This is an Iheart podcast. Graham of the Atlantic warns our election system, which withstood those assaults, might not survive the next ones. In his cover story for the December issue of the Atlantic, Graham explores how the next election, the midterms, might succumb to a sustained political attack, writing, quote, to understand the threat of democracy and how it might be stuck, I spoke with experts on election administration, constitutional law, and law enforcement. Many of them are people I've known to be cautious, sober, and not prone to hyperbole. Yet they used words like nightmare and warned that Americans need to be ready for, quote, really wild stuff. You're not frightened. Hannah Fried, the executive editor, executive director of the voter access group All Voting as Local, told him. You are not paying attention.

That's right. I mean, I think it's important to remember that five years ago, nobody expected something like Trump's sustained effort to overturn the 2020 election. Famously, one top administration official told the Washington Post, you know, what's the harm in humoring him? It's not like he's going to try to stay there. Nobody imagined a mob trying to overrun the Capitol. So a lot of things that I think we just can't imagine are on the table. One of the things that worried me most, in addition to how concerned these generally sober people are, was just the number of ways that somebody who wanted to subvert the election system could do it. There are ways to mess with the rules ahead of the fact. There are ways to suppress votes in the moment. There are ways to try to get votes thrown out or to get elections overturned, or simply not to seat the winners, as in that 1985 example, potentially. So it's a. It's sort of a full court press, and people who want to defend the system have to be looking at any number of options and be ready for things that would have been unimaginable in the past.

You do talk about things that happened the last time around and how they might happen again, and how Donald Trump might be in a better position to have the folks around him act on his impulses. One of them, you know, he wanted to deploy the troops. He wanted to seize voting machines. We're seeing him deploy troops to American cities. He might not be deploying them, or he might not have to specifically deploy them to polling places. In some scenarios, they might already be there, as he argues, they're there to fight crime and the like. So can you just help me understand more of the actual potential scenario as you laid it out?

[Political Analyst]

Yeah, sure. So part of the question is guessing at what they might want to do. And Cleta Mitchell, who is an influential lawyer who is close to the White House and very involved in election issues, has said recently, she said, you know, that Trump might need to call in a national emergency to protect sovereignty and seize control of the voting system. It's a little bit difficult to know what that means. And she didn't answer my questions about what specifically that would be. The law prevents calling out troops or armed men in general, according to the language to the polls, federal troops or federal law enforcement. But if you put those people in the streets already, whether that's, you know, the sort of operations we're seeing in major cities or the ones that we're seeing threatened in other major cities, you're going to have troops already there by the time the election rolls around. And people are going to be, if not used to it, it's going to be something they don't re as a sort of frantic escalation. And that might be something that intimidates some voters from staying home from the polls, but it might also be the kind of thing that simply creates hassles. It makes it very hard to get around because there are roadblocks and there's heavy equipment and there's all these things. And suddenly getting to the polls and casting your vote is going to just take too long and you're not going to vote. So even these things that aren't major intimidation can start to suppress the vote. And in the kind of close elections we might get, and in a very close election for House overall, those little things on the margins can make a difference.

I can say with confidence our elections and our systems have held strong. And as Secretary of State, I've increased their resilience. It is now a felony to access on an unauthorized basis voting equipment. And we've caught someone, Tina Peters, who is now serving nine years of imprisonment because she tried to mess around with.

Mike Davis, I want you to address this first because you got Mark Elias, all the usual suspects, they're freaking out and they just the Atlantic is going to have this massive, I think a whole not just the COVID story, but I think the whole magazine's turn to how Trump is going to steal the 2026 election. Sir. I want to do that before I tee up. The blockbuster news today. Both the Oversight committee on the Audipin scandal crisis, right. I think one of the deepest scandals in American history. Plus Jim Jordan in the Arctic frost they picked up the baton from Senator Grassley. So it's a huge day for these lawbreakers at the in these radical Democrats. But start first with your response to David Graham and the people of the Atlantic that are absolutely freaking out already about the midterm election.

Sir well, they're freaking out because why? Because illegal aliens can no longer vote in these elections for Democrats. They can't mass mail ballots out to old voter lists and then get rid of signature verification. The Trump Justice Department led by Pam Bondi and Harmeet Dillon are actually monitoring these elections. You have Republican states actually using power like Democrats have done for decades and redistricting, redrawing these House seats. Or maybe, just maybe the American people are finally waking up to the fact that today's Democrat Party is a clown car of Marxist losers and their so called victims. And so maybe just say that the American people have had enough with these leftist policies and this left these Democrat politics. Look, as you know, Steve, in a president's first off year election after a president wins, generally the president's party gets wiped out in that off year election. So if we were going through the normal course, Democrats should win the house in 2026 and pick up Senate seats. But they may not do that because of all these, all these headwinds against the Democrats right now.

And you can tell already they're trying to make an excuse so the American people rejecting their policies every day. And they're particularly going to reject their policies come next Tuesday night after Man Donnie wins in New York City. Let me go. I want to play a short clip for you because I want to get to this jaw dropping. James Comer, the chairman over at oversight, a 100 page report. Mo and Grace have it for you. We're going to push it out everywhere. Let's be a force multiplier on this, but let's go ahead and play a clip and I'll jump in and bring Mike back in. So called chairman of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer continues to behave like a malignant clown. We can't point to a single thing that he's actually done to make life better for the American people.

House Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries just within the last hour, slamming a new report out from Republicans on the House Oversight Committee that calls for a Justice Department investigation into pardons that were issued by President Biden. The report openly, openly questions the legitimacy of any actions that were taken and signed by auto pen instead of by Joe Biden's hand. And this afternoon, there's new reporting on just how real this DOJ investigation is. In an email obtained from a source, President Trump's top pardon attorney at doj, Ed Martin, told House Republicans that his probe into this issue revealed, quote, abuses and went on to say that his office, quote, cannot support the validity of auto pen pardons for individuals like Anthony Fauci, Adam Schiff, Mark Milley here was the House speaker earlier today on this question.

It's unprecedented.

There is no legal precedent because no.

Or had the audacity to have people.

Signing things on their behalf when they didn't even know what was in it. And so we're in uncharted waters as a nation.

All right, my panel is back. Elliot Williams. The auto pen, first of all, has been used in the past occasionally. Yes, yes. Okay, so fact check there. But what, if anything, is there any there, there to this?

I'm really not seeing it only because the tradition of auto pens has existed in every presidential administration across parties. I had an auto pen when I worked at ice.

Okay. Okay, good, good luck. Mike Davis. This is deeper than just pardons. Talk to us about this report. It's 100 pages long, it's from, it's from Commerce Committee. And I've been saying, I think this is the deepest scan this, this dwarfs were to get when you combine all these. But even this aspect of it, it shows you how illegitimate, how reckless and how lawless these people are. Can you walk us through it?

[Mike Davis]

Yeah. I mean it's, the issue is not that Biden or any other president use the auto pen. Politicians use auto pins. The issue is, is are they carrying out that President's will by using that auto pin? You know this, Steve, you worked in the, in the White House. I've worked in the White House. Presidents generally use auto pen to sign correspondence with, you know, six year old kids who write letters to the President. You don't use the auto penny to sign major pieces of legislation and you certainly don't use the auto pin to sign parts. And so it's very suspect that they use the auto pen to sign pardons. And so then the question becomes, did President Biden actually authorize these pardons and they were simply carrying out President Biden, President Biden's will because he's too weak or frail or whatever to sign these pardons? Or is, is there something more sinister going on here where they are, they have White House staff citing pardons behind the President's back. And if that, if it's the latter, this truly is one of the biggest scandals ever.

By the way, this makes sure the Nancy Pelosi, all the, the J6 committee, that, that threw everybody in prison for misdemeanors, they tortured the J6 folks. Right. And sent criminal referrals, had people thrown in prison forever, that their pardons, the ones they crawled on their belly over to the White House are inoperative. Am I to take it that that's a fact?

[Mike Davis]

Well, if the President did not authorize a pardon and someone used the President, the President's auto pen to sign a pardon he didn't authorize, then those parts would not be valid. Right. And so how it would come up though is you would bring criminal, how pardons work is you bring a, if you bring a criminal charge, federal criminal charge against someone, that person would present the pardon documents in court and say that I am pardoned for this crime. It's a defense to the crime. And so I guess how you would challenge this is if Pam Bondi in the Biden Justice Department wants to indict Tony Fauci, for example, for, for one of his crimes, he would, then you would challenge the pardon men.

Okay. Mike Davis. The executive orders are also called into question. When are we going to see criminal referrals? And. And when do you think justice is going to move on this? I understand there's some technicalities that could be tough, but we gotta. We gotta bring these anyway, don't we, Sir?

I've seen reporting where Attorney General Pam Bondi has approved these criminal probes. So it sounds like they're moving. And if they, if there is evidence that people forged the signature of the President of the United States to issue executive orders or pardons and he did not agree to those, that's as serious as you get. I mean, you're forging the President's powers against his will or without his knowledge. That's very serious stuff. Now, I will say this, that these case, this will be a difficult case because of the issue of presidential immunity, what President Trump won at the Supreme Court, where the President is immune from criminal prosecution. He's also immune from criminal testimony. So it would be. I don't know if they'll be able to call in President Biden against his will to testify. So I think, I don't know this for sure, but I think he would have to volunteer to testify in this criminal probe. And so that's what will make it very difficult to prove this case, as you have to show that this was not authorized by Biden or it was against his will.

Mike Davis, where do people go to Article 3 in your social media to keep up with this? I realize you're juggling a lot of balls now, but you can see the lawlessness of this, of the previous administration, what I call the Biden regime is now coming to the forefront, and that's why people are looking to the Viceroy for guidance. It's the biggest scandal ever that they put up and elected a president of the United States who was clearly not mentally fit to do the job. I mean, it's, it's disgusting what Democrats did, all because they care about power so much and they hated Trump so much that they were willing to do whatever it took to get Trump out of office. I know that you and I both have experienced different levels of lawfare, as has President Trump. And we've got to address it when we've got the power to address it. And we've got to discover as much as we can while we're there and, and get rid of people that are corrupt and that are using the legal system in a corrupt way to take out political enemies. There's nothing more detrimental to a democracy in a constitutional republic than that kind of behavior from law enforcement that we then cannot trust to do justice.

General Paxton, now that we're having the official reports from oversight and now from Judiciary and Grassley's working through it. Chairman Jordan's working through it. As these referrals go over, should the Justice Department just drop the hammer and maybe even special prosecutor on this for these criminal referrals to make sure that we, that we have plenty of time to bring these people to justice? Because it's a lot. If we don't set an example and hold people accountable, this will continue on. And these things are so over the top and so outrageous that I know Mag is sitting there going, hey, we got it. We got to get on top of this. Would you recommend that Pam Bondi make their this her top priority and going after the deep state and the weaponization to actually run to ground all the potential criminal charges here?

Steve, I am passionate about this. I mean, I spent two years being investigated by Obama when he was there. That was my two years that overlapped in four years by the Biden administration while they were there. They only dropped it a week before Trump got into office. It's out of control. We're like a third world country if we, I do not think there's anything more important that the Justice Department can do than to go into these cases, analyze them and take care of them. Because we have to set that example and we have to find the wrongdoers. Because we do not do this during the Trump administration, we are going to be in a position where these people are stronger and they'll continue after Trump is gone to go after political people they disagree with. And nothing is more harmful to a constitutional republic than having the DOJ and the FBI weaponized against political opponents.

Now, the independent newspaper in the United Kingdom today is reporting that, that you are going after President Trump's been putting up true social. You're actually going to court on this on Tylenol, on the makers of Tylenol for was it false marketing to pregnant women about the risk of autism? Did I read that correctly?

Yeah. So we believe that Johnson Johnson knew that this acetaminophen, it's a good product used in the right ways, but they didn't warn or tell doctors appropriately that this should not be used on pregnant women. That we believe studies show that it creates a higher level of autism and adhd. So they did this knowingly, profitably, and they have now moved that particular product to a separate company trying to avoid liability. And they actually spoke about this in 2017, warning people. Then they just dropped it. So they had a responsibility to protect people from the harm. And now there are many, many kids, probably millions, that have been harmed by this product.

Well, I sued. I was investigating Pfizer over the vaccine. Three weeks later I was impeached. I came back from that impeachment and filed a lawsuit against them because they lied about the vaccine effectiveness by a lot and then they threatened people that tried to expose it. We also sued Eli Lilly for basically promoting products and buying off physicians through bribery. And so yeah, I'm not afraid of Big Pharma and I know they have a lot of money and a lot of power and but on the other hand, my job is to represent the people of Texas and to make sure that they're not defrauded and they're not harmed.

The field director was so incredible the other day. I want to come back and get a full report of what you guys are doing. But I've got to talk about what happened up in Chicago today with was it Bavino? This is outrageous and I hope President Trump is on this radio explaining to the audience what happened up in court in federal court today with one of the senior members of ice.

Well, you have an Obama appointed judge, this Sarah Ellis, who basically is working directly to obstruct ICE and border patrol operations. She brought Bevino into court. We had our friend Terry Newsom up there covering this. And he was brought in and basically now scolded and told he has to come back to court every single day and report on his activities for the day. I mean, it's just absolute, it's so outrageous. And you know, we were talking about this. I hope the response is, screw you, we're not showing up. This is outrageous. You know, we're going to continue to our job. But the bottom line on all this, Steve, is because they're being effective, they're changing their tactics. All these sanctuary jurisdictions are trying to prevent ICE and Border Patrol from picking up illegals. ICE and Border Patrol are adjusting their tactics effectively and going hard into these communities. And these judges can't stand it, and these activists and these, the politicians above them can't stand it. So they're doing everything to try to slow them down.

Ben, stick right there with me. Chairman Jim Jordan from Judiciary has just joined us and we're going to blow the brake. Chairman Jordan, you've been, you've been in the trenches on this for years. I just want to ask your perspective today. Colmer puts out a hundred page report that's shocking about the auto pens. I think one of the biggest scandals in the history of the United States. I mean, it's stunning. Then you've got, I guess this FBI report. You've picked up Arctic Frost and you've looked at the weaponization that's clear as day. Now. Just put it in perspective. How out of control and lawless was the Biden, Biden administration?

[Jim Jordan]

Well, it was unbelievable. And it started almost 10 years ago. And you know this, it started first with them taking a political document from the other party campaign, the Clinton campaign, through the law firm Perkins Coie, who hired the public relations firm Fusion gps, who hired a foreigner, Christopher Steele, who wrote this garbage document called the dossier that they used to get warrants to spy on another party, the Republican Party, President Trump's campaign. And then they were off and running from that point on. And it's been one thing after the other. And right now we're focused in on John Brennan who we think lied. You're not supposed to lie. You're definitely not supposed to lie when you're under oath talking to Congress. And that's exactly what it looks like Mr. Brennan did. So we referred him last week. And then of course more to the Arctic Frost which was this investigation from the special counsel, Jack Smith. We want Jack Smith to come in and talk to us and we want him to come in and talk to us under oath because two of his deputies, when they came in, exercised their Fifth Amendment liberty 71 and 73 times respectively, to questions like, was this a political focused operation to go after President Trump? I take the Fifth. We ask him how many other people, in addition to the eight senators we learned about a few weeks ago that you were surveilling, how many other people in Congress or else were you looking into getting their phone records on? I take the Fifth. So we want to go back and get some answers to some pretty important questions. Particularly, Steve, when you and I know you've talked about this a lot, when you look at how what Jack Smith, the gag order on the president raiding his home, tried to intimidate and bribe one of the defendant's lawyers. Then they get the phone records of eight members of Congress, two of their deputies take the Fifth. And before Jack Smith investigation is started, before the special counsel started, some of the guys who became his deputies took the phone of a sitting member of Congress. So, yeah, we want to find out what's going on in this Arctic Frost stuff. Now we've learned it's broader, more expansive than we thought, including names like yours. And you know, you've been through this, golly, you've felt it firsthand up close and personal. So this is why it's important Jack Smith come in and answer the questions of the committee.

Are you shocked? And it's hard to shock you what you've seen, but how far up the Chris Wrays, the Merrick Garlands, the Lisa Monaco, I mean, these are the senior most legal minds in the Democratic Party. This thing is so shocking, this Arctic Frost today, which you're pointing out.

Yep.

[Steve K. Bannon]

But it's not just bottom, it's just not rogue. This is just not rogue, folks at doj. This is not rogue folks at the FBI. This goes all the way to the top and it may actually end up go to the White House. Are you shocked about how senior these folks are?

[Jim Jordan]

Just to underscore what you're saying, think about what they did. The January Six Committee did all these, I think 180 different subpoenas, did all these interviews, transcribed interviews. They had, they got, they got the transcript there in the, under these depositions, and then they just turn it over to Jack Smith. I mean, so like Jack Smith didn't have to go get a warrant to get, to get the documents that the January 6th committee got. He didn't have to subpoena and depose these people. The Congress did. The January 6th Committee, that partisan committee did it and then turned it this is how the top people in the Congress, the top people in the Justice Department, as you pointed out, Jack Smith, the special counsel, all were on this mission to undermine and get President Trump and get people who supported President Trump. And today we're learning with these new documents we got from the FBI, again, just how broad, just how expansive it was. And it was literally, it's all the people. And you can go back to what Tulsi gave us this summer when she declassified that report from the House Intelligence Committee, which demonstrated that Brennan lied to us in his deposition. But also in that report, you realize what they did in 2016, December 2016, after election day, but before Inauguration Day, they changed the report, they changed the intelligence community assessment, and they did it after a meeting at the White House with Obama, with McCabe, with Clapper, with Brennan, with Lynch. All these key people, they changed the report, all as an effort to go after their political enemies, to go after you, President Trump and so many others. And that's why it's wrong and that's why it's so important they be held accountable.

Chairman, you know, Comer's been doing a great job. Now we have oversight today with this 100 page report. Do you believe, as you're going through and looking at January6, look at this. Do you think, with the auto pen, do you think the pardons that Nancy Pelosi and her staff on the J6 and Liz Cheney, all of them shifty, shift, they all ran over to the White House to get a pardon, to get a preemptive pardon, a preemptive blanket pardon. Are you under, do you think there's any possibilities that those aren't going to kick in as you send these over? Criminal referrals?

[Jim Jordan]

Yeah. Well, we'll see. I mean, I don't know. What I do know is the entire country learned in that debate in the run up to the, you know, when they, when they decided Joe Biden was going to get pushed aside, they were going to bring in Kamala Harris. Everybody in the country knows the president wasn't up to the task. Now, the president subsequently, subsequently told us there was a process in place, certain protocols had to be met before pardons were signed by the auto pin and commutation, whatever. Okay, maybe. But the country instinctively understands he wasn't up to the task. And there were all these pardons done after that debate. That's the key question. So now it'll be up to Attorney General Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Blanche and what they decided to do with the Justice Department. But I have the utmost confidence in them. And you mentioned the folks who ran the Justice Department prior. What a difference. It's night and day, Steve, night and day between Merrick Garland and Pam Bondi, night and day between Chris Wray and Cash Patel. And we've worked with the Justice Department. We're getting it. That's why we got this information. We didn't get this from Chris Wray on this Arctic Frost investigation. So we'll see on the auto pin. What I know is, I mean, I guess my main takeaway is I still go back to that debate when, when President Biden said he was an eight handicap, right? I mean, he couldn't get off his bicycle without falling, but he was. And I feel bad saying that because, you know, you feel for, you don't want your president to be in that kind of state. But when he said he was an eight handicap and the whole country says you're saying you're an eight handicap and yet you were, everyone knows that's ridiculous. The President said that's ridiculous. And yet you're getting all these pardons signed after that performance, after that debate. That, to me, is the underlying concern.

I think then President Trump says the biggest lie they ever heard Joe Biden say out loud. Last, last question. When you see, when you see the 100 page report, when you see what you guys put out today, and you're going to have so much more Pam Bondi. And as you know, they're barely hanging over justice because we don't have enough bodies there. And you're fighting the deep state that's still there. Do you think it would be appropriate to appoint a special counsel to just do all this? Or you think right now, hey, let's just get some US Attorneys on it in various districts and we'll just roll that way. What's your recommendation?

[Jim Jordan]

No, I leave that up to the Justice Department. I do know. Look, John Bolton has been indicted. Jim Comey has been indicted. We sent the criminal referral because John Brennan said I had nothing to do with the dossier, didn't want it in the ica. And then Tulsi declassifies that report and it says exactly the opposite. In fact, Steve, in that report that Tulsi declassified, they relayed a situation there where a CIA official goes up to Brennan and says, Mr. Director, this dossier doesn't hold up. There's no underlying intelligence to support this thing is garbage. And Brennan's response was, yeah, but doesn't it ring true? That tells you what his motive, what his motivation was. That he was literally out to get the president and frankly, anyone around the president, as evidenced by what we've seen with Jack Smith investigation. So look, I'll leave that up to them at the Justice Department, but I know that they've already indicted Comey and Bolton on the classified documents issue. I think the evidence is strong. I don't do many of these. We have not done many of these referrals. We really haven't. The evidence has got to be clear. It's got to be there. We think it is with John Brennan. And so we'll leave that up to Pam and Todd and their team and see what happens next.

And you saw the field director yesterday of all the complexity they have to do this and all the dangers that the agents are, particularly as they scale up. You had a federal judge really Treat one of the senior guys at ICE like a schoolboy and said, no, you're going to be back here in my courtroom every day at 4:30 and you're going to tell me exactly what you did. Screw this judge. There's no reason the executive branch has to do that. This is a completely outrageous Ben Berkwam.

Yeah, well again it just shows the complicity in the undermining of ICE's operations. And just be clear, that's you know, Bevino's Border Patrol. He's here on the joint operation. It's the all of government approach to undo what Joe Biden did. Everything that they're doing now between ice, dps here in Texas, Border Patrol, all of these multi agency operations that are going after these illegals, it's all to undo what Joe Biden did. And so what does the left do? They're using everything in their arsenal. They're using complicit, corrupt judges that are working to undermine our country. The same judges that would protect illegal aliens, the same judges that would go after President Trump now being weaponized against Border Patrol and ice. They're using the mainstream media, they're using all of these activist organizations, all of these same activist organizations that profited off of the invasion, that were given contracts and grants by the same Democrats that are attacking ICE and Border. Border Patrol. They were given grants to distribute illegals throughout our country. All of this now working to undermine the operations of ICE and Border Patrol to remove the illegals that these people knew were going to be very difficult to remove once they were let in. It's all orchestrated. It was all planned from the beginning. There's no doubt about it. It's the same thing we saw in this controlled flow under Secretary Marcus and Joe Biden previously. They did it intentionally knowing that it would be difficult to undo it. And now you have an administration that is way smarter than they are going around these sanctuary jurisdictions to pick up the bad guys anyways. And you see this judge who's just upset about that, she's upset that that Border Patrol is having to do this. And by the way, Steve, the only reason Border Patrol has to deploy tear gas and ICE has to deploy tear gas in these neighborhoods is because the sanctuary jurisdictions are letting these criminals back out from the jails into these neighborhoods. They could have been picked up at the jail, but they can't because they're sanctuary jurisdictions. So ICE and Border Patrol have to go to these neighborhoods who've been weaponized against them to attack ICE when they get there. And what do they do? They blame Border patrol and ICE for being there defending themselves. It's so outrageous.

Give me a quick update. What happened in Houston. I know you've been out on patrol with these brave ICE agents. What happened today in Houston?

[Ben Berkwam]

Look, this is the difference, the tale of two cities, the tale of two countries, the difference between sanctuary jurisdictions and non sanctuary jurisdictions. Today we're out on operations. ICE is increasing. You know, we were about talking, talking about this a lot. We need mass deportations. They are doing it every single day. They're working on new tactics to go get the bad guys. They're not just doing targeted enforcement with the administrative warrants and the criminal warrants. They're doing targeted vehicle enforcement all throughout. They're using multi agency approach, both local, state and national forces working together. So the state police, the local police all working together on interdicting illegals and we're picking them up. And just as an example, we were out there today, over 90 picked up just in this small operation that I was on compared to the onesie twosies that we've seen in the past. That's why these judges are pissed because ICE is going after these guys and picking them up and making a major difference in these communities.

Now you can see the scaling up too. There's a release about the hundreds of thousands that ICE has gotten out of the country. And Border Patrol, besides sealing the border also I think over 2 million have basically self deported. Ben, be careful. These the court, you know, it's got to be for the morale of these people. They're putting themselves in harm's way every day that you know, they're trying to be doxed by the left, their families be intimidated. To know that a federal judge really had the back of the radicals and the back of the anarchists in the back of the terrorist and are treating the senior leadership of ICE and Border Patrol like they're 11 year old wayward boys is an outrage. And I know President Trump is not going to stand. This is going to be a fight and this judge knows it's going to be a fight because I don't think anybody in the Trump administration is going to stand for this. Now the Michigan judge dismissed the case against the Trump electors. But remember these were filed as state proceedings. These documents show today those all of those indictments, that entire prosecution, persecution, conspiracy against President Trump, his lawyers, his supporters, his electors, all orchestrated by the FBI, the Biden DOJ and the Biden White House. They are the ones that did all of it. Those Patsy Democrat AGs in Arizona, Nevada, Michigan and Wisconsin and our favorite slut in Fannie Willis in Georgia. They were all acting at the behest as proxies for the Biden doj. These are not state proceedings. These are charges that were brought concocted by the Biden White House and by the DOJ and its by the documents today.

Here's your host, Stephen K. Ban. We're back. Cleta Mitchell. I just want to make sure everybody understands. These are the electors that are basically average citizens. They were volunteered to do this. They've now spent years under pressure. They've had to spend tens of thousands of dollars of legal, they've had this angst of these felony charges hanging over them like Damocles sword. I mean, they've been tortured for years. And these are people that said, hey, all I was doing is my civic duty, my civic duty. I just want we now know because of the documents released today that this wasn't state AGs going. That's what they wanted to be able to use. This was coordinated by the White House, the highest levels of the Justice Department, Lisa Monaco and Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray at the FBI. How do we what's in the documents that that lead you to that conclusion? Ma'?

Am, on the very the document was released today. Now let's, let's also give a shout out to Cash Patel because all of these documents were classified. And what Cash did was he declassified them and turned them over to the House Judiciary Committee. And there are almost 200 pages of documents. Now, some of them, they're largely redacted, lots of gobbledygook. But what we know from this is that in 2022, early 2022, that the FBI asked for a budget of $16,000 to travel to several states. And the people they said they were going to interview. You look at the list. It's all the Trump electors. So that's where it started. And they conducted all the interviews. And there were interviews of electors not just in the states where they ultimately charged the electors fake criminal charges, but also New Mexico, Pennsylvania, people who are state legislators, people who are party officials. It's beyond description to look at the target list. But the most important point is that these state AGs, these four Democrat state AGs, Dana Nessel in Michigan, Josh Colin Wichigan, Aaron Ford in Nevada, Chris Mays in Arizona and Fannie Willis in Atlanta, Georgia, they were all acting as proxies for the Biden doj. And there are going to be more documents, I'm told, that come out and will name the actual attorneys at the DOJ who were orchestrating all of it. I'm absolutely persuaded. We know that norm Eisen and his 501 actually wrote the indictments and did the legal briefs for the prosecutions in conjunction with the doj, that those are the ones that were brought in Arizona because there was a filing that inadvertently showed that the brief was actually prepared by States United for Democracy, which is norm Eisen C3 so to argue that somehow these people cannot be pardoned by President Trump because these are state proceedings. No, these are puppet prosecutors who filed the charges at the behest of the Biden doj. And we see it all started with the investigations. It was all part is a whole tentacle of Arctic frost.

Cleta and they took your name in vain today. So I'm sure you're all over this Atlantic piece about their all they're, they're all they're in panic mode about the midterm elections already. Because in addition to what I was talking about, you see the things that Chairman Jordan was talking about, there are so many different threads and conspiracies against our constitutional and civil rights. Both you and I were listed as people they wanted to investigate. They sent you to jail. And so it's really important that we not let these document releases get swept out with the tide of the news cycle. We as the posse, we as patriots, we have to tell our friends and neighbors, we have to push this out. We need millions of people to know for sure what the Biden administration did, what the Biden FBI did, what the Biden DOJ did.
