Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
What happens to the oil?
Charlie Kirk
Well, we keep it, I guess. Well, you have to follow the tanker. You know, you're a good newsman. Just follow the tanker.
Glenn Beck
Follow it.
Charlie Kirk
Get a helicopter, follow the tanker. But we're going to. I guess we're going to keep the. So how far would you go to take Maduro out of office? I don't want to say that. But you want to see him out. His days are numbered. Can you rule out an American ground invasion? I don't want to rule in or out. I don't talk about it. Why would I talk to you? An extremely unfriendly publication, if you want to call it politico, that got $8 million from Obama to keep it afloat. Why would I do that? No, not guar. Just pits.

Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Let me ask you about a quote that you've made that has some Democrats worried about your ability to win statewide. Quote all the complexities within the Latino community.
Charlie Kirk
The immigration thing has always been something that has perplexed me about this community.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)

Charlie Kirk
The hate that some slaves would have for themselves.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
It's almost like a slave mentality that they have. Now, about the time that that was.
Charlie Kirk
Published last year, around a million Latino voters in Texas were voting for Trump.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Do they all have slave mentality?
Glenn Beck
No.
Charlie Kirk
And that's not what that said at all.
iHeartRadio Announcer
To be clear, it did not say.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
That every Latino has that type of mentality.
Glenn Beck
No, no.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
But the ones that vote for people who believe in strong or Trump's immigration policy.
iHeartRadio Announcer
So. So I don't believe that the people.
Charlie Kirk

Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show. It is Thursday, December 11th. Blake, how you doing?
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Doing lovely.
Charlie Kirk
Doing lovely. Love to hear that. We are honored on this program to have a guest right out the gate who is a great American and a massive patriot and a good friend of the shows. And that is, of course, Glenn Beck. Glenn Beck, can you hear us? Are we connected?
Glenn Beck
I can.
Charlie Kirk
How are you? Oh, wonderful. Good to see you.
Glenn Beck
Hello.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, I am. We're so honored to have you. Glenn, you, of course, interviewed Erica this morning as she is promoting Charlie's final book on behalf of her husband. This was when the book. The book was written, about a month. It was finished about a month before Charlie was taken from us. And she, you know, is doing this admirable, brave thing of getting. Going out and talking to people like you about that book. What was your conversation like? Tell us about it, Glenn.
Glenn Beck
I just love her. You know, I didn't want to. I didn't. I didn't want to get into, you know, what she was talking about yesterday. And, you know, we've talked about this before privately. I think what's happening to everybody at tpusa, it's just evil. I mean, it really is evil. I think it's emotional disturbance. It's mental health and evil all mixed up. And I've never seen anything like it. And what you guys have been accused of and what she's been accused of is just so. I didn't want to talk to her about that. I think I asked her one question, and I don't even remember what it was, but her answer was so strong and so clear. But I really thought. Because today on my show, the whole show was really about finding the humanity again because we're losing our humanity towards one another. How can you possibly, how can you possibly treat Erica and you guys the way you've been treated? We're three months. I couldn't believe that when my producer said, you know, yesterday was the three month anniversary, like three month anniversary from what? And from Charlie. And I'm like, three months. It's only been three months. It seems like a year has passed. And then I started thinking about all of the things that have been said about you guys, of how we've gone from this amazing God movement to, to where we're at in three months just screams it's got to be evil. That is pushing a lot, all of this. But anyway, we had a great conversation about, about Charlie. Very human, you know, how he was trying to not blow out his adrenal glands. She didn't, she didn't know this. That's what happened to me when I was at Fox. I had two staffs at a daytime staff and a nighttime staff because you just, you have to work all the time, all the time. And I slept for three hours a night and you know, with as many performances and everything else you're doing all day long, your adrenal glands just up, down, up, down, up, down. And she was saying the same thing was happening with him. And she said if it, you know, we needed the Sabbath. And he knew that. And it's funny because that's exactly what happened with my wife. My wife was the one who's like, Sabbath day, keep the Sabbath day holy. And it's hard. And I asked her about it and she said, you know, we, you know, we did kind of struggle with it a bit. She said, you know, if we couldn't make the Sabbath, he would divide that time up throughout the week. She's like. And it was just so human because it was, it was, you know, we're not perfect, we are human, but we believe in it. And so we're not going to become legalistic about it. We're going to do what we can to, to obey God. And I just, I just thought it was great.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, well, I mean, you know, listen, you've, you've been amazing, Glenn. And yeah, I mean, the, on the one hand it's like, you know, we're going to be addressing some of this on Monday on the 15th. I'm looking forward to it, trust me. And we've been trying our best to stay on mission on, you know, stay focused. We've got A lot of just basic things that we got to get done on a daily basis around here, and we've been trying our best, but it's. It's gone to a point. And I was. I was really grateful that Erica said what she said yesterday, and we'll be addressing it. But I would say this. Some of it is just so laughably insane that. What are you gonna say? You want to dignify some of this stuff with an answer? Some of it comes from, I would say, probably a love for Charlie, good faith, and people want answers. I totally can respect that. But when it blurs into insinuations, innuendos, accusations, I think that's when it goes too far. And I think, you know, there will be a time and a place, and I believe all will be revealed in time. All will be.
Glenn Beck
You know, we were. We were talking. I asked her, I said, are you concerned about a. A jury pool? You know, we're a year away. How do you get a jury that has not been tainted by. By all of this stuff? I mean, you may not see justice in this country and not, you know, the first time I recognized how African Americans felt is, you know, as a white person, you're like, oh, well, you know, all of that's in the past, and we kind of solved that and Martin Luther King died, but we all kind of get it now and blah, blah, blah. You know, just stupid white people think. And when O.J. simpson, when that happened, I'm like, oh, my gosh, this is a wholly different animal here.
Charlie Kirk
You just mean, like, the media circus around it. Is that what you're.
Glenn Beck
No, I mean, the fact that the jury. The jury could look at that evidence and say, nope, not guilty. And they. I think all of them, if not the majority of them came back afterwards and said, yeah, that wasn't. That was in the moment. You know, we were. We were wrong about that. And how that. That innocent verdict came out showed me that it's really hard to get people to do. To stay neutral if they. If they come into it with a certain mindset. It's really hard. Have you ever been on a jury? I've been on a jury before with a person that was a rapist stalker, and. Oh, my gosh. Have you ever been on a jury that was a serious jury?
Charlie Kirk
No.
Glenn Beck
Like that? No. No. It is so incredible because you try so hard not to bring your own feelings into it. You try really hard not to think of it as television. You know, like. Well, as we solved in 30 minutes, you. You are dealing with 12, you know, or 11 other people. And, and you can't, you can't really get some of the questions that you really want answered answered. I mean, I don't, I can't tell you how many times we brought the judge in and went, well, wait a minute, we don't understand this. And he's like, I can't help you. It is what it is. And it's so hard. You add on top of that a year of, you know, it's really the Jews and Erica Kirk that did it. You're going to have, you have one person in that jury room that is coming in with that mindset. It's going to be impossible to convict. It's going to be.
Charlie Kirk
Well, and I mean, here's what I will say. So we've got actually a procedural hearing today with Tyler Robinson in Utah. It's mostly going to be about, you know, the conduct of the media and what they can show, what they can't. The news is that he's going to be there in person. And I have to. But there's not going to be. Substantively, it's going to be. This is not a probable cause hearing. This is not an evidentiary hearing. But the, you know, the good news is, I mean, I just encourage people read the charging document. Read the charging document right there at the beginning. And this thing, I mean, they have so much evidence, so much evidence that you've got to have at least some faith that, you know, that people are going to come back to their senses a little bit. Glenn, want to keep you. We're going to go through the breaks here. I got to talk about one of our partners. And we're going to continue on through the break with Glenn Beck. Don't go anywhere. Yeah, I mean, so Glenn, picking it up where we just left it. I mean, you know, you, you, I again, I just encourage people to read the charging documents. Now there are legitimate questions that you could ask. Did people know things beforehand? Did people have, were they queued off? There seemed to be stuff on social media that suggested people knew this was gonna happen or something was gonna happen. I wanna see where those investigations are at. I wanna see where those investigations lead. Was he radicalized by somebody? Was there a group? Was there multiple groups? Were there multiple people? Was there money involved? Where did that money come from? Was it foreign or domestic? I'm open to all of those questions, but I just encourage people read the charging doc documents. They're very, very thorough here.
Glenn Beck
Andrew, here's the thing that doesn't make sense to me. I'm not hearing any of this stuff about Butler, Pennsylvania under hearing any of this. I'm not hearing that the Jews tried to kill him, that, you know, Trump's own staff tried to kill him. You know, we heard some that, you know, was the Secret Service in on it? Was the FBI? What, what did they know? When did they know it? How come there's this cover up etc, etc, but not, not the kind of stuff, not that Melania was in on it. And, and it just seems relentless, like it won't stop. I mean I was, I was with you for the fundraiser on Saturday and you know, you guys didn't ask me to come. I came out of my own support of your organization or whatever. And, and I'm sitting there and I post something on Instagram. My gosh. The response from the people on my Instagram was, you must have sold out. Well, you're getting money from Israel, you're doing. And I'm like, what is happening? The only way I can describe, I've never, I've done this for 49 years now and I've seen a lot of stuff in 49 years of broadcast, I've never seen anything a, like Charlie Kirk's funeral. I prayed for that for 20 years, a revival. I prayed, I stood in that room and I felt the spirit of God and God came in and when people started talking about politics, he withdrew and they started talking about God again. He came back in. It was like unreal. I've never felt anything like it before. A miracle, a Moses size miracle. The same thing with darkness. Here, I've never seen anything like it. What's happening is players are being put on the field. You're, you are sifting right, you're being sifted and where are you coming out? Are you going to be on God's side? Are you going to be on evil? And, and I don't think people realize that. Maybe they do, but I'm not sure. These are very important times.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, no, I actually really agree. I think when you see an outpouring of the Holy Spirit like you saw at the memorial, when you saw the vigils all across the country, when you saw people getting saved and baptized, when you saw church pews fill up, especially with young people, and it was Catholic churches, it was Protestant churches, it was evangelical churches, it was across the board Orthodox churches, you saw it everywhere. But when you see a move of God like that, it does make some sense that the forces of darkness would rise up to counter it. And I think the greater the move of God, the greater the forces of darkness that will rise up to counter it. 30 seconds till we bring back radio.
Glenn Beck
Glenn, real quick. I remember I grew up in Seattle. I moved to Arizona and I saw dark shadows for the first time and people thought I was stoned, I think, because I just stood out there and I looked at the shadow of my hand on this because I grew up with clouds all the time. And I realized the, the brighter the light, the sharper the shadows. And that's what you're seeing right now.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, I think that's really well said, Glenn. We could talk about this all day, but we won't because there is news to cover. Including. You have been making some waves as well. It's not just us. You've been making some yourself with this George Washington AI and I'm excited to hear more about it from you yourself. We'll be right back with radio. Alright. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. Glenn, this is quite the project that you've endeavored and I was texting back and forth with your producer Ricky, and she was sending me all she was laughing about. She called it the haterade, which is pretty funny. So, you know, and I will say when we would, when we lost Charlie and we've talked about it on the show before, we got all these people inquiring, you know, from AI companies and we're like, no, no, no, no, no, no, we're not going to make an AI chart. But that's not what you're doing here. But I think people get funny when they see people from that are not alive, brought back to life. But you had your goal created, let's.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Not say brought back.
Charlie Kirk
That's right. When they. When they. When they are animated with AI. There you go. So tell us what this project is and what you were endeavoring to do. And. And I. You're sitting down having a conversation with an AI George Washington.
Glenn Beck
Okay, so this is really important. This AI is proprietary. It is completely gated off from the rest of the Internet and everything else. And it only has original documents in it. So it has the Federalist Papers, it has the Constitution, it has their writings, it has the sermons that they listen to about the freedoms of America. Anything that they said at the time influenced them. That's part of this. And it does not know me. It doesn't know George Soros. It can't tell you anything about the United nations or Donald Trump or anything. It is only from their documents, and it's all firewalled off, and it is perfect. There's no hallucination because it is required to memorize all of the material. Regular AI with ChatGPT does not do that. So this is a proprietary private bank, if you will. And, you know, it kills me because people are saying, my gosh, he sounds just like Glenn Beck. No, I just sound a little like the Founding Fathers because I know their words. But what happens is, I did an experiment on it, and what you're seeing there, the picture, if you're. If you happen to be watching it, if you're listening on radio, it's me sitting down at my interview desk with George Washington. He's in a T shirt, because I don't think anybody is interested in. Nobody's going to connect to a guy in a powdered wig, in a. In a colonial suit. And he starts in at the beginning. And I said, we put a bunch of stuff in so he could look at the problems that we were facing. And I said, where did we go wrong? Or if it was you, where would you and the founders start to fix all of this?
Charlie Kirk
Well, we have a. Yeah.
Glenn Beck
Oh, you do?
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. I don't mean to cut you off, Glenn, but we have a clip, I think, of what you're. What you're talking about here. It's 49 seconds, so it's a little bit on the longer side, but it's really interesting. Go ahead and play. 264. My countrymen, the danger, the greatest danger to our republic lies not in foreign arms or political faction. But.
Glenn Beck
Interrupt you for a second. Could you just dumb it down just a little bit?
Charlie Kirk
Okay.
Glenn Beck
Speak in today's language.
Charlie Kirk
Okay, okay, I get it. Let me speak to Americans if I'm honest. America's biggest problem isn't political or economic. It, it's on moral. You've drifted from the virtues that make liberty possible in the first place. Freedom to be free. You have to have discipline, you have to have faith, you have to have character. And if you don't have any of those things, laws, laws can't stop anything and they mean little government turns either weak or oppressive.
Glenn Beck
So what you, what you'd cut out there was at the beginning, I said, can you dumb it down? And he said, well, I have, I have 29 points that are directly correlated with our documents. And, and I said, I know, I know, just dumb it down. What this, what this will do will give you all of the original documents where he's pulling it from. You'll see it in their own handwriting and then you can say dumb it down. I don't understand that language. I'm trying to share this with an 8 year old and it will revamp it so it's understood at an eight year old level. This is a new tool to teach, but it has nothing to do with politics. It has everything to do with just their original words. And to watch how the media has come out and called this extremist, et cetera, et cetera. If you listen to what he said, when did personal responsibility, when did self control, when did rely on yourself and don't look for a savior in a public office? When did all of these things become right wing controversial? Everything he said was absolute common sense. True. And you know, you can find him in the 29 bullet points and the documents that he pulled them from.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, well, I think it's, I think it's fascinating, Glenn, I really do. It's called in the, it's called Torch. Is that the company? How do people find Torches?
Glenn Beck
Yeah, Torch. You can just go to glenn beck.com it launches on January 5th and it's a new project of mine. It'll be an app that you can get. And George AI has a long way to go on it, but it's, it's a completely different.
Charlie Kirk
Well done, well done, Glenn. It's, I think it's fascinating. I'm going to check it out. God bless you, Glenn Beck. We'll see you soon, I'm sure.

Today will mark the 22 year old's first in person court hearing following his arrest nearly three months ago. He's charged with aggravated murder and multiple other felonies related to the September 10th murder of Kirk at Utah Valley University. Questions are being asked about how prosecutors and defense attorneys are releasing information in the case specifically as it relates to attempts to seal filings on restrict or restricting public access to information. A coalition of news organizations is actually formed in order to demand greater transparency as this case plays out. We'll of course have live coverage of the upcoming hearing right here on Real America's Voice. All right, so we have a, a hearing today. Yes, in Tyler Robinson.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Tyler Robinson, he is in court today. He's had digital hearings before this in person, one in court. It's, we'll be honest, it's not a very big one in the grand scheme of things. Other than that, it's an early one. This is not about, it's not the trial itself. It's not about evidence related to the trial. It's not jury selection, any of those things. It is a pre trial hearing to review case status. The most important thing about it, they're discussing whether to have cameras in the courtroom. We, of course strongly support having cameras in the courtroom and Erica has endorsed having cameras in the courtroom. Robinson's lawyers have argued there should not be that it would. They literally have a line in here. They've warned it would create a content tornado around the case. It is high profile. And they say this would damage the jury pool. That's their argument. The notable thing about it, he will be allowed to appear in street clothes rather than a prison uniform. He is going to be restrained.
Charlie Kirk
Shackled.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Shackled. But it has to be sort of light shackles. And they're not allowed. The press is not allowed to photograph him where those are visible. So he'll be restrained, but you're not allowed to see him be restrained.
Charlie Kirk
And so apparently the rationale for this is, you know, in the United States, you are innocent until proven guilty. Right. The burden of proof lies on the state to make their case. And so there. But there's also some, like, legal 3D chess going on here. Right. Because the defense, if. If he comes out in an orange jumpsuit and he's shackled and he sort of presents as guilty.
Glenn Beck
Right.
Charlie Kirk
Visually, then the defense on appeal could argue the. Any conviction would have to be then thrown out because he was. It was. He buys the jury.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
There's endless layers. You can have endless appeals on everything. And the strategy that goes into that.
Glenn Beck
Yeah.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Do you want. Do you want him to look different? Because that will bias the jury one way, bias them the other way. The restraints, they can make any number of motions on this.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And the. And apparently the rationale for having him restrained is that, you know, there, if you look at the charging documents, which, again, I recommend everybody just Google it. Tyler Robinson, you know, charging documents, they come right up. And, you know, there is a point at which his parents call Tyler Robinson and say, that looks like you. The footage that we see, that looks like you. You know, did you do it? Or whatever. He confesses to them. That. And then he says something about Charlie having too much hate and you can't negotiate the hate out or whatever at that point. And then he apparently tells his parents that he's going to take his own life.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Yeah. So they're doing this. The charges against him or capital charges, they can carry the death penalty. Prosecutors have said they're planning to seek it. And so we have a history of people who are facing severe charges. They can attempt to escape using violence, they can attempt to harm themselves. And so that. That's the purpose of restraints.
Glenn Beck
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
The point is, so he's. He's indicated at least a. Some level thoughts of suicide. And what I was told was that even a pen could be used as a potential weapon. Right. So that's why they Want to keep him shackled, even if it's light, shackled out of camera view, you know, assuming he puts his hands underneath the table or something so you can't see it. But. So today is going to be all about media access and there is going to be a portion of the proceeding that is not public. And apparently that's going to be about security issues, obviously. That makes sense. High profile case. They want to make sure that the venue secure and safe and they probably don't want to share that information with the public about ingress egress. You know, how they're going to be approaching the security of the, the actual venue in which the trial is heard. So I was told, don't expect it to be super substantive, you know, street clothes, lightly shackled. He will not speak. He will acknowledge his presence. But that's probably all we're going to hear from Tyler Robinson. So, you know, can you acknowledge that you are the person that, that we have in this courtroom? He'll say yes, essentially.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Pretty much.
Charlie Kirk
That'll be it.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Reading through the details on this, you realize just how exceptional this case actually is because it is one of the things that's point out this is the first high profile criminal case that has occurred in the artificial intelligence era. So I'm reading one of the reports here, attorney Kathy Nestor, one of his attorneys, I believe she's pointed out there are already digitally altered versions of Robinson's, you know, his court photos, like the photos that we've actually seen of him in custody. So people have created versions where he has an outburst or where he begins crying. So they've, you know, used AI to create video where there isn't one. Yeah, and, and we've had that, of course, with the shooting itself. It's going to be, you can somewhat sympathize with them pointing out that this is going to be a totally unprecedented thing. You have to appreciate that we are. This is what's the reality is going to be going forward for every criminal case, for every criminal case imaginable, you're going to have people AI AI altering videos or creating them from whole cloth. That's the real thing. If they don't allow cameras in the courtroom, we may well have people saying this is an undercover video that was taken at the trial and it's entirely generated with AI. This is getting way beyond the case, but I'm really shuddering for the future.
Charlie Kirk
Oh yeah, I mean, listen, I mean, Glenn alluded to it. The craziness that we've had to endure is next level. I Mean, obviously you're sort of realizing that this is the high profile nature of this, of what happened, Charlie's fame. You know, we knew it was going to be huge, but I don't think anybody knew that it was going to take as many turns as already has. To Glenn's point, it's three months in and yeah, we have this first procedural like court hearing today. It's not going to be much, but even this, who knows how it's going to be spun?
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Who knows how it'll be spun? It really, it does. Another thing, we should have a prosecutor from you.
Charlie Kirk
We're going to get one talk about this.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Just because I do think we've, we've talked about the theories that are spinning around. I do think a lot of that is produced by, there's a lot of psychic energy around this, as it were. People think about this case a lot. It affected a lot.
Charlie Kirk
You don't mean that in, in sort of a not literal, not literal mind powers. You just mean there's a pent up.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
There'S pent up passion for it and this could get release. If people were able to see a trial unfolding.
Charlie Kirk
Yes.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
While they're all thinking about this, that they could say, okay, here is the defendant, here is the evidence, here is the jury selection, here is the trial, here is the verdict. And if it happened in a timely way, which our Constitution guarantees the right to a speedy trial. And if you look historically, high profile criminal cases have happened quickly within the past 100 years where they're able to put people on trial in a reasonable length of time. But now it's this combination of everything in the court system has slowed down, but everything in the media ecosystem has sped up.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
So in the day of nightly news and no online, the O.J. simpson trial could go on for a year and people wouldn't totally lose their minds. But imagine if the O.J. simpson trial was happening today, but there was this year long delay after this giant spectacular car chase and then actually having a serious trial go on.
Charlie Kirk
And imagine, imagine if there was AI and yeah, and I imagine if there was, you know, I mean, all the elements of this really do amount to an explosive media circus. The media tornado thing totally is legitimate, but to Erica's point, which she said with Jesse Waters, you know, everything that we've done has been hyper scrutinized and hyper analyzed. Every smile, every, every comment, everything so analyzed. And we deserve to see this trial play out before the media. We get to see the, I want to see the evidence, you know, Presented in a factual, straightforward way. I want. I want almost the American people to be educated in the civics of it.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Because it is so easy for these AI generated things to happen, and because there is so many. There are so many alternative outlets for just generating wild stuff. That content tornado exists regardless. It is actually, in that case, genuinely important to have the real thing out there existing. And will people try to manipulate it? Yes, inevitably. But it does have to exist, because if you have no real thing to compete against it, oh thousand percent, it's going to be. It's going to be a calamity.
Charlie Kirk
Well, and I want to compare what we're doing today in the Tyler Robinson trial versus, like, what going on with Mangione. So Mangione is doing.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
It's also taking forever.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, this is also taking forever. You know, he's having a probable cause hearing in New York City. And that's actually where you start to hear stuff. New information. Right. So Mangioni is. They're presenting new body cam footage. The defense is saying that some of that evidence was seized illegally, that they didn't have a warrant. So you're starting to see actually the. The chess moves by the defense and by the prosecution in that case, because they're at a. A further juncture at that trial. Right. So we're not there yet, but when we get to an evidentiary hearing, a probable cause hearing, which is a step in the process, that says, is there enough evidence to take this to a full trial? Right. I think in Mangioni's case, of course it's going to go to a full trial. In Tyler Robinson's case, of course it's going to go to a full trial, but that's technically what that step is for. And that's when you'll find out, is there enough evidence to proceed? Obviously there is. You know, so don't expect that today. But I think I could share your frustration, Blake, in a massive way, especially being on this end of it, where you are a victim of this circumstance, this terrible tragedy where our friend was murdered in cold blood and there's this vacuum of time, Right. Of where people want answers to certain questions. You can only get those answers in a trial. And yet we have to wait here. We're probably looking at March, April for this. Right. And it's. It's like, you know, if you're on this end of it, they can drag that out. Yeah. And they could. Yeah, they could find ways to drag that out. And then you're probably looking into 2027 for an actual trial. That's what we're staring down right now. I know. And you know, again, if you, if you read the charging documents, I mean, they've got this kid. So the case is so watertight. Again, there's fair questions to ask around it. There really are. And I'm trying to be as gracious and generous as I can to that. I have questions. We've chased down every lead we can possibly imagine that you can imagine. I mean, people send us stuff all the time and we're always sending those along to the authorities. But, man, this case is very strong, very watertight. We are going to take a quick break and we will be right back.

The next great awakening is here. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. All right, gonna tell you guys about our friends over at Y Refi. Private student loan debt in the US totals about $300 billion billion with a B. And about 45 billion with a B is labeled as distressed. Why Refi refinances distressed or defaulted private student loans that others simply will not touch. They provide you with a custom loan payment based on your ability to pay. Why Refi is not a debt settlement company. And they work with each borrower individually, tailoring each loan to each borrower's specific situation. You will not be calling a faceless call center. Why Refi can reduce your monthly payment and guarantees interest rates under 6%, ensuring affordability and financial relief. Why Refi does not care what your credit score is. So if you find yourself in a position where you have private student loan debt that's getting away from you that you can't keep up with it, that's, you know, Distressed. Their labeling is distressed or defaulted. You gotta call the folks@yrefi yrefi.com or call 888-why-refi 34 and beyond all of that, these are great people. They support our country. They support Turning Point. They support the show. They're good people that love this country and stand for what's right and they can help you. It may not be available in all 50 states but you owe it to yourself to find out if it is available where you're at. So call 888Y refi34 or log on to why refi.com all right, so I mean before we move on, is there anything you want to say about this.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Or I think, I mean for now, I think we've said it. There should be cameras.
Charlie Kirk
It's at noon mountain time. So it's going to be right at the end, right at the end of our show, of our show. And then we'll tune over to.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Well, we'll probably, we'll probably hit it on Thought Crime tonight if anything noteworthy happens. Sure, we'll want to do that. We just got an email from Allison who asks if there's an update on the redistricting fight in Indiana. Well, which I want to react to that because there is. Yes, they're voting today.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, that's a huge one.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
We need 26 votes from the Republican senators of Indiana. We have 22 confirmed. Yes votes. I will be frank. I am pessimistic about them passing it. But then we move into stage two which is primary. You have to primary them and we're.
Charlie Kirk
Going to be involved in that in a big way. So. All right, we're going to welcome back national radio. We'll tell you more on the other side of this break. All right, welcome back. Charlie Kirk show. So yes, we were just talking right before we welcome back radio about Indiana. So this is the redistricting fight which would result in a nine zero states. You'd have nine conservative districts, zero liberal or Democrat districts. And you what you need to get that done is you need 26 votes in the Senate. We have 22 confirmed yeses. We are pessimistic that we are going to get the four additional votes that we need. Now I think what is we have like 40 Republicans.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
We have 4039 Republicans and a non caucusing Republican which I don't even want to find out what the heck that means.
Charlie Kirk
Yes.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
And we only need 24, 39 Republicans, 10 Democrats. You have 40, 40 Republicans, 10 Democrats. You have an 80% Republican legislature and they can't get a bear majority to get two extra Republicans in the U.S. house.
Charlie Kirk
Right.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
And when we, you know, you might have thought this was a bad fight to start, but it's sort of like, it's sort of like saying, oh, I just don't agree with the way like what our battle plan is in this war. So I'm just going to go pout and sit at home or something. No, the battle has been joined. Democrats have redone their map in California. They're redoing their map. I think in Maryland. They did it. Maryland, they're looking for maps they can redo there. Yeah, they're planning to do it in Virginia. The battle is joined. You have to join the fight or switch flipping parties or just quit, leave and let yourself be replaced by someone who will fight. As Charlie would say, lead, follow or get out of the way.
Charlie Kirk
Get out of the way. And here we made some news on Friday. I think we were the COVID of front page of Politico. But it, we are getting involved in the Indiana fight on the Turning Point action side. So we are going to bring our organizational muscle over to Indiana. There's gonna be a lot of PACs, C4s, grassroots, local grassroots in Indiana. We had Citizen Kane from Citizen Free Press join us earlier this week. And he said the grassroots in Indiana, he's a local there, is fired up and they're upset with their elected representatives in that state. I think they have every right to be. And I'll reiterate this point because this, you know, a lot of attention goes to swing states in our election cycles. Okay. Because those obviously determine who's going to be the president. You got to win the swing states to become the president's very high profile. We take our eye off the ball when it comes to these red, predictably red strongholds like Indiana. Indiana is very conservative. It's very Republican. I what do we, we President Trump won in 2024 by 20 plus points in the state of Indiana. It's a very red state. But what happens is the incumbent political class gets so entrenched in these, in these states that over the years, especially when you have a convulsive moment like President Trump coming onto the scene, the incumbent political class ceases to line up with where the base voters are at. So you have these moments where the base wants redistricting. As you said, the fight has been joined. You either get to join the fight or you get to stay and be an enemy in that fight.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
At this point, you are just straigh up voting do you want more Republicans in Congress or fewer?
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, it's a really powerful vote. And take your pick.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
And if your answer is, I want fewer Republicans, why are you a Republican?
Charlie Kirk
And there will be congressional level spending deployed in the state of Indiana. So if you get on board and you vote to redistrict, you will be marked as safe. If you vote against it, you will be marked for a primary. And that is the, that is the essential bargain that is being offered to the senators in the great state of Indiana.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
We don't like doing this. No, it's more fun to run against Democrats, it's more fun to spend against Democrats. But frankly, sometimes you have to make sure that if your bluff is called that you can, you can meet it.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, well, and I mean, it's not even a question. We're going to be all out. We've already begun hiring process. We've already been deploying our staff in there, meeting with the grass, local grassroots. Everybody's fired up, everybody's ready to go. And I mean, it will probably take a process. Just so you think of the timeframe here. It will probably take all the way through 2028 to get this done, to get a state legislature in place in Indiana, to get it all the way across the finish line. But listen, you're four votes shy. Let's see how close we get. Maybe, just maybe enough senators are going to hear the call of their voters in the great state of Indiana that they will change their vote, get to that 26 vote threshold and we'll get the job done. We don't need all this, all this outside attention, all the drama, all the drama. There's so much drama going on in this country right now. I would love to stay focused on the mission. Would love to stay focused on the mission. You know, it occurs to me, Blake, how hard we worked over the years to stay mission focused.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Gotta. Gotta stay mission focused. And then you, you kind of, you have this rude awakening where you go into this state where you're not, you are admittedly not necessarily super engaged with their locals. We're super engaged with state level Arizona politics. You go to Nebraska, you go to Indiana and they have their grievances going back years, they have their arrangements going back years. And you just come in and you just have to roll your eyes. This is what you guys are focused on. This is what you think matters the most right now.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. That Trump is.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
You are gravely mistaken.

Terrence Bates (News Anchor)
Welcome back to this real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. All right, folks, we want to caution you about being aware of scammers who are seeking to steal your home from right underneath you. An elderly man in Texas is one of the latest victims after unknowingly signing over the deed to his home to a scammer who was posing as someone offering financial assistance. As a result, that gentleman is now receiving an eviction notice as the house has been sold. Plus, so far, he has no legal recourse, even after reporting the incident to police. My next guest is a former FBI agent and a current licensed investigator, Tom Simon. Welcome to the show, my friend.
Tom Simon (Former FBI Agent)
Thanks for having me on, Terrence.
Terrence Bates (News Anchor)
It's good to have you because unfortunately, these sorts of situations like what I just described happen all too often. And unfortunately, people often don't have much legal recourse once they're the victim.
Tom Simon (Former FBI Agent)
Yeah, this one's a particular nightmare for the senior citizen who owned this home. His name was Harry Adderholt. He lived in Leon Valley, Texas. And like you said, he thought he was signing a new loan for his home, but he was tricked into signing a deed transferring the ownership to a scammer. And then the bad guys go out and take loans on his property. And Harry doesn't even know this occurred until the foreclosure notices started arriving and he ended up getting evicted from his own place.
Terrence Bates (News Anchor)
Yeah. How do you protect yourself from this? And as a son of elderly parents, it's something that's uniquely interesting to me because you want to protect your parents who might think that they're doing the right thing, helping themselves out and then they put themselves in a bind.
Tom Simon (Former FBI Agent)
Yeah, exactly. So the trick is to continue monitoring the status of your home title using the county clerk's website. The problem is you're going to drive yourself crazy trying to do it yourself. So I endorse a product called Home Title Lock that has million dollar triple lock protection for homeowners or the children of homeowners, you know, elderly people. And what they're going to do is they're going to monitor your home title for you and they're going to notify you if something else should happen. And if, God forbid, you end up like Harry and your, and your home is stolen from you by scammers, they have a US based restoration team of legal professionals who are going to restore that home back into your name without any out of pocket cost to the victim.
Terrence Bates (News Anchor)
How long does that restoration process typically take? Obviously at that point you're being reactive as opposed to proactive. Excuse me, if you're in that situation, but how long does something like this typically take? And I'm asking so that people can really have some context about how difficult it is to get your home back if you're in the situation where someone has taken the deed.
Tom Simon (Former FBI Agent)
Sure. Well, as soon as the Home Title Lock notifies you of some kind of change to your, the title of your property, you're going to take a look at that and see that, hey, I never authorized this. And then time is of the essence, right? Because you want to be able to get the, get the lawyers in court and working with the county clerk's office to get that transaction reversed before they can actually sell that house out from under you. Because once that happens, things become materially more difficult. So time is of the essence and the Home Title Lock professionals are really good at this.
Terrence Bates (News Anchor)
The case we talked about at the beginning of the show is happening in Texas. Texas is really kind of leading the charge, if you will, in terms of implementing laws to try to protect citizens who may be dealing with this sort of thing. What are you hearing industry wide in terms of other states trying to get more involved in this sort of thing to protect homeowners.
Tom Simon (Former FBI Agent)
I know the state of Hawaii right now is looking at the Texas law and they're going to try to emulate it themselves because they see that home title theft is an actual problem. The problem though is that even with these laws in place that are going to make it a crime to do this, the criminal courts are really not well equipped to restore that home back into the victim's name. Which is why I think a product like Home Title Lock still makes more sense than ever, even in a place like Texas.
Terrence Bates (News Anchor)
How can people get in contact with Home Title Lock to at very least start the process?
Tom Simon (Former FBI Agent)
You just go to hometitlelock.com and you can order a free title search of your place to figure out what the status is right now and then decide if you want to subscribe from there. It's pennies a day to me. It's like I look at it like the smoke detector in my house. I hope I never have to use it. But I sleep better at night knowing that I have Home Title Lock looking after what's my largest asset.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Right.
Terrence Bates (News Anchor)
And another one of the major benefits, and you mentioned it, is that they've got a team of lawyers on standby ready to help you should you need them.
Tom Simon (Former FBI Agent)
Absolutely. And these are us based people. We're not going overseas to get this kind of help.
Terrence Bates (News Anchor)
All right. We appreciate your time as always. It's good to see you. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you folks. The information is right there at the bottom of your screen. Go ahead, log on and at least start the process. Get all the information that you particularly could need or that you might need. Excuse me. All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. Hour two is officially underway and we are joined by Alan Bakari. He's from the foundation for Freedom Online. He's been a guest on this show multiple times in the past. So it's good to have him back. You can find him at X at Alambakari. B O K H A R I Alan, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. It's good to see you.
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
Good to be back on.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, it was wonderful. So we are here to talk about Netflix and Warner Brothers.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
So Netflix, Warner Brothers merger yet again. We've talked a bit about this, but you have a new piece in the American Conservative where you say it's quite the headline. It's Netflix swallowing Warner Brothers would create a monster. So that sounds like a fun discussion to have. So why don't we just give it to you? Why would you know, you're from the foundation for Freedom Online. How does giant media company buying other giant media company undermine freedom Online?
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
Well, I mean, first there's a clear cut, you know, competition case to be made here, right? I mean, so Netflix is already the largest streaming platform in America with 81 million subscribers. If this deal went through, there'd be 50 million, almost 50 million subscribers more than their closest competitor. So that's just a clear cut and a competition case. You know, concentration of markets always leads to declining consumer choice and, and declining consumer standards. So there's that, there's that issue, but there's also the wokeness question. I mean, there's that, there's the wokeness question here as well. Most of Silicon Valley, most social media platforms, platforms have been fairly sympathetic to where they've been going over the last three or four years. They've, you know, they've gone, they've done a little bit of a U turn, especially in case of x on their 2016-2024 era censorship policies, they've rolled back some of those censorship policies. YouTube, for example, has unbanned a number of prominent creators that are banned during the worst of censorship. So, you know, many of the social media platforms have rolled back their censorship policies. And in a way, social media, you know, it's inherently disruptive to the legacy media, right? So even when, even at the height of censorship, when trust and safety department banning conservative commentators, the logic of social media was to disrupt the legacy media and the post war liberal order, which it held up. Now, Netflix is not like that at all because they're a studio first and a technology company second. So even though they're disrupting Hollywood, you could say that they've definitely done that because they're a studio first. They still have an ideological gatekeeping role in a way. They combine the worst elements of post 2016Silicon Valley wokeness with Hollywood liberalism to create something that's worse than both. So, I mean, I'm not sure why any Republican administration want to give a company like that more power.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Yeah, I like this line that you have in your piece where you just say what makes Netflix notable is not just its size but its ideological consistency. So we saw that Microsoft retreated from its partnership with News Guard. They've cozied up to the administration. Metta, Mark Zuckerberg came out and said, we're dialing back, fact checking. We're not going to be the speech police. Google's cozied up to the administration. We've had all of this.
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
And.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
But Netflix, it's sort of permanently 2020 over at Netflix. Would that be a fair description?
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
That's a very fair description. You just have to look at Reed Hastings reaction to Peter Thiel backing Trump back in 2016. He sent him an angry email saying, I can't believe you did this. You have terrible judgment for backing Trump. Whereas someone like Mark Zuckerberg was a lot more evenhanded. Even when he was aligned himself personally against Trump, he put out some statements saying he respected diversity of ideological viewpoints. So that really shows that Netflix is all in for progressive ideology. And that really makes sense when you consider that they're a combination of a Silicon Valley tech company with, with a Hollywood studio. I mean, those, those are two, two types of companies that tend to have very, very woke liberal internal politics.
Charlie Kirk
So.
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
And you can see that in the fact that they, that they put Susan Rice on their board in 2018 and brought her back after her stint in the Biden administration.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. So, Alan, I had like, kind of more of a basic question, actually. And, you know, I was like, why do we even have. Why does this company even need to be sold? Right. I mean, Warner Brothers Discovery, and this is, by the way, it contains assets like cnn, tnt, hgtv. So it has the linear side. Then they have this huge library of content. Is there an argument that this company doesn't have to be sold at all, or is that off the table at this point?
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
I'm not sure why it has to be sold either. It seems nothing more than a power grab by Netflix to increase its market share even further. Like I said, it's already the biggest, the biggest company in the market for streaming, and this would make them even huger. And like you said, it also gives them more power over the news cycle in addition to, you know, a monopoly on, on storytelling and entertainment franchises with their Ownership of cnn.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, well, and so that's the interesting. I kind of wonder what's going to happen with CNN in this, this mad dash to sell.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
So I think some, we've seen this where there's been pressure where they might just have to spin it off or change that or dial it back. And I do wonder if that could be the cheap way that they satisfy the administration is this administration, I think it would be fair to say they. President Trump, he's a very television aged person. He watches a lot of tv, he's on TV all of the time. He thinks a lot about fox, cnn, Newsmax, all of those.
Charlie Kirk
Right.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
And so he would view CNN as an extremely important part of this deal. Yet in the big picture, it is clear these networks, they're shrinking in importance, especially cnn. I think they're still dead last in ratings. And the future, is the future in 20 years going to be defined by these news networks? I'm skeptical. It is going to be much more decentralized. There will be more options, there will be more independent shows. And I guess I would express the worry that if we just see this as a CNN thing when it's really much more about who's controlling the commanding heights of popular culture.
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
Yes, it's the cultural economy and we shouldn't underestimate that. The power of storytelling, especially its influence over, over young people. And Netflix is already a meme. I mean if you, if you go on X and you search for, you know, Netflix adaptation, you'll see all sorts of jokes about, oh, Netflix is going to adapt Beowulf and then they're going to make Beowulf into a black lesbian immediately. I mean, you'll see jokes like that and it's not exactly an exaggeration. These companies really are probably the, the most liberal and progressive companies in America today. And you know, do you really want to get companies like that more power? I think we should be thinking more about, about how we're going to, how we're going to disrupt, how the market can disrupt Hollywood, disrupt these big entertainment studios and that chokehold over culture and the gatekeeping role that they play over, you know, the major, that, you know, the great western stories that they all control through these IP controller contracts. And you know, I think there's, there's Silicon Valley definitely has a role there, especially with AI, But Netflix is definitely not, not a disrupting agent like some other tech companies have been.
Charlie Kirk
So to bring the audience up to speed here. So Netflix had the winning bid at $72 billion cash and stock deal for the studios, HBO, Max, DC and gaming assets. So this excluded the cable networks. And the expectation was going to close in 12 to 18 months pending regulatory approval, which is a big thing there. So then Paramount comes in with a hostile counter on December 8th. So earlier this week, an all cash $108.4 billion offer for all of W Warner Brothers discovery at $30 per share. So. And this is backed by the Ellison family, Jared Kushner's affinity partners and Middle Eastern sovereign funds.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Oh, boy.
Charlie Kirk
So it promises a faster closure and $6 billion in synergies, but raises antitrust flags due to further.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Is it better to have, is it better to have the Emir of Abu Dhabi on hbo?
Charlie Kirk
I mean, I wouldn't get as many, like trans kids. You probably wouldn't, you know, gay, trans, whatever, character adaptations. And so President Trump has weighed in, demanding CNN's sale in any deal. So to Blake's point, I mean, that's, that's, that's where we find ourselves. So, you know, it was interesting as well. Alan went on the other side of this break. So ponder it now. You know, you got President Trump come in and kind of took a shot at paramount, CBS with 60 Minutes and Lesley Stahl, and he's demanding an apology. So he's sort of applying pressure equally on both sides of this ledger. So it'll be interesting to see how this does play out. But I think your point is well made. The cultural implications are profound. And I think we would be, I think we'd be wrong, Blake, to downplay too much the power of television and storytelling even in 2025. We will be right back. More of the Charlie Kirk Show.

Why Refi refinances distressed and defaulted private student loans that others will not touch. And by the way, these are different than federal student loans. Okay? So those. That's a whole other. Whole other bag. Ball of wax. That's the expression I was looking for. It's a whole other ball of wax. Private student loans total about $300 billion in the US and 45 billion of them are labeled as distressed or defaulted. So if this is you and you find yourself in a position where you cannot cover your monthly bills, you got to call the folks over at Y Refi. They can help you. They're going to custom tailor a solution that fits your financial circumstance individually. And that's the point. You're not. You're not going to be in a one size fits all. They're going to work with you individually and they're going to get you an interest rate under 6%. That's a guarantee assuring affordability and financial relief. They will also even let you skip a payment every six months up to 12 times without penalty. So you do not have to ignore that mountain of student loan statements that's building up on your kitchen table anymore. You can call the folks over at Yrefi. Do it today, 888-yrefi34 or call yrefi.com that's y r e f y.com Again, call them 888 Yrefi34. They are great people. Saw them last weekend and they are just 100% on board with this country. Patriotic causes. Really amazing people. Why refi.com may not be available in all 50 states, but if it is, then you need to check them out in your state. Blake, we have some clips. I don't know how long is our people need to remember just what Netflix.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
I think that's what do we have time to play?
Charlie Kirk
I don't know. We got 30 seconds here before welcome Back radio. I don't know how long the clip was. So we got to hold it. We got to hold it. All right. We're going to hold it. More with Alan Bakari. He's been on the show multiple times throughout the years, but we've addressed that. We're also now going to touch on what's happening in Europe, the fines through the Digital Services act that are targeting Elon and what those implications are here at home because they are profound and what we can do to Help stop the censorship online. We'll be right back. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. Alan Bakari is with us. He's a digital expert. He's been covering censorship and the digital ecosystem for many years. Alan, explain what's going on. We've talked about it a little bit on the show already. What's going on with the dsa? Elon Musk, X versus Meta. It's over these blue check marks that you pay $8 a month to be verified on the platform. They're saying something was untoward there, but doesn't matter. Also have paid verification.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
It does.
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
And you know that just put this in context. The EU Digital Services act is probably the most dangerous censorship law in the world when it comes to online speech. It was brought in a couple of years ago actually with the cooperation and encouragement of the Biden administration and Access become was the first company to be investigated under the DSA after, you know, months and months of threats from European bureaucrats that actually began right after Musk took over the company. So as soon as Musk took over, Twitter turned into X and started talking about how he's going to dismantle its internal censorship process. That's on the threats from European bureaucrats started. X became the first company to be investigated. First company to be fined. It's $120 million euros. That's about $140 million. And if x doesn't comply, then the EU has the power to impose periodic penalties of up to 5% of a company's average daily worldwide turnover for each day of non compliance. That's a massive, massive fine. No company can withstand that. And let's talk about why they were fined. So the EU points to three things. One of them, as you said, was subscriber checkmarks. The second two things, number one, not giving researchers, quote, unquote researchers access to Twitter's ad repository and not giving those same researchers access to Twitter's data or allowing researchers to scrape the platform for data. Now all three of those things are directly related to online censorship, even if they don't seem so at first. The subscriber check marks is how Twitter insulates itself from advertiser pressure because it gives us a stream of revenue that's not connected to ad revenue. So ad boycotts have less of an impact. Number two, getting making sure researchers have access to ad repositories. That's so the so called disinformation researchers who are the foot soldiers of censorship, they're the ones who build lists of disfavored content, who Build lists, lists of. Of speech to censor and lists of advertisers to pressure for boycott. That's how they operate. That's why they need access to access ads so they can see what ads are running. And they also need access to Twitter's public data so they can analyze it at scale, figure out who, which users are talking about the wrong things, which narratives are going viral. Without that access, disinformation researchers are blind. And disinformation researchers are essentially the stasi of the worldwide censorship complex that's been funded, was funded by the previous administration and is funded by Western governments to control the Internet.
Glenn Beck
Exactly.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Exactly. Do you know about Travis Brown, Andrew?
Glenn Beck
No.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Yeah. You remember this story, right?
Charlie Kirk
Right.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Alum. He's the antifa aligned researcher the German government funded this guy named Travis Brown to scrape the data off of. I believe it was still. It was Twitter at the time. Off of Twitter. And then, and then he would just give this to people aligned with antifa to dox people. So for example, I believe when Libs of TikTok got doxxed, it was with information that he got off the website.
Charlie Kirk
Andy no was involved.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Yeah, he went after Andy Ngo as well. And I think the post Millennial, I think all of them got targeted by this guy. And he's considered a researcher. And this is one of the researchers that the European Union is saying you need to give open access to data. I just think it's the most obvious thing in the world. What they want is to permanently use misinformation, hate speech safety. Like these are all the buzzwords that they've used that they used in America before 2022 to just justify unlimited censorship.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And Alan, I mean, you do have an accent we can hear. You're not from here. You know, Musk is, is calling. He's basically saying Western civilization can only be saved if the EU is abolished. I mean, these are. Musk is not holding anything back. He is painting the EU as the chief villain in this story. Do you agree? What can be reformed? I mean, they seem wholly committed to censorship. One minute.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Yeah.
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
I mean, the European Union has. And European bureaucratic elites have the most incentive to shut down online free speech because look at what's happening in their countries. France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden. In all of these countries, young people are turning towards the populist right and they're turning towards the populist right because they have free speech on the Internet because they can see information that challenges mainstream narratives. And European elites know if they don't shut that down It'll be over for them and the parties, the political parties that support them, they'll just melt away as young voters take over.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, I mean, you would know better than us. However, what's happening in these countries is truly remarkable, Alan. And I mean, you're seeing the disintegration of the Christian west by mass migration and young Europeans are fed up with it as we are, honestly. In the United States, however, we do have a more robust free speech culture. The whole world sort of looks to American conservatism to get their, to get their talking points, to get their inspiration. Alan, we hope you'll join us again as this story unfolds. I know there's going to be more twists and turns in the coming, coming weeks, so thank you so much, Al. We're going to talk TPUSA frontlines next.
iHeartRadio Announcer

He's charged with aggravated murder and multiple other felonies related to the September 10th murder of Kirk at Utah Valley University. Glenn Beck
Waking up.
Charlie Kirk
You should get over that quickly. One brainwashed radical at a time.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
That's enough.
Charlie Kirk
It's the Charlie Kirk Show. All right. I want to tell you about our friends over at TikTok. Good conversation is about respect. It's how we create a space where people are able to share their ideas and be heard. Charlie knew this turning point, knows this Tik Tok has always strived to be the kind of place that thrives on respectful connection, where curiosity fuels connection. We can share what's on our minds and learn from each other. When ideas meet respect, good things tend to happen. On TikTok, you can find a mechanic explaining why. The why behind a problem most of us wouldn't even know how to name. Or a father sharing a lifetime of knowledge with his viewers. Viewers who listen, discuss, and then they respond. They ask questions of their own. TikTok turns connection into community through small acts of understanding. You can feel it in the comments. And to thank you from a stranger halfway across the world TikTok is a place where respect opens the door for discussion, and discussion helps build something real. Portions of the Charlie Kirk show are brought to you in part by TikTok. All right, welcome to the set. Now, Brandon Dre, you're the manager of Frontlines. Tpusa, you're also a reporter. You started as a reporter, now you're running it. And I would say that of all the sort of divisions or projects within Turning Point, Charlie was potentially the most excited about Frontlines. I can't say that for sure, but there was times, I remember conversations when we were dreaming up what Frontlines was going to be and could become. He was so bullish on Front Lines. So why don't you just describe what TPA Frontlines is as a starting point?
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Well, first and foremost, I mean, Charlie was the original Frontlines reporter, right? I mean, he was out there demonstrating what it's like to be a man in the arena. And we're just carrying on that mission, right? So out of the 2020 riots, with BLM and protests and all that stuff, a couple years into it, Frontlines emerged as this, like, on the ground journalism wing of Turning Point usa, where we're going out and covering these protests, these riots, and we're getting this exclusive, raw, unfettered on the ground footage and posting it directly to social media. So that way people are getting the real truth of what's happening out there. Instead of the mainstream media, which I was working for at the time, they would cut away from these protests and these riots, and they would show the more peaceful side.
Charlie Kirk
Mostly peaceful, mostly peaceful side of things.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
So, you know, Frontlines was one of those guerrilla journalism style teams that was giving you the, the raw access to what was happening on the ground. We had a show for a while, it was a half hour show where we would kind of break down the news through original reporting. But now we've grown into this nationwide network of videographers and journalists, emphasizing truth, objectivity, and integrity, you know, through the Turning Point lens. And, you know, our, our videos are often going viral. We're picking up content that is the mainstream media is now forced to recognize because of its virality. And, you know, it's just a really exciting time. We, you know, we've obviously have made an impact. We've broken stories, we're, we're getting, we're expanding all the time. We're on campuses showing things that are happening. Like, for example, at Berkeley the other week.
Charlie Kirk
Well, let's, let's give the audience. I mean, I know if you're watching. You can see it. But let's give the audience a little taste of some of what frontlines does play. Cut 282. We're always accepting new members.
Terrence Bates (News Anchor)
Tony Kirk dying how he lived.
Charlie Kirk
Talking on the side of his mother neck. I think he's scared that we're trying.
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
To stop the fascism that he's trying.
Charlie Kirk
To do in America.
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
Biggest threat in the world today.
Charlie Kirk
Biggest threat in the world today. Donald Trump in the usa. Donald Trump in the usa. The epidemic of left wing violence and antifa inspired terror has been escalating for nearly a decade. These are agitators.
Alan Bakari (Foundation for Freedom Online)
Who can crash your.
Charlie Kirk
Car on the way home. You transphobic. Save anarchists and they're paid. We're trying to prevent fascists and not bring it off. Gotta stand up and fight. Oh yeah. Get his body. Get his body. 80% of the political violence comes from those on the right. It's never the Democrats. It's, it's always Republicans. They've used armed gangs to assault local police in cities nationwide.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Wow.
Charlie Kirk
They're throwing fireworks and mortars. They just threw fireworks. Officers, we have to step back. We'd have to step back. They've attacked journalists reporting on their crimes. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Nick Sorter has just been assaulted. Nick Sorter's being assaulted. Join antifa. We're always accepting new members.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Well, these are bad people.
Charlie Kirk
These are people that want to destroy our country. We're not going to let it happen. I mean cash, you guys put yourself in some pretty radical positions. Really. Truly. How many frontline reporters do we now have?
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
So we have four full time reporters and then we have about five contractors. We're, we're bringing on new people to just have boots on the ground in every part of the country.
Charlie Kirk
That's a lot, actually. That's a lot of. That's a bit. I mean you worked at the. The Caller. I mean to have nine journalists out in the field doing independent journalism, original journalism, that's like starting to become.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
That's a significant operation.
Charlie Kirk
That is.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
There's a lot of stuff going on.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. Plus all the staff that you have, the camera crews, the travel. I mean it's a whole operation to make this happen. I want to give some of these guys a shout out because some of them have been on the show. Of course, you know, go ahead at 289. This is Cho show. Jonathan Cho. Jonathan. Tell us about Jonathan Cho.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
There's one, there's, there's nobody like the Cho show. I mean this guy was in the mainstream media for Decades. And, you know, he was just too based for them. Right.
Charlie Kirk
So he.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
He joined our team.
Charlie Kirk
He's up in the Pacific Northwest.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
He's in the Pacific Northwest West. He covers a lot of Seattle and Portland stories. He's embedded with all these different underground networks where he's getting leads and, you know, often breaking these stories again that nobody else has. He infiltrated two antifa book fairs recently with one of our other contractors, Kevin Kalb. Six, seven. Kevin. And they went and discovered where these militants plan and recruit for direct action. And it's at a book fair. Right. And so, like, for example, the. The riots that happened at UC Berkeley at our. At our Turning Point event the other week, we. We knew about that ahead of time because we got the flyers from the book fair.
Charlie Kirk
Well, and you need to give us a heads up so we can alert authorities, too. Absolutely. That was the one note I got back from some of our friends was like, hey, next time, yeah, something like this is gonna happen, please let us know. But, yeah, so let's hear. Here's. Let's go to. Everybody knows Savannah Hernandez, 291. Savannah Hernandez, been on the show a number of times, but by the way, she's been on a lot of shows. She's become a huge star. Savannah Hernandez. There she is, the great Savannah Hernandez. She's, I would say, as far as on the ground, immigration stories, there's nobody better.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Nope. And there's only one Sav as well. I mean, Sav happens to be in the right place at the right time every time she travels.
Charlie Kirk
Every time. Which is.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Which is ironic because her travel always gets disrupted. So it just goes to show that, you know, there's something. There's something with her, but she's really good with covering immigration. You know, she's exposing black markets that have been on, you know, a thing for decades. But she's actually showing it in real time and. And showing how, you know, when the police come or ICE comes, they're. They have a really operate like, a way of. What do they do? They, like, pack everything up and then get out of the situation really quickly. And then oftentimes, some of these big city police departments, they're complicit in it. Like, they'll turn away, and she's exposing that.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. That's amazing. Julio Rosas, 290. So Julio's also with the Blaze, but Charlie and Julio knew each other from, like, the very beginning of Turning Point. So go. They go back, like, 2012, 2013.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Yeah. So Julio is a new addition to the Team. And he was recently embedded with Border Patrol in Louisiana for Operation Catalua Crunch, where. Yeah, he. He got a couple of the. The arrests happening in real time, some of the protesters. He was also in Mexico City recently covering that big Gen Z protest riot that erupted, you know, against this younger generation that are fed up with the cartels down there.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, well, and Julio was also. I think he was in Kenosha for Kyle Rittenhouse. He was one of the journalists on the ground there.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Yes.
Charlie Kirk
Next up, Bo Diddle 292. He's a newer addition to the team, so there's our graphic. TPSA welcomes content creator Bo Diddle Bo. I remember when I saw some of his original content, and he kind of does man on the street stuff. He'll do protest stuff. He'll do all the things, but he's really good at man on the street getting people's reaction to current events.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Absolutely. He's a personality. Right. I mean, he's very observant, and he loves asking questions. And that's one of his famous lines. When the left tries to deny him or block him, he'll just say, hey, I'm just out here asking questions. And he asked really objective questions, but he's just got that. That personality that everybody can identify with.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And then here's calum Dalmita at 293. So Kalin is. He's kind of an OG on the frontlines crew. And I think, if I'm not mistaken, he has the video with the most views of anybody besides Charlie, I would say, because Charlie had some, like, runaway ones. But besides, Charlie Kaelin had the most viral video. And I think it was a. It was a sort of a pedophile, like, illegal illicit sex sting thing that he was involved in. Right?
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Yeah, he's. He's got a couple. One of them involved a pedophile sting. Another one involved him. I mean, it was in that video that we just showed where he got knocked in the face.
Charlie Kirk
Oh, that's right. He got assaulted. Yeah. And he was blood everywhere.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Yep. So that was another one that went viral. But he's been on the ground. I mean, he was out there in LA at the beginning of the summer. He got flashbanged by one of the cops because he was just in the midst of all the chaos.
Charlie Kirk
A new addition that. I think she's doing an amazing job. 294. Monica Page. She is our. She's our White House reporter, DC. She covers everything over kind of in the Acelic corridor for us. If you will. She's doing a phenomenal job. And you'll. She's asked the President a bunch of questions, but then she'll go out on the streets. Yep.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Yeah, I mean, she's primarily at the White House, but you know, if there's a protest happening or if there's like some sort of man on the street interview that we want her to get, we now have access to the Pentagon. We're part of the new Pentagon press car. Sorry, Pentagon press corps.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
And she will be covering that as well if there is any major breaking news happening.
Charlie Kirk
Last but not least, and I, maybe I'm forgetting somebody, but 295, this is Vicki Richter. She's new on the team, right?
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Vicki Richter. She specializes in international exposes. We did a really good piece on Brazil and it's alleged CCP ties and this narcotics, the communism ties. And she's doing another one about the Islam takeover of the West. It's going to be coming out pretty soon, so stay tuned for that as well.
Charlie Kirk
Oh, that's. I mean, there's just so much stuff going on. In the next segment, we're going to talk about how you track all this stuff. Yeah, because. Charlie Kirk
The voice of generations is the Charlie Kirk show. All right, welcome back. Back to the Charlie Kirk Show. Let's go ahead and play cut 280. What were we looking at there, Brandon? So that's pretty intense.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
So that was in Portland. Sav was out there covering the ongoing protests outside the ICE facility. And I love that clip because it just shows the heart of what we do. I mean, you saw her running. You saw, you can hear her breathing because she's just chasing down these ICE agents that are, you know, going after these protesters and rioters that are disrupt that National Guard.
Charlie Kirk
I think that might have been national.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
That was National Guard.
Charlie Kirk
Yes, but that, yeah, that's, I mean, that was a wild scene. And by the way, you saw Nick Sorter getting assaulted, Kalin getting assaulted. I mean, these reporters are putting themselves in harrowing positions to cover these stories that matter. I mean, the amount of courage they display on a daily basis is truly remarkable, and we are very proud and grateful to them here at Turning Point in the Charlie Kirk Show. We'll be right back with national radio in one second. Second, History, economics, the great works of literature. Do you study these things in school? Probably not. But even if you did, it's probably time for a refresher course. Hillsdale College is offering more than 40 free online courses, including their newest course on totalitarian novels. This is a free eight lecture course and you're going to learn from Hillsdale College President Dr. Larry Arne. The man, the myth, the legend himself, Truly great American. He goes in depth on four novels. 1984, Brave New World, Darkness at Noon, and that hideous drink. Which ones did you. Which one have you read?
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
I think I read all of them except that hideous drink.
Charlie Kirk
That hideous. Well, you got. You got to do it now or you should just take the course.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
I guess I'll just read it.
Charlie Kirk
All right, fine. You got to do about that. Even though these novels were written in the 1930s and 40s, they are highly relevant today as they show what a tyrannical government can do to human nature. Most importantly, they show us that Faith, family, friends, and this country are still worth fighting for. Maybe you read these books long ago in school. Maybe you've heard others talk about them and they seem a little intimidating. They don't have to be. Let Hillsdale College help you make the most of them. Go right now to charlieforhillsdale.com to enroll. That's charlieforhillsdale.Com to enroll. It's easy to get started, no cost. Charlie for hillsdale.com. blake, I think you would make a really good frontlines reporter. I think it's time to send you out on the field. We got Brandon here. What do you want to cover?
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
I don't know. I always think, like, I like to read, like, papers and stuff.
Charlie Kirk
That doesn't sound very exciting. No, see, Charlie was always, like, bogus.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Scientific study right here during the break.
Charlie Kirk
I mean, you are kind of like the token intellectual that we have around. The white paper guy. The white paper guy. So. Because Charlie was always. We're not a think tank, we're a battle tank. That was Charlie's line. And then we hired Blake and then, you know, we sort of had to, you know, find. Just kidding. No, I think. I think that's. This leads into my question, though. It's inspired by an actual question, which is, as you guys have grown, how do you determine your editorial decisions, where you're deploying these now nine reporters across the country?
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Well, it's a case by case basis. I mean, we're getting leads again. Our reporters are embedded into these networks where they're hearing different stories that are about to break or whatever. Right. So it just really depends. You know, we'll look into protests and riot potential protests and plan riots online to see how big they're actually going to get based on social media engagement. You know, we'll go on Reddit, we'll go on Blue Sky. You know, we're looking on X, we're looking on Instagram, we're looking Blue sky.
Charlie Kirk
So we don't have to.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Exactly, right.
Charlie Kirk
Exactly. That was Charl. What's that?
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Gruesome.
Charlie Kirk
I know. It's dark out there.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
It'll destroy your soul over time.
Charlie Kirk
It really will, man, honestly.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
And. But like, simultaneously, like, it's. It's so unimpressive.
Charlie Kirk
Right.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Like, you go on there and the content that they're talking about or stories are talking.
Charlie Kirk
That's an interesting angle. So. So when you guys are diving into, like, the underworld, the underbelly of the modern left, you're saying you sort of. You sort of realize the emperor has no clothes, you're sort of realizing Absolutely. Just how, like, unimpressive as you said it is.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Yeah.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
I mean, it's the same song over and over again. Right. They. They have the same talking points. They're not evolving. They're not changing their tune. They're not thinking outside of their box. They're not letting anybody poke a hole in their argument. So they stick in the same place over and over again. And when you see them in the streets protesting, they have the same chant over and over again. Right. Like.
Charlie Kirk
Well, it shows coordination, too, that they're all chanting the same stuff.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Yeah. And they're totally planned.
Glenn Beck
Right.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Like, we. We see these meetings that are planned where they're teaching all of the protesters the chance. They're teaching them how to not engage with press like us.
Glenn Beck
Right.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Or just they have preferred press.
Charlie Kirk
And they. They know you as well.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Oh, yeah.
Charlie Kirk
They know who you guys are. They know your pictures. They have your images. Well, they love Bo.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
They love Beau out there. Because anytime Beau is on the street, you have like five volunteers, right? Volunteers, quote, unquote, surrounding Bo Diddle.
Blake (Co-host/Contributor)
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Okay. Why. Why Bo?
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Because. Because his content goes viral, so they know that if they talk to him, they're gonna end up looking sort of like a clown.
Charlie Kirk
Wow, that's fascinating. Yeah. Yeah. I. I mean, are. What are we doing from a. I mean, there's got to be a lot of stories that you don't pursue because they, they. It's just you can't guarantee the safety of the team. Right, sure. Some of that. I mean, you guys are considering their well being, obviously. And then reporters have discretion whether they'll accept the story or if they want to pursue one. Maybe you. You guys have to say, no, no, no, don't do that one.
Brandon Dre (TPUSA Frontlines Manager)
Yeah, absolutely. I mean, there's. Look, my reporters will tell me all the time, like, please let me go do this. And I say no just because we need to make sure that A, it's legit and B, you're going to be safe. But like, when Cho and 6, 7 Kevin went to those book fairs, they were undercover, they were wearing masks, they had hidden cams on. So it just. Again, it depends. It's case by case basis.
Charlie Kirk
My last question for you is if we have a lead, if somebody out there in the audience has a lead and they want front lines to cover it, how did they get. Get in touch with you guys?

Podcast: Real America’s Voice
Host: Charlie Kirk (with contributors Blake, Glenn Beck, Brandon Dre, Alan Bakari, et al.)
Episode Theme: In-depth coverage of current political events, the aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, cultural commentary, free speech challenges, and an inside look at on-the-ground journalism.
This episode swiftly weaves together breaking news, reflections on the late Charlie Kirk, the transformation of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) after his death, high-profile legal and political battles, and major media controversies. Notable guests like Glenn Beck and digital freedom expert Alan Bakari join to discuss both personal and national stakes—from courtroom drama and evangelical revivals to the AI transformation of American storytelling, and the fight for free speech against European censorship. This episode underscores the multifaceted battle for America’s soul—whether that’s waged in courtrooms, digital infrastructure, cultural storytelling, or on the actual front lines of protest and unrest. The tone is intense, sometimes mournful, unflinching, and often combative, driven by a staunchly pro-freedom, anti-mainstream narrative.
For listeners seeking honest analysis, behind-the-scenes strategy, and a portrait of activism under immense pressure, this episode provides a comprehensive, candid snapshot of a movement wrestling with loss, legacy, and an uncertain, rapidly changing media and political landscape.
