While the United States and Israel had prepared a massive strike on Iran this week, President Trump said he's holding off on the strike because serious negotiations are underway to end the war. There seems to be a very good chance that they can work something out if we can do that without bombing them, he said. I'd be very happy. He said that from the White House this week. President Trump said he had planned a very major attack, but he put it off for a, quote, a little while, hopefully maybe forever. He said America's allies in the Gulf asked him to wait for two or three days because they felt they were close to a deal with Iran. Let's pray that's true. And America is in a full court press with the America 250 celebrations. This past Sunday, thousands gathered on the National Mall there in Washington, D.C. for rededicate 250 a national Jubilee for praise, prayer and thanksgiving. It was an amazing event I attended with my son Zach. It featured a reading of scripture from President Trump. It was attended by key government officials and faith leaders from all over the country Christians gathered in mass showing up to be a part of this historic event. And it was just that. The midterm elections are coming up this fall and the primaries are on this week. President Trump endorsed candidates who won big, including Georgia and Indiana. And all eyes were locked in on Kentucky. And the Trump backed Ed Gallerin, who won big over the incumbent Thomas Massie in the House primary. There, the MAGA movement seems to be pretty strong, as strong as ever. And hey, this is Memorial Day weekend. It's traditionally seen as the start of summer, grilling and chilling, hitting the lake, barbecuing. Big race weekend. Coca Cola 600, the Indy 500. You know, memorial Day was formerly known as Decoration Day. It's a sacred day to commemorate all the men and women who have died in military service for the United States of America and to honor their families. There's several natural traditions on Memorial Day. They include flying a flag at half staff until what, from dawn until noon, placing flags on graves in national cemeteries, and also a national moment of remembrance at 3pm on Monday. I remember as a boy, Dubois, Pennsylvania, Morningside Cemetery, Memorial Day weekend. My dad would take us there and drive us through the the cemetery. There would be a sea of American flags representing those who had served and died for our great country. He said. Tim, some gave all and freedom isn't free. Also, not far from my childhood home is another memorial called Brad's Hill. It's a memorial to one of America's finest killed in Iraq. My son and I try to go by there every time we go up to Pennsylvania, a place where I remind him that freedom isn't free. Gold Star families, they're heroes who have died in combat from World War II until now and those family members who have lost that loved one in military service. Here's what Romans 13:7 says from the Bible. We're to render therefore to all their dues, tribute to whom tribute is due. Custom to whom custom is due. And fear to whom fear is due. And honor to whom honor is due. I'm going to pray. We're going to get started. God be with us. Bless our our program today. God use it for your glory. Thank you for those who gave the full measure of devotion, who gave their life so that we could live free in this country and God, I pray for everyone who's participating use their words to speak words of life and hope and honor this weekend. Gary. I want to get started with Iran and negotiations. It's interesting. Like you said last week, Gary, it changes by the hour almost. But President Donald Trump said he's holding off again this imminent strike that they had talked about and said there again are serious negotiations underway. He's been pushed by some of the countries over there, like the UAE and others, saying, hey, we're going to get this deal done. He thinks it's probably going to happen. Gary, what are your thoughts?

Well, I don't mind admitting that I'm worried, Tim. You know, only the President, the vice president and a very small group of people know exactly what's going on. But, and I know the president is certainly aware of what I'm getting ready to say, which is that historically the Iranians know how to use negotiations to delay, obfuscate, buy time. And we know that during this period of the ceasefire, they've been digging missile launchers out. There's rumors and reports that maybe they've been able to import some more accurate surface to air missiles that would endanger our planes and jets. So I worry that we haven't been able to end this yet. And I think, like all political analysts, that the longer this goes, the more likely it is, the negative negatively affect the election results this November. I also know, and this is the most important thing, that President Trump puts America first, even puts America first above his own political fortunes. So I trust him that he'll do the right thing. But I'm worried and I'm praying that this is resolved quickly.

Gary, speaking of the midterms, some primaries happened this week. Huge wins for the President, Thomas Massie, that whole situation there in Kentucky, all eyes were glued in on that. And he was spanked by Ed Gallerin pretty soundly. And I think it sent a message that reverberated throughout the country. You know, MAGA is still strong, Gary. At the end of the day, I was amazed at the results. And we're also looking, I think, at some next week in Texas.

Yes, I was watching that Kentucky race really closely, Tim, because that's where I grew up. I grew up in Newport, Kentucky, and Newport and Covington are two of the cities in that district. I know the district well. It's a very pro Trump District Congressman Massie went off the rails. He says he's a libertarian. I don't know what he is. But earlier in the week when those results came in, I was glued to my television set and I had called and emailed and texted as many of my friends and family back there in that district telling them how I thought they ought to vote. So I'm really glad about that outcome.

Gary, in the midst of all of this, and I know you have great love for our country, great hope for America even in spite of everything we've been through. And boy, we've done a lot of programs together. GARY but at the end of the day, here we are moving toward July 4th, America, 250. We just literally this week, last Sunday, had the rededicate 250 service there on the mall. It was amazing. Seriously. Faith leaders from all over the country, dignitaries, everybody showing up, even the president read some scriptures a part of that event. Thousands of people flocked to the mall, a lot of Christians there, strong messaging. And Gary, here we are coming into Memorial Day and it's one of those days. My dad loved Memorial Day because it was a time where we honored our, our war dead and we were and we are reminded that freedom isn't free. Gary just some reflections. There you are in Washington. The temperature, the feel, the excitement, the energy and at, at the same time, the respect that's come back, if you will, to our military, especially as we watch Iran and so much more now, they function there. But Gary, it's a moment. This is a big moment.

It really is. Tim I, I grew up in a household who, where my father was a Marine Corps veteran from World War II, and he taught me love of country. Very early on in my life, my father fought in the South Pacific and he saw things and had to do things that when he finally was willing to share them with me, as I kept asking him over the years, and then when he told me, I wished I hadn't asked because they were unbelievable things. I have a hard time even now processing them. So America is what it is today because generation after generation of men and women rose to the occasion and went off to fight our wars and have done so with great honor. One of my favorite places to go is the Vietnam Memorial, because every day at the end of the day, you'll see at the base of the memorial mementos that Americans have left there. Maybe a family Bible or a love letter sent and never received by its intended recipient, maybe a picture of a child that was born after his father died in Vietnam. And every night when the sun goes down, the park police collect all that up and they lovingly stored away. Tim as you know, those things represent faith, family and freedom. And they have more power than all the movers and shakers in Washington, D.C. put together.

Yeah, I want to talk about remembrance just for a moment, because a lot of people try have tried through the years to erase a lot of our history, but there's something that happens to you when you walk like I did through Arlington Cemetery with my son and went up to the tomb of the Unknown. Gary Something happens to you when you walk through the D Day Memorial in a little town called Bedford, Virginia, and you think about what happened on the shores of Normandy. Something happens to you when you drive through a small cemetery in the middle of central Pennsylvania. Dubois, Pennsylvania, where I grew up, where my dad took us through, and there was a sea of flags on Memorial Day. Gary and. And to just think about what

freedoms are really all about and how we've been living and acting in our country in so many horrific ways. Gary it's beyond the pale, but being able to come back and reflect and go there, it does something to your soul, to your spirit.

There's no question about it. I would urge all of our listeners to do something like the things that you just described. Go to the local cemetery and visit the graves of veterans. Take your children and grandchildren to these places. If you've got a memorial nearby, go to that. It's important that we teach each rising generation the sacrifices that had to be made so that they can be free men and women in this great country. Tim if we don't love America, somewhere down the road we'll run out of men willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. And as Ronald Reagan used to say, you know, liberty is always just one generation away from being engulfed by tyranny. So this is an important time to remember who we are and what was sacrifice to keep us free.

Bob, thank you for your service. I think it goes without saying that you're highly regarded and respected, and I appreciate our friendship. And a special weekend. It's a big weekend. A lot of people go into Memorial Day, Bob, thinking it's kind of the way to kick off summer, go out to the lake, barbecue, hang out, do that or what have you. But, you know, for leaders like you especially, this is a weekend where you step back and you really just take in the cost of freedom and so much more. Bob, some personal reflections from you as we go into this weekend.

Sure. Well, on this next Monday, Tim, I'll be at Bedford in a cemetery, speaking to a group of veterans. And the first thing I'll say is that we're standing on holy ground, the holy ground consecrated by those who've bled for us, paid the ultimate sacrifice. I often use the phrase lead the living and honor the fallen. And we every day at national center for Healthy Veterans work on leading the living, helping our veterans get healthy and contribute to America. But on Memorial Day, the real emphasis is that we honor the fallen. I'm always in my mind. I have Arlington Cemetery and what Orrin Hatch, when he was a US Senator, wrote a song, and it's called White Stones on Blades of Green Grass, and it's a compelling song. I would encourage your listeners to look that up, listen to it even on Memorial Day, because it's a fitting tribute not just for those in Arlington Cemetery, but those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice, been laid to rest all around the world, and some not even laid to rest, but they made that sacrifice.

Nevertheless, as is customary, the president is expected to go to Arlington National Cemetery on Monday morning, place a reef at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Bob it's encouraging to see the emphasis, by the way, that the current administration is placing on the military and the honor and regard that seems to be coming back. We're watching what's happening in the Middle East. It's pretty amazing, the firepower, if you will, and Secretary Hegseth and the leadership that's there. But, Bob, there's something, you know, you mentioned about going to the cemeteries, especially on a weekend like this, Arlington. I remember walking through that with my son Zach, whom, you know, and what an impression it left on his young heart and mind and mind. Bob, we, we, we saw a soldier being laid to rest and stood at attention because we couldn't move. I mean, it was so compelling, that moment, you Hear what I'm saying? And the family was there and they played Taps and all that. And I mean, I could see Zach just looking at me like, dad, what in the world? And you're right. You go to D Day Memorial there in Bedford, Virginia, like you were just talking about, Bob, what happened on the shores of Normandy and what the price that was paid and all the families that. That look at that little town of Bedford, the consequences of that and the impact generationally. Bob, it's hard to put in words the honor that needs to be bestowed for those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

Right, exactly right. We tend to focus on those that were lost, but we don't appreciate the ripple effect, as you mentioned, Tim, for generations in families and in children. It's just a profound impact and so something that we must forever be grateful for.

Up in the hills of Pennsylvania, I often go up to our old homestead. There's a curve in those windy roads up there, and there's a flagpole with the American flag and there's a tomb up there. It's called Brad's Hill. And General Dees, there's a Gold Star family up there who lost their son, I think, in Iraqi Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, way back a few years. And I tell Zach that that represents some of America's finest right there. General Dees, when you think of families, I just want to stay with that for a moment. Gold Star families, just some reflections from your heart about them and the impact on them and how we can really, in times like this, you know, bring honor to them.

Well, our hearts break when we see a new Gold Star family or the ones that exist already. You know, I think Gold Star families, I often say there's nothing harder than loving a soldier, sailor, airman, marine guardsman. And as you have loved that one and you've released them to go overseas and serve the nation, and then they never come home. It's such a heavy burden to go with the rest of your life. You will never forget that. And yet you learn to reshape it. And many Gold Star families, I honor them because they want to turn their pain and their loved ones pain into purpose in other people's lives. And just they're inspiring just the way they bear the burden of the grief. And then sometimes they take very tangible steps to improve the lot of others that are still living or to help other Gold Star families comforting others with that which they've been comforted. So, yes, great respect for Gold Star families, and part of the respect is because they navigate that adversity. With character. And they make it count for something in other people's lives.

General, before you go, I want to talk to you about the center for healthy Veterans in a little town called Alta Vista, Virginia. But it's a big project. It's a noble project. God's doing some amazing things. Tell us about it.

Major General Bob Dees
Oh, my. Well, this week particularly has been very inspiring because yesterday we brought in seven new guys. That's a cohort coming in that will navigate the next nine months together in our nine month residential program. Our purpose is to return healthy veterans to America. None of our folks are here by accident, but it's such a joy to watch them grow because today we have graduations. We have four graduating from the overall nine month program and we have about 17 graduating from other parts as they're en route. Every three months they finish a course and go into the next trimester. So real celebration today. And the point is, I've been looking at refining silver of recent and you heat it up and the dross gets to the top. You take off some of the dross, you heat it up again. And so that's sort of what we do with our folks. They come here for real reasons. We had a guy yesterday, we said, where you're from? And I gave a state and he said, no, I'm not from there. I said, well, where are you from? He said, I'm from here. This is my home. This is the first home I've had for 15 years. This is my home right now. We put him in a tiny house. So it's just great to see these folks and it's rewarding. We have a lot of volunteers locally. We just encourage you to come out. Every third Saturday we have a volunteer Saturday that's a lot of fun. And many other ways you can volunteer by going to our website, HealthyVeterans.org we also look for referrals. You know, we have people from all across the United States, but to include some local people, veterans that have come to us, we call them patriots and so refer people that need more than a fly fishing trip or a weekend retreat, that have deep trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, moral injury, adverse childhood experiences precipitated by their military service, all of these difficult conditions, homeless, unemployed, all these difficult conditions we deal with that's become our intellectual property. How do we rewire the brain, reshape the heart, restore the soul, and all of that together we see life change. And it's really not by power, by might, but it's by my spirit, saith the Lord because we see God doing amazing things in these lives.

Hey, we got a special weekend here coming up. Travis, Memorial Day weekend. We honor our war dad and their families. But before we go there, America's in this kind of Run to America 250 July 4th. Big deal. Everything's getting really fired up in Washington, D.C. last Sunday, Rededicate America 250 was moving event. Faith leaders from all over the country as well as dignitaries showing up and speaking and committing our ways back to the Lord. Travis, big statement. Everybody kept echoing. Our rights don't come from government, they come from God. Travis, just some reflections from you about what's happening and kind of this energy and momentum we're seeing in our country right now.

Well, you know, Dr. Clinton, that was not a political event. That was a national call to prayer and to revival. And to rededication. And ultimately this is the case. You know, if we have all of our numbers right, our economics right, our national security, right, well, that's all important. But if we don't have our heart in the hand of God, then there's no border wall that can keep us safe. And so my gratitude to the Lord is for a president that would call us to prayer. I mean, to hear President Trump read the preeminent verse in the Bible on national revival. If my people are called by my name, will humble themselves, seek his face. It was such a powerful thing. And this is my prayer. It's my prayer for me, for my family, for my church, my city, for my nation. What a wonderful moment to be a

part of the energy again. On the mall at Rededicate 250 was something else. My son Zach and I were there together. We were all over the place. But celebrating God's goodness and grace. Travis, people are also saying faith is back in America. You got revivals happening on college campuses. Bible sales are going through the roof. Today's generations are showing up in church. We're finding out that young men in particular are turning to God like never before. You've got events like Rededicate happening. Churches are full. Men's events are kind of blowing up everywhere. Travis, this whole sense of faith, do you think it's going to have impact? Is it going to be lasting? What are you sensing?

Well, I think every generation has to know God for themselves. I'm not saved. You're not saved by our parents faith. We're saved by our faith in Jesus Christ. Now we have an obligation to set a table and to share the story and to share the gospel. Actually, Paul tells Timothy to share the gospel with faithful men who can share the gospel with others. And this has been going on for 2000 years until it got to me. So here we are in this moment, 2026. The question is, will we continue to share this story? There's so much positive to see. Just like you're mentioning Bible sales, we have a Gen Z revival taking place in our church. My prayer is that we never see right relationship with God as an X on the map, but right relationship with God is every single day getting closer to Jesus Christ. That's my hope for 26. I feel like we're in that. My prayer is that we carry that on over to this next year.

You know, at the same time, here we are coming in Memorial Day weekend, a moment when we take a deep breath, slow down, and reflect on those who gave the ultimate sacrifice, the full measure of devotion, Travis, Those who gave their life so we could live free in this country. My dad taught us his kids. My dad was a part of what Tom Brokaw called the greatest generation ever. World War II veterans, he served in the South Pacific, told stories of what it was like to be on that warship and to have those planes coming at them and torpedoes being shot at him and stuff. And how he kissed the ground, literally, when he got back to the United States and said, God, if I make it, I'm going to serve you for the rest of my life. And Travis, he went into full time ministry, became a pastor and loved God and loved country. Interestingly enough, they flew a flag. Fourth of July was like a special day for him, too. He'd love to fly the American flag. But, boy, I'll tell you what, on Memorial Day, he would take us to Dubois Cemetery and let us see the sea of flags of those who, quote, had served and some who had given that full measure of devotion for our country. You know, when you step back, Travis, we're often reminded in scripture to do that very thing. Remember, remember, remember. It's too easy to get a generation away and forget what it really took so we can enjoy and celebrate the goodness and grace of God in our country.

You know, I've been really blessed to pastor some Gold Star moms and to see, you know, not in many numbers or many headstones or many news stories, but to see the personal loss of a moment and of a father having lost a child. And I'm humbled because the challenges that I face daily, that you face daily, that America faces daily, pales in comparison to the loss of a family member in battle. And that sacrifice just wasn't to just protect their home or protect their family or advance their life. It was to protect our nation. And I hope that we always do a good job of honoring our country. We live in the best country on the planet. I've been all over and I know there are things that people talk about in America that could be better. And it's true, there are. There's a lot of terrible things going on in America. We live in the best country. And so what a privilege it is to love the country, to speak up for the United States, and then to ask that God's hand of blessing would rest on our nation. And I think that as we go into this weekend, this Memorial Day moment, that we stop and we consider, this is not just a day for picnics. It's not just a day off from work. But this is a day to commemorate the lives of people who were laid down. Their lives were laid down so that we could have freedom.

Yeah. Not a time to be silent either. It's time to stand and champion what we love.

I think that's a great point right there. When you figure, you know, they laid down their life and we're afraid to speak for the freedom that they defended. That's a convicting point. Dr. Clinton, I would say. Thank you for saying that so well in such a brief little snippet.

Travis, before you go, you and I have talked many times about the home going of a lot of faith leaders. We had two more recently, Joni Lamb and from daystar, and then a good friend, James Robeson, who I'd spent a lot of time with. I know you know James, but pretty shocking and challenges for us to stand in the gap and remain faithful and strong, especially for such a time as this. Some closing thoughts.

I think James was probably a little more expected than Joni. Joni was younger. Both had given their life to ministry. I think it's a wake up call for all of us to make sure that our heart is in the hands of the Lord. The Bible says that our life is but a vapor here today and gone the next. This would be a really great time for every person that's watching for you right where you are watching this show with Dr. Clinton and I to take an inventory of your life. Are you following Jesus? Have you dedicated your life to him? Have you asked him to forgive you of your sins? And is he the Lord of your life? But it's also for everyone following Christ to say, lord, am I a good servant with the talents that you give me? Am I doing what I can with what I have? And so for me, I want to love Jesus and my family well. I want to love Jesus and my church well. I want to make an impact in my city and in my world. And I hope that at the end of the day, you know, Dr. Dr. Tim, when I think about crossing the finish line, how I hope it happens is that my car is like an old rattle trap held together by Bondo. The treads about worn off on my tire. Knowing that I've given everything that I have in the time that I have for the glory of the Lord. I hope we all can do that. I hope that I can do that.

Tim, your love for America, it radiates. Here we are, America. 250 July 4th this year is going to be a big deal. This past Sunday, Rededicate250 happened up on the Mall in Washington, D.C. it was spectacular. Faith leaders from all over the country showed up. Tim, the president read a prayer, dignitaries from everywhere up there in Washington. Where you participating? It was a moment. People from all around the country showed up in Mass. It's a statement. Something's going on, Tim. There seems to be some real momentum about America and God and country right now.

Tim Lee
That's a very good thing. And it's about time because we often said that if we don't have revival, we don't the Lord doesn't come back soon, we don't have revival, that America is going to see the judgment of God. Well, now we have a leader in the White House. We have leaders in Washington, D.C. we have leaders in our pulpits across the country that are saying now's the time and it's happening. And so it wasn't just tens of thousand, hundreds of thousands that was in D.C. but people were watching from everywhere. I was speaking in Tampa, Florida, was unable to make the trip. People were watching and people were plugged in and people were involved. And I think that you have people, pastors that are leading their churches to pray, to repent, to get involved, not set on the sidelines anymore. This is our time and we cannot drop the ball.

Tim, in the midst of all this, here we are Memorial Day weekend. It's personal for you in a lot of you gave both of your legs in Vietnam for our country, Tim, when we think of those who have given the full measure of devotion their life and you get into maybe an experience or two where you're walking through Arlington Cemetery or maybe the D Day Memorial or the Vietnam Memorial or my dad, I remember, Tim, when my dad, who was part of what Tom Brokaw called the greatest generation ever, World War II veterans went down, when the World War II Veterans Memorial opened, he was there he wrote a bus down with some of his buddies from the central Pennsylvania sent. He collected everything. Tim sent it all to me in the mail and said, tim, keep this. I'll tell you what, it does something to your soul because you realize freedom isn't free.

And, you know, you mentioned just for instance, several memorials, but the Vietnam Memorial, over 58,000 names on that memorial. And we just throw out the figure 58,000. But those are not just thousands of names. They are individuals. They are sons of parents that sacrificed and gave up their son. These ghost are parents that gave their son for America, for freedom. And so Memorial Day is, you know, we honor our veterans on Veterans Day. And there's never a wrong time to say thank you to a veteran, whether they were in peacetime or wartime. But Memorial Day is for those who sacrificed it all, those who gave everything that that means their life. And I've told this story on your program before, but I think it's worth repeating. On the very day that my grandma and grandpa Lee was taking my dad to the train station in our little hometown of McLeansboro, Illinois, and put him on a train to go to Chicago, the Great Lakes Naval Station, on that day, they received a telegram that their oldest son, my dad's older brother Emerson, had been killed over Italy, shot down over Italy. And you imagine taking your next oldest son to go to war not knowing what's going to happen. And my dad was in the South Pacific for over two years and in so many dangerous spots. But to realize that they're taking their next oldest son to go to war just learning that their oldest son has been killed. Tom Brokaw again called the greatest generation. But I want to just say, if you indulge me for a moment here, that these young people that are serving today, those young men and women that served in Iraq and in the Gulf War, I believe they are a great, great generation and probably equal to my dad's generation. Serving two tours, three tours, four tours, some six tours. I know, I know a Marine that served nine tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Being away from his family, his life on the line, day in and day, these that are serving today are a great generation. And so many of those gave their lives fighting for our freedoms here in America.

Tim, as you reflect on your own personal journey, boy from central US Of A. And you wind up in Vietnam, maybe just share briefly a little bit about your experience and what God has done in your heart and the ministry God's called you to.

Tim Lee
God has a plan for all of our lives. I was I became a Christian at a very early age, raised in a pastor's home. But as a teenager, I got far, far away from God. I became a rebellious pastor son. And out of five children, I was the only one that rebelled and angry at God, angry at my parents, angry at authority, and so ended up getting kicked out of college. I ended up getting fired from my job and walking down the street in my hometown, Mcleansboro, Illinois, went by the post office and saw that sign that said, the Marines are looking for a few good men. And Dr. Tim, I was so full of myself, so arrogant, so egotistical. I went and told those recruiters, look, I found what you're looking for. I tell young people I was tired of living at home, being told what to do and what not to do, how to get my hair cut. And so I joined the United States Marine Corps, which probably wasn't the most intelligent thing I ever did. And I ended up in South Vietnam on March 8, 1971, leading my men on a mine sweep. I stepped on a 60 pound mine, blew me several feet into the air, ripped both of my legs off of my body. I should have been killed instantly. It was a big enough mine. Destroy a G. We had entered a major minefield. A South Korean Marine that was serving with us on this particular sweep stepped on a mine, lost one of his legs. Our bullock driver set his blade on a mine. Some of my men think we're taking on small enemy fire. There's noise and smoke and chaos and confusion. And I'm in extreme pain. That was only unconscious for a couple of moments. I looked up and my head was laying the lap on my best friend, Corporal Lee Gor. Lee and I flew to Vietnam on the same plane. He was a Christian, living for God. Had a great testimony I'd get under conviction just being around him. He would sit down and read his Bible. He would talk to other Marines about the Lord. And I knew this was supposed to be my story, but I wouldn't do it with my head laying in his lap. Big old tears. I can see it right now running down his black face. And he's praying, asking God to help me. And that day I prayed. I didn't want to die and I didn't know whether I would die or not. I knew it was serious, but I prayed God would let me live and get back home to my parents. Well, God heard my prayer. God heard the prayer league or then my mom and dad and family and friends. And then eventually people all over were praying for me. And eight months in A hospital in Philadelphia, surgery after surgery. But God let me live. And out of that tragedy, many would call became a testimony. And God heard my prayer and answered my prayer. And then he let me be called into the ministry. And imagine that a Marine in a wheelchair with no legs, and God lets me be called to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, which I've now been doing for 54 plus years.

Tim, in the midst of it, as you were talking, my mind was going to Secretary of War Pete Hagseth, who was unashamed of the gospel.

You know, so many of them.

Dr. Tim Clinton
He's bold, you know, in the midst of this hour, and we know now, the research is strong, Faith matters. It changes everything. Tim, somebody would be maybe watching, saying, well, what do you mean in particular, what is the, what is the message or what's the gospel that you guys talk about that changes the occasion. I wouldn't. I'd love to give you the opportunity just to share the gospel with someone right now about what that really is all about.

Thank you, sir, and I'm honored to do that. And I'm thinking about our president, and he surrounded himself with these great leaders. You know, we had the Secretary Hood speak at Liberty graduation, a phenomenal Christian, and Doug Collins, the Secretary of the Veterans Administration. So many others, Rubio and so many others, JB Vance, have had this testimony of, of being a Christian and Christ in their life. And it happens the same way for everyone. There's not a lot of ways. There's not many ways. There's not a bunch of some ways. There's only one way. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life. No man, no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. God loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, never perish, but have everlasting life. John 1:12. To as many as received Him. Received who? Jesus Christ. To as many as received Him. To them gave he the power to become the sons of God. God loved us so much that he gave his son. Jesus went to a cross, an old rugged cross, a little over 2,000 years ago. And on that cross he shed his blood. And on that cross he died for us, for our sins. He paid for our sins so we can have a personal relationship with this holy God. We can spend eternity in heaven with this holy God. And if anyone listening to me today is not 100% for sure, if they were to die right now, that they would go to heaven, if they would just call upon The Lord doesn't have to get down and be on cobblestone or broken glass and doing it for days, just simply right now, praying and asking the Lord Jesus Christ to come into your life. Ask him to forgive you. And he said that he would. And if something like this, just pray something like this. God, I know I'm a sinner and I know I deserve to go to hell, but today I want to be saved. Please forgive me of all my sin. Wash me as white as snow. Make me your child. Right now, this very moment, I am trusting Jesus Christ and him alone as my Lord and my Savior. If someone prayed that prayer with me just now, in that instant that you by faith, when you by faith said yes to Jesus, you became God's child forever. Isn't that awesome?
