Charlie Kirk
The Charlie Kirk show starts now.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
This isn't like it was in the 40s and 50s. This is authoritarianism has made its way into every single nook and cranny of our government. They are kidnapping people. They are illegally deporting American citizens.
Benny Ray Harmony
An agency that is attacking US citizens that are kidnapping five year olds, that are using them as bait to open doors and that are privately circulating that they can violate everyday Americans constitutional rights by busting to their doors. They deserve to be defunded. I'll take and I'll take any step in that direction.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
A local school district who's sounding alarms. They say about 4 of their students taken into ICE custody, including a 5 year old boy who they say was detained with his father in the family's driveway.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
I see this story and I'm a father of a five year old actually a five year old little boy and I think to myself oh my God this is two terrible how did we arrest the five year old? Well I do a little bit more follow up research and what I find is that the five year old was not arrested that his dad was an illegal alien and then they went when they went to arrest his illegal alien father the father ran. So the story is that ICE detained a five year old. Well what are they supposed to do? Are they supposed to let a five year old Child freeze to death. If you just understand the context, there have been a number of situations that I've looked into personally where I say, wait a second. We don't want ICE arresting American citizens. They're supposed to be enforcing the immigration laws against illegal aliens. So then I look into it and I find out that the American citizen who was arrested took a swing at an ICE officer. You can't have that happen. And of course they have to defend themselves. And of course they have the right to detain somebody who assaults a law enforcement officer. There is a number and it's called all of them.
Charlie Kirk
You're worried about numbers? I'm worried about the deaths of Americans.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
Let's talk about that a little bit.
Charlie Kirk
Maybe Joclin Noongray, what her last moments were like. How come we never talk about that?
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
And you're worried about numbers. Wait, wait, no, hold on.
Charlie Kirk
Numbers.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
Jacqueline Noongaray. Numbers. But your numbers. Jacqueline Nungre. Well, actually, we never hear about her or the other thousands of American citizens. I'm worried about that.
Charlie Kirk
Vastly more than a number or a date. We're going to make Ma and Pa America safe. President Trump is. Secretary Noem is.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
As a child, I saw people in my family get arrested. It's terrible, it's heartbreaking, it's chaotic, it's traumatic for the kids. I could recognize that. And I can recognize that we got to support these kids. While on the other hand saying that just because you're a parent doesn't mean that you get complete immunity from law enforcement. And I think we have to hold both of those thoughts and are headed same time. We've got to be sympathetic to the kids who are caught up in some of these enforcement actions. We've also got to say we have to enforce the law without bias, with fairness, but we've got to enforce the law. Democratic Attorney General Chris Mays has a message for ice.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
We are watching you. If you violate an Arizona law, I will prosecute you.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
May says her office has a front row seat to ICE's expansion here in the Valley.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
We can actually see it next door. The ICE building is literally right next door to this building.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
The AG's office in downtown Phoenix looks out over the ICE headquarters and its parking lot. The AG's office posted this new page on its website for the community to report alleged misconduct by federal agents, including video and images of the events in question.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
We are encouraging people to send us their videos and they have every right under the First Amendment to record those videos.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
If there are confrontations between residents and ice agents like we've seen in other cities. Maze is concerned they could turn deadly because of Arizona's so called stand your ground law.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
That makes Arizona very, very different from almost every other state where this buildup is happening, Graham, is that we're a stand your ground state.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
The law allows citizens to defend themselves if they reasonably believe their life is in danger. But to be clear, you're not telling folks you have license, you are threatened.
Charlie Kirk
Well, to shoot a peace officer, no.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
But. But again, if you're being attacked by someone who is not identified as a peace officer, how do you know?
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
That's one reason Maze is demanding that ICE agents remove their masks.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
If somebody comes at me wearing a mask and I can't tell whether they're a police officer, what am I supposed to do? That is why this is so incredibly incendiary.

All right.
Charlie Kirk
Welcome to the Charlie Kirk show. It is January 23rd, 2020 26. Welcome to the Bitcoin.com studio. We are here in Phoenix, Arizona. Blake Neff, welcome.
Tyler Boyer
Howdy.
Charlie Kirk
Good morning we are joined right off the top here by Representative Eli Crane. A great American, a great patriot. He's fighting hard for us in the house. Representatives in D.C. welcome back to the show, Congressman. So much to get to. Honored to have you.
Representative Eli Crane
Hey, thanks for having me on, guys. I really appreciate it.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, absolutely. There is so much congressional news, it's tough to know where to start. I'm going to start with, however, the some of the breaking news this morning. There is a kill switch piece of legislation where the government can apparently just turn off your car. Am I understanding this right, Congressman? And yet a number of Republicans voted with Democrats to keep this piece of legislation moving forward. Tell us about it.
Representative Eli Crane
Yeah, obviously we've been trying to get back to regular order here and vote through the appropriations bills which we're supposed to every year. As you guys know, it usually doesn't happen. We usually fund the government through an omnibus or a cr. So I am glad to see that the House is actually moving in regular order. What I'm not glad to see is the House basically buying Democrat votes and, you know, allowing a lot of these Democrat amendments in. And it's never good to see Republicans voting for stuff like this. I, you know, I think it is exposing the American people, get to see where individual members of Congress stand on certain issues. And I can't even imagine why any Republican member of the House, you know, would vote to allow kill switches in vehicles so that the government or, you know, some agency can shut off your car if, if they don't like what you're doing.
Charlie Kirk
You said buying votes, buying Democrat votes. Explain that for, for us in our audience a little bit, how does that trade work?
Representative Eli Crane
Yeah. So basically, you know, the, the leadership knows that if they put stuff in these appropriations bills, regardless of which one it is, that isn't righteous. It's not good Republican Conservative America first policy. Then there's, you know, 10, 15, 20 of us that are going to take the bill down until they make those changes. So what they do is, is that they go over to the Democrats and say how much, you know, what's it going to cost for your vote on this non Republican bill? And then that that's how the trades and the deals are made.
Charlie Kirk
Well, I think I speak for the entirety of this audience to say that this is offensive to us, that we would be giving over our own freedoms, our own control, our own agencies just to buy a few votes from Democrats. Congressman, there's so much more to get to with you. So I want to keep, I want to make sure we're moving quickly here. There was also another vote that you were raising a lot of hay about regarding the National Endowment for Democracy, otherwise known as ned. It's a Reagan era program. Why were you fighting so hard against it? What do we need to know? What is, what does NED actually do?
Representative Eli Crane
Yeah, so NED was obviously started under Ronald Reagan. And when you look at just the title of it, it sounds virtuous. Right. You know, basically, National Endowment for Democracy. Its goal was to promote democracy around the world. But what it's turned out, it's not what it started as, it's what it's become. And I want to thank investigative independent journalists like Mike Benz who have been raising, you know, the ish this issue for a long time and educating people to what NED has become. And you know, it's become a global censorship arm. It's, it's used to in color revolutions all over the world. It's been used to censure, you know, censor American people organizations, conservative organizations. And, you know, it's, it's basically been weaponized against the American people. And so that's something that if you don't set a precedent, if we don't set a precedent up here and say if you guys continue to behave this way, we're going to defund you or quit giving you money, what do you guys think is going to happen? Now, obviously we're not as worried that this administration is going to do that to the American people, but what happens when the balance of power shifts? A Democrat comes back into the White House, Democrats take over the House, the Senate, you're going to see the same types of things because once again, Republicans have proven that they have no backbone, just vote with leadership and don't really dive into these bills and what they actually do.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. How much money is Ned getting and how many Republicans went for it?
Representative Eli Crane
It's getting a little over $300 million. And I think we had 81 Republicans vote for this bill. And I will say that I think some of the members probably didn't do research on it, but there were plenty of them that were on the floor of the House when we were debating this bill. I had myself, Anna Paulina, L. Scott Perry, Andy Biggs, who's running for governor in Arizona, all, you know, advocating with me that, you know, we should be defunding this organization. So many of them heard the debate. They didn't care because they, quite frankly, don't care what's best for the American people. And so, you know, I think the best thing about our Efforts here, even though we failed to defund Ned, was we got to expose a lot of these Republicans, and this is where. Now it's in the American people's hands. The people that are listening to this show right now, go find that list. If your member was on the list, have a conversation with them. You know, talk to somebody who's running against them in office. You know, give them a donation. Because if we don't get these people out of here, we're going to continue to see the same, you know, uniparty, swampy system continue to move forward regardless of what the American people think.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, the vote was 81. Republicans voted with Democrats to fund Ned to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars that will be used for God knows what if Democrats ever get power again. Congressman, I want to shift our attention over here and I just want to say again, you're doing an amazing job. If the people of Arizona are not hearing this loud and clear, we have your back. I mean, the fact that you're on the right side of all these issues, Congressman, speaks volumes about your character and how hard you're fighting for the state of Arizona. And we're proud to stand with you. We have a video here that just came out from Arizona's Attorney General, Chris Mays. And I'm gonna play it because it should make the make your skin boil. Skin crawl and your blood boil. This is scary stuff. Which she's suggesting. She's saying because of Arizona stand your ground laws that people might have an opportunity to actually attack ICE agents. Play 449.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
If there are confrontations between residents and ICE agents like we've seen in other cities, Maze's concern they could turn deadly because of Arizona's so called stand your.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
Ground law that makes Arizona very, very different from almost every other state where this buildup is happening, Bram, is that we're a stand your ground state.
Representative Eli Crane
But to be clear, you're not telling.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
Folks you have license if you are.
Representative Eli Crane
Threatened to shoot a peace officer.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
No, but again, if you're being attacked by someone who is not identified as a peace officer, how do you know?
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
That's one reason Mays is demanding that ICE agents remove their masks.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
If somebody comes at me wearing a mask and I can't tell whether they're a police officer, what am I supposed to do? That is why this is so incredibly incendiary.
Charlie Kirk
Your reaction, Eli Crane.
Representative Eli Crane
You know, guys, this reminded me a lot of the video that Senator Mark Kelly made several months back to, you know, so chaos in our military. And I See the same thing going on with our own attorney general right now. Let's, let's be honest. We've all seen the videos, you know, of ICE in Minnesota, Chicago, all over the country. Not only are these guys, you know, she talks about wearing a mask, you know, all of them are wearing badges on, on their, on their uniforms. And if you comply with their order, you know, they don't, they don't threaten you at all. Right? The message from the attorney general should be the message that most of us that grew up in a good home got, hey, comply with law enforcement officers and if they make a mistake, you know, we'll hand it, handle it after the fact, you know, in, in the judicial, judicial branch right through, in the, in the courts. But this is what Democrats are doing all over the country. They start these massive problems, all of them voting and supporting these, you know, wide open southern borders which we all know let in 15 to 20 million illegal aliens. The American people, you know, gave the president a mandate in re electing him into office and arrest criminals.
Charlie Kirk
We got to take a quick, quick break. More with Eli Crane. We'll be right back. All right, guys, I want to tell you about our partners over at why Refi. Amazing people. I just met with them. They were telling me stories about people that were depressed, clinically depressed, suicidal even. And they have all these stories that they, they keep on hand at the office and they, they talk about them. It's a huge motivator for them. I had no idea the level of depression that can set in when you feel behind on your, your, your debt and your payments. And if you feel financially near this giant hole, and so this is a mission for them. And so if you find yourself in a position like this or if you know somebody that is, that's behind on private student loan debt, they specifically work with private student loan debt. They can get you out of trouble, they can help you and they can refinance you're distressed or defaulted. Private student loan loans that others will not touch. So 45 billion of private student loan debt in the country is labeled as distressed. They are not a debt settlement company and they'll work with each borrower individually tailoring each person's loan to each specific situation. You will not be calling a faceless call center. They can reduce your monthly payment and guarantee interest rates under 6% ensuring affordability and financial relief. So if you got a co borrower or anything like that that can help you with that as well, go check them out today. If you find yourself in this position you don't have to live like this. And 888-yrefi34 888-yrefi34 or visit them online, yrefy.com, yrefi.com check them out today. You owe it to yourself. Blake, the floor is yours with Representative Eli Crane.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah. Representative we really, we want to keep flogging this Ag Mays thing. It's, we've discussed on this show quite a bit that there seems to be this will on the Democrats to engineer situations that will lead to violence, that will lead to crises so that they can use it to continue indicting ice. And it's, it's really hard for me to not see what the attorney general said as she kind of, she wants someone to shoot at ICE so then they can posture and say, look, look what they did. Look what they did by trying to enforce immigration laws. The only thing we can do to fix this is to stop enforcing them. Do you have the same read on things? Representative I do, Blake.
Representative Eli Crane
And you know, I'm reminded of a quote. The issue is never the issue. The issue is always revolution. And when you see what these guys want to do to the United States and turn it into this, you know, top down governmental control, socialistic, communistic, you know, country, you know, they've got to, they've got to do it in a certain way. And I think that's why you always see them trying to tear down our institutions, undermine the integrity of our laws, law enforcement that's got to go in and clean up the messes of the Democrat Party. And this is just one more instance of that. I think it's very dangerous, but I'm not surprised to see it. And you know, I just, you know, my, my prayers go out to these law enforcement officers who are just doing their jobs, trying to remove, you know, criminals from our streets, have a very dangerous job. And then you got the attorney general of Arizona basically, you know, wink, wink, trying to give, you know, some, some signal to, you know, citizens in Arizona or illegals in Arizona that, hey, you don't really have to comply. If you feel threatened, you can stand your ground. And I think it's extremely dangerous. And I wouldn't be surprised to see it lead to, you know, you know, another issue in Arizona like we saw in Minnesota. And, and then riots and chaos break out in our streets and we'd be.
Tyler Boyer
Remiss, not to mention, this is a woman, she's governing like a Leninist or something. And this is a woman who won by a margin of 0.01%. Not even 300 votes. That was the difference in her race with Abe Hamade. Not even getting into any potential conduct, but that's how close it was. And we might literally see ICE agents who die because of that outcome, who die because we have an AG in this state who goes around saying, oh, you know, yeah, if you shoot at ICE agents, might be perfectly reasonable.
Charlie Kirk
Well, it begs the question, Congressman, you see this in Virginia right now, something we've talked about on the show a lot. They got a 6% margin for Kamala. She won Virginia by six points. We won Arizona by six points with President Trump. They are governing with an iron fist. They are ruthlessly efficient, exacting their agenda. Why are Republicans in league with Democrats on a kill switch, on Ned, on so many other things? Why do we not have the same ruthlessness when it comes to governing that our Democrat colleagues do?
Representative Eli Crane
I think the most basic way to put it is because representing the American people and what they want is not the biggest priority for a lot of politicians in Washington, D.C. hanging, holding on to power, winning reelection, climbing the ladder, getting into leadership and, you know, skyrocketing your political career by working with the unit party. That that is the goal for many of these individuals up here. And so they could, quite frankly, care less what the American people, you know, think. And you guys know how much money is involved in politics. There's a couple ways you can skin that cat. You can work with all the lobbyists, donors, special interest group to fund your campaigns so that you can achieve that goal, or you can do what I've done and, you know, what many of my colleagues in the House Freedom Caucus have done and, you know, fight for the American people and the agenda that they supported under the president and then, you know, hope that people, you know, that aren't special interest, lobby lobbying groups, et cetera, step up and support you so that you can, you know, stay up here and do it. But I will tell you guys, I've never really cared if I lose reelection. I don't like this job. I never wanted to be a politician. I'd love to spend more time at home with my two daughters and my wife. But for me, this is just continued service. And I just feel too, a lot of these moderates don't understand what time it is. They don't understand how close we are to losing this country. And so all they do is manage the decline of the country and they don't ever play offense. And that's something that I refuse to join them in. And I That's one of the reasons I love Turning Point so much. You guys went into the Lions Den in academia when many of us thought it was gone decades ago. And that's why I love the fact that you guys are sitting on, you know, this panel right now, carrying on the legacy of Charlie Kirk and everything, you know, that, that he started. And I love this organization. I love what you guys are doing. We're in the same fight. We're on the same team. We're just, you know, fighting, you know, in, in different arenas.
Tyler Boyer
I want us to hit this email. We just got this fresh in the inbox from someone who will remain anonymous. He says, please keep my name anonymous. I am an ICE officer in the Phoenix field office. One of our officers was assaulted last night by protesters. These are professional agitators. They use radios to coordinate blocking our entrance and exits. Last week, they spray painted our gate and our side door. He has a video that we can't view just this moment yet, but he says that we're in a not terribly secured location where we have images and we have images. Just some of what they said. It says, one of them says you slaughter babies and the other says ICE kills. This is the environment we're working in where we have an agitating people to say, in some situations it's legal for you to blow an ICE officer's brains out. That is what the AG of this state is saying.
Charlie Kirk
She wants a Kent State scenario playing out. She wants to be able to say, look at what they did. And to use that as leverage to fight them. Legally, morally, politically, it's very disgusting. We got a country to save and there's a lot of bad people that are doing bad things. And I just. We have your back 100%. Thank you for your service, Congressman. I feel what you're saying personally, intimately, there's a lot better lives to choose than being in this fight. But there might not be one with more purpose. And we all take it on the chin when we step into this, this arena. So God bless you. Thank you so much. We'll talk to you soon. We'll be right back.
Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. We appreciate you being here with us. At least three people are in custody in connection with the now viral video of anti ICE protesters who were in St. Paul, Minnesota, at a church service during Sunday worship. Former CNN reporter Don Lemon was also at that protest, documenting it and trying to interview the pastor. However, a judge declined the Justice Department's initial attempt to bring charges against him. Meantime, Vice President J.D. vance traveled to Minneapolis on Thursday to send a message to protesters who are even thinking about attacking churches of ICE agents. In fact, earlier today, the vice president back in the nation's capital addressing the March for Life, which is happening right now. Our Benny Ray Harmony is live on the ground there at the March for Life with the very latest. A cold morning, but still a good crowd. Benny Ray.
Benny Ray Harmony
Hey, Terrence, I cannot accept explain to you the energy of this crowd. I mean, we, J.D. vance kicked us off, which usually they wait to have the bigger speakers towards the end. But we heard from JD Vance, we heard from speaker Mike Johnson, and now we're hearing testimony from young women presidents of, of college organizations and stuff like that. But Terrence, the biggest thing we're hearing is this number, 900,000 abortions each year. And these people's goal here today, Terrence, is to bring that number down and to fight for life again.
Terrence Bates
And the good news is they've got support from lawmakers. We've seen a number of Republican lawmakers on hand there supporting the crowd and saying that they're united with this March.
Benny Ray Harmony
Yeah, J.D. vance, he spoke about the recent thing that President Trump said yesterday, that no more federal funds will be used to fund any research whatsoever, including, including aborted fetal tissue as well as the New Mexico law. Terrence, you might know a little bit about that. I wasn't 100% sure what he was talking about, but to see the administration putting these policies into place, I think it really creates a hope in the crowd and people feel hopeful for the first time in a very long time.
Terrence Bates
Absolutely. Post Roe v. Wade, the movement continues. Thanks so much, Benny Ray. Benny Ray Harmony reporting for us there on the ground at the March for Life which is happening in the nation's capital. That's going to do it for us here on Real America's Voice. Now let's get you back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
It'S illegal now. Exactly as it should be. Let me just say, my friends, that we have to be clear. We cannot be neutral. Our country cannot be indifferent about whether its next generations live or die. Because think about it. What ultimately gives meaning and life to the United States of America. This is not a new question. Every civilization has been forced to answer it. You march today. We march today because you have an answer to this question about what kind of civilization we are and about what kind of civilization we're going to become in the future. I read an article some time ago. It was about classic archaeology, of all things. And one particular piece of information has haunted me, that one of the telltale signs of an ancient brothel in the pagan world was that you'd always find a large number of baby skeletons nearby. A lot of baby skeletons. And those bones predominantly belong to boys because, unlike little girls, those boys would be of no use to the future adults who were running those brothels. Now, this is shocking to us because we grew up in a Christian culture and were formed by religious values, even those of us who aren't particularly faithful. It's a shocking thing to hear, but we have to remember that in the ancient pagan world, discarding children was routine. From the skeletons in brothels to the child sacrifice of the Mayans, the mark of barbarism is that we treat babies like inconveniences to be discarded rather than the blessings to cherish that they are. But the inheritance of our civilization is something else. The fact that a scripture tells us each life is fearfully and wonderfully made by our Creator. The march for life, My friends, it's not just about a political issue. As important as all this politics stuff is, it is about whether we will remain a civilization under God or whether we ultimately return to the paganism that dominated the past. Today, the far left in this country tells our young people that marriage and children are obstacles, that it's irresponsible, even immoral, because of climate change or some other reason to encourage our young people to raise a family. They tell us that life itself is a burden. But we here at this march, we know that it's a lie. We know that life is a gift.
Charlie Kirk
We.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
We know that babies are precious because we know them and we love them. And we see. See the way that they could transform our families. We know that family is not just the source of a great joy, but it's part of God's design for men and women, a design that extends outward from the family to our neighborhoods, to our communities and to the United States of America itself. And we know, we here know that treating everyone with dignity isn't always easy, it's not always convenient, but it's the right thing to do. We know that the people telling our young Men and women, that discarding family and children is a form of liberation. We know that those people are telling a lie. And so to our fellow Americans, we march in part to serve as a witness. To our fellow Americans, we say, you're never going to find great meaning in a cubicle or in front of a computer screen, but you will find great meaning if you dedicate yourself to the creation and sustenance of human life. Now, I must address an elephant in the room, and I've heard the guy over here talking about it. A fear, a fear that some of you have that not enough progress has been made, that not enough has happened in the political arena, that we're not going fast enough, that our politics have failed to answer the clarion call to life that this march represents and that all of us, I believe, hold in our hearts. And I want you to know that I hear you and that I understand there will inevitably be debates within this movement. We love each other, but we're going to have open conversations about how best to use our political system to advance life, how prudential we must be, and the cause of advancing human life. I think these are good, honest and natural debates. And frankly, they're not just good for all of you. They help keep people like me honest, and that's an important thing. But I think all of us also have to remember that we are commanded to let not our hearts be troubled. Because I look at this crowd and I see young people for whom Dobbs is the only world they've ever known. And I see people with just a little bit more gray in their hair who for 50 years toiled to live in a country where questions of life would be answered by we the people rather than tyrants in robes. All of us have heard their stories. They've heard of the movement betrayed, of taking one step forward and then two steps back and then three, three steps forward after that. They know stories of heartbreak and of triumph. Some of them I've known very personally from ballot issues that I fought very hard for, some of which have gone the right way and some of which have gone the wrong way. And I remember friends of mine who spent their entire lives fighting for the unborn without ever seeing the victories that have accumulated in recent years. My friends, I'd ask you to look where the fight for life stood just one decade ago, and now look where it stands today. We have made tremendous strides over the last year, and we're going to continue to make strides over the next three years to come. But I'm a realist I know that there is still much road ahead to travel together. Take heart. Take heart in how far we've come. But don't lose sight of why we march. And so long as you are out there marching for life, I hope you know that the Vice President of the United States will march with you. God bless you all and thanks for having me.
Charlie Kirk
Charlie Kirk Show Vice President J.D. vance was bringing it. I love this, by the way, this clip. I have to play it back for you because we. We didn't take it. He said this before we took the feed. But obviously many of you know that J.D. vance and Usha Vance are expecting their fourth child. And J.D. vance wants the record to show that he practices what he preaches.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
479 now, some of you may remember that in my remarks last year, I told you all that one of the things I most wanted in the United States of America was more families and more babies. So let the record show you have a vice president who practices what he preaches.
Charlie Kirk
Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. We are joined by Tyler Boyer, COO of Turning Point Action and really the architect of a lot of our ballot chasing initiatives. Our ballot. Well, I wouldn't say harvesting. We don't really do that in our states we're working in. Right. But really the field game, the machine building out. The machine at Turning Point Action wanted to have him on today to describe that we're coming up against a minute break. So in the interim, I just want to say that Tyler and I have been practicing what the vice president is preaching, but Blake here is still lagging behind. We need to. Blake needs to get hitched and start procreate and making babies. Just. I'm gonna. I'm calling spade a spade. All right, well, well, so email us freedom charliekirk.com Freedom charliekirk.com Let us know if you have somebody that would be the perfect match for Blake Napier because he is a. He is a absolute steal, I promise you. Tyler, tease the audience. You got 30 seconds before we hit the break about what we're talking about today.
Tyler Boyer
We just launched and announced in two major states that were tilling the ground for that ground game that you're talking about, Andrew, the work that Charlie felt most passionately about before he was murdered. And so we're going to be talking about how that turning Point has carried the baton and is launching in these.
Charlie Kirk
States right ahead of 2026. We're hiring. Big, big announce. We'll be right back with all of the details. Don't go anywhere. All Right. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk show. We are hiring. Yeah. Bitcoin.com studio thank you for putting that up studio. Appreciate it. Bitcoin.com studio your one place to buy, sell, trade Bitcoin all in one place. They are back here with us on the Charlie Kirk show. Grateful to have them back. Bitcoin.com so, Tyler, tell us. This is a massive new initiative. We're launching it this week. We are hiring in two key states. Explain.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah, so we've already been obviously hitting the ground running in Arizona early on. Again, this was early last year. Charlie Kirk came out, endorsed Andy Biggs for governor in Arizona. He will be the most conservative, greatest governor ever. Agreed. In Arizona. Arizona has been a subject of obviously ours. If you've listened to the show, watch the show for ballot chasing because the proof is in Arizona. What we did in 2024 was we swung the state the furthest to the right of any of the swing states.
Charlie Kirk
Repeat, this was the most successful swing state because of multiple factors. But the prime factor was because of the work the turning point action did. We swarmed the state. Tyler did a great job. We hired a ton of ballot chasers and we won the state by almost six points.
Tyler Boyer
We have a great team and we were had the greatest outcome with and that's because low propensity voters were targeted with a full, completely filled out field staff. And we have an incredible team across Arizona. We kept those people in place and we hired up, scaled up again for this election cycle.
Charlie Kirk
So repeat, we had the most. So it was like Arizona was the, we threw the kitchen sink at it. We were in other states but Arizona, we threw the kitchen sink at it and we kept those people in place.
Tyler Boyer
That's right.
Charlie Kirk
Permanent field army.
Tyler Boyer
Permanent infrastructure is what we call it. And so the plan was we, we scaled back and we said okay, or we didn't scale that. We stepped back and we said okay, what do we need to do to scale up in other states to prepare for 2028, we looked at the map, the, the best way through the blue wall because we know that's the strategy the left's going to take. The left has basically two strategies. One is try to fracture the south in Georgia and North Carolina. We see that happening right now, what they're doing in the senate race in North Carolina and the center race in Georgia. And then you know, obviously they just need to win at least one, if not multiples of the blue wall, which is Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan. The best way to, to make it so that they can't win by just winning the blue wall on a national race on a national, on a national scale in 2028 is by winning Nevada and New Hampshire and New Hampshire and Arizona with the Arizona contender with Arizona. So this week we are happy and pleased to announce we've launched full hiring, opening up offices in both New Hampshire and Nevada. We're putting our money where our mouth is. We, I spent all day with our team. Lacy and her team is incredible. Knocking out tons of interviews. We have great people that we're hiring in both of those states and offices opening, laying the groundwork for 2028 but also back ending in 2026 because we have a senate race that's winnable and New Hampshire, it's the closest blue state that is flippable in addition to Michigan and Georgia and and then you have in Nevada and really important governor's race and keeping Joe Lombardo the governor through 2028.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. I mean this is a huge initiative. Huge, huge, huge initiative. So we are hiring up. So where do people go if they want to apply for a job? Yeah.
Tyler Boyer
Tpaction.com careers that's tpaction.com careers the graphic is up. Tpaction.com careers follow us at anywhere that you can get consumed Turning Point Action content We're going to be hiring, hiring, hiring hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of full time people in each of these states. Arizona, New Hampshire, Nevada.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And so I think there's often a question about why are we not in other states. We are, we are going to be so, so, so explain that because I think some people want Turning Point Action to do all 50 states. They want us to fight on every congressional race and on some level we can, there's endorsements, there's, you know, we'll interview them here. There's volunteers, there's the app.
Tyler Boyer
The answer is simple. The answer is it's we want to do it properly in as many states as we can, not just be in as many states as we can.
I wish we had the resources you need.
A certain amount of people, a certain amount of money, a certain amount of infrastructure, a certain amount of time.
Yeah, I, yeah, we would love to get to a place where we are scaled to every state but we are in, we have full time staff and 10 of the the most important key targets is we're the only national organization on the right that has full time staff in all 10 states. And then in addition to that you've, you brought up swing states, swing districts within swing states. So there are congressional districts that are at play that are really important that are in some states that it's difficult to fund, you know, people for. A good example of that is we had a swingy situation. In Alaska, you have a really important one in Maine you have a, a handful of important congressional races. In New York and California we organize around the turning. You brought up the Turning Point Action application. So anyone can download the Turning Point Action application and get to work to help out in those states. And we also have a huge volunteer army that we're wanting to support and continue to grow. But we're also leading by example to Blake's point is because we can't be everywhere is show people how to do the work that we're doing in these specific key target states so then they can help build their own operations in their own states. And so we're working together with national organizations across the country to help fortify these, these individual places. We're focused predominantly this early, ahead of the election, putting as many bodies on the ground so we can win and set up for success not just in 2026, but also 2028.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, I mean it's huge work. I mean the Senate is going to be tricky. I think we're going to hold the Senate. The real question is can we hold the House? So we're playing in these swing districts in swing states. We have full time staff in 10.
Tyler Boyer
States we've endorsed in many of these.
Charlie Kirk
Places we've endorsed and we are staffing up by the hundreds in New Hampshire, Arizona and Nevada, which by the way, just to underscore Tyler's larger point, if we build a red wall and we hold the states that we've held in the past, which is a big if, admittedly in Georgia and North Carolina those are going to be battles, no doubt. But if we hold the Sun Belt and we expand to New Hampshire, we hold Arizona, Nevada, Democrats can't win a national race. So people need to understand the electoral math that puts us already over 270. They can't win back the White House if we hold ground that we've already held. So that's a big if. It's going to be a big challenge. But listen, at that point, if you win a blue wall state, it's bonus, it's gravy. And, and so that's, that's what we're trying to do is build permanent infrastructure in the states that matter. New Hampshire is a really interesting case as well because we have a chance to pick up a Senate seat in New Hampshire.
Tyler Boyer
A Senate, a potential congressional at least one congressional seat.
Charlie Kirk
Right?
Tyler Boyer
You already hold the governorship.
You hold.
Charlie Kirk
There's more conservatives than there are, there's more Republicans than Democrats in the state of New Hampshire. The independent vote is the big toss up.
Tyler Boyer
New Hampshire is the only, you know, perceivably Democrat controlled state that has way more Republicans in it than Democrats. And so there's, there's no reason to lose those states.
Charlie Kirk
So, yeah, you have to put the.
Tyler Boyer
But you have to put the bodies on the ground to chase the votes, to talk to the voters and get the vote out on election day.
Charlie Kirk
If I was a Massachusetts Republican, I would just probably just move.
Tyler Boyer
You should.
Every Massachusetts Republican, every Vermont Republican should just move right across the border and make New Hampshire a deep red state.
Charlie Kirk
Make New Hampshire great again. Our two AMA coming up next. Welcome.
Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates, vice president. J.D. vance, speaking at the March for Life, which is happening right now in the nation's capital.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
Good morning, marchers. How we doing? It's great to be with you again. It was my very first speech as vice president of the United States, was the March for Life last year. And I'm proud to be back with much better weather this time around. Now, some of you may remember that in my remarks last year, I told you all that one of the things I most wanted in the United States of America was more families and more babies. So let the record show you have a vice president who practices what he preaches. Usha and I announced this week that we are expecting our fourth, And it will be our third baby boy. So we'll take whatever prayers you can give. We certainly need them. And when I was here last year, I had one other piece of advice for this group, and that was very simple, to be joyful in your advocacy. And looking out at this crowd today, it seems like you took that suggestion very well to heart. Because I see joyful people. I see grandmas, I see parents, I see beautiful little kids with incredible green hats. Now, did you all dress like that so that if you lost yourselves, you could find everybody? Okay, that's a good plan. I'm gonna take that. I'm gonna take that advice back home. The theme of this year's March for Life, as most of you all know, is the that life is a gift. And I know for me personally, this year there is so much to be thankful for. I'm grateful to my own family for my beautiful wife, Usha, and that God has given us the miracle of new life again. I'M grateful. I'm grateful, thankful for this movement, for the truth that is on our side. And frankly, I'm thankful for the technological breakthroughs that have allowed us to affirm and protect life. Things like 3D ultrasounds that didn't exist just a few short decades ago, things like the new medical technologies that have saved the lives of countless premature babies. But let me today say that I am a especially grateful for all of you, even the ones with Michigan hats, and there are a couple of you.
Charlie Kirk
Out there.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
For the thousands of men and women and children, for the church groups, the school groups, the grandparents and the toddlers and everyone in between who braved this chilly Washington afternoon. All of us, all of us in the Trump administration, from the president on down, we thank you for your prayers, we thank you for your perseverance. And we thank you that for today we are all marching for life. I know a lot of us heard from the president just before this. So you know that he loves and cares deeply about this movement and it's why he has fought for, for the pro life cause and why we do it in this administration. And it's why three years ago, we cannot forget, he delivered and his Supreme Court justices delivered the most important Supreme Court decision of my lifetime. Because with the Dobbs decision, what we did, what the president did, what the Supreme Court did was put a defense definitive end to the tyranny of judicial rule on the question of human life. He shattered a 50 year culture of disposability, one that treated human life as expendable the moment that it became inconvenient. And he empowered our nation and our movement to build a culture of life from the grassroots up. And over the last year, I gotta brag a little bit, our administration has worked.
Terrence Bates
Let's get you back to the Charlie Kirk show, which is already in progress.
Charlie Kirk
Foreign. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. Hour two is underway. We've kept Tyler Boyer here at the Bitcoin.com studio because we've got your questions. They're coming in and oftentimes you ask us a lot of questions about our ground ground game, political specific items like who we're endorsing. So it's good to have you here, Tyler. So stick around, enjoy, get comfortable.
Tyler Boyer
Questions about that. Send them in.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, send them in.
Tyler Boyer
A lot of times we get a question like we wish Tyler was here.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Who are you endorsing? I'm like, you know, I haven't heard the update on that one exactly yet. So. Members.charlie kirk.com members.charlie kirk.Com you are a members community. You keep the lights on and you mean the world to us here. You are our ride or die. And by the way, we're going to start doing something called our sort of family business calls. Me and Blake will be on it, maybe some of the other team members. You can tell us what you want us to cover. Things like that. That's happening. So if you're part of members Charlie Kirk.com youm can do that. Become a paying subscribing member of our members community. Let's get started. We have our first one here. It's James. Please unmute yourself. Tell us what's on your mind.
Caller James
Hey, can you hear me?
Charlie Kirk
Yes we can. Hey James.
Caller James
Yes, thanks for taking my question, Tyler. I met you with Barbie Ingle when I was in Arizona. I don't know if you remember me, but yeah. So the Pentagon keeps failing its audits and equipment goes missing. As you know from geo audits, it's in the trillions dollars of missing assets. We can't pass a budget. And in my documented case reporting it, me and other whistleblowers led to retaliation and what looks like a compromised DoD IG process. What's the best way to get verified whistleblower evidence in front of the right oversight, House Oversight, Armed Forces Service Committee? And would TP USA be willing to help route and spike like cases that involve military waste, fraud and abuse and IG failures?
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, thanks for the question, James. So I've actually talked to a number of the Dow guys. Pete's a friend personally, I haven't talked to him about this, but I just, I can tell you on its face, the guys, especially the political appointees that are now in charge of the Department of War are absolutely devoted to rooting out fraud, waste and abuse, all of this stuff. And there is a huge, and it sounds like you're very well aware of this, a huge behemoth of a procurement process that was in place and it's been in place for years and years and years that favors the incumbents, that favors the bloated companies, that favors the old school companies. What they're trying to do is they're trying to revamp a lot of this. You know, you hear about Palmer lucky with Anduril and kind of what they're doing, this new new age of defense contractors that are lighter, more nimble, they're more advanced, they're using better technology, they're thinking about war and new and creative ways. There's a bunch of companies like that, actually startups all across the country, Huge entrepreneurial neural class. They're com. That, you know, maybe they were fighting wars 10 years ago, and now they're trying to build the machines and the technologies that will help us win wars in the future. There's a huge group of these guys all over the country. And so they're trying to break into this procurement process because they know exactly what you said, that the old dogs, they're full of bloat. There's full of back padding, there's full of workarounds, and they're all taking money on the side. It's a huge, huge problem. I can tell you. Secretary Hegseth is aware that this is happening. There's a whole team that's dedicated to doing just what you're doing. So, yes, if you guys get us stuff that you want us to pass along, obviously this is, you know, Department of War is not our specialty, but we know a lot of those guys, and we'd be happy to pass it on. And I believe they've also got whistleblower protections at the federal level within the Department of War. There should be already routes that you can take. There's an Armed Services Committee, and you gotta look up and down that list and see who the good guys are, because a lot of those guys are. It's kind of like the Intel Committee. You know, you don't really want to go directly to some of those guys. So I hate to be that. That blunt, but you got to find the right. The right voices there. Also, by the way, we just had Eli Crane. He's a former Special Service Services guy. He was a sniper. So this is a guy that you could go to directly in Arizona, send it to his office. But we'd be happy to help him pass on anything we can. Because you're 1000% right.
Tyler Boyer
I was just going to say the same thing. Eli is the person I would go.
Charlie Kirk
I trust Eli completely. Yeah, this guy. Congressman Crazy.
Tyler Boyer
Congressman Crane is incredible. His team is great. He's going to take every bit of that. There's only a handful of congressmen who take these types of things seriously, or they won't just kind of balk and, you know, blank you on some of this stuff. And so I would go directly to his office and sit down with them. They'll make time. And if you need any help there. Absolutely. We will be happy to help.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And email us, freedom charlie kirk.com if you have any documents you want to send us. Blake has literally got the inbox open. We have teams that monitor that Inbox all the time as well. So hopefully that helps you. Is that, does that answer your question? Do you have any follow up there, James?
Caller James
Yes, sir. And I appreciate your time. So the problem as I see it is the Department of Defense IAG is actively part of the problem. So when I did report it multiple times and other people report it multiple times, they just seem to proceed to help cover up or whitewash the report. And what happened in this case, they apparently lost a lot of equipment. They broke into dozens of US contractors, bedrooms and foreign soil. And so that shows just how the state of our inventory, which obviously means how many times does this happen? How many, you know, is that equipment compromised? Were people trying to, you know, you only take sipper computers for, you know, there's not very many reasons you do something like that. And then they just downgrade it. I don't want to get, you know, because a long story then.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. The route then is to go around the ig. I mean, I can't vouch for what you're saying, but I don't know the IG at the Department of War, but then go through an Eli Crane, go through a congressional committee or get stuff directly to Pete Hegseth's office. That's what I would say. So. Yes, sir.
Caller James
And I appreciate your help. And I'll, if you don't mind, just, I'll, I'll try to email that all the information I have. It's, it's, it's a lot of documents. It's probably like at least 40 documents.
Charlie Kirk
And what's your background without, if you can tell us, kind of. Are you, are you former military or.
Caller James
Yes, I'm a former, I'm a former military officer and I've been working as a defense contractor for about 12 years after I completed my service. So.
Representative Eli Crane
Yeah.
Charlie Kirk
Well, thank you for your service.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah, God bless you.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah.
Tyler Boyer
Thank you for your, thank you for keeping an eye on, on the ball here with us.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. This stuff requires vigilance. It does because this stuff happens, you know, every year. New contracts get doled out, new go betweens are getting established. A lot of them come out of the military. You know this world very well. It's big. There's a lot of money sloshing around. It's like that. And HHS are the two, the two agencies where so much of this goes on, where it's this revolving door of you're appointed, you're in the admin, and then you go out into the private.
Tyler Boyer
Sector, spend a lot of money, and then we're like, well, we must have the strongest military in the world because we spend the most. Most money.
Charlie Kirk
Right, Right. And we can't put.
Caller James
How much is wasted.
Tyler Boyer
Oh, yeah, I can't build ships.
Charlie Kirk
I think you could get. I think you could get nearly the same outcome out of our military with. With half the military budget. I really believe it's that extreme. And maybe it's. Maybe it's 60, 40, 70, 30, but it could be 50.
Tyler Boyer
We're also. This is not really direct to military spending, but we're actually on a trajectory where our VA spending might exceed military spending eventually, which is remarkable because the number of veterans is going down. We don't have the World War II generations.
Charlie Kirk
But, yeah, it's interesting. I know a guy who worked on the VA bill during Trump 1.0. Lots of stories there. Next up is Josh. Josh, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show. Unmute yourself. Hey, can I hear me. Yes. Hey, Josh.
Caller James
Hey.
Charlie Kirk
I went to amfest, and that was great. I want to thank you guys for putting that on. That was really fun. Went to all those members podcasts. I met Blake, got a picture. So that was great.
Tyler Boyer
Nice.
Charlie Kirk
Those are great. Right? We only have a minute here, but, like, tell the audience what that's like, because it's one thing for me to say, it's another thing for you. Well, Amfest was great. You know, I always hear on, like, x, everything is so divided, but it really wasn't that bad. Like, I would talk to some of my friends that I met that were all around my age of 18, and they were just like, you know, I disagree with you, but that's a good point. And we weren't, like, you know, mad at each other. It was just really, like, friendly. Yeah. And the members. You. You went to the members podcast. Tell. Tell us about that. Who did you see us speak with there? I think I went to every single one except the Korean brothers and Don Jr. Because.
Tyler Boyer
Oh, you missed out at the Korean brothers one.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, well, Don Jr. The back half of it, where they were, like, messing up their English, which was pretty funny. Don Jr. Was a whole thing because we couldn't get anybody up. The security was so tight because J.D. vance was speaking that day, and so we couldn't get anybody up into the actual podcast room because it was, you know, Secret Service. We. We have so many Secret Service stories at these events over the years. It's been. It's no fun when you're trying to host an event and work with the United States Secret Service. Hey, hang right there, Josh. We're going to have you when we we come back from break. Hold right there. More with Josh when we return. Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. We're joined by Josh. Josh is, was telling us about all the fun he had at amfest and the members podcast room, which is I think one of the best things that we do actually. And I love doing it. And I'm sorry that we couldn't get more people in for the Don Jr. Interview. But again, complicated business with Secret Service. But yeah, we had Megyn Kelly, we had Ali Beth Stuckey, we had Tom Homan, we had the, the Korean, the Korean guys that forget the sons. The sons of Sun.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah, Pastor Sun, Pastor Sun's sons.
Charlie Kirk
We had so many, we had a lot of great conversations and we'll keep those going for sure. Josh, welcome back to the show. What's your question? So I'm from Minnesota and I was wondering, with all the stuff going on, getting all the people out of here and deported and all that stuff, is there any hope for our like races getting rid of Waltz and then Ilhan Omar especially?
Tyler Boyer
Yeah. So Waltz is out, right?
Waltz is with, he's no longer running for real.
He's not running for reelection. There's been some speculation that he might actually dip out of being governor before the end of his term, but we'll see. I don't know if that's true or not. There's some speculation around that based off of some of the interesting findings that are being, you know, the threads that are being pulled. And this just goes to show again, when good things start happening, there can be a domino effect that causes a lot of chaos for the Dems. And so that's a great, that's a great story. You have a governor's race right now, as you know, that has a ton of candidates that are running it. Our friend Mike Lindell is running in it right now. He's not polling at the top. There were two people who kind of duked it out in 2022 last time, Jensen, who is, who was the nominee last time? Scott Jensen, who's a decent guy, pretty strong. He had a decent showing but lost last time to Waltz and then another guy named Kendall Quals, who is a healthcare technology executive. It's also running that has been pulling towards the top. Yeah, I mean, I'll be honest with you. The Minnesota Republican situation is a little bit of a disaster because it's not well funded like most.
It's always been one of the most dysfunctional Republican parties.
It's, it's, it's pretty dysfunctional just in general. And I'm not saying that as like pointed at any particular person, but you have a strong, a strong amount of good conservatives in the state of Minnesota and then you have a really weak establishment that tries to control everything and so. And then they end up just buckling and bending the knee to the Democrats which has led to a fairly deep blue state. That's, that is probably winnable but at this point. So I'll just simplify this and say this is that if you don't consolidate around one candidate and push forward, it's really hard because you can't attract the people to drive the votes like the body. So you need like a turning point action style chase the vote operation in order to win Minnesota. It's a must. You have to chase votes to win.
Charlie Kirk
Have you done data on that, on how many low prop voters there?
Tyler Boyer
Yeah, we pulled all the data in Minnesota. The numbers aren't good just straight off the top. The numbers are not great for Republicans.
Charlie Kirk
What's not great about them?
Tyler Boyer
There's just not enough votes to topple the amount of votes that the Democrats can chase. So basically what this comes down to is when you look at the map, if the Democrats have far more low propensity votes to chase than we do, that just if they, if they fund the systems to chase those votes, then you're going to lose. Yeah. The second piece though is that if you don't consolidate around and I'll hand it off to you here, like if you don't consult around one candidate, then the establishment doesn't do their job in buying the TV the ads to, to increase the name ID so that again more people who are just your mid, mid to high propensity voters will vote for that guy.
Caller James
Yeah.
Tyler Boyer
Now he also asked about Ilhan Omar. I'll be frank. We're not getting rid of Ilhan Omar unless we deport her. Basically her district is cartoonishly safe. I think they once had an attempted challenge against her.
Charlie Kirk
They did. From another Somali. Yeah. And she got blown up.
Tyler Boyer
Yeah, exactly. And so Ilhan Omar is one of those safe as safe get seats.
Yep.
Unless.
Charlie Kirk
Unless we did basically.
Tyler Boyer
Unless she's indicted or deported or denaturalized.
But interestingly enough this week Michelle Tafoya, longtime reporter, got into the Senate race. We have a couple other friends who are in the Senate race as well that could.
Charlie Kirk
Michelle is a, is a name. It's a name. She's like a normie.
Tyler Boyer
I think we get attached sometimes, I think to these, I wouldn't assume she's going to win. When we ran Herschel Walker in Georgia, anybody's gonna win. No one's assuming.
Yeah, nobody's assuming.
Charlie Kirk
I'm just saying she might be a candidate people could rally behind because she's normie. People know her from her sideline reporting. She's been in the public space even after she left, doing her NFL commentary. And she's been. She's just normal. She's just kind of a reasonable, normal person that might be electable in Minnesota.
Tyler Boyer
She might be able to attract the number, the amount of money that's needed, and she's a woman to stave a serious Senate challenge that could increase the voter turnout for that day. And again, you have a lot of voters in a state like Minnesota who potentially might split right. So that could vote up and they could vote for a new governor candidate. So I'm saying like a center left person that's not happy with the way that the state's been run and the Walt stuff and the findings where they could vote all Democrats but then vote for a Republican governor, for example. Yeah, we see that happen in a lot of places. And we see that conversely happen in a lot of places for us. Like, again, like your Kentucky's, your Kansas, other places.
I mean, I think if we're going to win Minnesota, we just actually have to maximize the fact that Minnesota is horribly messed up. Walt's dropped out because the Somali fraud scandal, other fraud scandals have actually bubbled up to the point of being something they can't ignore. Even the New York Times had to come in and admit that it's really real. So it really is, you could say, a generational opportunity of how badly the state is run while not being so blue that it's effectively unwinnable the way California is. And so I definitely don't think it's really a shame that we don't have a better Republican party there because this should be an eminently winnable race. Every other state near, you know, in that kind of chain of states that resemble Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, all of those states generally moved right in the presidential level. They were pretty winnable at the state level, and Minnesota's just been bluer than them. And it really shouldn't be insofar as there's a lot of really messed up things that their state Democrat party has done that a lot of people really don't like yet. It's been a challenge over and over.
Charlie Kirk
Well, and I would just say you said it, the generational opportunity, I think that's right. There was a big story. I want to make sure we play it. We have enough time. Before the break. A whistleblower out of Minnesota is throwing allegations at Keith Ellison and Tim Waltz451.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays
Whistleblowers told a congressional committee. Minnesota Governor Tim Walls and Attorney General Keith Ellison there ignored warnings as for years as millions of dollars and millions were stolen on their watch. Congress is investigating a long list of massive fraud schemes in the state. It's hard to keep up. Prosecutors say it's led to at least $9 billion in fraud. Dana and counting Congress also asking why the attorney general there would meet with a group of Somali fraudsters which were under FBI investigation in 2021. The group can be heard in an audio clip given to us by Box lawyer offering to donate to his campaign if he can help them get their funding flowing again. Ellison denies any wrongdoing here. He slammed Bach in a statement to Fox calling her a liar and manipulator, adding, now she's on a media tour to deflect her guilt onto others instead of finally taking responsibility for this fraud scheme that she ran.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, so she that was the Feed Our Futures fraud scheme. She's in prison and she's basically saying there's no way they couldn't have known. While Keith Ellison was meeting with people that were under FBI investigation at the time. We'll be right back.
Terrence Bates
Welcome back to this REAL America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates. We appreciate you being here with us. At least three people are in custody in connection with the now viral video of anti ICE protesters who were in St. Paul, Minnesota at a church service during Sunday worship. Former CNN reporter Don Lemon was also at that protest, documenting it and trying to interview the pastor. However, a judge declined the Justice Department's initial attempt to bring charges against him. Meantime, Vice President J.D. vance traveled to Minneapolis on Thursday to send a message to protesters who were even thinking about attacking churches of ICE agents. In fact, earlier today, the vice president back in the nation's capital addressing the March for Life which is happening right now. Our Benny Ray Harmony is live on the ground there at the March for Life with the very latest. A cold morning, but still a good crowd. Benny Ray.
Benny Ray Harmony
Hey, Terrence, I cannot explain to you the energy of this crowd. I mean, we JD Vance kicked us off, which usually they wait to have the bigger speakers towards the end. But we heard from JD Vance, we heard from speaker Mike Johnson, and now we're hearing testimony from young women, presidents of college organizations and stuff like that. But Terrence, the biggest thing we're hearing is this number, 900,000 abortions each year. And these people's goal here today, Terrence, is to bring that number down and to fight for life again.
Terrence Bates
And the good news is they've got support from lawmakers. We've seen a number of Republican lawmakers on hand. There's supporting the crowd and saying that they're united with this March.
Benny Ray Harmony
Yeah. J.D. vance, he spoke about the the recent thing that President Trump said yesterday that no more federal funds will be used to fund any research whatsoever, including aborted fetal tissue as well as the New Mexico law. Terence, you might know a little bit about that. I wasn't 100% sure what he was talking about. But but to see the administration putting these policies into place, I think it really creates a hope in the crowd and people feel hopeful for the first time in a very long time.
Terrence Bates
Absolutely. Post Roe v. Wade, the movement continues. Thanks so much. Benny Ray. Benny Ray Harmony reporting for us there on the ground at the March for Life which is happening in the nation's capital. That's going to do it for us here on Real America's Voice. Now let's get you back to your regularly scheduled.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
On air and on fire for the.
Charlie Kirk
Preservation of our nation, the Charlie Kirk show. All right, guys, if you have been a faithful listener of this program for any matter of time, really, you you've heard about Strong Cell and we they've come back onto the show as one of our partners. So excited to have them. But it's one of Charlie's favorite supplements and that's because it is a proprietary delivery of an amazing enzyme called nadh. NADH is the power source for the cells in your body. So every cell in your body needs NADH to like I said, it powers each individual cell. So if you're struggling with brain fog, fatigue, lack of energy or constant illness, you really owe it to yourself to try out Strong Cell and see if it makes the difference for you. You will a lot of you out there because I've tried it myself. If you try this for probably like a week, two weeks, three weeks, you're going to notice huge, huge, huge changes. It's going to pay back dividends there. So but here's, here's the best part. Now you can try it risk free. They're they are offering a 90 day money back guarantee completely risk free. It's so Give go to strong sell.com and use the promo code Charlie. So that's a key strongcell.com and that's a cell like C L L strongcell.com use promo code charlie at checkout and you get to save 20%. So not only are you given a 90 day money back risk free guarantee, you get 20% off your order if you use promo code Charlie at checkout. So again, that's strongcell.com promo code charlie at checkout for 20% off there. So we've, we've gone through the Minnesota question. I believe it's a generational opportunity. Not sure if we're gonna catch fire and catch momentum there or not, but they're under FBI investigation. I looked that up in the break. I forgot. They are under an FBI investigation. Both Jacob Fry and Tim Walter under investigation. I mean, listen, these are. These are bad optics. However, it's just a. I think the whole thing is a PR game. It really is. So we have another question here. It's actually from Ian, who is unable to call in, apparently. Yeah, he says, you want to read it?
Tyler Boyer
I'll read it because you guys will have to answer it. So this is from Ian. What are signs that you met someone worth marrying? Is finding someone that shares conservative and Christian values so rare these days that we should overvalue that with the level of oversaturation, of promiscuity and perversion that has tarred the dating pool? How did you know your spouse was right for you? I know marriage wasn't made to make you happy, but to make us holy also. How have we not found Blake a wife yet? Thinking face. Just kidding. Love you all. That's for me.
Charlie Kirk
And.
Tyler Boyer
Well, I can't answer that question, so.
Charlie Kirk
It'S not for lack of efforts. I mean, Charlie tried really hard too. So you know Blake. What is the answer there? Why he doesn't answer? It's fine.
Tyler Boyer
I am a private man.
Charlie Kirk
He's a private man. And he's, you know, listen, he's got standards. He's got standards. I would say, you know, all you can do is talk from your personal experience. And when I met my wife, I will tell you that it was like everything that had been hard in every other relationship was easy. All of a sudden. We. We wanted to do the same things at the same time. We shared the same values. We had the same outlook on what we wanted for our future. We were able to pray together. We were able to go to church together. We. And here's the other thing. There was no fighting. We didn't fight. Some people will tell you you have to fight and you have to go through these. It's not like, we didn't have disagreements, but we didn't fight. We weren't at each other's throats all the time. You know, it was. It was like. It was just easy and it was fun. And I think, you know, there is a sanctification portion of being married. That's absolutely true. But for us, it was just all of the things that you kind of assumed were going to be the case with dating and relationships. It just wasn't the case anymore. We just knew that we fit together. And when you share values, I mean, here's one thing that I completely agree with with Charlie. Charlie would say, don't date a Democrat or a progressive. If you're a conservative, you're going to. You're inviting a ton of conflict into your life, into your relationship that you don't need to have there. And if you're a Christian and serious Christian, you should be dating a serious Christian, and you should be dating intentionally to get married. It doesn't mean it can't be fun and exciting and all those good things. But. And it. By the way, it doesn't mean that there aren't exceptions to that rule. But as a general rule of thumb, date Christians. If you're a Christian, date a conservative. You're a conservative. Especially the way the culture's gone and everything's so much more political these days. Everything gets brought up in a relationship. It's going to determine which school you send your kids to, what religion you raise them under. It's going to determine what kind of shows you watch, what kind of movies you go to as a family. All of those little mundane things become controversial. They become rife with conflict. If you do not marry people that are on the same page as you. So when you know, you kind of know, honestly. And you know, there's a pastor friend of mine, it was basically like, find a woman you're attracted to and it'll put up with you. That was his. His direction. I think it's a little bit more complicated than that. But there's a truth in what he was saying, that, listen, your job as a man, get a job, provide for your family, provide and protect your future children. Be all of those things. Be intentional about the way you spend your time. Be intentional about the way that you pursue your career, and try and be a man that's worthy of a great wife. And hopefully you find a wife that is trying to do the same thing on her end of the equation. What about you, Tyler?
Tyler Boyer
What about you?
What about me?
Charlie Kirk
What. What's your advice?
Tyler Boyer
How do you know when you've got the right woman?
I think you have. I think you. It's. It's. It's one of those things where you have to put yourself in the batter's box and you have to take swings and the right thing happens. Not all the time, but, you know, some of the time it happens, and then it just kind of works its way out. Like, you just gotta. Dating, I think, is just like anything that we deal with on the social scale, with political is like, when you show up, things start happening. And I think that's just what life's all about, is all those things. I think most people. And this has no commentary on you, so I. Because I don't know your personal dating life, but others of my friends that. That sometimes they feel like I'm not finding the right person or whatever. It's like, well, yeah. Are you investing enough of the time to be around the people that you want to be around and that you want to try to be around? But the good news is with Turning Point, there's a lot of those people who show up around our stuff. And so this is a great place where people meet each other. We have a lot of Turning Point babies and a lot of Turning Point weddings. And in fact, you know, going to mini this year, I have, like, a wedding, like, every other week for the next, like, three months.
Charlie Kirk
You kind of aged out of the time where you're supposed to be going to a wedding every month. But at Turning Point, it's like, at.
Tyler Boyer
Turning Point, you never get out of it. Yeah, you never get out of it because everyone's, like, in their 20s and 30s.
Charlie Kirk
I would say this, too. There's a. There's a great expression. You cannot turn a parked car. So if you desire to be married and have kids, you got to move forward, because then you can sort of, to Tyler's point, you can put yourself in the batter's box. You can try more things. You can date more people. That whole kiss, dating goodbye thing, that was like a 90s phenomenon. That's. That's garbage. I think you should.
Tyler Boyer
The guy who wrote that became is, like, now non religious. Yeah, he's like, his wife.
Charlie Kirk
I believe he divorced his wife.
Tyler Boyer
I think so. I might be mistaken. He definitely.
Charlie Kirk
He's changed.
Tyler Boyer
Not Christian anymore.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, he apologized for writing that. And I know he's like an atheist now, but anyways, it took fire. And it was like all these people that weren't dating because they wanted to remain pure. Definitely remain pure. You are not supposed to Be having sex before you're married. That's an absolute certainty. There's no budging on that. We don't budge on that. But you got to be able to experience somebody and get to know them and understand them. And, you know, another piece of advice that I think is really good is you date for all seasons. So, meaning if you're going to get married to somebody, there's no time limit. There's no rules. You do you. But I do think it's important you four seasons. So you can look at it as spring, winter, summer, fall, or you can look at it as good times and bad. See them at their worst. See them at their best. See them when they're having fun. See them when they're working hard. You want to know somebody has character to match. And here, here's one last thing. And I say this to the guys out there. My wife is an amazing mother to our kids. Amazing. That was not something I was thinking about as intentionally as I probably should have. And I got lucky, candidly. I mean, I knew she had great character. I knew she was. Was fun. She had a great disposition, great personality. All this, I didn't realize how important that would be. When you actually are in the mundane life of just running a household day in, day out and making sure your kids get to school, making sure they have their lunchboxes full, making sure that they get. Get to their lessons in the class, having a wife that you would trust to raise your children, it's just, it's a huge, A huge, huge issue. And I suppose that goes both ways. I'm thinking about it from a male perspective, but women marry a man that you want your children to be like, I think that's a huge, huge deal. Next question. We have this one from Joe, who is performing at the Turning Point halftime show. And who do you guys think will be in win the Super Bowl? Well, the packers before.
Tyler Boyer
They definitely can't be in that much. No, they won't be there for a while. This is a.
Charlie Kirk
They're clearly. Oh, don't be such a doomer.
Tyler Boyer
But no, I mean, we should just set this up by saying, man, it's getting bleak. I think apparently the bunny who is bad is going to wear a dress and he's going to dedicate the show to queer icons.
Charlie Kirk
We have some graphics on this.
Tyler Boyer
What's great about it? I'll be frank. I have to chastise conservatives a bit because I'll still. I will run into conservatives to this day who will one, they'll gloat that the NFL's ratings are in the toilet due to boycotts while admitting they themselves still watch the NFL and all its games.
Charlie Kirk
Are they in the.
Tyler Boyer
No, no. The NFL's ratings are better than ever. The rights attempt to boycott the NFL is. Was a big failure. The NFL is invincible and unstoppable.
Charlie Kirk
I mean, it's not like Bud Light where we can just literally choose from 48 million other.
Tyler Boyer
Bud Light was a very special case and I'm glad it worked. But Bud Light was special because it's something that's super fungible. It's something you mostly. No one's super passionate about. Bud Light. It's like a very passive. Yeah, you know, you mildly like good. It's easily replaced by other things. You mostly consume it socially. So it was really easy to bully people and, you know, make fun of them for having the gay beer and all of that. It's not like that with the NFL. People are fanatical about it. One option, it's omnipresent. There's no alternative football league that's of any noteworthiness. Or you can go be a soccer fan.
Charlie Kirk
The Canadian Football League.
Tyler Boyer
Ooh, the CFL three downs.
Charlie Kirk
Unless you're Canadian. Nobody's watching that.
Tyler Boyer
Exactly. I mean, no one's even watching it in Canada. They're kind of in dicey financial status. But yeah, it's all of that. So it's tough. But it does mean it's in. The NFL's very good at marketing to everyone. During Flight of Palooza, they gave Jay Z total control of the half.
Charlie Kirk
That's how we got here.
Tyler Boyer
That's how we got here. They just said, Jay Z, your company. I think Roc Nation is the name of it. You get control of the super bowl halftime show and he just kind of picks whoever he wants. And so he's picked these insane anti American acts.
Charlie Kirk
And yeah, the thing, I mean, Bad Bunny, listen, this is not an anti Hispanic American thing, but when Bad Bunny comes at, comes out and says you have four months to learn Spanish and he's not going to do any of his songs in English. And now to add insult to injury, he's going to pay homage to queer icons. His whole outfits. Queer icons. Bad Bunny plans to use super bowl halftime show to honor queer icons. Plans to wear a dress. So this is him thumbing his nose at all of you in this audience. This is not a good guy. So we, yes, we are moving forward with the halftime. Well, shoot. With the. Yeah, we can say halftime. We can. Yeah, I forget the. I forget there's a legalese there. All American halftime show. So that's we are moving forward with that on 2, 8, 2026. Tune in on all our socials, all our streamers. Real America's voice is going to be taking it. I think a couple other other outlets are going to be taking it. People reached out so you can watch it. We're going to have it from there's going to it's going to be a number of acts. We haven't announced them yet. We're still making final tweaks on it. Actually added a huge name just this week on it. So we are moving forward. It's going to be great. It's going to be all Americana. It's going to be faith, family and freedom. It's going to be exactly the perfect answer to what's going on with Bad Bunny. And I wish we didn't have to do it, but we're going to do it. We'll be right back.
Tyler Boyer
All right.
Charlie Kirk
Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show. Final segment of the day. We have a question from Mick, I believe, Mick, about March for Life. How are you? Hey, Mick, welcome to the show. How are you doing? I'm doing great. Quick little homage to Charlie.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
He was a big part of helping.
Charlie Kirk
Form the views I have today. You know, going back to middle school.
Tyler Boyer
Met my aunt Uncle Cole in Montana, grade school. Great guy.
Charlie Kirk
That's awesome. That's great to hear.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
My question for you guys, obviously today is the March for Life.
Charlie Kirk
We heard from Vice President Vance earlier.
Show Commentator/Host (possibly Blake Neff)
Today and specifically for you, Tyler. Have we had any updates on legislation in some of the red states you guys have been working in on pro life issues?
Tyler Boyer
Yeah. So I, this has actually been one, I think one of the biggest victories in the Trump era is that the pro life movement has become stronger. We're in a stronger position because of the president. There's pressure that people don't see that's actually happening from the Trump administration with executive orders because remember, a lot of governors and a lot of presidents operate on pro life issues based off executive orders so they can ignore laws that have been passed in some cases. We've seen that with governors and AGs who have done that. And then we've seen, you know, enacting specific executive orders that actually really trounce on some of the pro life increases that have happened in some of these states. It's without question, every poll that we've seen has shown that young people are more pro life than even the millennial generation.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, Gen Z is definitely more pro.
Tyler Boyer
Life and millennials more than Gen X. So the question that you have, which is how do we pass more laws? Well, unfortunately, there's a couple of different things that are happening. The left is trying to pass constitution changing laws in a lot of places to, you know, after the Roe v. Wade overturn like that, not to get too deeply into this because we only have a few minutes here, but they're trying to pass laws that write into the Constitution the states to basically put back into place Roe v. Wade. Those have, have passed in some states that you would consider maybe lean right. Overwhelmingly.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. It was a huge setback.
Tyler Boyer
So the question now at this point is are there, are there different types of pieces of legislation that can limit the amount of abortion that is completed within your state?
Charlie Kirk
There are.
Tyler Boyer
While giving access up until whatever the constitutional number of weeks that gets passed into those states. I would just say this is that there's been laws that have been passed like in Florida and I've been pushed by Texas Governor DeSantis. Texas, the heartbeat bills that are Arkansas, I think the most common sense, best way forward that that shift the conversation to the right where most anyone that you poll talks about when the heartbeat is detectable, that's when you got it. You have to say there's absolutely no more that is far better than a 20 week or six weeks. Obviously. Yeah, it's usually right in the ballpark of four to six weeks. And so again, without getting to. Because no matter what I say, it will be attacked or you know, it'll.
Charlie Kirk
Go back misinterpreted spawn. Yeah.
Tyler Boyer
But I think a great step in the right direction is our heartbeat bills. We are seeing those get passed in many states and those have to be in the states that a heartbeat bill has not yet been passed. I would love to see that. Now the argument that most people say and they vote against the heartbeat bills is that's not good enough. It should be zero abortion. Again, Charlie would agree with this. I totally agree with that. I would love to live in a state that has zero abortion. However, the problem that happens, like Arizona is a good example of this. We could have put on the ballot a heartbeat bill and the Republican legislature decided not to do that because they're afraid that it would not be popular enough or whatever again like Florida had put on Texas had done. And instead what happened was another constitutional amendment got passed that basically put into place Roe v. Wade style numbers.
It's tough. And one thing we have to confront that Charlie was frank about is conservative abortion views are they're usually Not a majority opinion. Generally, when we've had an up or down vote on abortion restrictions, it doesn't go great. We've had some better ones. In Florida, it went well because they needed 60%. In South Dakota, I think, is the only one where it's just an up or down needed 50% vote to repeal a strict abortion law failed.
So that was great.
I was very happy about that. But it is tough. We have to. We won in the Supreme Court. And that the thing about it is that did not end the battle. In a sense, it began the battle. The left had just said, oh, it's actually unconstitutional to really debate abortion seriously. And once you overturned that, it wasn't abortion suddenly illegal. It was. We're allowed to make the case. And what we've seen, frankly, is, it's sad to say, there's a lot of young women who might go to church and they might say that they said they were pro life when it wasn't. The stakes were not there. But once it really was an up or down vote on that.
Charlie Kirk
Right.
Tyler Boyer
They turned the other way. And we've seen that in the polls that young women have become sharply more pro abortion in the last three years.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah. And I would say, you know, this question's putting me back, Mick, into that 20, 24 headspace when, if you'll remember, we were all arguing about whether or not there was this hidden woman vote and Trump was gonna get crushed because of the abortion issue. The Democrats were trying to make it a huge issue. They were trying to sneak that, like they did in Arizona onto the ballot because they thought, well, if people are gonna come out to the polls to vote in favor of abortion, that Trump's gonna lose. The good news is, is that obviously Trump won. The abortion topic did not end up sinking his candidacy, and we have Trump 47 now. So I would say the news is good and bad. The news is that you can overcome this politically and conservatives need to get a backbone. I'm 100% pro life in every single conceivable possible way. So. And it sounds like I join you with that. And there have been, you know, restrictions. You know, whether it's South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Utah's even appropriated money to their pro life Utah. So there's broader efforts that are happening. But, you know, to Blake's point, in Kansas, you saw rejection. Kansas, you saw a rejection of a pro life measure. If you want Kentucky, you saw it was 59, 41. It lost Ohio 57 to 43. These are reliably red States that are declining to pass pro life ballot ballot measures. So when you have that kind of dynamic, I think it scared off a lot of conservatives and conservative legislation.
Tyler Boyer
If you want to make a gain at this point, one of the most important things you could do is the states that should be going our way and they didn't because they have bad courts. So we had Wyoming, I think one week ago, Wyoming, their Supreme Court went and said actually you have a right to abortion because of this Obamacare law.
Charlie Kirk
Because that we pass. It's health care.
Tyler Boyer
Utah also, I believe their Supreme Court is what upheld more liberal abortion regime. So if you want that our two best states to pick up are those two by making their state courts actually aligned with what conservative voters believe. And I think that's our best chance to make some gains. I'm looking at the map here. We could probably make improvements in Nebraska. Oh, another Nebraska has a law that we need to change to make more conservative. What a, what a shock. Missouri, potentially, that's where we have our best.
Charlie Kirk
And I hate to, we hate to give you the incremental answer, Mick, but like it's an incremental policy. To Tyler's earlier point, things like heartbeat laws actually have a good PR spin. It kind of feels better. Normie, voters who aren't tuned into this stuff all the way, it maybe it's easier to vote for that stuff.
Tyler Boyer
Most importantly, it's a step in the right direction. And that's also if you have nothing now, get something on the board and then. And then go more conservative after that.
Charlie Kirk
But ran out of time. We'll see you Monday. More from the Charlie Kirk show then. Have a great weekend.
