My fellow Minnesotans, what's happening in Minnesota right now defies belief. News reports simply don't do justice to the level of chaos and disruption and trauma the federal government is raining down upon our communities. Two to three thousand armed agents of the federal government have been deployed to Minnesota. Armed, masked, under trained ICE agents are going door to door, ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live. They're pulling over people indiscriminately, including US Citizens, and demanding to see their papers. And at grocery stores, at bus stops, even at our schools, they're breaking windows, dragging pregnant women down the street, just plain grabbing Minnesotans and shoving them into unmarked vans. Kidnapping innocent people with no warning and no due process. Let's be very, very clear. This long ago stopped being a matter of immigration enforcement. Instead, it's a campaign of organized brutality against the people of Minnesota by our own federal government.
Chip Roy
People need to show up with guns.
Steve Bannon
To face you guys.
Chip Roy
It's fucking time for an armed resistance.
Steve Bannon
Against the United States of America.
Chip Roy
Take your mask off. This is done. We're done. Murderers.
Steve Bannon
You shot a woman in a wheelchair.
Chip Roy
We need to come back with weapons.
Steve Bannon
Go to the gun store, get a gun, learn how to use it, and.
Jonathan Lemire
Face you guys, man and man.
Chip Roy
By any means necessary.
Jonathan Lemire
Department of Homeland Security claims the agent shot an undocumented immigrant from Venezuela during what it calls a targeted traffic stop. While trying to detain the man, DHS agents apparently were attacked by two other people from a nearby apartment, who, along with the migrant, attacked the officer with a snow shovel and a broom handle. This is the account given to us from dhs. Fearing for his life, the agent fired shots, hitting the migrant in the leg. That's also according to dhs. The agent and the migrant taken to the hospital, the other two people involved, were taken into custody. After the shooting, dozens of protesters gathered at the scene, confronting federal agents and swarming a Border Patrol vehicle. Fireworks were thrown at federal officers, who responded with flashbangs and gas canisters. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry spoke late last night, calling on protesters to remain peaceful.
Chip Roy
What I can tell you for certain is that this is not sustainable. This is an impossible situation that our city is presently being put in. And at the same time, we are trying to find a way forward to keep people safe, to protect our neighbors, to maintain order. And we're in a position right now where we have residents that are asking the very limited number of police officers that we have to fight ICE agents on the street to stand by their Neighbors. We cannot be at a place right now in America where we have two governmental entities that are literally fighting one another. For anyone that is taking the bait tonight, stop. That is not helpful. Go home. We cannot counter Donald Trump's chaos with our own brand of chaos. And I have seen thousands of people throughout our city peacefully protesting for those that have peacefully protested. I applaud you for those that are taking the bait. You are not helping, and you are not helping the undocumented immigrants in our city. You are not helping the people that call this place home. Oh, I got hit in the head really bad. Almost there. Oh, wow. Oh, my God. Oh, my God.
David Hogue
Bullet.
Steve Bannon
It's a bullet.
Jonathan Lemire
But as bad as it's been, Donald Trump intends for it to get worse. This week, he went online to promise that, quote, the day of retribution and reckoning is coming. That's a direct threat against the people of this state who dared to vote against him three times and who continue to stand up for freedom with courage and empathy and profound grace. All across Minnesota, people are stepping up to help their neighbors who are being unjustly and unlawfully targeted. They're distributing care packages and walking kids to school and raising their voices in peaceful protest, even though doing so has made many of our fellow Minnesotans targets for violent retribution.
David Hogue
Mexico all day. Puno pizza, Mexico. Vale ver Cos pizces. Puerto Mierda. Trump, his wife, everybody. Mexico and Native Americans and blacks.
Chip Roy
We belong here.
Jonathan Lemire
Are you.
Chip Roy
You're from Minneapolis, man.
David Hogue
I'm from Minnesota.
Steve Bannon
There's no doubt.
Chip Roy
West side.
Steve Bannon
West side.
Chip Roy
There's no Mexico's in this.
David Hogue
How do you feel about the.
Jonathan Lemire
How do you feel about the attacks on your state by federal officers?
David Hogue
Mother, Trump is from Russia.
Steve Bannon
Deport the too. Thank you.
Chip Roy
That's.
Steve Bannon
Yeah, we got. I might want to move out of here.
Scott Bessant
I think we start with the basics here, especially since a lot of these videos are showing otherwise. Can you go over the basic rights of people approached by ICE citizens or non citizens people, and especially if they're in a car or in their home? Absolutely. So the videos that have been documenting what has been happening across the country are incredibly disturbing. And many of those videos show that federal law enforcement officers, and including ICE officers, are clearly violating people's rights. First, all people on American soil, regardless of their immigration or citizenship status, have a right under the First Amendment to engage in peaceful protest. Second, all people on US Soil, regardless of their citizenship status, have the right to due process. That right to due process may look different based on whether a person is a US Citizen or whether they have been in the country for a short period of time without documentation. But under no circumstances should the Trump administration be summarily detaining, deporting people because they have engaged in peaceful protests and speech that is disfavored by the federal government, by the Trump administration. And third, all people do have a right to remain silent when they are approached by federal law enforcement officers, state law enforcement officers. You have a right against self incrimination. So you don't need to say what country you're from, where you were born.
Jonathan Lemire
So tonight, let me say once again to Donald Trump and Kristi Noem, end at this occupation. You've done enough. Let me say four critical things to the people of Minnesota, four things I want you to hear as you watch the news and look out for your neighbors. First, Donald Trump wants this chaos. He wants confusion, and, yes, he wants more violence on our streets. We cannot give him what he wants. We can. We must protest loudly, urgently, but also peacefully. Indeed, as hard as we will fight in the courts and at the ballot box, we cannot and will not let violence prevail. You're angry. I'm angry. Angry is not a strong enough word, but we must remain peaceful. Second, you are not powerless, you are not helpless, and you are certainly not alone. All across Minnesota, people are learning about opportunities not just to resist, but to help people who are in danger. Thousands upon thousands of our fellow Minnesotans are going to be relying on mutual aid in the days and weeks to come, and they need our support. Tonight, I want to share another way you can help witness. Help us establish a record of exactly what's happening in our communities. You have an absolute right to peacefully film ICE agents as they conduct these activities. So carry your phone with you at all times, and if you see these ICE agents in your neighborhood, take out that phone and hit record. Help us create a database of the atrocities against Minnesotans, not just to establish a record for posterity, but to bank evidence for future prosecution. The third thing I want to say to you tonight is we will not have to live like this forever. Accountability is coming at the voting booth and in court. We will reclaim our communities from Donald Trump. We will re establish a sense of safety for our neighbors, and we will bring an end to this moment of chaos, confusion, and trauma. We will find a way to move forward, and we'll do it together. And we'll not be alone. Every day, we are working with business leaders, faith leaders, legal experts, and elected officials from across this country. They've all seen What Donald Trump is trying to do to our state, and they know their states could be next.
Scott Bessant
Lofty accusations coming from the Department of Justice tonight.
Jonathan Lemire
Look, I think, of course, we all cover politics and we're talking about politics. This is something that's much bigger than politics. I really think we're in almost a dystopian situation right now. We have a presidential aide, Stephen Miller, consumed with fanatical hatred of immigrants, particularly those with brown skin. You have a president who has a narcissistic need to dominate others. And the toxic interaction between those two people is firing an administration agenda that at its core right now is about white supremacy enforced by violence. The administration does not want the violence to end. They are doing this purposefully. The president at any moment could turn down the temperature, withdraw, calm the situation. He does not want to do that. And the question all of us have to ask is, what is going to cause this fire to burn out? What is going to cause him to get on to the next thing and back off? We don't know the answer.
Steve Bannon
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. There's not got a free shot. All these networks lying about the, the.
Jonathan Lemire
People have had a belly full of it.
Steve Bannon
I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything.
Chip Roy
In the world to stop that, but.
Steve Bannon
You'Re not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
Jonathan Lemire
And where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
Steve Bannon
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my.

It's Thursday the 15th of January, year overlord 2026. Already halfway through the first month of this historic year. What they don't understand, and they're going crazy, but what they don't understand is that Trump's core base, the hardest core of maga, the people that have been with him from the beginning and head is back. The darkest days of 2021. This is not even close. The, the, the, the opposition here, the anti American, anti American republic, have to understand we demand mass deportations. Not the onesies twosies you're seeing in Minnesota. You haven't seen anything yet. We're the biggest advocate of invoking the Insurrection act and going in and cleaning out the mess. President Trump and Stephen Miller at home and they're trying to be very targeted and very precise on the criminal element. The criminal element is just the, the, the low hanging fruit, let's say. And what you see in Minnesota is an act of. They hate America. They hate American citizens. Dare I say, they hate white people. They're adamant to protect the illegal alien invaders. These are not undocumented. They came here illegally and they are going to leave. We have said for a long time, this is where the rubber meets the road. This is where the fight's going to be. Bring it. If Waltz is the best she got and Fry's the best you got, and Clover is the best you got. Bring it. And that scum in the streets. Bring it. Let's invoke the Insurrection act and let's do it today. Let's get up there and clean out that message.

Let's turn to some of the politics of this, including President Trump's new threat just a short time ago to invoke the Insurrection Act. I remember you and I spoke in the spring when the National Guard was deployed to Los Angeles. The White House loved the images. President being tough on crime, law and.
Steve Bannon
Order, all the like.
Jonathan Lemire
And there were some who kind of privately hoped, well, maybe there'll be a confrontation that would further our political claims happen. That didn't happen then, but now, if the Insurrection act, just to remind viewers this would. If the President were to do it, and it would allow him to deploy US Military forces, including the federalized National Guard and active duty military troops to Minneapolis. I mean, there'd be lawsuits immediately, but that would be the idea here, that he could do that. That would really escalate matters. And polls suggest Americans don't love how this is going already for the President. Risky bet.
Chip Roy
Yeah.
Jonathan Lemire
I think it also tempts Democrats to repeat the mistakes they've made in the past too. Namely flirting with, you know, abolished police and now abolish ice. Yes. Do two. Two very different constructs. But it would be handing over the Republican spotter to beat up Democrats as soft on crime. And I think that that's the broader hope. How do we control this narrative over who's for law and order, who's for controlling the streets? The other guys are the ones who are out of control. The other guys are the ones who are being excessive. And I think that's the real question here right now, John. There's no question that most Americans believe it's ICE agents and this administration who are the ones who are acting out of control. The polling is unmistakable. But when you escalate as the Insurrection act, would you do raise the possibility of inviting the other side to be the ones who, who are overreacting? I don't want to compare everything to the 60s, but just watching that intro package, John, it's, it's eerily similar to an earlier era in this country when, you know, you had the American president who was acting abroad in very controversial ways and divisive ways, while there is disorder on the streets of American cities. And that president, you know, President Nixon tried to sort of leverage that for his own political gain. Talking about the silent majority, it's very similar now. And I think Trump in his second term is eager to get as many wins as he can, as fast as he can. And he's acting with lightning speed, as.
Steve Bannon
The engine room reminds me, finish what we started. I also want to remind. That's Jonathan Lemire and Jonathan Martins this morning on Morning Joe, and they're both from Politico. And I just want to remind Jonathan Martin. Yes, you're absolutely correct. And Richard Nixon won a massive landslide when he ran on this for reelection. Remember, remember, it's time to take action. It's enough playing, okay? President Trump's got this great saying, no games. What's happening in Minnesota is games. It's, it's pure gamesmanship. What they're doing is. And last night, I want to thank the Worm posse. We did Grayson and Mo put up the, we cut to a live stream of that last night because it was out of control. And you saw there in the footage, they broke into the car, took a weapon and ammunition after. Now you see the chance in the street. They want guns. And we'll play later that clip from the middle of that magnificent cold open, which I want to thank Real America voice, Denver and our own crack production team here at the Worm. It was a magnificent arc to that last night. We cut into the live stream. You can hear that feckless fry. And now you've heard Tim Waltz this morning. They're defying you. Look, in this country, we either have sovereignty or we don't. The Tim Waltz and that whole crowd and the funding. I'm going to get to brat in a moment about Capitol Hill, the hapless Republicans now playing ball with the Democrats to allow all this stuff to basically be funded. It's all still being funded. You have to draw a line somewhere. Let's just draw it right now. Now, let's see what. By the way, send the troops in. Let's clean out this mess. Let's go to the employers. Let's get them all out of here. Gone. And see who the country backs. The country will back Trump on this. The folks in this country, including Hispanic Americans and African Americans, will back this. They understand it's their health care that's being destroyed. It's their education system that's being destroyed. It's their wages that are essentially being garnished. The elites have done this. The elites that hate the country, the Marxist that now are partnered with the jihadists, they hate this country. They hate this country. They hate everything about it. I've got some clips we couldn't put in there about people at a city council. I think it's in Ohio that, including some naturalized guy sounds like he's from Ireland. He said they're spitting on the Pledge of Allegiance. If you don't have allegiance to this nation, to this republic, get the hell out. And if we got to send the troops in to get them out, the American people will have your back. Richard Nixon and the chaos that Lyndon Johnson and the Great Society and the new immigration law and the voting rights all of it had caused in Vietnam. They're doubling in, lying to your face in Vietnam. And then their constituents hated the draft because they didn't want to go serve their country. And I agree. What was a mess, however, as soon as the draft went away, all the big riots went away because all they cared about was themselves. Didn't care about the people in Vietnam. That was the whole hype they did in 67, 68. Oh, it's mining the harbors on Haiphong. They didn't care about that. They cared about their own skins. Nixon stared it down in one in a landslide. Let me repeat, did I mention he won in a landslide? Of which they had to then do the test case with lawfare to take him out. What they're doing against Trump, Mr. President, all these people are not just your enemies, they're your enemies because they're. They're the Enemies of this nation they hate. And the more they say undocumented individuals, they're here. They're illegal aliens that you folks brought in with all your different scams. I don't know, 12, 15, 20, 25 million. I have no earthly idea how many. We just don't. I know officially they say 12 May, 12 million. Think about that for a second. What would the revolutionary generation say about this? What about the nation builders that follow them? What would they say about this? The Civil War generation, the great generation of the Great depression, World War II? What would they say about this? They would say get moving, get this done. Get these invaders out of the country and stop focusing on downtown Tehran. The economic policies of President Trump have put the scrooge, the moolahs. As we said on this show. You don't need to go bomb it. It's collapsing now. They're shipping their money out of there. And no offense, the people that brought it on, that threw out the Shaw was all corrupt as I'll get a bunch of evil funds that got the Brent Bears, got the, the sun up there like some goofball. Do you honestly think they're going to put that back in? They threw those guys out. They brought this on themselves. They have to deal with it. I'm sorry that people are being gunned down, but you brought it on yourself. You brought Islamic Republic and the whole world should see how you what you have to do to get them out. We should continue to put strong economic pressure, economic warfare, sanctions and guess what, Stop the freaking oil from coming out of the Straits of Hormuz and and make China bend the knee. The CCP bend the knee and cut the mullahs off. But the focus of the sovereignty of this nation, the epicenter is Minnesota. But it's going to get worse when you go into New York. Just wait. They're going to try to shut down the government on not funding ICE. They're then going to come around and on February 1st when President Trump cuts off the money, takes them off the tit in California, in Illinois, in New York, you watch, you watch what happens in the street. It's going to explode. Let it explode. Let it explode. Go ahead, find, let them get out of control. Bring in the army and put it down. Invoke the Insurrection Act. See how tough Tim Walls and see how tough these folks are. Let's, let's roll. They're going to break into cars and take guns and take weapons and get ammo implying and now they're all ever. You see these protests, they're throwing these firecrackers are almost like mini bombs trying to hurt ICE agents who are just trying to do their job. And all they do is go on and on and on in every show. Oh, ice, ice, ice. They're revving people up to attack ICE officers who are just doing their job. And the job they're doing is just a criminal element. Let's roll in, let's arrest some CEOs, let's roll into all the companies. Boom. Let's do some mass deportations. Go to the schools, the hospitals, all of it. Mass deportations, mass deportations. It's going to have a little hair on, just is, but you got to clean it out. You know, Ecclesiastes says a time and place for everything. A season for everything. This is the season of taking our sight. You've sealed the border. This is taking our sovereignty back. Don't blink. Finish what we started. Not just a bad hombres. This not, not simply the insane asylums and the jails and the criminal all, everything they sent here, yes, that is a significant portion of it. But that ain't, that ain't the thing itself. It's the 12 or 15 million because remember David H. It's the business model. Source and care. Put up some, some starter cash as the New York Post shows, and then they get the federal government program. So you're funding it. And in Congress today, they're not cutting that. They don't want to cut it. They don't want to find out. That's why David Hoax a national hero. It's their business model to take this country over from you. So it's real simple. Who's in charge? Are you in charge with your candidate that you back Donald Trump? Are they in charge? Because this is what it's about. So let's do it. Let's just have it now. Why wait? Why push it down? No, the two sides couldn't be a bigger bright line. Let's just roll and see who's got the political will and see who's tougher and see who's more focused and more determined and has more cussedness to it. Mass deportations now. Insurrection act first troops second. Mass deportations third. Bingo, bango, bungo.
Scott Bessant
It'll take law and order and leadership there that partners with us that we haven't seen yet. In my discussions with Governor Walls and from what I've seen on his press gatherings, he still is not willing to work with our federal officers to bring peace to the streets of Minneapolis. Secretary, do you have any plans to.
Chip Roy
Pull out of Minnesota.
Scott Bessant
No plans to pull out of Minnesota. How would you describe what you were.
Jonathan Lemire
Seeing on the ground there?
Scott Bessant
Would you describe it as an insurrection? And do you believe the President should.
Chip Roy
Invoke the Insurrection Act?
Scott Bessant
I describe it as violent and a violation of the law in many places. I discussed with the President this morning several things that we are dealing with under the Department in different operations. We did discuss the Insurrection Act. He certainly has the constitutional authority to utilize that. My hope is that this leadership team in Minnesota will start to work with us to get criminals off the streets. Remember, we are there in surged operations because of the largest fraud scheme in American history. We had people stealing from taxpayers, stealing funds away from the most vulnerable individuals in this country. People who needed mental health services, developmental services, autism daycare. Instead, individuals came in much from the Somalian community and stole dollars from those people who needed it and put it in their own pockets and enriched themselves, did it right under Governor Walz's nose. And we believe that he didn't just know about it, that he may be complicit in it as well. Thank you. Secretary, do you believe there are any cases in Minnesota where the ICE agents.
David Hogue
Have gone too far?
Scott Bessant
Our ICE agents are following the law and running their operations according to training. Last night, what we saw was three individuals weaponized shovels and brooms and attack an ICE officer that had to defend himself. So we're hopeful that we don't see that again, that we as protesters and violent rioters will be held accountable for the actions that they're taking and that our officers can do their work safely. That you were mentioning. Can you give us an update on that ICE officer's condition after he was hit with the shovel? You know, he was. We're seeing those cars looted in Minnesota. Can you provide an update on what the agency is going to do about that? And if you're concerned with the documents that were taken by those. Well, I believe that those vehicles were FBI vehicles, not our Department of Homeland Security vehicles. So I'm not certain what documents were in there that those criminals may have taken and seen. But I would say that our agent is beat up, he's bruised, he's injured, he's getting treatment, and we're thankful that he made it out alive.
Chip Roy
Secretary Noem, are you okay with federal agents and officers violating people's Fourth Amendment rights by asking for papers without reasonable suspicion?
Scott Bessant
Every single action that our ICE officers take take is according to the law and following protocols that we have used for years, that this administration has used that the previous administration used. They are doing everything correctly. And over and over again in litigation, in the courts, we've proven that they've done the right.
Chip Roy
Why is it within the right to do that? Why is it within their right to ask for papers without reasonable suspicion?
Scott Bessant
Act with the President. Sorry, you said you discussed the Insurrection act with the president. Did you recommend that? No, we just discussed it. That it was one of the options that. That he had constitutionally. And we talked about the fact that we're going to continue our operations in Minneapolis and have the resources that we need to get the job done.
Steve Bannon
How many tankers are Coast Guard tracking that are loose?
Jonathan Lemire
And are they.
Steve Bannon
Are any of them out of the Caribbean that you're tracking worldwide?
Scott Bessant
I can't speak to the specifics of the operation, although we are watching the entire Shadow Fleet and how they're moving. I'm very proud of our Coast Guard Guard, how they've partnered with the Department of War to do unprecedented actions in bringing these flags under jurisdiction that often or these ships under jurisdiction that in many instances aren't flagged or they're affiliated with a country moving this unauthorized oil to avoid our sanction policy. What's that?
David Hogue
When.
Jonathan Lemire
When.
Steve Bannon
Like the video that was posted this morning. Do you watch any of those operations?
Scott Bessant
Absolutely, I do. Absolutely. Absolutely, I do. Yes, absolutely, we do. That's. We've haven't slept a lot lately between the Coast Guard operations, what they're doing in partnership with the Department of War, in. In dealing with the Shadow Fleet, what we're also doing as far as operations with law enforcement across the country.
Steve Bannon
My recommendation, when they go the sticks like that is just stick to the topic. They're going to issue a. And Vaughn, Hilliard Vaughn here, you could hear his voice there, the one that. That harassed when he was at msnbc, which is now called shamwow, the shamwow network. He harassed Kerry Lake now right there, asking her question. You never hear Vaughn or NBC ask about the illegal alien invaders that are here, that are destroying our country, destroying our cities. Never hear him ask that, do you?
Jonathan Lemire
How.
Steve Bannon
How. You know, why are they stopping people? Stop them all. Roll them up, get them out. American people will have your back. President Trump. Now, she said, the key point, she said, for why this has to happen and why walls, these guys are, you know, apoplectic, is that Walls, she just said, implied that there's going to be criminal charges on walls, that he's in the middle of all this. And she said, hey, what we're finding about the Somalian community. David Hoke joins us. David, it's been your investigation and you've got the great videographers, these young videographers going around and being totally heroic, going to these places because it's dangerous. Some of the videos I think a lot of people haven't even seen is how dangerous is for you guys to confront this. But I want to go back to the main thing is not so much the videos. The main thing that's made it accessible to the public. The main thing is actually the work. Explain for people for a second how long have you been at this and why have you been at this? This is not your day job, but what got you interested in doing it? And how long have you been doing this research into this vast fraud that's so much deeper and broader than just the daycare centers? What initiated you into this and why have you been doing it for so long?
David Hogue
Well, Steve, I was born in Minneapolis. I graduated from Annunciation Grade School, which had that terrible shooting last July. I graduated from Washburn High School in Minneapolis. I graduated from University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. My office is in Minneapolis. And I'm sort of on the outer edge of this, what we call Little Mogadishu. And I started to see all these childcare centers and I go, geez, I mean, we got more childcare centers than we do children in Minneapolis. What is going on here? And so I started to look into who owns these childcare centers. And every single one of them was Somali. And I would see all these transportation vans going around with a Somali driver. But never, ever, ever in seven or almost eight years have I seen a passenger in any of those vehicles. I said, what, what, what is all this? And that's how I, I dove into all of this network. And that's why I was able to say that the non emergency medical transportation is the hub of the wheel. And health care, child care, adult daycare, autism, feeding our future, they're all spokes of the wheel. But it all revolves around the transportation companies. And I just said, look, I was born and raised here. And when I got into it so many times, I wanted to stop because I said, I can't believe this is real. It can't keep going on to all these areas. And I just prayed and I said, God, I can't do this. I just kept going and I kept going and I kept going. So I got to a point where I had this massive amount of data and everything that I say and I do is backed up 100% by documentation. And so these people all they can do is default to calling me a racist, a Nazi Islamophobe. None of that bothers me because they can't dispute the facts, and the facts are what I present. And so I said, look, instead of waiting for somebody to do something else, because everybody says, oh, we're Minnesota nice, somebody will do something about it. They're not. I'm the guy doing something about it. And I'm just. I'm committed to seeing this all the way through. And so after Nick and I released our first video, Governor Walls, and I'm going to not be seeking a third term. And this second video has got to be the final nail in his coffin. He's got to go. The Democrats are starting to turn on him. You said, jacob Fry now, after saying for years there was no fraud, now came out a couple days ago and said, not only is there fraud, but it's a fraud crisis. And I said, for God's sakes, what have I been saying for years? And so when I put all this data together, I started to look at all these influencers on these social networks. And when I saw Nick Shirley, I said, he's the guy. And I got him on the phone, and he was on a plane two days later to Minneapolis, and we started filming. And of course, I'm wearing the infamous Quality leering Center sweatshirt, 1-800-Fraud because that misspelled word was the keystone to igniting a firestorm across the country in all of these states. Now, people are going around and they're saying, wait a minute. Yeah, this child cry. I never see kids here. And my goal is to bring this whole thing crashing down. And look, you can blame the Somalis. Like when I spoke to Secretary Besant when he was in town about a week and a half ago, I said, you know, you can chase the money wire and the transfers, but you're letting the tail wag the dog. You got to go to the source of the funding, and that is the Minnesota Department of Human Services. And guess what? They're in my sights now. Now that Nick and I have those videos out, they better be shaking in their boots, because I know exactly what they're doing, and I'm coming after them.
Jonathan Lemire
Hang on.
Steve Bannon
Give me that again. The Minnesota. Because this thing is Minnesota Department of Human Services, okay? And tell me why that is for our audience. Why is that going to scale this thing up? But why is that the beating heart of the problem?
David Hogue
So what happens is, when we're talking about child care centers, we're talking about CCAP money as the main, the main bundle of gold and that's child care assistance payments. Well, that is partly state money and partly federal money, and it's done through Medicaid. Same with the transportation company, same with all of it. So that money flows through the state of Minnesota. It also comes from the counties and the cities, but the bulk of it comes from the state of Minnesota. And the checks are written by the Department of Human Services for all this fraud. And they got to stop writing checks. I mean, Steve, we're in around these transportation companies. One's a liquor store, one's a wire service, one's an abandoned building. I mean, they don't exist. I mean, it's just they're sending off checks to these phantom companies. And these Somalis are laughing, they're going, these guys are idiots. That's why they set up shop in Minneapolis back in 1988, and they tested all these programs to see what in the world they could get away with. And they said, these people are idiots. They expand this program out and then they sent them where to? Columbus, Ohio. So when you look outside Somalia, the largest Somali population in the world is in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The second most is in Columbus, Ohio.
Steve Bannon
When you say that they found their idiots, they're obviously complicit with it. The, the, the, the progressive left is walls. And these guys in fry who are two embarrassments, they understand the whole scam is built on this to get illegal aliens in here. These people under these phony asylum or my refugee programs, these totally phony programs, and they get them into the system with some startup cash, with the NGOs of Source and these guys in care. But then the taxpayers, both at the state level and the federal level, pick it up and then they get more illegals, they get more votes, more foreigners, more third world types for the votes. It's the business model. What you've gone in, you've punctured the financial part of the business model, have you not, sir?
David Hogue
I have. So again, I spent a lot of time, almost eight years putting this all together and I have a very good idea of how everything is working. The one wild card that I can't quite figure out is that the Somalis have set up a number of long haul trucking companies here in Minneapolis. And I'm not really sure what this is all about, but I have a pretty good idea. You know, if you buy a luxury vehicle here and you ship it to LA or New York and you put it on a boat and you send it to Kenya, you can get three or four Times what you paid for it here. Over there. And Steve, you can see that Lamborghini was going to open a dealership in Minneapolis on 394, and they were going to target the Somali community. Why? Because the Somalis pay cash. They won't pay interest.
Steve Bannon
Cash. Have cash. Right, but hang on for a second.
David Hogue
Car's worth $300,000. You can sell it for 350.
Steve Bannon
Yeah, hang on for a second. Hang on a second. You're gonna stick around? We got a short commercial break. David Hogue, eight years of his life. This is what? American citizenship. This is what? Using your agency. He's changed the arc of American history. Short commercial break. Back in a moment. Spread the word all through Hong Kong we will fight till they're all gone we rejoice when there's no more let's take down the ccp.
Jonathan Lemire
Hey, everybody. Tim Burchin. It's a little early this morning. I was headed to the gym, and I was thinking this morning. The constant argument is always when a bunch of us vote against this stuff, they say, oh, if we kill the bill, it'll shut the government down. You know, they always back you up against the wall and watch. The heck do we put it in there? We're the majority. The spending overseas, the funding of these rogue judges, these incredibly liberal organizations we know are just destroying our country. Why in the hell did we put this stuff in there? It's just ridiculous. And here we are spending the money. We're in the majority. And, you know, and the leadership gives the left everything. It just doesn't make it. It's always that way. I don't care who's in power. And then they reward bad behavior, folks that are, you know, that are.
Steve Bannon
Voted.
Jonathan Lemire
With the Democrats to give the insurance companies all this debt money. And once again, we're right back. It's just the same old deal. Like when they put us up against the wall and say, oh, it's right at Christmas. You know, it's just the same, same nonsense. It's got to stop. It's got to stop. We got to do what we said we're going to do. We funded a bunch of stuff the president did not want in there and just thumbs our nose at him and the American people that sent us here to do better.
Steve Bannon
Okay, I've asked Chip Roy to join us. I got Dave, Brett, too. We're gonna get into this. Hoke is on deck. He's gonna come back as we drill down on Minnesota. Because now we're down to the thing itself. So Chip Roy, I would say one of the reasons besides your love of Texas and, and, and we're looking forward to get you on War Room Texas one time about this Islamic invasion, your love of Texas, one of the reasons that you're going back, one of the reasons is your frustration with the system. So Burchett right there lays it out. We know that. And so now we're getting down to it because hoax exposing more programs. The entire business model of the left is based upon the financing of the particularly the federal government. Some state, but federal government to do this. And the question the audience has, you just put up something yesterday that Bert should talk about. But Boseberg, why does this continue? It's like we're in a Kafka esque why does this continue to happen? We now know through Hoke and other investigators exactly what the problem is. Why do we continue to vote this in as Republicans? Why does the Republican Party continue to vote this madness in? Sir.
Chip Roy
Steve, thanks for having me on. First of all, let me associate myself fully with what Tim Burchett, my good friend from Tennessee said. He's one of my better friends here in the House Representatives and he distills things down in very simple terms. He's to going great messenger for us. And he said what everybody's thinking, right? Like why on earth would Republicans do this? And the answer is there is a block. Now let's be positive. It's getting smaller. Our fight and the Speaker's fight three years ago, the Freedom Caucus, President Trump, his team Russ vote you the great posse Americans that are demanding better. It's getting smaller, but there's still a block. You saw it yesterday, 46 who voted against my amendment that I offered to defund the offices of Boasberg and Boardman. I don't have to go through how bad they are. Your folks listening to this know these are horrendous. Activist judges undermining the Trump presidency. Activist judges undermining the will of the people. Why are we giving them money? Why would we give them a full unencumbered budget? It makes no sense. Then on the other issue, the National Endowment for Democracy, which is basically a CIA propped up bunch of programs going to NGOs to undermine our country. And you've got people that are appropriators that say but Chip and Tim said it. We're gonna have a shutdown. We'll end up with a cr. We just have to pass it. It's a compromise product. It's already been negotiated. And look, this is the way this town does things. That continues to fund the very groups that are undermining us. And you'll remember, Steve, four years ago, maybe five years ago, when Russ Vogt and I were sitting on a panel and we were talking about weaponized government. And what I said at the time, I called it, we need to defund tyranny. That was my broad bucket for things that I could see where, guys, we're funding the very people that want to take our country away. We got to stop it. So you're right. One of the reasons I want to be Attorney general, you have incredible power as the attorney general to go after the NGOs, to open the books of nonprofits, to dig deep and stop the flow of money. You cut the money off the. Then you can save America. But as long as the money's flowing to these groups that want to undermine our elections, have a legal vote, Islamify taxes, undermine our security, and destroy everything that is good and great about America, we're going to lose. And we got to get militant about it to stop it.
Steve Bannon
Chip, Chip, here's the thing. Is that what you talked about first, the appropriators, and it's a compromise. It's better than it was. We got to get through and shut down the government, which I think most people say, let's. Let's do it.
Chip Roy
We're at war.
Steve Bannon
The difference is that's a peacetime. I can understand the arguments. I understand the logic of negotiation. I was at Goldman Sachs. President Trump does. He's a master negotiator. That is for a time, that we're at peace and that the country itself is not hanging in the balance. And you see this in Minneapolis because Hoke has exposed this. This is why. This is the heart of the problem. But it's funded from Capitol Hill. In normal times, your logic. That logic's 100% correct. Don't they understand that this is extraordinary times, that the country's hanging in the balance and we're actually at war?
Chip Roy
All right, let me give you the good news. More members of Congress understand that today than they used to six months ago or six years ago, for sure, because of our hard work, the hard work of the posse War room. President Trump more understand it, but we do not have a majority of this body that understands that we're at war, that you can't. And by the way, they won't even acknowledge that we're at war. So how do you win a war that you won't even acknowledge exists?
David Hogue
So you.
Chip Roy
Like, for example, last week, Steve, why did I have to Spend my entire week finding a way to expose that Ilhan Omar million dollar earmark to go to Somalis. Literally a week after everything was blowing the lid off of Somali fraud and corruption and $9 billion and the American people are going, what the hell? And then this Congress put a million dollar earmarked from Elon Omar into an appropriations bill to give to Somalis in Minnesota that gives you a glimpse of whatever. So I blew it up. Demanded that we use the rules to fight it and pull it out. And we did. Great. Glad we did. But there's still dozens, hundreds of other programs. There's all sorts of funding going to Minneapolis, New York, Chicago for sanctuary cities. Why are we doing this? The President is right, by the way, when he said what, three days ago, go. I'm not going to give funds to sanctuary cities. The President understands this dynamic, but we got to support him in Congress. So good news, a lot of more people understand it. We've made progress on top line spending. We're exposing more of the crap, the stuff on the Internet. From oilfield rando to you guys to everybody out there, we're exposing more of this garbage. But we've got a long way to go to get people to understand your point. We're at war. Stop funding our enemies. And like I am committed to this. By the way, having great conversations with Scott Bessant. They're propping up a lot of good stuff over there that I can't get into targeting all of this. There are people who get it. White House.
Steve Bannon
Hang on one second. We're going to take a two minute break. I want to give your handle where they go for your campaign. Just stick with us. Short break, second hour. Next foreign.

The tone is confrontational, urgent, and highly partisan, with panelists and guests using war metaphors, accusations of treason, and calls for both civic and literal resistance. There's a focus on existential threat, the construction of an "enemy" both internal and external, and insistence that only dramatic and immediate action—up to and including a militarized intervention—can resolve the crisis.
This episode frames the unrest in Minnesota as the frontline in a larger existential struggle over the future of America, combining allegations of governmental overreach, community betrayal, systemic fraud, internal party infighting, and the need for radical, uncompromising action. Both the calls to mass protest and to order via enforcement suggest deep divisions within both the American populace and its institutions.
