The Charlie Kirk show starts now. Today, Venezuela announcing it will now resume accepting deportation flights from the United States at President Trump's demand. This is the Pentagon continues to defend its strikes and alleged narco terrorists at sea.
Sean Davis
I did not personally see survivors, but.
Blake Neff
I stand because the thing was on fire. It was exploded and fire, smoke, you can't see anything.
Terrence Bates
You got digital. This is called the fog of war.
Sean Davis
The striking question September 2nd off the coast of Trinidad. The first of more than 20 over the past three months on alleged narco terrorism. Those who initially survived that September 2nd strike were later killed in a follow up attack.
Charlie Kirk
I frankly think it's absolutely illegal. Their latest explanation is they weren't blowing up the people, they were blowing up the boat. If those darn people just wouldn't cling to the wreckage, they would be fine.
Sean Davis
According to a source familiar with the incident, the two survivors climbed back onto the boat after the initial strike.
Charlie Kirk
They were believed to be potentially in.
Sean Davis
Communication with others and salvaging some of the drugs.
Charlie Kirk
Because of that, it was determined they.
Sean Davis
Were still in the fight and valid targets.
iHeart Radio Announcer
A JAG officer was also giving legal advice.
Blake Neff
This backs up the entire second strike.
Charlie Kirk
Yes, but it doesn't get more crystal clear than that. The mission is take out the boat, stop the drugs, keep this vessel and its cargo from reaching our shore using lethal means. And our amazing military, the heroes of the United States Armed forces did exactly that.
Sean Davis
Hegseth says the order to strike the boat again was made by Navy SEAL Admiral Frank Bradley, who at the time was leading Joint Special Operations Command. General Keane says the follow up strike was necessary. In this case, the boat and the.
Terrence Bates
Cargo needed to be destroyed and the terrorists eliminated. And given the fact the terrorists weren't eliminated, it's well within that commander's authority to finish and eliminate the mission that he was assigned.
Sean Davis
This is an administration that's fired, you.
Terrence Bates
Know, uniformed generals from the head of.
Sean Davis
The nsa, the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency. And I think in many ways the uniformed military may help save us from this president and his lame people like Hegsep because I think their commitment is to the Constitution and obviously not to Trump.
Charlie Kirk
And I expect Bradley to adhere to that.
Julie Kelly
If it is found that survivors were actually killed while clinging onto that boat, should Secretary Hegseth, Admiral Bradley or others be punished, I think you're going to.
Charlie Kirk
Find that this is war. I think you're going to find that there's a very receptive ear to doing exactly what they're doing, taking out those boats. And very soon we're going to start doing it on land, too. President Trump, Secretary Hakesef and this entire government are committed to finally using our military to defend our people, our borders, our family, our culture, our history, our heritage, to defend the United States. We're not going off running around the Middle east trying to build democracies in caves and deserts and in distant sands that have never known democracy. We're using the military to protect American security, American prosperity, American lives right here where we live.
Sean Davis
Chuck Schumer says he wants the full video of that September 2 strike release. Senator Tim Kaine just told our colleague Bill Malusian. Lawmakers intend to file a war powers resolution this week to debate the issue of the US Potentially striking Venezuela. Admiral Bradley will also be meeting lawmakers on the Hill tomorrow.
Charlie Kirk
Yes, folks have done.
You know, horrible.
iHeart Radio Announcer
Things and people have committed crimes. But now President Donald Trump singling out.
Charlie Kirk
And attacking one group of people and eyes being on our streets and asking people documentation. It feels like we are in 1930s, 1940s in Germany. You know, rich people like deductions, but middle income people were never really afforded deductions, which is very unfair.
Sean Davis
You borrow money to buy a car.
Charlie Kirk
You'Re allowed to deduct the interest from your income tax. And I think that's going to be one of the most in terms of your industry. I think it's going to be the biggest thing that we're talking about, maybe even bigger than CAFE standards. This is a victory for affordability and common sense, as the President said.
Philip Patrick
You know, we will be able to offer more affordability on our popular models. And we'll be able to launch new.
Charlie Kirk
Vehicles built in America that are more affordable because of this rule change. But now customers get a chance to.
Philip Patrick
To choose what they want.

Every day there's a battle for your mind Raging information coming from every angle with the will to deceive. Fear not, you found the place for truth. The voice of a generation that still has the will to believe in the greatest country in the history of the world. This is the Charlie Kirk Show. Buckle up. Here we go. All right. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. It is a beautiful day here in sunny Florida. Blake is still at home base in Arizona. I heard the show was amazing yesterday. So congrats. Well done. Thank you for hosting. Instead.
You can hear me, right Blake?
Blake Neff
Yes, yes, I can hear you, Andrew. Yes, sir, thank you very much and can't wait to join you in Florida. I think I get in tomorrow night.
Charlie Kirk
There you go. And we had an eventful day yesterday in New York as well. Obviously Erica Kirk was at Dealbook with the New York Times. I actually pre recorded a long form podcast with Ross Douthit of the New York Times as well. So Kind of like a New York Times day. Sometimes you gotta do it. And obviously Erica is promoting Charlie's last book and she's doing it in her husband's stead. Very, very proud of her. And that is. Stop in the Name of God. Everybody pick it up. Check it out. Charlie's last book. It's a really.
Terrible, tragic reality that that's his last book. But Erica is pushing forward because it's just. It's a beautiful book, it's an important book. And it's all about Charlie's admonition to the world to stop and rest. Because Charlie found that when he did that, when he instituted that discipline in his life, he was able to accomplish much, much more than he was able to before. And frankly, there's a lot of other benefits, too. And he goes into it in this book and he justifies it, proves it, backs up why it's necessary in so many, so many ways. So check that out. Stop in the Name of God. Coming out next week. So we have a busy week, traveling a lot. But, Blake, we had some breaking news just this morning. The FBI has arrested a suspect. Yeah, the FBI has arrested a suspect in the January 5th Pipe Bomb Planning investigation. And we have some information on this suspect already there. So, Blake, why don't you walk through what we know. And then we also are aware that we're going to have a 1pm Eastern press conference where we'll obviously find out more. And Julie Kelly is coming up at 12:30 on this show to fill us in on what she has gathered thus far.
Blake Neff
Yeah, exactly. Andrew, we don't. No, no, too much stuff yet. We do have it reported. The name of the suspect, his name is Brian Cole. I have seen reporting in various places that have described him as potentially, quote, an anarchist. And some people have said, okay, there's a lot of types of anarchism.
Philip Patrick
It would.
Blake Neff
That would definitely make it plausible to explain why you would leave bombs at both the RNC and the dnc. A lot of anarchists are sort of anti everything, anti all parties, anti all governments. He seems to have a house in Northern Virginia. He seems. It's a pretty nice house, I must say. So that would be. That would be interesting.
Charlie Kirk
Interesting.
Blake Neff
It would be wild if we had a breakthrough on this just because it's been. It's been almost five years. The FBI said that they reviewed thousands of hours of footage, interviewed hundreds, if not thousands of people, really investigated this and gotten nowhere for so long. And that, as you know, Andrew, drove so much speculation. We had recent speculation. It Was somebody else just within the last month. But also I think you remember we talked to Darren Beatty a lot. He, he thought the pipe bomber might really be this key to cracking what you might, what might have been a plan on January 6th. It's just been, it's been this long running thing. I think that was one of the first shows I did with Charlie when I joined almost three years ago was us discussing the J6 pipe bomber and the ongoing drama around. So I think we're all very interested and excited to see what they reveal in the course of today.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, exactly. So if we. So let's play this out here, Blake. If this person ends up being, as some outlets have already reported, associated with antifa or having connections to antifa or similar ideologies. You mentioned he might be an anarchist. I don't really necessarily see a differentiation between those two ideologies on some level. If we find that out to be the case. And you know, Darren, well, we had him on the show a lot of times and going through why this could be potentially a linchpin to unraveling all of the mystery around January 6th. What does that do to our theories of the case? What does that mean in terms of the ramifications? Right, these, these allegations, speculations of a grander conspiracy, of coordinated conspiracy. Does it, are they dashed? Does it add new light on it? Does it fuel them further?
Blake Neff
Well, I'm sure we could probably talk to, to, to Darren or, or Mike Benz. I'm sure they're both digging deep into this but I guess one of the, the core of the idea was that it should have been extremely trivially easy for them to identify the pipe bomber, that they had a lot of this evidence, that not all of the evidence had been released. I remember there was a lot of fixation on how they had more footage of the pipe bomber than they'd actually let out to the public.
Charlie Kirk
And it was grainy, it was missing frames and.
Blake Neff
Yeah, so what will be very interesting is now that they're charging somebody, we're going to. Well, all of the evidence is going to have to come out because it's going to be part of the trial and they'll have to lay out how did they identify this person. And we'll get, I think, a better insight into why it took so long and what the supposed breakthrough was. And that could be, you know, the final piece of that jigsaw that makes it all come together. They might have a very plausible explanation of why there was so many blind alleys or why this was so difficult, or that answer might be somewhat unsatisfying. But they have certainly made the superficial showing of this being a serious thing. In 2023, they raised a reward for that for information leading to an arrest from $100,000 to $500,000. So there was this fat pot of money available if someone was able to identify a suspect. And I suspect if someone had known and they were just being denied and shut down, they could have gone to the press about it. So I think I'm hopeful this will be a real breakthrough. And, you know, we don't want our government to be doing weird plots or weird agent provocateur stuff. So I would be very happy if it did turn out that was not the case.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, no, it's same, actually. You know, I think, you know, us on the right, we should be relieved if they actually get the suspect and we identify it. It's beyond a shadow of a doubt and the facts bear out. But just to bring everybody kind of up to speed on some of these different pieces here, so in these beast, pipe bombs were live and viable. Now there's some disagreement behind whether or not they were. You could detonate them successfully. So I don't know if you would chalk that up to competency or if it was an intentional reaction ruse. What it could be, not sure. But they. They contained homemade black powder, kitchen timers and other components capable of detonation. And they could have caused serious injury or death if they had exploded. Why that point is important is because you had Kamala Harris Walking within 20ft of these pipe bombs, and we have not heard a peep out of the Democrats on this very, very suspicious story. So that's one little nugget that I think we need to hold in the back of our thoughts as we do this. The other thing is, as you mentioned before, there was reporting within the month by Stephen Baker, who they were talking about this gate analysis, like this gate signature, that what they were trying to say was a 94, some people say 96% or 98% match to a former Capitol Police personnel. And you know, so you one has to wonder, did that force pressure with inside the FBI, with inside the intelligence agency to get to the bottom of this? And now what other really important fact is that? When Dan Bongino, Cash Patel came into the FBI, there was a team that was already working on this. They augmented the team and they completely switched out those who were investigating this. So they brought in a new team, they made it larger, and perhaps this is what has led to this end result that they've got somebody they believe is the actual perpetrator in this case. So one has to wonder what machinations were going on behind the scenes that within one month of this other story story, we get this new story and I'll just end this segment with this thought, Blake. We were told if this ends up being true, that Antifa had nothing to do with J6. Right. This was a right wing coordinated assault, sedition. This was an assault on our capital and our very democracy. So if it turns out that a member of Antifa or somebody with close ties to Antifa was in fact behind what I would say is the most serious and destructive and dangerous aspect of that whole saga, then we have a whole new series of questions about what this means and what the significance of this day and this act really, truly were. We're going to be taking a break with radio here in just about 10 seconds. Again, we've got the live shot up outside the house of the suspect. Julie Kelly joins us in just a few minutes. Don't go anywhere.

100% American made and darn proud of it. The CHARLIE KIRK show.
All right, welcome back to the the Charlie Kirk show. So the FBI has surrounded a home in Wood Woodbridge, Virginia. We do have that visual up. We have a live shot of it where alleged D.C. pipe bomber Brian Cole Jr. Who is reportedly 33, was arrested this morning. He seems to have very little online presence and has been described as being connected or associated with anarchist an anarchist move. And he is expected to be arraigned today. Some people are saying he might own a bail bonds business, but that has been unverified. So I'm seeing some reporting of that. In the meantime, I am going to tell you about one of our friends over at why refi? Why refi.com Private student loan debt in the US totals about $300 billion. Terrence Bates
All right.
Charlie Kirk
Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk show, joined by Blake Neff back in the Arizona home base. Blake, what are you seeing?
Blake Neff
You know, so nothing breaking immediately. I think we're going to get a lot out of this press conference and hopefully Julie will have some info from her sources. But I've really just been thinking about what you said, where they rotated out the investigators. And it's so emblematic, I think, of the change that we would have wanted to see in our FBI, in our federal law enforcement. Because under the Biden administration, we had four years of, as they called it, the largest manhunt ever to find every single person who set one atom of their body within the Capitol, whether they attacked anyone or did anything or had any ill intent whatsoever. And then we had a total, total failure to find this, this pipe bomber. And that they seem to very much downplay it. They didn't talk about it as much. That's also what drove a lot of the suspicion about it, that they might have been trying to hide something because you would have thought they would have frankly, politically exploited it more otherwise. And then, you know, new, new people, we, we push aside all of the random grandmas being prosecuted and we have suddenly, it seems like we have a good breakthrough on the actual person who seemed to have intended to kill people with a bomb, which we had so many FBI investigations of Catholics going to mass of people who they, you know, deciding who was a potential extremist and so little on the clear, obvious threats that directly go after Americans lives. And I think if they can bring this to a successful conclusion, that would be, it would be good for the country. We should have an FBI that finds terrorists, that finds killers and brings them to justice. That is what we want. We don't need a secret police force monitoring what churches people go to.
Charlie Kirk
Well, listen, if he does have anarchist ties, ideological ties and tifa ties, whatever we end up discovering, like I said in the previous segment, I think this opens up just a whole slew of new questions. Blake, in insofar as you know, were there infiltrations, were there, was there any conspiracy or coordination across groups? Were. You know, we've already seen the myriad of video evidence that shows that Capitol police officers were waving people in, that they were, that they were sort of cooperating. Now, that wasn't the case in every single scene within the Capitol. Nobody is suggesting that. But what we are saying is that there are big questions that remain. Who knew what and when were precautions not taken when they should have been taken? There's been much made about President Trump offering the National Guard and those, those invitations, they have to be requested at the congressional level, namely Pelosi, Muriel Bowser. They did not request them. They did not take President Trump on those up on those offers. So why not? Maybe there's an innocuous explanation. Maybe it is more sinister. I think those are fine things to investigate and we need to get to the bottom of it. But if there is antifa present, if there were instigations present, and why those haven't been pursued, why they haven't been investigated. But meanwhile, as you said, Blake, we have thrown every grandma we can find that put so much as a pinky toe inside the Capitol. Then we have a serious issue of political weaponization of the federal law enforcement agencies, namely the FBI and a lot of the surrounding judges and jurisdictions that oversaw those cases. And that's a huge problem. That is a problem akin to the level of, you know, surveilling Catholic churches or surveilling parents that go to school boards because they don't want to see their trans ideology shoved down the throat of their children. This is a huge, huge tell. This is the dog that didn't bark. The silence is deafening. To your point, why did they not investigate the pipe bomber more rigorously? Why was there not more of a political exploitation of that on behalf of the Democrat Party? They're good at exploiting every other thing, whether that be Venezuelan drug boats getting bombed, whether that be leaked phone calls, perfectly fine phone calls in Venezuela. They will exploit everything to maximize their advantage politically. We have seen this over and over and over again. And then when you call them out on that, they will play the victim and say that, oh, I must be over the target. Well, no, actually, you're just guilty of wrongdoing. Mark. Mark Kelly. So why did they not do that in this instance? The dog that didn't bark, I think, is the tell. And we have to ask ourselves, why?
Terrence Bates
Why?
Charlie Kirk
What did they know and when?
Blake Neff
Exactly. Exactly.
Sean Davis
And.
Blake Neff
But I think again, we should be grateful. We should be grateful if we caught a person and it feels weird, I guess we should be grateful if they just didn't politicize the thing and they also weren't covering it up. That that's a good thing for the country. We should not. We should not complain if Democrats, if that's the chance to do a bad thing. We, we do have to live with them. We do live in the same country as them, and that's unlikely to change.
Charlie Kirk
Oh, you're far too. You're far too generous, Blake. You're far too generous. I probably am.
Blake Neff
I probably am.
Charlie Kirk
I simply believe that it is beyond the pale, it bends credulity, if not breaks it outright, to believe that they would not politically exploit the vice president of the United States nearly getting blown up by a pipe bomb if they did not see a political advantage in doing so. So.
I can't see it. I will throw up my hands if that ends up if that ends up being true. I will eat crow publicly and loudly on this show. But I just can't say it. We're going to be right back with Julie Kelly giving us the latest on the pipe bomb. Breaking news don't go anywhere.

Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. We are working a developing situation involving an alleged would be pipe bomber who would have attacked the January 6th demonstration. You can see video of agents with the FBI and other law enforcement combing through a home where this alleged pipe bomber lived. We are also expecting a news conference involving the FBI's Director Cash Patel that's expected to happen here within the next 30 minutes during which we will get much more information or at least we're expecting to get much more information on this pipe bomber as well as the circumstances leading to his arrest. We are hearing that he was on the FBI's radar years ago but just now charges are being brought and this case is being brought after it was covered up apparently under the Biden administration's FBI. Again, this is a developing situation that we're continuing to monitor and we will take you to the news conference once it happens here on REAL America's Voice. In the meantime, President Trump is set to welcome the presidents of Rwanda and Congo to the White House today. He's going to solidify a peace agreement between those two countries. You can see there on your screen the stages already set for that. The commander in peace, as I've called him, helped broker the agreement that's being signed today. The two countries have been warring for decades. The current agreement involves troop withdrawals, joint security mechanisms, as well as regional economic integration. This is just the latest attempt at peace between the two countries. A deal that was signed back in 2002 included provisions for the withdrawal of the Rwandan troops who were currently in Congo and also dismantling other armed groups. Still, the fighting continued. Again, we're expecting this event to happen at any moment. And the moment it does, we'll also take you there for that. The admiral who oversaw the now infamous September 2nd double strike on a suspected drug boat in the Caribbean is expected to tell lawmakers on Capitol Hill today that the people killed in that strike were legitimate military targets. Admiral Frank Bradley was the head of the Joint Special Operations Command at the time of the attack. He'll testify before the House and Senate Armed Forces Committee starting today. The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dan Kaine, will join him. That's a quick check of your headlines.

Without further ado, Julie Kelly is joining the show. You can find her at declassified Live on Substack. She does a great job. Or at julie_kelly2 on x. Julie, a lot of breaking news around this story. We've got a, we've got a press conference coming up at 1pm Eastern. Tell us what you know and the significance of it. The floor is yours.
Julie Kelly
So I mean this is one of the biggest unsolved mysteries of January 6th. Who was that individual in the hoodie who was on surveillance video walking around Capitol Hill for an hour the night of January 5th, who allegedly planted those two devices, one outside the headquarters of the DNC where Kamala Harris went on January 6th, and then one outside of the headquarters of the RNC. So it appears that after restarting this cold case inexplicably just dropped by Chris Wray's FBI in early 2021 following a few months of really intensive investigation, Andrew, all of a sudden the case was dropped and memory hold for years. Cash Patel, Dan Bongino taking the reins of the FBI, making this a priority, devoting new resources, new technologies, looking at the old evidence. And now it appears that they have arrested a man, Brian Cole is being reported from Virginia. He is apparently the individual who is seen in that hoodie on the night of January 5th planting those devices. So yes, press conference at 1 o'.
Charlie Kirk
Clock.
Julie Kelly
We will hear a lot more details. But again, this does solve a major unsolved mystery. Big open question about the events of January 6th.
Charlie Kirk
So you had reported earlier, Julie, that there was at least some reporting about potential ties to Antifa. We're seeing him, this individual be described as an anarchist. What do we know about Brian Cole at this point?
Julie Kelly
So nothing. Everything is kind of being pieced together. Corporate news and their sources. I'm, you know, hearing from my sources as well. I think what we learn at one o' clock will be very interesting to say the least. But if this is true, and I believe he's being reported as 30 years old that would have made him 25, 26 on January 6th of 2021. Yes, I'm reporting that he's tied to Antifa, the anti fascist movement at the time. Which you guys makes a lot of sense, right? This would make a lot of sense as to why the Chris Wray FBI, aside from occasionally, you know, reposting this video that they had pieced together, also that had been manipulated, that, oh gee, we don't have the cell phone data, oh gee, we didn't really investigate the people who discovered the devices on January 6th, you know, everything we have learned in documents since that point. But if this individual is Antiva, then it makes perfect sense why Chris Wray, who insisted early on that Antifa was not involved in the events of January 6, why they would have buried this investigation because it would have not only undermined the whole January 6th insurrection that was being built at the time in early 2021, but completely contradict Chris Wray's insistence without evidence before he could even know who was at the Capitol. His insistence early on that Antifa did not play a role and what happened on January 6th.
Charlie Kirk
Fascinating. I, I had forgotten that little detail about Christopher Wray's insistence that Antifa was not involved. Now I'm going to play this clip and it is, I believe from December of 2024, and it's the Inspector General's report, that it basically confirmed that there were confidential sources embedded within the crowd. And then I'm going to link it back to some of the behavior of the FBI. Sense Play cut 322. There were three confidential human sources tasked.
Sean Davis
By the Bureau to be in the crowd on January 6th to specifically watch what the report states is concerns over domestic terrorism. Out of those three, Sandra and John, one entered the Capitol. Two others entered a restricted area.
Charlie Kirk
The report says the FBI did not.
Sean Davis
Encourage or authorize any sources to go into the building or a restricted area. In addition to the three confidential human.
Charlie Kirk
Sources the FBI told, there were 23.
Sean Davis
That were there on their own.
Charlie Kirk
So we had a total of 26 confidential sources. You have it seems as though FBI director, former FBI Director Wray going out of his way to say that Antifa was not involved. And yet here we have what could be connection to somebody, you know, with ties to Antifa. The question then becomes why did they not seemingly, why did, why did they close the door on that aspect of these ties to Antifa? But secondly, why did the Democrats not politically exploit the fact that the sitting Vice President United States almost got blown up by a Pipe bomb.
Julie Kelly
Right. So I mean, Andrew, this is something that I've always found so interesting is that Kamala Harris, we don't know why she left the Capitol at a shortly after 11:00', clock, 11:15 on January 6 and went to DNC headquarters. We never knew why. Why was she leaving the Capitol? She was a sitting US Senator at the time, recall from California. She was going to be part of the proceedings that day. Also the historic, you know, history making incoming, first black female vice president. So why would she leave there where all the reporters are and everyone's there swooning over her to go to the DNC headquarters? She never talked about why and she certainly never talks about her near death, her near brush with death assassination at the hands of this MAGA bomber, which is something we were also told in her book. She only addresses the pipe bombs once in like two sentences and says how she was there calling supporters or donors, thanking them for their support, which also is odd. But you would think she would have devoted an entire chapter to, you know, her trauma in surviving this near brush with death, as I said, from this device that was sitting outside the DNC that her detail missed, that two rounds of bomb sniffing canine units missed as well. D.C. metro Police missed, Capitol Hill police missed. Because if we're, if this is correct, that the device was set the night before, it would have been sitting there outside the DNC for 17 hours and no one detected it. So I do want to emphasize, even though there is this individual in custody allegedly who planted those devices that night, still, we're still going to have a lot of questions. Are there ties between him and say the individual, the woman who found the device outside the RNC right at 12:40 on that day? She also was tied to law enforcement. What about the idea outside of the DNC that everyone, including the Secret Service missed this device sitting outside underneath the bush, in between two benches right next to the driveway where police vehicles were in and out for hours before that device was allegedly was discovered at about 105, 107 on January 6th. So we're still going to figure out how to piece this together if there is a tie between this individual, the individuals who discovered it, or if those devices that were planted were really the ones that were found. Because I have always contended that I thought those devices were planted right before they were found that day. So I'm keeping an open mind to see what the FBI is going to say at one o'. Clock. But this, this doesn't solve the pipe bomb mystery. Let's Put it that way. But it does add a very important puzzle piece to trying to figure out what exactly happened.
Charlie Kirk
And I find this interesting, too. And I brought this up with Blake, and Blake, please feel free to jump in here. But I find it interesting that we had this, you know, this story from.
About a month ago where we were, we were talking about gate signature analysis, you know, 96% match. And I'm assuming that that must have caused quite an uproar within the FBI. And then within a month, we get this arrest. You sort of wonder what was playing on behind the scenes. Does your reporting indicated that this, maybe that initial story accelerated the pace at which this investigation was playing out, or is there something else we don't know?
Julie Kelly
I don't know. I mean, I was on your show, I think the day after, two days after that blaze report dropped. I thought it was very sketchy, using this gait analysis that was never published, using video samples that also were never published. So that's also going to be interesting. Was this report intended to undermine the leadership of the FBI, which we know that it was because the people who are peddling it and pushing it are anti Trump, anti Cash Patel, anti Dan Bongino influencers and reporters. Was it doing what we're seeing now, which is, oh, well, this pushed the FBI to come up with this suspect. I know from my own sourcing that's not true. I mean, as soon as Cash and Dan, especially Dan, who covered the pipe bomb story a lot, and I was on his show a lot talking about it, this was a priority. But you're taking a cold case that was years old also trying to work with whatever has been left over from the Chris Ray FBI probably destroyed evidence, hidden evidence. Maybe there was something in burn bags, who knows? As I always said, Chris Wray didn't leave evidence to things that we want to find out. He didn't leave that in little neat folders on Cash Patel's desk. So they've had to dig around for a lot. Is this part of it? But I don't think I can say with certainty that that blaze bomb report did not hasten or accelerate this investigation or this arrest today. This has been something that's been in the works for months, a priority by both Cash and Dan. And now I think a lot of people are going to have egg on their face because my understanding is the evidence against the suspect is extremely strong.
Charlie Kirk
Okay, well, we will have to take you at your word on that. Julie, thank you for your quick reporting. Quick response time here. I know you've had a busy morning because this has been a story you've been on since the very beginning. You, Darren Beatty, deserve a lot of credit for keeping this front and center in our consciousness. So thank you so much. Julie Kelly, Declassified Live substack and Julie Kelly 2 on X. Give her a follow. She's a great follow. I, I check her stuff literally every day. So thank you, Julie.
Julie Kelly
Thanks, Andrew. Thanks, guys.
Charlie Kirk

Relentless in spirit. You're listening to the Charlie Kirk Show. All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. Blake, you didn't chime in on that last segment. I wanna make sure you have a chance to get in before we change the, the subject here. What do you make of any of that reporting that news from, from Julie before we, before we hear from them in the press conference?
Blake Neff
I guess, I guess I just, I don't think we should downplay. It's as she said, it's, it is a puzzle piece if we have arrested a suspect, but it's a pretty big puzzle piece. I think.
It is one of those things. It's a lot like other news stories where because there was such this, there was just this mystery at the heart of it for so long, it just sucked in so much speculation, so many theories. And you know how I am on a lot of things. I like us to, let's dial back. Let's remember what we actually know for sure. And what we know for sure is we have these pipe bombs and it was of uncertain origin and it was always possible. It was just going to be a complete freak coincidence. It happened the same day as everything that went down at the Capitol.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, I mean, it could have just been a frequency. I mean, listen, you have Thousands and thousands, 1000s of people expected in D.C. there's going to be a lot of people that come out for that. I mean, there just is. You're basically putting a sign out saying, welcome, we're going to talk about Venezuela and Senator Mike Mark Warner in just a sec.
All right, welcome back. Back to the Charlie Kirk Show. So before the hour goes, this is something Blake and I were both like we have to get to. We had this breaking news come up, up upon us. But candidly, we could talk, talk about this clip a lot.
Blake Neff
We could have got an hour on.
Charlie Kirk
This one for sure. Exactly. So let's go ahead and play this. This is Senator Warner and I just can't say how wild it is that they are saying these things out loud and doing it in a respectable way on msm. Legacy media and getting away with it. Let's go ahead and play cut 304.
Sean Davis
I think in many ways, the uniform military may help save us from this president and his lame people like Hegseth, because I think their commitment is to the Constitution and obviously not to Trump.
Charlie Kirk
And I expect Bradley to adhere to that.
Blake Neff
It's frustrating. Yeah, it's one of the. We discussed this with the first clip. What's so dangerous about this is everything they say you can always have plausible deniability. You can say they're not directly advocating these things. And we would, of course, get frustrated when they would try to abuse laws in our direction to try to take, you know, debatable statements. But it is incredibly reckless behavior. The president is the commander in chief of the armed forces. He calls the shots. And when you are sewing discord in this way, where you're just coming out and like laying out here, oh, man. We really think, we think these uniformed service members could really help us prevent bad things from this administration. They're laying the groundwork for a constitutional crisis. They are, in my opinion, their intent is clear. Whether they're calling for instruction or not or not. They clearly think that would be a politically useful thing. And that's an incredibly selfish behavior to do. It's an incredibly destructive behavior to do. Because at that point, you practically don't have a country. There are a lot of countries, a lot of countries in Latin America that a lot of countries around the world that have just become for decades dysfunctional because they have a military that decides. It just calls the shots, independent of its actual elected leadership. And Donald Trump is the actual elected leadership of the United States military. You know, we're talking about Venezuela here, too. Before he became the head of his country, Hugo Chavez, he tried to take over through the old fashioned military coup d' etat way. That is what happens in countries that are breaking down.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. I mean, so let's put together the step by step process here just for the sake of the audience here. Blake, we've got step one is release a video by the seditious six saying, please, military, you know, refuse to obey what they said was illegal orders. But what's an illegal order? What are they even mentioning? What are they. And they say, oh, we don't. We're trying to head this off at the pass. We're just, we're just reminding them of their duty. So they say, please ignore these orders. State step two, go on a media tour when you get called out and play the victim. Step three is, oh, whoops here's a Washington Post anonymously sourced article that suggests that Secretary of War Pete Hegseth is guilty of committing war crimes by bombing these narco terrorist boats in the Caribbean. And then here we go. Now they're saying step five, step four, say you might get prosecuted if you do illegal things. And we're really. This is a really terrible place to be putting our armed uniformed military personnel. It's such a bind that it shouldn't be up to them. This president is such a mean, terrible president. Secretary Hexeth has to go. And now they're saying that, oh, well, guess what? The military could save us. So you are seeding the ground for a military coup d', etat, as you said, a military junta. And this is something we've seen in the Blake. What's funny about this is you have been the most loud voice in the room just about every time I can remember of talking about the third worldization of the United States government, of our customs and our norms, of our institutions. And we all sort of thought, you know what? They're not going to touch the military. They can't. There's too much discipline. There's too much. There's too much tradition and heritage. There's just too much there. They can't overtake that, especially with the type of people go in the military. And here they are going straight for it. And it almost feels like a game of political chicken. Like they're dare, like Mark Kelly, Senator Warner. Now they're daring people to, to restore the chain of command which is the president, the civil authority duly elected by the people of the United States to command the armed forces. It's a game of chicken. They're saying, we come at us. I dare you to make me a martyr here. I dare you to prosecute me.
Blake Neff
And that. And that's it. It is one of those frustrating things because I've argued, I don't. I think it probably would be a mistake, certainly for Mark Kelly, who's the one they've, you know, made thrown the most signals at, I think it would be very dicey. We have the best example to go off of which is the attempted. The attempt to imprison Donald Trump in 2023 and 2024 paved the way for him to return to the White House. It was one of the most important factors. Trying to imprison your opponents has a lot of downsides to it. And I think they may even be realizing that they may be trying to provoke the president into making a mistake. And I still lean that way. But I still think what they're doing is incredibly reckless, incredibly harmful, incredibly bad for the country. And we're going to have to keep saying so. And we'll be back after, after the break.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.

Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. As we begin to close out 2025 and look towards 2026, many investors and economists alike are optimistic that President Trump's economic policies will begin to show dividends in the first and second quarters of the coming year. That means it's time to position yourself to be able to profit from whatever the markets and the economy bring. My next guest will tell you that gold is a great hedge, no matter what happens. But he's also here to share his thoughts on everything from the future of the Fed to crypto's recent decline. Philip Patrick, the precious metals specialist with the Birch Gold Group, joining me. Philip, always good to see you.
Philip Patrick
Same here, Terrence. Thank you for having me.
Terrence Bates
So let's start with crypto. December saw a pretty sharp risk off move. Crypto in particular, of course, has taken a beating. What is going on with crypto?
Philip Patrick
Yeah, it's been extremely volatile. Upward and downward swings. We've seen nearly $1 billion in leveraged crypto bets wiped out over the last 48 hours. That's on top of the $19 billion liquidation cascade we saw earlier in October. Bitcoin at this point is down around 10% year to date. The lower alt tier coins the bottom half of the top 100. They're down about 70% now. I don't think this is a random sell off. I think this is the unwinding of hidden leverage that built up over the years when everything was rallying. Traders now, I think are finally admitting that they don't know how much leverage is really in the financial system because the exchanges don't disclose that data. What we do know is about $4.6 billion has abandoned Bitcoin over the last week or so. Simply put, when liquidity tightens, it's the most speculative assets that tend to get hit first.
Terrence Bates
You talked about liquidity tightening. What exactly does that mean, break that down for a novice investor like myself?
Philip Patrick
Look, it's what we've been talking about in broad terms for quite a while now. Monetary uncertainty. Liquidity in the financial world generally means is leverage readily and cheaply available. When it is, traders, hedge funds, they borrow freely and they make big bets. Right now, though, they don't really know what to expect from the Fed. Every Fed official has their own agenda, giving conflicting advice. One day we think the Fed's going to cut rates, again, next day we think they don't. The odds swung over the last week from a 30% chance to a rate cut to over 75%. That happened in about a seven day period. And at the same time, obviously, the US government is now paying $1.8 trillion a year in interest on the national debt, which means Washington needs lower rates to stay on top of refinancing costs. But the Fed needs higher rates to control inflation. So it's a very tough situation. But I think all of these sell offs ultimately have the same root cause. It's a systemic leverage problem showing up where liquidity is thinnest. And I think we're starting to see that volatility ripple through.
Terrence Bates
I hear you loud and clear about the fact that no one really knows what the Fed's ultimately going to do playing a role in all of this. But I would imagine the fact that we don't necessarily know who's going to be leading the Fed in the next six months, that's also got to play a role.
Philip Patrick
It absolutely does. Right. Will the next Fed chair support lower rates to relieve the debt burden or they're going to prioritize inflation control at the cost of slowing the economy. Investors are basically at this point trading off two competing realities. As I said before, Washington can't afford higher rates, but the Fed can't justify big cuts without risking another inflation fare until the decision is fully known and the policy direction becomes a little more clear. Like I said, I expect to see a little bit more volatility in every corner of the financial sector.
Terrence Bates
And Philip, in 40 seconds, that brings us back to gold being a perfect hedge.
Philip Patrick
Absolutely. Look, we're seeing it in its, its performance. Gold is up significantly this year, Silver as well. But it's not just during tough times or times of volatility. Let's not forget gold did very well during Trump's first term and that was a rosier picture than what he inherited this time around. So precious metals, still a safe haven, still performing, and predictions are they continue to grow.
Terrence Bates

All right, welcome back to hour two of the Charlie Kirk Show. I'm Andrew Colvitt, executive producer of this fine show, joined by, as always, Blake Neff in our home studio Back in Arizona. And we are joined this hour at the top of it by Sean Davis, CEO and co founder of the Federalist. You can find him on X at Sean M. Dave. Dav Just didn't go the whole way and just say Sean M. Davis. I just realized this. What's with the. What's with the shortened X handle? Huh? You're muted, Sean.
Oh, I can hear you. Can you hear me that now?
Blake Neff
Now we got him. Excellent.
Charlie Kirk
Okay.
Sean Davis
Some imposter squatted on my name, so it wasn't available. It's a total injustice.
Charlie Kirk
You know what? I'm gonna work on this for you. I'm gonna work on this for you. I had to go through the same thing I had to go through the same thing recently because everybody was, you know, asking, you know, why do you have this weird. I just had this like goofball old handle, you know, From I think 2011 or something like that, and I had to update it so people find me. Anyways, I'm gonna help you with this. Shaun Davis. So we've got really three topics and there is a press conference that we are awaiting on this pipe bombing arrest that's been made in Virginia. But we have three topics to get to and I think they are all equally as important. So we got this Tennessee race. You are a Tennessee local there. I don't know if she was. I don't know if this race is Tennessee. Seven is your district, Sean. Is that your actual district?
Sean Davis
It is, yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Okay, what do you make of the outcome here? It's a. Trump won it by a margin of 22. We had Van Epps win it by plus nine. A lot of people are taking that one of two ways. What is the big takeaway that the base needs to hear right now? Sean Davis.
Sean Davis
So the word that I keep hearing from people around here about that race is relief. It was a close race until about two weeks ago. I think it was within the margin of error. Then there was a big national push to expose this Looney Tunes woman. Afton Bain is a total left wing communist kook who hated the city, hate the people who live here, hate the state. And that was a top down effort from Trump all the way down. On the Monday before the election, there was a massive get out the vote rally with every statewide elected Republican in Tennessee. And I think that last minute charge, that last minute push to define her and get out the vote really made a difference. So in looking at the race, I don't think it was a massive victory, nor do I think it was a Doomsday warning. I think it is a sign that Republicans have a lot that they still need to do between now and November. You'll hear some people say that this is an R10 district. I think that's what the Cook Political Partisan Voter Index says that I don't care. That's not it. This is a plus 20R district. Mark Green won the same district by 22 in 22. Trump won it by 22.
That should be what people are winning by as Republicans here. So a nine point victory is a sign that we have a lot of work to do. It's not a sign of triumphalism. Yay, we won. We have nothing to worry about. Nor is it a sign of doomerism that we're seeing screwed. We've got another 11 months to the election and Republicans have to get to work putting together a message and an agenda that proves that they're acting on the things that people want him to do.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, I mean, Blake, feel free to chime in here. I think that a couple things happen. We are proving that we are absolutely abysmal at off year elections. We just are. And we could try and identify what the source of that terrible performance is. Whether it's we're a low prop party, whether it's our GOTV is, is not what it needs to be. Which is, which is a fact. It's not even debatable at this point. Now, turning point action, we have a massive get out the Vote program called Chase the Vote. We do that in specific areas. We are not active with paid staff or any huge effort in Tennessee. We simply have to choose our, our, our battles there and we have to deploy resources in a prudent way. And that is not where we're active. But there is local GOP there, RNC groups on the ground. As you said, they got activated late. But here's the other thing that I will say, the second piece of this. And you know, Bannon called me up.
Blake Neff
Oh, we lost Andrew. All right, Sean. But no, we were just talking about. Yeah, the Tennessee thing.
Yeah. What, what Sean, you tell us, what do you think the biggest driver of why we frankly are struggling in some of these off year, lower prop elections compared to, I feel when I was a young adult, the GOP was seen as stronger in some of those off elections.
Sean Davis
Yeah. I think the main reason is that outside of Trump, the Republican Party is kind of having an identity crisis. People love Trump. Kind of low prop voters who aren't traditionally identified with either party, they like Trump. He has energy, he has A vision, he has an agenda. Everyone understands what Donald Trump believes, whether they love him or hate him, everyone knows what he believes. I don't know if you can say that about the Republican Party apart from Trump. And it's the Republican Party apart from Trump that is always on the ballot and off year elections. Yes, Trump is there. He's able to do get out the vote, he's able to do rallies. But his name not being on the ballot makes a big difference. And so I think the GOP is one really having an identity crisis that's driven by a lot of the old establishment people who've been in office for 20 or 30 years still wanting to take the party back to 2002 or 2003, the heady days of the Iraq war and GOP corporatism. And they don't really like this new MAGA, Trump. They can't really come out and say that. They can't say that they don't like the MAGA agenda. So they kind of just have to like sit back and quietly stifle it while pretending they're doing good things. And what you end up with there is a party that just looks completely scorotic and kind of neutered. And that's a hard party to get people to jazzed up to vote for in an off year. So that's my take.
Blake Neff
Yeah, I think we have.
Charlie Kirk
All right, I'm back.
Blake Neff
Yeah, there we do. But Andrew, I was thinking an aspect of this is also, it is that there's an old guard that really does wish to rewind before Trump. But I think it's also the case Trump himself does have this special gravity around him. He does make the entire world obsessed with him. Everything in American politics has revolved around him since 2015. He has not been shy about redefining the Republican Party around his personal brand, his personal identity. And that has upsides. He really does whip people up the way no one else can. But we see the downside, which is without him, there is that void of enthusiasm.
Charlie Kirk
Well, yeah, and I completely agree with that, Blake. And sorry for the tech troubles here. You never know when you're on the road. But yeah, I think.
There'S doubt that we are at a nadir in the enthusiasm levels this summer. A lot of the infighting, there's just no doubt. Right. And again, we have this issue with off cycle elections now. President Trump has pivoted, the administration has pivoted. You're starting to hear a lot more about the affordability crisis. You're starting to hear a lot about plans and creative ideas to address housing. And most importantly is what I would say that, yeah, he has a gravitational pull. He defines all of politics, not just Republican politics, but left and right in this country. But you saw this third world immigration moratorium take effect. And if you talk to pollsters like Rich Barris, he and I were communicating on this, there was a jump massively, we talked about on the show on enthusiasm for the base Republican voters. And so when he's polling the third world immigration moratorium, which is a core component, a core plank of the MAGA movement, of the populist right movement, is to get our immigration house in order, you saw a jump immediately in the enthusiasm for voters. Rich's contention, and this was my prediction, was that this race would have been even closer had President Trump not come out with that moratorium following the, the ambush assassination. You know, nearly 2 of the national Guardsmen in just blocks away from the White House. Had he not come out with something bold and unapologetic, we would have, we would have seen an even closer race. You have to give voters something to get enthusiastic about. When you have a low propensity party like we do, and obviously it's a mix, but there is now more low props in our, in our movement than there were before Donald Trump. There's just no doubt when you have a low prop party, you have to increase enthusiasm, you have to increase attention. And that's ultimately to Sean's point, in the last final run up to this, we finally got on the ball. National Republican apparatus got engaged, we started messaging on it, and then you had this moratorium boom, nine points. Is it still too close? Yes, absolutely. Is it still a warning? Yes. Is it triumphalism? No, absolutely not. But at least, at least we saw an eight, nine point victory and what we were seeing could have been within the margin of error before that. So I think what we need to do is we need to make sure we're giving voters what they want. That's ultimately what the lesson is here. And yeah, can I say something on.
Sean Davis
That immigration point there? I think it's important to tackle immigration not just as a standalone issue because it's part of a much broader sense that we're losing our country. We can't afford to buy homes, we can't find jobs, thing doesn't, stuff doesn't work anymore. So it's not just, oh, we don't like immigrants, they need to go home. That's not the case. It's that people feel the sense that they can't do things in their country that they believe they should be allowed to, that the American dream is just being whittled away and eroded away, and immigration is a big part of that. When people think they can't get ahead, even when they follow the rules, that they'll never be able to buy a house, that they'll never pay down their college debt, that they'll never get a good job, that they'll never be able to raise their family on one income, that is where the immigration thing plays in. And so I think it's really important to for Republicans to put that in the context of rebuilding the American dream and restoring the American dream for Americans.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, Sean, that's such a good point. But just 20 seconds to break here. But when people equate the immigration desires of the base of MAGA base and they equate it with xenophobia or bigotry or racism, it couldn't be further from the truth. And we really need to keep hammering that home. Shaun Davis will be right back. Back in about three minutes.

But these are private student loans. So if you have private student loan debt and they're labeled as distressed or defaulted that others won't touch, you need to reach out to y refi.com that is yrefy.com There are about $45 billion worth of distressed private student loans in the United States. All right, welcome back. I was talking with Sean prepping for this segment today, and he really wanted to hit the Lane Kiffin story out of the sec, which was funny, Sean, because the other gentleman with amazing hair on this screen right now also has been begging to hit this story. So I'm gonna throw it to Blake first and say, Blake, set the. Set the table. And then. And then, Sean, you tell us why this is important.
Blake Neff
Well, we. We know. We know Charlie was a big Oregon Ducks fan. I have the. I don't know. I don't know its name. Ducky the Duck. I'm just gonna call it that. We have that mascot here. He loved following college football. He would have actually been all over this. We would have definitely been talking about it with him.
Charlie Kirk
Yes.
Blake Neff
Because a lot of news happened over the weekend about, you know, we had the attack in D.C. we had the Somali story. We had this insurrection. But for a normal middle American, it's quite possible. Their biggest story for them is Lane Kiffin, the coach at Ole Miss. He has decided to take an offer to go to LSU for more fame. Basically, it's a bigger, more estab program with more national championships. People are very outraged about it. They feel he's betrayed his school. But I feel it also is emblematic of how college football is today where basically every player is on a one year. They can get paid now. They're basically on a one year free agency deal with a college. They can get in the transfer portal and go wherever you want. But what do you make of it, Sean?
Sean Davis
So I love Lane Kiffin for making himself the most hateable person in all of college sports. Like college sports thrives on hatred in rivalries and quite honestly, all the reorgs in the conferences, we've lost a lot of those old timey rivals and hatred. And so I love Lane being himself doing the heel turn because he did it to Tennessee. You know, he got fired at USC and left on the tarmac. I love that he's doing this, that he's doing it in conference because it is going to make the LSU game in Oxford next year. Absolutely amazing. But I will say loyalty is not entirely dead in college football. It's not all about the money. It's not all about the fame. I say that is a Texas Tech Red Raider guns up and reckham. Our coach was asked about this earlier this week and he said, I don't care about any of it. You're going to bury me in Lubbock. So not all of the college coaches are villains. Some of them are awesome like Joey McGuire at Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas.
Charlie Kirk
As a UW graduate and a Husky fan. When we had Kalyn DeBoer, we lost to the national championship, everybody was willing to sort of give Kaylen Devore the keys to the city, that he was going to be a king in a very. Listen, it's not the biggest empire in America, the uw, but they have a very proud football tradition and we were hoping that he was going to stay and of course he didn't. He had to go to Alabama where he is absolutely in a meat grinder. I mean what a to be in that program and following in the heels of one of the greatest to ever do it, if not the greatest to ever do it. I do not envy him. He's sort of getting his justice. There's. What is he ranked 10 was he Dan Danny 1010 in the nation. Two losses. It's not good enough for Alabama football. So sometimes you get what you wish for. But I agree with you, Sean. It is, it is really good for college football to have a villain. And Lane Kiffin is one of those personalities that can totally embrace it, step right into it. I told you on the Photo. I was like, he better have some good security going into Oxford, Mississippi. We did a, we did an Ole Miss event this, this year with J.D. vance and Erica Kirk, and it was one of the most enthusiastic events I've ever been to. That student body's riled up. They're very proud of their football program and they're doing well this year. And so they, they don't. They're not even going to let him finish out the season. That's how, like, that's how cutthroat this is for if you're in Mississippi. And so I just, I, I celebrate this. Lane Kiffin's like a Trump supporter. He's. He's super entertaining when it comes to talking to the press and the media. He'll go places that other coaches will not dare to. And now he's at lsu. And the SEC has a big time rivalry, an unexpected big time rivalry, probably center stage, which is outshining all the others.
Sean Davis
It's going to be amazing. I cannot wait for the next season of football. Obviously, we're not done with this one yet. The number four Texas Tech Raiders. Red Raiders heading into the championship this weekend. If I haven't said it, recommend guns up.
Charlie Kirk
Oh, man, you just said it.
Blake Neff
But I just do, I do feel, I, I feel a little pain. I've always been more of an NFL fan. I grew up in South Dakota. It's a bit of a college football black hole in relative terms. But the, it just seems money is going to be the inevitable thing. The coaches all want to go where there's either the most prestige or the most cash, and the players largely want to do the same thing. And it's so easy to transfer. I just, I worry in 10 years we'll look back on what we lost and we'll feel a lot more pain about it. I, for. I fear.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, Sean, I agree with, I actually agree with Blake. I think this is going to create a race to the top. And the mids. Mid level schools, they're never, they're never. We're not going to be talking about them as much in 10 years. But who's going to win? 30 seconds, Sean. Predict who's going to win the national championship this year.
Sean Davis
Ohio State looks really, really good. Their defense is ridiculous. Their offense is off the charts. But there's, there's. They. They stand no chance against the Texas Tech Raiders of Lubbock, Texas.
Charlie Kirk
Oh, my gosh. All right, fine. What about Indiana? Indiana this year? Oh, come on. This is really impressive. We'll find out Saturday Sean Davis. Yeah, Sean Davis. The man, the myth, the legend. Thanks for joining us.
We'll be back.

We are also expecting a news conference involving the FBI's director, Cash Patel. That's expected to happen here within the next 30 minutes during which we will get much more information, or at least we're expecting to get much more information on this pipe bomber as well as the circumstances leading to his arrest. We are hearing that he was on the FBI's radar years ago, but just now charges are being brought and this case is being brought after it was covered up apparently under the Biden administration's FBI. You can see there on your screen the stage is already set for that. The commander in peace, as I've called him, helped broker the agreement that's being signed today. The two countries have been warring for decades. The current agreement involves troop withdrawals, joint security mechanisms, as well as regional economic integration. This is just the latest attempt at peace between the two countries. A deal that was signed back in 2002 included provisions for the withdrawal of the Rwandan troops who were currently in Congo, and also dismantling other armed groups. Still, the fighting continued. Again, we're expecting this event to happen at any moment, and the moment it does, we'll also take you there for that. The admiral who oversaw the now infamous September 2nd double strike on a suspected drug boat in the Caribbean is expected to tell lawmakers on Capitol Hill today that the people killed in that strike were legitimate military targets. Admiral Frank Bradley was the head of the Joint Chief Joint Special Operations Command at the time of the attack. He'll testify before the House and Senate Armed Forces Committee starting today. The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dan Kane, will join him. That's a quick check of your headlines.

Welcome back to THE Charlie Kirk show. History, economics, the great works of literature. Did you study these things in school? Probably not. But even if you did, you probably need an enjoyable refresher. Or you could Simply go to hillsdale.com that's hillsdalecollege.com Apologies. In this free eight lecture course, you'll learn from Hillsdale College President, the great Dr. Larry Arne, the legendary as he goes in depth on four novels, 1984, Brave New World, Darkness at Noon and that Hideous Strength. Even though these novels were written in the 1930s and 40s, they are highly relevant today because they show what a tyrannical government can do to human nature. And probably most importantly, they show us that faith, family, friends and this country are still worth fighting for. Maybe you read these books long ago in school. Maybe you've heard others talking about them and they seem a little intimidating. They don't have to let Hillsdale College help you make the most of them. Go right now. Charlie for hillsdale.com Charlie for hillsdale.com to enroll. There's no cost and it's easy to get started. That's Charlie for hillsdale.com to enroll. Charlie took 31 of those courses. And I am going to try and emulate him and model him because it's important to know this stuff. Joining us now on the show is Adam Wren. He's the director of Open justice uk. And there is a lot of breaking news out of the United Kingdom when it comes to these grooming gangs. The story that, that has been boiling under the surface for many years in that country. But then with the help of Elon Musk and others, it has been brought to the fore and they're doing some great work. Blake, Blake, why don't you give us a little primer and help us welcome Adam to the show here?
Blake Neff
Yeah, yeah, sure. Hey, Adam. Glad to have you. Can you hear us?
Adam Wren
I can.
Charlie Kirk
Can you hear me?
Blake Neff
Excellent, excellent. So, yeah, I guess let's just tee up your work. This is a cause Charlie cared a lot about. He cared a lot about the fate of the United Kingdom and how it could be a country that represents America's future in a lot of ways. And we're revisiting what's been a story for a while, which is these grooming gangs mostly linked to immigrants or immigrant arrived people in, or immigrant drive people in the United Kingdom. And they were grooming and sexually assaulting, sexually abusing British girls. And you've been working to really bring forth to the public the full details of what happened with these grooming gangs. And I think it's gonna catch people here off guard just how much of this wasn't known, how much little transparency there was. But how about you set this up for us? What have you been releasing the last couple days?
Adam Wren
So, yes, thank you for the introduction. The crimes have been known for a long time, decades, but the full details of them were never released. And that includes partly just the. The genuine barbarity of these crimes. These girls were not just being sexually abused. They were being raped in horrific, really unspeakable ways and in some cases, tortured.
There's no equivocation, there's no other language that can be used to describe what happened to them. And I think it was the release of the first transcripts around January that really brought home to the public that these aren't normal crimes and they have been covered up by the police, by social services and by our government. And the reality, I think, is really starting to hit home with people. This release that we've just done this last week has more than doubled, more than tripled, actually, the current number of sentence and remarks. A number of this. These documents are now in the public. They are available to read@transcripts.openjustice uk.org.
And it's. Yeah, I mean, the dam is really breaking on this stuff.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Blake Neff
You say sentencing remarks. So I think in the United States we would see it as a default that court hearings are public, that the sentence remarks of a judge would be public. It's, it's generally here, not difficult to get. You might not have cameras in a courtroom, but you'll virtually always have the, at least the transcripts of what is going on in court and what a judge would say. But that's apparently not the norm in the uk. And I believe they've tried to charge you huge sums of money to get these, haven't they?
Adam Wren
Yeah, it's very true. So in the US legal system, transcripts are made automatically just in case a hearing, you know, a trial has to go to an appeal court. In the uk, that's absolutely not the case. You have to request them and a judge has to accept that you have a good reason for requesting them. So we actually had a number of judges, deniers. One judge actually denied us with the justification that having this information in the public was not conducted to the public good. It wouldn't help the conversation that was happening. And then even when the judges do allow us to get the transcripts, in some cases we were quoted £30,000.
It's just inaccessible to a victim. We've only been able to do this because we've crowdfunded the money to acquire them.
Blake Neff
Yeah, and I can't, frankly, I can't read all of these because they're just too graphic for our audience. But I just want to, you guys, anyone who's listening should go look up openjustice UK and read these. They're freely available now, but it's describing what's going on. So these are gangs again, mostly migrant related, and they would sort of pick up underage UK girls, 12, 13, 14 years old, and they would sort of, they would groom them and eventually just begin sexually assaulting them. And what we're seeing in these is you have it where they're threatened with violence if they don't have sex with multiple different men. We have cases where there's for example, a migrant owned taxi company where they're basically engaging in prostitution rings and there's this strong racial element to it as well, where they're, they're told, hey, we're taking over your country. This is what's happening to you now. They're told, we do this to you because we won't do this to Asian women. Asian in the UK refers to a lot of migrants from South Asia. It's incredibly appalling stuff. And again, it's practically too graphic. And it's, they were older, some in their 30s, sometimes up to three different men a day, multiple times a day. It's truly jarring stuff. And a question that's also being asked online right now, and maybe you can answer this, Adam, why aren't these, these apparently also weren't treated as, as hate crimes.
Adam Wren
Yeah. I mean, in some of the transcripts we released just this week, they, as you said, they are explicitly targeting these girls because of their race. I won't read the excerpt because they are, they are very disturbing. But you're right, we have provisions in this country where crimes, sentences should be aggravated if somebody is targeted for a protected characteristic that could be religion, race.
Not a single one of these cases, to my awareness, has had that aggravating sentence and applied. It seems to be that they, they weren't prosecuted for a hate crime or a race crime, despite it being laid out in black and white. That these girls were targeted for being white.
Blake Neff
It's absolutely unbelievable. And. Yeah, Andrew, if you want to come in.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. So it occurs to me that it's these crimes. I've been reading these transcripts while you guys have been discussing this back and forth and.
I'm just horrified at it. I mean, the victim six I'm reading was a particularly vulnerable young girl. She had been abused from the age of seven by various men. She knew you, Mr. Hussein, and you from when she was 14. I mean, she was placed in children's homes and getting abused. I can't even read the rest of it, obviously, as you guys have already said. But in the UK there seems to be this push for decades against transparency, against releasing this information. It almost feels like a cover up. First question, what's behind that? Why wouldn't the leadership in the uk, the justice officials, want to expose this? And then secondly, in this new era, post Elon Musk blowing the lid off this story, I know there was other people working diligently behind the scenes. He just provided an amplification, a microphone to it. Are you seeing whatever that stranglehold on the truth is? Are you seeing it break?
Adam Wren
Yes. So it's an excellent question. I think there has, there has been a cover up. Yeah. And I think it's partly because it's very, very difficult to discuss race. Especially when all of the discussions around race and around institutional racism are orientated towards white people being the perpetrators. It's very, very difficult to Discuss things like people being targeted for their race when white people are the victims. You know, we talk about rape culture, but there are cases here where, you know, a men will call up their uncles, their cousins, their nephews and they will say, you know, we, we have this girl, you know, we have her. Do you, do you want to come over and help us rape her? And you know, if that's not rape culture, then then what is? Right? It's, it's unbelievable. It's endemic. So I think it's very difficult to discuss this within the paradigm that we've been taught about how race and race relations and institutions interact with. And I think it's also the case that many of the people that were involved in these gangs were in positions of power, they were working for or with the local police, with the local councils, with the local government. And these crimes have been happening for so long that maybe now some of those people are quite senior, they've been promoted, they've gone on to other jobs and they are, you know, they have the ability to shut down investigations, to order information destroyed.
So yeah, without a doubt, cover up. And you're right, breaking that. It is breaking.
Sean Davis
Yeah.
Adam Wren
So this is the second part of your question there. It is breaking. We had an excellent review by a woman called Baroness Louise Casey who was working for the government and she's actually, you know, closely associated with our civil service and with labor. Some people, some people think that they're the main perpetrators of this. But she was very brave and she came out with a very, very strong review where she outlined that there has been a cover up, that the media has been very irresponsible in its reporting and the files have been deleted and that the perpetrators of these are predominantly Pakistani Muslim men. And since that report, we've seen the media more willing to engage on it. We've seen people more willing to tell the truth. We've seen more survivors coming forward. I think the dam is breaking. Yeah, things are improving quite substantially.
Blake Neff
I really want people to check out. You can find good excerpts on Adam's X account at Goadam. It's G0ADM. He's got some great excerpts there. Or you can go to transcripts.openjusticeuk.org check those out. And I think we have an ad read here.

Yeah. Thank you, Adam for joining us. It's a truly horrifying story, but thank you for making the time to tell our audience about it. Thank you.

FBI Representative
Because they are tools that terrorize our community.
Fortunately, these bombs did not explode, although they certainly could have. But make no mistake, the alleged pipe bomber did terrorize our community. Today's actions underscore the long memory and the long reach of the FBI and our partners. I know some people had given up on finding the perpetrator, but not the FBI and not our partners. We do not forget, we do not give up and we do not relent. Though it had been nearly five years, our team continued to churn through massive amounts of data and tips that we used to identify this suspect.
I want to thank Director Patel and Deputy Director Bongino for their leadership and for providing us the resources and the personnel to reevaluate all of the data that we had. We dove into more than 3 million lines of data to come up with this suspect. Director Patel, Deputy Director Bongino, thank you for your support. Thank you for your passion and thank you for your investment in this investigation. From me, on behalf of the investigators, the Washington field office and all of our partners, thank you. I'd also like to thank Judge Pirro, Judge, your team, and you are absolutely amazing. You're the type of prosecutors and U.S. attorneys, U.S. attorney that all of the investigators across the country want to work with. They're hard nosed and they're aggressive. Thank you for that.
I'd also like to thank the American public, the American public for providing tips and leads, not just on this case, but every day on cases across the country that are being solved by law enforcement. And finally, I want to commend all of the members of the Washington field office and most specifically the investigative team. Their diligence and persistence led to this arrest today.
Charlie Kirk
Newsflash, Democrats. America is a republic, not a democracy. Fact check, true.
Connection, open dialogue. These are the things that build communities. Charlie and tick Tock share in that knowledge. That's why TikTok has built a space where that kind of listening actually happens. People don't just post, they respond. They build on each other's ideas. You'll see a teacher simplifying a tough lesson so that it finally clicks for her students or a gardener sharing a trick that saved their crop. But what matters most isn't the first post. It's not the first video. It's what comes next. Someone asking a question, somebody answering with a story of their own. And then suddenly, people who have never met are forming a community and sharing ideas and building connection. Connection, real connection takes place. Walls come down. This is what listening does. It reminds us that we're not all as different as we may think. And that's what makes TikTok so, so powerful. It's a place where every post can turn into a conversation and every conversation can make a difference. So check out Tick Tock today, Charlie. Billions and billions of views on that. On that platform. So, Blake, we've got this press conference that's ongoing. We're going to be. Our team is monitoring it. If there's any new news that we learn, we're going to be bringing it to you. But I would. We would be remiss if we did not bring up what Erica was doing yesterday. And she was in New York. She was talking about. She was with Andrew Ross Sorkin, who, people might be surprised, was a. Was a friend of Charlie's. They actually had a pretty warm relationship. They disagreed on a lot of things. Andrew Ross Sorkin had invited Charlie out to DealBook, which is a major event in liberal circles. Gavin Newsom was on just before Erica, believe it or not. And Erica wanted to honor what Charlie had committed to and go in his place. And she did a great job. We're very proud of her. I was, like I said, I was doing another podcast, met up with them for this DealBook thing. So let's play a clip from this. We were very proud of her. 328. We are living in a day and.

And you know, Blake, she got asked about all kinds of political questions. And I think Sorkin kind of threw stuff that, you know, other people hadn't asked her about. And I thought she handled it extraordinarily well with a lot of grace and composure.
Blake Neff
She did. She did. I think another she got into the personal dimension as well, talking about her life with Charlie. And I think this is probably what's gotten the most focus, is this statement that she said. She talks basically about how Charlie helped get her out of the. Call it the the Boss Babe track in New York city. Let's play 3. 24.
Charlie Kirk
I. I will be fully transparent. I was fully bought into the Boss Babe. I mean, I lived in Manhattan. I. Charlie essentially plucked me out of.
iHeart Radio Announcer
The New York City orbit and was.
Charlie Kirk
Like, yeah, I have a healthier way of viewing things and looking at life and things like that. And he was right. He was right. And I remember thinking.
If I would have stayed on that path I was.
iHeart Radio Announcer
On, I would have lost out on some of the most beautiful moments of my life. Children, having a husband, being able to create and build something so incredible.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, there is a lot of that. I think the liberal media establishment is freaking out. Like, why did you invite Erica Kirk to tell women they shouldn't pursue a career? And that's not.
Blake Neff
Dragged a lot of people kicking and screaming from New York, from D.C. from California. Strag them out to the desert where it rains way more often than people say. And he built something amazing.
Charlie Kirk
I actually have a funny story about that. I was trying to get home. I'd been gone for 18 days, trying to get back to my family after everything happened. And there was, like, torrential downpour. All the flights were canceled in Phoenix. They were like, it's the most rain we've had in seven years. And I was like, what the heck is happening? Like, I cannot, I guess, you know, it was like a sign that Phoenix.
Blake Neff
Was the world's gonna learn the truth. Phoenix is a fake desert. It rains all the time here.
Charlie Kirk
It rains a lot. No, but.
I just want to make this point because Erica did this. She goes into the lion's den, into the liberal core in New York City and Manhattan and takes whatever questions are thrown her way. And she did it to honor her husband. Charlie was going to go to that event. I was going to be with him. And we booked it a long time ago. Obviously, Charlie was not able to do that. And Erica honored that commitment, and that's just the kind of person she is. And I just couldn't say enough good things. And candidly, I felt like Andrew Ross Sorkin did a good job. He was not mean in any way. He was very warm and sympathetic to what Erica has gone through. The audience was warm and sympathetic. So all in all, hat tip to all involved, and to Erica especially, it has been an action packed. Two hours. I'm going to keep my eyes on this press conference and we'll be tweeting out anything that this is newsworthy from it. Blake, we'll see you tomorrow. We got an AMA and more tomorrow at the Charlie Kirk Show. We'll see you then. See you tomorrow.

This is an iHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human.
This episode of The Charlie Kirk Show delivers a fast-moving analysis of breaking news and current events, with a central focus on the arrest in the long-unsolved January 5th, 2021, pipe bomber case. The hosts also tackle ongoing political shifts under the Trump administration, the fallout from the September 2nd Caribbean drug boat strike, implications for US democracy and the military, analysis of off-year Republican electoral performance, a disturbing Rotherham-style grooming gang investigation in the UK, and notable cultural moments. The tone is urgent, combative, and often self-reflective, with several high-profile guests joining for commentary and live updates.
"If this individual is Antifa, then it makes perfect sense why Chris Wray... would have buried this investigation because it would have not only undermined the whole January 6th insurrection ... but completely contradict his insistence that Antifa did not play a role." — Julie Kelly (35:15)
"We do not forget, we do not give up and we do not relent. Though it had been nearly five years, our team continued to churn through massive amounts of data...." — FBI Representative (99:07)
"They're laying the groundwork for a constitutional crisis. Their intent is clear... You are seeding the ground for a military coup d'état, as you said, a military junta." — Charlie Kirk (50:55)
Erica Kirk at DealBook Summit (101:36–106:04)
College Football Coaching Drama (76:11–81:56)
On the pipe bomb case:
"I think we’re all very interested and excited to see what they reveal in the course of today." — Blake Neff (10:44)
"We were told if this ends up being true that Antifa had nothing to do with J6... So if it turns out that a member of Antifa... was in fact behind what I would say is the most serious and destructive and dangerous aspect of that whole saga, then we have a whole new series of questions." — Charlie Kirk (14:14)
On military and democracy:
"The president is the commander in chief of the armed forces. He calls the shots. When you are sowing discord in this way... you're just coming out and... laying out here, 'Oh, man. We think these uniformed service members could really help us prevent bad things from this administration.'” — Blake Neff (49:14)
On American dream and immigration:
"It’s not just, oh, we don’t like immigrants, they need to go home... people feel the sense that they can’t do things in their country that they believe they should be allowed to, that the American dream is just being eroded away." — Sean Davis (71:45)
On UK grooming gangs:
"It’s very difficult to discuss things like people being targeted for their race when white people are the victims... There are cases here... they will say, 'We have this girl... do you want to come over and help us rape her?' If that’s not rape culture, then what is?" — Adam Wren (95:05)
On the Erica Kirk DealBook appearance:
"I was fully bought into the Boss Babe... and Charlie essentially plucked me out of the New York City orbit... If I would have stayed on that path I was on, I would have lost out on some of the most beautiful moments of my life." — Erica Kirk (104:25–104:52)
