Stephen K. Bannon
Trump's harshest instincts are no longer being blocked. Susan Glasser. Glasser described what we're seeing in Minneapolis this way.
Jack Posobic
Minnesota is his legacy.
Stephen K. Bannon
It is American carnage made real. What is happening in Minnesota is a pattern that is dangerous to every single person in America because if they can erode the rights of some, they can do it to you. No one is safe. As one of only two dozen naturalized citizens to serve in Congress today, someone who spent 17 years in the process to get my US citizenship, this is very personal to me. Never in a million years would I have thought that I would see what I see on the streets of the United States of America. We cannot have a second tier of citizenship. We cannot undermine the contributions of immigrants from all over the world. And we must protect our democracy and our Constitution for all residents. You know, I come from the most beautiful, blackest city in the country, the city of Detroit, where we birth movements. But today I am seeing a movement being built right here in Twin Cities. And it is reminding us that our government will not save us. It is only us. We've been taught through history of that. You see our corrupt Supreme Court literally enabling and bolding the fact that they can now go around and racially profile and target people based on what they look like and where they work. I do want to share this and ask some of the directors. DHS use neo Nazi anthem for recruitment after the fatal Minneapolis ICE shooting from the Intercept. And the federal government is openly embracing white nationalists online content.
Jack Posobic
He might just have the encouragers who.
Stephen K. Bannon
Are left, including Stephen Miller. But are these the images that the administration does really want to see? There is reporting today that there's discomfort within the White House over the American public's reaction. Yeah, Katie, this is a campaign not only designed by Donald Trump and Stephen Miller, but one that he's dreamed of for years. So I'm sure there may be some people in the White House who have qualms about the horrific images that we're seeing coming out of Minneapolis. But as they should, right?
Jack Posobic
I mean, as they should.
Stephen K. Bannon
Exactly as they should. But you know, they're the architects of this. This is the whirlwind that they sowed These are the people who called a woman who was shot in her car a domestic terrorist. Katie.
Interviewer / Host
Okay.
Stephen K. Bannon
They've called it insurrection. To do the most American of things, which is to exercise her First Amendment rights and to protest. They have sent. Donald Trump has sent more federal agents into Minneapolis than there are police there, thousands of armed escalatory federal agents. They are now justifying stopping American citizens on the street, demanding their passports, saying that they're conducting citizenship tests, citizenship checks. You know, I'm not a lawyer, but I know my legal rights. You know your legal rights. And that's not something that is part of the American way that you and I have lived in. And so, you know, I find that to be kind of nauseating, frankly. And by the way, if Donald Trump had qualms about it, it wouldn't be happening. Let's be real about that. He is the owner of and the author of this. And more importantly, I just think that there's a shock value that he's constantly in search of because he craves the idea of this militarized display of force that establishes his dominance over blue America. And, you know, he warned us about American carnage in his first inaugural address, but he started out as a politician trash talking America. Now he seems to be actually trashing it. Use images like this, you can't see this. To the directors come and ask you, it says invasion here, says, America needs you to join ice. Now look at this image. Who do you think they're trying. How about Director Mayhel Gonzalez Avalos and Director Hussain? Who do you think they're trying to recruit for ICE right now? White supremacists. Okay, how about, how about you direct me? What do you think this evokes? What do you think wants to join this? What does this mean?
Interviewer / Host
I mean, it's absolutely terrifying, right? The accountability, the training, who is coming towards that? Who's going to want to join that?
Jack Posobic
And I think it is an absolute.
Interviewer / Host
Product of the $170 billion that they.
Jack Posobic
Are looking to spend and fill and use.
Interviewer / Host
And as they ask for more money.
Jack Posobic
Now, they really needs to be restrictions.
Interviewer / Host
On how all of this is done.
Stephen K. Bannon
We'll have a home again. Like this is. Patty, look at this. We'll have our home again. What does that evoke in you when you see this? It literally, when I see it as a Muslim, as a Palestinian, as a child of immigrants, I see that this is something that is evoking like I'm not welcome here. It is very clear what is intentionally happening here. And I think I want my colleagues to know this, in southwest Detroit, where I was born and raised, we've been complaining about ICE since 2010, even since its inception. The fact that we had passed policies to tell them not to do ICE actions in front of schools, health centers, funerals, we got Obama administration to do that, but still we had violations through their own policies. This is an agency that is wreaked of this. And when Speaker Johnson and Chair Jayapal knows, when Speaker Johnson says ICE is doing what it was created to do, remember this when the funding comes up next week. The dehumanization of the other is exactly what JD Vance and all the people in history who have promoted agendas of racial supremacy like him, that's what it's all about, is about dehumanizing the other. First they came for the criminal illegal aliens, then they couldn't find enough of them, so now they're just going down door to door in Minnesota. Right. And so I think that, you know, it's the spectacle of violence, it's the demonization of the other that we're all experiencing in the real time social media universe. You know, you're talking about a movement in American society that is supported by a minority, but a minority of millions and millions of people for whom that is not a turnoff, but part of the point. And, you know, to your question of are we line crossing, I do need to say that, you know, a decade into this phenomenon, you know, so many lines have been crossed and yet, in fact, public opinion is largely not movable and it has not moved. It is true that Donald Trump and J.D. vance are running a very, very, if not historically unpopular administration. And their policies are unpopular, and what's happening in Minnesota is unpopular. But if you look at the numbers, look at the polls that are out today from one year into the second Trump term, the numbers are basically within the margin of error of what Donald Trump's approval and disapproval ratings were in 2018. That means that January 6th didn't change it, Covid didn't change it, the Biden presidency didn't change it. And these outrages aren't changing it. They're very unpopular. But support for Donald Trump has not collapsed.
Podcast Sponsor Announcer
This is not the America we want. This is not the Minnesota we deserve.
Stephen K. Bannon
And we will fight back.
Interviewer / Host
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies, because we're going.
Jack Posobic
Medieval on these people.
Interviewer / Host
You're just not going to free shot all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that I know you try to do everything.
Jack Posobic
In the world to stop that, but.
Interviewer / Host
You'Re not going to stop it. It's going to happen.
Jack Posobic
And where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA MEDIA I wish in my soul.
Interviewer / Host
I wish that any of the these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
Jack Posobic
WAR ROOM here's your host, Stephen K. Ban.
Interviewer / Host
It's Friday the 16th of January in the year of our Lord 2026. One of the Posobic brothers are deployed out to Minneapolis. The other is holding down the fort in his studio. Jack Bassovic joins me. Jack, I know you've been covering the Tyler Robinson hearing today. We're going to get to that in a minute. But this morning, as you noted to me, and we started the show this morning, Axios, I think Mark Caputo had a pretty big scoop. It was a long, well sourced piece about inside the Oval Office about what the thoughts are. And in the middle of the head, the buried lead was Trump quoted, I want to do mass deportations. And of course, there are a lot of people in the Oval Office. They were showing him some quote unquote, GOP polling that showed things dropping below 50%. My strong belief, and I put it up on getter all afternoon. Half measures lead to bad polling and we're taking half measures right now. Now we're there trying to get onesies twosies with an ice force instead of getting to the heart of it, which is the employers, to do mass deportations. Can you walk me through it, Jack, because I know you've been in harm's way on this before. Your brother's in harm's way this weekend as antifa pours into the Minneapolis St. Paul area. Sir.
Jack Posobic
Well, Steve, I think that's exactly right and I think you hit the nail on the head there. Look, Donald Trump, when he campaigned in 2024, what did he tell people? He told the American people at every single possible opportunity he could mass deportations. He said it at the rnc. They were handing out placards that said mass deportations. Now, it was every single speech, every single interview, whether he was stopping at the Waffle House or he was stopping at the Shake Shack or pizza, wherever he was going, wherever he was even go back, I think he probably made a joke about it at the McDonald's, all right, up in Philadelphia. So this has been the number one policy and it was his entire raison d' etre when he ran in 2024. And when Sean Hannity asked the question, or I think it was Hannity or maybe somebody else, but the cost, and he said, he said there is no cost. There is no cost that is too high because this is so important to the future of our nation. This gets to the core of the maga. It's about the American people and putting our interests first. There's no other policy beyond the policy of immigration. The millions that were let in under Joe Biden, the millions that were here already. That gets to the core of why the MAGA movement exists, which bifurcates the uniparty into, you know, into up versus down. Are you for the uniparty? Are you for the people of this country? And we've seen how many Republicans. So this is a uniparty attack. There's no question saying, well, I don't know about these, about these policies. And let's look at this optics, is it.
Kevin Posobic
No.
Jack Posobic
The other thing you can do, by the way, get the, if you want to get the optics worked on, get the E VERIFY going, go after the employers, arrest the CEOs, I've said it again and again, start arresting CEOs, start arresting business owners. And by the way, start using economic tools and economic leverage debank every illegal alien in America. If they can't have access to banking, to Venmo, to cash app, to PayPal, guess what? They can't stay anymore. So if you're renting, if you're a landlord, if you're hiring all the rest of it, get them out. And if you do that, guess what? You won't need, you won't have the need for so many of these targeted raids because the masses will self deport on their own. And you know what? I think you would actually get more deportations if you start using economic measures and economic leverage than, than just in the targeted operations. Think of it, think of it like putting a tariff on the illegals because that's what going after remittances, going after all the rest of it does because it, it functions the same as a tariff. It keeps the money within the pool of the country itself, within the confines of our borders. Not sending it to Mogadishu, not and Dar es Salaam and Mumbai and all these other places. No, you keep the money here.
Interviewer / Host
I want to ask you too is the analogy. Let's go through a break. I'm going to ask you an analogy. It's analogous to what Besant is running the op he's running in Iran instead of going to kinetic use economic warfare. Right. I want to ask you about that and then about this hearing. Omar had a field hearing in St. Paul today. We just gave you the highlight reel. Your head would have been blowing up by the testimony. It's quite obvious it's two different Americas here. She said this is not the America we want. Talking about ICE and deportations. We're going to take a short commercial break. Johnny Khan is going to take us out today. Silver near an all time high Gold near an all time high geopolitical turmoil throughout the world as President Trump starts as the policies of hemispheric defense come more in line and I think the big wake up call, as I told you this morning, was Carney really going to the end of the dollar empire and talking about making the Chinese currency being a partner and strengthening the Chinese currency potentially as a global currency. That's what Carney was talking about right from the pages of the end of the dollar empire. Is Canada an ally? The Canadian people are. They're the best. But are they an ally? The Canadian elites, what have they done in the country? The ccp, Muslim immigration, those NORAD stations? We're going to pick Jack Posovic's brain. He's a naval intelligence officer. Okay, Jack, you've watched closely and of course, Tel Aviv, Levin and all the Israel first guys are all broken up. But because Scott Besant laid out in March at the Economic Club in New York exactly what he was going to do under President Trump's guidance, to basically destroy the Islamic Republic's economy. The tariffs he was going to do, the sanctions, and most importantly, which nobody picked up at the time, he's going to go after the currency because Scott's kind of an expert in that. And you've seen what's happened. You've brought the mullahs and the ayatollah to their knees. They're not finished yet. But the people in Persia and Tehran are taking accountability for them doing this. Is that. Are you arguing that President Trump should put that same kind of economic warfare when he, when he thinks about Minnesota, maybe You don't need all the ice age. You don't need the surge that you need e verify. You need to shut down the businesses. You need to go after the employers, the CEOs and be more sophisticated on remittances and credit cards and telephones and all that.
Jack Posobic
Well, Steve, I wouldn't say it's an either or. I'd say it's more of a whole of government approach. So look for some of these dug in networks. The Somali fraudsters, the illegal traffickers. You got Latin Kings members now that are working with the cartels. And keep in mind, by the way, that the Latin Kings member who was identified because of the reporting of human events, and Nick Sortor, Kevin Posobic was there as well as Nick. That reporting led to the Latin Kings member be arrested for pulling those weapons out of the federal weapons locker. This is the same Latin Kings, by the way, that we know has a cartel bounty, $10,000 out on the head of Commander Bovino. And he's walking around out there. He's walking around, showing his face, keeping morale up. For everybody. But he knows that this is blood money on his head for Commander Bovino. But he's not scared because that's who we've got. Look, the cartels, the Latin Kings, these guys, the sex traffickers like Trende Aragua. Look, you're going to need the targeted operations against them. Those guys are not self deporting you just over economics. However, I'm arguing so you've got to have the deportations there. But I'm also arguing that aside from that, you're going to have a vast bulk of people call it possibly 70%, 80% of the illegal aliens that are here. They're not here under refugee status, they're not here under seeking asylum or the, you know, false claims of asylum saying true claims of asylum. No, they're here for economic purposes. They are economic migrants. In many cases they're economic leeches sucking off of the, the teat of our society. I'm sorry, I just have to say it. They take the federal funding, they take the welfare they get, they take lower jobs, they take jobs away from Americans. That puts downward pressure on the wages. So look, if you use these economic tools that Besant knows about them, they're certainly at his disposal at the federal level, they're using them internationally. On Iran then guess what? You don't need as many of these targeted operations because even when you look at it, you get a couple hundred here, a couple hundred there, it's never going to add up to the 30 million illegal aliens that are there if they don't start using this more sophisticated basket of targeted approaches on the economic factors. Make it impossible for them to live, make it a possible live here, make it impossible for them to stay, make it impossible for them to bank, to communicate, cell phones, all of that, take it away. And by the way, DHS last I checked because we just had Trisha McLaughlin, she's the assistant secretary there on human events. She said look, they're still offering to pay for the plane ticket. Take the plane ticket, you don't need a raid. Just go home.
Interviewer / Host
Let me play. So I want team this up, we play in the cold open. These are federal officials, these are members of Congress and other federal officials. An all day hearing in St. Paul today. If you had watched it, your head would have blown up. Let's just play a clip on what the reaction of Jack Posobie.
Stephen K. Bannon
Use images like this, you can't see this to the directors because I'm gonna ask you. It says invasion here, says America needs you to join ice. Now look at this image, who do you think they're trying. How about Director Mayhel Gonzalez Avalos and Director Hussain? Who do you think think they're trying to recruit for ICE right now? Interviewer / Host
I've heard enough, Jack Posobic, the. The kind of the Uncle Sam takeoffs to recruit, and they've had, I think 50,000 recruits. They had hundreds of thousand. I think they took 50 or 60 because they've had so many people sign up. Omar's group doesn't like that. They think they're not welcome. They think it's white supremacy. They have to go to race right away.
Commercial Announcer
Right.
Interviewer / Host
Because they're losing. As you said the other day, we've shattered the narrative. So now they got to go to a backup narrative. It's all. All white supremacists. It's all. It's all white. So walk through. Why. Why have they shifted now to the white supremacist?
Jack Posobic
Well, I want to go.
Interviewer / Host
Well, normally when you go there, you've already lost the.
Jack Posobic
The bigger pieces. The bigger pieces is go and look, because nobody's talking about anymore. What do you. What's the dog that's not barking? When you hear Rashida Talib, when you hear Omar up there, what's the dog that. Not that's not barking. The dog that's not barking is. They stop talking about Renee. Good. They stop talking about Becca. Good. They stop talking about Jonathan Ross. Which, by the way, if you go up on Jonathan Ross's, fundraisers right now. You put the two together. Guess what? Today he just crossed the 1 million mark. So, Maga, the American people just raised over a million dollars for an ICE officer who was nearly killed when he was run over by an anti ICE agitator. They completely lost the narrative there. They completely lost what they were going on. They know that the American people actually, actually, they might not admit it to a pollster, but you know what? Deep down, the American people love these raids. The American people can't get enough of them because for a long time they've said, you know what? I don't want those people in my foul, in my house anymore, in my country anymore, my home anymore. I want to get rid of them. I don't want them around my family. I don't want them around my children. I don't want them in my neighborhood. The good people of Minneapolis don't want them there. And you know what? If it's going to be a little rough, if it's going to take a little rough stuff to get them out, then so be it. But the other piece of this, Steve, by the way, Rashid Tlaib, you notice what she said? She said, listen, me as a Muslim, me as an immigrant, me as a Palestinian. I noticed she didn't say as an American. I noticed she didn't say, as an American citizen whose family was allowed, graciously allowed, by the generosity of the American people to be here. And by the way, I'd love to ask Rashida Tlaib, do you think that's true for everybody? Do you think that the Palestinians don't deserve to have a home? What if the Palestinians said we can have our home again? Isn't that what their entire argument has been this whole time, that that was their home, that that was their land, land back, all the rest of it. So, so which is it you want to say? That the Palestinian people deserve their own homeland? Okay. But you say that the American people don't. Why don't the American people deserve their own homeland? Congresswoman, Tell me that. Why don't the American people deserve their own homeland and deserve to determine who the people of that homeland is? Because, Steve, I'm just going to say it. If I want people in my home, if I want my kids to grow up among people who share our language, who share our culture, who share our values, then guess what? That's the same thing that people on this planet have wanted, the same right that people have had since time immemorial. There's nothing wrong with that. In fact, there's everything right with that. That's the shared bonds, nationalism.
Interviewer / Host
Let's play. Can we play Omar? I got a short clip from Omar. I want you to respond to that, Jack.

Interviewer / Host
We will fight back. This is not the America we want. What say you, Jack? Posobic?
Jack Posobic
No, but listen, it's not even the words. It's the tone, right? For her, it's all the tone. She's so dejected. She's down in the dumps. She's barely even looking up. She's, you know, her hijab's almost over the eyes there. She's doesn't want to be there. It's Friday. Can I just stop doing this? She's lost. She knows. She's totally lost. The American people have finally woken up to the Somali invasion of our hinterland. The Somali invasion of the American heartland. Minnesota. Nice. Was completely, completely Jiu Jitsu'd. All right, look, I'm an East Coaster, Steve. You're an East Coaster. President Trump's East Coaster. We don't do the whole, like, you gotta be nice all the time thing, right? There's a difference between nice and kind. That's the difference, right? Nice is, oh, I'm gonna be so sweet. I'm gonna be so welcoming, the rest of it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. East Coasters, we don't have that. I don't really get that. We just. We just. We might be kind, but sometimes being kind means you gotta be a little rough to get to the end. Hang on, what you're trying to do.
Interviewer / Host
Hang on, hang on. I'm from the South. You're from Philadelphia, dude. The Philadelphia thing.
Jack Posobic
President Trump's sign on the East Coast.

Interviewer / Host
Hang on, Jack. Vesoba. We are the capital of the Confederacy, sir. Okay, Jack, even if Tyler Robinson thing, you're gonna. You're gonna make it make sense to us because I think it's quite confusing on the surface.

Interviewer / Host
To today's hearing. Knowing that this, the court would be in this position based off your request.
Commercial Announcer
To prepare the court, prepare opposing parties.
Interviewer / Host
And to be efficient in our use of time. I'm trying to understand. I understand what you're saying and I understand that things evolve, but I'm trying to understand why that wasn't filed in advance of the hearing to put the court on notice at the very minimum and just to allow the court to do what the court does.
Jack Posobic
I hear what the court's saying and I think we can take responsibility for. For not sufficiently presenting the authorities that we think compel what I've just suggested should happen. We noted in our reply brief that the county attorney should not be representing themselves and that's probably an inadequate message to the court. But we did file a motion to disqualify and, and inherent in a motion to disqualify based on the conflict of.
Interviewer / Host
Interest we anticipated would be that the state attorneys would.
Jack Posobic
Seek representation from a clearly non conflicted appropriate prosecutorial authority which as I've done further research and Mr.
Interviewer / Host
Burt and Ms. Visser and Ms. Nestor.
Jack Posobic
And I have all done for the research literally up until from earlier this morning. We think it's pretty clear that this court has the authority to make that. I'm going to call it a referral. I think it's an order referring it.
Interviewer / Host
To the attorney General. Jack, what in the hell's going on? What they're trying to get. It looks to me like a stalling tactic by the defense. Tyler Robinson seemed was trying to throw out the entire prosecutorial team for what reason?
Jack Posobic
Right. So what this, this came up in a motion a couple weeks ago in the case in Charlie's murder case. So the one. So you go back to the event itself. You go back to that day. There were over 3,000 students there at Utah Valley University. The area its provost, Orem, Utah. A ton of people were there. And of course Charlie, as we know, so popular with Gen Z, so popular with the college kids. Well it turns out that. And they're taking great pains not to identify who this individual was. This is actually one of the things they're talking about, whether or not this person should have to testify. But it turns out one of the family members, they're saying an offspring. So either a son or a daughter of one of the prosecutors on the case was actually there in the, you know, on this atrium or, excuse me, amphitheater area, the quad of uvu, when Charlie got shot. So because of this familial connection, then Tyler Robinson's lawyers are trying to get that prosecutor, or possibly all the prosecutors, in fact, the entire Utah County Prosecutor's office, struck from the case, get them all kicked off the case because of this connection. But the judge came in and earlier to, you know, earlier in the hearing, I'm kind of like, watching it as I. As I do this and said, look, hold on a second. You know, was this person. Was this person a victim? And they said, well, no, they didn't even actually see it because the head was turned when that took place. Okay, is this person a material witness? No. Will not be called as a material witness. So the problem is, if this person is not a victim or a material witness and was really just kind of a bystander, then it doesn't actually meet the legal threshold. And the judge has been saying this, stating this over and over. Doesn't meet the legal threshold for a conflict of interest, and is basically. A lot of people are watching it saying, look, the defense lawyers know this. The defense team knows that it doesn't meet the legal standard, doesn't meet the legal threshold at all. But it's a delay tactic because they know that the evidence is not on their side. They know that they're up against a mountain of evidence that Tyler Robinson did, in fact, murder Charlie Kirk. And so they're trying to delay, delay, delay, delay. And that's all this is.
Interviewer / Host
In the situation. I saw a tweet the other day, I think I asked you about it, that the. The Furry, the boyfriend of Tyler Robinson has been living in an undisclosed location, but the FBI is no longer pursuing him as party to this case. Did I read that correctly? Read that correct.
Jack Posobic
Well, so Brian Enten over at News Nation, who's a fantastic reporter when it comes to this, you know, the crime beat. He went in and found a family member of the Furry, Lance Twigs. And the family member came forward saying that Twigs at one point was under FBI protection. That may have been witness security. It may have just been general protection due to threats that were being made at the. The time and is now living with family. And so did not say exactly where, did not exactly say who, but just said is living with family. But according to this family member, no longer has that FBI protection. And but also, as we heard, is cooperating with the prosecutorial team in. In Utah Valley there. So the Utah State County Attorney is. Is you potentially going to be bringing Twigs? This. Is this Lance Twigs in as a witness? I would be shocked if Twigs is not called as a witness, by the way, said that it wasn't a situation where they had anyone bring Twigs forward. Like, for example, so Tyler Robinson, it was his parents that turned him in. It was not the FBI. It was not the local authorities. It was Tyler Robinson's parents that turned him in. Twigs, on the other hand, this family member says they had to go to him before he was willing to comply.
Interviewer / Host
Why is. Why is Twigs not an accessory to this? If you look at all the. If you look at all the information, at least it's out there. Isn't he an accessory to this? I mean, isn't that part of the small amount of. I just think the small amount of evidence, at least that we've seen publicly. You tell me there's a mountain, there's a tsunami of evidence about this. We haven't seen anything. But why is the FBI not have him as an accessory to this, to this assassination?
Jack Posobic
Yeah, well, Steve, I mean. I mean, obviously you wouldn't see the defense case, you know, playing these desperate games if they had anything actually serious they could point to. They're playing delay games because they know they don't have any evidence on their side. The evidence is completely not in their favor. So they're playing these procedural arguments, delay tactics. You wouldn't see them doing that if they had a serious case. Twigs, on the other hand, when you look at the facts, I really want to know what is in all of those discord messages, what is in the individual messages between the two of them. I'm shocked to see that there aren't any charges on Twigs. However, just with my analyst hat on, take my personal opinion out of it, it could be that they cut a deal, could be that he was given immunity to possibly talk about everything that happened regarding Tyler Robinson and potentially these groups, these transgender groups, the queers of Salt Lake City. Did they know that this was going to happen? Because they have all sorts of tweets all over Twitter. You can find them. They're archived. We've got them at human events saying that. Basically just bragging that Charlie Kirk is about to be killed. And many of them are put up even in the days, weeks and hours leading up to. To our friend's murder. And so there's serious questions about how exactly they knew about this. And, Steve, these are not random tweets. These are specific, detailed tweets talking about that specific date. And so that's something that I find really strange also, by the way, just go back to the text messages that we have seen. Right. The text messages there in the affidavit has. Has Tyler says to Twigs, do you remember when I was engraving those bullets? Now, Steve, let me just say, if I'm hanging out in the war room and I say, stephen K. Bannon engraving some bullets over in the corner, I'm going to say, hey, Steve, what are you engraving the bullets for? Right? Or if we see. If I see my brother engraving bullets, I would say, kev, what are you up to there, bro? So that's that to me speak. Speaking of, it's. That's not. That's not exculpatory. That's inculpatory.
Interviewer / Host
I want to give. I want to get back to this, because none of this makes sense. The campus, please. I wouldn't trust anything that Governor Cox was overseeing, and he is the governor of Utah. I don't believe that there's any independence out there. But anyway, that's a topic for another day. There's so much. It's just this thing is so confusing. I think we need a better. You know. And they say, well, it's a murder trial. See it any other murder trial. You're getting leaks all the time.
Jack Posobic
Well, I'd love to see all the evidence released. I'd love to see all the evidence released. I'd love to see if there's more video. I'd love to see that released. I'd love to see medical records released for. For, you know, regarding.
Interviewer / Host
Like an autopsy.
Jack Posobic
Just all of it.
Interviewer / Host
Yeah. Ballistics. A autopsy. Ballistics. Anyway, we've got. We'll get to all that. Let's get Kevin. Kevin Posobic going in harm's way. I guess I wasn't going to put up this photo. We should put it up because you put it up on Twitter, but you're kind of up armored today. You went out. Did you go out with a ride along with the DHS officers? With the ice officers, sir?
Kevin Posobic
I sure did. I sure did. And really, it was fun. But I think what we want to do next is actually get an ice cream truck ourselves and drive around as we see videos of people riding around ice ages, trolling the convoys. There Driving in circles. But no, we were indeed with a ride along through human events and real America's voice here. And for the posse, just basically restoring peace out here. It's very cold, it's very windy, and it's very icy as well going into the weekend. It's snowing. These are frigid conditions. But God bless these agents. I was able to conduct an operation with them this morning. And, you know, what we've seen is, you know, precise movements here.
Interviewer / Host
Kevin, I got that. But they had a hearing today with congressmen over in St. Paul, and they had witness after witness after witness. Professionals saying isis, white supremacists, people like you that are. These journalists are all white supremacists. This is a complete. A terror campaign against American citizens. Right. And people that are asylum seekers that this is. This is. You guys are nothing more than jackbooted Gestapo. Your response?
Kevin Posobic
No, if. If you look closely at that photo, I mean, I look a certain way and he looks a little bit different. So it's actually amazing to see that that is the executive associate director there that we're looking at. This isn't. This is their official spokesperson on the record for today. And yeah, part of my. Part of my ride along, I was able to get acquainted with him and, you know, just really humanize the situation. They're not monsters. You know, frankly, we talked about sports and muscle cars. You know, these guys.
Interviewer / Host
Were you headed to a. Hang on, hang on. Were you headed. Were you headed to a school or a church to round up, do mass deportations? Or were you out for bad guys?
Kevin Posobic
No, not at all. We were out for bad guys. These guys. We were getting reports in as we were going of the targets, and these were already bad guys. We're not just jumping out and tackling strangers here. These are already verified targets through dhs, illegal immigrants. I believe that is the majority of the cases that they're having. So, yeah, yeah, that's. That's what we're doing out here.
Jack Posobic
And Steve, to you, Kevin, these guys, these are these bad hombres, right? And you go look at the professionalism of the team members there. You look at them working together. FBI, ero, ice, dhs, Border Patrol, Bovino out there. And you see the professionalism, you see the amount of grit and determination that's required, as well as the training and the effort, operational skill that's required to go out. Not only the restraint that they need to have with these. These protesters, these agitators, but also knowing that anytime they show up, you could have a Latin King you know, with an AR15 pointed directly at you. And that's why Kevin, you had to wear that Kevlar out there. I said, I said Kevin, do, do mom a favor. Stay in the car.
Kevin Posobic
Yeah, so that's exactly right. These guys are drug traffickers. They are blatantly one guy or a bunch of guys. Honestly they we take them back over the border and then they come back. These are murderers, these are gunslingers, you know. So you can imagine. Yeah gang related crimes here. So and of course fraudsters. It's often it goes hand in hand.
Interviewer / Host
Hang on one second. I know you're thawing out. I just want to hold you through the break. I got couple a question. It's near zero in Minneapolis I think for over the weekend. It's windy, antifa supposed to be pouring in. We're going to ask Kevin Posobic what can we anticipate in the nights like starting tonight? President Trump says he may be forced to invoke the Insurrection Act. Next in word.

Mike Lindell is involved in another one of these debates. He's running for the Republican nomination for Governor. He won't be with us tonight. Kevin Bosobic and Jack are here. Kevin Crockett, Congressman Crockett referred to what you did this afternoon as equivalent to a slave patrol. The President of the United States is going to be watching CNN and MSNBC tonight tonight for these visuals. What can he anticipate he's going to see, sir?
Kevin Posobic
Well, he's not going to see a slave patrol or any kind of Gestapo units going around. That's just simply not the case. These are human agents. These are humorous guys. These are hard working Americans. But this is also the weekend. Aside from the frigid temperatures that we're seeing, the Indivisible Stories organization is setting two protests this weekend. As we know, Dave Zier and I last weekend were assaulted and stalked at one of these protests. So I don't see any reason why this won't happen again. Their antifa types are actually using this temperature condition to their advantage by we see videos of them pouring water out front of the Whipple Federal Building in hopes that the police line will slip as they advance. And that is, that's not good because if anybody slips, God forbid somebody cracks their head or anything really, they are just waiting for an excuse. This is, well, like we're sitting on a powder keg here. Very tense. Every night.
Interviewer / Host
President Trump Says I may be forced to do the Insurrection Act. Right. Because of what Kevin's seen every night and what he and Nick Sortor and others have been in the middle of. Talk to the audience. Antifa. This is the difference. Indivisible does these things. They get guys, and yes, some of them are paid, but they get these progressives. Antifa are professional revolutionaries.
Commercial Announcer
Right.
Interviewer / Host
Isn't that also what's coming to Minnesota? Because they think they've got the Trump administration on their back foot. Sir.
Kevin Posobic
Oh, it's not. It's not coming. It's already here. It's already here. And I was doing some history in Minneapolis and the unionism around here. You know, these people are already here, and they just sabotage these organized events. There's bad apples in every bunch, as they say. So they use these events to gather, and then you'll see them huddled up, as I've seen multiple times, groups of five or six guys. I mean, they don't really blend in. It says F ice spray painted on their hoodies on the back, and they all have bandanas and whatnot. But they actually huddle up on the sides of these protests to see who's there. Oh, that's a great picture of Bovino today and his trench coat. Yeah, these people, you know, they're organizing outside in the cold during this chaos just to see who all's there, who's in comms, you know, what, what their operations are going to be. These are not, you know, the best and brightest, but they, they do have enough to understand that they, that they really want to break us up.
Interviewer / Host
Jack Kept. Kept. Kevin tells us they're there. You've. You've dealt with these guys. Are they trying to go Trump into the Insurrection Act? Sir?
Jack Posobic
Well, they are. And there's nothing that Tim Waltz would want more than the Insurrection act because he wants to deflect from his own criminal complicity of the millions and missing billions of dollars that was stolen from the people, the children, disabled children and the needy in Minnesota by his Somali buddies, that he and I sure hope that none of that money wound up in any Tim Walls or Ilhan Omar or Keith Ellison fundraisers or their campaign donations. Gosh, I sure hope that none of those people who were fraudsters were also making campaign donations to any of these politicians. Kind of wonder why it was that he, all of a sudden, boom, just stopped running for governor a couple of weeks ago, but suddenly no one's talking about that because Tim Walls is using this as a distraction. Steve, I will say this on the Revolutionary front though you, the two teams are like this. You've got indivisible. That's for your mass support, your mass appeal. They want to try to rebuild those George Floyd crowds. And, and to Kevin's point, the weather is what it is. It's going to be holding that off. But the, the revolutionary Bolshevik core, the vanguard of the revolution as Lenin used to put it, that is your hardened antifa revolutionaries. And they will be out there because Steve and I was out there doing that hit on War Room. It was about 12 degrees and this guy's out there 9am in the morning screaming at them. Steve, to them, this is like us going to church. This is like Christians going to church on Sunday. They believe they can achieve ascended apotheosis by going to these events, by attacking law and order. And Steve, I'll simply just put it as this, right? You know, this is their religion. And what religion is that? Well, we know that God is an ordered God. Orderliness is of God. He created the natural order. So who is the God of chaos is Satan. Satan is the God of chaos. What does the word devil mean? To deceive, to divide. All right, that is their God.
Interviewer / Host
Jack Hanger for a second. Kevin, where do people go if you're out streaming tonight? You got to be careful now that you put this picture up on more than ever. I mean we're very concerned about you every night. But are you going to be streaming what's going to happen tonight? And give your social media so people can follow you.
Kevin Posobic
You sure thing. I won't, I won't be streaming but look forward to content through human events. I mean there's all kinds of people streaming. So I don't think there's a, a necessity for me personally to. I'm on X Instagram and substack at my name. Kevin Pic. Kev Posic, field correspondent for Human Events. Yeah, yeah, that's. That's me.
