You and the President nominated Eric Siebert, a 15 year career prosecutor, to be your U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. But after five months of investigating Letitia James and James Comey, he found no evidence to justify criminal charges. So you forced him out. You replaced him with Lindsey Halligan, Trump's personal lawyer from the Mar A Lago documents case, who had zero prosecutorial experience and no qualifications. And then you were humiliated when a federal judge found that this corrupt appointment was blatantly unlawful and threw out Halligan's indictments entirely. And grand juries of American citizens have repeatedly rejected your vendettas and baseless indictments brought by the hacks left at doj. Now, with two different grand juries in Virginia voting down indictments against Letitia James in a single week, and just yesterday, another grand jury shut down your vendetta factory by rejecting indictments against the six members of Congress who had spoken out to remind all service members that they have a duty to refuse illegal orders. You tried to get a grand jury to indict six members of Congress who are veterans of our armed forces on charges of seditious conspiracy simply for exercising their First Amendment rights to. I hope you will heed the wisdom and the constitutional patriotism of those grand jurors and not try it again by doubling down on that humiliation as your best lawyers are sacked for having participated in the January6 case or just flee for the exits. Attorney General Bondi, glad you finally made it here after hiding for four months from this committee. I understand you're hiding. Hiding from us. Chairman. You're one of the worst attorney generals in our history and an instrument of Donald Trump's lawless, authoritarian agenda. And I'm glad the American people are seeing who you are, how you act, and the lack of good values. You weaponize the Department of Justice to target immigrants, working families, and anyone that Trump deems an enemy of the state. There was one redaction where he's listed as a CO consent and we invited you in. This guy has trumped arrangements syndrome. He needs to. You're a failed politician. I find it interesting that she keeps Going after President Trump, the greatest president in American history. And if they could maintain their composure. You don't tell me. Oh, I did tell you, because we saw what you did in the Senate law. You're not even a lawyer. Many will be in the dust with Donald Trump. You have Trump derangement syndrome. All of you who participated in those impeachment hearings against Donald Trump, you all should be apologizing. You sit here and you attack the president and I am not going to have it. I'm not going to put up with it. The dow is over 50,000 right now. The S&P at almost 7,000. And the NASDAQ smashing records. Americans 401ks and retirement savings are booming. That's what we should be talking about, trying to intimidate and punish these ladies coming forward. And intelligence should guide and ground the mission, not the other way around. And yet. And yet, how else is one expected to interpret the director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, not so covertly Attending a raid on an elections office in Fulton County, Georgia. One initiated, as we now know, thanks to an unsealed affidavit by a Trump administration lawyer whose previous work includes trying to overturn the results of a free and fair election in 2020. Fresh reporting in the New York Times adds new detail to the days leading up to that highly controversial raid, during which the FBI seized more than 650 boxes of ballots and other election related materials. Quote. In late January, Tulsi Gabbard was leading a meeting on Syria in the Situation Room when Donald Trump abruptly changed course by reminding her of an earlier chat on a subject he regarded as even more urgent. Ms. Gabbard's role in reopening and expanding the investigation of the 2020 election. Now, Trump was ordering Tulsi Gabbard to help oversee an FBI investigation of his baseless claims of irregularities in the vote. That's according to people acknowledged at the meeting. Quote, you go do that, you get it done. Trump suddenly told her attorney general can respond. I find it interesting that she keeps going after President Trump, the greatest president in American history. And if they could maintain their composure. This isn't a circus. This is a hearing. I find it interesting she keeps going after Donald Trump. She doesn't say how much money she took from Reid Hoffman. Did you and nor Mr. Chairman regular order please. She nothing on her ex account on her Twitter account during the Biden year. Gentle lady question will be in a order. There was no question. Attorney General. She doesn't just get to middle committee will be in order. I have a Point of order, Mr. Chairman. Committee will be in order. Point of order, Mr. Chairman. Lady can state her point of order when a witness attacks. Not a valid point of order. You got to state. She hasn't completed her point of order yet. Please Let her speak. Mr. Chairman. Let's have some regular order here. Regular order is you got to state the rule. I am trying. I am trying to make a point of order that the witness and what are you referring to without responding to a question has attacked me personally. I think it's pathetic that she can't answer the questions in a. That is not even close to the point of order. The gentleman from Wisconsin is recognized first. You showed it. I find it. How many have you guided. Excuse me. I'm going to answer the question. Answer my question. No, I'm going to answer the question the way I want to answer the question. Your theatrics are the question the way I asked it, Chairman Jordan. I'm not going to get in the gutter with these people. I'm going to answer the question. How many of you invited again? The time belongs to claiming my time. The time belongs. I think it's very interesting. Claiming my time. I think it's very interesting. You can reclaim. He talks about they indicted the president, said they indicted him twice. Mr. Chairman, please stop the clock and stop the clock. Restore his time belongs. Gentleman from New York, we will give you a few more seconds. We will do that. But when you ask a question, you may not like the answer, but she gets to answer. I don't think anyone should kid themselves. The President of the United States tells you what he's going to do before he does it. He's been talking about. He said we should federalize the elections, okay? That means the federal government, that means him, run all of our elections in 50 states, literally opposite to how our founding fathers set up our voting system so that no one could become a king. He's been talking about. Members of his cabinet have been talking about. We may have to deploy federal law enforcement around voting locations if there's a problem. He sent the federal government into Georgia to go collect ballots from 2020 because he hasn't accepted that he lost that election. The man tells us what he's going to do. So at this point, I mean, there is certainly groups of us up here who take that, take him at his word, and are working to make sure that we have free and fair elections come November. It's the most important thing we can do. So, no, I take him at his Word. But the United States government is actively working to prosecute and attempt and arrest people who are in opposition in the government's mind to the president. Yeah, this is, if this were another country, we would be talking about it as a, as a, as a, as a breakdown in their democracy. And I think far too many people in this country are just going along like, here go the president again, trying to give retribution. Ha ha. Not today. But this is actually very serious. And I hear Senator Murphy about how, oh, this needs to be a bipartisan response. But even Thom Tillis couldn't had to came with a both sidesism on this. Today, he posted on X. Political lawfare waged by either side undermines America's criminal justice system, which is the gold standard of the world. This ain't either side. The government is arresting journalists. They are attempting to arrest lawmakers from the opposition party. What are we doing? Right. Well, I came to Congress and I've been one of the most bipartisan members of Congress for many terms. Right. Because I believe in legislating, I believe in governing, I believe in coalition building. But this is not a normal time anymore. And I'm not going to act like it. And I'm not going to sit back and just, you know, sing Kumbaya and work across the aisle on small bills while the very fabric of our democracy is under threat. This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. War room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Band. It's Thursday, the 12th of February, year of the Lord 2026. You saw yesterday in the. That was the House Judiciary Committee. A total fracas all day long. Pam Bondi giving as good as she got. And she got a lot. That was a. That was the entire, the entire time. I know a lot of you that watched it. We streamed it live during the show. And then after a lot of. You got to see it as it happened. There's another big hearing. Rand Paul, about Minneapolis and ice. We've got Neil McCabe up there. We're going to go to him in a moment. Tom Emmer already lit up. Ellison. Ellison is going to testify. And Iran, Paul is trying to find some middle ground. There is no middle ground. There's no middle ground. We passed the SAVE Act, Save America Act, I think, yesterday. Center of the Senate right now, Mike Lee's putting up that, you know, Caputo of West Virginia and John Thune are signing on as co sponsors. I think gets it up to 47 in the Senate. But the Senate's planning on leaving today, right? They've got to go to the Munich security conference. That's the globalist, you know, arms dealers that they have to go to. And then next week they're off for the President's Day, the President's Day weekend. But they're taking, they're in recess. Of course. They're not going to have, they're not actually going on recess. It's a phony recess. Because to go on recess, President Trump could actually make some recess appointments. So that's not going to happen. You're seeing right now the Senate trying to thwart him. We're not going to get and Thune has already said there's not the votes there for the Save America act just on a majority and you're going to need 60. There's not the votes there from the Republicans and he's nowhere near close to the votes for changing the filibuster to a standing or talking filibuster. So the number one legislative priority right now for President Trump, he just said yesterday, hey, if we get this passed, I guess we're done to Election Day. It looks like it's going nowhere unless somebody's got some special, special deal they're thinking about. We haven't heard yet. You've got Eric Schmidt and other aggressive kind of immigration, mass deportation and border hawks are putting up other legislation and talking about, hey, if they want to shut down the government, they want to shut down DHS or want to shut down the government, let them do it. Because we're talking about a topic that is not just for our voters, but many of the middle of the road or independents wholly support. This is why President Trump won. Now, what happened as we were coming on air was Tom Holman, I think, in Minneapolis. He just gave a press conference. We're going to play clips of it when we get back. Before we go to Neil McCabe up on Capitol Hill that says, I think we're doing a drawdown. I Think we're totally pulling out of this total surge in Minneapolis, I believe is over. And I think Tom Holman is going to tell you that I'm not sure that's the way you saw yesterday. They called the administration for hours and hours and hours a lawless administration. These are the same guys that we saw in the cold open that are completely freaked out because Cash Patel at the FBI and Tulsi Gabbard over and DNI finally have the ballots, are looking to get to the bottom of the stolen election of 2020. These are people that stole an election, knew they stole an election, put an illegitimate regime in, and then basically foisted a program that they had totally worked through with NGOs and others to allow 15 to 20 million illegal alien invaders in the country, which we've been totally obsessed with, not just sealing the border, which President Trump did in the first 60 days, but now the removal of this. And they don't even want the worst of the worst, the bad hombres or the insane asylum. We're all for the mass deportations. That, that's not even being. That's not even close to being on the agenda right now. And so they're calling the Trump administration lawless for trying to enforce immigration law. You have guys like Garrett Schmidt are telling you this every day. And yet what we've just done is, I think, and the White House is now negotiating with Dune or with the, with the Democrats, Schumer and these guys on actually these 10 items in the DHS and we don't know really. I think they sent a letter about what the bid and the ask is there. But Schumer, my understanding, can't even get all the Democrats on board. Most of them are taking a hard party line. And if they see, I think, a retreat from Minnesota, from Minneapolis, they're going to take a harder line. They want to obstruct everything President Trump's trying to do. They even. You saw Yesterday we had 2 million phony jobs. What more do people need to understand that the illegitimate Biden regime was totally illegitimate. And they know that that's why they created these phony 2 million jobs to kind of convince you that the economy was, was doing okay. We now know from Bureau of Labor statistics we had E.J. antonio on last night, a total and complete lie. And yet they called the Trump administration lawless. So there's no, I would love to say we could have a group hug and there's unity here, but there's not. And we're going to walk through what Exactly. Their model is. And what's this? This country is now on a highly leveraged bet on artificial intelligence and the promotion of more H1B visas. So you better understand what exactly is going on in front of your face. Short commercial break. We're going to Capitol Hill next. War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Banner. Okay, one of the most extraordinary things that's happened. You can see this during this crypto meltdown. Okay, Neil McCabe, you're actually up on Capitol Hill right now. And another contentious. You've got some clips. We're going to play them in a second. But let me, before I get you on, I want to play Tom Holman just had a presser in Minneapolis. Let's listen to Homan. I want you to hear it and then put it in context of this. Hearing this going on right now about Minneapolis and about ice and about customs and border. Let's go ahead and play it with that. And success that has been made arresting public safety threats and other priorities since this search operation began, as well as the unprecedented levels of coordination we have obtained from state officials and local law enforcement. I have proposed and President Trump has concurred that this surge operation conclude a significant drawdown has already been underway this week and will continue through the next week. We have a lot of work to do across this country to remove public safety risk who shouldn't even be in this country and to deliver on President Trump's promise for strong border security. Mass deportation. Law enforcement officers drawing down from this surge operation will either return to their duty stations or be signed elsewhere. To achieve just that, a small footprint of personnel will remain for a period of time to close out and transition full command and control back to the field office, as well as to ensure agitator activity continues to decline and that state and local law enforcement continue to respond to ensure officer and community safety. Additionally, federal government personnel assigned to conduct criminal investigation into the agitators as well as the personnel assigned here for the fraud investigations, will remain in place until the work is done. I will also remain on the ground for a little longer to oversee the drawdown of this operation and ensure its success again. But prioritization doesn't mean forget about everybody else. That means you have a criminal alien here and non criminal here. The criminal always comes first because he's the biggest threat to the communities. We can continue to force immigration law, but we'll get back to the footprint here, the normal footprint here, but there will be some security teams staying here, the QRFs, until we're assured that those agitators incensed either stay low or further decline. I'm not going to remove everybody out of the safe order for officers. But like I said, and Operation Metro surge is ending and in the next week we're going to deploy the officers here on detail back to the home stations or other areas of the country are needed. But we're going to continue to enforce immigration law. That's what American people voted for, but it has to be a priority. Criminals and look, I hear all the hate about, you know, you should arrest everybody. Well, we are, but we're prioritizing those who are the biggest threat to our community. The rapists, the murders, the child molesters. That's the right thing to do. But I'll say it again, President Trump made a promise of mass deportation and that's what this country's going to get. I want to thank Governor Walsh for his messages focusing on peace and his support for the Minnesota State Troopers to respond to unlawful situations that put federal officers and the public at risk. I also want to thank Mayor Frey for taking a public stance against agitators, setting up barricades that block streets and endanger public safety, and for directing the police to take those roadblocks down. Just say I want to thank Police Chief o', Hara, Sheriff Witt, and various other local law enforcement for their responsiveness and efforts to maintain law and order in the streets. We've seen a big change here in the last couple weeks, and it's all good changes. I'm also pleased to report that we're seeing a notable decrease on unlawful agitator activity here in Minneapolis and overall throughout the state. This is great news for Minnesota communities that have been adversely impacted by the lawlessness and chaos on the street. So, again, prioritization of public safety threats don't mean forget about everybody else, we're going to enforce the immigration law and we're going to have a mass deportation. President Trump promised that, and we're committed to that. However, it should not be, it should be a, it shouldn't be a partisan issue that you arrest public safety threats in the safety and security of a jail. Releasing public safety threats back in the public is just stupid. It shouldn't be a, a, a, a, a,. A partisan issue about repelling the invasion. Senator, home mass deportation has used those three times. Look, Tom Homan's a good man and he was put obviously in a tough situation. We thought Bavino was doing a great job. Let's be blunt. This is a color revolution. It's not, these are not like peaceful protesters. That was not their, their whole focus was to surge in. The Marxist jihadist was to surge in and to kind of break the spirit of ice and customs and border. And here we're announcing that. And President Trump, I think, is trying to show that he's prepared to accommodate and negotiate. This is what he's doing up in the Senate right now because he doesn't have. He's having to negotiate with his own party because in the Senate right now, they're sitting there go, why should we back this guy? It shouldn't be. Lawsuit the House yesterday, six Republicans voted against the Canadian tariffs. Also, the tariffs were announced yesterday. It's one of the reasons that the financial, the economic deficit is down below $100 billion because of increased revenue. And those increased revenues are principally driven by tariffs. And you have not seen a concomitant rise in price. It just not happened. And so in this, you know, this dispute we have with Canada, six Republicans thwarted the president, went against the president to vote to end the Canadian tariffs. And that's not gonna go anywhere. And he would veto it anyway. But it's symbolic. President Trump is trying to accommodate. He's negotiating. He sent a counter proposal on the list of 10 of which we in the war on posse agree there's nothing to negotiate there. He's trying to say, hey, I'm reasonable and let's do it right there. What you see with Tom Holman, they're reasonable, but when he keeps saying mass deportations, they don't want the bad hombres out. Their whole business model is they did this. And to compliment Walls and Fry is I, you know, and Tom Holman is a good man and he's trying to do it, but that it's just not going to wash. Fry and waltz. And trust me, they're going to spike the football all day on MSNBC and all day on cnn. This is like first Fallujah and Najaf. That's what it is. And what we need is a second Fallujah. You need to realize all these bad guys and all these people that are fighting these Marxist jihadists that are united in this cause to make sure that 15 to 20 million illegal aliens stay in the country because this is how they keep power. This is going to have. They're going to win elections. Neil McCabe, you're up there. And we don't have time now to play the clips with. The clips in the hearing are going to kind of reinforce how there's no area for compromise right now. Neil McCabe, you just heard Tom Holman. You're in the middle of this in Capitol Hill. Your thoughts? First thought is that this all has to be seen in the context of the Homeland Security bill, which is sort of that shutdown after the shutdown was averted. That bill expires Friday. It should also be seen in the context of the White House pulling National Guard out of different blue cities. I have to believe that Homan's decision approved by the president to pull out of Minnesota was somehow tied to a compromise that's in place for the Homeland Security bill. Otherwise, it's just, you know, sheer incompetence that, that you would offer something like this without getting anything in return. Steve, have you heard anything on the Hill that is tied, that this is part and parcel or inextricably linked with some deal they're working on? Because the Senate is, I think they're flying out tonight. They're not going to miss the Munich security conferences. This is the globalization, the weapons dealers that keep them in power, they would never miss that. It's like a high holy day for them. So have you heard anything that is like, I agree with you. To have it make sense, you would think it would be part of a package. But we did agree to put body cameras on before we had a deal. Right. Of the 10 things, Noem came out and agreed to body cameras. We've got about a minute. Have you heard anything on Capitol and this hearing you're outside of right now, Rand Paul's trying to get into, you know, trying to be a, a moderate here. And this thing has started off very contentiously, has it not? Yeah, Tom Emmer came over, which is always strange to see a congressman testifying on the Senate side. He's the House whip and he's from Minnesota and he absolutely laid into Ellison and really he laid down a marker for these senators not to back off. And he also, you know, talked about the corruption and he talked about the fact that Ellison is the one who created this problem when he told Minnesota law enforcement not to, not to cooperate. And so, you know, that's what we're at now. Ellison came up and he said, hey, I don't want masks. I want add full access to detention centers. And he wants to create a paperwork nightmare that will stop any kind of enforcement. Well, they want, what they want is judicial warrants. That's impossible. Take us, take us 15 million years to get 15 million people out of the country. They don't want any of them to leave right now. Make sure that your dream, every dream you ever had is in that home. Own Data shows that 77% of those it has detained in Minnesota have no criminal record at all. Notoriously, some of those detained have been children. Is five year old Liam Conejo Ramos the worst of the worst? Or 10 year old Elizabeth Zunia Casaguano. The surge is contributing to violent crime. Members is contributing to violent crime. Two of the three homicides committed in Minneapolis in 2026 have come at the hands of federal immigration agents. Recently, the government has said the purpose of the surge is to gain cooperation from state and local officials and immigration enforcement. But the Minnesota Department of Corrections already follows state law that requires Minnesota to notify federal authorities when a non citizen incarcerated for a felony. Second, under Minnesota law, no jail can keep someone incarcerated on an ICE detainer longer than they're otherwise legally allowed to incarcerate them. This is not unique to Minnesota. Several of our federal and state courts have reached a broad consensus that aligns with our law. So after dismissing all of the pretext, what's clear this surge is all about what Donald Trump said it was all about. In a true social post on January 13, he wrote, Retribution and reckoning was coming to Minnesota. This war on Minnesota is retribution, to be sure, our policies, our values and how we vote. And it comes at a great cost. Senators. It comes at a cost of the lives of two US Citizens, Renee Good and Alex Preddy. It comes at the cost of shuttered businesses, Mr. Chairman, disruptions in education for tens of thousands of children, lasting harm to Minnesota's economic prosperity and social cohesion. And it comes at a cost, Mr. Chairman, to our Constitution. In 2021, with Attorney General Keith Ellison as the chief law enforcement officer in our state, the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office issued a directive which prohibited the county's cooperation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Four years later, Ellison issued two legal opinions arguing that Minnesota law prohibits state and local law enforcement agencies from holding someone based on an immigration detention if the person would otherwise be released from custody and limiting county sheriff's ability to enter into 287 cooperation agreements with federal law enforcement. What happened as a result? Criminal illegal aliens were released back onto our streets, putting innocent Minnesotans lives at risk. Take the case of Victoria Elaine Harwell, for example, a Minnesota mom who was allegedly killed by an illegal alien and a drunk driving car crash. Hennepin county ignored detainer requests and let this criminal walk not once but twice. Citing Attorney General Ellison's opinion. Flash forward to December 2025 when the Trump administration launched Operation Metro Surge in Minneapolis, fulfilling the border security mandate they were given by 77 million Americans. And following the uncovering of rampant Somali fraud throughout our state. As of last week, 4,000 4,000 illegal aliens have been arrested since Operation Metro Surge began. That includes the worst of the worst off our streets. But in response, Tim Walls and Keith Ellison sued the Department of Homeland Security for simply deploying federal law enforcement to enforce federal law. That lawsuit was ultimately rejected by a Biden appointed federal judge. And now Trump border czar Tom Holman has been working with Minnesota officials to scale back Operation Metro Surge on the condition that local law enforcement be allowed to cooperate with federal law enforcement. Something, by the way, that occurred under President Obama's administration. It's important to note that it didn't have to be this way. The chaos in Minneapolis was entirely preventable had local law enforcement been allowed to work with federal federal law enforcement from the beginning. We see that in states like Texas, Florida, Utah. We also see that in eight Minnesota counties, including Sherburne county, which is in my district. Sherburne and these seven counties have proactively partnered with federal law enforcement to prevent criminal illegal aliens from roaming free, despite threats of ridiculous lawsuits by the ACLU arising from Attorney General Ellison's dangerous guidance. It's really that simple. By allowing local law enforcement to notify federal law enforcement when they arrest illegal aliens and detain them until a federal officer can come and get them, we limit the Fed's footprint and keep dangerous criminals off our streets. It's a win win for all parties involved. But Tim Walls, Keith Ellison and Jacob Fry are so beholden to their radical sanctuary state and city agenda that they've lost all, all common sense. And now here we are today with innocent lives lost and chaos in our streets. It's horrible, but entirely preventable. Tom Emmer gave that address or those comments, the testimony, let's call it the testimony in front of the committee virtually the same time Homan was thanking him. And Em's right. And look, Emmer's got the, you know, he's. The situation with the Somalians, let's just leave that, put a pin in that for today. This is my point. These are not things you can compromise. Ellison is bald face lying. And that gap between what Emmer's saying and what Ellison's saying is not bridgeable. Not bridgeable. And President Trump is trying to accommodate these people. It's part of, I agree, some sort of rapprochement on trying to make sure it's funded. But that shows you how radical. They don't care if they shut down fema, they don't care if they shut down tsa. They don't care if they. All the Joint Terrorism Task Force and everything we have to do with looking at, you know, making sure the DHS, that employees turn to 60,000 people, they don't care about that. What they care about is these are their voters. They can't convince Americans to vote for them American citizens. So they imported 15 to 20 to 25 million. It's very obvious by stealing the 2020 election and then doing this very organized as we covered every day since November of 2020. And then even going before that on the Summer of Love. And guess where, where was that? Oh, that was in Minneapolis. You're up there today. You're, you're watching this and I realize it's not going to be as yesterday was one of the most out of control hearings I've ever seen. And that was judiciary, which is normally a lot of discernment. You saw that. That was hours of just personal combat between the Democrats and Pam Bondi today. Give me your thoughts on Homan and tied together what you just heard in this committee before you step back in. Neil? Yeah, first of all, you know, Emmer, his even coming here is unusual to have a even though he's in House leadership. And Emmer has never really been any kind of wild conservative. He was always considered, you know, a soft conservative on the leadership track. And you're really seeing Emmer use this to emerge and present himself as a MAGA stalwart on immigration to the extent that he'll come and testify at a Senate committee. And obviously Ellison was completely lying. And as the senators come in and out because they're voting or going to other meetings or other hearings, Josh Hawley came out and said he was shocked that Ellison hasn't been indicted yet because Ellison took campaign contributions from an organization that was under investigation and that investigation stopped and that same organization gave money to his son. And so, you know, I'm glad to hear that Homan is saying that the investigations into fraud will continue, but it was all connected. And so, you know, I don't know what to tell you. I mean, Amherst said there were 4,000 people who were removed. He was happy about it. He applauded the administration. He was here to buck up the administration. And then they just basically pulled the plug while he was talking. Well, and they got we've got to get back. We'll double back in the second hour on the Somalian situation because I don't know how many Somalians have been arrested for fraud or how many of these, you know, the leering centers have been shut down. Neil McCabe, social media, you're going to step back in the hearing. We'll check with you later. Social media. They can find me at reporter McCabe on all the socials. Steve. Thank you, sir. Appreciate you. Okay, we're going to get back Rosa McGinnis can join us in a moment. And Brendan Steinhauser is going to join us about artificial intelligence. That's exploding exactly where we are in that. Want to bring in the founder, CEO Michael Kunstler of All Family Pharmacy. Michael, you've got an amazing offer and we really appreciate you doing this for the Warren posse for President's Day. But talker, first off, when we talk medical freedom and we do a lot of coverage of Maha, we do a lot of coverage of Bobby Kennedy and his fight against Big Pharma, you're the other half of that equation. If you want real medical freedom, tell people why it just can't be going after Big Pharma. You also have to talk about the distribution network. If you really want informed consent, if you want your medical freedom, you got to think of the other part of the equation. That's why you started All Family Pharmacy. Yeah, medical freedom starts with pricing, transparency and, you know, being able to just have a simple conversation with the doctor without being, you know, pushed to the side like you're a number in line. And that's here at All Family Pharmacy. We give you the opportunity to have that conversation with the patient, which we love. We love when people come to us with research, with, hey, this medication has always worked for me. I'd like to try it. I like to be prepared for the winter storm, I'd like to be prepared for flu season. That's what people do when they come to All Family Pharmacy. And on top of that, there's off label use that people also come to us for. And they need somewhere safe to come and have a conversation with somebody because they're going to use it whether a doctor prescribes it or not. And so if they come to us, we have a doctor who can medically prescribe it, hopefully as long as it's safe and effective. And then we do have pharmacists that can help and guide them in the right direction. So medical freedom is about helping everybody, whether, you know, they're elderly or they're just, you know, a 25 year old young kid who's, you know, off on his own. It's about everybody, all Americans. So walk people through the process. They're hearing this right now. Where do they go? How do they sign up, who do they talk to, what's the process? And then tell us about the special offer that you're putting out, which we're pretty blown away by. Yes, you can go to allfamilypharmacy.com Bannon place your orders. We have the President's Day sale 47% off for President Trump. 47% off. Select medications Ivermectin, Mebendazole, hydroxychloroquine. We threw in the nad, plus some Morellin, you know, the Tirzepatide or the weight loss drugs as well. You can go to the website, you can give us a call. We could help assist you in any manner that you need. We have tons of people who call us who need help placing an order. Whether they just don't know what medications to order and to be prepared for, or they need assistance in placing their order, we're here for you. We'll be here all week. The sale is from today until Tuesday, the 17th at midnight. You have plenty of time. There's no reason to rush unless it's an emergency. So we give everybody plenty of time to order. We don't want them to rush and make mistakes. Take your time, figure out what you need and place the order. And you've got, by the way, you've got customer service, but also they can talk to actual physicians. Everything's certified. They will get prescriptions, prescriptions above board, no issues. Yes, everything goes through our physicians. To start, it has to be medically approved by those doctors. The doctors do have to abide by state and federal laws, which is great. And then when they come to prescribing, if you have conversations, if you have questions, we do also have four pharmacists every day on staff at all times to have those conversations. When it comes down to the drug or medication level, we have highly trained staff people here that are ready to have conversations, ready to walk you through the process, get you prepared, get you set up, so if the next flu comes to you, the next sickness is there, you're ready to go. You don't have to wait in line at the doctor's office. Allfamilypharmacy.com Bannon you get a 40%, 47% discount on selected drugs real quickly. You've also cut the overhead out from these big, these big companies and you pass along a lot of the benefits to your customers, correct? Yes, we pass down all discounts. If I get a discount, I pass it down to the consumer or the patient. In our upstandings, I do a lot of negotiating with these drug wholesalers. I try to do it as best as possible. And when I can get a good deal, I give the American people a good deal. 47% off. I don't think you could beat that anywhere. What's the phone number in case they want to call. You got the number handy? 561-717-6794. Thank you, sir. Thank you for founding this company and running it. Thanks for these deals for the Warren Posse. The feedback we've got is pretty enormous, so thank you, sir. Appreciate you. Thanks, Steve. Michael Kunstler is the founder, CEO, AllFamilyPharmacy.com, promo code Bannon. Short break. Here's your host, Stephen K. Ban. President Trump trying to get a deal. He's trying to get a deal in Iran. He's trying to get a deal on. On Capitol Hill. Sometimes, you know, you can't get. We. We've been a big advocate, and there's a huge article up about how Scott Besson has brought the I told to his knees by destroying their currency through financial warfare. Not even economic warfare, financial warfare. That's how you take care of them. We're gonna get into the complexity of all of that. The military strike, the negotiations, et cetera. President Trump, really, with this color revolution here in the United States. That's what it is. The Democratic Party. That's what they are. Now, these are not Democrats, even in Obama. This is a group of radicals, like French Revolution or Bolsheviks. They're the political party, and they can't get elected normally. Just like the Bolsheviks are never more than 15 or 20%. They all say, democracy, democracy, democracy. Is it democracy when you bring in 15 to 20 to 25 million illegal alien invaders at the same time? Artificial intelligence is coming for your job and maybe for your life. We're gonna get into all this huge week this week on artificial intelligence. Rosemary Jenks, we're gonna have you back in the segment. Artificial intelligence. Talk about H1B visas and the destruction of the American male and female working man and woman. But I just want to make sure I get this right. You're saying, hey, everything. They're talking about the $170 billion. Right. It was already approved. But the appropriations that normally go just to fund ICE will be just like TSA and just like fema, the core of ICE will be shut down. Because you've checked with appropriation, they're saying, no, that that's part of this, that could be part of the shutdown, correct? That is absolutely correct. And I have verified this with the Appropriations Committee. The standard operating costs for the Department of Homeland Security, including ICE and Customs and Border Protection, are not funded by the one big beautiful bill. So that $170 billion has to be spent on the things that were designated in that bill. And that includes new personnel, new equipment, new border wall, not standard operating costs. So when the government, when the Department of Homeland Security shuts down tomorrow night, there will be thousands of officers and agents who are putting their lives on the line who are not getting paid. Now, immigration enforcement will continue because these patriots will keep doing their jobs. They will not be paid. However, their families will suffer. You know, they may not be able to pay their bills. So this is what the Democrats are doing to immigration enforcement. They absolutely intend to shut down immigration enforcement. It's not going to work, but they're going to make it as painful as possible for the Patriots who are doing it. Okay, hang on. That's a brutal reality check right there. I don't think anybody else is talking about. So hang on for a second, Rosemary. I want to bring up two, two landing pages and talk about them as I bring Brendan in. Everybody knows Cain over at Citizens Free Press. He started the whole site because his concern about debt and deficits. Now, the New York Times and others on this Congressional Budget Office, let's get Citizens Free Press up. You see the green right there? When he wants to highlight something, he puts it in red and green. He's got a series of articles all off the New York Times. They're clips and it talks about Scott Besson's made this bet and the president made this bet. You're gonna outgrow the deficit. And so far we are. However, if you just look the scale of the problem we have, they're talking about adding, I don't know, another $23 trillion in debt. This is where we are highly leveraged today and we're about to get incredibly leveraged. This is the government side. Now let's go to the Drudge. Drudge has got five or six headlines about issues with AI. The intersection of this is that and I want people to go to both. And if Elizabeth and Mo can put them up in grace, you can click through to these stories. The leveraged bet of the country on AI is one thing. However, we are also crowding out now, barring in the credit markets because you saw we're going to spend 7 to $800 billion this year by corporations, which it looks like Bloomberg's reporting, they're going to try to borrow most of it. Remember we talked about the analysis earlier in December, November, where we came up, I think it was the CFO of OpenAI. She talked about $1 trillion of government support. They're going to borrow this. My point is between corporations and government, we have essentially a leverage. We are doing a leverage, highly leveraged financing on a unproven technology that's totally, I mean, it's proven at a very basic level. That's why you're seeing these, these layoffs. But, man, this is scary, and people have to think this through because this is it. Brennan Steinhauser joins us. Brennan, we got about two or three minutes here. I'm gonna hold you through the break. You're the, you you've kind of left doing your traditional political job. You're one of the most respected guys on Capitol Hill. You're now the head of the alliance for Secure AI. There's been a hell of a week in AI, but you gotta tie it all together. This is the riskiest bet, not just in the technology, but so leveraged at a country level and a company level that we're betting everything on this. Sir. We are, yeah. And it's really dangerous. And it's not just dangerous for the reasons that you've talked about on the show for a long time, but what you're discussing right now. I saw an article today about how, you know, if we don't get this right, if this goes the wrong way, we could have a so much social and political instability that we could have a revolution on our hands. This AI revolution could lead to a revolution of people that say we don't want this, especially if it leads to financial disaster and ruin for, for our people. And so I think that's a real possibility. I'm really worried about young people, in particular, the people that are coming out of college or they're in student loan debt or even if they're trying to do a trade, go to trade school. I really worry about their future. And I'm very, very skeptical of what these big tech companies are doing on the financing side of this, the circular financing. And I'm very, I'm very concerned about all of this, and I think there's a lot that we have to pay attention to right now. BRENDAN, I'm going to hold you through the break. Here's what one of the articles was shocking. It said, whereas this is the number one discussion in corporate America and in the finance community, in the venture capital community, in the hedge fund community, in the private equity community and all also overseas that there's really no public discussion on Capitol Hill or even from the White House. There's tons of fighting going on behind the scenes about AI regulation. But this has not gotten really into the public sphere of, you know, we've, we've killed the AI amnesty thing twice, but it really hasn't been part of the fabric of discussions. We're up here today, you know, talking about a government shutdown, talking about dhs, talking about ice, talking about very basic things, the future of the country. A highly leverage bet. And, folks, here's what I'm telling you. In the next hundred days, maybe six months, you're so far down the path on this, you can't unwind it. $800 billion of corporate debt on this. And trillions of dollars of government debt added on a technology that, at worst, could be totally deadly to the human race and go through jobs like a sith through grass. We're gonna take a short commercial break. We're returning the war room. Just a moment. You know, you still need help from the boss. We need help from the boss. This is an iHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human.
Episode 5137 | February 12, 2026
This episode of The War Room, hosted by Stephen K. Bannon, offers an unflinching breakdown of current political turbulence in America—focusing heavily on the Trump administration’s recent legal and legislative battles, the escalating confrontation over immigration enforcement in Minnesota (Operation Metro Surge), legislative gridlock in Congress, the looming Department of Homeland Security shutdown, and the massive, risky push into artificial intelligence (AI) by both government and private sector. The episode combines real-time reporting, on-the-ground updates, congressional testimony, and fiercely partisan debate to dissect what Bannon frames as America’s existential crisis: the populist right’s fight to “save the country” amid what he labels “regime lawfare” and the threat of a technocratic, unaccountable elite.
Discussion about President Trump replacing a U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia after failure to produce evidence against political foes (Letitia James, James Comey).
Accusations that DOJ's prosecutorial powers have become politically weaponized, undermined by failed indictments and grand juries rejecting charges against opposition figures, including members of Congress.
Contentious exchange regarding the appointment of Lindsey Halligan and subsequent dismissals.
Notable Quote:
"You replaced him with Lindsey Halligan, Trump’s personal lawyer...who had zero prosecutorial experience and no qualifications. Then you were humiliated when a federal judge found that this corrupt appointment was blatantly unlawful and threw out Halligan's indictments entirely." — Panel Speaker ([00:00])
Hostile, chaotic congressional hearing featuring AG Pam Bondi, marked by open accusations, procedural squabbles, and partisan grandstanding.
Republicans attack claims of “weaponized” DOJ; defend Trump as the “greatest president,” accuse Democrats of “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”
Democrats argue law enforcement is being subverted to target immigrants and political opponents.
Frequent breakdowns in decorum, multiple points of order, and mutual accusations of bad faith.
Memorable Moment:
"This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people."
— Stephen K. Bannon ([49:21])

Bannon recaps legislative gridlock: Trump’s top priority immigration bill has limited support in the Senate; prospects appear grim due to internal GOP resistance and procedural hurdles like the filibuster.
Senate prepares for recess, but plans “phony” pro-forma sessions to prevent Trump’s recess appointments.
Key Insight:
"You're seeing right now the Senate trying to thwart him...his number one legislative priority...looks like it's going nowhere unless somebody's got some special, special deal." — Bannon ([53:45])
In-depth segment on Trump administration’s mass ICE operation targeting illegal immigrants in Minnesota.
Clip from Tom Holman, Trump’s Border Czar, announcing drawdown of Operation Metro Surge, with emphasis on prioritizing arrests of public safety threats while pledging mass deportation.
Praise for cooperation from local authorities and critiques of “agitators” and “Marxist jihadists.”
Bannon characterizes opposition as a “color revolution” against Trump’s administration.
Notable Quotes:
"President Trump made a promise of mass deportation and that’s what this country’s going to get." — Tom Holman ([1:04:00])
"This is a color revolution. It's not — these are not like peaceful protesters...the Marxist jihadist was to surge in and to kind of break the spirit of ICE." — Bannon ([1:10:10])

Live report from Neil McCabe on the Capitol, detailing a hearing with testimony from Rep. Tom Emmer and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.
Emmer blasts Minnesota’s “sanctuary” policies, citing cases where released “criminal illegal aliens” commit further crimes.
Ellison (per summary) opposes ICE detentions without due process, defends local legal frameworks.
Bannon: The gap between pro-enforcement and sanctuary advocates is “not bridgeable.”
Notable Quotes:
"By allowing local law enforcement to notify federal law enforcement...we keep dangerous criminals off our streets — it’s a win-win." — Tom Emmer ([1:38:30])
"Ellison is bald face lying. And that gap...is not bridgeable." — Bannon ([1:43:10])

Rosemary Jenks outlines that standard operating funds for ICE and CBP are not covered by emergency funding; if no deal, enforcement agents go unpaid, but “patriots will keep doing their jobs.”
Democrats accused of seeking a shutdown to cripple immigration enforcement.
Bannon underscores the gravity: “That’s a brutal reality check...nobody else is talking about.”
Timestamps:
Pivot to technology: Bannon highlights news coverage of the U.S. government and corporations making an “incredibly leveraged” multi-hundred-billion dollar bet on AI technology.

Summary of the Episode:
This War Room installment lays bare the country’s fractious divisions and high-stakes gambles across government, immigration, and technology. Bannon and guests cast the fight over Operation Metro Surge, legislative shutdown drama, and the AI “revolution” as symptomatic of a regime in crisis and an elite out of step with “real” America—emphasizing the stakes as existential and compromise as increasingly impossible. Listeners are given both fiery rhetoric and granular policy debates, presented in the combative, no-holds-barred tone that defines the program.
