You know our country's at a tipping point.
Blake Neff
We're going to go the wrong way if we keep taking in garbage into our country. These aren't people that work. These aren't people that say, let's go, come on, let's make this place great. These are people that do nothing but complain. Minneapolis is proud to be home to the largest Somali community in the entire country. They're entrepreneurs and fathers. They benefit both the culture and the economic resilience of our city. Abdelmahat Billy Muhammad. But Prosecutors say the 28 year old uses the names Kareem and Al Testo on Snapchat. And that is where investigators say he met his latest victim as well as his two previous ones. His profile was already in the database from previous cases involving sexual assaults in Minneapolis in 2017 and another one in 2024. A Hetman county judge sentenced Muhammad in May in those cases, including one involving a 15 year old girl. Prosecutors say two other unidentified men took part in that assault and one threatened the victim with a gun. But Muhammad never spent a day in prison, as we said, because he got credit for time served while awaiting trial as part of a pair of plea deals to our Somali community. We love you and we stand with you. I am proud to say I'm a Somali American. I know many families are fearful tonight and obviously everyone knows that our president is racist, xenophobic, Islamophobic, and we are going to fight that. America has a history of fighting and stopping those kind of individuals who continue to divide people and divide communities.
Bill Galan
They complain and do nothing, but.
We.
Blake Neff
Don'T want them in our country. Let them go back to where they came from and fix it.
Thank you very much. There are as many as 100 federal agents that will be deployed to the Twin Cities with a specific focus on targeting our Somali community. Targeting Somali people means that due process will be violated, mistakes will be made. And let's be clear, it means that American citizens will be detained for no other reason than the fact that they look like they are Somali folks that are masked, that they're not sure if they're law enforcement, that they may be kidnapping people. Like, we have had those reports. If you see something like that that is legitimate, that you don't know if someone is law enforcement, you should call 91 1, please. Let's be clear. That's something everyone should report and that we will immediately respond to. And we will document. We will document and report these types of things anytime that we hear it and reminding our officers of their duty to intervene. Look, I'll say the same thing I.
Bill Galan
Said to other chiefs of police in Sanctuary City.
Blake Neff
Shame on you. I mean, your number one responsibility is.
Terrence Bates
The safety and security of your communities.
Blake Neff
And ICE is targeting criminals.
Frank Turek
Criminals.
Blake Neff
So for you not to partner with ICE to make your community safer is shameful. He ought to put his badge in the desk drawer and walk away because.
Terrence Bates
He stopped being a cop.
Blake Neff
Become a politician. Pam Binder and her US Attorneys are waiting to prosecute anybody that impedes law enforcement. ICE law enforcement, mortal law enforcement, in doing their job. Zero tolerance for impeding ICE in their operations. The Sandus atrocity reminds us that we have no greater national security priority than ensuring that we have full control over the people that enter and remain in our country. For the most part, we don't want them.
Bill Galan
They come in illegally, have a lot of problems.
Blake Neff
Their countries force them in because their countries are smart. They don't want them. Let's give them to the Americans to take care of.
Bill Galan
They come out of jails, in many cases mental institutions. They're gang members, they're drug dealers.
Frank Turek
We don't want them.
Blake Neff
You can only vet information that exists, Right? You can vet what people have done in the past. You can't vet what people might do in the future. There's another dynamic at play here, and that is you could allow someone into our country who has no history of radicalization. Perhaps they even have worked with you in the past. But they are susceptible to radicalization once they enter the United States because they don't assimilate well, because they fall victim to some of this online propaganda and efforts to radicalize people. And two or three years later, you find that they have radicalized. That is a threat. That is a real threat.

Here we go.
Blake Neff
Good afternoon. Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show. I'm Blake Neff, a producer, and I'm joined here right now by Tyler Bowyer. It feels weird. You're usually next to me when we're doing Thought Crime. I'm always here, you're always there. It's a little different just to have you across the desk like that.
Tyler Bowyer
Yeah, no, it's great to see you eye to eye, Blake, because I'm usually side eyeing you.
Blake Neff
Yeah, I'm always like this and then I spend half of Thought crime just with my head rotated like that on the camera. But no, we wanted to have you on. So I have good news everyone. We, we had to warn everyone about this. We said the Tennessee seventh race is coming up. Don't ignore it because Democrats definitely aren't ignoring it. And happily yesterday Matt Van Epps defeated Democrat Afton Bain, the woman who said she hated Nashville, hated bachelorette parties, hated country music, hated basically everything that made Nashville noteworthy. Uh, yet she some a few polls I think showed her winning even, but did not come to pass. We are worried it would be close. Uh, in the end it came out to Republicans winning by nine, but it was even a little bit better than that. When the first early votes came in, the New York Times estimator said, oh, Republicans will probably win by two and just got stronger and stronger throughout the night. So there was very good election day turnout by Republicans, which shows the word got out. Don't ignore this. Don't sleep on it. Get there now. Here comes, here comes the but this is a district we won by 22 points. Trump won it by 22 points last November. The House margin was 21 points. It went to nine. So that is a serious swing towards the Democrats. Now, it's not cataclysmic. The Cook Political Report and these eggheads who estimate these things, they say it's organically about a Republican plus 10 district. So winning it by nine, perfectly respectable result. But it is less and so I'll throw to you here, Tyler, what should we make of this result overall, you think?
Tyler Bowyer
Well, there's a couple of things that we want to go through. So first and foremost, turning point action is not in Tennessee. So we did not have a hand in.
Blake Neff
We're focused on the key swing states, not a swing state.
Tyler Bowyer
Charlie said this all the time. We're focused on the key target states, the swing states. However, the future of Tennessee is that it's going to be a swing state at some point. And this is.
Blake Neff
Don't say that. Please don't say that.
Tyler Bowyer
People, like, kind of razz me on, on X when I say things like this. But Tennessee, Utah, Idaho, these are targets. These are long term targets for the left. And this is because they want them.
Blake Neff
To be like Colorado.
Tyler Bowyer
Yeah, large counties with large cities can topple in a conservative state. So in Tennessee, you have, the Nashville metro area has grown abundantly, just similar to Phoenix and Arizona. And this is what, you know, people couldn't even imagine. Can you fathom a blue Arizona or purple Arizona? And we have seen that when Democrats, when we have a huge swing in population numbers, lots of outsiders move in that it starts to change the dynamics of the state. And then when the Democrats spend tens of millions of dollars in these, in these races, whether it's for Congress, Senate, President, governor, then you can lose. And we've seen a lot of red states, Kansas, Missouri, to name a few, where we've had Democrats win governorships, we've had, we've had statewide elections. So nothing is safe. You cannot look at any of these districts and say, even in a deep red plus 22 R plus 10 district, in this case, the R plus 10 district, a plus 22 Trump, there's a difference between, because there's a lot of crossover votes in red states where Democrats voted for Trump. This last election cycle, where Democrats stayed home because they just didn't believe in Kamala Harris.
That's the first step. So there's a little bit of a misnomer here, which is that this is a plus 22 district. This is not a plus 22 district like you mentioned.
Blake Neff
It's a district Trump won by 22.
Tyler Bowyer
Yeah, this is a district that Trump won by 22. Some of that being half of the increase being that Democrats stayed home. Half of the increase being that Democrats crossed over in a red state. Now, with that being said, this district was vacated by a Freedom Caucus member. Representative Green took a private sector job. We have to, I have to say this because it applies to everyone. We were Just saying this, I was just saying this about Marjorie Taylor Greene. It is not helpful when we have such slim numbers in the, in the majority to have people retiring mid midstream.
Blake Neff
Here, not even midstream. I think he, he announced his retirement in July. Six months. Yeah. I mean, you're given a public trust when you run for an office.
Tyler Bowyer
You run, you run to serve for the full term. And it's not difficult. It's not a difficult term. It's two years in Congress. If you can't do that, you shouldn't be running. And so again, I'm not attacking either of the Greens in this case. I'm not saying that, you know, things don't come up or people don't have illnesses or they don't have, you know, there's lots of different reasons that people choose, and some of those are not public. However, it's not helpful. What is fair to say is it's not helpful for people to quit midstream right now. And with, with, with so few Republicans controlling Congress now, with that being said, that's why the special election became such a focal point for the Democrats, because if they spend more, they're going to turn out more. And in special elections, and it's all about, it's, it's low turnout.
Frank Turek
Right.
Blake Neff
Enthusiasm.
Tyler Bowyer
It's all about enthusiasm. It's about, it's all about how many people can you actually get to show up to vote. It's not persuading people. This isn't a persuadable district. This is a plus 10 minimum maximum plus 22 that Trump won by district. You should win this district if everybody shows up. That's not the case in special elections.
Blake Neff
Yeah, I'm looking at its most recent. It had 322,000 votes in the last normal election. And, and then in this one, 179,000. Yes.
Tyler Bowyer
So. So you're talking about barely half.
Blake Neff
Yeah, they got, we got 96, 97,000 votes to win, whereas the Democrat loss got 122,000 votes to lose by a ton last time.
Tyler Bowyer
Yeah, I think the projection was that it was going to be in the low 40s was turnout numbers when all said and done. I don't even know if they hit that in this case for the turnout. But 40, I mean, imagine that again, 40% turnout is, is really low for a congressional, for a federal race. So you have a situation here where this is, people are freaking out because the money, amount of money and energy that was being spent for the Democrats.
Blake Neff
Which, which is good. We got them to Waste money on a thing. They lost by nine. But it still shows. The reason you have to be aware, and Charlie would always talk about this is you have to be wary because Democrats, on average, they seem to care more. They get whipped up. They're more. Republicans are passionate about their families, they're passionate about their faith. Democrats are passionate about politics because for many, politics is their faith.
Tyler Bowyer
But this is really important to understand the people who, who, who sit at home, right. Obviously, that, that sat at home, that Trump won by that extra, you know, 13 points or whatever the end result was. They didn't vote in this election either. Right. So obviously that's not going to help you in the differential. The crossover vote didn't show up for this vote. Right. The people that. The Democrats that voted for Trump didn't show up to vote for Matt Van Epps.
Blake Neff
So, so we're going to, we're definitely going to get into at least one dimension of that in the next segment because we're talking about the Gen Z sentiment is very fickle around.
The past year of politics.
Tyler Bowyer
And there's two, There's Gen Z, which is really important to talk about, and millennials, it's a younger millennials, there are, you know, have been crossing over in bigger numbers. And then you have the Freedom Caucus element. Those, those two elements played a role in not maximizing what this, this victory could have been. And that's a, that's a unique opportunity at this point forward for, you know, the White House who endorsed in this race for conservatives in general, the Republican Party. The, uh, what I call the, some people call the establishment, but I call the machine is everybody has to look at this and go, all right, how can we do better than this? I'm glad we won. I'm glad we won by about the, the, the amount that we control the district by, by registration.
Blake Neff
How do we do this better for 45 seconds? What's the message? We'll get into the grassroots next segment. What's the message for the, the donor class, the political class, the people who can make big decisive moves now to make sure we're in a stronger place a year from now?
Tyler Bowyer
Well, look, like I said, kind of at the top of this is that Tennessee is a future place that they want to topple. So we have to fortify Tennessee strongly now. And so you have to make the investment into the boots on the ground to make the difference. And that's what we talked about every day with Charlie. That's what we talk about.
Blake Neff
It's a real thing. We, you want to have just that dominant get out the vote apparatus in a state before it's in crisis. Like in Arizona. It was just, it was suboptimal and then we had to build it after the crisis arrived and we may have lost races due to that. That's right. And we'll continue this into the next segment, but first we want to talk to you about Alan Jackson Ministries. We're delighted to be partnering with Alan Jackson Ministries and today we want to point you to their podcast. It's called Culture and the Alan Jackson Podcast. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. I'm Blake and I'm here with Tyler. We're talking about the results in Tennessee's 7th district election which did go well. Good news everyone. You guys all listened to us, the ones in Tennessee you turned out, you voted. We won by a lot more than the than the two points we were fretting about. So we were talking about what donors should do, how we need to be building up the apparatus, building the machine in these red states before they are purple states, before they are blue states. You make them impenetrable. You should win by a lot because that's how you continue to win by a lot. But Tyler, I said we wanted to get into the grassroots element this time. So people are looking ahead to the.
If you're a Trump voter, if you're enthusiastic, we get endless emails at freedom. Charlie Kirk.com how can I get involved? How can I help? How can they get involved and help? Because a lot of our turnout stuff, some of it ramps up in, you know, the months before an election. But what could they be doing right now to make sure they're ready to roll, they're ready to rock regardless of what state they're in?
Tyler Bowyer
Yeah, right now we're building the machine so that no matter what state you're in, you can help in the swing states but then in special situations like this. So you know, this was a little bit of an interesting race because you know, I think we're going to talk about it the complexity that exists. But tpaction.com get involved is how you can sign up so that we can message to you. And again, we understand that not every people are busy. You guys, everyone has jobs, they have kids, they have family. They can't participate around the clock. They can't participate even once a month in some cases. But there's things that you can do to sign up, be prepared and plan ahead for important elections. So election dates, obviously we know Now October of 2026 is gonna be really important. So if people can take off time and plan to take off time to travel to their nearest swing state to be, be helpful, that's gonna be, that's we're gonna have things for people to do.
Blake Neff
But it's a midterm. So swing district too. Even if you're in a red state, you'll have these competitive districts. So you'll be in, in Texas. If you're in rural Texas, you'll be looking at the big city nearest you where there's maybe one of those new congressional map streets they have. Or even if you're in California, people always want to help out in California they have a new map. They're trying to take a lot of seats from us. But if we can get the, you know, the ballots chasing efforts, if we can build on what we had, the success we had in 22, the success we had in 24, if we could deny them some of those seats they plan to flip, that will make the difference in whether we keep or lose the House. And keeping or losing the House is going to make a big difference in how successful this administration is.
Tyler Bowyer
Right. I mean this, this next election could hang in the balance of one or two congressional seats. That's why Indiana matters so much right now. People can get involved.
Blake Neff
Is there a status update on that? I know people have gotten very interested in that.
Tyler Bowyer
Yeah, actually they're so there's going through the House right now they're about complete. They think that it's going to be, it's going to pass. The new maps are going to pass the House, which is a nine zero map and then next week will be the Senate, which is where the real challenge is for India.
Blake Neff
They have like a state level filibuster. That is the obstacle because they need, they need A super majority to actually pass it. Correct?
Tyler Bowyer
Yeah, they just need a majority of the, I believe it's actually just a majority. So they need to be 26 of the Republicans out of the 40 Republicans to vote yes.
Blake Neff
26 out of 40 seems like it should be attainable. But state level Republic, they have this way of letting you down far too often. And there's great, there's great state level Republicans too. But Charlie would always, he would talk about this when we were doing the Nebraska project when we were just over and over. You have to, we have an obligation. You have to take a national view of things because the entire country is on the line. That's right. And you have to fight at the state level where you're able to. But you also have to be ready to fight at the national level. You have to work, work towards both. You can't be provincial, you can't be narrow minded and focus.
Tyler Bowyer
There's fewer Democrats in the state legislature in Indiana than, than just about any red state. They only have 10 out of the 50 state senators. So again this is where this comes in. We have to maximize our opportunity right now to benefit the rest of the country. And Indiana is one of the very few places where you can make that argument that that is a through and through, top to bottom red state.
Blake Neff
Yeah, just you have to, it's. Charlie talked about this in right wing revolution. A lot of successes we have to win back purple states but also in red states. Maximize the value of your red states. Think use in Tennessee is still red. Use Tennessee the way the Democrats use California and floor use Florida, Texas. While you have these advantages, they're large states, they can, they're, they have the GDP of large European countries. Yeah, use that before we go another way you can get involved if you're at the grassroots, if you're attending America Fest, AM Fest just three weeks from now, great opportunity to meet people from your state, from neighboring states, build the network that is going to matter next fall. And we have a big announcement today. Put up number eight. We have Vice President JD Vance will be speaking at America Fest. Incredibly excited about that one.
Tyler Bowyer
Very excited. We broke this this morning, super early this morning is that JD Vance will be headlining the event. He's going to have a very special message. It's going to be a very important message. And so yeah, he's a hero of the movement. We're excited to have him back here in Arizona.
Blake Neff
We're very excited. If you're not able to attend, tune in. It's all going to be broadcast online as well. We're going to rally the troops for the year of battle. We'll be right back.

Daisy (Producer)
All right, that was beautiful. Great job.
Blake Neff
Whatever. So they are great. They are very great. Patriot Mobile is stupendous. Glenn is stupendous. But what is less stupendous is the fickle nature. We had the Boomer half hour just now, Daisy. Now we have the Zoomer.
Daisy (Producer)
I don't know.
Blake Neff
Now we have the Zoomer half hour. We have the Zoomer half hour we have you and I believe we have Danny. He's on assignment somewhere far out east. Are you with us, Danny?
Danny (Zoomer)
Yeah, I'm here. Can you hear me?
Blake Neff
Oh, yes, yes, we can hear you. Zoomers are joining from all across America. They're growing in power.
Daisy (Producer)
Rally the.
Blake Neff
And that's the worrisome thing. So we were just talking about this Tennessee special election. I suspect a lot of Gen Z didn't know there was a special election. They can be a little tuned out from things and that's what matters. So Charlie was incredibly proud of the shift among Gen Z voters who he reached out to the most. A lot of them moved towards President Trump this last election, actually at an unprecedented level in our lifetimes at least. But there's signs certainly from polls and just superficial indicators that they are less enthusiastic now than they were last November. And actually we always. We have you on Daisy and we tout you as producer, Daisy. You pop in and Out. But we don't, we don't tout you enough. You, you built from the ground up the, the Charlie Instagram page. Well, a lot of zoomers use Instagram.
Daisy (Producer)
Emma K. As well. We have a whole team of people that have done an amazing job. But I mean it really, it in the last couple years became the largest conservative Instagram account.
Blake Neff
It's an incredible accomplishment and that requires having your finger on Gen Z's pulse. So the sense we had, we were discussing this yesterday is as, as the lingo goes, Gen Z is black pilled. They, they feel downbeat about things which.
Daisy (Producer)
Charlie was there, I mean, even just in his office every day, no black pilling.
Blake Neff
No black pilling, no bad news.
Daisy (Producer)
Yeah, he walked through every day.
Blake Neff
He said that to me the most, of course, but yeah, he would say that. But the sense I get is that Gen Z is, is downbeat. And I guess you listen to them as much as anyone here. What, what is your sense of.
Daisy (Producer)
I think that one of. So we have a clip about Trump talking about affordability and I need to find what number it is. But we heard him say this yesterday and this got us all talking because I think something that is not talked about a lot is when we were getting Gen Z to go out to the polls and vote for Trump, they were voting against the economy that they had heard about from their parents, from their grandparents. They had heard about Joe Biden's failing economy, huge selling point, but they were not actually active in the economy at that point. So then them coming out of high school, college and then being a part of the economy for Trump's economy, and it's still really stretching them and them still not be. I don't know if they expected to just be able to get out of college and buy a house immediately, which is obviously not how things work. There's a lot that has to go in that has to be put into place to fix things.
Blake Neff
We have that clip here. This is what prompted the discussion yesterday. So this was Trump, I believe during his cabinet meeting yesterday. He spoke with the press and we have clip 283.
Frank Turek
The word affordability is a Democrat scam.
Blake Neff
They say it and then they go on to the next subject and everyone thinks, oh, they had lower prices.
Frank Turek
No, they had the worst inflation in the history of our country.
Blake Neff
So it's getting cut up just as brief as possible by Democrats, by the left to say where he just says affordability is a scam. And really what Trump is saying is everything related to inflation is a crisis that began in the Biden administration, we did Covid stimulus too long into 2122. They denied it was happening. They said there is no inflation. You zoomers may not remember this. You were probably still in like high school when this happened. But they were, they said they sent prices into the stratosphere. I think we went, we had 13% some, we had the highest inflation we'd had in half a century. And Trump is saying we are aiming to fix this, but the clip can be cut up in isolation. And you also know Gen Z watches clips that are five seconds long on TikTok and that can shape a lot of their perspective on reality.
Daisy (Producer)
There's, there's that one, there's another one from yesterday where he says affordability is a hoax. We don't need to play it's very clip, it's very quick because that's the clip that's going around. But Danny, I don't know what you're seeing on your X feed on your TikTok. It's, that is something that a Gen Z would hear and be like, okay, wait, why, why is it a hoax? I've been this whole time expecting that things are going to get more affordable. And that's not actually what Trump is saying. So I think we need to focus on what sometimes the wording is not adding up or being received in the way that Gen Z can understand it. What do you think, Danny?
Danny (Zoomer)
Well, I think our biggest thing for Gen Z is immigration is what they care about the most. And that ties into affordability, obviously. But I think that is the baseline for everything in terms of what I've seen through all the algorithms, everything talking to friends, what I've heard.
Blake Neff
I'd push back. I guess you're probably referring to conservative young people then that the conservative Gen Z base cares the most.
Danny (Zoomer)
Yeah, conservative Gen Z, conservative Gen Z.
Blake Neff
And their senses that there's just not enough immigration or.
Danny (Zoomer)
Yeah, and they're very black pilled on the issue right now with obviously the H1B stuff that happened and all the illegals that are here in the country now.
And I think that the algorithm and all that is keeping them from really seeing the good things that Trump's doing on immigration with deportations and stuff like that. But I think it's also just the overall doomerism is at an all time high.
And so that's what I think the main problem is. And that ties into affordability and all their other problems.
Daisy (Producer)
Well, and I think it goes both ways. Like if we look at the two groups that we are having issues with. It would be Gen Z boys who are, what Danny's saying, too black pilled to even think that the immigration that's happening is positive and we are making real progress there. And then it's Gen Z women who think that immigration is.
Broadly emotional issue. They're seeing people being stripped away from their families and they're thinking about the women and the children. And so I, I think that it is a huge voting point that we had and that we went on and we are seeing massive amounts of progress there. But I don't know that the messaging is working for either people groups that we have a problem with.
Blake Neff
Yeah, I could definitely see that where it's. On the one hand, this is why Charlie would say no black pilling because I do think some of this is. Is to a degree a mental. It is a mental funk. It is addictive to feel negative about things. And so I always like even I can feel frustrated with stuff that happens in politics. And I always remember we secured the border overnight. We had the biggest flood of people into this country ever and we just turned it off. And that is a huge point of progress that we should be bragging about all of the time. Not the least because that is has some. It doesn't have as much of that emotional baggage that they just manipulate where anytime people who are in this country illegally should be sent back yet they make you feel shame that this happens and we should not feel shame that people who broke the law are punished.
Daisy (Producer)
Right.
Blake Neff
But I think it's also.
Danny (Zoomer)
I think, I think another problem Blake is the administration has been focused a lot on foreign problems instead of domestic problems. We see that with ending wars and stuff which is great but it's come to a point where a lot of people are just looking for answers at home and they kind of don't really care about foreign policy as much. They are more so just focused on what affects them here domestically.
Daisy (Producer)
When I think this all I think we should play cut to 50. It's Charlie from July of 2025 and it's a real. I think let's play it and then react to it more.
Blake Neff
Young people under the age of 35.
Frank Turek
To have equity in the system. Not the Democrat version of equity where.
Blake Neff
They want to have redistribution, but actually are they paying a mortgage? Do they own stuff or are they permanent renters? A permanent renting class in this country is the prerequisite is the leading ingredient for radical politics that nobody wants to see. We need to reinvigorate the ownership economy and then all Of a sudden, when you own stuff, you're less likely to burn down a Wendy's and vote for candidates like Zohran Mamdani.
Daisy (Producer)
So I think that a big, big issue in the doomerism stuff that Danny is talking about, which is it's so, so horrible to think about, but there Gen Z had all these problems beforehand, and Charlie was the person that was out there not only talking about it, but talking to them and inspiring them to be better. And then we all really publicly lost our personally, our friend and boss. But Gen Z, they're one of their largest role models that they've. Any generation has ever had, because no generation before has had that much access to someone on social media to be able to see all of their thoughts in real time. I mean, he was live on the air every day for hours. They could see exactly what he was thinking. And now they've lost that. So there's a big looming question of where do they go?
Blake Neff
And he was so positive. I think that's one of the biggest wounds we feel. Charlie, he would come out and he would say, there are huge challenges facing America, unprecedented challenges in a lot of ways, you know, yet he would always frame it to, you can be better, you can make yourself stronger, you can succeed. And he lived that out himself. Charlie built this organization in his 20s. He had a great family.
He lived out his faith to such a strong degree. And people want to follow strength, they want to follow success. He would not tell them to wallow in things. He would say, every problem in your life, however daunting it seems, is fixable. And I worry, you know, without Charlie, we've had too much of a balance toward this negativity towards victim, making yourself into a victim. And he hated the victim ideology.
Daisy (Producer)
Yeah. Danny, do you see that on your feeds as well? A lot of what I'm seeing, and some of the differences is Charlie would call young men especially to be better. And there is a cheap cash grab of sorts of, of people now. Young men are looking for a role model and it's like, hey, this is how you can complain and make your life worse if you just want to feel better in the moment. Are you seeing that? Are your friends talking about that? What do they think?
Blake Neff
40 seconds.
Danny (Zoomer)
Yeah, I'm seeing a lot of, just like, you know what I. We even saw viral clips last week of people saying, you don't need to get married anymore, it's not worth it, you're never going to be able to buy a home, stuff like that. And young men are actually like kind of listening to this following along and that's a problem.
And also because negativity is just so easy to listen to, especially when you already are feeling negative, it just sucks them in. So I really feel like that's our biggest problem right now with Gen Z is just drawing them in.
Blake Neff
If you're Gen Z yourself or if you have a Gen Z kid, send us emails freemarellykirk. We'd love to see them and get that input. One of the reasons Gen Z's down, a lot of them have debt. If you could make one holiday wish, would you wish to be free from your credit card and and other debt? Now is the time to make the move. This time of year credit card and loan companies close out their books. They're clearing past due accounts and selling off debt. That means if you have credit card debt and unpaid bills, lenders may be more open to negotiating and you actually have some leverage. Done with debt knows how to use that leverage. They understand the year end pressure and they monitor lender trends so that they can jump in and negotiate hard, hard on your behalf. The great reset stops here.
Blake Neff
The Charlie Kirk show.
Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. We're here with Daisy and Danny, the Gen Z, the zoomers who are telling us why Gen Z is black pilled. But we, it's easy for us to say don't black pill as Charlie would say. But we do have to engage with reasons to not black Bill. You do have to. We have to use our faculties. We can't just be blind here. And we want to give Charlie would also give advice to the administration and I think we can get into that advice. So we'll do that definitely in the next segment. But I just want to flag one of the most obvious reasons is as Danny said, they care about immigration. We have, we're making gradual progress on deportations. We have the big progress of shutting down new arrivals at the border. And what's great about that is it actually ties into other issues that we've discussed. The affordability question, the housing question, what drives the cost of homes. You can probably tell me demand yes. And so what lowers demand? Not pumping in millions of people a year. That puts pressure on rents and that puts pressure on everything else. And it causes all housing prices to rise. That's the nature of the market. And I think there's a lot of room for communication where you say, in the long run, this new border will improve things. We'll expand on this after radio rejoins. Just a sec.
Welcome back to radio. We're talking about reasons to not black pill and how the Trump administration could communicate what its long term plan is here. And we were saying, I think one of the best things is to actually tie. You can kind of have this grand unified thing. We've talked about how cracking down on crime is actually an affordability issue because when you make more cities and more neighborhoods livable, housing prices decline. Also when you fix the border, in the long run, house prices will decline. And we can be frank. There are going to be short term shocks. A lot of, a lot of businesses. Charlie would complain about this all the time. There are businesses that got addicted to low wage illegal labor. And there's going to be something of a shock as you get away from that. And housing construction is one of those things. There's a lot of illegal labor there. There's a shock. It's like if you're an alcoholic, which you shouldn't be because Charlie would tell you not to be, if you quit it all at once. It's actually very painful. It's very difficult. That's why people have so much trouble doing it. And illegal immigration is like America's great addiction. And so I think there's a lot of room for the administration to say we are breaking America's bad habits. And there are going to be signs of improvement that they can, they can point towards.
Daisy (Producer)
And not just we are making progress on immigration, but we are making progress on immigration. And this is how it will personally affect you.
Blake Neff
Yes. When it comes to personally affect you. One thing I'm wondering how we can best communicate this. This was a thing we saw this morning that in the past year, 51% of homes have actually decreased in value. And that's obviously not great if you're a homeowner looking to sell. But Charlie would say, great. Our top priority does need to be making sure young people have those affordable homes.
Daisy (Producer)
Yeah.
Blake Neff
And I think at the least you can see the long run pitch has to be we do need more affordable homes for people. And the great way to square that circle is you can build new homes that are affordable and then hopefully you can Try to have both sides of the coin.
Daisy (Producer)
Yeah, it's, it's hard in, in cities like Phenix, it's. The valley itself is already so congested that they are doing a lot of new builds, but they're all on the outskirts. So I, I wonder if it's different in other cities that Phoenix got really populated all at once. But I think, I'm wondering, Danny, what you think young men specifically on this affordability issue would like to hear from the administration to get them out of that black pilling.
Danny (Zoomer)
I mean, the problem is they want less regulation for starters. And the real problem is the only mainstream politician we've seen try and do this is Mamdani in New York City. And that's why we saw so much of Gen Z kind of flock towards him in that election.
Blake Neff
Wait, less regulation?
Danny (Zoomer)
No, but I'm saying in terms of actually trying to cause or try and fix housing, even if his ideas don't work. That's what. So they're looking for anything. So they want less regulation. But if no one's actually going to do that, they will flock towards someone that's at least trying to. And that's kind of what I've seen, is that they're just looking for answers. And so I really think the administration, HUD needs to kind of focus on that and really get going.
Blake Neff
It's interesting. I was reading an essay about President Franklin Roosevelt, who is probably someone deeply lost in the mists of time for you guys, but he was the president during the Great Depression and he's remembered as the guy who beat the Depression. Yet really, if you look at the numbers, he kind of did not. He actually went on a very long time. There was a renewal of the Depression. Yet the perception of him throughout the was very positive. And the argument this essay made was he was doing a lot of things. He highlighted, I'm throwing the kitchen sink at this problem. Whereas his predecessor, the Republican Herbert Hoover had sort of frozen up and he just, he was afraid to do anything. He seemed inert, he seemed not responsive. And so FDR, by being active, by being really aggressive, he sent this message, I care a lot. I am working to fix this problem. And you get the sense, could the administration fix a lot of its problems by just really aggressively showing, hey, here's all these things we are doing. So rather than just say we're cutting regulations, here's this specific thing we've done, this specific thing we've done. Here's this nice video of this house going up in, in the Phoenix area. That was enabled by our measure. Do you, do you think that communication strategy would go through? Do we need White House home building? Tiktoks yeah, I actually think we do.
Daisy (Producer)
I think that that would probably go over better than some of the, some of the ice TikToks that they're putting out, which we think are great. But a lot of the public is.
Blake Neff
A little taken aback by Housing affordability. TikToks Lowering prices, gas price. Gas price. TikToks maybe Trump was talking, he's saying gas prices are lower. He said he was talking about Thanksgiving being more affordable. But you really need to give a visual angle to this.
Daisy (Producer)
Well, and I think just having some, which Charlie is really good at, having some empathy for Gen Z where like we kind of talked about at the beginning, they sure, we can talk about how eggs are cheaper, gas is cheaper. Most of Gen Z is now purchasing those things on their own largely for the first time. So they have sure they can hear about that. It's cheaper. It still doesn't feel cheap to them. So I think the messaging is really important.
Blake Neff
All right, we'll be back. We'll be having Frank Turek in our two but we also have a very big announcement that we are making at the top of the hour on something we've been asked about. A lot of you will not want to miss it.
Radio Host / Announcer
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. It is the third and final day of the Pentagon's media days. For new media, it's a new day at the Department of War. The event follows the mass walkout of mainstream reporters in protest of War Secretary Pete Hegseth's new press rules. Real America's Voice is on the inside now with reporters stationed there at the Pentagon. In fact, David Zier is there as we speak. You've had a lot of interviews scheduled. Also had an opportunity to talk with Pete Hegseth a little bit earlier today. And there's some new news as I understand it, coming out of the Pentagon.
Terrence Bates
Yes, good afternoon. Terrence here at the Pentagon was announced that CENTCOM launched task Force Scorpion strike. US Central Command announced today a new task force for the military for the first one way attack drone squadron based in the Middle East. It's first of its kind here for the United States. And while we can't talk about the details of the the briefing with Pete Hegseth. I was there with Benny Harmony and Jack Posobec and I was an expert on naval operations. It was really intimate and he was Very friendly. But I was really impressed with the new media press corps here and their depth and scope and breadth of knowledge on the issues that are affecting us today. Reinstatement of our troops on the vax, you know, other issues and stuff we've been talking about all day here with people coming around from the Pentagon, you know, and issues like rebuilding the Navy, shipbuilding issues here. I have the undersecretary of the Navy coming by later and we've got other people here, Sean Parnell, the chief Pentagon, you know, spokesman who's going to talk about what led to the changes in the policy guidelines where the media was kind of running rampant here on escorted throughout the building. They have new policy guidelines like any other federal building, Terrence. And you know, just like the White House has to avoid leaks and other to use only authorized information for their reporting.
Radio Host / Announcer
Let's talk about some of those policy guidelines. I'm glad the Pentagon is going to come out and discuss them a little bit. As a reporter, as someone who's working there in the Pentagon covering the stories, do you still feel a freedom to be able to do your, your job or are these guidelines restrictive?
Terrence Bates
I don't think they're restricted. You know, you're not as long as you're not releasing unauthorized information out of here. The conversations here have been very frank, including the presser with Kingsley Wilson yesterday. We are free to ask any questions we want. You know, we want accountability, right? And we're going to demand accountability from our government and that's what real America's Voice news is here for and the environment and the tenure here. The tenor here is very friendly and open. It's not like the legacy media. You know, maybe their attorneys jumped the gun a little bit and they got all them in a frenzy and they all left. They self deported themselves from the Pentagon. Maybe they made a mistake. And I hear some rumblings that some of these MSM want to come back.
Radio Host / Announcer
Now will they be allowed to come back? What rumblings are you hearing about that? If they in fact sign the appropriate documents, if they agree, will they be allowed back in?
Terrence Bates
I don't know the answer to that. But this new media corp here has a lot of really qualified inquisitive people here who want answers to things like why we, you know, is there going to be accountability for senior military leaders in the early withdrawal from Afghanistan, say and getting our shipbuilding back to say a 600 ship Navy so we can, you know, be, you know, on top of our military readiness and preparedness here. But also, you know, a lot of this legacy media that we hear, though they were here for a number of years, they're beat reporters. They put a lot of time and effort. They built a lot of relationships here. It's going to take a long time time for this new media group to really get involved here and get the information they need. And maybe some of the old guard will come back and join them, but that will be up to the Department of War.
Radio Host / Announcer
David's here reporting for us this morning at the Pentagon. David, always good to talk to you. And we'll of course, be checking in with you throughout the day.
Terrence Bates
Thanks so much.
Radio Host / Announcer
Of course. And once again, stay tuned to RAV for the very latest as we are one of the new media entities that are now allowed access to the Pentagon. So of course, we'll have live coverage for you as we move forward in this administration and beyond. That's going to do it for your headlines. As always, we appreciate having you along for the ride. I'm Terrence Bates.
Blake Neff
Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. We're going to be talking to Frank Turek about the Sabbath and Charlie's upcoming book in just a moment. But first, we wanted to use this segment at the top of this hour to say something important, something very important. For the past two and a half months, there is a topic that has flooded our Freedom inbox. It has been nonstop on social media, but which we have almost totally avoided on this show. You probably already know what I'm talking about, which shows just how ubiquitous it has been ever since Charlie's murder. Candace Owens has leveled a flood of allegations against people at Turning Point usa, people at Turning Point Action and people who work for this show. She's made them against some of Charlie's closest friends and against some of his most dedicated employees. She has suggested that Michael McCoy, Charlie's chief of staff, knew Charlie would be murdered, was happy that he died and stayed silent because he was told he would be the next Charlie. She suggested Michael is not his real name. It is. I have seen his birth certificate myself. She has called it suspicious that Mikey's wife, who works at Turning Point, helped plan the campus tour event where Charlie was murdered, which she didn't, by the way. She doesn't work on campus events. Candace has suggested the Utah Valley University event was unusual and its details suggested a, quote, inside job. She has claimed that foreign aircraft have followed Erica Kirk around the country and that Turning Point has lied about this happening. She has accused us of lying about Charlie wanting Erica to take over for him if he died. She has Suggested Charlie's security team intentionally denied him first aid after the shooting to ensure that he died. She has raised suspicions about the head of our technical team because he took an SD card out of a camera. She has spread absurd claims that Tyler Bowyer, who we just had on the show, sexually abuses male interns. She has suggested that tpusa faith affiliated pastors like theologian Frank Turek, who we'll have on in a moment, and Pastor Rob McCoy, are part of a military, quote, infiltration of Turning Point, either because they are veterans or because they have family members who are, even if not everyone has been named. Specifically though, Candace has effectively tarred everyone here with complicity in Charlie's death by repeatedly saying he was, quote, betrayed by, quote, everyone. She has said Charlie's murder, quote, had to be approved by Charlie's friends and then suggested those friends might have her murdered too, for, quote, knowing the truth. She has made claims of financial impropriety and fraud at Turning Point, adding up into the millions of dollars, which again, is not true. Charlie made sure the organization was audited by a third party every year. He personally reviewed and he signed off on every expense report and literally every single bill paid by the organization down to a single United States dollar. We have never missed a 990 deadline. Candace has made other stranger allegations involving French paratroopers in maroon shirts, Egyptian air force planes flying out of Provo, Utah, and potential underground assassins traveling through unseen tunnels. At this, at one point in early November, she started wildly throwing suspicion on members of Utah Valley's soccer team for wearing hoodies. I could go on. There is always something new coming up and none of it ever pans out because from the start, there has been nothing there. The attacks and allegations from Candace are either lies or they are innuendos thrown around with a total reckless disregard for the truth so that Candace can manipulate and string along an audience of people who don't realize they are being played.
Radio Host / Announcer
Candy.
Blake Neff
Instead of being able to grieve properly after one of the most heinous murders in American history, a murder many of us had to witness. My friends have had to endure harassment from people who have gotten whipped up by what Candace is saying. In fact, I would say we have suffered more harassment from these people than we have from antifa supporters who overtly celebrate Charlie's murder. And just like a lot of those antifa members, many of these people take this delight in how gross and unpleasant they can be. What our friends have had to endure is not funny and it's not insignificant. It is evil. I have seen it for months. We have received hundreds, thousands, I suspect, emails and calls asking us to respond. People have wanted us to invite Candace on the show, but for a long time, our approach was to say nothing. We did that for several reasons. First, we've. First, we thought that her prevarications were so absurd that nobody would believe them. We shouldn't have to answer questions about secret tunnels or Egyptian Air Force planes. That sort of thing is just. It's beneath contempt to respond to. The second reason we've said so little, though, is because there's a good rule of thumb, which Charlie followed. Do not feed the trolls, focus on the mission, reviving America, uplifting young people, making heaven crowded. Don't give air to people who want to tear you down, and so discord. Lastly, we didn't respond because.
Charlie always viewed Candace as a friend, and we were holding out hope that she would return that friendship and stop what she was doing. But a week from now, it's going to be three months since Charlie's murder. Candace has not changed her behavior. She has continued to spread falsehoods about Charlie's friends, and she continues to concoct new ones about new people. She's using these falsehoods to enrich herself while dividing the conservative movement at an absolutely critical time for this country. And far too often, we here have heard from ordinary people, people who loved Charlie and who Charlie loved so much in return. These people have expressed the worry that we are staying silent out of cowardice or as some sort of tacit admission that some of the attacks are true. Neither is the case. Our silence has never been, and it will never be equal to complacency or approval. Still, we decided Charlie would not allow this to go on. Charlie was not a coward. Charlie was a fighter. Charlie was would not allow someone to spread lies about the people closest to him with impunity. And he would feel ashamed if other people were stepping up to defend his friends while he never did so himself.
Candace has mentioned several times that the ball is in our court. So here's what is going to happen. In the near future, there will be a live stream here in Phoenix where we address in a clear and comprehensive way the claims and accusations, the false accusations that have been made against Charlie's family, friends and the people here at Turning Point. We plan to walk through everything carefully and thoroughly. If Candice is available, we would sincerely welcome her participation in that live stream at our studio here in Phoenix. At this point, we believe the ball is back in her court. Our motivation for Doing this is not out of any obligation to Candace. It is about honoring Charlie. We feel a deep responsibility to protect his legacy, his work, and the truth. I feel that I owe Charlie everything in my life. I feel it immensely, and that is why we feel compelled to speak clearly and openly now. We'll have more on this in the near future.
All right, Frank Turek, are you there?
Frank Turek
Well said, Blake. Yes, I'm here. And I just want to say that the night before Charlie was murdered, and I'm not just saying this, but I went into his office. This was after we had a meeting. You were in the meeting, Blake. Me, you, Charlie, and some other folks. And he was going to dinner, and he said, hey, you're going to dinner with Blake and Danny. He said, blake is my secret weapon. He's the smartest man I know, and he loved you. And for anybody to suggest, whether it's Candace Owens or any other person within TP USA was somehow complicit in his murder is to say that Charlie Kirk was such a bad judge of character that he put a bunch of traitors around him. If there's anything I knew about Charlie Kirk is he knew how to spot talent and integrity and people that wanted to make a difference for the Lord and the country. Charlie was brilliant at that. It takes a lot more faith to believe that Charlie didn't know who his friends were and picked all the wrong people to surround him to build an organization that came from nothing to the most powerful conservative organization in the country. He. I mean, IN. In 13 years, he built it, and it was. It was big before 13 years. You know, he really got it moving in about seven or eight years later. It. It strains credulity to suggest that people within that organization, people that he handpicked himself, somehow murdered him. If you're going to suggest that, you better have a lot of evidence. And I have seen none of it.
It's. It's unconscionable that anyone would say this without evidence. You can slander. You can say what if. You can have all sorts of innuendos and insinuations. That's not evidence. You can have dreams, you can have hunches, you can have vibes. That is not evidence.
Blake Neff
Yeah. No court. Thank you.
Frank Turek
So much evidence.
Blake Neff
I'm sorry, Blake, we have to leave radio here for a second, but we're going to go through the break, and we want to continue our conversation. We'll be right back.
All right, we're back, Frank, and thank you so much for that. It means a great Deal. Charlie meant so much to all of us, and that's made so much of what we hear is so painful, so raw. It remains raw and painful. It's Andrew's talked about on this show. You know, he thinks about Charlie every day when he gets up, and he thinks about him every night when he goes to bed. And he just. He looms large in all of our heads and all of our hearts, and I suspect he will for the rest of our lives. And I wanted to take a chance to talk about this. So, you know, Charlie did get the chance to finish Stopping the Name of God just before the tragedy. We're extremely happy that he did that. And it's out next, I believe, on the ninth Tuesday. Every book comes out on Tuesday for some reason. And I know you're one of the pastors he was closest to. Ah, there you do. You got your advance copy. And I just thought I'd ask you throughout to you, if you could talk about what the Sabbath means and if you had any. If you had any funny interactions with Charlie about his own relationship with the Sabbath. I'm sure he had that conversation with you.
Terrence Bates
You.
Frank Turek
Well, yeah, Charlie was wanting to keep the Sabbath not necessarily because he thought it was an obligation, but because he thought it was a fabulous idea that helped him recharge every week and refocus back on God and his family. He would take, as you know, Blake, he would take his cell phone, put, turn it off, put it in a drawer, and for 24 to 30 hours, however long the Sabbath was, you could not reach him unless there was some sort of emergency. There was a special line that people could call, but he wanted to be out of touch so he could be in touch with the Lord and in touch with his family. And that's what he did. And in this book, I was shocked because he and I talked about this a lot. And I know you probably did, too, Blake. I was shocked at how good the book was because he's not a trained theologian, but, man, did he do his research, Blake. And he's got chapters in here on arguments why the Sabbath is still in place, and another chapter on why it's not. And he, of course, lets the reader decide. But he was so serious about Christianity, so serious about the Bible, that he wanted to put this down because it was such a blessing to him. And if we're going to be serious about being Christians, then we ought to follow the Bible too. And unfortunately, I don't see people following the Bible and following the admonition to ensure that you don't accuse people without evidence. In this whole debate we're having over who really killed Charlie, it's a shame. If people took the Bible as seriously as Charlie did, we wouldn't have. What's going on with all this speculation now?
Blake Neff
Amen. Amen. I think there's. People have been posting the different. The different warnings. I think it was the book of Proverbs that we had going yesterday about. I don't have it right in front of me, but, you know, lies. You have to reject the way of lies. Lies.
Frank Turek
Yeah. Proverbs 6:16 says, God hates one who sows discord among the brothers. And it also talks about a lying tongue and false witness. And there's a lot of discord out there. And we don't need discord. We need people to ask good questions, but not imply people are guilty when you don't have evidence. You know, there's such a thing as a complex question, as you well know, Blake, because you're well schooled in logic. The complex question would be like me asking a married man, when did you stop beating your wife?
Blake Neff
Yeah, there's this baked in assumption to it. And, and that's.
Frank Turek
That's right. It's a baked in assumption. And that's what I see in. In so much of what's going on with online conspiracy theories. There's a baked in consumption assumption. And with regard to people convicting innocent people in the court of public opinion without evidence, it's very similar to what happened to Jesus because Caiaphas, the high priest, had the verdict in his mind.
Blake Neff
We have to welcome RADIO back here. We'll continue the story. Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who act faithfully are his delight. Proverbs 12. We'll be right back with radio.
Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. We were talking about Charlie's book, Stop in the Name of God, out next Tuesday, all about why, let's say here, why honoring the Sabbath will transform your life. I was only a secondhand witness to that. Charlie had only just recently, I believe, begun his. His weekly Sabbath Shabbat ritual around when I joined. But I heard it. I heard it overflow from everyone. They would talk about how different Charlie was, how marriage, how becoming a father, how it had. It had softened his edges. It had made him a more whole and complete person. And I had the blessing to come in into the aftermath of that, where I would just tell. I would tell my friends, I would tell these people, I'm like this Charlie guy. It's incredible. How impressive he is, how much he's able to achieve. And we're here with Frank Turek. Of course. Frank, you were in the break for the radio people. You were setting up. How about we were talking about truth and untruth and lies, and you're telling the story of Caiaphas. Do you want to continue that story?
Radio Host / Announcer
Sure.
Frank Turek
Yeah. Yeah. Caiaphas, the high priest who sentenced Jesus to die, of course, did so much wrong. He had a trial at night. He was the judge, the jury, the executioner himself. Well, he had to get Pilate to execute him, but he already had the verdict in his mind. He was not trying to discover the truth. He already had the verdict in his mind. And so he brought false witness after false witness to accuse Jesus of something he did not do. And. And then ultimately, Jesus, under oath, did admit he was the Messiah, did admit he. He was essentially God. And that's where, of course, Caiaphas tore his robes and said, blasphemy, you must die. But to that point, he had done everything against the. The proper use of authority. You don't judge people. You're not the judge, jury, and executioner. You don't find a verdict and then try and get people to falsely accuse the. The victim or the person on trial. But that's what Caiaphas did. And I see too many people doing that now. They already have a verdict in their mind. They can't substantiate it with hard evidence. They have a lot of innuendo. They have a lot of coincidences, but they don't have hard evidence. And they're. They're looking for a way to validate what they want to be true. This is not the way our judicial system works, thankfully. It's not the way the Bible puts it forth. It's not the way. Which, by the way, our judicial system and our laws are taken largely from the Bible, that you're supposed to have two or three witnesses. In other words, supposed to have corroborating evidence. You're supposed to have impartial judges. You're supposed to have an independent judiciary. You're supposed to be able to confront the witnesses. The Bible talks about this, and that's incorporated in our Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution. How can you confront witnesses in the court of public opinion? You can't. Not in a systematic way. All this has to go to trial.
And I understand, Blake, and I know we're all suspicious of government sometimes, but we can't be cynics. We can't say that every single thing the Government does is corrupt or wrong. We can't do that. We won't have a society if we do that.
Tyler Bowyer
Yeah.
Blake Neff
You know, a lot of this, you know, the events of the past few months, it's made me, it's expanded my appreciation of Charlie and again how strong he was. And one of those things is I've really realized since this happened what Charlie had to put up with in private, that he never complained about, he never complained about to me certainly. And I was one of his closest associates. And you know, he endured a lot of pressure. He endured in private things that were so hurtful. And he just had this strength. He wouldn't let it perturb him. And that's why I wanted to talk about this, about this book because I do think the Sabbath, Shabbat, he would say that helped so much. It was he. For six weeks, he would labor for six weeks he would endure the slings and arrows of his political enemies, his political allies quite often and then. But he had this day, he was with Erica, he was with his children. The phone was off, he was unplugged. That was. He really makes the point in this book. The Sabbath is not this duty. The Sabbath is a gift. It is God's gift to you that you shall not, you shall not labor all seven days like a slave. You shall have this freedom from God given to you. And he really wanted to share that. It wasn't just look at how great I am that I can do this. I'm looking here. Chapter 12, Sabbath made simple. How you can, how you can incorporate it into your life by, you know, making your Sabbath start ritual, turning off your phone, 24 hours, planning screen, free meals with friends and family. And it goes on like this. And he really sketches out how you can imitate him. And we were saying in the last hour that Charlie was so great for Gen Z because he offered this model of strength and self improvement. Don't black pill, don't be downbeat. You can improve yourself and make your life better. 30 seconds, Frank.
Tyler Bowyer
Now.
Frank Turek
I was also going to say it's not just about the Sabbath too. The first two chapters deal with the fact that there's evidence that Christianity is true. It's more an apologetic, which is a word we use to say we're giving evidence for what we believe. It's an apologetic for Christianity. So it's not just about the Sabbath. It's a very well written book, very well researched book. It comes out December 9th. It's called stopping the Name of God, why Honoring the Sabbath Will transform your life.
Blake Neff
Get it? Amen. Frank. It's.
I think people will be able to get a lot from it. I think people are really going to appreciate it. And I'm so happy he was able to finish it before he was taken from us by the hand of God. We'll be right back.
Radio Host / Announcer
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. The feds are reportedly preparing for what's being described as a targeted immigration enforcement operation in Minnesota. The targets would primarily be Somali immigrants who are living here in the United States illegally. The Associated Press reports the effort could start in the coming days and would center on the Minneapolis St. Paul area, which has a sizable Somali population. In fact, that area is home to the nation's largest Somali population. Agents will be looking for people with final orders of deportation. President Trump speaking out on this issue earlier this week.
Bill Galan
I don't want them in our country.
Blake Neff
I'll be honest with you, okay? Somebody would say, oh, that's not politically correct. I don't care. I don't want them in our country.
Frank Turek
Their country is no good for a reason.
Blake Neff
Their country stakes and we don't want them in our country.
Radio Host / Announcer
Minneapolis's mayor says that his city's police officers will not work with federal agents during the immigration enforcement quote. Targeting Somali people means that the due process will be violated, mistakes will be made. And let's be clear, it means that American citizens will be detained for no other reason than the fact that they look like they are Somali. This is not now and will never be a legitimate reason, he says. President Trump continuing his push to reverse any actions from his predecessor, Joe Biden, that were enacted with the use of the now infamous auto pen taken to truth Social 47 Writing any and all documents, proclamations, executive orders, memorandums or contracts signed by order of the now infamous and unauthorized auto pen within the administration of Joseph R. Biden Jr. Are hereby null, void and of no further force or effect. Anyone receiving pardons, commutations or any other legal document so signed, please be advised that said document has been fully and completely terminated and is of no legal effect. Thank you for your attention to this matter, he goes on to write. President Trump and others, of course, continue to question whether Biden was mentally fit during his time in the White House. They also believe the former president's aides and others around him made key decisions and used the auto pin to enforce them, unbeknownst to Biden. That's a quick check of your headlines.

Democracy lives it light the Charlie Kirk Show.
Blake Neff
Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. We're going to talk about TikTok connection and open dialogue. Those are the things that build communities. Charlie Kirk and TikTok shared in that knowledge. That is why TikTok has built a space where that kind of listening actually happens. People don't just post, they respond. They build each other's ideas. You can see a teacher simplifying a tough lesson so that it finally clicks. Or you can see a gardener sharing a trick that saved their crop. But what matters most isn't the video. It's what comes next. Someone asking a question, someone else answering that question with a story of their own. And suddenly people you've never met are becoming a new community built on curiosity. When people listen and when people understand, a shift happens. Walls come down, ideas travel farther, and connection, real connection, takes the place of isolation. That is what listening does. It reminds us that we're not as different as we might think we are. And that is what makes TikTok so, so powerful. It's a place where every post turns into a conversation, and every conversation can make a difference. And to have a very interesting conversation. Right now, we're joined by Bill Galan. Are you there, Bill?
Radio Host / Announcer
I am.
Bill Galan
Can you hear me?
Blake Neff
Welcome, Bill. So I want to introduce you a bit. So we've talked a ton recently about all these stories coming out of Minnesota. It's got to be the top political content producer state per capita in the union. Recently we've got stories about widespread fraud in the Somali community. We have some outrageous criminal justice decisions that we'll outline here. It's the state that gave us Ilhan Omar. We love to talk about her. And I wanted to shout you guys out because, Bill, you are one of the three authors at Powerline Blog. That is a blog so old, I was reading it when I was in high school. And I'm an old fuddy duddy here. And Powerline Blog is one of the great American blogs. They're guys in Minnesota. They're doing. They're doing what any one of you out there could do. Because I think a lot of your two fellow bloggers, I think, work as lawyers. They're not just writers by trade. And you guys have a lot of accomplishments. You were some of the first guys to be talking about these fraud stories that are happening. And most memorably, I've got to shout you out. You were the original ones who wrote about Ilhan Omar marrying her brother. Correct?
Bill Galan
Correct. Correct. She did marry her brother.
Blake Neff
She did.
Bill Galan
Denied it as recently. I think an Hour ago.
Blake Neff
An hour ago. Really? As recently as that? You are on top of that.
Bill Galan
She didn't marry her brother. But she did.
Blake Neff
She did. This should be investigated. I'd really love to see. I want the full story on that. Somehow it's just treated like a total, like a total black box. We just will never know the truth somehow. Absolute lunacy. But the more recent thing that's been going on, of course, is the Somali fraud story. It went viral because of a report from Chris Rufo and Ryan Thorpe at City Journal. But you guys have justifiably pointed out it has been known in the state of Minnesota for a while. And it's more that the nation is getting. It's coming to their attention and it's really wider than even just the list of stories in that. I think we have a chart here that I want to bring up. It's made by you. It's just the scale of different fraud schemes that have been unfolding in Minnesota. Can you lay that out for us?
Bill Galan
Yeah. So I created something I called the Scandal Tracker for exactly the reasons that you were pointing out before. And the phrase that I use is Minnesota. This is a Churchillian phrase. Minnesota produces more news than can be consumed locally. So we've had a couple of these huge industrial scale welfare frauds that have gone on in the state. And I think it was a reader of mine asks, well, what other scandal? How deep does this go? And so I started putting together this tracker where I have tracked 28 separate scandals involving money, taxpayer money, state or federal taxpayer money have been stolen through fraud. And I need to update it because there was a new story that came out in the last day or so, yet another fraud unrelated to the Somali frauds that we've been talking about. And some of those numbers are kind of low as federal investigators or state investigators dig deeper. The dollar amount keep, grows, keeps growing.
Blake Neff
As I say, we have the chart up next to you right now, actually, and yeah, it's 300 million. Feeding our future. We have 100 million for the child care assistance program. But I know now we're estimating the total here is 660 million. But I know they're throwing around the B word, $1 billion for a lot of us now.
Bill Galan
So. So this is a dated chart. I need to update it. But our local prosecutor, the head prosecutor for white collar crime at the federal U.S. attorney's office, he is on record as saying his office is prosecuting over 1 billion with a B dollars worth of fraud. And he's only got half A dozen prosecutors in his office. He has openly admitted, I can't prosecute all the cases that come to me. So when he puts a dollar amount together, he thinks the total is over 2 billion, again, plural, more than $2 billion worth of fraud. And you've seen other numbers thrown around 6 billion, 8 billion. But Joe Thompson, he's got access to all the bank records and all the FBI reports and he's personally prosecuting a billion dollars worth now. And he thinks he could productively prosecute another full billion dollars.
Blake Neff
So you're a Minnesota resident, you focus on Minnesota. It does seem to produce more content than it consume locally. As far as news goes. What do you think is the secret sauce of Minnesota where it's like you have this kind of perfect combination of old fashioned, maybe call it naive liberalism, call it Tim Waltz ism, and then also this, this new immigration driven dimension of, of left wing problems in American life.
Bill Galan
That's the lethal combination. Minnesota was founded by a diverse group of immigrants, a lot of them from Scandinavia, but also German, Irish, other groups. But you had in Minnesota until maybe 30, 40 years ago, a fairly homogeneous population of northern Europeans. And again, it's not, I don't think it's racist to point out that in Scandinavia you can run a Scandinavian style socialist welfare state in a fairly homogeneous nation and be successful with it. And Minnesota tried that and succeeded at some level with that approach. The Scandinavian style. You can do that in a high trust society. But as we've brought in people who don't come from that background, who don't come from high functioning or high trust societies, who don't have the experience with the cradle to grave welfare societies, some individuals in those communities, certainly not, most, certainly not all, but some individuals, we're talking a few hundred to maybe a couple of thousand people, have found the loopholes in the safety net and have exploited it to make themselves extremely wealthy. And more than a few have gone to prison and dozens and dozens have been convicted. And I think it's that lethal combination of the Scandinavian style cradle to grave welfare state designed for a homogeneous high trust society, being exploited by a society that has evolved and perhaps for the better into a multicultural, multi ethnic society. But those just two fundamental approaches to running a society don't match.
Blake Neff
So this has gotten a ton of attention from the Trump administration. They've talked, they're talking about sending all these IRS agents to review everything, although it seems like the local prosecutor has a lot of this well in hand, though we'd be grateful to find more. He Has a lot of it well.
Bill Galan
In hand, but I'm sure he would appreciate the additional assistance.
Blake Neff
I believe it. I believe it. Do you have anything you think? So what would you recommend? If now that it's getting more federal attention, where do you think focus could be most rewarding in terms of making additional fines that could be good for the country to expose?
Tyler Bowyer
Yeah.
Bill Galan
So it's a target rich environment and it's gotten to the point where somebody responded to me on Twitter that maybe it's just time to put the state into receivership, that the federal prosecutor, instead of prosecuting criminals one at a time, the fraud is being conducted at an industrial sector scale. But the prosecutions by necessity under our constitution happen at a retail scale, one defendant at a time, who has the full suite of civil rights and rights in court and they exercise them, which is their right. But to prosecute a trial. The first batch of Feeding our future, the original scandal, those indictments, the first batch came in September of 2022. We didn't have our first trial until 2024 and we have trials scheduled into 2026. And that's just for the defendants that have been indicted to date. And again, it seems like one or two a week additional indictments come down. But it's got to be a holistic approach. The fraudsters figured out how to defraud one program in one state agency and applied that same technique to another program in a different state agency. The agencies weren't talking to each other. I really think we need to have a top down review of the social welfare programs, maybe consolidate fewer programs, put more investigators on it, put more restrictions on it. A little bit of due diligence would have gone a long way in these frauds. And somebody just visited site locations or done some basic background checks. Hundreds of millions of dollars could have been prevented from going out the door, but they didn't. It's a system. Minnesota has the system, which I, which I characterize as the honor system. So all state governments on the honor system, if you apply for a benefit or you send the state an invoice, their first instinct is just trust that you're doing it. You know, under penalty of perjury, you sign the document.
Blake Neff
It's unbelievable to me. Yeah, the honor system, it just, it doesn't work. It's clearly getting looted. And you really have to make the case they're. They're just plundering the entire rest of the, the state. We still have, we have a fellow producer here, Danny, who's with us. Danny, you wanted to ask a question.
Danny (Zoomer)
Yeah. Yeah. Bill, thanks for coming on. I wonder, do you think other states are just as bad? Like I assume Michigan's probably pretty bad with all this welfare fraud and stuff. Do you think that Minnesota's outlier or do you think all of them?
Bill Galan
It's a short answer, is it's everywhere. In the early days of my reporting on that Feeding Our Future scandal, I was contacted by people in other states as far away as Alabama, where they had almost identical scams being perpetrated, but at just a much smaller scale. It's interesting that we had the past U.S. attorney, the outgoing U.S. attorney who was a Biden appointee, he went on local TV and he said Minnesota has a fraud problem, that fraud is occurring everywhere in America. This was referring to the COVID era fraudster. But the scale in Minnesota is unique. So, yes, I think the fraud is happening anywhere, everywhere and anywhere. But I don't know if any state on a per capita basis has seen the level of fraud that Minnesota has.
Blake Neff
Really the thing that stood out to me so much in the New York Times article, which was remarkably frank and honest finally about what's going on, it was sort of it was two things. It was the way it was caught immediately or caught pretty quickly. And they just did nothing because they were they directly feared being called, literally.
Bill Galan
Caught on day zero. The original fraudsters in that food program were their applications were denied by the state Department of Education. They applied, Department of Education said no, because they realized from just review of their applications that they weren't bona fide operators. But there were lawsuits and accusations of racism and they never had the courage of their convictions and they just let it slip through figuring it was somebody else's problem.
Blake Neff
Yeah. And the other thing which is they are warned about this and then they said it's their important political block and they don't want to offend them that. We'll be right back. We have to go to another break, but we'll hit this and we'll also hit the very interesting judicial decisions that are being given to us by the state of Minnesota. Up next.
Bill Galan
100% American made and darn proud of it. The CHARLIE KIRK show.
Blake Neff

So why don't you set this one up?
Danny (Zoomer)
Yes. So there's this convicted sex offender in Minnesota who served no prison time for previous rapes. And so if you guys want to.
Blake Neff
Throw to 252 the Mahat Billy Muhammad, but prosecutors say the 28 year old uses the names Kareem and Al Testo on Snapchat. But Muhammad never spent a day in prison, as we said, because he got credit for time served while awaiting trial as part of a pair of plea deals.
So, Bill, this really seems the other side of the coin. It's that you allow fraud to happen with practical impunity. And even when you have someone dead to rights on most heinous violent crimes, it just seems there's this breezy devil may care attitude. They're released back into the wild to hurt people again. Is that really what's going on?
Bill Galan
Exactly. The key words in that report that you just aired were Hennepin County. Hennepin county is the largest by population county in Minnesota. It includes the city of Minneapolis, which got mentioned in the report as well. And that crime, if I recall correctly, the most recent one, occurred in the city of Bloomington, which is also in Hennepin county, home to the Mall of America, Hennepin County's prosecutor, the lead prosecutor, elected the official, Mary Moriarty, notorious soft on crime. And the officials, the judges rather, in Hennepin county, are notoriously soft on crime as well. So it's entirely the pattern you see time and time again, convicted felons, even violent felons. It's almost impossible to get sent to state prisons, at least on the first or second try. The staid sentences, time served. We heard that in the report. The plea deals, they think the idea is prison is the wrong. We have an over incarceration problem, according to Mary Moriarty and a lot of judges, they think the solution is never send somebody for prison. I don't know what the solution is, in their view, healing circles or alternatives to detention. But it's nearly impossible to actually get prison time, no matter how violent the crime is. To the point where we've seen exactly what happened with these white collar crimes, these fraud crimes. It's the federal prosecutors that have stepped in and filled the gap. They have literally taken over cases from Hennepin county prosecutors and prosecuted them in federal court with the knowledge there was a much higher likelihood that the offender, if convicted, would actually serve a prison sentence and serve a full prison sentence at that. So especially the gang problem. This didn't sound like a gang problem, but there's a big gang problem in Minneapolis. Ethnic gangs. You know, the president says they're running amok. He's not wrong. But the feds have stepped in. Andy Lugar, the Biden appointee and then the new Trump appointee, have been vigorously prosecuting gang violence, some of the more notorious violent crimes. Because Barry Moriarty, the county attorney, and the judges just won't take care of the job. I don't really blame the law enforcement folks. They make the arrests, they make the cases. They hand it over to prosecutors. The prosecutors cut plea deals. The judges won't impose prison sentences.
Blake Neff
All right, we have just 30 seconds to go, so I want to give you. I shouted out your blog. Tell people where they can read your work.
Bill Galan
Yes, I write for the center of the American experiment@AmericanExperiment.org or you can reach.

This episode of The Charlie Kirk Show dives deep into current conservative concerns: immigration enforcement and fraud in Minnesota’s Somali community, shifts in political voting patterns (with a focus on the Tennessee 7th District special election), the shifting mood and priorities of Gen Z voters, and, poignantly, an emotional response to conspiracy theories circulating about Charlie Kirk’s tragic murder. The discussion moves fluidly between hard news, analysis, and community response, culminating in a bold on-air rebuttal to recent unfounded allegations against Turning Point USA staff and leadership.
