Byron Donalds
And I'm so proud of the guys
Andrew
and I'm so proud to be able to compete with them, to be able to represent this country and all this amazing people and millions of Americans that
Terrence Bates
were back home and we felt their
Andrew
love, we felt their support. It truly was an amazing experience. This has been not only the most fun experience of my life, but you just. You see the pride in this country
Chase Gibson
and everyone that had our back and we had their back, and there's just so much more.
Andrew
It's bigger than the game of hockey.
Donald Trump
Our country is winning again. In fact, we're winning so much that we really don't know what to do about it.
Brian Glenn
It.
Donald Trump
People are asking me, please, please, please, Mr. President, we're winning too much. We can't take it anymore. We're not used to winning in our country until you came along with just always losing. But now we're winning too much. And I say, no, no, no, you're going to win again. You're going to win big. You're going to win bigger than ever. And to prove that point, to prove that point, here with us tonight is a group of winners who just made the ent, the men's gold medal Olympic hockey team. Come on in. And for all of these reasons, I say tonight, members of Congress, the state of our union is strong.
Sean Davis
Tonight you are going to hear people
Sarah Gibson
that have been impacted directly by the bull of this administration.
Andrew
Amen. And because I'm also a church girl. Sorry, Joy, for my language. Oh, no. I'm a cussing Christian, sis. It's all good. I'm a cousin Christian. But we want to start off this night by doing something that I think is important, Katie, and that is reclaiming the Christian voice from white Christian nationalism, which not only threatens our freedom, but also threatens a very important faith throughout this world. Christianity is not what you have been sold by Project 2025.
Donald Trump
I'm very proud to say that during my time in office, both the first four years and in particular this last year, there has been a tremendous renewal in religion, fai Christianity and belief in God. Tremendous. This is especially true among young people. And a big part of that had to do with my great friend, Charlie Kirk. Great guy, great man. So last year, Charlie was violently murdered by an assassin and martyred, really martyred for his beliefs. His wonderful wife Erica is with us tonight. Erica, please stand. Thank you, Eric. Thank you a lot. In Charlie's memory, we must all come together to reaffirm that America is one nation under God and we must totally reject political violence of any kind. We love religion and we love bringing it back. And it's coming back at levels that nobody actually thought possible. It's really a beautiful thing to see.
Andrew
Every day is a battle for your mind. Raging information coming from every angle with the will to deceive. Fear not, you found the place for truth. The voice of a generation that still has the will to believe in the greatest country in the history of the world. This is the Charlie Kirk Show. Buckle up. Here we go.
Jack Posobiec
All right.
Andrew
Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show. I'm still in D.C. after an amazing State of the Union speech last night. Blake is in Phoenix holding it down at the bitcoin.com studio, your one stop shop to buy, sell and trade bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. So check it out, bitcoin.com Blake last night was a barn burner of a speech. I was honored to be inside the gallery to watch it and really felt the energy up close. But you guys, you did a stream last night. Poso was there, Cliff Maloney, Danny from the team I called in. I'm going to start with you. It was the longest State of the union address in U.S. history, clocking in at nearly 1 hour, 48 minutes. Our president's almost 80 years old and he beat the previous record by Bill Clinton. What did you make of it watching from I guess the studio, more of a TV environment as opposed to being inside?
Blake
Well, I think they're pretty similar. The president, we all know President Trump has a flair for imagery. He has a flair for the theatrical. He thinks a lot about how will this look on television. And he took full advantage of that. He throughout the speech. We've always had, you know, past presidents would also, they'd bring guests and they'd shout them out. Biden did that, Obama did that. Bush did that. But President Trump really thinks about how to take it to the next level. So the way he has the U.S. olympic hockey team walk in in the early part of his speech as part of the tired of winning line. And then of course, the shout out to Charlie with Erica there, which I'm sure we'll play that clip again in a moment. And then not one but two congressional medals of honor awarded during the ceremony. It really, it was a strong mix of what we expect from the State of the Union, which is he's shouting out his accomplishments over the past year and laying out what he thinks should be done in the next with the more pure Americana that a lot of Americans appreciate of celebrating the country, celebrating the country's heroes. And it was a consistently good visual throughout. And I guess has to be said, we'll get the good midterm visual where he says, let's stand for American citizens, and you have a bunch of people not standing. I think, yeah, it really was showcasing his talent. You know, the guy who's been on TV as much as he has, it showed that side of his talent set very well.
Andrew
Well, it's interesting. You know, we have this clip. I mean, it was electric inside the gallery last night. And people don't realize how small that space is. And it was built, you know, before a time where he had sound amplification. Right. So you can hear everything that's going on. You can hear when Ilhan Omar and Rashida Talib are shouting at him. You can hear what they're saying. I had a visual right over the top of them, so I got to see them right up and right up close. But here's what's crazy is I'm, I'm getting the impression from inside the gallery, I was like, this is a triumph. This is a 10 out of 10. An absolute home run. Or as Jack Posobic said last night, it wasn't a home run. It was a home run derby. It's just hit after hit after hit. And it seems like Even according to CNN, this was a successful speech playcup for 60among speech watchers tonight, 64% say his policies will move the US in the right direction. And look at the growth President Trump made over the speech. So pre speech it was. 54% of speech watchers said his policies will move the US in the right direction. After the speech, that number goes up 10 percentage points. So Donald Trump made some progress with people watching the speech from their pre
Terrence Bates
speech expectations to what they saw in the speech itself.
Andrew
That I think is one of the best, you know, sort of data points that we can take from this, Blake. But I mean, listen, he focused on a turnaround for the ages, quote, unquote, and declared the golden age of America after one year in office. He emphasized economic revival, border security, crime reduction and global strength, which he used to repeatedly criticize Democrats for past failures and obstruction, their current obstruction. You know, we talked about the. He paid special tribute to Charlie, calling him a great friend who sparked a tremendous renewal in religion, faith, Christianity and belief in God, particularly among young people. And this is something we've seen through record Bible sales, through record baptisms, church attendance going up, especially with Gen Z. It was a beautiful moment. He described him as being martyred. And then, of course, Erica Kirk stood up. And it was absolutely just this touching moment. And then you start hearing the Charlie chants. The Charlie, Charlie, Charlie. Truly beautiful. I would say the. And if we want to play that clip, here we go. Let's go ahead and play it. We should. 472.
Donald Trump
This last year, there has been a tremendous renewal in religion, faith, Christianity, and belief in God. This is especially true among young people. And a big part of that had to do with my great friend Charlie Kirk. Great guy, great man. So last year, Charlie was violently murdered by an assassin and martyred, really martyred for his beliefs. His wonderful wife Erica is with us tonight. Erica, please stand. In Charlie's memory. We must all come together to reaffirm that America is one nation under God, and we must totally reject political violence of any kind.
Blake
So, Andrew, I was wondering. We couldn't always see what the crowd was doing. It looked like they did pan out to it and looked like almost everyone was standing and the ones who weren't. I was looking. It looked like it might be old veterans who can't stand easily. Since you were in the chamber, were you able to see did the whole chamber consistently stand or if not, who was staying seated?
Andrew
You mean for the Charlie portion? For Charlie, Yeah, particularly. Yeah. It was. Most of them were standing. Yeah. There was a few people that were still seated. There were some Democrats that just simply would not stand. You know, there was a really old guy that just like, hunched over. I didn't even recognize him because he didn't lift his head up and he was just looking at his phone the whole time. But, you know, I think the ones that were engaged in the speech basically stood up for that moment, I will say. And, you know, that's good. And at one point, though, towards the end of that clip, he said, we need to stand against political violence. And I would say 80% of the Democrat side of the House did not stand. And I just got frustrated. I shouted down at them because I'm right over the top. And I realized they could hear me. I said, stand up, you coward. Stand up. Because it just infuriated me in that moment that they wouldn't stand up or call against political violence. And that really was the through line, Blake, about. I think some of the biggest moments from this speech. Yes, President Trump lifted up a patriotic vision. Yes. The ending was just amazing. Where God needs a nation for A miracle. He knows who to call. I mean, these kind of moments were hugely inspiring and they presented this positive vision of the future. But the moments that I will never forget was when Trump asked, hey, stand up if you think America should fight for American citizens first. And the Democrats didn't stand. Totally shameful. President Trump was right to call them out. The political violence moment that I just mentioned. And then Irina Zarudska, her parents sitting up there crying, and they wouldn't stand. And these are people who are wearing the Ukrainian flag. And here's a Ukrainian refugee who flees to America only to get murdered by a monster that we let out after being arrested 12 times. Those images I will never get out of my mind being in the actual gallery. They're etched into my memory forever. Truly, it was something I'll never forget. Got to tell you about StrongCell, our friends over@strongcell.com I am traveling. I did not bring my strong cell. I don't know if Blake has his, but this stuff is amazing. You've got to try it for four to six. There it is. Four to six weeks. You got to try it. I'm telling you, in four to six weeks you will notice a massive, massive improvement. Strong cell. I'm jealous. Blake's drinking a strong cell right there. StrongCell.com promo code Charlie, save 20% off. And there is a 90 day risk free money back guarantee. Charlie loved this stuff. And why? Because all of the biohackers, they're all about nadh, which is the power source for your cells, for your mitochondria. So you will, if you have brain fog, if you have fatigue, chronic illness, if you're struggling with these things and you can't figure out how to get out of it, you need to power your cells. They need more energy. So nadh. This strong cell has a proprietary delivery system. So go to strongcell.com, promo code Charlie, 20% off. We love these guys. It's a phenomenal product. We'll be right back. The Charlie Kirk Show. More reaction coming up. All right, guys, I want to tell you about our friends over at why Refi. You've probably been hearing me talk about why Refi? For some time now. We are all in. That's why with these guys, we obviously do a lot of work on campuses. We have seen the damage and the destruction that is caused by the college cabal. Charlie always said college is a scam. And then they load these poor students up with hundreds of thousands of dollars of private student loan debt, oftentimes federal. But this is private that we're talking about now, private student loan debt. And a lot of that is distressed or defaulted. And if that is you, if you're struggling to make your payments on your private student loan debt, you need to call the good folks at Yrefi or log on@yrefi.com and call them at 888yrefi34. Need to call them, check them out. They will save you thousands of dollars. They'll walk you through the process. They don't care if your credit is bad. Contact them today. No. Credit Impact may not be available in all 50 states, but if it's available in your state, you've got it. You got to work with them. They are amazing. Tell them your friend Andrew, your friend Andrew sent you. And Blake. Guys, this is Blake. This, this was in an amazing moment that I think the polling shows President Trump was. It was triumphant. And here's my, here's my bottom line take. And I felt this in the room. But it's good to see that everybody across social media is kind of reacting in the same way. I mean, besides Democrats, this was the Trump that led us to victory in 2024. This is the Trump that won the popular vote. This is the Trump that won all seven swing states. This is the president that can lead us to victory in the midterms. There's been a lot of doomers, a lot of black pillars. I felt like this was the tone, this was the pace that was set. We need to follow this through. And Blake, I couldn't help but notice he even integrated some of those Fabrizio slides in the presentation about the banning stock trading. We had that great moment with Nancy Pelosi where the camera panned to her and he brought her up. He talked about price transparency. He talked about cutting out big insurance companies. These populous wins that kind of pierce the noise and get to the normal American voter.
Blake
Andrew, we actually have a pretty funny clip where because he made fun of Nancy Pelosi and she was asked about it afterwards and seemed very caught off guard. Because at least one Democrat applauded for it. I think that would be a pretty fun one to Play. Let's do 440.
Andrew
Do it. There was one moment, Madam speaker, where he called you out specifically around, of course, Congressional stock trading. What do you say back to him?
Donald Trump
I say back to him as that's what members said.
Andrew
Look at your own self. The inference he wants to draw is
Donald Trump
there was something wrong with that, which there wasn't.
Andrew
And if there was, people get prosecuted for it.
Donald Trump
For a long time now, we've been
Andrew
trying to pass this law. It doesn't have now. It has more support than it had before. And Elizabeth Warren stood up and applauded. Elizabeth Warren stood and applauded tonight when
Blake
the President talked about it.
Andrew
Well, that we all did. I did, too. He said, did Nancy stand up? Yeah, I did, too. A lot of people stood up. A lot of Democrats stood up. That. That shows, Blake, that this, you know, I love this. I love this phrase. It breaks containment. This is why I love these ideas, like banning stock trading. Like, you could argue there are problems. I would argue that it's central, though, because it's corruption in our judicial or our legislative process. Right. And you're getting bought and paid for shills in Congress as opposed to people willing to do the right thing for the people. But here's the thing. The people understand these messages. It pierces it. It breaks containment. And the fact that CNN is even forced to do that segment and have a little moment of honest journalism and you get Elizabeth Warren getting on board with it. These are big wins that you can put on the board and you could go and ride them into the midterm.
Blake
Yeah, exactly. It's. I think that would be a strong platform. Just as you say, you see those headline items, and it's not necessarily. It's not necessarily the stuff we consider the biggest accomplishments. As their presentation said, securing the border was great, actually of existential importance for the United States. But annoyingly, it's not something where you just stamp, this guy secured the border and you just win the midterms. It should be that way. It's not that way. That's how the human brain is. But having your next thing that you can run on, which is, hey, we have this proposal to ban stock trading. It's not passing because of these opponents. I think that's a good message to have. I think.
Andrew
Correct.
Blake
The homeownership is a good message to have.
Andrew
Yeah, exactly. People need a villain. And so when you see people that are blocking something as common sense as banning congressional stock trading. You have a villain, and then you can go after that villain. And I think that's an effective messaging tactic. All right, so here's. I think there were so many good moments. The Congressional Medal of Honor, the little girl that was injured and is learning to walk again after being hit by an illegal with a commercial driver's license. All of these moments were huge. But this, to me, was the one that will live the longest. And this is where President Trump asked them to stand up if they support American Citizens first and Democrats refused.
Donald Trump
461 Tonight, I'm inviting every legislature to join with my administration in reaffirming a fundamental principle. If you agree with this statement, then stand up and show your support. The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens. Isn't that a shame? We should be ashamed of yourself. Not standing up. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Andrew
You should be ashamed of. He baited them and they took the bait. Their hatred of ice, of dhs, the people that are keeping us safe, is so extreme, is so extraordinary. They're so beholden to the radical left of their base that they refuse to stand up for American citizens. Absolutely shocking in that moment, by the way, I will just say in the gallery, Blake, I couldn't actually hear what he was saying for part of it because the acoustics were such that he was still talking and people already making noise. I couldn't make out what he was saying. But all hell broke loose on the floor. I mean, you had shouting left and right. And the fact that President Trump, from an optic standpoint, overpowered that noise and just kept hitting them and came back with all that energy, that dynamism. He came back and said, you should be ashamed of yourself. You should be ashamed. I knew that a big moment had just happened. Even though I missed the point. You could feel it in the room, just absolute. Like the tension. You could cut it with a knife.
Blake
Yeah, it's a remarkable image. A lot of people were saying, could you cut an ad based on that? I don't know that I've ever actually seen an ad that used the State of the Union. It would be interesting to see, but it certainly for us is the perfect symbol of how it is that you go back to that 1990, I think it was 96 or 97. State of the Union, Bill Clinton boasting about his efforts to deport illegal immigrants. Thirty years later, you have Democrats just. They are the party of illegal immigrants. That is what defines them, arguably, more than anything besides Transgender surgeries, I guess.
Andrew
Yeah, the lines have been drawn. You are either for the American people or you are not. That that moment where he baited them and they took the bait is the defining moment of that speech and they are going to live to regret it. I truly believe that. We'll be right back.
Terrence Bates

President Trump's first estate, first State of the Union of his second term was wide ranging, addressing a host of issues, both domestic and foreign. On the foreigner front, he made it very clear what his position is on a nuclear Iran.
Donald Trump
We are in negotiations with them. They want to make a deal. But we haven't heard those secret words. We will never have a nuclear weapon. My preference is to solve this problem through diplomacy. But one thing is certain. I will never allow the world's number one sponsor of terror, which they are by far, to have a nuclear weapon. Can't let that happen.
Terrence Bates
Comes to putting America first. The President was similarly emphatic, even showing his disgust for Democratic opponents who weren't willing to put America first. That's a quick check of your headlines.
Andrew
It's time for a whole new generation to wise up and rise up. The Charlie Kirk Show.
Byron Donalds
All right, listen.
Andrew
For a lot of Americans, the healthcare system is not affected because it's reactive. You get sick first, then you go to the doctor, then you get your prescription medications. All family pharmacy is different. It's not a typical pharmacy. It's family owned. I know these guys down in Florida, amazing guys they work with licensed doctor and it's built around a simple idea. You should have the freedom to make informed decisions about your own health care and ability to prepare ahead of time. So it's not reactive, it's proactive. With all family pharmacy, you can order prescription medications before you get sick, keep them at home and have them ready when you need them. Most everything is done online. A licensed doctor reviews your request and your medication ships straight to your door. They offer antibiotics, antivirals, tamiflu, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, mebendazole. I almost got it. Methylene blue, and even your daily maintenance medication. This is about access, preparation and personal responsibility. So choose freedom. Choose the right pharmacy. Go to allfamilypharmacy.com kirk that's allfamilypharmacy.com Kirk Use Kirk 10 as a code to save 10 on your next order. Kirk 10 to save 10 on your next order. Again, allfamilypharmacy.comkirk these guys do it the right way. We really like working with them. Up now is Congressman Byron Donalds from the great state of Florida. He's also running for governor for the great state of Florida. Welcome back to the show, Congressman. What a night. I ran into you in the halls afterwards. You were, I would say, in a very good mood. You were in a very good mood. You were doing a bunch of media hits. Tell us your reaction. 30,000 foot view grade the president. Speak.
Byron Donalds
The president hit a home run last night. You know, look, let me put it this way. This is my sixth State of the Union. What I saw last night was really a speech that unified America. It talked about America's greatness. It didn't talk about America's political divide. It actually celebrated, obviously, the United States hockey team and them coming in with the gold medals. That was probably the best moment I've seen in the State of the Union overall. Definitely the best one I've been a part of in six years. But honoring our World War II veteran, 100 years old. Honoring the National Guardsman who was on patrol here in D.C. whose praying mother, basically, through the grace of God, he is still with us today, him being honored, honoring the helicopter pilot in the mission to bring Maduro to justice here in the United States. It was a unifying speech, of course. The President talked about policy. He got into domestic policy and how he's bringing back the American economy. How no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, the largest tax cut for Social Security reform recipients in American history. How that's helping people keep more money in their pocket. The President wants to take on housing. He wants to get Blackstone and these institutional investors out of buying homes and taking them out from underneath the feet of the American people. He wants to make sure that we're driving down energy prices, driving down food prices, and, of course, deporting criminal illegal aliens. And helping from the. From the leadership perspective of the President of the United States, helping to end conflicts around the globe. It was a great speech. And the only thing that was damning is that the Democrats couldn't even get out of their own way to acknowledge the fact that every elected official in America, whether you're on Capitol Hill or a local government or state government, we all have a responsibility first and foremost to the American people and to the United States of America. That truly is what America first means. That's our responsibility. And the Democrats are so deranged with Donald Trump, they just so lost it. They couldn't even acknowledge a simple question. Who comes first? The American people or criminal, illegal aliens? I mean, I just think their party is lost. They're gone. I saw you playing Charlie's take from D.J. daniels last year at the joint session of Congress last year, and it was the same thing. Like, if you can't even acknowledge that you don't deserve political power because your worldview is so warped, we can't trust you with that authority.
Andrew
I totally agree. And, you know, I do believe Charlie said this last year during the joint address that, you know, there's a spiritual sickness that has taken over the Democrat Party. And I just. I was on full display last night, and being in that gallery and hearing the shouts and the jeers from some of the. You know, by the way, Nancy Pelosi is a liar. She's saying you could barely hear it. Barely, like, you know, hear it in the. In the room. I heard it, like, loud and clear. The acoustics in that room are incredible. So you're hearing everything everybody's saying. Total lie from her. By the way, I gotta get your reaction to some of your colleagues in Congress that are unhappy with the president's speech. This is Democrat Rep. Janelle Bynum. She says it was racist. 453. What did you think about that moment
Sean Davis
when the President was asking Democrats to stand up for American citizens during that
Blake
part of his speech when he was talking about immigration and immigration enforcement efforts.
Andrew
There's thinly veiled racist language, anti immigrant language in what he was asking. And that was, that was uncomfortable, your reaction.
Byron Donalds
That's just crazy. That's crazy. I don't even know what she's talking about. How is that thinly veiled? The president was clear. We are going to deport criminal illegal aliens. We are going to protect the American people. How is that racist? Jocelyn Noungari was not a young little white girl. She was a young Hispanic girl. She was raped and murdered by criminal, illegal aliens. How is it racist to stand for her and her mother, all the other young girls, Rachel Morin, who lost her life. How is that racist to stand for her life? This is craziness. And this is like, I'm telling you, man, the Democrats have lost it because they would rather continue to drive these wedges using race, which, by the way, the American people are sick of it. They're over it. They're done. They've heard the talking points now for 15 years, American politics. They're tired of everything that a Republican proposes as being somehow racist or bigotive. It's just simply not true. And everybody knows it. So if that's the take that she's going to have, it demonstrates further why the American people cannot trust Democrats with the reins of power here in Washington or quite frankly, in any state in the country.
Andrew
Yeah, I mean, I totally agree. There's one other one I want to play here for you. Mocking President Trump, giving the Congressional Medal of Honor to our brave military men and the nearly 100-year-old war veteran. This is your colleague, Democrat Rep. Robin Kelly. 451. I was there. I was there and it was as horrific as I thought it would be. Did you leave early? Absolutely. It was like an award show.
Donald Trump
You get a medal, you get a medal.
Sean Davis
You get a medal,
Byron Donalds
man.
Andrew
You get a medal, you get a medal. Congressman, your reaction?
Byron Donalds
Acknowledging a 100-year-old World War II vet who was in World War II, was in Korea, was a helicopter pilot and all those, I believe was a helicopter pilot acknowledging his service to this nation is what we should do. Quite frankly, I'm surprised it's not happened at a State of the Union before. It probably should have because it's on display for the entire nation and the entire world to see. When you sacrifice for this country, you are acknowledged by the highest ranking official in our government, which is the President of the United States. And so if they take it as some sort of award show, because they're trying to diminish Donald Trump. They're not diminishing him. They diminish themselves. Because when the American people see that clip, and they're going to see it over and over again in social media, normal people in the country are going to say, you know what? Thank you, Donald Trump, for acknowledging American greatness, acknowledging that veteran of our, of our, of our armed forces, somebody who truly laid it on the line to protect America and to help make America the great country that it is.
Andrew
Congressman, I gotta throw 5:15 here. You know, one of the things about this moment last night is I feel like it's gonna give us massive, massive momentum going into the midterms, going into 2026. You are running for governor of the great state of Florida. This is a recent poll shows you at 31%. Your closest competitor is at 6%. Tell us, what does last night mean for your race? What does it mean for Florida? What does it mean for what you're going to do down there, what your plan is?
Byron Donalds
Well, I think last night's speech, it invigorates the country. I think Donald Trump was crystal clear about his vision of how to make America affordable again for our people. And a lot of that work has already started. He's going to continue to do that. It also is about partnering with the president as Florida's next governor to make sure that we're doing everything we can to build the housing we need in this country for young Americans who are in college right now, trying to figure out a way to get married, have kids and build their American dream in Florida. And also how we help seniors on fixed incomes be able to live week by week, month by month. That's where no tax on Social Security really comes in. And so I think the president did the absolute right thing last night, talked about the rebuilding that did have to occur from Joe Biden and Kamala Harris because the economy was atrocious and security in the nation was atrocious, and how he's working every single day to rebuild that. And I also thought it was a speech of true hope, of what America is truly capable of, the golden age being upon us. And I will tell you down in Florida, the golden age has been with us for quite some time. We are roaring. We have new reports saying that we expect the economy to grow to be the 14th largest economy in the world in Florida. That's great credit to President Trump, great credit to Governor DeSantis. And so we're going to just keep that ball going and growing. And I think the president what he did last night is going to help Republicans across the board when it comes to the elections this November.
Andrew
Congressman, one minute left. You know, a lot of people moved to Florida, especially during COVID You are in a state from an affordability stand, but almost a victim of your own success because, you know, you got a lot of people moving in. It drives up home prices, things like that. What this affordability message, what, what are you going to do in Florida specifically if you're elected governor?
Byron Donalds
Well, number one, we're going to address the, what it, how long it takes to build housing in our state. National association of Home builders says that 30% of the cost to build a home is government permitting. We're going to shrink that timeline down. We're going to get government out of the way of contractors building homes. If you can get that price down of what it is to deliver a home, you can get the price down for a young family trying to buy that home. Number two, I hope the governor is successful with the legislature to eliminate homestead property taxes in our state. In our state, I fully support that. One of the big things that we're also going to have to tackle is portability of homestead exemption credits. If we get rid of it, Great. There's no harm, no foul. But we have seniors in our, in our, our state who bought a home a long time ago. Their property tax bill is actually quite low. And if they sell that home to downsize, their property tax bill is going to shoot through the roof, even though they're getting a smaller unit. So Florida is going to need to address that. Hopefully the legislature gets that done. But number three, it's about government efficiencies. And number four, it's about making sure that our young kids in the K12 system, college system, university system, that every kid in Florida is on a pathway to economic school success. We want them to be able to graduate, put food on the table and build their families in the great state of Florida. My wife and I are really blessed to really build the Florida dream. We built that Florida dream. We're excited about it. We're truly blessed. We want every kid in Florida to build that same dream for themselves. And there's no better place to do it in America than Florida.
Andrew
Yeah, well, amen to that. And I think that portability issue is very fascinating. And the second what you said about Gen Z and the next generation, that's a message near and dear to our hearts here. Charlie Kirk show. Obviously something Charlie cared a lot about. We got to make it more affordable for young kids. To, to get their foot in the economic door. So thank you for focusing on that and I encourage you to keep up the great work. Charlie endorsed Byron Donald. Thank you, sir. Great to see you.
Byron Donalds
Thank you. Take it easy, guys.
Andrew

All right, so one of the other themes, I think one of the big moments that we have to hit here, Blake, is this idea of fraud. Right? So President Trump announced J.D. vance would be leading the fraud effort. Obviously. Huge story. Nick Shirley, Somali fraud. By the way, watching Ilhan Omar freak out at this segment was absolutely priceless. It was beautiful in the room. You could just see this like shattered her person. Blake, what did you make of this moment? Is J.D. vance the right guy for the job? Do you like the presentation?
Blake
I'm definitely glad it was a part of the speech. I think that went very viral in our circles. Of course, for basically a month. The biggest story was the Somali frauds scandal. It broke containment. It became a subject of comedians and so on. And I think it's something to drive home. You really want to identify it, really. It gives life to the stuff about illegal immigration, legal immigration for that matter, about the sense that Democrats are on the side of noncitizens and against citizens is that they will defend and support and enable all these fraud things. And I think putting the vice president in charge of it is a good way to keep that around. If you're regularly announcing new findings, new indictments, if there's new ways to just keep that in the bloodstream over the year to come, that's. It can entrench it in the popular mind as a big deal. And there's hopefully a lot to go for there. Obviously, Minnesota, we've seen it happen over and over again, but you look around in California, they have Medicaid fraud that's so obviously concentrated in certain. You know, you have 52 hospices in a few block radius that's obviously fraudulent. In New York, the New York Post has found where there is like senior care, senior adult daycare centers. And these are very obviously just a way to con the federal government. They're not providing the services that that's intended for. In Maine, they have the exact same Somali kind of rings of businesses that look highly suspicious. Oregon's got it, Washington's got it. You can go to one state after another. And I think if they're serious about this, if they put real prosecutors and investigators on this beat and subpoena the documents and show what they're finding, they'll rapidly produce stories that can be very good for our movement.
Andrew
Yeah, and I think putting J.D. vance in charge is a really good move. If J.D. vance wants to be the GOP nominee for President 2028. Again, I don't mean to get ahead of ourselves here, but you gotta believe he's incentivized. He's gonna want to have real wins, real actionable wins on this front, because it is such a galling problem in our culture and our society when American taxpayers are struggling with affordability. Yet at the same time, you have foreigners that have moved here ripping off taxpayers. And I love the way that we sometimes put it on this show. I think it's important where you actually say, hey, how many American taxpayers have to pay taxes for a lifetime to make up for $19 billion of Somali pride? They're ripping out huge chunks of taxpayer base with all of this fraud. And then you expand that circle to California, Washington, Oregon, Maine, like you said, Ohio. This is a rampant, widespread abuse of the American taxpayers that has to be rectified. I think J.D. vance is the right guy to do it. Let's go ahead and play. Actually, JD Was just on Fox this morning, so I want to play some of these. So I listen, I have lots of. Here, we'll do 508. Him responding to exactly this. The fraud story away.
Byron Donalds
I think that's unfortunate that nobody has
Andrew
ever tried to take a systematic look at how much fraud there is in the federal government. How many illegal aliens are on Medicaid? We know that it's billions and billions of dollars that should go to American citizens. It's going to illegal aliens. How many fraudulent daycare centers have been set up where that money should go to American citizens to help their kids get into child care. Instead, it's being stolen from them by illegal aliens. And in our country, the Department of Justice is going to be investigating and where possible, throwing fraudsters in prison.
Byron Donalds
We're going to be looking at income tax records. We're going to be trying to understand
Andrew
how it is that the American people have been defrauded.
Byron Donalds
And the President, I talked about this a couple of months ago and said, what if we just did everything that
Andrew
we could to stop the fraud that's being committed against the American taxpayer? The President said, great idea. Let's do it. And we're going to work on that very aggressively over the next year. Very aggressively. I think that's. I think it's a promising sign. I really trust J.D. to get. I mean, he's a guy who understands the difference between theater and actual wins. Trust me on that. So I'm positive in that direction. Blake, I want to really quickly. Oh, go ahead.
Blake
Well, and it comes together because it is. It actually think about the quality leering center. It is something where theater and real win overlaps. Because can you solve. If there's $200 billion in fraud, are you gonna solve all that overnight? Frankly, no. A lot of that's going to be tough to find. A lot of it's going to be tough to indict and prosecute. You're not going to solve fraud overnight, but you can get a very strong symbolic win. If you can even find a really egregious offender and make them really famous, you drive the problem home. And that can turn into political and policy wins. Even if you're not solving everything, you find you can make an example of a few really bad offenders.
Andrew
No, I agree with that. And, you know, a lot of times you'll hear these critiques on social media where they say, we got to do more than a speech. You got to do more than just a documentary or something like that. Understand, there's a continuum. You have to bring these issues front and center to the American people. You have to change the culture, you have to change the way people think about stuff because then that creates political momentum to get actual wins. That creates the moral backing for prosecutors to bring actual charges. These things all are connected. You have to win the PR war, the air war, sometimes first in order to win the ground war. So I, you know, I just want people to be encouraged that sometimes when you think, oh, it's all, it's all noise, it's all, it's all theater. No, these things play in tandem sometimes necessarily because you need to get the moral backing of the American people behind it. Blake, I was going to ask you about Iran because J.D. vance talked about it, but we're gonna have to wait for hour two. So hopefully we get some time in hour two to talk about Iran, because that was something you and I were both looking for. Go ahead.
Blake
Well, someone asked, is JD Being given an impossible task? A big difference between this and what happened with Kamala on the border, for example, is we actually do want to stop fraud, whereas Democrats never wanted to solve the border and they still gave it to Kamala.
Andrew
So key difference, hour two coming up next. Stay right there. We'll be right back.
Terrence Bates
Terrence Bates here with your real America's Voice news break. Thanks so much for being here with us. Reaction to President Trump's State of the Union address from last night is continuing to come in, but how about reaction or action following the president's remarks for the US Senate to pass the Save America act and for Congress to codify key parts of his agenda? Real America's Voice, White House correspondent Brian Glenn live at the White House with the very latest. Brian, good afternoon. Good to see you. So, look, a highlight of last night's speech was President Trump lashing out at Democrats for not being America first and for their positions. And this morning, it seems like he still has some things to get off of his chest.
Brian Glenn
Yes, Terrence said just within the hour, President Trump posting up on Truth Social. Quote, when you watch low iq, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib as they screamed uncontrollably last night at a very elegant State of the Union. Such an important, beautiful event. These people with bloodshot eyes of crazy people, lunatics. He goes on to describe their behavior on the floor, which we all last night got to see play out in real time. President Trump taking a victory lack, if you will, for about just under two hours, talking about the accomplishments of this first year and the vision he has going forward. And of course, Democrats choosing to sit down and be quiet and oftentimes not even applaud for the very basic notion of loving this country. Things that many people stood up for and clapped. Democrats sat down and were silent.
Terrence Bates
Terrence One of the things that strikes me about last night's State of the Union address is that President Trump used that stage, used that very public venue to also deliver to various people awards that they normally would get in private. Normally we get in a private ceremony at the White House. He did it on the floor of the US House. Very unique. It's not something you often see.
Brian Glenn
It wasn't things you often see in a speech like this. But this is what makes President Trump so special in delivering a State of the Union. He's not only going to talk about the economic accomplishments and things like that, that in foreign policy, but he's going to give Congressional Medal of Honor, he's going to award war heroes, he's going to call them out, give them some recognition and of course, pay tribute to the ones that have lost their life for this country. In regards to the young servicewoman for the national guard here in D.C. so very touching moments. Even had Olympic gold medal winners from the U.S. hockey team, men's team make an appearance early on in the speech giving them some credit as well. So it had a little bit of everything you want, the facts, the economic policies and the vision for America and a lot of feel good stories here on the floor last night at the State of the Union.
Terrence Bates
To your point, the speech did have a little bit of everything. Yes, there was a victory lap, but President Trump also calling for action specifically when it comes to the US Senate, calling on the Senate and John Thune specifically by name to get the Save America act passed. He also talked about codifying some of the some of the things that he's pushed so far in his administration. Does there seem to be any action related to that on the other side of Capitol Hill as lawmakers are now getting back to work?
Brian Glenn
I think so. I read a couple articles this morning that some of these things that President Trump is asking to get codified in law, they are starting to have discussions on that. Just moments ago, I met with Mehmet Oz in regards to the favored nations prices pricing, the most favored nation's pricing on the prescription drugs. And we need to get an aspect of that into legislation to codify that in law. Because what would happen essentially is if this White House was over to flip to the Democrats or Congress and Senate, they can very easily undo some of those policies that benefit the American people. So President Trump mentioned that as well last night. So, yeah, it's time for Congress, the Senate, to get busy and codify some of these executive orders into law so they can no longer be reversed in case the Democrats ever take control of all three branches here.
Terrence Bates
Brian, about 30 seconds. How far did last night's speech go in terms of setting a tone for the upcoming midterms? Because that's really where the big prize is to be won.
Brian Glenn
Yeah, I think it pushed out in a positive way. I know Republicans can run on the fact that we have lowered inflation, that things are life is better under the Trump administration than it was with Joe Biden. So we just got to continue that message out there and continue to know that if you want to vote for a Democrat, then the next time this administration's in, they're going to sit on their hands and do nothing. And quite frankly, what they did last night is the future of it all.
Terrence Bates
And that's not supposition, that's fact. You saw it play out in real time during last night's State of the Union. Brian Glenn reporting there at the White House this afternoon.
Andrew
All right, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk show. Hour two is underway. I'm still in D.C. after last night's State of the Union. Blake's holding it down at the Bitcoin.com studio in Phoenix. Phoenix. Thank you for doing that, Blake. I'm very excited about this next segment, and it's with two great Americans. Their names are Chase and Sarah Gibson. They are owners of Grooveberry's Froyo Shop in Idaho, and they have quite the story to tell. They have attempted in their way to honor Charlie, and it has not been a straight line of a story, but they are great patriots and we wanted to honor them. When I found out about the story, I, I tweeted about it. I tried to let people know so they could support this business, but I want to hear about it from them themselves. Chase and Sarah, welcome to the show. It's an honor to have you.
Sarah Gibson
Thank you. Thank you so much for having us. It's an honor to be on.
Chase Gibson
Yeah. Thank you guys. Such an honor. It's so cool. So we appreciate it so much.
Andrew
God bless you. Thank you, guys. So why don't you tell us the story? What happened? Because you attempted to honor Charlie and you've been met with, with good and bad. So tell us the story.
Sarah Gibson
Yeah. So a couple of days after his assassination, you know, my husband Chase and I, we prayed, what can we do to carry on Charlie's legacy? And, you know, the idea popped. You know, here's the Cops right here. We printed a memorial sticker with his birth and death year and his name. I printed 200 of them because I just thought, okay, it'll be a day
Chase Gibson
of thing, just more remembrance for him, you know? And it took off way more than what we were thinking. All unto God. Charlie was just such an amazing guy. He was so, so good at pulling biblical scripture in for biblical truth within his dialogue and debates. And there's something I really, really, truly looked up to him for. So it was just such a simple thing for us to do to show our support for him and his family and his remembrance.
Sarah Gibson
Absolutely.
Andrew
So. So how many. How many did you end up printing? Or are you still printing?
Chase Gibson
Oh, boy.
Sarah Gibson
Or. Yeah, we're still printing them. There's been. How many?
Chase Gibson
I mean, you would bet we're over 60,000, 80,000 cups with stickers on them. Just. Just. Yeah, yeah.
Sarah Gibson
The first to support.
Chase Gibson
I didn't have enough room in my shop to thaw all the yogurt, to be honest. I had to make multiple trips, actually, out to our suppliers just to make sure I had enough to keep going, which, thank goodness for our powerhouse Taylor Machines back here. They just. They didn't stop. So it was. It was amazing.
Andrew
I just love having you guys on the show because it sort of feels, Blake, like our version of what President Trump was trying to do last night. The State of the Union, and did very well, by the way, but telling real stories of real Americans out there, you know, you did get some pushback, though. So tell us about that. So death threats, menacing messages. Tell us.
Sarah Gibson
Exactly. Yeah. So that first day that we put him out, we actually had an in person, you know, somebody kind of shoved me up against my countertop. We had to get the police involved. And then from there, it's been seriously
Blake
shoved you against a countertop.
Brian Glenn
Up.
Sarah Gibson
Not. Not physically with her hands, but backed me up, I should say, into my countertop. Wouldn't leave our store, even though she said we were the ones that were making her feel uncomfortable. It was a whole thing.
Chase Gibson
Yeah, she knew she was too uncomfortable. We've asked her, you know, it's. You can leave. Like, it's okay. Like, I'm too uncomfortable to get up out of my seat.
Sarah Gibson
Well, we'll have the police come get you, no problem. You know, so there was that. And then, yeah, just from lots of hate comments. We have received death threats via mail, handwritten mail via our social media. Yeah.
Chase Gibson
Was one that was interesting to me because I was like, going to the mailbox and, you know, didn't really assume much get there. Most of it's good mail. You know, I would say 90% of our information we're getting from people is positive. 10%, pretty brutal. But that comes from me, who's not really on social media, and I've never experienced it. So. So it's. It was a telltale situation to be in, I think to see different opinions being pushed against us, in a sense. So. But that one was a handwritten note that was. I was colorblind.
Andrew
I'm colorblind.
Chase Gibson
I thought it was red, so it was a little more crazy to me than my wife said it was.
Andrew
Yeah.
Sarah Gibson
Basically, just in general, the whole experience has been lots of great. And then mixed in with just. I would say the support has been way overshadowed.
Chase Gibson
Absolutely.
Sarah Gibson
The hate, though.
Chase Gibson
Yeah.
Andrew
Good, good. Blake, want to get you in here.
Blake
No, it all sounds remarkable, I guess. Yeah, we're glad that the support overshadows the hate for sure.
Sean Davis
But.
Sarah Gibson
Yeah.
Blake
Right. Handwritten letters. Do you get the sense is this cranks in the community or was there enough attention, you think, online? Do you think you're getting it from all over the country at least? I guess I'd feel better if it was a lunatic in Massachusetts sending this to you.
Donald Trump
Right.
Chase Gibson
Like that, too.
Terrence Bates
Yeah.
Sarah Gibson
I mean, we're still getting messages from all over the country. Initially, Fox News had picked up on us, and so it kind of. We were getting messages from actually all over the world, everywhere. And I mean, just to highlight how much support we were getting to, I mean, there was people calling in with their credit card numbers asking, how can they help pay it forward? Or, you know, we had coined the blueberry budget. I'm sure you remember Gigi's blueberry budget. And we donated. Yeah. From the day we started up until Charlie's birthday, we donated 25% of our Charlie Kirk related sales directly to Erica Kirk for the blueberry budget. And then now going forward, we've been donating 5% to our local Turning Point chapters and Club America chapters.
Chase Gibson
Yep. And we just had the Turning Point chapter for Northern Idaho College here yesterday, using our space just to watch the state of the Union address. So it's very cool to be able to be supportive of these groups. And yeah, I think Club America is a pretty big one that we're really getting super stoked to help out with.
Sarah Gibson
Yeah.
Andrew
Well, I just want to highlight for the folks at home, you know, you guys did this because you are strong Christians that believe that you are called to spread the gospel in whatever realm that you're in you have a Grooveberries Froyo shop in Coeur d', Alene, Idaho. So you're spreading the gospel there and you're standing up. You have worship nights at your shop. You're supporting Club America Turning Point. We got about a minute remaining, guys. I want to just first say, please support them. If you're in that area of the woods, neck of the woods, please go buy Grooveberries for your shop. If you're driving through, maybe you're live in Seattle and you're driving to go ski in Montana or something, drive through, stop by Grooveberry's, please support them. These are great patriots. Salty earth people. Just tell us, you know, in the last minute that we have here, you know, what does it mean for you and what Charlie's legacy will was. President Trump highlighted his that there's a revival going on with young people after Charlie's assassination. Tell us about the faith impact and why that's important to you. One minute.
Sarah Gibson
It is the number one most important. And that's exactly what Charlie. That's exactly what Charlie stood for was God first, his devotion and love for Jesus Christ. And he didn't care the persecution that that is expected to come with it. And, you know, we are all expected to stand up in his place now. He was our voice and now we're his.
Andrew
Yep.
Chase Gibson
And Charlie just did such a great job at making a point that his relationship with Jesus comes first. And I have started to really try and make my point in life and in every day to read my Bible and I encourage every single person to get in there. There's nothing but positivity and goodness that comes from learning the word of God. So.
Andrew
Yeah, well, I mean, God bless you guys. You guys are such rock stars. We just love you guys. We have your back. Thank you for having our back. And yeah, just God bless you and God bless Grooveberries. Keep up the great work, guys.
Sean Davis
Thank you.
Chase Gibson
Thank you so much.
Sarah Gibson
God bless you guys.
Andrew
Thanks for coming on. I want to tell you about blackout coffee. I don't have my blackout coffee here and I really am bummed about it because I've become addicted to the flavor. Honestly, once you get like a coffee, that's your coffee, that's what you stick with. And I've been drinking blackout coffee because they partner with the show and it is amazing, amazing coffee. The best part is it's a family run, just like we just like root berries are. It's a family run roasting company. They roast fresh coffee in the USA built by people who believe in hard work. Freedom and country. No global corporations. None of that garbage. This is delicious stuff. Morning, reaper. Brutal awakening. Awakening 1776 Dark Roast 2, a medium roast. They even have instant coffee. They've got pods. So if you're a Keurig person, they got that. Blackout Coffee.com Charlie. Use promo code Charlie for 20 off. That's Blackout Coffee.com Charlie Charlie code for 20 off. We'll be right back.
Blake
All right.
Andrew
Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. Those were amazing, amazing people. Those people rock.
Blake
I want them at one of our events. Those people ruled.
Andrew
Yeah. We got to reach out to them and invite them to something because that is what makes America a great place. Christians that are cool, that have courage, that are down to do the right thing. And I just pray that they are richly, richly blessed. I pray that they end up becoming like the biggest froyo franchise in the country. So help do that. I mean, honestly, I'm gonna go, like, buy some gift cards from them online, and I'll probably never be able to use them. Maybe I will, but I don't care. So that's what I'm gonna do. But anyway, so that's great. I want to tell you guys about why refi.com. why refi.com if you find yourself in a position with private student loan debt, trust me, nobody's coming to bail you out. We are all in with these guys because we know that students, we know this personally, intimately, are struggling with mountains of private student loan debt that they probably are not going to be able to pay oftentimes, which is just a terrible situation. It's a terrible system that we have set up anyways. College cabal has been raising tuition prices far exceeding the rate of inflation for years, and students are the ones that get saddled with the debt. Why refi is the there to help? Oftentimes it's mom and dad who gets saddled with the debt because they're co signers on the loan. So if this is you and you find yourself in a position that you are struggling to pay or behind on paying your private student loan debt, why refi can save you thousands. Let them help you. They're going to guarantee interest rates under 6%. They're going to even let you skip a payment every six months up to 12 times with zero penalty. They're great people and they live. They wake up every morning. They live to help you with this problem. So if you're depressed or even suicidal, you don't have to live like this anymore. Get out of the Nightmare. Call them 888yrefi34 or visit them online@yrefi.com I mean this sincerely. You cannot find better people than the folks over at Y Refi. All right, we have to talk about this. This road in Texas. Blake, why don't you fill our. Our audience in on it?
Blake
All right. Well, well, so obviously there are
Jack Posobiec
a
Blake
lot of proposals around the country to honor Charlie in various ways because of his accomplishments and, of course, his martyrdom. We have one here in Arizona where we're hoping to name the 202 loop that goes right around this area after him. But one of the proposals was in Texas. It's Bastrop County. This is just outside of of Austin. And they had a proposal to designate FM969, which is about a 29 mile stretch of highway going from the town of Bastrop to the Austin area. And they're going to call it the Charlie Kirk corridor. And this is a Republican county. I know Austin is liberal, but this is a conservative leaning county. But apparently dozens of people showed up to a county commission meeting on Monday and were against the proposal. And as a result, they. They folded immediately. Oh, a few dozen people are mad. Dropped the proposal. They are. They put the meeting, they put the vote on hold, and we don't know if it'll ever happen. And I don't think Charlie would be very happy at that. At that level of spine, I must say.
Andrew
Yeah, this is. This is an amazing, I would say, microcosm of the problem that Charlie had with the gop, the traditional gop, the pre Trump gop. They were spineless. They had no guts. This guy basically put it forward, Sure, I will thank him for putting it forward. But then he gets a little bit of pushback, a modicum of pushback, and he folds like a cheap suit. That is unacceptable to me. I would have preferred had he never even put the motion up in the first place than to be cowed by a couple dozen activists that don't want their highway named after Charlie Kirk. It's an absolute insult to the people of Texas, the great state of Texas. To your point, Blake, everything outside of Austin is ruby red. I mean, Dripping Springs is ruby red. This Bastrop county is ruby red. Lake Travis area is ruby red. There are great patriots all around Austin, and it is an amazing community of people that I know for a fact support Charlie Kirk. Chip Roy, who was just on yesterday, represents just south of Austin. This is an absolute insult to Charlie's memory. And to your point, like, they're doing this all over the country and these roads are going to be named in Charlie's honor. He deserves that and so much more. But the fact that the left is so insane right now that they can't celebrate Charlie, who died debating by inviting open debate on college campuses, who did? He did nothing wrong. He did everything right. And they've got a problem with it, is obscene. And this man should have held the line and he should have fought back and should have pushed back and said, thank you for your comments. I'm ignoring them. We're moving forward with it anyways. Instead, he's saying, I'm going to take this motion off. I'm not going to bring it back up. We're going to take a breather and I'm going to talk with my constituents. And he's not planning on bringing it back up again. I say to him, you are a coward. I wish you would have never done done it in the first place. I wish you would have never brought it up in the first place if you didn't have the spine to follow through on it. Shame on you. Yeah, you're exactly what Charlie Kirk fought against in the gop.
Blake
You read against what it says. Some held signs that read no to show their opposition. And then Commissioner David Glass, he's quoted in this article from the Hill and he just says, I'm going to take a breath and have some more conversations with my constituents after, after this showed up. And he was the one who originally put it on, on the voting block. And just again, if you couldn't anticipate that there would be angry liberals who would turn out to trash Charlie, to trash his legacy, to smear him and to oppose this. Yeah, why did you even bring this up? If you're going to fold the moment anyone voices the slightest opposition, why are you even in politics? Why, actually. Okay, I take that back. You're a perfect representation of a lot of GOP people in politics, but why are you. It's aggravating in the extreme.
Andrew
But here's, here's the deal. You know, you've got one side that you know is basically trying to honor Charlie. This guy's done a poor job. Okay? And then you got this other side that apparently is so deranged that they can't wrap their mind around honoring Charlie, but they have, they don't have the self awareness to realize that it's their party that's inflicting the violence. It's their party that has a violence problem. Last night at the State of the Union, President Trump asked everybody to stand up against political violence. They refused to do so. It's appalling. And they are telling themselves this lie. And so this is the. This is why this is important, Blake. Because when you will not honor Charlie, a victim. Victim of political violence, of a martyr for the American free speech, a Christian martyr, when you won't do that, you are denying that you have a problem of political violence. You're burying your head in the sand and you're not acknowledging it. And they keep telling themselves this lie. This is from CNN from April 2025. This is what they tell themselves. 363. While America's roots are soaked in bloodshed, violence in the country today is mostly from rice extremism. From Oklahoma City to Charlottesville to January 6th, there is simply no equivalent on the left. This is what they believe, Blake, and it's appalling.
Blake
These people are lunatics. They.
Brian Glenn
It.
Blake
There's this insane. That we just have to embrace over and over again. Yeah, like that. Where they. It's like that Nazi article the other day in the Atlantic where they're calling you a Nazi because that is their excuse to treat you horribly, to scream at you. And it's all projection from top to bottom. They're the ones who want to censor speech. They're the ones who would try to cancel Charlie's events. They're the ones who would try to scream him off the platform. They're endlessly. They tried to tear him down while he was alive.
Andrew
They tried to tear him down now
Sean Davis
that he's a martyr.
Blake
Murder. Repulsive creatures. Repulsive.
Andrew
We'll be right back with Shaun Davis. Don't go anywhere.
Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. President Trump's first State of the Union address of his second term was wide ranging, addressing a host of issues that both domestic and foreign. On the issue of nuclear Iran, the commander in chief left. No question about his position.
Donald Trump
We are in negotiations with them. They want to make a deal. But we haven't heard those secret words. We will never have a nuclear weapon. My preference is to solve this problem through diplomacy. But one thing is certain. I will never allow the world's number one sponsor, which they are by far, to have a nuclear weapon. Can't let that happen.
Terrence Bates
And when it comes to putting America first, the president was similarly emphatic, even showing his disgust for Democratic opponents.
Donald Trump
First duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens. Isn't that ashamed? You should be ashamed of yourself not standing up. You should be ashamed of yourself. That is why I'm also asking you to end deadly sanctuary cities that protect the criminals and enact serious penalties for public officials who block the removal of criminal aliens, in many cases, drug lords, murderers. All over our country, they're blocked the removal of these people out of our country. And you should be ashamed of yourself.
Terrence Bates
47's speech last night set a new record for the longest State of the union address at just under two hours. The Democratic response to the state of the union was delivered by Virginia governor Abigail Spanberger. However, it was congressman Al Green who had made the headlines for being escorted out of the State of the Union address. It's the second year in a row the Texas Democrat was removed from the president's joint adjust to Congress. As he was being walked out of the house chamber, Green waved a sign that read black people aren't apes. The sign refers to a social media repost by the president depicting former president and first lady Barack Obama, Barack and Michelle Obama, excuse me, as apes. That's a quick check of your headlines. I'm Terrence Spades,
Andrew
Relentless in spirit. You're listening to the Charlie Kirk show. All right, I want to continue a little theme here that we had with the froyo shop folks in Coeur d', Alene, Idaho, Grooveberries, where you spend your money matters. This is one of Charlie's central themes. He was always impressing upon you, the audience to spend your money on people that are good people. And I can tell you that Glenn and Jenny Story, who run Patriot Mobile, it's turned into a big business because so many of you have made the switch. They are amazing people. Glenn and Jenny Story, they, they are fighting for Texas. They're fighting the Islamification of Texas. They're fighting for 2A. They're fighting for first responders. They support Turning Point. They support this show. They are amazing people. And at Patriot Mobile, it is the only Christian conservative wireless provider in the country. So you know that when you get your wireless, the same great wireless service that you, that you have right now, they have contracts with all three major wireless providers. You can pick the best service for your area. You know that your money is going to the right place. They even have unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming and more. They have all the things that you need. But the key is you're supporting people that are pouring that back into the community. They're pouring that back into the country. So they make switching very easy. You can activate in minutes. You can keep your number, keep your phone or upgrade. They Even have, like, contract buyback plans. There's no excuse left not to go with Patriot Mobile. I have Patriot Mobile. I have two lines on my phone. So it doesn't matter where I am. I always have service. And they're just great people. So support them, support their team, support what they're doing in Texas, support what they're doing through all their different initiatives. These are warriors for this country. So support their business. Get the same great coverage you have come to expect. Go to patriotmobile.com Charlie or call 972 Patriot and use the promo code Charlie for a free month of service. That's patriot mobile.com Charlie or call 972 patriot and make the switch today. There's no more excuses. There really isn't. Now welcome to the show is Sean Davis, co founder of the Federalist and CEO. Great man, great American, great patriot. Sean, I'll give you the layup question. Tell me what your thought, what you thought of the president's State of the Union last night.
Sean Davis
I thought it was spectacular. Previously, I thought the best speech he had ever given was the 2020 State of the Union right before COVID hijacked the country in the election. I was in the room that day and he blew the roof off the place. I thought this one was even better. The contrast that he was able to draw between who Democrats work for and who Republicans work for, which America they represent. Turns out Democrats don't really represent America at all. I thought it was great. I thought he laid out a roadmap for getting through the next nine months, winning the election. And the question that I now have is, is are Republicans in Congress willing to do what they need to do to keep that momentum and follow that roadmap so they don't get blown out in November?
Blake
And Sean, yeah.
Andrew
And that's.
Blake
Do you think Republicans in the Senate are going to have that? Do what is necessary to maintain that momentum? I know you've been commenting on that online.
Sean Davis
Yeah, Blake, I'm gonna take the under on that one. I don't have a whole lot of confidence. But, but hey, like, we've got nine months. It's an eternity in politics. Politics. There's no one like Trump who has the ability to bully people, especially people on his own side, to do what needs to get done. But what Republicans have to understand is that was an amazing speech. But Donald Trump's not on the ballot. They are. So they have to give people reasons to vote for them. They can't just rely on Donald Trump to do all their Work for them.
Andrew
Amen. I think that is such an important point. You have to give the base reasons to turn out. Out. We talk about this in terms of California. This is an easy example. A lot of people aren't focusing on California. They successfully got enough signatures to get voter ID on the ballot in California. That is going to energize California Republicans to turn out. And that might mean the difference of holding the House and not even with the all the shenanigans in California. So I'm so it's so important to give the base what it wants to vote for. You got to put wins on the board.
Brian Glenn
Board.
Andrew
This is last night, President Trump talking about pass the SAVE Act. And I'm going to play Thune's reaction to it this morning and have your reaction 503.
Donald Trump
And perhaps most importantly, I'm asking you to approve the Save America act. To stop illegal aliens and others who are unpermitted persons from voting in our sacred American elections.
Andrew
And Leader Thune was asked about that this Morning on Fox 504. The Democrats even in the chamber last night, having to sit there and try and defend allowing noncitizens to vote in American elections, that is a losing proposition for them. So we will get a vote on it. And we are right now in the middle of a government shutdown. So we've got to try and get the government opened up first. But in due time we will have, we will get that up on the floor. We will have a vote on it. We will make sure that the Democrats are on the record. It is a stark contrast between Republicans and Democrats about how they want to handle elections in this country. And this is going to put them, I think, in a very difficult position. It is an issue. If I were running as a Democrat in the midterm elections in November, I wouldn't want to have to defend. All right, Sean, you have been around swamp creatures for a long time. Can you please transition? Translate? Yes.
Sean Davis
Classic failure theater. If you listen to what Trump asked for, he said, I want you to pass the Save America Act. I want voter id, I want citizenship verification. And then if you listen to what John Thune said, he didn't say we're going to pass that. He didn't say we're going to make that happen. He said we're going to get a vote on it. Well, congrat your frickin lations. Like it takes no effort to get a vote on something. One senator in the minority can get a vote on whatever he wants, whenever he wants.
Chase Gibson
Wants.
Sean Davis
Getting a Vote is not a victory. Getting a vote is failure. And even worse, he is allowing Democrats to block the Save America act and to block voter ID by doing nothing. He's basically saying the default here is that we don't do anything unless we have 60 votes. We're not going to require Democrats to come and control the floor and actually talk about why they're opposing it. We're just going to let them vote once and block it and then we're going to move on to other things like permitting reform, whatever, whatever some corporate K Street lobbyist wants. It is failure theater. It is designed to fail and he is designing it to fail in a way where he can pat himself on the back and be like, well, I did what I said I was going to do. I gave a vote. We created a contrast. We already have the contrast. What we want is results.
Blake
Yeah, I noticed as far as failure theater goes, the sort of pre defeated lines he was using, he's saying we'll get them on the record, they'll have to account for their vote in November. But like the Save act is not about holding Democrats accountable for their votes. It is about requiring voter ID in an election. It is about taking steps to prevent potential fraud or the easy signing up of dubious votes. And as you say, the whole thing, it's a song and dance you and I know we've heard for decades. It is just the, it's that sort of fake Senate, the fake Congress where since the default is nothing will pass other than omnibus spending bills, everything else is phony. And that's actually, that's the best argument for getting rid of the filibuster is we should have a Congress that actually does things again. And the only way that will happen is if they can pass votes by a majority vote.
Sean Davis
Yeah, I, so I probably disagree on getting rid of the filibuster because I don't think you need to get rid of it. The problem with Republicans in the Senate is they're just lazy. They don't want to do work. They don't want to have to be on the floor every day. They certainly don't want to have to be on the floor Monday through Friday. Like, what are they, normal people having to work 40 hours a week that's below them? So, you know, in theory, I understand why some people think the filibuster is the problem here, but it's really not. If they were to pass nuke the filibuster tomorrow, they might maybe pass one or two bills and then that's it. I mean, to me, the problem here is not structural. The problem is, is we have members who are too lazy to do the work.
Andrew
Yeah, well, I think this is going to be a huge problem. To Blake's point, this is not a political theater vote. This is saying we have a structural issue in our elections that is going to fundamentally impact the election. So we need to do it before the election. We don't need a contrast vote. We don't need a show vote, a messaging vote. We already know that they're against this. We already know that the Republicans are for it. So before it. And don't be a coward. I genuinely. So. Yes, Sean, you know this better than I do. I was invited to go to the State of the Union. I was very honored. Andy Ogle's office had me out there. It was great. Loved being there. And they wanted to give me an insider view of the way Capitol Hill works. Right. Because I've Never lived in D.C. i don't live in. I'm here right now. I don't know it, but they took me to this Capitol Club restaurant. You probably know it. So I go in there. It's not much to see, but it's like all K Street lobbyists. It's all these. These special interests taking, wining and dining. They have to pay all this money to get a membership. And you just go into this place and your skin starts crawling because you can feel the dubious backroom deals getting, like, hatched right in front of your eyes. And they took me there so that I could see it. I wasn't, like, partaking. I wasn't like, you know, know, please. But it creeped me out. And, you know, this. This swamp system better than most, Sean. This is what I hear when I hear John Thune saying, we're going to get a show. Vote on this.
Sean Davis
Yeah, you're. You're exactly right. It was the Capitol Hill Club, I think, between C and D Street on First Street, Southeast and in. Right across from the Cannon Building there. Yeah, yeah.
Donald Trump
That.
Sean Davis
That is where they do their deals. It's where they hang out with each other and have a good time and try to think up all the ways they're going to screw the American public or try to pull the wool over our eyes by not doing what they said. And that's what people are so frustrated with. And I think it's one reason why Trump has been such a breath of fresh air in politics is the guy says he's going to do something, and then he does it. Like, what a revolutionary idea in politics to Say you're going to do something and then do it. And the thing about midterm elections is they are bad base elections. You have to give your base a reason to turn out. Yes, Democrats are crazy people who hate America, we get that. But you can't just win on negative vibes against the other side. You have to get your people jacked up on successes that you've pushed through to get them to fight and come to the polls for you.
Andrew
This is, I think, the central message of today's show. It has to be. President Trump got massive positive marks on his speech last night. He laid out the framework and the roadmap for how to win the midterms. Do what he said. Trust, trust Trump.
Blake
The weird thing is, is you will win elections by winning. And it's the most frustrating thing with what Thune said. It is the pre defeat, it is the we'll hold the vote, nothing will change. But we'll look at the contrast. No, you will win by delivering wins, wins for the public and having credible promises of future wins. And the best way to have credible promises of future wins is the list of wins you've already lined up. And people are very, very fed up with fakeness. This is why liberals do well, they often, their ideas are horrible, but they often deliver them.
Andrew
Look at Virginia. Sean Davis, CEO of the Federalist, co founder of the Federalist. I check it every day. You should check. Great, great reporting there at the Federals. Thank you, Sean Davis. God bless you, man.
Sean Davis
Thank you, guys.
Andrew
All right, I want to tell you guys about Strong Cell. Blake had his strong cell in hour one. Sadly, I traveled without it. It's to my ever loving shame. Yep, there it is. 2 ounce vial. Here's the deal. NADH is the new thing in the, you know, the supplement space because it's a breakthrough. It genuinely is a breakthrough. It gives you, you all this energy, powers your cell. You used to have to go to a IV clinic, pay hundreds of dollars to get it ingested into your system, into your, straight into your blood because it doesn't survive your stomach, your digestive tract. But now it can. Because of Strong Cell. They have a proprietary delivery system of nadh. So if you have chronic fatigue, all that stuff, it'll get rid of it. Go to strongcell.com 90 day money back guarantee, risk free. Use promo code Charlie for 20% off. Promo code charlie strongcell.com do it. We'll be right back. Blake
What's going on?
Jack Posobiec
People don't realize that we shop for blazers together.
Andrew
So, you know, it was one of our very similar, one of our trips.
Blake
I like to imagine that Jack has just been sitting there off camera, silent the entire show.
Andrew
Jack's been. At first, I have to tell you guys about Good Ranchers. I missed it. Please forgive me. All right, Jack, you said something to me that stuck with me. You said it wasn't just a home run. It was home run derby.
Brian Glenn
It really was.
Andrew
So you are a messenger. You're a messenger. You're a conduit of the base and base energy. How important was that speech?
Jack Posobiec
Look, I think when you look at the way that President Trump understood, undertook that speech for pretty much every single section of it. He was taking those issues that are right down the middle. It was, you know, a fastball right down the middle is like pitching during a home run derby. And he said it up. Of course, they orchestrated it this way to Create this trap for the Democrats that, you know, I dare you to be against this. I dare you to be against American citizens. I dare you to be against America. Heroes. I even having Erica there, Erica with Arena Zarutska, which is just, it blew my mind to be with the parents of Arena Zarudska, to, to be sitting there. And in fact, Blake and I were in the chat during the, during the, the speech. We're saying, we're saying, can you tell who Erica is sitting next to? We couldn't, you know, we didn't recognize them.
Andrew
And, and I don't think she knew who they were. Oh, really? I, I, that's my, I haven't talked to her about it, but they, you know, I talked to her before and she was like, I'm going in solo, you know, because it's such, such limited seats.
Donald Trump
Yeah.
Andrew
The seats are so you don't get like a plus one. And so you go in there and it was kind of like, you know, here's the president's area. But you don't, they, it's not like they introduced.
Jack Posobiec
There was, I figured that it wasn't done by chance, though.
Andrew
I figured there were some reason Charlie. One of Charlie's final things that he messaged so hard on was the murder of Arena Zarus.
Jack Posobiec
I pulled it up last night, so it was 12:35 Eastern. So just two hours. Literally just two hours.
Andrew
Yeah. And he believed, he said, we have to politicize this because it was a political malady that created it, that cashless bail, putting repeat criminals back on the streets to murder innocent Americans. And so, yeah, it was a very fitting position.
Jack Posobiec
You think of the logistics, by the way, to get a family like that out of Ukraine and all the people to just be in that room at the, I can't even imagine. We try to get people together for
Andrew
Amfest and it's like, oh, it's herding cats. It's so hard. Yeah. I mean, so the question then becomes, okay, there's been a lot of doomerism, there's been a lot of black pilling. You know, I love, I love Rich Barris like a brother, but he's been very negative on some of the polling that he's seeing. Is this going to be enough? Is this, this spark that lights, you know, the midterm big shot in the
Jack Posobiec
arm, just to see the President up there showing that he showed the 2024 energy again. And when I was with him down in Georgia at that rally, I could see sparks of it. I remember saying that on the show
Andrew
that, oh, when you went to Rome, just recently to Rome, Georgia.
Jack Posobiec
Then he's giving that speech at the, at the steel factory. And we could, I could see this doesn't seem like 2025 or 2026, Trump. This seems like 2024.
Andrew
You and I, you and I were talking about it. I think people underestimate the weight of the world that exists on a president's shoulders constantly, day in, day out, day in, day out. And to then have to turn around and be a showman, which is Trump is very good at. But, you know, you've been in the White House. You've been, you've, you've seen him behind closed doors and the weight that he is under all the time. Yeah, I think it's, and he's almost 80. Let's just be honest. I mean, he doesn't show signs of it, but I mean, just, I think maybe take us into the room. What, I mean, that, that balancing act he has to do between making these incredibly difficult decisions in Iran or whatever, as well as having to be showman in chief, having to be the lead cheerleader.
Jack Posobiec
Look, this is something that I think every, everyone needs to understand is that as much as he enjoys putting on the show, he is the greatest showman that we all saw that last night. There's no question that he takes this all very seriously. And when he meets with victims, like he spent the day with the angel families, meeting with Arenas, Ruth, because parents meeting with Erika, who, you know, and they still talk regularly, that, that checking in the way that he does, he takes us very personally, very, very honestly. He's a much more emotional guy than I think people give him credit for.
Andrew
Oh, yeah.
Jack Posobiec
Because he could be doing anything else with his life, and people are trying to kill him on a regular basis.
Andrew
I, I, Blake, will attest, I, we did a whole show on this yesterday about that, that, that speech with the angel families, and he said, I don't know how much longer I'm going to be here. A lot of people are gunning for me.
Jack Posobiec
Yeah.
Andrew
And, and you think instantly of Charlie, you think instantly of what just happened at Mar a Lago, and you think about the political violence problem on the left. You couldn't even get them to stand up in the gallery for a message against political violence. Blake, I want to bring you in here. I don't, you know, we're on set here, but you realize the weight of the world on President Trump, it's got to be an impossible balancing act. And I don't think we personalize him Enough sometimes.
Blake
Yeah. Well, it's. I sometimes think about that. It's got to be one of the most alien experiences in the world for the President, that even when he's not president, he's been the most famous person in the world, I think you could safely say, for a decade at this point. He's always been holding court. He has endless people who are talking to him, endless people who are trying to influence him, endless people who are trying to flatter him. And it does have. And, you know, he is endlessly seen himself on tv and he knows there's a lot of people who would want him dead. I truly do wonder what would it be like to be that person. It's got to be one of the most unusual existences that anyone has ever lived in the history of the world. And the fact that he's delivered on as much as he has in the past year. I think we should always be grateful in that context that he could very easily have said. He could have very easily made a call to a Democrat and said, I will go away and retire forever if you guys just leave me $3 billion and stop trying to put me in jail. And he didn't do that. He instead came back to Washington, made them angrier than ever.
Andrew
Well said, Jack. You have a show coming up next. We're doing the warm handoff stuff. You got 15 seconds here. Pitch us on. What are you going to cover?
Jack Posobiec
Well, we've got a very special guest, one of the first times he's ever been back to the United States. Tommy Robinson is going to be here,
Andrew
can attend that studio.
Jack Posobiec
Someone who is just an incredible voice for freedom and traditional value.
Andrew
Tune in for Jack's show, guys. Thank you. We'll see you. I'll be back in Phoenix. Until then, This is an iHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human.

The tone throughout is urgent, emotional, and combative—unapologetically pro-Trump and anti-establishment, with a recurring insistence that the audience “stand up” for American values, faith, and the legacy of Charlie Kirk. Hosts and guests speak candidly (often with theatrical flair) about the stakes of the political moment and the need for courage and action from both elected officials and everyday Americans.
This episode of the Charlie Kirk Show delivers a visually powerful recap and analysis of Trump’s pivotal State of the Union 2026, blending insider observations, policy discussion, and grassroots activism. It crystallizes the GOP’s intended messaging for the midterms—“America First,” anti-corruption, religious revival, and honoring those lost to political violence—while sharply critiquing both Democratic opposition and party leaders seen as lacking resolve. The personal tributes and raw reactions foster a sense of community, urgency, and mission among listeners and supporters.
