to see the court's reliance on the Curtis Wright decision and trying to confront that very clear cut, clear cut decision about presidential authority in the foreign affairs arena. I mean, we got it. We got to be very clear here. The president is raising a lot of money with these tariffs, but that's not the purpose of the tariffs. The purpose of the tariffs is to correct an unbelievable imbalance in trade that was threatening our economic sanity in this country. And using the tariffs as a negotiating tool in his foreign affairs arena is certainly something that presidents have done before. In fact, Richard Nixon did it and the court, the same court, upheld it. They go out of their way to try and distinguish that case, but I don't think they do a very good job of it.
Grant Stinchfield
And that's where the emergency comes in, as President Trump and his team would say. Former Trump attorney John Eastman, it's always great having you on the program. Thanks for the insight again, as always.
John Eastman
Thank you, Grant. Take care.
Grant Stinchfield
All right. Absolutely. I have a feeling, folks, the Supreme Court is going to rule the way John sees it, the way I see it, and the way the president's team sees it, because I do think it is sound law. And President Trump is following it to a T here. We shall see how it plays out, because it will have a big effect on our economy if somehow these things get overturned. All right, folks, if you love this country, you can't afford to sit back, join amac the association of Mature American Citizens, their conservative alternative to aarp. And they're fighting for faith, family and freedom. Every single day, AMAC members get exclusive discounts on travel, insurance and more. You'll also get great resources like the AMAC magazine. And right now, you can save up to 33% on a five year membership. That's just over $1 a month. That's it. Go to AMAC US Grant. Do it now. Do what I did and join. America needs you. All right. President Trump is demanding that the drug companies come clean over the COVID shots. I think what he tweeted out was an investigation call. Dr. Peter McCullough joins us next.

Grant Stinchfield
Welcome back, everyone. We've got some breaking news. What you're looking at right there on your screen is a trend Aragua boat near Venezuela coming out of Venezuela that was hit with a US Military strike ordered by President Trump. We believe it's the first military strike after President Trump had moved warships into the southern Caribbean Sea. Trend very dangerous group TDA labeled as a foreign terrorist organization moving drugs in here. President Trump issued a true statement saying this should be a warning to anyone bringing drugs to America. Beware. President Trump also issued maybe not a warning, but a demand this to the drug companies. It is very important that drug companies justify the success of their various Covid drugs. Many People think they were a miracle that saved millions of lives. Others disagree with the CDC being ripped apart over this question. I want the answer and I want it now. This is the first real sign that President Trump understands that there are real questions. And I would say definitive proof that the COVID vaccinations are dangerous and should not be taken by anyone. This action of President Trump demanding this from the. From the drug companies should not be taken lightly. I think this is a very big step in the right direction. I want to bring in now world renowned doctor and chief scientific officer at the wellness company. Dr. Peter McCullough is with us. Doc, great to see you again.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Thank you.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, Doc. He talks about warp speed and saying some call it a great success, but then he says others don't, and I want the answers. I want the truth. This is really the best we've seen from him of saying, hey, maybe there is another side. Warp speed wasn't that great. These Covid vaccines are a problem. What did you make of the truth? Social post.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Yeah, everyone's trying to figure it out. We've had multiple Senate hearings on the vaccines, led by Senator Ron Johnson, multiple House hearings led by the vaccines by Marjorie Taylor Greene. Now would be a great time for Trump to bring in those two supporters. They strongly support Trump. He should get a thorough meeting with John Johnson, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and understand vaccine safety. He's seen this divide now under kind of the ideology of the cdc. The CDC was ideologically aligned with vaccines. He's starting to see discord. Now's the time, I think, for him to bring in his allies and get him fully up to speed.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, so he talked about Pfizer and the other drug companies giving him information that looks great. But then he says, but why won't you make this public for everyone to see? Are they not being transparent to drug companies with their data?
Dr. Peter McCullough
No, actually, Pfizer tried to conceal their safety data for 55 years. So this finally came out in court documents. So, no, the companies haven't been transparent at all on safety. Remember, they didn't conduct large, definitive clinical trials into 20, 21 and beyond. So the safety data are what they are. I don't think the drug companies can dress it up and make them look safe when they're not.
Grant Stinchfield
Do you think this is a veiled way of the President calling for an investigation?
Dr. Peter McCullough
It could be a first step. You know, I think there's better ways to do it. You know, if I was president, I simply would be meeting with key people in the House and The Senate that have thoroughly investigated vaccines. Why not just do it? Kind of a usual way. I wouldn't look for drug companies to provide the answer.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, I found it very interesting. We saw a bunch of CDC resignations over the last week, and they're resigning because they claim this current CDC is not following the science. I have never heard a better example of projection as to what the last CDC was doing.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Well, remember, this is the CDC on their website years ago that had the zombie apocalypse training module. They had pages there about how men could do breastfeeding for babies. The CDC cannot be held as a gold standard of science or as public health exemplar. It Simply can't. The CDC had lost its bearings. 6,600 employees. Now 600 are being let go. And some of the key leaders have been let go. I think largely about ideology, Grant, and that is they were ideologically aligned and took faith in vaccines. They accepted vaccines based on faith, not on science.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, let me play a clip for you, because you've got ABC. They march out this Dr. Demetri Daskalakis, who made this claim about babies and hepatitis vaccine. I'm going to play the clip for you. Cut six. But if you have a mother who's not gone to prenatal care, who comes in to deliver, we have one bite at that apple.
John Jubilee
So that child gets that important hepatitis.
Grant Stinchfield
B vaccine, why does it matter? Kids who have hepatitis B, they get liver scarring.
John Jubilee
It's called cirrhosis later in life, or.
Grant Stinchfield
It'S a really common cause of liver cancer. So he wants to give every baby a hepatitis B shot. Wouldn't it just be easier to test the mom for hepatitis B?
Dr. Peter McCullough
Yeah, all moms are tested, Grant. If somebody slips through the cracks and they're using IV drugs, yeah, both the mother and baby can take hepatitis B shots. But, you know, for an average, you know, middle American, healthy mother and baby, no hepatitis B vaccine needed.
Grant Stinchfield
All right, this is the same guy you talk about ideologically unaligned. I want to play this clip cut five from Scott Jennings. This is the same guy that talked about birthing people instead of just calling them mothers. And why this takes away from credibility. Well, the CNN panel wasn't having anything about it. I just. I just have to say he did use the term pregnant people in his residence.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Oh, come on.
Grant Stinchfield
I'm sorry. That is like questions about your credibility.
Mary Kathryn Hamm
Is that Scott?
Grant Stinchfield
That's a.
Mary Kathryn Hamm
It's so amazing.
Grant Stinchfield
It's not a ruse. He really wrote it down. We are talking, Doc, you've been around a lot of prominent doctors like yourself. If they can't admit that only a woman can give birth to a baby, is it fair to take credibility away from them?
Dr. Peter McCullough
Well, I mean, look at those pictures, Grant, with a kind of sadomasochistic tattoos and devil worshipping choke collars on other men. This is somebody who's just in their personal life is deeply disturbed. That person should not be in a position to guide public health. And you know, he walked out after Monterrez was terminated. And I think America needs much better leadership that can lead by example, not only in their scientific principles and their clinical leadership, but also in their personal impact that they can have on society.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, it takes a total package. It really does. And it just seems we've lost so much faith that people just have lost all common sense. They've lost our value systems. And these people are put in positions of leadership. And of course, we wonder why the country goes in the wrong direction. I know Bobby Kennedy Jr. And President Trump and all the teams are trying to turn things around. Certainly all of you at the Wellness Company, you've been such a powerful voice. Voice. Dr. McCullough, it's always great having you on. Thank you.
Dr. Peter McCullough
Thank you.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. All right, folks, they blame the gun. We, of course, blame the individual. The truth about gun statistics next.

Grant Stinchfield
Is a scene from the new movie Lightyear, that shows a lesbian couple. Now, why Disney? Please tell me why. There's no reason for this DEI nonsense. So even Snoop Dogg, okay, who took his grandson to see the movie, had this to say about it. Well, my grandson in the middle of.
Alex Villanueva
The movie, like, Papa Snoop, how she.
Grant Stinchfield
Have a baby with a woman?
Alex Villanueva
She a woman? Oh, I didn't come in for this.
Grant Stinchfield
I just came and watched the movie. Hey, man, watch the movie. They just said she and she had a baby.
Alex Villanueva
They both women's.
Grant Stinchfield
How does she have a baby? Shh. The movie ain't over with. So it's like, I'm scared to go to the movies now. Like, y' all throwing me in the middle that I don't have an answer for. Well, he's thinking, literally, like every parent or grandparent would. Parents should address this on their own timeline. They don't need Disney forcing it down our throats. So then there was allegedly some kind of fake apology from Snoop Dogg. Snoop Dogg's people came out and says, nah, that apology was not from Snoop. He's not apologizing for anything. Good for you, Snoop Dogg. I'm a fan. Okay, now we turn to the trans shooter in Minneapolis. You know, the left is beside themselves over all of this. They can't stand that it's one of their own that goes crazy. And this is becoming a big problem. Trans violence, well, CNN tries to twist the gun statistics around and hang our buddy, Dr. Sebastian Gorka out to dry. Well, you can't do that to Dr. G. He was having none of it.
Mary Kathryn Hamm
Looking at 172 mass attacks in the US between 2016 and 2020, 96% were non trans men.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, no, because your facts obfuscate two things. You are using data based upon the predominant gun violence, which is gang on gang violence with zero ideological content. If you remove all of that, the gang violence on the streets of Chicago, Louisiana. Detroit, then you come down to a much smaller data set. Well, this is what the left does. They will twist the facts around to try to use them in their favor. But again, when you take suicides out of the mix when it comes to gambling, gun violence, you come back to a very small number. When you take gang violence out of the mix, you come back to a very small number. When you're talking about public mass shootings, these random mass shootings that are going to affect you as opposed to the gang violence in inner city Chicago that if you're a gang member, you're most likely to be affected, or you live in that neighborhood, you will be affected, but not the everyday person I want to bring in now. Breitbart, Second Amendment columnist. Our good friend Awr Hawkins is with us. Awr, great to see. See you. Good to be with you, buddy. All right, awr, how do you think Dr. Gorka did?
Awr Hawkins
I think he did excellent. He's exactly right too. They use this big overarching data set that really doesn't focus on what's going on. And like he said, something I've been saying for years, people will say we had 43,000 deaths last year to gun violence, when in reality, right off the top, over 60% of those were suicides. And so that wasn't due to gun violence. And by the time you get done with it and you get down to homicides, you're probably dealing with 12,000 to 14,000 actual firearm homicides out of that claimed 43,000 figure, because you still have to take accidental deaths and everything else out of it. So he was applying that in the same way to now these attempts to protect transgenderism. He was exactly right. He took it apart.
Grant Stinchfield
Yeah, he sure did. Let me play another clip from him. Cut eight, which of course is not what we are talking about here today. So let's concentrate on mass shootings at schools, specifically Christian or Catholic schools. Then the data set is wholly different. So don't conflate different data sets just to make a political point. The problem is that's what the news media does. They hate guns. When this came out, it started right off the bat again about the anti gun crowd coming out there. And I think it was even louder because it was a trans shooter again that they wanted to take the focus off that it's a trans shooter. Awr.
Awr Hawkins
All right, well, I'll tell you what, I was amazed today when Governor or. Yes, Governor Tim Walsh, he's pushing now, he has confirmed he's going to call an emergency session to pass more gun control. Very interested in a quote unquote assault weapons ban. I wrote it. Breitbart. He said America has more guns and has the wrong types of guns. I don't know who made him arbiter of that, but apparently he feels that he is and he wants to ban some of those guns. And what's crazy is he's saying all of this is he's already gone on the shame game, my friend. He says that if Republicans fight this, shame on them for letting this moment pass. He's already trying to shame. Not a word, not a word about the attacker being a transgender. Who said f Those kids who said, where is your effing God now? Who purposely attacked during mass, who purposely attacked the school because he put in his manifesto that he liked James Holmes approach. James Holmes was the, was the Aurora movie theater shooter who looked for a movie theater that was gun free. And just like him, this attacker said he wanted to attack unarmed people. None of that bothers them. But they want to ban one, three guns he used. That's what bothers them.
Grant Stinchfield
You know, it appears to be they had all the gun laws possible on the books. That didn't stop this guy from doing what he did. And, and I thought maybe there is one gun law that would, that would stop, that could have stopped him. And that is if you're mentally ill, literally designated mentally ill by a doctor, you shouldn't own a firearm. Transgenderism, I think, is a mental illness, and I think it's proving itself as a very violent mental illness. Would you be okay with that?
Awr Hawkins
I would be in, in a way, in a fashion. What I believe is if you're mentally ill to that degree, you should be in a facility. I believe that's where we've messed up. We've left people lo among us, my friend, who ought to be either locked up or in a mental facility. And then I don't have to pass laws that might infringe on law abiding citizens in some way or another. I don't have to pass for gun control. I handle the problem by being sure we are taking people who shouldn't be in society out of society. That's my opinion on that. I agree with you on transgenderism. Couldn't agree more. Every show I've been on since that shooting, people have asked me about it. And my friend, I said, we got to get back to a day when, if you are born and your name at birth is Robert, and when you're 20, you tell me you want to be called Jennifer. The proper response from me is no, I will not call you Jennifer. And I will not call you George Washington either. Your name's Robert and that's what we're going to go with.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, that's why I have you on the program and you and President Trump are aligned. He just said over the weekend we need more insane asylums. Had a lot of them in New York. I grew up in New York. There are tons of them. And things got really bad when they closed them down and let all those wackos out on the street. President Trump says, let's open up a whole bunch more. Of course, that set the left Off. But I guess you're on to something awr. Which is why we have you on the program. Urge everyone to check out your work at Breitbart. Buddy, thank you for coming on.
Awr Hawkins
Thank you, my man. Great to be with you.
Grant Stinchfield
Absolutely. The feeling is, of course, mutual. All right. Perhaps you neglected your health over the long weekend. I gained three pounds over the weekend. I did. I'm going to show you how to take it back. All right, that's next.

Welcome back, everyone. You know what I say? I say it is time to reclaim what you have lost. Watch this. When I started the 555, I weighed 280 pounds.
John Eastman
I didn't think I was heavy. I didn't think I was fat. Today I weighed 235.

Dr. Peter McCullough
Get yourself registered. We cannot wait to see you there.
Mary Kathryn Hamm
And have this be your breakthrough.
Grant Stinchfield
All right. It worked for me. And I urge people to check out the energized health protocol. I Want to bring in now, John Jubilee. He's the founder of Energized Health. John, it's great to see you, my friend.
John Jubilee
Great to see you.
Grant Stinchfield
Grant, you know, as I hear him talk, and then the woman about getting her hair back, everything about getting hydrated at a cellular level is like a rejuvenation of life, even hair. And I was actually struck by it, John.
John Jubilee
Well, you know what, Grant? It's encouraging to just want to get people. You know, that guy in 60 days, lost nine. Nine of these. Nine of these fat blobs. Nine out of his body. Nine gone in 60 days. And. And, yeah, come on. How cool is that? You know, how'd you like to start regrowing your hair? I mean, we can't even make these stories up. It is about truly optimizing yourself at the cellular level, you know, getting back your joy, getting back your vitality, getting back your health at any age, living the real life that we were all designed to live.
Grant Stinchfield
And it's a total body protocol here, because it's also about the soul. Everything you guys do is based in Christian values and principles as well, which I think is important for. For our viewers.
John Jubilee
Well, it is. You know what? There's a manufacturer, right? You know, if your car breaks down, you want to check that. The manufacturer's guideline of how to fix that. And, you know, God wonderfully and miraculously designed us in a very meticulous, specific way. And he knows. He created us with a body, a soul, and a spirit. And we got to take care of all three, Grant. And so we really focus on the way that God designed us to be our best. There's a Hebrew word, shalom, peace. It means nothing broken, nothing missing. And that's how God designed for us to live, that we're supposed to have contentment, we're supposed to have joy, we're supposed to have peace. And our youth and strength is supposed to be renewed like an eagle, like Moses in the Bible. Guys can go read it. 120 years old, full strength, full power. And God designed us to live that way, Grant, so we can fulfill the destiny that every one of us is designed to have.
Grant Stinchfield
You know, it's amazing. And then you talk about that intracellular hydration, that's all part of it, and I'm sure all part of God's design. But it's not easy to get hydrated at a cellular level, and that's where energized health comes in, John.
John Jubilee
Well, it is, Grant, because we've all been drinking more water, right? We've all been hearing that for years. Drink the water. Drink the water. Drink the water. But we're all still dehydrated because we have to uptake our hydration the same way a tree does. It's not from the rain that comes in on the leaves. It's the intracellular hydration. The tree absorbs the hydration through the root system. Our body is designed to absorb it through our cellular, our 37 trillion cells that we have. But that takes a little bit of extra science. That's why we filed the patent of intracellular hydration. How to actually get that healthy hydration and those nutrients into the cell where we become like a healthy grape instead of a shriveled up raisin. And that, grant, is what we've all been missing for all these years.
Grant Stinchfield
Well, I can tell you from experience, it works. As I say, I'm not just an energized health promoter on Real America's Voice. I'm a customer and I lost £15 in my first two weeks. And I've been nothing but healthier than I was before. And it's fabulous. So a huge thumbs up from me. John, let me tell people how they can find you. It's super easy, folks. Go to energized health.com that's energized health.com just to get started. All you gotta do is check out their free masterclass. You're gonna love it. All right. Energized health.com that's energized health.com do what I did and get healthy at a cellular level. All right? Mess with ice and get thrown in the clink. Pretty simple. But this guy thought maybe he'd get away with it.

Folks, what is this clown thinking? He's literally towing an ICE vehicle during an ICE raid, if you can believe it. So he gets away with the ice vehicle. Well, that is until ICE shows up later. Watch this now. So now he's arrested. Don't mess with ice. The man's name is Bobby Nunez. We learned about this on our buddy Bill Assailes Twitter feed. Bill as Saleh as you know, the new U.S. attorney out in California. He says that man faces 10 years in prison for that stunt. Again, don't mess with federal agents, especially Trump federal agents. Stinchfield Tonight – September 2, 2025
Host: Grant Stinchfield
Guests: Alex Villanueva, Dr. Peter McCullough, John Eastman, AWR Hawkins
Date: September 3, 2025
This episode of Stinchfield Tonight explores the impact of law enforcement policies in major U.S. cities, the ongoing debate over emergency powers and tariffs in the Trump administration, COVID-19 vaccine scrutiny, the manipulation of gun violence narratives, and social issues ranging from Disney’s DEI initiatives to discussions about mental health and gun rights. Grant Stinchfield is joined by prominent voices including former LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva, Dr. Peter McCullough, constitutional scholar John Eastman, and Breitbart’s AWR Hawkins, making for a fast-paced discussion on the intersection of politics, crime, public health, and American values.
(01:25–13:11)
Crime in Chicago & D.C.: Stinchfield argues tightened law enforcement under Trump has dramatically reduced crime in Washington, D.C., with stats suggesting reductions “in some categories… down 80% or more.” He compares this with recent violence in Chicago, where 60 people were shot over the weekend (01:25).
Chicago Leadership Resistance: Chicago’s mayor Brandon Johnson is criticized for an executive order prohibiting police cooperation with federal agencies or the National Guard:
“This order affirms that the Chicago Police Department will not collaborate with military personnel…” (04:40)
Contrasting Approaches: Stinchfield highlights a website “HeyJackass” tracking Chicago shootings:
“In Chicago, every 4 hours and 17 minutes, someone is shot… every 21 hours, someone is killed.” (03:45)
Solution Advocacy: Flooding high-crime areas with law enforcement and/or National Guard viewed as effective—Stinchfield notes stats from Los Angeles County under Sheriff Villanueva, contrasting rising crime when “arrests go down” under progressive leadership.
Alex Villanueva’s Perspective:
“When you have enough cops and they're empowered to do their job, crime goes down and the crooks go away. It's as simple as that.” (08:35)
Budget Politicking: Villanueva exposes how the LA County Board of Supervisors restricted police hiring post-2020:
“It was strictly ideological. This was during the George Floyd protest era, when defunding was all popular. Well, this is the outcome of defunding.” (10:13)
(13:12–25:01)
“It’s quite clear that Article 1 of the Constitution assigns the power to tax to Congress. But when you're dealing with tariffs, you've got a mix of foreign policy power as well as the taxing power.” —John Eastman (18:55)
“When President Trump announces his tariffs, the stock market tanks; then a court blocks it, and it tanks again. You would think the opposite.” (21:38)
“The president’s authority is at its height [in foreign affairs], and that I think is where this Supreme Court’s going to go as well.” (22:28, 20:54)
(27:29–35:29)
“It is very important that drug companies justify the success of their various Covid drugs… Others disagree…” (29:02)
“Pfizer tried to conceal their safety data for 55 years… The companies haven’t been transparent at all on safety.” (30:29)
“Why not just do it the usual way? I wouldn't look for drug companies to provide the answer.” (31:05)
“They were ideologically aligned and took faith in vaccines… not on science.” (31:43)
(37:04–44:59)
“I just came and watched the movie… they just said she and she had a baby. They both women's.” –Snoop Dogg recount (37:27)
“You are using data based upon the predominant gun violence, which is gang-on-gang violence with zero ideological content… The left will twist the facts around.” (38:55)
“People will say we had 43,000 deaths last year to gun violence, when in reality, over 60% of those were suicides.” (40:06)
“If you're mentally ill to that degree, you should be in a facility… We have left people among us who ought to be…out of society.” —AWR Hawkins (43:32)
(46:33–51:42)
“It is about truly optimizing yourself at the cellular level, getting back your joy, your vitality...” –John Jubilee (47:49)
“God designed us to live that way… full strength, full power.” (48:30)
(52:55–53:46)
“Don’t mess with ICE, especially Trump federal agents.” (52:55)
Fast, partisan, often combative and unapologetically right-of-center. The episode is characterized by sharp critiques of Democratic leadership and cultural shifts, frequent laudatory references to Trump-era policies, and consistent promotional language for conservative solutions to policy and cultural problems.
This episode of Stinchfield Tonight provides a sweeping, combative critique of progressive governance in America’s cities, lauds Trump’s law enforcement and tariff strategies, and lambasts developments in public health and gun policy. The guests, all ideologically aligned with the host, reinforce themes about the effectiveness of forceful policing, skepticism of mainstream COVID-19 narratives, the manipulation of gun violence statistics, and the importance of traditional values. Interspersed with listener-oriented advice on health and repeated sponsorship spots, the show delivers a blend of news, analysis, and advocacy for conservative action.
