Visions for refugees to return to their homes and justice and accountability for those who have committed illegal atrocities. Very importantly, this agreement also creates a new framework for economic prosperity. There's tremendous wealth in those, in that beautiful earth. It's beautiful earth, but it was stained badly with blood, tremendous amounts of blood. But in the region, it will support a lasting peace. And the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda have agreed to more closely integrate their economies with each other rather than fighting.

And they'll be doing that early this morning.

Brian Cole Jr. Was arrested and charged with placing the pipe bombs at the RNC and the DNC on January 5, 2021. He has been charged with violating 18 USC 844, which is use of an explosive device. This investigation is ongoing. As we speak, search warrants are being executed and there could be more charges to come.
Blake
And Cole Jr. A 30 year old white man from the D.C. suburbs, is charged with transporting an explosive device in interstate commerce and with malicious destruction.
Andrew
He, he was always wearing his headphones. He would take his dog out, he'd go to the 7 11. He was very, as you say, low key, low profile.
Charlie Kirk
There wasn't a lot going on.
Andrew
His closest friends are his family. He lives with his mom and his sisters.
Charlie Kirk
He would go to work for a.
Andrew
Few hours a day. His father had a bail bonds, bail bonds from company. He's that quiet individual that you would never imagine could put a pipe bomb, put it together.
Brian Glenn
I want to pay my highest respects to those two great guardsmen. You know who I'm talking about. They paid in one case, the ultimate and the other. Andrew is getting better. Sarah, unfortunately is watching from a high, watching from heaven. Parents are so incredible and Andrew is hopefully getting better. He got hit hard defending us and I just want to pay my respects to them. Two incredible people, unbelievable people. I spoke with the parents and met the parents today, the parents of Andrew and they have spirit and they love our country so much you wouldn't believe.
Charlie Kirk
I was there when the doctors all came in the room after they had done an angiogram. He has no blood clots. He's a miracle. And now he's able to open both eyes. Severe injuries, but we are all continuing to pray that he makes a. He's got a long road ahead of him, but we are praying that he makes a full recovery. And this was someone that the Biden administration, the monster, let into our country, let him walk into this country with little or no vetting, just like all these Somalis that Obama did who are committing crimes throughout our country. And under Donald Trump, it's to going.
Andrew
Going to stop free meals to needy kids. Of the 70 or so people charged in that case, most are members of the Somali community. Do you think that scandal is giving the White House ammunition for these attacks? First of all, fraud is wrong. In fact, this particular fraud impacts specifically low income families, which many are Somali Americans and in fact they were victims in this particular moment.
Charlie Kirk
The majority of Americans across the country, regardless of political party, know that immigrants from all over the world, Somalia, India, wherever they're from, Latin America, Africa, that immigrants have built this country and make this country what it is today.
Andrew
Let me just start by saying I don't care, not one bit. Genuinely and wholly do not care about these two men in the boat. We're talking about two people who are clinging to life. How about the thousands of Americans every.
Blake
Month that are on the planet floor.
Andrew
In some bathroom clinging to life because of overdoses from drugs that these people brought? These guys are not good guys. But this basically follows the typical democratic fact pattern. It starts with a fake news story about Pete Texas that gets disproven. But he didn't, he didn't actually order.
Blake
Them to kill everyone.
Andrew
That, that's been sort of taken back. And then it goes into the part where Democrats defend the bad guys at the expense of law enforcement and now the American military.
Terrence Bates
The U.S. supreme Court will now allow.

Blake
Hello. Welcome to Happy Friday. Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show. I'll be getting joined here by Andrew in just a moment, but I think he's having a technical issue. We're gonna be talking all about redistricting in this first hour. This is a big passion of Charlie's throughout this year, and it's going to be a very important topic for all of 2026 and beyond. We have, we got something very special. We got a very special opportunity for our country last November, and that opportunity was a trifecta in government. It was a House majority, a Senate majority, and the White House. That is in these days, it's basically what you need to get anything done in Washington. And we fought very hard for that. And if you lose even one part of that, possibly the House, it greatly limits what a president, what a president for you to do. Do we have you, Andrew?
Oh, not yet, I suppose. And so.
We have to be looking ahead to the 2026 elections. And what, what's so useful about President Trump, what has made him such a formidable political figure is he's, he's very good at poking up against a lot of things that are just traditionally done in Washington and saying, wait, why are we doing that? Why aren't we seizing a bigger advantage? We say this country is in a big state of crisis because it is. We've talked about the border, we've talked about the foreign wars were enmeshed in. We've talked about the rapid decline of a lot of things in American life, the, that need big resolutions. So if the state of the nation is in a crisis, are you going to treat it like a crisis? And President Trump has looked at that and said, okay, it's a crisis. We should try to get political wins. And one of the most obvious is he looks at the House map and says, well, okay, they say we could draw House maps to win more seats for our party. It's legal to do that. It's not a violation of democracy in any way. Why aren't we doing that? And Trump is the one who finally had that light bulb moment. Wait, we should do it. And so throughout this year, we've seen campaigning in red states around the country, in Texas, in Florida, and we're going to be covering Indiana in just a moment here, where we look at a map and say, well, okay, if we were to move these districts around, Instead of having 60% of House seats, we could have 65, 70, 75% of the House seats in this state. And we know Democrats already do this. They've done it in New York. They did it just this last cycle. They've done it in Maryland, they've done it in California. They call it nonpartisan districting, yet they found a magical way to make it incredibly partisan. How many Democrats are in California seats? And so President Trump looked at that and said, we should behave the same way, because if we lose the house in 2026, we're going to get a new order in Washington, where it's going to be endless subpoenas, endless investigations, probably endless impeachments. You know, why not go for a third, a fourth, a fifth, a tenth impeachment of Donald Trump? Just impeach him every single week. Impeach him every single day. They would love to do that. It would be a distraction from the things we need to do for the country. And it would mean no more reduxes on the big, beautiful bill, no more, no more passing anything. Let's say Trump wins over Republicans to getting rid of the filibuster. Well, if you don't have the House, you still can't pass legislation because Democrats can block it. So we've been fighting to change House seats to get more Republican seats so that we have more of a potential margin in these upcoming midterms. We'll be having Ken Paxton on in about 20 minutes. He had a big win, a very important win for the state of Texas. Texas lawmakers got their ducks in a row. They passed a new map that looks like it should be able to deliver Republicans four or five extra seats in the House of Representatives. Now, that was very predictably blocked by a federal court judge who said, actually, you. You can't do that. That's that, you know, Democrats are allowed to do it, but you're not allowed to do it, basically. But the Supreme Court yesterday struck that back and said, nope, Texas's maps are good to go for this election. And we're going to talk to Ken Paxton about how that happened and what we'll have moving forward.
But there's still unfinished business. And one of the biggest sources of unfinished business is in Indiana. In Indiana, we've had more difficulty, unfortunately, there you're not going to get as big of a win. But you have a state that is very Republican, one of the most Republican states in the country, but they have a House map that has carved out safe seats for Democrats. It would be doable in the state of Indiana to make a fully Republican state. And just so far, they have chosen not to do this. And so we're, we're, we're putting pressure on that, on them to, to change their minds. Charlie's point of view was always we should have state lawmakers and federal lawmakers who are as conservative as the voters that they represent. And if you talk to rank and file Republicans in Indiana, conservatives in Indiana, Trump, voters in Indiana, they want to have a House majority that can enact what President Trump ran on in 2024. And if they can redo their House maps in order to do that, they will support that. If they can do that, they want it to happen.
And so I think we reasonably believe rank and file voters in Indiana want a new House map, yet state Republicans have so far declined to do that. They've come up with excuses for why it can't happen, why they're failing to do it, why they're refusing to do it. And so we have a story in Politico today that Turning Point Action, we've always said we are going to put pressure on Republicans to reform themselves. And so we are prepared to back primary challengers to Republicans who are not willing to, to follow the, to assist the president by redoing our House maps. And let me get this up. I know Andrew was just sending it to me. Do we have Andrew, by the way?
Still no.
Terrence Bates
Ah, man.
Andrew
I'm here. I'm here.
Blake
We have him. Oh, we've had him. And welcome, welcome from Mar a Lago. Andrew, I was just telling them about this, this Politico story that where we're taking action in Indiana.
Andrew
Yes, we are. It's a huge deal. We have a big rally today. I hope we've thrown up the graphic. And sorry about technical difficulties, folks. Complicated business, as they say. We also have the rally, if you can get the rally graphic, guys, sorry, we've been scrambling to get the audio fixed over on our side. So that's happening right now. Turning Point Action is at the Capitol in Indiana. And Blake, this is one of these dynamics that is Really, I think going, you're going to see it shift. Yeah, we still have to keep a focus on, you know, the swing states. We've, that's what you got to do to win a national election. But what I have observed, what Charlie knew was that the fact that we had spent so much time in swing swing states that sometimes these solid red, predictably red states have not gotten enough attention, especially nationally. And what happens when, when you see that dynamic play out is that the voting public, the grassroots, the base, begins to sometimes get out of alignment with their elected people. Right. You have incumbent political machines, you have incumbent elected leaders that just sort of stay entrenched. And so you get this Bush era, early 2000s conservatism in a MAGA world where the Trump is the president and there's a misalignment. And so when President Trump says, hey, let's get these maps so that we're more competitive in 2026, you see senators in the state of Indiana that are standing in the way. And so this is a rally to say, listen, the base is on board, the grassroots is on board, the president's on board. Many, many organizations, C4s, PACs across the board are on board to get this done. We see the importance and we're going to. You mentioned your audio was cutting in and out for me, but I heard you mention Texas. We're going to have Ken Paxton on with a huge win on the Texas redistrict redistricting maps, but we have to all be rowing in the same direction. And so when you see senators, for whatever reason, whether it's because Trump used a naughty word and he didn't like it or whatever the reason is that they want to give. We have 40 Republican senators in the Hoosier State. We only need 26. So you know, this is something we should be able to get done. Blake. And this is the message we're sending. It said, hey, get on board or we're going to use the levers at our disposal at Turning Point Action. We're going to align with other groups that are like minded and within the Trump ecosystem to primary you if you don't get on board. And that's politics. It's not personal, it is simply politics.
Blake
It's what Charlie would say. We need Republicans as conservative as the people who elected them.
Andrew
Bingo. Bingo. Absolutely right. And that's what we're committed to. And you know, honestly, our, our people, they're ready for this. They're excited about a new challenge like this. And so bring it on. Indiana we hope you get on board. There's still time to do it, but doesn't look like it's going to happen. We'll be right back.

News flash, Democrats. America has a republic, not a democracy. Fact check.
Robert
True.
Andrew
All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. I believe we've got our audio issues worked out. Right, Studio. We good? Yeah.
Blake
I can hear you. I can hear you. Andrew. We've got you together.
Andrew
Perfect. Beautiful. And the other good thing is slightly blame Parker Sig.
Blake
We've slightly changed your location. So for me, you've got kind of this hole behind you. And yesterday it looked like you had this punk rocker hair growing out of your head, but now it's, now it's off center. It's totally better now.
Andrew
You could take Parker Sig for that, too. I can help you spell that last name if you want. No, they're great guys. We love, we love our real America's Voice family here. Complicated business, as we say. First, I wanted to. We're going to get more into Indiana. We've also got some pipe bomb news. It's crazy clips we got to play. So we're going to get to that this hour. But first, I want to tell you about our friends over at Y Refi. The amazing folks at Y Refi are patriots. They love this country. They love Charlie, they love our tours, they love Turning Point usa. And they stand behind us and they will stand behind you. That much I absolutely know for certain. And what they can do for you is help you refinance your private student loan debt. If you have distressed or defaulted private student loans that others will not touch. There's about $45 billion of private student loans in the United States that is labeled as distressed. So if that's you, they will provide you with a custom loan payment based on your ability to pay. They are not a debt resettlement company and they work with each borrower individually, tailoring each loan to each specific situation. You will not be calling a faceless call center. So if you find yourself in a position where have private student loan debt and you can't make up ground on it, you can't make your payments that you've seen the statements pile up on your kitchen table, you don't have to live with that kind of burden on your back anymore. Take control. Call the folks at y refi at 888 y refi 34. That's 888 y refi 34. Or visit yrefi.com now, this may not be available in all 50 states. Maybe you find yourself in Indiana today at the. This, the state. What is it? State Rotunda. What they call it State House. And maybe it's available there, maybe it's not, but you gotta call and find out. 888 y refi 34. We'll be right back.
All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. So, Blake, got it. The event is just getting started in Indiana and it's amazing. I guess like msnbc, the NOW called Ms. Now is covering it and they're very upset about it. So I'm getting that clip in just a second. It's gonna be great. They're very, very upset that we could be pushing forward with a redistricting plan in Indiana. But you gotta check this energy out. This energy is amazing. 390 Brett Galashevsky, our national enterprise director. Turning Point Action is kicking things off.
Terrence Bates
390.
We cannot afford to give power.
Blake
Back to Hakeem Jeffries, AOC Alon Omar, and all the radical leftists that will stop our ability to make this country great.
Andrew
Yeah. And so, Blake, I mean, I'm told the energy in the room is like through the roof and that on Ms. Now, you can barely hear the reporter over the roars of the rally in that. In that state House. That's great.
Blake
That's great.
Andrew
You know, when we tell you the grassroots is fired up, they are fired up.
Blake
They want to get wins. We see this so often. We saw this with a lot of our discussion this week over the, you know, the Hegseth and the boat drama where you have some Republicans say, oh, you know, we might need this investigation of this whole thing. We might have to Spend weeks, maybe two years investigating this. And then the response from the people who email us fredmut Charlie Kirk is overwhelmingly no, I I support them taking out drug boats. I support them being able to execute their agenda. I definitely don't want Republicans getting in the way of something. That reminder we ran on and I think it's the same thing with this. The rank and file would say we want our side to win and to get wins. Why would we not do things that get us wins?
Andrew
Well, you mentioned drug boats. Blake and I just have to give a shout out to our good secretary of War Pete Hegseth. He gave a little shout out yesterday. And so I saw a tweet from Chuck Schumer and Chuck Schumer said, pete Hegseth has to resign now. And I replied to Chuck Schumer. I said, every new attack aimed at Pete Hegseth makes me want another narco drug boat blown up and sent to the bottom of the ocean. And as if it was like Christmas morning, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth replied to yours truly and said, you wish is our command. Andrew just sunk another narco boat. So, you know, there you go. We have a very responsive administration. The feedback loop is working. And you guys tell us that you are supportive of the immigration moratorium. When you guys tell us that you are in support of President Trump blowing up these narco boats before they can deliver poison to our shores. When you guys tell us that you're actually pretty supportive of this forward facing, more I would say aggressive posture. When it comes to the western hemisphere, we communicate that back. The feedback loop is working. It's alive and well. That was something Charlie was really good at and that's something we want to be really good at. So please keep sending your emails. What do you want to see get accomplished? What do you want to see get done in this country? Freedom, Charlie Kirk.com freedom@charliekirk.com We're listening to. Blake literally spends the entire show and I spend large chunks of the show looking at that inbox. So that is a really important touch point for you guys. So what do you think about Indiana? Do you want to see Indiana senators get on board with this? Do you? Are you skeptical in some way? I don't know. I would assume you're supportive. And if you are supportive, this is what I want you to do. If the team could put the URL up on the bottom so we have a URL tpaction.com.
So again, that's tpaction.com actindiana you can send Emails, you can send notes. You can send this to your friends in Indiana, if you're listening in Indiana. I know Citizen Free Press could probably blast this out if he's listening. That we want as many people sounding the alarm, raising their voices and saying that we, the grassroots demand action. We demand counter offensive against the Democrats power grab. If this was happening in a blue state, they would absolutely do it. Look what they did in California. Look what the New England area is basically blue. There's conservatives up there. It doesn't matter. There's no, there's no congressional representation. If you're conservative. We absolutely have to get this done. And here's the last thing I'll say. And Blake, I'll give you the last minute. Charlie was big on this, huge on the redistricting fight, which is why we had Ken Paxton booked this morning after his big win at the Supreme Court. This was something he was absolutely committed to and this was something he was messaging on in the final days before he was taken from us far too soon.
Blake
Exactly. Charlie, Charlie was a fighter. Charlie was a guy who was always wanting to be in the trenches. He would always want to ask, what can I do to help meaningfully to change things. It's very easy to. It's very easy to talk. It's very easy to tweet. It's very easy to have an opinion on issues. Charlie would say, what can we actually do to get wins on the board? Whether that was in legislation, whether it's in elections, whether it is laws we can change. One of my favorite Charlie moments was when he went out to Nebraska to try to get them to change their electoral vote map. Another a thing that should still happen, a thing we have not forgotten about. We are going to keep nagging you, Nebraska about this, but Charlie would say pick up if pick up, pick up your political wins at the state level. Make your red states red.
Andrew
Yep. All right, Ken Paxton joins us next to talk about Texas, the big win there. We've got questions. He's going to have some answers. We certainly think so. We'll be right back.
Terrence Bates

It's what we're talking about in the first few segments. We want to see wins on the board. And Attorney General of the great state of Texas, Ken Paxton joins us now. Welcome sir. We're great. Grateful to have you.
Ken Paxton
Well, thanks for having me. It is a, it is a big win and it's like an early Christmas present not just to the state of Texas, but the entire country.
Andrew
Yeah, absolutely. So this went all the way up to the Supreme Court. I mean we don't have to get into the legal weeds here. But this, they granted an emergency stay. Correct. So this was, this had been blocked at the, by a federal judge and then so you took it from there and that's how we got the big win last night.
Ken Paxton
Yeah. So we were suit of our maps, which we always are. They claimed it was based on race. We said no, it's political just like all these other democratic states around the country that are gerrymandering based on political points of view. And we had a three judge panel rule against us. Two, one, arguing that because there was some letter from DOJ that it was based on race. We said no, our legislature had no intent. It was all based on political considerations. And that, that's the truth. And we, we, we, we, when we lost at the lower court level with the three judge panel, we appealed to the US Supreme Court directly. Unfortunately we got a stay which means that the original court, the three judge panel had put a stay on our maps. And it threw our primary into chaos because our filing deadline ends December 8th. It's been open since November 8th. So it would have been really crazy trying to figure out what happens next if the three judge panel had gotten their way. Unfortunately, the US Supreme Court blocked it saying a couple of things. One is they hadn't shown enough evidence of any race based decisions. And two, they were a federal court was now interfering with state elections at a very late, very late in the game. And so they blocked that, that block. And so now we can go forward at least for 2026. We can go forward with these maps and hopefully we'll resolve this over the next year and we'll be able to keep the maps for at least the next two elections.
Andrew
That's. That's great news. Huge news, especially after the news out of California. So it was basically a wash, if you look at it that way. I have to just have to ask, are there any remaining legal challenges the Dems can mount to block this, at least for 2026?
Ken Paxton
Well, the good thing is we went to the highest court and it was our request. There's nowhere for them to go on this appeal. They. They can fight the maps in future elections, 2020 and 230, which I expect they will. But I feel pretty confident we're going to win in the long run. It's just we have to go through the process of actually having the actual case on the merits, and that's, that's just for the future to deal with. But for for now, these maps should be set for the 2026 elections because our primary is March 3rd and early voting starts February 17th. So if we had been thrown off and had to open filing back up and use the old maps, it would have been delayed for months and months and months.
Andrew
Wow.
So maybe just help. So there's this issue of precedent. I know York, this particular case was not about, you know, racial gerrymandering that we've heard so much about. Explain how significant this win is, I think, politically, but also legally. And is there an effort maybe in the future to set legal precedent that we can't have these racially gerrymandered maps?
Ken Paxton
Yeah, I mean, legally it's important because we were able to establish this as political. I mean, we have Democrat and politically important because all these Democratic states have been doing this for, you know, years and years and years. I think the entire New England state delegation is all Democrat. They gerrymandered, they've done it, they've gotten away with it. It's been accepted. The Republican states have not done that. We're finally, you know, stepping up to the plate and getting it done. Our legislature did a great job in putting these maps forward, and our entire state leadership team was behind it, including the governor. And so I think it's, if, if we're going to have a fair playing field, we in Republican states need. We need to be able to do exactly what the Democrats have done, and that' exactly what happened in Texas, and hopefully Indiana and Missouri and other states can follow. If we don't we're playing on a very unfavorable playing field with the Democrats gerrymander based on political considerations, and we just stay on the sidelines and let them win the House.
Andrew
Yeah, I mean, I think I speak for all this audience where we're just super grateful for your dogged pursuit of this. Mr. Attorney General, you have done a fantastic job pursuing this and being dogged. But there is this memory I had as soon as I saw this, this, this news report last night about these Texas Democrats who fled the state when this whole process was unfolding. Could you just remind us, you know, has any, have any of them been held accountable? How did that resolve itself or is it not resolved?
Ken Paxton
It's still unresolved. We're still in. That just takes time. But we went after them. First of all. We went after Bet o', Rourke, who was funding the whole thing through a, for, through a private charity. And so we started investigating him. We were able to get an injunction to stop him from paying because he was funding it all. He was paying for their, their, their fines. There was a daily fine. He was paying for their hotel rooms. He was paying for their meals and their transportation. We got an injunction. As soon as we got an injunction to stop him from paying out of this charity, then they came back. So it was, I think, important to stop the funding. Now we're dealing with the consequences, whether these legislators are going to be punished under state law for, for abdicating their responsibility. We're trying to get some of them removed for, for leaving the state when they were supposed to be in the state voting. That's still up to the courts. We're going to continue to pursue that until, till it's over.
Andrew
Good. I'm glad to hear that because I think we need to ensure accountability when people are being lawless in all cases. So I switching over to politics a little bit. And by the way, your website, you're running for senate in the state of Texas. Kenpaxton.com I believe I got that right. Pretty easy1Kenpaxton.com and, you know, so there's political questions, and this is not necessarily relevant for your statewide race, but is there any concern in the state of Texas that these new maps are going to be, I guess, maybe too tightly drawn, that if we see a pullback of Hispanic support in future races that we might be actually jeopardizing some of these, these gains?
Ken Paxton
Yeah, you never know. I mean, the future is always unknown.
Robert
Right.
Ken Paxton
So we don't know with certainty how elections are going to turn out. We Certainly have to continue to, to send our message to not just Hispanics, but all voters that the type of Republican politics of low taxes, border, you know, border control, protecting the border, giving opportunity for everyone to do well in Texas by creating opportunity instead of taxation and regulation and allowing small business owners to create jobs, that, that message will continue to resonate with our voters. It has in the past. People have fleed other Democratic states, including California, New York, Illinois. Name the Democratic state that people aren't leaving to come to Republican states. So people are voting with their feet. I envision that helping Republican states. We're going to grow both wealth and with population. And in the end, I think it's going to benefit our voting base and we're going to become stronger, not weaker.
Andrew
Yeah, I actually, you know, something Charlie talked a lot about was how this, this move to the Sun Belt is, is changing the electoral math of the United States. And Blake knows this well because he was the one that did the research when we went into winner take all Nebraska, because we were seeing the math. This is only going to continue on as new censuses are done and frankly is unrelated. But Blake would probably agree we should redo the census. The 2020 census was botched. I think states like Texas would pick up additional seats. What's your message, sir, to the states like Indiana? Right now we have a rally going on, turning point action at the state House Rotunda, pushing those, those senators to, to pursue this redistricting fight. What's your message to them? You've, you've just had a huge legal win that's going to benefit the entire country. What's your message to these states considering doing the same?
Ken Paxton
I say get in the water. It's warm. We just, we just forged the trail for everyone else so we know what the results will be. If they do it the right way and they do it on political considerations, they're going to win. And they want to even have the controversy that we had. It's already been settled by the US Supreme Court. So I would encourage them to go forward. We need to make this a fair process, as fair as we can. And given that the Democratic states have already gone down this path and California is trying to add to that, so we might as well play the same game that if we don't play the same game they're playing, we are going to lose. And so it's a simple choice. Do you want to win or lose? And win just by doing our job of redrawing some of these maps so that we have a chance to have fairness in this country.
Andrew
Yeah. I mean, that's so right. So well said. So well said. We either win or we lose. Blake, I don't know if I can't see you that well with the tech thing. If you're trying to jump in, I apologize.
Blake
No, no, it's just, it really is on this sort of thing. It's that simple. Especially because California has already acted. That's what really grates on me about so much of this debate is some people are mad that we be that, you know, President Trump chose to fight this battle, but the left embraced fighting that battle. They have redrawn their lines in California with their rushed ballot measure there. So at this point, you've just decided if you are sitting out this fight, you have just decided. Nope, I want to sit out. I want to let us lose. I want to let us get run over. And that's frankly, not just politically stupid. I would say it's morally indefensible.
Andrew
Yeah, I agree. And.
Listen, you've got a big race ahead of you. I want to give you. We got a minute and a half left here. Give us the state of your Senate race. How are things looking and how can people support you?
Ken Paxton
Look, I get in April 8, we've been up in the polls ever since I got in. We're running against an incumbent who's been in office since I was in college. I'm about to turn 63. And when I go around the state and ask what has he accomplished, no one has an answer. Not one single accomplishment. That's good. We certainly have him fighting Donald Trump on the border wall, constantly voting for amnesty, spending his time not supporting President Trump running for reelection or in 2016. And then, of course, siding with Joe Biden on Second Amendment restrict. This is not a Republican that should be reelected in Texas. And so we just need help financially. Kenpaxon.com they have huge fundraising advantages. We're out raising them in Texas. But, you know, the Washington money isn't limited like it is for challengers. We're limited to $7,000 per person, 14,000 a couple. They have special committees that can allow them to leverage literally hundreds of thousands of dollars more. So we need all the help we can get from grassroots orders.
Andrew
Well, congratulations, Mr. Attorney General, on the huge Supreme Court win it. This will ripple across the nation, and it couldn't have come at a better time. We've got this rally in Indiana. We hope that they will find their courage, and as you said, we hope they jump in. The water is warm. Thank you so much for making the time.
Ken Paxton
Hey, have a great Christmas season and we'll talk to you soon.
Andrew
Thank you. Thank you, sir. All right, real quick, I'm going to tell you guys about our friends over at Alan Jackson Ministries. They have a great podcast. It's called Culture in Christianity, the Alan Jackson Podcast. And what makes it unique is Pastor Allen's biblical perspective. He takes the truth from the Bible and applies it to issues we're facing today, whether that's gender confusion, abortion, Doge Trump in the White House, even issues inside the church. He doesn't just discuss the problems, he gives practical things that you can do, we all can do to make a difference by using our faith, using the things that God has taught us. Culture and Christianity podcast is available on YouTube, Spotify, wherever you get your podcasts. And if you want to find out more about what Pastor Allen is doing, visit Alan Jackson dot com. That is Alan Jackson A L L E N Jackson dot com. He's working hard to bring biblical truth to this culture and to this country into the world. So check it out. We will be right back. Final segment at hour one. Don't go anywhere.
Remember, remember the 5th of November, Make America Great forever.
All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. Blake, I have to, I know there's like weird reports swirling about this guy, but I just have to play these two clips because they're just too good. This is Jake Tapper calling the suspected pipe bomber a white man. 374.
Blake
Ryan Cole Jr. A 30 year old.
Andrew
White man from the D.C. suburbs is.
Blake
Charged with transporting an explosive device in interstate commerce and with malicious destruction.
Well, you see, it's like whiteness. You become white by becoming a pipe bomber, basically. I think, I think that's cnn.
Andrew
Was it because he had glasses on?
Blake
Yeah. This is ridiculous. It's definitionally, if he's, if he's doing, if he's doing bombings at cnn, he's got to be a white guy.
Andrew
Even if he's black. He has, he has. He's been infected with some form of whiteness is probably what Jake Tapper meant because you know he's a criminal because you know cnn. No other option. There's no other option here. I, I think it's because he's in it. I don't want, I don't want to say I'm going to get myself in trouble. I just, it's humorous to me how badly these people want to want this man to be white. He just like if Freudian slip, he couldn't help it. We're going to welcome back national radio in just one second.
All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk show. Final segment of hour one. And then we've got our AMA coming up. Blake. Got it. This, this is one of the most rich videos clips that you will ever see in the history of Media 387.
But I gotta tell you, it kind of makes me looking at this crowd doing a victory lap when all the senior FBI officials across all key divisions have been fired for political purposes. When in some field offices up to 45% of the FBI officers who were doing things like counter espionage and cyber have been assigned to do immigration cases. It's a little rich that they're saying America is safer. How much earlier could we have caught this guy if resources hadn't been diverted?
A little rich, Blake. They could have, they could have caught.
Blake
Him right away if they hadn't done anything at the FBI. We would have caught him last February if they hadn't shaken up the FBI upon taking over. Huge lack of awareness. They had literally a full four year term to find him and they got nowhere with it. And then even in, you know, the New York Times reporting, it says the way they were actually able to get it is they, you know, they shook up the case, they relooked at old leads, they actually kind of did a whole new push on the case to try to solve it and they were able to do so. Imagine that.
Andrew
Yeah, well, and so that's, that's the key here. So we, and maybe you. I'll throw it to you, Blake. What do we know about this guy? You know, it turns out he's a black guy. Yesterday we're hearing reports that he was connected to anarchist movements. But there was some reporting maybe antifa. What do we know today?
Blake
So we don't know too much yet. What is being reported is that he has told authorities or it's been reported that he's told authorities that he was upset about the 2020 election. So he may have believed there was sort of a conspiracy to take it away from President Trump. Now, if he was leaving pipe bombs at the rnc, he clearly is not blaming only Democrats for this. He may have had a very broad vision of who was to blame for his grievance. But also if this is just him telling it to authorities now, who knows, it could be. You might already have the case where he would want this to be. His statement, because he wants to link the case to, to what else happened in D.C. that day. Because what has already been brought up is President Trump's J6 pardon was quite broad. It basically just said he is issuing a full pardon for everyone linked to the events around the Capitol on January 6th. So it's inevitable his defense is going to say he's covered by that pardon. This case needs to be dropped immediately. And so it would be useful for him to construct a motive that links to that. We also have some funny information.
Andrew
Just real quick, real quick. I just want to make a note on that image that's up on your screen right now. That's actually his father. They daily, I think this is daily Wire article. They've updated it sense with a new image of him. So I just want to be editorial, editorially clear. That was the original image but they've updated it. The image there is actually his file.
Blake
Yeah, the original, the other image was the one you saw during the Tapper clip earlier. But what's also very funny is just because we have a very small world. So this is reported by the Daily Wire that this alleged bomber's family had sued the Trump Department of Homeland Security over illegal immigration related things. They basically, they asked the Biden DOJ to arrest to address alleged racism against them. And the best part is to do this. As you saw in that photo of his father. The other man there was attorney Benjamin Crump, who's practically this Forrest Gump of every.
Racial grievance story in America over the past decade. He was Trayvon Martin's family attorney. He was involved in a lot of BLM stuff. He showed up in the George Floyd extravaganza. He's just been this guy who appears in every one of these cases. And so naturally he was already involved with the family of the alleged pipe bomber. It's just, it's very.
Andrew
We have that clip. Yeah, we have that clip.
Blake
Yeah, let's show it. Do we have it?
Andrew
3. 372 free meals to needy kids. Of the 70 or so people charged in that case, most are members of the Somali community. Do you think that scandal is giving the White House ammunition for these attacks? First of all, fraud is wrong. In fact, this particular fraud impacts specifically low income families, which many are.
Blake
No, we got the wrong one there.
Andrew
Yeah, that story is great.373 and it's, it's, it's too tight to the break, so we'll just leave it. It's just, it just shows, you know, Ben Crump calling the DOJ to open an investigation. The actions of John Zimmerman. I mean this, this is, you know, Ben Crump is a piece of work. They ran a bail bonds company helping, you know, people that were detained by ice. This suspect and his father, pretty wild twist to that story. I, Blake, if you would have given me 1000 bucks to bet on which direction that was going to go or to make up what the suspect would look like, sound like be involved with this, would not have been on my bingo card. That that is a complete surprise. Hour two coming up. We will be back in just a few minutes. Don't go anywhere. AMA coming right at you.
Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this Real America's VOICE news break. I'm Terrence Bates. President Trump has arguably achieved, arguably, excuse me, achieved more in this last week than his predecessor Joe Biden achieved during his entire presidency. From ending the decades long war between Rwanda and Congo to hosting a cabinet meeting and creating Trump savings accounts for children, the commander in chief has been making headlines pretty much daily. Real america's Voice chief White House correspondent Brian Glenn joining us from the White House this morning with the very latest. And Brian, as I said, he's making headlines. Just made headlines moments ago when FIFA conferred its inaugural FIFA peace prize onto the president. Of course, all of this coming on the heels of that Rwanda, Congo deal that he just finalized yesterday.
Brian Cole Jr.
Yeah, the FIFA making its way over here to our nation's capital. That big ceremony we just witnessed moments ago, President Trump getting that FIFA peace award, a medal going around his neck looking pretty sharp there, I might add, Terrence. But you know, you can add this to the long laundry list of peace deals that he has put together, as you mentioned earlier, between Rwanda and the Congo. Big.
War has been going on for decades. He was able to put an end to that. But him getting that peace deal today, I think just kind of solidifies a lot that we thought that he will go down as a peacemaker, his legacy, I should say, as a peacemaker here with President Trump. So good to see that.
iHeart Radio Announcer
Yeah.
Terrence Bates
And another busy day is on tap. There's going to be an executive order signing later on this afternoon. But the other big story in Washington, Brian, is the arrest of the suspect who's accused of placing those pipe bombs there at the headquarters for the Democrat and Republican National Committees there in Washington, D.C. any reaction yet from the White House? Obviously, this is an investigation headed up by the doj, the FBI, but it is a big story that's pretty much gripping the country.
Brian Cole Jr.
Yeah. No official statement from the White House, although this has been a five year year long investigation of who and who was responsible for dropping those pipe bombs at the both Republican and Democrat headquarters on January 6th. We've had surveillance video for years where people have speculated who it might be. We even had weeks ago a suspect, a female suspect that could have been involved with it that has been dismissed. But now we have a man, 30 year old Brian Cole is the suspect now in terms of those pipe bombs outside those locations. So we'll see where it goes from there. But I know that's just something that a lot of people have been paying attention to when you look at the technology that they use to capture and charge this man with these crimes. It's cell phone data, it's license plate readers that they've used to kind of collect all of this data to lead us to this Brian Cole. Now if you look, that's the same technology I will use that they add it to get people on January 6, people that were involved with the Capitol, they were able to use that same technology.
To apply to this J6 bomber. So it's good to pretty much put it into this investigation. We'll have to stay tuned to what other details come out of this. But it's nice to know that We've found the J6 bomber.
Terrence Bates
Absolutely. He's definitely accused and will be facing a judge soon. Brian, before I let you go, last night the president first lady lit the national Christmas tree. So the holiday season is in full effect there in Washington, D.C. which leads to the question, what's on the president's agenda over the next three weeks? Are you expecting to slow down at all or is it still going to be all full steam ahead up until and through Christmas?
Brian Cole Jr.
I think he's going to go up and tour up until about the 18th or 19th here in D.C. i think he is planning to spend the holidays down there in Palm beach at Mar a Lago, at his residence. But until then, it's all gas, no break for the President. I've been told that there could be something next week, some type of travel event next week. We'll certainly keep an eye on that. But the president is not at this point, Terrence, not throwing in the towel for work as it turns to the end of the year, but what an amazing first year he's done so far between the peace deals, the tariff agreements and just closing down our border and making our cities safer. President Trump wrapping up 2025 here in a couple weeks.
Terrence Bates
Absolutely. The commander in peace. That's what I'm calling him. I don't know if I coined that myself or if I heard that someplace else and have have taken it as my own, but I like it. Next time you're in the Oval Office. Why not refer to him as commander in Peace? I'd love to see his reaction to that. Brian Glenn reporting from the White House this morning or this afternoon. I guess it is. We appreciate you being here with us for this news break. Now let's get you back to your rich be scheduled program.
Andrew
All right. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk show, hour two on Friday. That means we take your questions on an ask us anything, otherwise known as an ama. But now it's us in and we do that in Charlie's honor because that's what he did every Friday hour, too. So first up, we have and by the way, if you want to come a part of this, you'll see that URL under there. Members.charliekirk.com Become a member. You get to take part in our AMAs and get to be part of the live show and the podcast and you also get a lot of other benefits. And we have amfest coming up. And we're going to be doing members lounges, where you get to, if you're coming to amfest, where you get to see private interviews with, you know, just the people in that room before they go live with some of the biggest names and influencers and history makers, newsmakers in the country. And yes, there it is, America Fest, AM Fest 2025 coming up in just a few weeks in Phoenix, Arizona at the convention center. And this will be the biggest one ever, all in Charlie's honor, all remembering Charlie and of course, taking action, action, action, because that's what it's about. First up for our AMA Blake, we have Brandon. Brandon, unmute yourself and welcome to the show.
Blake
Hey guys, can you hear me? Yes, we can.
Andrew
Yes.
Blake
So my question is about the AMAs, actually. So I was just wondering, like the history of them, you know, when, why, how did they start? Because to my knowledge, like, you guys are the only show that does it and definitely the only show that does it. This way lies.
Andrew
Yeah, I, I could give a little brief history lesson on that. So it goes back to when we started on radio, national radio show. There was basically, you know, I think, a pressure or push the way that they used to do radio. I think some people still do where they would roll callers. And Charlie just had so much to say all the time that he wanted to do a show. He wanted to actually he had to things he wanted to say and get accomplished. And so he just, he, but he realized he's like, you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to put it into one hour where. And it will just make it a standing invitation where we're going to have people send us their questions. And. And so we. That's kind of how it happened. It was. It was an impulse that Charlie had to do it because instead of doing callers intermittently throughout the week or whatever, he wanted to just condense it and to put it in one. One section so that he could focus more closely on it. And. And then he could use the rest of the show to kind of get accomplished everything else that he wanted to get accomplished. So. But the other thing I would say to this is Charlie loved doing AMAs because of the feedback loop with the audience. So it got. Gave him an opportunity to hear directly from you guys. And he's. He was a voracious email reader. So Freedom Charlie Kirk.com Freedom CharlieKirk.com gonna keep pumping that forever because it is the firewall to truth and freedom. And I said this at the memorial, actually. I don't know if Blake remembers this, but, you know, it was kind of this idea that he. He would go meet with all these fancy people and the elites, if you will, and you know, the donor class, because that's part of the job, running a big C3 and a big C4. And they would tell him, oh, this, that, and the other. The country needs this and oh, the base doesn't know what they. What they want. And he would, he would have a direct firewall to those types of conversations because he was so in touch with the audience. He was so in touch with the people that listen to the show and the bass and the grassroots. And so, you know, for all of those reasons and more, we will, we will keep doing that in Charlie's honor. I don't know, Blake, if you had anything you wanted to add to that or only that.
Blake
When I got here, I think we were already on AMA, probably about 100. So it must have been going about two years at that point. So now we're at. I just checked. We're at. This is AMA number 246, though I'm in title. I'm in charge of titling a lot of these episodes. And I've probably double counted a number somewhere in there or we had a special one that didn't get a number, lots of that. But yeah, we're going. We've had five years of these. Charlie loved them. And as you said, Andrew, he loved both. Just how varied it was. He got to talk about scripture, he got to talk about history, he got to talk about Politics. He got to talk about stuff behind the scenes. He got to talk about his family, talk to talk about the Sabbath, like what his new upcoming book is. He loved the variety. He loved that human contact.
It was something that gave him a lot of joy. And I love to quote from the poem, if you can converse with kings, nor lose the common touch. And Charlie could take a phone call from the President one minute and then take a phone call from one of you the next minute. And he would take both very seriously. And it was one of his greatest assets, one of his greatest traits. And we're honored to continue it.
Andrew
Yeah, I want to read from Daisy because this is pretty funny. This is actually probably how it actually went down. From what I remember Charlie said to me, I want live callers tomorrow. And then he said, okay, do this every single week. Lol. That's from. That's from Daisy. And that. That is actually very emblematic of a lot of things at Turning Point and at the show where we would kind of just try something and if it worked, if he liked it, he would keep it. And. And, you know, building the plane as you're. As it's taking off, if you will. So there was a pretty, like, organic piece of that. And that does feel. Feel right to me. And then over time, we kind of threw in new twists and we brought in the members.charlie kirk.com for people to join the members portal as well. So I remember. Kept evolving.
Blake
I remember the ama, it used to be mostly emails. Correct. And then we made it the. Did we make it the member call? Because we were launching members. Yeah. And we were always trying. He always wanted to have collars, I think a lot of it. Yeah. Because he loved Rush and Rush took callers. He loved continuing that legacy. And I remember we kept trying to just take callers in the middle of normal segments. That was going on a lot when I first started, and people might remember a little awkward. We'd try it and there were always technical issues. It was so funny. So I'm very glad we got it nailed down with these AMAs, because we've had a lot of very memorable calls the past two years. We've been doing it this way.
Andrew
Yeah. Next up, Jonathan.
Welcome to the show, Jonathan.
Terrence Bates
Good to be here. So have you guys invited Dennis Prager and Larry Elder?
Andrew
So in years past, we have had both of those gentlemen. Obviously Larry or Dennis Prager is, you know, still recovering from his injuries. And I, I don't know. I haven't checked in recently. I know Erica has, but I think. I think Dennis is still sort of bedbound. I don't know that he's expected to get his mobility back. I'm not sure what the. Did you. Were you chiming in, Blake?
Blake
No. No. No.
Andrew
Okay. That must have been. Must have been you, Jonathan. Yeah. No, so. So that would be the Dennis thing. But we remain close with Dennis and like I said, Erica has. Has spoken with him recently, and he's great mentor of Charlie's and has been to so many Turning Point events. And then Larry. Larry's been to a bunch of Turning Point events. He's done his radio show from Turning Point events. We love Larry, have a long, long friendship and relationship with him. He's not going to be at this year simply because probably we. You know, after Charlie was assassinated, a couple of things happened. We got flooded. Everybody bought tickets to Amfest. We had to turn the ticketing off. And again, we're very sorry that we had to do that. We would love to take everybody. Candidly, the event would probably be twice as big if we didn't turn ticketing off. But what also happened was a lot of speakers, a lot of big name, you know, movement leaders and politicians reached out and wanted to be a part of the event. And it filled up almost instantly. We already had some booked before September 10th and then. But then, you know, after. After what happened, it just. It took on a life of its own. And so this. This is sure to be the largest and most crowded speaker list that. That we have ever had at. At Amfest or probably any other event.
Blake
Since he asked about Dennis. I just want to flag because I think it's a. It's a very moving tribute that this book. Stop in the Name of God. All about the Sabbath. The dedication. This book is dedicated to Dennis Prager. Your life's work brought me to honoring the Sabbath. As a result, I wrote this book. Thank you, Dennis, for all you have done for humanity. God bless you. I can't imagine Charlie ever thought Dennis would outlive him, but that's the way it came to pass. But he did. I remember that he told me he wanted to write this book. Dennis inspired him so much to do it. I think he worked with him on the actual process of writing the book as well. And he left it as a great tribute to his friend. And this book is a tribute to Charlie as well now.

Blake.
Blake
Yeah, no, it's great.
Andrew
We, we have some clips from JD I thought you were gonna jump in there.
Blake
Oh, oh, sorry about that. No, like we have, let's see which is the best one that we have here. We're very, we're very excited to have J.D. do we want to play this? Let's see.
Andrew
Yeah. 270. 271.
Blake
Yeah, let's play 271.
Andrew
Under the Biden administration, the average American.
Ken Paxton
Family lost over $3,000 of household income.
Andrew
And under the first 10 months of this Trump administration, they have gained over.
Ken Paxton
£1,000 dollars of household income.
Andrew
What that says very clearly is that we are fixing the problem that Joe Biden and the Democrats created in the last administration.
Blake
And I think JD really in, I would just say JD over the past year especially, he has really grown into this role that Charlie envisioned for him. This is why Charlie was such a JD Fan. He we've told the very funny story of how we endorsed him for Senate immediately. And it was, it was actually we jumped the gun a bit. And before Charlie could contact donors and explain why we were doing this. And it's a very funny story, but he always was a big believer in JD from basically the moment he entered politics. He always thought he had a huge amount of potential. People would say, charlie, do you plan to enter politics? And one of the things, one of the answers he would say, it was always, I don't need to because I know the things I care about are squared away with, with JD as such a rising star. And he was so happy with how he's performed as vice president, becoming this spokesperson for the administration, for its vision, this person who can perpetuate what makes MAGA MAGA for years on end. And so we're super excited to have him at America Fest. We've seen over and over how much, how much JD Loved Charlie, how he was a friend to Charlie. And we want to maintain that friendship as much as possible. Growing forward, going forward. And we encourage everyone. If you're not able to attend Amfest, you can watch all the speeches online and get yourself fired up and come next year, especially if you are on the waiting list this time you get a discount for next year's and that's right. Be there. Be there next year.
Andrew
Yeah, exactly. Be there. We have another question from Robert. Robert, welcome to the show.
Robert
Hey, can you guys hear me?
Blake
Yes, we can.
Andrew
Yes.
Robert
Oh, great. Yeah, My question, I've got a couple things. My question is, why don't you partner up with angel films and do a. A biopic with about Charlie's life? I mean, really get some A listers. I know Chris Pratt is a Christian. I don't think he would be the right person. Blake. Charlie, of course, that's not my domain, but I think that that would be something that would really be groundbreaking. It would renew everybody's.
Andrew
Sort of down.
Robert
In the dumps feeling. I never met Charlie. I know that you guys, of course, were dear friends with him and colleagues, but I will say that I miss him every day. I can't tell you what a bright light this young man was and at what a young age he was able to accomplish what he did. And I really believe that that was because that was a God given thing that he was put here at this time to make these kinds of changes and to bring this visibility out. And the other thing is that I founded five companies. I took a couple public. I made a lot of money. I've lost a lot of money. And during the Biden years, it took. I kind of retired out of tech when Trump got in. And then it took me five years to get a job in tech and mainly because of the H1 visas. I really believe that you guys have got to get hardcore about this visa thing. It is. I can't tell you how many people who have the experience I have who can't even get a resume looked at. I mean, I said sent out hundreds, thousands of job applications and finally got hired about nine months. Well, I got hired two weeks after Trump got in. So that's my question number one about the, the biopic. I think that would be absolutely fantastic.
Blake
And we're going up against, we're going up against a break here, but we'll answer both of those questions on the other end of the break. So, so be patient. We'll have a good answer for both of those, I think.
Terrence Bates

Welcome back to this real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. We appreciate you being here. A huge honor for President Trump today as he is the recipient of the inaugural FIFA, which is soccer's governing body, Peace Prize. Excuse me. You can see him being confirmed the prize by the head of FIFA right here. He was awarded this medal that he's putting around his neck right now, as well as the trophy that you see there in the middle of the two men. All of this happening within the last hour, hour and a half. Again, President Trump being awarded the inaugural FIFA Peace Prize. This is the first prize and President Trump is the first recipient thereof. All of this also happening, by the way, as FIFA is preparing to do the drawing for the upcoming World cup in 2026 will be hosted by the United States as well as Canada and Mexico. In fact, the president of Mexico along with the prime minister of Canada are on hand for the drawing. And then the rest of the teams will be drawn later on today. The United States, Canada and Mexico automatically qualifying for the tournament as the host countries. There are dozens of other teams that will be drawn later on today and put into groups to ultimately play the tournament. The United States, of course, hoping to bring home its first ever World cup victory, actually winning the World cup itself in 2026. We, of course, will have more coverage on that throughout the day and leading up to the World cup itself. For now, that's going to do it for your headlines. We appreciate you being here.

Democracy lives in light. The CHARLIE KIRK show. All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk show. We're in our hour two on Friday. That means we're taking your questions and we are going to get to Robert's question in just a second. But first, I want to tell you about the good folks over at Hillsdale College, the amazing folks, folks, history, economics, the great works of literature. Did you study these things in school? Probably not. But even if you did, it's probably time for an enjoyable refresher. Hillsdale College is offering more than 40 free online courses. Charlie took 31 of those, including their newest course on totalitarian novels. In this free eight lecture course, you'll learn from Hillsdale College President Larry Arn as he goes in depth on four amazing novels, 1984, Brave New World, Darkness at Noon and that Hideous Strength. Even though these novels were written in the 1930s and 40s, they are highly relevant today is they show what a tyrannical government can do to human nature. But most importantly, they show us why faith, family, friends and this country are still worth fighting for. Maybe you read these books a long time ago in school. Maybe you've heard others talk about them and they seem a little intimidating. They don't have to let Hillsdale College help you make the most of them. Go right now to charlieforhillsdale.com to enroll. There's no cost. Easy to get started, easy to enroll. That's charlie for hillsdale.com charlie for hillsdale.com all right, Blake, you want to take a stab at Robert's question about.
Blake
Yeah. So Robert had two questions. We'll hit the, we'll hit the more fun one. First. He asked about whether we know if we would work with Angel Studios on a Charlie biopic. It's way above my pay grade on that question. Obviously, whether any film is made about Charlie is a question for Erica to decide. And I have no idea what offers she's received in that way. What her own thinking on this is. I genuinely just don't know. I think my suspicion is it's probably very likely we'll get one eventually because Charlie is just such an icon to so many people and his life. It truly has a cinematic quality to it.
Brian Cole Jr.
He.
Blake
He built something so immense and so successful from such a young age. From nothing really. Came from no strong political background, no establishment background. It was just his pure energy, his force of will. He drew people to himself. He made people believe in his mission and just the faith angle as well. His faith grew throughout his life, and he truly died a martyr, I have to imagine. I very much understand why so many people think a film of it would be good. It is very funny. I just do have to say I did chuckle at the suggestion of Chris Pratt, because I checked and Chris Pratt is 46 years old. It would be very.
There would be something interesting about him playing a person who was 15 years younger than him when he passed. But I don't know. How do you feel about it, Andrew? Would it be. On the other hand, would it be too real? Would it be. Would there be something fake about seeing someone else play a man that, you know, both of us.
Andrew
Here's here. Here's what I'll tell you is that it's probably going to happen. The question is how? And I think there might be multiple, because I can already tell you, on the documentary side, there's going to be multiple. There already are a few, I think Daily Caller just released one that they. That they did. The folks behind the Art of the Surge are doing one because they travel with Charlie to Greenland and they had a bunch of footage from behind the scenes. So. So on the dock side, we're going to have that. And then, of course, Turning Point usa, the team has more footage than anybody. I mean, the team followed Charlie around for years. And I was always sort of wondering, why is this camera going? I never see this footage. Well, now we have this amazing, amazing storehouse of just never before seen footage of Charlie. So that is something the team is working on as well on the Turning Point side. And so that's going to happen. And I know that there are people that have already contacted me and us about making films. And to Blake's point, it's kind of all in Erica's.
That's. That's a decision for her to make. And, you know, we sort of entrust that with her. And I know she's talking with really great people. And so we'll see what happens with that. Yeah, I don't. Yeah, we don't know the answer yet, but.
Blake
And so the second half of Robert's question, because we also want to hit that is he asked about H1BS. He. I believe I don't know if we still have him, but I think he said it took him five years to get a job in a tech related field. And that's a field where we're told we have a huge talent shortage. And so that's why we need so many H1Bs. Hundreds of thousands of people have come to America as H1BS. For those who have forgotten to remind you, the H1B visa is a skilled worker visa. It is for companies that say they have a position that cannot be filled by an American worker, so they need to bring in someone from abroad. It's become extremely popular in Silicon Valley and it's certainly become very controversial. A lot of people have called for ending it outright or radically curtailing it. President Trump himself has defended it. He defended it in the case of, for example, we've been building these chip plants in the United States. And he said, well, you're going to need these foreign chip experts to get these plants up and running, otherwise it's just not going to happen. And there's something to be said for that. But there is also a very real fact. We have gotten addicted to this. And that addiction, like other, any other addiction in your own personal life, it makes us weaker over time and it makes it hard to break. We have damaged America's ability to be skilled in highly technical fields because of H1BS. It's lowered the amount of, it's lowered the salaries in a lot of those fields. So they're less appealing than going into something like law or medicine where there's more of a barrier to foreign competition. And it's made it so there's, there's companies that have just gotten used to. Oh, rather than having to train up American workers who are fresh out of college, we can take these people who have three years of experience from abroad and we don't have to do any training. Saves us money and makes it all easier for us. And it's a complicated thing that we're going to need. I think we should dial back H1. I definitely think we should dial back H1B is, maybe even have the goal of ending it entirely. But we do need to have a plan for how we're going to, for example, incentivize companies and say, we will encourage you to train employees fresh out of college or even fresh out of high school so that you have an incentive to teach Americans to do this job rather than just rely on foreigners to do it. Another thing I'd point out is it's not just H1BS. It's become the symbol of this problem. But there's a lot of other visas out there. So we need a total spectrum. Look, one that's known is the opt. It's not quite a visa. It's called Optional Practical Training and it's a program that's available for foreign students where they can stay in America longer working in a job related to their field of study. And there's been whole cases where companies like Microsoft have used this as a shadow H1B program to get more foreign workers without getting H1Bs. So. So it's definitely a massive issue for America. It's one Charlie was very aware of. It's one I told him a lot about. I was saying this is bubbling up badly. People have become really aware that their job opportunities are getting hobbled because we continue to bring in a lot of foreign workers. And especially now that the border has been secured, people are looking at the other sources of immigration related problems in American life. So you're absolutely correct. It's a thing we need to talk about. It's a thing Vice President advance has talked a lot about. He might even talk about it at America Fest. So definitely tune into that. Do you have anything to say on that, Andrew?
Andrew
Yeah, I want to add two things. One that you know, Robert was having trouble getting interviews even, but it took him years to get hired. And one thing I would just say is a problem that that has been reported widely when it comes to H1BS is that you have once you some of these cultures that you bring in. Now remember I'll just state stating the facts. 70% of H1BS go to Indians, another 10 to 15% go to the Chinese. And 80% of H1B visas go to inch for entry level jobs. So these are, this is a direct.
Problem. Assault on the youngest Americans that are getting it just getting into the workforce. So it's a huge, huge issue. But one of the things you notice is that, and I've heard this just repeatedly, Robert, I don't know if you have an anecdote that would underscore this, but they tend to hire other people from their culture. So if you hire, if one of these H1Bs rises through the ranks, they become a hiring manager. They tend to hire other people that are closer in cultural affinities or affiliations to themselves. And so that's not necessarily a good thing for native born Americans either. So that there's multiple problems. Some are cultural, some are structural that are injected into the system. When you are addicted to foreign labor. Sure. It's just the facts.
I think we might have lost Robert. Should we take the next one? Let's take Gina's question. Gina, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show. What's your question?
J
Hey, thanks, guys. Can you hear me okay?
Blake
Yes, we can.
Andrew
Yes, ma'. Am.
J
Okay. My heart's broken with the things that are going on with Candace, and I'm trying to make it all come together. I'm not. I'm sure I'm not your only fan that is trying to do that because of the relationship that she had with Charlie. And one thing that I'm just trying to make come together in my head is why the invitation was extended to Candace, but not to Candace directly. Blake, I think you tweeted something out, and I don't know if, you know, I don't know what's truth and what's not, but I do know that she said she didn't even see the invitation and it was issued. Blake, I think at 12 on a tweet that you had. But. Or at midnight. 12. Not noon. Midnight. And so it was like nine hours later before she even knew that you said anything about her attending the show. And then she's saying she can't attend in person. Can she attend on a live stream or, you know, and. And you guys do live streams all the time. And is that going to be.
Blake
Of course, Gina.
J
I'm just trying to make this come together.
Blake
Of course, Gina. So, first of all, our initial statement, it was on the show on Wednesday. I made it at the request of Erica. All of this has been at the direction and approval of Erica because she heads this. And so we. What we were announcing there is. We said she has said things that are not true, and we did not address them for a long time. We stated the reasons why that we thought a lot of them were just not.
We. How to put it? We initially just thought no one would believe a lot of what was being said. And we also just. We. We remembered the same friendship that Charlie had, and we just hoped that this would go away without requiring any sort of direct statement or confrontation from us. So what was approved is we announced we are going to respond to this. And what I said was we are going to announce a date soon. We actually hadn't agreed on it at the time I read the statement. We're going to announce a date where we're going to respond to this. And once we announce it, Candace is free to attend in person. That is what we announced. And so once we agreed on a time, I announced what the time was going to be. Candace, for her part, had said, you name the time, you name the place. That is what we did. As for why it was put out at that time, I would just say I don't think she had any difficulty in finding out what our, what our scheduled time was. It seems everyone found it out quite quickly. And lastly, on the point of why it's in person, I think it's pretty intuitive that given what is being said, what the way this has worked is that it's critical to be in person if you want to be authentic and to be detailed. And that is what we think is a fair request to make if she's going to participate. But regardless, it is going to go forward because we have agreed that some response needs to be made. And so that's going to happen when we announced it on December 15th.
Andrew
And we actually got to hit it.
J
I'm one person.
Andrew
Yeah, Gina, I'm sorry, we got to hit a radio break here. We can keep going in the, in the break if you want. For. If you have a follow up.
Terrence Bates
We.
Andrew
We'll be right back. We're gonna take a break from radio. We'll be right back.
100American made and darn proud of it. The Charlie Kirk show. All right. Well, welcome back, Gina. Do we still have you? Gina, are you still there?
J
Yes, yes, I'm still here.
Andrew
Okay.
J
Sorry.
Andrew
You were asking to follow up and we. Yeah, we had a funny break, so we had to. We had to just wait till we came back to wrap. What? Go ahead and ask your follow up. Yeah.
J
Yes. Well, you know, I, I just don't think I'm the only person who. Who has heard some things that truly do do not make sense. And I know that Candace is asking a lot of questions and she's way out there. But I also know that there are lots of us who are just everyday, normal, average Americans who are fans of yours. We're fans of Charlie's, we're fans of Candace's, and they were friends. And the things that don't make sense, I think so many of us are really just wanting for there to be some kind of logic to the whole thing. And I have asked Candace myself. I mean, I'm one person in all of America and maybe the world for that matter, who has asked her to please, you know, go ahead and go come to come to your place, whatever you need, so that those of us who, by complete happenstance have turned out to be people who listen to both of your podcasts. It doesn't make any sense.
Andrew
Yeah, Gina, sorry, we've got just we're coming up on another little break before we welcome back radio here. So, you know, I really appreciate your heart genuinely, and I, I hear, you know, the sincere request for things that you think don't make sense. I will say a couple of things just before we have to go back to radio here. One is that that's why, you know, we're doing this.
Stream on the 15th. We want to address any of this stuff and just and let everybody know the truth because much of it is very simple, very simple to rebut and to explain. And I would also say that, you know, so we want to be cognizant all the time. And we're aware of this. We're in a different situation because there is an ongoing investigation, there's a trial. We have to be more careful than other voices out there what we say. And there's always the issue of tainting a potential jury pool that we're always very sensitive of. So Gina, thank you for your question. And we're going to welcome back Radio in five seconds.
Foreign.
Welcome back. Final segment of the day. David. David, welcome to the show. Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show. Hey, how are we doing today? Appreciate what you guys are doing. Hey, thank you, sir. Just want to make a couple of one comment and then just one question. We're in Southern California. We are trying to get voter ID on the ballot.
Blake
We're at 750,000.
Andrew
We need 300,000. My second comment is what do you think of Cal Lutheran turning down making for a Turning Point chapter? Cal Lutheran University?
Yeah, well, listen, the, you know anything about that? I'm sorry, Go ahead. Yeah. Signature drive. Yeah, no, absolutely. And we have a whole story on it, by the way, at turning point USA tpusa.com, you could literally just, you know, look up Cal Lutheran, tpusa and the article pop right back up. But yeah, it was a, you know, we had a chapter there, a preexisting one, and it was disapproved in a 2111 secret ballot by the school student senate. And that was according to the Echo, which reported on the matter. They had a argument back and forth. Students presented various arguments and then, you know, somebody said, I wasn't personally surprised by the outcome. At the end of the day, we try, we do try to be fair, impartial, and we want to see all the clubs succeed. But we will notice when a club is trying to push a certain rhetoric and the last thing we need is controversy here on campus. Another person said they felt concerned with her safety with a TPA chapter on campus as a black student. So listen, this is something that we have seen which is, you know, it's, we've seen it again and again. Again. We actually just had a high school chapter that had been accused of racism or something like that that they persisted, they ended up getting approval. They had their first chapter meeting Yesterday and over 50 students showed up. So one of the things that we've noticed, especially.
At the, when you, when you have this pushback, is that there's just this huge demand, this pent up demand within the student body and you get these huge turnouts, like 50 plus students at a first meeting. That's amazing. Incredible. And it's a testament to Charlie and how he's still inspiring so many young people. But there are appeal process processes in place for this type of thing. There's a way to, if you have to bring in legal, there's a way there because this is obviously if you're showing bias against conservative groups or if you're not pursuing freedom of speech the way you should. So all I always say when it's a student senate issue that is, is responsible for voting, there are other avenues that you can pursue with the administration, with legal, if you have to, and you can apply pressure in those ways. And we've had a really successful track record of that. Now there is a troubling issue when it comes to, I would say Christian schools, historically Christian schools that have probably lost their way. Charlie would rail against Christian schools. They tend, they tend to be the worst for some reason, the most cowardly, the most feckless, especially about living boldly in their faith in Christianity. Conservative Megan Basham from the Daily Wire has covered this a lot and she, she's a friend of the show and so she, I, I know she's working on a whole piece on this. So it, it, it's a troubling trend and it's just a reminder that these, these Christians and institutions, formerly great Christian institutions, have so many of them have lost their way and they need to find their backbone and their spine again. And the way they do that is get behind our conservative students, back them back their play. And so we were going to keep pursuing this, this is not the only case of this. And we're working just so you know, we have field team and field staff all across the country that work directly with these student groups to help them overcome just these sorts of challenges.
Blake
All right, we have 1 minute 45 left. So unfortunately, Sarah, I'm going to Read your question so we can get it asap. Because you say your question is free speech. Is there a line for free speech? Like when actually calling violence is wrong, or is calling for violence wrong, or you have a no swearing policy. How do you reconcile that with free speech? Well, first of all, we have an absolute First Amendment legal right to freedom of speech. And what doesn't get covered by that is, yeah, it doesn't. Calling to actually commit violence. America has a great standard on this. It's basically, if you're going to be calling for violence, it has to be a specific target, a specific person in a specific manner. And if you don't have at least two of those three things in America, a court will generally say, doesn't count. You can say, yeah, I don't like the Constitution and we should get rid of it, or, yeah, I kind of think we should overthrow the government. If you're being vague, you can do that in America. And I think that's actually a good standard. It's a standard very few other countries have. But it's why in America, we have such a robust free speech tradition now. You can still have a personal policy about what you should or should not say. So we shouldn't swear. We shouldn't take the Lord's name in vain. That is a moral principle that we follow. You shouldn't do it. That doesn't necessarily apply for the entirety of the country. America is a country with freedom of religion. It doesn't have blasphemy laws. We oppose blasphemy laws in other countries. You don't want them to ban blaspheming the Prophet Muhammad or something, but if you're a devout Muslim, you of course, shouldn't do that. And so it's a mixture of what our laws should be and what our moral principles should be.
Andrew
Yeah, I was gonna say that. The distinction between moral principles and legal principles is a huge one there, Blake. That was fun. Hour two's in the can. Thank you, guys. We'll see you next week. Take care. Have a good weekend.
