And by the way, Christina, Bob's now over at Judicial watch. Talk about a group of fighters. Barroom brawl crowd over there fitting these guys. Degrasse, just walk me through some numbers. Where are we in Ohio? Where are we in Indiana? Where are we in Kentucky? Because folks, let me be blunt. We need to do these Florida guys. It's got to happen Texas. We need another couple of three. The Democrats are full on. I want people, I want your nose rubbed in this. All this talk up here. Mark Elias every night. Oh, these are anti. California has the fifth or sixth biggest economy in the world. Roughly 40% of the folks out there vote Republican. You've got 43 Democrat seats, nine Republican. They're changing it from 48 to 4, four. New England, I think it's 25 seats to nothing for Republicans and you got 40% of the vote. They don't care. They play smash mouth. We need to play smash mouth. There's no prisoners here. This is a no prisoners. Game, Degrasse. So where do we stand with the Kentucky. Come on, folks. The good folks in Kentucky, in Indiana, I mean, this is the heartland of the country. This is the backbone of the nation. Where do we stand with these in Ohio? The brothers in Ohio, man, the brothers and sisters out there are hardcore MAGA. That's a railhead of MAGA help. Trump's winning by nine or 10 points. They're all ours. Take all the seats in Missouri. I love Missouri. Go back and get the seat in St. Louis. The Democrats would not leave that on the table. No mercy. No prisoners. Maximalists. You have to do it. Because now they're not. They play. They've already. They're more. As Degrasse said when he came on California today is more gerrymandered than Texas after we picked up the extra five. And they're going. They're a maximalist strategy. By the way, if Newsom thought he could choke out. They get the other four, he'd take the other four. They went then twice. So where are we to gross?

So that's right. So Indiana. We're hoping for the one there. You know, a little bit of a logjam. So actually some news here. Bruce Schwitz, Raheem, myself, some MAGA Patriots. We're going to be there this weekend, Steve. Otherwise, I'd be up in New York and we're going to be hosting the Hoosier Leadership for America. We'll be having a panel and a massive rally with hundreds of Patriots. We're going to be going through the specifics on the redistricting, and we're going to try to jam some of these folks and get this thing across the finish line. It's going to be a huge media event. And so we're pushing the envelope. I'm going to post details to sign up for the posse. It's free event.

Suck on that. You got, you got, you got revolutionaries coming to Indiana. Where is it going to be? What time? Where do people go get tickets for that?

I'm going to give you the details. So Senator Jim Banks will be there. He's obviously leading the fight and pushing on the redistricting front and how important this is to pick up that one seat. And it's going to be about 45 minutes north of Indianapolis. I'm Going to get the details at a hotel. It's free. I'm going to have make sure you guys can put it up. Maybe on the. You guys can put it out to folks. It's going to be, I mean, a lot. We already have about 400 RSVPs just off the gate, and it's going to be huge. So amazing. We'll get that going. But the reality is we need Missouri, if we can get that other one. Great, right. We need Florida three. We need Ohio three. Ideally Kentucky, we easily get one.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Slow down. What do you mean, Florida three? Florida five being soft on me five. Come on, man. That's right. I think you wait till. You wait till 20, 26 on that election day, you're gonna be damn glad you get those other two in Florida. This is maximilization because the Democrats are going to get Maryland. They're going to come back and get a couple of three. We got a net out, you know, 10 to 15 here. Net. What about Ohio? We're getting three out of there.

Okay, where do people go? We need to stay up on top of this every day like we did back in 21 and 22. So where do people go? You're officially taking leadership now because Mark Elias, all these guys they're into, and they're. They're getting momentum off of California. Now I'm going to have some people from California have some polling. They're going to come on this afternoon, show, like I said, everything there is subject to time availability. The president is going to be sending a proclamation. And knowing the president, he may say a couple of three words and then he may take a couple of three questions. So time permitting, we're going to do that. If not, we'll do it tomorrow morning. Degrasse, where do people go to find out exactly you're thinking on this? And also to get access to. To Alex Brucewich and Raheem Kassam in Indiana. Wow. We gotta make sure we get plenty of video and photographs of that. So where do people go to get you, sir?

I mean, Obama, you know, just with my family and stuff, they're saying, hey, Obama's doing all these fundraisers on Marcy's vineyard, which he doesn't do a lot of. Steven, I don't think this has been reported, but all of the money that Obama's raising is going into the districting operation is run by Eric Holder. They're playing absolute smash mouth. They've got, I'm sure, plans in other states and we've got to be ready. That's why we have to net everything we can now on every avenue, every vector, because it's going to be an absolute knife fight over the next four years. Steve. But thank you for everything that everyone's doing and thank you for having me on.

Perfect. Great, great report, Alex. Appreciate you. Before I pivot, I got Christina. Bob, we're getting into this great victory today in Michigan in her book Defiant because she is defiant and been with us from the beginning. Mark Mitchell, you've got some incredible polling on this. I call this generation, this young generation coming up to the most based ever. And you're like whimpering and whining, oh, it's so bad. They're not conservative. No, they're populist nationalists, man. They're coming for it. This a new generation of warriors. These young men and women, boom, they're ready to hit it. Tell me what you're pulling because I know over at the White House they're going through, they're going through your polling like they're going through the, like some archeologists would check the Rosetta Stone. Right. So walk us through what you found.

I mean, this will punch them in the face. It's pretty obvious when they take a look at it. And there's not going to be a lot of happy talk, especially if you're a Republican Party guy. So maybe I'll get the good news out of the way first. It's like there are probably some long term things that the Republicans have in their favor, like the 2030 census, maybe fixing all the errors in the 2020 census, booting illegal aliens out of it. And maybe like you were talking about redistricting. The problem is November 26th. And I don't see a lot of action out of Republicans right now at all. It seems like they think they're just going to coast through and maintain a House majority on Trump's coattails.

And let me tell you, that is not the case. There's a lot of headlines out there about how conservative the zoomers are. And they are not like you said, they are economic populists. They are not happy with the way the system is. 65% of them think that it's complet, completely unfair to young people. And the numbers are horrifying 17% unemployment rates. Half of them are single. Of the people who are single, only 35% of them are trying to find life partners. Only half of them think they're confident that they'll own a home. And so we get really ridiculous results, including 53% of 18 to 39 year olds would prefer that a Democrat Socialist win in 2028. It wins by almost 20 points. And so Donald Trump, like here's the thing, his numbers have been doing better and better over the with 18 to 39 year olds, he only lost by about 4 points in our polling. But the Republicans, they're down 16 points on the generic ballots with 18 to 29 year olds are absolutely going to get crushed. They think that this like granddaddy's laissez faire conservatism where the government just steps out of the way and the laugher curve and all that stuff is going to work for these people and it's not. These people are hurting and they want change really fast. And if they're not going to get it out of the Trump administration, they're going to go into the arms of Bernie and aoc. That's a fact.

Well, go take me back to the sense of urgency because this is what you know, particularly the lower information folks are. You know, the Democrats have a target of hate every day on everything they do. That is President Trump. And that's how they're jacking people up. On our side, you have the war on posse and you have the vanguard. But if you look out there to a lot of folks, they're just, hey, Trump's in charge. You know, we have the House and the Senate, we pass a big beautiful bill, everything's fine. That is not the case at all. And in this gap between the intensity and urgency on the left is something we have to address. Now. What did you find? How bad is it?

Well, here's a really good example. This is an 18 to 39 year old likely voter survey. I have to thank the folks at Stopping Socialism, Justin Haskins, the Heartland Institute for sponsoring this. It's free. People can go to RasmussenReports.com download the cross tabs because there's a lot of stuff in here. But here's one example. This is a sample that we weighted to a Trump -4 recalled vote. This is how it looked in November. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Major industries like health care, energy and big tech should be nationalized to give more control and equity to the people. If the zoomers were really based that number should be a pretty low number, but it's not. 76% of 18 to 39 year olds, at least some would agree with that. Almost 40% strongly agree. But here's the problem. It's not just the Democrats. 78% of self ID Republican young people want major industries like health care and tech nationalized. That's absolutely insane. And it's a vast majority of Trump 2024 voters. So people did not vote for Trump because they're conservative. Yes, 79% of Trump 2024 voters want to nationalize major industries. We have 57% of Trump 2024 voters wanting excess wealth confiscation. These people are not just going to be happy with, you know, let's cut a few regulations, let's have some entitlement reform.

Is the economic, the economic conditions that they have. Young people in this country are screwed. I've said for years they're treated like Russian serfs. They're not. They don't own anything. They're not going to own anything. If that's the way. And I keep telling the donor, if that's the system you want, you're going to get Luigi on one end, you're going to get Mondami on the other. Okay, You've brought this on yourself. I don't know. I back these kids in that. They don't know the details of change, but it has to change. Do we have to nationalize tech or big Health? No, but I don't know why we're given massive. Let's take SpaceX. Why you're giving. It's 100% government contracts. You don't own anything. Nobody owns anything of it. 100% the government contracts. He's going to do an IPO, I think. I don't know, at what, $300 billion or something. He's just done a couple privates. The system, you have to rethink the system. These kids are not socialists, but they're sitting there, you know, kind of uneducated because we've had propaganda in the high schools and the colleges and they're sitting there going, I'm screwed. I've worked hard. My parents have worked hard, my grandparents have worked hard. My great grandparents worked hard. And they're sitting here with nothing. Don't think that's.

The system works for the Wall Street. System works.

The Wall. Yes, the Wall. The Wall Street Journal did a thorough polling a couple weeks ago that said if you work hard, there's no reward at the end. 70% of the people do not believe if they Work hard or work harder. There's any economic benefit. You have to change that, that, you have to change that reality on the ground. Mark, I want to get you back on later and I'll talk to you afterwards, but I want to spend some time on the show going through the details because it couldn't be more important or more urgent in the interim, where they go on your YouTube, where they go on your social media to get, get all your information.

Mark Mitchell, a shocking new poll and it dovetails exactly what the Wall Street Journal found. And you can't delay, can't kick the can down the road. You're not going to pat him on the head. I'll say just, you know, the laugh or curve, you know, Larry Kudlow in that plan doesn't work. By the by, folks, as we talk about the CR that you're gonna have to eat or the omnibus you're gonna have to eat. If we did a reconciliation, first of all, we done last time, did last time, which is at the upper bracket, either have a snapback or a 40% tax. I don't think we'd be in this situation. We're gonna be out there trying to sell the big beautiful bill. Now we have another reconciliation. Why not? Million dollars and above 40%. Put a 4 on it. Nice round number. Oh, no, you can't do that. That's socialism. Okay, then get ready. Get your ass kicked in 26 and then who knows about 28. Are you interested in winning? Are you interested in conversation? I'm not interested in conversation. All that matters is victory. Sees the institution's maximalist with a sense of urgency. Christina Bobb. Next in the war room, America's heart.

The courts weren't giving them what they wanted. So in this courtroom, we don't really care your race, color, creed, national origins, religious belief, or your political beliefs. But we do care about the law and that we believe that it should be applied to protect every individual equally. And I believe that they were executing their constitutional right to seek redress, and that's based the statements of all of the people's witnesses. And so for those reasons, these cases will not be bound over to the circuit court. Each case will be dismissed.

Okay, what did I. What did we just hear there?

That's incredible. I hadn't heard that sound clip, but that comes from the court in Michigan where she was hearing, basically, a motion to dismiss the alternate electors case. The mainstream media has dubbed it as the fake electors case. They were not fake electors. They were legitimate Michigan Trump electors that had created an alternate slate of electors in order to preserve their right to be, to cast their vote should Donald Trump win his challenges in the 2020 election. Dana Nestle, the Democrat attorney general, charged them all with forgery, which is ultimately what I'm charged with in Arizona and so many others. In Nevada, Wisconsin, all those cases are still open, by the way.

People think Georgia's open, Arizona's open. Nevada, Nevada and Wisconsin. Four is still open.

Yeah. Well, and Michigan was until a few.

Minutes ago, and hopefully that'll be a temporary. But you guys are also running up legal bills.

Right.

And the pressure on these. A lot of these electors are older, 100%, and the pressure and the tension.

Christina Bobb
Some of them have lost homes. I've got friends that have lost their homes because they couldn't pay their legal bills and their mortgage and everything that's going on. It is important to note, though, in Michigan, Dana Nestle brought two separate cases. The electors case was the big one. That was the one that had a whole bunch of people. That's the one that got thrown out, which is great. A great ruling by a great judge. Matt Diperno is still facing his charges, which is the Antrim county issue. And he had run against Dana Nestle. I wouldn't say 2022 or 2022. And then she turned around and charged him. He's been under indictment for two years at this point, and they still have not made a finding of probable cause. So he's still got to fight his case. They're still going after.

Well, that gets. The book is Defiant. It's. You were the lawyer of President Trump at Mar A Lago. When you talk about fighting back and talk about this in the lawfare, why is the book defiant? What does it tell us? And do you think we're punching back? We got two things, and Lindell's. We got two things. It's one to get the elections right, get the platforms right. But the other is to hold accountable the people and adjudicate publicly the 2020 election and everything that happened afterwards and hold those accountable that use lawfare to.

Come after us 100%. And so the way I like to summarize Defiant is when Donald Trump says, they're not after me, they're after you. I'm just in the way. That's exactly what this book describes. Because I had. I mean, I was just a reporter and then a staff attorney for the president in. In between elections, and I had. I was a nine. Legal matters opened against me in three years. I had the FBI, the Jupiter Police, the Palm Beach County Police, everybody show up in my house. I was under investigation by the Department of Justice.

Did they go in your house and take your stuff?

Christina Bobb
No, they. I got subpoenaed. And we volunteer, you know, voluntarily cooperated. But I was investigated by the Department of Justice, the FBI, the California State Bar, the State of Arizona, I mean, sued by Dominion. I was involved in all of it. And it just goes. It's my story, but it's also the alternate. I go into the alternate electors a little bit. But it goes to show that those of us who, you know, you get to see behind the scenes of the Mar A Lago stuff. I was there on site. I tell you all the dirty details. I give you the text messages, the emails, the correspondence prior to the raid. Because I did meet with the Department of Justice and FBI about two months prior to the raid to, you know, discuss the documents and then hold it.

Two months before the raid. And it's in the book. Two months before the raid, you meet with Department of Justice, and then they still come down and they kick down the doors and do a raid where they had the. Remember, they had the alternative where they're going to send people if they got hurt, if they got wounded, everything like that. How did that work? How did they not see the president was reaching out to them to try to work and cooperate.

Wild Steve, I cannot wait for people to read this book. It is so different from the narrative that the mainstream Media has told. So I met with the president, had his defense team, his defense counsel. I was brought in as the custodian of record. So I was brought in to be a witness for the purpose of being a witness. And I and the defense counsel met with the Department of Justice and the FBI at Mar A Lago. They. The president invited them to Mar A Lago. The president shows up to. To the meeting and says, hey, you.

Know, who was the cause? I think it's one of my lawyers. Who was. Who was.

It was Evan.

Yeah. Fabulous, fabulous guy.

Yeah. And we were like, what?

You know, and they put him through. They. They put him through the. He actually had changed law firms, I think.

Yeah. And you can see. I mean, the story's in there. You can see it. But I. The impression that I have is that they lied to Evan, they were misleading Evan and created a situation where they could lie to the court to create a situation where they could raid Mar A Lago.

I don't think they were honest with Evan.

In other words, you're making the case here in the book that they had to set up. They wanted to go raid Mar A Lago, humiliate the president, make it a big thing that he's finally dead and buried, that, you know, now not only had he lost the election, he's an insurrectionist, but now you've had this classified information, all this. So this. This is the kill shot on Trump.

Well, don't forget, I actually think they were trying to keep the raid hidden. It wasn't. It wasn't the Department of Justice or FBI who exposed the raid. It was Donald Trump after it was over. I mean, it had been going on, I want to say, 10 hours. They had kept quiet. They didn't have sirens. It was done, like, very, very quietly. President Trump was the one who announced it on Truth Social after it was over, which is very different. We talked about this. When they raided Bolton's home, cash came out right up front, said, hey, we've got a warrant. We've got probable cause. We're executing it. He was very open, which to me, I had a lot of confidence in that. But everything took place in Washington, D.C. like all of the DOJ investigation that was all coming out of D.C. and I suspect. I suspect based on the subpoena and the fact that I got subpoenaed, had to testify in D.C. is that they were trying to create, like, a Hillary Clinton espionage type of scandal around the president. But they didn't have probable cause. They never had probable cause to raid Mar A Lago. And they couldn't even establish probable cause to get an indictment in D.C. which is why they had to transfer it down to Florida, because now they have the entire world looking at them going, why the heck did you raid Mar A Lago? And they had to say something. And so they created this stupid obstruction of justice case in Florida that everybody knew wasn't going to go anywhere. They never wanted to charge Donald Trump with anything in Florida, but they had to because they, they could not get enough probable cause to even get an indictment in Washington, D.C. you and I both know you can indict a ham sandwich.

So, I mean, Jack Smith in that crowd could not, cannot get a probable cause indictment.

Wow, this thing is totally. Now, why are we in a situation? We got a couple. The book's defiant, right? By President Trump's lawyer, Christina Bobb. The and by the way, great pull quote by President Trump on the Christina is an incredible fighter and an incredible person. Not too shabby, not too bad. By the president of the United States. Why do people. I must keep you through the next, through this break and keep you around. And Lynn Dale's going to join us. Why should people buy this book?

But no, they just try to destroy you in every possible way, Mike Lindell.

They used it to scare everybody, to bankrupt everybody. And this happening in Michigan today, that judge making that ruling, you guys, it's like this, this will, I believe it'll set a precedence. We have broke through the biggest cover up of the biggest crime the world has ever seen. They tried to take our country without firing a sh. Now this is, you know, I won the $5 million challenge just a few months ago. You see these, these lawfare is going to start crumbling. They don't. Back then they needed to use these scare tactics. But one of the things I want to say, Steve, is as we move forward, everybody, as these things start happening. You got it? We have to get the word out that yes, this really happened in 2020 and other elections. Our elections are the worst of any place in the world. And we have to secure them. I just talked to the President the other day about this. We need everybody to spread the word. As these things start happening. This should be big news. And you're not going to see this news on Fox News, everybody. You're not. Okay, you need to see this news. Hey, these guys were charged and they were charged and it was all fake. It was all false, it was all lies. And all the people that are still sitting out there with, with all this law fair against them, I still got two, three billion dollars worth of lawsuits against me with these machine companies. But they push out years and they, you know, and they're all going to go away. And, and, but we have to spread the word so that when our great president comes out with the plan that is coming soon to secure our elections and get to where we need to, like all the other countries that don't have computers and use paper ballots and count it, that everyone in the country wants the same thing of the people. I don't care what party you're in, the people have to be behind this and see what happens.

Mike, I gotta ask you, just because you've been hit so hard on this too and so many media articles have come out against you with the amount of attacks that you got back in 2020, 2021, really up until present, with all of the articles and the stories coming out against you. When you won your $5 million issue and when you've been getting these victories, have you seen the same amount of media interest in your victories?

Oh, absolutely not. I mean, I was surprised though when it did come out, the $5 million. It did get some coverage, but you'd think that have been the first thing on your Fox News or your Newsmax going, hey, look at Mike Lindell. It was all true. His evidence is true. It is good. But you don't see that right now when they're kind of on to make where they attack me. And I use that to get the word out. So of lately the media is not attacking me. You have, if you Google my name, you see stuff that's two years, three years old. I mean it's old. So they're kind of on to me that way. But the stuff is still, the attacks still go on. Here's the news that's out of me lately. Keith Ellison in Minnesota has come after my Lindell Recovery Network, the biggest attack. I just have to get a lawyer. Just yesterday we got a lawyer that will take the case. Christina, I'll tell you one thing happening now, and Steve is at least now lawyers are really willing to come on and fight. Before you had a lot of lawyers that were afraid because of what was happening to people like you, Christina and Rudy and all these other lawyers that they were afraid to even take these cases. So that part's changing at least. But the media is horrible and the foxes of the world are just as bad as the ones that attack.

Mike, just give us, I know you can't go into detail, but just give us kind of an overview. What should we expect in the next couple of weeks when all this gets. You're saying this is going to get announced by President Trump, the White House, other people that are working on it. What can people anticipate?

I really think what's going to happen over the next. It could be up to four weeks. You're going to see a lot of evidence. We've had the evidence all along, all these evidence of stolen elections. And you're going to see so much pour out of D.C. about what really happened in not just the 2020, but other elections. And to show how our election platforms, I.e. these computers have to go, how we need, we've got to get rid of mail in balloting ballot or mail in voting. Over 100 countries have banned it. Over 130 or 132 countries have banned computers. You're going to see all this come out. And the evidence is all this stuff is going to come out first, I believe. And then we. It's our job to get the word out to everyone going. And where everyone's going, we've got, what are we going to do to secure our elections? Then the president, I believe, is going to come out with the perfect plan, as he always does, problem, solution. But when he comes out with the solution, everybody's got to be behind him. And that includes everybody, not just Republicans or Democrats. I mean, I don't care if you're conservative, liberal. The people of this country all want secure elections. And that's what I believe. That's the timing. It's going to happen. You're going to see so much in the next four to six weeks. But when they do start pouring out the information, it's our job, everybody, to get the word out. And so everyone's afraid going, hey, we got to secure our elections. I don't care what party you're in, we've got to get, we have to get secure elections here. And we need to do it before. The president said the other day he put out, we have to do it before the midterms. And now he's going to say we need to do it before the primaries in the midterms, which a lot of them are going on. Yeah, we need to do it right. I want to say one more thing. I want to say one more thing. The president knows this is his number one thing that he knows is everything revolves around that, that everything else he could be doing could end up being in vain. And we just did a poll in Minnesota. Our election platforms, everybody having secure elections moved into the top three as far as what people are concerned about when they, when they go to the, go to the, to vote for people. So in a lot of states, it's number one now. Instead of education, borders and all this, it's our election. So people are realizing, Steve, how important.

Yeah, so I am an attorney. I was a litigator by trade, joined the United States Marine Corps, did a tour in Afghanistan in Germany, came back, worked at the Department of Homeland Security. And the first.

You know, at the time, it was probably a little bit different than hindsight at the time. You know, you learned the rules of engagement, law of armed conflict.

But it's an industry. Right. War is an industry. And I love that Donald Trump is trying to end all of that. So that's great. Yeah. And then. So I, I joined his first administration. I was the executive secretary at the Department of Homeland Security and then went to One America News, where.

Yeah, but I was part of that group. That was what I did.

I left right before the election, actually, which was an interesting time to leave because obviously I am a huge Trump supporter and wanted to stay in thinking he was gonna have a second term. But I was. I was blocked. Right. I was working with a bunch of people who hated the president. So I was like, I gotta get out and maybe someday figure out how to get back in. So I left, became a reporter. It was kind of a Right. As Covid hit. And so it was kind of an odd stint to.
