If Democrats win the House in November, quote, the subpoenas are coming. That's the message in a new memo from communications firm Villanova to its clients, advising that Democrats plan to investigate both the Trump administration and the private sector if they take control of the chamber. Quote, due to two key changes in congressional Democrats thinking the focus on operations is likely to be more intense than ever, and executives who are not prepared risk being swamped by a legal, political and media onslaught. This is the party that ran against Cancel culture, and now they're trying to control what we watch, what we say, what we read. And this is the most dangerous kind of cancel culture, the kind that comes from the top. Corporate media executives are selling out the First Amendment to curry favor with corrupt politicians, and a threat to any of our First Amendment rights is a threat to all of our First Amendment rights.

So that's what I want to pick up because I think it's easy to see this as a media story and it is a media story, but it is fundamentally a First Amendment story. I agree. And let's not forget Don Lemon and Georgia Ford, who've now been indicted in a conspiracy case for doing journalism. Let's not forget the failed attempt to indict six members of Congress for speaking out and exercising their First Amendment rights to to to say what the law is to say that members of the military are obligated not to file, to follow illegal orders. And not only do they have a First Amendment right to say that they are elected members of Congress who are elected for their policy views to speak on these things.

That's an assault on the First Amendment. Let's not forget the assault on law firms, right, that started almost a year ago already, right? Blacklisting law firms for representing people and causes the president dislikes. This First Amendment assault go just across the board. It's not just about the media. It is about silencing critics and intimidating others and shutting people up.

Right now, we're looking at Texas. Now, it's always been fool's gold for Democrats, no doubt about it. They keep saying, we're going to get it next time, and they never get it. But Obama lost it by 13 and 12, Clinton lost it by nine in 16, Biden lost it by five in 20. And so they were moving in that direction. And then there was a huge flip, obviously, in 2024 towards Donald Trump. That's all changed. That, that most critical demographic has changed again. And you look at special elections in Texas, you look at polling in Texas, it is a completely different state today politically than it was a year, a year and a half ago. How, how, how. If you're talking to the Republicans in the House, you say, I understand, like, deportation at massive levels is, is important to you, and that's what you campaigned on. It's destroying you politically. You need to trim the cells. What is your message to those Republicans?

Well, I. Message first of Donald Trump is you made a mistake keeping Kristi Noem. I mean, he, one fell swoop could have said, you know what, we're making a little bit of a move on immigration. This is a two thirds, one third issue as far as where people feel that ICE is overreached and the immigration policies are, are oppressive, to say the least. And the fact that Kristi Noem still has her job just shows Trump's not making a move on anybody. And the problem is talking about Texas, I'm not saying Texas is in play, but the immigration thing in Texas and everyplace else is not playing the way anybody wants to play. If you're a Republican. And, you know, we're so early out in the midterms with six, seven, eight months away, but the Democrats are set up for a tremendous, tremendous wave.

Well, so for 80 years after the cataclysm of the Second World War and the First World War, two of the largest events in human history, we created a structure against a lot of American public opinion which was isolationist at the time. April Harriman once said, after the war, everybody wanted to come home and drink Coke, but they had to project power. And what Eisenhower believed was that in supporting NATO and President Truman and building it was we could not have just had American men die in the Second World War and then allow a third World war to unfold in Europe. The post war Order of Naito, the Marshall Plan, which brought down the Iron Curtain, as well as the internal inherent weaknesses of the Soviet system about which we were correct, that in fact human beings do want freedom. There's a reason the Wall came down and they were going from east to West Berlin because West Berlin was more prosperous. It was where people wanted to be. It was, as President Kennedy said, a long twilight struggle. It took patience. It took administrations of both parties, it took different Congresses. It was this deep, deep commitment. And what we have not proven in the 21st century is that we still have the capacity to carry on a long twilight struggle.

It's Wednesday, the 18th of February, in the year of our Lord 2026. Welcome. I think we may be, as we had Captain Fidel on last night to talk about, really gave you a national security type level briefing on the military assets we're putting into the Middle east right now, particularly North Arabian Sea, Gulf of Oman, more assets flowing in every day. Reports all over about we're really heading to the path of war. The negotiations may not be going in the direction President Trump wants. And so we're going to talk about that. We've got Dr. Thayer and Ben Harnwell, as I've told you, are in Australia at a major conference. I think we're going to be able to get Dr. Thayer up to today and Ben tomorrow. Also, Kurt Mills is going to join us. We're going to go through all of this. Matt Boyle live from Greece, Dr. Navarro from the White House. So we're going to try to get our arms around all of this. The, the Georgia situation. They did file yesterday, the Abbey Lowell crowd, they still didn't name, I think the clerk. So all of my sources and people are telling me they still haven't made a case for standing. The government's got a chance to respond or has to respond by Friday. The elections board, I think, is meeting right now. We're going to have various election board members from Georgia on the show in the next couple days to say exactly what's going on. To get to the bottom of the 2020 election is the type of thing that MAGA needs to see to not just drive the election forward in the midterm elections, but to make sure that we hold accountable who stole the 2020 election, who left us in this terrible situation. Ben Berkwam's also going to join us. What happened in Dallas, I think yesterday was the night before a jury, jury nullification nullified a capital murder crime against a trende Aragua terrorist group. The guys killed one of their own members that stiffed him, I think on some money in front of, I think his daughters and some nephews. The jury twice hung jury. The guy's going to walk and they got a whole process. This is the collapse of the legal system. They're now giving training courses in Minnesota. We got a brochure for to train you for jury nullification. They're also sending out, they've got, they've got videos, they got lectures about how they defeated the effort for mass deportations in Minnesota. I just think that people, and you know, there was this league very. Mark Halperin did a very good detailed analysis of this meeting they had, I think with 75 or 100 people yesterday, the Capitol Hill Club. It's great. It's time to get everybody organized and go through data and go through information and analysis. And you know, the team laid it out. Scott Besson was there. It looks like the entire kind of forward leaning cabinet members that would have, that would have, you know, data and information about that were there, but it seemed quite conventional. I just don't think we're in conventional times. And I hope people understand. Let me just be blunt. They're talking about persuadable independence, all that. This is going to be a base election. If you do not take care of your base, if you're not focused on those policies and issues that are most prevalent to them, you're not going to draw out a mass vote. This is 2018 all over again. Remember, Paul Ryan was Speaker of the House. Paul Ryan could not stand President Trump. Paul Ryan quit about this time in the cycle, but would not leave, stayed as speaker to House. Instead of saying, I'm not going to run again, I'm going to step down from speaker. Let's have the, let's have the vote now. Get a motivated team. And they mailed it in and I think we lost what, 35, 40 seats and President Trump was impeached at their first opportunity. You saw what I've been arguing for behind the scenes and you saw it. Now they're going to turn the corporations, they're going to turn corporate America against President Trump and the Trump administration. That was the first part of the clip. They're already telling these people and law firms are getting prepared for it. They're going to subpoena all these CEOs, they're going to put massive pressure, the Democrats take the House. They're going to put massive pressure on these corporations to turn on MAGA and to turn on the Trump administration. They have a very well thought through plan and they're moving down that path quite aggressively. It's one of the reasons we're in Texas. Texas is the epicenter right now of the political world. Why? And last night we just had incredible. Which we'll break down. May show you a few clips in the morning show. We're going to break down a war in Texas. Aaron writes, and Chip Roy went at it. And a guy named Maze Middleton, who kind of calls himself maga Maze, but nobody's heard of him. I think he's endorsed by Abbott. But Wright's and Chip Roy made really compelling arguments last night. It was great to see a couple of heavyweights up there throwing punches and you can tell those two guys come at things a little differently. And Aaron Wright's gave as good as he got. It was quite impressive. We're going to show that. But in this run up, there's also an article day, I think in Punchbowl about how Cornyn has just carpet bombed advertising. He's raised such an incredible amount of money versus Ken Paxton, but Ken Paxton's still in the lead. I mean, there's a possibility Cornyn could finish third with spending, I don't know, 70, $75 million. So early voting started yesterday. Texas has a history particularly there's a big contingent of hardcore grassroots here that just do not believe that they should vote early. They think that data is manipulated by Democrats or taken by Democrats. It's a core belief of that part of the, of the Texas grassroots and those is very powerful. So you may not see some huge numbers in this early voting because there's a big contingent here that, that just will not participate. We're going to have Harry Howsey on today. He's finished Pennsylvania. When you hear his talk about the data and what happens and the difference between actual votes and ballots and ballot scans and all that on certification, which is looks like it's totally made up in 20 and 22 by this very state, you're going to sit there and go, what in the heck are we doing here? Maybe I shouldn't vote early. Maybe I should wait for game day. So we've got a packed show today. We're going to come back. We have Ben Berkhom, Harry Halsey, Joe Hoff to kick it off. The the situation in Georgia is twofold is number one. It's we must get it done because this is the entry point to the 2020 election steal. And this is why the Patriots, from Caroline Jeffers to Sally Grubbs to everybody, all the people on the Georgia Election board to the Garland Favoritos to all the Patriots, average Americans, normal Americans that dug in and would not give up when the pressure was intense, they're trying to do the same. The mainstream media in the left is taking this, I just think, much more seriously, at least this fight for the evidence than it appears we are. Maybe I'm wrong, but we're trying to put a spotlight on this because the left is all over this. They're bringing two of their heaviest guns down there Abby Lowell and Norm Ison to get the evidence back. They want to get the ballots back. And as people are saying, when they get them back this time, they're going to destroy them. In fact, this is one of the reasons I don't think they have standing. They don't have the clerk because the clerk argued before she wanted to destroy him two years ago. Be quite difficult to slide her in her now because judges are going to say, well, hang on, you want to destroy him two years ago. Why do you, why, why is it a big deal if the, if the FBI and DNI have them? I want to start with Joe Hoff of the, the Hoff brothers. People don't fully understand because they have not talked a lot about their. That's the cut of the jib of the Hoffs. People should know that they have been under amazing legal and financial pressure for years trying to drive the Gateway pundit into bankruptcy for the simple reason the Gateway Pundit is one of the best with Citizens Free Press and Breitbart and a handful of others are the best. And I would actually argue in this specific area, probably the best platform we have for election integrity in the stolen 2020 election. That's why they were out to destroy Jim Hoff. That's where they're out to bankrupt the gate pundit. It's quite simple. And this is why it's been so powerful, Joe, working with Harry Hy on, on the data, the data that just makes you sick to your stomach. So Joe, just give me a, a quick summary of Georgia. I know Harry's going to come up in a minute and tell why they don't. We don't have the numbers today for a very specific reason, but we got Pennsylvania. Talk to me about the fight of you, your brother Gateway pundit against an onslaught of lawsuits and the legal bills and trying to put you, trying to cut you off from your advertisers, all of it to try to put you in bankruptcy.

You're so right, Steve. And thanks again for having me on. And you know, God bless Gateway pundit, my brother Jim. It's watch, sit back and watch what's been happening. It's just like you, you honestly say this is not my country. This is not what I grew up with. This is outrageous. I can only think of what my parents and grandparents would be saying about this stuff today. Because if you're writing the truth, which you're not getting in the mainstream media, we know that, which is why everybody's coming to us now. And so they want to destroy us. And just like with Trump, they want to bankrupt us and they want to silence us. That's the two things that they want done more than anything. And they will do anything to do it, whether it's censorship, kicking you off at Twitter, whatever it may be. And I think gearing up now. Steve Gillette, I mentioned yesterday that even Google is their ads now have shut down my site joehoff.com so this is how they work. They, you know, they want to, they just want, they will do anything.

But they shut you down because you put up articles, you put up articles from third parties that were positive and reporting the numbers on President Trump's economy. And we were going to have Navarro on here at the top of this hour to talk about the numbers and talk about what the real numbers are and walk on to overground, John Gardner from the manufacturing small Manufacturing group saying the same things. You put them up and they're trying to shut you down. Also, we're going to have a live stream of the Georgia Election Board, which all our heroes that sit on that board are there today. If we can pop it in for a second. If not, what I want to do is put it up in Grayson mode, make sure everybody so if the audience you're split attention, you can also watch the Georgia Election Board today because this is a fight from here on in. And now we've got the evidence and we can't give it up. Joe, hang on for one second because they, they are trying to shut down Gateway Pundit. They're trying to shut down johoff.com, why these guys are the platforms for the truth. And they've been digging in now for the sixth year. Think about that in your life, six years, focus on a thing when the entire apparatus of the state is against you, including the vast majority of establishment Republicans because they just wanted to go away and don't want to be held accountable. Harry, tell me why we had you scheduled today to go through the Georgia numbers. You guys are very methodically going through. And late last night we talked and said, hey, I don't think we can be ready, but we've got Pennsylvania. Why can't you be ready for Georgia, sir, today? Because you guys are pretty good about hitting your marks.

So we've done the basic analysis that we normally do, but during the course of that, we went ahead and checked the digital signatures on the files and there are many digital signatures that are required to prove provenance on the files, on specific records that are missing. In addition to that, we have a misalignment of tabulator identities. So whenever a machine scans ballots, the identity of the tabulator is part of the official record. And what we found are hundreds of thousands of data points, votes that were recorded that don't have valid digital signatures.

Okay, but hang on, hang on, hang on. Stop. Georgia has been under a microscope now for years. It's, I would argue, Arizona. We talk about Arizona because that's the one Fox called when they shouldn't call the psyop that Fox ran that night. We talk about Pennsylvania because the egregiousness of the mail in ballots was so horrible. Remember, Trump was up 800,000 votes when voting when county was shut down that night. But Georgia was worse because Raffensperger came out the next day and said, hey, there's a record. I don't know, 3 million votes. It's cast. There's 200,000. Trump's up by 205,000 votes. There's only 190,000. It's mathematically impossible for Trump to lose. He said it on the Today Show. So how can you tell me now that there's hundreds of thousands. This thing's all even certified by every guy in the state of Georgia that's got an R next to his name. And of course, in Fulton county, it's been certified by Fani Willis and that entire crowd in Fulton county that have Ds next to their name. So both parties signed off on this and certified. So how can you tell me on Wednesday, the morning of Wednesday, the 18th of February, in the year of our Lord 2026, when there's a fricking firestorm in Georgia right now at the elections board, and they're going to court, and the Democrats are pulling in their heaviest guns to get their fricking hands on that evidence, those ballots and those tabulators. How can you tell me, Harry, that six years into this, there's thousands and tens of thousands and maybe hundreds of thousands of signatures that can't be verified? Sir.

And President Trump was totally discounted and came back with the greatest political comeback in history. And here's where we are now. And that's why if, if we back off or blink in Georgia, I don't know how you, I don't know how you get it back on track. Why? Because what does Georgia show us? What's the most important thing Georgia shows the most important thing? Human agency. These aren't highly paid people. The, the Georgia Election Board thing, I think is virtual, virtually volunteer Caroline Jeffords and all the other people we've had on here right at Garland Favorito, they got these small, you know, vote Ga, they got these small, little not for profits. They've been digging in. You got the Gateway, the Gateway pundit, Jim Hoft and, and Joe Hoft. That's not the Sulz Burgers. That's not the New York Times, not some international media empire. It's a huge site that they've built. You know, when, when, when Jim Hoft and it was. And Andrew Breitbart kind of started this back in 2000, what, 2008, after the financial crash, or 2006. Andrew was the editor over at Drudge, and Jim Hoff was one of these guys out in St. Louis at the beginning of the tea party on the 15th of April of 2009. And he's built it up, but they're trying to bankrupt him. Why? They don't want to have this conversation. They don't want to look at the facts. Why are they putting all this effort to send their top legal guns into lie. You heard this yesterday from people in Georgia, all the mainstream media every night lying about what's at stake here. To do what? To simply get their hands on, on the ballots and to get their hands on the tabulators to make sure that we can't show the evidence that the FBI can't pursue criminal investigation and a DNI Tulsi Gabbard can't do because it's an intelligence op. And John Solomon was on here last week and said, hey, over the next week or two, you're going to find out that there's foreign interference. And oh, guess what? This is, makes this understands why Peter Schweitzer's book has been number one, I think now the fourth week in a row, because he talks about the foreign involvement of the Chinese Communist Party. Well, the fact is that they ignore the law repeatedly. They're certifying without having reviewed the detailed information that's at hand. They are fighting a scorched earth battle to prevent anybody from ever getting to the actual paper receipts. But what our organization has done is looked at the way they've recorded the, the actual electronic receipts even there. There are ample evidence of election fraud all over the place with tampering of the, with their record. The fact that they have people that are voting that have the name asterisk, it goes on and on and on. But the problem that we've had is the judiciary itself is afraid of this matter. They just won't hear it, typically the people. And I've testified in front of the State Board of Elections in Georgia about these issues directly. And you know, the fact is that the law is clear, they aren't obeying the law. The evidence is clear that they have materially affected the outcome of the elections. Yet we fight and fight and fight against a very well funded scorched earth machine that tries to destroy people. Our organization has been declared because we fight just on the basis of data. We're data analysts. We knew at the beginning of this fight in 2020, when I sat in the Westin Hotel for two months, that the preponderance of evidence wasn't going to sway the judges. You had to have actual burning evidence of criminal activity to get them even to listen. So what we've concentrated on is finding evidence of criminal activity which we have found in all of the swing states and even more in California, Illinois and New York. So the fact of the matter is they're also, you know, establishing new purple spaces. So we see certain areas of Ohio being attacked. We see certain areas of Texas being attacked. But in Georgia, they have done everything they can to prevent anybody from seeing the actual paper receipts. But they made some mistakes. They inadvertently, because they don't understand the complexity, they inadvertently exposed some of the mischief. And the mischief that I'm talking about is the fact that things are scanned with improper digital signatures when the rest of the badge has proper signatures. So they've injected objects into the system with no signatures or fake signatures. I'm not talking about the signature on the voter registration. I'm talking about the digital signature that protects the provenance of the scans that are associated with the vote record, the cbr. So Harry, have that evidence.

This is the blueprint. You obstruct them. You support the illegal aliens. You attack ice, you die if you have to. It's not about ballistic missiles, not about nuclear program. If he's not going to step down, the president United States, the commander chief's got to use that. He'll use it. And today we were headed that reinforced all kind of articles up about this. We are heading down the path at least right now. Unless these negotiations pulls a rabbit out of the hat of a kinetic war, we're going to get to all that. But this Halperin breaks this thing. They had like 7,500 people around President Trump at this meeting and he broke everything down. But the bottom line was it's predicated upon a turnaround of the economy. Dr. Navarro, there's more numbers out today. You've been a great sherper for us on this show for years. The first term on the show co host prison Mate and now back in the White House. Just walk me through the latest mathematics on the economy, sir, as you see it.

Steve, I'm working up a big thought piece on housing affordability and we had numbers out today about the improvement in residential housing construction. The big picture here, Steve, is that of all the affordability issues that the Democrats have been trying to hammer us on, housing's the biggest. It's the biggest expenditure that people regularly make every month. And we had a situation where 20 million illegals came in during the Biden regime. Council of Economic Advisors estimates that for every 1 million it pushed rents and housing prices up 1%. See, so it's a 20% because of illegal immigration and open borders alone. And it's skewed, it's not uniform across the nation. It's skewed towards the sanctuary city. So in places like New York where you get a mondami coming in Chicago, Louisiana and also border town like Houston, they just, I mean it was housing affordability carnage. Right? But, but it's all reversing now under Trump policies and it's a beautiful thing to watch. We're shifting into higher gear for single family housing now. We had been building a lot of multifamily loans because that's where number one the legals to go. And number two, because mortgage rates were high because of the Biden inflation, we had people locked in to existing homes because of their fixed rate mortgages. So all of that is coming undone in a good way. And we've Got a fairly significant correction now where, where we're seeing affordability get dramatically better. And so that's, that's a very, very good thing. And you know, the, the bigger picture, of course, which is when we're talking about. I'm going to make a prediction here. This is a little news for the war room. 10 year bond yields are going to fall soon below 4% and 30 year fixed 30, 30 year is going to fall below 6. They've been coming down ever so slowly, but they're getting near that threshold level. And for the technicians who look at this kind of stuff, once we get below that, that'll have a really good impact on the housing market. We'll get that going. So what you're going to see going into November is that the primary issue the Democrats have been trying to beat us on, which is affordability, is we're going to see relief among the base, among low and middle income folks across a wide range.

Okay, but hang on. Yes, I got it. And when everybody came out in November, so it's all going to be about affordability in next November, I said no, it's not, because here's why. The inflation of Biden ain't going to go away. You've stopped the rate of inflation and doing a magnificent job. And the argument's compelling, but we are going to get back to. It's going to be GDP growth, which means economic growth, job growth and wage growth on that part because you guys are doing, I think, a terrific job of getting your hands on the affordability issue across a broad platform and bringing the accelerating rate of inflation down. So you've kind of, you capped that, but people are still going to think prices are high because of Biden. But on the other three, growth of gdp, economic growth, housing.

Housing is one place where you're absolutely wrong on that, Steve, because rents are actually coming down in absolute terms like a price. So, so I agree with you.

No, I don't get me wrong, I think it's great what you guys doing. I don't think you're getting enough credit for it because the business press will not give you the credit for it.
