Every president for the past two decades, Democrat and Republican alike, has declared war on drugs. And each of them has lost that war and lost it miserably. They lost because they attempted to deal with only part of the drug problem. They lost because their initiatives were pulled apart by bureaucratic squabbling among their advisors. They lost because they always did too.
Terrence Bates
Little and they did it too late.
Charlie Kirk
We think we should do more to stem the flow of drugs across our borders. And we think we should go one step further. Let's go after the drug lords where.
Terrence Bates
They live with an international strike force.

There must be no safe haven for these narco terrorists and they must know it. Through our National Counterterrorism center. We are going through and working with our partners in the FBI and Department of Homeland Security in going and actually re vetting every single one of these individuals. We've got to realize of of what's happening here within the context of the greater threat that we face. We know that Al Qaeda and ISIS continue to actively plot attacks against our homeland. And so when you look at the spread of the radical Islamist ideology and the Propagation of it. You look at active plots and they're looking for people who can carry out those plots. This is why we are so intently focused on this threat that remains the greatest near and long term threat, not only to the safety and security of the American people, but to the foundational freedoms that exist within our Constitution and Western civilization. So far, NCTC has identified around 18,000.
Mikey McCoy

Country because of their ties to jihadi groups like ISIS and Al Qaeda.
Terrence Bates
Yet the Biden administration not only let them into the country and in many.
Charlie Kirk
Cases facilitated their entry into the country.

Just like the entry of the Afghan terrorists who committed the terrorist attack here just before Thanksgiving, killing one of our National Guard members and wounding another.
Logan Urie
I was born black. I'll be black all my life. I don't want to hear anybody say that the Republican Party has not gone out of its way to keep people who look like me away from the ballot box because it's painfully untrue. It is something that has been charged in the courts time after time, decade after decade, particularly across the South. Across the south with the largest concentration of black people live. So we've seen those in Georgia, we've seen it in Texas. We've said it well. Those states are not led by Democrats. First and foremost. I let you talk.
Charlie Kirk
Would you please let me finish?
Logan Urie
Thank you very much. The erosion of the Voting Rights act has been done holistically by the Republican Party. What we've seen from Donald Trump is someone who wants to and continues to try to expand his power by the most illegal means. So, yes, those orders were challenged. Those orders were challenged in Venezuela because quite frankly, there was no impetus to go there to begin with. What we do know is that more than likely this was illegal first and foremost. That's why he's trying to hide the videos.
Charlie Kirk
Number one, has anyone ever personally tried to stop you from voting?
Joe Bob
Answer, no.
Charlie Kirk
Number two, I vote.
Logan Urie
I don't vote in the South.
Charlie Kirk
Number three, in this country. Number three, in this country. I hate to. I hate to remind you of our history, but it was the Democratic Party that tried and tried and tried to suppress black votes in this country, not the Republican Party.
Logan Urie
And I would like to remind you that when the Jim Crow laws were eroded, they were eroded by the Democratic Party, not by Republicans who tried to hoist them up and tried to continually reentry.
Charlie Kirk
Re.
Logan Urie
Enter Jim Crow in the modern era.
Charlie Kirk
I think you need to reread your civil rights history. The Democratic Party doesn't have a clean record on this, but the bottom line is Democrats are going to continue to be ruthless. They're going to continue to try to gerrymander. They're going to continue to try to say the President's delivering illegal orders. Joe Bob
Hello.
Charlie Kirk
Welcome to Friday edition of the Charlie Kirk Show. We've got a big crew here. We have Michael McCoy, Mikey McCoy. We'll figure out his name eventually One of those names right across from me and right next to me also.
Joe Bob
Two names to choose from.
Charlie Kirk
We have Joe Bob. He's got a few titles. We were debating what to refer to him as. Director of Joe Bob, president of Joe Bob, Chancellor of Joe Bob.
Joe Bob
So I do actually have Joe Bob in written form, trademarked.
Mikey McCoy
Really? Really.
Joe Bob
U.S. patent Trademark Office recognizes me as the official owner of the Joe Bob trademark. So I will have to charge you royalty fees for using the name. I know you're introducing me, but that is going to come on your next expense report.
Charlie Kirk
Ah, dang it. All right.
Joe Bob
But we.
Charlie Kirk
We have a lot of fun things to talk about. First of all, we saw that Amfest promo again. We are one week out.
Mikey McCoy
One week out.
Charlie Kirk
Now, if you want to buy a ticket, you can't. It is totally sold out.
Mikey McCoy
But tune in live.
Charlie Kirk
Tune in live. You'll have USA.com President, you'll have a lot of other speakers. You can tune in live. You can get in line for tickets next year. They go on sale pretty early. You can get yourself hyped up, and there will be tons of clips, tons of episodes. It'll all be extremely exciting. I've been getting emails that are asking, how do. What should I do at amfest? And my advice is just meet people. This is about grassroots energy. Make friends, because that's how you have engagement in the next election. People, you know, you go out, you organize and do things together.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
A few other housekeeping items. Stop. In the Name of God remains on sale. It is sold out in various venues, but it'll be replaced soon enough. That's the great thing about capitalism. When you run out of something, they make more of it. And it's a lovely book. Getting great reviews from people reading it all across the country. I like it.
Joe Bob
One real quick thing on that. I thought it was so interesting when that. When it was kind of made aware, stopping the name of God, kind of the idea of honoring the Sabbath. I went back and looked at a couple text messages with me and Mikey where I sent him videos. And it's like, hey, can I. Can I send this along to Charlie? And he said, yeah, but he's on Sabbath. And this is two years ago. Yeah. That he's been doing this. That he was doing it. It was very, like, prominent in his life. Not necessarily known to the entire world, but like, even then, kind of in private chats, it's like, yeah, you can not going to see it for another day.
Mikey McCoy
But yeah, he called it his secret weapon. It was like he and he would always say, too, you know, the punishment for missing the Sabbath is you missed the Sabbath. You missed the Sabbath because it was actually a gift that was just waiting for you to receive it. And by not doing it, by not honoring it, you were missing out on the gift. It was a punishment in and of itself, but it was the secret weapon to Charlie. In six days, he worked his butt off. And then the seventh day, he rested, and you could.
Charlie Kirk
You could see.
Mikey McCoy
And he would talk about this all the time, how he would be even more exhausted if he didn't get a full Sabbath. But he looked forward to that day every single, every week.
Charlie Kirk
All right, well, so another Charlie thing besides that book, he always said he wanted to put a Turning Point USA chapter, and later a Club America chapter in 30,000 high schools across the U.S. which shows two things. Aggressive. One, Charlie was incredibly ambitious. And two, we really needed to increase America's birth rate because there are only 27,000 high schools in America. So we gotta open 3,000 more.
Joe Bob
Well, that's why he kept pushing that.
Mikey McCoy
That's why he said more kids need a bunch more kids.
Charlie Kirk
And he wanted to build new towns because new towns would need new high schools. That was clearly his agenda item. So he wanted a lot more Club America chapters. So we have a very exciting announcement related to that. So we have turning point USA's enterprise director, I believe is his title. We have Nick Koka. Are you there, Nick? Yes, gentlemen, I am here. Thank you for having me. Yes. All right, well, let's just cut right to it. What's. What's the big announcement? Well, I'm here in Nashville, Tennessee, in the state's capital. We just had a big announcement with Governor Bill Lee and Senator Marsha Blackburn. A partnership to put a Club America chapter in every single high school in the state of Tennessee.
Mikey McCoy
How many states does that bring us to, Nick, where states have made that announcement?
Charlie Kirk
Well, Mikey, it all started with the amazing former Superintendent Ryan Walters in Oklahoma putting out a declaration of support called America Chapters. From there, we went into Florida with Governor DeSantis. And then we just wrapped up on Monday, our announcement with Governor Greg Abbott in the state of Texas. Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, as you know, committed a million dollars to TPUSA and Club America. And so we just finished our partnership there. And today, Tennessee makes number three or number four. That's amazing. I'm already just checking now. You've got over 3,000 high schools in Texas. You have about 2,500 high schools in Florida. I'm 1800 public high schools. In Tennessee, I think these are all public. So you'd have about 10. Boost that by about 10 to 15% to get privates.
Joe Bob
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Oklahoma's probably another few hundred to a thousand. And it's. We're actually getting well on our way there at 30,000. We just need the birth rate part.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, we need the birth rate. Are we on pace still? I think we are doing 50 new chapters a day across the US between college and high school.
Joe Bob
That does.
Mikey McCoy
The amount of inquiries are through the roof. The amount of students joining. Nick, do you know the number of how many students have attended a Club America meeting or TPA college chapter meeting since 9, 10. How many people have come?
Charlie Kirk
Yes. Since Charlie's assassination, we have seen chapter numbers for high schools spike to about 50, 60 per meeting. I was at the first meeting of a high school chapter in Alabama. We were standing room only in a classroom. More than 50 students came in to hear about their new Club America chapter. Wow, that's amazing. That's amazing. And we want these to be vehicles for a lot of different things. It can be for discussing philosophical issues, for getting engaged at the grassroots level, for just normal community involvement, running a Bible study. It's really. It runs the gamut, what you can do with this if you're an engaged student. And if you have any good stories, email us. Freedom. CharlieKirk. We love hearing stories about the success of our chapters, things they've been able to do. We love sharing those.
Joe Bob
Nick, one of the things. Well, one of the videos that came up in my feed the other day was Charlie talking about how little his high school did on the founding and the founders and the brilliance of the founding of the country. How much do you think these Club America chapters will kind of infiltrate into the actual curriculum itself? Because these are clubs on campus. But I do think there's going to be some more intrinsic value into the actual education. I think teachers would probably more be more likely to be able to, you know, talk about the founding a little bit more, even beyond what the curriculum might already be.
Charlie Kirk
That's right, Joe Bob. We are a future leaders club. Club America serves to empower those patriotic leaders of tomorrow. So they're learning about the Constitution. They're learning how to have a respectful debate and dialogue on the issues of today. They're networking with community leaders that could be anyone from their local mayor to the governor of their state. So they're making connections with these folks. They're going to make their career. And they're bringing in speakers like Riley Gaines, who is at Our event today for this announcement to learn how to stand up for girls for girls sports and a wide range of issues. So I think through the leadership of our students, they're going to change the culture on their high school campus. There are already turning point alums who have become members of Congress. I don't think America is not old enough. They cannot legally run for Congress yet.
Mikey McCoy
But we have crazy stories of business leaders coming to us and just begging us to get access to the student pool that we have across the US both in high school and college. But there's stories of students in high school graduating and immediately getting a high paying job.
Charlie Kirk
That's an amazing thing.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, Nick, you said it. We're a future leaders club.
Charlie Kirk
Future leaders. You can learn running a organization in your high school for real. Not the fake ones that people found so they can look good on a college application. Way too much of that. But if it's a real organization that's trying to do real things in your community, you learn skills. You look at. That's what Charlie was so amazing at. Charlie didn't need a college degree. He had. He learned on the job of how to organize, how to be a leader, and he became this stupendous figure. Every single person running a Club America chapter can be future Charlie Kirk. That's what we want. We want everyone to be Charlie Kirk in the future. 30 seconds, Nick. Are we looking at, are there other states that have expressed interest we might be able to be hearing from soon? Hopefully there certainly are. I do want to say I hope that we can see more come from states like Montana and Idaho and Iowa and maybe even my home state of Ohio. But we're going to be working with anyone and everyone we can at the state level to simply say, hey, we have the students back and we support their right to free speech and to form a club. That's amazing. Thank you so much, Nick. We got to get to those 30,000.
Mikey McCoy
We got a lot.
Charlie Kirk
But right now we have get to work. We have another very patriotic thing. We have Patriot Mobile. Patriots, listen up. For a limited time, Patriot Mobile is running their Red, White and Blue Friday promotion. It's your once a year chance to get a free smartphone just for switching to America's only Christian wireless provider, a brand new phone absolutely free while supplies last. From the campus to the car, the bullhorn to the microphone, it's the Charlie Kirk Show. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. I think a lot of you know what's going to happen now. We're going to talk to you about why Refi Private student loan debt in the U.S. totals about $300 billion, and about $45 billion of that is labeled as distressed. Why Refi can refinance distressed or defaulted private student loans that other companies don't touch. They can provide customers with a custom loan payment based on your ability to pay. Why Refi is not a debt settlement company. They work with each borrower individually, tailoring loans to each borrower's specific situation. You are not calling a faceless call center. I know, I've been there. Why Refi can reduce your monthly rate and payment and they can guarantee interest rates under 6%, ensuring affordability and financial relief. Why Refi does not care what your credit score is. Why Refi can save you thousands of dollars by refinancing and they can even lower your total cost. You can finally take control of your student loan situation with a plan that works for your monthly budget. You don't have to ignore the mountain of student loan statements piling up on your kitchen table anymore. You just need to call 888-yrefi34 or log into yrefi.com. that's y r e f y.com may not be available in all 50 states. We're going back to radio in a sec. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. We got a very breaking news email in that's must be read to the entire country. Mikey, reveal it.
Mikey McCoy
It says Joe Bob in the daylight. I thought he was only a nighttime vampire.
Joe Bob
I think they might be referring to the show Turning Point tonight, which airs at 10pm Eastern on Real America's Voices, which I usually do so that I do come out during the day. It's not often, but rare.
Charlie Kirk
So you're a vampire, but like you, it's like the Twilight vampires who just kind of sparkle in the daylight.
Joe Bob
Yeah. More tan, but yeah, definitely also a vampire.
Mikey McCoy
He does go to bed around 3am and wake up around noon every day.
Charlie Kirk
That is really.
Joe Bob
No, but I should probably. That's what a lot of comedians do.
Charlie Kirk
I did that when I worked at Fox. Basically, I didn't like to do things before I went to work. And it was an evening show, so I would just roll into work at 1pm So I would get up really late and then step.
Joe Bob
Now the question is, did you use that as an excuse just to sleep in later? Like, were you. Was that your primary goal and then you just got a job that allowed you to be a lazy.
Charlie Kirk
No.
Joe Bob
On the topic of Club America, I thought I had a really good idea. Turns out it's not that great of an idea. Obviously, we want to have more kids, therefore bolster more high schools, which would allow us to get to that 30,000 number. But also, what if we acquired high schools? So I thought, how many high schools does Greenland have?
Mikey McCoy
Two. So, yeah, that's.
Joe Bob
That's the problem. I thought it was a good idea. Greenland has four high schools, upper secondary schools in the entire country.
Mikey McCoy
So that's not gonna work. It does help.
Charlie Kirk
It does about 1, 1000th of the additional high schools.
Joe Bob
Okay, so are. Are you against making progress on this goal, Blake? Is that what I'm hearing?
Charlie Kirk
Oh, that's right. You are kind of.
Mikey McCoy
You know, we do have a lot of Greenlanders coming to Amfest. We have a whole group of them.
Joe Bob
Really?
Charlie Kirk
That's like 1% of the population. If we get five or something, there's.
Mikey McCoy
Like 15 of them coming. Speaking of, we'll give away 2am Fest tickets on the show today. If you email us freedomarliekirk.com and you have interest in coming. I know we're sold out, but let's give out Two on the show today. What do we think, Blake? Is that a good idea?
Charlie Kirk
I think that's great. Let's do it. Okay, you're gonna have to run this, this lottery because I don't know how those work.
Joe Bob
We're gonna do it. I have several friends who have now not necessarily come out of the woodwork, but in the last couple of weeks be like, hey, how do I get tickets to Amfest?
Mikey McCoy
Tell me. Email freedom, Charlie Kirk, that is literally.
Joe Bob
The only way you can do it, because I kind of text back or say back laughing, like, you can't. It is been sold out. And sold out is probably even an understatement because I think capacity limits are probably a concern.
Charlie Kirk
Speaking of giveaways, we'll have. We'll have Joe Bob into the second hour when we do our ama. So if you are a subscriber, get in the queue. And if you have a question you've always wanted to ask Joe Bob, such.
Joe Bob
As, what is with this ridiculous name that you traded?
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, what's with the ridiculous name? What's with. Are you a vampire? Are you some other creature of the night? There's a lot of things you get. So I just wanted to tout that out. If you guys get your brain cells churning.
Mikey McCoy
Exciting. You know, Elon Musk, is this true that he quote, tweeted you?
Joe Bob
He did.
Charlie Kirk
Wow, that was really interesting. What did he quote, tweet you about?
Joe Bob
Well, I was talking about some of the percentages.
Mikey McCoy
Do we. That clip of the percentages. This is such a good.
Joe Bob
Might be able to pull it for later on in the show, but I effectively was outlining some of the lower percentages of Somali immigrants in other countries. In other.
Charlie Kirk
All right, we actually have that. We have this.
Joe Bob
Let's do 337 people criticize Somali foreigners in Western countries. Here are a few things to keep in mind. In Norway, 27% of Somali born households do not rely mainly on government assistance. In Sweden, 36% of Somali born adults are either employed or in education. In Denmark, 31% of Somali immigrants and their descendants are not on public benefits. These are just a couple things to remember during the discussion of whether or not we should let more third worlders in the United States. I hope this helps.
Charlie Kirk
So Elon Musk, the world's richest man, he replied to that. He kind of. He weighed it in his head and he replied, Put up 336. He replied, wow.
Mikey McCoy
Wow.
Joe Bob
Well, I'm just so grateful that he understood the sarcasm of it.
Charlie Kirk
Yes.
Joe Bob
Because I think I got. I Got the overwhelming majority of people understood, oh, these are very low numbers. And maybe it's not advantageous to let a bunch of third worlders into western countries.
Mikey McCoy
It was the music for me.
Charlie Kirk
We've already got a few, few entries in the Amfest 2 ticket lottery, so keep emailing freedom.
Mikey McCoy
CharlieKirk.com oh, that, that.
Joe Bob
The odds are pretty good.
Charlie Kirk
The odds are great. That's only paying attention and you're able to get here. Oh wow, this is very good odds.
Joe Bob
That's, that's fantastic there. I mean, to go back to that fun little Internet video, there was a little bit of concern of the sarcasm not reaching everybody entirely. There were a bunch of, there were not a bunch of maybe like five or six comments that go, wait a minute. These numbers are terrible.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Joe Bob
What are you talking. Why, why is this lib trying to push his ideology on me? And I, I kind of said that.
Charlie Kirk
This is why we need Club America. Because among other things you can learn through Club America is how to make good arguments, to be America first, to be pro America and to do it.
Joe Bob
With sarcasm, satire and do it with wit and humor.
Charlie Kirk
And you know, maybe if you have a big enough chapter, you could have Joe Bob come to your chapter one day.
Joe Bob
Let's not get ahead of ourselves.
Charlie Kirk
All right, fine, fine, fine. We'll be right back. In just a few minutes we're gonna have Tyler Boyer and we're going to talk about the war in Indiana.
Terrence Bates

Charlie Kirk's 22 year old accused murderer is scheduled to be back in court in about a month from now after making his first court appearance in person on Thursday. During Thursday's hearing, the legal teams hashed out a number of legal issues related to media access to the trial. As news organizations are calling for greater transparency in terms of how the legal wranglings in and out of the courtroom are being handled. The judge will rule on those concerns December 29th. Meantime, the alleged assassin is charged with aggravated murder and multiple other felonies related to the September 10th murder of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University. So far, the young man hasn't entered a plea. However, if convicted of aggravated murder, he faces the death penalty. Accused gang member and human smuggler Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a free man after being released from jail on Thursday afternoon. He's expected to report to an immigration office in Baltimore, Maryland, this morning for a check in with officials there. Abrego Garcia made headlines earlier this year when the Trump administration reported him to a notorious prison and El Salvador, only to have a judge order the administration to bring him back to the United States. He's been in jail since his return in June after being arrested on charges of human smuggling in Tennessee. He has pleaded not guilty to those charges and is asking the judge to dismiss that case. That's a quick check of your headlines.

We'll, we'll choose one before probably at the end of the hour.
Mikey McCoy
Maybe end of the hour.
Charlie Kirk
We'll see. But one of those people who asked Jessica says she would love two tickets to amfest, but she also said something that is very important. She wanted us to shout out that she's planning an event with TP action in Indiana because she says two of the Trader state senators in her county didn't vote for a very important bill yesterday. We've talked about this a lot on the show. Yep. Indiana, we've got President Trump has been whipping Republicans across the country. Redo your maps. Get more Republicans elected to Congress. This is important for executing the agenda. I got elected on Indiana, voted for Trump by about 20 points. They voted for him in all three elections. The base seems to like this. But the Indiana senators do not.
Mikey McCoy
No.
Charlie Kirk
And so they didn't. They voted on it yesterday. There is a, there are 40 Republican aligned senators in the state. They needed 25 and they got 1921 of them failed us. So we're going to talk about this with Tyler Bowyer who is joining us long distance. Are you there, Tyler?
Tyler Boyer
What's up, guys? How we doing?
Charlie Kirk
Well, we're not doing great right now. These Indiana guys failed us, didn't they?
Tyler Boyer
Oh, man. Yesterday was a dark day for Indiana. Probably one of the worst days, the most embarrassing days Indiana's had since it voted for Obama in the first election. And you can see why you have some slippage in the state because you're surrounded by really terrible Republicans who make really terrible decisions. The bill that was being produced was a pretty straightforward bill. It was to offset the manipulation schemes that are being run by Democrats nationwide in states that are far less deep blue. They are hijacking congressional seats. And in Indiana, Indiana is one of the unique states that kind of made a mistake last redistricting and they gave two seats to Democrats that many argued were not really justified. Indiana is one of the deepest reddest states in the country and there are many arguments to be made for a 90 Republican map map. And so naturally the president's team said, hey, you know that now's the time to go back and redistrict and look at this thing and get us a 9, 0 map instead of a 7, 2 Republican, 7 Democrat 2 map that currently exists because we need you to step up. And so they produced the bill. The grassroots, the entire republican party across the country and across Indiana supports this. All of the polling shows 70, 80% of Republicans support this. It's a no brainer. And yesterday was the time to shine for the senate democrat or senate republicans. And they showed up and they needed 25 votes, as you mentioned, Blake, or 26 votes to pass it. And only 19 voted for it, 21 voted against it.
Charlie Kirk
All right, I want to get Joe, Bob and Mikey in here, but very quick because Charlie would do this. We need some just direct accountability. Let's throw up 326. And if you're a hoosier, pay attention to this because these might be your senators. These are the republicans who did not vote for this new district. We're just going to go through them. We have senators Eric basler, we have Vanetta Becker, we have Mike Bohachek, we have Roderick Bray, Brian Buchanan, Jim buck, Ed charbonneau, Brett Clark, Mike kreider, Spencer deary, Dan dernolk, Blake Doriot. Ooh, letting me down on the blakes. Sue glick, Greg good, Travis, Gene lysing, Ryan mishler, Rick niemeyer, Linda rogers, Kyle Walker and Greg walker. I apologize if I missed any of those names, but if you'd voted with us, we wouldn't be reading them.
Tyler Boyer
You did pretty good, Blake. And there's a couple of people to really point out here that are in deep, deep red. Like we're talking 20 to 30 point Trump districts. A couple of them, Senator Durnall or spelled dernalk with the c at the end. Dan durnall was one of those individuals. Great, good. Who is a person that has, has. Who works currently for u. S. Senator. Senator Ryan mishler, as was actually in Florida, he spent so much time outside of the state that he actually had to. He missed a couple of the votes. Missed a lot, misses a lot actually in the state Indian acts. He spends most of his time in the state of Florida instead of being there voting. Linda Rogers actually is in our TPSA faith pastors district that he lives in in Indiana. So I mean, you've got a couple of people here that this isn't one of those things too, because there's a handful of people here that are in, you could argue, swing districts or fairly republican districts, But a vast majority of these individuals are in districts that are deeply, deeply conservative and it won't be difficult to challenge and get them out of office. So we've actually posted jobs already. Yesterday, the moment that they voted. Turning Point Action posted five jobs yesterday on our website tpaction.com careers. We're hiring up people to actually help recruit and hold these guys accountable because their election is on May 5. The primary election for most of these individuals is on May 5th, where we're gonna be hopefully getting many of these people out of office.
Joe Bob
Tyler, I think, you know, if we're gonna zoom out 30,000ft here and look at kind of the primary causes as to why some of these squishy Republicans don't want to side with their constituents. But also the President is. Some of these people have been in office for 30 years in the Indiana state legislature. They don't have term limits.
Mikey McCoy
There's.
Joe Bob
And so they're concerned of, oh, well, what if I lose my seat that I've kept for 30 years. In your opinion, would having kind of term limits in this instance maybe get some of those more squishy people to go, hey, you know, I'm out anyway, I might as well do what the. Do what the people want.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah, I mean, there's different reasons why people are motivated. Sometimes it's. You've got like really creepy insider type stuff where there's some kind of lobbyist or some kind of local corporation that's keeping somebody in, that's funded their life like all throughout. So they're not really beholden to the people or the president or anyone else to beholden to these very specific special interests that are super and hyper local. And that's why you see most of these guys in most of these states kind of go against what you would. Because you look at this situation, right? Joe, Bobby, you go, how is the US President, the President of the United States, the Vice President, United States, more in tune with what the grassroots and what the people of Indiana want than their own state senator that lives around the corner from them. And it's. It's truly mind numbing. But when you start to look introspectively like, like we're talking about here, and you start to discover, oh well, there's one or two key lobbyists that have been funding their way of life. You know, their steak dinners, their, you know, their special events that they get to do, you know, the things that keep them warm and cuddly. Sometimes it's land developers, sometimes it's again, different interests. There's hospital lobbies, there's education lobbies, there's all sorts of. Each of these people typically have one or two of those that make them tick. And that's who they. They Respond to. One guy got up yesterday and actually talked about this. You know, this is how mind, mind blowing it is. He talked about the pharmaceutical lobby and that's the reason why he was voting no. Well, you know, that very company that he had brought up had been benefited most greatly by the President of the United States and the work that he had done on, on behalf and with bringing back a ton of business and a ton of interest for the United States, particularly in the pharmaceuticals area. And that's just how mind blowingly dumb some of these state senators are. And they don't care. They have no interest at all in getting it right. They just want to try to run over their own people and benefit their, their own pockets and their own boats.
Charlie Kirk
Mike, you travel a lot with Charlie, so you were with him, I think when he'd meet a lot of the, you know, like. Well, for example, when he went to Nebraska and he had to lobby these people. Do you have any insight on what's going on with these people? Is it just that they're, they're very local in how they view everything?
Mikey McCoy
I just think they're very weak people in general. I'm gonna mark these the terrible 21. Very shameful. Shame on them.
Joe Bob
Alliteration.
Mikey McCoy
Terrible 21.
Joe Bob
That's good.
Charlie Kirk
Shame, shame, shame.
Mikey McCoy
No, but in all seriousness, traveling with Charlie, you see all these people, even Nebraska, when we were trying to get that electoral vote there in Omaha, they're just weak. And they think they know more about the world because the world is in need of their very small.
Charlie Kirk
Because their world is their State House, their little rivalries, their little grievances or they're mad Trump didn't, you know, he bashed them on this specific thing. Let's Trump get used to it. Yeah.
Mikey McCoy
And then. But they're very stubborn. And because that is their world, they can. They refuse to think outside of the box or to think bigger than their small jurisdiction that they're in or be a team player or a coalition builder. But Tyler, you see this all the time. Like you see this at turning point action. There's so many state senators, there's so many congressmen, there's so many people like this that just refuse to think outside of the, the jurisdiction of their own mind and local community or what they care about most. It's hard to say.
Tyler Boyer
Well, keep in mind. Yeah, keep in mind too. A lot of these people are influenced unfortunately by the, the mind control schemes of the former Pence relationship. So, you know. Yeah. So remember, we knew this was going to play a factor. I mean, Mike Pence is looking his wounds after getting kicked to the curb by MAGA and by the president, by everybody because of the way that he acted after the 2020 election. And many of these people kind of had this, this mental thing where they thought that Mike Pence was going to be president someday. And now they're kind of, you know, kind of butthurt over this whole thing of, yeah, well, I'm not going to ever help the president ever again because, you know, because Mike Pence isn't going to be president someday.
Charlie Kirk
And that's a terrible to make a bad joke. Well, we'll be back in a sec to make a bad joke. They're being Pence wise and pound foolish. I had to say it. We'll continue this when we come back from the commercial break. And send us emails if you're a Hoosier. Freedom. CharlieKirk.com right back. Charlie Kirk SHOW where talk meet action. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. We're talking all about Indiana and the great disappointment.
Joe Bob
I was wondering where you're gonna go with that. You said the great disappointment.
Mikey McCoy
That makes sense.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. I disappointed you with my rhetoric just like they disappointed us with their votes. We have a good email. We have an email from Jason in Indiana. He says, I am in a big union here, the local 150. He says the leadership of my union was against, but I was not. I contacted, I believe he means Governor Braun in favor. He says they are RINOs who want the country club. They want the power, they want the money. They don't like the MAGA movement, but this is too important. The country is at stake. Sad day. Amen. Jason, what I've really tried to say here is I think some people just didn't like that President Trump picked this fight that he asked. They want it. You know, we have this tradition you redistrict at every decade and you don't mess with it in the middle and you don't maximize it. You tend to leave a few seats for each party. And Trump, his nature is he's going to go for the maximum advantage. And some people didn't like that. And okay, you didn't like that. Too bad that fight happened. California's already redone their map. Maryland redid their map. You have to play ball now or you're, you're deserting the cause.
Joe Bob
Well, and yeah, you're, if you want the policy that you want passed, you have to win seats. And if you want, if other states are taking away those seats, what other option is there to make sure that you get those seats back.
Charlie Kirk
Exactly. And we have a raise within House majority. If you don't have the House after the midterms, you still have a lot of things your administration can do, but you're weaker. You can't pass an immigration reform, you can't pass ICE expansion, you can't control what's getting investigated by the House. You could get impeachment one, impeachment two, impeachment 10. That's what's at stake here for a candidate they voted for overwhelmingly. 30 seconds, Mikey.
Joe Bob
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Mikey McCoy
I think there needs to be accountability. And I don't think. Do we still have Tyler?
Charlie Kirk
We do. We do.
Mikey McCoy
Tyler. I don't think there's any other group like Turning Point Action that's actually holding these people accountable. That's. That's saying, you know, you made the wrong decision and now actions have consequences. Amen.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah, they don't. The problem with a lot of these Rhinos is they don't believe they're actually going to ever be held accountable. They've never actually seen that.
Charlie Kirk
The next part, we have to let radio rejoin here. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. Sorry I cut you off there, Tyler. We were just talking about we need to hold accountable these. These Republicans. And I know it stinks. It's sort of annoying that we are spending money.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Fighting against other Republicans. But there's just this element where you said, play ball or we're going to primary you. You do have to primary them now or your threats don't hold water.
Mikey McCoy
Yep.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah. And this is the problem.
Mikey McCoy
Right.
Tyler Boyer
That exists is that these guys are so selfish that what was said to them was very clear, which is like, hey, we're going to be successful at primary in you. If you do not help us in this battle against Gavin Newsom, if, I mean, Gavin Newsom is on the pathway right now to being the nominee for 2028. And if Indiana State Senators won't step up to challenge the guy who we're going to all be running against in 2028, I mean, they just have no place within this party. And that's not speaking from Trump. That's not speaking from J.D. vance. That's not speaking from Turning Point. That's speaking from the grassroots. That vast majority of people agree with that sentiment that are within the Republican Party. So our job now has to be to expend resources to follow through with what the majority, the vast majority of people want is to get rid of these people. Now, what that means is that resources that otherwise would have been spent to help defend or take ground in Congress in other states now has to be expended in deep red Indiana to hold our own people accountable. So we're having to fight not only the Democrats in other states and swing states, which we're doing in Arizona, Nevada, New Hampshire and other places, we now have to fight our own deep state establishment in Indiana. So you're having to fight a two front battle at this point and unfortunately that is the way that it is. But if they just work together with people, if they would have just voted yes yesterday, all those resources could have gone into helping the rest of the country, helping lay the foundation to win in 2028.
Charlie Kirk
Ryan asks if they could revote on this in Indiana. I believe, and technically they could. Anytime the governor could call the legislature back together and they could do it. I doubt they will unless they feel strongly that they have the votes to flip it. So the main way you revote on this is you get better senators and they've greatly disappointed us this time. But you could potentially get a better roster for 28 for 2020, 30 and beyond.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah. Primary elections are May 5th in Indiana, and so there's only a handful of months left at this point with individuals who will be stepping into the pocket to run against these individuals and then for the general public to become educated enough to vote them out. Obviously it's not. You're never 100%. It was probably going to be a combination effort between now and 2026 and then 2028 as well. But yeah, I mean, the likelihood with this current legislature in Indiana of getting anything done that's going to help the president is basically, they're telling you it's a zero. They're not interested in helping the president.
Charlie Kirk
Kathy, a lifetime Indiana Republican, says, I am furious our senators didn't get this through. She says the problem is no one will run against them. I jokingly said I should run as a retired teacher. Greatly disappointed one. If you feel tempted to run, Kathy, don't let that just die. You're a retired teacher. Maybe you do have. You might have potential as a candidate. But Tyler, she says no one's going to run against them. I doubt that's true. We already have it.
Tyler Boyer
That's not true. Yeah, there's. We already have pretty much a full slate of people who are good people who want to run against these individuals, many of whom serve on the House side currently. So remember, there's a House and there's a Senate. There's some good candidates that already exist on the House side who are willing to step up and run against these senators. And again, we've been in these situations before. Here in Arizona. We ran after Arizona state senators voted for Obamacare and Medicaid expansion way back in the day. We went to work against millions of dollars to remove those people from office, and all of them were removed from office almost immediately. So I do have a belief that a core amount of people in Indiana will do the right thing and get together and vote on their normal primary day to get rid of these people. It just, again, it just sucks that you have to spend time and money and resources as outside organizations, as the president's team, instead of focusing on the places that we need to win in order to keep Congress.
Joe Bob
Tyler, I would probably say, and pardon me for being the ever optimist, obviously this is not good. But if I were to find a silver lining here, the more that TP action is successful at primary, a bunch of these squishy Republicans, I feel like the more the message is received elsewhere, this is not gonna be the only time stuff like this happens around the country. But seeing how successful turning point action has been, that's going to reverberate for election cycles to come. And I would hope that sooner or later the squishy Republicans get the message. Oh, this is actually going to be a bigger problem for me if we don't do what the people want.
Charlie Kirk
Sorry, Tyler, you don't have time to answer that. We're going to commercial break here. Keep sending us if you want AM Fest tickets. We'll announce the winner at the end of this show. The next hour is AMA with subscribers. We'll have Joe, Bob, we'll have Mikey. You'll have me if you care about me. And we'll see you in the next hour.
Mikey McCoy
I care about you, Blake.
Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. As many of us are preparing to spend the holidays with family, thousands of Americans will spend this Christmas and the next several weeks mourning loved ones killed as a result of the border crisis. Dozens of those families are on Capitol Hill right now as part of a press conference telling the stories of what's happening along the southern border. Real America's Voice congressional correspondent Benny Ray Harmony joining me now with the very latest. And Benny, the bigger picture here is creating a memorial honoring those people who were killed along the border.
Logan Urie
Yeah, Terrence, this bill that these over 30 angel families are trying to get passed is called the American Border Story Memorial Act. Now, this would place a memorial here in Washington D.C. with the names of all the victims that have been lost due to illegal immigration and the crime that it causes. Now, this memorial would be right here on the Capitol grounds. We are currently standing outside of that press conference where Congressman Andy Biggs is in attendance. And Congressman, what's his name? It is Congressman Hamaday. I can never pronounce that right. But he is the one that introduced this bill. And currently there are eight original co sponsors. But Terrence, the biggest thing they're talking about in this press conference is encouraging every single member to vote on this bill, to pass this bill and to get it to Johnson to get through the House so we can get it to the Senate and get it to President Trump's desk.
Terrence Bates
You mentioned Congressman Abe Hamaday, Andy Biggs, both of, both of them from Arizona. But we continue to hear, and it really is the reality that every city, every town is a border town these days, that issues of illegal immigration really impact us coast to coast.
Logan Urie
Absolutely. And the top, the top states of people that we're seeing is Arizona, California as well as Illinois. Now, many may not think that Illinois could really be that big of an issue, but because it is one of the largest sanctuary cities, a lot of crime happens there. And actually before we stepped out, one of the angel fathers, he was up on that podium very passionately talking about how the difference between President Trump and J.B. pritzker is that President Trump shook his hand and said, I will get justice for your daughter. And Jamie Pritzker won't even respond to him.
Terrence Bates
Is the pain of experiencing a death at the hand really any death? Putting laying your child down has got to be difficult for anyone. But particularly knowing that it was preventable, that's got to make it that much more difficult. Were you able to kind of ascertain that it's even more painful during this holiday season? Again, all of this is happening two weeks before Christmas and many of these families are going to celebrate if they're able to celebrate without their loved ones. And it's all again, because of some sort of crime that was committed from an illegal.
Logan Urie
And some of these families, Terrence, this is their first holiday season without their loved ones, without their children. 20 year olds, 21 year olds talked to a father yesterday that said it's hanging up that stocking and it being empty, that's what really gets him the most and that he never wants any family. No parent should outlive their child.
Terrence Bates
Terrence, again, this is just a proposal at this point. What kind of traction does it appear early on that this bill would have. What kind of support does it already have.
Logan Urie
This bill? I believe this is going to get support from members on both sides. The Democrats will obviously be a little bit harder to, to get that support from them. But with the presence of the media in that room, room, Fox News was there, as well as some other big outlets. I really think that by these other members calling, sorry, it is windy out here, Terrence, as you can tell. I think that with, with these members being in there, I think it will encourage a lot of them to vote for this bill. But I'm just, I was very surprised by the amount of people in that room. It was originally supposed to be just right here behind me on the House steps before the weather got how it is now.
Terrence Bates
Absolutely. All right, Benny Ray, I'm going to take, I'm going to have a little pity on you and let you get on back inside where it's a little bit warmer and not quite as windy. Appreciate the reporting there on Capitol Hill. Our Benny Ray, Harmony Rav's congressional correspondent, reporting this morning from Capitol Hill where again, a number of gold star families, about 30 of them are there pushing for a national memorial to people who were killed along the southern border as a result of illegal immigration. This is a measure that's just now being initiated, but of course, we'll continue to update you on it as it works its way through Congress. That's going to do it for us here on Real America's Voice. We're going to take a quick break and get you back to your regularly scheduled programming.
Charlie Kirk
Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. We're in the Ask us anything hour. The Ask we anything hours.
Joe Bob
Ask they thems.
Charlie Kirk
They them they them. Okay, we disavow.
Joe Bob
Well, yeah, one time I asked Charlie if ironic woke gear is funny. Like I have. Oh, geez, somebody stop me. I have probably three they them mugs because people get them for me because it's ironic.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, you get, you lean a little too far into that sometimes. Okay.
Joe Bob
But it's, it's funny. And so I asked her at least, should we be selling ironic woke gear? He effectively said no, but, you know, he did approve of the mockery of it. You make fun of it until it doesn't exist anymore. And that's, I think, the approach that we should take.
Charlie Kirk
Ridicule is a very powerful weapon, which a lot of liberals are certainly aware of. And I think it's in the Solinsky things. Ridicule is a powerful weapon, but people are our pain. Subscribers are queued up to ask us questions. Do we have Anthony? If you're there, Anthony, unmute yourself. Welcome to the show. Hi, guys. How are you? Hello. Welcome. What's your question? Well, it's two questions, actually. So my first question is this. Why are so many people in our.
Joe Bob
Country in favor of keeping illegal criminals in the US and thinking they're like the sweetest people in the world?
Charlie Kirk
And my second question is this, why? I'm getting an impression that people for some reason are now voting for Democrats in the off elections and possibly midterms. Do people, because of Trump not doing so fast enough, but do they understand.
Joe Bob
The bills that he has signed to.
Charlie Kirk
Like, lower taxes, no tax on tips don't kick in until 2026.
Joe Bob
It seems like they want those things to start as soon as he signs.
Mikey McCoy
And drops the pen.
Charlie Kirk
Like, it starts that moment. And by the way, cute mascot right there in the middle. And have you named him the duck or is it Puddles? I think I just called him Ducky the duck, which I know is incorrect, but I don't follow enough college football. But, yeah, I'm told it is the duck.
Mikey McCoy
The duck.
Charlie Kirk
The duck.
Joe Bob
Blake, you and I've emailed about that.
Tyler Boyer
Yes.
Logan Urie
Oh, that's you.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, that's you. Anthony, you did send me that email. That was great, though. I appreciated. All right, so question one. Why do people want to keep illegals in the country? You guys, you definitely have thoughts, because I think you were at the roofing convention. Mikey, do you want to tell that story?
Mikey McCoy
I have a lot of thoughts about this. I actually got into this this last week with, with someone that was like, if we deport all these people, who's going to work in the meatpacking plants? Who's going to work in, you know, the farming industry? Who's going to work in all these places? And then my response to them was, well, who's going to work at all in 10 years with the AI revolution as, you know, joking, but a real concern. It is a right. But here's why a lot of people don't want to give it away. And specifically, this is like the wealthy elite, top 1%. It's like you go to Palm beach, you know, you go to Beverly Hills. They don't want to give up their cheap labor. And they get used to this really nice lifestyle with having, you know, eight to ten staff on hand that are probably illegal aliens, and they're choosing to just ignore the fact, say they're really nice people. Well, they broke the law. Yeah, they can be really nice people. But they broke the law.
Charlie Kirk
It's kind of a suffocating. There's a lot of sentimentalism in American life where you really want things to be a. Like a Hallmark movie or something comparable. Really strong people just are easily manipulated by emotional appeals. And it's one reason it's important what the administration is doing to really emphasize, first of all, a lot of these people are very bad. But you also have to say, even if they're not literal rapists or sexual predators, there are people who broke the law. They came into this country. They are not from here. And it is damaging our country long term to just let people come in and to let our laws erode. Yeah. And it's a difficult messaging thing. Do you have any thoughts on that, Joe Bob, before the second one?
Joe Bob
I mean, you pretty much all tied it up, I think, from a. On a more granular level. Not necessarily the people in power that want the cheap labor, but the people that. That don't quite understand how difficult it is to build a thriving culture and society, that don't understand the founding of the country and that don't recognize that, hey, if you don't maintain this, it will go away and just, oh, yeah, we can let in a bunch of third worlders, a bunch of Somalis, and that won't degrade the culture at all. And it's just inaccurate. And it kind of shows a certain amount of ineptitude in just understanding what the country is.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah.
Joe Bob
And so, which is why Club America is so important.
Charlie Kirk
The. It's the. On the, you know, who will do those jobs thing I think about. I think this is intuitive. For example, people realize with Chat GPT, for example, if you ask Chat GPT to write everything, all. Write all of your emails, for example, or to write all of your homework assignments, I think people intuitively understand. You lose the ability to do that. You make yourself dumb. You aren't able to do those things anymore.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah. It can also be a tool.
Charlie Kirk
It can be a tool. It can be a tool. But if you become wholly dependent on a tool, you do atrophy your own abilities. So the answer to who will work in a meatpacking plant or who will do anything else is, well, the reason our people aren't doing that is because we have gotten ourselves hooked on this endless spigot of illegal labor.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
And that matters in so many things because we are. We're deskilling ourselves.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, that's excellent.
Joe Bob
I mean, there's also no necessarily need to overcomplicate it. The answer is somebody Will.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, like somebody will. But that's. We talked about this on the show a couple weeks ago. Like, like the American people, like, we are resilient. Like when hardship comes, when the impossible faces us, we figure it out. Like it's just what we do. World War II, we had the women in the warehouses making bullets and manufacturing arms and all these, you know, things in the US like, we are a resilient people, but hardship must come first for us to become resilient. And we've just gotten used to this comfort lifestyle with illegal labor on so many different levels. Where our society used to be, you work really hard, like to build a house, you would have to save up the money for the lumber and work really hard and build the house and then you can have the comfort of sitting down in the sanctuary of that house. But now we live in a society where you're renting all the time. The thought of buying a house is almost impossible. And then on top of that, there's programs like bnpl, which buy now, pay later, where it's quite literally the opposite of work hard and reap the reward. And it's, you get the reward first and then you have a six part payment plan after the fact to work.
Charlie Kirk
Hard to pay it off.
Mikey McCoy
So we're kind of like switching our values in the US of, you know, we want comfort first and then consequences second. And the consequences of illegal labor and illegal, you know, migration to this country are showing themselves.
Charlie Kirk
They're all backloaded. And that's, that's a lot of decisions America's made. On the second one. We want to get the second half before the break. Just, just. Are people voting for Democrats in these off year elections? They clearly are because Democrats are winning. They flipped the Miami government or mayorship, which, that's a blue city, but it's had a Republican mayor for a long time. They've won some other seats. There's other races where we win, but it's a place we won by 40 and now we're winning by 20. That's still not great.
Joe Bob
There's winning mostly like local elections.
Charlie Kirk
Yes, yes. And there's a few things that drive that. One is they're just fired up. We saw this. Trump's first term, he, he very naturally fires up people who don't like him and he has altered the Republican coalition so it gets more of those marginal, lower propensity voters.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
So I keep having that thought. The young voters who voted for Trump last November, how many of them even know when there is an off year election? Happening. A lot of them just don't.
Joe Bob
I was gonna say it's a combination between Trump fires people up. But then also when Trump's in the White House, a lot of conservatives go, okay, cool, we're good right now.
Charlie Kirk
Yes.
Joe Bob
And it's this. So it's, it's a, it's a double edged sword there. You got it. They get fired up and we kind of get, well, we get complacent. 2018.
Charlie Kirk
There'S also, let's be frank, there's weird, there's this element. A lot of people like defeatism. It's sort of, it's a little addictive to be negative. That's a real psychological temptation. So people, there's a lot of people who are, they're big quitters on you. You mentioned, for example, you know, stuff that's taking effect in 2026. Deportations is a great example. People want there to be faster deportations. I want there to be faster deportations. But we have fully secured the border. That's a huge win that people just barely even talk about. We have, as you said, no taxes on tips. I think that is a good example. If that's kicking in this next year. There are hopefully some of those lower propensity people see that win in their pocketbooks this next year can improve their mentality.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah. Charlie would always say complacency is a cancer. And so it's like it's typical with Republicans to kind of get a win and then sit back and think everything's fine. Where Charlie's mindset literally in this studio and this chair right here after the win in 2024. I just saw a video this last week, Charlie, literally 13 minutes after it was declared that President Trump had won. Thirteen minutes after Charlie texted his friends and said, let's start thinking about the data for the midterms. Like, that is the mindset of a.
Charlie Kirk
Winner like Michael Jordan going to shoot, shoot like right after the victory. Never get complacent. You're, you're going, you're worrying about the next thing coming up. That's, that was a great question. We took the whole segment on it. Yeah, thank you. But let's, we're going to talk about Alan Jackson. We're honored to be partnering with Alan Jackson Ministries. And today we want to point you to their podcast. It's called Culture and Christianity, the Alan Jackson Podcast. What makes it unique is Pastor Allen's biblical perspective. You can find out more about Pastor Alan and the ministry@AlanJackson.com Charlie we'll be right back with more questions. Democracy lives in light the CHARLIE Kirk show welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. Welcome back. In the break we were talking, we're, we're getting more emails. If you want those tickets, keep sending them in. We said it was a great odds on the lottery. It's getting longer now. We've gotten a lot of emails. We're very appreciative, but we will acknowledge most people will be disappointed. But keep sending in. You never know. And we were also talking, someone pointed out, John emailed and he pointed out, I think in regards to who's going to work a lot of jobs, we have a lot of underemployed people in America. He says, remember the forgotten men and women, the U6 unemployment number. That's not just, just the big in the news unemployment. It's people who are discouraged so they're not looking. And it's people who are stuck in part time when they want to be full time. And there's 14 million Americans in that pool of people. That's a lot of jobs that could be filled by Americans, not by people imported to undercut wages from abroad.
Joe Bob
I was gonna say that sounds like 14 million people who should get out of the country to make way for the 14 million people who want to be full time employees.
Charlie Kirk
Please don't, don't, don't pull that. Don't do that.
Mikey McCoy
You know, the math works. Okay, keep emailing us if you guys.
Charlie Kirk
Joe Bob, great replacement director. All right, our next caller is Brandon. Brandon, are you there? Unmute yourself and what's your question? Good morning guys. My question is about the Amfest schedule. So it's obviously out, but I am not seeing any member exclusive events on there yet. I was wondering, you know, if there will be any and when can we.
Tyler Boyer
Expect to see them?
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, yeah, great question. Thank you, Brandon. Yeah, so we are. The answer is yes. We are going to announce it soon. For those of you who are listening at Amfest every single year, we have a members only lounge where you can see exclusive content which is almost, it's a smaller room, more intimate. You get to see the speaker on.
Charlie Kirk
There's usually a Q and A.
Mikey McCoy
There's a Q and A with members only so they can ask these speakers questions. We've had the biggest names in the past come through, but also we're finalizing the schedule. There's still room for more interviews. So these are ones that are posted. So if you guys actually want to see some of the speakers at Amfest on our show, we would love your feedback. So if you want to email us.
Charlie Kirk
Freedom at Charlie Kirk, you're really excited.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, we have shoot that we love. Ben Shapiro, Russell Brand, Matt Walsh, Tucker Carlson, Erica Kirk, Megan Kelly, Steve Bannon, Rob Schneider, Vivek James o'.
Joe Bob
Keefe.
Mikey McCoy
There are so many people. Just look on the website, guys. Email us freedom charlie kirk.com who you want to see. But the answer, Brandon, is yes, we will. Just getting.
Charlie Kirk
Still getting finalized.
Mikey McCoy
It's still getting finalized. But Brandon, is there someone specifically that you want to see?
Charlie Kirk
I would like to see Matt Walsh, honestly, because last year I saw, you know, Riley Gaines, Trump Jr. And a bunch of people. But yeah, I would like to see Matt Walsh and Ali Stuckey. I think, I think she's coming to. I'd like to see her.
Tyler Boyer
Great.
Charlie Kirk
They're both great. Those are, those are two great ideas.
Mikey McCoy
Love it.
Joe Bob
All right.
Charlie Kirk
All righty. So as our next guy is this Devin. Devin, are you there? Unmute yourself. And what's your question? Can you guys hear me?
Mikey McCoy
All right.
Charlie Kirk
Yes, we can.
Joe Bob
Welcome.
Mikey McCoy
Hi.
Charlie Kirk
So I live in Indiana and yeah, I was really disappointed with the vote.
Mikey McCoy
So I saw that Tyler posted full.
Charlie Kirk
Time positions for people to work for TP Action in Indiana. Are there options for people who can.
Tyler Boyer
Instead do part time volunteer work for.
Charlie Kirk
That There certainly will be. The most obvious one is if you're in or near one of those races and Indiana is not that big a state, you should be pretty close. There will be a person who's going to be campaigning in that primary, contact that campaign and say, I'm ready to knock on doors, I'm ready to help with events. I am ready to help with your get out the vote. And this is one of those really high impact things. We love to point this out. The impact of one individual volunteer on a presidential race is low because a lot of people vote in a presidential race. The number of people who are voting in your party primary for a state senate race in May, that's going to be lower. Your impact as an individual can be that much greater. If you're going out, talking to people, knocking on doors, raising awareness, even just whipping your friends in your church or in your workplace or in your social circle to vote. If you turn out five voters, much bigger impact in a primary than in a general election when you could also.
Joe Bob
Probably almost guarantee you that the squishy Republicans that are getting primaried will not have the same fervor on their side. So again, same concept of, you know, you've got one side who's very, very anxious.
Charlie Kirk
They're gonna whip up volunteers. Yeah, we got two Democrats back, back in Congress.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, defend that.
Charlie Kirk
Go to war for that. I don't think they're going to have that many excited people.
Joe Bob
No, not at all.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, we're going to, we're going to hold these people accountable. What did we call them early? The nasty 21.
Charlie Kirk
Terrible 21 Terrible alliteration.
Joe Bob
Yeah, yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Terrible 21. Twisted 21.
Mikey McCoy
Twisted 21. They're there. Shame on them, by the way. Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Play it, play it. Shame. Shame.
Mikey McCoy
We need our shame segment.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. How else anywhere else anyone else Devin could get involved.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah. There's always updates on the Turning Point action website with races on the app.
Charlie Kirk
Or just follow Tyler. Tyler's X is actually great for this going off on whatever.
Mikey McCoy
Happened.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, yeah, he's great. Yeah, it's, it's a great follow and then follow the candidates. Just get, get immersed. When you are aware of what's going on, these opportunities will pop up quite organically, I believe. We'll have more questions after the break.

We appreciate you being here with us. Charlie Kirk's 22 year old accused murderer is scheduled to be back in court in about a month from now after making his first court appearance in person on Thursday. During Thursday's hearing, the legal teams hashed out a number of legal issues related to media access to the trial as news organizations are calling for greater transparency in terms of how the legal wranglings in and out of the courtroom are being handled. Abrego Garcia made headlines earlier this year when the Trump administration reported him to a notorious prison in El Salvador, only to have a judge order the administration to bring him back to the United States. He's been in jail since his return in June after being arrested on charges of human smuggling in Tennessee. He has pleaded not guilty to those charges and is asking the judge to dismiss that case. That's a quick check of your headlines.

Forging an all new greatest American generation. It's the Charlie Co Kirk Show. Welcome back to the show. We're going to talk about Hillsdale College, history, economics, the great works of literature. Did you study these things in school? Probably not. Our school system is not great. That's why we need Club America. But even if you did study those things, you might need an enjoyable refresher. And so Hillsdale College is offering more than 40 free online courses, including their newest course on totalitarian novels. In this free eight lecture course, Hillsdale President Larry Arn goes in depth on four novels. 1984, Brave New World, Darkness at Noon, and that Hideous Strength. I read three out of four. I should get to that Hideous Strength, too. Even though these novels were written in the 30s and 40s, they are highly relevant today. They show what a tyrannical government does to human nature. Most importantly, they also show us that faith, family and friends are worth fighting for. Maybe you read these books long ago in school. Maybe you've heard others talk about them and they seem a little intimidating. You can have Hillsdale College help you make the most of them. Go to charlieforhillsdale.com to enroll. That's no cost. It's easy to get started. Charlieforhillsdale.com to register. Charlie C H A R L I forhillsdale.com we've got a question from David. Next. David, unmute thyself and present thy question. Are we doing today? We're doing what you guys are doing. We're doing great. Other than the Indiana thing, we're annoyed about that. But we have to be happy warriors. Charlie would tell us to be.
Terrence Bates
I wanted to. My question is similar to the guy.
Charlie Kirk
That spoke earlier about, you know, voting.
Terrence Bates
Going back and voting for Democrats. How do we make people more aware.
Charlie Kirk
Of the bad policies that Democrats have against the public? You know, for instance, for example, men and women's sports, abortion.
Tyler Boyer
And.
Terrence Bates
My one that I hate the most is paying for illegals.
Charlie Kirk
Well, the first step is to be informed yourself. And you can just do that. You can follow this program. We try to highlight that you can follow X is Great. You follow guys like Chris Rufo, who's often doing reports on this sort of thing. If you can find These good conservative sources who are able to generate detailed information about what's going on. As a great example, this entire Somali story in Minnesota, that's a product of. It was local blogging at Powerline Blog. I love to tout those guys. And then Chris Ruffo and his colleague who I always. I think Ryan Thorpe was his name, they did a national story on it, and they got into the weeds on it where they said, here are these specific. Welfare fraud, welfare programs that are being defrauded by this immigrant community. And if you are aware of that, you can share this with other people. Honestly, what's frustrating is the biggest problem I've seen over the years in describing insane things the left does is what they do is so insane, people just assume you're making it up. That was a huge problem with the transgender thing. You're saying. Yeah. They're saying men are actually women, and they want them in sports and in your bathroom and in your locker rooms, and they want them to hang out with your middle school girls. And you really needed hundreds of examples of this happening.
Joe Bob
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Before they believe you and they still don't believe you on some things like that. In Oregon or California, you can lose custody of your kids. If you don't want to go along with this, they can secretly trans your kid at school. It's. I don't know if you have a thought on this job of. I genuinely have a hard time with the. It's so crazy they don't believe you.
Joe Bob
That's, Yes. A difficult problem to solve. I'm gonna give you a ridiculous piece of advice that I don't even necessarily know that I would take. Well, I do it, but I don't know that you should necessarily take. When I'm engaging with just people in the public, I always ask leading questions from like a. You know, I don't ask, do you go to church? I ask, which church do you go to? And put them on the spot of saying yes or no to things. Sometimes I've been in a crowded elevator. I'll just randomly spread out. We're all Republicans in here. Right. And put that. Just put that out there. I recognize that that's not the groundswell, like, you know, knocking doors, hanging flyers, doing all that sort of stuff. But I think it's the everyday little things that actually matter a ton to kind of mobilize people to get involved. And if you do it in a way that kind of like. Well, it's obvious. Of course. Yeah, of course we're all Republicans.
Charlie Kirk
Right.
Joe Bob
Of course we're all conservatives. Of course, we all want these things that really, if you look at the polling, everybody does want, then I think the average person who is not necessarily politically engaged will at the very least question, hold on, should I be. This feels like this guy was so adamant about it. I feel weird. I'm out of place because I'm not engaged. And I don't know if that entirely answers the question or if it gives you a very odd way of going about doing it, but I don't know. I'm an odd guy.
Charlie Kirk
You have to be forthright, you have to be proud, and you have to be informed. And it's informed. It's very. It's tough because it is a big struggle. But what is great is when we do talk about these things, they do sometimes have to admit it. One of the most amazing things was after Rufo and the City Journal came out with their article on the Somali fraud. You know who else came out with an article on it? The New York Times.
Joe Bob
New York Times.
Charlie Kirk
The New York Times had to come out. And in a New York Times article, this is the nerve center for liberal elite. Dc, New York, Bay Area, they all read the New York Times, and the New York Times is telling them, yeah, guys, Somalis are massively defrauding all these programs. And Tim Walls knew about it and didn't do anything about it because they knew these were a good Democrat voting bloc block. It's a stunning story to read. And wow, honestly, if they don't believe you, if they don't believe the Charlie Kirk show, if they don't believe conservative people on X, they might believe the New York Times. You might be surprised what they'll admit. Buried deep in the pages of liberal newspapers. It's like some of the best articles about why affirmative action is a disaster. LA Times. The LA Times once did a very long series on. There was affirmative action at a Los Angeles hospital and it was named after mlk.
Joe Bob
They nicknamed it.
Charlie Kirk
The locals called it Killer King because they made it, they hired based on race. And so they weren't hiring the best people. And so all their patients started dying. And so people would beg, don't take me to that hospital. Take me to the other hospital, even if it's farther away. There's no substitute for being informed. And I would just encourage you to read so much like Charlie would read every day. Really Devour knowledge, facts, and you will make yourself prepared for battle. And that's one of the first steps towards waking people up, I feel. Yeah.
Mikey McCoy
Well, thank you.
Joe Bob
Thank you.
Charlie Kirk
David. Thank you, David. Our next one, I believe our next. Rennie. Is it Rennie?
Logan Urie
It's Rainy.
Charlie Kirk
Rainy. We're sorry. I apologize. I am an imperfect.
Logan Urie
That's okay. It looks like Rennie. So I'm good.
Joe Bob
From Montana?
Logan Urie
No, from Louisiana.
Joe Bob
Oh, never mind.
Charlie Kirk
You thought that was a Montana accident?
Joe Bob
No, no, no, no.
Terrence Bates
It was.
Joe Bob
There's somebody who emails the Turning Point Tonight show that has the same name, same spelling, and I've been curious.
Charlie Kirk
All right, whatever. What's your question?
Logan Urie
Well, I just wanted to say thank you to you, you guys, for continuing the legacy of Charlie before his death. He impacted me so much. I'm a teacher and I really wanted to get into education and make education great again. So before his death, he inspired me to do that. After his death, I cannot tell you how much his death impacted me. And I switched just like, like you were saying about devouring any book. Any ideas? I rewatched his debates and I really got into the Bible. I was one of the 65% of the Bible. That 65% of Bible sales went up. And I was one of them because I wanted see what he was. Was what he was talking about. And I have devoured it. I went on to proclaim 365 Erica's company. And I wanted to know, will she continue? I know she's got a lot on her plate besides all of this nonsense on the Internet, but as CEO of Turning Point, will she continue that into 2026? Because Charlie said, let's make Kevin crowded. And I have been evangelizing since his death because he affected me so much. And I've got a small group of people and we want to use Proclaim365 and go into the new year and really devour and get into the Bible and, and learn from both Erica and Pastor Cadiz. And so I was just.
Charlie Kirk
Oh, yeah, sorry, you can finish there.
Logan Urie
No, I just wanted to see if. If that will continue because he is expired. She is. Is just inspiring me so much as well.
Charlie Kirk
Well, first of all, God bless you. I love. We love those testimonies of how Charlie affected people. God bless you for getting into the Bible and, and really using Charlie's life as an inspiration to change, to change your own. And we love every testimony to that. I still think about that couple that had a baby just before. They would have. It would have been too late because Charlie inspired them. Love stories like that. The answer to your question is yes. It starts on January 5th. I am told by Daisy we're going to have another year of Bible in 365.
Joe Bob
Yeah.
Mikey McCoy
Read the Bible in a year and.
Logan Urie
Awesome. Awesome.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah.
Mikey McCoy
And there's also going to be a big presence at America Fest, too. Rainy, I don't know if you're going to be there, but I know that Pastor James Cadiz will be there representing Bible365. And he'll be, you know, doing a breakout session, a live Q A with a couple of speakers, and he's been a huge help to Erica for. For this entire program. But the answer is yes, it will continue.
Logan Urie
Wonderful. And will that be live streamed on Rumble, the America Fest?
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, America Fest will be live streamed. It's going to be on rumble and tpusa.com so if you're not going to be there, you definitely have to tune in Thursday and Sunday next week. I can't believe it.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And did we drop the website? Tpsa.com and also for proclaim. Proclaim365. That is the numbers. So a 3, a 6, and a 5.com Biblein365. Again, the numbers don't write it out. So check that out. It comes out on January 5th. We're all looking forward to that.
Logan Urie
Thanks so much.
Charlie Kirk
Thank you so much. All right, our next question is from Kitten. Unmute yourself.
Logan Urie
Hello.
Mikey McCoy
Hello.
Charlie Kirk
Welcome.
Logan Urie
Oh, my gosh.
Charlie Kirk
I can't believe I'm at. You guys are doing so good. You're doing such a great job. I know that Charlie is proud of you. So, anyway, two questions, and I will be there. This will be my third year coming to amfest.
Mikey McCoy
Awesome.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Logan Urie
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
So I haven't heard anything about the February 8th event. Is that still on? And I did hear Andrew say something.
Logan Urie
About AmFest 2026 tickets are already on sale.
Charlie Kirk
How do we get those? All right. I think you know the most about the halftime show.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, the halftime show is still happening. That's a yes.
Charlie Kirk
I think we had a lot of things in front of it. There's a lot of it.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, there's just. We're.
Joe Bob
We're.
Charlie Kirk
We're.
Mikey McCoy
We're all over the place.
Charlie Kirk
Our hair would be on fire if I had any.
Mikey McCoy
Yes, well, you. You did, and then it caught fire. Now you don't.
Charlie Kirk
Oh, that's fair. That's what it was.
Mikey McCoy
But, yeah, great question. It will still happen. The halftime show is still happening. We're planning some really exciting things we're gonna announce after amfest and coming into the new year. But AM Fest tickets, 2026. 6. I don't know if those are fully on sale yet, but I Do know that we've put out the interest link.
Charlie Kirk
I know and I know there's like if you pre order. If you tried to get for this one, you could get a discount for next year. I know there's something for that.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah. Are we going to break?
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, we're going into the break here. If we have any more thoughts on that that we need. We might on the other side. But we'll be right back.
Tyler Boyer
Stop watching the news and start making.
Charlie Kirk
Some the Charlie Kirk show. Welcome back. I think we still have kitten here. Mike, you wanted to say something a bit more?
Mikey McCoy
Kitten, are you still there? Well, if you're not and if you are a member of Charlie Kirk member charliekirk.com and you're coming to Amfest, come find us. We want to meet you guys.
Charlie Kirk
We'll be seen walking around. Yeah, I'll have the blazer on at least some of the days.
Mikey McCoy
The blue blazer. Yeah, we're gonna turn. You wash it.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, it will dry clean it.
Mikey McCoy
Okay. So then do come up to Blake. Yeah. So then he will smell good.
Joe Bob
Well, those are two entirely separate things, Mikey. Nobody knows exactly.
Charlie Kirk
You didn't say you were gonna talk about this.
Mikey McCoy
Well, come find us at amplify. We want to meet you guys. We want to see you guys. Kitten, we would love to meet you. Thank you for participating. And we're on to the next question.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, let's. Do we have Joe ready? Let's just get his question. We can respond to it after. On the other side. Oh, it's not ready. Do we not have him?
Mikey McCoy
Well, we can announce the winner.
Charlie Kirk
Okay, we can announce the. We'll do that then. Thank you for everyone who sent in a request. I don't know who won actually Mikey, tell me who it is. Yep.
Mikey McCoy
So we randomized all the emails, the influx of emails that you guys sent and we're giving away two America Fest tickets. Tickets. And the winner is Lee and J.J. haley. I'm bringing my college age son to America Fest and I would love to come with him. If you have an extra adult ticket for me and my 16 year old son. We would love to attend America Fest. There you go. That's the winner. And there may or may not be a couple more giveaways in the next couple of days. We do love a good.
Charlie Kirk
Let's hope they're close or I hate the idea of someone just booking a flight from Maine one day before. But if you're willing to do it for it. Put your money. This is life.
Joe Bob
Very sought after ticket.
Charlie Kirk
That is True. You fly across the country for the super bowl, so why not for the Super Turning Point? Yeah, no, I'm selling ourselves short. I'm an idiot. No.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, we're gonna keep doing Christmas giveaways coming up in this next week in America Fest in grateful for you guys.
Charlie Kirk
And who was it again?
Mikey McCoy
It was J.J. haley.
Charlie Kirk
All right, so do they need to email? Are we going to reach out to them?
Mikey McCoy
We're reaching out.
Charlie Kirk
All right. Excellent, Excellent.
Mikey McCoy
So awesome.
Charlie Kirk
And we'll. We'll be back with our final question. Joe is going to be up after the break. Welcome back. We've had a very fun hour of taking questions just in case they were only listening on radio. Do you want to announce the winner one more time?
Mikey McCoy
Yeah. Yeah. So we announced the winner of the America Fest tickets. It's Lee and jj.
Charlie Kirk
Haley.
Mikey McCoy
Haley, I think is how you pronounce the last hopefully.
Charlie Kirk
Are you saying it like Trump now?
Joe Bob
Yes. Trump acts at exclusive.
Mikey McCoy
When you don't know how to pronounce the name. If you say it in a Trumpian accent, you get away with it 10 times out of 10.
Charlie Kirk
All right, McCoy. All right. We have one last question. We have. We have Joe, are you there? Joe, unmute yourself. Oh, he just left. No. All right, all right. Can you Daisy post. Post it up again? Just left the room. But we still have his question. He has. When will you guys discuss the issue with Wall street firms like BlackRock buying single family homes, homes with baby boomer pension money artificially preventing the housing market from correcting so young people can actually afford to buy a gosh darned house. Charlie briefly mentioned this. I'm not sure if that was part of the question or if it was Daisy pointing it out, but he says, when are we going to talk about this? And the answer is, we have definitely spoken about it. Charlie especially. He is. Either he or Daisy was correct. Charlie himself did talk about this. In fact, we have a great bit where he was with when he was with Gavin Newsom on the very first episode of his podcast. Let's do clip 343. Number one thing, which I know you're gonna agree with and I'm sure you'll have a super slick response. Right? That's about half true. Yeah, but which is the cost of housing. Average home in California, 850,000 bucks. I like what you said about BlackRock. So, yeah, I mean, I. But that was interesting to me.
Joe Bob
I think that is.
Charlie Kirk
But again, that's not a majority of house purchasing. About one in four houses are bought by private equity.
Mikey McCoy
Equity.
Charlie Kirk
Would you agree to say that BlackRock should not be able to own homes in California? I think. And then turning around and renting, it's insane, right? This is a huge problem. You should propose a bill in the California state. We've had one. It didn't get very far last year. And there's more conversations. A $10 trillion fund shouldn't be able to come. Just BlackRock specifically. What's happening in this space? Mass, mass. Asset managers that have a billion dollars, $50 billion asset under management are now competing against our college grad from, by the way, Cal State Fullerton. And we have one more. I just love it when we have these child clips that are very topical. So this is when he was on Fox and Friends, I believe last summer. Let's do clip 342. One out of four of all home purchases in the last year were out of these firms like BlackRock that come in and they are actually bidding out first time home buyers and younger Americans that want to be able to have their slice of the American dream.
Logan Urie
And I'm a kid and young kids.
Charlie Kirk
People know about, they know about it, they talk about it. In fact, when I do my campus tours time after time they say, charlie, when are we going to stop blackrock from being able to come in and purchase homes in our communities? You know, I'm from Arizona. I think it's wrong that a first time homebuyer in Chandler or Mesa or Gilbert that's just scrapping together as enough money that they can has to compete against a $10 trillion private equity fund. And so I think these are some prudent decisions that we can make. We need to increase the supply. President Trump is exactly right about lowering interest rates. That's going to unleash a lot of capital and have a higher incentive to build homes. So I think that last part really is. We're going to keep talking about it, but that last part, you don't just want to complain, you want to focus on solutions. Charlie talked about a moonshot for housing and what he meant by that is we should treat it as a national goal. Build a ton of homes, just overwhelm the system. No private equity fund can prop up the price of housing to be super high if there's just more homes than there are people to live in them. Housing is cheap in countries that have a surplus of homes. So if we're building a million homes ringed around Phoenix, home prices here are going to go down.
Mikey McCoy
Yeah, there was this clip that I found. It's a little too Late to play it, but it's where Charlie's doing a prove me wrong. And this one student comes up and asks him, you know, how can we make it easier for young people to be able to afford homes? And Charlie puts BlackRock and private equity firms on blast, basically saying, we need to make it affordable for young people. And these private equity firms can't just be buying these up to rent them out for, you know, investments and also Airbnbs, et cetera. And the student goes, yeah, yeah, I agree with you. And so he's so obviously a liberal, but this is Charlie. Like, he totally understood young people and their struggles and their needs. And he used to always say this thing. He would say, when was the last time you washed a rental car after you returned it?
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Mikey McCoy
And the answer is always, never. Because you don't care and you don't have interest or. Or you're not invested in something that you rent. And.
Charlie Kirk
And that's the biggest thing to emphasize here. It's not that, you know, just. It's not that free enterprise is bad, but we have to recognize ownership is good. He talks about that Mamdaniism or maga. And when you have a direct stake in society, when you own something, you are innately more conservative. That's why we need lots of. You can just have laws that incentivize personal ownership. You could tax large owners a little bit more, you could restrict foreign cash buyers, and you can just build more homes when the price is lower, more people will buy it.
Joe Bob
Joe, Bob, go look into the Bozeman metropolitan area. They built a ton of housing and rent is down. Actually, really interesting. I know it's very, very small example set, but yeah, building more housing works.
Charlie Kirk
The rules of economics remain supply and demand. They're worth knowing. There's probably a Hillsdale College course on that as well. Well, this was a fun hour. We're going to keep doing America Fest giveaways. We will see you next week.
Joe Bob
Thank you.
