We, we, we have the video of, of that confrontation with the January six provocateur, defender Ivan Raiklin. What does it tell you that he was there? I mean, of course you were there. You were among the most impacted parties of what happened on January six. But the fact that guys like this have a seat inside the US House of Representatives on a day like today, what does that tell you about the narrative that they're trying to push?

Well, I don't want to give him any platform or, you know, whatever. I don't think highly of him at all. And that's all I'll say about him. However, it does speak to the type of people that the members of Congress and you heard Mr. Raskin at the end of it say, hey, can you please control your witness or your guest? Because he has been at all the hearings. He's the conspiracy theorist who does believe in a lot of the things that the Republican side of the aisle believes. So it just shows you who's in their camp, in their corner and who they surround themselves with versus thankful for the Democrats that actually spoke up and actually thanked us for our service.

I don't know if there was anything that was said today that can change hearts and minds, but I think, one, it's important for the record, and two, I'm going to sound like a broken record, frankly, a broken piece of tape. But two, I think it's important for what is happening right now, what the President is attempting to do right now. While the President sent two social media posts today at noon, he called Jack Smith a deranged Animal said his testimony wasn't going well and directed his, the Department of Justice, Pam Bondi, whom he thinks apparently is his personal lawyer, that she should look into. Jack Smith, essentially, I'm paraphrasing. By the afternoon, when the testimony had concluded, he was more pointed. That is, if you didn't understand what I was saying before, this is what I want right now. He's not prosecution, none, zero, zero. But he is also trying to steal the next election. And you know, someone said to me on Monday, they said, you know, Donald Trump said the 2020 election is stolen because when he stole it, he didn't want y' all to be able to say it. He said it was rigged so that when he actually rigged it, he didn't want people to be able to say it.

Like, you know, maybe every accusation is in fact, is in fact admission. But he is trying to affect what is going on in the election this November. And I take Norm's point at the top of this show, but I heard Governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer earlier this week, Michael, and she was on national news, all over the news on npr, warning that she is concerned about what this Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security with its administration could do to this 2026 election. And we should take those concerns very serious.

You should take those concerns to heart because I would say that some aspects of this election have already been stolen because they already have people on the ground and in place in a number of states. They have efforts underway that are coordinated. And I think that coordination is combined with what we're seeing play out nationally like, you know, with other efforts, tells us we have a lot to be concerned about.

They're so nervous about the Jack Smith thing. Jack Smith, Julia Kelly's been saying forever. And we didn't even get to the good stuff on the raid about the phony classified documents. Just what they did on, on the election. But for our friends over at msnbc, yes, there are going to be. We're not going to allow the 2026 election to be stolen by what we see in Minnesota and what we see in Los Angeles and what we saw with Mandami in New York. No, the invasion that you guys cheered and worked on and drove is not going to affect the 2026 election. Yes, you are correct. DHS is already in the field and they're going to be more in the field. Last night, the little five year old boy, his father was an illegal alien invader. Oh, no, no, no. He's here on asylum and they're trying to work through an asyl. This is all phony. It's all crap. The migrant refugee asylum, illegal alien invaders, it's all up, balled up and whatnot. Get them all out of here. We're not playing games anymore and we're certainly not going to let you steal the midterm elections because this. So yes, you should be concerned because it's happening and it's already happening. And you're going to see a 10x surge, bigger surge coming the summer and the fall because we need mass deportations. Every single one of them must leave. How about that? All of them. Not some of them. And here's the thing. CNN didn't even want to address it. MSNBC tried to push it, but you could tell it was half hearted. Ma', am, your assessment of yesterday.

Right. So I did watch the Ms. Is it MSNBC, Ms. now special. And that was Rachel Maddow, Nicole Wallace, Chris Hayes, Stephanie Rule. They tried to put a good face on Jack Smith's disastrous testimony, which they even went to the extreme and compared to Michael Fanon, the lunatic psychotic cop who was there Yesterday with his three fellow J6 celebrity cops compared those police officers to Jeffrey Epstein's victims because of course they have to bring that up whenever they need to pivot away from something serious. But look, as we talked last night, this was a disaster for Jack Smith. He left open left on the table. I think significant areas of further investigation for Republicans and the DOJ to pursue, not the least of which was the fact that it does not appear that he took the oath of office prior to signing three federal criminal indictments against the President. And Steve, I'm trying to get comment from the DOJ about that. Of course, they've been busy this week as usual. But what are the implications of the fact that it does not appear that he took the oath of office until September 2023 after he signed those two indictments in Florida, one superseding indictment, and then the J6 indictment in Washington in August?

I want to go to this point because they made a big deal about you and other observers in the war room and the Republicans were nitpicking. All we did was nitpick. These are the guys. These Are the guys, if Trump's got a hair out of place, right. Or he's got a bruise on his hand, right. It's in a full meltdown about the White House is hiding something. Right. These are the biggest. They live by nitpicking and they're sitting there and it's something. Oh yeah, he had take the oath of office before he's signing indictments. A historical thing of signing indictments on the president. It was a slew of that stuff, right? All day long what Jack Smith had not done. This is why it was disastrous. You could tell that they were half hearted. Also the buried lead on all of is the amiable dunce Harry Dunn, who finished fifth, I think in a primary in Prince George County, Maryland, running for Congress. No, no. He said yesterday and you saw the shock on their faces, the shock on their faces when they said, well, you know, they serve. And he says, oh no, we were not prepared. He says, I'll give them that. And we saw those guys going by every now and again a cup of coffee and a donut. Good folks. But they're not prepared for serious situations, is not what they're built for. Because none of the intelligence that President Trump and others had, that had meetings with the mayor, the head meetings, told Pelosi, Nancy Pelosi made a decision, they all made a decision. And that's why they had to take the J6ers. That's why they were putting everybody in prison. They had to, they had to keep the lie going by breaking these people and getting them off the scene. And this is what we're going to, hopefully the President says there's going to be indictments. We're going to get to the bottom of the 2020 election. We have to get to the bottom of it. We know we want it. The American people validated that when they put Trump back in office. This whole thing with Biden, those dark years with Biden, was totally illegitimate. Their reign of terror, their regime was illegitimate. What they're doing now in these sanctuary cities is illegitimate, totally illegitimate. And we don't care what you think. The 2026 election is not going to be run by letting you have a bunch of people there that are not American citizens voting in these hellholes. Sorry, not sorry. And you can scream and cry. We're telling you now, it's going to happen. We're not doing this for some exercise. This has a meaning and purpose to it, is to take this country back from a bunch of traitors like yourself. This is our responsibility. We failed. But of course it was intentional. And we know this from, of course, Steve Sund, Harry Dunn's one time boss, the chief of Capitol Police on January 6, who was then the scapegoat for the security failures and forced to resign after or was actually sort of fired by Nancy Pelosi. He asked for days before January 6th and pleading throughout that afternoon for approval from Nancy Pelosi's security chief on the Capitol Police board and Mitch McConnell's security chief on the Capitol Police Board to authorize the use of the National Guard. So, I mean, and the National Guard was only one part of it. Capitol Police, plenty of officers, all of them were on call. All of them knew that something was going to go down on January 6th. DC Metro Police, Mike Fanone and Daniel Hodges, who was there yesterday, showed up like storm troopers, head to toe, riot gear, start beating the crowds with batons. Capitol Police had already been firing pepper balls. They're using rubber bullets, tear gas against this crowd outside. This was a, if anyone wants to describe it as a riot, it was a police riot. It was started by Capitol Police and thugs like Mike Sonom. So, yes, Harry Dunn is right. He was inside the building. He has. All four of them have lied under oath about what they saw, what they heard, the extent of their injuries. I've asked the new January 6th select committee to bring those four officers back to the Congress under oath, under subpoena, and repeat the lies that they've told, not just before Congress in the first J6 committee, but in court as witnesses and victims seeking harsher sentences for J6ers. So they need to be held accountable too. But back to Jack Smith. I think the American people saw exactly what sort of a low life, lying dirtbag the president and his team had to deal with for two years. And hopefully this is just the start of not just public accountability for Jack Smith, but, well, legal accountability for what he did as well.

Listening to the J6 trials, did it ever come up in any trial or at any importance of any trial? Exactly what Harry Dunn just said, that they weren't prepared, they weren't notified, intelligence had not been spread, they were not up with the security that they needed. Did that ever come up and at any comment at all about a police riot, about what really happened here? This was a fed selection. In all the trials you sat through, in all the people whose lives were broken were bankruptcy, bankrupt. Their families were tormented, their families are crushed and they got sent to federal prisons. Did any of that ever come up, ma'? Am?

No, because the judges prevented, prohibited that sort of testimony from coming up. There were a handful of J6ers who filed motions seeking to make a self defense argument. J6ers who had been attacked by police and wanted to make self defense arguments. And those motions of course were denied by federal judges. There was very limited questions.

Hang on. This is why we got to impeach Boasberg and get these federal judges. I've never said this about my case at all, but I noticed my case in Navarro's case. Exactly the rest you weren't able to put. They didn't allow you to put on a defense.

They actually said no, you can't bring that in. You can't bring that in. You can't bring this in. I watched the J16s as you were, you know, reading your, your blog and your Twitter feed. Nobody was ever able to actually bring up facts in their own defense. They sent men, women to prison, some for many years in these horrible federal hellhole prisons. They sent them to prison and they did not allow them to put on a defense. You know why? Because they knew exactly what Harry Dunn was. Harry Dunn ever called to testify about right there. And Mr. Dunn, were you guys prepared? Did you have the intelligence? No. This thing was totally rigged and this is what's driving people crazy. Where is the action? Why is Jack Smith around? Why do we not have to get him out of a federal prison to have him come testify yesterday? This is the frustration. What in the hell is going on? And I don't want to hear about some, you know, subcommittee of. Some subcommittee of. Some subcommittee on fed.

We should have had to transfer him from a federal detention center yesterday so he could testify in shackles. But we're not, no offense Fanon for known should be in prison. Perjury. I mean, unfortunately, the five year statute of limitations for holding any of these police officers accountable for excessive force, lethal force, that's. That's expired. So there's no going back. I mean I. This is why, Steve, all of the security footage captured by cameras inside and outside the Capitol were under strict protective orders. That's how defendants only got clips that the Biden DOJ produced. They did not want full access. Steve, this is why Parlor was shut down. Parlor was not shut down. Two days after shut down by Amazon Web Services was not shut down because there were a bunch of domestic terrorists and that platform helped organize the events of January 6th. Note the reason why. Because Parler was filled with clips of what police did to protesters outside that day, how they initiated those confrontations. There were tons of clips. That's why Parler was shut down. That's why Twitter shut down tens of thousands of accounts, including the President's, because they did not want clips of what police had done that day. I will tell you the first time I saw a video, it was sent to me by a J. Sixer who was in the gulag. Cash Kelly, actually. And he sent to me through his girlfriend, video of police throwing flashbangs into the crowd. This was April of 2021. I thought it was doctored video here. I had been covering January 6th for three months already never saw any of that video. I thought they made it up. They didn't. So that's why they wanted. They shut down all of those accounts. They deplatformed Parlor. They put all the Capitol Security footage under strict protective orders and they also did the same with D.C. d.C. Metro police body worn camera footage which we started to get through the trials. And now Judicial Watch under Tom Fitton is asking D.C. metro Police for all the entire trove of D.C. metro body worn camera footage and they're telling Tom Fenton, you need to pay us a million dollars to get all the footage. Why? I tried for years to get somehow to substantiate this number of 140 police officers injured. I went to Capitol Police, D.C. metro. It doesn't exist. So this is the biggest lie, biggest cover up of all of January 6th and this is what resulted in so many defendants going to prison.

Well, I'm hoping that this grand jury grand conspiracy investigation happening in southern Florida with two grand juries impaneled, including one in the courthouse run by Judge Aileen Cannon, is really focused in on Jack Smith, including his testimony, the false assault assertions that he has made, especially related to the documents case. So hopefully that is where the focus of anything liable for Jack Smith is happening. Because, Steve, as you know, and we've got to be honest, these same judges who I thought act as nothing more than a rubber stamp for the Biden DOJ, are acting completely in the reverse. And this also includes D.C. grand juries who brought, you know, hundreds of criminal indictments against J6ers for minor offenses. And they can't even get indictments for repeat violent felons in Washington, D.C. from these D.C. grand juries. And then of course, the trial juries repeatedly acquitting defendants who the Trump DOJ has brought, brought to trial. So it, it's almost a non starter in D.C. which is why I really hope what is happening in southern Florida will be very aggressive and fruitful. That being said, yes, Congress has a lot more work to do with Jack Smith and his team in continuing to expose. I think a lot of people saw Jack Smith for the first time yesterday. So it took the police, the actual police, over an hour to get there in that time. They eventually ended up starting the meeting, and then they just were so triggered by our presence there that the meeting ended up being canceled. And then you can see the rest. We ended up getting physically deported from the building. But you're right, you know, everything on the left is a projection. Everything on the left is manufactured. You know, it's the calling, something sanctuary. But in reality, you're protecting the worst among us. And that's what you see. This meeting was about supposedly about peace. The second guy to speak said, prepare for war. So that's the reality of what they're doing. They're preparing for war. And we were just there to document it and try to find some common ground. Not much was found last night, unfortunately.

And we wanted to find a way to honor Charlie today and tell Gen Z do what Charlie did, keep standing up, keep speaking out.

Well, not only that, but you got, I wanted to reveal this, the other sign you have, look at this. She's got the Charlie Kirk sign. Get married and have kids. You won't regret it. Charlie Kirk. It is Charlie Kirk in many ways sort of becoming this, this avatar of the movement.

He's a martyr, right? Charlie is a martyr for our faith, for our beliefs, our worldview. And this generation, particularly Gen Z, looked so much up to Charlie, especially our young men, because they saw him being fearless on campuses, always going in respectfully, joyfully debating, but never giving an inch. And when we talk about what the pro life movement must do in this post Roe era, with all the challenges we face with chemical abortion pills now, do it yourself. Abortions at home. We know we can't give up and we have to continue to build and recruit this movement and it's going to.

Be one with this generation. And poso. Hey, Jack, can you ask her a question? Ask Hawkins a question. We won on Roe v. Wade. What else is left to do? Isn't, isn't the whole thing been solved? Are we free? Aren't babies free? What actually has to be done?

All right, so Steve, the question is, so Roe v. Wade is gone today. This was the day for it. It's been gone. Now what is the next move? What's the next step and how. And, and I'll add, how can you work with the Trump administration? J.D. vance about to speak in just a couple hours. Really just an hour. What is the way forward?

There's a couple ways forward. One, Planned Parenthood must be stripped of all federal funding. President President Trump signed in the BBB this summer which paused 80% of their federal funding for one year. Now we have Budget Reconciliation 2.0 coming up. This needs to be made permanent. Yesterday, the small business, this administration announced that they have started debarment investigations which would ban their funding for three years for illegally taking Covid paycheck protection money. We have to stop funding our political enemies of Planned Parenthood. Number one two, we have to stop chemical abortion pills. They are the leading cause of abortion right now in America. The 1890 Comstock act is violated every single day because it is illegal to mail chemical abortion pills. Yet it doesn't matter if you live a pro life state or a pro abortion state, chemical abortion pills are being shipped interstate. Pam Bondi and the DOJ have to put a stop to this. We need the FDA to reinstate common sense safety regs, which, by the way, more than nine in 10 Gen Z and Gen Y voters actually agree with. And three, we need to show her and families that we care more and more. In our polling that came out this week, 34% of youth voters would be more likely to vote for a politician who restricts abortion if they knew there was help and support. So last night, our Pregnant Students Rights act was passed to the House of Representatives. Only one Democrat voted with us. It's going to the Senate on Monday. It's a simple bill. It just says if you're a federally funded college, you have to tell women who are pregnant that they, they don't have to choose abortion and that they have Title 9 protected rights and support. We have to show her that there's another way.

Steve, you see the work there and you see the people coming in. They're all over the country. It's a young crowd here, a lot of Gen Z, even younger than that.
