The Charlie Kirk show starts now out of Los Angeles. The FBI now reports that it's disrupted a planned New Year's Eve terror attack in Los Angeles. Four suspects in custody. The FBI identifying them as members of a pro Palestine extremist group.
Charlie Kirk
I want to just pay my respects to the people. Unfortunately, two are no longer with us.
Gary Melton
Brown University.
Charlie Kirk
Nine injured. Three and two are looking down on us right now from heaven. And likewise in Australia, as you know, that was a terrible attack. 11 dead, 29 badly wounded. This individual went to a specific classroom that was essentially in a study session.
Viva Fry
For an exam on economics and chose that classroom.
Charlie Kirk
And we know from a witness inside that this gunman yelled something, we don't know what this individual yelled and and then began shooting. We also know that this person reportedly used a handgun.
Viva Fry
In this day and age, there is a lot of misinformation that can spread as it pertains to official updates regarding the shelter in place or any future.
Blake
Announcements, please follow the City of Providence.
Viva Fry
Official social Media channels. We've also put out updates through our 311 system, but the city of Providence.
Blake
On Twitter, Facebook and Instagram will be updating throughout the evening.
Viva Fry
If that did not come from an official channel, then it is not official.
Charlie Kirk
Look at him.
Blake
He's come up behind him, grabbed him around the neck, used all of his weight as best as possible, tried to get him to the ground, but he's taken his weapon off him and turned it back on the gunman. Now the hero confirmed by Mustafa is Ahmed Al Ahmed. No experience with guns, his cousin told us was just walking past. And as a result, he's copped two bullets in the arm from one of the other gunmen who was perched up at a high position on one of the concrete bridges down there at the beach. Mustafa saying, you think he'd be okay? He's having surgery in the next two hours. There's poor Ahmed Al Ahmad, who's paid the price for his heroism, but no doubt saved many other lives. A fruit shop owner walking by who's just done the right thing.
Charlie Kirk
It's way too early to give any.
Blake
Description of the firearms other than to say that they were long arms.
Viva Fry
Where they came from, their background, how.
Charlie Kirk
They came to be in possession of the offenders.
Gary Melton
It's too early to say.
Charlie Kirk
As part of the investigation and shortly.
Blake
After the shooting occurred, police located a.
Viva Fry
Vehicle in Campbell Parade at Bondi, which.
Blake
We believe has several improvised explosive devices. We have our rescue bomb disposal unit.
Charlie Kirk
There at the moment working on that. They have a person of interest at Brown and in Australia. You're probably right.
Gary Melton
They've.
Charlie Kirk
It's been.
Gary Melton
It's been a very, very brave person.
Charlie Kirk
Actually, who went and attacked frontally one of the shooters and saved a lot of lives. So. Very brave person who's right now in the hospital pretty seriously wounded. So I. Great respect to that man that. Did that become a normal occurrence not just in the United States, but now seeing it in Australia, who's worked really hard to create gun prevention laws to prevent the kind of tragedy that took place there.
Viva Fry
Suspected of planning coordinated IED attacks targeting five different locations in Los Angeles. But based on the reporting now, that plot has been foiled. We will wait for more out of L. A or out of Washington, D.C.
Gary Melton
For what the FBI has to say.
Viva Fry
About that developing story.
Charlie Kirk
And yeah, I, you know, one of.
Blake
The things that crossed my mind as.
Viva Fry
All of these stories we're developing, to say a prayer for the first responders, right?

Charlie Kirk
Happy Monday, December 15th. Radio stations across the country. Real America's voice streaming all the things. Blake, Happy Monday.
Blake
Is it? Yeah, well, we got to Monday.
Charlie Kirk
A lot of stuff went down this weekend. Not the least of which just want to call out the elephant in the room. We had invited Candace Owens to be a part of a live stream today on this show. Later today after our live show. She of course declined to show up in person. And then over the weekend Erica Kirk announced that she's going to be meeting privately and so with, with her. And so sometime today. Sometime today. And so per the that tweet, she said basically all live streams, public discussions and tweets are on hold until after this meeting.
Blake
We'll see what unfolds.
Charlie Kirk
So we will see what unfolds. We are prepped ready either way. So that's basically where we're going to leave that discussion. And you know, we're actually going to have Paramount Tactical Gary Melton on the show at the half halfway point in this hour. We're going to just talk about some of the.
Blake
We're going to have two different guests.
Charlie Kirk
I believe, just talking about Viva, Viva Viv Fry is going to come on and talk about why he believes Tyler is the shooter. He's going to go through some of the evidence and he's also going to talk about his own little sort of spats and squabbles on, on social media. And then we are going to, like I said, Gary Melton from Paramount Tactical ballistics expert. He's also visited the campus of UVU since and retraced the steps of Tyler Robinson. All that and more will happen today. And then we're getting into how Charlie was kind of a modern day It's a Wonderful Life.
Blake
Yeah, yeah, it's an interesting pitch. It's a, it's a friend of Chris Rufo reached out and said this friend of mine has an interesting idea.
Charlie Kirk
No, it's a good take.
Blake
It's good.
Charlie Kirk
No, as soon as you told me I was like, you know, he's pretty right. But we got a lot of news to go over in the meantime and you know, obviously we had the Bondi beach terrorism which is just horrendous. We're gonna get into that just in a second. We had. Rob Reiner was apparently stabbed to death along with his w. Michelle who it appears that his, the son Nick, who's had mental problems and drug abuse problems, homelessness problems. He's now in custody. And of course, you know, we had this Brown shooting where it's. We're hearing reports that a Republican, campus Republican. Well, she's dead. We know that and it's a really terrible story. But there is also reports that she may have been targeted. So let's get into all of these stories because there we gotta, we gotta go quick here. So let's hit Rob Reiner, because I think you and I both have some feelings about that.
Gary Melton
Yeah.
Blake
That broke last night out of nowhere. Very horrifying. Just, you know, it began with that police were at Reiner's home in the Los Angeles area, and they found two bodies there that matched their ages. And then they were stabbed to death. And it just sort of dribbled out over the course of the evening. And it now appears the suspicion is that both Rob and his wife Michelle were stabbed to death by their son, who I believe had a history of some addictions and issues. And so I imagine we'll learn more about how exactly that happened.
Charlie Kirk
It's a pretty gruesome way to go.
Blake
They're very. I mean, unthinkably terrible. No one should suffer that way. And it caused us to look back and we saw things. And, I mean, among other things, Rob was on. He went on the air shortly after Charlie was shot, and he actually said quite kind things about him, and he said about Erica.
Charlie Kirk
Kind things about Erica, too.
Blake
Yes. Do we have that ready to go?
Charlie Kirk
If not, we'll get it. But the point is, we need to look at that as a good example. Right. Of how to respond in these situations. And unfortunately, you know, with Charlie's death. Gruesome. I instantly saw the parallels, and I felt terrible for this family. I felt terrible for Rob Reiner, his wife Michelle. And, you know, honestly, I just. My heart fell with compassion. So instantly I went and I said as much on social media. I think that tweet has 2.1 million engagements now. A lot of people retweeted it, and, yeah, my heart goes out to their family. I have no idea the details of what was going on with their son, Nick. Senseless tragedy. Terrible to see. And by the way, Rob Reiner's movie career, it should be. The guy had incredible depth. Yeah. He gave in to TDS and Trump derangements. He was a left winger. He was actually quite.
Blake
Quite a sharp one. He got really in on anti Russia militarism. He said all the. He believed all that, you know, Trump's doing treason with Russia stuff. Let's like, okay, it's terrible politics. It's a free country. Yeah, it is a free country. And he was allowed to believe what he want. That doesn't mean it's okay for him to get stabbed to death by his son. And it's disgusting. If anyone is celebrating this.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, no, it really is. And, you know, guys like James Wood, who's a conservative, he came out and he said, you know that he had worked with Rob and they were able to maintain their friendship even though they are on diametrically opposed polar opposites of the political spectrum. And yeah, I mean, it's just. But here's some of his movies. This is Spinal Tap, Stand By Me, Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally, A Few Good Men. I mean, this guy had range. And say what you will about his politics, the guy made some absolute classics of American cinema in the 20th century.
John Jubilee
Yeah.
Blake
And yeah, we should acknowledge there's an elephant in the room. President Trump unfortunately posted on Truth Social this morning. He said, a very sad thing happened last night in Hollywood. Rob Reiner, a tortured and struggling but once very talented movie director and comedy star, has passed away together with his wife Michelle, reportedly due to the anger he caused others through his massive, unyielding and incurable affliction with a mind crippling disease known as Trump Derangement Syndrome, sometimes referred to as tds. He was known to have driven people crazy by his raging obsession with President Donald J. Trump. And he goes on for a bit longer. I'll be frank. I think the President should delete that.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, I understand that sentiment. He's getting a lot of blowback, actually. Jake Tapper, quote, tweeted my tweet with Trump's truth to contrast them. I mean, listen, I wasn't tweeting what I tweeted with, trying to make some large statement. I just, my heart went out to him. What can I say? So I do think it's fair though, as soon as we have this clip loaded 141. This is Rob Reiner's reaction to Charlie.
Viva Fry
You first heard about the murder of Charlie Kirk. What was your immediate gut reaction to it?
Gary Melton
Well, horror, absolute horror. And I unfortunately saw the video of it and it's, it's in this, it's beyond belief what happened to him. And that should never happen to anybody. I don't care what your political beliefs are. That's not acceptable. That's not a solution to, to solving problems. And I felt like what his wife said at the service, that the memorial they had was exactly right and totally, I believe, you know, I'm, I'm Jewish, but I, I believe in the teachings of Jesus and I believe in doing to others and I believe in forgiveness. And what she said to me was beautiful and absolutely, you know, she, she forgave his, his assassin. And I think that that is admirable.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And I mean, really, that's the only correct response in this moment.
Blake
That is, that is the only correct Response especially in it's whenever anyone dies but especially when it's a heinous murder that no one deserves. And you know there's a vast tragedy that goes into that.
Charlie Kirk
And he was also well known as Meathead on what was that all in.
Blake
The Family which that was such a big deal in the 70s and it's more forgotten.
Charlie Kirk
But he was great. I actually went and watched some of the clips last night and they were, they were hilarious. There was this. Oh, he was the dad and Wolf of Wall Street. I didn't realize that. Anyways, Rob Reiner. I just think it's a total tragedy. Yeah, his politics were awful. Don't care right now. Literally do not care.
Blake
But unfortunately there was a lot of tragedy to go around over the weekend. So we'll be hitting more detail on the Brown shooting and the Australia one especially.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, well that's really going next segment. We're going to get into Australia because that's there's so many takeaways. Charlie opined a lot on just Islamic terror and importing it into the west. Australia's got a confluence of all the worst problems there. Also there was a terror plot foiled apparently a left wing terror plot in Los Angeles planned for New Year. So we're gonna get try and hit all of these stories. I wanna tell you about Alan Jackson. We're honored to be partnering with Alan Jackson Ministries and today I wanna point you to their podcast. 100% American made and darn proud of it. The CHARLIE KIRK show.
Charlie Kirk
All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. I want to tell you guys about our friends over at Y refi. There is $300 million of private student loan debt in the United States. 300 billion. And about 45 billion of that is labeled as distressed or defaulted. So if that is your situation, you gotta check out why refi.com and here's the best part. They're good people. They're patriots. They care about this country and they care about young people being able to get out from under a mountain of student loan debt. So again, this is distinct from different from the federal student loans. This is private student loan debt. So here's what's great. They were going to look at your financial situation, tailor a solution specifically to you. You're not calling some nameless, faceless call cent. You're going to talk with real people. No impact on your credit. If you have bad credit, they accept that you can even skip a payment every six months up to 12 times without penalty. And they'll guarantee interest rates under 6% to make sure that it is affordable. So if you find yourself in a situation where you have student loan debt, private student loan debt, and you're feeling the weight and the burden on your shoulders, you need to get out from under that. You don't have to live that way. No more shame. Call Y Refight888yrefi34 or visit yrefi.com yrefy.com we'll be right back. All right, here's a tweet from JD Vance paying his respects to Ella Cook. She was the vice president of the Brown University College Republicans. He says this beautiful young girl was one of the murdered students at Brown University. It takes a special courage to lead an Organization of conservatives on a left wing campus. On a far left campus, you could say. And I'm very sorry. Our country has lost one of its bright young stars. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord. And that's from Vice President J.D. vance. Terrible tragedy. Everything that I've seen about this young woman said that she was brave, she was kind, she was helpful. She would throw in and help, you know, lend a hand on anything going on on campus, especially with the college Republicans. So our heart goes out to Ella Cook and her family. And another terrible sort of tragedy over the weekend. They do not have a suspect at this time. They have not released video evidence. There's some reporting that that would suggest that she was targeted. Blake. So they had a suspect, person of interest. They ended up releasing that. That person of interest, which is just like a whole crazy.
Blake
Howie.
Charlie Kirk
I just.
Blake
It's unbelievable.
Charlie Kirk
Cameras everywhere.
Blake
Yeah. In modern society that you could shoot that many people and get away and not have good leads.
Charlie Kirk
About 10 were shot, two were killed. Unfortunately, Ella is one of those who were killed. And unfortunately, there was another shooting that happened obviously in Bondi Beach, Australia. Fifteen were killed as some Jewish celebrants were enjoying a Hanukkah celebration. And it was right, right there on the beach. There's a whole bunch of crazy stuff with this timeline.
Blake
I mean, everything about it is exactly what Charlie warned about so often with bringing Islam into the West. So this was obviously of migrant origin and they targeted a Jewish community and it was a father and son team. They, they like, lived in a million dollar house, but they still just go for radical Islam. So they've thrived in this country that welcomed them and they decide to go and murder a bunch of Jews. And the. They go, they go raid the house. And the mother, she's. I saw on GB News, she was saying, you know, her son was a good boy. He was a good boy.
Charlie Kirk
He was a good boy.
Blake
He was a good boy.
Charlie Kirk
If you could throw and he was not a good boy, dear.
Blake
He's not.
Charlie Kirk
He was not a good boy. He was actually a terrible monster. Killed a bunch of innocent people. He'd been investigated because he was apparently tied to an Islamic cell of isis and somehow he was not detained, apprehended. His family was allowed to get guns. Like, the whole thing reeks to high heaven here. I don't know how anybody in the Western world could be tied to an Islamic ISIS cell and first of all be allowed to roam free. Actually, they should have been deported immediately. We should take heed in the United States. Secondly, the fact that Australia, which has extremely restrictive gun laws, the father apparently had six guns legally owned. So the whole country cracks down on law abiding people having.
Blake
Yeah, yeah.
Charlie Kirk
And yet everything about this is just.
Blake
It'S outrageous because this is Australia. Australia is this big, almost entirely empty continent filled with natural resources. They get, they're, they're settled by the English, the greatest country creators in the world. Australia has basically no reason to have any problems whatsoever. They could basically live, you could all, everyone could live like a king in Australia. And what they do is because they have this left wing brain virus. Like why do you need any Islamic migration into Australia? What country has ever been made better by saying, yeah, let's bring in more Islamic migration to the society. Has it made England better? No. Has it made Germany better? No.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And there was this, I mean you gotta give credit where it's due. There was a hero that ran in, I believe we have that footage, grabbed the gun and basically subdued it looks like the father and ended up getting shot a couple times in the arm by the son who was perched up on the bridge. So his name was I think Ahmed or something. Ahmed. So it was actually another Muslim. He's been called a traitor online by fellow Muslims. And by the way, there was already video of people celebrating in Sydney, other Muslims celebrating the attack. It's eerily similar to what happened on October 7th where you know, Jews get attacked and then, you know, people, Muslims around the world celebrate. So pretty sick stuff. And you know, I think we should play a cut from, from Charlie here. Yeah. 115 we have just enough time. 115 spiritual battle is coming to the.

Terrence Bates
Terrance Bates here with your Real America's Voice news break. We appreciate you being here with us. Real America's voice is continuing to grow as a network. And more importantly we are continuing to position ourselves to give you greater access to The White House and the Trump administration. For instance, Rab Espanol is now part of the White House press pool. So let's bring in the host of Rav Espanol's the Right news show. And now White House correspondent Javier Negre. Javier, so good to see you my friend. Mucho gusto.
Blake
How are you?
Javier Negre
Comostais happy to talk to you from the White House. It's freezing outside, but we are very happy because we are going to be in the pool for the first time. Rapun Espanol it's reality. So it's a good point for Karen Levitt and for Trump and show us that they are really, that they care about the Hispanic community, that they are always suffering from fake news like Univision and Telemundo about ICE operation. They are telling lies all the time to the Miami population, to the New York population. And we have to combat from real America's voice against this fake news and tell the people what's right and what's the reality.
Terrence Bates
You know, and specific to what you're just talking about, there's a major medal ceremony that's happening at the White House in just a couple of hours. Can you tell us a bit about that?
Javier Negre
Yeah. Trump, President Trump is going to present. He's going to give ceremony for medalfor a medal like for people who works in the Mexican border. He's trying to improve the relationship with Mexico. She said like last week, like the President Scheinbaum, she's doing a great job. I have doubts because in the last weekend over than 150 people were killed by cartels. So a lot of people they suffers in Mexico the insecurity. So we are going to ask him, he's going to take more measures, he's going to take more action. Who is going to pressure to shame bound to make Mexico like a peaceful country because the reality is like the cartels are taking control over states like Sonora, like Sinaloa. And a lot of people, a lot of friends, a lot of journalists have been killed in the last years. And I think that the United States has a plan. But Trump, I mean last week he surprised us when he said like Shimon is doing a great job. So we don't know like below the lines what they are having, you know, information against the cartels. Maybe he knows more than I of course. But we want Mexico in peace and we will ask about these last killings. In the last weekend more than 150 person were killed. And I think that military people, military Americans, they are going to get a medal in this ceremony. So we are really happy and proud of this American military that are working so hard to bring the peace to the Mexican border.
Terrence Bates
It has been a violent weekend from killings here in the United States at Brown University to of course what happened in Australia during the Hanukkah celebration. What is the Latino community's reaction to all of this? As we watch all of these things, including what you just described, the many killings in Mexico play out, how is this impacting the Latino community globally, would you say?
Javier Negre
We are very sad about the last shootings in Brown College in Bondi beach in Australia. I think that the Latino community, Hispanic communities are a peaceful community. They don't want violence. People like me, we think that the leftists and the governments, especially in Australia who promotes anti Semitism, they're guilty of these killings, you know, because it's like government, like introduced by the globalism politicians. And when we are telling in RAF Espanol that we have to take care, we have to fight against the anti Semitism campaigns, it's because there are crazy people that they follow the guidelines of the politicians and suddenly they drive crazy and they kill people. In the Hanukkah. We are very related and we are very sorry with the Jewish community. And I think that we have to fight against all the news, all the media that promotes anti Semitism all over the world and that promotes violence in campus that justify murders like Charlie Keel or like the Brown College shootings.
Terrence Bates
Javier, before I let you go 25 to 30 seconds, tell us about the right news show. When can we watch you there and find out more information about what you're doing with that program?
Javier Negre
Yes, every Sunday at 8pm Eastern time. And you can find, you can find fake news. We try to tell the Hispanic community what's the reality about the ICE operation, about the steps of Americans into Venezuela. We know that Americans, they don't want a long war against Maduro. The Venezuelan community, they need a solution right now. Javier, we are talking to people. What's going on in Mexico, Spain?
Terrence Bates
We've got to go. Javier, thank you so much. We appreciate you. Sorry for cutting you off.
Charlie Kirk

All right, without further ado, Gary Milton, owner and lead instructor of Paramount tactical, you can follow on X, which is how I discovered him. He's been doing great work just breaking down all the dynamics of the case. I think people's intrigue in the dynamics of the case is reaching an all time high actually because we, we first saw Tyler Robinson in court last week. So Gary, welcome to the show. It's an honor to have you.
Gary Melton
Hey, thanks for having me. I appreciate it.
Charlie Kirk
So just a little bit on your background so people understand why you know so much about this topic. Gary Milton is a former U. S. Army special forces green beret. You served as a weapon sergeant and sniper team leader completing four combat tours. Following your military service, Gary, you held a position of unit chief and special tactics instructor for a federal agency. Today, Gary is the owner and lead instructor of Paramount tactical solutions, a company dedicated to professional firearms and tactical training. You work full time doing that. So Gary, you also have a great YouTube and you're a great Twitter follower. So you know your stuff and I wanted to have you on because, you know, I refuse to go back to Utah like anytime soon. I'll just be honest. It's no offense, I just can't bring myself to do it. But you actually went to the campus and you retraced the steps of the alleged assassin. Let's say that in a sort of journalistic sense, not in a any other way. I believe he's the man who pulled the trigger. Gary, tell us what you, what you saw when you visited uvu.
Gary Melton
Yeah, so, you know, one of the things that I wanted to do while I was There at the time, there was a lot of different, I don't know, conspiracies. We had the palm gun. We had different shooters in different locations. And what I thought was really important to do was go there. Number one, talk to eyewitnesses. I talked to multiple eyewitnesses while I was there. You know, they had very, very similar stories. The other thing I did while I was there was I actually flew a drone. And what we did was a 3D map survey of the campus. And we have since built a 3D model of that that's interactive. People can download it for free. It's on my X account. And that way people can kind of see what is possible, what has lines of sight. And I knew just from what people were saying that some of these theories that they were putting out just weren't possible. I knew there was no line of sight. And then on top of that, I just wanted to get some hard ground truth and see what was going on. And, you know, this. This case was important to me. You know, I was a big fan of Charlie's, felt personal. And I think, you know, if you're going to get to the truth, you need to get there. You need to talk to some people and you need to see the ground truth. And, you know, that's kind of what we did.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And there's a video here, Gary. I'm just going to set. You show it really quick so people can see how easy it ultimately was to get on this rooftop. Access point one thirty three.
Gary Melton
All right, folks, so here's the stairs that go to the roof.
Charlie Kirk
Wow.
Gary Melton
This wall is about maybe three feet tall. All right, so right there is the shooting position. It's about 200ft away from there. You don't need to be Spider Man. As a matter of fact, you don't even need arms. You can literally get up there if you didn't have arms.
Charlie Kirk
Wow, that's a good.
Blake
That's a good visual. That's a good visual. So just from your knowledge across the spectrum and your own visits, do you feel there's any misconceptions that you're seeing repeated over and over and over again that have spread really far that in your opinion, are pretty easily debunked or opposed?
Gary Melton
Yeah. You know, there's been a cycle of people taking very normal things or maybe even slightly abnormal and then turning them into suspicious items. Right. One of the things that really struck me on the ground there was exactly how easy this entire thing was. You know, before I went there. One of the things that was being portrayed was like this was, you know, some big conspiracy. It's very complex. You need professional hitmen. It's 140 yards, it's so far, all these things. Now I knew the distances was nothing, especially for a scoped rifle. I mean that is, you know, my, my eight year old son was going to courses with us. Shooting 1200 yards, it's not hard. And then once you see the layout of the campus, you know, looking at it from a security standpoint unfortunately was a real challenge. You know, once the information was out that this was the location. And then on top of that, once you look at the UVU courtyard, it is channelized. There's only, it's obvious where any sort of speaker is going to be. So, you know, the thing that shocked me the most was how easy this was. And then once we get into coming back and then hearing things like, hey, you know what, you need to be Spider man. Or people think that you have to have some sort of special access or that you have to climb up to the roof, when in reality you walk right up to the roof. The pathway that goes in between buildings is level with the roof. And the only thing that separates that walkway from the roof is, you know, a three foot guardrail that you just step over and now you have access. And the other thing is, it's very obvious to me if you just look at Google Maps, if you're trying to plan this operation, it's simple, it's not that hard and it's not that complicated. And the thing is we have all these kids out there playing Call of Duty and they're very tactically minded and there was nothing, especially once I went there, talked to people on the ground, saw the campus, a lot of what wasn't clear to me was crystal clear. You know, especially by the time that we got the charging documents out, they laid out the evidence, everything made sense. It really did. And you know, they continue to push a lot of disinformation and there's a lot of reasons behind that, but you know, that's what I wanted to do. Look, I don't want to be lied to by the government, but I don't want to be lied to by the Internet either. And I think it's really important for us to make sure that we're pushing the truth and people are being honest about this. And you know, I think that's one of the biggest problems is, is the omission. You know, a lot of people pushing these different conspiracy theories and exploiting Charlie's Death for their own means. They're not telling you this information. Like, why haven't these people gone to this location and looked at this? Why aren't they showing people how easy it is to actually access the roof? And if people saw what I saw, a lot of this stuff would make a lot more sense to them. And they wouldn't believe a lot of these other artificial narratives that people are pushing.
Charlie Kirk
Well, and let me just. Because when you. I saw this video of yours, Gary, it was. It reminded me of the charging document. So this is straight from the charging document. It says, Robinson's mother explained that over the last year or so, Robinson had become more political and started to lean more to the left, becoming more pro gay and trans rights oriented. She stated that Robinson began to date his roommate, a biological male who was transitioning gender years. This resulted in several discussions with family members, but especially between Robinson and his father, who have very different political views. In one conversation before the shooting, Robinson mentioned that Charlie Kirk would be holding an event at uvu, which Robinson said was a, quote, stupid venue for the event. Robinson accused Kirk of spreading hate. And when you see how easy that rooftop access is, you start to kind of put one on one together and you realize that Robinson had a plan that he was going to ultimately take advantage of. And he. He obviously knew how easy it was to get up to that rooftop. Which is.
Gary Melton
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Which is terrifying.
Gary Melton
It really is. And look, you know, one of the other things that's being pushed around for a long time was that, you know, you TP usa, both the local chapter, and you guys didn't advertise this event till a couple days prior to now, the insinuation there is that that doesn't give Tyler enough time to plan for this. And what we found out with a little bit of, I don't know, 20, not even five minutes of Googling and looking. Yeah, look, you guys already put out on your website as early as August 27th. So we have at least almost a full two weeks prior to this that not only the time of the event, but the location, the exact location of the UVU courtyard. So when you have over 10 days of planning, and it sounds like that Tyler already was familiar with the campus to begin with, like a lot of the mystery of this starts to go out the window and it starts to really conform with what is exactly being proposed by the state of Utah and the FBI in the charging documents.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, and we can attest, you know, Andrew Cipher, who's our head of field, you know, Charlie sometimes throw the Events out, you know, seven, ten days in advance. If something opened up in his schedule, he would be able to do these outdoor events. A pretty quick turn. And so those, those whole, that, that whole theory kind of goes out the window. You, you mentioned drone. Explain to us the, the conspiracy theories about drones, Gary.
Gary Melton
Yeah, so, you know, early on, Frank Turk talked about that on the way there that, you know, he actually was looking at Charlie's phone and he saw drone footage from the event. Now, I had talked to with that in mind. I was number one. I went to UVU and I actually put the drone up. We were going to do the survey immediately. We were. Law enforcement came up and said, hey, look, we need you to take down a drone. Now, my drone pilot had already made all the necessary steps with the FFA to make sure that we could do that. And I explained to the law enforcement officer, hey, look, you guys don't control this airspace. He's like, well, we got policies. You have to do this and we're not going to sit there and argue with them. Right. So we ended up grounding the drone. We went and jumped through some hoops. We were trying to get some documents done. Long story short, what we ended up having to do was leave campus. We flew the drone, we were off campus, we flew the drone, we got the survey. So that kind of reinforced other people saying, Brian Harpole specifically saying, like, hey, we couldn't get permission to get a drone up in the air. And of course, people took that. What Frank said at the beginning and said, hey, this is clear indication of lying and, or a conspiracy. Well, what I found out was the picture that was being pushed around saying, hey, this is proof that there was drone footage was actually, it was very clear to me once I saw that picture. It is a wide angle shot of.
Charlie Kirk
The crowd and let's throw that up. Yeah, let's throw that up. This is actually the. I think the images, guys, I sent them to you. Yeah, this is actually. There was a walkway or a bridge elevated. That was just. That was just from our events team that was setting up that event. They went up there to, as they always did, to show Charlie the crowd size. So they took those images.
Gary Melton
Yeah, and I completely understand.
Charlie Kirk
20 seconds, Gary.
Gary Melton
Yeah, yeah, I understand why Frank thought this was a drone, you know, but again, I think it almost shows that the lack of conspiracy, because you guys aren't sitting in there, you know, micromanaging what people say. It's just different people's perspectives and there isn't some sort of collusion.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. Well, of course, but thank you for that, Gary. Well, we're going to continue. We're going to talk about ballistics next because you are a ballistics expert. Patriots, listen up. You're listening to the Charlie Kirk Show.
Charlie Kirk
All right, welcome back to Real America's Voice. Gary, I just want you to get give you a chance, just, you know, explain your background, how people can follow you. You got about a minute?
Gary Melton
Yeah, no worries. Number one, like I said, I know 911 happened a couple days later. I was In a recruiting station. Ended up with the initial push into Iraq. I was sniper team leader during that tour that came back, went special operations, did three more combat tours, multiple training tours, ended up working as a special tactics instructor for a federal agency. And long story short, I ended up wanting to work for myself. So I opened up Paramount Tactical Solutions. We offer training to civilians, military and law enforcement. And you know, from basic to advanced, whether it's handgun, we kind of specialize, we're known for long range. So you can find us@paramounttactical.com on top of that, you can also go check out our YouTube channel, Paramount Tactical and as well as our X account, Instagram. Look for Paramount Tactical. You'll find us.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, you've been doing great work. I just want to. Everybody should follow Gary's work. He is like, I mean, I reference him all the time. We're going to get into ballistics. Do bullets do weird things? I'm going to ask Gary that when we welcome back national radio. One sec. All right, welcome back radio stations across the country. We have Gary Melton from Paramount Tactical. Great. Follow online if you want the truth. And actually just I think kind of an honest observer, outside observer's view of some of the conspiracy theories that are going on. So Gary, everybody that I've talked to since all this happened that's been in combat, everybody I know in that, that role that's actually seen live fire in combat says that bullets do weird things. What do they mean by that when they say that?
Gary Melton
Look, you know, when we talk about ballistics, we have internal, external and terminal ballistics. And terminal ballistics is the study of what happens when a projectile hits target. And it is the most unpredictable. We're pretty good at predicting what happens internally and externally. But once it hits a target, there's so many things going on. It is an extremely high speed energetic event. And there's so many things that happen at the micro level. As soon as that projectile touches anything at the speeds that it's going, it's going to deform. And really the prediction of that kind of goes out the window after that. The real problem that we have here in this particular case is everything that we would even begin to try to use to try to predict what, what could possibly happen. We don't know. We don't know the type of ammunition. Was it, you know, store bought? Was it hand loads? We don't know the weight of the bullet. What grain was it? Was it 55 grain? You can go all the way up to 220 grain. What type of projectile was it? Was it frangible?
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, all those things. When you're, when you're talking about the grain, what does that mean exactly? For the layman?
Gary Melton
It, it is, it's the weight of the bullet.
Charlie Kirk
So how it is, how much mass?
Gary Melton
No, okay, just how much mass the bullet is, how heavy, how literally how heavy it is. It's what we use to actually measure. We don't use ounces or pounds to measure bullets. We use grains. And so it's how heavy that is. And so, you know, the thing that we need to understand is that the.30 06 was one of the most popular rifles in the United States for a really long time. And when we're picking ammunition, whether we're shooting, you know, varmints all the way up to Moose, there is a ammunition Type specified for the.30 off 6. And then you get into things like, you know, right here I have reduced recoil ammunition, low recoil ammunition, tumble upon impact ammunition, again, some additional reduced recoil. And when we have this large array of different ammunition and projectile types to come to the conclusion that they're all going to result in the, you know, have the same results, which is what people seem to think is a little, little crazy. And then just on top of that, like, we could take the exact same ammunition, the exact same rifle, the exact same target, and you are going to have varied results if you were shooting that exact same target a hundred times. It's just a. It's very hard to predict what's going on. There's a lot of variables that, that we can't account for, and we don't even have that information with when it comes to the Tyler Robinson case to begin with. But there's also a lot of variables that you'll never account for. Just between the variances of the ammo conditions, the way that it hits the target. Yeah, all these things.
Blake
We have a question from a listener, Jazz. They ask, why didn't the dude have a gun when he was jumping off the roof? Plus, was him putting it together or taking it apart with those little tools and being able to do it so quickly, was that plausible? Especially on the second one. I'd have to refresh myself on the first. My belief is, did he have it?
Charlie Kirk
He was carrying his pant leg. He was walking with a weird gait on the video. And we actually have some images of this, Gary, if you want to start.
Blake
Yeah. But if you have thoughts on the assembly question specifically, because.
Gary Melton
Yeah, so unfortunately, what we had was we had the governor of Utah make Kind of a silly statement. And he said when he was after the, after he took the shot, he disassembled it. That is not true. And he actually does have the rifle when he jumps off of the building and you can actually see it in several shots. The problem is we have a really crappy video that has been cropped way in. But if you actually look and look at it, there are many times where you can see what is clearly a rifle. Now, as far as assembly, what we believe is that he actually had the barreled action separated from the stock when he was walking around with that barreled action down his leg. So that's just the action in the barrel, the part that holds it all together. Well, not really the part that holds it all together, but the stock, the part that we is separate from it so he could make it more compact and carry it to the shooting location. Here's some great examples of pictures that I pulled where you can actually see that he clearly has something much longer. The problem is, is that this video footage is so poor. And then on top of that, it's zoom. So it's, you know, it's cropped so far in that it is very difficult to see this. And I understand why people are confused by that. But all it takes is two screws to put the, the action, the barrel of action back onto the stock itself. And it's not going to affect accuracy or anything like that. It would take less than a minute. And it's not that complicated, not that hard, but people have tried to overcomplicate it.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, this was fantastic. Gary, we're going to have you on again soon. Gary Milton, Paramount Tactical. Thank you. We'll be back.

Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. Here's a question for you. Did you know that heart attacks and cardiac deaths actually significantly increase during the winter holidays? Yeah, it's a thing, but there's help out there. In fact, here's one person who got that help.
Gary Melton
I just finished my first round of 88 days. I had an appointment with my cardiologist yesterday morning, and I went in and.
Charlie Kirk
Weighed in with him on their scale with clothes on.
Gary Melton
He was extremely happy because he recorded I had lost 30 pounds. I've got six inches out of my belt, and. And I'm ready to punch a new.
Charlie Kirk
Hole in that belt.
Gary Melton
My cardiologist was extremely impressed with what I had done.
Charlie Kirk
He said, whatever you do, keep on doing it.
Terrence Bates
Well, keep on doing it would include John Jubilee. He is, of course, the CEO of Energized Health and the founder. John, good to see you.
John Jubilee
Great to see you, Terrence.
Terrence Bates
So let's start here, because I didn't realize that heart attacks and cardiac issues tend to spike, if you will, during the holiday season. But I would imagine it's all the added stress and the overindulgence that just doesn't help us.
John Jubilee
Yeah, Terrence, it's so sad, right? Because, you know, people are so busy trying to have a good time, they overstress themselves. And then. And of course, they already had a health issue. Wasn't that Christmas caused a health issue? It just exacerbated it and caused it to come up to the top. And so, you know, definitely the first thing I'd encourage people, Terrence, is, hey, take a deep breath. Let it out. You know, relax and enjoy the holiday. And remember, you know, it's a season of peace and joy and celebrating, you know, the birth of Jesus. So don't overstress yourself.
Terrence Bates
You know, over the past couple of weeks, we've obviously talked a lot about the holiday, and one of the things I find interesting is that you say the energized health protocol doesn't mean that you have to step fully away. You can still indulge. You can still have a good, good time, but you're going to do it kind of in a measured manner.
John Jubilee
Well, yeah, Terrence, this really is, you know, we call it a family, you know, the energized health family. You know, we teach to absolutely enjoy your holidays because when you learn to have these healthy right habits, you know, that we teach year round, nothing is going to bother you, you know, for, you know, two or Three days of Thanksgiving and Christmas. And so, yeah, we don't believe in, you know, really even being on our protoc during the holidays. Because God gave you taste buds, because food tastes good. So it's all about living a life of, you know, what are your basic daily habits? And that's what we help people do. We help people develop habits where you have moderation. You're eating everything. Terence, you know, we don't believe in diets. That word starts with die. Rather die than be on a diet. So we teach how to eat everything in moderation. The key is to reset your metabolism. It's not the diet. Terrence says, no, reset your metabolism. You know, 17 year olds aren't on a diet. Why? Because they have a great metabolism. So we're all about, let's reset our metabolism back how we were 17. Whether we're 60, 70, 80 or 90, you could still have that metabolism you had when you were 17.
Terrence Bates
And you also focus a lot on hydration at the cellular level. Explain that.
John Jubilee
Yeah, well, that really is the key. Like, that is the key. That is the missing element. So, Terence, do you know that at Energized Health we have trained hundreds of doctors, hundreds of doctors, Terence, over the last 28 years? The doctors say two things, two things that are startling. Number one, they say you cracked the code. Energized Health has cracked the code on health and wellness because we went to the. We went to the root cause, which is really inflammation. When you push that inflammation out of your body, you can't be sick. That's the root cause of 99.9% of all illness and disease, according to the Mayo Clinic. So those doctors say, hey, you guys, crack the code. And the other thing they say, Terrence, is this is what should be taught in med school. They say, I wish I would have learned this in med school. This is transformative it for people's lives.
Terrence Bates
Well, folks, you don't have to go to med school to learn it. All you have to do is go to energizedhealth.com to start that process. John, always good to see you, my friend. We appreciate it. Folks, the information is there at the bottom of your screen. Energized health dot com. Log on right now, take the first step and start getting the information that you need to save your life.

All right, welcome back to hour two of the Charlie Kirk Show. Getting a lot of emails about Gary Milton segment. So that's a good sign. We're gonna keep doing that and keep injecting truth and hopefully to help us do that in this segment is Viva Fry. He is a former litigator, former Canadian. I don't know if he still counts himself as such, but Viva, welcome back to the show. It's good to have you on again.
Viva Fry
Thank you very much. Yes, still Canadian, but, you know, in the process of, I say becoming American on paper, but spiritually, I think I might be long American already.
Charlie Kirk
I was going to say you're about the most American Canadian I've ever met. Who, who would have Viva beat in that regard?
Blake
Oh, Wayne Gretzky. I might start a war if I assert that Wayne Gretzky.
Charlie Kirk
Crowder becomes like quasi Canadian, right? Isn't he?
Viva Fry
I think Stephen was half American, half Canadian. And then, you know, the other, you know, natural born Canadians, you go, but John Candy was, I think, one of the greatest to.
Charlie Kirk
Oh, well, yeah, that actually upsets me because I want to claim him for my, for myself, for our own.
Viva Fry
You know, it's, he, he had the curse of not living long enough to sully his wonderful reputation. And then you've got the Jim Cryst of the world who live long enough to, you know, comedians might count them as one of their own, but he might have, you know, Justin Bieber.
Charlie Kirk
Justin.
Viva Fry
Oh, yeah. No, I think they can keep him.
Blake
They can keep him.
Charlie Kirk
I think he's had a redemption tour. I don't know. That's just what I've heard. So, Viva, you are a former litigator. You are very legally minded. You and Barnes have that great show. So I wanted to have you on this because you are also mixing it up online. You have defended, at least from what I can tell. I actually wanna Hear what your real thoughts are. Aspects, at least, of the prosecution's case, if that is correct, which I believe it is. Why do you believe aspects of the prosecution's case? Why do you believe that Tyler Robinson's case for who Against Tyler Robinson?
Viva Fry
Well, this is like, we live in this world of dichotomized or false dichotomies, where if you say, you know, there's certain things I believe, and then everybody's immediate trope is, oh, so you believe the FBI. You believe the official narrative. And, like, I don't believe anything, and I don't believe anybody except what I can, to the best of my ability, surmise, deduce, or, you know, observe myself.
Gary Melton
So.
Viva Fry
So, you know, do I think that there's any better explanation for what we already have in terms of Tyler Robinson having been on the roof allegedly with a gun? I mean, you can always pick certain holes in certain stories and say, well, how did he get the gun down? And it had a towel on it when it shipped? The bottom line is, you have video. I was watching it live the day of. Of people hearing the shot ring out from the roof. They look over. You've got footage of a man who was later identified, allegedly, by his parents as Tyler Robinson. And so based on all of that, to get into the nitpicky. And people say, well, a.30 06 would never have not left an exit wound. I'm like, you know, Martin Luther King was shot with a.30 06. And then they say, oh, well, that struck him in the face and the jawbone, and that's a hard bone, so it doesn't go through the whole body there. So then you say, okay, well, there are circumstances in which A.30 06 would not have an exit wound. But it's not a question of blindly believing a narrative. You just do your best based on whatever evidence is available as of now. And, you know, the exploding lapel mike was preposterous in the first place. I mean, almost too preposterous to even feel the need to address. But people complicating things by saying exploding lapel. They've got a man with a detonator. They falsely identify a number of people at first, and they think that that somehow suffices to cast doubt on the best evidence that exists to date, which is that Tyler Robinson shot the shot, the shot. He had the rifle. His parents identified him. And then people say, well, his parents did identify him. Well, his parents are sitting in court right now. You'd think they'd be saying something if they if they wrongly identified or arrested the wrong person. So do I believe that Tyler Robinson, based on the evidence, now took the shot? Yes. Do I believe the official narrative that Tyler acted alone? Hell, no. And this is where I say, like, people are doing a disservice to the actual. What might be a conspiracy in the. In the truest legal sense of more than one person working towards an outcome here that I don't believe Tyler took the shot. I don't believe Tyler worked alone. I believe that others, in as much as those screenshots were accurate, and I think they've been confirmed posting in advance. They knew something was going to go down. People on the Discord chat.
Blake
Let's remind people one of the things. This was found by one of our own team members before the shooting actually happened, and she logged it because it upset her so much and, you know, she thought it was of concern. Let's play. This was posted on TikTok by a transgender individual before the event. Let's play 150. So for those who couldn't see that it said on screen, Charles Kirk, Mr. College Dropout, does not know what's coming tomorrow. Be ready. This isn't a threat, it's a promise. And this person is making suspicious glances to the side repeatedly.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, Viva, what do you make of this stuff? And this was not an isolated case. There was other instances of people appearing to have advanced knowledge.
Viva Fry
Well, that's where I am. Very, very curious and very suspicious. And don't believe what we're being told, that, you know, Tyler Robinson acted alone or that text message which really reads more like a script out of a movie of, like Walter White from Breaking Bad trying to save Skyler. So he sets up that phone call and makes her look like she didn't know anything that was going on. People posted in advance. Now, whether or not it's just a coincidence, that type of coincidence I'm less inclined to believe is a coincidence. You know, these Discord chats were quite clearly, people were discussing things. Did he have other people helping him setting up decoys, assisting in the planning, or at least keeping quiet what was going to go down? That's where I would go with what I believe to be a conspiracy. That is not in line with the official narrative. If the narrative is Tyler Robinson acted alone and his lover had no idea what was going on. That being said, and I sort of. I've defended some of the other actors as well. You know, Ian Carol, I've had him on my channel a while back, and I defend his right to say stupid things online and when, you know, Candace again defend their right to say things if they sincerely believe them. And I can understand how people discovering these text messages, you know, the ones that are now the central point of this conspiracy, that it was a hired assassination by Israel. I can understand how people read those texts and say holy crap, that's a coincidence that now I'm going to connect two dots on, on. But like I keep trying to tell people, okay, on the one hand that would describe a potential mens rea, an interest if that if they want to be convinced by that. And I can certainly understand why people find them suspicious. Like, okay, you've described what might be an incentive for an intention without ever having addressed how it might have actually played out in reality. Was it an Israeli agent who took the sniper shot? Was it Israeli Mossad agents who weaponized Tyler Robinson online? I mean, you could get there there and if the evidence goes there, then take it there as it might be. But for now, other than those text messages which show something of a sinister inside look at, you know, donors and what they expect from the people that they give money to, Nothing. Nothing's for free and there's no free lunch. It doesn't do anything to contradict or add on to the current best evidence out there, which I appreciate they can't flesh out and get into and delve into now until the trial. But. But you know, the bottom line problem is nobody trusts the FBI, nobody trusts the authorities. And people are now so conspiracy traumatized from everything that we've seen that was told was the official narrative, only to learn that it's an actual concocted conspiracy. They don't believe anything anymore to the point where you have people who don't believe that the earth is round and there are levels to conspiracies. I don't believe that Tyler acted alone. I don't believe that it was a lapel mic exploding because that just complicates what would have otherwise been an easier to explain assassination from the get go.
Charlie Kirk
Well, and I want to make one thing clear because I've seen even big accounts sort of misrepresent this very critical point. The FBI is not trying this case. Right. This is not a DOJ case per se. Yes, they flew in to assist with the immediate investigation. Cash and Dan were there obviously, but it's. This is a local prosecution to the state of Utah. So they are leading Utah county.
Blake
There's you know, the county attorney and then several sub prosecutors as well. I think there's five or Six names on the charging document, for example.
Charlie Kirk
Right.
Blake
That's who's actually constructed this case and is going to be prosecuting it in court.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And by the way, I'm with you, actually, Viva. When I see that video right there, I'm like, who knew what when? And you've got this, like armed SLC queers group or whatever that immediately took down their social media. I mean, there's.
Blake
It would be, it would be good if we had a full investigation of it at least. So we could. We should. At least, among other things, we should just know if they're all crazy freak shows who are marinating in violent rhetoric. Even if he said, ha, ha, I'm going to shoot Charlie Kirk and they, like, laughed it off.
Charlie Kirk
Yes.
Blake
And didn't believe him. We should. Or if they just said, yeah, that'd be cool, that'd be great. There's a lot of things we deserve to know, even if they aren't literal co conspirators.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. More with Viva Fry on the other side of this break, former litigator, future American. We'll be right back.

There are going to be so many people there. This is a completely sold out convention center for amf. We've never seen anything like it in the history of Amfest. So it's going to be exciting. All the major media are going to be there. I got to get Viva there. If Viva, you're not coming, we have to talk about that after the show. Viva Fry should be doing media on site there, but lots of stuff going on. And of course, if you're part of members.charliekirk.com, we'll be doing members interviews. Those will be announced soon.
Blake
So if you want to buy a ticket now, you can't, it's too late. But you can watch on tpusa. Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
And on Rumble, streaming it. And then also if you want to buy tickets for next year, there is currently a discounted price because we felt so bad that we had to turn off ticketing. So you can find all that@tpusa.com and anyways, so Amp Fest week, get ready. It's going to make a lot of news. I'm sure we're going to welcome back Viva in about five seconds. All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. We are joined by Viva Fry, former litigator, current Canadian, future American, all around good guy. So Viva, let's, you know, I want to actually make one mention and then I'm going to ask you a separate question. But you know, a lot has been made about these text exchange that have gone back that went back and forth between Robinson and his, his lover, his trans furry gay lover, whatever. And people say it doesn't sound right. Doesn't sound right. Well, there is a video that I want everybody to check out by Turkey Tom, I believe you've watched it now, Viva, where. And this has been authenticated as somebody was in the discord chats with them and apparently spent time with them at this apartment and he said 100% this is how they talked, which is a striking finding. We're going to go into that more probably tomorrow, the next day, depending on how today goes. But I mean I get the skepticism on this at first it struck me, too, but apparently this is how they talk. Viva.
Viva Fry
That was not the most. The most implausible thing to believe. Okay, so you have a text message. It does read. Regardless of whether or not this is how they talk.
Charlie Kirk
Talk.
Viva Fry
People saying they were. They were manufactured by or drafted by AI. To the extent that they're confirmed text messages, you can, you know, come to whatever conclusions you want after that. But, you know, whether or not this is how they talk regularly, to the extent that those were authentic text messages, they show what they show, which is whether or not his lover was aware of what was going on. You're etching bullets and, you know, it's maybe not for target practice of a sporting nature, but when I say I don't believe the official narrative, you have to go back to a number of things. Here I put my sort of best theory as to what went down. I want to know who was on the Discord chat in advance, what they were discussing, and whether or not there might have been some other foreign. I say foreign, not foreign government, but outer influence there. Tyler Robinson is getting radicalized right about the same time as Thomas Crooks, right about the same time as the other guy, Ryan Root. Truth, you know, he's being radicalized at a politically relevant period of time, right around the same time, oddly enough, as the alleged suspect in the January 6th pipe bomber. You know, a time frame where political violence is potentially very useful in, you know, for the upcoming election. So the timeframe of the radicalization is very interesting to see whether or not he was on anybody's radar beforehand. We don't yet know that. And why there would not be confirmation on that can lead to suspicion. You remember the old man, George Zinn, arrested for claiming to be the shooter the day of, and then gets busted for CP on his phone. Like, in my mind, if I'm making a plausible theory here, George Zinn was probably on some Discord chat with a bunch of young perverts, and he's an old pervert, and he's getting off doing whatever they do on those chats. He knows what's going down. He shows up there and thinks he's going to be some useful decoy or distraction for Tyler Robinson because they know what's going down. That's my theory. But, you know, it is the absence of total disclosure, the total lack of faith that anybody has, not just in the FBI per se, but in any state law enforcement. Nobody has. Nobody has any faith in our institutions anymore. And it leads people to go from, you know, a healthy skepticism to just not believing it, to concocting the most outlandish conspiracy theories imaginable. But then those text messages, you can understand how they will cause people to come to those types of conclusions. And you know, allegedly the rumors are Cash Patel, you know, getting mad at Tulsi Gabbard and Joe Kent for trying to look into a potential terrorist angle to this also does nothing to foment faith in the system, ferment faith in the authority. So you can understand why people are coming to their conclusions and their conspiracy theories. It's very much akin to the Sandy Hook conspiracy theories where you still have people today who don't believe that people died on Sandy Hook on the day of the Love. And it's because people are so traumatized by conspiracy that they are manufacturing the most outlandish conspiracies. And I think it does a disservice and an injustice to the actual conspiracy, which is. It seems that many people had advanced knowledge of this shooting and now the only attention is being placed on Tyler Robinson and or these more outlandish theories and not exploring these more plausible conspiracy theories.
Blake
Well, yeah, I think it's important to emphasize we have a responsibility to. You have a responsibility to use your reason. You have your. You truly have to shepherd how you think about things. And that's one of the most damaging things with really outlandish things. I mean the Sandy Hook one is a great example where it can be addictive to really marinate in something that if you really were to write down all of the evidence straightforward and try to like make a logical syllogism out of it, it just, it doesn't make any sense.
Charlie Kirk
And the newest one I heard over the weekend was that it was actually an electroc and that the people around him were standing on rubber mats so they weren't arrested.
Blake
Or if you want one that just came up, a bunch of people decided that that shooting in Australia was an IDF operation. So I'm just instantly ran with that one.
Charlie Kirk
Well, everything points back there, I guess. 30 seconds. Viva.
Viva Fry
You know, I see the problem is, you know, there are more outlandish conspiracy theories to entertain. There are the realistic ones. And like with Sandy Hook and saying, you know, all crisis actors, nobody died that day, you actually distract and divert from the true tragedy, which is, you know, state authorities fail to do what they were required to do to protect those children. And instead of discussing that, you end up having to discredit everyone who asks any questions because of the more outlandish conspiracy theories.
Charlie Kirk
Viva Fry former LITIGATOR future American. Thank you, my friend. Good to see you very much.
Viva Fry
Godspeed.
Charlie Kirk
We're gonna pivot to It's a Wonderful Life. We'll make it make sense.
John Jubilee
Sense.
Charlie Kirk
We'll be right back.

Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. Just in this morning, the son of legendary film producer and actor Rob Reiner is in custody for Reiner's murder. Los Angeles Police say the 78 year old and his wife were murdered in their home. Reiner's 32 year old son is being held on $4 million bail. Investigators say the couple suffered stab wounds and detectives with the LAPD's Robbery Homicide Division are investigating the situation. As a homicide. Reiner is known for films like A Few Good Men, When Harry Met Sally and the Princess Bride. We'll of course continue to monitor this developing situation throughout the day, including more reaction to Reiner's murder. Meantime, Australian officials are planning tougher gun laws after a father and son killed 15 people at a Jewish celebration at Sydney's Bondi Beach. The attack is Australia's worst mass shooting in almost 30 years. Check out this video of a brave witness though taking down one of the shooters. It's making the rounds on social media. You can see it all unfolding here. Police confirm the 50 year old father was killed at the scene, bringing the total death toll to 16 people. At last check. The 24 year old son remained in critical condition but was in custody. In addition to those killed, at least 40 people were taken to area hospitals following the attack. Investigators say they are working through the background of the shooters. They also say two Islamic State flags were found in the duo's vehicle. Just this morning, Australia's prime minister announcing a push to limit the number of weapons allowed under a gun license. Police say the father was a licensed gun owner, but with at least, excuse me, six registered weapons. And the search is on for the man who doused a woman with acid, sending her to the hospital with serious chemical burns. It happened in Savannah, Georgia's Forsyth park after the woman left a church program. Following the attack, the police department has increased patrols in the city's parks out of an abundance of caution. The FBI is also assisting in helping to identify the chemical that was used. Investigators are still trying to determine what motivated the attack. As they say the victim did not know her attacker. Savannah police also asking anyone who has any information to please come forward. That's a quick check of your headlines.
Charlie Kirk
On air and on fire for the preservation of our nation. The Charlie Kirk Show. All right. Welcome back. Good conversation is about respect. Blake. I think God it is. It's how we create a space where people are able to share their ideas and be heard. And of course, Charlie knew that. And TikTok has always strived to be a place where that thrives. It thrives on respectful conversation and connection, where curiosity fuels that connection and we can share what's on our minds and learn from each other. When ideas meet respect, good things happen. On TikTok, you can find a mechanic explaining the why behind a problem most of us would never even know how to name or a father sharing a lifetime of knowledge with his viewers. Viewers who listen, discuss, and then they respond. TikTok turns connection into community through small acts of understanding. You can feel it in the comments and the thank you from a stranger halfway across the world. Tick tock is a place where respect opens the door for discussion and discussion helps us build something real. Portions of the Charlie Kirk show are brought to you in part by TikTok. So we got pitched this idea and Blake and I talked about it and we're like, man, yeah, this really sounds really cool.
Blake
It just, it reached out. So. So almost all of you I'm sure are familiar with the film It's a Wonderful Life, one of my Christmas all time Christmas classic, amazing story. And we got pitched over the weekend by a friend of ours who said, hey, this guy has an interesting take comparing Charlie to George Bailey, the hero of Bedford Falls in that film. And so we're joined now by Titus Tekker up. He is a distinguished fellow at Hillsdale College and he's also the executive director of the American Cinema foundation. Your big film Buff. So I don't know where exactly you're going to go with this, but lay it out for us, Titus.
Titus Techera
Hey, guys, thanks for having me on. Glad to be on the show. So I'm a distinguished fellow at Hillsdale, and just the first couple of weeks now, in December, I recorded a course course on cinema and civilization for Hillsdale. And one of the movies I was talking about was It's a Wonderful Life. It's Christmas men, leadership and God and prayer. Big parts of the story. And then also for Hillsdale, I did a number of Christmas lectures in Connecticut. I'm not sure anybody knows this, but in Connecticut there is a replica of Monticello Jefferson's home. Somebody just up and built that for his centennial birthday. And now it's a. Hillsdale does lectures there. And so I talked about this movie and you know, there are hundreds of people there and I thought about how do we talk about leadership in contemporary terms, not the movie from eight years ago. And that's the guy I thought of, Charlie Kirk. And I have to say that the audience responded very, very warmly. And that's what made me think I should talk to you guys about this. So the. The story of It's a Wonderful Life is the story of community and leadership. George Bailey is an astonishing guy from youth. He is a boy who saves lives. I'm not sure how seriously people take that when they see it in the movie, but it's very important. And then he ends up saving the community he's part of as well. And it's not trivial. It's a story about how America needs leaders and why, what's difficult about that sort of leadership. George Bailey is not a nice guy. George Bailey is a tough guy. And he has much more in common with Hemingway heroes than with sentimental stories. He grows up wanting to conquer the world, go on adventuring. He wants to see the world by himself. His idea of property is to buy sturdy piece of luggage so that he can get through the world with it. And each stamp he says on that piece of luggage will prove that he has achieved something, that he has measured himself again, something much bigger than the small town in which he lives. But then, you know, he has a sense of duty too. And he can't abandon the family business or the community. And he ends up making his life there in Bedford Falls. You know, an idyllic small town community, but not so idyllic that it's unrealistic about what it takes to make a community work. The kinds of things that Jimmy Stewart George Bailey faces are the kinds of things we're dealing with now. And his major issue is housing. He wants people to be able to buy a house so that they can make a family and make a life for themselves and the community. Or else, of course, none of this lasts. There's no future without it. Because. Because owning property, first of all for your home, your family, is the basis of self respect and therefore the basis of self government.
Blake
Yeah, I love that comparison. I love that comparison.
Charlie Kirk
Charlie was big on that.
Blake
For those who don't remember in the film, the big problem is there's that banker, Potter, and he's trying to. He's basically trying to buy out all the housing in the community.
Charlie Kirk
And the whole thing is Potter trying to take the small portion that George Bailey's family have done through the savings and loan, this small portion of lending through the community and making, you know, self sufficient members of the community. And Potter just wants to have them all live and control it.
Blake
He wants to take over all of the housing. And Bailey is constantly fighting to make sure everyone still owns their own home. That is.
Charlie Kirk
Which is very Charlie.
Blake
Wow, that is very Charlie. That's actually remarkable.
Viva Fry
So, yeah.
Blake
Continue, Titus.
Titus Techera
The movie clearly gets this opposition between small towns and the big city. In the big city, everybody's a stranger and everybody is out there trying to rent. And it's not really working out for most people, or not sufficiently, at any rate, to have kids. And isn't that happening all the time in big cities nowadays? Isn't it the case that massive corporations are now in the business of buying up homes? A lot of crazy stuff is going on and it's all right there. These are the problems of the big cities. This is the challenge of modern America as Capra sees it. And it's better to face it than not to face it. And he might also be right that if you want to face it, you probably need men like that to face it again. It's not like the problem didn't happen before Charlie Kirk noticed that homeownership and marriage for young men is in crisis now. It's just that not so many people talked about it. That's the need for leaders.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, I mean, Charlie was a. I mean, the more you talk about it, because Charlie, it's interesting you mentioned that George Bailey was a tough guy.
Blake
Yeah, yeah, tough. Not nice. Like, Charlie actually was quite kind. But he also. He had this bluntness to it.
Charlie Kirk
He had a fire. He had a. He had a spirit that was sort of indomitable.
Blake
I've seen, you know, because we have to look at the email inbox now. He read every email, and sometimes he could be very blunt in responding to people.
Charlie Kirk
Oh, he was very blunt.
Gary Melton
You're wrong.
Blake
Yep.
John Jubilee
You're wrong.
Blake
He'd just say, you're wrong.
Charlie Kirk
You're wrong. And he would argue with people and he. Yeah, I mean, so. And I love this story because we are in the Christmas season. We got a lot going on. We've got things in the news, we've got terrible news over the weekend. But we are in Christmas season. And it's. It's. It's a really fascinating way to think about Charlie's life as a leader of a community that ended up, you know, you think about in death, the. The. You know, I guess the other central theme of it, as I'm thinking about this, Titus, is that, you know, you. The whole story revolves around what if George Bailey never existed? And that's a. I mean, you think about when you see all this outpouring of love for Charlie at the memorial, all the things that he's accomplished, his massive legacy and imprint on the world. Imagine if Charlie Kirk never existed.
Blake
Yeah, like that's. That's the thing. When he has that vision, there's, you know, his kids don't exist, his brother doesn't exist anymore because he drowns and all of that. And I think about. We had that call during the AMA a few weeks ago where those people, they had a child because Charlie motivated them to do it. Or you think of these people who say, I finally proposed to my girlfriend. Maybe they'll have kids later who wouldn't have existed without Charlie's example. It's really something to think about.
Charlie Kirk
He left an impression and an imprint and a ripple effect that will be impossible to ever calculate. And I think that is one of the through lines of It's a Wonderful Life. Correct, Titus?
Titus Techera
Yeah. So, you know, I was just now talking to a friend of mine, a pastor from Indiana, who told me, as I think many other pastors have noticed, that week after week since Charlie was assassinated, men come to church. So some of these people come back, but all of them at least stayed for long conversation. And I think you can see how even that makes a difference. But he says, you know, one of them is now a member of his church about to become. He's in the process of joining. And, you know, that's one soul that may be saved. I think the business pastors are in. There's a lot of this stuff happening throughout America. Lives that are being changed. And it's not just the life Charlie lived, but after his death, too, still makes a difference. And that, I think, points you to something like the power of religion, like the movies trying to tell you, men like that, although they're impressive, they still need prayer. They still need to look up to divine providence above them. And you see that in the effect their lives have even after they pass. And I also thought, you know, at the end of the movie, when his wife tries to call the community together, Mary Bailey brings everybody together, tells the kids, yes, you should be praying for your dad. And then all the community comes to help out. That's not one like the vigilant for Charlie. How many people went out of their way to show not just solidarity, but love, a sense also of the loss, what was lost with. With his death, and presumably a resolve to make for a better life so that it was not all in vain. I think that's part. Maybe that's the part that we don't talk about as much. How many people resolve themselves to do better so that everything he did and his death would not be in vain. And that I also somehow fit for. For a Christmas movie because it gives you hope. We got an email here for the future.
Blake
We got an email here from Elizabeth, who says Charlie had many similar characteristics with Jimmy Stewart. They were both rather tall and humble, and they were both Republicans. Jimmy Stewart was a light. Yeah, a lifelong Republican Christian. Used to have those slightly more.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. No, Jimmy Stewart went to Hollywood Presbyterian. I know that because they were still talking about it years later. And he came every week with his family. And actually, Henrietta Mears used to run the sort of high school and college ministry at Hollywood Presbyterian. Henrietta Mears is famous for helping bring Billy Graham to faith.
Blake
Wow.
Charlie Kirk
So Hollywood Presbyterian was quite the.
Blake
They were different in a big way. They did not talk anything like each other.
Charlie Kirk
No, Charlie didn't talk at all like Jimmy Stewart, I will say. But, yeah, they were both awful tall. Hey, so, Titus, just while we have you here as kind of a question out of left field, but we did lose Rob Reiner over the weekend, another American film legend as a director, you know, minute and a half, you know, your reflections on his. His body of work.
Titus Techera
Yeah, was an impressive guy, had a great career, especially in the 80s. But let me say one more thing about the It's a Wonderful Life before we drop that, you know, there's something about what. You know, to understand somebody like George Bailey, to understand that kind of ambitious man, it takes this counterfactual, what if he had never lived? And so what is the worst thing he can imagine. And as a community, it's Pottersville. Pottersville is now run by the greedy banker. And what is that all about? It's not a community. It's a lot of people there, but there's no community. There's no solidarity, there's no sympathy. There's quite a bit of. Of cruelty and brazen indifference. And instead of family life or home ownership or what you might call suburbia, what you get instead is a lot of gambling and some prostitution and obviously drinking. And again, that's a lot like the America today. There's way too much like sports heroes out there trying to corrupt young men. Advertising, betting apps. There's a lot of, you know, just think about horrible stuff like only fans.
Blake
Fans.
Titus Techera
That's what he's afraid of. And I think that's what we're all afraid of. And I think that's what Charlie was afraid of and why he was trying to help young men build life for themselves, not become drug addicts or, or addicts to like only fans.
Blake
Yeah. Titus, thank you very much for having on. Everyone watch It's a Wonderful Life this year. Maybe spare a thought, see if you see a similarity with Charlie there. Thanks for coming on. Titus this and we'll be right back.
Titus Techera
Take care.

It's a huge story kind of was unfolding. There was a press conference as we started the show here. But essentially what we know is that the FBI has foiled a New Year's Eve terror plot and they found that the alleged is in Southern California and it's by far left radicals.
Blake
They say a radical offshoot of the Turtle Island Liberation Front, or tilf, an extremist group motivated by pro Palestine, anti law enforcement and anti government ideology. Allegedly planning coordinated IED improvised explosive devices, bombing attacks on New Year's Eve at different locations across Los Angeles. That's an interesting name. Turtle Island Liberation Front. That's a name. Turtle island is a name often used by pro American Indian activists because apparently.
Charlie Kirk
What'S the backstory there?
Blake
It's one of the names, I guess that a American Indian tribe used for kind of it's a little debated but like America or the world or whatever. And so some people believe that, you know, really radicals, they'll. It's common in Canada so they won't.
Charlie Kirk
Want to call it Canada. They want to call it indigenous people.
Blake
Pro indigenous, but pro.
Charlie Kirk
So who is indigenous, you know, to Carthage. Who's in. This is a question I always want to throw to these people, like has who is indigenous to England well, it was the Vikings invaded and then they, they held it for a while.
Blake
Who's indigenous to America? You don't want to dig into the history of who lived in which place in America.
Charlie Kirk
I'm just saying like, like to the pro indigenous crowd that gets so radicalized by this stuff that they think all land is stolen, all land has been conquered.
Blake
Let's, let's, let's put up clip. What do we have it here? 157. 157. Let's put that one up. So this is evidence released by the Justice Department. We can see some signs. They have Death to ice. Death to America. Long live Turtle island and Palestine. It looks like it's saying Erica is fascist. I don't think that actually is what it says. I think it's America is fascist. And it's blurred a bit.
Charlie Kirk
Well, it's with a C. They have.
Blake
Have an American catastrophe. Fascism comes to America. So lots of stuff. And they say that they must have been tracking these guys because it sounds like what happened was, is they went out into the Mojave Desert to make their explosives. They're saying. And then the FBI swooped in on them right after this.
Charlie Kirk
They're saying a very sophisticated left wing group is behind this. And they are saying that the executive order that President Trump signed after Charlie's assassination to label some of these far left groups as domestic terrorists and to uncover their funding mechanisms has directly contributed to the FBI being able to foil this plot. So that's a huge piece of this story is that, you know, you start looking, you know, we just were talking about what happened if Charlie's life had never existed. Well, I know it comes in death, which is terrible and tragic, but the reason this got elevated so much, and I'll reiterate, I think I've told this story on the show before, is that the last text message he sent to Stephen Miller was, was, we have to root out these funding networks for the far left extremists.
Blake
And we have more stuff, so they say a radical offshoot of the Turtle Island Liberation Front. Let's put up that sequence of images from that group's Instagram page. Because these groups just have Instagrams. Peaceful protest will never be enough. There are no morals for us to appeal to, no sense of right, just no sense of justice or what's right.
Gary Melton
Right.
Blake
We cannot vote ourselves out of a mass colonizer occupation. Well, if you can't vote yourself out, how do you get out? And let's go to the third one. We are against fascist colonizers yeah, they.
Charlie Kirk
Plan to bomb five plus locations in LA Orange county on New Year's Eve. Explicitly called it a terrorist act. Follow up attacks targeting ICE agents, vehicles with pipe bombs to take some of them out and scare the rest. You know, you saw the Death to America signage, etc. So. So the media will probably bury this because it's not the narrative. Remember, political violence only comes from the right according to them, even though all evidence that we have in recent memory is all left wing political violence. But they will probably bury this. It's a nothing burger. Good work to the men and women at the FBI and to the extent that President Trump's executive order contributed to foiling this, God bless all the men and women there. We're gonna have more tomorrow. Stay tuned. Updates coming.

Podcast: Real America’s Voice
Host: Charlie Kirk (with co-hosts Blake and guests)
Air Date: December 15, 2025
This episode of The Charlie Kirk Show grapples with a weekend of trauma and violence, including terror attacks in Los Angeles, Providence (Brown University), and Sydney’s Bondi Beach. The show combines breaking news analysis with cultural commentary, including a heartfelt discussion on Rob Reiner’s tragic murder, a detailed investigation into the death of Charlie Kirk himself, and reflections on American leadership and legacy—drawing parallels to the film It's a Wonderful Life. Through investigative interviews with experts like Gary Melton (ballistics/tactical) and the legal commentator Viva Frei, Charlie Kirk’s team aims to dispel misinformation and probe the deeper threats facing American and Western societies.
“Did that become a normal occurrence not just in the United States, but now seeing it in Australia, who's worked really hard to create gun prevention laws to prevent the kind of tragedy that took place there.”
— Charlie Kirk (04:32)
“I believe in the teachings of Jesus and I believe in doing to others and I believe in forgiveness... she forgave his assassin and I think that that is admirable.”
— Rob Reiner (15:35)
“We want the American way of life... I want to be able to get married, buy a home, have kids... not to have my kid be taught the lesbian, gay, transgender garbage in their school, while also not having them have to hear the Muslim call to prayer five times a day.”
— Charlie Kirk (26:33–27:03)
[Key Segment: 34:49–54:59]
“I knew... distances was nothing, especially for a scoped rifle. I mean, my 8-year-old son [can] shoot 1200 yards... there was nothing especially about this that was so complicated.”
— Gary Melton (38:13)
“Look, I don't want to be lied to by the government, but I don't want to be lied to by the internet either.”
— Gary Melton (41:12)
[Key Segment: 62:29–81:21]
“There are levels to conspiracies. I don't believe that Tyler acted alone. I don't believe that it was a lapel mic exploding… you just do your best based on whatever evidence is available as of now.”
— Viva Frei (64:51)
“The story of It's a Wonderful Life is the story of community and leadership... George Bailey is a tough guy... he ends up saving the community he's part of as well.”
— Titus Techera (87:08)
“The last text message [Charlie] sent to Stephen Miller was, ‘We have to root out these funding networks for the far left extremists.’”
— Charlie Kirk (106:03)
Rob Reiner on Forgiveness:
“I believe in the teachings of Jesus… in forgiveness. And what she [Erica Kirk] said to me was beautiful… she forgave his assassin.”
— Rob Reiner (15:35)
Gary Melton’s Realism:
“Look, I don't want to be lied to by the government, but I don't want to be lied to by the internet either.”
— Gary Melton (41:12)
Charlie Kirk’s American Vision:
“We want the American way of life… not to have my kid be taught the lesbian, gay, transgender garbage in their school, while also not having them have to hear the Muslim call to prayer five times a day.”
— Charlie Kirk (26:33–27:03)
Viva Frei on Conspiracies:
“Nobody has any faith in our institutions anymore. And it leads people to go from healthy skepticism to concocting the most outlandish conspiracy theories imaginable.”
— Viva Frei (76:49)
Titus Techera—Cinema & Legacy:
“George Bailey is an astonishing guy from youth… it's a story about how America needs leaders and why, what's difficult about that sort of leadership. George Bailey is a tough guy.”
— Titus Techera (87:08)

True to the show’s style, the tone is urgent, direct, and emotionally engaged—oscillating between grief, outrage, skepticism, and a call to faith and action. Humor and sarcasm pepper the cultural commentary; technical segments are practical and myth-busting; all voices strive for clarity in the face of swirling rumors and ideological spin.
This episode will immerse you in real-time conservative news analysis, blend tactical fact-finding with sharp social critique, and provide both a sense of mourning and resilience after a weekend of national loss. The show’s distinct value comes from expert breakdowns (debunking viral myths, explaining real-world tactics), its willingness to reflect on divisive tragedy with empathy, and the cultural throughline about personal and national legacy.
End of summary.
