to share the big lie? MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and

what is my purpose?
Steve Bannon
If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved. War room.

Okay, bombshell ruling a moment ago. It is Friday 21st February, the year of our Lord 2026. Bombshell ruling moments ago. 6, 3. Overruling or saying unconstitutional President Trump's emergency tariffs that he used IEEPA to say it's a national security issue. It is a national security issue. This is going to have massive, massive. We talk about economic warfare and we talk about the ability to kind of manage what's happening in Iran right now. If you just leave the United States with military force, I don't know, this is going to have massive consequences. And now I understand that the about getting the money back or what's going to happen, they're going to push that down to federal court. So now we're going to be tied up on that for years anyway. President waiting for the White House to give some. To give some guidance here. Peter Navarro was going to join us today about the missing gdp because of the Democrat shutdown. Democrats realized they have leverage here, and they're going to use that leverage. Do they have leverage in Georgia to make sure they get past the stealing of the 2020 election and sorting this mess out. So 2026 cannot be stolen. Harry, just give me a minute. Why you. You've made the statement that this is a criminal. This. You believe this is criminal, not just some sort of incompetence, not people that should have known better but didn't, not people that were working hard and the data just didn't set up. You're saying, number one, it's not 2020 was not certifiable and you believe was not certifiable because of actual criminal activity. Did I read that correctly?
Harry
Correct. The problem here is that we. Between the missing digital signatures and another piece where the early voting tabulator tapes are not retained, you don't have any provenance that's required by state law on these ballots. There's over 300,000 ballots that were counted. And there's two aspects of this. The first is that they were counted even though they had tainted provenance. If this was an election, not an election, but a criminal evidence locker, for instance, this. Admit this data would not be admissible in court. I mean, the whole provenance behind it has been destroyed. The second piece, though, that's staggering, is that they know this at the time, that they are submitting these counts for accumulation in the statewide voting system. At that moment in time, they make a choice. It's a conscious choice to put illegal ballots. That's what they're called. They don't have the property legal authorization to be counted. They make the choice to count them. Over 315,000 ballots in Georgia should never have been counted. And why do we know it's a choice? Because it was still reversible. They could have recounted all 315,000 and corrected whatever problem. Let's say it's not malice, even though it looks like malice, frankly, from an expert perspective. But the fact of the matter is, let's say it was just an accident. They decide to throw these 315,000 broken ballots into the system and count them anyway. This is a conscious choice.
Steve Bannon
Okay. Okay. This is so important. And make sure you pull this clip, Grayson Mo. And push it. Because every time they say, they go, well, there was this 300,000 thing we just found out about, but that was Just a clerical error and didn't mean anything. This is what they're trying to do. Harry, I want everybody to go over to your site. What you're exposing now in Georgia and Pennsylvania is nothing short of jaw dropping. And as I told you in your press release, I think you've buried the lead I would have put in the headlines. You believe you've seen criminal intent on this. This just couldn't be incompetence or it couldn't be laziness. It's gotta be something else. Harry.
Harry
Keep those in the system. They made a decision.
Steve Bannon
Yes, a consciousness, conscious decision. Harry, where do people go? I want everybody go over your site.
Harry
I'm sorry. Unite the number four. Freedom dot com. Donations and volunteers are needed. We, by the way, we completely endorse Jason's findings. We've done the same type of work as he probably knows fully. But the. But the fact of the matter is we find the same problems with voter registration roles. But everybody gets into this noisy cloud, bad signal to noise ratio. But these types of things with regard to clearly broken and fractured ballots are completely illegal. You can't count things that don't comply with the law with regard to Providence. So anyway, United for Free.
Steve Bannon
Thank you, sir.
Harry
We need your help. Thank you.
Steve Bannon
Need volunteers, need donations. Go check it out. Talk to Harry directly. Thank you, sir. Jason Frazier, they are so afraid of you. They would risk $10,000 fine a day so as not to have you on your rightful position of Fulton County. Are you going to back off and do you recommend that Sally Grubbs and the rest of the team of the Georgia Election Board back off to get to the bottom of this?
Jason Frazier
I will not back off, Steve. And I don't believe the State Board of Elections will back off either. I mean, we need to find out what happened in 2020. We need to find out what happened in every election before and after that, so that way we can one day have clean elections that everyone on both sides of the aisle can trust. I mean, if I. If you look back, Stacey Abrams, she wasn't happy about how her election was run. And so this is a bipartisan issue. Fulton county and several other counties in the state do not run clean elections. Period. So that's all the state board wants. That's all I want. We want clean voter rolls. I think I mentioned to you before that whenever I first started, I found a guy named Missing. Missing. That was his first and last name in the voter rolls, and he voted in the 2020 runoff. So how do you. How do you have that and claim we have the cleanest voter rolls in the country. It just boggles the mind. And that's why people are frustrated, because you find people at parking lots all over the place that are illegal.
Steve Bannon
Are you prepared? Do you understand Sally and yourself? They're going to bring down the weight of the entire apparatus on you. You are what stands between them stealing the 2020 election and everything that happened since then. And the accountability has to go and just let's move on. And, you know, I'm a windshield guy, not a rearview mirror guy.
Harry
Right.
Steve Bannon
Do you understand how the apparatus is going to come down on you?
Jason Frazier
Yeah, that's. That is not something I expected. Whenever I first got into this, I had no idea how corrupt Fulton county was. But at this point, the way I see it is I'm doing this for my kids. I'm doing this for America. If I don't do it, who will? And there's not that many people that understand elections the way I do. It is my duty as an American citizen to make this happen. So I'm willing to do whatever it takes. We just need clean elections.
Steve Bannon
Jason, social media website. Where do people go to track you? Follow you?
Jason Frazier
Yeah, they can find me at Jason Frazier, USA on X. And that's my only social media. So I just try to bring the truth and let people know what's really happening in Fulton County.
Steve Bannon
Thank you, sir. Appreciate you in your fight.
Jason Frazier
Thank you.
Steve Bannon
Joe Hoft. They've tried to bankrupt your brother. They've tried to bankrupt Gateway Pundit. They've tried to run you down. They've tried to destroy. JoeHoft.com, your closing thoughts on this and observations. Yeah.
Joe Hoft
Thanks, Steve. And that's right. And that's a fair warning to these other guys, too. You stand up against this behemoth, this monster. God knows who's behind it all, whether it's international or what. And. And you are going to face some challenges, believe me. But as I look at all this, Harry's. Harry's information is outstanding. Jason's doing great work, too. But it brings me back to just days after the 2020 election. We had a senator and a former judge release a report where he basically said that any of the. Anything, any results from this election should be considered untrustworthy. We had President Trump have his own auditor provide him an analysis of what went on. He had tens of thousands of issues, and Trump used that information to talk to Raffensperger, and then Raffensperger leaked the call to the media, and they claimed that Trump was Trying to steal the election by saying, hey, we've got all this. There's only, you know, you don't have 11,000 votes here. You know, what's going on. Trump's asking these guys what's going on. Joe Rossi, a professor, I believe, and an engineer, has done great work since the election. He looked at both the certified machine recount and the hand counts, and he says they violated Georgia law. And here's the kicker. The cisa. The CISA said that basically the machines used in Georgia, this is two years after the election, comes out with a report and says the machines are not secure. A bad actor can hack in and a bad actor can flip an election. And they use these machines and kin going forward. This is outrageous stuff. I've told you, I've shared before that I've done audits around the world. I've done audits in Communist China. Fraud, multimillion dollar fraud, audits in Japan and around the world. I've never seen anything so broken. MSNBC or Ms. Now or whatever they call themselves now, they'll never have me on because they don't want. They don't want me, as a professional, objective, independent auditor to say, this is a mess. This is what we saw across the country, and we're still gathering more and more and more information, and yet even the government. The sister said, this was a mess.
Steve Bannon
This is the kind of guy Roethlisberger is. The president has this conversation with Meadows, I think, clear other people. And of course, he leaks it to the media. And President Trump is saying, hey, look, it's 10,000, 11,000 votes. What's going on? It's got. We now know there's hundreds of thousands, hundreds of thousands. Why do you think if Raffensperger had answers, why does it take the Georgia Election Board in February of 2026? Just ask yourself this. When you've had these people that have been patient, and you have the Fulton county people saying, hey, we've asked the Secretary of State. They won't help us. We won't get the information from them. This is Fulton County. That the Georgia Election Board has got a subpoena. And don't think he's gonna answer up that subpoena. That whole thing's gonna go to court. You know why he does not wanna come back and sit there and have it streamed on Real America's Voice in the war room as he's gotta answer questions that there are no answers to and that there were hundreds of thousands. You got Harry Hari saying, well, hey, bro, these were acts of commission. There's criminal intent here. Ratzenberger doesn't wanna do that. He's gonna fight it tooth and nail. Don't think he's gonna just show up. If he had the answers and he had a plausible, even just incompetence, he would be there. And yet they wanted to put Trump in prison on that very phone call. Fani Willis, you saw the whole circus. They rolled up, they tried to bankrupt Rudy, they tried to bankrupt Jim Hoft, get shut down, Gateway pundit. They were gonna put other people in prison, but they wanted Trump in prison until he died in this whole thing. And they don't have the common decency to step forward. This is why, folks, this is one of the greatest examples of American patriotism. These heroes in Georgia that had every opportunity, from Caroline Jeffers to all of them, Garland Favreau, just to throw in the towel. It's too hard. It's costing too much money. They're trying to bankrupt me. You know they're going to try to send me to prison. They stood in the breach, and we are where we are. And hey, standing in the breach, I got news for you. The hard part's just about to start because they ain't sending Abby Lowell and Norm Ison down there unless they know they have a massive problem. And the massive problem is all of these issues we're dealing with the country today, including the invasion of 20 to 25 million illegal alien invaders. You got the Bruce Springsteen song, the streets of Minneapolis, all of it in the mass deportations and the fight and the deficits and the $7 trillion. Biden spent everything to destroy this country. The railhead of it is 2020. And the inner mechanics of it is in Fulton county, in Maricopa county, and in Philadelphia and in Detroit and in Milwaukee. And we know it, and they know it, and they know we know it. So now it's a test of political wills. There's no way to negotiate this. There's no middle ground. We either take this all the way to its logical conclusion or we've given up the country. Joe Hoff. Where do people go, sir?
Joe Hoft
Go to Joe Hoff.com, the Gateway Pundit. Real Joe Hoft on Twitter. And, you know, here's. Here's a final note. Raffensperger siding with Norm Ison. Now, that should tell. That should say it all.
Steve Bannon
That's it. Of course he's siding with Norm. Norm Ison's his lawyer. Abby Loth. Thank you, Joe. Say hi to your brother. Fantastic work, the Hoffs. They had to get. They had to get rid of Gateway pundit. They got to shut that down. That's for bankruptcy. How many years in prison did Fani Willis wanted Trump on? All lies.
Tony Lyons
All lies, all lies.
Steve Bannon
Remember that? All lies. Not some lies.
Tony Lyons
All lies.
Steve Bannon
To protect themselves. Take it out with Bruce Springsteen. Look at that. That's a revolution. Because they want to keep 25 million illegal alien invaders in this country. Short break. Tony Lyons, Make America healthy again. The coalition. Where are we?

Okay, Tony Lyons, we're gonna get to tariffs here in a moment because of bombshell today. Make sure, I think now maybe is a wake up call for some in our vast audience that haven't want to understand capital markets and gold, fiat currencies, all of it. International economics is one of the things we try to present here every day or at least every couple of days here in the war room. Birchgold.com, promo code abandoned the end of the dollar empire, something we started five years ago. Why? Because we said the 2020 election's stolen and Biden's a radical and they're gonna spend so much money. But plus we didn't even know the scale of it. They're gonna let, I don't know, 12, 13, 14, 15, 20 million, 25 million. The numbers, the scale of it is stunning. And of course, Ben Berkwam and Oscar Blue Ramirez, we covered it better than anybody. Todd Benson at the time, who's in the government now over at, he's over at dhs. He was one of our top guys, right? We covered it from the Darien gap all the way to the southern border and then into the country. We said, hey, every town's a border town and every state's a border state. And you saw it birchgold.com because we saw the dollar's going to get destroyed and it dropped 25% in purchasing power. Jordan Biden, go learn all about this. Learn the American system. Because the day was a body blow. Got to be honest, I think over at the White House, they're Regrouping the emergency terrorists of President Trump says I need this because their national security interests because national security issue because we've gutted our country of its manufacturing base used to be a manufacturing superpower. Birchgold.com and for a qualifying purchase, when you talk to Philip Patrick and please talk to Philip Patrick and the team, you get a free edition, the Patriots edition. It's a hardbound of what we've been trying to teach or make available to you over the last five years. When gold was, I don't know, 1100 bucks an ounce and now it's around 5000. But you understand it's not the price of gold, it's the process. So go check it out today. Tony Lyons, we've been talking, I've tried to get you on a couple of times. We've been jammed. You've been traveling, you're down there with Bobby a lot to really get an update. As we start the beginning of the second year of President Trump's second term, we talk about the coalition which you were so important in working with Bobby, putting together Make America Healthy Coalition. And then lo and behold, we kind of have a bombshell yesterday. This executive order, before I talk about this, about Roundup, what, what state, given what Bobby's trying to get done over at hhs, what is the state prior to the Roundup issue yesterday? Because I understand people have, some people are very upset about this. Up until that time, the progress we're making and how are we doing on Make America Healthy again?
Tony Lyons
Sir, I think there's just been incredible progress and they're going to be all kinds of people who are going to try to tear that down. And that's big Pharma, Big Ag, all of these companies want to make it look like this is failing, want to make it look like Maha is destroying itself, is disagreeing with itself. But the truth is, I mean, the real truth is that the progress has been just existential. That changing the dietary guidelines, turning them upside down so that children start to eat protein in school, that's just a game changer. It's a body blow to pharmaceutical companies who have been treating these kids who are eating chemicals in school, who are eating sugar in school, eating donuts in school. I mean, this is, this is such a big change. And then there the, you know, the major food brands taking artificial dyes out, the SNAP program, getting rid of the right for people who get money from taxpayers to spend 25% of it on candy and soda. That's just, that's millions of people eating healthier food, school lunches, you know, millions and millions of children heading towards eating healthier food, drinking whole milk in schools rather than drinking sodas. The vaccine schedule changing, going from 17 down to 10, that is a major change. That's the first time in a generation where that's gone down. That is millions and millions of children getting fewer toxins in their body, fewer drugs, fewer chemicals that they don't need. Then getting mercury out of the flu vaccine, getting rid of the Hep B vaccine at birth and getting rid of COVID vaccines for healthy children, for pregnant women. And then the incredible super bowl ad that we just ran that was viewed 150 million times telling people that hundreds of thousands of people are dying in this country because they're eating ultra processed food and not real food. And Mike Tyson saying that and that getting through so much that 60 Minutes had to rush out and get people on there to try to co opt them.
Steve Bannon
I want to go back for something. If you look at your verticals, sure, nobody, maybe only the defense industry, but there it's a different relationship. Bobby Kennedy and what Bobby Kennedy said. Because I am awestruck by what Bobby Kennedy has done in his first year as hhs. It's unbelievable. And here's why. And President Trump has had his back every step of the way. But if you look at big pharma and the big pharma and the big, the big distribution companies, McKesson and the drugstores, if you look at the food processors, what they're doing with food processing, right? And if you look at what he's doing with like the agricultural component of this. So you got the food processors, you got big pharma, big ag and the big food processors, folks, there ain't more money in D.C. the big tech bros, I think maybe, but you got this. These are immovable objects. Why are they immovable objects? Because they're embedded in, deep into the swamp in D.C. they have lobbyists, lawyers, spots. They spread money into every congressional district. You're just not walking in there. So every dragon he's slaying is a massive dragon with a huge tail and 50 other dragons to back him up. That's why I'm awestrucking of the, of the momentum we've made in every of these three big verticals. And Bobby Kenny ain't afraid of any of them. Like I said the other day, having taken on big Ag and taken on big Pharma, he then goes after the big food companies with the ultra processed food, which is they ultra process it. Cause the margins, the margins are so high on candy and sodas. They're not high on if you get great farm to table and you get the real food, the margins are relatively thin. The margins are huge when they process. And he's going right forward. So what stunned me, Tony, is he ain't backing off. He's going after the biggest of the big, the toughest, the most entrenched, and he's not backing off an inch. And President Trump's got his back, in fact, on vaccines. I think President Trump's actually out ahead
Tony Lyons
of you guys 100%. I mean, President Trump is the most in line president with Maha principles of any president in the last generation. There's no question about that. And the things that activists disagree with and let me just say I am 100% behind Maha moms. I want people to come out and yell and post on every social media platform. That's something that we couldn't do under President Biden. That was stifled. There was no dissent in this country. But now you can say whatever you want. And we need that disagreement, we need that dialogue. We need people to go out and tell the American public. And part of the success of the Maha Green, you know, the Maha movement is all the disagreement that we have is that everybody in America knows what ultra processed foods are. Everybody in America knows now that there was mercury in the flu vaccine. Everybody knows, you know, that seed oils are bad for you, that beef tallow is better than cooking with other oils. There's been just incredible progress and it's been cultural progress. But we need all this disagreement. We need a vibrant argument to be made every day on social media between everybody. So there's no problem there. That's success, that's not failure.
Steve Bannon
By the way, you don't come, I mean, politically, you weren't one of us, are close to being one of us. When President Trump came, you were somebody that always believed in free speech in the First Amendment. And you saw the left was conforming to the system and on the right you saw Trump as a disruptor and like war room. And these other people, the beginning of the dissonant moms were part of that. Who many of those people were either moderates or some of them were Democrats when this started and they said, no, these guys are taking on the system, they're trying to disrupt the system. I want to be part of that. And that's where we see it today, is it not, Tony?
Tony Lyons
Well, you know, President Trump is more of an old time Democrat than any Democrat now. You know, he's pro free speech. He's anti censorship, he's anti war. I mean, he is out there doing all the things that Democrats would have been for in the past. He's an outsider challenging the status quo, challenging all of these big companies, but not doing it in some obvious way that he knows that he has to have practical, common sense ways to solve problems. And if you can't do that, then you're just yelling and screaming. You have to be able to solve problems. You have to realize this is politics. It's complicated. We're heading in the right direction. There's incredible progress being made. There's a lot that's going to be made. We're just getting started. It's only one year. So these are, these are wins. All of these are wins. Even the disagreements, even the people yelling and screaming at each other. That's democracy in action. That's freedom. Freedom of speech, freedom of ideas. That's what we've all wanted and that's what we're getting now.
Steve Bannon
Okay, I want to hold you through the break. We got about a minute. I just want to tee up Roundup because I think this caught people by surprise. One of the big efforts was about, you know, agriculture is the most important thing. When we talk about health, a lot of the maha moms are the anti food processing, all of it. And then you had this executive order on Roundup. Can you put. Give me a minute. Put it in perspective. I'm gonna hold you through the break and we'll continue the conversation.
Tony Lyons
Sure. So no question glyphosate is bad. We all know that, every side. Democrats, Republicans, farmers, politicians, President Trump, Secretary Kennedy. I mean, Secretary Kennedy sued Monsanto, won one of the biggest judgments in history for that. But despite all these lawsuits and despite the widespread recognition that glyphosate is bad, we have a problem, which is that we need to solve this practical situation where 80% of farmers rely on glyphosate now. So banning it outright doesn't work. So we need to look at new technologies. We need to fast track regulatory pathways. Look at, you know, next generation bio pesticides at. You know, Bobby Kennedy talks all about lasers. Maybe that's an answer. We need to have tax incentive.
Steve Bannon
I want to innovate.
Tony Lyons
That's how we're going to have progress.
Steve Bannon
Okay, I want to hold you and just drill down on this a little bit more because some people are shocked about it, given the original stance of Make America Health. Again. Tony Lyons is with us. We're going to get back to tariffs here. In a moment horrific, horrific, historic day in the United States of America. From the Supreme Court of these United States.

Okay, in times of financial turbulence, you need to make sure that your financial assets are sorted out. How about your home? Every dream you've ever had is in that home. Steve, you go there today, you get a 14 day get two weeks free to check out the $1 million triple lock protection to work with Natalie Dominguez and the team with artificial intelligence, with cyber warfare, with rogue lawyers, rogue accountants. There's so many stories popping up every day of how people are trying to get their hands on your title.
Harry
Why?
Steve Bannon
Because it's a fairly rudimentary system here in the United States, broken down by district, district, you know, even smaller than congressional districts or county districts just everywhere. I think it's what, 3,000 counties in the country and is even more overseeing this so people know they can get access to it. You've got to stop that. Hometitlelock.com, pennies a day. Take away the anxiety, angst. 90% of your net worth is, if you're an average American, is tied up in that home, if you're lucky enough to own one. So make sure the dream that you've had is embod in that home doesn't turn into a nightmare. Hometitlelock.com, promo code Steve, 14 day free check. Free $1 million triple lock protection. Most importantly, you get a relationship with Natalie Dominguez and the team over there walk you through everything. I don't think John Gardner is going to join us. He was there last night as we analyzed the Georgia speech, and this was clearly Roberts. Tony Lyons is with us. I think sometimes with President Trump, we forget the monumental institutions that he's trying to change, like on tariffs. And this tariff thing is gonna be horrific. But it goes back to the beginning of the Republic, of what we the American system. President Trump built his entire economic program around this. We're gonna break it down all for you. But at the same time, he's trying to reform, like make America healthy again. You know, it's big pharma, it's big agriculture, it's the big food processors. These are big 20, 30, 50, 40 billion dollar companies, $100 billion companies with every lawyer, every crisis communications person dug in, spreading money in every congressional district, every Senate race, every party, all these, all these dark money funds. That's why Bobby Kennedy is kind of like, you know, he's slaying dragons and President Trump's got his back in this situation. Just explain it to me one more time. You got the maha moms, they ain't happy, right? And President Trump's saying, hey, I think we got a national security problem because 80%, like it or not, 80% of our farmers are kind of hooked to this thing and we gotta figure it out. I don't like it. I back Bobby's initial executive order, but we are where we are. Are all the parties doing what they are supposed to do? Tony Lyons I think they are.
Tony Lyons
I mean, we all know that we have to get rid of glyphosate. The question is how to get there. We all know we have to get rid of all kinds of dangerous chemicals. And, and the question is, what's the best way to get there? What are practical, common sense ways to get there? And President Trump knows that he's thinking all of this kind of thing through and you see that. And he wants to partner, collaborate, talk to people on all sides. Secretary Kennedy wants to do that. We all recognize that it's not feasible to ban things, that we have to set up a system that leads towards better, healthier products across the board with incentives, with subsidies, with tax credits, with faster approvals, procurement preferences. This has got to be something that makes sense, that protects farmers, that protects the public, and that leads towards the end of the chronic disease epidemic. That's what winning looks like.
Steve Bannon
Tony, where do people go to track you down?
Harry

Appreciate you all the Work you've been doing. A huge part of his life now is dedicated to this. Thank you, sir. Cameron Kinsey, if everybody, you know, President Trump said, hey, look, I want to do away with personal income tax. It was an objective and the reason I'm going to do it, I'm going to get up to a trillion dollars of tariffs coming here. We're going to get back to the system before the income tax. Well, folks, that was a dream of President Trump and an objective of President Trump. Okay, that ain't happening. Of all the other issues we got to deal with and here's the reason. The Supreme Court just struck down his emergency use of tariffs and now we're back to it. So, and we were going to do $900 billion this year. So the deficit, and that was going to help close the deficit. That's not going to happen. And the lower federal courts are going to unwind this. What does that mean? The IRS under Scott Bessant got a bigger problem they ever got right. And they're going to have to if they what they think you owe is what they're going to drive and what you think you owe or an independent body like Tax Network usa. And Cameron, this is why I'm so honored to be working with you guys. And the fact you came up with this idea of, hey, let's give people, let's take the anxiety away, let's take the angst away, let's give them a free discovery call so they understand what the bid and the ask is, what the IRS thinks and where you really stand. I have gotten so many phone calls because there's nothing more personal that people feel uncomfortable about then their taxes and they get a letter from the IRS if they're behind or if they're going to have a lien. The concept you guys came up with is hey, let's, let's it cost a couple hundred bucks, couple thousand bucks. But we'll do it to help these people out because we're looking for clients and this is a great way to get them. This has been a game changer on people's lives. So many people contact me, said, hey, I've gone over there and I've actually now have a real feeling for what I owe. So I can address it like an adult. I don't have to hide from it. Your thoughts, ma'?
Cameron Kinsey
Am? Yes. Well, Steve, thank you so much for having me back on. It's always an honor to speak directly to the war room posse. I'm so grateful. And right now we're in the heart of tax season. I mean, the enforcement is ramping up every day. Americans are feeling squeezed from every single direction. I mean, families are still recovering from inflation, rising costs that we saw under the previous term. And now the last thing that they want is, is the federal government coming after them with aggressive tax collections. But a little bit about us, Tax Network usa. We're one of the nation's leading tax firms. We help everyday Americans and business owners fight back against aggressive IRS enforcement and just navigate a system that can feel overwhelming or just stacked against them. And so our team includes licensed CPAs, we have enrolled agents, tax attorneys, even former IRS agents who understand exactly how this agency operates. We know their procedures, their pressure points, the tax code inside and out. And they know the system that we are up against, and they use that knowledge to protect our clients. And before I even go further, Steve, I want to share something personal with you in the audience about why I became the spokesperson for Tax Network usa, because I will tell you right now, I am not a tax expert. But during the Biden administration, we watched the weaponization of federal agencies across the board. But what stood out to me was how the IRS enforcement disproportionately impacted low income families and small business owners like my dad, who just simply did not have the resources to fight back. These were not billionaires with a team of lawyers. The clients that Tax Network USA saw at the time were working parents, retirees, entrepreneurs trying to survive in that difficult economy. And so I just saw people being buried with penalties, interest from honest mistakes or hardship status. And so that's really why I wanted to join Tax Network USA as their spokesman, just to bring more awareness that there are professionals out there who will be in your corner through all of this. Now, switching gears here for a moment, Steve, because this is important, I wanted to bring this up with you today. With that being said, some people believe because President Trump is back in office, they somehow get a free pass when it comes to taxes or filing requirements. Some people just assume because there's different policy priorities that that means that the IRS is going to ease up or that enforcement will slow down. And those people could not be more wrong. Unfortunately, the IRS still has a mandate to collect revenue regardless of who is president. So that idea that you can ignore
Steve Bannon
the violence, this is so important. This is so this, this is so important. This is why I want you on today. A couple of things. Scott Besant was a contributor here. You know, we fought very hard to make sure Scott was Secretary Treasury. I think that worked out. We don't Scott a long time. Scott is basically overseeing the irs. Scott's mandate from the president is that, hey, you gotta get all the cash that the IRS thinks they're gonna get, and Scott's gonna get it. I mean, Scott's, he loves Warren Posse. He comes from the working class down in Myrtle beach, but his mandate is he's gotta get what they think you owe. The other thing is President Trump did have an overarching concept to return to the 19th century as far as how you finance the country, saying, I don't really agree with personal income tax, I think tariffs will pay for it. That was a view that might take in 20 or 30 years to begin with, folks, that is done as of today, the Supreme Court of the United States has basically taken this tariff situation out of the president's hand and that's going to be a massive fight. But anybody's sitting there and think it's some fantasy that I don't have to pay my taxes because President Trump is president and I'm maga. The world doesn't work like that. And that's why if you owe money, if you got a letter, that letter, they're still going to accumulate fees, interest, all of it, address it. This is what's so powerful about what Tax Network USA has done. They said, okay, hang on, come to us, we've got the experts, we have the expertise and we know who to talk to. Come to us and we'll actually give you a free discovery call. We're not gonna charge you the couple hundred bucks or the thousand bucks or whatever to basically see what your position is. That's what's been such a game changer and take the angst and anxiety away. Talk to me about that, Cameron, because this thing about you don't have to file, you need to drop that immediately. President Trump is not stopping the filing of your income taxes and the collection of the money the IRS thinks you owe. And this is what the free assessment and discovery is to actually see what's the difference between the bid and the Ask what the IRS says versus what Tax Network USA says and maybe where a negotiation can take place. Cameron?
Cameron Kinsey
Well, exactly. I mean, historically, the IRS has focused most of its aggressive collection efforts on taxpayers who owed make maybe $50,000 or more. That was often the threshold where you saw leans, levies, enforcement actions escalate. And what we're seeing now as of recent years has been a shift. The IRS has been becoming more aggressive with people who owe far less. We're seeing enforcement actions for smaller balances increased pressure over unfiled tax returns, faster escalation timelines. I mean, it's truly bs, Steve. So if you haven't filed in years, that alone can trigger enforcement. And that's not the IRS slowing down. And when agencies face workforce reduction or restructuring like they have under Trump's administration, during the transition, the remaining employees often become more efficiency driven because, well, they don't want to get fired. So that can mean faster processing for them, more targeted enforcement, greater focus on collections. So the idea of fewer agents means less enforcement is just simply not the reality, like you said, Steve, and it often just means the opposite. But the clients that we help will always remain steady. We work with people from all different walks of life. Salaried employees, retirees on fixed incomes, independent contractors, gig workers, veterans, small business owners, you name it, they're trying to keep their doors open and they're trying to keep their employees paid. So whether it's somebody dealing with unfiled tax returns, mounting penalties and interest, IRS audits, wage garnishments, bank levies, the payroll tax issues, liens on their home or businesses, we have seen it before. We know how to handle it. And I want to tell the audience today, we have way too many people coming from the war room posse who may be too afraid to act or they don't tell the the whole story because they're too embarrassed. You should not be embarrassed. We have seen every single case in the book, and we know exactly how to help you. We treat every single case with care. We are in your corner. We know the tax code inside and out. You just have to take that step and come to us, bring the necessary documents. We will walk you through everything. When you initially get on the phone with one of our teammates, they will give you all the necessary, proper care that you need. They will go over it step by step. It's a free consultation. You may decide, I don't want to work with us anymore. That's completely fine. We want to talk to you. We just want to be a resource. We expect nothing. And like you said, Steve, just to go over briefly of the Black Friday deal that we did, like you said, it's such a success. I mean, we had that free discovery call. Normally that costs hundreds of dollars, if not thousands. And we only do that for clients once we take on.
Steve Bannon
Hang on, we're going to take a short commercial break. They got the volume of calls have been so enormous, we actually have a new number. We're gonna get all that to you on the other side. I know this Makes you feel good. Bruce Springsteen takes you out. Back with Cameron Kinsey in a moment.

John Gardner
Am.
Cameron Kinsey
Thank you so much. Steve.
Steve Bannon
Action, action, action. John Gardner, you were with us last night. In fact, President Trump went so long on the speech yesterday, we actually rolled you over to Texas because Texas has got the same issue. You got so many small manufacturing companies, as you said, of the 12.8 million manufacturing jobs in this country. I Think it's is it 80% are from, 90% are from companies that have 50 employees or less. You walk through the American system, you walk through why President Trump's tariff plan was brilliant. It's bringing jobs back, it's bringing particularly small manufacturing back to make us a manufacturing superpower. Once again. The Supreme Court struck it down. So John Gardner, why are you, Alexander Hamilton and President Donald Trump correct in Chief Justice Roberts? Why is he wrong?
John Gardner
They're wrong and President Trump is right. Adam Smith said the four exceptions he made for tariffs, one was national security. Even Milton Friedman, the unilateral free trader himself, said national security comes first. And in 2013, General John Adams said America's vulnerability today is frightening, excessive and unwise. Outsourcing of American manufacturing to other nations weakens American military capabilities. And that was in 2013 when we probably had about 14, 15 million people employed in the manufacturing industry. We have been gutted. This is highly personal for me because I've worked in the manufacturing industry for 21 years, owned my own business and during the Great Recession in 2008, 2009, I had the wait tables at night to make sure my manufacturing business survived. Well, I saw big banks being bailed out. So I think what you said earlier today, Steve, about President Trump taking on massive things that we can't even comprehend. The power behind 55 years of deindustrialization cheering on the deconstruction of the manufacturing might that our founding fathers built. Manufacturing might help the north beat the agricultural powered south during the Civil War. Manufacturing might is what won America World War II and then it created the greatest middle class in the history of the world from 1945-70. And then we decided to deconstruct that. And so I know terrorist work. I live this. I want the audience to understand. I am not an academic. I don't, you know, I run a manufacturing business all day long and I have done so for 21 years and I have seen the tariffs work. A really good example is Dr. Navarro just talked about how we open up a new aluminum smelt smelter refinery, the first guess what, four aluminum refineries closed between 2020, 2024 during the Biden administration, cutting off 30 to 40% of America's refining capacity in four years. We lost 40.
Steve Bannon
President, President Trump, President Trump said that manufacturing place yesterday. And they all, every guy came up there and said one for your tariffs, we wouldn't be at full capacity and making more capital expenditures. We got to get. John, where do people go to your site? Obviously Starting this afternoon, we're going to be wall to wall on this. A, a a terrible, terrible, terrible decision by the Supreme Court. President Trump's going to think it through. It's wrong's decision.
John Gardner
But also the president should have emergency powers for national security and manufacturing and trade deficit. Our national security. John Gardner author.com and John Gardner VOH on X getter and Instagram Gardner, you're a good man.
Steve Bannon
We got a big fight here now. Gotta regroup. Got a big fight. Mike Lindell we started in Georgia. We actually started with John Solomon breaking story on Brennan and these crooks. All the deep state that try to put us all in prison. Election integrity in Georgia. We had the mainstream media complete meltdown about what Sally Grubbs and all this team down in Georgia are doing. Your thoughts, you've been at the forefront of this. One of the reasons they try to bankrupt you, sir.
Mike Lindell
Absolutely. It all goes back to that. Steve. We had all this information in the early 2021 everybody and I think you're just seeing the tip of the spear here, Steve, as these other states, your Arizonas, your Wisconsin's, your Pennsylvanias as this stuff comes out, we're going to be, they're going to fight us every, every step of the way. You got to ask yourself, everybody, gee, wonder why. Because they don't want secure elections. They don't want secure elections. They know they cannot even touch the Democrats the deep state. They can't win any election if they, if they don't have the opportunity to steal it. So I'm very happy it's all coming out. I'm up here right now, Steve, fighting Keith Ellison in Minnesota. He's still after me but Operation Arctic Frost going after me, the same type of thing. And you guys, he doesn't want me running for governor here. You can also check that out. Mike Lindellgov.com we need your help now, you guys. Mike Lindellgov.com But I really wanted to get on and tell you about our sale. I'm bringing back the mega sale for one reason. You guys that hit this last week, we ran out of towels and Giza dream sheets. They all came in yesterday. We kind of had a crossover. So you guys, I'm going to extend this through the weekend. So all of the overstock, if you go to mypillow.com war room, this is all for you guys. The factory sale. All our clothing line. We're closing out all these lines that we're closing out. Keep those guys busy. Made in the usa. These tariffs, Steve. The decision was horrific. I could sit here and talk for two hours, you guys, how it was helping here in the US or we'll

iHeartPodcasts
This episode of “The War Room” with Steve Bannon centers on three major American issues: election integrity (with a focus on Georgia and the fallout of the 2020 election), radical shifts in health and food policy under the second Trump administration (with special attention to the Make America Healthy Again [MAHA] agenda), and the ramifications of a Supreme Court decision overturning President Trump’s emergency tariffs authority. Featuring in-depth contributions from policy activists and commentators including Harry (Unite4Freedom), Jason Frazier, Joe Hoft, Tony Lyons, Cameron Kinsey, John Gardner, and Mike Lindell, Bannon anchors the discussion in the populist, anti-establishment tone the show is known for—and repeatedly stresses political will against entrenched institutions.

Steve Bannon (on Supreme Court’s tariff ruling, 01:58):
“This is the primal scream of a dying regime... We talk about economic warfare and we talk about the ability to kind of manage what's happening in Iran right now. If you just leave the United States with military force... this is going to have massive consequences...”
Harry (on Georgia ballot irregularities, 03:36):
“If this was... a criminal evidence locker... this data would not be admissible in court... It’s a conscious choice to put illegal ballots... Over 315,000 ballots in Georgia should never have been counted.”
Jason Frazier (on election system problems, 07:19):
“You find people at parking lots all over the place that are illegal... If I don't do it, who will? It is my duty as an American citizen to make this happen.”
Joe Hoft (on audits and media silence, 09:42):
“I've done audits around the world... I've never seen anything so broken. MSNBC... will never have me on because they don't want me—as a professional, objective, independent auditor—to say, this is a mess.”
Tony Lyons (on MAHA changes, 19:25):
“The progress has been just existential. Changing the dietary guidelines... Body blow to pharmaceutical companies… School lunches, you know, millions and millions of children heading towards eating healthier food, drinking whole milk in schools rather than drinking sodas.”
Steve Bannon (on MAHA resistance, 21:38):
“Every dragon [Bobby Kennedy]’s slaying is a massive dragon with a huge tail and 50 other dragons to back him up. That's why I'm awestruck by the momentum we've made in every of these three big verticals.”
Cameron Kinsey (on IRS enforcement, 35:18):
“Some people believe because President Trump is back in office, they somehow get a free pass... could not be more wrong.”
Episode 5158 of “The War Room” offers a tour of American populist anxieties: the fallout from the Supreme Court’s tariff decision, the ongoing fight over the legitimacy and security of elections (with Georgia as the focus), and sweeping health reforms—and their practical complications—driven by the current Trump/Kennedy team. The tone is combative and urgent, framing these topics as existential confrontations between ordinary Americans and entrenched institutional interests. The show blends stories from grassroots activists, policy hands, and business owners, all united in a sense of crisis and resolve.
