As a lot of you know, there are way too many Americans who are being defrauded by very bad actors in our society. People who take the goodwill and the trust of the American taxpayer and they decide to use it against us. They decide to make themselves rich instead of allowing these programs that are set up to make it easier for people to take care of their families, to make it easier for autistic kids to get the after school services they need, to make it easier for people to get the health care that they need. And we are going to start very aggressively in the administration crack, cracking down on the people and the organizations that are defrauding Americans. So we're announcing today that we have decided to temporarily halt certain amounts of Medicaid funding that are going to the state of Minnesota in order to ensure that the state of Minnesota takes its obligations seriously to be good stewards of the American people's tax money. Now, what is this going to mean? What this means is that first of all, the providers on the ground in Minnesota have actually already been paid. The state has paid those providers the money. What we're doing is we are stopping the federal payments that will go to the state government until the state government takes its obligations seriously to stop the fraud that's being perpetrated against the American taxpayers. What the vice president, Dr. Ross, zeroed in on yesterday was the autism centers. And the allegation is that the treatment centers would encourage parents to get bogus diagnoses that their kids were autistic. When the center got paid, the parents would get a kickback. Now, Dr. Oz was quite clear that the responsibility funnels back to Governor Walz. This is not a problem with the people of Minnesota. It's a problem with the leadership of Minnesota and other states who do not take Medicaid preservation seriously. Any delay in services is going to be, should be laid at the head at the seat of Governor Waltz. Now, Walsh was quick to post a few, post a few protests after that announcement, including, this is a campaign of retribution. Trump is weaponizing the entirety of the federal government to punish blue states like Minnesota. Now in Minnesota, Kristen Robbins, the chair of the House Fraud Committee, who was also running for governor, as a Republican says the fraud was so widespread, ignoring the scams was a choice made by the state. They knew this was going on and they allowed it to continue. And that is absolute malfeasance on many layers from the governor through commissioners and deputy commissioners. And we have not seen any account
Charlie Kirk
where people are fired or held accountable for that yet.
Blake
Now, autism treatment centers had no requirement for licensing. As a result, the state could not conduct surprise inspections of those centers. Now the provisional licensing licensing is required. Only six of more than 500 centers operating in Minnesota have applied for their license. And director of program integrity in Minnesota says red flags about fraud have been going up since the 1970s. The priority, however, was commissioned compassion, not compliance. IRS criminal investigations, like they go out on patrols, they can make arrests. It's this very interesting hybrid force, about 2500 of them, and they led the charge here. So it was IRS CIS who uncovered the initial fraud and the prosecutions. So it's with that group, with, with other groups at IRS and with the powers of the treasury to track where the money came from, where it's going. We saw this very unsettling news yesterday that many people involved here with the administration of these programs have tried to go back and recreate documents, change documents. And we're not going to have that. We are going to hold people accountable. We're going to press this to the full extent possible. And like I said, I think that this may just be cold day outside. So this could be the tip of the iceberg here in Minnesota, but it's probably may not be as prevalent, but the dollars may be bigger and larger in other states. And just to put this in perspective for American taxpayers, for American families, the gao, the General Accounting Office believe that there is somewhere between 3 and 600 billion of annual fraud, roughly 10% of government spending that disappears due to fraud. If we can recapture that, that is 1 to 2% of GDP. Charlie support for the show comes from Public, the investing platform for those who take it seriously. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk show. It is February 26th here at the Bitcoin.com studio. I'm back in Phoenix.
Andrew
Blake, welcome Back back to Bitcoin.com Phoenix.
Charlie Kirk
I am your one stop shop to buy, sell and trade Bitcoin. Bitcoin.com had a great time in our nation's capital. But in the let's just say in the tradition of Charlie, I was all too eager to get the heck out because, you know, you don't want to stay there too long. Rock your brain.
Andrew
Evil city.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, well, you know, it's weird. I went to this Capitol Hill club where, you know, it's like all the lobbyists hang out and stuff. I got invited there as a it's the Republican lobbyists. Yes, I think that's the, but it was like a zoo trip is like going to the zoo. You see them in their, like they're like, well, you know, they're caged habitat. And it was, was very, very illuminating. Anyways, so I, we got to hit this. There's lots of stories going on. We've got our eyes on what's going on in Geneva because, you know, there was a report from Jennifer Griffin at Fox News saying that, you know, I think her quote was, let's be clear, if talks fail in Geneva, we will be at war. America will be at war sometime next, next week. We're watching that very, very closely. Let's pray for peace. Let's pray for diplomacy. We don't want wars in the Middle East. We just don't. You know, Charlie learned to trust President Trump's decision making process and to make hard decisions. These are, these are difficult decisions. But we're watching that. So we got to get though and there's an FBI story, there's a Minneapolis fraud story. That's going to be a big one. And we're going to get to it. We're going to get to it. Maybe we'll ask Ron Johnson who's coming up in the half hour at hour one here so we can ask him about that. But we got to tackle this Epstein thing. I had a revelation last night. So I'm flying home and I get into a debate via text because I'm on a plane with a very prominent left wing TV host. All right, so we're having this debate and it becomes very clear to me, while we were paying attention to the State of the Union, while we were paying attention to this epic speech from President Trump, this, this tent enlarging speech where he, I think he hit so many of the right notes and he completely seemed to hit Mark Halperin's tweet, the Tony Fabrizio presentation, you know, banning stock trading for Congress, et cetera, et cetera. He did what he needed to do. That being said, the other side of the aisle is fixated on this Epstein bombshell from npr. I didn't realize the depth of it because I live in the real world and they live in the get Trump at all costs world. But here's where it gets really interesting. So there you go. NPR Justice Department withheld and removed some Epstein files related to Trump. So that's the allegation that the statute said that President Trump was supposed to release all of these documents. He did not. That's the claim. So I didn't realize how in depth this was. But then you find out, you know, Gen Z, TikTok is all about blackmail and Trump. And I mean, they're not buying that Trump has been exonerated.
Andrew
People who primarily get their news through this program or similar programs, I think they need to understand there is a pretty large chunk of America that is substantially on TikTok, substantially on X, substantially on Instagram, YouTube, where like this is the number one and arguably only story in the entire world, is various things around emanating from Epstein.
Charlie Kirk
Epstein. It has tapped into. And a lot of you in this audience care about it a great deal. I care about it a great deal. And let's just, let's just start with brass tacks. If you are a pedophile, I think you should be arrested, held accountable, death penalty, simple as that. If you touched a little child, underage girl, you should be thrown into jail, probably killed, executed, and then into the depths of hell. No problem there. But what we also have to be clear about is we have to follow facts. We have to actually follow what is provable. And one of the reasons that we don't, as a country historically just release grand jury testimony is because it's not definitive all the time. It can be conclusory if it's conclusory, but it could also just be a lot of random facts.
Andrew
Grand jury, as it was pointed out, I believe by the president even last summer, a grand jury is the rare situation where you can say stuff that would otherwise be totally defamatory if you uttered it in other contexts, because it's to a grand jury and they can weigh whether it's is actually true, likely to be true or not, right? And now we just taken that and
Charlie Kirk
giving it out and giving it to the Internet to do what the Internet does. Now, some of that can be really good. And we keep asking questions, we keep asking questions that can be really good. But when it turns into like, you know, this government official is eating little babies and whatever because some rando email came through and it's in these 3 million documents, it can literally cause the Internet brain rot that you're seeing right now. And so this is why I want to address it, because it's young people especially that are buying into some of the more ridiculous claims. Now, Jeffrey Epstein is evil. He was a pedophile, he was a sexual predator. He was, he was using prostitution and soliciting young women in Palm Beach. President Trump in 2006 called, was one of the first people that Called, that's according to the files. The first people that called, prominent people to call was President Trump saying, thank you. Finally getting this monster. Yeah, that's a document from the FBI. This is 2006. This is before Jeffrey Epstein was even indicted as a sexual predator. Okay, but here's the deal. So the salacious allegations that NPR reported about President Trump are ridiculous. And let me explain why. This is what they left out of the story. The woman who was interviewed for the first time by The FBI in 2019 claimed that she was 13 in 1983 when her mother put her out for an ad to be a babysitter and that Jeffrey Epstein lured her to her house in South Carolina on the promise of a babysitting job. Here's the problem. Even Jeffrey Epstein's brother Mark, who seems to be a pretty straight shooter on this stuff, he's, he wants to find out who killed his. His brother doesn't believe he committed suicide. So that's his motivation. He's never been accused of any wrongdoing or being involved in his brother's crimes. He said he never had a house in South Carolina, never summered in South Carolina. She says that Epstein then gave her cocaine and alcohol before forcing her into oral sex. It was in a later FBI interview that she even mentioned allegations against President Trump. This is uncredible for many reasons. Epstein never had a residence in South Carolina. Like I said, Epstein was known to never do alcohol or drugs. And every other allegation against him starts with a massage, not drug fueled sexual acts. There was also another bizarre moment when this woman identified Epstein using a photo that she claimed needed a crop in order to not implicate additional individuals. Well, this was a well known photo that was a picture of President Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. So she already had this picture of Trump. And anyways, on top of that, the woman's lawyer who set this whole interview up is Lisa Bloom, who is also responsible for a very bogus Katie Johnson allegation that was laughed out of court in 2016. So NPR doesn't include any of the exculpatory evidence for President Trump. They don't include the fact that he was the first person to speak out against Jeffrey Epstein. Sorry, I can tell you're ready to jump in.
Andrew
Well, it's, I think it's helpful to zoom out because it's such a suffocatingly complex story. 3 million documents. It's been going on for years. The big picture you need to know here is the President was vindicated on something very important that he warned last summer, which is a lot of people are going to just get recklessly accused of things that there's not evidence for. If we go all in on this, which Congress did. And as a result, all these documents have come out. They're filled with a lot of them, completely salacious or mentally ill or anonymous allegations that there's no evidence for. And what this NPR article shows is how this is going to end up, which is they'll try to get the House next fall and they'll try to impeach President Trump on process. They'll have no evidence he committed any real crimes, but they'll say he sabotaged the Epstein files. Time to impeach him.
Charlie Kirk
And here's the thing, it's going to be a big joke and there's so much more to this and I'm going to keep unpacking it in the next segment because there's so much more to this that they're not telling you. It's just I'm gonna do a selfie video. We're gonna get this all out because it's rotting people's brains, especially Gen Z's brain. So we're gonna keep going. I want to tell you first about strong cell. I'm back in the studio. I got my strong cell here. Go to strong work dot com. Take it four weeks. I'm gonna probably do two today.
Andrew
All right, you better.
Charlie Kirk
All right, that's it. My strong cell work is done for the day. Well, maybe, unless I know you gotta
Andrew
take it twice now.
Charlie Kirk
So go to strongcell.com this delivers NADH straight to your cells, which is. It is the power of all your cells. It powers your mitochondria. So if you have brain fog, fatigue, chronic illness, if you don't know what's wrong, you just feel lethargy. Lethargy. How do you say what's. Where do you. How do you pronounce that anyway?
Andrew
Lethargy, I think.
Charlie Kirk
So if you have any of those things, go to strongcell.com use promo code Charlie at checkout to save 20%. You get a 90 day risk free trial of this. Give it free four to six weeks to try. Four to six weeks to try. You'll notice a big difference. We'll be right back. All right, I gotta keep going. Epstein. So NPR releases a bombshell on the day of the State of the Union. We don't talk about it because we're talking about the state of the Union. Meanwhile, Lefty Twitter, TikTok, Lefty Twitter, blue sky, all this stuff they're fixated on it. I get into an argument with this prominent TV host as left leaning. Good, good person, Good person, but, you know, left. So anyways, have this revelation. This is all they care about. Epstein, Epstein, Epstein.
Martin Cedra
Trump.
Charlie Kirk
Trump, Trump. So they, they claim, again, just to reiterate that they, that Trump left this stuff out the DOJ on purpose to protect President Trump. Here's what they're not telling you. So let's, let's deal again with the allegations of these, these women that they claim are removed from the Epstein files. One is a woman who called the FBI with a crop photo of a widely distributed photograph of Epstein and Trump. Okay? A woman who sued the Epstein estate and dismissed her claims in 2021, a woman. Then the third, a woman who claimed she was abused by Trump but refused to cooperate. In other words, total nothing burger from a rag outlet, npr, who's probably just upset that the feds pulled their funding. Okay? So none of this is actually problematic from a legal standpoint for President Trump. Okay? But the allegation is he removed these documents or his DOJ was doing his bidding to protect him. Well, here's the thing. There is massive issues, and this is even admitted in the NPR article with the timeline that the DOJ was given under statute from Congress on this transparency act to get out the 3 million documents, okay? 3 million documents had to get out. And there have been thousands and thousands of documents that were published and then pulled down from the site and then republished a week or two later. Because what's happening is all of the victims, legal teams and some of the victims directly are saying, hey, you put in personally identifiable information in these documents. You were supposed to redact them. And the DOJ is saying, we're working around the clock in good faith to pull down any documents that identify victims. Okay? So if we made a mistake, we're sorry, we were trying to part. We were trying to in good faith meet the statute deadline to release these documents. And it was impossible to do this perfectly. So we're pulling these documents down and putting them back up. Okay, so here, let me give you a couple examples. One of these interviews that they're saying was removed to protect Trump was removed from the DOJ's public files sometime after initial publication on January 30. So they didn't keep them out originally. They just removed them after the fact and was republished on February 19th. According to document metadata. The Justice Department told NPR the only reason any file has been temporarily removed is that it has been flagged by a victim or their counsel for additional review. Multiple FBI interviews with other people refer to the second woman's meeting with Trump while she was a minor and being abused by Epstein. One interview with a fleeting mention of Trump was removed from the public database and subsequently restored last week. So they're even admitting that the FBI is pulling things down, putting it back up when they get complaints about personally identifiable information. This is so. So let me just give you an insight. This is a lawyer of one of the victims that is quoted in the NPR piece. His name's Robert Glassman. He says the whole thing is ridiculous. He told NPR the DOJ was ordered to release information to the public to be transparent about Epstein and Maxwell's Criminal Enterprise Network. Instead, they released the names of courageous victims who have fought hard for decades to remain anonymous and out of the limelight, whether the disclosures were inadvertent or not. They had one job to do here and they didn't do it. A DOJ spokesman replied to this and told NPR that the department is working around the clock to address concerns from victims and handle additional redactions of personally identifiable information that have been flagged. What does this mean? It means that the DOJ is treating this as a work in progress. They released the 3 million documents. People are going through it, combing through it. The Internet's combing through it. There's a lot of crazy stuff in there. Some of it's about bodies buried at the New Mexico ranch that never been corroborated. The FBI looks into it, but, you know, the Internet takes that email and assumes that it's true. They don't see that the FBI actually investigated and debunked it. Okay, so. But there's lots of this kind of stuff. Some of it has victim information and they've pulled it down. And then they republish it with proper redactions to protect the victims because the lawyers are on their butts to do it. That doesn't mean that they pulled, you know, evidence from the files to protect Donald Trump. It means that they have done this with literally, NPR admits this. Thousands and thousands and thousands of documents from the new release in January 30th. So they're claiming that President Trump is engaged in a legal cover up of allegations against him to protect the presidency. Meanwhile, the DOJ saying, we're doing this on a daily basis. Thousands upon thousands of documents. That doesn't even mention the fact that NPR left out all the exculpatory evidence for President Trump. Bigger point, this has been turned all upside down. There is One party that released the files. There's one president that released the files, and there's a party that did not. And there's a president who did not, even though they were sitting on them. President Trump. And the Republicans are now getting smeared for releasing the files. I'm not saying they handled it perfectly, but they did release the files. Guess who didn't? The Democrats? Joe Biden. Do you not think for a moment that they would have released those files had there been anything in there that they could have nailed Donald Trump on? Absolutely. They would have, but they chose not to. They sat on them. They didn't do anything. They didn't raise a flag. Ro Khanna didn't get up with a supposed victim who may or may not have been luring underage women
Senator Ron Johnson
right after
Charlie Kirk
the State of the Union. That's what he did. Stood up alongside a supposed victim who actually has a lot of allegations that she was part of the problem, that she was luring underage women in and telling them to lie about their age. Ro Khanna didn't make a fuss about this, not until it became a political football that they could weaponize against President Trump. Now, all that being said, this hit job, this hatchet piece, which is going viral on the left, which has gone viral on social media, especially with Gen Z, was intentionally timed to derail the State of the Union. Now, we didn't make a huge mess about it here because we were focused on all the good news from the State of the Union, but it has to be addressed. And here's what else I'll say. Final word. Blake, I don't know if you agree. We do need prosecutions, and we talked about this. Mike Davis, Reid Hoffman, Bill Gates, Les Wexner, anybody else that was conceivably involved in some nefarious activity. And if it can be proved, we are a nation of laws. They have to be provable offenses.
Andrew
Well, that's just it. It has to be proven. I don't even with that, I would say Bill Gates, you have a lot of evidence that he was hanging out with this gross guy. It should probably damage him.
Charlie Kirk
He admitted to having affairs with two Russian girls. If there was prostitution.
Andrew
It's not illegal to have affairs.
Charlie Kirk
Prostitution.
Andrew
Embarrassing to have affairs.
Charlie Kirk
Prostitution is illegal. So if they can get them on that, they should. But if they can't, they can't. Because we are a nation of law and order. We are a nation of rules. You have to be able to prove somebody's guilt. And by the way, that might be frustrating when you want to get the people that you think did bad things. But it's really, really helpful when innocent people are getting accused of wrongdoing and have not done so. So we have to keep these two ideas in our head. We cannot give in to the brain rot that is infinite infesting the the Internet space. You have to follow the law. You have to go by the facts and you have to only pursue that which can be proved. And I listen, I'm all for what the UK is doing to some of their people. They're getting people on process crimes. Fine. Sure, do that. Did anybody leak sensitive information? Get them on that. Did they solicit prostitution? Get them on that. Ron Johnson joins us next. We'll be right back.

It's the CHARLIE KIRK show. All right. Welcome back to THE Charlie Kirk show. I want to tell you guys about All Family Pharmacy. Do you know the problem with most healthcare in America? Well, there's lots of problems, but Blake, the answer, the right answer, I'll feed it to you, is that it's reactive. You get sick, then you go to the doctor, then you go to the pharmacy. But there might be, I thought it
Andrew
was, that was really expensive.
Charlie Kirk
Well, there's that, too. And that actually is addressed here as well. All Family pharmacy is great because you can take control of your healthcare decisions and you get ahead of it, right? So you go to All Family Pharmacy. You can order prescription medications before you are sick, keep them at home and have them ready when you need them. Most everything is done online. A licensed doctor reviews your request and your medication ships straight to your door. They offer antibiotics, antivirals, tamiflu, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, mebendazole, almost got it. Joining us now is the great senator from the north. That is, of course, Ron Johnson. Wonderful, wonderful Senator. Charlie loved him. Senator, welcome back to the show. I wanted to just give you the opportunity to respond. There was this NPR Bombshell article. All the allegations against President Trump have been debunked and they're uncredible and all this stuff. But more broadly, Senator, what do you want to see take place in the Epstein stuff, the whole saga?
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, guys, well, listen, I'd like to get justice for the victims. I want to have those individuals who preyed on these young women held accountable. I think what's really missing from most of the people who are exploring this, and I'm not. I mean, there are plenty of people look into this. I've got other fish to fry, basically, as a chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigation. So I'll let the House do this, I'll let the media. But what really is not being explored much is who was Jeffrey Epstein, how did he get his funding, who is he working for and with? I mean, the more we see of these things, you know, his involvement with Bill Gates and vaccines and the World Health Organization and the World Economic Forum and all those types of things, this guy was connected to everybody, which is really bizarre. I mean, there aren't many people that made the kind of connections he made. What was that all about? So, again, I'm as curious as anybody, but I'll let other people do the investigation. I'll just. I'll read the executive summary and reports.
Charlie Kirk
Well, and, you know, reporting suggests that this Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, you know, meeting that's going on is hearing right now up in New York, they're gonna deny any knowledge of wrongdoing with Jeffrey Epstein. I just think it's a real travesty that President Trump and this DOJ that is releasing the files. I'm not saying they handled it right. They actually handled it terribly at first, the whole binder gate or whatnot. But, you know, you don't turn them into the villains for actually releasing the files when the Democrats were sitting on them for years and did nothing. And all of a sudden it's a political football that they're trying to take advantage of. All right, I actually, we wanted to have you on because of this. Great. Unless you want to respond, Senator.
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, I just want to say, you know, those files were sitting in the Biden Justice Department for how many years exactly do I have that they haven't been doctored, that the bad stuff against Democrats hasn't been deleted? So, again, I just have no faith in what's being produced anyway.
Charlie Kirk
Such a good point. Such a good point. All right, Senator, you made some news yesterday, and we're gonna get to it. But first, I wanna play this clip from the State of the Union. I was in the gallery. I saw you down there walking around, shaking hands and doing the thing, and I heard you say you really had to be in the gallery to understand the tension in the room, the dynamic in the room. And. But here's 503, President Trump saying, Pass the Save America Act.
Senator Ron Johnson
503, and perhaps most importantly, I'm asking you to approve the Save America act to stop illegal aliens and others who
Charlie Kirk
are unpermitted persons from voting in our sacred American elections. So this is a mandate from President Trump, passed the SAVE act, and, you know, you've probably seen some of the reports. You know, there's Senator Tillis doing a dog show. I don't know what's going on, but people are upset because this is going on. Meanwhile, we have, like, basically one job the base is demanding from the Senate to. And you are now on the side of a talking filibuster. Explain what your thinking is and what do you want to see happen?
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, let's first place the blame where it really needs to squarely be on Democrats. I mean, Democrats are on that. Opened the border, flooded America with millions of people into sanctuary states, sanctuary cities, plus up the census, get more members of Congress. They oppose any measure to secure our elections. In fact, what they're doing is doing everything they can to make it easy to cheat. So, again, the main impediment to Saving the America act is Democrats who want to, again, not have any control over elections. They're happy to have your legitimate vote as a conservative canceled by one of their fraudulent ones. So they're the main impediment. Okay. Now, in terms of our ability to pass it with slim majorities, both House and the Senate, I came out reluctantly agreeing with President Trump that it is the day of the filibuster is over. It's unfortunate Democrats don't respect the rights of the minority, but we know that the next time they're in power, they will end the filibuster. To consolidate their power, they'll turn D.C. puerto Rico into states. They'll pack the Supreme Court. They will pass a national election law to make it easier to cheat. So that's what they're going to do. So we ought to beat them to the punch. But when we do it, we'll do it to secure our border, secure elections, to provide prosperity for every American. Again, our motives are the proper ones for the benefit of the American people. Unfortunately, I have a lot of colleagues in the Republican conference who are deluding themselves thinking, oh, the Democrats aren't really serious. They're not going to nuke the filibuster. Oh, yes, they will. So we don't have the votes to end this filibuster. So the next best thing is the talking filibuster. That's a long shot as well, unless we're willing to go back to the Press.
Charlie Kirk
Right.
Senator Ron Johnson
Because it's basically unlimited debate, unlimited amendments. Unless we're willing to go back to prior to 1986 when Robert Byrne changed the precedent of the Senate, that didn't count. Offering an amendment is a speech. So I know we've got the two speech rule, but as long as Democrats can go down and offer an infinite number of amendments, split those amendments, we call them clay pigeon amendments, into hundreds of parts, you know, literally they can just drag this thing out as long as they want to. And bringing it to a close is much easier said than done.
Charlie Kirk
Well, so Senator, Senator, let me finish.
Senator Ron Johnson
At a minimum, what John Thune ought to do is bring the Save America act up to the floor and force Democrats to defend day after day after day. And I don't know how long would that last, but make them defend while they oppose something that 80 some percent of the American people support. Secure elections and voter ID.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, no, I completely agree with you, Senator, absolutely. Force them to defend the indefensible, this 1986 rule. What would it take to revert that so that every amendment doesn't turn into an endless debate on the floor?
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, that would be a 50 vote threshold. When Robert Byrd proposed it, over 90 senators voted for it. So it was overwhelmingly popular to allow an unlimited number of amendments and not count those as a speech, counting against the two speech rule. So again, we could do that with. And that wouldn't be nuclear and filibuster. That wouldn't be something unprecedented. That'd actually be following the precedent of the Senate. Robert Byrd changed that precedent. We just would be going back to the way the Senate operated under the culture rule, under the filibuster rule for about 100 years.
Charlie Kirk
Hmm. I mean, that seems really pretty obvious. Reports are coming. And listen, I understand you have. There's a culture in the Senate that can be really good. I'm not asking you to name names. I'm going to name them. You don't have to agree, sir. Reports are coming out that it's Senator Curtis from Utah, Thom Tillis, probably Mitch McConnell, and you know, maybe one or two others that are, that are blocking this. So we're probably at like 48, 49 votes to do this. We're short. We need to get to 50, 50 plus one to do this, to make these rules effective in the Senate. Do you feel like any of these holdouts are gettable? Are talks ongoing? Are you guys working the phones? Are you making phone calls to see if we can get them over the top?
Senator Ron Johnson
Well, the best way to get them on top is put on the floor and make them vote. Everybody says, you know, we're coming here and we should be willing to take high votes. Okay, well put your, put your votes where your mouth is. You know, put it on the floor. You know, let the Democrats offer an amendment. It might, might be something we actually want to pass. But realizing it'd be a poison pill. We defeat or we table amendments all the time. All the time. You know, even good amendments recently. No, we're vote no. Because if we put this in here, it changes the bill and it's going to be a poison pill. So we just would bring up, you know, any Democrat amendment. We just have a strategy and say, okay, we're not going to. We're not. No matter how good the amendment is, no matter how much you'd want to support it, we're all going to vote to table it so we can actually pass the Save America act because that's the higher priority.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And just to be clear, I was speaking specifically of changing the rules maybe back to 1980, pre1986. It seems like we're at like 48, 49 votes to actually, you know, institute something. What, like Mike Lee and now you are suggesting and the make it a talking filibuster. I love that, by the way. I love the framing that Mike Lee has put on it, the zombie filibuster. Because Blake makes this point all the time on the show. We don't. Congress is like a zombie Congress because we just don't do anything in Congress because this 60 vote threshold, they're used
Andrew
to not doing anything. They, you have senators who the vast majority of senators have been in a Congress that never is expected to pass anything, never is expected to take the initiative. All they can ever do is pass these big omnibus spending bills because that's really the only legislation we ever passed.
Charlie Kirk
Well, or, you know, the, you know, what's the bill? This is the one big beautiful bill. I'm blanking on the name right now though.
Andrew
That's a big omnibus bill though, basically.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Senator Ron Johnson
Working Family Tax Cut act now. But generally, generally not doing, not passing things in Congress is generally a good thing.
Charlie Kirk
No, for sure.
Senator Ron Johnson
So much of the pass is awful. So that's really the beauty of the filibusters. We've been able to block all kinds of awful legislation. And you know, so again, that's why I'm sympathetic with those who don't want to end it. But again, you have to recognize the reality has changed. Democrats will end it. They'll they'll turn D.C. and Puerto Rico into states. They'll pack the Supreme Court, they'll pass a national election law that will make it easy to cheat. We have to recognize that reality and we need to beat him to the punch.
Charlie Kirk
Senator Ron Johnson, you are one of the good ones. You're fighting for the base, for the, for the grassroots and we thank you for that and we pray you're successful because the SAVE Act, I think it's existential. You got to do it before the election. That's the whole point. We have to make sure our elections are secure. So God bless you, thank you for the work you're doing on that and we'll talk to you again soon.
Senator Ron Johnson
God bless you guys. Take care.
Charlie Kirk
Thank you. Patriot Mobile guys, I want to tell you about it. Glenn and Jenny Story are the best. They run Patriot Mobile. They are real Christian conservatives that are fighting every day. All right, so we have to talk about. I'm noticing a trend where left wing commentators or politicians are trying to whitewash what happened to Charlie. And it's really bothering me, actually. And so two instances in just the last 24 hours. There was a Democrat. Florida state Rep. Ashley Viola Gant said his passing was tragic, but he was not a SA. She doesn't even admit he was assassinated. 536. We want to talk about exercising free speech.
David Zier
Let's ball.
Blake
The First Amendment protects free speech.
Charlie Kirk
We don't need this day of remembrance for a man that was mediocre and racist. And I say mediocre at best. When we hear assassination that's typically related to a person in a political position.
Blake
Charlie Kirk died from gun violence.
Savannah Hernandez
Okay.
Charlie Kirk
Was his passing tragic for those who love him? Absolutely.
Martin Cedra
There is no denying that.
Charlie Kirk
But he was not assassinated. And words being accurate matters. It was a death by gun violence that is an issue here in the country. So Charlie Kirk was not someone that children in the state of Florida should
Blake
be subjected to honoring.
Andrew
Oh, my gosh.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. Pretty disgusting stuff. So the Florida House passed a bill to designate October 14th his birthday. Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk Day of Remembrance. And this shameful disgrace of a state rep has the gall to say, he was not assassinated. He didn't die in his sleep. Woman.
Andrew
Well, all you should ask. She's trying to do this pedantic point. Well, it's for people in a political position. Okay. Was Martin Luther King assassinated? He didn't hold office.
Charlie Kirk
Great point.
Andrew
Was Malcolm X assassinated?
Charlie Kirk
Great point.
Andrew
He didn't hold an office.
Charlie Kirk
Oh, but, sorry, they're black civil rights leaders, so she probably would support that. Let's just call a spade a spade. They do not want Charlie Kirk, his legacy to be in the same stratosphere. I'm sorry, woman. That. It's already done. There are millions and millions of Americans that. That honor Charlie as a martyr. As an assassinated martyr. Because that's exactly.
Andrew
Because that's what he is.
Blake
She does.
Savannah Hernandez
She.
Andrew
They want to downplay. Oh, it's just gun violence. Because then that obscures what we know to be reality, which is that a person on the left radicalized by rhetoric they heard every day from Democratic lawmakers, from people on social media, went, took a rifle and murdered Charlie.
Charlie Kirk
This you're getting to the deeper point. And it's exactly right.
Andrew
And they'll tell that lie repeatedly so that they can get it into the discourse. Just like they lied about it immediately after to make people think Charlie was shot by someone on the right.
Charlie Kirk
Yes.
Andrew
Just like they love to muddle it in all of these ways so then they can look back five years, 10 years, 50 years later and say it's a confused, muddled mess.
Charlie Kirk
It's very controversial. Controversial, no, exactly. It's not controversial. But here's another one. Rep. Jonathan Jackson. So the memo went out. Rep. Jonathan Jackson just absolutely disgraced himself. He's a congressman from Illinois. 543.
Terrence Bates
There's a very toxic climate in Washington D.C. the same Washington, D.C. that would lower the flag for Charlie Kirk that says the 1964 Civil Rights act was a mistake. How can you say getting rid of biases in race and sex and religion was a mistake? How can you say it was a mistake to fully enfranchise people to be Americans? That was a pivotal piece of legislation.
Charlie Kirk
But that's the same speaker and that's
Terrence Bates
what, what we're dealing with.
Charlie Kirk
They have a high tolerance for things
Terrence Bates
that are very indecent and a very low regard for people that have been freed.
Charlie Kirk
Americans. Turn him off. This is an ignorant fool. He knows nothing about what Charlie actually believed. Charlie said the intent of the Civil Rights act was noble, but the execution of it was wrong. Why? Why was it wrong? Because it created a bureaucratic leviathan that was inarguably very extra constitutional that has been used, among other things, to justify things like, you know, men and women's locker rooms, men and women's sports. That's why, that's why Charlie had a problem.
Andrew
Huge amount of left wing politics is essentially premised on just intentionally not understanding things because, no, it's pretty easy to understand what Charlie meant by it because he explained himself over and over again.
Charlie Kirk
Of course.
Andrew
But Charlie opposed racial discrimination. And so he said, I don't want racially discriminatory things and laws that were passed in the 60s and 70s and 80s that were supposedly anti discrimination, instead institutionalized it, mandated it, were used by courts to impose it on everybody. And that's why Charlie fought against them, because Charlie believed in real equality, the equality that is promised in our Declaration of Independence, in our Constitution.
Charlie Kirk
Amen.
Andrew
That is what he fought for. That is ultimately what he died for.
Charlie Kirk
Well, and I have a message for Rep. Jackson, fool from Illinois, Charlie's home state. If you want to know the real reason that Washington is toxic, it's because of fools like you. It's because of ignorant fools like you that spend more time on social media and your algorithms that are designed to lie to you and feed you your own confirmation biases, lies about Charlie and what he actually believed, what he actually said than discovering the truth because the truth isn't inconvenient to you. That Charlie actually thought the intent of the Civil Rights act was noble, but it was executed in the wrong way, it was put in place in the wrong way. You would rather vilify a martyr than acknowledge the truth. You would rather go on Morning Joe and tell Joe Scarborough a complete and utter fiction than admit that you're wrong. It's these kinds of lies, by the way, Rep. Jackson, that led to Charlie's assassination in the first place. It was fools like you, ignorant fools like you, who told lie after lie after lie about what he said and what he believed and that had it churned out with these cherry pick clips that lied about him that got him assassinated in the first place. How many more people have to be killed? How many conservatives have to die by an assassin's bullet for you guys to be satisfied? You can kindly leave his name out of the your mouth, Rep. Jackson. And you should actually, if you had any shame, you would apologize, but you probably won't because you believe the lie so fundamentally. Shame on you. Shame on Morning Joe for airing it. I hope you push back. I didn't see that part of the clip. Probably not. Hour one is in the can. It's an important hour. I think we made some good progress here. We are going to be joined in hour two at the top of it by Savannah Hernandez, our TPUSA frontlines reporters. She's been exposing all this CDL fraud all over the place. Important work by our Turning Point journalists. We're going to have them on next. We'll be right back.
Terrence Bates
Welcome to this REAL America's voice. Welcome to Voice News Break. I'm Terrence Bates. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in the hot seat right now before the House Oversight Committee. She's being deposed as part of their investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and who may have been complicit in some of his crimes. The next two days of depositions, which wraps up tomorrow with former President Bill Clinton, is happening about a mile away from the Clinton's home in Chappaqua, New York, which is not obviously in the nation's capital and in a U.S. house chamber. RAV correspondent and host of Breaking Point, David Zier is in Chappaqua at the Performing Arts center where all of this is playing out. David, good afternoon to you. And it's already been an eventful day. The proceedings, my understanding, were paused just a little while ago over some sort of leaked picture. Can you give us some more information about all of this?
David Zier
Yes. It was revealed that at 12:43pm the testimony was paused that Hillary Clinton has been giving to the Oversight Committee due to a leaked picture apparently from Lauren Boebert, Congressman Boebert on the House Oversight Committee to conservative influencer Benny Johnson who posted it and it was briefly paused. It may be back on. We don't have news yet. We're waiting for that because it's supposed to be a closed hearing, closed hearing to the press and they're trying to get to the bottom of that. But I participated in a press gaggle earlier with the Republican led the leader of the Oversight Committee, James Comer here along with other congressmen and women. And he talked about how they just want to get to the bottom of what's going on there. And then the Democrats came out led by Democratic congressman from California, Robert Garcia. And he was saying, you know, they're deflecting the Democrats and trying to throw shade over this and accusing the DoJ. According to Yasmin Asari as well from Arizona, Democratic congresswoman that the White House and DOJ is hiding 50 pages of files which included a 2019 accusation against President Trump by an alleged victim of Jeffrey Epstein, that Trump sexually assaulted her when she was between 13 and 15 years old. Of course, it's completely uncorroborated, but they're trying to make this claim that came out in an NPR report originally, I believe. But Democratic Congressman Suhas Samranyan from Virginia had a more measured approach saying, listen, this is bipartisan and we just want to know who is is involved with Jeffrey Epstein and who has knowledge of any crimes he had. But I got to ask Congressman Garcia a question here about why is this a mile from the Clintons home here in Chappaqua, New York, and why didn't they do this on Capitol Hill? Taxpayer money. They got to be spending hundreds of thousands of dollars at least to have this hearing here. And I can throw to that for you right now.
Charlie Kirk
Thank you.
David Zier
Why weren't the Clinton states go to Washington to testify?
Charlie Kirk
I'll answer that question.
Senator Ron Johnson
So let me do this today.
Charlie Kirk
Let me go ahead now.
Senator Ron Johnson
We're going to answer to as relates
Martin Cedra
to the questions about the location. The location was selected by Republicans. The majority controls where, where and how these depositions are done.
Charlie Kirk
We want to continue hearing from Folks.
Senator Ron Johnson
Yeah.
David Zier
So there are discussions going on that this was very difficult to get the Clintons to cooperate. Maybe this was part of the deal to do that. But again, you know, taxpayer money being spent on this here. They could practically walk to this venue from their house. It's about a mile away on Old House Lane over here in Chappaqua. But again, fireworks going on here in the small, quiet town of Chappaquan, affluent community just north of New York City. And who knows what's in store tomorrow. Bill Clinton taking the stand here.
Terrence Bates
Yeah, that's going to be interesting. Hey, 20 seconds. While this is a bipartisan hearing, technically Democrats and Republicans are there. It seems like there are two very different motives, if you will.
David Zier
Yeah, there's no doubt about that, because the Clintons have a relationship with Epstein. I mean, Hillary says she never met him and never dealt with him, but there's accusations that the Clinton Global Initiative might have been part of the brainchild of Epstein. He donated to the Clinton foundation as well. And Bill Clinton took 26 or 27 flights on the Lolita Express, something Trump has never done. They have some explaining to do.
Terrence Bates
Lots of explaining to do. All right. Appreciate it. David Zier reporting for us on the ground in Chappaqua, New York, this morning.
Charlie Kirk
All right, welcome back. Hour two of the Charlie Kirk show is underway. We are joined by one of Charlie's favorite reporters in field, and that is Savannah Hernandez. She's a TPSA frontlines journalist, always uncovering huge scoops. And you can follow her on X. She's always blown up there. Savannah, welcome to the show. Thanks for making time. I know we had a little bit of a time zone mishap there, Andrew.
Savannah Hernandez
Every single time I come on this show, we get the times messed up. So we're here. I'm excited. I'm very excited to talk with you guys today about what we're doing at Frontlines.
Andrew
We have good news for you, Savannah, because I believe the times change again next week and it's going to make it all confusing again because Arizona doesn't do the time.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. So we're going to be back on Pacific time, which is going to be lovely.
Andrew
Going to be lovely. But let's dive right into it. Savannah, you've been posting some great clips. You guys have dived into that whole fraud commercial trucking investigation. I kind of want to ask about. Let's talk about first about your. Your guys's new trucking mini documentary about how we've basically given the country's valuable trucking industry away to Whoever wants it, I suppose.
Savannah Hernandez
Yeah, Blake. So honestly, the reason why I got interested in this is because I live in Austin, Texas. And last year and Eritrean migrant slammed into stop traffic. He ended up causing an 18 car pileup, killing a 4 year old and an infant. I was mortified and I've been scared to drive on the highway since. Now this is a continued pattern that's been happening and we have seen Americans die again and again and again. And many people are asking the question, how are illegal immigrants being given permission to drive 80,000 pound semi trucks on the highways? So that's what this documentary highlights and entails. And when I first asked this question, I was thinking, okay, you know, maybe there was a little loophole that got exploited and that's it. But what ended up happening is in the trucking industry we unveiled a web of fraud so vast that this actually, actually just scratches the surface. And what we focused in on here were again the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration or the FMCSA for short. A lot of the regulations that they have been relaxing over the last 10 years that have led to CDL Mills, aka shady CDL schools that have been handing out these licenses to migrants like candy, leading to the highway system that we have today where you had a migrant just yesterday in Missouri that was driving the wrong way on the highway for over three miles. So this documentary delves into all of it and what we found was shocking because I'm talking entire CDL schools with tik tok pages of migrants that are advertising these CDL programs in different languages. Now what I found is that basically the FMCSA was like, hey, we're going to go ahead and allow CDL schools to self certify. Because during COVID 19 there was this trucker shortage, right? This was something that was really pushed. And in the trucking industry, these truckers stated, yeah, there was a small shortage. But what ended up happening was this fear was exploited to mass import cheap foreign labor. And what you're seeing on screen now are these shady CDL schools in which migrants came in the the FMCSA relaxed those regulations. We went from 2100 CDL schools to over 32,000 CDL schools within a matter of years. Yes, because of the self certification. And it gets even worse than that because the FMCSA then said, hey, by the way, you can also become a third party tester. So basically someone can go to your CDL school and then you can give them a certificate from the school and they can take that to the DMV and Then they can get their license. Now, the way that this is an interconnected web of fraud is you have migrants who come over to the United States, they start a trucking company, they sponsor migrants from the foreign countries that they're from to attend or to work at their trucking companies. They send them to a migrant run CDL school. They're fast tracked for the cdl. There's corruption at the DMV sometimes. So they're able to maybe even just buy that CDL license. Or they're passing the program in three to ten days. By the way, per actual truckers, it takes a lot longer than three to 10 days to get your CDL certification.
Charlie Kirk
Pause. You're okay, you're saying they get a CDL in three to 10 days and they don't even speak English.
Savannah Hernandez
So this is what they are saying in these reviews. And yes, again, this is why this was shocking, Andrew, because Danielle Chaffin, she's who I interviewed for this, she was saying that the reviews for CDL schools across the nation are a gold mine. Because one, every single review is written in a name that is not American very clearly. And then the reviews, the students are writing in those reviews how many days it took them to get their CDL certification from these schools. We have seen reviews that say three days. We have seen reviews that say 10 days. So these programs pretty much offer a fast track cdl. And this is again, just this really dangerous web that's going on. And these migrants have done a really great job of coming in, embedding, creating these schools, creating these companies. And again, this is just the CDL side. We also have trucking companies, hundreds of them across the nation that are registered under the name no Name given. And that's where these many reports that I've been posting on my X account have come from, where you have trucking companies that are getting $618,000 in PPP loans. And the company doesn't really seem legitimate. One of the most insane stories, yes, was out of Columbus, Ohio. This was Jamal Trucking Company. They got a $314,000 PPP loan. They were only open for three months. There was no activity on their company. And just a couple months after getting that PPP loan, their operating authority to operate trucks on the road was revoked and they were ultimately shut down by the DOT because they refused to prove that they were a legitimate trucking company. So again, the portion that I was speaking about regarding the CDL schools, that is just one aspect of this, the fraudulent trucking companies. Because in some cases you have 600 companies in California registered to one address. That's another aspect of this. These companies are breaking into our PPP loans. They're using Workforce Development program grants. Millions of dollars are being poured into this industry as well. But to be honest, I think most importantly, you have unqualified migrant drivers on the road who do not speak English, do not understand the metric system here in the United States of America. I mean, Andrew, think about going to Germany right now. Think about going to Russia right now or to India and trying to drive an £80,000 semi truck on their road. Are you going to be able to read their signs? Are you going to understand the measurement of their bridges? No, you're not. And that's what we're doing right now is importing people from these foreign countries and throwing them on our roads. By the way, sorry to ramble on about this. Lots of information here, but a lot of these migrant trucking companies as well. The. Let me phrase this correctly. The largest amount of countries that are tied to stolen freight from the United States, it is people from those countries that are driving here in the United States.
Andrew
Exactly. And I, Even with your analogy, at least if I were to go to India and try to drive a truck, I have been driving for decades. But it occurs to me a lot of these people come to the United States. They might never have owned a car in their home country. They might not have driven regularly. I want to throw up this image because you might have some thoughts about it. And we'll give you 45 seconds. Let's throw up 581. This is something that went viral the other day. This is the trucking companies in one residential subdivision, Greenwood, Indiana. There's must be 50, maybe 80 of them. And that's one subdivision. He posts another in another just intersection in the same town. And there's dozens more. Is that what you're finding? 30 seconds. Just dozens of these things. And what does that represent?
Savannah Hernandez
Yes, Blake. And what this represents is something called a chameleon carrier. So the DOT gives a specific number to a trucking company, that trucking company and that number are tied to all of the crashes, all of these safety violations to that trucking company. So instead of shutting down when they are found to be in violation of something or they're involved in a horrific crash, they simply change out that number. That's what all those trucking companies are.
Charlie Kirk
This is. We're going to Savannah. Can you say one more? Because there's actually more here that we got to get to. Plus Delilah's law that President Trump called for at the State of the Union. That's a beautiful moment, by the way, in a series of beautiful moments. I feel like they all deserve so much oxygen and attention. But first step, so stay right there. Sav. I'm going to tell everybody about our friends over at Hillsdale. It's Charlie's favorite college. Before he ever stepped behind a microphone, Charlie understood something important. Leadership begins with learning. He didn't chase a diploma or title. He chased truth through Hillsdale College's free online courses. He studied the great works of the classics, the principles of America's founding and the life changing truths of the Bible. Those ideas didn't just inform him. They shaped his character, strengthened his convictions and prepared him for the challenges ahead. One of the courses he took was the Genesis Story, and that's taught by Dr. Justin Jackson from Hillsdale. This online course explores the relationship between God and man and what happens when the relationship is broken and the path towards reconciliation. It's a real college course, rigorous, thoughtful and accessible to anyone willing to learn. You can take the very same course completely free@charlieforhillsdale.com enroll today. That's charlieforhillsdale.com learn deeply. Lead boldly. Carry it forward. Learn like Charlie did. We'll be right back with safety. All right, welcome back. I cannot tell you how infuriating it is that every industry in this freaking country, it seems like, has tried to undercut American workers. I get it. There's a profit motive. But at some point, our country, our country's companies must be in service to the good of the country. You have to put country over the fricking five extra pennies in your wallet. And we're doing it to truckers. This is, this clip just hit me really hard. I want to play it and it's, it's a 50 second clip, so bear with me. 5, 46.
Blake
We have outsourced labor to other countries to manufacture our stuff in order to get cheaper products. And we're now trying to figure out a way to do that in other professions in this country. But you can't outsource trucking. You can't. You need the trucks to drive in the US So then how can you then try to keep things cheap or keep things as cheap as possible or get the best margins? You bring in the labor from the outside. So driver salaries have been cut in half of what they were making for the same job in 1979 versus today. But the productivity has gone through the roof. And so when you take an individual who's not American and they come here and they find out that they're paid by the mile, if you're paid by the mile, you want to get as many miles as possible as fast as you possibly can. And so the idea of safety or anything kind of goes out the window.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. So it's so many issues in that clip. Tell us about it. Sav.
Savannah Hernandez
Sure. So I of course wanted to sit down with an actual trucker. So this was Michael Lombard. He was a former trucker. And I basically have heard the same thing from him as multiple people in the industry that it is American trucking businesses that have gone out of business because they can't compete anymore with these migrant companies that are working for half now. Further in this doc and further in this clip, Michael talks about how two Hispanic men here in San Antonio, actually in Texas, were importing migrants in from Mexico, utilizing these illegal workers and basically exploiting them, making them drive extra hours. That's why oftentimes too with these illegal immigrant truck crashes, sometimes these people are falling asleep at the wheel because they are making them drive more hours than they're supposed to they're falling asleep at the wheel. And then if they say, hey, I don't want to do this anymore, what ends up happening is the, the company owners say, okay, well we're going to turn you into ice then we are going to withhold whatever immigration papers that you gave to us that we brought you in here with. So again, these migrants are being exploited and then the trucking companies, and then the American truckers can't compete with the fact that you have all of these people working for half and it's really, really impacting Americans and again, American businesses. It's really heartbreaking. And like I said, safety is at the forefront. You can't put a price on an American life. And that is essentially what these companies have done. They continue to choose cheap foreign labor. And like Michael was talking about, you can't outsource trucking. And so we have imported thousands of these migrant truckers that are unqualified. And then you have states all across America that have actively worked to give these people what is called a non domiciled cdl because migrants don't get the same type of CDL that an American trucker would. They get a non domiciled CDL. And in the, I want to say it was 30 crashes in 2025, 17Americans killed and all 30 of those crashes it was a non domiciled CDL holder. And the way that these migrants were getting these non domiciled CDLs while being here illegally is because when they crossed the border they were given employment authorization documents. And so that's what a lot of senators are trying to work on right now. Right? If you have temporary protected status, if you use employment authorization documents, AKA you're an illegal immigrant, you shouldn't be working in the first place. You can't have your CDL anymore. So the DOT has done a good job at shutting down these CDL mills, at trying to really clamp down on everything that's been happening. But we do have to keep in mind that we have 200,000 non domiciled CDL drivers on the road right now. And this has been happening since 2016. For the last 10 years the industry
Charlie Kirk
has degraded and sav. I just want to remind our audience some of these more high profile crashes. Harjender Singh in Florida, an Indian national in the US illegally since 2018. He pulled that illegal U turn in Florida in St Lucie county and killed three people. Jasaprit Singh in California, a 21 year old Indian national who entered the US illegally in 2022 and was released under Biden era policies. Attained a California CDL and he was apparently driving under the influence of drugs. Caused an eight vehicle fiery crash on I10 in San Bernardino killing three people in minivan. He was charged Bez Han Beef, also Indian, a Kazakh or a Kazakh national who entered the US in 2023 via the CBP1 app. There you go. Obtained a CDL in Pennsylvania. He caused a head on crash killing four people. Sue Keep Sukhdeep Singh, another Singh Indiana. An Indian national in the US Illegally allegedly ran a red light in Hendricks county causing a fatal crash that killed a 64 year old Terry Schultz. Singh was arrested and handed over to ice and it goes on and on. Tennessee, another one in Indiana. This is a massive, massive problem and I want to just play this clip from President Trump at the State of the Union because it was so important.
Senator Ron Johnson
580 many, if not most illegal aliens
Charlie Kirk
do not speak English and cannot read
Senator Ron Johnson
even the most basic road signs as to direction, speed, danger or location.
Blake
That's why tonight I'm calling in Congress
Charlie Kirk
to pass what we will call the
Senator Ron Johnson
Delilah law barring any state from granting
Charlie Kirk
commercial driver's licenses to illegal aliens.
Andrew
It's so clearly just such a looting operation of America and it's just been allowed to happen for decades. It just frustrates me because we should pass that law, but Congress should just, just abolish this entire system that lets us bring in hundreds of thousands. We need jobs for lower skilled Americans and this is one of the last ones.
Charlie Kirk
We have a great job. For an American that doesn't have a college degree, for example, this is a great job. Sam, last 30 seconds to you.
Savannah Hernandez
Sure. Like you were saying, Blake, this used to be like an all American type of job. Right. American trucking was kind of like our last line of defense where the average American could go and utilize this type of industry to search out and achieve their American dream. And even that has been taken away. We've seen fraud from, you know, the daycare industry, the health care industry and now even trucking is impacted. So I really do hope that Congress, that the Senate, that the entirety of government uses the full force of their power to fix this problem because again, it doesn't matter if you're on the left or the right, you're driving on America's highways and they should be safe.
Charlie Kirk
Savannah Hernandez, TPO say Frontlines. Thank you for your great reporting, Sab. We'll have you on again soon. I know there's more fraud to uncover in many states. We'll see you soon. We'll be right back.
Terrence Bates
Terrence Bates here with your Real America's Voice news break. Hillary Clinton is being deposed by members of the House Oversight Committee. Right now, she's in the hot seat as part of the congressional investigation into Jeffrey Evans Epstein. Now, earlier this morning, there was a bit of a hiccup as the proceedings were paused when a picture was leaked of Hillary Clinton inside the deposition room. That is against the rules. There are reports this morning that that picture was leaked by Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert. In the meantime, as we understand it, the deposition is now back underway. Here's what Republicans had to say earlier this morning as they went into the deposition.
Senator Ron Johnson
And no one's accusing at this moment
Charlie Kirk
the Clintons of any wrongdoing.
Senator Ron Johnson
They're going to have due process.
Charlie Kirk
But we have a lot of questions.
Senator Ron Johnson
And the purpose of the whole investigation
Charlie Kirk
is to try to understand many things about Epstein. How did he accumulate so much wealth? How was he able to surround himself
Senator Ron Johnson
with some of the most powerful men in the world?
Charlie Kirk
Was he an asset for our government or any other government? These are the questions that we're going to ask over the next two days
Senator Ron Johnson
and hopefully we'll be able to get some answers. And as always, we're going to release the transcripts. We're going to release the video as
Charlie Kirk
soon as everyone has approved it.
Terrence Bates
The depositions are happening in Chappaqua, New York, where the Clintons live, not on Capitol Hill, while the testimony is happening in private. As you just heard from House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, the video and transcripts will be released as soon as the Clintons approve it. Today is Hillary Clinton's turn to testify. Tomorrow, her husband will face off with the committee in an extraordinary case of a former president being dragged before Congress to explain himself. Another story we're watching is happening in Chicago as former civil rights leader who recently passed away, Jesse Jackson is being remembered. He's having funeral services in Chicago along with services that are being held in Washington, D.C. and South Carolina. Again, this is Jesse Jackson being remembered here after having passed away earlier this week. That's a quick check of your headlines.
Charlie Kirk
Stop watching the news and start making
Blake

I am so excited about our this next segment. We have Martin Cedra and his lovely wife Millicent Cedra. They're at Echo Church in Sydney, Australia. Not to be confused with your. Not twin brother. No, Andrew Saidra.
Martin Cedra
I know, man. We're very united. There's two of us. There's four of us now. You've met two. That's my wife.
Blake
We have two different wives by the wife.
Martin Cedra
I'm not a Muslim. We don't have two wives. Don't worry.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, exactly. And this whole thing's a ruse, isn't it?
Martin Cedra
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Charlie Kirk
No, but I've actually seen you side by side.
Martin Cedra
It's very confusing.
Charlie Kirk
But you're the younger brother.
Martin Cedra
I'm the younger one.
Charlie Kirk
To make things more confusing, you have a twin sister.
Martin Cedra
I have a twin sister and she doesn't look like me. Thank the Lord. She's a beautiful woman.
Charlie Kirk
You guys are down in Australia, but you tour around in the States from time to time. Why do you think that's important? What is the message you're spreading here? You're kind of like warning of stuff that you're seeing and. Okay, please.
Martin Cedra
Yeah. There is an Islamic invasion happening in America right now. And I don't mean to be, you know, the guy who brings the bad news, but it is true. My country, Egypt, 1400 years ago was 90% Christian and Islam conquered it. And now it's 90% Muslim. And for the last 1400 years, Islam has conquered countries. Morocco was Christian. It was conquered by Islam. Yemen was Christian, conquered by Islam. Turkey was Christian, conquered by Islam. Egypt was Christian, conquered by Islam. And. And the next big dog on the list is America. This is their golden trophy and they are fighting hard. I mean, you're seeing it now. Zohar Mamdani, Muslim mayor in New York City, the mayor of Dearborn, Michigan, the mayor of St. Louis Park. You're seeing Ilhan Omar, and he's seeing all these things. And apparently now what we're seeing in America, apparently Muhammad's a good guy. Like, Zohar Adani just did a speech in New York City and he's like, we should follow the example of Prophet Muhammad who, you know, migrated to Medina as a refugee. And I'm like, really? You want us in America? Instead of following the example of Jesus and the apostles, you want me to follow Muhammad, who was a pedophile and slept with a nine year old and killed the infidel? So there's a real Islamic.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. Blake's Fire.
Andrew
I would always, I would always make Charlie kind of like a little uncomfortable because I'd bring it up and then I just kept bringing it up.
Martin Cedra
Oh, he is, he isn't. Whether we, like Muslims, try to, you know, kind of make Muhammad look like a nice guy, they're like, muhammad was a perfect guy, a nice guy. I'm like, really? Muhammad was a perfect guy. This Guy literally had 11 wives. He had sex slaves. He married a 6 year old when he was 54. He had sex with her when she was 9. He allows men to beat their, to beat their wives up. He literally says in the Quran, husbands, you can beat your wife up if she disobeys you. When the Bible says, husbands, love your wives as Christ loved the church. Muhammad was a warlord, a political leader. This guy's no example. I think the Quran is the most hateful book in all of history. And I can't believe that this is still being taught in America. Like, there is a real Islamic invasion happening now. And they're masquerading with. The thing about Islamic is they know that America is not going to accept them for who they are. So they're masquerading and they're changing their strategy. So now they're putting on a suit, now they're looking clean. They're masquerading as religion of peace. They're masquerading as a nice guy. And once you accept them in, that's when they turn on you. And Islam, that's how they work across history. When they don't have the power. They act peaceful, they act nice, they act tolerant. The moment they have the power, that's when they flip on you. And that's what Muhammad did. Muhammad, for the first 12 years of his ministry in Mecca, he preached tolerance, peace, inclusivity. Nobody listened. The moment he moves to Medina, 12 years later, he preaches in Medina. And he gets the numbers. He gets the people around him. He gets the army. He's like, all right, no more peace, no more tolerance. Let's flip on these guys. And that's what I think is happening in America now, is they're acting tolerant, they're acting peaceful until you give them power like Zohar Ramdani, and it's all gonna flip. And we're seeing in New York City now, New York City, the call to prayer is happening. Zohar Mandani just apparently put a Quran in the New York museum. Zohar Abdani now apparently thinks Muhammad is the greatest example. And we're seeing a slow Islamization of America. It's a slow process, but it is
Charlie Kirk
happening until it's not until it flips. Quick.
Andrew
I want to highlight a few things that might be of interest to people. So you mentioned that, you know, they want to conquer countries, and it's not just that they happen to spread and take over. They'll have. For example, there was Istanbul. Constantinople was what it was, great Christian city in modern Turkey. And they had prophecies. They said, oh, the Prophet Muhammad prophesied that we would take this city. And they saw it as a fulfillment of prophecy when they conquered it. I believe they have similar prophecies about one day conquering Rome. Yes, that's another great Christian city and this ideology of conquest that Vienna is the capital of Austria, and right now they're having an argument. Four hundred years ago, there was a big battle in Vienna. Muslims tried to conquer the city and failed. They wanted to put up a statue honoring that because, you know, the king who helped rescue them, of course, and they have shut that down. They've rejected it because they say that statue is Islamophobic.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Andrew
We cannot build Islamophobic statues.
Martin Cedra
Crazy.
Andrew
In the city of Vienna.
Martin Cedra
Yeah.
Andrew
It's getting conquered.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Andrew
Islamic migration.
Martin Cedra
And this is the thing about Islam. Islam masquerades as a religion. It's not a religion. It is a political movement. It is a political movement. It conquest countries. And for 1400 years, they conquer countries. Muhammad died, you know, 1400 years ago. And within 100 years of Muhammad's death, Islam conquered 50 to 70 of the Christian world. Like, just imagine how great of a political movement they are to conquer 50 to 70% of the Christian world. And they don't stop until every Christian nation is conquered. They will not stop until every Jew and every Jewish state is conquered by Islam and every Christian state is conquered by Islam. And the sad news is, is if Americans don't think it could happen here, it's happening in Europe. Europe, like Europe, the great Southland of the Holy Spirit. The land where we saw revival. We saw John WESLEY in the 1700s, we saw Jonathan Edwards. All the great revivals that started in England now are dead. And now the church is weak, woke and cowardly, as Charlie Kirk said. And because the church was weak work and cowardly, Islam conquered it. And now the most common baby name in London and a lot of the states in Europe is Muhammad. It's not Charlie, it's not Greg, it's not, you know, I don't know what English name you have. It's Mohammed.
Charlie Kirk
So, Melissa, I want to get you in here because you bring a whole different perspective of this. What are you seeing, especially when you tour the US versus Yeah.
I
So, I mean, many of you would know of the Bondi shooting that happened. This was 30 minutes from us in Sydney. And our government's response to the Bondi shooting was, oh, it looks like people are going to start to have a bad picture of Islam. And so our woke effeminate prime minister's response to the Bondi shooting was to bring in Islamophobic laws, hate speech laws. Every time we preach about the ideology of Islam, the federal police show up to our church and say, you guys are being hateful.
Martin Cedra
So we're the ones that are gonna go to jail.
Charlie Kirk
This is crazy.
I
It's crazy.
Charlie Kirk
So a radical jihadi and his son, two radical jihadis, kill a bunch of Australians and the government responds by.
I
Yes.
Charlie Kirk
Implementing hate speech laws to protect Muslims.
I
Yes.
Charlie Kirk
What on earth?
I
Yes. And that, and that's my point. The reason we are here in Australia is because predominantly people were not using their freedom of speech when they had it. And now we're losing it. And that's our message to Americans. You have freedom of speech. Please use it. Like right now, the worst you can, the worst that can happen to many people is you're going to get hated online. You're going to get called a bigot, you're going to get called an Islamophobe, you're going to get called racist. Like, that's it. Like, can you just use your freedom of speech before it's Too late. Because what you do not speak about now, eventually it will be illegal to speak about.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, and this is why Charlie is the goat. Here's a clip in September of 2025, so the month he was killed. Let's go ahead and play. It's a longer clip, but it's worth it. 582, you look at Europe.
Blake
The Islamist invasion brought to you by the secular humanist European technocratic elites is making Europe worse. It's making Europe dirtier, It's making Europe less safe. It has no cultural identity. It's decaying and collapsing as a nation. There's no European identity left whatsoever. And the worst part of it is that it's invited. Islamism has a tendency to take over and metastasize like a cancer. Immigration without assimilation is invasion. And Islam does not assimilate. Islam conquers. Islam takes over. Islam devours. Islam is an imperialistic parasitic ideology. Islam views itself as a conquering faith. You have to pray five times a day pointing towards a separate nation pledging fealty to another nation. Islam's own self story is that we will take you over. It's totalitarianism masked as a religion.
Martin Cedra
Charlie Kirk is a prophetic voice man, like he said it. Charlie Kirk said Islam is incompatible with the West. And I could not agree more. What out of Islam is compatible with American values? I mean the thing that built America was freedom. We believe in freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom together. Islam does not believe in freedom at all. You have to worship Allah and convert to Islam or pay jizz your tax and die. Islam is not compatible with the west because in the west we actually protect children. We protect them. In Islam they allow child marriage like in Afghanistan right now. Do you know that a 44 year old man just married a 9 year old wife guy, he's following his prophet Muhammad. Do you know that Islam is not compatible with the west because they don't protect women Under Islamic law, if a Muslim man conquer the Christian nation, he is allowed to have a sex slave as long as you're not a Muslim. That is real Islamic law. He's allowed to have a sex slave and rape anybody that's not a Muslim. Under Islamic law a Muslim man can have four wives and this is not compatible.
Charlie Kirk
This is why we saw the rape gangs and grooming gangs in the uk.
Martin Cedra
This is for them. It's not wicked, it's just normal.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, and this is why, you know when they become police officers, when they have little positions of power, the mayors, then it becomes a complete corrupt cabal. Where the girls can't get justice because the police Officers are in 100.
Andrew
We've seen this. Yeah, the grooming gangs. UK. UK cities. These British cities that were the finest cities in the Western world, they now have Islamified police departments where, yeah, girls have been groomed and raped by taxi drivers. And they go to the police, and turns out the police perpetuate the abuse, hide the abuse. They. Sometimes they've notified the people who are suspects, like, oh, people are starting to talk about this. Like, they've basically been spies.
Charlie Kirk
And you know why?
Andrew
Rapist gangs?
Charlie Kirk
Because they have fealty to Mecca. They have fealty to an ideology, not to the laws of the land, not to UK law, not to their customs, but they completely despise them.
Blake
Exactly.
Charlie Kirk
I have to tell you about Strong Cell. And I told you I'm gonna do two today because I was traveling on the road. This is a breakthrough, special delivery of something called nadh, which powers all your cell. You're nodding because have you heard of nadh?
Martin Cedra
No, but I'm gonna have some.
Charlie Kirk
No, Nadh is this breakthrough because it literally powers your mitochondria. So you used to have to go to an iv. Yeah. Try it out. You said to get an IV cost hundreds of bucks to get it right into your veins because your stomach kills it. It's really fragile. So. But Strong Cell developed a proprietary delivery of this nadh. And so here we go. This is number two for me today because I was traveling. It's good, right?
Martin Cedra
That's good, ma'.
David Zier
Am.
Charlie Kirk
Coq 10 collagen. Delicious. So here's the thing. Gotta try it for four to six weeks, and you will absolutely feel a massive, massive difference. Go to StrongCell.com promo code Charlie StrongCell.com promo code Charlie More with the Cedras when we get back. Don't go anywhere. All right. Just in case you guys think we're making some of this up, I'm gonna play a couple clips laying out the proof of what we're describing. They want to outbreed you. That's part of their strategy. They know that white women and Western women, their fertility rates are dropping and plummeting. Well, theirs aren't, and they're making sure of it. They make their women have lots of babies. 564.
Blake
Let's work towards that.
Charlie Kirk
Let's work towards a Muslim mirror. Next election that comes in, nominate people
Senator Ron Johnson
for the school board of education.
Charlie Kirk
Next election that comes here, nominate people for the local township.
Senator Ron Johnson
Begin the demographics change.
Charlie Kirk
People converted. There's A big, huge conversion going on in this country. Country. Where are the converts? They just convert and they're gone in the wilderness.
Senator Ron Johnson
The other thing, children.
Charlie Kirk
Muslims have the highest population average.
Senator Ron Johnson
They did this. Pew foundation did a research study.
Charlie Kirk
Pew Foundation. And they said that Muslim household average is 3.4 child per family. The white American has one child per family. We're already beating the march because these are voters. These are not just babies being born in hospital.
Blake
These are rulers.
Charlie Kirk
That's the way a politician looks at it. They say that now I want to show you throw up image. 557, 4 out of 10 Muslims want Sharia law in the United States. So they asked the question, do you support or oppose the implementation of Sharia law in the US in the next 20 years? 40% of US Muslims support Sharia law in the US. So we got a question from one of our team members here. How do you stop Sharia, the Islamification of America if they're already here and they're already gonna outbreed us?
I
Yeah, I mean, I think the problem is always the church. And the answer is always the church. I think Islam will always spread under a weak woke church. You know, we've been saying as Christians, don't get involved in politics, we should just leave the political sphere. We should leave that, hand that over to the devil, whatever that means. And yet Muslims are very happy to get involved in politics. They believe in Sharia law ruling and governing this country. And not only that, we've been saying as Christian parents, we've been, we don't want to push Christianity on our children. We're not going to train our children up in the ways of the Lord. Well then you get into a Muslim mindset. They are training their children up in the ways of Jihad. Many Muslim children can quote and recite whole chapters of the Quran. They have indoctrination centers where they are being trained up in the ways of jihad. And not only that, just I'm so mesmerized by the fact that Muslims are more proud of their pedophile Prophet Muhammad than many Christians are proud of Love the perfect Jesus Christ. And I just think Christians need to stop being ashamed of our faith, stop being ashamed of Jesus Christ and we need to start preaching Christianity in the public square. And number two is have lots of babies.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Martin Cedra
And by the way, all these Muslims, all these Muslims saying I want Sharia law, I want Sharia law. These guys are crazy. Even all these Somalians saying we want Sharia law, you ask them who wants Sharia law? All the most are like me, Me. I want Sharia law. Who loves Islam?
Savannah Hernandez
Yeah.
Blake
Me, Me, me, me, me.
Martin Cedra
Well, then you ask the Muslims who wants to live in Afghanistan? Not me. Wait, what?
Charlie Kirk
Wait.
Martin Cedra
And then you ask them, who hates America? The Muslims, like, you're death to America. Death to the United States.
Charlie Kirk
And we support these people.
Martin Cedra
Well, they burn our American flag. They hate America. Who hates Christianity? The Muslims say, me. Well, who wants to live in America? Me. It's like, wait, wait, wait. You left your Muslim country under Shari law to move to a Christian country under the God of the Bible only to want to bring Shari law into this country. And this is the thing about Islam is Muslims love the blessing of Christianity, but they hate Christianity. They love the fruit and freedom that Christianity offers, but they don't like the God who gave us that freedom. And the reason America is blessed is not just because geographical location, nuclear weapons. The reason America is blessed is because of what Psalm 33:12 says. It says, blessed is a nation whose God is the Lord. And that is why America is blessed. And that's why Muslims will always migrate here. But when they migrate here, they don't assimilate and they don't bless our nation. They hate it. They want to, they want to destroy it. They want to burn our flag. But they need to wake up and realize the reason my Muslim country is destroyed is because I worship a false prophet who teaches poverty, destruction and violence.
Andrew
And let's be, let's be frank. Another reason they come here in a lot of our countries is because they can basically treat it as a source of plunder. We just talked about trucking scam. A lot of those are Islamic migrants. And we see in the uk, you can move to the uk, be completely skill free a criminal, and they'll give you free government financed housing, free government financed everything. They'll never expect you to get a job at that point, can you? You can hardly blame them for deciding to basically be a modern day pirate.
Martin Cedra
Yeah, and that's what they call the jihad of the wealth. So they have a few jihads, they got real jihad where they come in your country, they kill your people, they stab your people. They got the jihad of the womb, which is what Millie was talking about. The jihad of the womb is let's have more babies than you. We're going to wage war against the west by having more babies. And then the jihad of the wealth, we're going to come in the west, we're going to take your money and we're going to send it to Muslim nations. We're going to send it to isis and we're going to make sure that
Charlie Kirk
Christianity, I think it's so useful just
Andrew
to remember, you know, what is the history that we tell ourselves. So like with Christianity, we can tell ourselves the story of you had Christ, you had the apostles. They suffered for their faith. They spread it anyway because the message was so powerful that it spread in the face of persecution. The story you tell yourself if you're a Muslim, what is their early history
Blake
that they tell themselves?
Andrew
And it's that they swept through the power of God, they conquered these other lands and they ruled over them by the sword.
Charlie Kirk
So is right by the sword. There's a clip for this again. I want to prove this to people that may think we're being crazy. 565 I find that there are only two things which are open to our movements. Ballot or bullet. Nothing in between.
I
Oh man.
Senator Ron Johnson
Yeah.
I
Yeah.
Martin Cedra
Y and we call these guys, by the way, like the Any Muslim who kills a Christian or goes and blows themselves up, everyone says they're radical Muslims. They're extreme Muslims. For me, they're not radical Muslims. They're normal faithful Muslims because according to the Quran, that's what they're commanded to do. Muslims are commanded to kill the infidel. Quran, chapter nine, it says kill the unbeliever, kill the polytheists, terrorize them and behead them them. So when a Muslim blows themselves up or kills somebody or kills Christians or Jews in Australia or America, I'm not really surprised. They're actually being very faithful Muslims. And the Muslims who are kind, loving. I'm not saying they're not kind because not all Muslims are violent. But these Muslims are actually being unfaithful to the Quran because they're not meant to love you. They're not meant to befriend you. They're meant to wage war against you.
Charlie Kirk
Here's another clip. They're building a pipeline of future leaders. 567 there's 7. Nearly 7 million American Muslims right now. Alhamdulillah.
Martin Cedra
Let's talk.
Charlie Kirk
Take gratitude in the fact that we're here in the great state of Florida. Part of power building is building a pipeline of leaders. I want to see Inshaallah one day. Governor of the state of Florida is a Muslim. Everybody say insha'.
David Zier
Allah.
Charlie Kirk
The house has Muslims in there. Say insha'.
David Zier
Allah.
Terrence Bates
Senators.
Charlie Kirk
Muslim senators. Say insha'. Allah.
Martin Cedra
This is crazy, man. Hey, stop voting for Muslim mayors. I'm sick of this. I'm sick of this. Gaze for Gaza feminists. I'm sick of it. Like gays, you understand saying gays for Gaza, it's like saying chickens for kfc. If you go to the Middle east as a gay person, you'll be killed. The throne of a building. These guys are masquerading as peaceful. But the Muslims hate the gays, they hate the trans, they hate the feminists, they hate the Christians and they hate the Jews. They're just acting peaceful until they get your vote. And once they get your vote and get in power, then their true colors is going to come out. That's Islam for you.
I
Yeah, yeah. You know, as Christians we have must decide what kind of framework for morality do we want for the nation, for the civilization. You know, we were on a school campus and a Christian was saying to us, oh, we shouldn't push you our religious views in the public square. I'm like, okay, you have to decide do you want Sharia law or do you want the Bible to govern our nation? And stop being ashamed of the Bible, stop being ashamed of Jesus Christ and stop being ashamed of Christianity. Otherwise Islam will take our seat in politics.
Charlie Kirk
Amen.
Martin Cedra
We want Jesus, not Muhammad based.
I
Yes, amen based.
Charlie Kirk
Australians, they do exist.
Martin Cedra
Let's go.
Charlie Kirk
Well, concludes our show for the day. We'll see you guys tomorrow. Friday we have our ask us anything and great special guest in hour one. We'll see you then. This is an iHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human.
This episode dives deep into several of the most pressing issues dominating conservative media in early 2026. The show offers in-depth commentary on massive government fraud (notably Medicaid and healthcare in Minnesota), the latest developments and controversies surrounding the Epstein file disclosures and their political implications, a passionate critique of current immigration and trucking policies, and an extended, pointed discussion of Islam’s growing presence and influence in Western societies. The episode ends with a wide-ranging conversation with Christian leaders from Australia, focusing on the threats of Islamic conquest, the loss of free speech, and the importance of maintaining Western (particularly Christian) cultural identity.
[02:56–08:38]
The show opens by highlighting extensive reports of fraud in Medicaid spending in Minnesota.
Criticism is directed at Minnesota’s Governor Walz for systemic lack of oversight.
General Accounting Office (GAO) estimates 3–6 hundred billion dollars are lost annually due to government fraud—about 10% of all government spending.
[10:00–26:36]
NPR alleges that the Justice Department withheld and/or removed Epstein files potentially damaging to Donald Trump:
Kirk says the episode has gone viral on Gen Z-focused social media, fueling anti-Trump sentiment—despite, in his view, a lack of real evidence.
Kirk further claims that victims’ lawyers and the DOJ are simply redacting personally identifiable information as required by law, not covering for Trump.
Kirk argues that Democrats had the files for years and only raised the issue when politically expedient.
Concluding the segment, Kirk and Andrew reiterate that actual prosecutions must be based on provable offenses, not rumor or internet innuendo.
[10:28–13:03], [34:44–42:41]
Brief comments about the tense and “evil” atmosphere in D.C. and lobbyist culture.
Senator Ron Johnson segment:
[34:44–42:41]
President Trump called for passage of the “Save America Act” to prevent noncitizens from voting.
Long digression on Senate rules, the two-speech rule, and the challenge of reverting to pre-1986 legislative culture.
[45:22–49:41]
The show fiercely challenges efforts (by Democrats like Ashley Viola Gant and Rep. Jonathan Jackson) to downplay or recategorize Kirk’s assassination.
The show cites misstatements about Civil Rights Act positions, argues Kirk wanted real equality, and accuses political opponents of “lying” and stoking hate.
[52:47–56:38]
Detailed updates from the on-location correspondent on the private depositions of Hillary and Bill Clinton relating to Epstein.
Notable:
[57:43–74:55]
Savannah Hernandez presents her investigative findings on widespread fraud in the American commercial trucking industry.
Fraud exploits PPP loans, workforce grants, and licensing loopholes—criminal trucking companies proliferate using “chameleon carrier” tactics.
The consequences:
Trump’s State of the Union call for the “Delilah Law” to prohibit state CDLs for illegals highlighted and praised:
[79:17–98:42]
Martin and Millicent Cedra, Australian Christian leaders, argue passionately that the West is under threat from “Islamic invasion.”
Comparison with historical Islamic conquests of Christian lands; critique of Western churches as “weak, woke, and cowardly.”
Millicent Cedra describes freedom of speech loss in Australia as Islamic hate speech laws criminalize criticism.
Charlie Kirk is praised as “prophetic”, with past clips aired arguing Islam fundamentally cannot assimilate into the West:
The guests cite Muslim political organizing, demographic growth, and aspirational aims (e.g., Sharia law, political offices).
Solutions advocated:
On Medicaid/Autism Center Fraud:
On Epstein Files/DOJ Accusations:
On the Senate & Save America Act:
On Trucking & Immigration Scandal:
On Islam and the West:
[13:03] Andrew warns that for younger Americans on social media, “Epstein” is the dominant and only story—urging listeners to realize the “information bubble” effect.
[46:24] Charlie Kirk and Andrew take offense at attempts to downplay Kirk’s death as “gun violence,” insisting it was a political assassination stoked by opponents’ rhetoric.
[73:42] Trump SOTU Clip is played, calling for new laws barring illegal immigrants from obtaining commercial driver’s licenses (“Delilah Law”).
[93:26] Martin Cedra sarcastically points out the cognitive dissonance of Muslim migrants wanting to impose Sharia law in Western nations they migrated to for freedom and safety.
The episode is a robust amalgamation of political commentary, investigative reporting, and cultural polemic. It delivers detailed discussion of contemporary policy scandals (Medicaid, trucking/immigration), decodes media narratives about Epstein and Trump, and culminates in a fiery call to cultural and spiritual arms against what guests frame as existential threats—namely, unchecked Islamization and loss of civilizational confidence in Western Christianity.
